- 0:03Speaker 1: What's Up? And welcome. This is the Rogue Recap and
- 0:06Speaker 1: you are here with your host, Linda McLaughlin. She is pissed, off, outraged,
- 0:12Speaker 1: and has zero patience with what seems to be an
- 0:15Speaker 1: epidemic of entitlement and stupidity. Here we talk about all
- 0:19Speaker 1: the things the other shows just don't or won't touch.
- 0:23Speaker 1: Make sure to like and subscribe to her podcast so
- 0:26Speaker 1: you never miss an episode.
- 0:29Speaker 2: What's up, everybody, Welcome to the Roague Recap, and today
- 0:32Speaker 2: we're going to focus on the absolute and complete lunacy
- 0:35Speaker 2: that we heard today during the Homeland Security hearing with
- 0:39Speaker 2: Christy Nome. And what I think you'll find is complete
- 0:44Speaker 2: and obvious divisiveness, but in such a manner of what
- 0:51Speaker 2: is the word I'm looking for? I guess they're repulsive, right,
- 0:53Speaker 2: They're repulsive anti American. I've never heard anything like what
- 0:58Speaker 2: I heard today. And it was even about immigration. It
- 1:02Speaker 2: was about National guardsmen doing their job because they're wearing
- 1:07Speaker 2: the uniform, being a part of the National Guard and
- 1:11Speaker 2: have been given a directive by their president and by
- 1:15Speaker 2: Christy nom who is the Director of Homeland Security. And
- 1:19Speaker 2: I'm trying to understand how in the hell these people
- 1:24Speaker 2: are members of Congress, not the least of which is
- 1:26Speaker 2: we have Monica le Fever sitting up there at a Jersey.
- 1:29Speaker 2: She's a total asshole. She actually attacked members of ICE
- 1:33Speaker 2: and members of Homeland Security, like physically attack them. And
- 1:37Speaker 2: I'm thinking to myself, if someone had attacked Monica as
- 1:41Speaker 2: a sitting member of Congress, I have no doubt that
- 1:44Speaker 2: she would be screaming at the top of her lungs
- 1:47Speaker 2: that these people should be arrested. But she's sitting there
- 1:49Speaker 2: up on the dais part of the committee. I think
- 1:52Speaker 2: she should be stripped from every committee, and honestly, you know,
- 1:54Speaker 2: impeach from her seat and it should be a special election.
- 1:57Speaker 2: I think when you attack a fellow member of our government,
- 2:01Speaker 2: you clearly do not understand the role you play as
- 2:04Speaker 2: a member as an elected official. But I digress. So
- 2:08Speaker 2: we have two people today sitting up giving these statements
- 2:13Speaker 2: on what they consider to be complete and total They're
- 2:18Speaker 2: just outraged that anybody could speak up and want to
- 2:22Speaker 2: defend the nation and deport illegal immigrants who are here
- 2:27Speaker 2: committing crimes. They don't care that they've murdered little girls
- 2:32Speaker 2: and little boys, whether it's through rape and attack with
- 2:36Speaker 2: their bare hands, whether it's through drunk driving, whether it's
- 2:40Speaker 2: people without these proper CDL licenses. It is so odd
- 2:45Speaker 2: to me that their justification for crime and crimes against
- 2:50Speaker 2: completely and totally innocent people, not people that were in
- 2:54Speaker 2: a fight, not people that were you know, at a
- 2:57Speaker 2: club and bumped into each other or on the street,
- 3:00Speaker 2: didn't like each other, or had pre existing history, utter
- 3:04Speaker 2: and complete strangers who are at the mercy of Democrat
- 3:09Speaker 2: elected officials who have decided that their alliances lie not
- 3:13Speaker 2: with the American people, but whoever it is that's lining
- 3:16Speaker 2: their pockets so that they can continue to profit from
- 3:20Speaker 2: allowing illegal immigrants into the country. And I used to
- 3:23Speaker 2: think that it was just because they needed their vote.
