- 0:00Speaker 1: So let's be clear. Ethan Klein is a multi-millionaire YouTuber.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Ethan's a hardcore Zionist. His wife, Ila, was in the IDF,
- 0:07Speaker 1: has continued to defend the IDF.
- 0:09Speaker 2: You served in the military. How was your experience?
- 0:11Speaker 1: I hated everything about it. He's denied the genocide.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Gazans, they're being genocided and all this.
- 0:17Speaker 1: These are three very small Twitch streamers. And they reacted
- 0:20Speaker 1: to a video of his, something that he encouraged people
- 0:23Speaker 1: to do.
- 0:24Speaker 2: If XQC re-uploads one of my videos and just sits
- 0:27Speaker 2: there watching, I should have the right to sue him.
- 0:30Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 0:31Speaker 4: Look at all that slander. For those of you who
- 0:33Speaker 4: don't know, that was Taylor Lorenz, one of the foremost
- 0:36Speaker 4: propagandists in America, who lies anytime her mouth is moving.
- 0:39Speaker 4: As for the defamation part, especially the part about content theft,
- 0:43Speaker 4: it's funny because Ethan Klein went viral for this Leftovers
- 0:45Speaker 4: podcast episode, where he spent the better part of an
- 0:48Speaker 4: hour calling his former co-host, Hasan Piker, and ex-QC... a
- 0:52Speaker 4: couple of thieves who should be sued for copyright infringement.
- 0:55Speaker 5: One of the things is, I think you'll agree with
- 0:57Speaker 5: this as well, is just, like, don't leave the video
- 1:00Speaker 5: running when you get up.
- 1:01Speaker 6: 100%.
- 1:01Speaker 2: To go pee. Yeah, you can't do that.
- 1:03Speaker 7: That's, like, pretty basic stuff.
- 1:04Speaker 2: You stop doing that?
- 1:05Speaker 8: I usually only do it with my videos that I
- 1:08Speaker 8: know are from my friends.
- 1:09Speaker 2: You do not have my permission to walk away from
- 1:11Speaker 2: my videos.
- 1:12Speaker 9: For the record.
- 1:12Speaker 4: So Taylor Lorenz knows that everything she's saying about Ethan
- 1:15Speaker 4: Klein is a blatant lie because there have been multiple
- 1:17Speaker 4: viral events surrounding Ethan. where he has openly stated that
- 1:20Speaker 4: he believes the exact opposite of everything she accuses him of.
- 1:23Speaker 4: There's no way she doesn't know her information is wrong.
- 1:26Speaker 4: So why does she lie anyway? Well, it's because it's
- 1:28Speaker 4: easy to get away with.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Ethan knows that he can't pursue any sort of defamation
- 1:33Speaker 1: case against these women. He knows that there's anti-slap protections,
- 1:35Speaker 1: thank God, in California and other states.
- 1:38Speaker 10: Right.
- 1:38Speaker 4: As much as anti-slap laws are great to stop bad
- 1:41Speaker 4: people from silencing their critics through bullshit lawsuits, these laws
- 1:44Speaker 4: can also be used by career liars like Taylor, who
- 1:47Speaker 4: can't seem to figure out how to open her mouth
- 1:49Speaker 4: without defaming someone. For context, she was talking about Frogan, Denims,
- 1:52Speaker 4: and Casytron, who openly stole content from Ethan Klein and
- 1:55Speaker 4: got sued for it, something that really almost everyone on
- 1:58Speaker 4: the internet is happy about because people like them are
- 2:00Speaker 4: finally being punished for the consistent rule-breaking that Twitch turns
- 2:03Speaker 4: a blind eye to, and slander, among other stuff that
- 2:06Speaker 4: comes out of their streams. And on that note, let's
- 2:09Speaker 4: talk about Drake Bell. Drake is primarily known for a
- 2:11Speaker 4: Nickelodeon children's show from the 2000s called Drake & Josh.
- 2:14Speaker 4: and more recently for his appearance on the extremely popular
- 2:17Speaker 4: HBO documentary, Quiet on Set, where he talks about being
- 2:20Speaker 4: sexually abused by a former acting coach named Brian Peck
- 2:23Speaker 4: around the age of 14. This whole situation was really disgusting,
- 2:27Speaker 4: especially considering how much support Drake's abuser got from famous
- 2:30Speaker 4: actors after he was found to be guilty. But that's
- 2:33Speaker 4: not what we're here to talk about. Instead, let's talk
- 2:35Speaker 4: about a different event that Drake is known for from 2021.
- 2:38Speaker 11: Having said that, how do you plead to count one?
- 2:40Speaker 11: Attempted at endangering children, felony of the fourth degree.
- 2:44Speaker 3: Guilty.
- 2:45Speaker 9: How do you plead to count two disseminating matter harmful
- 2:48Speaker 9: to juveniles, first degree misdemeanor?
- 2:50Speaker 11: Guilty.
- 2:51Speaker 4: As if it wasn't bad enough to find out that
- 2:53Speaker 4: many of the creators of your favorite shows as a
- 2:55Speaker 4: kid were terrible people who preyed on children. Also, some
- 2:58Speaker 4: of the child stars grew up to be predators themselves.
- 3:00Speaker 4: Drake Bell was accused of having an ongoing relationship with
- 3:03Speaker 4: a minor from the ages of 12 to 15 while
- 3:06Speaker 4: he was in his 30s. The abuse being alleged ranged
- 3:09Speaker 4: from soliciting nudes to full on sexual contact. Ironically, he
- 3:12Speaker 4: got accused of doing a lot of the same stuff
- 3:14Speaker 4: that Brian Peck had done to him 15 years prior.
- 3:16Speaker 10: He allegedly sent his genitals to a child? You are
- 3:23Speaker 10: preying on a fucking fan man.
- 3:25Speaker 7: How despicable.
- 3:26Speaker 4: That was Alexa Nicholas, who was also featured in the
- 3:29Speaker 4: Quiet on Set documentary. She's famous for a Nickelodeon show
- 3:32Speaker 4: called Zoey 101 and was told to do some pretty
- 3:34Speaker 4: child-inappropriate stuff by Dan Schneider when she was on set.
- 3:38Speaker 4: I agree with her. It's pretty disgusting that somebody would
- 3:40Speaker 4: take advantage of a fan relationship to abuse a child.
- 3:43Speaker 4: Drake was on one of the most popular Nickelodeon shows
- 3:45Speaker 4: of the 2000s. Millions of people grew up watching that show,
- 3:49Speaker 4: and around the time that he was accused, there were
- 3:51Speaker 4: constant reruns of it playing, which ensures that a continuous
- 3:54Speaker 4: crop of teenagers would be susceptible to idolizing him, which
- 3:57Speaker 4: makes them vulnerable to being preyed on. Except, there's one
- 4:00Speaker 4: big problem with this. Almost everything Drake was accused of
- 4:04Speaker 4: was a lie, or at the very least, unfounded. But
- 4:07Speaker 4: that didn't stop droves of people from accusing him of
- 4:09Speaker 4: being a child predator anyway.
- 4:11Speaker 12: The New York Times printed that I was a registered
- 4:15Speaker 12: sex offender, that I had pled guilty to essaying, minor, like,
- 4:22Speaker 12: all complete factual inaccuracies of my case. but printed in
- 4:26Speaker 12: the New York Times.
