- 1:07Speaker 2: guys another avenue to listen, to connect, and to have
- 1:12Speaker 2: conversations that you normally wouldn't have before we dive into

- 1:30Speaker 3: So go ahead, well, I am one half of the
- 1:35Speaker 3: hosting extraordinaries for Uncomfortable Situations, Simone Higginbotham. I also am
- 1:41Speaker 3: the owner of rebirth magazine Weekend Girls, which is a
- 1:45Speaker 3: lifestyle website. I'm a founder of Legend Awards VR, and
- 1:50Speaker 3: I guess a community advocate. I've been told that I'm
- 1:53Speaker 3: a curator of stories. I don't know how true that is,
- 1:56Speaker 3: but you know that's what I've heard. So that's me.
- 1:59Speaker 3: I'm a grammy sister uh unh just and I try
- 2:06Speaker 3: to be a very good friend to all those people
- 2:08Speaker 3: that I call a friends. So that's who Simone is.
- 2:13Speaker 2: All right, And we have the newcomer to kicking it
- 2:16Speaker 2: with Kiki. Jay, go ahead and tell people who you
- 2:19Speaker 2: are the other half of Uncomfortable Situations.
- 2:23Speaker 3: Hi, I am Jay Miller.
- 2:25Speaker 1: I am the other half co host of Uncomfortable Situations,
- 2:30Speaker 1: and I'm a former service member and recruiter. Currently what
- 2:34Speaker 1: I do I consult, you know, people consult with me
- 2:37Speaker 1: on how to go to gardens. And I also handmade
- 2:41Speaker 1: you know, some fashionable statement jewel. I'm a daughter, I'm
- 2:45Speaker 1: a sister, I'm a cousin, I'm a niece.
- 2:47Speaker 3: A few people who.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Call me mom. You know, I love to embrace the
- 2:51Speaker 1: word motherhood. It's very important. But other than that, you know,
- 2:56Speaker 1: I'm a part of the community and I love being
- 2:58Speaker 1: a part of the metro.
- 3:00Speaker 2: That comity absolutely well. Thank you for being here, Thank
- 3:04Speaker 2: you both for being here. And I want to dive
- 3:06Speaker 2: right into uncomfortable situations? Why the name? First and foremost,
- 3:11Speaker 2: how did you guys come up with the name uncomfortable situations?
- 3:16Speaker 3: That's all Jade? Uh. I can't think the credit for that.
- 3:20Speaker 3: That's Jane. That was all j But when she said it,
- 3:24Speaker 3: I knew it was the right name.
- 3:26Speaker 2: All right, Jane. Sometime know what birth? Uncomfortable situation?
- 3:31Speaker 3: Okame?
- 3:32Speaker 1: Can I guess?
- 3:33Speaker 3: Said?
- 3:33Speaker 1: Before? You know, I'm a former service member as well,
- 3:38Speaker 1: and I spent the number of years in the military
- 3:40Speaker 1: serving our great country that we live in. But in
- 3:44Speaker 1: the midst of me serving my country and everything, being
- 3:47Speaker 1: a human, I've experienced some I was standing uncomfortable situations.
- 3:54Speaker 1: And I'll tell you those uncomfortable situations. My life should
- 3:58Speaker 1: have been a drama y a movie or something, you know,
- 4:03Speaker 1: or one thing about uncomfortable situations. They have to be addressed,
- 4:07Speaker 1: they have to be discussed. You know, people oftentime, like
- 4:11Speaker 1: to goal behind. Odie Kane said like this. Odie Kane
- 4:15Speaker 1: said like that.
- 4:17Speaker 3: I had two.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Grandmothers who were very non traditional women, and whatever came
- 4:23Speaker 1: to their head came out of their moms. And much
- 4:28Speaker 1: respect to my grandmother's I learned from those strong women.
- 4:32Speaker 1: It's the reason why they addressed everything that was uncomfortable.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Anything that was uncomfortable. None of my grandmothers they were
- 4:39Speaker 1: not sham of.
- 4:40Speaker 3: Absolutely well.
