Transcript
- 0:03Speaker: Hey everyone, welcome to Housewives Goss and Glitter.
- 0:06Speaker: Today we're gonna do RHORI episode eight, Splitting Hairs.
- 0:11Speaker: So we're excited.
- 0:12Speaker: This one is so good.
- 0:15Speaker 2: So the best so far.
- 0:17Speaker 2: And there's been so many good episodes.
- 0:20Speaker: This is why we watch the Housewives.
- 0:22Speaker 2: This is iconic.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Okay, the Peacock description.
- 0:25Speaker 2: Alicia must decide if she wants to keep the peace or expose the truth during dinner with Rulla.
- 0:31Speaker 2: I mean, it doesn't even mention the iconic fight.
- 0:36Speaker 2: I mean, the dinner is very interesting, but the fight is like the best fucking part of this season.
- 0:44Speaker: Even though the dinner was kind of it was so awkward.
- 0:47Speaker: Brian is such a freaking weirdo.
- 0:50Speaker 2: He's a weirdo and a half, but we'll wait.
- 0:53Speaker: Yeah.
- 0:53Speaker: But okay, so anyway, it starts off.
- 0:56Speaker: I like how this one they just do like little snippets of everything.
- 0:59Speaker: And I think my favorite little snippet is just like Rulla feeding her kids tendies and like telling her kids they're gonna end up being a chicken tender.
- 1:07Speaker: But uh I thought that was cute.
- 1:09Speaker: But anyway, the real part starts with Alicia and Billy taking her car so he can get Alicia used to driving over the bridge so she can bring Selena to dance class.
- 1:23Speaker: Right.
- 1:23Speaker 2: And I like that.
- 1:24Speaker: And then they talk about the trip to Newport.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Yes, and I like how you put the bridge in quotes because the whole time I'm watching this, I'm like, they did not drive over a bridge.
- 1:34Speaker 2: Like her version of a bridge is I don't like an overpass.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Yeah, like it wasn't she wasn't driving on an actual bridge.
- 1:44Speaker: It was like essentially an overpass.
- 1:46Speaker: It was uh in my head, I'm thinking like that big bridge that runs on 95 through Providence.
- 1:52Speaker: I thought that's what she was talking about.
- 1:54Speaker: I'm like, that's the bridge.
- 1:56Speaker: Like, I know exactly what she's talking about.
- 1:58Speaker: I hate driving over that bridge, and then she drives over like maybe an overpass.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Yeah, I was like, where's the fucking bridge?
- 2:07Speaker 2: And yeah, it's just so funny that Billy's like taking her on like a little driving lesson.
- 2:12Speaker: Her rose water, her crackers, and like three her something else, and like a scented thing just so she can calm herself down.
- 2:21Speaker 2: She has like essential oils that she brings with her in the car, yes, to ease her anxiety.
- 2:29Speaker 2: So that was funny.
- 2:30Speaker 2: She does it successfully, so now she can like help with pickups and drop offs five five times a week in trans class.
- 2:38Speaker: Is it really successful if she ran like a stop sign or two?
- 2:42Speaker 2: She also was like over the line in the middle of the road, which I know for me, like when I get nervous, I also tend to drive towards the middle as opposed to the edge.
- 2:53Speaker 2: I feel like she was afraid of being too close to the edge of the bridge.
- 2:57Speaker: So she's in the car, but another thing happens, she's telling Billy about the trip to Newport.
- 3:03Speaker 2: Yeah, she was saying that like Liz was like jumping down her throat the whole time.
- 3:06Speaker 2: So she's she's definitely like the annoyance like when they go, when they're showing like previews for the next episode where they get into a fight, like this is like Alicia, like she sort of didn't say anything the whole time in Newport, but it's like festering, and she's like aggravated that Liz was like she says, like attacking her the whole time.
- 3:27Speaker: I like how Billy is like that.
- 3:29Speaker: Doesn't sound like a fun trip, it just sounds emotionally draping.
- 3:33Speaker 2: I know.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Well, because then they started talking about the Rulla and Joellen thing, and how like Alicia is expected to like tell Joellen about this video because she and Rulla are like supposedly so close.
- 3:51Speaker 2: So the girls are like, Oh, you can tell Rulla.
- 3:54Speaker 2: And like the so Alicia is describing the video to Billy, and he was like, and this was a recent video, and she was like, Yeah, and then a timestamp on it, and everything.
- 4:04Speaker 2: And the first thing Billy says is like something about how like people can alter those.
- 4:08Speaker 2: And I'm like, why are we continuing to give this man the benefit of the doubt?
