- 0:16Speaker 2: Still plenty of time. No one need to feel too
- 0:18Speaker 2: much pressure. I get excited.
- 0:21Speaker 3: Uh well, tonya what your eyes just didn't blink even?
- 0:24Speaker 4: I mean the pressure is a little bit on because
- 0:28Speaker 4: Hanukah basically starts in like five days.
- 0:31Speaker 5: That's still one way on that not much time. You
- 0:36Speaker 5: need to be done with your shopping by now.
- 0:37Speaker 3: Yeah, do you need to be like completely?
- 0:40Speaker 2: You're gonna roll right from Honika into Christmas, so everything
- 0:43Speaker 2: needs to be mapped out now, tany Is that right?
- 0:45Speaker 6: Pretty much? Yeah?
- 0:47Speaker 3: Well I saw you know what I got my mind on.
- 0:51Speaker 2: I don't know if my mom mentioned this or my sister,
- 0:54Speaker 2: but they said somewhere they want to have a bloody
- 0:58Speaker 2: marry on Christmas Day.
- 0:59Speaker 3: You ever have that? Oh?
- 1:01Speaker 7: It actually sounds kind of nice.
- 1:02Speaker 4: We did a bloody bloody Mary bar for Thanksgiving and
- 1:05Speaker 4: it was such a hit.
- 1:07Speaker 3: We didn't do that, but that sounds great.
- 1:09Speaker 7: But like for breakfast, like breakfast time, it's nice.
- 1:12Speaker 3: Well, I think it's noon. I think you do it?
- 1:15Speaker 7: Sure, it's not like seven am, but it's like brunch.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Your bloody Mary bar for things.
- 1:21Speaker 6: From one to three pm.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Yeah, that feel Yeah, brunch, I think brunch. Bunch.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Well, let's talk about brunch is not ten. Brunch could
- 1:28Speaker 2: be eleven eleven thirty.
- 1:30Speaker 7: I think ten to one is brunch ten to two.
- 1:33Speaker 2: I feel like setting up a bloody Mary bar at
- 1:35Speaker 2: nine thirty for a ten opening is too early.
- 1:37Speaker 7: Yeah, I agree. It's not a problem over here.
- 1:40Speaker 3: All these are the things anyway. It's just a festive
- 1:43Speaker 3: time of year.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Try to do what you can to find some goodness
- 1:47Speaker 2: in it, and because you know it'll be the next
- 1:49Speaker 2: year and then we'll be starting all over and racing
- 1:52Speaker 2: against the clock again before you know it.
- 1:53Speaker 7: Oh, let's just be in the moment.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Did you come up with your resolution? Cisany antania?
- 1:59Speaker 7: No, I have not come up with my resolution yet.
- 2:02Speaker 4: It is so funny that you say that, because I
- 2:04Speaker 4: have been racking my brain. I normally like this is
- 2:07Speaker 4: the time of year where I have it all done,
- 2:09Speaker 4: ready to go twenty twenty six, make my vision board
- 2:12Speaker 4: on the first of the year, and I'm just drawing
- 2:14Speaker 4: a blank for my word.
- 2:15Speaker 2: You still have time, you know what someone said to
- 2:19Speaker 2: me name Morob, who works a wheel of fortune. He said,
- 2:22Speaker 2: I had to laugh the other day when Tony was
- 2:24Speaker 2: telling you about this workbook she wants to do, or
- 2:26Speaker 2: this calendar she wants to do with her spouse. Yeah,
- 2:29Speaker 2: I said, Well, what did you laugh at? He says,
- 2:30Speaker 2: because when you heard it, you just said that's too much.
- 2:35Speaker 2: And I feel the same right here. It's just too much,
- 2:38Speaker 2: like just let things organically happen.
- 2:42Speaker 3: My word, the vision board, my word.
- 2:45Speaker 4: Shapes my year, and without my shaping of the year,
- 2:48Speaker 4: I am shapeless.
- 2:49Speaker 8: What you do depend on that stuff like who I
- 2:51Speaker 8: can't be shapeless going into a new year.
- 2:54Speaker 7: Any vision I.
- 2:55Speaker 5: Need, maybe this is the vision. Maybe this is the
- 2:58Speaker 5: sign vision.
- 2:59Speaker 6: Less, I'll be vision less.
- 3:01Speaker 3: I think you're running from something like got it, got
- 3:04Speaker 3: to overdo it? Do it? You're running. I don't know
- 3:05Speaker 3: what you're running from. It you're running from something that's exhausting.
- 3:08Speaker 6: I'm running towards my future.
- 3:10Speaker 3: Which means you're running away from something else.
- 3:13Speaker 7: We're running away from the present me.
- 3:15Speaker 3: Look, I can't get deep on this show, but I
- 3:17Speaker 3: just telling you you're running from something.
