- 0:03Speaker 1: It's a podcast called twenty five whist Stocking Football and
- 0:08Speaker 1: they are whizz So yeah, it's too bad, but what
- 0:12Speaker 1: did you expect?
- 0:13Speaker 2: It's a podcast called twenty five.
- 0:15Speaker 3: Whistles Twining Wine, presented by DraftKings sports book and official
- 0:21Speaker 3: sports betting partner of the NFL. Download the DraftKings app
- 0:25Speaker 3: and please use the code Bobby Sports to get in
- 0:27Speaker 3: on the action. Blow it, Welcome to It, Coming up
- 0:31Speaker 3: lev national college football reporter from twenty four to seven
- 0:34Speaker 3: sports Brandon Marcelo. I think he's the best. When he
- 0:37Speaker 3: writes an article, I read it. We'll talk to Michigan.
- 0:39Speaker 3: I can't get enough. I can't get enough of the
- 0:41Speaker 3: cheating scandal.
- 0:43Speaker 2: You love that.
- 0:44Speaker 3: Except if it was my team, I'd be like, everybody's
- 0:45Speaker 3: just shut up. Just sign stealing a big deal, but
- 0:49Speaker 3: just chill out.
- 0:50Speaker 4: I love it.
- 0:50Speaker 3: I can't get enough of that. Let's get over now
- 0:52Speaker 3: and do the tittle tattle time stupid.
- 0:55Speaker 2: His name ever, the tittle tattle.
- 0:58Speaker 3: Let's get up.
- 0:59Speaker 5: Kind of.
- 1:02Speaker 1: At a very quiet eight to zero in the season,
- 1:04Speaker 1: do you feel like Florida State is being overlooked?
- 1:08Speaker 4: I don't know about overlooked.
- 1:10Speaker 3: I think if you look back They beat LSU early
- 1:14Speaker 3: pretty handily. Okay, good win. They beat Southern Miss fine.
- 1:18Speaker 3: When they beat Boston College, you know what, that game
- 1:20Speaker 3: was pretty close. They beat Clemson, which now doesn't look
- 1:23Speaker 3: as good as it once did because clemes and lost
- 1:25Speaker 3: again Virginia Tech Syracuse. They did beat Duke as a
- 1:29Speaker 3: big game and wait for US. I just don't think
- 1:32Speaker 3: they've really played anybody, and it's not like their conference
- 1:38Speaker 3: is full of go getters. But I don't feel like
- 1:41Speaker 3: they're being overlook because anybody that's sven to oher or eight,
- 1:43Speaker 3: and I don't care who you are, Liberty or Florida State,
- 1:46Speaker 3: or you're gonna start to be in the conversation. And
- 1:50Speaker 3: I know Brandon Marcello is coming up, but he loves
- 1:52Speaker 3: Florida State, so I'm gonna go overlooked. No, I think
- 1:55Speaker 3: they're being looked at just right. I think they open
- 1:58Speaker 3: the window a little bit. We do a little Pepe Tom,
- 2:00Speaker 3: we move out the way. But I don't think we're
- 2:01Speaker 3: staring at him like we have a Michigan or like
- 2:04Speaker 3: we are a Georgia. I just don't think their strength
- 2:09Speaker 3: of schedules forty nine.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Where are they ranked top five?
- 2:14Speaker 3: Right?
- 2:15Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't think that's overlooked.
- 2:17Speaker 3: No, but I mean people don't really mention them for
- 2:19Speaker 3: the most part, like Brandon Dust's coming to Plater as
- 2:21Speaker 3: one of the playoff teams. Sure, but their strength of
- 2:24Speaker 3: schedules forty nine, the remaining strength of schedules not.
- 2:27Speaker 4: Even the top fifty.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Wow.
- 2:29Speaker 3: So that tells you a little bit about what they've
- 2:31Speaker 3: been doing.
- 2:33Speaker 4: And that comes away and used to be a lot better.
- 2:34Speaker 3: Yeah, it doesn't look so good now it doesn't look
- 2:36Speaker 3: so good, especially after this last weekend.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Right, next question, with Kansas beating Oklahoma on Saturday, do
- 2:41Speaker 1: you think it is unlikely that a Big twelve team
- 2:43Speaker 1: will make the playoff?
- 2:47Speaker 3: That was a crazy game. I did not see that
- 2:49Speaker 3: one coming. I didn't bet it. I think I said
- 2:52Speaker 3: that on the show too. I didn't want to bet
- 2:53Speaker 3: that because Oklahoma always has trouble with Kansas and Kansas State.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Although Kansas hadn't beaten him forever, They've just had a
- 2:58Speaker 3: couple of close calls, but they did. That's tough because
- 3:03Speaker 3: at least if oh you finishes the season one loss,
- 3:07Speaker 3: Let's say they beat Texas again in the Big Twelve championship.
- 3:10Speaker 3: If that's even the game people are who even knows
- 3:13Speaker 3: the beg Like, oh, Kansas State, it's able to hold
- 3:15Speaker 3: on and.
- 3:16Speaker 1: You got a nice Yeah, they still got to play Texas.
- 3:18Speaker 1: They do they State.
- 3:19Speaker 3: So I don't think they will make it. First of all,
- 3:23Speaker 3: you're gonna need to have teams lose, and you got
- 3:26Speaker 3: some undefeated team still. But also that loss to Kansas,
- 3:30Speaker 3: and Kansas is a good team, but they need Kansas
- 3:31Speaker 3: to keep winning. If Kansas keeps winning and continues to climb,
- 3:35Speaker 3: it makes that one loss look better. Whereas they beat Texas.
- 3:40Speaker 3: And if Oklahoma keeps winning in Texas, it's just to
- 3:43Speaker 3: strengthen the schedule again, is going to play into it.
- 3:45Speaker 3: It's gonna be tough with one. I don't think Oklahoma
- 3:48Speaker 3: does it. I think they cost himself with the Kansas loss.
- 3:52Speaker 1: So if it is gonna be somebody, probably.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Texas probably, But if Kansas keeps winning, I think that
- 3:57Speaker 3: helps out. If I'm an Oklahoma fan, I'm rooting hard
- 3:59Speaker 3: for Kansas because that's the only way they're probably going
- 4:01Speaker 3: to get in is if they run the rest of
- 4:02Speaker 3: it and Kansas keeps winning as well, because that win
- 4:05Speaker 3: looks better and better and better.
- 4:06Speaker 4: All right, Next up.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Going to the NFL here after Cousins tours Achilles on Sunday.
- 4:10Speaker 1: Do you think the Vikings need to make a trade
- 4:12Speaker 1: for the quarterback?
- 4:13Speaker 3: No, I would just suck. I mean, justin Jefferson's not
- 4:16Speaker 3: gonna want to come back and play. Yeah, I mean,
- 4:18Speaker 3: what do you what do you expect? What's the ceiling
- 4:20Speaker 3: for the Vikings? The ceiling is maybe you win a
- 4:23Speaker 3: first round the wildcard game. You ain't win a much
- 4:27Speaker 3: more than that. Who knows how healthy Jefferson is going
- 4:31Speaker 3: to be when he comes back. I just catch you long.
- 4:34Speaker 3: It sucks, by the way, that's terrible. That's gonna cost
- 4:36Speaker 3: him a lot of money.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Yeah, he had momentum going too man.
- 4:40Speaker 3: For the team for himself. We talked about it in
- 4:42Speaker 3: the last episode. How much money he was going to
- 4:43Speaker 3: be able to make demand. That sucks for him.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel really bad for him.
- 4:48Speaker 3: If they were going to trade for somebody like Tannehill. Now,
- 4:51Speaker 3: all of a sudden, Titan, they have a new quarterback
- 4:55Speaker 3: now forever, he's franchise quarterback future, all of fa Yeah,
- 4:59Speaker 3: leve a stif playbirdy he did? He did play good, room, Yeah,
- 5:02Speaker 3: he played pretty good. Yeah, we're used to the quarterback sucking. Yeah,
- 5:05Speaker 3: so we're like anybody that didn't suck, We're.
- 5:06Speaker 4: Like, how about that?
- 5:06Speaker 2: I played? All right? He did?
- 5:08Speaker 3: Uh So it's like Tannehill. It's Trey Lance with the Cowboys,
- 5:14Speaker 3: but the Cowboys are gonna want probably better than a
- 5:16Speaker 3: fourth round pick because of the game for him, right, Yeah,
- 5:20Speaker 3: Andy Dalton, who could start? I mean, do you go
- 5:23Speaker 3: get a good backup to start like Colt McCoy. I
- 5:26Speaker 3: don't think so. I think you probably just lose instead
- 5:31Speaker 3: of investing something into trying to what saved this only
- 5:34Speaker 3: this second half of the season.
- 5:36Speaker 4: I don't know what would you do.
- 5:38Speaker 1: I don't think I'll make a trade though, especially because Jefferson,
- 5:40Speaker 1: you don't know what's going to happen when he comes back.
- 5:42Speaker 1: What if he gets hurt again? Then you're really down
- 5:44Speaker 1: and out with a backup quarterback, And like you said,
- 5:46Speaker 1: what's your ceiling?
- 5:47Speaker 3: Honestly, if your ceiling is, if your ceiling is when
- 5:50Speaker 3: a first round playoff game, you might as well try
- 5:52Speaker 3: to get a better draft pick.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Yeah, and you need a quarterback of the future, so
- 5:54Speaker 1: you know, lose a couple more games, get a higher
- 5:56Speaker 1: draft pick and you will Yeah, you'll definitely lose a
- 5:58Speaker 1: couple more games next following the forty nine ers third
- 6:01Speaker 1: straight loss. Should the play of brock Party start to
- 6:04Speaker 1: seriously concern Niners fans?
- 6:07Speaker 3: Through brock Perty's first five games, nine touchdowns, zero interceptions,
- 6:10Speaker 3: for you, Dan Good through his last three games three touchdowns,
- 6:14Speaker 3: five interceptions.
- 6:16Speaker 2: Missing a big I mean he's missing the.
- 6:18Speaker 3: Lineman, their best linemen, their best lineman, and Debo's out correct,
- 6:22Speaker 3: There's just a lot of things that he has had
- 6:25Speaker 3: that he doesn't have, and that is standard for anybody
- 6:27Speaker 3: that loses their weapons, they're not going to play as well.
- 6:30Speaker 3: I don't think it should seriously concern Niner fans. If
- 6:34Speaker 3: this were happening when he had his full arsenal, then
- 6:37Speaker 3: that would concern me. But every quarterback also needs to
- 6:40Speaker 3: hit one of these. Yeah, you'd rather happen now than
- 6:42Speaker 3: later in the seasons.
- 6:43Speaker 2: True.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Does it seem like he's trying to do a little
- 6:44Speaker 1: too much now, missing some guys maybe instead of playing
- 6:49Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 6:50Speaker 3: I mean he's not hitting some of those passes he
- 6:51Speaker 3: was hitting, but again he's not throwing at the same
- 6:53Speaker 3: people they were able to make those Playscaffrey scored on
- 6:56Speaker 3: the touchdown.