- 4:28Speaker 11: Wow.
- 4:28Speaker 12: That wasn't even on the docket to be on the
- 4:31Speaker 12: registry because that wasn't even what the case was about.
- 4:35Speaker 12: But all of a sudden, that's what the case is about.
- 4:38Speaker 3: Mr.
- 4:38Speaker 4: Bell, who was charged with attempted child endangerment and disseminating
- 4:41Speaker 4: material harmful to children, will have to register as a
- 4:44Speaker 4: sex offender. Yeah, that's a pretty bad thing to be
- 4:46Speaker 4: wrong about. But what actually did Drake do? He did
- 4:49Speaker 4: take a plea deal instead of going to trial, which
- 4:51Speaker 4: means he pled guilty to child endangerment. and he got
- 4:54Speaker 4: sentenced during this hearing here, but what does this all mean?
- 4:56Speaker 4: What specific things did he do? Let's talk about it,
- 4:59Speaker 4: but before we do, I will say that this is
- 5:01Speaker 4: quite a morally nuanced case. It's a long story, but
- 5:04Speaker 4: to quickly go over what happened, after Drake and Josh ended,
- 5:07Speaker 4: Drake moved on to a music career and developed a fanbase,
- 5:10Speaker 4: including a 12-year-old superfan from Canada named Sydney who was
- 5:13Speaker 4: obsessed with him. Sydney knew someone who knew Drake, so
- 5:16Speaker 4: she got special treatment like backstage access, and she got
- 5:19Speaker 4: to meet him I think like twice over the course
- 5:20Speaker 4: of three years. Some of the facts of this case
- 5:23Speaker 4: are unclear because there's a lot of missing information, but
- 5:26Speaker 4: in 2017 when this all occurred, Drake had much more
- 5:29Speaker 4: open boundaries with his fans, he kept DMs open, and
- 5:32Speaker 4: he would regularly respond to them. Sometimes he would give
- 5:35Speaker 4: out his phone number, which personally I think is very stupid.
- 5:37Speaker 4: Appropriate boundaries need to be maintained with fans for the
- 5:40Speaker 4: safety of both the creator and the fans. Anyway, because
- 5:43Speaker 4: he was overly personable, and because Sydney wasn't getting the
- 5:46Speaker 4: attention that she wanted from him, she wanted to marry Drake,
- 5:48Speaker 4: so because of these things... Sidney made an alt account
- 5:51Speaker 4: on Instagram and started DMing Drake under a different identity
- 5:54Speaker 4: from what he would recognize her as. And this is
- 5:56Speaker 4: the part where I start to think way less of Drake.
- 5:58Speaker 4: Though I know this is common behavior, I've always thought
- 6:01Speaker 4: it was disgusting and cringe for celebrities to solicit fans
- 6:04Speaker 4: for sex or for nudes. Keep in mind that during
- 6:06Speaker 4: this time, Drake was in a relationship, so in my opinion,
- 6:09Speaker 4: he was cheating. Now, I don't blame Sidney for doing this.
- 6:12Speaker 4: She was a kid at the time, and whether she
- 6:13Speaker 4: was being manipulative or not, as some people have pointed out,
- 6:16Speaker 4: She's a minor here, so you know, if as a
- 6:18Speaker 4: 30-year-old the universe tests you or someone tries to trick
- 6:21Speaker 4: you in the hopes that you'll marry them, the point
- 6:23Speaker 4: is not the morality of the tester. The point is,
- 6:25Speaker 4: don't fail the test. I don't care if she was
- 6:27Speaker 4: the one who made the first move. She's a minor. Anyway,
- 6:30Speaker 4: so Sydney starts sending lewd photos of herself. That's this
- 6:33Speaker 4: image here, but it's been redacted because she was underage.
- 6:36Speaker 4: I don't know if her face was included in the picture,
- 6:38Speaker 4: but based on the other context around the event, I'm
- 6:40Speaker 4: guessing it wasn't. Drake responds, Wow, great pic, that booty.
- 6:44Speaker 6: More?
- 6:45Speaker 4: And the next page is Drake continuing to ask for
- 6:47Speaker 4: more lewd photos. There are also shirtless photos of Drake here,
- 6:50Speaker 4: but it looks like they're on Sydney's side of the
- 6:52Speaker 4: chat log, which means that she was the one who
- 6:53Speaker 4: sent them. The conversation goes on, and Drake says, How
- 6:57Speaker 4: old are you now? Sydney responds, 15. Drake had never
- 7:01Speaker 4: asked if she was an adult before asking for lewd
- 7:03Speaker 4: photos of her, and that's what he was pleading guilty to.
- 7:06Speaker 4: His only saving grace here is that as soon as
- 7:08Speaker 4: he found out that she was underage, he cut contact.
- 7:11Speaker 4: But personally, I think he was being incredibly irresponsible considering
- 7:14Speaker 4: that he was the star of a show for young teenagers,
- 7:17Speaker 4: which is why I think he deserved to get punished
- 7:18Speaker 4: and why I think he doesn't deserve to be considered
- 7:20Speaker 4: completely innocent here. But that doesn't mean he is guilty
- 7:23Speaker 4: of everything that he was accused of. If he was,
- 7:26Speaker 4: this would be a different video. Now, I don't hold
- 7:28Speaker 4: Sydney accountable for the stuff that she did as a minor. However,
- 7:31Speaker 4: the following allegations were made when Sydney was 19, and
- 7:34Speaker 4: were likely made out of spite because she was mad
- 7:36Speaker 4: that Drake wouldn't pursue a relationship with her. And for that,
- 7:39Speaker 4: I think she's kind of a terrible person.
- 7:41Speaker 8: On December 1st, 2017, my aunt took me to the
- 7:45Speaker 8: Odeon Concert Club to watch him perform. That night, the
- 7:48Speaker 8: defendant took me backstage to be alone with him. He
- 7:51Speaker 8: started kissing me, and the night ended in him having
- 7:55Speaker 8: me perform oral sex on him twice. He preyed on
- 7:58Speaker 8: me and sexually abused me. He is a monster and
- 8:03Speaker 8: a danger to children.
- 8:04Speaker 4: Everything she says here is almost certainly not true. The
- 8:07Speaker 4: facts of this case are publicly available at this link
- 8:09Speaker 4: if you want to take a look through them. However,
- 8:11Speaker 4: a lot of specific details are murky because there aren't
- 8:14Speaker 4: dates listed in important areas and because Sydney Factory reset
- 8:18Speaker 4: her phone to, in my opinion, delete and fabricate evidence.
- 8:21Speaker 4: But all of this is to say that you can't
- 8:23Speaker 4: look at some Instagram DMs and know the entire case.
- 8:26Speaker 4: You have to piece the story together by looking through
- 8:27Speaker 4: the evidence as a whole. So, it's very complicated, but
- 8:30Speaker 4: to simplify everything into its base parts, after reading the documents,
- 8:34Speaker 4: it's clear to me that Drake didn't really know who
- 8:36Speaker 4: Sydney was at the time of this concert, where she's
- 8:38Speaker 4: alleging that abuse happened. Which is important, because Sydney's story
- 8:42Speaker 4: is that all of this abuse is occurring throughout a
- 8:44Speaker 4: continuous long-term relationship. Well, side relationship, because Drake was already
- 8:48Speaker 4: dating someone. The evidence that there's not really any closeness
- 8:51Speaker 4: between Sydney and Drake is in this card for her
- 8:53Speaker 4: 16th birthday that her chaperone secretly had signed for her.
