- 1:15Speaker 2: of course, the continuation of Nark Week. It is Shark
- 1:19Speaker 2: Week on Discovery, so Agent Sebastian and the agents of
- 1:22Speaker 2: the cart Narks. There are a handful and some special
- 1:25Speaker 2: things that happened during Nark Week that won't necessarily happen
- 1:29Speaker 2: any other time. So that's coming up a little bit
- 1:31Speaker 2: later on here in the show Today, July twenty eighth,
- 1:34Speaker 2: it's World Hepatitis Day. Yeah, what are we doing? I
- 1:37Speaker 2: don't know? So like, so, what have you get hepatitis.
- 1:40Speaker 2: That's could be anything from what like cold soars.
- 1:43Speaker 5: There's eight herpies.
- 1:47Speaker 2: Okay, never mind, never mind that strike that does.
- 1:52Speaker 5: Okay, it's a liver thing.
- 1:53Speaker 2: So hepatitis. But there's different kinds, right like right, D
- 2:00Speaker 2: But what are the different like what's the difference? What happens?
- 2:02Speaker 5: One is the worst one? And you get that from
- 2:05Speaker 5: like sharing needles and stuff?
- 2:07Speaker 2: Right? And can you don't know you're asking right to
- 2:09Speaker 2: the person who just asked the question. Here, we got it.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Here's a low down on hepatitis and heptitis A spreads,
- 2:19Speaker 2: buy food or water, parentheses, fecal oral route, short term
- 2:26Speaker 2: results on its own, Okay, good preventable vaccine.
- 2:29Speaker 4: I think I have ap A.
- 2:30Speaker 6: I have B VEX vaccine uh B infected through blood
- 2:34Speaker 6: all right, bodily fluids semen.
- 2:37Speaker 5: Yes, because when I went out of the country in college,
- 2:39Speaker 5: they made us get B vaccines.
- 2:41Speaker 6: Yes, can can be a long term problem there with
- 2:45Speaker 6: liver damage. Ce blood sharing needles becomes chronic no vaccine,
- 2:51Speaker 6: but is curable with anti virals.
- 2:53Speaker 2: Wait, and that's the one that payner and hepsie.
- 2:57Speaker 5: Yes.
- 2:58Speaker 6: D A clerk occurs only people who are already affected
- 3:01Speaker 6: with B. So it's like extra BA. You'll be extra
- 3:08Speaker 6: and E through water porcentation like you might and a
- 3:13Speaker 6: short term but can be dangerous for pregnant individuals like
- 3:16Speaker 6: Sammy will be after she gets married.
- 3:18Speaker 2: Okay, well she'll have a couple of different risk factors there,
- 3:23Speaker 2: because as I anything after thirty is automatically like a
- 3:26Speaker 2: high risk. All right, well, it's World Hepatitis Days now
- 3:34Speaker 2: you know, it's National Chocolate milk Day, It's National Soccer
- 3:39Speaker 2: Day and National water park Day. Oh sweet, all right,
- 3:44Speaker 2: here we go. See the a's your favorite and Greg,
- 3:46Speaker 2: you're always looking to learn. You want to know it's
- 3:48Speaker 2: the top gen Z slang so far this year.
- 3:51Speaker 4: I keep me updated.
- 3:52Speaker 2: So here we are. We're a little bit more than
- 3:54Speaker 2: halfway through the year in the top slang for gen
- 3:57Speaker 2: z sun say wala, larp, lock in and look smaxing.
- 4:06Speaker 2: All right, and then I see last year's words. By
- 4:08Speaker 2: the way, we're six seven. That was big blazing, crash
- 4:12Speaker 2: out and unk. So we've moved past those. All right.
- 4:17Speaker 2: So Son, which is dude, medic has been doing this forever.
- 4:19Speaker 2: It's in a casual way to address someone similar to
- 4:22Speaker 2: saying bro, dude, or my guy, what's up? Sun? Yeah,
- 4:28Speaker 2: say wala. Now this is a phrase that comes from Arabic,
- 4:31Speaker 2: so like wala he meaning I swear to God. It's
- 4:36Speaker 2: used to challenge someone to prove they're telling the truth,
- 4:38Speaker 2: like you won the lottery, Say wala, like say what
- 4:45Speaker 2: say wala. But because it has religious origins, some people
- 4:49Speaker 2: use it sincerely, while other people just use it casually
- 4:51Speaker 2: and slang. Larp LARPing we we've heard about that for
- 4:55Speaker 2: a while. Live action role playing online is used to
- 4:59Speaker 2: call someone out for pretending to be something that they're
- 5:02Speaker 2: not or acting fake. So he's out here. LARPing is
- 5:05Speaker 2: a millionaire for real life LARPers in my neighborhood in Nashville,
- 5:09Speaker 2: and they have been doing it in the same park
- 5:11Speaker 2: for thirty plus years. Yeah, the leather, I love classics
- 5:18Speaker 2: And they've been at the same part. My little brother
- 5:20Speaker 2: did it when he was a kid. Yeah, they're still there.
- 5:23Speaker 2: Weirdosa larp lock in. See a lot of these seem
- 5:27Speaker 2: like sun LARPing. These are all.
- 5:29Speaker 4: Older, like how stuff comes back around?
- 5:31Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, So to focus completely on a task
- 5:34Speaker 2: and eliminate distractions lock in all right, off he is
- 5:37Speaker 2: before studying working out or preparing for something important, like so,
- 5:40Speaker 2: I've got finals next week, I need to lock in.
- 5:43Speaker 2: I think it's the time to get serious.
- 5:44Speaker 4: They tell us that to distract us, we won't know
- 5:46Speaker 4: the real gen z s lines.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Yeah, and then looks maxing. We've heard a little bit
- 5:50Speaker 2: about this, the practice of trying to maximize your physical
- 5:52Speaker 2: appearance through grooming, skincare, fitness, fashion, hairstyles, dental care, or
- 5:57Speaker 2: other appearance improvements. Exams would be he's been looks baxing
- 6:02Speaker 2: for months with the new haircut, skincare routine and gym membership. Yah.
- 6:06Speaker 5: This is basically a glow up.
- 6:07Speaker 6: Yeah, and it is what Menace has been doing. Menus
- 6:10Speaker 6: is got bis a line he's going to the gym.
- 6:13Speaker 4: Yeah, looks vaccine trying. But oh, did you look up
- 6:18Speaker 4: our word baxing. Did you read the definition of that?
- 6:21Speaker 6: Yeah, like what you were saying, it's it's.
- 6:25Speaker 4: Sort of because that's definitely taking over looks baxxing online
- 6:28Speaker 4: just doing stuffle fast.
- 6:30Speaker 2: Yeah, Yeah, like trying to make things perfect, Like you're
- 6:33Speaker 2: going to do things, but not until you're completely thought
- 6:35Speaker 2: out and have a really specific plan in place, you know,
- 6:38Speaker 2: like action beats perfection.
- 6:40Speaker 4: I don't love that name.
- 6:42Speaker 2: I don't like it either.
- 6:42Speaker 4: It doesn't make any sense, right, because you're not trying
- 6:44Speaker 4: real hard to be something R worthy. Yeah, okay, so
- 6:47Speaker 4: you have the definition greg right.
- 6:48Speaker 7: Yeah, it's a viral internet term meaning stopping overthinking, choosing
- 6:52Speaker 7: action over analysis, and then prioritizing imperfect execution over endless plan.
- 6:58Speaker 2: I think, but you would say, like, looks like you're
- 7:00Speaker 2: trying to maximize your looks. But if you're I think
- 7:02Speaker 2: that would mean that you're trying to be extra stupid, right.
- 7:05Speaker 6: I think what happened here? What he is they wanted
- 7:06Speaker 6: to term for this? The R word has become very
- 7:09Speaker 6: popular once again.
- 7:10Speaker 2: It's back. Whether people want to admit it, it really is. No, No,
- 7:16Speaker 2: it's not dude big way.
- 7:20Speaker 6: And I think what they they're trying to use that
- 7:22Speaker 6: to do and they just shove it together. I don't
- 7:24Speaker 6: think it's gonna last this army.
- 7:25Speaker 4: Yeah, because it doesn't make any sense.
- 7:26Speaker 2: It's almost the opposite of what we're talking exactly. Yeah,
- 7:29Speaker 2: all right, time for your birthdays on your porn a
- 7:33Speaker 2: birthday here on the WO show shows.
- 7:39Speaker 4: It's shiver, We're gonna sit thee She was like it's
- 7:42Speaker 4: shiver and you know you don't.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Birthday, and we'll start with the celebrities. Menace, Happy birthday,
- 7:49Speaker 2: Lori Laughlin girls. It's like the one woman Menace has
- 7:54Speaker 2: ever admitted to getting a boner over.
- 7:55Speaker 4: Yeah, said that she was too hot to go to prison.
- 7:59Speaker 2: Yeah, sixty two years old today. Afroman he's been more
- 8:04Speaker 2: popular than ever thanks to his trial. Yeah, all the
- 8:07Speaker 2: songs and everything. Yeah, he had that song back in
- 8:09Speaker 2: like the early two thousands because I Got High. Afroman
- 8:12Speaker 2: is fifty two. Soldier Boy is thirty six. The lead
- 8:17Speaker 2: singer of popa Roach Jacobe Shaddocks. He's a nice guy. Man,
- 8:19Speaker 2: He's cool. He's fifty years old. Sally Struthers, she is.
- 8:25Speaker 5: She's on a lot of stuff still well, is she
- 8:27Speaker 5: really well?
- 8:28Speaker 8: Because she was in Gilmore Girls, she was a long
- 8:30Speaker 8: time and yeah, and then she was also on Man
- 8:33Speaker 8: on the Inside, that side dancing show.
- 8:37Speaker 5: For pennies a day. You can plead these she did
- 8:39Speaker 5: that tool too.
- 8:41Speaker 2: I can't remember.
- 8:41Speaker 4: But she's been still acting. Yeah, she's been on the
- 8:44Speaker 4: receiving end of a lot of South Park jokes.
- 8:46Speaker 2: Oh yeah. Sally Struthers is seventy nine years old today.
- 8:50Speaker 2: Elizabeth Berkley, who is Jesse Unsaved by the Bell Show Girls,
- 8:54Speaker 2: fifty four years old today. And then Jim Davis, the
- 8:57Speaker 2: cartoonist who created Garfield is eighty one. Your porno birthday

- 9:18Speaker 2: the Birds and the Bee Hinds volume one. She was
- 9:22Speaker 2: in Squirt Showers Volume three. Oh, here you go, Sammy,
- 9:25Speaker 2: this is for you. She was in a very creamy
- 9:27Speaker 2: Christmas Greg. She was in Scissor Happy Slut.
- 9:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 9:34Speaker 2: And then who can Forget Everybody her unforgetable role and
- 9:36Speaker 2: be careful. Natasha's one fertile Myrtle, Oh, a fertile myrtle.

- 11:34Speaker 2: There's thousands ton Yeah, you can get latimated podcast things
- 11:38Speaker 2: like that.
- 11:38Speaker 4: So Greig Naked, Yeah, I just can't get enough.
- 11:41Speaker 2: It's something you can go on and do. Right, there's
- 11:43Speaker 2: Gina grad right, and she's got our trending news headlines.
- 11:47Speaker 5: Well, a fifteen year old is in custody and a
- 11:49Speaker 5: second suspect still on the run after that food festival
- 11:52Speaker 5: shooting in Seattle over the weekend, as were three people
- 11:54Speaker 5: were killed a bunch more wounded. The mayor of Seattle says, quote,
- 11:58Speaker 5: we believe this fifteen yearyear old open fire in the crowd,
- 12:01Speaker 5: but details are still under investigation. Cops think it's gang related,
- 12:05Speaker 5: but again still being investigatd.
- 12:07Speaker 4: Fifteen fifteen good parent. Yeah, eighteen year old gang member
- 12:12Speaker 4: in Seattle, real thug.
- 12:15Speaker 5: Well Idaho murderer.
- 12:16Speaker 4: Yeah, you're a Seattle gang member.
- 12:20Speaker 5: That makes you.
- 12:21Speaker 2: No, it doesn't mean you're shooting up a place. Yeah,
- 12:24Speaker 2: you're a loser, lose, that part's true.
- 12:28Speaker 4: Thinking like at one point, like a teenager, like that's
- 12:32Speaker 4: not cool, like amongst your friends, amongst your you know,
- 12:36Speaker 4: peers like, oh, you're a fifteen year old with a gun,
- 12:39Speaker 4: Like you're you're looked down upon as a loser, not
- 12:43Speaker 4: a cool person.
- 12:44Speaker 2: You know.
- 12:44Speaker 4: No, I don't know.
- 12:45Speaker 2: I don't know how you're a Yeah, I don't know.
- 12:47Speaker 2: Yeah what fifteen year old? I mean, we got in trouble,
- 12:49Speaker 2: you know, but we were, like, I don't know, in
- 12:51Speaker 2: a house, you know, stupid. We weren't jumping up a
- 12:55Speaker 2: food festival exactly. I think we signed our friends up
- 12:58Speaker 2: for the Columbia house. See, like, oh man, we're gonna
- 13:02Speaker 2: stick him with these turnable CDs and he's got to
- 13:04Speaker 2: buy one at full price. We weren't shooting up the
- 13:07Speaker 2: food festival.
- 13:08Speaker 7: But I think what you're saying is a fifteen year
- 13:10Speaker 7: old might be easily impressed if you come to school
- 13:12Speaker 7: with I don't know, a pocket knife or something like that,
- 13:16Speaker 7: but then draw the line at gun.
- 13:18Speaker 4: Yeah we thought those switchblade combs were pretty cool.
- 13:20Speaker 5: Oh hell yeah, dude. Well, Idaho murderer Brian Coberger is
- 13:25Speaker 5: trying to challenge his conviction, and now he says he's innocent.
- 13:29Speaker 5: You guys, right now, he's rotting in an Idaho prison
- 13:32Speaker 5: serving four life sentences, but he's filed a petition to
- 13:36Speaker 5: get a new court case to reverse his guilty plea.
- 13:39Speaker 5: So his weirdo says, my actual innocence is my truth,
- 13:42Speaker 5: and the plea hinged on by false promises and blatant disinformation,
- 13:47Speaker 5: must be withdrawn. Now, he hasn't said why he pleaded
- 13:50Speaker 5: guilty in the first place, but he did make sure
- 13:51Speaker 5: to add that justice was not served and unanswered questions
- 13:55Speaker 5: seemed to multiply with each piece of discovery unsealed. Well,
- 13:59Speaker 5: the good new uses that he'll probably stay rotting in
- 14:01Speaker 5: prison because there is only a tiny handful of people
- 14:04Speaker 5: who have ever had their conviction overturned on this scale.
- 14:07Speaker 7: I've heard about cases where people will confess and they say, well,
- 14:10Speaker 7: I did it under duress, I was tired, I was
- 14:12Speaker 7: exhausted from the interrogation. Would you ever never confess to
- 14:17Speaker 7: something you didn't do because you're tired?
- 14:19Speaker 5: I don't buy it enough true crime, Well.
- 14:22Speaker 2: Especially when you're you know, positioning yourself image wise of
- 14:26Speaker 2: this really smart person. You know, the consequence would be
- 14:29Speaker 2: that you're going to prison for the rest of your life,
- 14:31Speaker 2: or that you're going to face the death penalty. I
- 14:34Speaker 2: don't care how tired I am. I'm not cracking keep
- 14:36Speaker 2: me up for five days in a row. I'm not
- 14:38Speaker 2: saying yeah, and now.
- 14:41Speaker 5: I think we're all at this point, hopefully to sort
- 14:43Speaker 5: of savvy to fall for this. But the second part
- 14:45Speaker 5: of that is always they keep you up. You're exhausted,
- 14:47Speaker 5: you haven't eaten whatever for days, and then they're like,
- 14:49Speaker 5: you know, we're willing to cut a deal, like if
- 14:51Speaker 5: you just admit it and write it down, like let's
- 14:53Speaker 5: just go home, because they can lie to you in
- 14:55Speaker 5: this country a lot of countries they can't, but they
- 14:57Speaker 5: can say anything they want. So at that point you're like, oh,
- 15:00Speaker 5: that sounds great.
- 15:02Speaker 8: I could see myself doing this by accident. They're trained
- 15:05Speaker 8: to get a confession out of it.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, let me rephrase it. I like to believe.
- 15:09Speaker 7: I would never confess something even if they said, hey,
- 15:12Speaker 7: you can go home, because what you become that dumb
- 15:16Speaker 7: when you're in the.
- 15:17Speaker 5: I mean apparently and deal with it later.
- 15:19Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 15:19Speaker 5: Yeah, well, Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bienemy, it's
- 15:24Speaker 5: a tough one to say, enemy. It's your team, I know,
- 15:27Speaker 5: but I haven't really been around in a while. He's
- 15:29Speaker 5: dealing with a family tragedy.
- 15:30Speaker 2: He's been around for a while.
- 15:32Speaker 5: Has he been around? Well, I left in two thousand
- 15:34Speaker 5: and three.
- 15:35Speaker 2: But you can still consider yourself to be a Chiefs fan.
- 15:38Speaker 5: Look, I know who Andy Reid is. Else do I need?
- 15:40Speaker 9: All?
- 15:40Speaker 1: Right?
- 15:41Speaker 5: Good enough? Well, he's dealing with the family swift, Yeah right,
- 15:44Speaker 5: he's dealing with a family tragedy. After his wife Mia
- 15:47Speaker 5: was shot at their home in Ashbourne, Virginia, so cops say.
- 15:50Speaker 5: Their twenty seven year old son was arrested and charged
- 15:53Speaker 5: with multiple felonies, including malicious wounding and using a firearm
- 15:57Speaker 5: during the commission of a felony. Now, thank god, Okay,
- 16:00Speaker 5: she was shot in the chest in arm, but she's
- 16:03Speaker 5: in the hospital in stable condition. Thankfully. The doctors say
- 16:06Speaker 5: her injuries are not life threatening. She was shot in
- 16:09Speaker 5: the chest. That's pretty incredible that it's not life threatening.
- 16:12Speaker 5: I meanwhile, he was in Missouri with the Chiefs at
- 16:14Speaker 5: training camp. He heard about the shooting. Of course left immediately,
- 16:17Speaker 5: and of course Chiefs coach Andy Reid says, the entire
- 16:20Speaker 5: organization is supporting him and the kid is being held
- 16:23Speaker 5: without bond. Cops are still trying to figure out what
- 16:26Speaker 5: the hell the motive was for that shooting, so I'm
- 16:29Speaker 5: sure there'll be more on that.
- 16:31Speaker 3: Uh.
- 16:31Speaker 5: The diarrhea lettuce aka cyclostpory asses, Okay, that's been in
- 16:38Speaker 5: the news for like a month. We're all sick hearing
- 16:39Speaker 5: about it. But now doctors are finally worried that people
- 16:42Speaker 5: are actually looking for the lettuce to eat it and
- 16:45Speaker 5: to lose weight. Sound yeah, okay, Greg, I need you
- 16:48Speaker 5: to listen closely. So videos are going around on social
- 16:51Speaker 5: media about how cyclos you could be cyclosporas skinny rap,
- 16:55Speaker 5: and most these are memes and TikTok jokes, but they
- 16:58Speaker 5: are trending enough that they are getting the attention of
- 17:01Speaker 5: doctors who say, this is of course a terrible idea.
- 17:03Speaker 2: Well just in case, I mean, are people actually doing
- 17:05Speaker 2: that problem. I don't think so, but just in case
- 17:07Speaker 2: there is like a Greg who has a moment of weakness.
- 17:10Speaker 2: It's well, it's kind of like how we uh at
- 17:12Speaker 2: one point, great, we heard about the tapeworms, right, wanting
- 17:15Speaker 2: one for it was a warning because there were people
- 17:18Speaker 2: selling well they claim they were selling these tapeworms that
- 17:22Speaker 2: you can get the nail that you give to yourself,
- 17:25Speaker 2: right and.
- 17:25Speaker 5: They literally just like they're like sea monkeys, like they
- 17:28Speaker 5: grow and they eat your food before you eat it.
- 17:30Speaker 2: Yeah, so like you're supposed to swallow these things, and yeah,
- 17:33Speaker 2: the tapeworm works where they consume all the you can
- 17:35Speaker 2: basically you know, entire pizza and lose weight.
- 17:38Speaker 3: Because it was once.
- 17:40Speaker 5: You and the tapeworm have done your business together and
- 17:42Speaker 5: you're ready to go your separate ways.
- 17:44Speaker 2: That's the problem. You're supposed to We didn't investigate first.
- 17:48Speaker 4: Yeah, and you don't.
- 17:48Speaker 2: You don't get to decide. You don't get to decide
- 17:51Speaker 2: when you expel it to get to some point you
- 17:53Speaker 2: crap it out. But the risk was that it could
- 17:55Speaker 2: get to your brain, right Greg, or.
- 17:57Speaker 7: Something that was a slight turn off that and how
- 18:01Speaker 7: you could get it out of you.
- 18:03Speaker 4: Yeah, like your brain already.
- 18:06Speaker 7: Maybe it did, but in the meantime it would be great.
- 18:08Speaker 5: Yeah, well, some people have gotten sick. They've ended up
- 18:10Speaker 5: in the hospital for a really long time. So this
- 18:13Speaker 5: ain't the way Greg. Let's go investigate this tape worms again.
- 18:16Speaker 7: We're gonna have to go back to coma size medic
- 18:20Speaker 7: get this because he's not eating salad.
- 18:21Speaker 5: Yeah, you guys are gonna be totally fine.
- 18:23Speaker 2: I'm good.
- 18:24Speaker 5: And finally, oh SeaBASS isn't gonna like this the test.
- 18:27Speaker 5: The cyber truck appears to be the second biggest flop
- 18:30Speaker 5: in automotive history. That's according to experts.
- 18:33Speaker 4: Well, they're cool, they're so cool.
- 18:35Speaker 5: Trash cans with wheels the only one worse. Has anyone
- 18:38Speaker 5: ever heard of the ford edseel? I've heard it made
- 18:40Speaker 5: fun of it.
- 18:44Speaker 4: What is that?
- 18:45Speaker 5: It's a car that did not did not do well.
- 18:48Speaker 2: It's the biggest automotive bomb of all.
- 18:50Speaker 5: Wasn't it named after his kid? Like his kid name
- 18:52Speaker 5: was at all?
- 18:53Speaker 4: Know?
- 18:53Speaker 5: Yea, it was no good. Well, the cyber truck sales
- 18:56Speaker 5: numbers never lived up to all the hype. They predicted.
- 18:59Speaker 5: Hundreds of thousands of cyber trucks would just fly off
- 19:02Speaker 5: the lot every year, but a sixth of the predicted
- 19:05Speaker 5: two hundred and fifty thousand trucks have been sold. So
- 19:07Speaker 5: what happened? Well, they're really they have eyeballs, people have
- 19:12Speaker 5: a ton of a ton of recalls, and that ugly
- 19:14Speaker 5: ass design are just some of the reasons it was
- 19:17Speaker 5: a flop. So sorry about that Sea Best.