- 6:57Speaker 4: What seventeen games in a.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Row and their defenses they're giving a lot of points
- 7:00Speaker 1: all of a sudden.
- 7:01Speaker 4: So it's not just to him.
- 7:02Speaker 3: I think he's having to press a little bit too
- 7:04Speaker 3: because the defense has given up points. Nothing seems traditional
- 7:07Speaker 3: with what he's had to do and what is still
- 7:09Speaker 3: what he's still being asked to do. So just give
- 7:11Speaker 3: it a second, take a beat. All good, four and
- 7:14Speaker 3: is gonna be fine. Cowboys could still get that number
- 7:16Speaker 3: one season. When I said it a couple of weeks ago,
- 7:19Speaker 3: you were like, no way, No, I didn't think about it.
- 7:21Speaker 1: I thought about you a lot yet.
- 7:22Speaker 2: But now we're getting closer and closer. I mean, dude,
- 7:25Speaker 2: they finally look like I mean, they're coming off a
- 7:29Speaker 2: bye so they're rested.
- 7:30Speaker 4: There Are you now shifting this talk about the Cowboys?
- 7:32Speaker 2: Oh no, no, no, we don't have to.
- 7:33Speaker 4: No, no, no, no, we don't have to.
- 7:34Speaker 2: I'll take my time with that.
- 7:35Speaker 4: We can get to that.
- 7:36Speaker 3: But I didn't know if you were shifting this question
- 7:38Speaker 3: about brock party talk about.
- 7:39Speaker 2: The Cowboys's funny, Like you know, San Francisco had a
- 7:42Speaker 2: spotlight for a little bit, no longer. Three games they
- 7:45Speaker 2: whoop the crap out of you guys whooped them? Yeah,
- 7:47Speaker 2: yeah they did. But let's let's not forget that. That's
- 7:49Speaker 2: when it all started. After that big whooping, that's when
- 7:52Speaker 2: they started losing games.
- 7:54Speaker 3: Because they don't think that's why they started losing bones
- 7:57Speaker 3: hear me out, They like, whooped too hard.
- 7:59Speaker 2: They were like, look, we just beat the number one
- 8:02Speaker 2: team in the world. The Dallas Cowboys said that totally
- 8:06Speaker 2: in the locker room, and then they said, let's just
- 8:07Speaker 2: chill now and then look up, look at their season now.
- 8:11Speaker 4: Then okay, well that's a tittle tattle, thank you.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Let's his name ever, the Tittle Tattle Let's kick up.
- 8:20Speaker 3: Twenty five whistles presented by Draft Kings sports book and
- 8:22Speaker 3: official sports betting partner of the NFL. Download the DraftKings
- 8:26Speaker 3: app used to code Bobby Sports to get in on
- 8:27Speaker 3: the action, let's recap the parlay. Hey, let's not I
- 8:33Speaker 3: mean I hit again. I think we should go back
- 8:36Speaker 3: to the old way of doing things where I just
- 8:38Speaker 3: did it all. Yes, Ed, you haven't, You've never hit.
- 8:41Speaker 3: I know it's just a single game, and you know
- 8:43Speaker 3: what messed us up.
- 8:44Speaker 2: I get on TV, I start looking through the channels
- 8:46Speaker 2: and what's right there, Ohio versus Miami of Ohio.
- 8:49Speaker 4: And I was like, that's what.
- 8:50Speaker 2: That's the opposite of what I wanted. I wanted a
- 8:52Speaker 2: team that no one could watch on TV.
- 8:54Speaker 3: But that's not gonna happen. There's Oh, there are games
- 8:56Speaker 3: out there that no one can watch. High school, high
- 8:59Speaker 3: school and PAC twelve.
- 9:00Speaker 2: True.
- 9:01Speaker 3: True, because I did try to find the USC game
- 9:04Speaker 3: nowhere to be found, and I couldn't find it anywhere.
- 9:06Speaker 4: Did you guys watch any of that?
- 9:07Speaker 2: Ah, he can't.
- 9:08Speaker 3: I saw it on Now, I take that back. I
- 9:10Speaker 3: did watch the end of it on TikTok because somebody's
- 9:12Speaker 3: holding the phone up.
- 9:13Speaker 2: That's funny.
- 9:14Speaker 4: I don't think that counts.
- 9:15Speaker 3: So I did watch a lot of the game because
- 9:17Speaker 3: I bet on USC to come back and they did.
- 9:22Speaker 3: So I found the fourth quarter and watched it on
- 9:24Speaker 3: a TikTok. If somebody you just type in the game
- 9:26Speaker 3: to hold it. But that doesn't count.
- 9:28Speaker 1: What's crazy is though, what they do that on TikTok.
- 9:30Speaker 4: Oh, yeah, dude, anything, that's how I watch UFC fights.
- 9:33Speaker 1: That's wild.
- 9:33Speaker 4: Yeah, they told the phone up to the TV. Just
- 9:35Speaker 4: watch it.
- 9:35Speaker 3: You get them a little hearts and they keep it up. Yeah,
- 9:37Speaker 3: you can even tip them, yeah yeah, can you really? Yeah,
- 9:40Speaker 3: that's why they do it, and they'll call you out.
- 9:42Speaker 3: They'd be like a producer ready, thanks to the dollar
- 9:44Speaker 3: man for sure. Awesome are you gonna say? Uh?
- 9:46Speaker 6: Oh?
- 9:47Speaker 2: Colorado it's just out of all the Pac twelve though,
- 9:49Speaker 2: Like Colorado will be shown on national television every week.
- 9:52Speaker 3: The recap, Kevin had usc minus eleven. They only won
- 9:55Speaker 3: by one, so they did not hit That was l
- 9:58Speaker 3: Eddie had oh Io minus seven but they didn't even win. No,
- 10:02Speaker 3: they lost the game big time. I lost by two touchdowns.
- 10:05Speaker 3: Miami of Ohio beat Ohio thirty to sixteen. I had
- 10:08Speaker 3: Georgia minus fifteen and a half at Florida and Georgia
- 10:11Speaker 3: easily covered.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Boom.
- 10:13Speaker 4: We'll do it again next week.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Uh you mean like we'll add to that again.
- 10:17Speaker 4: Yeah, all right.
- 10:18Speaker 3: I like that.
- 10:18Speaker 2: I'll start studying. I didn't looking at lot.
- 10:21Speaker 4: You didn't eve study last time. You just tried to
- 10:22Speaker 4: find a game.
- 10:22Speaker 2: You didn't never, no, no, no, I read that there
- 10:24Speaker 2: could that Miami of Ohio quarterback got hurt.
- 10:26Speaker 3: I did go back and listen to why Eddie picked
- 10:28Speaker 3: that game, and he's like I read the quarterback, but
- 10:30Speaker 3: that didn't.
- 10:31Speaker 1: They weren't anything. They were losing the whole time.
- 10:33Speaker 3: If you want to take the twenty five whistles parlay,
- 10:35Speaker 3: you can check out Draft Kings Sportsbook. New users use
- 10:37Speaker 3: the code Bobby sports when you download the app twenty
- 10:40Speaker 3: one and up in most eligible states, but age varies
- 10:42Speaker 3: by jurisdiction. Eligibility and deposit restrictions apply. Gambling problem called
- 10:46Speaker 3: one hundred gambler in New York called eight seven seven
- 10:48Speaker 3: eight Hope and wy or text ope and y four
- 10:51Speaker 3: six seven three six nine. I do want to throw
- 10:59Speaker 3: over to Brandon marcel who my favorite writer in all
- 11:02Speaker 3: of college football. I mean I read his articles when
- 11:05Speaker 3: he posted, I follow him. He's the dude right there.
- 11:09Speaker 3: I mean, he was named National Beat Writer of the
- 11:10Speaker 3: Year by the Associated Press of twenty eighteen. You can
- 11:13Speaker 3: follow him b Marcelo on Twitter here. He is Brandon Marcelo.
- 11:17Speaker 3: You can read his articles at two four seven sports
- 11:20Speaker 3: dot com. One of my favorite writers when it comes
- 11:22Speaker 3: to college football. Like he's the guy that I read
- 11:24Speaker 3: practically everything he writes. It is Brandon Marcelo. Hey, Brandon,
- 11:27Speaker 3: I want to talk about Michigan first, Like What the heck,
- 11:30Speaker 3: that's my question.
- 11:30Speaker 2: What the heck?
- 11:31Speaker 3: This thing gets better every single day, It gets better
- 11:34Speaker 3: and more fun for me to watch.
- 11:35Speaker 7: Yeah, it's it's a bit insane. And I tend to
- 11:40Speaker 7: think that none of this is going to be settled
- 11:42Speaker 7: until after the year, and by that time, most of
- 11:45Speaker 7: these players, Blake Krum, even JJ McCarthy, all these great players,
- 11:48Speaker 7: they'll be gone, and the coaching staff will probably be gone.
- 11:51Speaker 7: Because I think Jim Harball me very well just actually
- 11:54Speaker 7: end up going the NFL now after flirting with it
- 11:57Speaker 7: for the last two years.
- 11:58Speaker 5: I mean, he's a Jim car Ball is a quirky.
- 12:00Speaker 7: Guy anyway, But I mean, this is a guy who
- 12:03Speaker 7: on signing Day National Signing Day last year, was interviewing
- 12:07Speaker 7: for the Minnesota Vikings job instead of being at work.
- 12:10Speaker 7: So he listen, you can't really predict what he's gonna do.
- 12:15Speaker 7: But all this sign stealing stuff, I mean, it is serious,
- 12:19Speaker 7: serious accusations. It is breaking the rules. But I'm gonna
- 12:23Speaker 7: say this like, it's not the most terrible thing I've
- 12:26Speaker 7: heard about cheating and sign stealing things like that across
- 12:31Speaker 7: college football. And by that, I mean I'm not going
- 12:34Speaker 7: to give names here, But I've had stories in previous
- 12:38Speaker 7: years of coaches telling me about them finding out that
- 12:41Speaker 7: an opposing coaching staff was logging into their video system
- 12:46Speaker 7: that's crazy and downloading practice footage, hacking cut ups from
- 12:51Speaker 7: that day.
- 12:52Speaker 5: Wow.
- 12:53Speaker 7: So yeah, this, I mean, yeah, it's this is certainly
- 12:57Speaker 7: bending the rules and being at a game and filming
- 12:59Speaker 7: SIG stuff and breaking the rules if it's proven true
- 13:03Speaker 7: and all that, but it's not the worst thing that
- 13:07Speaker 7: is that is happening out there or has happened out there,
- 13:10Speaker 7: you know, And I'll just all the conversations in bar
- 13:13Speaker 7: talk I've I've had over the years.
