- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:05Speaker 1: We've talked quite a bit about Bill Gates and his
- 0:08Speaker 1: relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. However, we haven't really talked too
- 0:13Speaker 1: much about all of the think tanks that they were
- 0:16Speaker 1: involved with together. Now we've touched on this stuff. And
- 0:20Speaker 1: recently we talked about the IPI. So this is an
- 0:24Speaker 1: episode where we're going to add a little more context
- 0:26Speaker 1: to that and talk about how Jeffrey Epstein was helping
- 0:30Speaker 1: to facilitate all of these Bill Gates funded UN affiliated
- 0:36Speaker 1: think tank projects. And then I want you to keep
- 0:39Speaker 1: in mind. that Bill Gates has told us for how long?
- 0:43Speaker 1: That him and Epstein weren't close. They were just, you know,
- 0:46Speaker 1: strangers in the night. All of the BS that we
- 0:49Speaker 1: know now is not true. Keep that in mind when
- 0:53Speaker 1: we're talking about this article. This article was posted by
- 0:59Speaker 1: the DN and headline, Behind the Scenes, How Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:04Speaker 1: Helped Billionaire Bill Gates Fund UN-Affiliated Think Tank Projects. An
- 1:10Speaker 1: investigative report by Norwegian business newspaper DN reveals how Jeffrey
- 1:16Speaker 1: Epstein played a crucial role when Bill and Melinda Gates
- 1:19Speaker 1: Foundation gave grants to a UN-affiliated think tank. This article
- 1:24Speaker 1: was originally published on July 10th of 2020. And the
- 1:31Speaker 1: author of this article is Bill Varslet. October of 2013.
- 1:38Speaker 1: was an important month for the UN-affiliated think tank International
- 1:41Speaker 1: Peace Institute. Seven months since meeting with Bill Gates, one
- 1:45Speaker 1: of the richest people in the world, $ 2. 5 million was
- 1:49Speaker 1: transferred from Gates Philanthropic Foundation to the think tank to
- 1:53Speaker 1: fund projects to eradicate polio. Eradicate polio, huh? All right,
- 1:58Speaker 1: I guess that's what we're doing these days. And Bill Gates,
- 2:01Speaker 1: for a guy who's involved in computers, sure has his
- 2:04Speaker 1: fingers in many of these different pies when it comes
- 2:07Speaker 1: to viruses and stuff like that. I thought this dude
- 2:10Speaker 1: was like a computer programmer or some shit. I didn't
- 2:13Speaker 1: know he was Dustin Hoffman's character from Outbreak. I mean,
- 2:16Speaker 1: for real? Here's an idea. Stick to the computer stuff, Bill.
- 2:22Speaker 1: Since the meeting in 2013, the Gates Foundation has awarded
- 2:26Speaker 1: IPI more than $ 8 million, and the foundation has been
- 2:30Speaker 1: identified as an important donor in the annual report every year.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Norwegian business newspaper DN can now reveal correspondence that shows
- 2:41Speaker 1: how the convicted financier, pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, played an important
- 2:45Speaker 1: role when the first millions of dollars were transferred in
- 2:49Speaker 1: October of 2013. Now, remember, this is all after Jeffrey
- 2:54Speaker 1: Epstein was already convicted. He was already a convicted sex offender,
- 2:59Speaker 1: and the International Peace Institute, the UN, Bill Gates, and
- 3:03Speaker 1: all of the rest of these bozos are still showing
- 3:07Speaker 1: up with their hat in hand trying to get some
- 3:09Speaker 1: money from him. And for Bill Gates to be trying
- 3:12Speaker 1: to use that as an excuse? Oh, I wanted to
- 3:15Speaker 1: get money from Jeffrey Epstein? Bro, you have more money
- 3:17Speaker 1: than anybody. Why are you out here trying to associate
- 3:21Speaker 1: with a guy like Epstein to get your hands on
- 3:23Speaker 1: his dough? Use your own money. Why do you need
- 3:27Speaker 1: someone like Epstein? It's just like Bill Clinton and the
- 3:30Speaker 1: Clinton Foundation. Why the hell do you guys need money
- 3:34Speaker 1: from Jeffrey Epstein to get your shit off the ground?
- 3:37Speaker 1: You have so many rich people out there, so many
- 3:39Speaker 1: people who would donate to your cause, who would donate
- 3:42Speaker 1: to your organization, and you go to a guy like Epstein,
- 3:46Speaker 1: who's already convicted as a sex offender, and then you
- 3:49Speaker 1: expect nobody to have any questions as to what you're doing? Now,
- 3:53Speaker 1: that might have tracked back in the day. That might
- 3:55Speaker 1: have worked out then. But that's not going to work anymore.
