Why Does God Let Things Get Stripped Away? (Luke 3:16-22) | Daily Devotional & Bible Study
John says the Messiah is coming with a winnowing fork in His hand. Most of us read that as a threat. But a farmer doesn't go out to the threshing floor to destroy things. He goes out because he wants the grain.
Today we're in Luke 3, talking about the different kinds of baptism, what the winnowing fork actually did, and why the chaff is not what most of us assume it is.