- 13:14Speaker 3: Do you think this could be a John gaudiesque situation
- 13:17Speaker 3: where they know a lot of stuff that he's been
- 13:20Speaker 3: doing but they can't get them, so there's gonna get
- 13:21Speaker 3: up a tax evasion, which is just the sign stealing.
- 13:25Speaker 5: Yeah, I think so.
- 13:26Speaker 7: I think there is something to that because the ISLA
- 13:28Speaker 7: has certainly got a bit of a chubby for Jim
- 13:32Speaker 7: Harbaugh and right now, and they have for the last
- 13:35Speaker 7: several years, and I think a lot of the coaches
- 13:39Speaker 7: in the Big ten do too. Because of Michigan's rise
- 13:42Speaker 7: these last three to four years. You know again, though,
- 13:46Speaker 7: you have to be careful opposing coaches of taddling on
- 13:51Speaker 7: someone because then you know, it's like kids. Man, you
- 13:55Speaker 7: point your finger at you, I'm a point right back
- 13:57Speaker 7: at you. So you got to be carefully get to
- 13:59Speaker 7: pick spots. But you know, I think cardball is a
- 14:04Speaker 7: very easy target. I think Michigan's a very easy target
- 14:06Speaker 7: just because of one they're winning in hardball, and his
- 14:09Speaker 7: background and everything. But again, I'm not saying what Michigan
- 14:15Speaker 7: allegedly has done is right. I'm just saying that this
- 14:20Speaker 7: isn't the worst thing to be happening or has had
- 14:23Speaker 7: happened in college football when it comes to bending the
- 14:27Speaker 7: rules to get an edge competition wise.
- 14:31Speaker 3: Do you feel like there's anything to the route? And
- 14:33Speaker 3: it's a rumor all rumor, rumor, rumor. I just want
- 14:35Speaker 3: to say again, and Brandon's not saying this.
- 14:36Speaker 2: I just read it.
- 14:37Speaker 3: Ryan Day's brother is in you know, used to be
- 14:41Speaker 3: in law, law enforcement. Now he's a private investigator. And
- 14:44Speaker 3: so they're going, well, the head coach Bio States brother,
- 14:46Speaker 3: I think it's called like fourth and one or whatever
- 14:48Speaker 3: his company is. I mean, would Ohio State go, well,
- 14:53Speaker 3: he kind of been taking it to us the last
- 14:55Speaker 3: few years. We know they're doing this because I'm sure
- 14:57Speaker 3: they're up to crap too, is the thing, Just like
- 14:58Speaker 3: you're saying, so, have you heard that at all?
- 15:01Speaker 5: I haven't. I saw that rumor as well. I have
- 15:04Speaker 5: not heard that from anybody.
- 15:06Speaker 7: I will say this, You got to be careful because
- 15:10Speaker 7: you know, I as a national guy. Now, I was
- 15:13Speaker 7: on the ground in some other heated rivalries Alabama and Auburn,
- 15:16Speaker 7: which I think is even can be more vicious. I mean, heck,
- 15:20Speaker 7: an Alabama fan killed Auburn's tradition of the tumor oaks trees.
- 15:25Speaker 7: You got to be careful what you hear because every
- 15:27Speaker 7: day there's something out there that's got like ten percent
- 15:30Speaker 7: truth to it or four percent truth to it, and
- 15:32Speaker 7: you got to figure out what exactly is false.
- 15:35Speaker 5: So yeah, there's a lot.
- 15:37Speaker 7: Of mudslinging that's been going on between those two fan
- 15:39Speaker 7: bases for the last several years in relation just to
- 15:43Speaker 7: that game.
- 15:43Speaker 5: And I think that that's just I would be careful,
- 15:47Speaker 5: you know with that. I haven't heard that myself.
- 15:50Speaker 3: I am rooting for Michigan now because I like Michigan.
- 15:52Speaker 3: I just love a story. I love the fact that
- 15:55Speaker 3: they keep winning even though but it's like you're cheating.
- 15:58Speaker 2: I love that.
- 15:58Speaker 3: It's something to talk about, like, and so let's go Michigan.
- 16:02Speaker 5: It's ed Listen.
- 16:03Speaker 7: Michigan's been my number one team in my rankings for
- 16:06Speaker 7: weeks now, even before this all was going on. They
- 16:08Speaker 7: got the most complete team in college football. They've got
- 16:10Speaker 7: the deepest team in college football, and couple that with
- 16:15Speaker 7: a quarterback in JJ McCarthy who's seemingly getting better every
- 16:19Speaker 7: single week.
- 16:20Speaker 5: I mean, why not Michigan.
- 16:22Speaker 3: One final Michigan thing? Because I'm obsessed with this story.
- 16:25Speaker 3: It is just it's the greatest to me because I
- 16:26Speaker 3: just love a soap opera. So TCU had heard, according
- 16:32Speaker 3: to the stories I've read, that Michigan was stealing signs,
- 16:34Speaker 3: so they developed a whole secondary system to throw Michigan off,
- 16:38Speaker 3: and then Michigan got pounced.
- 16:40Speaker 7: So there.
- 16:41Speaker 4: I think there's something to it, don't you.
- 16:44Speaker 7: There could be, you know, listen, I think now this
- 16:47Speaker 7: will open the eyes of fans to be watching sidelines
- 16:51Speaker 7: more because if you watch games over the years, you'll
- 16:54Speaker 7: see when they notice other stealing signs. I mean, that's
- 16:58Speaker 7: why these last like eight years or so. You're seeing
- 17:01Speaker 7: more of those sideline guys holding towels up or holding big,
- 17:05Speaker 7: big pieces of fabric up to block signs. I remember
- 17:09Speaker 7: back when I was covering Auburn the National Championship game
- 17:12Speaker 7: against Florida State. Auburn knew Florida State signals offensively. Auburn's
- 17:19Speaker 7: receivers coach at the time was standing over by Gus
- 17:22Speaker 7: Malzon and the offensive staff whispering to them like, here's
- 17:26Speaker 7: what's coming, here's what they're doing. Why Because that receivers
- 17:29Speaker 7: coach at Auburn was the receivers coach at Florida State
- 17:33Speaker 7: the year before. And Florida State realized what was going on,
- 17:36Speaker 7: and they changed up their things at halftime, and Florida
- 17:39Speaker 7: State drilled them in the second half to win. This stuff,
- 17:43Speaker 7: this gamesmanship of some sort, whether it's signs deealing, headsets.
- 17:47Speaker 5: Going awry on game guys.
- 17:50Speaker 7: Yes, I mean this stuff happens, I guarantee you every single.
- 17:56Speaker 5: Saturday in college football.
- 17:58Speaker 7: It's just so we don't hear a lot about it
- 17:59Speaker 7: because I think one coaches don't want to put out
- 18:03Speaker 7: excuse as well, that's why we lost, because it makes
- 18:05Speaker 7: me sound like I got a tenfoil hat on, like, yeah,
- 18:07Speaker 7: our headsets weren't working. But also I think part of
- 18:10Speaker 7: it is, well, we would do that too if we
- 18:12Speaker 7: had the opportunity to do so.
- 18:15Speaker 3: Maybe this will be a positive thing in that they
- 18:17Speaker 3: will just put speakers in helmets.
- 18:19Speaker 5: It's so stupid. It's so stupid they don't have that.
- 18:22Speaker 7: And we can all track this back to your nineteen
- 18:23Speaker 7: ninety four Okay, that's when the NFL said let's put
- 18:27Speaker 7: let's put microphones in the quarterbacks helmets. That same year,
- 18:30Speaker 7: the NAA said, no, we can't do that. In facts,
- 18:34Speaker 7: let's put a rule in that you can't scout teams
- 18:36Speaker 7: on game days. So in nineteen ninety four, the NFL
- 18:39Speaker 7: went one way, the INSTABA went one way, And here's
- 18:41Speaker 7: where we are. And in the end this will end
- 18:44Speaker 7: up meeting to the point where they go, yeah, let's
- 18:47Speaker 7: put microphones in the player's helmets. I think every single
- 18:50Speaker 7: coach would say, let's do that, and it's baffling to
- 18:54Speaker 7: me they haven't decided to do it.
- 18:56Speaker 3: Let's move over to Colorado quickly, and I'm a big coach,
- 19:00Speaker 3: prime fan.
- 19:02Speaker 4: They haven't been winning games.
- 19:03Speaker 3: UCLA took it to them, however, they have won more
- 19:05Speaker 3: games than they did last year, and I think had
- 19:07Speaker 3: they not just splashed so hard, I think people would
- 19:10Speaker 3: sit and respect what he's doing over there because it's
- 19:13Speaker 3: right now. People like, look, we told you he wasn't
- 19:14Speaker 3: that good. What is your understanding of what's happening in
- 19:17Speaker 3: Colorado right now? How do you feel about that team
- 19:19Speaker 3: so far?
- 19:20Speaker 7: Their only issue really to me is both their offensive
- 19:23Speaker 7: defensive lines. They're terrible. They're probably the worst collective offensive
- 19:29Speaker 7: defensive lines in college football. If they had an average
- 19:32Speaker 7: offensive and defensive line, they might only have one loss
- 19:35Speaker 7: right now, maybe two, but they would probably only have
- 19:38Speaker 7: one loss that offense. I'm a huge believer in that offense.
- 19:42Speaker 7: That they've got offensive coordinator Sean Lewis, who was previously
- 19:45Speaker 7: the head coach at Kent State. Go back and watch
- 19:47Speaker 7: Kent State lashing. The stuff they're doing offensively. It's what
- 19:49Speaker 7: they're doing now is Shdor Sanders, Travis Hunter and all
- 19:52Speaker 7: those guys. It's a fantastic scheme and he's doing everything
- 19:57Speaker 7: he can to get the ball out Shadoor Sanders hands
- 20:00Speaker 7: quickly because man, that pressure is getting to him. There
- 20:03Speaker 7: was one play where like he had pressure in his
- 20:05Speaker 7: face in less than one second against UCLA this past weekend,
- 20:08Speaker 7: and the ball was still out beforehand. That's a credit
- 20:11Speaker 7: to Sean Lucioc knowing I got to get the ball
- 20:13Speaker 7: out quick out of his hands and scheme some things
- 20:15Speaker 7: up to make it successful. But that only can last
- 20:19Speaker 7: so many percentage of snaps. And the defensive line is
- 20:22Speaker 7: really bad. They've got the worst defense in college football
- 20:25Speaker 7: as a result. And again, football will never change. You
- 20:29Speaker 7: have to win in the trenches, and Colorado collectively might
- 20:32Speaker 7: have the worst trench warfare out there.
- 20:35Speaker 4: What do you think that call?
- 20:37Speaker 3: Dion Sun also plays safety. They got up for targeting again.
- 20:41Speaker 3: I watched it a few times. It looks shouldery, but
- 20:43Speaker 3: is it because they took the shoulder to the guy's head.
- 20:45Speaker 3: How did you feel about that targeting?