- 19:18Speaker 2: I'm looking at an edsle on Google. It's kind of cool.
- 19:21Speaker 4: Look kind of cool.
- 19:22Speaker 5: I don't know what the big problem was, but I
- 19:23Speaker 5: just remember in movies like Oh the Edzel and like
- 19:25Speaker 5: Brank Wink that's the funny Joulie. I think it's so ugly.
- 19:29Speaker 8: It's old tim It has like a weird vertical grill
- 19:33Speaker 8: right in the middle of it.
- 19:34Speaker 5: Strange.
- 19:35Speaker 4: Well, I know for Gen xers, like the car that
- 19:37Speaker 4: everybody made fun.
- 19:38Speaker 2: Of was Yougo, You Go and the Pinto Pinto.
- 19:40Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, the Youugo.
- 19:42Speaker 2: If you really want to rip on someone and tell
- 19:43Speaker 2: them they're going to have a crappy car, you said like, yeah, man,
- 19:45Speaker 2: you're gonna be driving a Yugo. Yeah, totally.
- 19:47Speaker 4: I never even heard a Suzuki Samurai U the Bo's Pinto.
- 19:52Speaker 4: It was always Pinto around my friend Pinto and.
- 19:55Speaker 5: Hugo because the Hugo was in movies like they would
- 19:57Speaker 5: tap the bumper and it would explode.
- 20:00Speaker 2: Was I know? They were like totally cheap, fall apart
- 20:04Speaker 2: garbage cars and stone cars.
- 20:06Speaker 7: Yeah, there was a few flops. There was the other
- 20:08Speaker 7: one that we made fun of. What's the one in
- 20:10Speaker 7: the one in Wayne's World?
- 20:12Speaker 8: Uh?
- 20:12Speaker 7: That No, that was that weird looking maybe a pacer.
- 20:17Speaker 5: Well, the az Tech was like also a big joke
- 20:19Speaker 5: and that was part of like a big joke and
- 20:21Speaker 5: breaking bad, you know.
- 20:22Speaker 2: The car I always hated was the Ford Probe.
- 20:25Speaker 3: What happened to that thing?
- 20:26Speaker 2: Hated? That was my dream? Okay, I was just about
- 20:31Speaker 2: to make fun of my breeder sister, My sister Robin.
- 20:35Speaker 2: That was her quote. We would talk about, like, oh man,
- 20:37Speaker 2: if you could have any car, what would it be?
- 20:38Speaker 2: Totally and she said, the Ford Probe.
- 20:42Speaker 5: They don't look great, Greg. I'm looking at it right now, looking.
- 20:45Speaker 4: At the newer version.
- 20:46Speaker 2: It looks like gel cat like looks like it like
- 20:50Speaker 2: the how Advil has like the capsules or the gel
- 20:53Speaker 2: caps automotive jail cap.
- 20:56Speaker 4: Like are you looking at the nineties version or the
- 20:58Speaker 4: later version the.
- 21:00Speaker 8: Nineties ver whatever they had the headlights that pop up,
- 21:03Speaker 8: I know are cool luxury.
- 21:04Speaker 5: You know what a ton of my friends had in
- 21:06Speaker 5: high school, the Geo Metro that those high school kids.
- 21:11Speaker 2: Those were like a Ford printo, a Ford PRINTO. When
- 21:17Speaker 2: we were freshman nineteen ninety two, my friends and I
- 21:21Speaker 2: would all sit around at the lunch table and talk
- 21:22Speaker 2: about like what cars we were going to get, you know,
- 21:25Speaker 2: when we got our driver's licenses finally, and the car
- 21:29Speaker 2: that I wanted, I know a couple of other friends
- 21:31Speaker 2: wanted to was the Honda CRX. Yeah, like those are dope.
- 21:36Speaker 2: Then it went to like a like a grand like
- 21:38Speaker 2: a Jeep Cherokee, like Cherokees were really cool at the time. Yeah,
- 21:43Speaker 2: But the CRX, I think was the car amongst the
- 21:45Speaker 2: front like as far as like a like achievable car.
- 21:48Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 21:48Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 21:49Speaker 5: You know what one of my friends had that I
- 21:50Speaker 5: was Gremlin. Do you guys remember the like ll Bean Jeep, Yes,
- 22:01Speaker 5: er edition, that Eddie Bauer that was the one.
- 22:04Speaker 2: Yeah. High school.
- 22:06Speaker 7: My high school girlfriend got a car like a guilt
- 22:09Speaker 7: trip car from her dad, who had basically embedded her
- 22:11Speaker 7: as a kid. So he made up for it by
- 22:13Speaker 7: getting her an a Suzu Impulse and it was one
- 22:17Speaker 7: of those cars where when you opened the door, the
- 22:19Speaker 7: seatbelt went forward by itself and then closed the door.
- 22:22Speaker 5: I thought, oh my god, abandoned of luxury.
- 22:26Speaker 2: You can't not put your seatbelt on right. And it
- 22:28Speaker 2: had leather interior.
- 22:31Speaker 5: I remember the Isuzu Trooper.
- 22:33Speaker 2: What was this Impulse? It was their quote sports car
- 22:36Speaker 2: and the guy was Joey Zuzu, right, yeah, it was
- 22:39Speaker 2: his name. He was on all those like David Leisure.
- 22:41Speaker 5: Oh yeah, David Leisure from night Court.
- 22:44Speaker 2: Or something.
- 22:45Speaker 4: When I was in high school, everybody wanted Honda CIVICX
- 22:48Speaker 4: because you could trick him out like fast and furious.
- 22:50Speaker 4: There were so many aftermarket parts.
- 22:52Speaker 2: Yeah the car, I don't get. Two cars I don't get.
- 22:56Speaker 2: I don't get. What's the one that looks like the
- 22:58Speaker 2: milk wagon? Oh the PT Cruiser Yeah?
- 23:02Speaker 1: What?
- 23:02Speaker 2: Oh? God? Like like oh like it's.
- 23:06Speaker 4: Looks like a hot ride.
- 23:07Speaker 2: Yeah it looks like old timy ambulance. Yeah you know,
- 23:11Speaker 2: or like.
- 23:12Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, everyone made fun of those. I thought they
- 23:14Speaker 5: were kind of cute. No, those are losers.
- 23:17Speaker 2: And then the other one that I don't understand the
- 23:20Speaker 2: appeal of is the Jeep Wrangler. I know, there's a
- 23:23Speaker 2: lot of love for the Jeep Wrangler. I've never gotten it. Like,
- 23:26Speaker 2: you know what I've always hated about it. The windows zip. Yeah,
- 23:32Speaker 2: I'm like plastic window loud. And then I think, you know,
- 23:36Speaker 2: that wasn't even as bad. I think when it really
- 23:39Speaker 2: went off the cliff for me was when everybody started
- 23:41Speaker 2: putting the ducks on the on the dashboard and stuff like,
- 23:45Speaker 2: I don't what's the what's the what's the symbology there?
- 23:48Speaker 5: When did that start?
- 23:49Speaker 4: I don't know, Like if a jeep start by somebody,
- 23:51Speaker 4: there was one person it was started.
- 23:53Speaker 5: It was a COVID.
- 23:56Speaker 4: But yeah, like why, like, so what is it supposed to?
- 23:59Speaker 2: Why a duck? Why a little rubber duck's way to
- 24:02Speaker 2: fruit it up?
- 24:03Speaker 5: You know, jeep ducking or duck duck jeep is a
- 24:07Speaker 5: friendly tradition. Okay, it started in Canada. This is so dumb.
- 24:11Speaker 4: Yeah, that's that's what.
- 24:13Speaker 2: I just really never got the duck thing. What's what's
- 24:15Speaker 2: that about? I don't know.
- 24:16Speaker 7: But I'm looking at the nineteen eighty nine Ford Probe
- 24:19Speaker 7: and that was badass.
- 24:21Speaker 2: I loved it.
- 24:22Speaker 5: My first car was a hand me down, the Chevy Nova,
- 24:26Speaker 5: and then my next car. We got her to use
- 24:28Speaker 5: car lot and it jerked so hard to the left,
- 24:30Speaker 5: I thought I was going to die several times. A
- 24:32Speaker 5: Nissan Sentra that looked like when a kid draws a car. Yeah,
- 24:36Speaker 5: it was like nineteen eighty eight or something.
- 24:38Speaker 2: It was.
- 24:39Speaker 5: It's like looked like a matchbox car.
- 24:40Speaker 7: My family had the most embarrassing car. We had the
- 24:43Speaker 7: Cutlass Supreme. Yeah, the Supreme station wagon spoked wheels.
- 24:50Speaker 2: Oh.
- 24:50Speaker 5: So my friend had a hand me down Cutlass Spreemao
- 24:52Speaker 5: was white with like burgundy velvet.
- 24:56Speaker 2: We had been a pretty dumb one and my stepfather
- 24:58Speaker 2: thought it was so cool. It was a mini van,
- 25:02Speaker 2: but it was an old mobile. Oh, the silhouette, I
- 25:05Speaker 2: remember that. Look that thing up the old mobile. It
- 25:08Speaker 2: looks like totally doorstop, yeah, or a dustbuster.
- 25:12Speaker 5: And then the other one it looks like one of
- 25:13Speaker 5: those old dustbusters.
- 25:16Speaker 4: We're like cool.
- 25:17Speaker 2: And then the Arrowstar. Those were so late. Oh, the
- 25:20Speaker 2: soccer moms had the Arrowstar. The Arrowstar was way cooler
- 25:23Speaker 2: than the oldmobile silhouette. The silhouette it looked like a dustbuster. Yeah,
- 25:30Speaker 2: and we had a white one too. Best friend's parents.
- 25:37Speaker 2: Did you ever say something out loud? And you realize,
- 25:40Speaker 2: oh my god, I am so stupid.
- 25:44Speaker 3: This is the Woody Show.
- 25:47Speaker 4: I was having a conversation with a friend of mine yesterday.
- 25:51Speaker 2: And I think I came to the conclusion that I
- 25:53Speaker 2: preferred the weekend lifestyle. Yeah. Really, they're just like, oh
- 26:01Speaker 2: my god, dude, we're already back at just the regular
- 26:03Speaker 2: weekday grind what.
- 26:07Speaker 4: So we discussed it thoroughly. We really got into We're like.
- 26:10Speaker 2: You know what, I think, I just prefer the weekend lifestyle.
- 26:15Speaker 2: Saturday weekend, yeah, permanent weekend. Yeah. I know. It's always different,
- 26:21Speaker 2: like outside looking in, but you look at people who
- 26:24Speaker 2: are retired and you're like, how how do you ever?
- 26:28Speaker 2: How do you ever get bored? Because you hear about
- 26:31Speaker 2: people who retire and within like a couple of months
- 26:34Speaker 2: they're miserable, and you're like how, But I guess you're
- 26:39Speaker 2: not in it. It always it is different when you're
- 26:41Speaker 2: in it, And when you're in it, you're old. You're
- 26:44Speaker 2: you're old, you're now you're now on a on a
- 26:47Speaker 2: quote fixed income, meaning that you know you have no
- 26:49Speaker 2: new income coming in, you're living off of whatever you
- 26:52Speaker 2: know you've managed to save or invest or, Social Security
- 26:56Speaker 2: things coming in like that. But yeah, it's still most
- 26:59Speaker 2: people even in retirement, you know, if they have saved something,
- 27:02Speaker 2: which a lot of people, jeez, don't. But you have
- 27:06Speaker 2: to scale back, you know, from what you were doing
- 27:10Speaker 2: when you were working. I'd be willing to check it out,
- 27:15Speaker 2: you know, give it a try. I mean, you can
- 27:17Speaker 2: always go back in some way, shape or form. That's
- 27:21Speaker 2: always an option for you. You can always choose to
- 27:23Speaker 2: work until you die.
- 27:24Speaker 5: Right or just be fancy and call it a sabbatical.
- 27:27Speaker 4: Yeah that word.
- 27:29Speaker 2: Yeah, I want one of those things. I gotta figure
- 27:34Speaker 2: out something where they'll hold your job for you, where
- 27:37Speaker 2: they're legally required by law.
- 27:41Speaker 4: That can't do that. But there's there's something I've seen people.
- 27:44Speaker 2: Where they really take advantage of that that you know,
- 27:46Speaker 2: for whatever reason, they're not able to come in and
- 27:49Speaker 2: so they qualify and there's some kind of like and
- 27:51Speaker 2: they're completely some people it's legit, but there are some people,
- 27:54Speaker 2: and you know who I'm talking about, there are some
- 27:56Speaker 2: people who just completely take advantage and use it to
- 27:58Speaker 2: their advantage. You're not allowed to fire me. Yeah, I'm
- 28:04Speaker 2: on a I'm on a mental health lea leave or
- 28:08Speaker 2: oh I have an alcohol problem do you work. I've
- 28:12Speaker 2: never really know you to have an alcohol problem. Are
- 28:15Speaker 2: you using this? I've always said I was gonna just
- 28:17Speaker 2: you know, say I was gay, come out as gay. Yeah,
- 28:20Speaker 2: like if you're really on the edge, you know, like
- 28:22Speaker 2: of being part of like some cuts or you know,
- 28:25Speaker 2: getting fired. But but yeah, you're like, you know what,
- 28:28Speaker 2: I'm really sorry. It was just lapsed in judgment. I've
- 28:30Speaker 2: been on a lot of stress lately. I've been drinking
- 28:32Speaker 2: more and it's because I can't believe I'm saying this
- 28:35Speaker 2: right now. But guys, I'm gay. They can't fire you.
- 28:40Speaker 2: I mean not yet. They got to, like they gotta
- 28:42Speaker 2: pump the brakes on that one.
- 28:43Speaker 5: Yeah, job protectedly and I.
- 28:45Speaker 2: Mean not just gay, but I mean yeah.
- 28:48Speaker 5: I'm gayer than gay.
- 28:50Speaker 2: I mean checking out guys at the bus stop, gay
- 28:53Speaker 2: Christmas at Bloomingdale's gay. Right.
- 28:56Speaker 5: So see six months right right?
- 28:59Speaker 2: But yeah, back to the original thought. May I'm just yeah,
- 29:01Speaker 2: I'm a bigger fan. I think of the weekend lifestyle.
- 29:03Speaker 2: What about you? I think yeah, I think go ahead
- 29:06Speaker 2: and that.
- 29:07Speaker 4: I can do it.
- 29:08Speaker 2: Yeah kind of like it. Well, I mean, look, I've
- 29:11Speaker 2: been in situations where I've been unemployed and it's not
- 29:15Speaker 2: as enjoyable as I thought it might be. No, it's
- 29:18Speaker 2: pure stress. You know, even in a situation where Okay,
- 29:22Speaker 2: I had six months to go or more on my
- 29:26Speaker 2: contract and they were paying it out, so it was
- 29:29Speaker 2: basically a six month vacation. And I'm very well networked.
- 29:32Speaker 2: I know a lot of people. I've been doing this
- 29:34Speaker 2: a long time, thirty plus years, and so I know
- 29:37Speaker 2: a lot of people. I knew I was going to
- 29:38Speaker 2: get a job, but for whatever reason, it's because you
- 29:40Speaker 2: don't have something nailed down yet. It creates that stress
- 29:43Speaker 2: and anxiety and you don't enjoy it the way you
- 29:45Speaker 2: should because you will go back to work. And I've
- 29:48Speaker 2: given that advice to many people who have lost their
- 29:50Speaker 2: jobs friends and people who are freaking out. I go, man, like, look,
- 29:54Speaker 2: you're in a good position. A couple of my friends like,
- 29:55Speaker 2: you've done a really good job of living below your means,
- 29:57Speaker 2: and you've saved some money, and you have this severance.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Whatever it was getting paid out of a contract, or
- 30:02Speaker 2: they had a certain amount of time, they already had
- 30:04Speaker 2: some irons in the fire. I'm like, look, I know
- 30:05Speaker 2: it doesn't feel this way in the moment, but you're
- 30:08Speaker 2: gonna look back because at some point you're going to
- 30:10Speaker 2: be in your car driving to your new job and
- 30:12Speaker 2: you're gonna be man, I really should have enjoyed that
- 30:15Speaker 2: time more.
- 30:15Speaker 5: Yeah, exactly.
- 30:18Speaker 2: But yeah, when you're when you're in it, sometimes it's
- 30:21Speaker 2: hard to it's hard to see it that way. And
- 30:22Speaker 2: that's from I did the same.
- 30:24Speaker 5: I was, I don't see you relaxing in that.
- 30:26Speaker 2: I didn't. I didn't appreciate it the way I should have.
- 30:29Speaker 2: That true.
- 30:30Speaker 7: Yeah, you mentioned an maternity leave. A friend who just
- 30:33Speaker 7: had a baby. She's getting three months of maternity leave.
- 30:36Speaker 7: The dad got two months of paternity leave.
- 30:40Speaker 2: That's a new thing. Two months. Yeah, that's a new thing.
- 30:43Speaker 2: I didn't.
- 30:43Speaker 7: I thought maybe your is not stitched up. Maybe one month, yeah,
- 30:49Speaker 7: month section.
- 30:51Speaker 5: I would think they have to help them.
- 30:53Speaker 2: You have to be the baby's gonna remember totally.
- 30:59Speaker 5: Yeah, that's what I it was about.
- 31:01Speaker 2: She can handle it while you're at work.
- 31:03Speaker 5: If she had a c section, she can't stand.
- 31:05Speaker 2: Well, there's always people around. Actually have a baby, man,
- 31:08Speaker 2: there's always there's always people around. In fact, there's too
- 31:10Speaker 2: many people around. That's why I didn't take any time
- 31:12Speaker 2: off really, because I had my parents my mom and
- 31:16Speaker 2: stepdad came in, and then once they left, then it
- 31:19Speaker 2: was my dad and my stepmom that came in. We
- 31:21Speaker 2: had my wife's parents around.
- 31:23Speaker 5: But were they doing the work that nobody wanted to do?
- 31:25Speaker 2: Absolutely? My favorite was when you know, grandparents come over
- 31:29Speaker 2: the go Is it okay if I give them a
- 31:31Speaker 2: bath and read them stories?
- 31:32Speaker 4: Uh?
- 31:32Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 31:33Speaker 5: All day, all night?
- 31:34Speaker 2: Yeah, yep, yep, four next week.
- 31:37Speaker 5: But that's what they They say that when like a
- 31:39Speaker 5: new mom has a baby, you don't go over and
- 31:42Speaker 5: be like, I can cuddle the baby while you do
- 31:44Speaker 5: the dishes. Like, no, you're supposed to come over and
- 31:46Speaker 5: do their dishes, right.
- 31:47Speaker 2: I'd rather do the dishes than hold the baby. Or
- 31:50Speaker 2: I say, you're the one that had the baby, why
- 31:54Speaker 2: am I doing your dishes?
- 31:55Speaker 5: What Menace would probably do, which I've done many times,
- 31:57Speaker 5: is what do you want me to door dash you?
- 31:59Speaker 5: Because I really feel like i'ment over and doing.
- 32:03Speaker 4: Easy.
- 32:04Speaker 2: Yeah that's the new thing though. Two months Yeah, dudes, shocked.
- 32:09Speaker 2: Dudes get just as much. It's stolen valor. It is,
- 32:12Speaker 2: you know, like women did the work. They're the ones
- 32:14Speaker 2: that pump the kid out.
- 32:15Speaker 4: For sure.
- 32:16Speaker 2: They're the ones who are breastfeeding.
- 32:18Speaker 4: We get two months off, Yeah, I know, I'll take it.
- 32:21Speaker 7: Oh my god, it makes me want to have a
- 32:23Speaker 7: baby just to get the two months.
- 32:25Speaker 2: Sure, I know.
- 32:26Speaker 4: Somebody you said the mental health thing, they got like
- 32:29Speaker 4: a month and a half for the mental health thing.
- 32:31Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:31Speaker 4: Then they so you're said they took some classes for
- 32:35Speaker 4: for to get trained on another job during that time. Yeah,
- 32:40Speaker 4: isn't that unpaid leave?
- 32:41Speaker 10: Though?
- 32:42Speaker 4: No, it's paid it is.
- 32:44Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:44Speaker 5: Wow?
- 32:45Speaker 2: Is that is that like a state by state or
- 32:48Speaker 2: is that a company?
- 32:48Speaker 4: I'm not sure I think it was company. Yeah, okay, Yeah.
- 32:54Speaker 2: Somebody says, what if they ask you to prove it?
- 32:56Speaker 2: Like I said, Hey, I'm you know, I'm just I'm gay.
- 33:00Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 33:00Speaker 4: It depends on how much you really need the money.
- 33:02Speaker 2: Yeah, prove it? Like and what to what level? I mean,
- 33:05Speaker 2: what level of gay?
- 33:06Speaker 5: I'm exactly as gay as I need to be.
- 33:08Speaker 2: Like, do I just have to touch it or oh no,
- 33:11Speaker 2: taste it? You have to go all the way?
- 33:13Speaker 4: Yeah, touching it?
- 33:14Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 33:14Speaker 2: Fine, I mean tasting How good of a gig we're
- 33:18Speaker 2: talking about it?
- 33:19Speaker 1: Zip?
- 33:19Speaker 2: And someone said I just took a three week paid vacation,
- 33:23Speaker 2: and all I was thinking about was how do I
- 33:24Speaker 2: make this a permanent thing?
- 33:26Speaker 5: Of course?
- 33:27Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I mean that's the idea. I mean, that's
- 33:29Speaker 2: the way you really should be thinking about it anyway.
- 33:31Speaker 2: I mean, god forbid, you know, knock on wooden, God forbid,
- 33:34Speaker 2: something happen, you know where you can't work. You know,
- 33:37Speaker 2: you want to make sure that you're prepared, but then hey,
- 33:40Speaker 2: things work out. You don't need to, you know, pull
- 33:42Speaker 2: the rip cord on one of those type of situations
- 33:44Speaker 2: and you just get to a point where now you
- 33:47Speaker 2: have enough whatever that is for you and how you
- 33:50Speaker 2: want to live your life, saved up or invest it
- 33:53Speaker 2: or whatever. Then you can go take it or leave it.
- 33:56Speaker 2: That's the best place to be in sure where you're
- 33:58Speaker 2: coming in, not because you have to, it's until it
- 34:02Speaker 2: gets to a point where you go, you know what,
- 34:04Speaker 2: I'm good. Yeah, that's the goal. That's the dream. So
- 34:09Speaker 2: when you have that, Yeah, how do I make this
- 34:10Speaker 2: permanent thing? Well?
- 34:12Speaker 4: Can I?
- 34:13Speaker 2: Yeah? Because I like weekends. I really act this weekend lifestyle.
