Most of today went into turning Easel from something you run inside the repo into something you actually install. I wrote a licence for it, a page that says what it is instead of flashing one line at you, and a way for the tool to check its own version and pull an update. Packaging turned out to be its own small saga , the box that "packs" wasn't actually packing everything, the updater was reading a file nobody was writing, and point-one had to restore an import that point-oh shipped without.