- 20:46Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean according to the rules, it looked like
- 20:50Speaker 7: it was the right call. I'll say this also because
- 20:52Speaker 7: it looked like he was quote unquote launching. But then
- 20:55Speaker 7: you watch that, you watch all these plays in real time,
- 20:57Speaker 7: it's like it's such bang bang, Like I don't even
- 21:00Speaker 7: know how these refs can decide want to throw flags?
- 21:03Speaker 5: And I agree with Dion.
- 21:04Speaker 7: I'm glad a coach said this finally prime time. He said,
- 21:07Speaker 7: they refs really do add the most difficult job on
- 21:10Speaker 7: game days because if you're there, I mean, Bobby, you've
- 21:13Speaker 7: been on the sidelines of game days, you see a
- 21:15Speaker 7: play happening eight feet in front of you at full speed.
- 21:19Speaker 7: I can't I don't even understand how these guys mark
- 21:21Speaker 7: the ball at the right spot at times, and it's
- 21:24Speaker 7: it's one of the most thankless jobs out there. Not
- 21:27Speaker 7: to say that they still make some really terrible bad calls,
- 21:30Speaker 7: but that one I could I could understand by the
- 21:33Speaker 7: rule of the game.
- 21:33Speaker 3: I think refs should have an earpiece two with other refs,
- 21:36Speaker 3: like why are we avoiding technology? I think we should
- 21:38Speaker 3: have goal line sensors or at least the tennis because
- 21:42Speaker 3: one of my buddies played professional tennis for a long time.
- 21:44Speaker 3: They had that freaking bird can. They would tell you
- 21:46Speaker 3: right where the ball hit. We're not changing the game,
- 21:49Speaker 3: We're just enforcing what the game is supposed to be,
- 21:52Speaker 3: like getting exact Baseball's the worst.
- 21:54Speaker 4: We don't want robot OMPs.
- 21:56Speaker 3: I mean now they do in some places they allow it,
- 21:59Speaker 3: and then the in the miners, right, yeah, they do,
- 22:01Speaker 3: and it's awesome. It's just, you know, embracing technology. I
- 22:05Speaker 3: know technology is a bad guy a lot of times.
- 22:07Speaker 3: Florida State. I have a lot of Florida State friends.
- 22:10Speaker 3: They think this is their year to win the national championship.
- 22:12Speaker 3: I know you also have them pretty high up personally.
- 22:15Speaker 3: What do you think about this team?
- 22:17Speaker 7: They've got the best collection of talent offensively, I think
- 22:21Speaker 7: in college football. I'm still waiting for them to have
- 22:23Speaker 7: like a game where it's like sixty five to three.
- 22:25Speaker 7: But I just don't think it's in their dna to
- 22:27Speaker 7: play that way. They seemingly kind of have these lulls,
- 22:31Speaker 7: and that's a little bothersome. They need to turn it
- 22:33Speaker 7: on in some of these bigger games down the stretch
- 22:36Speaker 7: to show that they can strangle their opponents.
- 22:39Speaker 5: That was what worries me, you know.
- 22:41Speaker 7: I mean, even in the ACC championship game, when they
- 22:44Speaker 7: get into it, they should How are they going to
- 22:46Speaker 7: react if they're down, you know, or let's say, for
- 22:49Speaker 7: that matter, they're up. That's what I'm worried about. They're
- 22:51Speaker 7: up two touchdowns and the other team starts clawing back.
- 22:54Speaker 7: How do they respond? That worries me a little bit.
- 22:58Speaker 7: But they've got the pieces Man two receivers. They got Keyon.
- 23:01Speaker 7: Coleman's the best receiver out there in college football. I
- 23:04Speaker 7: think Jordan Travis still doesn't get the love he deserves.
- 23:08Speaker 7: I think he's a top three quarterback in college football
- 23:10Speaker 7: right now in a year that's absolutely loaded with qbs
- 23:14Speaker 7: dominated in the Pac twelve out West. But you know,
- 23:18Speaker 7: I do wonder about their competitiveness when they're up a
- 23:21Speaker 7: little bit. They just seem to like let some teams
- 23:23Speaker 7: hang around when they shouldn't.
- 23:25Speaker 3: Let's go over to the Big Twelve. Oh, you almost
- 23:28Speaker 3: lost to UCF. They had to basically stop a two
- 23:30Speaker 3: point conversion. I get a two point conversion? Was all
- 23:33Speaker 3: I know is my family was yelling. They almost lost
- 23:37Speaker 3: to UCF and then they did end up losing this
- 23:40Speaker 3: last week to Kansas.
- 23:41Speaker 4: What's any chance now?
- 23:43Speaker 3: If they win the Big Twelve as a one loss
- 23:46Speaker 3: Big twelve winner, they can still go and play in
- 23:49Speaker 3: the Final four.
- 23:51Speaker 7: I think it's difficult this year for them. I think
- 23:54Speaker 7: the Big Twelve is gonna end up being the conference
- 23:56Speaker 7: that gets left out, and then Pac twelve kind of
- 23:58Speaker 7: takes that spot Pack twelve and out of it. The
- 24:00Speaker 7: last six seven years, I think the big twelves not
- 24:03Speaker 7: as strong as they thought they were going to be.
- 24:06Speaker 7: If the problem for OU is obviously the loss, but
- 24:09Speaker 7: also the strength of the conferences I just mentioned. Texas
- 24:12Speaker 7: Tech is nowhere near close what we thought they were
- 24:14Speaker 7: going to be this year. Houston's abysmal as a new
- 24:18Speaker 7: member this season. Their strength of schedule Oklahoma and the
- 24:22Speaker 7: strength of this conference is what's going to end up
- 24:24Speaker 7: syncing them. I think it would take a Texas winning
- 24:27Speaker 7: out to get into the playoff and have an opportunity
- 24:30Speaker 7: to get there because their resume will be stronger because
- 24:33Speaker 7: obviously they've got that win on the road to Alabama,
- 24:36Speaker 7: whereas yes, oub Texas had to head but neutral site
- 24:42Speaker 7: not necessarily a road game, and.
- 24:46Speaker 5: That all way on the committee a little bit in a.
- 24:48Speaker 3: Close game, right, neutral site, close game with a top
- 24:51Speaker 3: twenty team, probably, Uh, Let's I get two other teams
- 24:54Speaker 3: I want to ask about. One is Clemson. Is Dabo
- 24:57Speaker 3: just never going to adapt? Is just going to die
- 25:00Speaker 3: on his hill?
- 25:01Speaker 7: He didn't it crazy Like I'm a quote unquote expert,
- 25:05Speaker 7: but I think everybody the last three years has been
- 25:06Speaker 7: saying like Dabo just doesn't seem with it with the
- 25:08Speaker 7: transfer portal.
- 25:09Speaker 5: What's his deal?
- 25:10Speaker 7: Why will he not go in the transfer portal, We'll
- 25:12Speaker 7: get some quarterbacks, get a receiver. Because slowly the pieces
- 25:16Speaker 7: were just like like like fall now, like the leaves
- 25:19Speaker 7: were just slowly falling off the trees, and he just
- 25:21Speaker 7: sat there and watched him going instead of like raking
- 25:24Speaker 7: them up and figuring out what to do, he didn't
- 25:26Speaker 7: hit the transfer portal. The only thing he's done in
- 25:28Speaker 7: the transfer portal is go get what equates to to
- 25:30Speaker 7: walk on quarterbacks on the team, including one that was
- 25:34Speaker 7: a Clemson quarterback before he went to Northwestern and then
- 25:37Speaker 7: came back to school. He's gonna have to hit the
- 25:39Speaker 7: transfer portal this offseason. If he doesn't, then he's committing
- 25:43Speaker 7: career suicide and he's going to be chased out the
- 25:46Speaker 7: door at Clemson within the next three years. But you know,
- 25:49Speaker 7: I think this off season will show us a lot
- 25:51Speaker 7: about how serious he's taking things, because if he doesn't.
- 25:53Speaker 5: Adapt, he will die on that vine.
- 25:55Speaker 3: I mean, even got hit the portal, even inniol wise,
- 25:58Speaker 3: like he's someone who, I mean, he was very anti
- 26:00Speaker 3: it and is still really not a lover of it.
- 26:03Speaker 3: But it's those two things that have completely even revolutionized
- 26:06Speaker 3: college football. These teams nil and transferport That's what it's
- 26:10Speaker 3: about now, and he's doing neither one that.
- 26:13Speaker 7: And you know, the one thing he has done correctly
- 26:16Speaker 7: and it has not worked out this year, is he
- 26:17Speaker 7: finally went outside his comfort zone and hired a staffer
- 26:21Speaker 7: to run his offense outside of his coaching tree. Because
- 26:23Speaker 7: for the longest time, the last eleven twelve years, he's
- 26:25Speaker 7: stayed in house. He's promoted from within whenever someone left,
- 26:28Speaker 7: and he finally decided, I'm going to get the hottest
- 26:29Speaker 7: OC out there, Garrett Riley at TCU, and bring him in.
- 26:33Speaker 7: The problem is the offense doesn't look much different schematically,
- 26:36Speaker 7: so you wonder, is this still like Dabo's offense and
- 26:38Speaker 7: Garrett's just running it. But again, a lot of that
- 26:42Speaker 7: could be fixed by simply bringing in more talent. They
- 26:44Speaker 7: have not had a game breaker receiver with game breaking
- 26:47Speaker 7: speed in the last three to four years and it's
- 26:49Speaker 7: killing them and they could easily go in the transfer portal,
- 26:52Speaker 7: won't go get one.
- 26:53Speaker 5: Look at Florida State.
- 26:54Speaker 7: They got Keyon Coleman from Michigan State. You mean to
- 26:56Speaker 7: tell me that if Clemson came calling and like, look
- 26:59Speaker 7: at our offense, what we've done previously with receivers. He
- 27:01Speaker 7: maybe would not have came to Clemson. I bet he wouldn't.
- 27:04Speaker 3: I would be so frustrated to be a Clemson fan.
- 27:06Speaker 3: I would be so fresh. I mean, I'm frustrated an
- 27:08Speaker 3: Arkansas fan, but as a Clemson fan when when I
- 27:10Speaker 3: had a taste of it and Clemson was like here forever.
- 27:13Speaker 3: They're not anymore, but they were here forever, Like this
- 27:15Speaker 3: is the new blue blood. It's Alabama, Georgia, Clemson mission.
- 27:20Speaker 3: It's not Clemson anymore.
- 27:21Speaker 4: It's just not.
- 27:22Speaker 3: And so it'll be interesting to see what he does
- 27:23Speaker 3: in the next couple of years. Final is about Kayleb
- 27:26Speaker 3: Williams and just USC in general. I mean, their their
- 27:30Speaker 3: defense is awful and I watched them come back from
- 27:32Speaker 3: behind and win this game.
- 27:33Speaker 4: I think they scored like fifty two.
- 27:34Speaker 3: I'm not sure the score, but I watched USC come
- 27:36Speaker 3: back and win, and I don't even know what to think.