- 3:26Speaker 2: I used to think that a lot of it had
- 3:28Speaker 2: to do with Okay, so they want to keep their
- 3:31Speaker 2: party strong, They want to import people who are only
- 3:35Speaker 2: going to vote for them. They want to keep the
- 3:38Speaker 2: Democrat Party in power, which obviously they're not right now,
- 3:42Speaker 2: not to really tell you, I mean, I don't think
- 3:44Speaker 2: it makes a whole hell of a lot of difference,
- 3:45Speaker 2: because we've got so many rhinos in the Republican Party.
- 3:49Speaker 2: I would love to just vote issue based. I think
- 3:52Speaker 2: we would have so much more luck like that, because
- 3:54Speaker 2: I think there are a lot of normal Republicans and
- 3:57Speaker 2: a lot of normal Democrats that are sort of shout
- 4:00Speaker 2: it down by the extremists on others on either side.
- 4:05Speaker 2: But I digress. So this particular person, her name is
- 4:09Speaker 2: Representative Julie Johnson, and she explains that the horrific events
- 4:15Speaker 2: that happened in DC to two completely innocent National guardsmen
- 4:20Speaker 2: is because people are very frustrated, and so they channel
- 4:25Speaker 2: their frustrations by murdering our national guardsmen. This is a
- 4:30Speaker 2: sitting member of Congress. It is so frightening to me
- 4:35Speaker 2: that this person has power to do anything. I wouldn't
- 4:38Speaker 2: want her to bag my groceries. And I'm not being funny.
- 4:42Speaker 2: If you think that people have a right due to
- 4:45Speaker 2: their frustration to murder another human being, you don't belong
- 4:51Speaker 2: in civil society. That is not the way that we work.
- 4:56Speaker 2: There are some standard mores that we all sort of
- 4:59Speaker 2: live by. Clearly, Julie was absent the day they taught
- 5:02Speaker 2: common sense and you know that shall not kill. I mean,
- 5:06Speaker 2: I think that's sort of a universal concept. And just
- 5:09Speaker 2: to remind everybody that Lakehamwall who was the Afghan national
- 5:16Speaker 2: drove all the way from Bellingham, Washington to Washington, d C.
- 5:22Speaker 2: On November twenty sixth, just a couple of blocks from
- 5:25Speaker 2: the White House and shot two National guardsmen who were
- 5:30Speaker 2: doing absolutely nothing involving black of Wall, absolutely nothing. This guy,
- 5:36Speaker 2: utter stranger, walks up, kills Sarah Bestrom and puts Andrew
- 5:42Speaker 2: Woof into a coma. He's just now coming out of it.
- 5:45Speaker 2: Sarah was only twenty years old. She's a baby. He
- 5:50Speaker 2: literally killed somebody's child. And the sad part is these
- 5:54Speaker 2: assholes that you're about to hear, they're elected members of
- 5:58Speaker 2: Congress and they're basically saying, and I say basically because
- 6:02Speaker 2: it's not an exact quote, but you be the judge
- 6:06Speaker 2: that they deserved it, that people have a right to
- 6:09Speaker 2: shoot at members of our military doing their job because
- 6:13Speaker 2: they represent a point of frustration. I wish I was kidding,
- 6:18Speaker 2: I really do, but this is I'm just going to
- 6:21Speaker 2: play it for you because it's just infuriating.
- 6:24Speaker 3: Because of the color of their skin. There's no probable
- 6:28Speaker 3: cause for that, and also that you will get due process.
- 6:33Speaker 3: You can't just snatch somebody walking into a coffee shop
- 6:38Speaker 3: because of the color of their skin. There's no probable
- 6:41Speaker 3: cause for that, and also that you will get due process,
- 6:47Speaker 3: and that is not happening. And so what you're seeing
- 6:51Speaker 3: is an overwhelming frustration of the American people in this
- 6:56Speaker 3: country that the lack of respect and regard for the
- 7:01Speaker 3: rule of law by this administration and in particular by
- 7:06Speaker 3: this secretary is at a level that we have never
- 7:09Speaker 3: seen and violates all of the constitutional norms and all
- 7:13Speaker 3: of the principles of legal fairness in this country. And
- 7:18Speaker 3: you're seeing that manifests itself in threats to law enforcement
- 7:23Speaker 3: and bubbling over because people are frustrated and they are
- 7:28Speaker 3: channeling that frustration because the administration is not listening.