- 3:58Speaker 1: People are paying attention to what's going on here. People
- 4:01Speaker 1: are watching what's going on here. And people are demanding
- 4:04Speaker 1: answers now. Epstein was notified. Today, a check is sent
- 4:11Speaker 1: for two and a half million dollars. On October 23rd,
- 4:15Speaker 1: Boris Nikolic, an advisor to Microsoft founder Bill Gates, sends
- 4:19Speaker 1: an email. Now remember, which is interesting, Boris Nikolic was
- 4:24Speaker 1: also one of the executors of the estate. Well, he
- 4:27Speaker 1: turned that down in the wake of Epstein's death, but
- 4:30Speaker 1: he's never really explained why he would be called one
- 4:33Speaker 1: of these executors. There's never been Any logical explanation of that?
- 4:39Speaker 1: Epstein wouldn't just make him an executor of his estate
- 4:42Speaker 1: if he didn't trust him, at least to a certain capacity, right?
- 4:45Speaker 1: So what in the hell was Boris Nikolic up to
- 4:48Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein for all of these years that would
- 4:51Speaker 1: make him so confident that he'd have him as an executor?
- 4:55Speaker 1: That's a whole ass other story and a whole ass
- 4:58Speaker 1: other episode. And in fact, we're going to do that.
- 5:01Speaker 1: This week, we're going to talk a little bit more
- 5:03Speaker 1: about Boris Nikolic. In the email, Nikolic asserts that $ 2. 5
- 5:09Speaker 1: million have been transferred to the think tank, IPI, and
- 5:13Speaker 1: the foundation is preparing a check for a further $ 2. 5 million.
- 5:17Speaker 1: I am on it, Nikolic writes, of the ongoing fundraising.
- 5:23Speaker 1: The recipient of the email, however, isn't someone with an
- 5:26Speaker 1: official position at the think tank. The email was sent
- 5:29Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein, who thus forwards it to Terry Rod Larson,
- 5:35Speaker 1: the Norwegian president of the UN-affiliated think tank. So you
- 5:39Speaker 1: see what's going on here? You see how this all works?
- 5:42Speaker 1: All of these people that were cavorting with Epstein, all
- 5:46Speaker 1: of these people who want to tell us they weren't
- 5:48Speaker 1: cavorting with Epstein, they don't have plausible deniability anymore. And
- 5:53Speaker 1: they're going to have to answer some questions at some point.
- 5:55Speaker 1: At least you would think, right? At some point, these
- 5:58Speaker 1: people are going to have to answer for what they
- 6:01Speaker 1: were up to. And the more we hear, the more
- 6:06Speaker 1: we see, the more it's obvious that there were a
- 6:09Speaker 1: lot of very, very powerful people playing ball with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 6:15Speaker 1: And up until he was arrested, these people, they tell you, oh,
- 6:19Speaker 1: we had no idea what he was doing. We didn't
- 6:21Speaker 1: know he was a monster. Okay, great, whatever. But after
- 6:25Speaker 1: the fact, What sort of excuse does Bill Gates have?
- 6:28Speaker 1: What sort of excuse does Rod Terry Larson have? And
- 6:31Speaker 1: what sort of excuse does the UN or the IPI have? Well,
- 6:36Speaker 1: I can tell you that. They don't have an excuse.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Not one that, you know, treads any water. This is inexcusable.
- 6:48Speaker 1: On both sides, this wasn't Epstein's only involvement. Two weeks earlier,
- 6:53Speaker 1: October 9th, he sent instructions to IPI President Rod Larson,
- 6:57Speaker 1: a former Cabinet Secretary in Norway and UN Special Envoy.
- 7:02Speaker 1: That day, Epstein received an email IPI's then-Finance Director David
- 7:06Speaker 1: Witt had sent to a grant administrator at the Gates Foundation.
- 7:10Speaker 1: It was forwarded to him by Rod Larson. Epstein reacted strongly.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Epstein was unhappy of the fact that he had not
- 7:18Speaker 1: seen the phrasing earlier and gave Rod Larson clear instructions
- 7:22Speaker 1: on how to communicate with the Gates Foundation. So imagine
- 7:25Speaker 1: you have Terry Rod Larson out here doing Jeffrey Epstein's
- 7:28Speaker 1: bidding like he's an underling. And then no questioning of
- 7:34Speaker 1: Terry Rod Larson, no real questioning. Oh, OK, he said
- 7:37Speaker 1: he really didn't know him and this was all just
- 7:39Speaker 1: a big mistake. Let's move on. From Jeffrey Epstein. Sent Wednesday,
- 7:46Speaker 1: October 9th, 2013 at 6.08 PM to Terry Rod Larson. Subject, forward,
- 7:53Speaker 1: IPI request for general operating support. Do not send anything else, anything,
- 7:59Speaker 1: without letting me see it before it goes, not after, please.