- 27:39Speaker 3: If I were Caleb Williams, I would be so frustrated
- 27:42Speaker 3: to be playing for this team that cannot stop anybody.
- 27:46Speaker 3: What are your thoughts on what's happening over there?
- 27:48Speaker 7: That defense is atrocious and I thought it was going
- 27:51Speaker 7: to get better this year because defensive corner of Alex Grinch.
- 27:54Speaker 7: Over his tenure at previous schools, including Oklahoma, they always
- 27:58Speaker 7: got really good in year two. This year they're worse
- 28:01Speaker 7: than they were last year. And it's the same stuff.
- 28:03Speaker 7: It's nothing, it's nothing something new, it's the same things,
- 28:07Speaker 7: missing tackles and busted assignments and guess what, that's freaking coaching. Man,
- 28:14Speaker 7: Blame the players. All you want talent level, they got
- 28:16Speaker 7: the talent. That's coaching. So Lincoln Riley, if he's serious
- 28:21Speaker 7: about winning a championship, he needs to make a decision
- 28:24Speaker 7: and probably move on from Alex Grinch and bring someone
- 28:27Speaker 7: else in because they've got the talent. They got guys
- 28:29Speaker 7: like Bear Alexander up front just an absolute just eater
- 28:33Speaker 7: up front, could eat everybody's lunch. And USC is one
- 28:37Speaker 7: of the more disappointing teams out there, next to Clemson,
- 28:40Speaker 7: I would say in college football this year, because they
- 28:44Speaker 7: should be so so much better.
- 28:46Speaker 3: We mentioned all Ezac glades before he came on, but
- 28:48Speaker 3: I'll say it again. He's my favorite rider to read.
- 28:51Speaker 3: Go to twenty four to seven sports dot Com. Brandon
- 28:53Speaker 3: Marcelo on Instagram, b Marcelo on Twitter and dude, big fan.
- 28:58Speaker 3: Always reading what you're right and sometimes I repeat it
- 29:00Speaker 3: as it's my own. If I'm being honest, I be
- 29:01Speaker 3: like a yeah, this crazy thought, you know it. That's
- 29:04Speaker 3: what it is, though, Brandon, thank you and we always
- 29:06Speaker 3: enjoy talking with you.
- 29:07Speaker 2: Man.
- 29:07Speaker 3: All right, thanks Bobby, see buddy, all right, thanks to
- 29:10Speaker 3: Brandon Marcelo.
- 29:12Speaker 4: I can't get enough Michigan.
- 29:14Speaker 2: What do you think is? I wanted to ask him
- 29:17Speaker 2: what his saturdays there? Like, like what does he do Saturday?
- 29:19Speaker 4: Of multiple TVs?
- 29:20Speaker 2: Just like it's got to be crazy, right yeah? Or
- 29:22Speaker 2: does he go to a sports bar? Does he go
- 29:24Speaker 2: to me?
- 29:24Speaker 3: There's no way he has to do like when we

- 31:29Speaker 8: Like I like, I had a cough a little bit,

- 31:36Speaker 4: You're gonna cry, sounds like it.
- 31:38Speaker 2: I cried a little bit.
- 31:39Speaker 7: Man.
- 31:39Speaker 4: That's do you watch any games?
- 31:43Speaker 8: Did not watch any games. No, I no, I uh,
- 31:46Speaker 8: I turned out. I turned on the Chiefs and that
- 31:49Speaker 8: was disappointing.
- 31:50Speaker 4: Yeah, are you a Kanasity fan?
- 31:53Speaker 8: No? Not really?
- 31:54Speaker 2: You want to see Taylor? I'm a Taylor fan? Yeah?
- 31:56Speaker 3: Are you?
- 31:56Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 31:57Speaker 4: And so what was Reed's promise this week?
- 32:00Speaker 1: Same as yours? Minus seven? Kansas City?
- 32:02Speaker 4: Oh broke, I have a broke. I already have my
- 32:04Speaker 4: tens in.
- 32:05Speaker 1: You got both ahead? You're good?
- 32:06Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 32:06Speaker 2: Boom boom.
- 32:07Speaker 4: Okay, so we sucked.
- 32:08Speaker 2: It's almost like you premeditated that loss though. That's why
- 32:11Speaker 2: you can't pay ahead. Guys.
- 32:13Speaker 4: No, that's not it. You pay ahead all that was
- 32:16Speaker 4: a twenty and I was like, I don't need change.
- 32:17Speaker 4: I just put tent. Well that makes more sense, okay,
- 32:20Speaker 4: Eddie your promise?
- 32:21Speaker 2: Oh dude? Vikings minus one? They won before the end fourteen.
- 32:25Speaker 4: I think, why can't you pick games on our parlay
- 32:27Speaker 4: then to win NFL.
- 32:30Speaker 2: NFL? I think I'm a lot better in the NFL. College.
- 32:33Speaker 3: We can do an NFL parlay next week. It doesn't matter.
- 32:35Speaker 3: What do we have to do.
- 32:36Speaker 2: Collegef do whatever you want to figure you guys are doing.
- 32:39Speaker 4: You know we can all do NFL well sitch.
- 32:42Speaker 3: Yeah, change it up a little bit, switching out for
- 32:44Speaker 3: next week.
- 32:44Speaker 4: Okay, good call, all right, Kevin?
- 32:46Speaker 1: Yeah, I was with Eddie minus one Vikings got them.
- 32:50Speaker 3: So twenty bucks into the Broken Promises John, and we
- 32:52Speaker 3: did not prepay losses.
- 32:54Speaker 4: Cool? So how much is in there now?
- 32:56Speaker 1: One forty?
- 32:58Speaker 4: I think we need to figure out.
- 32:59Speaker 2: What week we need.
- 33:02Speaker 3: I would say week like uh what I would say,
- 33:05Speaker 3: week like twelve or thirteen is when we should do
- 33:07Speaker 3: our big.
- 33:08Speaker 2: Challenge and we're just eight now going into nine.
- 33:11Speaker 3: Or we could do like thirteen and then the top
- 33:13Speaker 3: two move on and compete each other, heads up moving.
- 33:15Speaker 2: It's cool.
- 33:16Speaker 7: I like that.
- 33:16Speaker 4: I like that for all the money.
- 33:18Speaker 2: Oh man, this is awesome.
- 33:19Speaker 4: So what week are we on now? Eight into nine?
- 33:23Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 33:24Speaker 3: Okay, let's say week thirteen and fourteen?
- 33:26Speaker 2: Love it. Four weeks.
- 33:28Speaker 3: Maybe we'll be what we compete for the Broken Promises money? Okay,
- 33:30Speaker 3: because we gotta let it build up a little bit.
- 33:32Speaker 2: Who the cow was playing for in there?
- 33:36Speaker 4: Eddie's looking at the schedule already.
- 33:38Speaker 2: Oh dude, I'm funned.
- 33:39Speaker 4: Oh do you want to hear my betting stats?
- 33:41Speaker 3: Oh?
- 33:42Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I did chase and I did win what
- 33:44Speaker 4: and this.
- 33:45Speaker 2: Is Sam Houston State included.
- 33:47Speaker 4: Yeah, boy, really it's a rough start.
- 33:51Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 33:51Speaker 3: Well, so I chased hard and I bet twenty five
- 33:55Speaker 3: hundred bucks on Georgia to cover and then I was
- 33:57Speaker 3: like as screwing it through another seven hundred fifty on
- 33:58Speaker 3: there to cover crazy and they did so my NC
- 34:02Speaker 3: double A at twelve bets, I bet six thousand and
- 34:06Speaker 3: sixty six dollars. I came out with seven thousand and
- 34:09Speaker 3: seventy dollars. I was at plus one thousand and four
- 34:12Speaker 3: dollars this week n C double A, NFL total bets fifteen,
- 34:19Speaker 3: total wagered five thousand, nine hundred nine nine dollars, total
- 34:22Speaker 3: winnings three thousand, two hundred and eighty eight dollars minus
- 34:26Speaker 3: twenty seven to eleven.
- 34:29Speaker 4: Where did I lose so much?
- 34:30Speaker 1: It was last Monday night, Oh the San Francisco forty
- 34:32Speaker 1: nine ers.
- 34:33Speaker 4: I kept thinking that we're going to come back.
- 34:34Speaker 1: Oh you kept and I go Monday night to Sunday.
- 34:38Speaker 1: So we didn't talk about it last week because it
- 34:40Speaker 1: wasn't in that and.
- 34:41Speaker 4: Uh it was not How much did I lose from
- 34:43Speaker 4: that game itself?
- 34:44Speaker 1: That game alone was three grand? Okay, Yeah, it's terrible.
- 34:48Speaker 1: Like thirty one hundred bucks something like that sucks. So
- 34:52Speaker 1: without that game, you would have won.
- 34:55Speaker 3: Yeah, IF's the nuts, candy and butts Mary Christmas.
- 34:57Speaker 2: You know about your aunt and your aunt was an uncle?
- 34:59Speaker 4: What he what if my aunt have balls? He mocks.
- 35:04Speaker 3: Total bets for the week twenty seven bets, twelve thousand
- 35:07Speaker 3: dollars wagered, those two combined winnings ten thousand and fifty
- 35:11Speaker 3: eight a total loss of seventeen oh seven from that
- 35:13Speaker 3: forty hundred again the week before.
- 35:14Speaker 4: I think this last week though, No, I guess you're right.
- 35:18Speaker 2: Huh, I'm right.
- 35:21Speaker 1: I've got him.
- 35:22Speaker 4: Look up there like three times.
- 35:23Speaker 2: Oh, I know he's checked three times. Yeah.
- 35:25Speaker 3: Season recap total bets two hundred and seventy seven, total
- 35:30Speaker 3: wagered forty two thousand, two hundred and nine dollars. Oh
- 35:33Speaker 3: my gosh. Total winnings just because of the San Francisco
- 35:37Speaker 3: game minus thirty one thirty seven stressing me out, bro,
- 35:44Speaker 3: Just a dang San Francisco game.
- 35:45Speaker 1: Yeah, that one that was a killer, and then the
- 35:46Speaker 1: thousand on Sam Houston.
- 35:48Speaker 3: But I got that back when I chased this week again. True,
- 35:50Speaker 3: I'm gonna chase again next weekend. Man, it's a race,
- 35:53Speaker 3: it's a chase. Hurry up, a feature face.
- 35:54Speaker 4: Who will win? No one knows?
- 35:55Speaker 3: Hungry hungry hippos, all right, A minus thirty one hundred,
- 36:00Speaker 3: I bet you. My winning percentage though, was actually pretty high.
- 36:03Speaker 3: Just that one bet got me.
- 36:04Speaker 1: Yeah, that one game last Monday night.
- 36:06Speaker 3: Really I just kept feeling it, just feeling it. I
- 36:08Speaker 3: was like, for sure they're gonna come back. For sure
- 36:09Speaker 3: they're going to come back. For sure they're gonna.