- 7:34Speaker 2: So these people are channeling their frustration because by her terms,
- 7:40Speaker 2: ICE agents and members of Homeland Security National guardsmen are
- 7:46Speaker 2: out looking at people and saying, we don't like the
- 7:49Speaker 2: color of your skin, so we're gonna snatch you out
- 7:53Speaker 2: of a coffee shop. This is literally what this woman
- 7:57Speaker 2: is saying. Let's just think about this for a hot second.
- 8:00Speaker 2: First of all, as a matter of course, there is
- 8:04Speaker 2: no such thing as due process for someone in our
- 8:08Speaker 2: country who was not a citizen. Clearly, Julie did not
- 8:12Speaker 2: pass civics, or maybe she was absent that thing, right,
- 8:16Speaker 2: the idea that you think that an illegal alien who
- 8:20Speaker 2: came here during the Biden administration because Biden had some
- 8:24Speaker 2: sort of kickback going on, or maybe it wasn't Biden.
- 8:27Speaker 2: For all we know, it was doctor Joel Biden or
- 8:29Speaker 2: somebody in their stupid ass family, because I mean, Joe
- 8:32Speaker 2: really didn't know what time it was. But somebody in
- 8:34Speaker 2: that administration, somebody was a part of setting up this
- 8:40Speaker 2: kickback scheme, which is why we're sending forty five million
- 8:42Speaker 2: dollars a week to Afghanistan to the Taliban is getting
- 8:48Speaker 2: something back in return for allowing all of these Afghans
- 8:51Speaker 2: to come to America. So now we have unvetted Afghans,
- 8:55Speaker 2: we're pushing them through the process because we had this
- 8:58Speaker 2: debacle of a withdrawal on Joe Biden's watch, the same
- 9:02Speaker 2: one he checked when the thirteen bodies came home of
- 9:05Speaker 2: our murdered military that happened on his watch at Kabo Airport.
- 9:08Speaker 2: But I digress. So now Julie here thinks that it's
- 9:13Speaker 2: unfair that people like the guy that came up at
- 9:17Speaker 2: point blank range and shot to national guardsmen, one of
- 9:21Speaker 2: them in the head, killing her, and she's now gone
- 9:24Speaker 2: forever from her family from an utter and complete lunatic
- 9:29Speaker 2: who should have never been here, who shouldn't be driving
- 9:32Speaker 2: across the country with loaded weapons and kills one of
- 9:37Speaker 2: our National guardsmen. The problem is, it's not that he's
- 9:40Speaker 2: a criminal. It's not that he hates America. It's not
- 9:43Speaker 2: that he walked up and committed a crime. It's that
- 9:46Speaker 2: he's frustrated. Julie thinks he's frustrated. That's what we have
- 9:51Speaker 2: going on here. Can you actually believe that this person
- 9:55Speaker 2: is allowed to legislate and make laws for regular, everyday America.