- 4:13Speaker 2: Like, there I feel like this mistress is like doctoring all of this footage to prove that she isn't like her affair with him is recent.
- 4:24Speaker 2: It's like he definitely had an affair with her that's confirmed.
- 4:27Speaker 2: It's like obviously still going on, and everybody's just trying to be like, no, maybe these are like these are old pictures and videos.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Like, why are we giving this man the benefit of the doubt?
- 4:38Speaker 2: Why?
- 4:39Speaker: Yeah, yeah, I agree.
- 4:41Speaker: It's it's a I don't know, it's so frustrating.
- 4:43Speaker: It's like she's not spending that much time trying to make up evidence to prove that he's cheating.
- 4:49Speaker: Like, why would she do that?
- 4:51Speaker: Wouldn't she want it to look like they're not cheating?
- 4:54Speaker 2: And it's also like it's already confirmed that they've been together.
- 4:58Speaker 2: So it's like at this point, why would you why would you doubt anything this woman is saying?
- 5:02Speaker 2: Like, this is already a confirmed affair, like that's been acknowledged.
- 5:07Speaker 2: So I don't know why.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Yeah, like I just I guess I just don't understand why they are like content.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Like at this point, it's like he should be on extremely thin ice where you're questioning everything that he does, not like let's try to keep giving him the benefit of the doubt.
- 5:23Speaker 2: He's lost he's lost the benefit of the doubt.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Like the benefit of the doubt does not exist with him.
- 5:28Speaker: No, no, it's gone out the window.
- 5:31Speaker: Yeah, but then we go to Rosie's and her puppy is in a ballerine outfit, a tutu, a something.
- 5:38Speaker: I don't even know.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Clemmy is in a full dress, and Rosie is like in denial that Clemmy is a dog.
- 5:45unknown: Yeah.
- 5:46Speaker 2: She's like out of the yard, and they're like, Clemmy, why are you going to the bathroom there?
- 5:50Speaker 2: And I'm like, it's the backyard.
- 5:52Speaker 2: It's like grass and dirt, and she's like peeing in the yard, and they're like, Why?
- 5:56Speaker 2: Like, because she's a dog.
- 6:00Speaker: I mean, I talk to Toretto like he's a human, so he's like an extension.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I talk to the boys like they're human, and when I refer to them to other people, they think I'm talking about humans.
- 6:11Speaker 2: But like they when they were taking her for a walk, she was like rolling in the grass, and Rosie was like, Clemmy, princesses don't do that.
- 6:18Speaker 2: I'm like, she's a dog.
- 6:19Speaker 2: She wants to roll in the grass and pee outside.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Like, what else would do you think she's gonna do on a walk?
- 6:26Speaker: Yeah, yeah.
- 6:27Speaker: I don't know, but I love how she had to do the walk with Clemmy and Rich, like in her moon boots.
- 6:33Speaker: I thought that, like in her moon shoes, I thought that was hilarious.
- 6:36Speaker: And he was like, I can't with you right now.
- 6:39Speaker 2: That was I know she's like trying to like fill them and have like a really serious conversation, but she's like bouncing the whole time.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Yeah, so it's so funny.
- 6:47Speaker 2: I really want to get those and I want to take them to the canal.
- 6:51Speaker: I I was thinking that when I was watching Rosie go around, and I thought that was so funny.
- 6:56Speaker: We have to do that on the canal.
- 6:59Speaker 2: We can get those on Amazon.
- 7:01Speaker: Yes, we can.
- 7:02Speaker: We found them last time.
- 7:03Speaker: We should, but anyway, she's telling Rich about she's telling Rich about Kelsey moving in on into her own apartment, and she's catching Rich up on Newport, and she agrees that it's probably good to get along with Kelsey, um, and she'll ask for a haircut and she'll post it, which is where it all falls apart.
- 7:30Speaker 2: Like Rich is also says to her, like, don't continue to like let these girls walk all over you either.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Like, if they do this again, like you should definitely stick up for yourself.
- 7:43Speaker 2: And Rosie's like, oh, don't worry.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Like she's like, there are like I'm already on edge and I'm gonna like lose it soon.
- 7:51Speaker 2: Well, little do we know.
- 7:53Speaker 2: She's like really fucking serious about it.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Because sometimes when people say that, I'm like, okay, like what is your being mad actually look like?
- 8:01Speaker 2: But she really fucking delivered.
- 8:04Speaker: Yeah, but Kelsey was being a complete asshole in Newport to her, like it's such underhanded, backhanded comments or whatever.
- 8:12Speaker: And she was not trying to be nice, she was trying, I don't like Kelsey.
- 8:16Speaker 2: I don't.