- 8:57Speaker 4: Sydney claims that she had a multi-year, ongoing relationship with Drake,
- 9:00Speaker 4: but this card is signed like she is just an
- 9:02Speaker 4: average fan, or was signed like they just met, which
- 9:05Speaker 4: I think was the case outside of maybe a fan
- 9:07Speaker 4: meet-and-greet that you would do at a convention. I'm so
- 9:09Speaker 4: lucky to have such an amazing fan, and now friend. Like,
- 9:13Speaker 4: there weren't friends before? Second, this card was signed at
- 9:16Speaker 4: a concert three or four months after Drake ghosted her
- 9:18Speaker 4: for saying that she was 15, which suggests that she
- 9:21Speaker 4: did the Instagram messages on a burner account, and he
- 9:23Speaker 4: had no idea that he was messaging Sydney. So in
- 9:26Speaker 4: Drake's eyes, there's no connection between the girl that he
- 9:28Speaker 4: was DMing and the girl that he sees at the concert.
- 9:31Speaker 4: This whole allegation doesn't make sense. He's ghosting her on Instagram,
- 9:35Speaker 4: which is the easiest environment for him to prey on her,
- 9:37Speaker 4: but then he's out in public a few months later
- 9:39Speaker 4: with a bunch of adults around trying to assault her?
- 9:41Speaker 4: This sounds like a story that a teenager made up
- 9:43Speaker 4: who doesn't understand human psychology very well. Even more damning
- 9:47Speaker 4: for Sidney's case, two adult witnesses that were at the
- 9:50Speaker 4: concert said that Sidney's version of the story was not
- 9:52Speaker 4: true at all, and there were no moments where she
- 9:55Speaker 4: was with Drake by herself.
- 9:56Speaker 10: I remember you mentioning in the transcript that you knew
- 10:03Speaker 10: the victim's mom and even knew the victim technically since
- 10:07Speaker 10: she was in.
- 10:09Speaker 7: Her mother's belly.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Yes.
- 10:11Speaker 7: At no time. She was, she was alone with him.
- 10:14Speaker 9: Absolutely not.
- 10:16Speaker 5: A hundred percent.
- 10:17Speaker 7: Not the only time she went into that room. was
- 10:20Speaker 7: when all three of us went into that room.
- 10:22Speaker 1: She sat out in that hallway with me.
- 10:25Speaker 4: So there were two separate witness testimonies from this event
- 10:28Speaker 4: in Ohio that said that Drake was never alone with Sidney.
- 10:31Speaker 4: The first one I showed was a longtime family friend, well,
- 10:33Speaker 4: former family friend, named Darlene who knew someone who knew Drake.
- 10:37Speaker 4: She sacrificed that friendship to stand in defense of the truth,
- 10:40Speaker 4: so good for her. And the second witness was the
- 10:43Speaker 4: person who knew Drake, His photographer, Kathy.
- 10:45Speaker 9: They stepped inside the door when he opened the door,
- 10:48Speaker 9: but Darlene ended up sitting in the hallway with her.
- 10:51Speaker 9: Her aunt went in his room to get the card signed.
- 10:53Speaker 9: The rest of the time, they were in the hallway.
- 10:55Speaker 9: She has pictures of them taken with him in the hallway.
- 10:58Speaker 3: Right, right.
- 11:00Speaker 9: And she was never out of Darlene's sight, ever. I mean,
- 11:04Speaker 9: Darlene was sitting next to her the entire time. Then later,
- 11:06Speaker 9: she comes out and says all this stuff happened, which
- 11:08Speaker 9: is literally impossible.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Uh-huh.
- 11:11Speaker 3: Yeah, the only person alone with him for any.
- 11:13Speaker 9: Time was her aunt.
- 11:14Speaker 4: So not a good look for Sydney here and her
- 11:16Speaker 4: allegations of assault against Drake. And just to take a
- 11:19Speaker 4: second to clarify, Sydney went to a handful of Drake's concerts,
- 11:22Speaker 4: but I think she only saw him once before the
- 11:24Speaker 4: Cleveland show that was just mentioned, which is all that's
- 11:26Speaker 4: relevant because it was directly following the Instagram DMs where
- 11:29Speaker 4: he ghosted her after she said she was 15. All
- 11:32Speaker 4: of this is confusing, but the point is that Drake
- 11:34Speaker 4: did not pursue her after finding out her age, and
- 11:37Speaker 4: multiple witnesses are saying that Sydney's story is false. Now,
- 11:41Speaker 4: if you remember from a few minutes ago, The girl
- 11:43Speaker 4: interviewing the witnesses is Alexa Nicholas. Alexa had previously released
- 11:47Speaker 4: a video on Drake where she called him a horrible person,
- 11:49Speaker 4: a predator, and she stood in line with his accuser.
- 11:52Speaker 7: I stand with that victim of Drake Bell. I stand
- 11:56Speaker 7: with her. And I definitely am disturbed by Drake Bell
- 12:01Speaker 7: in general.
- 12:01Speaker 4: Initially, Alexa was very hostile towards Drake until she saw
- 12:05Speaker 4: the actual evidence. And let me just say that for
- 12:07Speaker 4: the most egregious claims... The evidence was so stacked against
- 12:10Speaker 4: Drake's accuser that Alexa completely flipped her opinion on him.
- 12:13Speaker 10: I see Drake Bell not creating a solid boundary between
- 12:19Speaker 10: him and her at all associating. What I don't see
- 12:23Speaker 10: is Drake Bell pursuing a child. The evidence does not
- 12:27Speaker 10: get me to that type of decision.
- 12:30Speaker 4: Again, I think Drake deserved to be punished. I think
- 12:32Speaker 4: he deserves to be called out for exploiting a power
- 12:34Speaker 4: relationship with his fans. I think it's reasonable to question
- 12:37Speaker 4: why he was asking for nudes from fans without verifying
- 12:39Speaker 4: their age when he's famous for being on a children's show. However,
- 12:42Speaker 4: I don't think the evidence shows that he's a child
- 12:44Speaker 4: predator or a danger to children in the future. Again,
- 12:47Speaker 4: this situation is very morally nuanced, and honestly, I think
- 12:50Speaker 4: Sydney and Drake both look bad here. While I don't
- 12:53Speaker 4: hold Sydney accountable for the stuff that she did as
- 12:55Speaker 4: a minor to instigate this, I do not appreciate her
- 12:58Speaker 4: demeanor as a 19-year-old, which included her almost certainly telling
- 13:01Speaker 4: fabricated stories of abuse. because doing that harms people who
- 13:05Speaker 4: are actually victimized in that way. It allows real abusers
- 13:08Speaker 4: to accuse victims of being false accusers, and it allows
- 13:11Speaker 4: them to say, the Matrix is after me, instead of
- 13:14Speaker 4: being held accountable for their crimes. That being said, this
- 13:17Speaker 4: is actually where our main story starts. In terms of
- 13:20Speaker 4: this video, the important thing that happened here is not
- 13:23Speaker 4: Drake being seen as innocent of the most egregious allegations.