- 3:19Speaker 7: I think it's a sign that you don't have it yet.
- 3:21Speaker 7: I think that's a good thing.
- 3:22Speaker 6: I don't.
- 3:23Speaker 7: It's fine.
- 3:25Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, guys, I just got e one to
- 3:26Speaker 3: have a good time.
- 3:28Speaker 2: You're the one that brought You're the one that said
- 3:31Speaker 2: I was in a dry spell.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Yes, that was yesterday. This is a fresh day.
- 3:38Speaker 6: Then what's your resolution?
- 3:40Speaker 2: I feel like I had a good one, but I said,
- 3:41Speaker 2: it's so early. I forgot what it was. Do you'all
- 3:43Speaker 2: remember what it was. Wasn't it something that I put
- 3:47Speaker 2: a pin in it?
- 3:48Speaker 7: You want to I wanted to wear like certain pants, maybe.
- 3:51Speaker 6: No, something being present? Was it be more patient?
- 3:55Speaker 7: Maybe patient?
- 3:56Speaker 3: Anything impossible?
- 4:00Speaker 2: Appiling all the resolutions you guys made in January, we're
- 4:02Speaker 2: gonna revisit.
- 4:03Speaker 3: Agree. You know.
- 4:06Speaker 2: I came up with it and I forgot what it was.
- 4:07Speaker 2: But I asked somebody to write it down because I
- 4:09Speaker 2: said it on the air, and I think Mark wrote
- 4:11Speaker 2: it down.
- 4:11Speaker 3: So that's tomorrow.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Study these guys today, warmer stay of the week. Mid

- 7:10Speaker 2: Oh the pressure didn't you? Oh you didn't even stay
- 7:14Speaker 2: home for jingle ball on study. You should have stayed
- 7:16Speaker 2: home and studied.
- 7:17Speaker 7: She went home right after jingle and studied that night.
- 7:21Speaker 3: I just like that.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Your mom gets to hear about your life here before
- 7:24Speaker 2: she knows about it. That warms my heart. All right,
- 7:30Speaker 2: So midterms finals? If you got to memorize stuff, I
- 7:33Speaker 2: got a little trick coming up, Sisney Tanya.
- 7:36Speaker 3: The toys this season? Toys? Yes, what do you get?
- 7:41Speaker 10: Like?
- 7:41Speaker 3: What do I get my niece? What do you get?
- 7:42Speaker 3: What are the toys? What are the great gift toys?
- 7:44Speaker 2: Toys have come a long way, right, exactly involved They've
- 7:47Speaker 2: got ai stuff now, these toys. But there are some
- 7:51Speaker 2: classics that I read about. I don't know the answer,
- 7:54Speaker 2: but I just read I'm gonna throw these out there.
- 7:55Speaker 2: I read these are still cool and the kids still
- 7:58Speaker 2: like these. You tell me, I'm around, no kids until
- 8:03Speaker 2: my niece wakes me up like Christmas. Well, I'm with
- 8:06Speaker 2: her before Christmas, but I'm told to wear my pajamas
- 8:09Speaker 2: Christmas Eve because she's barging in Christmas morning. And I
- 8:13Speaker 2: guess her parents tell her to wake me up first fight.
- 8:15Speaker 3: I'm down. Yeah, that's the best. Go wake up. I'll
- 8:18Speaker 3: gole rye RAI first buys them fifteen more minutes to sleep.
- 8:21Speaker 6: I guess nice.
- 8:23Speaker 2: So etcha sketch still cool? I guess they have an
- 8:26Speaker 2: Etra sketch now, a new one my kids.
- 8:28Speaker 5: No, it's the same one. It's like the same classic one.
- 8:31Speaker 5: My kids have one.
- 8:32Speaker 7: They love it.
- 8:33Speaker 5: It's but it's one of those things where like they'll
- 8:34Speaker 5: play with it for a little bit and then they
- 8:36Speaker 5: kind of forget about it again.
- 8:37Speaker 3: Etcha sketch is basically an iPad, isn't it.
- 8:40Speaker 10: No.
- 8:41Speaker 7: It's like the two.
- 8:43Speaker 5: Little knobs and you would like twist it to draw
- 8:45Speaker 5: the line, and you have to twist the other knob
- 8:47Speaker 5: to go up and you can.
- 8:48Speaker 3: Do like I think it's a drawing day's iPad.
- 8:51Speaker 7: It's a bad with like magnetic ink in there.
- 8:56Speaker 3: Well, as we go through these happy seventh birth Day
- 9:00Speaker 3: Flora Marie, Happy birthday, Flora, Happy.
- 9:03Speaker 2: Birthday, my niece's birthday. Are the yo yo? Kids love
- 9:06Speaker 2: the yo Yo? I never got into it.
- 9:08Speaker 7: They love It's one of those things they want.
- 9:10Speaker 3: They want one.
