- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to Jasonnewland dot com. My name is
- 0:08Speaker 1: Jason new Land. Please I new listen when you can
- 0:18Speaker 1: safely close your eyes.
- 0:25Speaker 2: This is going to be.
- 0:27Speaker 1: A relaxation session. Now remember that this is your time,
- 0:47Speaker 1: your space where nothing needs to be.
- 0:52Speaker 3: Done, nowhere you need to go, No one you need
- 1:03Speaker 3: to impress, which is lucky because I don't think I've
- 1:09Speaker 3: impressed anyone.
- 1:11Speaker 4: Ever.
- 1:12Speaker 2: Actually, it's just.
- 1:16Speaker 4: You and me.
- 1:19Speaker 1: And a gentle journey into relaxation, perhaps a few odd
- 1:34Speaker 1: details along the way, because sometimes the usual paths are
- 1:51Speaker 1: the ones that lead us deeply into calmness. You already,
- 2:06Speaker 1: let's begin and find the position that feels good enough,
- 2:20Speaker 1: not perfect, because perfection is busy and tiring, just good
- 2:34Speaker 1: enough because she knows that you can change the position
- 2:44Speaker 1: that you're sitting or lying down whenever you choose, as
- 2:56Speaker 1: you let your body notice the surface beneath you, supporting
- 3:04Speaker 1: your body. Like said, every tiny weight, every little shift.
- 3:32Speaker 1: If you imagine your body is like a stack of
- 3:35Speaker 1: light books being carefully placed on a shelf, one book
- 3:45Speaker 1: after another. Your head is a hardback, your chest, every
- 3:59Speaker 1: reverence rid's for you, your arms slim paperbags, and your
- 4:15Speaker 1: legs long endlasses that open the.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Places you've never been.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Feel the stocks, settle, balance stables supported all of those
- 4:53Speaker 1: books nice save and as the lib re glazes for
- 5:04Speaker 1: the night, your body.
- 5:06Speaker 5: Feels safe, quiet.
- 5:15Speaker 1: And still. Now notice see your breathe. It not in
- 5:40Speaker 1: the ordinary way done all your.
- 5:44Speaker 6: Life, but.
- 5:53Speaker 1: As if breath is slightly.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Eccentric, you can enhale. Stay.
- 6:08Speaker 1: You're sipping from a straw made of silk, and exile
- 6:20Speaker 1: is that you're blowing out a candle that doesn't really
- 6:24Speaker 1: want to go out, but it does anyway. It gives
- 6:33Speaker 1: in and relaxes.
- 6:41Speaker 2: It's as if each prayer had its own personality.
- 6:50Speaker 1: Some are shy, some are bold. Some breaths gickle as
- 7:09Speaker 1: they live, others.
- 7:21Speaker 4: Hum softly.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Just let each one be different, unusual.
- 7:51Speaker 4: Life.
- 8:01Speaker 1: And as you noticed the odd little character of each breath,
- 8:20Speaker 1: he begin to realize how much lighter.
- 8:32Speaker 7: The air fills, as if it's not just oxygen, it's
- 8:59Speaker 7: a kind of invisible.
- 9:07Speaker 4: Comfort.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Rabbing around you. Now, I'd like you to imagine a house.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Not any house, This one is filled entirely with clocks.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Clocks on the walls, clocks on the ceiling, clocks on
- 10:15Speaker 1: the floor, some grand some pocket sized, some ticking on loudly,
- 10:53Speaker 1: some whisper in their seconds.
- 11:09Speaker 4: And in this house.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Time does not.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Behave normally, because one clock goes forward, one goes backwards.
- 11:42Speaker 1: One doesn't move at all. It just size.
- 11:51Speaker 8: Every so often.
- 12:01Speaker 1: And you can walk through this strange house of clocks.
- 12:11Speaker 2: Notice.
- 12:13Speaker 1: How your own sense of time stretches and bends, because.
- 12:29Speaker 9: Minutes can feel like hours, hours.
- 12:47Speaker 1: Can feel like seconds.
- 12:58Speaker 2: And within.
- 13:00Speaker 1: This bending of time, you notice your body's softening.
- 13:14Speaker 4: Slow.
- 13:19Speaker 1: It feels so free, doesn't it so calm, so loose,
- 13:38Speaker 1: to not be chained to ordinary time?
- 13:50Speaker 2: And you hear in the house of.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Clogs, relaxation is timeless.
- 14:02Speaker 10: And the deep echo the less it matters.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Whether you're at the beginning, middle, or end of this session,
- 14:20Speaker 1: because all you know is that you're sinking lessenedly into
- 14:34Speaker 1: the space between the digs and the dogs. Now step
- 14:53Speaker 1: outside the house.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Into the card.
- 15:03Speaker 1: This garden is unusual too, because of the lowers. Here
- 15:16Speaker 1: are soft pillows, the trees lullabies, and the cross is woven
- 15:37Speaker 1: from long strands of velvet. As you sit on a
- 15:50Speaker 1: bench made of clouds, and it welcomes you like an
- 15:57Speaker 1: old friend.
- 16:08Speaker 10: And the most.
- 16:09Speaker 1: Unusual thing, the Goden smells like your vapor memory. It
- 16:26Speaker 1: doesn't matter what it is, because your mind chooses it
- 16:41Speaker 1: as the frequent surprises.