- 4:41Speaker 2: I love the name of uncomfortable situations because we've all
- 4:43Speaker 2: been there. I think that the audience can relate to
- 4:47Speaker 2: how uncomfortable those uncomfortable situations can get. And the fact
- 4:52Speaker 2: that you guys are bringing this platform to give some
- 4:55Speaker 2: people a voice or allowed them to shed some light
- 4:59Speaker 2: on comforable situations. Aside from you guys, you know, being
- 5:05Speaker 2: advocates in the community and pillars of the community. Uh,
- 5:09Speaker 2: former service member, what can listeners expect from this dynamic
- 5:15Speaker 2: duo of Jade and Simon.
- 5:18Speaker 1: We'll get to the point and get to the point.
- 5:21Speaker 3: Yeah, and I think, yeah, we are, we're a whole
- 5:25Speaker 3: lot of life. But then we're different and we're I
- 5:27Speaker 3: think what they will get most about is the real
- 5:31Speaker 3: honesty and no sugar coat anything. We will discussed things
- 5:34Speaker 3: that maybe some people want to talk about but maybe
- 5:37Speaker 3: afraid to talk about. We want to get that information
- 5:39Speaker 3: out there. You know, every situation is different, and most
- 5:42Speaker 3: of them in the time that we live in now,
- 5:44Speaker 3: things are uncomfortable. Uh, we're literally I come from a
- 5:48Speaker 3: ja We come from a generation that we were told
- 5:50Speaker 3: not to talk about. Yeah, especially being running things that
- 5:56Speaker 3: we shouldn't discuss, things that may be you know, viewed
- 5:59Speaker 3: into society maybe unladylike we shouldn't you know, we shouldn't
- 6:02Speaker 3: talk about. But I think, like you said, you put
- 6:04Speaker 3: things out on the table, and put things out there.
- 6:06Speaker 3: They have to be addressed, and we're just gonna address
- 6:08Speaker 3: some things that they wouldn't expect to be addressed. You know,
- 6:11Speaker 3: we may start off a little luke warm, but we're
- 6:13Speaker 3: gonna heat up toward the end.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Absolute bit. I love it. What are some key messages
- 6:19Speaker 2: you guys wish a hope that the listeners gain by
- 6:22Speaker 2: tuning in too uncomfortable situation.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Well, I want women to understand that, you know, for them,
- 6:28Speaker 1: women to embrace the atonomy. You're autonomy, you know, embrace
- 6:33Speaker 1: being independent. You know, don't worry about it. If you're single,
- 6:38Speaker 1: don't worry about it. If you man free, Embrace your
- 6:42Speaker 1: God given autonomy, your independent decision to be a woman,
- 6:47Speaker 1: and your independent decision to not having to ask anybody
- 6:51Speaker 1: to do anything.
- 6:52Speaker 3: You just do it.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Take the money out the bank, do what you want
- 6:56Speaker 1: to do with your money out the bank. You don't
- 6:58Speaker 1: have to ask anybody. Embrace your time, embrace your independence.
- 7:03Speaker 3: And you know, and I agree, absolutely agree with Jade
- 7:06Speaker 3: on that. And I want women also to be not
- 7:09Speaker 3: to be able to stand uh and just believe, you know,
- 7:12Speaker 3: have your own beliefs. It's okay to be different.
- 7:14Speaker 1: You know.
- 7:14Speaker 3: A lot of times women you feel like we have
- 7:16Speaker 3: to fit within this box or we have to fit
- 7:18Speaker 3: within this within these boundaries. Hey, color on the outside
- 7:22Speaker 3: of the lines, and you don't have to be on
- 7:24Speaker 3: the inside of the lines anymore. So I've learned in
- 7:26Speaker 3: the last couple of years, on probably the last four
- 7:29Speaker 3: and a half, that I have to live my length
- 7:32Speaker 3: the way I want to live it. I can't live
- 7:34Speaker 3: to make everybody. It's okay to make yourself happy, and
- 7:36Speaker 3: you might make some people uncomfortable, make them unhappy, you know,
- 7:40Speaker 3: So to do that that's one of the things that's
- 7:43Speaker 3: my major thing for me personally. What I want to
- 7:45Speaker 3: bring the calls to the women that listen in.