- 9:11Speaker 7: They'll play with it for a little bit and then
- 9:12Speaker 7: it's like tangled up in a drawer.
- 9:16Speaker 3: I'm happy.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Silly putty though still on the list of classic gifts.
- 9:18Speaker 2: The kids still like stretch that you balance at. You
- 9:21Speaker 2: put it down on newspaper print and it'll print like
- 9:23Speaker 2: onto the silly party.
- 9:24Speaker 7: Yes, that was my favorite thing to do with it.
- 9:27Speaker 3: The Magic eight ball one of those classic gifts the
- 9:30Speaker 3: kids still want. Really.
- 9:31Speaker 7: Yeah. Santa brought maxim one last year and he loves it.
- 9:35Speaker 2: So I find it interesting that, you know, with all
- 9:37Speaker 2: of the technology that is accessible to kids, that they
- 9:41Speaker 2: still put on the list of classic toys.
- 9:43Speaker 3: They like a slinky?
- 9:44Speaker 6: Why, oh, how fun and wholesome is that?
- 9:47Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 9:48Speaker 3: Exactly? Yeah, I mean how fun? But it's like slinky?
- 9:53Speaker 3: Really is that still get today's tech savvy kids going.
- 9:56Speaker 7: It's great until it gets tangled up and then it's useless,
- 10:00Speaker 7: Like like my.
- 10:00Speaker 3: Chain has a knot in it. It has a kink. Kink.
- 10:05Speaker 5: Yeah, you know, they'll like get a weird a weird
- 10:07Speaker 5: twist and then they like intertwine and then you're.
- 10:09Speaker 3: Like, ah, once a kink is born, does it ever
- 10:12Speaker 3: come out of the system.
- 10:13Speaker 5: Of a chain, Yes, so you can get it out.
- 10:16Speaker 5: Maybe it depends on how tangled it kink.
- 10:19Speaker 3: I don't think it does.
- 10:20Speaker 2: I think it just continues to go around like I
- 10:23Speaker 2: think I own kink, and then it kink pomps up
- 10:24Speaker 2: on the other side of the chain.
- 10:26Speaker 7: Oh, I don't know. I have to think for your
- 10:29Speaker 7: chain and let me see if I can fix it.
- 10:30Speaker 3: I would love for you to fix my chain.
- 10:31Speaker 7: I like to doing stuff like that.
- 10:33Speaker 3: Happy Christmas, Happy Honkah, marry everything. Hi, it's kiss I
- 10:37Speaker 3: vam like good morning. We got sunshine today and it's
- 10:39Speaker 3: going to be warm.
- 10:41Speaker 2: Today's National Lagger Day like not wood, not timber, but
- 10:46Speaker 2: Loger beer National Beer Lagger Day. Four days to Honica,
- 10:49Speaker 2: fifteen days Soti Christmas. It is happening seacrest with you,
- 10:53Speaker 2: so Ruby, I just want to hone in on something,
- 10:54Speaker 2: a little family meeting here before we get to the
- 10:56Speaker 2: seven o'clock hour, which will get busy. You report that
- 11:01Speaker 2: your lights are up on your tree right, everything's up
- 11:03Speaker 2: and running.
- 11:03Speaker 3: Yes.
- 11:04Speaker 12: I was so happy because my husband just did it
- 11:07Speaker 12: on his own. He put up the tree, he put
- 11:09Speaker 12: up the lights, and yes, he.
- 11:12Speaker 6: Sent a photo.
- 11:13Speaker 12: And I was like, oh my god, a Christmas miracle
- 11:15Speaker 12: because last year it was like a whole thing, and
- 11:18Speaker 12: so this year he did it without me even mentioning it,
- 11:20Speaker 12: and I was just like, wow, this is incredible. I
- 11:22Speaker 12: get home and I'm like, as I'm looking around, I
- 11:26Speaker 12: look deeper into the lights. And he used duct tape.
- 11:32Speaker 12: No wait, to put up the lights around the house.
- 11:38Speaker 12: Usually you use clips, but he's like, oh, I tried
- 11:41Speaker 12: ordering them, they were out of stock at home depot.
- 11:44Speaker 3: So I just use a duct tape.
- 11:45Speaker 6: But it's temporary, but.
- 11:47Speaker 3: It's already been. Like lights are on at night. You
- 11:49Speaker 3: can't see the duct tape during day and see it.
- 11:53Speaker 13: It's black duck tape.
- 11:56Speaker 6: He probably used like white or something.
- 11:58Speaker 5: No, I mean at least the black helps, not the
- 11:59Speaker 5: silver that would reflect the light during the night. But
- 12:03Speaker 5: but still during the day you just have these random
- 12:05Speaker 5: chunks of black duct tabe all around your house.
- 12:08Speaker 3: Yes, but now does he get credit for getting the
- 12:12Speaker 3: job done or she does get credit?