- 16:46Speaker 2: And fills you with familiarity and.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Calm, as birds fly overhead, but instead of singing, they
- 17:16Speaker 1: tell you jokes, silly ones to make you smile without effort,
- 17:43Speaker 1: and every smile releases a little ortension from your body,
- 17:58Speaker 1: as if each smile is the key unlocking muscles, joints
- 18:07Speaker 1: and even thoughts. And the longer you stay in this garden,
- 18:24Speaker 1: the more ordinary stress seems like an old coat that
- 18:33Speaker 1: you just forgot to wear. It's left in an old
- 18:41Speaker 1: closet somewhere, because everything's unusual but wonderfully safe, and you
- 18:57Speaker 1: can rest as long as you like. Now, imagine laying
- 19:08Speaker 1: down in the curtain, the velvet grass cradling pillow flowers,
- 19:24Speaker 1: monty had cloud bench dissolveing into soft mist around you,
- 19:48Speaker 1: and you dreamed deeper, weightless, oddly comfortable, as though gravity
- 20:18Speaker 1: itself has decided to let you float for a.
- 20:28Speaker 8: While, and every sound, every thought.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Becomes part of the background, so unimportant, like old radio stations.
- 21:11Speaker 5: From the past, fade in a way, fade.
- 21:26Speaker 1: In a way.
- 21:33Speaker 11: Now in a few moments, I'll bring you gently back.
- 21:50Speaker 1: But to remember, you can return to the house clocks
- 22:02Speaker 1: or the garden of odd comforts.
- 22:08Speaker 2: Any time you.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Wish, because they live in your imagination waiting for you.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Help you calm down and relax, deeply, peacey. If you like,
- 22:40Speaker 1: you can start to notice a breathing the surface beneath you,
- 22:50Speaker 1: supporting your body, your body resting, steady, calmness, linger it.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Even if you open your eyes, I feel calmer. And
- 23:40Speaker 1: when you're ready, if you want to, you can be
- 23:47Speaker 1: turned to the.
- 23:48Speaker 11: Room feeling relaxed, refreshed.
- 23:59Speaker 12: Mhmm, and just.
- 24:03Speaker 2: A little.
- 24:05Speaker 1: As space.
- 24:25Speaker 13: Pace space, relax in a more deep and.
- 25:15Speaker 2: Meaningful way, maybe in a way that can not just
- 25:23Speaker 2: allow you to feel calmer now and throughout the time
- 25:34Speaker 2: we spend together here, not just relaxed at the end
- 25:42Speaker 2: of the recording when it's finished and you can enjoy
- 25:47Speaker 2: that sense of comfort and peace, but also I think
- 26:04Speaker 2: it would be nice to have those feelings of relaxation
- 26:18Speaker 2: continue for longer after the recording has ended, so that
- 26:32Speaker 2: you can still benefit from listening to my voice, maybe
- 26:45Speaker 2: in a few hours time, perhaps tomorrow, and then by
- 26:56Speaker 2: listening regularly, especially if you find like some people do
- 27:05Speaker 2: and myself as well. Sometimes I find one particular recording
- 27:10Speaker 2: that really resonates with me, and I just listen to
- 27:19Speaker 2: it over and over again every morning, every evening. There
- 27:32Speaker 2: was this recording from We're going back to about nineteen
- 27:37Speaker 2: ninety nine. It wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations.
- 27:44Speaker 2: It kind of was hypnosis, really, and I managed to
- 27:52Speaker 2: find it again and it still has the same effect
- 27:56Speaker 2: on me. And part of it was the person's voice
- 28:08Speaker 2: relaxed me. She just felt so peaceful, and I'd look
- 28:17Speaker 2: forward to listening to her in the morning and in
- 28:24Speaker 2: the evening. And I knew before even pressing the play
- 28:36Speaker 2: button that since I've done that, pressed the play button.
- 28:45Speaker 2: This is in the days of CD players pressed the
- 28:56Speaker 2: play button. In fact, it might have even been a
- 29:02Speaker 2: tape recorder. I'd lie down on the bed and then
- 29:11Speaker 2: even without necessarily listening to her words because I had
- 29:25Speaker 2: them memorized. Really, it was as if my body knew
- 29:35Speaker 2: exactly what to do, and the muscles just almost went
- 29:47Speaker 2: into automatic relaxation, and I remember my mind would slow down.
- 30:14Speaker 2: Now now I was listening to this recording in the
- 30:23Speaker 2: early days of learning hypnosis and long before I ever
- 30:31Speaker 2: made any videos or audio recordings myself, because I didn't
- 30:39Speaker 2: start doing that till two thousand and six, I knew,
- 30:53Speaker 2: I knew how helpful I found being able to just
- 31:06Speaker 2: let go, to have that trust in the person that
- 31:14Speaker 2: I'm listening to, knowing that it's going to be just
- 31:28Speaker 2: as relaxing, if not more so. Each time you hear
- 31:35Speaker 2: my voice, you may feel the same. Some people have
- 31:51Speaker 2: been listening to me for over a decade, maybe not solidly,
- 32:05Speaker 2: obviously not twenty four hours a day, but maybe people
- 32:11Speaker 2: come back. Some people maybe listen every day. There's something
- 32:27Speaker 2: that I do.
- 32:31Speaker 14: Which you may not realize by listening, is.
- 32:45Speaker 1: When I record.
- 32:49Speaker 2: These recordings. Now, for example, I also am affected by
- 33:03Speaker 2: the words.
- 33:05Speaker 15: That I say.
- 33:11Speaker 2: So if I set you focus on your feet, notice
- 33:21Speaker 2: your feet relaxing, I will be focusing on my feet.
- 33:33Speaker 2: I will be noticing my feet relaxing. If I said,
- 33:50Speaker 2: focus on your hands, and maybe notice the difference between
- 33:58Speaker 2: each hand, perhaps noticed the air in the room, the
- 34:09Speaker 2: temperature of the room. On the backs of your hands.