- 7:47Speaker 2: Okay, so I see you guys are targeting women as
- 7:51Speaker 2: your your targeted audience, right, So, do you guys have
- 7:54Speaker 2: anything for the men? Are y'all gonna discriminate and just
- 7:57Speaker 2: pour into the ladies or candom? Is this something that
- 8:01Speaker 2: the men can tune in too as well? Well?
- 8:04Speaker 1: The men can tune in, you know, I agree, you know,
- 8:10Speaker 1: I agree they may learn something because it's a lot
- 8:12Speaker 1: that they don't know. And lately I've been hit with
- 8:16Speaker 1: quite a few questions from different men. Just in the
- 8:19Speaker 1: month of July.
- 8:20Speaker 3: About four different men are like, why is.
- 8:23Speaker 1: It that women are choosing to be alone?
- 8:25Speaker 3: Now?
- 8:26Speaker 1: I ain't never seen it like this before, when women
- 8:29Speaker 1: wan to be by themselves. I've heard that four times
- 8:33Speaker 1: in the month of July.
- 8:36Speaker 2: What What was your answer?
- 8:38Speaker 3: What did you tell them?
- 8:39Speaker 1: I told them, you know, pretty much, I say women
- 8:41Speaker 1: are embracing themselves and say, you know, we're tired of being.
- 8:44Speaker 3: Told what to do.
- 8:45Speaker 1: You know sometime, you know, we gave y'all the upper
- 8:48Speaker 1: hand to lead us. You didn't take us to even
- 8:51Speaker 1: get a drink of water. You did not lead us
- 8:55Speaker 1: to get a drink of water, you know what I'm saying.
- 8:58Speaker 1: And how can the I you know, tell a woman
- 9:03Speaker 1: who knows how to manage her finances and everything. And then,
- 9:07Speaker 1: by the way, while women get in with these men
- 9:09Speaker 1: who don't know how to manage finances, and she know
- 9:11Speaker 1: how to manage finances, and all he gonna.
- 9:13Speaker 3: Do is use her to get him straight.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Next thing, you know, he gonna be with the one
- 9:18Speaker 1: he can get who who had nothing to help him
- 9:22Speaker 1: field it up. And you know that this can go
- 9:24Speaker 1: on and on and on.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, what you have to say about it
- 9:29Speaker 2: to my own I know you said that they can
- 9:31Speaker 2: learn something.
- 9:32Speaker 3: But the men that, as James, I think, men, a
- 9:37Speaker 3: lot of men don't really know what it's the essence
- 9:43Speaker 3: of a woman, you know, what it is, what our
- 9:46Speaker 3: true needs are, or they don't know how to find
- 9:49Speaker 3: out what our needs are, what our desires are. So
- 9:52Speaker 3: they think that, you know, they provide for you and
- 9:54Speaker 3: that's it. But it's so much more to that. A
- 9:55Speaker 3: lot of you know, men, you know that I've come across,
- 9:59Speaker 3: they don't they really, I just don't know. They just
- 10:01Speaker 3: know that a man is supposed to have a woman,
- 10:03Speaker 3: you know, but it's so much more of it, you know,
- 10:05Speaker 3: And a lot of us are beginning to find our
- 10:07Speaker 3: independence and they don't understand that we can be independent
- 10:10Speaker 3: and still if you choose, we so choose to be
- 10:12Speaker 3: in a relationship or be married, but we also meet
- 10:14Speaker 3: our independence to an extent, and that doesn't separate us
- 10:18Speaker 3: from them, but we need that to feel for me
- 10:22Speaker 3: to feel complete or feel whole. So that's why I'm
- 10:25Speaker 3: at this point in life where I don't feel like
- 10:27Speaker 3: I have to have a husband. I don't think I
- 10:29Speaker 3: ever will have another husband. It's not on my to
- 10:32Speaker 3: do list, it's not on my bucket list. I've been married,
- 10:36Speaker 3: you know. And I said over and over again, I
- 10:38Speaker 3: had a tragedy early in life. That's what I call it,
- 10:41Speaker 3: because that's what it was for me. It may not
- 10:43Speaker 3: have been that way for other women, but it was
- 10:45Speaker 3: that way for me. But I want people to understand, maybe,
- 10:48Speaker 3: you know, I know there are other women like me
- 10:50Speaker 3: that feel the way I feel, but a lot of
- 10:52Speaker 3: them are afraid. So I want men to know that
- 10:54Speaker 3: it doesn't make us any less of a woman because
- 10:57Speaker 3: we don't want those typical are traditional relationships with a man,
- 11:02Speaker 3: but sometimes we just want to beat us. We want
- 11:04Speaker 3: to have a chance to grow to see who we are,
- 11:08Speaker 3: who we are from inside out, not outside in.