- 34:17Speaker 2: Lifestyle is the best.
- 34:18Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 34:19Speaker 2: Talking to my buddy and we just did we decided
- 34:20Speaker 2: that was really for us. I think he came to
- 34:23Speaker 2: the right Yeah, we get it. Yeah, eight seven seven
- 34:25Speaker 2: forty four, Woodie, you can send us a text over
- 34:27Speaker 2: to two to nine eight seven quick break more what
- 34:29Speaker 2: he shows next. I'm the only one that goes full mouth,
- 34:32Speaker 2: full tongue like it's hard and it's solid. It's not
- 34:36Speaker 2: that hard anymore.
- 34:37Speaker 5: Do you want to take seaweed and like Gerbil cake.
- 34:41Speaker 2: You're gonna have to give us a guess.
- 34:43Speaker 5: Pickled penis, oak gold.
- 34:44Speaker 2: Penis, show me pickled penis. Oh No, Woody show show
- 34:57Speaker 2: phones uping for you.
- 34:58Speaker 4: Eight seven seven forty four.
- 35:00Speaker 2: You can text us check in over to two two.
- 35:03Speaker 4: Nine eight seven.
- 35:05Speaker 2: Just a little side note. Yeah, everybody's got something that
- 35:10Speaker 2: just god grosses the mouth. For Gina, it's the term
- 35:14Speaker 2: skin to skin.
- 35:15Speaker 5: To skin body we were talking about, like.
- 35:18Speaker 2: How you know maternity and maternity paternity.
- 35:21Speaker 5: Is so disgusting. Take your shirt off so you can
- 35:23Speaker 5: have skin to skin bonding with your baby.
- 35:26Speaker 4: I love because we're talking about it off the air,
- 35:28Speaker 4: and I love how Sammy just takes it as facts
- 35:30Speaker 4: or like, yeah, you gotta do it, No, you don't
- 35:33Speaker 4: gotta do it.
- 35:33Speaker 2: Gotta do it. Let's say you got a breastfeed you
- 35:36Speaker 2: don't please show me this scientific I.
- 35:39Speaker 8: Mean, I think there is a help but there's a
- 35:41Speaker 8: reason that doctors tell you to do it.
- 35:43Speaker 5: Yeah, but can the concept have to.
- 35:48Speaker 2: There's different schools of thought on these things. Sure do
- 35:51Speaker 2: have to do it.
- 35:52Speaker 8: No, you don't have to do anything, But I like,
- 35:55Speaker 8: I do think it's helpful not just for the baby,
- 35:57Speaker 8: but for the father too, because the mom goes through
- 35:59Speaker 8: the major bonding period while she's pregnant with the baby
- 36:02Speaker 8: in the preparation, and for dads it's just like, oh,
- 36:05Speaker 8: there's a baby here now, and it's like, yeah, so
- 36:07Speaker 8: let's connect with it, acknowledge it, and accept it in
- 36:11Speaker 8: more of a way than just appearing.
- 36:15Speaker 5: No, it says you imagine.
- 36:18Speaker 2: I said, look, can you imagine I'm trying to imagine
- 36:21Speaker 2: my dad? You imagine your father? Greg not in a brilliant.
- 36:29Speaker 5: Takes your shirt off.
- 36:30Speaker 2: A little fifty years val. You know you should do
- 36:36Speaker 2: val skin to skin. It's bonding.
- 36:41Speaker 5: Yeah, lower testosterone.
- 36:45Speaker 4: That's been great for society and thermo regulation.
- 36:51Speaker 2: I don't know, man, Yeah, somehow we all survived. We
- 36:54Speaker 2: have relationships with our fathers.
- 36:55Speaker 5: Without our dad's taking our shirts off.
- 36:57Speaker 2: Yeah, we bonded over you know, football or whatever off.
- 37:02Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 37:02Speaker 2: Really, get over here. I want.
- 37:07Speaker 5: I'm like fourteen.
- 37:08Speaker 2: Yeah, it's never too late. I think we're too old
- 37:12Speaker 2: for skinned to skin now legally fifty old. I feel
- 37:17Speaker 2: like some of the stuff I feel was invented just
- 37:19Speaker 2: to see if they can get people to do it.
- 37:21Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, maybe, you know, sure like hare watch, I
- 37:23Speaker 2: bet you we can get people to do this stuff. Dude.
- 37:26Speaker 4: I know magazine writers are like, I have nothing right
- 37:28Speaker 4: about let me make up something. So many things that
- 37:31Speaker 4: put out there in the world, and just this kind
- 37:33Speaker 4: of came out of the whole thing of you know,
- 37:35Speaker 4: people like kind of crapping on quote toxic masculinity.
- 37:39Speaker 2: Yeah right, how toxic? Yeah? Oh no, so we're gonna
- 37:42Speaker 2: go the opposite. We're gonna make you skin to skin
- 37:44Speaker 2: with your baby.
- 37:45Speaker 5: Okay, depends depends.
- 37:48Speaker 2: Look, journal, I held both my kids a lot, and
- 37:52Speaker 2: I would no, but I wasn't taking my shirt off, right,
- 37:57Speaker 2: I'm going, yeah, my little muffin man and give them
- 38:02Speaker 2: kisses or giving her kisses like you know.
- 38:03Speaker 5: But it doesn't count because your shirt wasn't.
- 38:05Speaker 4: Why weren't you d you very bare chested? Come on,
- 38:10Speaker 4: you're not a real father.
- 38:12Speaker 7: Yeah, you were about to defend Sammy.
- 38:14Speaker 5: Oh no, I've been looking at a literal I mean
- 38:17Speaker 5: National Library of Medicine. It's a real article. It just
- 38:20Speaker 5: sounds disgusting. And you guys think the whole thing is
- 38:23Speaker 5: a joke. I get it, but I don't. You gotta
- 38:26Speaker 5: call it something else.
- 38:26Speaker 7: Get the theory. I suppose his skin Why you have
- 38:31Speaker 7: to take your shirts off?
- 38:32Speaker 5: That's part of it.
- 38:33Speaker 2: Well, it's it's kind of how the doctor needs to
- 38:36Speaker 2: see your penis even though you came into a strained wrist,
- 38:40Speaker 2: you have a broken toe. I think maybe check it out,
- 38:47Speaker 2: you know. Yeah, the medical community just perfct just want nudity,
- 38:53Speaker 2: trying to get us to the skin the skin with babies.
- 38:56Speaker 5: You have a Haymail bend over.
- 38:58Speaker 4: You know, I can really bond with your son, dock
- 39:00Speaker 4: with him, father son doc.
- 39:08Speaker 11: I heard you guys talking about this, right, and I
- 39:10Speaker 11: figured maybe that's why my dad left, because we didn't
- 39:12Speaker 11: do skin.
- 39:13Speaker 4: To skin bond.
- 39:15Speaker 2: No, why because it's dumb. I'm glad he didn't do it.
- 39:18Speaker 4: Yeah, and I never did it, and my kids are fine.
- 39:20Speaker 1: Fine.
- 39:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:24Speaker 4: The doctor who came up with skin to skin graduated
- 39:26Speaker 4: from the University of Cape Town, which is ranked one
- 39:29Speaker 4: and eighty fourth in the world.
- 39:31Speaker 5: Okay, so yeah, out of like a million, that's still
- 39:34Speaker 5: pretty high.
- 39:35Speaker 2: Somebody said, why Sammy the only reasonable voice when it
- 39:37Speaker 2: comes to the baby stuff. Everyone else's ugh, baby care.
- 39:41Speaker 2: And can you imagine our parents? What about is them? Yeah,
- 39:45Speaker 2: I'm just trying to picture my dad being told about
- 39:48Speaker 2: skin to skin.
- 39:49Speaker 4: Yeah, the reaction told that.
- 39:51Speaker 8: It's good for the baby and it's good for bonding.
- 39:54Speaker 8: I mean, did my dad do that with me? No,
- 39:56Speaker 8: because that wasn't a thing at that time. But if
- 39:59Speaker 8: in today world, if they had told my dad, hey,
- 40:02Speaker 8: this is important, we think you should do it, he'd
- 40:03Speaker 8: be like, okay, I mean, what's the problem.
- 40:06Speaker 5: Yeah, and nobody has suggested this to you, like when
- 40:08Speaker 5: your babies were born. No, it must be newer.
- 40:11Speaker 11: People suggest a lot of dumb stuff, Sammy. Like, we're,
- 40:13Speaker 11: you know, doctors, and when you go to like these
- 40:16Speaker 11: classes at the hospital, we were talking about it. What
- 40:19Speaker 11: do you remember with the wives? How like in your
- 40:20Speaker 11: first child, you use like a wipe.
- 40:22Speaker 4: Warmer, so warm.
- 40:24Speaker 11: When you wipe your baby's But by the second kid,
- 40:26Speaker 11: you're like if that yeah.
- 40:29Speaker 2: Yeah, you spit on a paper towel. Yeah, I get
- 40:31Speaker 2: the job done exactly.
- 40:33Speaker 11: Like I think there's just too much information and too
- 40:35Speaker 11: many things that your quote supposed to do.
- 40:37Speaker 4: You'll be fine, that's true.
- 40:38Speaker 7: You're one hundred percent right. If when my brother, who
- 40:40Speaker 7: was older than me, if he dropped his pacifier on
- 40:43Speaker 7: the floor, my mom literally boiled it. And then if
- 40:48Speaker 7: I dropped my passifier, wiped it on her jeans and
- 40:50Speaker 7: handed it.
- 40:51Speaker 5: Back to get in their mouth and then the baby's mouth. Now,
- 40:54Speaker 5: I this seems so seventies to me. Is Lama's Class
- 40:58Speaker 5: still a thing?
- 40:59Speaker 2: Well? I mean they have the classes where you go.
- 41:01Speaker 2: I don't know if it's called Lama's class.
- 41:03Speaker 5: That's the thing. Like that seems so old school. There
- 41:06Speaker 5: are birthing classes. Is it Lama's class.
- 41:08Speaker 4: I don't think it's called. Man, it's like we don't
- 41:10Speaker 4: have Jacqueline, you know.
- 41:12Speaker 5: It's like.
- 41:14Speaker 2: You just go to the gym. We got a plan
- 41:15Speaker 2: of fitness.
- 41:16Speaker 5: I gotta go to Lamas.
- 41:17Speaker 2: Yeah. I think the exercises are maybe they're teaching. It's
- 41:21Speaker 2: all the same stuff. You're still gonna get this kid
- 41:23Speaker 2: out of your body.
- 41:24Speaker 7: Ya Ai says Lamas is still a thing, though the rigid,
- 41:27Speaker 7: rigid patterned he he whole breathing has evolved into flexible
- 41:32Speaker 7: evidence faced labor education.
- 41:36Speaker 5: You don't bring your your pool noodle or whatever.
- 41:40Speaker 1: He ho.
- 41:42Speaker 5: Yeah, it's all stupid.
- 41:45Speaker 2: That's why I don't do it. I'm still going to skin.
- 41:47Speaker 2: The skin is only up to like one month old,
- 41:49Speaker 2: not when they're ten years. Oh really, Yeah, then you're
- 41:56Speaker 2: off to jail. Yeah what if your dad said, let's
- 42:02Speaker 2: do it now, Sammy with your shirt. I'll take my
- 42:05Speaker 2: shirt off. You take your shirt off. I heard you,
- 42:08Speaker 2: let's skin the skin.
- 42:10Speaker 4: He said it was science.
- 42:13Speaker 2: You're the one who defended you a.
- 42:14Speaker 4: Bond or not.
- 42:15Speaker 2: I'm a sensitive man. I'll do it, Amantha.
- 42:23Speaker 4: Hoit.
- 42:23Speaker 2: Woody Show, medical professionals are perverts. I can attest. This
- 42:27Speaker 2: is nurse Erica.
- 42:29Speaker 3: I believe you to this journey.
- 42:39Speaker 2: It's another new hour. It's the Woody Show, Woody Greg Menace. Yep,
- 42:46Speaker 2: there's Gina grad Sea. Bastis hour has a comic Con
- 42:51Speaker 2: follow up. Yeah, he went to Comic Con. He's been
- 42:55Speaker 2: going there for a number of years, talking talking to
- 42:58Speaker 2: all the people that those are his people.
- 43:01Speaker 4: I'm at home.
- 43:01Speaker 2: Yeah, it has a really deep appreciation for the Yeah. Hey,
- 43:07Speaker 2: shout out to Florida, shout them, not one, but two
- 43:13Speaker 2: residents of death row are being sent to hell. Oh,
- 43:16Speaker 2: they're doing two at the same time and just hours apart,
- 43:19Speaker 2: which the article points out is the first time in
- 43:22Speaker 2: more than six decades they've snuffed out multiple douchebags in
- 43:25Speaker 2: a single day. Shout out to Florida. Not super efficient
- 43:30Speaker 2: because both these people committed their crimes in nineteen eighty seven.
- 43:34Speaker 2: Damn dirt Knapp. Recipient Number one is James Duckett, who
- 43:38Speaker 2: murdered an eleven year old girl back in nineteen eighty seven.
- 43:41Speaker 2: He'll be missed. Let's go protest warm food. Number two
- 43:44Speaker 2: an eighty year old dude dominic something who was convicted
- 43:48Speaker 2: of a double murder killed his former girlfriend's parents. Both
- 43:53Speaker 2: losers getting the very easy lethal injection ride the lightning dog.
- 43:59Speaker 2: Bring that back. You know, I think Florida should be applauded.
- 44:03Speaker 2: They've really stepped the pace of these executions softer states.
- 44:06Speaker 2: You know, they're pause them or just all together abolished
- 44:10Speaker 2: the death penalty. Florida's put down nineteen of these losers
- 44:13Speaker 2: just last year, Wow, which they said was more than
- 44:16Speaker 2: double their old record, and so far this year.
- 44:18Speaker 4: World, Yeah, their record.
- 44:21Speaker 2: That's their old record. Oh okay, yeah for the state
- 44:23Speaker 2: double their old say, world records double their old record.
- 44:28Speaker 2: And so far this year they've already sent ten of
- 44:31Speaker 2: them to meet their maker and it's only July. So
- 44:35Speaker 2: shout out to Florida.
- 44:37Speaker 5: They got this.
- 44:38Speaker 2: Yeah, you're doing great, you're doing great. Keep up the
- 44:42Speaker 2: great work because like you know, a person who murdered
- 44:46Speaker 2: an eleven year old girl, Yeah, I won't miss him
- 44:50Speaker 2: all good. There will be people protesting.
- 44:52Speaker 5: They were given another forty five years, so you're.
- 44:55Speaker 2: Welcome, right to watch TV. Yeah, yeah, this guy made
- 44:57Speaker 2: it to eighty yeah, right, plenty of good, plenty good.
- 45:02Speaker 4: Yeah, who cares free breakfast for eighty years.
- 45:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 45:05Speaker 2: We've been arguing on this on this show, like, fine,
- 45:07Speaker 2: you don't want to give them the death penalty, we
- 45:09Speaker 2: get an island. Epstein had one. Yeah, let's say, you know,
- 45:13Speaker 2: it's an attainable thing you get, you get it an island,
- 45:17Speaker 2: and and you said them, I'm sure some countries willing
- 45:20Speaker 2: to donate one.
- 45:21Speaker 4: Dude, I found one near the South Pole that easily
- 45:24Speaker 4: you can throw. Yeah, it's it's like so remote, it's
- 45:28Speaker 4: like one of the most Antarctica. No, No, there's a
- 45:32Speaker 4: there's an island like by the South Pole that's like
- 45:34Speaker 4: so remote that you can just throw all these.
- 45:36Speaker 6: I get what you're saying, man, but I don't think
- 45:38Speaker 6: this is quite what the island is for. The island
- 45:40Speaker 6: is for not actual, real like convicted death row people,
- 45:43Speaker 6: but it's for people who just can't you can't handle.
- 45:47Speaker 2: We can have one of those islands.
- 45:49Speaker 1: We have both.
- 45:49Speaker 4: Yeah, we can have both. You can't see the island.
- 45:52Speaker 4: You're like for death row people. No, no, no, it's for
- 45:54Speaker 4: foot freaks.
- 45:54Speaker 2: But what I'm saying is, if there's going to be
- 45:56Speaker 2: an argument against the death penalty for you know, people
- 45:58Speaker 2: who are you killing kids? As example, we always talk
- 46:00Speaker 2: about like dude, there's no room on earth for these people.
- 46:02Speaker 2: Let's just get rid of them. I'll find if you're
- 46:05Speaker 2: against the death penalty the whole playing god thing, let's
- 46:07Speaker 2: keep them alive, I guess. So give them an opportunity
- 46:09Speaker 2: to stay alive. But we dropped them off on this
- 46:11Speaker 2: remote island. You can have it all wired up with cameras.
- 46:14Speaker 2: You can even sell subscriptions to be able to watch
- 46:16Speaker 2: it and watch them, you know, fight for their own
- 46:19Speaker 2: you know, space and survival and everything else. We could
- 46:22Speaker 2: be making money on it as opposed to losing money
- 46:25Speaker 2: on keeping these people alive. And they say it costs
- 46:27Speaker 2: X number of dollars to house of prisoner. This is
- 46:30Speaker 2: why the system is broken. Cool, put them on the island.
- 46:32Speaker 2: Let's make money.
- 46:33Speaker 4: That's a great say. The name of the island that I.
- 46:36Speaker 7: Found, I think Tristanna.
- 46:39Speaker 5: Yeah, and like Britain Us there's a continent they just
- 46:43Speaker 5: found called Zeelandias. We could put them there.
- 46:45Speaker 2: Yeah, that's for the death row people, right. As an
- 46:48Speaker 2: answer to well, we don't actually put them to death,
- 46:50Speaker 2: I'm sure. Look, some of them won't make it because
- 46:52Speaker 2: they'll get taken out by the other guys. That's the
- 46:55Speaker 2: same thing happens in prison or But then this other
- 46:57Speaker 2: island that SeaBASS is talking about, these are just for
- 46:59Speaker 2: the people that we don't.
- 47:00Speaker 4: Like, yeah, right, so that they can't be trusted.
- 47:04Speaker 2: These are the people that take their penis out in
- 47:06Speaker 2: parking lots.
- 47:08Speaker 5: Our buddy Corolla had a similar idea, calling it petiphile. Right,
- 47:13Speaker 5: oh yeah, yeah yeah.
- 47:16Speaker 2: Wasn't there some story about Australia like that.
- 47:19Speaker 5: They were a prison island, right?
- 47:21Speaker 2: Is that true?
- 47:22Speaker 4: I don't know, it is one of the exact definitions.
- 47:25Speaker 2: That was one giant penal colony and that's why.
- 47:27Speaker 5: And they fed them lobsters because it was disgusting.
- 47:29Speaker 2: Okay, but that's one of those things that you hear
- 47:31Speaker 2: and you go, okay, was that is that actual truth?
- 47:33Speaker 2: Or is that another one of those things that you
- 47:35Speaker 2: hear about. Oh, you swallowed seventeen spiders in your lifetime,
- 47:38Speaker 2: that's not really a fact in school kids.
- 47:41Speaker 5: In seventeen eighty eight, Yeah, I became a piano colony
- 47:44Speaker 5: for the British.
- 47:45Speaker 4: Penal, right, a penile colony so small?
- 47:51Speaker 2: Yeah, that is that why they're so tough too.
- 47:53Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, for sure, generations of prisoners.
- 47:56Speaker 6: The fact that a guy who murdered an eleven year
- 47:58Speaker 6: old lives to be eighty and goes to throw it
- 48:00Speaker 6: goes against everything I've been listening to about how prison's run,
- 48:03Speaker 6: because if you watch, I watched all these prisons.
- 48:05Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's another one. Yeah, like, oh, well, he's
- 48:07Speaker 2: not going to survive after doing that to a kid.
- 48:09Speaker 2: Now he's years later, he's still chilling. Yeah, how dude,
- 48:13Speaker 2: you get bad paperwork when you're in jail? You just
- 48:15Speaker 2: said through a kid man it's on.
- 48:17Speaker 4: I know what surprises me the most is that that
- 48:20Speaker 4: at bitch that killed Selena. I'm like, how she's still
- 48:23Speaker 4: alive in prison around Elkins? Yeah, like, would anybody want
- 48:28Speaker 4: to murder her for the shine? If you're in there
- 48:30Speaker 4: for like life, She's she's there, she's in there.
- 48:32Speaker 2: Playing like softball with these But the guy who killed
- 48:35Speaker 2: Jeffrey Dahmer as an example, they didn't kill him because
- 48:38Speaker 2: of what he did. They killed him because he was annoying. Yeah,
- 48:40Speaker 2: because he was annoying. Thought he was funny. That's what
- 48:44Speaker 2: they said, legit. Yeah, So I had nothing to do
- 48:46Speaker 2: with the fact that he like murdered all these people
- 48:47Speaker 2: and ate them and you know, like yeah, they just
- 48:50Speaker 2: thought he was like an annoying an annoying neighbor.
- 48:54Speaker 4: But I'm just like, yeah, how do you like, you're
- 48:56Speaker 4: that high profile? How you just like not get murdered?
- 48:59Speaker 4: Jared from Subway?
- 49:00Speaker 6: It will be released, Oh yeah, he's I mean, I'm
- 49:03Speaker 6: sure they having some kind of special you know.
- 49:04Speaker 2: Isn't he for parole or something this year? Pretty soon soon? Yeah? Yeah. Yeah.
- 49:10Speaker 7: If I was a prison guard, I would thank the
- 49:12Speaker 7: inmates who kill the other inmates.
- 49:14Speaker 5: They really didn't.
- 49:15Speaker 2: There should be an incentive just want to say thank you.
- 49:18Speaker 4: Yeah, like maybe there's an extra pack of cigarettes.
- 49:21Speaker 2: Right, like maybe, Yeah, you can have a good incentive
- 49:24Speaker 2: program where you can't kill them and you can't physically
- 49:29Speaker 2: harm them, but your job is to make them as
- 49:32Speaker 2: miserable in here as possible. Yeah, like just damn near
- 49:35Speaker 2: torture them, right yeah, like without physically harming them. Yeah,
- 49:39Speaker 2: like you have them's the rules. But for for you
- 49:42Speaker 2: driving them nuts, you get time off of your sense,
- 49:45Speaker 2: assuming you're like a non violent offender, you're in there
- 49:48Speaker 2: for you know something, I don't know what. It would
- 49:50Speaker 2: be robbery, I mean they're still a douchebag, but you know.
- 49:56Speaker 4: Or like like you murder anybody.
- 49:58Speaker 2: I'm saying you can't murder any Yeah, you're not there
- 50:01Speaker 2: for murder, rape or something like that. It's yeah something
- 50:03Speaker 2: Yeah you stole money from your company or you know,
- 50:06Speaker 2: something like that.
- 50:07Speaker 4: But you want to be in that prison.
- 50:08Speaker 5: Yeah it's a different prison.