- 34:21Speaker 2: You may start to notice what almost feels like a
- 34:25Speaker 2: very light breeze, even though there may not be any
- 34:34Speaker 2: type of breeze. At all where you are right now,
- 34:47Speaker 2: and as you become aware of your hands, I'm also
- 34:58Speaker 2: aware of how relaxed my hands our feeling now and
- 35:26Speaker 2: when it comes to potentially drifting off to sleep, which
- 35:33Speaker 2: may be the reason you're listening. I also field housing
- 35:50Speaker 2: when I make these recordings. I also notice my mind.
- 36:03Speaker 1: Drifting.
- 36:11Speaker 2: In fact, at times I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing,
- 36:29Speaker 2: and then I carry on talking and it's suddenly where.
- 36:38Speaker 14: I listen back to do the editing, I hear snoring,
- 36:49Speaker 14: and I think, I don't remember snoring.
- 36:55Speaker 2: I remember talking women. It was a pick turned up.
- 37:06Speaker 2: That's why I sound like when I snore, I get
- 37:14Speaker 2: read into the whole experience. I don't know how you feel.
- 37:34Speaker 2: How relaxed do you feel in your feet, how relaxed
- 37:44Speaker 2: you feel in your hands. I have noticed more and
- 38:05Speaker 2: more that the more relaxed, deeper level of comfort you feel,
- 38:28Speaker 2: the easier your breathing becomes so almost like that additional
- 38:47Speaker 2: muscle relaxation. So this allows you to easier without necessarily
- 39:14Speaker 2: focusing on your breath. However, being able to notice the
- 39:42Speaker 2: ease in which you breathe so naturally, you breathe so
- 40:12Speaker 2: very easily and smoothly. Whenever I imagine my breathing improving. When
- 41:01Speaker 2: I've got my eyes closed, I tend to visualize beautiful
- 41:17Speaker 2: field of trees and flowers producing all that life giving oxygen.
- 41:55Speaker 2: It feels nice to, if nothing else, just taking some
- 42:11Speaker 2: time away from everything, enjoying that feeling of peace, serenity
- 43:05Speaker 2: with a joyful heart. Time seems to just drip by,
- 43:42Speaker 2: so very slowly, relaxed, so deeply peaceful, completely unattached to
- 44:32Speaker 2: any thoughts whatsoever in this moment, completely free. You m
- 45:29Speaker 2: to say that.
- 45:37Speaker 1: Your mind.
- 45:46Speaker 14: Slowed down, slowed.
- 45:57Speaker 2: Down because nothing really requires your attention. You can enjoy
- 46:48Speaker 2: the physical sensations of allowing the stress to direct and
- 47:00Speaker 2: to your body to repaying out at every part of
- 47:19Speaker 2: your body being released from your brain, your mind.
- 48:03Speaker 16: Slowly but surely, the muscles in your.
- 48:18Speaker 17: Legs, legs, racks, ris.
- 48:52Speaker 18: Sur very deft, relax so deeply, and the feelings pleasant
- 49:34Speaker 18: feelings in your arms and shoulders deeply, in each part
- 49:59Speaker 18: of your body.
- 50:09Speaker 4: Deep.
- 50:20Speaker 2: And deep, like to say, the feelings in the back
- 50:42Speaker 2: of your neck, the feelings in your wrists, muscles.
- 51:43Speaker 18: In front of your body pace deeply, a sense of pace,
- 52:44Speaker 18: spreads through.
- 52:47Speaker 19: A very cool.
- 53:19Speaker 2: When you focus on your mind, your mind becomes he's slow, deep,
- 54:22Speaker 2: relax fairy slow stop days for my new stuff. That is,
- 56:04Speaker 2: let you sound relaxed. You now feel in the hole
- 56:22Speaker 2: of your back in a spye gi me your brain
- 56:54Speaker 2: all y down the middle of your back, sending and receiving.
- 57:06Speaker 18: Millions of messages every day, decomfort increasing deeply relaxed, your
- 58:08Speaker 18: niece legs, spreading these signals down your spinal cord into
- 58:48Speaker 18: every parts of your body, your sins and your calf muscles.
- 59:35Speaker 18: The outbursts fields of peace and tranquility.
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: Spreading through your body, tips of your toes, to your eyes,
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: your fingers.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: Wait till you know a bad letting go, re letting go, place.
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: To drift in mind, just wonder in a way.
- 1:01:52Speaker 14: Happy to let go, let go lately like.
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: Su trick, no body, joy of sense.
- 1:03:35Speaker 14: No joy, space, this space, pace.
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: And safety. Ere Let's set.
- 1:08:00Speaker 20: Focus on the different parts, say your body, just to notice.
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: Avoid in your eyes a job.
- 1:09:20Speaker 14: Solus, not to say a sense of.
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: Complete freedom, absolute eight days energy, pace, to breeze so
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: much ease.
- 1:11:57Speaker 21: Yes, you may.
- 1:13:05Speaker 2: Not have noticed your mind drift in peace are deeply.
- 1:14:13Speaker 18: In the direction of dito blissful pace bliss from pace
- 1:15:00Speaker 18: rest two past.
- 1:16:33Speaker 4: Let's go.
- 1:17:15Speaker 22: Up at these films almost.
- 1:18:14Speaker 23: Visible, very fast and paceful, pace.
- 1:19:14Speaker 2: Like, and you could start to notice that you are
- 1:19:56Speaker 2: feeling more relaxed, even though if not purposely focused your
- 1:20:08Speaker 2: mind upon that sense of physical comfort that is growing
- 1:20:16Speaker 2: within you throughout your body, and your mind starts to
- 1:20:25Speaker 2: slow down, and that could be almost in recognition of
- 1:20:38Speaker 2: I guess my speech not being particularly fast, things just
- 1:20:50Speaker 2: generally feel calmer. Just by listening to my voice, you
- 1:21:03Speaker 2: give yourself an opportunity to take a break from the day,
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: take a break from your life, as it is, to
- 1:21:20Speaker 2: give yourself a rest, giving yourself permission to take some
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: time off and to allow your body to relax and
- 1:21:36Speaker 2: allow your mind to slow down, which in turn releases
- 1:21:47Speaker 2: the tension any stresses that you had in your body.
