- 1:12Speaker 3: You haven't you wet yourself today?
- 1:14Speaker 2: No, yesterday's spiled a glass of water on myself for
- 1:17Speaker 2: people wondering what happened there. No, I haven't. I've had
- 1:20Speaker 2: a lovely day. It's been nice and sunny. Got a
- 1:22Speaker 2: lot done this morning, drove my trucky to work.
- 1:24Speaker 5: Man.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Just a good day, A day that makes you go, man,

- 1:32Speaker 3: It just makes me so grateful Keezy?
- 1:33Speaker 4: You know what I mean?
- 1:34Speaker 3: And I realized today what makes me think about is
- 1:37Speaker 3: that these good things to come. Oh yeah, We've got
- 1:40Speaker 3: a whole plethora of days like this coming up, all
- 1:43Speaker 3: banked in the future, you fellows over the summer. I'm
- 1:46Speaker 3: feeling good.
- 1:49Speaker 2: I got your summer shirt on there. That's the one
- 1:51Speaker 2: with turkeys on today.
- 1:52Speaker 3: I don't know what is on it actually, have never
- 1:54Speaker 3: really looked at it.
- 1:55Speaker 2: It's turkeys.
- 1:56Speaker 3: I was a turkey's gobble god, it's.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Your turkey ship.
- 1:59Speaker 4: Yeah, great, Jas that's Jason's catchphrase, gobble gobble.
- 2:04Speaker 2: I thought it was old turkey neck hoyt.
- 2:06Speaker 3: All right, okay, hey, moggie, what's coming up on the show?
- 2:09Speaker 4: Mate, what's happening on the Big Show with old mobiles?
- 2:15Speaker 4: I'm glad yours, Janus. We've got so much going on
- 2:18Speaker 4: today's show. I don't know how we're going to fill
- 2:20Speaker 4: it in. We've got competitions, we've got a backbone bench fellas.
- 2:23Speaker 4: We'll were talking about best seats on the boundary. We're
- 2:26Speaker 4: also going to talk about how we may have gone
- 2:28Speaker 4: to the top of the vinyl charts with our unbelievable
- 2:30Speaker 4: podcast story of Vinyl called The Big Show. The origin
- 2:33Speaker 4: story be a little bit of chat about the November
- 2:36Speaker 4: Swingers Club, and Kezy has come in with one of
- 2:38Speaker 4: the hottest ideas for content I've ever heard.
- 2:42Speaker 2: It's actually my wife. We're going to have a big pole,
- 2:45Speaker 2: aren't we, Keezy? We certainly are, Mike, I know how
- 2:47Speaker 2: much you love a big pole. And today's is whether
- 2:51Speaker 2: you'd rather give up food or shagging? And my wife
- 2:55Speaker 2: asked me this question last night. I guess it depends
- 2:58Speaker 2: on who you're shagging, right or what you're eating? Yep, exactly, yeah,
- 3:01Speaker 2: three four eight three. By the way, give have your
- 3:03Speaker 2: say on that topic and we'll get into it next.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Is she the hierarchy? Big Show Weekdays from four on
- 3:10Speaker 1: Radio Hdarchy.
- 3:11Speaker 3: Green Day There on this beautiful Wednesday after the noon
- 3:15Speaker 3: of the time is eleven minutes past four, which means
- 3:18Speaker 3: it's time for.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Pole. That's right. As always, you can have your seal
- 3:29Speaker 2: on the Big Pole by texting three four eight three,
- 3:31Speaker 2: calling us on eight hundred Hadarky, or voting on the
- 3:34Speaker 2: official pole at the Hdarky Big Show's Instagram story. Today's
- 3:38Speaker 2: one feel as comes from my wife who last night
- 3:42Speaker 2: I was doing the dishes there and again again one
- 3:45Speaker 2: hundred percent. I was doing the dishes. You wearing gloves
- 3:48Speaker 2: When I hand wash my dishes, I wear gloves because
- 3:54Speaker 2: the dish soap I noticed made my hands go all dry,
- 3:58Speaker 2: so I started wearing gloves. But that's not what we're
- 4:01Speaker 2: here to discuss, although that could be another part. But
- 4:06Speaker 2: she basically said, Oh, I was watching a video on
- 4:09Speaker 2: Instagram today and they were trying to decide what you'd
- 4:11Speaker 2: rather give up, food entirely from your life or doing
- 4:17Speaker 2: the nasty doing the nasty. No, no, no, that's it'd
- 4:23Speaker 2: be too easy to choose.
- 4:24Speaker 4: Mogi.
- 4:25Speaker 2: Yeah, would you rather give up food or mating?
- 4:29Speaker 5: Shagging?
- 4:29Speaker 2: Shagging?
- 4:30Speaker 4: Yeah, it sort of ignores you know if you stop eating,
- 4:35Speaker 4: you die.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Well, that's the thing, right, And so the idea of
- 4:38Speaker 2: a question like this, Moggie is.
- 4:39Speaker 4: Hypothetical, hypothetical, hypothetic. I don't actually have to choose.
- 4:44Speaker 2: You don't have to choose. But also it's just that
- 4:46Speaker 2: you just give it up and you don't need to
- 4:48Speaker 2: do it anymore. But you don't get that satisfaction easy.
- 4:51Speaker 3: Can I ask you this before we delve into this topic.
- 4:56Speaker 3: And I don't mean this in a pervy way.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Okay, it already feels so herb.
- 5:01Speaker 3: Did you ask your wife that question?
- 5:04Speaker 2: Well, she asked me, yeah, and then I gave an answer,
- 5:08Speaker 2: and then I asked her and she gave the same answer. Right, okay, yeah, yeah, yes,
- 5:13Speaker 2: So would you like to know what my answer was? Yes,
- 5:16Speaker 2: I said, don't even have to think about it. I
- 5:18Speaker 2: would give up shagging. Yeah, food because you couldn't give
- 5:22Speaker 2: up that. You know, your favorite food is frozen Maccaine's
- 5:27Speaker 2: pizza Hawaiian.
- 5:28Speaker 4: I mean that is and that is some good eating.
- 5:31Speaker 4: So how are you going to give that up? That
- 5:33Speaker 4: this sex must be out the gay?
- 5:35Speaker 2: Well, that's the thing, is right, Like I eat food
- 5:39Speaker 2: between two and four times a day. I only shagged
- 5:42Speaker 2: two times a day. Yeah, so it's just basic maths. Yeah,
- 5:47Speaker 2: and she was the same. She's like, we love food,
- 5:49Speaker 2: we love eating together and going out, and like, you
- 5:51Speaker 2: experienced a delicious meal. It's one of the best things
- 5:53Speaker 2: on earth.
- 5:54Speaker 4: Well, that's the thing though, But that's what you've had,
- 5:56Speaker 4: is you've had some unbelievable culinary experience. Is Chris and
- 6:00Speaker 4: my concerners that one or both parties haven't had an
- 6:06Speaker 4: exceptional experience in the other department. Now, if you had
- 6:09Speaker 4: had that experience, Jase Green, you'd be very reluctant to
- 6:13Speaker 4: give it up.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Or Look, I've got to be really honestly, really simple
- 6:16Speaker 3: for me food because I don't eat anyway. You give
- 6:18Speaker 3: up food, I give up food. I'm a sex machine. Yes, same, Well.
- 6:22Speaker 2: You hang on. So are you a six machine, Jason,
- 6:24Speaker 2: or are you an old ram cast in the back
- 6:26Speaker 2: paddick because I can't get a read on you.
- 6:28Speaker 3: I may be an old ram cast in the back paddock,
- 6:31Speaker 3: but I'm still going still, you know, And you've often said,
- 6:35Speaker 3: what did you eat today? Jason used to get in
- 6:37Speaker 3: the who.
- 6:37Speaker 2: Of a mood about what I've had a cracker with
- 6:39Speaker 2: a piece of tomatoes.
- 6:41Speaker 3: So what's it to me to give up food?
- 6:42Speaker 4: Yes, and I'm the same. You see me coming through
- 6:44Speaker 4: the door with some bull checking and some you know,
- 6:46Speaker 4: some garbage rice with a bit of soissles on it.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly, and it's interesting. Actually.
- 6:52Speaker 3: The only difficulty for me, of course, would be the chips. Yes,
- 6:55Speaker 3: you know what I mean, that'd be hard, but chips, yeah, chips.
- 6:58Speaker 3: But apart from that, definitely, Shaggan would be my jest.
- 7:02Speaker 2: Right, So you'd give up food, yes, and Moggie you
- 7:04Speaker 2: give up food as well. I'd give up food as well. Yeah, right,
- 7:07Speaker 2: am I the only one that's given up share?
- 7:08Speaker 4: Now your missus has given it up as well.
- 7:10Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 7:10Speaker 4: So that's stoked that.
- 7:12Speaker 2: She was saying it was a tough decision.
- 7:14Speaker 3: I should say that.