- 12:14Speaker 12: That's where I'm at because I didn't want to be
- 12:16Speaker 12: a nagging wife. I didn't want to tell him like,
- 12:18Speaker 12: oh my god.
- 12:18Speaker 5: You did it, but you didn't do it right, I think,
- 12:21Speaker 5: you know, just like chalk this up as the first
- 12:24Speaker 5: year of marriage and it's gonna only get better from here.
- 12:27Speaker 2: I'm gonna tell you what husbands do. Guys, tell you
- 12:30Speaker 2: so you have a little insight here and remember where
- 12:33Speaker 2: you were when you heard this ruby.
- 12:35Speaker 3: Okay, here's what we do. And I say you're a husband,
- 12:40Speaker 3: You're not a husband. I'm not a husband.
- 12:42Speaker 2: I'm not in training, yeah exactly, I'm always in school
- 12:47Speaker 2: for betterment, all right. So what we do is, guys,
- 12:51Speaker 2: boyfriend's husbands, we in the first round of anything, we
- 12:56Speaker 2: make it seem absolutely impossible to do, like we are
- 12:59Speaker 2: in capable of this task. Now, we don't really think
- 13:03Speaker 2: we're that incapable, but we have the optics of this
- 13:06Speaker 2: is impossible for my skill set, so that the next year,
- 13:10Speaker 2: when we halfway do it right, duck tape and all,
- 13:13Speaker 2: we get kind of credit for doing it because it's
- 13:15Speaker 2: such a leap at a bound from where we were
- 13:17Speaker 2: a year ago to kind of pulling it off this time.
- 13:20Speaker 3: That we've hedged so that we get the points. Do
- 13:24Speaker 3: you follow?
- 13:25Speaker 14: Yes?
- 13:26Speaker 3: No, to make it look more difficult than it is.
- 13:29Speaker 3: It's kind of when I live weights.
- 13:32Speaker 7: I totally get what you're saying, thank you, but I
- 13:35Speaker 7: because I do it in reverse, right, So.
- 13:37Speaker 3: I take twenty five pounders and I act like I
- 13:40Speaker 3: can barely curl them, and I'm moaned, terrible, terrible form.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Got to four weeks later, throwing those things up like
- 13:50Speaker 3: they're candy.
- 13:52Speaker 5: I thought you had a bigger one that actually probably
- 13:54Speaker 5: has improved just because you're doing it every day.
- 13:57Speaker 2: But I really wasn't struggling as much as I make
- 13:59Speaker 2: myself struggle. What you think I'm struggling right.
- 14:02Speaker 15: Now?
- 14:03Speaker 3: You're shaming that the weight of my arm.
- 14:05Speaker 6: No, I'm not shaming.
- 14:06Speaker 7: I saw your video.
- 14:07Speaker 6: I thought you were like lifting like eighties or something.
- 14:10Speaker 6: They looked huge.
- 14:11Speaker 3: I don't know what what exercise you saw?
- 14:13Speaker 6: A barbell? Was it a long barbell?
- 14:16Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 14:16Speaker 6: It could have been the gigantic weights.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Okay, well that might have been on my feet then
- 14:22Speaker 2: for legs. Anyway, The point is we struggle to make
- 14:25Speaker 2: it easier the next year coming up, next midterms and finals.
- 14:29Speaker 2: I got a little tip on how to memorize things.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Hang on, all right, it's kiss FM now midterms finals,
- 14:34Speaker 2: Sophia in the back room's got finals this week?
- 14:36Speaker 3: A lot of you studying right now? How do you
- 14:39Speaker 3: memorize stuff? Did you memorized? Are you going to memorize
- 14:42Speaker 3: this stuff? Sophia, No, I'm not.
- 14:43Speaker 9: I'm so bad at it.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Well, listen to this.
- 14:47Speaker 2: Use a diffuser when studying and again when sleeping. Researchers
- 14:52Speaker 2: say the smell helps the brain lock in new information.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Come on, yeah, so you know a diffuser is one
- 14:59Speaker 2: of those scented delios. Yes, so I don't know how
- 15:02Speaker 2: it works, but listen to that science right there.
- 15:04Speaker 5: But why don't you need to smell that during the
- 15:05Speaker 5: test so that it unlocks that memory? Plug it in
- 15:10Speaker 5: and you would be that guy that comes into the
- 15:12Speaker 5: exam with your diffuser.
- 15:13Speaker 3: Well then, seeing the rules, you can't bring a diffuser? True? True,
- 15:18Speaker 3: so hi, loophole t.
- 15:22Speaker 9: Try that?
- 15:23Speaker 3: Yeah today?
- 15:25Speaker 7: What they say?
- 15:26Speaker 3: Please? I mean, what's the harmy? Plug it in? Hey,
- 15:28Speaker 3: thank you.
