- 0:49Speaker 4: I'm your host. We see his hop is. Today we
- 0:52Speaker 4: conclude Jeremiah chapter seven. Thank you Lord. Every time we
- 1:01Speaker 4: finish a book, I believe it's a great victory. My
- 1:05Speaker 4: heart is to go through the entire Bible, verse by verse,
- 1:09Speaker 4: chapter by chapter. But throughout this chapter, God has repeatedly
- 1:18Speaker 4: called his people to repentance. He warned them through profits,
- 1:24Speaker 4: He confronted their hypocrisy, he exposed their idolatry. Yet the
- 1:31Speaker 4: people refused to listen. Today's passage reveals the tragic outcome
- 1:39Speaker 4: of persistent rebellion against Almighty God. So please, please, United
- 1:47Speaker 4: States of America, please pay attention. Please read this chapter
- 1:52Speaker 4: and study it. I don't want to see our country destroyed. Amen.
- 2:00Speaker 4: Today's message is called the Valley of Slaughter. But before
- 2:07Speaker 4: we dive into the scriptures, I want to invite you

- 3:04Speaker 4: people to turn to him, please take up this opportunity
- 3:10Speaker 4: to get your life right. Get the help that you
- 3:13Speaker 4: need so that you and I can be victorious over sin.
- 3:21Speaker 4: That's the purpose of that. Amen. Our hearts are wicked,
- 3:26Speaker 4: Our hearts are deceitful. We need people that can slap
- 3:30Speaker 4: us with truth when we need it. Amen. And with
- 3:36Speaker 4: that said, let's good be for their father in prayer
- 3:41Speaker 4: or that I tell you how to get to the
- 3:43Speaker 4: life chat. You gotta download the his Hop radio app
- 3:46Speaker 4: Hishop on all platforms want you download it on the
- 3:50Speaker 4: home screen. Go to the top of the menu, click
- 3:53Speaker 4: that drop down, click on live chat and it's easy.
- 3:57Speaker 4: Takes a few seconds of register. All you have to
- 3:59Speaker 4: do is been to username, email address, and password, and
- 4:03Speaker 4: we want to say, welcome to his hot nation. That's good.
- 4:09Speaker 4: Be for Father and prayerly. Father, We thank you for
- 4:11Speaker 4: waking us up for another day. We thank you, Father
- 4:15Speaker 4: for another opportunity to get right with you. Father, Help
- 4:18Speaker 4: us to draw closer to you. Help us, oh God, Lord,
- 4:22Speaker 4: to be conformed into the image of your son. Lord.
- 4:25Speaker 4: Thank you, Oh God, for fighting our battles. Lord. Thank
- 4:30Speaker 4: you Lord Jesus, Oh God, Lord, for allowing us to
- 4:33Speaker 4: breathe though God allowing us to walk and talk. Oh God,
- 4:38Speaker 4: Oh Lord. We ask Lord that our hearts will draw
- 4:41Speaker 4: closer to you. God. Help us to love you, Oh God,
- 4:45Speaker 4: even more because your love, your word says that if
- 4:47Speaker 4: we love you, we will obey you, Oh God, Oh Lord.
- 4:51Speaker 4: We manifest the type of love that produces obedience in us.
- 4:55Speaker 4: So God, and we ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
- 5:07Speaker 4: All right, as we said earlier, we're going to conclude
- 5:10Speaker 4: the Book of Jeremiah chapter seven, and we're going to
- 5:16Speaker 4: pick up in verse twenty eight. So you shall say
- 5:22Speaker 4: to them, this is a nation that does not obey
- 5:27Speaker 4: the voice of the Lord. Their God nor receives correction.
- 5:33Speaker 4: Truth has perished and has been cut off from their mouth.
- 5:42Speaker 4: That's pretty serious here. Now, God, he gives a summary
- 5:46Speaker 4: of their condition. They refuse God's voice. How many people
- 5:52Speaker 4: do you know out there that are refusing God's voice
- 5:56Speaker 4: even to this day? Amen? They reject correction. The Book
- 6:02Speaker 4: of Proverbs says that a foolish man hates correction. You
- 6:06Speaker 4: correct a wise man, and he will love you. But
- 6:09Speaker 4: if you correct a fool you're only bringing hurt to yourself.