- 7:15Speaker 4: It's like anytime there's an award given out. So this
- 7:18Speaker 4: year's finalists were all very, very good and the decision
- 7:21Speaker 4: was really hard.
- 7:22Speaker 2: When you know, it wasn't hard. Yeah, it wasn't hard
- 7:24Speaker 2: at all. That's not what she was it was. It's
- 7:27Speaker 2: not hard, yeah, yeah, because of my dys function. Three
- 7:32Speaker 2: four eight three give us a text. What do you
- 7:34Speaker 2: think on the Big Pole today? Call us eight hundred
- 7:36Speaker 2: Hadarchy or vote on the Hodaky Big Shows Instagram story
- 7:39Speaker 2: every single piece of correspondence in the drawer for a
- 7:41Speaker 2: fifty dollars reburg avoucher.
- 7:43Speaker 3: There's Jane's edition.
- 7:47Speaker 1: The hold Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio Hodarchy.
- 7:53Speaker 3: David Bowie there on the Radio Holdarky Big Show this
- 7:57Speaker 3: Wednesday afternoon, twenty three minutes past four o'clock.
- 7:59Speaker 4: Keys.
- 8:01Speaker 3: If you don't mind me bringing this up, I just
- 8:04Speaker 3: it was something that you see it in the last
- 8:05Speaker 3: voice break, and it just sort of shook me to
- 8:07Speaker 3: my core. And they were talking about whether you want
- 8:11Speaker 3: to give up shaging or food or food and you
- 8:14Speaker 3: see definitely shagging. But but also in that conversation you
- 8:18Speaker 3: were talking about how when you do the dishes you wear.
- 8:20Speaker 2: Dish gloves, dishwashing gloves correct.
- 8:23Speaker 3: And I I have concerns about because we were talking
- 8:30Speaker 3: in the podcast out Trying today you're a bit of
- 8:32Speaker 3: a horn dog, but not really right hang on, and
- 8:35Speaker 3: I I don't know how to phrase this your manliness
- 8:41Speaker 3: all right, because I know, I mean you're a big, strapping,
- 8:46Speaker 3: goofy looking bass you know, yes, you've got a good
- 8:49Speaker 3: body on you and stuff, you know, But but I
- 8:53Speaker 3: noticed that you're also quite.
- 8:59Speaker 2: We'll see, Jace. Do you think I wear dish gloves
- 9:05Speaker 2: because the water is too hot?
- 9:08Speaker 4: Even worse than that, I know why you wear them.
- 9:10Speaker 4: It's because it tries out your skin on your hands.
- 9:13Speaker 2: Well, the thing you might not know about soap is
- 9:16Speaker 2: that it basically separates oil from water. Right, so you
- 9:23Speaker 2: know soap will do that.
- 9:24Speaker 4: What does it do?
- 9:24Speaker 2: It gets rid of the surface tension of oil, for example.
- 9:28Speaker 2: Even the fact that you talked about.
- 9:30Speaker 3: That exactly what I was going to say. It's this,
- 9:34Speaker 3: why can I ask? Can I ask? And I don't
- 9:37Speaker 3: want to make this all about you.
- 9:38Speaker 2: It's just okay, it's just been twenty four minutes of
- 9:40Speaker 2: it's so far.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Is this why when you and you and your dad
- 9:45Speaker 3: are doing car projects?
- 9:48Speaker 2: Yes, your dad.
- 9:50Speaker 3: Does a sort of rup and tumble because you don't
- 9:51Speaker 3: want to get oil on the hands and stuff, because
- 9:53Speaker 3: that little stripped up the natural oils.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Well, that's the thing. I don't want car oil on
- 9:57Speaker 2: my hands. I want my natural hand or Jason, there
- 10:01Speaker 2: are people out there who might not have even stumbled
- 10:03Speaker 2: across that. They'll be looking down at their hands, going
- 10:05Speaker 2: why are my hands so dry and grass? It's because
- 10:08Speaker 2: you're washing the dishes without gloves. And my house that
- 10:11Speaker 2: I'm living in now, before I renovated it, we didn't
- 10:13Speaker 2: have a dish washer, so I had to hand wash
- 10:15Speaker 2: the dishes every night, and my hands got really really dry.
- 10:18Speaker 4: Oh God, that terrible?
- 10:20Speaker 2: At what?
- 10:20Speaker 5: Thank you? So?
- 10:22Speaker 2: Firstly I invested in some hand cream. Yes, and that's
- 10:25Speaker 2: sort of like that would make it better during the day,
- 10:27Speaker 2: But then I'd washed my hands again and whilst doing
- 10:29Speaker 2: the dishes, and they'd get worse again. I couldn't wrap
- 10:32Speaker 2: my head around it. Yeah, just so I bought some
- 10:34Speaker 2: dish gloves all right, and I paid I think it
- 10:37Speaker 2: was eight ninety nine at the supermarket for really good ones.
- 10:40Speaker 4: Do you wear a shower cap as well if you
- 10:42Speaker 4: because you're worried about the oils in your hair?
- 10:45Speaker 2: No, I don't wear a shower cap. My wife wears
- 10:47Speaker 2: a shower cap if she doesn't want to hear getting
- 10:49Speaker 2: wet and she's done it or something. Yeah.
- 10:51Speaker 3: No, can I ask just as a little side issue
- 10:55Speaker 3: for you, Mogi, and it probably happens to you too, Kyzy.
- 10:59Speaker 3: My wife's even asking me if I want a squirt
- 11:02Speaker 3: of hand cream. Right, she always has hand cream in
- 11:06Speaker 3: her person. She's like, do you want some? And I'm
- 11:08Speaker 3: like no, thanks, love.
- 11:11Speaker 2: Well, that's obviously because your hands feel like scales.
- 11:14Speaker 6: Yeah, that's probably why it's Like one time there was
- 11:18Speaker 6: a guy that I worked with who had bad bo
- 11:21Speaker 6: yeses and we got yeah yeah, we got sent free
- 11:26Speaker 6: arm under army under free under arm deodorant.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Sorry yeah, And I was like, hey, man, do you
- 11:32Speaker 2: want to pack of this theodorant here? And he's like,
- 11:33Speaker 2: non aimal good and I'm like, no, it takes the man,
- 11:35Speaker 2: it's free. She was like noah, man, I'm sweet things though,
- 11:38Speaker 2: and I was just like, honestly, yeah, take it. Yeah yeah.
- 11:41Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 11:41Speaker 2: So that's what your wife's doing to you, right.
- 11:43Speaker 3: I want my hands, I mean, but this is the
- 11:46Speaker 3: thing that she you've got bo I think. I don't
- 11:48Speaker 3: even think about my hands, no, right, you.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Know what I mean.
- 11:52Speaker 3: I'm not thinking about these sexual oils being stripped off them.
- 11:55Speaker 2: More so, that's what you mean when you always say
- 11:57Speaker 2: my hands have a mind of their own.
- 12:01Speaker 1: The hill Archy big show was Jason, Mike and Kyzy
- 12:04Speaker 1: tune in four on Radio.
- 12:07Speaker 3: A bit of Bush for your Wednesday afternoon. The time
- 12:10Speaker 3: is four thirty five. Now there's a bit of a
- 12:12Speaker 3: thing going on at the moment with the ACC No
- 12:16Speaker 3: Sleep till a Hole in One. It's called with that
- 12:19Speaker 3: of Mind. We've got Joseph Jury from the ACE. I'm
- 12:23Speaker 3: being very form Joe from the ACC, who's been running
- 12:27Speaker 3: this competition first and foremost. Mate, tell us what it's
- 12:30Speaker 3: all about and what you've had to go through.
- 12:33Speaker 7: So it's for November, using funds for November, and we
- 12:37Speaker 7: are doing a hole in one challenge on a simulator
- 12:42Speaker 7: and it's not going very well.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:45Speaker 4: So you're raising money for November, which of courses to
- 12:47Speaker 4: assist with men's health, that's right, and men's particularly their
- 12:51Speaker 4: mental health. How's your mental health, Joe?
- 12:54Speaker 7: I think it's one of those major backfire promotions that
- 12:57Speaker 7: you usually see in radio. Yeah, so my and Finn
- 13:00Speaker 7: Catty had to do the night shift through the evening
- 13:03Speaker 7: and yeah, there was there were some tense moments. Yeah,
- 13:08Speaker 7: at about three to four thirty am.
- 13:11Speaker 2: Yeah. By the way, if you want to support or
- 13:13Speaker 2: even just watch, text hole to three four eight three
- 13:16Speaker 2: and we'll get your link there. So I left, I
- 13:20Speaker 2: mean after the show finished here. I stayed for half
- 13:22Speaker 2: an how I hit a few balls, was like, this
- 13:24Speaker 2: hasn't happening. There's no chances there. Yeah, I'll see see
- 13:28Speaker 2: you guys later. And I woke up this morning and
- 13:30Speaker 2: was listening to the Breakfast Show and they were talking
- 13:33Speaker 2: about how you guys were still going and it was
- 13:36Speaker 2: just you and Mash the entire evening. Yep, things get weird.