- 1:21:58Speaker 2: It's almost as if the parts of your body just
- 1:22:02Speaker 2: open up, allowing the negativity out and at the same
- 1:22:14Speaker 2: time replacing that negativity with positive healing energy which then
- 1:22:25Speaker 2: fills your body up and your mind to also starts
- 1:22:34Speaker 2: to appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence and an almost
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: uplifting feeling, positive healing an energy that spreads through your
- 1:23:06Speaker 2: body like a wave of comfort. And all this comes
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: from just allowing yourself a few minutes, maybe half an hour,
- 1:23:30Speaker 2: however long you want it to be, just rest allow
- 1:23:44Speaker 2: your mind and your body to almost preset itself to
- 1:23:54Speaker 2: the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness which allows more
- 1:24:10Speaker 2: room for feelings of pleasure and happiness to move around
- 1:24:24Speaker 2: your body and into your mind. Must as if your
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: mind and your body are sinking together, almost mirroring each other,
- 1:24:44Speaker 2: with that growing positivity and calmness. And it feels nice,
- 1:24:59Speaker 2: really does. They are nice to know that you are
- 1:25:05Speaker 2: the one that has allowed yourself to feel more comfort
- 1:25:18Speaker 2: and to experience.
- 1:25:23Speaker 4: More of this.
- 1:25:26Speaker 2: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body. And as I focus
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: on each part of your body, you can notice that.
- 1:25:48Speaker 12: That part.
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: Becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on it, becomes
- 1:26:06Speaker 2: even more calm and comfortable just by focusing. And as
- 1:26:19Speaker 2: I moved down your body, starting and your head, the
- 1:26:28Speaker 2: parts that you have already focused on or continue to
- 1:26:34Speaker 2: relax deeply, and those parts that have not yet focused
- 1:26:42Speaker 2: on or just automatically release any remain intention in anticipation
- 1:26:56Speaker 2: of even more comfort. About to come now. The start
- 1:27:09Speaker 2: by focusing on your forehead. Just being aware of the
- 1:27:17Speaker 2: feelings of your forehead. Any background sounds like mister Herbert
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: the pigeon can just allow you to feel you're more relaxed.
- 1:27:37Speaker 2: Just means you're in the moment. This isn't this isn't
- 1:27:43Speaker 2: a sterile environment. This is the world I live in
- 1:27:51Speaker 2: the countryside. There's lots of nature sounds around. As you
- 1:28:04Speaker 2: focus on your forehead, just notice how it becomes even
- 1:28:11Speaker 2: more relaxed as you focus only on my voice and that.
- 1:28:22Speaker 4: Part of your body.
- 1:28:28Speaker 2: Move down to your eyes, focusing on your eyes, noticing
- 1:28:39Speaker 2: how your eyelids feel so heavy it has so light
- 1:28:48Speaker 2: at the same time, and all the muscles around your
- 1:28:54Speaker 2: eyes relaxing completely. Moving your focus down to your mouth, lips,
- 1:29:10Speaker 2: your tongue, your teeth.
- 1:29:13Speaker 23: You comes.
- 1:29:16Speaker 2: Behore of your mouth, relaxing, calm.
- 1:29:25Speaker 4: And lose les.
- 1:29:30Speaker 14: You focus now on your jawl.
- 1:29:37Speaker 2: Just a part of your jaw near your mouth, your chin,
- 1:29:43Speaker 2: all the way up the side of your face to
- 1:29:47Speaker 2: your ears. Of your jaw, relaxed, be calm.
- 1:30:14Speaker 12: What you say.
- 1:30:18Speaker 2: On your neck, the fronts of your neck and your
- 1:30:24Speaker 2: throat lesin loose and calm the sides of your neck
- 1:30:39Speaker 2: right and left side, and your leg.
- 1:30:45Speaker 14: Legs state lace.
- 1:30:52Speaker 2: And calm on the back of your leg, focusing on
- 1:31:06Speaker 2: the back of your leg, letting go with any tension
- 1:31:16Speaker 2: that may have been there before, and enjoying that sense
- 1:31:25Speaker 2: of increasing comfort and release I think you can experience
- 1:31:37Speaker 2: in the back of your neck, moving down your back,
- 1:31:49Speaker 2: moving either side of your spine right from the top
- 1:31:54Speaker 2: of your back all the way down to the bottom
- 1:32:00Speaker 2: of your back, down.
- 1:32:10Speaker 1: To your lower back.
- 1:32:17Speaker 2: Let him up and down your spine. You can feel
- 1:32:24Speaker 2: the muscles give a side of your spine relaxing even more.
- 1:32:40Speaker 2: And as those muscles relax, that sense of comfort starts
- 1:32:46Speaker 2: to spread outwards from your spine into both sides of
- 1:32:57Speaker 2: your back, the top of your back, the middle end
- 1:33:04Speaker 2: your lower back. And as you're scared gently and slowly
- 1:33:15Speaker 2: up and down your back, there's the muscles in the
- 1:33:20Speaker 2: top of your back relax and become a looser. The
- 1:33:29Speaker 2: muscles in the middle of your back also seemed to
- 1:33:35Speaker 2: just almost divide from each other, separating and almost melting,
- 1:33:50Speaker 2: and in your lower back seems to be an extra
- 1:33:57Speaker 2: special feeling of comfort. The spreads into your hips, sit
- 1:34:13Speaker 2: down your lower back into your hips. It's the area
- 1:34:21Speaker 2: where your cosicks are and into your buttocks. Always muscles
- 1:34:31Speaker 2: then spread, bring your lower back into your hip area,
- 1:34:43Speaker 2: start to mount, start to reading, let go any nowhere
- 1:35:01Speaker 2: about to focus on your shoulders, back your spy continue
- 1:35:12Speaker 2: until they go. Continue to relax.