- 11:13Speaker 2: Absolutely, that was beautiful, there was it was beautifully said.
- 11:17Speaker 2: I love that, and I love that you stand in
- 11:19Speaker 2: your truth. And for a lot of women, that probably
- 11:22Speaker 2: is an uncomfortable situation for them to talk about the
- 11:25Speaker 2: fact that you're comfortable not being married anymore.
- 11:28Speaker 3: You And I'm gonna say this about other women. I
- 11:31Speaker 3: find that a lot of women have a tendency to
- 11:33Speaker 3: make women like myself feel like we are not that
- 11:36Speaker 3: something's wrong with me, you know, because I don't want
- 11:39Speaker 3: to be married. It's absolutely nothing wrong with me. You know,
- 11:42Speaker 3: I just don't want.
- 11:43Speaker 2: To be married.
- 11:43Speaker 3: I've been married. It's you know, I'm a firm believer
- 11:46Speaker 3: that that piece of paper doesn't validate a relationship for
- 11:51Speaker 3: me now with somebody. I can't tell anybody else what
- 11:53Speaker 3: the feeling and think, but I'm quite I know there
- 11:55Speaker 3: are other women that feel like I.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Do and they're afraid to say it.
- 11:59Speaker 3: Yeah, to see and by other most times by other women,
- 12:05Speaker 3: not so much men.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Yeah, right, some other women can be some cutthroat behind that.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Mm hmm, absolutely absolutely, But I love I love the
- 12:16Speaker 2: fact that you guys decided to do a podcast. Now,
- 12:20Speaker 2: you know, you could have done a radio show. You
- 12:22Speaker 2: could have just gone live on Facebook or Instagram. What
- 12:25Speaker 2: prompted the actual podcast? How did you say, day Simon, Hey,
- 12:30Speaker 2: let's just turn this into a podcast. How did that
- 12:33Speaker 2: all all happen? Well?
- 12:35Speaker 1: Look, some all, okay, some of been knowing me. We've
- 12:41Speaker 1: been knowing each other for quite a while, right, and
- 12:44Speaker 1: you know, through different people around the community, and so
- 12:48Speaker 1: we've been Facebook friends for quite some time. So someon
- 12:50Speaker 1: been looking at some of the stuff I'll be posting
- 12:53Speaker 1: on Facebook, and yes, I talked just like both of
- 12:55Speaker 1: my grandmothers on Facebook, and so same was like, we
- 13:00Speaker 1: need to get together and do a podcast, and that's
- 13:06Speaker 1: all of it.
- 13:08Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, looks it's been about a year ago. Almost
- 13:11Speaker 3: said yeah, yeah about it. Yes, here you know, and
- 13:18Speaker 3: started talking about together and here we are, and I'm
- 13:21Speaker 3: so excited. Look, I'm so excited about it.
- 13:24Speaker 2: So I know that it's about to make his debut.
- 13:27Speaker 2: And before we get into that, to tell the listeners
- 13:29Speaker 2: how they can tune in and everything like that. I
- 13:32Speaker 2: want to ask a question, what has been an uncomfortable
- 13:38Speaker 2: situation of yours that has shaped your life thus far?