- 13:40Speaker 3: Very weird.
- 13:40Speaker 7: Like there were points where I thought I was talking
- 13:42Speaker 7: to him, he wasn't in the room, and then I
- 13:45Speaker 7: was out and he was. He thought he was talking
- 13:47Speaker 7: to me. And there were people on the live stream
- 13:49Speaker 7: named toilet Inspectors six eight seven eight who was giving
- 13:53Speaker 7: us kind of therapy and health.
- 13:58Speaker 3: You were saying, friend got a bit free ski to
- 14:00Speaker 3: it one day. What was a young buckster? And D
- 14:03Speaker 3: said he sort of rolled over and sort of curled
- 14:06Speaker 3: into you in the fetal position. That must have been weird.
- 14:08Speaker 7: Well, it was weird because we weren't laying down and
- 14:12Speaker 7: we're actually standing up.
- 14:15Speaker 3: Just to clarify here, Joe, the idea is you guys
- 14:18Speaker 3: can't sleep until sun bas it gets a hole in one.
- 14:20Speaker 3: That's right.
- 14:21Speaker 7: So I would really appreciate if you guys came after
- 14:24Speaker 7: the show and.
- 14:24Speaker 3: I'll have a bit of a whack in the next break.
- 14:26Speaker 4: Well, I was listening to the award winning podcast The
- 14:29Speaker 4: Agenda Today that goes so good, and the chat. The
- 14:31Speaker 4: chat was that you guys were going to end it
- 14:33Speaker 4: at twelve pm midday, You're going to call it.
- 14:35Speaker 7: Yeah, that's right, that's what Lane wanted to do. Yeah,
- 14:37Speaker 7: we wanted to pull.
- 14:38Speaker 4: Out exactly what I was looking forward to, you know,
- 14:40Speaker 4: coming in here today and finding that you'd stopped it
- 14:42Speaker 4: and then the name NOS Sleep until hold On one
- 14:45Speaker 4: would have been rubbish and then you guys were shocking bastards. Yeah,
- 14:48Speaker 4: I would have been able to put the boot into you. Yeah,
- 14:50Speaker 4: what's changed there? Because you're still going out. I don't know.
- 14:53Speaker 4: By the way, there's half a dozen people out there
- 14:54Speaker 4: swinging the club. I don't know who any of them are.
- 14:56Speaker 3: No, no, exactly.
- 14:57Speaker 7: So what we decided was we just would open up
- 15:00Speaker 7: to anyone who could have two hands, right I am
- 15:03Speaker 7: in one hand, if you could have some kind of
- 15:05Speaker 7: device to attach the golf club too. So we've just
- 15:08Speaker 7: got anyone in the office to come down and help us.
- 15:10Speaker 7: What about Foxy is around, Well he isn't the is
- 15:14Speaker 7: in the city so we could reach out to him.
- 15:16Speaker 7: I'm not sure if he wants to lure himself to
- 15:18Speaker 7: be on a live you're tired as yeah, and so
- 15:22Speaker 7: the crickets and that it'll be interesting to see how
- 15:24Speaker 7: we're going to commentate and do a hole in one
- 15:27Speaker 7: simulator challenge.
- 15:29Speaker 2: Because who's on the cricket?
- 15:30Speaker 4: G lane?
- 15:31Speaker 7: G lane?
- 15:32Speaker 2: That's so good, right, because you've had what two hours sleep?
- 15:35Speaker 5: Joe?
- 15:35Speaker 2: You had a nap this afternoon.
- 15:36Speaker 3: I had a little nana nap.
- 15:37Speaker 7: Yep, went home. I tried to put my life back
- 15:40Speaker 7: together failed and so I just bought myself back in here.
- 15:43Speaker 2: Yeah cool, And how stoked were you? And we saw you.
- 15:46Speaker 2: You should come and have a chat about how much
- 15:47Speaker 2: you guys are failing.
- 15:48Speaker 3: Oh, I love you guys. So I thought nothing brings
- 15:51Speaker 3: me Joe, I'll go in and have a whack now
- 15:54Speaker 3: and just end your misery.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Please please.
- 15:56Speaker 7: Yeah, we've been waiting for you to do it, so.
- 15:58Speaker 3: Yeah, it would be today. But she was a shambles.
- 16:01Speaker 3: I was using a sandwig. I realized.
- 16:03Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I went in for a little girl as well.
- 16:05Speaker 4: I was wondering why I couldn't get it, you know,
- 16:07Speaker 4: more than forty feet from the tee. Also, I suck, yeah, yeah,
- 16:11Speaker 4: say why to be fear made? That's true.
- 16:13Speaker 2: Text hole to three four eight three will send you
- 16:15Speaker 2: a link to tune in. It's be generous too, because
- 16:17Speaker 2: it's an aid of November and men's health and whatnot.
- 16:20Speaker 7: And if you really want to annoy Jace, you could
- 16:24Speaker 7: donate and have Green Day play while he is on
- 16:27Speaker 7: the simulator.
- 16:28Speaker 2: Oh right, so you can do things like that. Yeah,
- 16:31Speaker 2: And of course, well.
- 16:31Speaker 4: We've just been out there and there's been playing on
- 16:35Speaker 4: for an hour on rotation because somebody said I'll give
- 16:37Speaker 4: you X amount of dollars if you play that. It's
- 16:39Speaker 4: a full glass and it's a nightmare.
- 16:42Speaker 3: It is a nightmare in the meantime, isn't it tell?
- 16:44Speaker 5: Okay?
- 16:46Speaker 1: The Hierarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio
- 16:50Speaker 1: Hodarky Blanke.
- 16:51Speaker 3: He's there on the Radio Hurdarchy Big Show this Wednesday afternoon.
- 16:55Speaker 3: The time it's four forty eight. Let's talk TV. It's
- 17:00Speaker 3: on the Telly with Mike Minogue.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Yes yes yes, yes, yes, yes yes yes yeah, Hey fellas.
- 17:08Speaker 4: Last night I watched this really just new show that
- 17:11Speaker 4: I hadn't seen before. It's called Down Cemetery. Rodent's on
- 17:15Speaker 4: Apple TV and it's from the producers of Slow Horses. Oh,
- 17:21Speaker 4: it's a thriller. It's based on a book, and it's
- 17:25Speaker 4: about a woman who's an art restorer who is not
- 17:27Speaker 4: Emma Thompson. She's somebody else and she's sort of got
- 17:32Speaker 4: a husband that's in finance and they having a dinner
- 17:34Speaker 4: party one night when all of a sudden fellas spoiler alert,
- 17:39Speaker 4: there's apparently a gas explosion at a neighboring house. It
- 17:43Speaker 4: blows in their windows. It's all go A mother is killed,
- 17:47Speaker 4: a child has taken into hospital, and this woman goes
- 17:52Speaker 4: to goes to hospital to give the child a card
- 17:56Speaker 4: and make sure she's okay. But everybody at the hospital
- 17:59Speaker 4: is behaving very strangely, so she goes to the police
- 18:02Speaker 4: and the police are behaving very strangely. So she gets
- 18:06Speaker 4: the help of a detective service, which is Emma Thompson
- 18:10Speaker 4: and her husband and they start looking into what's going
- 18:13Speaker 4: on here. So it's all very cloak and dagger what's
- 18:16Speaker 4: going on. The Guardian gave it a five star review
- 18:20Speaker 4: five stars. It's quite a lot five busy as they
- 18:22Speaker 4: see in there. Five out of five Buzzies using Buies
- 18:25Speaker 4: now they're using the rating service, it's great. Rotten Tomatoes
- 18:29Speaker 4: has it at eighty percent. I'm going to give it
- 18:31Speaker 4: three because I've only watched one episode. I think there's
- 18:33Speaker 4: only three episodes. It's good, but you know, it's only
- 18:38Speaker 4: the first episode. It's hard to judge, but worth a
- 18:40Speaker 4: geeze I reckon?
- 18:41Speaker 2: What was it called again?
- 18:41Speaker 4: It's called Down Cemetery Road. It's on Apple TV, and
- 18:44Speaker 4: it's Emma Thompson and what has been described as a
- 18:47Speaker 4: brilliant performance.
- 18:49Speaker 3: Great, okay, hey, you feel us. They've got nothing really
- 18:52Speaker 3: to offer. I was trying to learn lines last night
- 18:54Speaker 3: whilst also watching the TV and not succeeding in either occupation. Right, okay,
- 19:00Speaker 3: so I've got really nothing to give you, right.
- 19:02Speaker 2: And your performance tomorrow or today was probably terrible as well.
- 19:05Speaker 3: That was very good, keysy, Oh, he's very good. I
- 19:09Speaker 3: was actually I'll give myself five bullsies.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Really? Yes, what were you filming?
- 19:14Speaker 3: Look? I told you Lady Chattley's lover.