- 36:12Speaker 2: I bet you if you looked at mine, I would
- 36:14Speaker 2: probably have two hundred and some bets too, like for
- 36:16Speaker 2: the season, but it would all be like lost ten
- 36:20Speaker 2: dollars that week, one two dollars that week. It'd be
- 36:23Speaker 2: more like that. But I probably place that many bets.
- 36:25Speaker 2: I love it.
- 36:26Speaker 3: I love don't bet anything. You can't bet exactly, you know.
- 36:30Speaker 3: And there are times where I was like, I'm like
- 36:31Speaker 3: a bet anymore Because did I say I was gonna.
- 36:33Speaker 4: Bet this weekend?
- 36:33Speaker 9: Yep?
- 36:34Speaker 2: Did I end up betting?
- 36:35Speaker 8: Yep?
- 36:36Speaker 4: It must have won.
- 36:37Speaker 1: But it wasn't that much like quantity wise number of bets. Yeah,
- 36:41Speaker 1: it wasn't the norm.
- 36:42Speaker 3: So you didn't take the week off, I think because
- 36:45Speaker 3: I only bet twelve bets. Yeah, there was only like
- 36:48Speaker 3: for college this week. Last week it was twenty four. Yeah,
- 36:52Speaker 3: and I know two of those twelve were Georgia. One
- 36:55Speaker 3: was Sam Houston. That was being before.
- 36:57Speaker 1: Hmm, it's three Georgia Yeah won Sam Houston two Georgia
- 37:02Speaker 1: c Yeah, it's three.
- 37:02Speaker 4: So that means I bet nine other games. Was I
- 37:05Speaker 4: just jumping on stuff at the end?
- 37:06Speaker 1: Yeah, what you didn't do about it?
- 37:08Speaker 3: Okay, let's look at the weekend. Georgia whoops Florida forty
- 37:10Speaker 3: three to twenty. Game really wasn't much a one after
- 37:14Speaker 3: the first quarter, half, first part of the first half
- 37:18Speaker 3: situation whatever. Ohio State puts it on Wisconsin twenty four
- 37:22Speaker 3: to ten. Harrison another big game. Florida State whooped on
- 37:24Speaker 3: wake Forest again. Yeah, quick efficient, they scored a bunch
- 37:28Speaker 3: of points. Nothing to see there, Watchington Stanford. Didn't watch
- 37:31Speaker 3: any of anybody watch any of this, nobe, No I
- 37:33Speaker 3: see a single thing. I watched some highlights of Penix
- 37:35Speaker 3: throwing all the touchdowns. Oklahoma got beat by Kansas thirty
- 37:38Speaker 3: eight thirty three. Kansas converted on a fourth down and
- 37:41Speaker 3: that was it.
- 37:43Speaker 2: Crazy. I thought Oklahoma had that game because right then.
- 37:47Speaker 4: I only thought they had it because they were playing Kansas.
- 37:49Speaker 1: Honestly, you're just waiting for them to lose.
- 37:51Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, I could not believe they lost that game.
- 37:55Speaker 3: They usually get bit by somebody like a Kansas state
- 37:57Speaker 3: or an Iowa state. Yeah, I did not expect that
- 37:59Speaker 3: to be the Kansas game. Texas beats b YU. That's
- 38:04Speaker 3: a tough oney. You to do well, because we're gonna
- 38:07Speaker 3: go out there. They cancel on us.
- 38:09Speaker 1: No, but I haven't you know, no, no, no, we're good,
- 38:13Speaker 1: but you have what say what I haven't heard back
- 38:16Speaker 1: from today?
- 38:16Speaker 2: I know, I know I'm watching.
- 38:18Speaker 3: They're not gonna want us to come out to their
- 38:19Speaker 3: school there.
- 38:21Speaker 1: I did say, hey guys, sorry for the tough loss.
- 38:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 38:23Speaker 3: Oregon beat up on Utah was never a game I
- 38:27Speaker 3: watched it. It was really never a game. Oregon just
- 38:31Speaker 3: ran through them. Bo Nicks had three touchdown total. I
- 38:33Speaker 3: think he hit a running touchdown.
- 38:34Speaker 1: I think you touch on yeah, because I think you
- 38:37Speaker 1: had two passing one running.
- 38:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 38:39Speaker 3: Penn State beats Indiana and USC beats Cow on a
- 38:43Speaker 3: late comeback. I mean I jumped all over the count
- 38:47Speaker 3: the USC line when they were like USC plus one
- 38:51Speaker 3: USC and I hit that.
- 38:53Speaker 5: Yeah you did.
- 38:54Speaker 3: Yeah, those I'm sure you didn't count that one, but
- 38:56Speaker 3: that's the one you watched on TikTok. Yeah, they held
- 38:59Speaker 3: up the screen.
- 38:59Speaker 1: Are you happy that Cow won for two at the
- 39:02Speaker 1: very end. I don't know if you saw it, but
- 39:03Speaker 1: they went for two to try to win the game.
- 39:05Speaker 3: Yeah, I am happy, because you're supposed to do that
- 39:07Speaker 3: against you sc Yeah, your Cow.
- 39:08Speaker 4: You try to win the game.
- 39:09Speaker 3: You don't try to go to overtime against teams better
- 39:11Speaker 3: than you. That team is better than cal Sure, so
- 39:13Speaker 3: you have a shot, a fifty to fifty shot, take
- 39:16Speaker 3: it because that team's better than you, and you get
- 39:18Speaker 3: fifty to fifty to win it every time.
- 39:21Speaker 4: Yep, all right, well there's there's that. I just think
- 39:25Speaker 4: I didn't lose that much. You guys can hear.
- 39:28Speaker 3: At the end of this, we're talking denial. Yeah, no
- 39:31Speaker 3: safe harbor for Jim Harbor, if for Leeds Michigan. Yeah right,
- 39:34Speaker 3: it's gonna be totally save Harbor. But this story, they're saying,
- 39:38Speaker 3: sources of the NFL are unwilling to provide a safe
- 39:40Speaker 3: space for Harball.
- 39:42Speaker 4: No, he'll go coach a team.
- 39:43Speaker 3: Sources in the NFL all the teams are run with
- 39:46Speaker 3: their own owners, and you go to the NFL. There
- 39:50Speaker 3: have been many coaches who teams have had to deal
- 39:54Speaker 3: with the repercussions of what they've done when they go
- 39:56Speaker 3: to the NFL. What are they going to do? What
- 39:58Speaker 3: do you think is gonna happen? He goes the NFL
- 40:01Speaker 3: and heed nothing?
- 40:02Speaker 1: Yeah, you think an owner is gonna be like, yeah,
- 40:04Speaker 1: we're gonna listen to you guys.
- 40:05Speaker 3: Yeah, owners are gonna do nothing. If you want Horball,
- 40:07Speaker 3: they're gonna pay Harball a bunch of money. Yeah, flavor
- 40:10Speaker 3: flav saying the national anthem of the Bucks game?
- 40:13Speaker 2: Was it bad?
- 40:13Speaker 4: Did you watch it? Before I say anything?
- 40:15Speaker 3: Did you? I watched it, not live, but I watched
- 40:18Speaker 3: him sing the whole thing. Oh yeah, he is not
- 40:21Speaker 3: a good singer. However, I think he tried really hard
- 40:30Speaker 3: and I liked it. He took it seriously. I'll play.
- 40:36Speaker 3: Let mean, I won't play all of it. We have
- 40:38Speaker 3: a clip, yes, but I do. It wasn't good, but
- 40:41Speaker 3: he wasn't doing not good on purpose. Okay, it looked
- 40:43Speaker 3: like he practiced and was trying as hard as he
- 40:45Speaker 3: possibly could. That's all we want. Yeah, we don't need
- 40:47Speaker 3: everybody to sound like Adele. I mean, I've never thought
- 40:49Speaker 3: Flavor Flavor could sing well, because you're especially not gonna
- 40:53Speaker 3: think that now.
- 40:53Speaker 1: All right, here you go from the starter a little
- 40:55Speaker 1: bit towards the end.
- 40:57Speaker 4: Go from the start, Oh say, can you see.
- 41:08Speaker 10: Bye the dimeerly line, whatso predely We hate.
- 41:28Speaker 9: At the twice.
- 41:31Speaker 2: Lights last clean Me.
- 41:36Speaker 6: Polled bro Strive.
- 41:40Speaker 2: And Bride Star.
- 41:45Speaker 6: Through the pace.
- 41:50Speaker 9: List five.
- 41:54Speaker 6: For the race, but we wrest Gasland.
- 42:08Speaker 2: Lee Stream.
- 42:12Speaker 6: And rougets Breadland.
- 42:20Speaker 9: The Barber staking game proof to the night.
- 42:37Speaker 2: That off Flash was still day. Oh say.
- 42:48Speaker 9: Does bad Star spacegle Badan with.
- 43:08Speaker 2: All the lamb, the frame.
- 43:16Speaker 6: And the oh.
- 43:21Speaker 2: Oh oh the bread.
- 43:37Speaker 4: So I played the whole thing. Okay, you root for him.
- 43:40Speaker 3: You can tell he's trying as hard as he possibly can.
- 43:42Speaker 3: He actually hit some notes too, But okay, but he doesn't,
- 43:47Speaker 3: like you said, like, it doesn't sound like he can sing.
- 43:50Speaker 3: Kind of No, he sounds like you and me singing.
- 43:52Speaker 4: Correct.
- 43:53Speaker 2: So, knowing that you and me singing, we know what
- 43:56Speaker 2: we can do, would you try to do who we wouldn't?
- 44:02Speaker 3: I bet he practiced a lot, and I bet he
- 44:05Speaker 3: was probably doing pretty good practice and got a little tight,
- 44:07Speaker 3: got a little I liked it. It did seem like
- 44:09Speaker 3: he was running out of breath a lot, so it
- 44:11Speaker 3: was like bleeding ups Murphy on The Simpsons when he
- 44:13Speaker 3: did it.
- 44:13Speaker 4: It took like eighty four hours to play the sac
- 44:16Speaker 4: that the that was the joke.
- 44:17Speaker 3: It's like, oh, who see and then the end, Yeah,
- 44:22Speaker 3: crowd cheers, Oh god, he's not done.
- 44:24Speaker 2: Yeah he's got more. On some studio.
- 44:26Speaker 3: Sometimes when someone's playing a song and they like do
- 44:28Speaker 3: a quick like mute, we start clapping, and they're not done.
- 44:31Speaker 1: They like go back into the song. Would you guys
- 44:33Speaker 1: sing it if you had a chance, Eddie has Yeah,
- 44:34Speaker 1: I'd say.
- 44:35Speaker 2: It, okay, totally. But that's my point. I know my cat,
- 44:38Speaker 2: I know not to try to go. I would just
- 44:42Speaker 2: do what I know I could do. I loved it.
- 44:45Speaker 3: That's a guy trying as hard as he could un
- 44:47Speaker 3: till he respected it wasn't the best.