- 10:01Speaker 2: I think her and Monica shut together, go open a
- 10:06Speaker 2: very small store in a very remote location where they
- 10:09Speaker 2: can live in their own echo chamber of nonsense and
- 10:11Speaker 2: talk about solving the world's problems and leave the rest
- 10:14Speaker 2: of it to the adults in the room. Because these
- 10:16Speaker 2: two morons don't have a clue. I mean, honestly, not
- 10:18Speaker 2: a brain cell between them. It is so insulting. If
- 10:22Speaker 2: I was Sarah's family, if that was my daughter, I
- 10:25Speaker 2: would be standing on the congressional steps tomorrow with a
- 10:30Speaker 2: megaphone screaming this asshole's name, This scumbag afghan loser came
- 10:36Speaker 2: and shot my daughter and she's gone forever. And you
- 10:40Speaker 2: think it's because people are frustrated, Really, okay, must be nice,
- 10:46Speaker 2: Must be nice in that ivory tower to sit there
- 10:49Speaker 2: and look down at the rest of us and say,
- 10:51Speaker 2: go ahead, live, live in whatever, because we're going to
- 10:53Speaker 2: take it from here. And for those of you who
- 10:57Speaker 2: do not remember, let me just give you some of
- 11:00Speaker 2: the roundup of where we're at with what happened on
- 11:02Speaker 2: November twenty sixth. So Sarah Beckstrom succumbs to her injuries
- 11:07Speaker 2: the next day on the twenty seventh, on Thanksgiving Day,
- 11:10Speaker 2: Andrew Woof critically injured, still in the hospital but hopefully
- 11:15Speaker 2: doing better and continuing to do better. The Superior the
- 11:20Speaker 2: DC Superior Court judge has now found wait for it,
- 11:25Speaker 2: probable cause that Lackawall committed the offense of first degree
- 11:29Speaker 2: murder while armed, assault with intent to kill wall armed,
- 11:32Speaker 2: and two counts of possession of a firearm during a
- 11:35Speaker 2: crime of violence, and they've ordered him to be held
- 11:38Speaker 2: without bond pending the preliminary hearing. He was also injured
- 11:42Speaker 2: during the shooting, so he's not even in jail. He's
- 11:44Speaker 2: in a local hospital and he's being treated and he's
- 11:47Speaker 2: held under guard. The thing that really bothers me here
- 11:52Speaker 2: is he's being held with probable cause. We have video,
- 11:57Speaker 2: we have pictures, we have eye went. I understand the
- 12:02Speaker 2: rule of law and that everyone is deemed to be
- 12:04Speaker 2: innocent until proven guilty, but there are moments when things
- 12:09Speaker 2: just are. This is one of those moments things just are.
- 12:13Speaker 2: You're guilty. You walked up, you shot two National guardsmen
- 12:17Speaker 2: at point blank range. One died, one barely made it
- 12:20Speaker 2: out with his life. And now you're sitting in a
- 12:22Speaker 2: hospital on taxpayer dollars, I might add, getting all the
- 12:26Speaker 2: care and treatment that you can get, and Sarah Beckstram
- 12:28Speaker 2: is gone, and we're looking for probable cause. We think
- 12:33Speaker 2: we have it. Really, I just this is the stuff.
- 12:38Speaker 2: I don't understand. Why this where? Why do we need
- 12:40Speaker 2: to give him due process at all? You know, you
- 12:44Speaker 2: come here and you're supposed to obey a certain level
- 12:46Speaker 2: of laws. You're supposed to have a certain level of
- 12:49Speaker 2: regard if you will. There's none. And the reason that
- 12:53Speaker 2: there's none is because Democrats love to give them all
- 12:57Speaker 2: the rope in the world, all the rope and world
- 13:01Speaker 2: before they finally say, oh yeah, I guess we shouldn't
- 13:03Speaker 2: allow that. I don't know how is a human being
- 13:06Speaker 2: putting party aside? You could say what that asshole Julie said.
- 13:10Speaker 2: And now here's another moron. And this guy's a real
- 13:13Speaker 2: winner winner. You're gonna know who he is when I
- 13:15Speaker 2: tell you. But this is Benny Thompson. You might remember
- 13:17Speaker 2: him from the January sixth committee and all the evidence
- 13:20Speaker 2: that somehow got lost. I'm like, you're the chairman there
- 13:25Speaker 2: with Liz Cheney and youtuity. It's lost all of your
- 13:28Speaker 2: information and all of your investigative process and all of
- 13:31Speaker 2: your details and evidence. Really we're supposed to believe that.
- 13:34Speaker 2: Give me a freaking break. This is what this guy
- 13:37Speaker 2: calls the terrorist attack committed by this guy against two
- 13:44Speaker 2: members of our military. Listen to what he calls what
- 13:48Speaker 2: happened November twenty sixth.
- 13:51Speaker 4: N CTC reference the unfortunate accident. They had a crue
- 13:58Speaker 4: with National guardsmen.
- 14:00Speaker 2: You think that was an unfortunate accident?
- 14:03Speaker 4: I mean, Terri, Wait, look, I'll get it straight.
- 14:06Speaker 2: Then you can shot our National guardsman in the head.