- 1:35:22Speaker 6: So coldly.
- 1:35:30Speaker 2: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice that
- 1:35:36Speaker 2: are already feeling really release, already feel those muscles. The
- 1:36:16Speaker 2: move from your neck into your shoulders feels so soft
- 1:36:31Speaker 2: and gentle, so sooner.
- 1:36:43Speaker 21: And calm.
- 1:36:56Speaker 2: The feeling your shoulders seems to spread deep into your
- 1:37:09Speaker 2: shoulders and since relaxation, not just traveling deeply into your muscles,
- 1:37:25Speaker 2: also relaxing the butterness and move our way to underneath
- 1:37:38Speaker 2: your arms, relaxing the whole area between the tops of
- 1:37:47Speaker 2: your shoulders and unneath your arms.
- 1:37:55Speaker 12: He Then.
- 1:38:01Speaker 23: You just so.
- 1:38:04Speaker 2: Relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders, which sense that deep
- 1:38:18Speaker 2: healing message into your arms. You may feel almost as
- 1:38:40Speaker 2: if your arms are not.
- 1:38:41Speaker 4: Even that.
- 1:38:43Speaker 2: Because the sor relaxed so.
- 1:38:51Speaker 4: Deeply relaxed s S.
- 1:39:20Speaker 2: S fas spreading. I tell your cards to outwies clearly
- 1:39:53Speaker 2: always circumpen spreads away interists four sadrists.
- 1:40:28Speaker 16: So heavy.
- 1:40:32Speaker 2: Yet the same time slight and gentle said now.
- 1:41:20Speaker 6: Yous as.
- 1:41:51Speaker 19: Peace annoy.
- 1:42:14Speaker 2: Sences.
- 1:42:31Speaker 4: It just seems to.
- 1:42:39Speaker 2: Sad hands fast ELS's thaips teach be friends you by.
- 1:45:11Speaker 24: It's sposish student.
- 1:47:41Speaker 1: Songs es.
- 1:49:51Speaker 2: Sat so Sack, sack pace sacom pace, Sack com.
- 1:51:00Speaker 14: Pays from.
- 1:51:11Speaker 2: The same.
- 1:51:17Speaker 12: Plays for.
- 1:51:32Speaker 22: Let deep relaxation, the spirt chest still.
- 1:51:52Speaker 2: Let's take go.
- 1:51:57Speaker 4: Everything.
- 1:52:09Speaker 2: So I'm gonna start counting down now, from twenty down
- 1:52:15Speaker 2: to one. You can imagine in a way it's like
- 1:52:24Speaker 2: just walking down some steps and each step or twenty steps,
- 1:52:31Speaker 2: and each step represents a level of comfort. Each step
- 1:52:40Speaker 2: represents a deepening of that comfort, and the furthies you
- 1:52:56Speaker 2: walk down those steps, step next field. So starting with
- 1:53:10Speaker 2: number twenty, twenty, nineteen, eighteen seven, ten, sixhhhhhhhh three four
- 1:58:42Speaker 2: four s.
- 1:59:49Speaker 25: Twoh usus.
- 2:01:41Speaker 12: USh eight.
- 2:05:08Speaker 2: Shhhhhh sis, the speaking, the lady five.
- 2:09:16Speaker 26: Us, the Ladieshhhhhhhhhhhhi, the.
- 2:13:54Speaker 2: Fucus on your eyes. You're gonna count down from ten
- 2:14:07Speaker 2: down to one, focusing just on your eyes, your eyelids,
- 2:14:23Speaker 2: the muscles around your eyes, your eye wolves themselves, a
- 2:14:32Speaker 2: whole area that makes up your eye. As we count
- 2:14:49Speaker 2: down from ten down to one, whilst to focus in
- 2:14:57Speaker 2: on your eyes, you will become twice is relaxed with
- 2:15:12Speaker 2: each number counted down. That you may find the way
- 2:15:26Speaker 2: you want to do is just drift off to sleep.
- 2:15:35Speaker 2: And if that's what you want, then just allow yourself
- 2:15:41Speaker 2: to do that now, focusing on your eyes and to
- 2:15:56Speaker 2: begin counting down.
- 2:16:01Speaker 19: That's one.
- 2:16:06Speaker 2: Right now, nine eight z.
- 2:20:08Speaker 15: Shhhhhhhhh three.
- 2:24:27Speaker 2: D one. So cut down ten to one.
- 2:25:31Speaker 4: Ten nine.
- 2:25:35Speaker 2: Eight seven six five.
- 2:25:46Speaker 19: Four three.
- 2:25:52Speaker 4: Two one.
- 2:26:03Speaker 2: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 2:26:06Speaker 2: to relax. Maybe it's a bit too fast for you
- 2:26:10Speaker 2: to notice the calming of your body, maybe even a
- 2:26:20Speaker 2: little bit of pressure there. Like you'll count it down
- 2:26:23Speaker 2: from ten to one. Would you expect me to do? Man,
- 2:26:27Speaker 2: expect me to go floppy just because you're counting down.
- 2:26:37Speaker 2: If you try it again, but this time, I'll go
- 2:26:41Speaker 2: this slower this time, and then you focus on the
- 2:26:48Speaker 2: whole of your body before we focus on the legs.