- 44:49Speaker 4: Who cares?
- 44:49Speaker 2: And I'm just listening to it. I didn't see it.
- 44:51Speaker 2: I don't know his body language.
- 44:52Speaker 4: No, he's trying hard.
- 44:53Speaker 3: Okay, okay, Hey, there are times he hits notes. Yeah,
- 44:55Speaker 3: oh yeah, when he that high that that key change
- 44:58Speaker 3: at the end.
- 44:58Speaker 4: Ooh, said, as uspin go bit.
- 45:02Speaker 2: It's like god, he.
- 45:03Speaker 4: Kind of got there.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Well, Reid was looking at me like, oh here we go.
- 45:05Speaker 2: This is the high part and he got it. So
- 45:08Speaker 2: good for him.
- 45:08Speaker 4: I'm with it.
- 45:09Speaker 3: Colorado players have jewelry stolen from their locker room at UCLA.
- 45:12Speaker 3: At least five Colorada Buffalo Footall playersd jwelry and another
- 45:14Speaker 3: valuable stolen out of the locker room at the Rose
- 45:16Speaker 3: Bowl on Saturday night. The heist happened sometime during the
- 45:18Speaker 3: win twenty eight sixteen UCLA Oversee You. According to Sports Illustrated,
- 45:22Speaker 3: at least five players were victimized by a heist that
- 45:24Speaker 3: targeted at least three diamond and gold chains worth thousands
- 45:27Speaker 3: of dollars. But this happened at twenty twenty one at
- 45:29Speaker 3: Jackson State. That's when they broke into to coch Deon Sanders' office.
- 45:33Speaker 2: Oh so it's pappened twice at Dion's.
- 45:35Speaker 3: This was the actual locker room before it was his room.
- 45:38Speaker 3: But yeah, during that's what happened. I mean, you can't
- 45:41Speaker 3: trust visiting locker rooms like you're there's nothing safe in there. Yeah,
- 45:45Speaker 3: that's very it feels like an inside job. Yeah, you
- 45:48Speaker 3: don't get in there unless you know how you're in there.
- 45:49Speaker 1: I agree to LA.
- 45:51Speaker 2: It is LA, man, you don't do that in LA.
- 45:53Speaker 1: Probably seen guys that did Van Jefferson last week, right
- 45:56Speaker 1: the Charger or uh oh yeah, the Chargers receiver rams.
- 46:00Speaker 4: Okay, let's do this.
- 46:00Speaker 3: NFL games, Dolphins beat the Patriots thirty one seventeen.
- 46:04Speaker 4: How'd you feel about that?
- 46:06Speaker 1: It was cool for like a quarter. Yeah, and then
- 46:08Speaker 1: I was like, yeah, they're just better.
- 46:09Speaker 3: Yeah, they were just better. I felt the same way. Yeah,
- 46:11Speaker 3: I didn't feel like the Patriots were terrible.
- 46:13Speaker 1: Max had a really bad interception Jayalen Ramsey though, really
- 46:16Speaker 1: really bad.
- 46:17Speaker 4: At one point, I turned the Cowboys game on it
- 46:19Speaker 4: was thirty three to three.
- 46:20Speaker 2: And turned it right off. He went back to that.
- 46:22Speaker 4: I didn't need to watch that game anymore. I was
- 46:23Speaker 4: watched it. I did to flip it over something else.
- 46:24Speaker 3: Yeah, it was awesome. Cowboys went forty three to twenty
- 46:27Speaker 3: dak with three hundred yards ceedee lambe hundred and.
- 46:29Speaker 4: Fifty plus you.
- 46:30Speaker 2: I said he didn't have hands, so sad.
- 46:33Speaker 3: He doesn't have the best hands in the I didn't say.
- 46:34Speaker 4: He can't go back and watch this game. He's got hands.
- 46:38Speaker 4: I think he can catch Eddie.
- 46:39Speaker 3: I just say he's when it comes to the great
- 46:41Speaker 3: receivers that are known for their hands, it's not him.
- 46:42Speaker 4: He drops easy ball sometimes.
- 46:44Speaker 2: Dude, I think we have Like we scored twenty was
- 46:48Speaker 2: it twenty one? Maybe fourteen six seventeen points in three minutes?
- 46:53Speaker 2: Two minutes.
- 46:53Speaker 4: I know it's thirty three to three in the first half.
- 46:55Speaker 3: It's amazing, like second quarter and I was like, well,
- 46:57Speaker 3: all right, maybe Vikings beat the pass. The big story
- 47:01Speaker 3: there is the torn Achilles and Kirk Cousins. I mean,
- 47:03Speaker 3: this guy man maybe playing as good as he ever
- 47:07Speaker 3: has getting the recognition finally that sucks.
- 47:12Speaker 4: Sucks. Titans beat the Falcons.
- 47:15Speaker 2: You like the uniforms?
- 47:16Speaker 3: I did lit Levis looked awesome now as a quarterback
- 47:20Speaker 3: in that uniform as the oiler, Yeah, he's like ripped, dude, Like, do.
- 47:25Speaker 1: You have a problem with the Titans wearing it because
- 47:27Speaker 1: Houston Oilers throwback?
- 47:28Speaker 4: No, because they were that team.
- 47:30Speaker 2: That's the same team.
- 47:30Speaker 4: They moved that team here.
- 47:32Speaker 1: I'm just wondering.
- 47:33Speaker 2: I even thought, maybe, like, man, we should just keep
- 47:35Speaker 2: those jerseys and just change our names to the.
- 47:39Speaker 4: Tennessee oil They were that for a bit when they
- 47:41Speaker 4: played in Memphis.
- 47:42Speaker 2: It's so cool.
- 47:43Speaker 3: I think the first year they played at Memphis because
- 47:45Speaker 3: they didn't have a stadium here. You can check that,
- 47:48Speaker 3: but I'm pretty sure that's true. Will Levis four touchdowns.
- 47:51Speaker 3: He didn't throw for three hundred, but he didn't need
- 47:52Speaker 3: to and they were playing a bad team. It's a
- 47:54Speaker 3: great introductory game for Will Levis.
- 47:56Speaker 4: They gotta win. Gotta love that.
- 47:58Speaker 3: If Derrick Henry's not leaving, because I don't think people
- 48:00Speaker 3: want to give the Titans what they want to have
- 48:02Speaker 3: him go. I think they'd love somebody to offer him
- 48:04Speaker 3: a great package. I don't think Derek can who's gonna
- 48:06Speaker 3: leave you? Maybe they can win a few games. And
- 48:08Speaker 3: if they do trade Tannehill right now, yes, if Levis
- 48:12Speaker 3: is your guy, and it may be too early to
- 48:14Speaker 3: say that, who knows, but Tannel's gonna be gone anyway.
- 48:16Speaker 1: Yeah, Like, what's the point?
- 48:17Speaker 4: Yeah Tredon now?
- 48:18Speaker 2: Yeah, you're right.
- 48:19Speaker 1: Ninety seven played in Memphis, Tennessee Oilers. Cool, respect, respect,
- 48:23Speaker 1: you know what.
- 48:23Speaker 3: So Saints went thirty eight twenty seven Saints, your boy,
- 48:27Speaker 3: Let's go Super Bowl champ Jets and Giants in the
- 48:31Speaker 3: most boring game I've ever seen him a whole life.
- 48:32Speaker 3: All they were doing punt it back and forth. It's
- 48:33Speaker 3: like over twenty punts and then it got to over.
- 48:35Speaker 3: It was a zerrable Even the kick that he made
- 48:38Speaker 3: the fill go on was like a bad snap and
- 48:39Speaker 3: the holder had to pick it up off the ground.
- 48:41Speaker 4: Is a terrible game. But you know what, if the
- 48:43Speaker 4: Jets just stay alive, it's gonna create the greatest drama ever.
- 48:47Speaker 1: More video Rodgers is on the field, He's coming back.
- 48:51Speaker 4: That'd be awesome.
- 48:52Speaker 3: Jags went again. Jaguars won their fit straight. The weather
- 48:55Speaker 3: was terrible. I bet the over like an idiot, and
- 48:58Speaker 3: then I thought, well, for sure, I'll bet the over
- 49:00Speaker 3: again because it got down like thirty one. The over
- 49:02Speaker 3: was like thirty one and it was twenty to ten.
- 49:05Speaker 3: I lost twice on the over.
- 49:07Speaker 2: Was that the foggy camera game?
- 49:09Speaker 3: Yeah, it was a bad game. Eagles and Commanders. Eagles
- 49:12Speaker 3: were down, Eagles came on late. The Eagles came on
- 49:15Speaker 3: from down to tie up or take the lead, and
- 49:18Speaker 3: then the Commanders fought back again, took the lead and
- 49:22Speaker 3: then the Eagle but again the Commanders scored thirty one
- 49:24Speaker 3: against the Eagles. D I mean, that's not a moral victory,
- 49:27Speaker 3: no such thing. But if I'm the Commanders, that's.
- 49:28Speaker 2: A moral victory. That's pretty tight.
- 49:31Speaker 1: And they could have won that game.
- 49:32Speaker 4: They definitely could have won the game.
- 49:33Speaker 2: That's crazy.
- 49:33Speaker 3: They just played them three weeks ago. Two Panthers get
- 49:36Speaker 3: their first freaking win. Let's go yes and again, coach,
- 49:42Speaker 3: he's won five in a row after a bye, dude.
- 49:44Speaker 3: Panthers fifteen thirteen over the Texans.
- 49:46Speaker 4: Gotta love that.
- 49:47Speaker 3: Seahawks win over the Browns late game, late late touchdown there.
- 49:51Speaker 3: Broncos beat the Chiefs, which is crazy. They played all
- 49:52Speaker 3: the Taylor Swift music whenever Kelsey's walking out the field.
- 49:55Speaker 3: Hilarious love, although he's got to be like, you're trolling me.
- 49:57Speaker 3: It's something I like, that's weird. Yeah, like not like,
- 50:00Speaker 3: what's the point? Yeah, yeah we lost, but also yeah,
- 50:03Speaker 3: that's my girlfriend. So also won. The Ravens beat the Cardinals,
- 50:10Speaker 3: you know, and they were the game thirty one twenty four.
- 50:12Speaker 3: I thought the Ravens really outplayed the Cardinals.
- 50:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 50:16Speaker 3: Can the Ravens on the Super Bowl? The answer is yes, sure,
- 50:19Speaker 3: I have a future on them.
- 50:21Speaker 2: Yes.
- 50:23Speaker 4: Bengals beat the forty nine Ers party pretty at two picks. Uh,
- 50:27Speaker 4: and then the Chargers.
- 50:28Speaker 3: Whooped up on the Bears. I did think the Bears
- 50:29Speaker 3: will play a little closer than I did too.
- 50:32Speaker 2: I did.
- 50:33Speaker 4: All right, that's it, Mikey hit me with that horn.