- 13:26Speaker 4: What I actually want to focus on was the moment
- 13:29Speaker 4: from Alexa Nicholas where she changes her mind on Drake Bell,
- 13:32Speaker 4: to argue in favor of the evidence and not her
- 13:34Speaker 4: initial emotions about the case. This was a huge moment.
- 13:37Speaker 10: What I don't see is Drake Bell pursuing a child.
- 13:42Speaker 10: The evidence does not get me to that type of decision.
- 13:46Speaker 4: Understand the consequences of Alexa sticking with the actual evidence.
- 13:49Speaker 4: Her audience, and the survivor community in general, is full
- 13:52Speaker 4: of radical leftist me-tours who will wholeheartedly believe any inane
- 13:55Speaker 4: allegation that happened like 25 years ago with no police
- 13:58Speaker 4: report or any actual evidence outside of the accuser's personal story,
- 14:02Speaker 4: even if that story is missing key details or key
- 14:05Speaker 4: witnesses are saying the assault never happened. Understand how much
- 14:08Speaker 4: of a sacrifice going against an audience full of these
- 14:10Speaker 4: types of people is, especially these days where everything is
- 14:13Speaker 4: so polarized that a father of two can be publicly
- 14:15Speaker 4: executed during a debate and people are so married to
- 14:18Speaker 4: their ideology that they'll say, well, you know, actually it's
- 14:21Speaker 4: a good thing that a guy was shot because he
- 14:23Speaker 4: had ideas that I don't like and he was sort
- 14:25Speaker 4: of mean to people who I agree with one or
- 14:26Speaker 4: two times. Ethan Klein had a similar audience to Alexa Nicholas,
- 14:30Speaker 4: and ever since he said, maybe we should stop promoting terrorism,
- 14:33Speaker 4: they have been non-stop harassing him, doxing him, threatening to
- 14:36Speaker 4: kill him, and they've been trying to alienate him from
- 14:39Speaker 4: his children. So anyway, instead of leaning further into her
- 14:42Speaker 4: beliefs about Drake Bell after seeing additional evidence, which is
- 14:44Speaker 4: usually what we see from this group, Alexa essentially sacrificed
- 14:48Speaker 4: her career to say she was wrong, and Drake is
- 14:50Speaker 4: not guilty of sexual assault against a minor. Alexa spent
- 14:53Speaker 4: multiple hours going over all the evidence and talking to
- 14:55Speaker 4: witnesses on her channel. Despite laying everything out, her comment
- 14:59Speaker 4: section is a cesspool of former audience members calling her
- 15:02Speaker 4: all kinds of names. Meanwhile, if you go to the
- 15:04Speaker 4: video of the actual sentencing, it's a bunch of more
- 15:07Speaker 4: reasonable people saying, hey, where's all the evidence of all
- 15:10Speaker 4: these horrible things that the victim said was happening?
- 15:12Speaker 6: What the victim is claiming to have occurred here, not
- 15:15Speaker 6: only am I saying that it did not happen, not
- 15:17Speaker 6: only would Mr. Bell say that that did not happen,
- 15:20Speaker 6: but the evidence in this case would suggest it did
- 15:24Speaker 6: not happen. And again... We all know that this prosecutor's
- 15:27Speaker 6: office would pursue child sex charges and go to great
- 15:30Speaker 6: lengths and aggressively as they should. And we've seen it
- 15:33Speaker 6: many times. If they felt that that was a provable case,
- 15:37Speaker 6: I'm sure we would not be talking here today about
- 15:40Speaker 6: an attempted child endangerment and a disseminating matter harmful to
- 15:45Speaker 6: a minor.
- 15:45Speaker 4: Yeah, that seems reasonable. However, on the radical Me Too side,
- 15:49Speaker 4: this was the narrative.
- 15:50Speaker 11: When you watch the sentencing video, what ends up happening
- 15:54Speaker 11: is the first half is the woman reading her impact statement.
- 16:00Speaker 11: The second half is Drake's defense attorney responding to that
- 16:05Speaker 11: and being like, literally, he's like, I need to call
- 16:08Speaker 11: her credibility into question. And then it's like 15 minutes
- 16:11Speaker 11: of him just throwing out like every victim blaming example
- 16:15Speaker 11: in the book. And he also, as lawyers do, as
- 16:20Speaker 11: is their job, he uses legalese and he uses the
- 16:24Speaker 11: way that the legal system works against the victim and
- 16:28Speaker 11: in the favor of his client.
- 16:30Speaker 4: Yeah, asking for evidence that you were assaulted when two
- 16:32Speaker 4: adults who were there said that you weren't is just
- 16:34Speaker 4: victim blaming. But anyway, allow me to introduce you to
- 16:37Speaker 4: the girl from the previous clip, Kat Tenbarge. Kat Tenbarge
- 16:41Speaker 4: is a journalist who writes for NBC. Well, she used
- 16:44Speaker 4: to write for NBC. And she's also known for this.
- 16:46Speaker 3: I remember Kat from back during the Debt vs. Heard days. Kat,
- 16:50Speaker 3: along with several others, were diehard Amber Heard stans, could
- 16:54Speaker 3: not take any criticism of Amber Heard. They called it
- 16:58Speaker 3: all misogyny. They called everything misogynistic, etc. They were not
- 17:02Speaker 3: being impartial. They were, in fact, quite, quite biased towards Ms. Heard.
- 17:06Speaker 4: To get more to the point, Kat Tenbarge is being
- 17:08Speaker 4: sued by Alexa Nicholas for defamation over statements that she
- 17:11Speaker 4: made around the Drake Bell situation. Let me just start
- 17:14Speaker 4: by saying that I can't understate how fucking despicable of
- 17:16Speaker 4: a person Kat Tenbarge is, and how much I can't
- 17:19Speaker 4: wait to watch this lawsuit unfold. While there was moral
- 17:22Speaker 4: nuance with the prior subjects, there's not a lot of
- 17:24Speaker 4: moral nuance with Kat.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Kat, welcome.
- 17:27Speaker 11: Thank you so much for having me.
- 17:28Speaker 7: I'm so excited to be here.
- 17:30Speaker 4: Of course she's friends with Taylor Lorenz. Taylor is the
- 17:33Speaker 4: master of defamation and doxing and encouraging domestic terrorism. Earlier
- 17:37Speaker 4: I mentioned Charlie Kirk, and naturally when he was murdered,
- 17:40Speaker 4: Kat's initial response was to smirk, And then a few
- 17:43Speaker 4: days later, do a podcast defaming Charlie with Taylor and
- 17:46Speaker 4: some other guy named Matt.
- 17:48Speaker 11: Did you see Charlie Kirk was just shot?
- 17:50Speaker 5: Really?
- 17:51Speaker 1: Wait, did they hit him?
- 17:53Speaker 8: Yes, maybe.
- 17:54Speaker 11: So much of what Charlie Kirk said was straight up
- 17:56Speaker 11: misinformation and just bigotry.
- 17:59Speaker 5: Charlie Kirk was violent in his words.