- 2:26:54Speaker 19: Just notice.
- 2:26:57Speaker 2: How your body does start to feel.
- 2:27:04Speaker 14: Laxed every number that I count down ten nine.
- 2:27:29Speaker 2: Eight seven, six five four three one. Just notice how.
- 2:29:01Speaker 14: How you feel generally, how your body feels.
- 2:29:11Speaker 2: It's not necessarily even about counting down from ten to one.
- 2:29:22Speaker 2: It's that space that.
- 2:29:24Speaker 19: You have, that.
- 2:29:29Speaker 2: Space between being active physically or mentally.
- 2:29:44Speaker 27: It's just.
- 2:29:49Speaker 2: Sitting or lying down, just being there, not doing anything,
- 2:29:54Speaker 2: not saying anything, or needing to think about anything.
- 2:30:01Speaker 28: So it opens up the space, you know, a bit
- 2:30:05Speaker 28: of a space, a gap. And the more I came
- 2:30:16Speaker 28: down from ten to one, the bigger that gap becomes.
- 2:30:23Speaker 2: So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation. It's
- 2:30:36Speaker 2: a nice feeling, and it moves those stresses or discomforts
- 2:30:49Speaker 2: physically or emotionally, moves away. Allows you.
- 2:31:05Speaker 8: To just.
- 2:31:08Speaker 2: Slow down. Someone can count the game from ten down
- 2:31:15Speaker 2: to one and notice that gap widening, the gap, and
- 2:31:25Speaker 2: its it widens. It's almost like that the stress and
- 2:31:30Speaker 2: attention falls into the gap gives you that distance, that space.
- 2:31:52Speaker 4: Now ten.
- 2:32:02Speaker 2: Nine, eight, seven, six, five, four.
- 2:33:12Speaker 12: Three.
- 2:33:59Speaker 4: Did you.
- 2:34:02Speaker 2: Body you feel.
- 2:34:05Speaker 12: Now?
- 2:34:18Speaker 2: Can you notice that? Do you feel a calm?
- 2:34:30Speaker 4: Then?
- 2:34:30Speaker 6: You feel.
- 2:34:34Speaker 4: Relaxed? Now?
- 2:34:57Speaker 2: Focus on your legs, just your legs. You're just gonna
- 2:35:18Speaker 2: start with focusing on your thighs. Of course, it's not
- 2:35:38Speaker 2: the most exciting thing to be done, because I'm sure
- 2:35:46Speaker 2: like most of your body is not not going on
- 2:35:49Speaker 2: right now, just focusing on the whole of your thighs,
- 2:36:04Speaker 2: the tops of your thighs, the sides of your fighs,
- 2:36:10Speaker 2: the bottoms of your thighs, your outer thighs, inner thighs,
- 2:36:18Speaker 2: basically the whole of your thigh that leads into your
- 2:36:22Speaker 2: hip and it goes down to your.
- 2:36:31Speaker 19: Knee.
- 2:36:31Speaker 2: Went And this is a big area. It's a very
- 2:36:43Speaker 2: heavy area. It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles in
- 2:36:50Speaker 2: your body being your thighs. But I don't think we
- 2:37:05Speaker 2: perhaps give enough attention to our thighs. Perhaps we don't they.
- 2:37:19Speaker 14: Acknowledge how important our thighs are.
- 2:37:27Speaker 2: To our lives, how much.
- 2:37:43Speaker 29: They actually do for us.
- 2:37:48Speaker 2: All through our lives. And perhaps may seem sound really weird,
- 2:37:59Speaker 2: but I think that all her body parts, especially her thighs,
- 2:38:09Speaker 2: needs some TLC, a bit of love shown, a bit
- 2:38:16Speaker 2: of acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude for what her thighs do
- 2:38:35Speaker 2: for us. I know this may sound as strange. Maybe
- 2:38:48Speaker 2: you think, why am I shure? How should be out
- 2:38:51Speaker 2: in the garden hugging a tree or something. It's hard
- 2:39:00Speaker 2: to sell microphone up on a tree. That's why I'm
- 2:39:03Speaker 2: doing this indoors otherwise I wouldn't be outside work in
- 2:39:06Speaker 2: a dream, I can't see the television for dream. You
- 2:39:16Speaker 2: move down to your knees, you gain such an important part.
- 2:39:26Speaker 4: And I think we don't necessarily.
- 2:39:29Speaker 2: Ill speak for myself here.
- 2:39:33Speaker 14: I don't necessarily appreciate.
- 2:39:37Speaker 2: All that one needs to do for me until I
- 2:39:42Speaker 2: have a problem with my need. Occasionally, if I ever,
- 2:39:47Speaker 2: maybe i'll bash it. It's aching for some reason. It's
- 2:39:53Speaker 2: then that I realize how much it does. Then I've
- 2:40:00Speaker 2: been able to use.
- 2:40:02Speaker 13: My legs.
- 2:40:05Speaker 2: Without any kind of physical discomfort. Is a beautiful thing
- 2:40:14Speaker 2: that's possibly not appreciated. Tool it's temporarily removed. You know
- 2:40:22Speaker 2: that's comfort. But as you focus on your knees, regardless
- 2:40:31Speaker 2: of how your knees feel, you can have that sense
- 2:40:37Speaker 2: of gratitude and love to your needs for all they
- 2:40:43Speaker 2: do to you. You can still have that attention on
- 2:40:56Speaker 2: your thighs. Maybe notice how your thighs is feel, Maybe
- 2:41:03Speaker 2: notice that they aren't relaxing warm.
- 2:41:13Speaker 4: Deeply.