- 50:09Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, that's the one of the tennis courts.
- 50:12Speaker 4: Yeah, you'd be at the prison where they put the
- 50:14Speaker 4: time like drug charges, but you're still drug charge people.
- 50:17Speaker 2: Drug charge people are still in there with like all
- 50:19Speaker 2: the hardcore dudes, right that SuDS, you know, Jeff Right allegedly.
- 50:23Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I have good news and bad news about
- 50:26Speaker 5: the Jared from Subway. The good news is he wouldn't
- 50:30Speaker 5: get out till twenty twenty nine, which you know, so
- 50:32Speaker 5: we have some time without him.
- 50:33Speaker 4: So bad news.
- 50:34Speaker 5: It's not parole. He's released. There's no such thing as
- 50:38Speaker 5: parole in federal prison.
- 50:40Speaker 4: Oh really, Yeah, so when you.
- 50:41Speaker 2: Get out, you're not in probation or anything.
- 50:43Speaker 5: Well you're not. It's not considered parole.
- 50:46Speaker 3: You're just out.
- 50:47Speaker 5: I mean, I'm sure somebody's watching him. He's got a
- 50:49Speaker 5: check in with somebody, right, I mean, back out under monitoring.
- 50:53Speaker 4: I'm sure. So there's that.
- 50:55Speaker 2: Think he's gonna go back to the Subway? Will he
- 50:56Speaker 2: be surprised at how big Jersey Mikes has become?
- 50:59Speaker 5: Should John's picks?
- 51:00Speaker 2: Like, oh my god, when I left Subway was on
- 51:01Speaker 2: top of the world. They need me, they thaw some
- 51:06Speaker 2: guy out, cried Jennathy Froze in the future like idiocracy,
- 51:10Speaker 2: Like the world has changed? What's Firehouse subs? What is
- 51:14Speaker 2: this place?
- 51:15Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 51:16Speaker 4: You know I watched just recently was Blast from the Past. Yeah,
- 51:20Speaker 4: that movie where they lived underground for.
- 51:22Speaker 2: Like, Yeah, so I'm assuming he will have to check in.
- 51:28Speaker 2: There's gonna because he's a convicted felon, so he's not
- 51:31Speaker 2: gonna be able to own a gun or what.
- 51:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 51:35Speaker 6: Oh wow, Let's say Jared from Subway, for whatever reason,
- 51:40Speaker 6: decides to have some kind of public presidence Instagram or
- 51:43Speaker 6: cameo or something of that nature.
- 51:44Speaker 2: Oh dude, that's a cameo on the cheap that we need.
- 51:47Speaker 6: I'm not going to give that guy money, thank you.
- 51:48Speaker 6: What I happen to have better, happen to have higher standards.
- 51:51Speaker 6: Then maybe he's got a settlement. Maybe he's not putting
- 51:54Speaker 6: money in sex offender's pocket.
- 51:55Speaker 2: Maybe he's got a settlement he has to settle, right,
- 51:58Speaker 2: and we go, we go to the victims. It's a
- 52:01Speaker 2: way for them to get paid.
- 52:03Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 52:03Speaker 6: Maybe let's just after the fact, but he's he's served
- 52:07Speaker 6: his look to society technically.
- 52:09Speaker 7: Can you get a cameo from John Hinckley junior took musician.
- 52:14Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the guy I tried to kill. Uh, try
- 52:17Speaker 2: to kill Reagan? Right and completely free.
- 52:19Speaker 5: Jared will be monitored when he's released. He has uh,
- 52:22Speaker 5: he'll have probably an ankle monitor. He has to register
- 52:24Speaker 5: as a sex offender. He'll keep eyes on him.
- 52:27Speaker 2: What about a Jody Arius Cameo? Get that?
- 52:31Speaker 5: He's you know, as again as a true crime fan.
- 52:33Speaker 5: I don't think I would want any of these.
- 52:35Speaker 2: Now, which one is that?
- 52:36Speaker 4: Who that is?
- 52:37Speaker 7: She's the one that killed her kid? No, I thought
- 52:39Speaker 7: she killed her boyfriend. I know, I know that many
- 52:43Speaker 7: of these people, so many boyfriend. There was the woman
- 52:46Speaker 7: who had her kid like rolled him into a lake.
- 52:48Speaker 7: That's the car Smith Smith?
- 52:50Speaker 5: Yeah, who's the other guy?
- 52:53Speaker 4: Uh?
- 52:53Speaker 5: Lacy Peterson, Scott Peterson?
- 52:55Speaker 2: Yeah, I get that Cameo trial. Alright, Well, we just
- 53:03Speaker 2: had Comic Con twenty twenty six, San Diego comic Con.
- 53:07Speaker 2: There's a billion comic cons. This is this is the
- 53:11Speaker 2: comic con though, right? Is it still the comic con?
- 53:13Speaker 4: Here's the thing. Comic con is a trademark, copyright already
- 53:17Speaker 4: preserved phrase the consy.
- 53:20Speaker 6: You have to have conventions everywhere, but there's San Diego,
- 53:23Speaker 6: New York too big.
- 53:24Speaker 2: But all of of all these things, this is the
- 53:27Speaker 2: one still, yes, Okay, like the.
- 53:30Speaker 4: The that's right.
- 53:31Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 53:32Speaker 4: The headlines are about the blah blah blah trailer.
- 53:33Speaker 2: And so forth, which they've been now so they're going
- 53:36Speaker 2: to be staying in San Diego for a while too,
- 53:37Speaker 2: because there was like some talk about.
- 53:39Speaker 7: Maybe, yeah, they're thinking about moving.
- 53:41Speaker 2: Yeah, because of like hotel capacity or something else. I
- 53:44Speaker 2: at least twenty thirty I believe, you know, it's just
- 53:46Speaker 2: a good city for that.
- 53:47Speaker 6: The only other bigger cities that have just hotel capacity
- 53:50Speaker 6: is Vegas.
- 53:51Speaker 2: Really yeah, but se Mass has been going down there
- 53:54Speaker 2: for a number of years talking to his favorite group
- 53:56Speaker 2: of people. That would be the nerds and the geeks
- 53:58Speaker 2: and the people who attend comic Con. And what do
- 54:02Speaker 2: we have from Comic Con twenty twenty six.
- 54:04Speaker 4: Well, we're going to talk to a little special this year.
- 54:05Speaker 6: We're going to talk to characters about the things they
- 54:08Speaker 6: bought in some of their preferences. So everyone you're talking
- 54:11Speaker 6: to is a costume character, which I have said before.
- 54:14Speaker 2: I like that. I like that.
- 54:14Speaker 4: Everyone's it's fun, it's you know, it's okay.
- 54:16Speaker 7: What percentage of the people are in costume.
- 54:18Speaker 6: Most Yeah, you got a lot of there's the hardcore
- 54:22Speaker 6: dorks who are there just to buy stuff and go
- 54:24Speaker 6: to these panels.
- 54:25Speaker 4: But a lot of people are there for the fun
- 54:26Speaker 4: and they add a little bit.
- 54:27Speaker 2: Of the windsor play so much?
- 54:29Speaker 4: Was so this first guy, very large, very sweaty. He's something.
- 54:32Speaker 4: He's the Gray Hulk. There's you know, you know the Hulk.
- 54:35Speaker 4: He's green.
- 54:35Speaker 6: Yeah, well no, there's different ones. There's red and gray
- 54:37Speaker 6: and blue and purple and whatever. Well, he's gonna tell
- 54:39Speaker 6: us about being the Gray Hulk. Mister Gray Hulk, you
- 54:42Speaker 6: look scary and imposing?
- 54:44Speaker 2: Why is that? Because I'm always angry?
- 54:46Speaker 4: Why are you so angry, mister Grey Hulk.
- 54:48Speaker 5: Gray Hulk's a gangster, so I hate everything, the law,
- 54:53Speaker 5: the rules.
- 54:54Speaker 2: Yeah nice?
- 54:54Speaker 3: Did you buy anything here at Comic.
- 54:56Speaker 2: Con Gray Hulk a couple of nights ago?
- 54:58Speaker 5: Yeah, I bought a vintage poster Flash Gordon, who was
- 55:01Speaker 5: in German?
- 55:02Speaker 3: What's Flash Gordon in German?
- 55:04Speaker 2: Friggins is dorits Chatt?
- 55:05Speaker 5: Don't know?
- 55:07Speaker 3: For that Flash Gordon poster? How much would you pay
- 55:09Speaker 3: for that?
- 55:10Speaker 2: Nerve crack? All right, grayhol No, probably nothing, a five
- 55:14Speaker 2: finger discount because he's a gangster. Stole it her?
- 55:17Speaker 5: I mean was he a sober gentleman?
- 55:19Speaker 1: Uh?
- 55:19Speaker 4: He's just old. Oh yeah, an incredible improv factor as well,
- 55:26Speaker 4: taking his whole.
- 55:27Speaker 2: Costume going down to San Diego see on Monday.
- 55:30Speaker 4: My wives are involved in this case. Vintage flash German
- 55:36Speaker 4: splash friggincy George, let's say forty five dollars.
- 55:41Speaker 2: I feel like we got to check it with board
- 55:43Speaker 2: on these things too. I don't even know where to
- 55:45Speaker 2: begin on having reference. Yeah, I know it's not time
- 55:48Speaker 2: he bought a poster for anything. Fifty bucks.
- 55:50Speaker 6: I'll tell you where to begin. You got it was
- 55:52Speaker 6: if it was a German original print Flash Gordon? This
- 55:54Speaker 6: Flash Gordon's why thirty years forty years old? Now yeah,
- 55:57Speaker 6: that's you know, there's some rarety there.
- 55:58Speaker 4: But who cares about flash?
- 56:00Speaker 2: But I don't like how much is a poster for anything,
- 56:02Speaker 2: like like a poster something that's popular today? Oh? Today?
- 56:06Speaker 2: What would a poster.
- 56:08Speaker 4: The events that I go to, like, some of the
- 56:10Speaker 4: posters go for no more than that between thirty and
- 56:14Speaker 4: sixty dollars.
- 56:15Speaker 6: And what they do is they do the same thing
- 56:17Speaker 6: they do with all these cards, is they specifically do
- 56:19Speaker 6: limited runs and special editions.
- 56:21Speaker 4: So they build in their own scarcity.
- 56:23Speaker 2: Exclivity with that.
- 56:25Speaker 5: I'm going to say, two hundred.
- 56:26Speaker 2: What do you what do you think?
- 56:27Speaker 12: Bort Uh German Seabst Was this the movie from the
- 56:31Speaker 12: eighties flashcorn or was this original flashcorn like the fifties, forties, oh, eighties,
- 56:35Speaker 12: eighties German gonsa say, one hundred and fifty bucks.
- 56:40Speaker 2: One hundred and fifty bucks. Yes, I'm sticking with fifty.
- 56:42Speaker 5: I'm sticking with two hundred.
- 56:44Speaker 2: Uh yeah, you know what? Uh one seventy five? Oh no,
- 56:48Speaker 2: I mean somewhere somewhere in the middle of that, because
- 56:50Speaker 2: I think it's like maybe an inflated comic con price.
- 56:52Speaker 2: That's also true, you know.
- 56:54Speaker 4: I'm sitting out forty five still, all right, let's find
- 56:57Speaker 4: out how much did Greyhawk pay for.
- 56:59Speaker 3: That Flash Gordon poster? How much did you pay for
- 57:01Speaker 3: that nerd crap?
- 57:02Speaker 4: Probably something round over two hundred bucks?
- 57:06Speaker 2: Whoa?
- 57:06Speaker 3: But worth it, right because it's flash corn in German?
- 57:10Speaker 4: Right right, yeah, right, sounds like take a dump. He
- 57:17Speaker 4: looked like it too.
- 57:18Speaker 1: Now.
- 57:19Speaker 6: One of the other things I did this year at
- 57:20Speaker 6: Comic Con is I tried to see if I could
- 57:22Speaker 6: get these nerds to crap on other nerds, because you know,
- 57:26Speaker 6: that's what everybody with a working adult brain says, Hey, adult,
- 57:29Speaker 6: what are you doing buying sventy two hundred dollars and
- 57:32Speaker 6: dressing up like a cartoon character.
- 57:34Speaker 2: There's like a divide, right, I mean, you're a Star
- 57:36Speaker 2: Wars guy board, but the Star Wars and Star Trek
- 57:40Speaker 2: people don't really mingle. Yeah, there's some of that where
- 57:44Speaker 2: you have your diehard Star Wars fans that go up
- 57:46Speaker 2: against the Treki's and stuff, or those guys are losers. No,
- 57:50Speaker 2: I like Truk.
- 57:51Speaker 4: I like Trek.
- 57:52Speaker 12: I don't understand the Doctor Who people. I don't understand
- 57:55Speaker 12: that at all. I think that's some of the weirdest
- 57:56Speaker 12: dorky stuff on the planet.
- 57:58Speaker 2: That at all.
- 57:59Speaker 6: Now that there's what I try to see if I
- 58:01Speaker 6: can get some of that out of people. But on
- 58:02Speaker 6: the other hand, they're going to be like because they
- 58:03Speaker 6: know if they attack someone else that they're vulnerable.
- 58:06Speaker 4: So we'll find out.
- 58:06Speaker 2: We'll see if Grey Yeah, all right, the Grey Hulk.
- 58:10Speaker 6: Now you're the coolest thing. The Grey Hulk and Flash
- 58:12Speaker 6: Gordon are the coolest things at comic Con. Is there
- 58:14Speaker 6: anything that you look down upon? It's like, oh, that's
- 58:16Speaker 6: kind of dorky for kids, kind of stupid.
- 58:18Speaker 2: Anything that's d C Gray Hall Rules. Say anything that's DC,
- 58:29Speaker 2: I say Hall Rules, that's an adult guys McDonald's that's
- 58:36Speaker 2: a grown man in there.
- 58:37Speaker 4: But they're like putting all the DC and Marvel together now,
- 58:40Speaker 4: like the newest movie that's about the He's not here
- 58:43Speaker 4: for it. It's yeah, they're mixing all the characters.
- 58:47Speaker 6: Well, they've done that that years ago with the comic
- 58:49Speaker 6: books back when I was I knew that because I
- 58:51Speaker 6: was ten years old at the time and I was
- 58:52Speaker 6: age appropriately reading them.
- 58:54Speaker 2: Right, We'll see who else Sea Bass ran into at
- 58:58Speaker 2: Comic Con twenty twenty six in San Diego. It's coming
- 59:01Speaker 2: up next here on the Woody Show. Hang up, Manna,
- 59:07Speaker 2: you pissed somebody up six to six. No, they aren't Menace.
- 59:11Speaker 2: They're not making Marvel and DC mixed movies together. What
- 59:15Speaker 2: are you talking about. Menace is always giving wrong information
- 59:18Speaker 2: on the show. It's very concerning. Sea Mass needs to
- 59:21Speaker 2: check everything, Menace says on the show. Again, he's always
- 59:24Speaker 2: giving wrong info. I take it easy, dude, Bort.
- 59:27Speaker 4: What's the characters in Doomsday?
- 59:30Speaker 2: Those are the Marvel characters. But I did correct the texter.
- 59:33Speaker 2: I said.
- 59:33Speaker 12: I think Menace is confused because they crossed over the
- 59:36Speaker 12: DC Marvel comics characters and comic book form this year
- 59:39Speaker 12: with Batman Adepol.
- 59:40Speaker 4: But the X Men characters in the new Doomsday trailer.
- 59:45Speaker 2: Yeah, that's all Marvel, that's all Marvel.
- 59:48Speaker 12: They were just different Hollywood studios that owned the properties
- 59:52Speaker 12: for a while.
- 59:52Speaker 2: Who knows. It could be everything that Greg's ever wanted
- 59:54Speaker 2: in life on the line cars, that's whatever, and all
- 59:59Speaker 2: he would have to do is correct identify which is which? Right?
- 1:00:02Speaker 6: Yeah, just we're really we're gonna upset over menaces.
- 1:00:06Speaker 4: Comic book news people are nuts, man, Yeah, I forget
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: these are losers. We're dealing with menace se Diego comic con.
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: Sea Bass was on the scene talking to different people.
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: Who's next. This is Shorty.
- 1:00:19Speaker 6: She is one of the characters from Killer Clowns from
- 1:00:21Speaker 6: Outer Space. It is a nineteen eighty eight cult classic.
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: Uh.
- 1:00:26Speaker 6: I don't think they've ever remade it except for as
- 1:00:27Speaker 6: a video game. But it's about these little you know,
- 1:00:30Speaker 6: it's it's that quirky campy.
- 1:00:32Speaker 5: I guess it's about clowns who kill and they're also
- 1:00:34Speaker 5: from outer space.
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: Well that's that's that's that's Shorty.
- 1:00:37Speaker 3: She'll tell us, and what do you guys do killer
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: Clowns do?
- 1:00:39Speaker 5: We're gonna turn you into cotton candy and then we're
- 1:00:41Speaker 5: gonna eat you.
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: It's a gun.
- 1:00:43Speaker 5: Yeah, it turns.
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: It's what turns the people into potton candy.
- 1:00:46Speaker 3: Oh that's scary. Have you bought anything cool at Comic Con, Shorty? Yeah?
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: I got two figures from Panteon Stalking.
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: The hell's that? It's an anime, not shocking?
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: How much did you pay for both of those?
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: Nerd craftsmen?
- 1:01:00Speaker 6: Wow, it's panty and I was like the Panteon stocking.
- 1:01:03Speaker 6: This is panty and stock and stock with garter belt Japanese. Shockingly,
- 1:01:11Speaker 6: it's an anime about scantily clad school girl age superheroes.
- 1:01:16Speaker 5: My god, their names knee socks, garter belt, scanty brief
- 1:01:21Speaker 5: and panty And.
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: Here's the thing, what's the name again?
- 1:01:24Speaker 4: Panty and and stock, Like panti is a not.
- 1:01:28Speaker 5: Panty, no panty an stocking.
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: I think Tyler watches this one.
- 1:01:33Speaker 6: Yeah, about saying these sort of things usually appeal to
- 1:01:36Speaker 6: perverted men losers, that's right.
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: I forgot that Tyler watch this kind of stuff, like legitimate,
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: he watches it super into Now is he watching Tug
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: is one of those? It's like, no, I'm saying, Luckily,
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: I don't know. It's like a thing that like, uh,
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: turn on for him? Well, I mean his computer did
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: get messed up the other day. They said something about
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: the power button is all sticky and stuck. Something happened
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: to it.
- 1:01:57Speaker 4: And I think he's into splortching.
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: Oh yeah, yeah, sitting in food.
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: What is the sport chin that's it's uh like.
- 1:02:07Speaker 5: Oh that's splotching food.
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: You talked to some of those people at one point, right,
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: is that the people tentacle porn? Right right?
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: Right?
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: All right? So what she did too little?
- 1:02:22Speaker 6: Too little cartoon or plastic characters from the the Japanese
- 1:02:26Speaker 6: anime Panty and Stocking Alight, both characters both lit was
- 1:02:31Speaker 6: like three inch you know, plastic generic crap, you know,
- 1:02:34Speaker 6: stuff that's killing the environment.
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: I don't about. So board set the bar on this one,
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: all right. Anime figures you got to seabas. They were
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: in separate boxes, right too, Yeah, to for both both separately,
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: so he knows the questions to ask.
- 1:02:45Speaker 12: Yeah, all right, so uh size on them the boxes
- 1:02:49Speaker 12: ten inches three inches?
- 1:02:51Speaker 4: As I just said a minute ago, I tune you
- 1:02:54Speaker 4: out a lot.
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: Sorry, see well it happened, all right, I have anyway,
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: that's how we go. I'm gonna go fifty bucks for
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: the fifty bucks again, I'm gonna are you are you
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: taking into account comic con surge pricing? Yeah? Fair, also
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: a little inches to three inches that is really bugging me.
- 1:03:18Speaker 4: Seventy five dollars, so she said thirty.
- 1:03:21Speaker 5: Yeah, thirty thirty five menace.
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: Going sixty sixty bucks. Let's find out how much did
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: she pay? How much would you pay for both of
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: those nerd crap?
- 1:03:32Speaker 5: Forty dollars for both her figures?
- 1:03:35Speaker 3: Is not that bad and they get to go?
- 1:03:37Speaker 6: Probably what like on your fireplace or do you have
- 1:03:39Speaker 6: a special cabinet aside for them.
- 1:03:40Speaker 10: I've got like a little shelf in my room for.
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: Them, that's in like the east wing of the manor
- 1:03:44Speaker 3: of the estate. Yes, I've got my own room on
- 1:03:46Speaker 3: the spaceship.
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: Oh back to the spaceship, yep, said, I know these things, always,
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: these segments always bum greg out. I'll give her credit.
- 1:03:57Speaker 7: Why yeah, because she's a woman, right, not a child.
- 1:04:02Speaker 6: I give her some credit. She's in her probably early twenties,
- 1:04:04Speaker 6: so there's the first time as well.
- 1:04:06Speaker 4: Into his fifties.
- 1:04:07Speaker 7: Legal woman a shelf in her bedroom with anime figurines?
- 1:04:11Speaker 7: What about that is not depressing.
- 1:04:14Speaker 12: I don't see it as depressing. I'm seeing it as
- 1:04:17Speaker 12: she has stuff on her shelf and she's enjoying her home.
- 1:04:20Speaker 4: The things in it's okay, tribe the situation, Well.
- 1:04:23Speaker 12: I don't see it as depressing though, Like what things
- 1:04:25Speaker 12: are on yourself to make you happy?
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: Greg?
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: Wine? Adult things? I don't like wine? Do you read
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: the books?
- 1:04:32Speaker 7: Framed photos? What else would I have a plant?
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: Okay? Uh? You know stuff that a person sounds exciting? Like,
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: I don't get it? Yeah, you know what I mean.
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: I like there are things that I like her that
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: I'm into that other people don't understand. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: So why I consider to say I don't get it.
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: I don't care what you do with your house. It's
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: a curious choice. And what about a rustic piece of
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: pottery with a plant and it is not exciting? Bor? Yeah, Lauren.
- 1:05:02Speaker 6: This is also why the birth rates in the toilet
- 1:05:04Speaker 6: is because a woman of her age fifty years ago
- 1:05:06Speaker 6: would be I have a family. Now she's dressing like
- 1:05:09Speaker 6: a clown.
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: Years ago? But okay, great, thanks.
- 1:05:14Speaker 6: So now I'll ask her the same question. Is she
- 1:05:16Speaker 6: loves killer clowns? But is there anything that's you know,
- 1:05:18Speaker 6: Greg stupid and they mature At Comic Con, no one
- 1:05:21Speaker 6: knows Killer clowns matter, Space super cool whatever. That anime
- 1:05:25Speaker 6: was super cool? Is there anything that at Comic Con?
- 1:05:28Speaker 6: It's like maybe kind of not as cool the big
- 1:05:31Speaker 6: anime women And it's very very the very NSFW stuff.