- 50:35Speaker 3: You got it.
- 50:37Speaker 2: We're out.
- 50:38Speaker 4: I'm starving.
- 50:40Speaker 3: What do we have?
- 50:41Speaker 4: Like twenty minutes?
- 50:42Speaker 2: I got a therapy?
- 50:43Speaker 3: Now, I got a one thirty appointment therapy? Soh A
- 50:46Speaker 3: couple's therapists and quick, today's just me? Oh I go
- 50:50Speaker 3: do I do both?
- 50:51Speaker 2: Okay, work on yourself a little bit, then a couple
- 50:54Speaker 2: I do not the same day, alternate weeks, No, both
- 50:57Speaker 2: in a week. Oh dang, that's a lot right now.
- 51:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I love, it's good.
- 51:03Speaker 4: Why are you talking to that tone?
- 51:05Speaker 6: Like?
- 51:05Speaker 7: What?
- 51:05Speaker 1: What telling a high pitch?
- 51:07Speaker 2: What do you mean?
- 51:07Speaker 3: Man?
- 51:08Speaker 2: Dude? Is great?
- 51:09Speaker 3: You do.
- 51:12Speaker 2: There's a lot of therapy.
- 51:13Speaker 3: You're a weirdo. Why do you say that. We went
- 51:16Speaker 3: to North Carolina this past weekend.
- 51:18Speaker 4: That was great, It is awesome. We played golf at
- 51:21Speaker 4: Wade Hampton.
- 51:23Speaker 1: I don't know if that is, but it sounds fancy.
- 51:25Speaker 1: It is sounding like a big I.
- 51:26Speaker 3: Didn't know what it was either until I didn't either
- 51:28Speaker 3: until we went and then we looked it up and
- 51:30Speaker 3: we started to see. We went with Andy Roddick, was
- 51:32Speaker 3: one of my really good friends. I definitely know who
- 51:34Speaker 3: that is, and so we stayed at his house and
- 51:37Speaker 3: it was the most plush, greenest, softest golf course I've
- 51:43Speaker 3: ever really to that point, it's the softest greenest golf
- 51:47Speaker 3: course I've ever been on. Like you would swing hit
- 51:50Speaker 3: a ball and the divid it would be two foot
- 51:51Speaker 3: before and fly in the air.
- 51:53Speaker 4: It was awesome. There are preferences like ocean.
- 51:58Speaker 3: We've played Spyglass, Monore Peninsula, which was awesome. This is
- 52:01Speaker 3: right in the middle of the mountains, which is a
- 52:03Speaker 3: different kind of awesome.
- 52:04Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 52:04Speaker 1: The picture that you posted, oh, I know that was
- 52:07Speaker 1: not on the golf course, but that was cool.
- 52:08Speaker 2: That was the lake.
- 52:09Speaker 4: Yeah, but yeah, oh that was yeah Andy's house.
- 52:11Speaker 2: I mean the it was. It's the most beautiful golf
- 52:15Speaker 2: course I've ever played. And like you know, Spyglass, all
- 52:18Speaker 2: that pebble those pebble beach ones are gorgeous, amazing. But this,
- 52:22Speaker 2: like like Bones is saying, it was like playing on carpet.
- 52:24Speaker 1: That's great.
- 52:25Speaker 3: It looked fake. So every hole there was a beautiful
- 52:28Speaker 3: scenery yeah, we got beat twice, but whatever, screw it.
- 52:32Speaker 3: Didn't play my best golf.
- 52:34Speaker 5: We did.
- 52:35Speaker 2: We get beat three days of golf. Dude's pretty amazing.
- 52:38Speaker 4: It's awesome.
- 52:39Speaker 3: And then it's like you want to go a different course.
- 52:40Speaker 3: We're like, now we're good, we'll just stay here. Yeah,
- 52:42Speaker 3: because you know you just learned the course more too.
- 52:44Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 52:45Speaker 3: This week I'm gonna go play Monterey Peninsula. I'm taking
- 52:47Speaker 3: read so nice, Monoe Peninsula and a couple of other
- 52:53Speaker 3: places up there.
- 52:54Speaker 2: You're playing pebble.
- 52:56Speaker 3: No, they're having some kind of resort thing, like they've
- 53:01Speaker 3: bought the whole thing out. Somebody bought the whole thing out,
- 53:03Speaker 3: Dan Rich people. But we're playing two of those other
- 53:06Speaker 3: courses that are out there.
- 53:07Speaker 8: Is it a del Monte or del Monte.
- 53:09Speaker 3: One of the Yeah, that's Saturday, and then we're playing
- 53:11Speaker 3: the Yeah Preserve on Saturday. Who I need to get
- 53:17Speaker 3: some long sleeve golf stuff. It's supposed to be like,
- 53:20Speaker 3: are you are you meany to say this out loud
- 53:22Speaker 3: or are you just yeah, okay.
- 53:24Speaker 4: Making sure?
- 53:25Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 53:25Speaker 8: Yeah, it's given me a little chilli out there.
- 53:27Speaker 3: I didn't know if he thought he was just thinking
- 53:28Speaker 3: this read you can't wear jeans, dude, Yeah, yeah, all right,
- 53:32Speaker 3: to good pants.
- 53:32Speaker 4: All right, I'll see you guys later on in the week.
- 53:34Speaker 4: All right, buyverybody.
- 53:38Speaker 3: Lo Oh, I got, I got, It's for the Cowboys.
- 53:44Speaker 3: But if I won twenty five hundred and then I
- 53:48Speaker 3: wanted the seven fifty and I only came ahead one
- 53:51Speaker 3: thousand dollars, yeah, that must have meant those other ones
- 53:56Speaker 3: all thirty five losers.
- 54:00Speaker 4: Let's see exactly.
- 54:02Speaker 2: Sam Houston plays Kannesas State this week.
- 54:04Speaker 4: What's the line?
- 54:05Speaker 2: Hey, man, Hey, they can't lose any more, like they're
- 54:08Speaker 2: oh and what oh and eight.
- 54:10Speaker 3: I just I feel like I'm not as gotta win.
- 54:13Speaker 3: I just something about my math feels like I'm not
- 54:15Speaker 3: three grand down.
- 54:16Speaker 1: It was so seven forty one loss, thousand lost, twenty
- 54:22Speaker 1: five hundred and one, seven fifty one, two fifty loss,
- 54:25Speaker 1: one fifty one, two hundred and one fifty loss seventy
- 54:27Speaker 1: five one hundred one, one fifty one hundred. So outside
- 54:32Speaker 1: the Georgia Games, you won three bets, but they were
- 54:36Speaker 1: only for oh, one hundred bucks fifty.
- 54:39Speaker 3: Take take out the Georgia Games, okay, and take out
- 54:43Speaker 3: the Sam Houston State game. So let's if we're there.
- 54:45Speaker 3: That puts it still at about a two thousand dollars win, Georgia.
- 54:50Speaker 3: I know it's gonna come back to the same thing, guys.
- 54:51Speaker 3: Just okay, if you're trying, I respect that. I'm trying
- 54:55Speaker 3: to find a creative way. I did put five thousand
- 54:56Speaker 3: dollars back in my account tho, which I thought was
- 54:58Speaker 3: pretty cool.
- 54:59Speaker 4: I love when I can do that.
- 55:00Speaker 1: So bet a thousands from your winnings.
- 55:01Speaker 2: Yeah, oh that's always good. Yes, yes, I haven't done
- 55:04Speaker 2: that in a long time.
- 55:08Speaker 3: What you doing over there? Seeing number is a little different.
- 55:12Speaker 1: One one of that a little less three hundred bucks
- 55:17Speaker 1: thousand and seventy five. Yeah, hold on, I'm not a
- 55:20Speaker 1: big numbers guys, but it looks like do it on
- 55:22Speaker 1: the fly. Looks like times are right.
- 55:24Speaker 2: Change your fucking calculator, I got it like your phone.
- 55:28Speaker 1: Okay, So you bet one thousand and seventy five and
- 55:30Speaker 1: you won eight fifty three.
- 55:33Speaker 3: So if I had won, so yeah, let's go. I
- 55:37Speaker 3: like how this is looking boys?
- 55:42Speaker 1: Two twenty two?
- 55:44Speaker 3: You lost, right, I lost too, But how much was
- 55:47Speaker 3: I up in the other money that we took off there.
- 55:50Speaker 1: That was combined?
- 55:52Speaker 3: Yeah, because I had twenty five hundred times like forty
- 56:00Speaker 3: eight hundred.
- 56:01Speaker 1: Yeah's seven fifty, got you fourteen hundred s's six thousand,
- 56:05Speaker 1: two hundred and seventeen.
- 56:06Speaker 3: Right, minus one thousand for the other. That's five thousand, thousand.
- 56:13Speaker 3: Oh boys, I think I'm in the money. I think
- 56:18Speaker 3: my dad a guy, he.
- 56:22Speaker 2: Did say his numbers aren't his strength.
- 56:24Speaker 1: So five thousand, Mike, how do you feel about this?
- 56:26Speaker 1: Cooking the books? What was my What did I text you?
- 56:32Speaker 1: You texted me one forty two?
- 56:35Speaker 3: Did I total wagered six thousand and sixty six dollars?
- 56:40Speaker 2: Okay?
- 56:41Speaker 3: I have total winnings seven thousand and seventy dollars.
- 56:44Speaker 1: Yeah, so I've got between the Georgia game six two
- 56:52Speaker 1: hundred and seventeen in winnings plus eight fifty three. That
- 56:57Speaker 1: would be seven thousand, seventy.
- 57:00Speaker 4: That's winnings.
- 57:01Speaker 2: Wait what yeah?
- 57:04Speaker 1: The sixty two? Are you talking about the winnings of
- 57:06Speaker 1: the wage?
- 57:07Speaker 4: We're gonna put all this at very end of the podcast.
- 57:08Speaker 2: We got to cut this up.
- 57:09Speaker 4: How much did I wager for the whole thing.
- 57:13Speaker 1: Including Georgia, all of it? Six thousand and sixty six?
- 57:16Speaker 4: Are you sure?
- 57:18Speaker 3: Yes?
- 57:19Speaker 1: Let's see, I'll do it again.
- 57:22Speaker 3: On here.
- 57:25Speaker 4: Do you need my phone again?
- 57:29Speaker 3: Yeah, six thousand and sixty six, and I won seven hundred,
- 57:31Speaker 3: seven thousand and seven seventy.
- 57:34Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 57:34Speaker 4: It feels a little under to me. What I tell
- 57:38Speaker 4: you earlier, It is what it is. Man, feels a
- 57:41Speaker 4: little under to me.
- 57:42Speaker 2: It is what it is.
- 57:43Speaker 4: If I bet okay whatever, I don't feel good about this,
- 57:51Speaker 4: I'm out of here.
- 57:51Speaker 2: Man.
- 57:52Speaker 4: I slammed the microphone.
- 57:53Speaker 2: You pissed them off. Covin