- 19:17Speaker 2: Oh that's right.
- 19:18Speaker 5: Oh yeah yeah.
- 19:19Speaker 2: Last night I watched the first episode of the latest
- 19:22Speaker 2: season of Educators on TV and Z, which is a
- 19:26Speaker 2: new Zealand Comedy. Know you featured a few times you
- 19:29Speaker 2: were hearing this season as well.
- 19:30Speaker 4: This season, Yes, the first I haven't been cut out
- 19:32Speaker 4: and that's possible.
- 19:33Speaker 2: Yeah, I know what that's like me don't worry about that.
- 19:37Speaker 2: But this first episode they went all in. They had
- 19:39Speaker 2: Taigaway t t guest starring right, funny role, largely improvised
- 19:44Speaker 2: that show, isn't it.
- 19:45Speaker 4: It's entirely improvised. Yeah, so do they give you the
- 19:47Speaker 4: sort of premise, so you go and this is this
- 19:49Speaker 4: is a show that's about a bunch of pretty much
- 19:51Speaker 4: scumbag school teachers at a secondary school. An amazing cast,
- 19:55Speaker 4: isn't it Johnny Braf, Angelo Driver, Jackie van Be, Tom Sainsbury,
- 20:02Speaker 4: Cohen Holloway, just to who's who of New Zealand comedy
- 20:05Speaker 4: and years. They give you the idea of the scene,
- 20:08Speaker 4: the starting point and the ending point, and you just
- 20:11Speaker 4: have to sort of make your way there by improvising.
- 20:13Speaker 4: There's no script, there's no lines in Jason's hen which
- 20:16Speaker 4: would be really I reckon that would be really fun.
- 20:18Speaker 2: And so the first episode Taigaway isn't It, which I
- 20:22Speaker 2: like they front loaded get him in there. He plays
- 20:24Speaker 2: a funny character. It was one of those things where
- 20:27Speaker 2: you return to one of your favorite sitcoms because it's
- 20:28Speaker 2: probably my favorite New Zealand sitcom lately. Yeah, since Talkback,
- 20:32Speaker 2: of course, and it's not into Paranoim went into ParaNorman
- 20:37Speaker 2: before seven periods of Mister Gormsby of course. But yeah,
- 20:42Speaker 2: it was nice to be reunited with the characters. And
- 20:45Speaker 2: I love Johnny Bruff's character, the principal because he's just
- 20:48Speaker 2: like a bumbling idiot who's in charge of everyone. Yeah yeah, yeah,
- 20:52Speaker 2: very relatable, you know, like he's just I don't know,
- 20:54Speaker 2: he's he's brilliant. He's got such a worried look all
- 20:56Speaker 2: the time, whilst constantly everyone below him is manipulating, basically
- 21:00Speaker 2: bossing him around. Yes, yeah, so Educators TVNS in plus,
- 21:04Speaker 2: if you've never watched it, check it out. Great New
- 21:05Speaker 2: Zealand comedy. Every single season's there. Yeah, they're only twenty
- 21:08Speaker 2: minutes lost. It's bloody good eating.
- 21:10Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:11Speaker 2: I give it four busies out of five.
- 21:12Speaker 3: It's nice.
- 21:13Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Yeah, he's rim The Hiarchy Big Show weekdays from four
- 21:19Speaker 1: on Radio hod Is.
- 21:20Speaker 3: Indeed, are em there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show
- 21:24Speaker 3: this Wednesday afternoon the time is four point fifty five
- 21:27Speaker 3: and we've got breaking news and Z.
- 21:32Speaker 2: This is breaking news eight am yesterday morning, Feelers. The
- 21:39Speaker 2: ACC undertook a mission. It was to not sleep until
- 21:43Speaker 2: they hit a hole in one with a golf simulator
- 21:45Speaker 2: that the ACC has happened upon. It's currently set up
- 21:48Speaker 2: in the office next door. They stayed overnight. Morale was
- 21:51Speaker 2: extremely low, and I'm pleased to announce that as of
- 21:54Speaker 2: one minute ago, someone has hit a hole in one.
- 21:57Speaker 2: As I'm officially done and dusted. Pretty exciting stuff. The
- 22:03Speaker 2: gentleman involved as somebody that I haven't seen before. He
- 22:06Speaker 2: sort of looks like a Timu Ryan Fox actually does.
- 22:09Speaker 2: He's got all the golf gears on. He's familiar with
- 22:12Speaker 2: our show, but I've never seen him before, and it
- 22:14Speaker 2: always worries me because I'm terrible with both names and faces.
- 22:17Speaker 2: So I don't know if A I'd ever never met
- 22:19Speaker 2: him before, or B I'd spent a long weekend with him.
- 22:23Speaker 2: But it loves this golf.
- 22:24Speaker 4: Obviously, he managed to just drop it maybe more seven
- 22:26Speaker 4: meters in front of the hole and it just rolled
- 22:28Speaker 4: straight and beautiful.
- 22:30Speaker 3: I did, I think, and I may be wrong, Yeah,
- 22:32Speaker 3: I did. Hear someone saying that I think he may
- 22:35Speaker 3: be a pro so or of a higher quality than
- 22:41Speaker 3: say us fellows.
- 22:42Speaker 2: Oh wow, I don't know about that.
- 22:44Speaker 3: I don't know, but I tell you what. I actually
- 22:47Speaker 3: literally walked out of the studio when it happened, and
- 22:49Speaker 3: it was an almighty right chair of celebration slash relief.
- 22:55Speaker 2: Yeah. I personally am a wee bit gutted. You know,
- 22:58Speaker 2: I wanted to keep on going.
- 23:00Speaker 4: Oh, absolutely, because I have nothing I can pop out
- 23:01Speaker 4: there for five or ten minutes.
- 23:03Speaker 2: And then go whack for them.
- 23:04Speaker 4: It's absolute torture, particularly for Joe Jury, who dives better
- 23:08Speaker 4: to be honest with you, he's a good man.
- 23:10Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, you're right. But we might have a
- 23:12Speaker 2: chat to the winner after five A feelers.
- 23:13Speaker 3: Hey, Now, listen to in other news, Big News about
- 23:16Speaker 3: the Big Show, Finyalo Boy and some weird stuff is
- 23:23Speaker 3: happening in the Meldeves.
- 23:28Speaker 1: The whole Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio hod Ike.
- 23:34Speaker 3: Welcome back in mess some backbones. Hope you're getting through
- 23:36Speaker 3: your hump day this Wednesday afternoon. You're listening to the
- 23:40Speaker 3: Big Show brought to you by.
- 23:41Speaker 2: Reberger crave worthy street food freshly made with Reberger rebgar. Yeah,
- 23:48Speaker 2: great stuff.
- 23:51Speaker 3: The only thing you know, with the golf going on
- 23:52Speaker 3: next door with the ACC, Feedler said, I'm disappointed about
- 23:55Speaker 3: is I can't steal any chaps?
- 23:57Speaker 4: Oh?
- 23:57Speaker 3: Yes, you know there's a cricket tonight, yeahs to West Indy.
- 24:00Speaker 3: So the Fellers are getting prepared for the commentary there
- 24:03Speaker 3: and old Hordy J can't do the slinky.
- 24:06Speaker 4: Well, there's people from other radio stations that came in
- 24:08Speaker 4: and were blatantly openly thieving chips. And when you do it, Jace,
- 24:12Speaker 4: every single day for two years in a row, they
- 24:15Speaker 4: get their backs up.
- 24:16Speaker 2: What's it all about?
- 24:16Speaker 3: I reckon? And you know what disgusted me about that
- 24:19Speaker 3: fellas someone came into the studio B with old Pug
- 24:22Speaker 3: sim with a bag of chips and they sat there
- 24:25Speaker 3: and ate them themselves. Did we get any No? Does
- 24:29Speaker 3: Pug steal fistfuls of Houghdy J's stolen chips?
- 24:33Speaker 5: Yes?
- 24:34Speaker 3: Every single day?
- 24:36Speaker 2: When when Pug steals your chips which you've stolen, Yes,
- 24:41Speaker 2: is Pugs stealing from the ACC? Is he stealing from you?
- 24:44Speaker 3: Well you call that an accomplice don't you absolutely over
- 24:47Speaker 3: the fact. Yeah, if you know the goods are stolen
- 24:49Speaker 3: and you still go into them and you're indulgent.
- 24:52Speaker 4: It's receiving stolen goods, right, Okay, so it's excelling. Sadly,
- 24:57Speaker 4: it's not Luder's rights. Luder's rights don't apply in the case.
- 25:00Speaker 4: Jason is a looter. Yeah, still knows. He still knows
- 25:05Speaker 4: that he's receiving stolen goods.
- 25:07Speaker 5: Work.
- 25:08Speaker 3: Yeah, it's the skinny just goes and eats his own
- 25:10Speaker 3: pack don't do that. It's his own packet of chips.