- 6:14Speaker 4: Which is sad. Truth disappeared from society. Where did truth go? There?
- 6:26Speaker 4: Is there a famine of truth today like it was
- 6:30Speaker 4: back then. It's a sad day when there's a famine
- 6:34Speaker 4: of truth, right, Clear signs of spiritual decline is when
- 6:46Speaker 4: people reject correction and abandon truth. If people are rejecting correction,
- 6:54Speaker 4: they want to be rebellious. People think freedom is being
- 6:58Speaker 4: is rejecting correction, when in all reality, that's bondage. Now,
- 7:08Speaker 4: don't get me wrong, nobody enjoys correction. I'm not saying
- 7:12Speaker 4: he's supposed to love it and enjoy the process, but
- 7:18Speaker 4: correction is often one of God's greatest gifts. We have
- 7:23Speaker 4: to recognize that God is moving. If God corrects us,
- 7:31Speaker 4: that means He still loves us and is still working
- 7:36Speaker 4: in our lives. Amen, God is still working with us.
- 7:40Speaker 4: There's still hope for us. A society that rejects truth
- 7:44Speaker 4: eventually loses its direction. The Bible says, my people perish
- 7:54Speaker 4: through lack of knowledge. That's why it's good to read
- 8:00Speaker 4: books to continuously read the Bible. But there's also books
- 8:06Speaker 4: that can help you by Christian authors that have great
- 8:11Speaker 4: nuggets like we always have to keep our minds going
- 8:15Speaker 4: in this say man, it says, cut off your hair
- 8:21Speaker 4: and cast it away and take up a limitation on
- 8:26Speaker 4: the desolation, on the desolate heights. For the Lord has
- 8:32Speaker 4: rejected and forsaken the generation of his wrath. Now cutting
- 8:42Speaker 4: off the hair was a sign of mourning and a
- 8:46Speaker 4: sign of grief. God causes people to recognize the seriousness
- 8:52Speaker 4: of their condition. Do you think the United States will
- 8:58Speaker 4: recognize this serious miss of our condition? We used to
- 9:02Speaker 4: be a godly nation. Not saying that this country was perfect,
- 9:09Speaker 4: but at least this country had the hand of God
- 9:13Speaker 4: over it. Now there comes a point when people must
- 9:20Speaker 4: honestly face the consequences of their choices. Denial only delays healing.
- 9:30Speaker 4: God wants people to acknowledge their conditions so restiation can begin.
- 9:36Speaker 4: Ignoring a problem never resolves it and never solves the
- 9:42Speaker 4: issue if we just ignore it. People try to numb
- 9:46Speaker 4: their problems and issues by alcohol or drugs, but the
- 9:51Speaker 4: problem never goes away. Verse thirty through thirty one. For
- 9:59Speaker 4: the children and Judah have done evil in my sight,
- 10:03Speaker 4: says the Lord. They have set their abominations in the
- 10:08Speaker 4: house which is called by my name to pollute it.
- 10:14Speaker 4: And they have built the high places of Topaz of
- 10:21Speaker 4: top Het. I'm sorry, top Hit, which is in the
- 10:24Speaker 4: valley of the Son of Him men to burn their
- 10:30Speaker 4: sons and their daughters in the fire awhile, which I
- 10:34Speaker 4: did not command, nor did it come into my hearts.
- 10:40Speaker 4: Now these verses describe one of the darkest periods in
- 10:45Speaker 4: Judas history. Right here, people adopted pagan practices, including child sacrifice.
- 10:56Speaker 4: Kind of sounds like abortion, doesn't it. God makes it
- 11:00Speaker 4: clear that such practices never came from him. Now, can
- 11:06Speaker 4: you imagine? God knows everything, He has all knowledge, he's
- 11:11Speaker 4: all knowing, But this never came into his heart. He
- 11:15Speaker 4: never thought that thought did not come from him To
- 11:20Speaker 4: sacrifice their babies. That is totally, incompletely demonic. Now God
- 11:33Speaker 4: utterly rejects this practice. The people have become so spiritually
- 11:39Speaker 4: deceived that they were calling evil good. Does that sound familiar?