- 1:05:36Speaker 6: I think I saw they saw like they like a
- 1:05:38Speaker 6: little body pillows. You wouldn't want one of those of
- 1:05:41Speaker 6: like Superman maybe no, no, no by that table because
- 1:05:46Speaker 6: it's Comic Con is it's very family friendly.
- 1:05:48Speaker 4: How Ever, there's a little knotty section where you have
- 1:05:52Speaker 4: to go through the beads.
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, what's that?
- 1:05:54Speaker 4: It's just not even beads.
- 1:05:54Speaker 6: I just sent a picture to Woodie and Demnis and
- 1:05:57Speaker 6: it's a it's a Japanese clearly a schoolgirl and in
- 1:06:02Speaker 6: English it says a spell that makes your d bigger
- 1:06:04Speaker 6: and she's like lifting up her shirt. And there's a
- 1:06:06Speaker 6: whole like package of like these printed books and DVDs.
- 1:06:10Speaker 4: And even computer games you can get.
- 1:06:12Speaker 5: Yeah, does Tyler of any of those?
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: Oh yeah, he has extra own shower today? Yeah? Actually yeah,
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: actually a filth on old Tyler now because I think
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: because his hair is all disheveled, his had is on
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: backwards but also barely sitting on top of his head.
- 1:06:28Speaker 4: Oh that's probably the guys.
- 1:06:29Speaker 12: He had a rough weekend. Okay, like he's still now recovered.
- 1:06:32Speaker 12: It's been days. He's he's not even in this room.
- 1:06:35Speaker 4: He said that he was just gonna go to bed.
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: But you kicked Tyler out of the production room because
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: he has too bad to be.
- 1:06:40Speaker 12: Oh well no, it's more so that he sported on
- 1:06:43Speaker 12: his you know, his computers, so we didn't want him
- 1:06:45Speaker 12: in there for that anymore.
- 1:06:46Speaker 4: You know, he can work in another one.
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: Here, let's get one more. This is from Seabaster's trip
- 1:06:52Speaker 2: to the San Diego Comic Con.
- 1:06:54Speaker 6: And this guy he had a costume that on one
- 1:06:56Speaker 6: half Batman other half Superman. Super bat was his fun
- 1:07:00Speaker 6: little cot like this, it's a real thing. Yeah, well,
- 1:07:03Speaker 6: I don't know. Maybe I'm saying, did he come up
- 1:07:05Speaker 6: with that combination? Or is it looked pre made? It's
- 1:07:08Speaker 6: from Superman Batman comics.
- 1:07:09Speaker 4: Oh okay, that's what mean. So it's a real character
- 1:07:12Speaker 4: Marvel or DC DC D.
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: Let's talk to him and your left ear Superman and
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: you're right, your Batman? How did this happen? One day
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: I was deciding which one is gonna be, which ones
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: works best.
- 1:07:22Speaker 6: So I'm like, just might not Hi Flige half a
- 1:07:25Speaker 6: yearly was a billionaire.
- 1:07:26Speaker 3: Have you bought any merchandise here at comic Con on this?
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: Oh?
- 1:07:29Speaker 4: Klingon?
- 1:07:30Speaker 2: God? That is hon.
- 1:07:33Speaker 6: So you got a cling on like sword thing foam
- 1:07:35Speaker 6: hard pham. So that's about three foot big sword thing.
- 1:07:39Speaker 4: How much would you pay for that?
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: Nerd crat?
- 1:07:41Speaker 4: Now that's why the birth rates are down right there,
- 1:07:45Speaker 4: save some broads for the rest of us.
- 1:07:48Speaker 6: My mom's listening to this, is right, Well, that's the
- 1:07:51Speaker 6: problem is because nerd nerd culture is so accepted these days.
- 1:07:55Speaker 6: No one bullied this guy and getting out there and
- 1:07:57Speaker 6: talking to chick, so he just sits at home.
- 1:07:58Speaker 5: And but Sea Bass, I feel like there's a part
- 1:08:00Speaker 5: of you that would agree with me that like, this
- 1:08:03Speaker 5: is exactly where he belongs, and I'm really happy for him.
- 1:08:05Speaker 6: I agree with that definitely. I've always thought about comic con.
- 1:08:08Speaker 6: Is there's there over the past twenty thirty years, as literally,
- 1:08:11Speaker 6: Marvel movies are the biggest movie. They are now the mainstream.
- 1:08:14Speaker 6: There's a lot of casuals that show up. But when
- 1:08:17Speaker 6: you go to comic Con, you find this guy, you find.
- 1:08:19Speaker 5: Yeah, this is like his everything.
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: Yes, it's big day. I agree with this one. I'd
- 1:08:24Speaker 2: rather have these weirdos in society that don't really hurt anybody,
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: just good morning. What he show them with board. It's
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: not depressing, They're not depressed. It's just what they're into. Sure, Yeah,
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: I mean we could judge it and go like, how
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: how are you fifty? How are you fifty? And going
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: around in a great hawk suit, going rules. Yeah, I
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: mean saying yeah, they can't do this.
- 1:08:46Speaker 5: You can't walk among us.
- 1:08:47Speaker 6: Yeah, they should be taken out, and nobody said that.
- 1:08:50Speaker 6: I don't know why they enjoy this stuff because we
- 1:08:51Speaker 6: all were twelve years old at one point.
- 1:08:53Speaker 2: Yeah. But also, like you know, I think the whole lonely,
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: you know, womanless loser thing because there's plenty of women
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: they're in this kind of stuff. I just don't know
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: the women who are into it. Are they interested in
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: like relationships and dudes or is it just more like
- 1:09:07Speaker 2: you know what I mean, more asexual. Yeah.
- 1:09:10Speaker 8: I will say this guy sounds just like Aiden from
- 1:09:15Speaker 8: Love on the Spectrum, who dated this girl Danny, who
- 1:09:18Speaker 8: was very hyper sexual. Nice she was, and they were
- 1:09:22Speaker 8: very into comic Con.
- 1:09:23Speaker 5: That's where they met for the first time. She was
- 1:09:25Speaker 5: specifically looking for somebody to bang.
- 1:09:27Speaker 2: Yeh, all right, so what are we being on with.
- 1:09:29Speaker 6: If you ever watched Star Trek, especially the next generation,
- 1:09:31Speaker 6: they have these two handed sword things that are kind
- 1:09:33Speaker 6: of like staffs with spikes on them. Bad battle ax
- 1:09:36Speaker 6: or whatever.
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: You call that battle battle Yeah, battle okay.
- 1:09:41Speaker 6: So he bought a replica one of those things out
- 1:09:43Speaker 6: I mean, out of foam, whatever that's worth.
- 1:09:46Speaker 4: That was his purchase.
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: Hmmm, what do you think bort one hundred and fifty bucks?
- 1:09:54Speaker 12: Fifty he said, replica opposed to the real one.
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: Yes, it's immediately undred fifty bucks up. Yeah, I can't wow.
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: I mean again, my original thought was like more like fifty.
- 1:10:10Speaker 5: You know what, I'll meet him halfway.
- 1:10:11Speaker 4: I'll do one hundred, I'll do seventy five five.
- 1:10:14Speaker 2: Was there paint details on this with a multi color Yeah?
- 1:10:17Speaker 4: Yeah, it looks it looked legit.
- 1:10:19Speaker 2: All right, put me down for sixty nine dollars.
- 1:10:21Speaker 7: Great, that's a great bid. What uh, put me down
- 1:10:25Speaker 7: for seventy dollars.
- 1:10:27Speaker 4: Seventy dollars all right, let's find out.
- 1:10:29Speaker 3: How much would you pay for that?
- 1:10:30Speaker 5: Nerd crap one hundred hundred bucks.
- 1:10:33Speaker 6: That's gonna go like a mantle or in the drawing
- 1:10:36Speaker 6: room above.
- 1:10:37Speaker 4: The fireplace along with jokers head.
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: Odd, isn't that where you have your your flamethrower it's
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: mounted on the walls and that.
- 1:10:47Speaker 4: It was not it's in the studio studio there it is.
- 1:10:50Speaker 4: Check it out?
- 1:10:51Speaker 6: Has rip engineer you found that the other day by
- 1:10:54Speaker 6: the way, Yeah, oh they found they found a cool flamethrower.
- 1:10:59Speaker 2: Bon like, Oh, you were moving and you bring it
- 1:11:02Speaker 2: in and I forgot what I brought in here for
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: me just for decor because you know Greg's looks so good. Yeah,
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: of course is.
- 1:11:06Speaker 5: This the ABSA thing or is this something else?
- 1:11:10Speaker 4: This is what Elon was doing. He was real, right,
- 1:11:12Speaker 4: well it's it's he shoots flamed Okay.
- 1:11:15Speaker 5: I didn't know if it was that color of smokeing
- 1:11:17Speaker 5: to be that was that was the CO two thing.
- 1:11:19Speaker 6: Technically they say it's more of a propane gun. Real
- 1:11:22Speaker 6: flamethrower would have, you know, like napalm or something.
- 1:11:24Speaker 4: Yeah, feel like like over like two hundred feet.
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: He used it to brown the turkey that we micro Thanksgiving. Yeah,
- 1:11:32Speaker 2: when we had it out on the street, a.
- 1:11:33Speaker 4: Real flame flower you can buy. You can buy in
- 1:11:35Speaker 4: like the streets of Detroit and they'll shoot like a
- 1:11:38Speaker 4: hundred feet.
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:11:39Speaker 4: Those are designed for killing, killing the commis or not.
- 1:11:42Speaker 6: Commy probably killed some commies too.
- 1:11:46Speaker 4: All right, Well, it's good to know we have that
- 1:11:47Speaker 4: in here.

- 1:12:15Speaker 6: any sexy ladies.
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: In your life? A sailor Moon, sailor Moon.
- 1:12:19Speaker 6: I was gonna guess like Lois Lane or with a
- 1:12:22Speaker 6: chick from Batman or whatever.
- 1:12:23Speaker 3: No, sailor Moon, sailor Moon. How old is sailor Moon?
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: I know?
- 1:12:29Speaker 3: What?
- 1:12:29Speaker 4: Do I remember? I have been the scene a long
- 1:12:31Speaker 4: time in the show. Yeah, kind of straighting the line
- 1:12:40Speaker 4: between fourteen and sixteen years old?
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: Wow, So okay, Yeah, that's not Okay, look, I had
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: a crush on Punky Brewster, but I was also a
- 1:12:46Speaker 2: child of the same age, and a lot.
- 1:12:48Speaker 6: Of girls will for like, Halloween drives up a sailor
- 1:12:50Speaker 6: moon and it's super hot young ladies, women, I should say,
- 1:12:53Speaker 6: to be more most specific. Yeah, but yeah, if you're
- 1:12:55Speaker 6: whacking it to the original cartoon, that's not great.
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: All right, well there you go. That's uh see. Bass
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: brought back his reconnaissance from San Diegoo comic Con. Alright,

- 1:13:08Speaker 2: next second, So what do you show?
- 1:13:12Speaker 5: You got the cocaine hot sauce.
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: Oh, it's not cocaine hot sauce. What was the thing
- 1:13:22Speaker 2: that Who was the celebrity Jeff that we were talking
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: about who had the hot sauce experience? Tom Holland, Uh yes,
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: Tom Holland, Spider Man. He became the first to barf
- 1:13:35Speaker 2: on hot ones.
- 1:13:37Speaker 5: Wow, as far as other people haven't his delicate English palette.
- 1:13:42Speaker 4: Yeah, they don't have like hot stuff over there.
- 1:13:45Speaker 2: Yeah, now mena, yep, manday, we just got the notefka, Yep,
- 1:13:49Speaker 2: we got it. Menace barbs very easily.
- 1:13:53Speaker 4: I do.
- 1:13:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't think I would bar fuck that though
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: off hot stuff? No, no, yeah, what is it? Typically?
- 1:14:00Speaker 2: Just uh like what if you have to booze? I
- 1:14:05Speaker 2: mean yeah, around we called the menace reset. We've been
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: talking about the reset in a while. Yeah, I've still
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: a thing.
- 1:14:13Speaker 4: I've tried to retire from resetting.
- 1:14:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:14:16Speaker 4: I've found drink. Yeah, I've found a new balance between
- 1:14:20Speaker 4: marijuana and drinking. So I pre marijuana and then so
- 1:14:24Speaker 4: I can I don't over consume alcohol, and I think
- 1:14:27Speaker 4: that is better for me.
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: Less barfing in the sink, Yeah, for sure, last that behind,
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: you know, a plant in the whatever, even he's at
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: I've barfed everywhere. Yeah. Oh yeah, so here's Tom Holland again.
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: You know on hot ones, dude, people have cried, they've screamed,
- 1:14:46Speaker 2: but no one has ever thrown up until now. Let's go.
- 1:15:04Speaker 4: Yeah, there's just certain regions where people are just not
- 1:15:08Speaker 4: really into spicy stuff. I was really surprised when I
- 1:15:11Speaker 4: went to the Philippines and I went to a grocery store.
- 1:15:14Speaker 4: No hot sauce in the grocery store at all in
- 1:15:16Speaker 4: the Philippines. Yeah, there'd be a bunch of different catchups
- 1:15:19Speaker 4: like banana ketchup and stuff like that, but no hot sauce.
- 1:15:22Speaker 5: I wonder how far he made it, Like did he
- 1:15:25Speaker 5: go to the very end in puke?
- 1:15:27Speaker 4: I gotta look that up.
- 1:15:28Speaker 5: Let's go, because like DJ Khaled stopped after like three.
- 1:15:32Speaker 4: He tapped out. So yeah, week, I know, I remember
- 1:15:35Speaker 4: that hot sauce. I gave you a while ago. What
- 1:15:36Speaker 4: he was green and had like a little black flecks
- 1:15:38Speaker 4: in it. You know what you did with that? Except
- 1:15:40Speaker 4: we could trust him right now? That's perfect timing. Oh
- 1:15:44Speaker 4: my cabinets and stuff. Wait, is that the bomb one?
- 1:15:48Speaker 2: No?
- 1:15:49Speaker 6: No, no, it's a special like special recipe one has
- 1:15:51Speaker 6: a special ingredients cap.
- 1:15:52Speaker 5: Sason.
- 1:15:53Speaker 4: Uh did you get us to Jeff?
- 1:15:56Speaker 6: No, it's before Jeff was on the show. Really Yeah, yeah,
- 1:16:01Speaker 6: well I think it's been. It was supposed to be
- 1:16:03Speaker 6: to mess with Greg because it has ants.
- 1:16:05Speaker 4: It's an ingredient.
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: Slack face hot sauce. We have one in here. No,
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: it's not that one.
- 1:16:11Speaker 4: We've got fifty different hot sauces we got.
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: We've got a bunch half the expired extreme upper heat
- 1:16:16Speaker 2: like I like spice to a certain degree. We talked
- 1:16:18Speaker 2: about that, but not where it's just like just burning
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: your ass off, just to burn your ass off. And
- 1:16:24Speaker 2: also it's sometimes I feel like, I don't know, are
- 1:16:28Speaker 2: you showing off? Like you get it? You love hot sauce.
- 1:16:31Speaker 5: What is it ceases to be a flavor, And it's just.
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: Like dangerous people who are just like everything's hot sauce.
- 1:16:39Speaker 4: Everything they put it the second it hits your tongue
- 1:16:41Speaker 4: and it's just like all it is is yeah, fire,
- 1:16:46Speaker 4: there's no point.
- 1:16:47Speaker 2: Well, there are hot sauce snobs the same way that
- 1:16:50Speaker 2: there are you know, different booze snobs, wine snobs, beer snobs,
- 1:16:54Speaker 2: you know, whiskey snobs. You know, you get these, you
- 1:16:57Speaker 2: get these hot sauce people. It's like we get it.
- 1:17:00Speaker 4: Like Devil's Canyon, hot sauce is not the game.
- 1:17:05Speaker 2: So those aren't the ones that this isn't what he
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: was looking for. But I did find one called the Reaper. Yeah,
- 1:17:11Speaker 2: there was another thing I had because you said hot
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: sauce cocaine. Somebody said cocaine, Hot sauce coc Yeah, so
- 1:17:17Speaker 2: we had while it was in the thing that we
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: played coming back from the commercial that reminded me of
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: the hot sauce thing.
- 1:17:21Speaker 4: That was one of the things on the wheel. If
- 1:17:23Speaker 4: you can't complete a tech.
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: But I do have something on I do have something
- 1:17:29Speaker 2: on the other thing.
- 1:17:31Speaker 10: If your cow has a wooden bumperes.
- 1:17:38Speaker 2: What I'm talking about. This is from Wildwood, New Jersey,
- 1:17:41Speaker 2: where this family they were on vacation on the beach
- 1:17:43Speaker 2: there at the Jersey Shore, that is, until their two
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: year old toddler ended up in the hospital. According to
- 1:17:50Speaker 2: the police, thirty nine year old Alexander T. Moles. He
- 1:17:54Speaker 2: was supposedly to be the adult in charge watching the
- 1:17:57Speaker 2: kid and his siblings while the mom took a shower,
- 1:18:00Speaker 2: but he wasn't really paying all that close of attention
- 1:18:02Speaker 2: because the two year old got into his coke stash
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: and overdosed, who so off to the hospital. The doctors
- 1:18:10Speaker 2: were able to save him thanks to Narcan. The cop
- 1:18:13Speaker 2: did a search of the airbnb there staying at and
- 1:18:16Speaker 2: they found pills, some tinfoil packs and other little plastic
- 1:18:19Speaker 2: bags full of drugs. You know, when you're taking the
- 1:18:21Speaker 2: kids down the beach, that's the other stuff that you're back.
- 1:18:23Speaker 4: I don't see that as an Airbnb family, but here
- 1:18:25Speaker 4: we are, right.
- 1:18:26Speaker 2: Alex was arrested taking the jail where they took this
- 1:18:29Speaker 2: very sexy mug shot, and they charged them with endangering
- 1:18:31Speaker 2: the well for a child, among other drug charges. Yeah,
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: that's okay. Here's another question. When does this this seventies
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: mustache trend die.
- 1:18:44Speaker 4: Full handle bars?
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: When is that over? That's been the thing with the
- 1:18:47Speaker 2: young bucks now for I would say that about a year,
- 1:18:49Speaker 2: year and a half, ye, maybe two years, I would
- 1:18:51Speaker 2: say too.
- 1:18:52Speaker 4: Yeah, the last couple of years that in the mullet
- 1:18:54Speaker 4: they love these.
- 1:18:55Speaker 2: Yeah, it can go away. Yeah, what's the what's the
- 1:18:57Speaker 2: clock ticking on this one? Guys just asking the.
- 1:19:01Speaker 4: So, yeah, it's about time, it's Yeah.
- 1:19:04Speaker 7: This might be a case, the only case where you
- 1:19:07Speaker 7: could maybe say the drugs were in the house. This
- 1:19:11Speaker 7: is an arabnd. We didn't know that there was cocaine
- 1:19:14Speaker 7: in it. This might be the only time at work.
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: But was it found in their suitcase in the arab Yeah,
- 1:19:19Speaker 2: I mean if it was found like some random cabinet
- 1:19:21Speaker 2: somewhere there's the caveat Yeah. Well, anyway, that's from Wildwood,
- 1:19:26Speaker 2: New Jersey, where you got thirty nine year old Alexander T. Moles,
- 1:19:30Speaker 2: who ended up in jail after failing at his babysitting
- 1:19:32Speaker 2: job after the two year old he was in charge
- 1:19:34Speaker 2: of watching got into his stash and odeed on cocaine and.
- 1:19:40Speaker 4: That is today's red nick.
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: I mean, welcome back. There's a story. Do you guys
- 1:19:55Speaker 2: ever go to camp as a kid, like summer camp? Yes?
- 1:19:59Speaker 5: Yeah, time for one day.
- 1:20:02Speaker 2: That was like but like even like a day camp
- 1:20:04Speaker 2: kind of thing. Yeah, I went to It would be
- 1:20:06Speaker 2: like a weekend or something. I went to one of
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: these a y m C A summer camp. Yeah, I
- 1:20:13Speaker 2: went to one of those. I went to one that
- 1:20:15Speaker 2: the town like the local township brand. Huh yeah, what's that?
- 1:20:20Speaker 2: The day camp? Yeah, yeah, day camp kind of stuff.
- 1:20:23Speaker 5: I did go to.
- 1:20:24Speaker 2: My mom sent me to a church camp once that
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: was like a week I think it was the first
- 1:20:28Speaker 2: time I ever did like an overnight camp thing.
- 1:20:31Speaker 5: It fun, Yeah, it was.
- 1:20:33Speaker 2: It was fine. It was like a lot of swimming
- 1:20:34Speaker 2: and you know, yeah stuff like that.
- 1:20:37Speaker 7: I did one they had horseback riding, but I was
- 1:20:40Speaker 7: definitely allergic to horses, and I'm like, why are you
- 1:20:43Speaker 7: setting me a horse camp?
- 1:20:44Speaker 2: That's right?
- 1:20:44Speaker 4: What is it about horses that you're allergic to?
- 1:20:46Speaker 7: Have no clue, but I can't even a horse standard
- 1:20:50Speaker 7: got to be maybe yeah, I was randomly looking up
- 1:20:53Speaker 7: the y m C A Wikipedia page the other day.
- 1:20:56Speaker 2: Yeah, why I drove by one.
- 1:20:58Speaker 4: I was like, huh really like looked into what it
- 1:21:02Speaker 4: was even about. He never went into one when I
- 1:21:05Speaker 4: was like super young, probably like in the eighties when.
- 1:21:08Speaker 2: I was the kids, my mom sent me to, uh,
- 1:21:10Speaker 2: swim lessons at the y.
- 1:21:11Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, Venice. If you're on the Wikipedia, you probably
- 1:21:14Speaker 6: know what YMCU stands for, right.
- 1:21:16Speaker 4: Young Christian there's the y M and the y w
- 1:21:20Speaker 4: c A, y m c A. There's oh yeah, oh
- 1:21:25Speaker 4: yeah yeah, Young Male Christian Association or something like that. Yeah,
- 1:21:30Speaker 4: and they've been around since the eighteen hundreds. What, Yeah,
- 1:21:33Speaker 4: they started in Switzerland.
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: Manus goes down these like really random yeah rabbit holes
- 1:21:38Speaker 2: from time to time he does. Yeah, yeah, that's fair.
- 1:21:42Speaker 2: Most of the time. It's like when he's high and yeah.
- 1:21:44Speaker 4: But I wasn't looking up stuff and just drove by one.
- 1:21:47Speaker 2: I was like, huh, yeah.
- 1:21:48Speaker 7: Gona look it up and what he wanted to or
- 1:21:50Speaker 7: did go to space camp? He just did, Oh you did,
- 1:21:53Speaker 7: yeah twice, but that was a sleep sleep there camp.
