  Speaker 5: Is because the scouts will be here, gms will be here,

  Speaker 5: actively coaching the players on the field, they will be

  Speaker 5: able to interview these players. Told Thomas just told us that, like,

  Speaker 5: look there, these are like twenty minute interviews. Those are
• 4:20
  Speaker 5: long interviews with kids, Like, oh, that's a lot, like
• 4:23
  Speaker 5: usually it's like five ten minutes.

  Speaker 2: It is a little bit of like a little bit
• 4:28
  Speaker 2: of speed dating, but twenty minutes with multiple kids is

  Speaker 2: a long long time, so.

  Speaker 5: You get to learn a lot in that. But if

  Speaker 5: you're actually coaching the teams, you get to learn more.

  Speaker 5: Just like you said, I had Neil in the in

  Speaker 5: a personality standpoint, from a really a football standpoint because

  Speaker 5: on the interview process, these guys are training for that.

  Speaker 5: We've already talked to two quarterbacks and said they're training

  Speaker 5: for their interviews, right, they're training.

  Speaker 2: It's a question because I remember doing this.

  Speaker 5: You're going to get asked what your favorite play verse
• 5:04
  Speaker 5: cover two is, and then why what's your favorite play

  Speaker 5: versus cover three quarters? What do you do in past protection?

  Speaker 5: How did you handle this your past protection and a
• 5:16
  Speaker 5: six man protection? Were you in charge of the mikes
• 5:18
  Speaker 5: where the center was in charge of the mics? Were
• 5:19
  Speaker 5: you able to make adjustments? What were those adjustments? Why

  Speaker 5: did you make them? Well, they are grinding those questions
• 5:25
  Speaker 5: every day in preparation, so they're kind of I guess

  Speaker 5: you could say stock answers. Well when you get to

  Speaker 5: coach them, Yeah, we're actually coaching them in the quarterback room.

  Speaker 5: In the line room, in the linebacker room, like you
• 5:39
  Speaker 5: get to actually see their football IQ, their football knowledge
• 5:44
  Speaker 5: and what great intel that you can bring the Saints
• 5:47
  Speaker 5: coaches can bring.

  Speaker 2: To Mickey limis Kell Moore say, this is what I saw.

  Speaker 5: Yeah, y'all saw that in the interview process when you
• 5:52
  Speaker 5: talk to them and ask them questions. This is what

  Speaker 5: I saw like in the coaching room, like they this
• 5:57
  Speaker 5: guy's got it or a lot of them he doesn't

  Speaker 5: have it. Yeah, that's going to be some of that.

  Speaker 5: That was really interesting to hear him say that. It's like,

  Speaker 5: you know, are they going to say the thing that
• 6:08
  Speaker 5: one that we're looking for something like we know the
• 6:10
  Speaker 5: answers the most, but are they going to say something

  Speaker 5: that's going to put them above everybody else? He's like,

  Speaker 5: but in a lot of cases they say something that
• 6:16
  Speaker 5: puts other people ahead of them.

  Speaker 2: Right. So that's what these guys are sitting right.

  Speaker 5: Everything that they do, everything that they're doing from right

  Speaker 5: now till next September determines if they have a job

  Speaker 5: or not at their dream spot, which is playing in

  Speaker 5: the NFL. So whether you do here can make or

  Speaker 5: break you. What you do at the combine can make

  Speaker 5: or break you. What you do it at Pro day

  Speaker 5: can make or break you. They are they continuously from here.

  Speaker 5: They are in the gauntlet of make or break situations.

  Speaker 5: And then certainly when you get to your team, every

  Speaker 5: single practice is that do you have it like coaches

  Speaker 5: are looking for a reason to not draft you, to
• 6:55
  Speaker 5: cut you, whatever it is. You don't give them those reasons,

  Speaker 5: then you find yourself on a roster. But they they're
• 7:01
  Speaker 5: about to go through that gauntlet that they have to survive.

  Speaker 5: All these kids have to survive and their goal is
• 7:05
  Speaker 5: to make it to next September.

  Speaker 2: And of course there's going to be a few that

  Speaker 2: are going to have an.

  Speaker 5: Advantage that get drafted in the first or second round,

  Speaker 5: but anything after that, you're fighting for your life every

  Speaker 5: single day. You can't make a mistake, and that is

  Speaker 5: what causes the stress that all these kids are dealing with.

  Speaker 2: So I can promise you they're gonna be walking around

  Speaker 2: here doing all their interviews.

  Speaker 5: But they probably cannot wait to finally get on the

  Speaker 5: football field and then do something they actually know that

  Speaker 5: they're good at. Yes, they can stop worrying about don't

  Speaker 5: screw up, don't say the wrong thing. They get the
• 7:35
  Speaker 5: pads on they get on that practice field, let me
• 7:37
  Speaker 5: go hit somebody in the face, right, that's what they
• 7:40
  Speaker 5: want to do.

  Speaker 2: Shoul, I've done a whole life. That's what I know