- 11:48Speaker 4: Sin always takes people further than they intend to go.
- 11:54Speaker 4: The further people moved from God's truth, the easier it
- 11:59Speaker 4: is to become it easier it is. Easier it is
- 12:11Speaker 4: to man, I can't get my tongue together. It's easier
- 12:16Speaker 4: to justify evil. That's what I'm trying to say. The
- 12:19Speaker 4: further we move away from God's truth, the easier it
- 12:24Speaker 4: is to justify evil. Now, this passion is This passage
- 12:28Speaker 4: reminds us while we must remain grounded in the Word
- 12:33Speaker 4: and man, we must remain rooted, and we must remain
- 12:38Speaker 4: grounded in the Word of God. We cannot follow the
- 12:45Speaker 4: evil dictates of our own hearts. Beloved It. We have
- 12:48Speaker 4: to reject these evil thoughts. We have to cast down
- 12:53Speaker 4: imaginations constantly, and we must apply God's word to each
- 13:01Speaker 4: in every situation. Amen, Verse thirty two and thirty three. Therefore, behold,
- 13:11Speaker 4: the days are coming, says the Lord, and I will
- 13:14Speaker 4: no more be called top It or the valley of
- 13:20Speaker 4: the son of himmen but the valley of slaughter, But
- 13:26Speaker 4: they will bury and top it till there is no room. Wow.
- 13:35Speaker 4: The corpse of this people will be food for the
- 13:39Speaker 4: birds of the heaven and for the beasts of the earth,
- 13:46Speaker 4: and no one will frighten them away, No one will Wow.
- 13:55Speaker 4: This is that's a serious picture. Let me read this.
- 14:01Speaker 4: This is the Lord, God Almighty, This is the God
- 14:03Speaker 4: we serve. If we end up on the wrong end
- 14:11Speaker 4: of our choices, if we go our own way and
- 14:17Speaker 4: try to become our own god, this is what happens.
- 14:22Speaker 4: It's a pile of dead bodies where birds are feeding
- 14:28Speaker 4: on their flesh. We're talking to the entire nation of Judah,
- 14:34Speaker 4: and he says, nobody is gonna shoot the birds away.
- 14:37Speaker 4: They're gonna feast and have a good time feasting, and
- 14:44Speaker 4: no one is going to stop these birds. Now, the place,
- 14:52Speaker 4: the very place where the people committed terrible sins, would
- 14:56Speaker 4: become a place of judgment. The value of Himmon would
- 15:05Speaker 4: become a symbol of destruction and devastation. We need to
- 15:12Speaker 4: take key to this now. The consequences of sin often
- 15:20Speaker 4: returned to the very places where rebellion occurred. The very
- 15:28Speaker 4: thing that we trust in the very thing that we
- 15:32Speaker 4: turned away from God for would be the very thing
- 15:36Speaker 4: that will judge us. Beloved, family, you need to really
- 15:45Speaker 4: understand one thing. God is a just God. God loves justice.
- 15:51Speaker 4: His mercy is incredible, but his justice is real. Judah
- 15:57Speaker 4: repeatedly ignored his warnings until judgment became unavoidable Verse thirty four.
- 16:08Speaker 4: Then I will cause to cease from the cities of
- 16:12Speaker 4: Judah and from the streets of Jerusalem, the voice of
- 16:17Speaker 4: merit and the voice of gladness, the voice of the
- 16:22Speaker 4: bridegroom and the voice of the bride. For the land
- 16:28Speaker 4: shall be desolate. The joyful sounds of daily life would disappear, celebrations, weddings, festivals.
- 16:42Speaker 4: The land would become silent because of judgment. Now, sin
- 16:52Speaker 4: eventually stills joy. Let me say that again. Sin will
- 17:01Speaker 4: eventually steal joy. What begins as pleasure often ends as disaster.