- 13:44Speaker 1: Hmmm, I'll tell you my second of us is really
- 13:56Speaker 1: the stain, the catalysts and everything that gave me the motivation.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Not saying I didn't have a choice, but because always
- 14:09Speaker 1: I came into a marriage being an independent woman. But
- 14:12Speaker 1: this right here said don't do that again. So that's
- 14:16Speaker 1: why Simon and are a lot of light marriage for me.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Not doing that again, that's it.
- 14:24Speaker 3: It's over with.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Wow, that's shape that has that had a lot to do.
- 14:29Speaker 1: I look at ment in a different way because see
- 14:33Speaker 1: I learned to pay attention to certain things. Now I
- 14:36Speaker 1: know how to identify red flags. And now I don't mind,
- 14:42Speaker 1: you know, if I don't go out on no date
- 14:44Speaker 1: or anything, I'm happy. I'm I'm good with that. Yeah,
- 14:48Speaker 1: because I wasn't born with a twin and look, only
- 14:52Speaker 1: one person could fit in the casket anyway, You're right,
- 14:59Speaker 1: I'm for me.
- 15:00Speaker 3: The most uncomfortable situation for me is the fact that
- 15:05Speaker 3: being in a company. You know, I was married young
- 15:09Speaker 3: and been the divorce going into in December to be
- 15:12Speaker 3: twenty twenty two, years in December. So I've been without
- 15:17Speaker 3: a husband for a long time, but I've been I've
- 15:20Speaker 3: had relationships, but I think the most uncomfortable thing for
- 15:23Speaker 3: me is the last relationship that I was in. You know,
- 15:26Speaker 3: gone ho about being married and I didn't. I made
- 15:30Speaker 3: it clear at the beginning it was not on my agenda.
- 15:33Speaker 3: And I think the most uncomfortable thing was being you know,
- 15:35Speaker 3: having to walk away from that because you know, I
- 15:37Speaker 3: don't want to be pressured, you know, every day, every
- 15:40Speaker 3: you know, that's what the conversation ends up. You know, why,
- 15:44Speaker 3: what's wrong with you? What women wouldn't want to And
- 15:47Speaker 3: that was very uncomfortable for me. So I had to
- 15:50Speaker 3: cut times, I had to just walk completely away. It's
- 15:53Speaker 3: no being friends, none of that, because it just was
- 15:56Speaker 3: never going to end. It was that was, like recently,
- 15:58Speaker 3: the most uncomfortable situation for me.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Oh wow, yeah, I believe that it would have been
- 16:04Speaker 2: very uncomfortable for me as well. I think the most
- 16:07Speaker 2: uncomfortable situation I have ever been in is realizing that
- 16:12Speaker 2: I need to stay out of my parents' business because
- 16:15Speaker 2: they had a lot of uncomfortable situations that happened that
- 16:19Speaker 2: we saw as kids, and they are still together married
- 16:23Speaker 2: almost fifty years, and what works for them doesn't work
- 16:27Speaker 2: for everybody, and they still genuinely love each other. They
- 16:31Speaker 2: decide to move past those uncomfortable situations. So I just
- 16:36Speaker 2: had to look and say, you know what, I just
- 16:38Speaker 2: need to mind my business because they love it. If
- 16:41Speaker 2: they like it, I love it.
- 16:42Speaker 3: So to speak.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Now, I said that they had so much going on
- 16:45Speaker 2: where if it was me, I probably wouldn't stay. But
- 16:48Speaker 2: it was just some of the dynamics in the relationship
- 16:50Speaker 2: I just wouldn't want for a relationship myself. Yeah, can
- 16:54Speaker 2: you guys share like a couple of topics that the
- 16:59Speaker 2: listeners can't expect to listen to are here? Uh? In
- 17:03Speaker 2: the first season of Uncomfortable Situations, anything that stands out
- 17:08Speaker 2: to you.
- 17:08Speaker 3: Guys, Uh, my favorite probably will be a huge woman
- 17:17Speaker 3: is dangerous? Yeah, I like that one.