- 15:28Speaker 2: Class is gonna be thrilled. Bring in some eucalyptus. Make
- 15:33Speaker 2: it good for everybody. Today's quote there's a certain piece
- 15:36Speaker 2: found in seeing the same decorations that once lit up childhood.
- 15:42Speaker 3: You don't make me laugh because no, I don't know
- 15:46Speaker 3: if I get someone anyway. Now.
- 15:48Speaker 2: Mikayla over there, she I don't. I mean, you've said
- 15:51Speaker 2: this before that you're single, right, so it's not news.
- 15:55Speaker 2: And she's on dating apps. She gets these great opening
- 15:58Speaker 2: lines from dudes. I cannot believe some of these opening
- 16:01Speaker 2: lines promduced. And these are serious DearS looking for love.
- 16:05Speaker 3: So she brings them in.
- 16:06Speaker 2: She tells us about them. We always say, don't tell
- 16:08Speaker 2: us more. Let's go on the air with those. That's

- 18:19Speaker 4: I think it's possible that they haven't gotten into like
- 18:21Speaker 4: a screamed down fight, but an argument feels unbelievable.
- 18:26Speaker 5: We wonder when couples argue, though it's usually sometimes like

- 18:42Speaker 7: But that's not an argument.

- 28:13Speaker 2: We wish that we could make everything better and go away.
- 28:17Speaker 2: These are just a few little things that we thought
- 28:19Speaker 2: we could do that might help.
- 28:22Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 28:25Speaker 2: So this is coming your way. I'll get that thousand
- 28:27Speaker 2: dollars for the groceries. Also the kids. So your mom
- 28:33Speaker 2: was saying that your kids loved Legoland, is that right?
- 28:36Speaker 14: Yes?
- 28:37Speaker 10: I just started bringing my oldest, my daughter, my three
- 28:41Speaker 10: year old, to Lego Land and she it's been asking

- 30:28Speaker 18: Yeah, thank you guys so much for considering her and
- 30:31Speaker 18: for choosing her. It's been a horrible year, but you
- 30:35Speaker 18: guys just made it a lot better.
- 30:38Speaker 3: Well, a new year and new momentum is upon you.
- 30:40Speaker 2: I also, Serena, I want to give you to do

- 30:51Speaker 3: All right, thank you. Merry Christmas, Amy, Merry Christmas, Serena.
- 30:56Speaker 7: Hey Christmas, Merry Christmas.
- 31:00Speaker 3: It's one of two point seven, said M on air
- 31:04Speaker 3: with Ryan Seacrest. All right, Sisiny Tanya. You know we
- 31:13Speaker 3: were talking about that little trick where I said, use
- 31:17Speaker 3: one of those smelly things you plug in, those diffusers, Yeah,
- 31:22Speaker 3: you plug them in.
- 31:22Speaker 2: I love a diffuser. I like sense, I like aromas.
- 31:25Speaker 2: I have those sticks you put in a puddle jar
- 31:27Speaker 2: and they make, oh yeah, what a call.
- 31:29Speaker 7: I don't know, but I got some at the Aria
- 31:31Speaker 7: after I heard a music festival. You know, I like
- 31:34Speaker 7: the lobby. You bought a pillow from them.
- 31:37Speaker 3: I like their pillows so much. I went downstairs asked
- 31:39Speaker 3: if I could buy a pillow. I bought their pillow.
- 31:40Speaker 7: That's great. I like the smell of the lobby that
- 31:43Speaker 7: I bought their scent.
- 31:44Speaker 3: Between you and me, we could set up on army.
- 31:47Speaker 3: Got the scent and the pillow.
- 31:50Speaker 2: All right, So we're talking about how you can remember
- 31:53Speaker 2: things for mid terms and for finals and just memory
- 31:56Speaker 2: in general. They say use the diffuser when you study it,
- 31:59Speaker 2: put that diffuser in. Now you got to take that
- 32:01Speaker 2: diffusion with you. I guess the class and put it
- 32:03Speaker 2: in the wall. That might be a little bit of
- 32:04Speaker 2: a challenge, but interesting, how aroma sent. I guess that's
- 32:06Speaker 2: the point. Certain smells when you learn something. If you
- 32:10Speaker 2: can find that smell again, maybe a scratch and sniff
- 32:13Speaker 2: sticker might be easier, then you'll remember that memory or
- 32:16Speaker 2: that what you had to memorize. Now, Sophia, you don't
- 32:19Speaker 2: do that trick, but you've got your finals coming up.
- 32:22Speaker 2: What's your trick? Is it flashcards? What's your trick to memorize?
- 32:26Speaker 9: So it's a little different. I found this new hat
- 32:28Speaker 9: called the Pomodoro method, and.
- 32:31Speaker 3: It's a tomato that was insane. I'd like a tomato
- 32:35Speaker 3: memory pretty much.