- 17:14Speaker 4: What begins in pleasure, Beloved, this needs to fall into
- 17:18Speaker 4: our spirits. We need to remember this. Write this down.
- 17:22Speaker 4: What begins in pleasure will often end in disaster. True
- 17:30Speaker 4: joy comes from walking with our heavenly Father, Beloved. The
- 17:34Speaker 4: enemy promises happiness through rebellion. God offers lasting joy through obedience.
- 17:44Speaker 4: The choice remains the same today as it was in
- 17:50Speaker 4: Jeremiah's day. Will we trust God's way or will we
- 17:58Speaker 4: choose our own way? My prayer lately is, Lord, your
- 18:04Speaker 4: weight is better than my way, Amen, and I pray
- 18:11Speaker 4: that you will add that to your prayer list. Lord,
- 18:15Speaker 4: your will be done, not my will. Your weight is
- 18:20Speaker 4: better than my way. Amen. All right, let's take a break.

- 20:21Speaker 1: to give you my pride when I think I could
- 20:23Speaker 1: do it out on mine.
- 20:25Speaker 6: Give me your eyes so I can see what I
- 20:27Speaker 6: heart of a line he's like, hey, you want me

- 22:05Speaker 4: telling you, brother, thank you for being such an encouragement
- 22:09Speaker 4: to me and my family. Just your consistent support, bro
- 22:13Speaker 4: showing up in a life chat. And of course our
- 22:16Speaker 4: brother is the first one to purchase our new book
- 22:21Speaker 4: that my wife published. Every first book. She's been writing
- 22:27Speaker 4: books for years. She finally published her first book and
- 22:31Speaker 4: put it out there and she dedicated it to me.
- 22:35Speaker 4: She brought back some of my childhood characters. It's called
- 22:39Speaker 4: The dream the Lost Dreamers on Amazon and Kindle. Just
- 22:47Speaker 4: a quick shout out, appreciate you, my brother Thinking for
- 22:50Speaker 4: showing up, our brother Corinth and everyone else who's logged

- 23:00Speaker 4: We appreciate y'all. We want this life check community to grow.
- 23:04Speaker 4: We are going to actually be discipling using this as
- 23:09Speaker 4: a tool, using technology to advance the Kingdom. Hey man,
- 23:14Speaker 4: that is a vision, that's a goal. It is like share,
- 23:18Speaker 4: subscribe to all that good stuff so we can build
- 23:21Speaker 4: this online community. And that was Caleb Jordan for our
- 23:26Speaker 4: musical break and the song is called Palms thirty nine.
- 23:36Speaker 4: Then show you check them out, look them up. Let's
- 23:39Speaker 4: support those who are on the front lines for the Kingdom. Amen.
- 23:46Speaker 4: How's time for the Accountability Partners segments. This is where,
- 23:53Speaker 4: like I said, discipleship happens. This is where we actually
- 23:56Speaker 4: interact with each other. This podcast is more more than
- 24:00Speaker 4: just a podcast.
- 24:01Speaker 7: This is.
- 24:04Speaker 4: Fulfilling the great commission. Go and make disciples of all nations.
- 24:10Speaker 4: The money jump in a life chat, submit your prayer requests,
- 24:15Speaker 4: submit your questions. Let's agree together in prayer. There's power
- 24:20Speaker 4: in agreement. God will command a blessing when guys people
- 24:26Speaker 4: come together and unite and love on one another and
- 24:30Speaker 4: support and strengthen the body of Christ.
- 24:32Speaker 6: Right.
- 24:33Speaker 4: That's the whole point, is to strengthen each other in
- 24:36Speaker 4: our faith and in our walk with God. Amen. And
- 24:41Speaker 4: if you want to request, you know, a personal prayer
- 24:50Speaker 4: or something like that, you know you want us to
- 24:52Speaker 4: contact you on the phone or something, all you have
- 24:55Speaker 4: to do on the Apple is go to the top
- 24:57Speaker 4: left menu, hit that drop down again, but this time
- 25:01Speaker 4: go to podcasts. Go to the His Hot Radio podcast
- 25:04Speaker 4: and scroll down until you hit the accountability partner link.