- 18:02Speaker 11: His style is inducing fear in others. Don't give the
- 18:06Speaker 11: other side the opportunity to speak. just like stamp them
- 18:09Speaker 11: out of existence. He has nothing to fear. He's a
- 18:12Speaker 11: white conservative man. Like it's just, it's all such a
- 18:16Speaker 11: false bad faith premise that like people are being uncivil
- 18:20Speaker 11: and violent. The people who are uncivil and violent are
- 18:23Speaker 11: Charlie Kirk and his friends.
- 18:25Speaker 4: Ethan Klein is a raging misogynist who hates women. Excellent
- 18:28Speaker 4: piece by Kat Tenbarge. This is stunning praise from her
- 18:31Speaker 4: friend Taylor, so let's see what kind of journalism Kat does. Well,
- 18:35Speaker 4: it's an article where she's defending Hasan Piker. Of course
- 18:38Speaker 4: she's a Hasan groupie.
- 18:39Speaker 3: This is not journalism.
- 18:40Speaker 1: This is just slop.
- 18:41Speaker 11: With peace and love.
- 18:42Speaker 4: In this article, Kat is defending Hasan and the three
- 18:45Speaker 4: idiots who think that copyright infringement is okay, as long
- 18:48Speaker 4: as you really don't like somebody. Fortunately, the courts don't
- 18:51Speaker 4: seem to agree. Keep in mind that the reason that
- 18:54Speaker 4: Ethan is punishing them in this way... is because people
- 18:57Speaker 4: such as Denims were fostering a false narrative about Ethan's
- 18:59Speaker 4: parenting in the hopes that it would encourage people to
- 19:02Speaker 4: call the CPS so they would take his kids away.
- 19:05Speaker 4: But it's okay, because a three and a five-year-old won't
- 19:07Speaker 4: remember being interrogated by the CPS under the implication that
- 19:10Speaker 4: they're being raised by abusive parents.
- 19:11Speaker 8: You're not forming memories at three years old, and it's
- 19:14Speaker 8: very rare that you're forming memories at five years old.
- 19:17Speaker 2: Her defense for sending the CPS to break up our
- 19:20Speaker 2: family and to interrogate our three and five-year-old is that
- 19:23Speaker 2: Don't worry, kids don't remember stuff. Pretending as if interrogating
- 19:28Speaker 2: my three and five-year-old sons couldn't possibly cause any damage
- 19:31Speaker 2: because they can't remember is the most insane, monstrous thing
- 19:35Speaker 2: I could even imagine somebody to say about this.
- 19:37Speaker 4: Let me be clear to people like Kat Tenbarge. If
- 19:39Speaker 4: someone tried to get my kids taken away over some
- 19:41Speaker 4: retarded political differences, they would be lucky if all I
- 19:44Speaker 4: did was try to sue them for copyright infringement. You
- 19:47Speaker 4: want to pretend that you're a part of the survivor community,
- 19:49Speaker 4: and yet... This morning when I woke up and opened Reddit,
- 19:41Speaker 4: because of course that's what I do the second I
- 19:44Speaker 4: wake up every morning. Again, another thing that we could
- 19:46Speaker 4: have easily guessed. So now that we've established the kind
- 19:48Speaker 4: of journalism that Kat Tenbarge does, What actually happened in
- 20:09Speaker 4: this case between her and Alexa Nicholas? As I said before,
- 20:12Speaker 4: the whole thing started with Drake Bell in a video
- 20:14Speaker 4: that Alexa made in October of 2023, where she calls
- 20:17Speaker 4: Drake a predator and shares her support for Sydney.
- 20:19Speaker 10: I stand with that, that victim of Drake Bell. I
- 20:22Speaker 10: definitely am disturbed by Drake.
- 20:25Speaker 7: Bell in general.
- 20:26Speaker 4: Around the time that Quiet on Set was released in 2024,
- 20:29Speaker 4: Kay Taylor, a producer on that show, shared the public
- 20:32Speaker 4: court documents from Drake's case with Alexa, showing that Sydney
- 20:35Speaker 4: didn't have strong evidence that Drake was a danger to children,
- 20:38Speaker 4: And so, Alexa removed her initial video on him. I mean,
- 20:41Speaker 4: I would have removed it too. That's the reasonable and
- 20:43Speaker 4: moral thing to do. However, like I said, while it
- 20:46Speaker 4: is a noble cause to try to help victims to
- 20:48Speaker 4: get justice against their predators, particularly if they were victimized
- 20:51Speaker 4: as children, the survivor community is full of radicalized, insane people,
- 20:55Speaker 4: and sadly, a lot of opportunistic grifters, and they did
- 20:58Speaker 4: not like that Alexa removed her video on Drake Bell
- 21:00Speaker 4: for the sake of the truth. When in reality, to
- 21:03Speaker 4: anyone who actually reads the court documents, it is obvious
- 21:06Speaker 4: that Drake was not guilty of sexual assault. But to
- 21:09Speaker 4: put it in a way that will help people in
- 21:10Speaker 4: my community better understand, many of these people are fans
- 21:13Speaker 4: of that stochastic terrorist, Hasan Piker, and we all know
- 21:17Speaker 4: that if you go against the narrative in any small
- 21:19Speaker 4: way or are a full-on apostate in that community, everyone
- 21:22Speaker 4: and their grandmother will try to ruin your life. I mean,
- 21:25Speaker 4: that's what they did to Ethan Klein. Hell, these types
- 21:27Speaker 4: did it to the popular feminist Lacey Green a bunch
- 21:29Speaker 4: of years ago for the crime of being friendly to
- 21:31Speaker 4: a political opponent. In fact, this situation reminds me a
- 21:35Speaker 4: lot of what happened to Lacey Green. This is a
- 21:37Speaker 4: very radicalized group and they will not accept deviations from
- 21:40Speaker 4: the official narrative. Anyway, the aftermath of Alexa saying that
- 21:43Speaker 4: she was wrong about Drake Bell was accounts like Exposing
- 21:46Speaker 4: Rich making like 4 million tweets saying that Alexa was
- 21:49Speaker 4: defending predators. Because of that, and because Kat Tenbarge is
- 21:52Speaker 4: an opportunist, while she was working for NBC, she began
- 21:56Speaker 4: writing an article and asked Alexa for comments.
- 21:59Speaker 7: But guess who knocks on my door? Kat Tenbarge.
- 22:02Speaker 2: She sent you a list of 18 very, like, specific,
- 22:06Speaker 2: and I don't know if you would call it passive-aggressive
- 22:08Speaker 2: or just aggressive.
- 22:09Speaker 7: I think it was aggressive.
- 22:10Speaker 13: That's how I felt.
- 22:11Speaker 2: The letter was accusatory.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Yes.
- 22:13Speaker 7: It was like a hit, they were doing a hit
- 22:14Speaker 7: piece on me.
- 22:15Speaker 4: Kat sent a bunch of questions to Alexa and asked
- 22:17Speaker 4: for comment. These questions 100% make the article look like
- 22:21Speaker 4: a hit piece, and we know that Kat is a
- 22:22Speaker 4: propagandist based on her slander of Ethan Klein and Charlie Kirk.