- 25:13Speaker 3: Quietly in the corner. I'm really hungry too. I went
- 25:17Speaker 3: to the cheap sushi place that wasn't bloody open.
- 25:20Speaker 2: Guys, this isn't your personal buffet. All right, bring a
- 25:24Speaker 2: little pack luncheon with you like I do. He Old
- 25:27Speaker 2: Magie and old Magie. This is an absolute tune.
- 25:29Speaker 4: Can you turn this up? Jason?
- 25:30Speaker 3: Okay?
- 25:30Speaker 5: You here, you go?
- 25:31Speaker 2: Ready, wrong way manue.
- 25:37Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio.
- 25:41Speaker 3: Hod's indeed Tom Pitty there on the Radio Hodarchy Big
- 25:44Speaker 3: Show this Wednesday afternoon. The time is five point fifteen
- 25:48Speaker 3: and right now it's time for Property Chat.
- 25:52Speaker 2: Oh, Property Chat.
- 25:56Speaker 4: On the big show.
- 25:58Speaker 3: That sounds different from the time that day.
- 26:00Speaker 2: What do you mean you can't just throw a new
- 26:03Speaker 2: sting on me without even asking for it and just
- 26:05Speaker 2: assume I'm going to play the creeks.
- 26:06Speaker 4: I'll be honest with you. That was such a surprise
- 26:08Speaker 4: to me. I freaked out and thought we were talking
- 26:09Speaker 4: about I thought, geez, I think we're talking about sothing
- 26:12Speaker 4: different to what we've been.
- 26:13Speaker 2: Chatting about chatting about. Yeah, totallyers.
- 26:16Speaker 4: I was shocked.
- 26:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm shocked that we don't have a property chat
- 26:19Speaker 3: sting since we talk about property so much on this
- 26:22Speaker 3: you know, when yesterday, what are we talking about property?
- 26:27Speaker 3: To show you fellas are forever banging on and looking
- 26:32Speaker 3: at homes and houses and what about this, fellas? And
- 26:35Speaker 3: as you know, I'm in the in the position at
- 26:38Speaker 3: the end of this year where we're looking to move. Yeah,
- 26:42Speaker 3: so I've kind of been delving into the property market.
- 26:46Speaker 3: I mean, I don't bang on about it as much
- 26:47Speaker 3: as you guys do, especially Kesy, but you know, I
- 26:52Speaker 3: have been looking at property and I mentioned this a
- 26:55Speaker 3: little while ago, and I've reinvestigated it and I'm reinvigorated
- 27:00Speaker 3: by the idea of it. And that's a retirement village.
- 27:04Speaker 3: Now there are some beautiful, beautiful units on peninsulas by
- 27:10Speaker 3: golf courses that are retirement villagers. But then you chuck
- 27:14Speaker 3: in Fellers. You can get a reasonable, you know, very
- 27:17Speaker 3: attractive villa on a golf course at a really nice price.
- 27:21Speaker 3: You've got medical help on board should you have some
- 27:24Speaker 3: kind of have a fall, a fall, or break your hap,
- 27:28Speaker 3: or have a heart sort of murmur or something like that.
- 27:31Speaker 2: You've got an inherent fear of medical assistance, though I
- 27:34Speaker 2: know I do.
- 27:35Speaker 3: But it's comforting for me to know that. Should Hardy
- 27:39Speaker 3: Jay have a turn of some description, because that's what
- 27:42Speaker 3: old people have. They have turns that there's medical and
- 27:46Speaker 3: I just squeeze the little button in the unit. Then
- 27:48Speaker 3: they've got little buttons in the unit and someone medical
- 27:51Speaker 3: comes out and fixes you up.
- 27:53Speaker 4: Yeah, that's right, you heard right, someone medical.
- 27:56Speaker 2: Your knowledge of the medical system here in New Zealand
- 27:58Speaker 2: is amazing, Thank you. Men. There's a button in the
- 28:01Speaker 2: unit and a medical person comes out and to.
- 28:03Speaker 3: Do someone medical and just gives you a heart thingy
- 28:06Speaker 3: with one of those heart thingies. Oh, for example, you
- 28:09Speaker 3: and your wife could be sitting there and in your
- 28:13Speaker 3: unit and you go, oh, what are we going to
- 28:15Speaker 3: have for dinner tonight, darling, And she'll go, oh, I
- 28:17Speaker 3: can make a pass and I no, no, there was no, no,
- 28:20Speaker 3: you don't need to make a pass to my love.
- 28:22Speaker 2: We will just order in from the kitchen.
- 28:25Speaker 3: Well, they often have, you know that they have a
- 28:27Speaker 3: kitchen there and they can make meals and you can
- 28:29Speaker 3: get them Deliveredy to go out.
- 28:31Speaker 4: To the food hall there, and you have to eat
- 28:33Speaker 4: with all of the other residents, Joe's. You have to socialize.
- 28:35Speaker 4: That's that's the beauty of one of these retirement homes. Yeah,
- 28:40Speaker 4: I can see you out there. They have the troughs
- 28:43Speaker 4: there of mesh spuds, sort of lumpy mash buds and
- 28:46Speaker 4: peas and sort of corn boiled boiled meats. Yeah, I
- 28:50Speaker 4: can see you there absolutely.
- 28:51Speaker 3: I can you talk about company? And I don't know
- 28:54Speaker 3: if you guys ever do this in your household, You'll
- 28:56Speaker 3: be sitting at how many go we should do something? Downly?
- 28:58Speaker 3: What should we do? And I'll be bugging a bucking
- 29:00Speaker 3: think of an idea. They organize activities, Yes, lawn bowls.
- 29:05Speaker 3: You'd love a bit of.
- 29:05Speaker 2: Lawn bowl Actually, you and your wife Casey. Yeah, I
- 29:09Speaker 2: like playing lawn bowls. But what they do at these
- 29:11Speaker 2: retirement homes is you will hop into the shuttle. The
- 29:14Speaker 2: shuttle's arriving on Wednesday. You will hop in the shuttle.
- 29:16Speaker 2: You go for a nice drive around the scene out
- 29:19Speaker 2: an outing and while we went to the beach.
- 29:21Speaker 4: Yeah, but the troublers they get back to the retirement home.
- 29:24Speaker 4: Oh god, we've done a miscount. Howidy Jay has gone missing?
- 29:28Speaker 4: Oh no, so houghdy J is now wandering around a
- 29:31Speaker 4: park somewhere. Oh god, and he's it's getting towards nightfall
- 29:35Speaker 4: and it's getting cold, and aughdy J hasn't taken his sweater.
- 29:38Speaker 2: Again, and now he's starting to get scared. Yeah, so
- 29:42Speaker 2: we're gonna put wanted posters ups and then we've got
- 29:44Speaker 2: a recent photo. Nah, we just have to use this
- 29:47Speaker 2: photo of him from Labyrinth put Hog. But anyway, Oh yeah,
- 29:53Speaker 2: I thought you should do it.
- 29:53Speaker 3: My wife would be there with me, Maggie says, she'd
- 29:56Speaker 3: make sure I got on the shuttle. True, you know, no, no,
- 29:58Speaker 3: And I love a bit of garden act going to
- 30:00Speaker 3: the gardens.
- 30:01Speaker 2: A couple of years ago, I did a bit of
- 30:03Speaker 2: a thing where I suggested you and your wife moving
- 30:05Speaker 2: to a retirement village. And you said your wife would
- 30:08Speaker 2: be furious with me for suggesting that you're saying that
- 30:11Speaker 2: she's keen.
- 30:12Speaker 3: Well, she said, this is the one sticky point and
- 30:16Speaker 3: the whole thing is my wife isn't that keen on it.
- 30:19Speaker 3: But as far as I can see, I can't see
- 30:21Speaker 3: any drawbacks. Would you know the radio show, Oh sure,
- 30:25Speaker 3: I could get the shuttle in. They could shut it,
- 30:29Speaker 3: you know, because they just shut it.
- 30:31Speaker 4: I'll tell you what would you even have to drive anymore?
- 30:33Speaker 4: Hoidy J doing his own radio show at the retirement village.
- 30:36Speaker 2: How good would that be?
- 30:37Speaker 4: You'd be You'd be geez, you'd be a hit a
- 30:40Speaker 4: monks the ladies there Radio fogie with Hoidy J.
- 30:43Speaker 2: Ding Dom Ding, Hello, cambell I reckon you should do
- 30:46Speaker 2: it man, Thanks Philo, start tomorrow tomorrow you reckon. I
- 30:51Speaker 2: should put a deposit down, leave a deposit.
- 30:54Speaker 1: For the Hiarchy Big Show week days from four on
- 30:58Speaker 1: Radio Hurdarchy.
- 30:59Speaker 3: Queens of the stone Age. There on the radio ho
- 31:01Speaker 3: Donkey Big Show this Wednesday afternoon, the time five to
- 31:04Speaker 3: twenty seven guys.
- 31:05Speaker 4: Yesterday the Melbourne Cup was on. It's a horse race
- 31:07Speaker 4: that stops both nations, both New Zealand and Australia.