- 14:09Speaker 4: Look, musam, will you direct witness to allow me to
- 14:14Speaker 4: ask my question. It was an unfortunate situation, but you
- 14:20Speaker 4: blamed it solely on Joe Biden.
- 14:24Speaker 2: First of all, can we talk about this man's inability
- 14:28Speaker 2: to say ask? It's not acts a question. I'm having
- 14:33Speaker 2: a difficult time understanding what he's saying. Perhaps we, you know,
- 14:38Speaker 2: could have him annunciate. I know I have a bad accent,
- 14:40Speaker 2: but you know what I'm saying. You can delineate the
- 14:44Speaker 2: words coming out of my mouth. Can you cannot ask
- 14:48Speaker 2: my question? What is happening? It's ask? You're a grown
- 14:53Speaker 2: ask man sitting on the dais of the Capitol Hill
- 14:57Speaker 2: as a member of Congress. This is this is what
- 15:02Speaker 2: drives me crazy. We're putting people into our House of
- 15:07Speaker 2: Representatives who I really don't think should hold any sort
- 15:13Speaker 2: of public office, any sort of executive level position. They
- 15:17Speaker 2: need to be in a I follow not lead position
- 15:21Speaker 2: at all times because they do not know what is
- 15:24Speaker 2: going on. And to say that this was an accident,
- 15:28Speaker 2: This was a premeditated terrorist attack that happened because Joe
- 15:33Speaker 2: Biden allowed this scumbag from Afghanistan to come into our country.
- 15:38Speaker 2: He entered under Joe Biden's watch during the failed program
- 15:44Speaker 2: that they had to resettle refugees and I use that
- 15:47Speaker 2: term real loosely from Afghanistan. So then he comes over
- 15:53Speaker 2: no assimilation, no acclimation. And then when other people get
- 15:57Speaker 2: in charge, who you know, know the Concert Institution, believe
- 16:00Speaker 2: in the federalist papers, actually have heard of the Declaration
- 16:03Speaker 2: of Independence, they get upset when the laws actually get enforced,
- 16:08Speaker 2: when the auto pen is no longer in charge, and
- 16:11Speaker 2: the law has become the laws again, it gets very
- 16:14Speaker 2: uncomfortable for those who have been breaking them, as if
- 16:17Speaker 2: they didn't exist for a very long time, which is
- 16:19Speaker 2: what happened with Obama and Biden. And then you have
- 16:23Speaker 2: people in the media as well as Kamala Harris and
- 16:28Speaker 2: the Benny Thompsons and the Maxime Waters and the Chuck
- 16:31Speaker 2: Schumers and the aocs and the Ilhanno Mars and I
- 16:34Speaker 2: could go on and on and on. There's just too
- 16:36Speaker 2: many assholes to name. But when you think about that,
- 16:40Speaker 2: all of these people are encouraging the behavior. It's okay
- 16:44Speaker 2: to be misinformed. It's also okay to miss inform and
- 16:49Speaker 2: to give out false information and to leave part of
- 16:52Speaker 2: the details out. And this is not just being a
- 16:55Speaker 2: headline hero. This is actually willfully misleading to say the
- 17:01Speaker 2: unfortunate accident is to talk about a car crash, a
- 17:04Speaker 2: plane crash, a train crash, you falling down, tripping, walking
- 17:08Speaker 2: down the street, any of these things. Those are accidents.
- 17:13Speaker 2: Your kids spilling something on the floor accident, your dog
- 17:17Speaker 2: peeing in the house accident. An Afghan lunatic walking up
- 17:23Speaker 2: to two military members like three blocks from our white house,
- 17:27Speaker 2: armed with weapons and shooting them at point plank range.
- 17:30Speaker 2: Not an accident. Nope, not any day of the week,
- 17:34Speaker 2: that's called an attack, mister Thompson, since we're keeping score,
- 17:40Speaker 2: This is Linda McLaughlin. I want to thank you guys
- 17:42Speaker 2: for listening. This is the Roague Recap. Please follow us
- 17:45Speaker 2: at Linda mick at Roague Recap. We'll let us know