- 22:26Speaker 4: By the way, this was a hit piece from Kat
- 22:28Speaker 4: where she worked with a stalker of Alexa's who moved
- 22:31Speaker 4: 10 minutes away from her so he could more effectively
- 22:33Speaker 4: harass her. Alexa had filed a restraining order, which makes
- 22:36Speaker 4: it a criminal violation to talk about her online. But
- 22:38Speaker 4: don't worry about that because there are journalists out there
- 22:41Speaker 4: like Kat Tenbarge who will aid malicious stalkers in circumventing
- 22:45Speaker 4: court orders.
- 22:46Speaker 2: She obtained a restraining order against me using similar false
- 22:49Speaker 2: claims she made to his court. This is a statement
- 22:52Speaker 2: given to her by your stalker, who's not supposed to
- 22:54Speaker 2: talk to you or even really about you.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Oh, not.
- 22:57Speaker 7: And imagine.
- 22:58Speaker 10: I said again, that clause that's in there as well,
- 23:00Speaker 10: that he can't talk about me on social media.
- 23:02Speaker 7: If she were to reach out to him and get comment, right.
- 23:06Speaker 10: That that could then be some tweet for MSNBC to
- 23:08Speaker 10: put out or like a statement from him, you.
- 23:10Speaker 7: Know, and that's a way to bypass a court order.
- 23:13Speaker 10: And then she goes on to say to my stalker,
- 23:16Speaker 10: what I told her in my, answers to her about
- 23:20Speaker 10: him it's like don't talk any connect anything you're giving
- 23:23Speaker 10: him puts me in danger you.
- 23:25Speaker 2: Asshole so she was giving your stalker the answers to
- 23:28Speaker 2: the question yes to her report that's.
- 23:31Speaker 10: Insane you know i found the email correspondence between them
- 23:36Speaker 10: was through him filing her own section, asking the courts
- 23:40Speaker 10: to terminate the restraining order.
- 23:42Speaker 7: He used Kat to defend him. Good for you guys.
- 23:46Speaker 10: You're in a stalker's request to terminate a restraining order
- 23:49Speaker 10: with kids involved.
- 23:50Speaker 4: Fortunately, the restraining order got renewed because of what Kat did.
- 23:53Speaker 4: But based on the public record, in my opinion, Kat
- 23:56Speaker 4: is a predator. If she actually cared about victims, she
- 23:59Speaker 4: would never collaborate with and enable a stalker to pursue
- 24:02Speaker 4: someone who has kids. Which brings us to the actual
- 24:05Speaker 4: defamatory claims.
- 24:06Speaker 3: As we all know, there's a huge market for going
- 24:09Speaker 3: after celebrities. Everyone wants to dig up dirt on celebrities.
- 24:12Speaker 3: And of course, a professional dirt digger is Kat Tenbarge.
- 24:15Speaker 3: In this case, Kat Tenbarge is accusing Alexa, Ms. Nicholas,
- 24:21Speaker 3: of sending out sealed court documents related to a underage person.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Sealed documents, the word sealed, means they are confidential. They're
- 24:32Speaker 3: for the court. They're not supposed to be circulated out there.
- 24:35Speaker 3: And they're accusing Alexa. She was accusing Alexa of leaking
- 24:39Speaker 3: these documents. And you can see this here where she says,
- 24:42Speaker 3: all this proves is that you, speaking of Ms. Nicholas,
- 24:45Speaker 3: have been sending around sealed documents from Drake Bell's court
- 24:48Speaker 3: case unprompted. As the text from you shows, I did
- 24:52Speaker 3: not want them and you insisted. So trying to say
- 24:54Speaker 3: that Nicholas was spreading these maliciously and was trying to
- 24:58Speaker 3: get this information out, this secret information out there. All
- 25:01Speaker 3: in an effort to undermine his underage victim's testimony that
- 25:04Speaker 3: you previously defended. So trying to say that, hey, you're
- 25:08Speaker 3: trying to target a victim. Really, really vile stuff.
- 25:13Speaker 4: So from Kat's own words through this document and through
- 25:16Speaker 4: interviews that I've watched, Kat's allegations, well, sorry, Kat's defamatory
- 25:20Speaker 4: allegations were that Alexa is secretly friends with Drake, which
- 25:23Speaker 4: is not true. And now she's defending a predator and
- 25:26Speaker 4: trying to harass his victims by leaking sealed, unredacted documents
- 25:30Speaker 4: in the hopes of, like, making Sydney relive her trauma,
- 25:33Speaker 4: and maybe in the hopes that people would use the
- 25:34Speaker 4: documents to dox and harass her. Again, all of which
- 25:38Speaker 4: is not true. The documents were publicly available, they are redacted,
- 25:42Speaker 4: and if you watch Alexa's videos, you can see that
- 25:44Speaker 4: she still isn't a fan of Drake after going through
- 25:46Speaker 4: the case.
- 25:47Speaker 7: They are not sealed, and I told her they were
- 25:49Speaker 7: not sealed. Multiple times.
- 25:51Speaker 4: Because of the false narrative that Kat created, Alexa is
- 25:54Speaker 4: suing her for $ 150, 000 or more, or a lot more,
- 25:59Speaker 4: plus punitive damages. And this is a slam-dunk lawsuit. Well,
- 26:03Speaker 4: nothing is guaranteed, but Kat is probably going to lose this,
- 26:06Speaker 4: and she deserves it. Thank God these people are being
- 26:08Speaker 4: punished for what they're doing. Now, to be clear, the
- 26:11Speaker 4: defamatory statements were largely these Twitter posts. The article that
- 26:14Speaker 4: Kat was going to write on Alexa never ended up
- 26:17Speaker 4: getting published, as it was obviously going to be defamatory,
- 26:20Speaker 4: so Alexa informed NBC's legal team... and NBC just so
- 26:23Speaker 4: happened to include Kat in a series of layoffs. Essentially,
- 26:26Speaker 4: they fired her.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Kat Tenbarge, a former reporter at NBC News who recently
- 26:30Speaker 1: went independent.
- 26:31Speaker 4: Yeah, why did she have to make her own news organization, Taylor?
- 26:35Speaker 4: Almost two weeks ago, I found out I was one
- 26:37Speaker 4: of 40 people getting laid off from NBC. Those who
- 26:40Speaker 4: know me know I've wanted to go independent for a
- 26:42Speaker 4: long time. Her logo is a snake. Never have I
- 26:45Speaker 4: seen something more appropriate. So Kat Tenbarge tweeted that Alexa
- 26:49Speaker 4: released sealed court documents unredacted, and proceeded to echo the
- 26:52Speaker 4: sentiments that she is a predator.
- 26:54Speaker 7: I got left in the dust when Kat did this
- 26:55Speaker 7: to me. You know, people really believed I was this
- 26:57Speaker 7: really seriously evil person.