- 2:41:20Speaker 2: As you focus now on the bottoms of your legs
- 2:41:25Speaker 2: and your shits, your calf muscles, the bones between your
- 2:41:32Speaker 2: knees and your feet incorporate and course your ankles so
- 2:41:40Speaker 2: important anyone has had even then, like the slightest spray
- 2:41:51Speaker 2: of an ankle, knows how how much we take our
- 2:41:58Speaker 2: ankles for granted. And it's kind of strange in a
- 2:42:07Speaker 2: way when you think that. You know, logically, our wrists
- 2:42:13Speaker 2: are a lot of thinner than the rest of our arms,
- 2:42:17Speaker 2: which is okay, it doesn't I can't see any problem
- 2:42:20Speaker 2: with that because we're just picking stuff up by our
- 2:42:25Speaker 2: ankles so much thinner than the rest of our legs.
- 2:42:37Speaker 2: And from a physics perspective or logical even it doesn't
- 2:42:42Speaker 2: really make sense that all this weight will ultimately be
- 2:42:49Speaker 2: resting on your ankles then lead to your feet.
- 2:43:00Speaker 14: The area thick bone. Yeah, it does so much great work.
- 2:43:11Speaker 2: Supports us, supports our.
- 2:43:12Speaker 14: Body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps
- 2:43:24Speaker 14: you to.
- 2:43:29Speaker 2: Get around, to be mobile. There's the calf muscles. Of course,
- 2:43:43Speaker 2: when I was younger, I couldn't see the point in
- 2:43:46Speaker 2: calf muscles didn't seem to do anything. Okay, if it
- 2:43:52Speaker 2: worked around tiptoes, then my calf muscles get some work,
- 2:43:57Speaker 2: But of course that's not true. The calf muscle being
- 2:44:00Speaker 2: used whenever we use our legs, then your shins there
- 2:44:13Speaker 2: to protect your blow legs shaped in a way almost
- 2:44:24Speaker 2: as a protector for the bone, leading of course to
- 2:44:36Speaker 2: your ankles and your feet. I'm not going to focus
- 2:44:47Speaker 2: on your feet. We're just going to focus on the legs.
- 2:44:51Speaker 2: I realize now that I've mentioned your feet you probably
- 2:44:57Speaker 2: focused on anyway. Maybe I should focus on your feet
- 2:45:02Speaker 2: a little bit. You can have them in your awareness
- 2:45:10Speaker 2: the same as you have your thighs in your awareness.
- 2:45:14Speaker 2: Even though we haven't been focusing on your thighs a
- 2:45:18Speaker 2: few minutes, we're focusing on your angles, there's still that
- 2:45:31Speaker 2: sensation of comfort in your thighs. There's that movement of
- 2:45:48Speaker 2: energy because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 2:45:57Speaker 2: there's the muscles, the big strong muscles that we have
- 2:46:02Speaker 2: in our thighs. But the skin on the outside of
- 2:46:15Speaker 2: the thighs, as in the outside of all of our body,
- 2:46:21Speaker 2: it can be very sensitive, sensitive to attached, sensitive to temperature,
- 2:46:40Speaker 2: and inside your thighs the bones, there is the muscle,
- 2:46:47Speaker 2: it is the blood, vessels, the arch trees, to all
- 2:46:51Speaker 2: this stuff that inside your thighs. I guess sometimes it'd
- 2:47:01Speaker 2: be nice if you can actually put your fingers inside
- 2:47:05Speaker 2: your thighs and message so you can message on the
- 2:47:11Speaker 2: outside of the course, but be able to get deep
- 2:47:14Speaker 2: into the muscles, to be able to just massage inside
- 2:47:20Speaker 2: your thighs, message in the bones if you like, massage
- 2:47:30Speaker 2: the veins just gently.
- 2:47:34Speaker 4: Healing thighs.
- 2:47:40Speaker 2: You can move down message inside your knees, some message
- 2:47:47Speaker 2: in those bones with healing fingertips, spreading the healing energy
- 2:47:56Speaker 2: deep into the choice your knees. Of course, the back
- 2:48:06Speaker 2: you need and the inside crease real need is it's
- 2:48:14Speaker 2: a very sensitive area. Very feels very nice when we strikeing.
- 2:48:22Speaker 2: That might be because it's an area that's not really
- 2:48:25Speaker 2: touched very often. It's almost like a hidden part a crease.
- 2:48:35Speaker 14: In your legs.
- 2:48:35Speaker 2: It's almost.
- 2:48:38Speaker 4: Like a part that.
- 2:48:41Speaker 2: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 2:48:52Speaker 2: it's protected by legs. You can let you put in
- 2:49:04Speaker 2: your fingers to increase your legs fold between your legs.
- 2:49:15Speaker 2: You can just message with your fingertips. Let your fingertips
- 2:49:20Speaker 2: going inside massage in the muscle tissue. You can cause
- 2:49:31Speaker 2: fielder bones of your knees heading through your fingertips and
- 2:49:45Speaker 2: then as you go down to your calf muscles. And
- 2:49:51Speaker 2: that's the part I'd like to be outside really put
- 2:49:55Speaker 2: my fingertips stain inside the calf muscles, massage.
- 2:50:01Speaker 14: In every.
- 2:50:03Speaker 2: Single tissue, the muscle, healing every part. They do the
- 2:50:17Speaker 2: same for a shies, massage and gently stroking the bones,
- 2:50:27Speaker 2: gently stroking them, healing and loving way, because they deserve
- 2:50:33Speaker 2: to be treated. There's the precious bones that they are.
- 2:50:40Speaker 2: Their legs are so precious, that's in all the other
- 2:50:44Speaker 2: parts of our body, the more precious of any tub planet.