- 31:10Speaker 3: Yes, you're right, Yeah I did. We even watched it.
- 31:13Speaker 4: Are you mentioned for a Punta Hordages bot No.
- 31:15Speaker 3: I told you the story. I went to the tab once.
- 31:18Speaker 3: I bet a two dollar each way bet on dual Dancer,
- 31:20Speaker 3: a rank outsider. I won like forty five dollars, and
- 31:24Speaker 3: I went, I'm never coming back again. Smart self control, man,
- 31:28Speaker 3: you're n It was the only time I've ever had
- 31:30Speaker 3: any kind of self control. I knew instinctively that I
- 31:34Speaker 3: would become a massive gambler otherwise.
- 31:36Speaker 2: Yeah, that's right.
- 31:37Speaker 4: Well, there was a two dollar bit. You might have
- 31:38Speaker 4: read about it in the paper. Yes, on the Melbourne Cup.
- 31:42Speaker 4: The guy won three hundred and fifty three thousand dollars. Wow,
- 31:46Speaker 4: three hundred and fifty three thousand dollars. And that was
- 31:48Speaker 4: simply for doing a pick four. So essentially you picked
- 31:52Speaker 4: the first four runners home. It's not I think they
- 31:54Speaker 4: do you do box try effectors. We can pick multiple
- 31:57Speaker 4: horses and they can finish in any order as I
- 32:00Speaker 4: as they finished in the first three. Well, you know
- 32:02Speaker 4: four the first four runners were selected in this one
- 32:06Speaker 4: and one three hundred and fifty three thousand dollars, and
- 32:08Speaker 4: I'm just wondering what you guys reckon I.
- 32:10Speaker 2: Should spend it on? What do you mean what you
- 32:13Speaker 2: could spend?
- 32:14Speaker 4: Well that that I didn't want to tell you guys
- 32:16Speaker 4: about it yesterday because obviously we watched the race live
- 32:20Speaker 4: and I couldn't quite believe what I was saying. It
- 32:22Speaker 4: wasn't until I got home and had a good look
- 32:24Speaker 4: at the ticket that I realized that I had won
- 32:26Speaker 4: three hundred and fifty three thousand dollars plus another one
- 32:29Speaker 4: hundred and twenty one dollars. Wow, it's not bad.
- 32:32Speaker 5: And what was it?
- 32:33Speaker 3: Bit? You made three buck two two bucks?
- 32:35Speaker 4: So you know how you bet two dollars and you
- 32:37Speaker 4: got forty dollars?
- 32:38Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 32:39Speaker 4: Yeah, I bet two bucks and I won three hundred
- 32:41Speaker 4: and fifty three thousand, one hundred and twenty one dollars. Right,
- 32:44Speaker 4: So that was you. But I'm just a bit concerned about,
- 32:46Speaker 4: you know, what I should do with it, because obviously
- 32:48Speaker 4: you don't want your family to know because there's shock
- 32:50Speaker 4: and bastards.
- 32:53Speaker 2: Your wife and my wife.
- 32:55Speaker 3: Yes, So what do I do with it?
- 32:58Speaker 4: It's got to be discreet, and it's got to have
- 33:00Speaker 4: long term returns.
- 33:01Speaker 3: If I was on, if I was you, I get
- 33:04Speaker 3: it all out in cash, Yes, and I cash out
- 33:06Speaker 3: and I put it in a PO.
- 33:08Speaker 4: Box, a post office box. Yeah, yeah, right, I think
- 33:12Speaker 4: I need a few post office boxes. Is it going
- 33:14Speaker 4: to achieve me any sort of interest? What's the returns
- 33:17Speaker 4: on that and just sticking it in a box?
- 33:19Speaker 3: Well, just that no one else will ever know about
- 33:22Speaker 3: it and if things ever get you know, difficult. You know,
- 33:25Speaker 3: you've got that three.
- 33:25Speaker 2: Hundred, but it's not cash, it's not earning you anything.
- 33:28Speaker 2: That's okay, No, what do you mean? Or you've got
- 33:30Speaker 2: that money, let that money work for you. Make if
- 33:32Speaker 2: you do have it, because that's the thing. Can you
- 33:34Speaker 2: send your money out to work for you?
- 33:35Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 33:36Speaker 4: What sort of stuff does it do?
- 33:37Speaker 3: Oh?
- 33:38Speaker 2: It can be invested in stuff and it earns you money,
- 33:41Speaker 2: right think, Not that I would know, because I don't
- 33:43Speaker 2: really have much money.
- 33:43Speaker 4: Yeah, or you could do like multiple accounts. But the
- 33:46Speaker 4: problem is what you're Yes, I agree with that. What
- 33:48Speaker 4: you're saying. The keys is an investor in something like
- 33:51Speaker 4: property for example.
- 33:52Speaker 2: Yeah, or like you can get really clued up on
- 33:54Speaker 2: the stock exchange.
- 33:55Speaker 4: That seems like too much Yeah, it's going to crash
- 33:57Speaker 4: the stuff I was actually thinking because, of course, is
- 34:00Speaker 4: that that lion's the old lionman's joint. Nor So, I've
- 34:04Speaker 4: been in discussions with the woman who runs out she's
- 34:06Speaker 4: got the seven big cats that they're going to euthanize
- 34:08Speaker 4: because they're selling that probably for land. We've come to
- 34:11Speaker 4: an arrangement. She said I could have all seven for
- 34:14Speaker 4: three hundred and fifty K. So that's fifty grand each
- 34:18Speaker 4: for a lion. There's four lions, two tigers, and a
- 34:21Speaker 4: polar bear, and that leaves me worth threey one and
- 34:25Speaker 4: twenty one, which I imagine I'll have to spend on freight.
- 34:29Speaker 7: Right.
- 34:29Speaker 4: But I just sort of feel like I just don't
- 34:32Speaker 4: think big cats depreciate and value.
- 34:35Speaker 2: Oh no, when they die. When they die, I don't.
- 34:38Speaker 4: Think they last forever, like fifty or sixty years old.
- 34:42Speaker 4: There are only like eight or ninety, you know, they
- 34:44Speaker 4: die in their twenties.
- 34:45Speaker 2: Who the big cats.
- 34:47Speaker 4: That's the ones that live in the wild because I
- 34:50Speaker 4: get shot, But I wouldn't shoot these ones because they'd
- 34:52Speaker 4: be like waste of money, you know what I mean?
- 34:54Speaker 3: Literally shoot south from the foot there what not?
- 34:57Speaker 8: Literally sho literally literally Shootinggoratively, yes, figuratively, i'd be shooting myself,
- 35:06Speaker 8: but literally i'd be shooting a line, but not on foot.
- 35:09Speaker 4: And I don't want to do either of those things.
- 35:11Speaker 2: Yeah, and lines don't have feet, they have paus. Jason,
- 35:13Speaker 2: come on, man, God, I'm such a dam.
- 35:17Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 35:18Speaker 2: I don't know what you should do? Man with you
- 35:19Speaker 2: because you've won money from gambling, yes, untaxable as well,
- 35:23Speaker 2: and you're going to use the money from gambling to
- 35:25Speaker 2: buy lions.
- 35:26Speaker 4: When am I going to get another opportunity? It seems
- 35:28Speaker 4: like that, you know, there's something can work here. It's
- 35:32Speaker 4: the heavens are talking to me or God is talking
- 35:34Speaker 4: to me. It seems like too much of a coincidence
- 35:36Speaker 4: that I would win on one day three hundred and
- 35:38Speaker 4: fifty thousand dollars and on another day seven big cats
- 35:42Speaker 4: go on sale, what sex and a polo?
- 35:45Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 35:45Speaker 3: Yeah, it feels right, doesn't that?
- 35:47Speaker 2: Either that?
- 35:47Speaker 3: Or Queen of the Nile.
- 35:49Speaker 2: Queen of the Nile put all three hundred and fifty
- 35:51Speaker 2: thousand into a poke machine. Yeah, I reckon Now, it's
- 35:54Speaker 2: all the Hurdiarchy.
- 35:56Speaker 1: Big Show week days from four on Radio hod.
- 35:59Speaker 3: Ike Kill there on the radio Hodarchy Big Show this
- 36:02Speaker 3: Wednesday afternoon. The time is five forty one and I
- 36:05Speaker 3: think it's fair to say fellas, but the Big Show
- 36:08Speaker 3: are big fans of the Breakers.
- 36:10Speaker 2: Here we are man the B and Z Breakers. Who's
- 36:13Speaker 2: your favorite player?
- 36:15Speaker 3: I hate it when people ask me that.
- 36:17Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, right, what is that?
- 36:20Speaker 5: Oh?
- 36:21Speaker 3: Because I don't like it's a team game and I
- 36:23Speaker 3: hate you know, yeah, just getting one person named out
- 36:28Speaker 3: of the whole team.
- 36:29Speaker 2: What about all time favorite Breaker?