- 1:21:56Speaker 7: That was like get on a plane because it was
- 1:21:57Speaker 7: in Huntsville, Alabama.
- 1:21:58Speaker 5: Are you a billionaire?
- 1:22:00Speaker 2: No space cam?
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: No?
- 1:22:01Speaker 2: Like my mom my mom worked really hard and saved
- 1:22:05Speaker 2: up all year because it was I love the space
- 1:22:07Speaker 2: program so much. Remember I wrote the letter to NASA
- 1:22:10Speaker 2: the like you know, the Challenger thing was a huge
- 1:22:13Speaker 2: moment for me because I was so into the space program.
- 1:22:15Speaker 2: That was devastating. I remember the very special Punky Brewister
- 1:22:20Speaker 2: episode on the Challenger explosion. They yeah, so like, yeah,
- 1:22:25Speaker 2: my mom worked really hard and save it was like
- 1:22:27Speaker 2: her big thing, and I I went that was It
- 1:22:29Speaker 2: was great. It was really cool. It was really cool,
- 1:22:32Speaker 2: although it didn't live up to what the movie. You
- 1:22:34Speaker 2: guys remember the movie Space but they accidentally.
- 1:22:37Speaker 5: Got launched accidentally.
- 1:22:39Speaker 2: Yeah, the kids were at Space camp and they got
- 1:22:41Speaker 2: to go like take a tour at NASA and go
- 1:22:43Speaker 2: sit in the Space Shuttle that just happened to be
- 1:22:45Speaker 2: on the launch pad, and you know, the kid's dream
- 1:22:48Speaker 2: was to go to space. As this little robot made
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: it so that the Shuttle would launch while they're in it,
- 1:22:53Speaker 2: and they ended up in space. I had to figure
- 1:22:55Speaker 2: out how to get back home.
- 1:22:56Speaker 6: It really paints NASA as a bunch of bubbling buffoons,
- 1:22:58Speaker 6: doesn't it.
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: Like I'm watching I go, dude, that would be awesome.
- 1:23:03Speaker 2: Launch me Anyway, so back to the story about the
- 1:23:06Speaker 2: why Police New Jersey. They have launched an investigation into
- 1:23:10Speaker 2: a YMCA summer camp after a bunch of the campers
- 1:23:13Speaker 2: got really sick and really high. Oh cops got a
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: call saying at least thirteen kids weren't feeling well, and
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: when they got there, they found one of the kids
- 1:23:23Speaker 2: was passing out chocolate shrooms to the other campers. The
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: cops are looking into the kid, but there's a good
- 1:23:29Speaker 2: chance that they thought it was just normal chocolate yet
- 1:23:33Speaker 2: just brought it from home. Parents dash right. The cops said.
- 1:23:37Speaker 2: The suspect has been identified. They're working on maybe some charges,
- 1:23:41Speaker 2: but again they're looking. But one of the moms, she
- 1:23:44Speaker 2: is pissed and warning there's a fun Northeast accent involved here.
- 1:23:48Speaker 3: Got there.
- 1:23:48Speaker 10: My daughter was destroyed, very emotional. She thought she was
- 1:23:52Speaker 10: in trouble. When I robbed to the YMCA, it was
- 1:23:54Speaker 10: about thirteen children. They, for lack of better words, they
- 1:23:58Speaker 10: look like zombies. It was really sad. We were in
- 1:24:00Speaker 10: a car. She was like nip peeling over as we
- 1:24:03Speaker 10: were driving. She would shift her body.
- 1:24:06Speaker 2: She was high on shrooms. She was no pain.
- 1:24:10Speaker 5: Yeah'd be super scary. If you didn't know what was
- 1:24:12Speaker 5: going on.
- 1:24:12Speaker 2: With really good day Camp. Yeah, Great Day Camp didn't
- 1:24:15Speaker 2: have that when I was a kid. Yeah, no, we SeaBASS.
- 1:24:18Speaker 2: We got a surprise for you, is it? Oh? Oh? Oh?
- 1:24:23Speaker 6: You know I'm looking for as a brushguard from my
- 1:24:24Speaker 6: cyber truck. I I want to be able to ram stuff,
- 1:24:27Speaker 6: you know, without damaging the vehicle.
- 1:24:28Speaker 2: Uh huh?
- 1:24:29Speaker 4: How did you guess what we got you dude, It's
- 1:24:32Speaker 4: it's not that, it's not that it's something that you
- 1:24:35Speaker 4: love though.
- 1:24:36Speaker 2: What that is? Don't you love when people bring their
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: pets to work? Well?
- 1:24:41Speaker 6: Yeah, because I think it's first of all, super necessary
- 1:24:43Speaker 6: and very clean. But the thing is, in this building,
- 1:24:47Speaker 6: especially this floor, I have a laminated, certified copy from
- 1:24:50Speaker 6: a letter from our building, you know, manager person saying
- 1:24:53Speaker 6: that's not allowed.
- 1:24:53Speaker 5: Oh no, okay, Well some people on.
- 1:24:57Speaker 2: The show took it upon themselves. They all brought their
- 1:25:03Speaker 2: pet into work today. It's Woody Show, Bring your pet
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: to work the way I wanted and wanted to introduce
- 1:25:13Speaker 2: you because you've heard so much about these pets over
- 1:25:18Speaker 2: the years. Well, I think I've met Chimney and Cheerio,
- 1:25:22Speaker 2: and this is dogs Jimmy and Churo. Uh yeah, no,
- 1:25:26Speaker 2: but you know Greg Ob Morgan's has gone because you've
- 1:25:30Speaker 2: talked about Greg's dogs.
- 1:25:32Speaker 4: Yeah, I about Greg's dog. Tried to tried to suck
- 1:25:34Speaker 4: my blood. Here you want do you want to meet
- 1:25:37Speaker 4: Greg's dog, Greg?
- 1:25:39Speaker 2: Yeah, here's Greg's dog? All right? This is this is Rex.
- 1:25:44Speaker 6: This is Rex that we've heard so much about that
- 1:25:46Speaker 6: that's the perfect dog that Greg has ever had.
- 1:25:49Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:25:50Speaker 7: Yes, he was a treasure and an angel.
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: He was pure perfection. Greg.
- 1:25:55Speaker 4: That's a just a large.
- 1:25:57Speaker 7: Yeah, that's well, that's Rex for you. That's what happens
- 1:26:00Speaker 7: when he passed away about ten years ago.
- 1:26:03Speaker 2: That was a big urn. That's a lot of is
- 1:26:06Speaker 2: that is it put all his kills in there as well?
- 1:26:09Speaker 2: It's like made of stone. I believe. It kind of
- 1:26:12Speaker 2: looks like a c.
- 1:26:15Speaker 4: I guess.
- 1:26:15Speaker 2: And then where do you keep that?
- 1:26:17Speaker 7: That that I keep on a bookshelf in the office.
- 1:26:21Speaker 4: And his tax dog, actually.
- 1:26:24Speaker 2: Rex with my old phone number on it. So sweet?
- 1:26:28Speaker 2: There's Rex and the ashes loose in that urn. No,
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: they're in a bag. They're like a bag.
- 1:26:34Speaker 4: You hate to get that all over the studio.
- 1:26:35Speaker 7: I want to taste it perfectly, perfectly clean, all right.
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: And then uh, Morgan brought her dog Jeffrey to me.
- 1:26:43Speaker 2: Jeffrey jeff nois Jeffreys two boxes? Yeah? All right, yeah,
- 1:26:49Speaker 2: so this is the other one. I think is is
- 1:26:51Speaker 2: Jeff's dogs like a Jeff's dog is.
- 1:26:53Speaker 4: Account you don't want to hold him? Uh?
- 1:26:58Speaker 6: You know, I I gues said, I am slightly allergic
- 1:27:00Speaker 6: to dogs in the actual for real life A.
- 1:27:03Speaker 2: Box that would you still be? Would you still I
- 1:27:06Speaker 2: mean there wouldn't be any dander at this point.
- 1:27:08Speaker 4: Right of course not.
- 1:27:10Speaker 2: It's a snort them.
- 1:27:11Speaker 4: Can you hold that up for the cameras?
- 1:27:12Speaker 2: This is like a yeah, this is like a eight
- 1:27:15Speaker 2: by twelve inch nice wood box. That's the box you
- 1:27:19Speaker 2: were talking about? Or is that you put it in
- 1:27:21Speaker 2: something else? Now?
- 1:27:22Speaker 5: No, this is what they sent me. It's pretty I
- 1:27:24Speaker 5: don't mean to be crude, but is that all of Jeffrey?
- 1:27:27Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it's heavy.
- 1:27:28Speaker 5: Okay, yeah, what are they what do they charged that again?
- 1:27:31Speaker 2: There's some pounded.
- 1:27:32Speaker 12: Well it was three thirty total to get him, like
- 1:27:35Speaker 12: the box and the nose prints.
- 1:27:37Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, okay to the whole thing. That's not that's
- 1:27:38Speaker 2: not too bad.
- 1:27:40Speaker 4: That's like fifty a whole week of working on the
- 1:27:42Speaker 4: Woody Show.
- 1:27:44Speaker 2: Yeah, and then here you have one more You have
- 1:27:47Speaker 2: one more pet to meet, and it's a Jeff G.
- 1:27:49Speaker 2: That's the one that like a.
- 1:27:51Speaker 11: Jewelry, my little, my little Lucy.
- 1:27:54Speaker 4: It's a mouse.
- 1:27:56Speaker 2: No, it was a kind of. It was a mix.
- 1:27:59Speaker 2: We got her at the Power. She's like half whipp
- 1:28:01Speaker 2: it have something else, but here she is.
- 1:28:04Speaker 5: Whipps are super skinny. Are you jealous?
- 1:28:06Speaker 4: Grays?
- 1:28:07Speaker 6: They are same box for art, I know, wow, the
- 1:28:10Speaker 6: same design, vines and flowers.
- 1:28:12Speaker 2: So which one do you like the best to.
- 1:28:14Speaker 5: Bring your favorite dogs?
- 1:28:18Speaker 6: Jeff gees is the most convenient because it's four inches
- 1:28:22Speaker 6: by six Give the kisses you said. Greg's earned does
- 1:28:26Speaker 6: look like it came out of like the ruins of Pompeige.
- 1:28:29Speaker 7: I know, I'm so into rustic pottery.
- 1:28:32Speaker 5: It's ridiculous, but but Morgan's has some heft to it.
- 1:28:36Speaker 9: Man.
- 1:28:36Speaker 4: Greg did also something class, he said, the dog tag
- 1:28:38Speaker 4: on it.
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: It's cute. It's really really nice. It's really well done.
- 1:28:43Speaker 2: Let's like it's it does the Gays proud.
- 1:28:46Speaker 7: You can't half ass and earn with ashes.
- 1:28:49Speaker 6: No offense again to Morgan or to Jeff G. But yeah,
- 1:28:51Speaker 6: I'll tell you the best what I ever saw my
- 1:28:53Speaker 6: my buddy Lucky Yates. He's the voice of the scientist
- 1:28:57Speaker 6: on Archer. He took the ashes from his dead dog
- 1:29:02Speaker 6: and had someone mix them into a full resin bust
- 1:29:05Speaker 6: that is above the fireplace in his house.
- 1:29:07Speaker 5: That's commitment.
- 1:29:08Speaker 6: And it's like, not only is it the you know,
- 1:29:11Speaker 6: the likeness they're all, but it's it's imbued within.
- 1:29:14Speaker 2: Wow.
- 1:29:15Speaker 4: So it's a bust. I don't get it, like a statue. Yeah, statue,
- 1:29:20Speaker 4: Gina got rid.
- 1:29:21Speaker 2: Of the exactly when someone's inducted into the NFL Hall
- 1:29:25Speaker 2: of Fame, like they have their bust, like.
- 1:29:27Speaker 6: It's the yeah, yeah, just a statue.
- 1:29:34Speaker 4: It's easy, now, Gina. True or false?
- 1:29:37Speaker 2: You can't wait for your dog to be in one
- 1:29:39Speaker 2: of these things. The bitch is more about this dog
- 1:29:47Speaker 2: that I heard her complain about anything before.
- 1:29:52Speaker 5: It's the barking in the middle of the night that's
- 1:29:54Speaker 5: killing me. It's literally killing me. I don't because they
- 1:29:58Speaker 5: don't bark. I don't think I can keep up with this,
- 1:30:02Speaker 5: so I might have to pull No, I'm gonna pull
- 1:30:05Speaker 5: a Jeff g and maybe move rooms.
- 1:30:09Speaker 2: Yeah, but I thought you were bringing this dog to training.
- 1:30:11Speaker 5: We're gonna puppy preschool tonight.
- 1:30:13Speaker 2: Okay, but maybe need something a little bit more intense
- 1:30:16Speaker 2: the way I was shipped off to, like maybe a
- 1:30:17Speaker 2: boarding school kind of thing, one of those they go
- 1:30:19Speaker 2: away we talked about.
- 1:30:21Speaker 5: Yeah, I've talked to a few different borders and was
- 1:30:24Speaker 5: told she's not a candidate for boarding even.
- 1:30:27Speaker 2: Want to just trank it.
- 1:30:28Speaker 5: She's just very she's just very attached to our family.
- 1:30:34Speaker 5: Stop it. No, we're gonna have someone come in, but
- 1:30:37Speaker 5: she just she They bark to alert you. They don't.
- 1:30:39Speaker 5: They don't have like a spike Jeane like we do.
- 1:30:42Speaker 5: They're not trying to piss you off. They're barking to
- 1:30:44Speaker 5: alert you have stuff that I don't need to be
- 1:30:45Speaker 5: alerted to.
- 1:30:46Speaker 4: So I need attention alert alert.
- 1:30:48Speaker 5: I'm just gonna have to move to the game. Maybe I.
- 1:30:52Speaker 4: Would never really they're the ones that don't shock. They
- 1:30:54Speaker 4: just kind of just kind of shake a little bit.
- 1:30:56Speaker 5: Or they do have ones that very little like orange oil.
- 1:31:00Speaker 5: I like it.
- 1:31:02Speaker 4: What are they called Taurus? Are they known for this
- 1:31:05Speaker 4: type of behavior? These type of dogs? That's the breed name.
- 1:31:08Speaker 5: Yeah, something interesting about them. So they're from Madagascar because
- 1:31:18Speaker 5: apparently there was a shipwreck and the ones that survived
- 1:31:22Speaker 5: swam ashore, and then they started like being super feral
- 1:31:25Speaker 5: and would like fight crocodiles, which they do not look
- 1:31:28Speaker 5: like they.
- 1:31:29Speaker 2: I don't believe.
- 1:31:31Speaker 13: An idea must be true.
- 1:31:35Speaker 2: Seas you like a good project and challenge. Went on YouTube,
- 1:31:39Speaker 2: learned how to like train the dog for a couple
- 1:31:42Speaker 2: of things, and then she gives you the dog for
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: like a week.
- 1:31:44Speaker 6: I would never I first off, way ahead of you.
- 1:31:46Speaker 6: I used to love watching The Dog Whisperer, and I
- 1:31:50Speaker 6: would go to people's houses with problem dogs and I
- 1:31:52Speaker 6: would just dog whisper them, and instantly they'd be like,
- 1:31:54Speaker 6: why does he respect you so much?
- 1:31:56Speaker 1: Wait?
- 1:31:56Speaker 6: So you're just doing this well, not not just that,
- 1:31:59Speaker 6: but it's also like you don't it's it's all the
- 1:32:01Speaker 6: stuff he talks about.
- 1:32:02Speaker 2: You don't get.
- 1:32:02Speaker 4: When you come home to greet them, you are.
- 1:32:03Speaker 5: Like, I don't know you. Wait till you're done?
- 1:32:11Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:32:13Speaker 2: Can I put you back up on your throat? Who
- 1:32:17Speaker 2: runs the house?
- 1:32:18Speaker 3: Run the house? Yeah?
- 1:32:20Speaker 2: You know what, Mommy doesn't want to sleep. I can't
- 1:32:23Speaker 2: wait to complain. Give me more material.
- 1:32:27Speaker 13: That's how great that you leave the treats by the
- 1:32:33Speaker 13: door and you throw them on the ground and you
- 1:32:35Speaker 13: say find it, and then that immediately distracts them and
- 1:32:37Speaker 13: they go find it.
- 1:32:38Speaker 4: Or you'd be a man, you just yeah, you don't
- 1:32:41Speaker 4: give them the.
- 1:32:42Speaker 5: Treat exactly, no, no, no, no, give a treat as.
- 1:32:44Speaker 2: Soon as you walk.
- 1:32:46Speaker 5: Expect to them.
- 1:32:47Speaker 2: When they don't get the treat, then they start barking.
- 1:32:48Speaker 5: That's incorrect. Would you hate it's it's distracting them. It's
- 1:32:52Speaker 5: creating a diversion so they're not focused on you and
- 1:32:54Speaker 5: spazzing out. You're supposed to throw kibble on the ground
- 1:32:56Speaker 5: and go find it, And I thought.
- 1:32:57Speaker 2: You were supposed to be I thought you're supposed to
- 1:32:59Speaker 2: just ignore them.
- 1:32:59Speaker 4: That is, you know, it's funny and wood.
- 1:33:01Speaker 6: I just I watched The Dog West, but I didn't
- 1:33:02Speaker 6: see him throwing treats like he's just actually been.
- 1:33:08Speaker 4: Causan Milan's compound, hung out with them for the day.
- 1:33:10Speaker 4: And what do you know what he does? He just
- 1:33:12Speaker 4: walks around, doesn't even pay attention to and they just
- 1:33:16Speaker 4: follow him around like he's a pack leader, and he did.
- 1:33:19Speaker 4: If he stops, they stop and sit down and they wait.
- 1:33:22Speaker 5: Force Yeah, I think that's true for everyone. You just
- 1:33:25Speaker 5: walk into a room and you ignore them and they
- 1:33:26Speaker 5: immediately know how to obey.
- 1:33:28Speaker 2: Right, Well, what about okay, so what about the idea
- 1:33:30Speaker 2: we send sea mass over to train the dog. There's
- 1:33:33Speaker 2: a next level thing. And you've probably seen this on
- 1:33:35Speaker 2: dog wispers.
- 1:33:36Speaker 6: If they are If they are, yeah, taser, pepper spray
- 1:33:39Speaker 6: if they are, if they are being like nippy or whatever,
- 1:33:41Speaker 6: you grab him by the scruff, you throw it and
- 1:33:43Speaker 6: not throw them, but you roll them on the ground
- 1:33:45Speaker 6: and just hold him there almost like a little tab.
- 1:33:50Speaker 5: Actually breeds aggression in them and makes them bite more.
- 1:33:52Speaker 5: But again, Caesar Malan's your guy.
- 1:33:54Speaker 4: Yeah, the guy who's been doing this for years and
- 1:33:56Speaker 4: literally has again.
- 1:33:57Speaker 5: Like he has never had any controversy around him.
- 1:34:00Speaker 6: Here's a problem, menace, is that people get successful and
- 1:34:02Speaker 6: then all these losers attack them.
- 1:34:04Speaker 2: Of course, I mean, I don't know what they're teaching
- 1:34:06Speaker 2: it the pet smart.
- 1:34:07Speaker 5: It's not smart, it's or whatever, you know, it's where.
- 1:34:11Speaker 4: They do it.
- 1:34:12Speaker 5: But these are really these are really great. This is
- 1:34:14Speaker 5: specifically for puppies. So some of the stuff you're saying,
- 1:34:17Speaker 5: it's not going to work on a puppy. But you
- 1:34:19Speaker 5: know what, you're the genius, You're the dog trainers.
- 1:34:21Speaker 4: So I'm just gonnall the genius.
- 1:34:24Speaker 2: The genius aggressive you. It's a lack of sleep, that's
- 1:34:27Speaker 2: speaking attitude. We're all here, We're all here to help.
- 1:34:33Speaker 4: Tell I came with solutions. We're all helping.
- 1:34:35Speaker 12: Ten minutes, I had an idea of like, you know,
- 1:34:38Speaker 12: let's get Sea.
- 1:34:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:34:41Speaker 2: No, just like I think it's just the lack of sleep.
- 1:34:44Speaker 2: You're laughing out.
- 1:34:44Speaker 5: Know, you guys are right. I am out of line
- 1:34:48Speaker 5: speak for themselves. When you go up like that, it's
- 1:34:50Speaker 5: not past well.
- 1:34:51Speaker 2: I think you know, like Sea Bass he you know
- 1:34:53Speaker 2: he knows how to handle a cuturus. Yeah, we've been
- 1:34:58Speaker 2: hearing about it for years, and like maybe he contain.
- 1:35:00Speaker 4: This are theorus?
- 1:35:02Speaker 5: Can you imagine aboutwhere near a clatoras cotton claittoras whatever
- 1:35:06Speaker 5: that dog's call.
- 1:35:07Speaker 4: Yeah, next level.
- 1:35:11Speaker 6: I will allow the dog to come in and I
- 1:35:13Speaker 6: will dog Oh my god, interesting that would be one day.
- 1:35:19Speaker 2: Will you will disregard the memo from the office.
- 1:35:24Speaker 5: This sounds like a plan. I would That would be amazing.
- 1:35:30Speaker 2: But you can't question his techniques.
- 1:35:32Speaker 5: Unless he hurts my dog.
- 1:35:33Speaker 2: I never have. It's not gonna hurt a dog.
- 1:35:36Speaker 5: You just said you pick it up and slam it
- 1:35:38Speaker 5: on the ground, and the.
- 1:35:38Speaker 2: Dogs underwater for ten minutes.
- 1:35:42Speaker 5: You waterboard the dog until it's almost dead.
- 1:35:44Speaker 2: Eight seven forty four Wooding. If you want to call
- 1:35:48Speaker 2: in text us over to two two nine eight seven.
- 1:35:50Speaker 2: We're gonna take a break, then we'll come back. It
- 1:35:53Speaker 2: is Shark Week on Discovery, but here in the wood
- 1:35:55Speaker 2: Show it is narc Week. So we have another round
- 1:35:58Speaker 2: of card narks. Agent Sebashi out there doing the lord's
- 1:36:01Speaker 2: work in the parking lots.
- 1:36:02Speaker 4: You can lay down the law.
- 1:36:03Speaker 2: See if he can try. Like he's out there trying
- 1:36:05Speaker 2: to train lazy bones to do the right thing, and
- 1:36:09Speaker 2: that's way more difficult, I think than like some.
- 1:36:12Speaker 5: I've agreed twice now I can't wait.
- 1:36:14Speaker 2: Doesn't send a text over to two nine eighty seven.
- 1:36:17Speaker 2: Nark Week next on The Woody Show. The Show and
- 1:36:24Speaker 2: Shark Week on Discovery rolls on AB I watch any
- 1:36:28Speaker 2: of the nothing.
- 1:36:31Speaker 4: You never really even been into it at all, Like
- 1:36:34Speaker 4: ripping out.