- 8:17Speaker 2: So I mean, this whole time I've definitely been, I haven't like not liked Rosie.
- 8:25Speaker 2: It's just that I felt like she like is a fucking pot strer.
- 8:28Speaker 2: And sometimes I'm suspicious that like the that production gets her to say stuff because she seems like she's been like poking at certain things like very like specifically when it doesn't even like fit really, and it just seems like it's meant to stir the pot.
- 8:46Speaker 2: But that's like what I thought of her.
- 8:49Speaker 2: But otherwise, I have liked her um and thought that she was funny.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Kelsey I liked, but I just like you can just tell that she just like hates everything about Rosie and like doesn't like her.
- 9:02Speaker 2: And then like in Newport, like I definitely felt like the house thing was fucking stupid.
- 9:09Speaker 2: And I also think it just is really tone-deaf when you're like living in a gigantic mansion on somebody else's dime, and then you're criticizing another person because you think your house is too small.
- 9:19Speaker 2: It's like that's just a really fucking shitty thing to do, and also like you don't make your own money.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Um, so like I totally was on Rosie's side for that fight.
- 9:29Speaker 2: But the thing that annoyed me the most about the fight was that like like the fight in Newport was I hate when stuff like that happens, and then the next morning one of the people just wants to act like nothing fucking happened.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Like, you know what I mean?
- 9:42Speaker 2: Like Rosie was like still upset, she's at the table.
- 9:45Speaker 2: She's like, Oh, I couldn't sleep last night.
- 9:47Speaker 2: And Kelsey just comes down in her robe and she's like, Oh, so what are we doing today?
- 9:51Speaker 2: I'm like, that really pisses me off.
- 9:53Speaker 2: It's like address the elephant in the room.
- 9:55Speaker: Yeah, and the other girls wanted to talk about it, and then Kelsey just kept trying to shut it down, and then Ashley cries, and then you're like, and there goes everything.
- 10:03Speaker: Oh my god.
- 10:05Speaker 2: She's really like needs to get a grip with the crying.
- 10:09Speaker: Okay, she's so cute.
- 10:10Speaker: But anyway, um, then we go to Kelsey showing off her new apartment to her mom and her.
- 10:17Speaker: And she uh she ends up telling her mom and her sister that she's not paying for it because they're like, How are you affording such a big place or whatever?
- 10:30Speaker: And she's like, Oh, I'm not paying for it.
- 10:32Speaker: And then they find out that she's not paying for a lot of her stuff.
- 10:37Speaker 2: This scene like bothered me on a lot of different levels.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Like, I don't know how I feel about this.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Like, I thought it was really annoying that like the first thing that they all did when they walked into the apartment.
- 10:53Speaker 2: I mean, even Kelsey, but like her sister too.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Like, they walked in and they're like, Oh, this place is like the size of your closet in the other place.
- 11:00Speaker 2: And they just kept joking around about how small it was compared to the mansion that she was in.
- 11:05Speaker 2: And I'm like, you should be encouraging her to live on her own and telling her that her place is cute, not like downing it because it's small.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Like this woman, I mean, no wonder why she's over here like ripping on Rosie's like quote unquote small house.
- 11:24Speaker 2: It's like she's not making any money.
- 11:27Speaker 2: She has to completely rebuild her life.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Like her fucking place is gonna be small, whether or not the guy's paying for it.
- 11:32Speaker: It didn't even seem that small when they were like looking at it.
- 11:35Speaker: And I want to know, is that the place that she's that she actually has in Cranston with Billy now?
- 11:41Speaker 2: I don't know, but I just thought I have no idea, but I just thought it was like totally like tone deaf.
- 11:46Speaker 2: Like, I'm like, you should be encouraging her to be doing this and not continuing to call out how fucking small it is compared to obviously it's at even a big house is small compared to that mansion.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Yes, that is true.
- 12:00Speaker 2: So, like that bothered me.
- 12:03Speaker 2: I just feel like they talk about how the place was small, then it was like, Oh, how are you paying for it?
- 12:08Speaker 2: And then it was like, oh, well, instead of like him paying for your place in your car, like you should settle down with Bill.
- 12:16Speaker 2: And I'm just like, this is what bothers me so much is like instead of saying your place is cute, we're so proud of you, like, what are you gonna do for like a job?
- 12:25Speaker 2: They're just like trying to usher her into this other life with Bill so that Bill can buy her a car and she can go live with Bill and be supported by Bill.
- 12:35Speaker: And I'm like, or she could like live in her own place and get the thing is she even says that she has a career.