- 36:31Speaker 4: Yeah, that's good.
- 36:32Speaker 2: Oh.
- 36:32Speaker 3: Again, it's like it's like trying to It's like trying
- 36:37Speaker 3: to ask someone what their favorite song is.
- 36:38Speaker 2: What about like, yeah, earlier this year you shot, you
- 36:42Speaker 2: hit a jump shot and crom Yeah yeah. Would he
- 36:45Speaker 2: be one of your favorites?
- 36:46Speaker 5: Oh?
- 36:46Speaker 3: He was certainly up there.
- 36:47Speaker 4: He's a captain of the Breakers at the moment.
- 36:49Speaker 3: That's a good question. Actually I don't know that.
- 36:51Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 36:52Speaker 2: The good news is though, for every Breakers game in
- 36:55Speaker 2: New Zealand this season, the Big Show have organized for
- 36:59Speaker 2: a backbone bid. Yeah, which is right court side for
- 37:03Speaker 2: you and three mates.
- 37:04Speaker 4: Got a real ring to it.
- 37:05Speaker 2: It's got the best it's the best seats in the
- 37:07Speaker 2: house with the beauty of.
- 37:09Speaker 4: This backbone bench and keys. I don't know if you
- 37:11Speaker 4: know this, man, but it allows you to feel the
- 37:13Speaker 4: energy while you hear the noise and witness the best
- 37:17Speaker 4: of basketball life.
- 37:19Speaker 3: Wow.
- 37:19Speaker 2: Okay, that should be like some sort of summary or
- 37:22Speaker 2: like commercial thing that we put it. Oh my god,
- 37:24Speaker 2: that was great.
- 37:25Speaker 3: I remember the last Fellows had actually won this prize.
- 37:27Speaker 3: They were talking like they were literally showered in the
- 37:31Speaker 3: players sweat.
- 37:32Speaker 4: That's right, that's right. They said they felt like they
- 37:34Speaker 4: were part of the team. Oh wow, because they were
- 37:36Speaker 4: on the court and they were playing the game. That's
- 37:39Speaker 4: how close they got. One of them took the winning shot.
- 37:42Speaker 2: I don't know if that's what we're offering here, because
- 37:44Speaker 2: we can't endorse people they're supposed to be.
- 37:48Speaker 4: All I'm telling you is what they said.
- 37:49Speaker 3: Oh, this is what happens with the with a bench,
- 37:52Speaker 3: Keysy in basketball. I don't know if you know the mechanics,
- 37:55Speaker 3: but you get players off the bench.
- 37:57Speaker 4: Yeah, most people, you know, they get off the bench.
- 38:00Speaker 4: And your experience, you were just on the beam.
- 38:02Speaker 2: Oh yeah, because I was told like sitting on the
- 38:05Speaker 2: bench is like the best roll in the team. Anyway,
- 38:10Speaker 2: we've got Zach on the line. Zach your mayor bastard.
- 38:12Speaker 2: How's life man, you could yourself?
- 38:14Speaker 3: Yeah, thank sack.

- 38:41Speaker 2: just in case.

- 39:05Speaker 4: get called onto the court in the last quarter.
- 39:07Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yes, I don't have reburger. Man, Maybe have
- 39:10Speaker 2: that afterwards, Zach. Actually, I've just realized he han't been
- 39:14Speaker 2: asked Zach what he does for a crust. What do
- 39:15Speaker 2: you do for a crust? Zach?
- 39:17Speaker 1: I'm a builder.
- 39:20Speaker 3: I didn't even need to ask that that because I
- 39:22Speaker 3: knew he was a builder. Really, it was just a
- 39:24Speaker 3: backbone from beginning to end.

- 42:06Speaker 4: he could dress up as a sauce chicken? Ye, sauce
- 42:09Speaker 4: chicken would be called pugs.

- 42:15Speaker 2: It's no news is good news?
- 42:17Speaker 3: Just thank you? That's what I was searching for in
- 42:19Speaker 3: my aged brain.
- 42:20Speaker 2: It's funny because no news is good news. Yes, but
- 42:23Speaker 2: then any press is good press.
- 42:26Speaker 4: Yeah, the publicity yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah, well butchered
- 42:33Speaker 4: a little bit, you still got you got the drift,
- 42:36Speaker 4: the drift, Yes, but no, we should.
- 42:39Speaker 3: We should send them to the people at Reburger and
- 42:41Speaker 3: I want to get their feedback on them because they're brilliant.
- 42:44Speaker 2: Okay, so we're going to send them to them.

- 43:05Speaker 3: Birosmith there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show this Wednesday
- 43:08Speaker 3: evening and then today Drama, Drama, Drama, fellows the acc
- 43:12Speaker 3: You have been running a competition from November, no sleep
- 43:16Speaker 3: till a hole in one.
- 43:17Speaker 2: It's just no sleep till hole in one.
- 43:18Speaker 3: Oh till hole in one?
- 43:20Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 43:20Speaker 5: Ah.
- 43:21Speaker 3: And they started at eight am yesterday morning, and when
- 43:24Speaker 3: all through the night you were saying maga. When we
- 43:27Speaker 3: came in this afternoon, that was still going and morale
- 43:30Speaker 3: was very very low, very very low.
- 43:33Speaker 4: And you can understand why, you know, when you've got
- 43:35Speaker 4: a competition that revolves around you doing something miraculous on
- 43:39Speaker 4: a golf course. Right, Let's be honest, if you get
- 43:41Speaker 4: a hole in one, it's something to be treated for
- 43:43Speaker 4: your entire life. The people that you've got swing in
- 43:45Speaker 4: the club are all shit at golf.
- 43:47Speaker 2: That's what they've realized.
- 43:48Speaker 4: It's just like, oh, it's going to be easy if
- 43:49Speaker 4: we just keep on swinging that's not how it works, Kezy.
- 43:52Speaker 2: No, yeah you did, right, Mega, I've never thought of
- 43:54Speaker 2: it like that.
- 43:56Speaker 3: But then just before five overclock, as Hawdy J was
- 44:02Speaker 3: coming out of the studio, I heard a loud chair
- 44:05Speaker 3: of excitement and yes, relief because some mad barstard had
- 44:11Speaker 3: done it. And that mad barstard is Matt, who joins
- 44:14Speaker 3: us now get a Madhouse Live.
- 44:17Speaker 2: And Keezy and Mogi it's he.
- 44:19Speaker 9: I'm a big found you fellow being here, and yeah,
- 44:23Speaker 9: very excited to very excited to have knocked better and
- 44:27Speaker 9: give g Lane the night off because he was He
- 44:29Speaker 9: was stretching out about it.
- 44:30Speaker 3: Tell me, Matt, because you're obviously a pretty gun golfer.
- 44:33Speaker 3: Have you ever had a real hole in one.
- 44:36Speaker 5: In your life?
- 44:37Speaker 3: Yeah? I've actually had eight? So, oh my god, were
- 44:41Speaker 3: you called in, especially Matt to get this done.
- 44:45Speaker 9: I was watching last night and Witshally supplied the tech
- 44:48Speaker 9: for the for the for the hynarious I was I
- 44:51Speaker 9: was worried the computer was going to burn out after
- 44:53Speaker 9: watching them, That computer running for fourteen days straight wasn't
- 44:58Speaker 9: gonna be here.
- 44:59Speaker 4: Because I saw you earlier on and I thought to myself,
- 45:02Speaker 4: that guy seems familiar but I'm terrible with faces and names,
- 45:05Speaker 4: and that could mean that I've either never met you
- 45:07Speaker 4: or that we're spend time together. It turns out that
- 45:09Speaker 4: we did meet it in the airport, and if I
- 45:10Speaker 4: remember correctly, were you going on a golf trip? Then
- 45:13Speaker 4: is that where you were going or you come back from? Yeah,
- 45:15Speaker 4: I was going.
- 45:16Speaker 9: I was off to Fiji for a for a golf trip,
- 45:18Speaker 9: and yeah, we bumped into each other. And I take
- 45:21Speaker 9: a big fan, so I thought I'd take my chance
- 45:23Speaker 9: and yeah, yeah.
- 45:24Speaker 2: Yeah, right. What's so, Matt? So are you a golfer
- 45:27Speaker 2: by trade? What's your handy here?
- 45:29Speaker 9: I'm a failed player, so I tried to I tried
- 45:32Speaker 9: to make money out of golf, but that was no luck.
- 45:34Speaker 9: So I actually work in the industry now for different
- 45:37Speaker 9: brands like Wilson, which we were an event, and we
- 45:41Speaker 9: also do golf simulators, so premium golf simulators.
- 45:44Speaker 2: Right, So you must be a golf of some repute though, right?
- 45:47Speaker 2: So plus three plus yeah, so you know it's not
- 45:52Speaker 2: that good. Plus three means he's gone past zero up
- 45:54Speaker 2: to plus three? Yeah, do you even know what I mean?