- 17:20Speaker 4: Yeah, you know that that that that that was like
- 17:26Speaker 4: the one for me because I think and I guess
- 17:30Speaker 4: I'm giving a little bit of the episode, but one
- 17:32Speaker 4: of the things we discussed with in that episode was
- 17:36Speaker 4: why a lot of men go after that woman that's
- 17:39Speaker 4: not healed?
- 17:40Speaker 3: You know? And I see that a lot a lot.
- 17:46Speaker 2: And guys, we're not we're not gonna we're not telling
- 17:49Speaker 2: about the episode.
- 17:51Speaker 3: Uh you know, I'm just saying that's one of the things,
- 17:55Speaker 3: like you have to you have to tune in, and
- 17:57Speaker 3: we're about to tell.
- 17:58Speaker 2: Y'all how y'all can tune in and all of the
- 18:00Speaker 2: show and things like that. But but what about you, Jay,
- 18:03Speaker 2: Like what what are what can can you name like
- 18:07Speaker 2: a topic that stands out to you that listeners can
- 18:09Speaker 2: be ready to like explore with you guys to join
- 18:13Speaker 2: in on the conversation.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Oh, you know, things like marriage wants to go?
- 18:17Speaker 3: But was it the prize?
- 18:20Speaker 2: Oh? I can't wait for that one. I cannot wait
- 18:25Speaker 2: for that one. Mm hm wow like that? Okay, scratch

- 18:48Speaker 2: to be doing something amazing where where listeners can write
- 18:52Speaker 2: in like email to the show about topics and things
- 18:56Speaker 2: like that. I know you're gonna have some things that
- 18:58Speaker 2: you're doing live, you know, to promote the show and
- 19:02Speaker 2: stuff like that. So you guys tell the listeners of
- 19:05Speaker 2: Kicking It with Kiki how they can become the listeners

- 20:20Speaker 3: Yeah, so we have an actual page on Streaker and
- 20:23Speaker 3: distributed to all of the all the you know platforms,
- 20:27Speaker 3: you know Google. iHeart I whole nine, right, absolutely anything
- 20:33Speaker 3: that you guys would like to share about.
- 20:36Speaker 2: Uncomfortable situations thus far, Like how has the journey of
- 20:40Speaker 2: recording coming up with topics, research and all of that.
- 20:44Speaker 2: How has that been?
- 20:47Speaker 1: We'll go ahead, Jay, It's been fun and humbling at
- 20:52Speaker 1: the same time. But they have to do is pay
- 20:54Speaker 1: attention to life. And uh we all snap think a
- 20:58Speaker 1: snap away from being in on situation, right, you know.
- 21:06Speaker 3: And some of us create our situations, and that you know,
- 21:13Speaker 3: we create our own madness. And you know, some people
- 21:16Speaker 3: want a misory. But a few of my uncomfortable situations,
- 21:22Speaker 3: most of them, I've created them for myself. So I'm
- 21:25Speaker 3: trying to have to learn from that. And I'm hoping
- 21:29Speaker 3: that this podcasts even can assist me in learning, you know,
- 21:32Speaker 3: how to like you said, red flags, how to embrace
- 21:36Speaker 3: situations and you know before they get to that uncomfortable
- 21:40Speaker 3: uh place.
- 21:42Speaker 1: So yeah, and accountability too. You know, when we can
- 21:46Speaker 1: look at and say, well, hey, you know, I did
- 21:48Speaker 1: make mess for myself. That's growth and accountability also, right.
- 21:54Speaker 2: Absolutely, anything that you can take ownership of knowing that
- 21:58Speaker 2: you did it, yeah, that is accountability and personal growth.
- 22:06Speaker 2: What can the new listeners expect when they tune in
- 22:09Speaker 2: for the first episode, like what makes the podcast spand
- 22:13Speaker 2: out for others in your opinion, Like, what can they
- 22:15Speaker 2: expect when they tune into uncomfortable situations for the first time?
- 22:19Speaker 3: I think because we have regular people, the ladies that
- 22:22Speaker 3: are our guests, they're regular everyday people that are relatable.
