  SPEAKER_00: Jacqueline, I know that you've gotten to work with so many amazing leaders, which is really, you know, and you've heard these conversations, which has really kind of helped birth this amazing podcast that I think for anybody listening, uh, they're going to pick up some pretty keen insights about, you know, people that are not just committed to great leadership, but unstoppable leadership.

  SPEAKER_01: Whether you're a solopreneur and you're leading yourself, or you are, you know, the CEO or the senior vice president of a company, leadership is so important because it is what drives your team, your people, your mission.

  SPEAKER_01: It is um, and keeping it and keeping people excited and and moving is what leadership is really all about.

  SPEAKER_01: And I love talking to people about what they do, not only how they lead themselves and how they lead their teams.

  SPEAKER_00: Uh Jacqueline, do you mind before we talk about the uh the concept of, you know, kind of what you're going to be talking about in this podcast?

  SPEAKER_00: Do you mind maybe just giving a little bit of background about who you serve, what you do, uh, and you know, who you have a background and history of working with?

  SPEAKER_01: So, you know, I have been in the business world for a little while, um, over 30 plus years.

  SPEAKER_01: And I work with CEOs, I work with entrepreneurs, executives who really are looking to take their business and their career up a level to get that 1% edge.

  SPEAKER_01: And the way that we work together is I have a leap framework, so we work through our framework, but the my clients know that they want more and they want to do the best for themselves and their team.

  SPEAKER_00: So, Jacqueline, that obviously then led to the concept for this show.

  SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, it's like do, you know, do what other people do and and and earn or get what other people have gotten by just replicating or modeling that same behavior.