- 8:03Speaker 1: The idea that there is no accounting after months will
- 8:06Speaker 1: present a problem. Yeah, no shit. Mr. Money Launderer McGee
- 8:10Speaker 1: over here. Is that what they were doing? Were they
- 8:12Speaker 1: laundering money here? Look, I don't know. I'm asking the question.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Was the IPI used as some sort of front operation
- 8:20Speaker 1: for Epstein to filter money through? That's my guess. Just
- 8:23Speaker 1: like every other foundation he was working with or for. Remember,
- 8:28Speaker 1: everything for Epstein was a consolidation of power, a consolidation
- 8:32Speaker 1: of information, and money. And however he could do that,
- 8:35Speaker 1: he was going to do it. If you think he
- 8:37Speaker 1: wasn't going to manipulate a situation like this with powerful people,
- 8:41Speaker 1: you're crazy. The only reason he would be involved in
- 8:43Speaker 1: this is because he's getting something on the back end.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Epstein's concerns were forwarded by Rod Larson to Witt, who
- 8:52Speaker 1: confirmed the exchange to DN. Pleaded guilty. The episode happened
- 8:57Speaker 1: several years after Epstein pleaded guilty to charges of soliciting
- 9:01Speaker 1: a prostitute, a minor, as well as paying compensation to
- 9:05Speaker 1: a number of women. A federal investigation had identified at
- 9:09Speaker 1: least 36 victims, according to the Miami Herald, and we
- 9:12Speaker 1: know it's a lot more than that now. But originally,
- 9:16Speaker 1: even if it was just 36, just 36, don't you
- 9:18Speaker 1: think that would be enough for you not to have
- 9:20Speaker 1: a relationship with this scumbag? As early as 2006, as
- 9:25Speaker 1: the investigation of Epstein was underway, some politicians had returned
- 9:29Speaker 1: money from Epstein. Later in 2011, Prince Andrew was criticized
- 9:33Speaker 1: for maintaining a friendship with Epstein. Last year, Prince Andrew
- 9:37Speaker 1: stated he showed poor judgment. Yeah, talk about, you want
- 9:41Speaker 1: to talk about understatements of the century? That's certainly in
- 9:44Speaker 1: the running, right? Ah, you know, my relationship with Epstein,
- 9:46Speaker 1: you know, kind of ruined things in my life, but
- 9:48Speaker 1: you know, yeah, no shit, pal. Despite the verdict, Epstein
- 9:54Speaker 1: managed to re-enter the elite after serving his sentence. Last year,
- 9:57Speaker 1: the New York Times reported that he kept being included
- 10:00Speaker 1: among the powerful of New York City. Anchor Katie Couric
- 10:04Speaker 1: and Woody Allen attended a dinner at his home in 2010.
- 10:08Speaker 1: The following year, he attended a party together with, among others,
- 10:12Speaker 1: Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk, founders of Amazon and Tesla, respectively.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Several notable institutions praised him and boasted of his achievements,
- 10:21Speaker 1: including the prestigious Harvard University. Must be nice, huh? Imagine
- 10:26Speaker 1: running around, doing all the things Epstein was doing, but
- 10:29Speaker 1: all of this still occurring in your life after the fact.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, going to these dinners, going to
- 10:36Speaker 1: the billionaire dinner. Meanwhile, all of these people, what they're
- 10:40Speaker 1: really doing is collectively giving you, the public, and especially
- 10:45Speaker 1: the survivors, the double middle fingers. Crown Princess Medi Marit
- 10:52Speaker 1: of Norway met Epstein several times between 2011 and 2013.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Last year, she apologized for not scrutinizing his past more thoroughly.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Former Prime Minister Kel Magni Bondevik of Norway met Epstein
- 11:06Speaker 1: at a dinner party in 2013, but declined to pursue
- 11:10Speaker 1: funding from Epstein, having found out about Epstein's past in
- 11:13Speaker 1: a Google search. So you mean to tell me Princess
- 11:17Speaker 1: Medi Marit couldn't have done the same thing? All of
- 11:20Speaker 1: them could. All of them did. They didn't care. That's
- 11:23Speaker 1: what it comes down to. That's what it all comes
- 11:26Speaker 1: down to. They don't care, folks. They don't care about you.