- 26:59Speaker 4: Yeah, this hurt her massively. Her YouTube comment section is
- 27:02Speaker 4: an unsalvageable cesspool now. Kat also recruited the help of
- 27:05Speaker 4: a YouTuber named Adam McIntyre to defame Alexa, because in
- 27:09Speaker 4: his words, Kat and him are best friends, his following
- 27:11Speaker 4: is much larger, and he's not the only channel with
- 27:14Speaker 4: a much larger following than Alexa who is lying about
- 27:16Speaker 4: her for views. Kat is very good at weaponizing her
- 27:19Speaker 4: friends against her opponents. Now, when it comes to situations
- 27:22Speaker 4: like this, I always like to give the opposition a
- 27:24Speaker 4: chance to defend their viewpoints, which needs to be done
- 27:26Speaker 4: in two segments. The first being Kat's coverage of the event,
- 27:29Speaker 4: and the second being Adam McIntyre's coverage. Because in my opinion,
- 27:33Speaker 4: Kat is using Adam as a mouthpiece against Alexa because
- 27:35Speaker 4: his influence is much higher than hers. That being said,
- 27:38Speaker 4: understand that Kat is very much trying to represent herself
- 27:41Speaker 4: as an expert on the Drake Bell case.
- 27:43Speaker 5: If you're, you know, just listening to the audio version
- 27:45Speaker 5: of this, Kat has no notes in front of her
- 27:46Speaker 5: about any of this. Like, Kat is a scholar on
- 27:49Speaker 5: all of these cases, and I just want a quick
- 27:53Speaker 5: interlude to commend you on the fact that you know
- 27:56Speaker 5: every detail of all of this stuff. I remember talking
- 27:58Speaker 5: with you about Amber Heard. Your ability to recall all
- 28:02Speaker 5: of the specifics of all of these events is pretty remarkable.
- 28:04Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 28:05Speaker 1: Right.
- 28:05Speaker 4: So if you're an expert, then you should have known
- 28:07Speaker 4: that the documents on the court proceedings between Sidney and
- 28:10Speaker 4: Drake Bell were public and that Alexa did not leak them. Now,
- 28:13Speaker 4: outside of this tactical mistake here, Kat Tenbarge is an
- 28:16Speaker 4: incredibly skilled manipulator. To be honest, if I didn't know
- 28:19Speaker 4: the facts of the case, I would have believed her
- 28:21Speaker 4: version of the story.
- 28:22Speaker 5: So he pleads guilty to two charges that are not
- 28:25Speaker 5: related to anything physical that happened.
- 28:28Speaker 3: Correct.
- 28:28Speaker 5: But that are about text messages.
- 28:30Speaker 11: Yes. This is not uncommon. A lot of times when
- 28:35Speaker 11: you bring a case to court, there will be a
- 28:38Speaker 11: range of allegations that are made. And the responsibility of
- 28:42Speaker 11: the prosecution is to provide evidence for these various allegations.
- 28:47Speaker 11: But a lot of times there isn't strong enough evidence
- 28:50Speaker 11: to prove the full extent of what's being alleged. In
- 28:53Speaker 11: this case, they seem to have reached an agreement, the
- 28:56Speaker 11: prosecution and the defense, that they had strong enough evidence
- 29:01Speaker 11: for Drake to plead guilty on these two charges. And
- 29:05Speaker 11: then he wouldn't have to go to trial. He would
- 29:07Speaker 11: just have to serve probation and they would essentially drop
- 29:10Speaker 11: the rest of it.
- 29:11Speaker 4: So to sum this part up here, Kat is trying
- 29:13Speaker 4: to lead the audience into believing that Drake is guilty
- 29:15Speaker 4: of everything he was accused of. but they simply didn't
- 29:17Speaker 4: have enough evidence. That's not the case because what she
- 29:20Speaker 4: left out and flat out did not address is the
- 29:22Speaker 4: fact that there were two witnesses who were there with
- 29:24Speaker 4: Sidney saying she was never alone with Drake, and a
- 29:27Speaker 4: third witness, one of Sidney's high school friends, who gave
- 29:29Speaker 4: the sentiment that Sidney was jealous of Drake's girlfriend. That
- 29:33Speaker 4: shows motive for her to lie, which is important because
- 29:35Speaker 4: one of the things that Sidney does is message Drake's girlfriend,
- 29:39Speaker 4: accuses him of sexual abuse, admits to having multiple accounts
- 29:42Speaker 4: because that's important too, and then puts quite a bit
- 29:45Speaker 4: of effort into trying to convince his girlfriend Janet to
- 29:47Speaker 4: break up with him. Actually, they might have been married
- 29:50Speaker 4: at this point. I mean, morally, Sidney is right. Janet
- 29:52Speaker 4: should have broken up with him because he did cheat
- 29:54Speaker 4: on her. They got divorced a few years later anyway.
- 29:57Speaker 4: I don't think Drake is beating the POS allegations anytime soon.
- 30:00Speaker 4: But the important thing here is whether or not Drake
- 30:02Speaker 4: assaulted a minor. I don't think the evidence shows that,
- 30:05Speaker 4: and the issue with Kat's coverage is that she, as
- 30:07Speaker 4: an expert, ignores key witness testimonies that contradict Sydney's story,
- 30:12Speaker 4: and ignores the testimony of her friend who said that
- 30:14Speaker 4: she was jealous of Drake's ex-wife or girlfriend at the time,
- 30:17Speaker 4: which gives her a motive to lie. Again, not to
- 30:20Speaker 4: say that Sydney is responsible for what she did as
- 30:22Speaker 4: a child, Drake was twice her age, he should have
- 30:25Speaker 4: held proper boundaries, and maybe he shouldn't have cheated on
- 30:27Speaker 4: his ex-wife. But as for Kat, these are important points
- 30:30Speaker 4: that you would not omit if you were trying to
- 30:32Speaker 4: be honest. Just to further emphasize here, despite me not
- 30:35Speaker 4: liking Drake as a person, the reason I'm so insistent
- 30:38Speaker 4: on the evidence is because if we don't stick to
- 30:39Speaker 4: the evidence, it could set a precedent for false allegations
- 30:42Speaker 4: in the future that will 100% be weaponized against people
- 30:46Speaker 4: you like, or maybe even you yourself. False allegations get
- 30:49Speaker 4: weaponized all the time, especially in politics, which is why
- 30:53Speaker 4: we have standards of proof. Like I said, Kat is
- 30:55Speaker 4: convincing enough that if I didn't spend hours reading through
- 30:58Speaker 4: the case documents and connecting the dots, I would have
- 31:00Speaker 4: believed her narrative, and people like her know that you
- 31:03Speaker 4: don't have that kind of time to personally research stuff
- 31:05Speaker 4: like this, so they know they can get away with
- 31:07Speaker 4: lying to you, which is why defamation laws exist. As
- 31:10Speaker 4: for her friends, they also know they can lie by
- 31:13Speaker 4: omission to craft whatever narrative they want, which is where
- 31:15Speaker 4: Adam McIntyre comes in. Again, Adam has personally stated that
- 31:19Speaker 4: Kat Tenbarge is his best friend.
- 31:21Speaker 13: The way that you have harassed my best friend, Kat.
- 31:26Speaker 4: She's not harassing Kat. Kat tried to write a defamatory
- 31:28Speaker 4: hit piece on Alexa to, in my opinion, boost her
- 31:31Speaker 4: own career at NBC, and Alexa is defending herself against
- 31:34Speaker 4: that defamation. How is this not victim-blaming? By the way,
- 31:38Speaker 4: before the body was even cold, Adam McIntyre was out
- 31:40Speaker 4: there slandering Charlie Kirk, too.