- 25:09Speaker 4: Fill up those questions and requests a follow up and
- 25:12Speaker 4: we would love to come and minister and allow God
- 25:18Speaker 4: to work in and through us. Amen. And also we
- 25:23Speaker 4: give you daily challenges in the Life Chat. Today's challenge
- 25:29Speaker 4: is for you to call your accountability partner, contact them
- 25:34Speaker 4: and ask him or her this question. How do you
- 25:38Speaker 4: normally respond and God corrects you through His word? A
- 25:46Speaker 4: pastor or another believer, how do you normally respond when
- 25:54Speaker 4: God corrects you to the word of God? Maybe you've
- 26:01Speaker 4: been corrected through this podcast, maybe a pastor or a
- 26:08Speaker 4: family member who has saved, who's walked with the Lord.
- 26:12Speaker 4: Maybe the correction has come your way. How have you responded?
- 26:17Speaker 4: Hopefully you have not done like they did in Jeremiah
- 26:22Speaker 4: seven and rejected the correction of God. To take time
- 26:28Speaker 4: this week and pray about areas where God may be
- 26:31Speaker 4: calling you to grow. God is always calling us to grow, Beloved,
- 26:36Speaker 4: we might as well get used to it. God wants
- 26:39Speaker 4: to make us better than we are right now. And
- 26:45Speaker 4: what he's doing is he is forming us into the
- 26:48Speaker 4: image of his son. This is awesome, this is great now.
- 26:55Speaker 4: One of my childhood heroes growing up with Superman. I
- 27:03Speaker 4: used to love the Superman movies. I used to be
- 27:05Speaker 4: all into it. But in those movies, Superman never taught
- 27:10Speaker 4: people how to have his powers. He never shared his power.
- 27:15Speaker 4: Matter of fact, that was the whole thing behind Lex Luthor.
- 27:19Speaker 4: He wanted to steal the powers of Superman. He was
- 27:22Speaker 4: jealous and envious of his power. Now, just imagine God,
- 27:29Speaker 4: the creator of all things, since his only begotten son,
- 27:34Speaker 4: which is was greater than Superman. Not only did he
- 27:39Speaker 4: come and conquer our enemy in our adversary. He also said, look,
- 27:44Speaker 4: I'm gonna share my power with you. Now you can
- 27:48Speaker 4: look like Superman. Now you can have these sing powers,
- 27:52Speaker 4: and now you can go out and set people free.
- 27:57Speaker 4: Isn't that amazing what God is offering to So don't

- 29:15Speaker 4: to answer the question correctly, and I will. I'll let
- 29:22Speaker 4: you know this is a repeated question right so throughout
- 29:25Speaker 4: the Book of Jeremiah. You want to highlight some of
- 29:29Speaker 4: the profits and the Old Testament. Their repetition, I believe
- 29:33Speaker 4: is a good teacher. So this is we've put this
- 29:36Speaker 4: question out before, but we're gonna do it again. But
- 29:40Speaker 4: still for you it might be for the first time
- 29:43Speaker 4: that you hear it. So and also the scripture references
- 29:47Speaker 4: is in a life chat for those who need to
- 29:50Speaker 4: look it up, so there is an advantage when you
- 29:57Speaker 4: download the app and log in to the life chat.
- 29:59Speaker 4: So what king discovered the Book of the Law during
- 30:03Speaker 4: repairs in the temple and led a national revival? What
- 30:10Speaker 4: king was that? Well? King discovered the Book of the
- 30:13Speaker 4: Law during repairs to the temple and led a national revival.
- 30:22Speaker 4: We need more Kings like this. Amen, all right, we
- 30:29Speaker 4: want to do our community shout out events updates kind
- 30:34Speaker 4: of let you know the movements and things we got
- 30:36Speaker 4: going in the organization. If you want to check it
- 30:41Speaker 4: all out, go to his hot nation dot com or
- 30:44Speaker 4: download the app his Hot Radio and all platforms and
- 30:48Speaker 4: on the app, go to the top of menu and
- 30:50Speaker 4: cook on events and you can get a quick update
- 30:56Speaker 4: of what events we got going, what events you might
- 30:58Speaker 4: want to come and participating and all that good stuff.