- 22:26Speaker 3: They're not women that are prominent women, they're not same
- 22:30Speaker 3: as women. They are regular everyday women that our listeners
- 22:33Speaker 3: can relate to. I think that's the first thing that
- 22:36Speaker 3: they will realize in listening that we just we just
- 22:40Speaker 3: you know, just regular women, just everyday women that have
- 22:43Speaker 3: gone through life who experiences That's basically what I think
- 22:47Speaker 3: the first thing will be. You know, they'll saying, hey,
- 22:48Speaker 3: you know that lady's a lot like me, or I
- 22:50Speaker 3: know somebody like her. Somebody absolutely did that. You know
- 22:55Speaker 3: that's overcome that, you know that's in that right now,
- 22:57Speaker 3: in that situation, So relate that the relatability is one
- 23:02Speaker 3: of the first things they'll get from it. And inclusion.
- 23:05Speaker 1: You know, when we include, we get you know, knowing
- 23:08Speaker 1: who they are. The audiences, you know, with their feedback
- 23:12Speaker 1: and everything that will help us with that de generate
- 23:16Speaker 1: more inclusion.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Yeah, I think any audience that feels included will become
- 23:25Speaker 2: like like regular show. You know, they're listening, they'll tell
- 23:29Speaker 2: their friends they're promoting things like that, because everybody want
- 23:33Speaker 2: to just feel like they're a part of something, and
- 23:35Speaker 2: they may not want to become a part of the
- 23:37Speaker 2: conversation on screen or you know, behind the mic, but
- 23:41Speaker 2: them being in the comments, are sending the emails letting
- 23:45Speaker 2: you know, hey, I think you should talk about this topic.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Or I have a friend that went through this situation
- 23:49Speaker 2: and I let her listen to I told her about
- 23:51Speaker 2: your podcast. She listened to it and it actually gave
- 23:54Speaker 2: her some insight in revelation and now she's better from it.
- 23:57Speaker 2: So that's the I love. I love that that is
- 24:01Speaker 2: the essence of uncomfortable situations. And just to put it
- 24:05Speaker 2: out there, Kikiki Media is the producer of the show.
- 24:09Speaker 2: So I'm so.
- 24:09Speaker 3: Excited about that. Thank you guys for trusting the vision
- 24:13Speaker 3: to me, uh that I'm just waiting.
- 24:20Speaker 2: Yes, I'm super excited about that. Anything else that you
- 24:25Speaker 2: guys would like to uh talk about as far as
- 24:27Speaker 2: like uncomfortable situations are concerned.
- 24:32Speaker 3: I just want everybody just to tune in and support us,
- 24:35Speaker 3: you know, sharing, give us some feedback, email us, you know,
- 24:40Speaker 3: let us know what you're like, but you didn't like
- 24:42Speaker 3: we want honestly, we want to know what we're not right.
- 24:47Speaker 3: We could do things we shouldn't do. And you know,
- 24:50Speaker 3: even with the topics the topic, the topic has topics
- 24:53Speaker 3: have no limits. You know, we're not saying no to
- 24:56Speaker 3: yeah any because we want we want to be that
- 24:59Speaker 3: platform where people can voice their opinions or either it
- 25:02Speaker 3: can be a far far out, far left, far right,
- 25:05Speaker 3: but we want it all. We want to we want
- 25:07Speaker 3: to bring it all.
- 25:09Speaker 1: And like Kekey saying, you know, people like to be
- 25:12Speaker 1: a part of something, you.
- 25:14Speaker 3: Know, m hm mm hmm.
- 25:17Speaker 2: Yeah. So I'm super excited. Tell the people again when
- 25:21Speaker 2: they can catch the first episode and the first live
- 25:25Speaker 2: because I know you be y'all, y'all gonna go live,
- 25:28Speaker 2: you know that Sunday before each episode airs. How often
- 25:31Speaker 2: will each episode air just pull the podcast and let
- 25:35Speaker 2: them know when they can expect to have a new
- 25:38Speaker 2: episode of Uncomfortable Situation.
- 25:41Speaker 1: So what we got every Tuesday, Every Tuesday at six