- 32:36Speaker 9: So it's inspired from a tomato shaped kitchen timer and
- 32:39Speaker 9: it's where you like study for twenty five minutes and
- 32:42Speaker 9: then take a short break after that for maybe like
- 32:44Speaker 9: ten minutes.
- 32:46Speaker 10: I like that.
- 32:47Speaker 7: I'm not mad at that. I feel like that's good.
- 32:49Speaker 2: So you need to get one pod of a topic
- 32:52Speaker 2: in for twenty five and then you take a breather,
- 32:54Speaker 2: and when you come back, what's the downtime?
- 32:56Speaker 9: So you study and get all your setting out for
- 32:59Speaker 9: twenty five minutes, take a ten minute break and kind
- 33:01Speaker 9: of just do whatever you want, and then you go
- 33:03Speaker 9: back to studying for twenty five minutes. And it's kind
- 33:05Speaker 9: of like a cycle.
- 33:07Speaker 3: And do you study the same thing for twenty five
- 33:08Speaker 3: minutes or do you move on or whatever?
- 33:10Speaker 7: Yeah, you need to keep studying that same thing, fine,
- 33:13Speaker 7: but if you can move on.
- 33:15Speaker 2: Yeah, for me, I need twenty five minutes times three
- 33:17Speaker 2: or four times to get that thing down.
- 33:19Speaker 5: Then that's your method. That would be your method. But
- 33:21Speaker 5: still using this method of the ten minute breaks, it
- 33:24Speaker 5: makes sense. It's kind of the way I run hills
- 33:27Speaker 5: Cuz like, think about how do you run hills.
- 33:31Speaker 3: I go one minute up, two minutes down.
- 33:33Speaker 7: Yeah, okay, yeah, it's like if you're doing.
- 33:34Speaker 3: A marathon, two minutes walk down.
- 33:36Speaker 2: You do intervals, Yeah, do interval this interval memorization for
- 33:40Speaker 2: finals in mid I really like this idea and I
- 33:43Speaker 2: love the name from a tomato time or to the
- 33:45Speaker 2: Palmoduro method.
- 33:46Speaker 3: The method, Well, what did we just talk about? Did
- 33:50Speaker 3: you remember? Let us know how it goes to memorization.
- 33:54Speaker 3: I will try to talk about.
- 33:55Speaker 9: Sophia, the Pomodoro and the air difut to make sure
- 33:58Speaker 9: make sure we're we're alive.
- 33:59Speaker 3: Here, Yes we are.
- 34:01Speaker 9: And usually I like try to study all at once,
- 34:04Speaker 9: and then by like the second or third hour, I
- 34:06Speaker 9: kind of just doze off and forget all of it.
- 34:08Speaker 7: So I'm saying there's burnout.
- 34:10Speaker 2: Yeah, And it's kind of like when you eat and
- 34:12Speaker 2: become satiated, Like when you eat, you're you're really gonna
- 34:18Speaker 2: be full, but you don't know you're full yet. Till
- 34:19Speaker 2: you get full. Your brain says you're full fifteen twenty
- 34:21Speaker 2: minutes down the line.
- 34:22Speaker 6: Ah, yes, okay, I was wondering where you were going.
- 34:24Speaker 3: Well, yeah, you're eating and you are full, but you
- 34:27Speaker 3: don't know it yet.
- 34:28Speaker 2: It's kind of like with this thing, you're you're, you're,
- 34:31Speaker 2: you're going on trying to memorize too much after you're full,
- 34:34Speaker 2: it's just not going to retain it. It's kissing Olivia
- 34:37Speaker 2: Dean there Seacrest with Nat Samary Farm tickets. In a second,
- 34:40Speaker 2: we'll play a match game if you want to get
- 34:41Speaker 2: in on that, sistany tell me about it. No more
- 34:43Speaker 2: red Cheeto dust. They're changing the packaging, they're changing the ingredients.
- 34:47Speaker 2: What's happening with Cheetos and what's happening with Dorito's.
- 34:49Speaker 5: Yeah, the neon orange dust that we're so used to
- 34:51Speaker 5: when it comes to Cheetos and Doritos are going to
- 34:54Speaker 5: be gone, or at least you'll have this option to
- 34:57Speaker 5: choose from simply naked we NKD.
- 35:01Speaker 7: So I'm thinking they're going with naked.
- 35:04Speaker 5: This line started this month, and these are variations that
- 35:07Speaker 5: won't contain their artificial dyes or flavors, and they're gonna
- 35:10Speaker 5: look more natural and kind of like a plain tortilla chip.
- 35:13Speaker 5: But it's supposed to have that same crunch and taste
- 35:16Speaker 5: as if you were eating a Cheeto, like the orange Cheeto.
- 35:20Speaker 6: Yeah love it?