- 31:04Speaker 4: So I was given the wrong date. Actually is July
- 31:07Speaker 4: eleventh is the day we're going to do the Juvenile
- 31:10Speaker 4: Detention Center, So it is July eleventh that we're going
- 31:16Speaker 4: to be ministering on that day. Then, also August twenty
- 31:23Speaker 4: ninth is the day that we will be at the
- 31:26Speaker 4: Resort World. That will be a business mixer there. We
- 31:31Speaker 4: will have the podcast and we will have some music
- 31:38Speaker 4: going on over there, So check out the website. We
- 31:44Speaker 4: don't have flyers up for those events yet, but just
- 31:48Speaker 4: keep a lookout for those who'll be sharing the flyers
- 31:50Speaker 4: and putting it on an update in our calendar so
- 31:54Speaker 4: that you guys can come and participate. But not least,
- 32:04Speaker 4: we won't let you know that His Hot Nation is
- 32:07Speaker 4: a nonprofit organization. Right. The Bible says that we must
- 32:14Speaker 4: make our request known, right, So here's our request. We
- 32:20Speaker 4: are requesting find financial assistance to relaunch and reopen Club
- 32:28Speaker 4: His Hop Las Vegas. Our ministry started off well. Actually
- 32:33Speaker 4: we started off as a music group. We started at
- 32:38Speaker 4: the Rescue Mission ministering down there. We got artists together.
- 32:43Speaker 4: Our brother's own three is one of the original artists.
- 32:48Speaker 4: As we started this organization back in twenty twelve, and
- 32:54Speaker 4: then God open up doors for us to open up
- 32:57Speaker 4: a Christian club five thousand square foot warehouse. We converted
- 33:02Speaker 4: it into a venu and we did uplifting the gospel
- 33:09Speaker 4: and Christian hip hop concerts plays for seven years. There
- 33:15Speaker 4: was six and a half, just about seven years, every
- 33:18Speaker 4: month faithfully doing activities, doing shows. People traveled from around
- 33:24Speaker 4: the world to come and minister and be a part
- 33:29Speaker 4: of it. And so we believe that the vision is
- 33:34Speaker 4: still alive today. We had to shut down right before COVID,
- 33:38Speaker 4: not because of COVID, it was because of financial issues
- 33:41Speaker 4: and things on my part. What I compromise, I will
- 33:45Speaker 4: not sugarcoat anything. I compromised my walk with the Lord,
- 33:50Speaker 4: so I had to be disciplined. But since then I
- 33:55Speaker 4: have been growing and I've humbly learned earned and you know,
- 34:02Speaker 4: it's a process for all of us, right and so
- 34:06Speaker 4: I'm looking to reopen. That's why we've become a nonprofit,
- 34:09Speaker 4: so that we can get grants, so we can get sponsors,
- 34:13Speaker 4: we can get monthly donors, annual donors. I have people
- 34:18Speaker 4: who are supporting with just two dollars a month. That
- 34:21Speaker 4: is amazing every little bit helps, amen, And so that's
- 34:28Speaker 4: our goal is to get a new headquarters. We have
- 34:31Speaker 4: youth classes now, my wife is on board, and we
- 34:34Speaker 4: have youth programs that we want to implement throughout the community.