- 31:42Speaker 13: I also think it's important to note that Charlie Kirk
- 31:44Speaker 13: has been actively engaging in political violence since he came
- 31:48Speaker 13: onto the scene. And political violence can also literally be
- 31:52Speaker 13: something that doesn't happen with a weapon, can be with
- 31:54Speaker 13: his words and his propaganda as well. Someone who doesn't
- 31:58Speaker 13: care about school shootings. Also someone who said that to
- 32:02Speaker 13: protect the Second Amendment, we should lose a couple people
- 32:06Speaker 13: every year to gun violence.
- 32:09Speaker 4: So anyway, I've listened to a few hours of Adam's
- 32:11Speaker 4: videos on this subject, and I'm not saying that it
- 32:13Speaker 4: doesn't exist because he's done hours and hours of live streams.
- 32:16Speaker 4: But I have not once found him talking about the
- 32:18Speaker 4: most egregious allegations around his positions on Alexa Nicholas. For example,
- 32:22Speaker 4: there's this video here from Ethan Klein where he and
- 32:25Speaker 4: Alexa discuss the case. Adam admits that he's seen it.
- 32:28Speaker 13: This was a pre-filmed interview that they've posted on the
- 32:33Speaker 13: H3 channel. So this is one ire and 50 minutes
- 32:36Speaker 13: of them, you know, talking about me, talking about Kat.
- 32:39Speaker 13: There's no one Ethan Klein hates more than me. And
- 32:42Speaker 13: there's no one Alexa Nicholas hates more than Kat Tenbarge.
- 32:45Speaker 4: Now, there's a lot of stuff that goes on in
- 32:46Speaker 4: this video, but you would think that if you're a
- 32:48Speaker 4: person who is speaking in the defense of victims, you
- 32:51Speaker 4: would address the moment where Alexa says that Kat worked
- 32:53Speaker 4: with and helped her stalker circumvent the law. That was
- 32:56Speaker 4: a major allegation that Alexa made, and you know, maybe
- 32:59Speaker 4: it's not true. Maybe there's more nuance to the situation
- 33:02Speaker 4: than Alexa made it seem. Does Adam address this moment? No,
- 33:06Speaker 4: which makes me think there wasn't any nuance, so he's
- 33:08Speaker 4: avoiding the issue. He also addresses zero of the criticisms
- 33:11Speaker 4: of the allegations against Drake. But I mean, he will
- 33:14Speaker 4: say that Drake pled guilty.
- 33:15Speaker 13: Alexa Nicholas, as we know, was a part of Quiet
- 33:18Speaker 13: On Set. Drake Bell was also a part of Quiet
- 33:21Speaker 13: On Set. Now, before Quiet On Set came out in
- 33:25Speaker 13: October of 2023, Alexa Nicholas made a video saying that,
- 33:29Speaker 13: calling Drake Bell out, and we are aware... that Drake
- 33:32Speaker 13: Bell has his own accusations and has actually pled guilty
- 33:36Speaker 13: to child endangerment and a misdemeanor charge of, you know, having,
- 33:42Speaker 13: you know, harmful matter to juveniles.
- 33:44Speaker 11: Right.
- 33:45Speaker 4: He pled guilty, but that's not why he lost his
- 33:47Speaker 4: career or why his career was ruined. The egregious allegations
- 33:50Speaker 4: were Sidney saying that he committed sexual assault. Not only
- 33:53Speaker 4: did she not have strong evidence of that, but witness
- 33:56Speaker 4: testimony said she was lying. He knows all this information
- 33:59Speaker 4: is out there, he's just choosing to not address it,
- 34:01Speaker 4: and because of that, I think that his and Kat's
- 34:04Speaker 4: position is really indefensible, so they're resorting to defamation and
- 34:07Speaker 4: drama farming to try to ruin Alexa's reputation to the
- 34:10Speaker 4: extent that people won't believe her when she tells the
- 34:12Speaker 4: truth about Drake. And by the way, it worked. Alexa
- 34:15Speaker 4: lost this battle. A lot of people lose these types
- 34:18Speaker 4: of battles, which is why anti-defamation laws exist.
- 34:20Speaker 3: These people, people like Kat Tenbarge and others that defame
- 34:24Speaker 3: people openly are going to eventually defame the wrong person.
- 34:28Speaker 3: They're eventually going to defame a plaintiff like Ms. Nicholas,
- 34:31Speaker 3: who has money, motive, and is not able to be
- 34:35Speaker 3: dismissed as misogynistic, political, etc. This is something purely factual.
- 34:39Speaker 3: This is something purely legal. And because of that, this
- 34:43Speaker 3: is very, very damning for Ms.
- 34:45Speaker 11: Tenbarge.
- 34:46Speaker 4: Right, at some point they're going to mess with the
- 34:47Speaker 4: wrong person, at some point they're going to mess with
- 34:49Speaker 4: the person who is willing to defend themselves, and then
- 34:52Speaker 4: things aren't going to be so fun. Like I said,
- 34:54Speaker 4: Alexa is suing for $ 150, 000 or more, hopefully a lot more,
- 34:59Speaker 4: plus punitive damages, and she has a very strong case.
- 35:02Speaker 4: Kat is probably going to lose, which of course is why,
- 35:05Speaker 4: much like Frogan tried to hide to avoid getting served
- 35:07Speaker 4: by Ethan Klein when she committed copyright infringement, Or much
- 35:10Speaker 4: like Noah Sampson has been hiding for like a year,
- 35:13Speaker 4: hoping that Ethan will give up and trying to rightfully
- 35:14Speaker 4: sue him for defamation. So much like these two, Cat
- 35:17Speaker 4: Tambarge is so screwed in this situation that she's been
- 35:20Speaker 4: fleeing being served for months. Don't worry though, they got her,
- 35:23Speaker 4: so I guess we'll see how this all pans out.
- 35:25Speaker 4: I think it's pretty clear here that we're entering a
- 35:27Speaker 4: strong era of F around and find out, and a
- 35:29Speaker 4: lot of people are finding out. The lesson learned here
- 35:32Speaker 4: is that if you're mad about stuff like this, then
- 35:34Speaker 4: the cure is to become that wrong person to mess with.
- 35:37Speaker 4: You be that landmine that people are afraid to step on.
- 35:39Speaker 4: Cat and her friend group want to defame people or
- 35:41Speaker 4: work with predators to harass them? Well, eventually they're going
- 35:44Speaker 4: to pick the wrong target, and oops, now you might
- 35:47Speaker 4: be $ 150, 000 plus in debt. Have fun paying that off.
- 35:50Speaker 4: And speaking of fun, I gotta say that I've had
- 35:52Speaker 4: a few opportunities to be someone's wrong person, and I
- 35:55Speaker 4: thoroughly enjoyed the process. The real secret here is that
- 35:58Speaker 4: these people are almost always some of the most weak-willed
- 36:00Speaker 4: people on the planet, and the only reason they've had
- 36:03Speaker 4: success doing bad things is because nobody stands up to them.
- 36:06Speaker 4: So it's a real shock to them when somebody finally says,
- 36:09Speaker 4: I'm not going to put up with it. Be that somebody. Anyway,
- 36:12Speaker 4: thanks for watching, follow me on Twitter, and I'll see
- 36:14Speaker 4: you in the next video.