- 2:51:01Speaker 2: When you start to think about the legs and its way,
- 2:51:14Speaker 2: it can change your perspective. It might sound it's silly
- 2:51:24Speaker 2: to start with the idea of having love your legs,
- 2:51:31Speaker 2: show an appreciation with your thighs, wanting to be able
- 2:51:39Speaker 2: to put your hands in your thighs, massage the muscles
- 2:51:48Speaker 2: and the bones, to get your fingers deep in their
- 2:51:54Speaker 2: releasing tension. Just to show how much you care about
- 2:52:07Speaker 2: your legs, what you care for, what your legs do
- 2:52:12Speaker 2: for regularly, your mes, your cards, your ankles, the strength
- 2:52:26Speaker 2: of your ankles, consideringly, how fit they are compared to
- 2:52:34Speaker 2: the rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yet they're
- 2:52:41Speaker 2: so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Ankles are truly
- 2:52:58Speaker 2: a gift because of what they do for you, supporting
- 2:53:09Speaker 2: all that weight, regardless of how what weight you are,
- 2:53:16Speaker 2: even if you only ate stony, still a long weight
- 2:53:22Speaker 2: for these angles. How a lot of the heavier the
- 2:53:28Speaker 2: mainstoon double dome in my course, support my body all
- 2:53:39Speaker 2: the time. What they do give off a cipher relief
- 2:53:47Speaker 2: to sit down. That's my old licks though my feet feele,
- 2:53:58Speaker 2: circ my toes clap. Your legs really are amazing. Can
- 2:54:30Speaker 2: I know? But talking about talking about your legs is
- 2:54:34Speaker 2: probably possibly my most most boring things you've ever heard
- 2:54:42Speaker 2: anyone saying possibly.
- 2:54:47Speaker 4: Boring on on.
- 2:54:49Speaker 2: Everything I said is true. Your legs are amazing. H
- 2:55:05Speaker 2: Your fix deserve of just respect. They deserve to relax.
- 2:55:17Speaker 4: Deeply.
- 2:55:25Speaker 2: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 2:55:30Speaker 2: to just licker completely. Relex really can relax because the
- 2:56:07Speaker 2: legs are so such a nice, very important part of
- 2:56:14Speaker 2: your body. When your relax negs, the rest of your
- 2:56:18Speaker 2: body also naturally follows in that journey of comfort. I'm
- 2:56:38Speaker 2: feeling my hips, My hips feel really nice, and also
- 2:56:47Speaker 2: my lower back as well. My lower back really feels
- 2:56:53Speaker 2: it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting in a
- 2:56:57Speaker 2: chair and there's no stretching as far as my way
- 2:57:03Speaker 2: that I'm doing as almost as if the muscles just
- 2:57:07Speaker 2: relaxed so much that there is a natural stretch as
- 2:57:13Speaker 2: the tension has reduced.
- 2:57:18Speaker 12: But not.
- 2:57:35Speaker 2: Now can count down ten down to one, you can continue.
- 2:57:45Speaker 29: To feel.
- 2:57:48Speaker 4: Wonderfully relaxed.
- 2:57:53Speaker 2: Ten nine, eight, seven, six.
- 2:58:11Speaker 19: Five four three.
- 2:58:29Speaker 2: One relax. So I'm just gonna countdown five down to one,
- 2:58:49Speaker 2: and as a countdown, you just focus on the numbers,
- 2:58:55Speaker 2: just the numbers counts down, and notice how you feel.
- 2:59:06Speaker 29: In this moment.
- 2:59:08Speaker 2: As you hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those
- 2:59:13Speaker 2: numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer, not just in
- 2:59:26Speaker 2: your body, but also relaxing the mind. Just notice how
- 2:59:34Speaker 2: you feel. There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say,
- 2:59:41Speaker 2: there's nothing to think about, starting with.
- 2:59:48Speaker 14: Number five, four.
- 3:00:08Speaker 2: Three two.
- 3:00:25Speaker 4: One.
- 3:00:34Speaker 2: As you notice the gradual.
- 3:00:43Speaker 4: Letting go.
- 3:00:46Speaker 2: With the tension in your body, you may also begin
- 3:00:53Speaker 2: to notice and be aware of how your mind is
- 3:01:00Speaker 2: starting to slow down. This is just a natural thing
- 3:01:09Speaker 2: that happens. It's not really a special procedure. It's just natural.
- 3:01:17Speaker 2: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax.
- 3:01:25Speaker 2: And the more your mind relaxes. The more your body relaxes.
- 3:01:28Speaker 2: It's just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that
- 3:01:40Speaker 2: calmness that comes from relative quietness. Even if this background sounds,
- 3:01:51Speaker 2: either your side or mind is still going to be
- 3:01:57Speaker 2: quite calm. You haven't got the television on, there's no
- 3:02:03Speaker 2: music in the background, unless you're listening to the recorded
- 3:02:07Speaker 2: with music. Of course, you are very likely not going
- 3:02:15Speaker 2: to be sitting in a room with other people. Of
- 3:02:18Speaker 2: course you might be, but generally it's the idea if
- 3:02:22Speaker 2: you can do this on your own, so no distractions,
- 3:02:33Speaker 2: and when you stop thinking about stuff, relaxation automatically rises.
- 3:02:49Speaker 2: The sense of comfort starts to grow, and without trying
- 3:02:59Speaker 2: to build it up into something fantastical, something magical, this
- 3:03:11Speaker 2: is just a natural process, something that's easy to accomplish.
- 3:03:24Speaker 2: In fact, it's almost you know, the sense of relaxing
- 3:03:29Speaker 2: completely happens really when you put no effort into it.
- 3:03:35Speaker 2: It's not something that you can really force. It's something
- 3:03:41Speaker 2: that happens naturally. A part of the process of this