- 34:39Speaker 4: But we need a building. We need a headquarters to
- 34:42Speaker 4: do so. So if God has placed it on your
- 34:45Speaker 4: heart to support the vision and to help see a
- 34:48Speaker 4: lot of this, a lot of this manifest once again
- 34:52Speaker 4: like it did before, Amen, But before we were not
- 34:57Speaker 4: We didn't have our business house together. I was paying
- 34:59Speaker 4: everything out of pocket right, just believing in faith, and
- 35:06Speaker 4: God moved. Don't get me wrong. God blessed tremendously. But
- 35:12Speaker 4: now it's time for I need to allow God to
- 35:16Speaker 4: lead financially. So this is good ground. And also if
- 35:19Speaker 4: you're looking for a tax right off, people know when
- 35:22Speaker 4: it comes time to do your taxes, we need those
- 35:26Speaker 4: write offs so that we don't owe. It could be
- 35:28Speaker 4: the difference between owing or getting a return back in
- 35:32Speaker 4: some situations. So you offer that to you go to
- 35:37Speaker 4: the website his hotnation dot com or download the app
- 35:41Speaker 4: his Hot Radio and all platforms. We love it. That
- 35:50Speaker 4: is my time for today, But I'm not going to
- 35:53Speaker 4: leave out of here without closing comments and also a
- 35:58Speaker 4: closing prayer. Jeremiah seven, twenty eighty thirty four teaches us
- 36:10Speaker 4: that truth matters. Truth is the principal thing. Get truth,
- 36:16Speaker 4: get understanding. The Bible instructs us to do right. Correction
- 36:23Speaker 4: is a gift from God. Do not feel some type
- 36:27Speaker 4: of way when God decides to correct us. It is
- 36:32Speaker 4: a blessing. Trust me, I've been there. It's not fun,
- 36:37Speaker 4: but in safety. Amen. The spiritual compromise leads to destruction
- 36:47Speaker 4: and deception. Reject all compromise, Amen. Sin always carries consequences.
- 36:57Speaker 4: You can't get around it. You cannot sin and choose
- 37:00Speaker 4: your own consequences. Sin will always betray you and deceive you.
- 37:10Speaker 4: God's mercy should never be taken for granted. He doesn't
- 37:16Speaker 4: have to do it, but he doesn't. He warns us
- 37:19Speaker 4: time and time again. He's patient and waits for us
- 37:24Speaker 4: to get our lives together. He is a good and loving,
- 37:28Speaker 4: heavenly father. Can I take his mercy for granted? And lasting?
- 37:34Speaker 4: Joy is found in obedience to God, and I believe
- 37:40Speaker 4: the lie of the devil. He tells you you'll be
- 37:43Speaker 4: happy if you rebel against God and his word, his laws,
- 37:46Speaker 4: and his commitments. That is a deception. True happiness comes
- 37:51Speaker 4: from a life of obedience to Christ. Amen, the central lesson,
- 38:00Speaker 4: the central, and get my tongue working right here. The
- 38:05Speaker 4: central lesson of today's study is this, when people reject
- 38:10Speaker 4: God's truth, destruction follows. When people embrace God's truth, life follows.
- 38:22Speaker 4: It's our choice, life or death. Choose life, choose the truth,
- 38:33Speaker 4: choose Jesus. Amen. Now let's pray, Oh Heavenly Father, thank
- 38:43Speaker 4: you for your truth, Oh God. Keep us, Father God,
- 38:49Speaker 4: in the truth, and help us to receive your correction
- 38:54Speaker 4: with humility. Father. Let us not turn from it. Let
- 39:01Speaker 4: us not fight against your correction. In your warnings, your
- 39:05Speaker 4: word said that you correct the children whom you love.
- 39:10Speaker 4: Thank you, Lord for your correction. Protect us from deception
- 39:15Speaker 4: and compromise. Oh Lord, help us to reject it. Lord,
- 39:20Speaker 4: let it not attach itself to us. So, God, give
- 39:25Speaker 4: us courage to stand for righteousness in a culture that
- 39:30Speaker 4: often rejects your ways. Father. May our lives reflect your truth.
- 39:39Speaker 4: May our lives, oh God, reflect your love. May our
- 39:45Speaker 4: lives reflect your glory and your righteousness. Yes, this in
- 39:50Speaker 4: Jesus' name, Amen, And remember it's not about us, it's
- 39:57Speaker 4: all about the Christ in us. God bless.
- 40:13Speaker 6: You.
- 40:13Speaker 5: Are listening to the light of Las Vegas. This is
- 40:17Speaker 5: the hisis Hop radio show