- 11:29Speaker 1: They don't care about me. And they certainly don't care
- 11:31Speaker 1: about these survivors. Epstein had been suspected of a larger
- 11:37Speaker 1: number of crimes than was included in his plea deal.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Last year, he was arrested in the U.S. and charged
- 11:43Speaker 1: with further crimes of trafficking and abuse. He was never charged.
- 11:47Speaker 1: as he died in custody in August of 2019. Coroners
- 11:51Speaker 1: found he took his own life. Oh yeah, that's exactly
- 11:54Speaker 1: what happened. A lot of evidence that points that way.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Not answering. Since autumn of 2019, the Norwegian business newspaper
- 12:02Speaker 1: DN has sent IPI numerous questions regarding the think tank's
- 12:06Speaker 1: relationship to Epstein. The only response has been short and
- 12:11Speaker 1: unsigned press release published hours after DN published the documentary
- 12:15Speaker 1: in November of 2019. In the article, several links between
- 12:20Speaker 1: Epstein and IPI were revealed, among them a grant of $ 375, 000
- 12:25Speaker 1: from one of Epstein's foundations. Again, ask yourself, why was
- 12:32Speaker 1: he collecting these scientists the way I collect sports cards?
- 12:36Speaker 1: What did he hope to gain from having all of
- 12:38Speaker 1: these scientists around him? In the press release, the think
- 12:43Speaker 1: tank acknowledges the receipt of the grants, emphasizing that it
- 12:46Speaker 1: was lawful. Simultaneously, the think tank stated that it would
- 12:50Speaker 1: now make a donation of a similar amount. No other
- 12:53Speaker 1: connections were mentioned. You know, they always whitewash their relationship afterwards, right?
- 12:58Speaker 1: We really didn't know. We had no idea. Epstein really
- 13:02Speaker 1: had no part in what we were doing. but the
- 13:04Speaker 1: guy's money and his fingerprints are all over this shit.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Response from the Gates Foundation. Deanne has also sent the
- 13:14Speaker 1: Gates Foundation a number of questions. The Bill and Melinda
- 13:17Speaker 1: Gates Foundation works with the International Peace Institute, an organization
- 13:21Speaker 1: dedicated to promoting peace and security, to gather critical analysis
- 13:26Speaker 1: that supports our efforts to improve health in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
- 13:31Speaker 1: The Department of Communications wrote in an email on Friday,
- 13:34Speaker 1: September 25th, well, they're doing a terrible job considering Pakistan
- 13:38Speaker 1: and Afghanistan are both on the brink I haven't really
- 13:43Speaker 1: done an update on Afghanistan lately, but I have something
- 13:45Speaker 1: in the works and it's not good. And the same
- 13:49Speaker 1: goes for Pakistan. There is so much turmoil over here.
- 13:54Speaker 1: And Bill Gates is going to save them? Really? And
- 13:57Speaker 1: after more questions, the foundation has never had any financial
- 14:01Speaker 1: dealings with Epstein. We work with the International Peace Institute,
- 14:05Speaker 1: a grantee that supports our efforts to improve health in
- 14:07Speaker 1: Pakistan and Afghanistan. Boris Nikolic, the Gates advisor who emailed
- 14:12Speaker 1: Epstein to let him know the money was on its
- 14:15Speaker 1: way to IPI, was appointed the third-in-line executor for his
- 14:19Speaker 1: estate after Epstein's death. He denied his role. Oh, I'm
- 14:23Speaker 1: sure he did. But he wasn't denying all of this then,
- 14:26Speaker 1: was he? He was facilitating all of these transactions, wasn't he?
- 14:30Speaker 1: And again, you see why they don't want Rico. If
- 14:32Speaker 1: this was Rico, then all of these people who were
- 14:34Speaker 1: getting money from him, transferring money, receiving money, well, it's
- 14:38Speaker 1: all ill-gotten, and they'd all be caught up in this.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Nikolic has read text messages regarding the story, but has
- 14:46Speaker 1: not answered them. Lawyers for Jeffrey Epstein's estate have not
- 14:50Speaker 1: responded to DN's inquiries about the case. Welp. Just another look, folks,
- 14:56Speaker 1: at how Epstein was literally involved in everything. If there
- 15:01Speaker 1: was a power player on the board between those pivotal
- 15:04Speaker 1: years where he was in operation, he was rubbing shoulders
- 15:07Speaker 1: with them. And Bill Gates, for all of his denials
- 15:10Speaker 1: and all of his apologies, he still hasn't explained correctly
- 15:14Speaker 1: what these dudes were up to. So until that happens,
- 15:18Speaker 1: we're going to continue to keep digging and we're going
- 15:20Speaker 1: to continue to connect these dots. If you'd like to