- 45:58Speaker 3: Yeah? I do know what you mean. And it kind
- 45:59Speaker 3: of pisses me off a little bit. Now, Matt, very quickly,
- 46:05Speaker 3: makee talk us through the shot. Just you were just
- 46:07Speaker 3: doing what you were doing.
- 46:08Speaker 9: Why should you felt like a bit of a dick
- 46:09Speaker 9: because I was struggling with the clubs in there, because
- 46:11Speaker 9: my clubs are slightly longer. So I requested that I
- 46:13Speaker 9: went to my car and got my own clubs out,
- 46:14Speaker 9: which it's felt like a bit of a loser really, bit, Yeah,
- 46:18Speaker 9: I got I got the got the job done for
- 46:20Speaker 9: the fellas and yes.
- 46:21Speaker 2: Right, so and you just hit it to feel sweet
- 46:23Speaker 2: when you hit it?
- 46:24Speaker 4: Yeah, it was.
- 46:24Speaker 3: It was.
- 46:25Speaker 9: There was a few on a row that was sort
- 46:26Speaker 9: of dancing around it. So right, as soon as you know,
- 46:29Speaker 9: you get a bit of an inklean when it's in
- 46:30Speaker 9: the air.
- 46:31Speaker 2: Yeah you felt good.
- 46:32Speaker 3: I've never had an inkling happened. Yeah, Well, good on you, Matt.
- 46:36Speaker 3: You saved the fellows a lot of pain and maybe
- 46:39Speaker 3: we should I might have a chat with you afterwards
- 46:42Speaker 3: when a man and get a few taps.
- 46:43Speaker 4: Oh it's a good idea.
- 46:44Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 46:45Speaker 3: I must swing.
- 46:46Speaker 9: I've been following the form online and it's looking good.
- 46:49Speaker 4: You're almost there.
- 46:51Speaker 1: The Hiarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Kyzy tune
- 46:54Speaker 1: in on.
- 46:56Speaker 3: Radio the White Stripes there on the radio Hodarchy Show
- 47:00Speaker 3: this Wednesday evening. Now, if you fellows heard of best
- 47:03Speaker 3: seats on the Boundary, No, neither of I. What's that about?
- 47:07Speaker 5: You know?
- 47:08Speaker 2: The Black Clash? Yes, better known as the Hot Spring
- 47:11Speaker 2: SPA T twenty Black Clash in association with Wolfbrook.
- 47:16Speaker 3: How big that name and titles its? I've seen that
- 47:19Speaker 3: live on TV too, of course.
- 47:22Speaker 2: Jays, you'll be calling it this year. It's live from
- 47:24Speaker 2: Beoval tod at the Mount there January seventeenth. That every
- 47:28Speaker 2: single year, Moggie, you and I are in a hot tub.
- 47:30Speaker 4: That's true.
- 47:31Speaker 2: This year there's no hot tub, So we're going to
- 47:34Speaker 2: have like a special darky zone. It'll probably be at
- 47:37Speaker 2: the front of the ACZ party zone. Is AZZ going
- 47:41Speaker 2: to be there's not going to be there. Holy heck,
- 47:44Speaker 2: there's not even any of the promotional they should be.
- 47:46Speaker 2: She's golling she knows how to use it. Ye. No,
- 47:55Speaker 2: they're not going to be there. Oh, but we're going
- 47:58Speaker 2: to be sitting in front of the acc what ultra
- 48:00Speaker 2: Parti zone.
- 48:01Speaker 4: Oh that's better.
- 48:02Speaker 2: And we just need to figure out what this sort
- 48:03Speaker 2: of hadarky, the best seats in the house. What it's
- 48:06Speaker 2: actually going to look like. The winner of this competition
- 48:08Speaker 2: will be sitting with us in that area. Yes, so
- 48:10Speaker 2: what would you like down there mode? Because Jace, you'll
- 48:12Speaker 2: be commentating. Am I right that there's going to be
- 48:13Speaker 2: a boat involved?
- 48:14Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 48:14Speaker 3: I think there is a boat, aren't you, Guys?
- 48:17Speaker 2: I've heard rumors things are coming, things we don't know.
- 48:20Speaker 4: Okay, well, this is what I want. It's going to
- 48:23Speaker 4: be soundproof. I don't want to hear any of the
- 48:25Speaker 4: scumbags in the acc zone to be able to be
- 48:28Speaker 4: able to talk to me, be able to throw things
- 48:31Speaker 4: at me, which is what happens, and particularly as the
- 48:34Speaker 4: evening progresses, things start getting hurdled your weight because they're Jealouskezy, Yeah,
- 48:38Speaker 4: they are just scumbags, they're jealous. So soundproof would be
- 48:41Speaker 4: my first thing, and protected from projectiles, so it's closed
- 48:45Speaker 4: in box of some sort. But then that's kind of
- 48:47Speaker 4: blocking the view for people.
- 48:48Speaker 2: Mind you.
- 48:48Speaker 3: If I was in your guys position, I'd be wanting
- 48:50Speaker 3: some platters. H platters go without saying, okay, good Jesus
- 48:56Speaker 3: and cold meat.
- 48:57Speaker 2: Lots of cheeses are a kid, Yeah, heaps of up
- 49:00Speaker 2: iced coffee. Ah, get back to it, unlimited cheese balls
- 49:04Speaker 2: and darts just being handed around. Wows like it rules.
- 49:07Speaker 3: I might have to reconsider what I'm doing here.
- 49:10Speaker 2: And it's interesting. What about a spa. A spa A
- 49:12Speaker 2: spa would be like a hot spring spa. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 49:14Speaker 2: I don't know what's going on there, but we should
- 49:16Speaker 2: because they've just started, you know, after a few years
- 49:18Speaker 2: of me being and there with the old nips out
- 49:19Speaker 2: there over it, that's sick of it.
- 49:21Speaker 4: Well, that's right, because it was perfectly fine for the
- 49:23Speaker 4: previous four five iterations. But it's once those nipples came out,
- 49:27Speaker 4: just ruined it for ever because it used to be
- 49:29Speaker 4: like a family event, didn't that you'd watch the cricket
- 49:32Speaker 4: with your family, And of course you know, tens of
- 49:34Speaker 4: thousands of children's lives ruined. Yeah, they were traumatized. When
- 49:38Speaker 4: the side of keys is horrendous and look, I say
- 49:41Speaker 4: this with all the love in the world.
- 49:42Speaker 2: Keys just doesn't feel like absolutely I thought it was empowered.
- 49:46Speaker 3: We say it with absolute affection. I thought it was free,
- 49:49Speaker 3: absolutely foul nipples.
- 49:53Speaker 2: But if you would like to sit with us in
- 49:55Speaker 2: the hudaky zone, which we are still designing heads hdak
- 49:58Speaker 2: dot co dot in ziggis out in the drawer there
- 50:01Speaker 2: and thanks to news on the grab a seat, we
- 50:02Speaker 2: can actually fly from anywhere in the country and we'll
- 50:05Speaker 2: also put you up at the Trinity Wharf Hotel, which
- 50:07Speaker 2: is where we are all staying as well, and all
- 50:08Speaker 2: the players stay, so it's a good place to be. Hodak,
- 50:11Speaker 2: you do get yourself and the drawer hash pipe.
- 50:15Speaker 3: Oh yeah, you're gonna have one of those.
- 50:18Speaker 1: Yeah, wheezer the hold Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike
- 50:22Speaker 1: and Kezy.
- 50:23Speaker 2: Tune in week days at four on Radio Hodarkey.
- 50:34Speaker 3: Well, there you go, your man Barstards. That's the big
- 50:36Speaker 3: show down and dusted this Wednesday evening and the podcast

- 51:02Speaker 2: That's good podcasts and there's good eating their fields.
- 51:04Speaker 3: It's actually a pretty good podcast and going listen to
- 51:06Speaker 3: it if you like podcasts.
- 51:07Speaker 2: Yeah, if you like talking Yeah, good starf hearing. There's
- 51:10Speaker 2: a lot of chat about how how passionate with how
- 51:15Speaker 2: what's the word horny?
- 51:17Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 51:17Speaker 2: I guess so we each are and who's the hornyess.
- 51:20Speaker 4: There wasn't a lot of chat about that that sort
- 51:22Speaker 4: of rounded it out. It was more along the predisposition
- 51:26Speaker 4: you have genetically to.
- 51:27Speaker 2: Do genetic Yeah, and you know that it's just your
- 51:29Speaker 2: hormones making you do stuff.
- 51:30Speaker 4: It's got nothing to do with choice. Really, you're driven
- 51:34Speaker 4: by your yeah programmings, totally Bogie, What are you doing tonight?

- 52:01Speaker 4: hate remember.
- 52:03Speaker 2: I can't even remember one line for an audition for
- 52:05Speaker 2: an air let alone an entire play. I don't like theater. Yeah,
- 52:08Speaker 2: I like. I hate watching theater. I hate thespians. Yeah