- 1:36:35Speaker 2: Over Shark Week. It did'd be cool to be going somewhere,
- 1:36:38Speaker 2: you know, like he goes, like in Florida, you can
- 1:36:40Speaker 2: feed alligators, are even cool to feed sharks.
- 1:36:42Speaker 5: Yeah, Like the person goes in the shark cage or
- 1:36:45Speaker 5: like the sharks go around it.
- 1:36:47Speaker 2: That's cool, or like go out on the ocean chum.
- 1:36:49Speaker 5: Yeah, and I watched pretty cool.
- 1:36:51Speaker 2: But getting in the cage, no way to do that.
- 1:36:54Speaker 2: You can do that in Hawaiian I go to the
- 1:36:56Speaker 2: north shore there, like yeah, yeah, preg chucks don't have hands,
- 1:37:02Speaker 2: they can help k they got the hoopa, but they
- 1:37:07Speaker 2: can ram the camembertop. Yeah yeah, look at that situation.
- 1:37:13Speaker 2: He went into them. Anyway, it's a it's shark week
- 1:37:17Speaker 2: on Discovery. It is Cartnarc week here on the Wooden Show. Yes,
- 1:37:23Speaker 2: Agent Sebastian out there patrolling, shumming the parking lots and
- 1:37:29Speaker 2: finding people. Just wait five minutes, you'll find someone who's
- 1:37:32Speaker 2: gonna be a lazy bones and try not to return
- 1:37:33Speaker 2: that cart.
- 1:37:34Speaker 4: And whoop loop, here comes the agent of the cart Arks.
- 1:37:37Speaker 2: What do you got for us?
- 1:37:38Speaker 6: This is our special agent, Agent Robarc's going half man,
- 1:37:43Speaker 6: half machine.
- 1:37:44Speaker 2: And you would think that if someone started talking to
- 1:37:46Speaker 2: you in a robotic voice out in public in the
- 1:37:49Speaker 2: park parking lot, you'd probably say you probably address that,
- 1:37:51Speaker 2: wouldn't you? What are you talking?
- 1:37:54Speaker 6: What never happens with Robark? So but he's much more
- 1:37:57Speaker 6: logical even than I, Agent Sebastian. So this lady she's
- 1:38:00Speaker 6: got she's older, but she has two younger you know,
- 1:38:03Speaker 6: eight adults in the back seat.
- 1:38:05Speaker 4: She just says, you know what to do? That the
- 1:38:07Speaker 4: handicap walk away, just a dump.
- 1:38:08Speaker 2: My cart right there.
- 1:38:09Speaker 4: Can screw screw you if you need to open.
- 1:38:11Speaker 6: Your door, because then now there's a cart in your way,
- 1:38:12Speaker 6: or if you've got a walker or a powered chair,
- 1:38:15Speaker 6: you gotta go around or go through my cart. So
- 1:38:17Speaker 6: Agent Robonark sees if he can get through to her,
- 1:38:20Speaker 6: why that's not a good thing to do.
- 1:38:21Speaker 3: Scooped deetaly, whoop weep, whoop weep, we whoop we woo.
- 1:38:25Speaker 3: Did you see who left this cart here?
- 1:38:26Speaker 2: Ma'am? I got it from there, I got her.
- 1:38:29Speaker 3: So you think that's where they belong?
- 1:38:31Speaker 1: Was there?
- 1:38:31Speaker 2: That wasn't the question? Well, I got it from there.
- 1:38:35Speaker 9: I left it there.
- 1:38:35Speaker 3: When your children use that on you, do you say.
- 1:38:38Speaker 4: It wasn't even there?
- 1:38:39Speaker 9: It was knocking the handicaps.
- 1:38:40Speaker 5: So I want to get off myself, take it off.
- 1:38:43Speaker 3: I left it there, and so you understand that it
- 1:38:46Speaker 3: is a problem.
- 1:38:48Speaker 6: Say yeah, excuse, well, that's where I found it. Yeah,
- 1:38:54Speaker 6: every parent has heard that a trillion times. Is that
- 1:38:57Speaker 6: where it belongs? Well, that's where I found it, not
- 1:38:59Speaker 6: the question I asked. And then her excuse was, actually
- 1:39:01Speaker 6: it was actually blocking the handicap spots. Why did you
- 1:39:03Speaker 6: get out to move it?
- 1:39:04Speaker 2: So you understand, I will take Like if I go
- 1:39:08Speaker 2: to the grocery store and there's a car that somebody
- 1:39:10Speaker 2: has left out like a lazy bones, I'll take that
- 1:39:12Speaker 2: cart and use that as my own.
- 1:39:13Speaker 5: Yeah, I do too.
- 1:39:14Speaker 4: I not only that, I'll do it cause I don't
- 1:39:16Speaker 4: use carts that off and I'll just take it back
- 1:39:17Speaker 4: with me.
- 1:39:18Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll rehome it some user.
- 1:39:21Speaker 6: Okay, So she's she's trying to excuse is she's not
- 1:39:24Speaker 6: listening to the robark here. So you gotta put out
- 1:39:26Speaker 6: the magnet that says I don't return a shopping cart
- 1:39:28Speaker 6: like a jerk and apply it to their car because
- 1:39:29Speaker 6: magnets apparently disabled cars.
- 1:39:31Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, it keeps them from working.
- 1:39:33Speaker 3: You understand the problem. Then I work for the sexy
- 1:39:36Speaker 3: and powerful car narks magnet being applied.
- 1:39:40Speaker 1: You better stop on me.
- 1:39:43Speaker 3: But you blocked the handicap spot, man, You need to
- 1:39:47Speaker 3: not block traffic. Give them on my car. Idiot, I'm
- 1:39:51Speaker 3: not in your car. Foul language attacted.
- 1:39:57Speaker 6: So yeah, she stopped driving, got out to throw with
- 1:40:00Speaker 6: a magnet, said I was in her car. Somehow a
- 1:40:02Speaker 6: roboarchs sorr it was.
- 1:40:03Speaker 1: In her car.
- 1:40:04Speaker 6: Yeah, again, she could have just left, could have And
- 1:40:06Speaker 6: Jeff g saw this. Some people just don't engage.
- 1:40:10Speaker 11: Yeah, we had a guy that just drove away like
- 1:40:13Speaker 11: pretended you to hear us.
- 1:40:15Speaker 4: That's my recommendation.
- 1:40:18Speaker 2: You don't have to engage.
- 1:40:19Speaker 6: But one thing I heard a lot recently, actually I
- 1:40:21Speaker 6: hadn't thought about, is that the magnet is me getting
- 1:40:24Speaker 6: the last word, because you know, they because they they
- 1:40:27Speaker 6: think that first off, they think that by throwing these
- 1:40:29Speaker 6: excuses at the carton narks ha ha, I got him.
- 1:40:31Speaker 6: Then when I re butt them with the logic of
- 1:40:33Speaker 6: why that's stupid, like oh crap, And then they thought
- 1:40:35Speaker 6: they'll still keep trying. But the magnet, oh that's the
- 1:40:38Speaker 6: last word, and they but they stop, get out, throw fight,
- 1:40:41Speaker 6: you know, cuss, et cetera. Unfortunately, this lady, because she's
- 1:40:45Speaker 6: being loud and because she's a woman, has attracted some
- 1:40:47Speaker 6: male supporters, and we have a by center that shows
- 1:40:49Speaker 6: up to unfortunately be on the wrong side of history.
- 1:40:52Speaker 3: Word here, sir, I worked for the sex game. Powerful
- 1:40:54Speaker 3: cart narks work here? Who cares? Well, what would it
- 1:40:59Speaker 3: matter telling people what you're doing work? So if someone
- 1:41:02Speaker 3: leaves a cart in a handicap walkway, is that a
- 1:41:04Speaker 3: good thing or a bad thing?
- 1:41:05Speaker 2: It's none of your business.
- 1:41:06Speaker 6: It is my business because it's the next person who
- 1:41:09Speaker 6: gets in at She's not trying to hit me with
- 1:41:10Speaker 6: her card. Luckily, I am made of robotic titanium. I'll
- 1:41:13Speaker 6: get you in the back here real quick, okay.
- 1:41:19Speaker 2: Signing of captives save.
- 1:41:23Speaker 6: On the scene, and again he won't address the the
- 1:41:26Speaker 6: the root cause, which is she's blocking the handicap walkway.
- 1:41:29Speaker 4: She's like, what is it your business?
- 1:41:32Speaker 3: Are you classic?
- 1:41:33Speaker 4: We are you so upset?
- 1:41:37Speaker 6: I get on the wrong side of How could you
- 1:41:40Speaker 6: see this situation and defend the person in the wrong
- 1:41:42Speaker 6: Like unless you're just a total scumbag.
- 1:41:45Speaker 2: Like who are you doctor Phil? Exactly?
- 1:41:48Speaker 6: So, not only does this guy show up and by
- 1:41:49Speaker 6: the way she's blocking, she's getting it out of her car,
- 1:41:52Speaker 6: she's blocking traffic.
- 1:41:53Speaker 4: So second douchebag shows.
- 1:41:55Speaker 6: Up, that doesn't make anything legal or illegal. I'm not
- 1:42:03Speaker 6: in your car, man, You keep saying that, but it
- 1:42:05Speaker 6: is not happening anything on your car. Do not be
- 1:42:08Speaker 6: a lazy bones enabler. What crime would I be committing?
- 1:42:10Speaker 6: Do you think that the police need to be called for?
- 1:42:13Speaker 2: You're an idiot.
- 1:42:14Speaker 6: You don't even work here. One another, so she throws
- 1:42:22Speaker 6: in number her son works for the police department, so
- 1:42:24Speaker 6: therefore being an idiot can be I'm.
- 1:42:28Speaker 5: Asking what crime is this?
- 1:42:30Speaker 2: Did you work?
- 1:42:31Speaker 4: You mentioned this recently? Great?
- 1:42:34Speaker 6: I just I think a large percentage of the population
- 1:42:37Speaker 6: is just on autopilot, absolutely.
- 1:42:39Speaker 4: And they're just.
- 1:42:41Speaker 5: They're not expecting a follow up question exactly right, Like
- 1:42:45Speaker 5: any attempt to like insert logic into their daily like
- 1:42:48Speaker 5: A to B A to B and blows their brain.
- 1:42:51Speaker 6: They can't handle it. So the second guy's here and
- 1:42:54Speaker 6: now again I'm trying to I'll engage with him.
- 1:42:56Speaker 4: What's going on here?
- 1:42:57Speaker 3: Sir? What does that matter?
- 1:42:59Speaker 12: You don't even work.
- 1:43:00Speaker 6: You can keep repeating that, but I'm asking you. I'm
- 1:43:03Speaker 6: doing it because people block the handicaps. Well, sir, she's
- 1:43:07Speaker 6: blocking the handicaps spot she had no I'm giving you
- 1:43:09Speaker 6: the fact, and you don't like that.
- 1:43:13Speaker 4: Damn, damn. First that guy says, you're doing it for
- 1:43:16Speaker 4: the grand Then that guy he pulled out some racism
- 1:43:19Speaker 4: on you, some racialism at least. Yes, stupid ass, stupid ass,
- 1:43:23Speaker 4: white ass. Yeah, which I.
- 1:43:29Speaker 6: Again, everything they say is wrong, but I'll address specifically
- 1:43:33Speaker 6: the fallacy of your just doing it for views. Well,
- 1:43:36Speaker 6: just because someone is making money off something good doesn't
- 1:43:38Speaker 6: make it bad. You know, mister Rogers got drew a
- 1:43:40Speaker 6: paycheck because your second grade grade teacher didn't go to
- 1:43:43Speaker 6: work for free. Just because just because I just because I, yes,
- 1:43:46Speaker 6: I am creating educational videos and we're doing this for
- 1:43:48Speaker 6: the radios, does not believe. That does not mean the
- 1:43:51Speaker 6: principle is wrong. Like there's But again, they'll use anything
- 1:43:54Speaker 6: to try to drive a wedge in my Robinarts argument.
- 1:43:57Speaker 6: Thank god, someone on the right side of history finally arrives.
- 1:44:02Speaker 2: Out of here.
- 1:44:03Speaker 3: Sure I'm a robot, I'm not wife. Thank you for
- 1:44:07Speaker 3: Can I get you a sticker?
- 1:44:08Speaker 7: Sir?
- 1:44:09Speaker 4: Tell this lady where she should.
- 1:44:10Speaker 2: Not leave her carts, lazy bones girl.
- 1:44:18Speaker 6: So at this point she has driven off. This guy's
- 1:44:20Speaker 6: driven through. He was behind her, being stuff behind her,
- 1:44:22Speaker 6: but at least he's you know, he's saying, what's up, carters.
- 1:44:24Speaker 6: She drives blocks the fire lane in front of the store,
- 1:44:27Speaker 6: gets out to get on nine to one one.
- 1:44:28Speaker 4: Oh, because again she could have left at any time.
- 1:44:31Speaker 6: Wow, and then she and but when you're on the
- 1:44:33Speaker 6: fine on one and you say, hey, what happened? Oh,
- 1:44:35Speaker 6: he put a mandate on my car? Is he blocking
- 1:44:37Speaker 6: your vehicle?
- 1:44:38Speaker 1: Now?
- 1:44:38Speaker 6: Is he?
- 1:44:39Speaker 4: You gotta start making up some stuff or else you
- 1:44:40Speaker 4: look like a complete moron. Wasting nine one ones is a.
- 1:44:43Speaker 2: Crime exactly, although I did not threaten her.
- 1:44:46Speaker 3: Ever, I did not threaten her at all.
- 1:44:47Speaker 1: That is a lie.
- 1:44:48Speaker 3: She just lied to the police.
- 1:44:50Speaker 5: He's a fit.
- 1:44:51Speaker 3: Are you putting stuff in other people's cars?
- 1:44:53Speaker 12: No?
- 1:44:54Speaker 3: On okay, so you're putting stuff on other people's car.
- 1:44:56Speaker 3: That's not a crime. Thank you for agreeing with me.
- 1:44:59Speaker 3: Final robo Nark out.
- 1:45:03Speaker 4: The first step, he's threatening me.
- 1:45:04Speaker 2: No, she's lying. That's the thing is. It's a false report.
- 1:45:09Speaker 2: But will she get Will the local police see this
- 1:45:11Speaker 2: and say, oh we need to go after this chick?
- 1:45:12Speaker 2: No on her way and she'll and she'll get home
- 1:45:15Speaker 2: and she'll think she's right.
- 1:45:17Speaker 5: I do love how Sea Bass started losing his cool,
- 1:45:19Speaker 5: But robot Nark came in to like calm things down.
- 1:45:22Speaker 6: Well, yeah, he's half man, half machine's part human.
- 1:45:28Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, Well there you go. Is everybody k
- 1:45:36Speaker 2: thank you for doing your park the world of these
- 1:45:40Speaker 2: lazy boat sir?
- 1:45:42Speaker 3: What does that matter?
- 1:45:44Speaker 6: You can keep repeating that, but I'm asking you. I'm
- 1:45:47Speaker 6: doing it because people block the handicaps. No, sir, she's
- 1:45:51Speaker 6: blocking the handicap spot she had.
- 1:45:53Speaker 3: No, I'm giving you the fact. And you don't like that.
- 1:45:58Speaker 4: Show.
- 1:46:00Speaker 2: He says he's got a surprise for me. I mean,
- 1:46:04Speaker 2: I think it's a surprise for everybody. If he's he's
- 1:46:07Speaker 2: being serious, i'd be a surprise for for everybody, all right.
- 1:46:11Speaker 2: I mean I can see where he says. It's, you know,
- 1:46:14Speaker 2: a super surprised for me. But all right, mystery guests, Okay,
- 1:46:19Speaker 2: better not be messing with me. Man, is this is
- 1:46:22Speaker 2: this really him? It is be real?
- 1:46:27Speaker 4: Uh the be real?
- 1:46:29Speaker 1: How's it going?
- 1:46:30Speaker 4: Would?
- 1:46:30Speaker 2: Dude? We're good man, I'm I'm uh, I'm surprised that
- 1:46:33Speaker 2: that you're on the phone. Jeff kept it a total
- 1:46:35Speaker 2: secret from me. He surprised us with a be real appearance. Dude,
- 1:46:40Speaker 2: how's it going?
- 1:46:41Speaker 1: Man?
- 1:46:41Speaker 2: We've been giving away tickets to the to the show
- 1:46:43Speaker 2: tomorrow night.
- 1:46:44Speaker 1: Yeah, we just got back in town. We were on
- 1:46:46Speaker 1: a run for you know, about two and a half weeks,
- 1:46:49Speaker 1: and this is the end of that run, going to
- 1:46:52Speaker 1: o C Fair to knock it out, you know.
- 1:46:55Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, So man, the tickets, I know, they're still
- 1:46:57Speaker 2: on sale. You can go to pa camp dot com
- 1:47:00Speaker 2: and uh, you know the show with Ozo Motley, which
- 1:47:04Speaker 2: is uh which I didn't realize this, but they were
- 1:47:07Speaker 2: the morning show on this radio station at one point.
- 1:47:12Speaker 4: They were, but they didn't want to get up that early.
- 1:47:14Speaker 2: Yeah, right, who.
- 1:47:18Speaker 4: You I dude, I know, yeah, I was just I
- 1:47:21Speaker 4: was just talking the other day.
- 1:47:23Speaker 2: I think it was maybe even the Jeff We were
- 1:47:24Speaker 2: talking about how you guys played our ten year anniversary
- 1:47:27Speaker 2: party and how awesome that was. Dude, that was one
- 1:47:30Speaker 2: of the greatest nights of my life. Cyproscil show is
- 1:47:32Speaker 2: so much fun and I still can't believe you guys
- 1:47:34Speaker 2: did that. Thanks again for playing that show.
- 1:47:37Speaker 1: That was that That was our honor men. I mean,
- 1:47:39Speaker 1: you know, you guys invited us and it was a great,
- 1:47:42Speaker 1: great event. People were up for it. I mean it
- 1:47:45Speaker 1: was it was.
- 1:47:45Speaker 4: They really made it easy.
- 1:47:46Speaker 1: I mean they came with the BYBA all ready, so
- 1:47:49Speaker 1: it was awesome.
- 1:47:49Speaker 2: Well, you gut. I just know as a fan, man,
- 1:47:51Speaker 2: you guys give the people what they want. Man. It's
- 1:47:53Speaker 2: all the all the songs that you that you want
- 1:47:55Speaker 2: to hear, a couple of things that maybe you weren't expecting,
- 1:47:58Speaker 2: but I was. I was right up front, dude. Oh
- 1:48:00Speaker 2: yeah it was. It was definitely like a bucket list
- 1:48:03Speaker 2: thing to have, you know, Cyperus Hill play one of
- 1:48:05Speaker 2: our events. Is there like, is there something you guys
- 1:48:07Speaker 2: haven't done at this point? I mean, you did the
- 1:48:09Speaker 2: whole thing with the with the symphony, you played with
- 1:48:12Speaker 2: all these different artists. Is there like maybe like one
- 1:48:14Speaker 2: particular artist or one particular event or festival that you
- 1:48:17Speaker 2: guys would still haven't checked off your list yet.
- 1:48:19Speaker 1: Well, you know, we have not done Coachella yet. That's
- 1:48:23Speaker 1: so that's one. That's probably the biggest one. I mean,
- 1:48:25Speaker 1: you know, we've done pretty much almost everything except for
- 1:48:29Speaker 1: that that would be on that would be on the checklist.
- 1:48:33Speaker 1: Other than that, it's it's there's no really, you know,
- 1:48:36Speaker 1: a particular goal insight that we that we feel like
- 1:48:40Speaker 1: we need to hit. It's it's more about just keeping
- 1:48:43Speaker 1: on doing what we love and and making sure that
- 1:48:45Speaker 1: when we get out there to perform that we're entertaining
- 1:48:48Speaker 1: people and giving our best efforts and stuff like that,
- 1:48:50Speaker 1: so you know what the achievements come. When these things happened.
- 1:48:55Speaker 1: We recognize them at the time, but it's it's not
- 1:48:57Speaker 1: something that we're that we're going for. If we get
- 1:48:59Speaker 1: coll look great. If we don't, it doesn't make or
- 1:49:02Speaker 1: break us. But it would be nice to play it.
- 1:49:04Speaker 2: I feel like that's got to happen at some point.
- 1:49:06Speaker 2: What what about like stage Coach? Would that count?
- 1:49:09Speaker 1: The stage Coach and the heartbeat off the country set?
- 1:49:13Speaker 5: Yeah, people use their mind.
- 1:49:15Speaker 4: People would love that. I'm telling you, man, at the
- 1:49:18Speaker 4: dip that'd be huge. Yeah, but you are playing Aftershock
- 1:49:22Speaker 4: Music Festival and that's massive in October and Sacramento. That's
- 1:49:26Speaker 4: Limp Biscuit tool.
- 1:49:28Speaker 2: It's been pretty cool to see what's been going down
- 1:49:30Speaker 2: with Limp Biscuit. They're renaissance. Oh yeah, like they're bringing
- 1:49:33Speaker 2: out these massive crowds man.
- 1:49:35Speaker 1: Oh yeah, they and they sound incredible. I mean we've
- 1:49:38Speaker 1: we've had a chance to play with them on this
- 1:49:41Speaker 1: On this particular run, we played like three or four
- 1:49:43Speaker 1: gigs with them, as well as some stuff we did
- 1:49:46Speaker 1: in Europe about a year ago. But they are killing it.
- 1:49:50Speaker 1: And you know, we've been talking Friday and I about
- 1:49:53Speaker 1: you know, putting a putting a Limp Biscuit cypress package.
- 1:49:57Speaker 2: Oh my god, you're gonna make me finish. That would
- 1:50:07Speaker 2: that would be sick. Yeah, that'd be perfect. That would
- 1:50:10Speaker 2: be so much. I keep saying like, I haven't seen
- 1:50:11Speaker 2: I mean, obviously it'saw you guys at our party. I
- 1:50:13Speaker 2: haven't seen Limp Biscuit in forever. And you know, I
- 1:50:17Speaker 2: just remember like those old Family Values tours where the
- 1:50:19Speaker 2: whole place is going. I just saw System of Down
- 1:50:22Speaker 2: did a show somewhere forget what they were just playing Italy,
- 1:50:24Speaker 2: but the whole place spinning in circles and mashing and
- 1:50:27Speaker 2: doing the whole thing. The bringing back that kind of
- 1:50:29Speaker 2: that energy that you just don't you don't see when
- 1:50:31Speaker 2: you gets some of these bands and these skinny jeans
- 1:50:33Speaker 2: and stuff up there, standing there up there like like
- 1:50:36Speaker 2: that party vibe. Man is what's missing? Dude? And yeah,
- 1:50:39Speaker 2: you guys, you guys bringing man. It's gonna be happening
- 1:50:41Speaker 2: this show tomorrow night. They're at Pacific Ampitheater. Tickets are
- 1:50:45Speaker 2: on sale at pacampac a mp uh dot com. Be
- 1:50:49Speaker 2: real is on the phone from Cyde Pricill. Hey real
- 1:50:51Speaker 2: quick guy, I know you're just calling like a quick
- 1:50:53Speaker 2: calling here. What is the song? I mean, as a fan,
- 1:50:55Speaker 2: we all have our our our favorite songs, but like
- 1:50:58Speaker 2: you know, you're doing this, you know, night after night.