- 35:22Speaker 3: Yeah, I guess I do too.
- 35:24Speaker 2: I just think the bag looks so different I wouldn't
- 35:27Speaker 2: even know what it is. I mean, I like the
- 35:28Speaker 2: bag personally because I like the evolution of these ingredients.
- 35:32Speaker 2: But the bag looks so kind of not like a Cheeto.
- 35:34Speaker 7: I know you'd pass right by it.
- 35:36Speaker 5: You almos wouldn't even realize that that's a Cheeto bag
- 35:38Speaker 5: because obviously we're so used to the bright orange packaging
- 35:41Speaker 5: for Cheetos, flaming hot Cheetos, all those things. But you know,
- 35:44Speaker 5: California is a big reason why this is happening. The
- 35:46Speaker 5: state banned red dye number three and six different food
- 35:50Speaker 5: dyes are now banned from the public schools and in
- 35:53Speaker 5: the state. So this is a direction that Cheetos and
- 35:56Speaker 5: Dourritos wanted to go in. I'm concerned with the taste,
- 36:00Speaker 5: fit taste, even the slightest bit different than I'm out.
- 36:05Speaker 3: I won't mind me too, I will I don't mind.
- 36:09Speaker 3: I won't. It won't bother me.
- 36:10Speaker 5: Think about like the nostalgia of like when you eat
- 36:12Speaker 5: Cheetos and it gets all like, yeah, it gets on.
- 36:16Speaker 2: Your coude story is taken over my brain that I'd
- 36:19Speaker 2: rather like. My brain will go, oh, this tastes different. Oh,
- 36:23Speaker 2: it probably doesn't have that red dye number three. Oh,
- 36:25Speaker 2: I'll eat more.
- 36:26Speaker 5: Yeah, maybe, well then that's the thing. Maybe you're gonna
- 36:29Speaker 5: eat more and then that's bad too.
- 36:32Speaker 3: That's not as bad price having the red dye.
- 36:34Speaker 7: It's true.
- 36:35Speaker 3: Is Dorito's doing the same thing.
- 36:37Speaker 5: Yes, they are, and so I mean at the end
- 36:39Speaker 5: of the day, it's like not having these artificial dyes
- 36:41Speaker 5: is a win. Fewer weird ingredients and maybe a little
- 36:44Speaker 5: less guilt when you dive into the bag.
- 36:46Speaker 2: Like you said, if I called my mom and asked
- 36:48Speaker 2: her how many packages of cool Ranch Doritos I eat
- 36:51Speaker 2: as a kid, you.
- 36:52Speaker 3: Don't want to know the numbers?
- 36:54Speaker 5: Same, Yeah, you don't want That was me with Cheetos,
- 36:57Speaker 5: like Cheetos was my go to man.
- 37:00Speaker 3: Cool Rench and Cheetos. Cool Ranch for me, Cheetos for you.
- 37:03Speaker 3: My breath after cool Wrench was rank.
- 37:07Speaker 7: Yeah, it wasn't even your breath, like it's like what
- 37:09Speaker 7: anybody eats.
- 37:10Speaker 17: She does.
- 37:10Speaker 7: It's like in the room, like you can it just
- 37:12Speaker 7: like reach.
- 37:13Speaker 2: I would to say, cool Ranch dorito post breath is
- 37:18Speaker 2: worse than Cheetoh post breath, I.
- 37:20Speaker 7: Would say, yes, I would agree with you.
- 37:22Speaker 3: All Right, we are aligned. Let's come back here.
- 37:24Speaker 2: Kiss ff Susan and Alondra on the line to play

- 38:12Speaker 10: Weather said?
- 38:14Speaker 3: Cold weather? I like it, I thought brew. But let's
- 38:16Speaker 3: see what Tanya and Hissnety said.
- 38:18Speaker 2: Hissney plunge, cold plunge. Nope, not a match, Tanya, cold
- 38:23Speaker 2: cold shoulder Ruby. Did you say cold weather? I said
- 38:27Speaker 2: cold water and Sophia or a match? Did you say cold?
- 38:31Speaker 10: No?
- 38:31Speaker 3: You didn't? All right, cold Street. Not there we go.
- 38:33Speaker 3: Let's go to Alandra. Landra, you're ready. Yours is.
- 38:37Speaker 2: Don't say it out loud, just think Christmas blank Christmas plank. Hmm,
- 38:45Speaker 2: all right, Alondra, what'd you say?
- 38:48Speaker 1: Tree?
- 38:48Speaker 3: Christmas tree Sysney Morning.
- 38:54Speaker 8: Christmas Morning, Tanya, I said Christmas spirits. I said miracle,
- 39:03Speaker 8: Christmas miracle, beautiful, beautiful.
- 39:06Speaker 2: Comes down to our intern Sophia, who's studying for finals
- 39:09Speaker 2: right now. Did you say Christmas tree?
- 39:12Speaker 9: I also said Christmas miracle.
- 39:15Speaker 3: Oh, well, you know what a Christmas miracle is.
- 39:19Speaker 2: It's the holidays. I'm gonna give you both a four
- 39:25Speaker 2: walk away and have somebody to be not a winner.
- 39:27Speaker 3: No, come on, now, there you go. Awesome.
- 39:32Speaker 10: By the way, I would have said Christmas tree.
- 39:37Speaker 3: And you want good good.
- 39:38Speaker 2: Job, Congratulations Susan and Luandra, maybe because we'll see have
- 39:42Speaker 2: a funnel cake.
- 39:43Speaker 7: Those cakes are so good.
- 39:48Speaker 3: Hold on tight one second, and that's where we do it.
- 39:50Speaker 3: It's the Holidays on Kiss FM on air with Ryan Seacrest.
- 39:58Speaker 3: It's Kiss FM. That's how you do it.
- 40:01Speaker 2: Let me grab Elijah and then I got those ed
- 40:03Speaker 2: Shearing tickets systan Antania to give away.
- 40:06Speaker 3: Here. Let's go to send dimas Elijah, good morning. How
- 40:08Speaker 3: are you?
- 40:10Speaker 17: I'm doing well? How about you guys?
- 40:12Speaker 2: All right, So Elijah, your girlfriend made Christmas cards without
- 40:16Speaker 2: you on them, but put your dog on there.
- 40:19Speaker 17: Yeah, and it was kind of a little bit weird.
- 40:22Speaker 17: Because she made these really cute ones with her and
- 40:24Speaker 17: her dog, but she never even talked to me about
- 40:28Speaker 17: me being on them, and she sent them to everybody
- 40:31Speaker 17: we know. So now people are asking me if we
- 40:34Speaker 17: broke up, and I don't know if maybe I should
- 40:36Speaker 17: be offended or something, let's go back.
- 40:40Speaker 3: Why would she do that?
- 40:41Speaker 2: That does seem like a move of no relationship pr right,
- 40:48Speaker 2: Like she's not promoting the two of you.
- 40:49Speaker 6: How long you've been together.
- 40:52Speaker 17: We've been together like two and a half years, so
- 40:55Speaker 17: this is our third Christmas together.
- 40:57Speaker 6: This might be a little bit of a passive aggressive mood.
- 40:59Speaker 4: Yeah, she wants to Yeah, if you're not family, you're
- 41:02Speaker 4: not making the Christmas card, So put a ring on
- 41:04Speaker 4: it and you can be on.
- 41:05Speaker 5: Next Yeah, that sounds like something I would do. Actually,
- 41:08Speaker 5: why can't she just tell him she wants that? She
- 41:10Speaker 5: probably listening two and a half years is still like
- 41:13Speaker 5: in an early like you can get away maybe next year,
- 41:16Speaker 5: but then into the fourth year.
- 41:17Speaker 7: Elijah, No, Well, I mean I don't know.
- 41:22Speaker 17: I mean, look, I'm not telling her, but that is
- 41:24Speaker 17: kind of what I'm working towards. That's what I'm hoping,
- 41:28Speaker 17: That's where I'm hoping things go.
- 41:30Speaker 7: You know that's great.
- 41:32Speaker 3: Well, listen to what they're saying, because they're pretty utamant.
- 41:36Speaker 2: I'm not going to get you know, I would just say, hey, babe,
- 41:39Speaker 2: can you just tell me what you want here?
- 41:40Speaker 3: What's the deal?
- 41:41Speaker 10: Like?
- 41:41Speaker 3: Why is the dog there? And why is he up there?
- 41:43Speaker 3: And I'm not or she?
- 41:46Speaker 17: Yeah, I mean she did say that boyfriends and girlfriends
- 41:50Speaker 17: don't do holiday cards when I asked her about it.
- 41:53Speaker 17: But now that you mentioned, she did say once we
- 41:56Speaker 17: get married, we would too.
- 41:58Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 41:58Speaker 7: This is her way of being. Look how cute we
- 42:01Speaker 7: look over here, our little family.
- 42:04Speaker 3: Yeah, I think, Okay, yeah, I think I Do you
- 42:11Speaker 3: want Kevin's number?
- 42:12Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 42:13Speaker 7: No matter about that. I get a payment plan for
- 42:15Speaker 7: that ring.
- 42:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I figure, all right, get on that. Well done
- 42:22Speaker 3: you too?
- 42:22Speaker 10: Do you?
- 42:23Speaker 3: That was very clear? Wasn't it very very easy? Yeah?
- 42:26Speaker 3: I wouldn't have gotten there.
- 42:26Speaker 2: It's kiss right, carry all I want for Christmas? And
- 42:30Speaker 2: here are some little gifts, these talkbacks inside the iHeart radio.