- 1:51:00Speaker 2: What's the song that you guys do that you still
- 1:51:02Speaker 2: get just as pumped doing today as you ever have?
- 1:51:06Speaker 1: Pretty much all of them.
- 1:51:08Speaker 2: There's not like one stands on. Dude, Yeah, I can't wait.
- 1:51:10Speaker 2: You see it on the set list, say do when
- 1:51:12Speaker 2: we get to this, one's going to go off.
- 1:51:14Speaker 1: Well, look, you know a lot of people would think
- 1:51:16Speaker 1: it's it would be insane in the brain or kill
- 1:51:18Speaker 1: a man or something like that. But for me, it's
- 1:51:20Speaker 1: it's more about a song like Doctor Green Thumb because
- 1:51:25Speaker 1: Doctor Green Thumb became like one of our cult anthems,
- 1:51:29Speaker 1: you know, like for our fan base and stuff like that.
- 1:51:31Speaker 1: It was a single. Sony didn't necessarily want to put
- 1:51:35Speaker 1: it out as a single. They wanted me to change
- 1:51:37Speaker 1: the lyrics because you know, we was still taboo on
- 1:51:41Speaker 1: radio then, and you know, they felt like the beat
- 1:51:44Speaker 1: was like an insane in the brain type of thing.
- 1:51:46Speaker 1: So can I lighten it up and I didn't, you know,
- 1:51:49Speaker 1: I stepped to my guns. I said, no, you already
- 1:51:51Speaker 1: got insane in the brain. Let's take a chance on this.
- 1:51:53Speaker 1: And it became an anthem that pops off everywhere around
- 1:51:57Speaker 1: the world that we go. And it wasn't something that
- 1:52:00Speaker 1: we expected because you know, radio at that time wasn't
- 1:52:04Speaker 1: really supporting it that much. So that that song, because
- 1:52:08Speaker 1: when we see the pop off, it's just as it's
- 1:52:11Speaker 1: just as energetic as it Insane in the Brain or
- 1:52:13Speaker 1: any one of our big songs like that.
- 1:52:15Speaker 2: So, dude, I played stuff that I know that nobody
- 1:52:17Speaker 2: else has ever played on the radio, Like I played
- 1:52:19Speaker 2: a hand on the glock one day here on the show.
- 1:52:22Speaker 3: Dude.
- 1:52:22Speaker 2: I didn't do my own edit of that one even
- 1:52:24Speaker 2: just even get it on the air, you know what
- 1:52:26Speaker 2: I mean, anything from Black Sunday, dude, But that was
- 1:52:28Speaker 2: like that was that was one of those records for me.
- 1:52:31Speaker 2: You know that that's part of my that's part of
- 1:52:34Speaker 2: my come up. You know that's the one you wore.
- 1:52:36Speaker 2: Oh my god, I wore that thing out, dude. Be real.
- 1:52:38Speaker 2: I so appreciate you calling in man. We love you guys. Yeah, Man,
- 1:52:43Speaker 2: have a great show tomorrow night. I'm so jealous of
- 1:52:46Speaker 2: somebody who's gonna be able to be there. That's a
- 1:52:47Speaker 2: school night for me.
- 1:52:48Speaker 4: Dog So.
- 1:52:50Speaker 2: But dude, get real quick.
- 1:52:52Speaker 1: I just want to any Spanish speaking fans out there
- 1:52:55Speaker 1: and anyone that just loves music. We just put out
- 1:52:57Speaker 1: our Spanish album. He got a couple of days ago,
- 1:53:01Speaker 1: all in Spanish, all new songs. It is crracking, So
- 1:53:06Speaker 1: you known't make sure you check that out. Everybody that's
- 1:53:08Speaker 1: a Cypresshill stand up there.
- 1:53:10Speaker 2: There you go, well we certainly are. Dude, be real
- 1:53:12Speaker 2: from Cypress Hill. Everybody, Yeah, thank you, love you man.
- 1:53:16Speaker 2: What a great surprise Jeff.
- 1:53:20Speaker 1: Show.
- 1:53:21Speaker 8: I like.
- 1:53:24Speaker 2: Real from cy Priscil just called in before the break.
- 1:53:26Speaker 2: That show is at Pacific Amphitheater tomorrow and congratulations to
- 1:53:30Speaker 2: everybody who's won those tickets here on the Woody Show.
- 1:53:35Speaker 2: All right, eight seven seven forty four. What he is?
- 1:53:37Speaker 2: The phone number you can send us a text over
- 1:53:40Speaker 2: to two to nine eight seven. We always like these
- 1:53:44Speaker 2: tips and tricks. Don't call them hacks. Don't call them.
- 1:53:48Speaker 2: That'd be the wrong word. That'd be the wrong word.
- 1:53:50Speaker 4: You'd just be doing it if you're an idiot, right, you'd.
- 1:53:52Speaker 2: Be doing it wrong. A McDonald's employee with some helpful
- 1:53:58Speaker 2: tips that she is handing out to help people gave
- 1:54:00Speaker 2: some money. She posted vide on social media. These are
- 1:54:02Speaker 2: her best tips. All right, okay, so the poor man's
- 1:54:05Speaker 2: Big Mac can save you some money. You can order
- 1:54:08Speaker 2: a Big Mac for half the price, kind of if
- 1:54:11Speaker 2: you order a mcdouble with no ketchup or mustard, but
- 1:54:14Speaker 2: you add the Big Mac sauce and tell them to
- 1:54:17Speaker 2: put the because you can do on the kiosks, you
- 1:54:20Speaker 2: can do you can customize the order.
- 1:54:22Speaker 4: We've got a thing of Big Mark sauce in this
- 1:54:23Speaker 4: studio right now.
- 1:54:24Speaker 2: M Yeah, and then you got like a little mini
- 1:54:26Speaker 2: version of the Big Mac for a cheaper price. You
- 1:54:29Speaker 2: would think like they would know, right yeah, and they
- 1:54:34Speaker 2: just wouldn't be able to quote do that, Like we're
- 1:54:36Speaker 2: not we're not able to accommodate that.
- 1:54:38Speaker 4: But do they really care that people working there?
- 1:54:40Speaker 2: No, I'm saying, but like the people who you know
- 1:54:43Speaker 2: come up with the software and you know what you're
- 1:54:44Speaker 2: able to put in there, you would think it would
- 1:54:46Speaker 2: just automatically make it into a Big Mac.
- 1:54:48Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't know. I mean, it's not like you
- 1:54:50Speaker 5: said they were missing the what did cheese? The lettuce?
- 1:54:54Speaker 2: Maybe the extra extra bun, Yeah, the extra little layer
- 1:54:57Speaker 2: of the of the bun. So the multiple tip can
- 1:55:01Speaker 2: save you some money if you really will. You gotta
- 1:55:03Speaker 2: work for this one, Greg, you'll hate this, Okay. So
- 1:55:05Speaker 2: you get multiple McDonald's accounts that first, and then you
- 1:55:10Speaker 2: circulate through them and you log out and log back
- 1:55:14Speaker 2: in to make a McDonald's water So you can like
- 1:55:17Speaker 2: double the deals through the app and then and then
- 1:55:20Speaker 2: use several to add up to you know, one big.
- 1:55:23Speaker 6: Order, or you can just pay the extra six bucks
- 1:55:25Speaker 6: and move on with your because yeah, a lot of
- 1:55:26Speaker 6: the deals are one time, one day only things.
- 1:55:28Speaker 4: Yeah, like a freezing There.
- 1:55:30Speaker 2: There's the whole folded egg versus the rounded egg. There
- 1:55:33Speaker 2: are two types of eggs. I deal with this frequently
- 1:55:36Speaker 2: actually for the breakfast sandwiches. Well what do you do?
- 1:55:38Speaker 4: Well, it's it's like the round ones.
- 1:55:41Speaker 2: That's the fresh cracked one.
- 1:55:42Speaker 6: Right right, which is true, and they have Nature's cream
- 1:55:45Speaker 6: in them, which is nice. But the folded eggs are larger.
- 1:55:48Speaker 2: Oh but is it like fluffy?
- 1:55:52Speaker 5: But that's the thing is that, like I hop where
- 1:55:53Speaker 5: they add like pancake batter and stuff to it.
- 1:55:55Speaker 4: I don't think they're going through all that trouble. I
- 1:55:56Speaker 4: might be wrong, flour, I don't think.
- 1:55:58Speaker 2: So you're not getting more egg though. Is it just
- 1:56:00Speaker 2: more surface or is it the folded one? Okay, I
- 1:56:04Speaker 2: see maybe why you would be getting more egg because
- 1:56:06Speaker 2: it's not like it's a cracked egg and they make
- 1:56:08Speaker 2: it into that. It's just that that that egg, you know,
- 1:56:11Speaker 2: like what they call it kind of stuff, I mean
- 1:56:15Speaker 2: liquid eggs.
- 1:56:16Speaker 4: Let me looking up because I'm pretty sure it weighs
- 1:56:18Speaker 4: more too.
- 1:56:18Speaker 5: But all right, Yeah, they add milk and modified food starch.
- 1:56:22Speaker 4: In the folded egg. There you go, it's so good
- 1:56:24Speaker 4: and fluffy.
- 1:56:25Speaker 5: There you go.
- 1:56:25Speaker 2: Yeah, they're the people like trying to make a big
- 1:56:27Speaker 2: thing about this powder that Starbucks adds into their their
- 1:56:31Speaker 2: frozen something drinks. Yeah, but they're they're they're trying to
- 1:56:36Speaker 2: get people to you know, yeah, to say that it's
- 1:56:40Speaker 2: giving people cancer and all these other things, like you know,
- 1:56:44Speaker 2: I don't even know anything about science, but I know
- 1:56:45Speaker 2: that's not right.
- 1:56:46Speaker 4: I'm sure it's the same stuff SMOOTHI King's been using
- 1:56:48Speaker 4: for decades.
- 1:56:48Speaker 2: Yeah, so they they were showing, like the employees putting
- 1:56:50Speaker 2: a bunch of it into one of the blenders and
- 1:56:52Speaker 2: then turning the blender on and it creates because the
- 1:56:55Speaker 2: heat it like binds it or something it like, you know,
- 1:56:59Speaker 2: it makes it so it becomes like a putty almost
- 1:57:01Speaker 2: like it looks like I'm also look like silly puddy.
- 1:57:03Speaker 4: You want to play on a smooth, consistent milkshake or something.
- 1:57:05Speaker 4: It's all icy and yeah.
- 1:57:07Speaker 2: And so then they take that stuff that they were
- 1:57:09Speaker 2: so worried about and they say it was so toxic
- 1:57:11Speaker 2: or whatever. They then dump it into the sink. You know,
- 1:57:15Speaker 2: they're the Starbucks and they're using their bare hands to
- 1:57:17Speaker 2: like move it around. Stuff. If you're so worried about it,
- 1:57:19Speaker 2: you wouldn't be playing with it with your bare hands.
- 1:57:21Speaker 4: Oh dude, I finally figured out what protein you're supposed
- 1:57:24Speaker 4: to have, you know, because everything's protein this protein that,
- 1:57:27Speaker 4: But like how much are you actually supposed to have
- 1:57:29Speaker 4: per day? And it's by your weight.
- 1:57:31Speaker 6: Yeah, it's like like if you're two hundred rounds of protein,
- 1:57:37Speaker 6: that's if you're body building, that's that's.
- 1:57:40Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what people throw around. I'm just like I'm
- 1:57:43Speaker 2: not bodybuildings. See everybody getting these uh you know the
- 1:57:47Speaker 2: water equation. You divide your weight by two and then
- 1:57:50Speaker 2: that's how many ounces you drink. Yeah, what I got,
- 1:57:55Speaker 2: no way blown. I didn't know this stuff. Back to
- 1:57:59Speaker 2: the McDonald's tip. So the folded egg or the rounded
- 1:58:01Speaker 2: eggs two types of the different breakfast sandwiches. If you
- 1:58:04Speaker 2: get like the folded egg like the ones they got
- 1:58:06Speaker 2: on the on the biscuit sandwiches and the mcgriddles, which
- 1:58:10Speaker 2: I love, those are the pre made eggs. The rounded
- 1:58:13Speaker 2: egg like the one that goes on the McMuffin, that
- 1:58:15Speaker 2: is the fresh cracked egg.
- 1:58:16Speaker 5: I always thought those just came in like a long
- 1:58:18Speaker 5: like log cylinder.
- 1:58:20Speaker 4: They're just happy to hear this, Yeah, a cylinder of egg.
- 1:58:23Speaker 2: Yeah, well they weren't. They certainly weren't doing this when
- 1:58:26Speaker 2: I worked at McDonald's.
- 1:58:27Speaker 5: Weren't fresh cracking.
- 1:58:28Speaker 2: They weren't fresh cracking. They weren't.
- 1:58:30Speaker 1: No.
- 1:58:31Speaker 2: I thought they could just cracked them into a ring
- 1:58:33Speaker 2: or something not when I worked there.
- 1:58:35Speaker 6: Really, Yeah, I think I'm thinking of the scrambled eggs,
- 1:58:38Speaker 6: which is what you get if you get like the platter,
- 1:58:40Speaker 6: the big ye.
- 1:58:41Speaker 2: But even those weren't, like, we weren't cracking eggs back
- 1:58:44Speaker 2: there for that it was just that that liquid stuff.
- 1:58:47Speaker 7: And were you also not you know, Frankensteining together certain
- 1:58:51Speaker 7: orders to replicate a big Mac when it wasn't really
- 1:58:54Speaker 7: a big man.
- 1:58:54Speaker 2: We weren't doing that. But people will come in for
- 1:58:57Speaker 2: you know, different things, you know, put the big Mac
- 1:58:59Speaker 2: sauce instead of the tartar sauce on the fish sandwich.
- 1:59:02Speaker 2: Oh yeah, it was like it was like a thing
- 1:59:05Speaker 2: or we didn't have like at least when I worked there.
- 1:59:08Speaker 2: I worked there in nineteen ninety four. Oh, very briefly.
- 1:59:12Speaker 2: As we've discussed, and this is before people are really
- 1:59:15Speaker 2: trying to do like the mcgang bang, yeah, oh yeah,
- 1:59:18Speaker 2: and the things like that. They weren't trying to do that.
- 1:59:21Speaker 2: Although when I worked there, the busiest night of the
- 1:59:24Speaker 2: week was on Thursdays. I want to say it was Thursday, yeah,
- 1:59:27Speaker 2: because they had thirty nine cent cheeseburger night.
- 1:59:29Speaker 5: Oh damn fire and so.
- 1:59:31Speaker 2: Cheeseburgers were thirty nine cents, yeah, right, thirty nine cents,
- 1:59:36Speaker 2: and like everybody'd be bringing their families there and just
- 1:59:39Speaker 2: getting a billion cheeseburgers.
- 1:59:41Speaker 5: There was no limit, not that I remember, like whatever
- 1:59:44Speaker 5: twenty bucks can get me, yeah, not that.
- 1:59:46Speaker 2: I remember and the other thing that this woman is
- 1:59:48Speaker 2: saying that you want the fresh hot fries. You've heard
- 1:59:50Speaker 2: this before you order the Yeah, and they're guaranteed to
- 1:59:53Speaker 2: be made fresh.
- 1:59:54Speaker 4: I don't care that much.
- 1:59:55Speaker 2: Here here's the thing. I think you won't get salt.
- 1:59:58Speaker 2: But here's what you're risking. You might could spit because
- 2:00:01Speaker 2: I think it just makes you seem annoying because it's
- 2:00:04Speaker 2: not like you can't have salt. The employee knows what
- 2:00:07Speaker 2: you're doing, and so I think you're I think you're
- 2:00:10Speaker 2: risking having your food messed with.
- 2:00:13Speaker 7: And I think the safe to say too, the fries
- 2:00:15Speaker 7: haven't been sitting around that long.
- 2:00:16Speaker 2: No matter what. Yeah, exactly, sometimes you get garbage fries
- 2:00:20Speaker 2: if you go there kind of like a slower point
- 2:00:22Speaker 2: they have been. They're not as like crisp, they're not
- 2:00:24Speaker 2: as you know, they kind of seem just I don't
- 2:00:26Speaker 2: know room temperature to me. But if you're ordering them
- 2:00:30Speaker 2: with no salt, because I remember the hopper like where
- 2:00:33Speaker 2: you dump the fries into, that thing was always caked
- 2:00:36Speaker 2: with salt. So if they took the fries right out
- 2:00:38Speaker 2: of there and they just dumped them right in and
- 2:00:39Speaker 2: then scoop that you're still getting a little salt in there. Yeah,
- 2:00:42Speaker 2: but I think you're asking. I think you're asking because
- 2:00:44Speaker 2: you seem kind of annoying. If you're the person that
- 2:00:46Speaker 2: can I get the fries nost we know what you're doing. Yeah,
- 2:00:49Speaker 2: just to just ask. I'm willing to wait a couple
- 2:00:51Speaker 2: extra minutes if I can get some that are like
- 2:00:53Speaker 2: just directly out of the fryer.
- 2:00:54Speaker 5: I think that in general food service people appreciate your
- 2:00:57Speaker 5: honesty because I had a girlfriend when we go for
- 2:00:58Speaker 5: Mexican food, she go, can I have a margarita on ice?
- 2:01:01Speaker 5: But the ice on the side what you get?
- 2:01:03Speaker 9: Like?
- 2:01:05Speaker 3: Okay?
- 2:01:06Speaker 2: Yeah. I like the people that it's like when they
- 2:01:07Speaker 2: order the they think they're really getting a ton more. Yeah,
- 2:01:11Speaker 2: you know, like the ca soda no ice exactly like
- 2:01:14Speaker 2: you are getting more, But is it that much more
- 2:01:17Speaker 2: than two cents?
- 2:01:19Speaker 5: Well for the restaurant, That's what I'm saying. Like they
- 2:01:21Speaker 5: don't care either.
- 2:01:22Speaker 4: Well that that was the thing for the longest time,
- 2:01:24Speaker 4: and now we have these m QR codes.
- 2:01:25Speaker 2: Right, we're just talking about the QR COT thing.
- 2:01:27Speaker 4: Why do we have that?
- 2:01:29Speaker 2: Because people using their own cups or they're asking for
- 2:01:32Speaker 2: water and then they're wee's in the freeze, juice in
- 2:01:36Speaker 2: the juice as.
- 2:01:38Speaker 6: I still think they're making a mistake with this, because,
- 2:01:39Speaker 6: like you said, it is sodas are the highest margin
- 2:01:42Speaker 6: thing for any restaurant.
- 2:01:44Speaker 2: But why is that a mistake?
- 2:01:45Speaker 6: Because you you're creating more ill will than you are
- 2:01:48Speaker 6: stopping bad actors.
- 2:01:50Speaker 2: But I don't even really think. I don't think twice
- 2:01:53Speaker 2: about it. If I go into a place where it's
- 2:01:55Speaker 2: all behind the count Chick fil A, they don't have
- 2:01:58Speaker 2: soda fountains just out where you do itself served. It's
- 2:02:00Speaker 2: behind the counter. They say we would you like to drink,
- 2:02:02Speaker 2: and they do it for you, and if you want
- 2:02:03Speaker 2: to refill, you can come up and get it. Yeah.
- 2:02:05Speaker 4: I think that's more annoying than the QR code. Really yeah,
- 2:02:09Speaker 4: I think.
- 2:02:10Speaker 5: People just want the path of least resistance.
- 2:02:12Speaker 2: And I wouldn't.
- 2:02:13Speaker 5: I wouldn't think or me it's like, wait, what are
- 2:02:15Speaker 5: we doing with a QR code?
- 2:02:17Speaker 4: Totally literally takes two seconds. There's a little scanner right
- 2:02:20Speaker 4: next to the machine, turns it on and then you
- 2:02:23Speaker 4: use it.
- 2:02:23Speaker 2: Yeah, example style machines on the cruises they have to
- 2:02:28Speaker 2: chip in the cup. Its not a big deal. You
- 2:02:30Speaker 2: paid for the cup, and it makes the machine work.
- 2:02:32Speaker 4: It's better than going to the counter and then you
- 2:02:33Speaker 4: got to wait for somebody to come by.
- 2:02:35Speaker 2: And would you mind removing your lidding to show and
- 2:02:37Speaker 2: they go back.
- 2:02:38Speaker 4: There and then they disappear. You know, it's the best
- 2:02:41Speaker 4: not having to deal with any of that and just
- 2:02:42Speaker 4: getting what you want.
- 2:02:43Speaker 2: Yeah, well, it would also be the best if people
- 2:02:45Speaker 2: just wouldn't be you know.
- 2:02:46Speaker 6: I don't think there's that many people doing it, though,
- 2:02:47Speaker 6: is my point. I think I think there's a very's
- 2:02:49Speaker 6: a tiny percentage of people that are stealing. Look, I
- 2:02:51Speaker 6: did it when I was a kid, but I think
- 2:02:52Speaker 6: there's a tiny percentage of people that are stealing sodies.
- 2:02:55Speaker 4: To be honest, I think it's more for the overflow
- 2:02:57Speaker 4: part of it, of like people spill soda, like overflowing
- 2:03:02Speaker 4: the cups because it'll stop, you know, it'll stop the
- 2:03:06Speaker 4: amount of soda.
- 2:03:07Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean that was one of the things that
- 2:03:08Speaker 2: we would do to fill the cups up because you
- 2:03:10Speaker 2: always had like the fizz on the top, yea, and
- 2:03:13Speaker 2: to make sure you just get like like keep flowing
- 2:03:15Speaker 2: overflowing overflowing over, and then you know, until it's fizz free, right,
- 2:03:20Speaker 2: foam free? Yeah, so god knows how much soda you
- 2:03:22Speaker 2: were blowing.
- 2:03:23Speaker 4: Yeah, that's the worst though, Like when your cup is
- 2:03:26Speaker 4: filled way too much, runneth over Yeah, and then they
- 2:03:29Speaker 4: put they put the lid on it and they put
- 2:03:31Speaker 4: on top and then it just explow everywhere. Yeah, this
- 2:03:35Speaker 4: is one of my they're not they're not sure changing
- 2:03:38Speaker 4: me right, No, God man, it's the worst.
- 2:03:41Speaker 2: But you know you're so right.
- 2:03:42Speaker 7: If if if the person said to us, Okay, what
- 2:03:44Speaker 7: you want to do is take your QR code, we would.