- 12:41Speaker: She even said a couple episodes ago that even if she was with Bill, he wouldn't be able, she would still have to get like her own job.
- 12:47Speaker: Like it's not he wouldn't be able to support her, which is why you know she's like doing the hair thing.
- 12:55Speaker 2: It just seems like the main focus.
- 12:58Speaker 2: I have no problem with Bill.
- 12:59Speaker 2: I think that their relationship seems nice.
- 13:01Speaker 2: It's just that, like, I just seems like everybody's focus is like, whoa, this is such a come down from where you were living, and like, why don't you just like start your new life with Bill so that he can support you?
- 13:13Speaker 2: And it's like, why are you not encouraging her to like have her own life and her own career?
- 13:18Speaker 2: Like, this is so annoying.
- 13:19Speaker 2: It's fucking 2026.
- 13:21Speaker 2: Like, get it together.
- 13:23Speaker 2: She and she's only 30.
- 13:25Speaker 2: Like, no, she has her whole life ahead of her.
- 13:28Speaker 2: It's like it might not work out with Bill.
- 13:30Speaker 2: So then is she supposed to find a third guy instead of like starting her own life?
- 13:35Speaker 2: Like, I'm just like, what's the expectation here?
- 13:37Speaker: Yeah, I yeah, I don't know.
- 13:39Speaker: It was weird, and then we had to like make sure that we knew, like, I don't know, that was part of it, but then also she herself is like, oh, I've always had people who are able to do stuff for me, like, I didn't do this, I didn't do that, I didn't do this, and it's like, okay, we get it.
- 13:55Speaker: And then it was only emphasized more by her mom and sister just making their comments, and then Bill showing up with his tools where she's clearly failing at putting together whatever she is putting together.
- 14:06Speaker 2: Yeah, like that's just that's what bothers me.
- 14:09Speaker 2: I just feel like her family should be encouraging her to like learn some of this stuff and be like, we can help you.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Like, we're proud of you for doing this, not like continuing to comment about how it's like such a different lifestyle.
- 14:24Speaker 2: Yeah, and like when are you gonna settle down with another guy?
- 14:26Speaker 2: I was just like, This is not the right message to be sending her.
- 14:30Speaker: Yeah, no, not at all, not at all, but I don't know.
- 14:34Speaker: It seems like she gets I don't know.
- 14:37Speaker: I can't say much about her, but yeah.
- 14:41Speaker: But anyway, then we go to Ashley, and Dawson is out of the hospital and he's doing much better.
- 14:48Speaker 2: And okay, can we pause though?
- 14:50Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't like when people film themselves and their kids or their family members at the fucking hospital.
- 14:58Speaker 2: And I'm sorry if anybody listens to this does this, but I find it to be the biggest attention grab ever.
- 15:04Speaker 2: I agree.
- 15:06Speaker 2: I 100% agree.
- 15:07Speaker 2: I can't stand that.
- 15:09Speaker 2: It's like someone's like, oh, I'm visiting my sick grandmother in the hospital, and they like have a camera in their face, and I'm like, why are you doing that to your poor grandmother?
- 15:19Speaker: I know, and I'm like, yeah, I get that she has like a big time following and stuff, and like you want to know, but at the same time, like they don't we don't yeah, so we don't need to see that.
- 15:38Speaker: But I thought really bad for him.
- 15:48Speaker 2: I just I just cringe.
- 15:51Speaker 2: I'm like, why are we doing this?
- 15:53Speaker 2: If I was sick in the fucking hospital, and if this ever happens to me and I'm like no makeup on, laying in the hospital bed, and you come in with a camera, I'm gonna slap you.
- 16:04Speaker 2: Like, no.
- 16:07Speaker 2: Don't worry.
- 16:08Speaker 2: I hate it.
- 16:09Speaker 2: How do people do that?
- 16:10Speaker 2: Yeah, anyway.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Sorry if anybody does that.
- 16:14Speaker 2: But if you do, please stop because it's really rude.
- 16:17Speaker: It's like no one wants to be like their worst moment, like in the hospital.
- 16:21Speaker: No like Rulla's super like super staged hospital photo with like the blanket over her head on the stretcher.
- 16:30Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Okay.
- 16:33Speaker: Anyway, so that she's but she's telling her sister that um she really wishes Jared would really lean into the Instagram thing, and because they could make so much more money than Audrey's, and then she has her sister attempt to help her film something, and her sister's like, I have no idea what I'm doing.
- 16:52Speaker: It is her sister, right?
- 16:53Speaker: That's why I wrote, but I think that's her sister.
- 16:55Speaker: Okay, good.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Um, it's funny because I wrote her sister question mark.
- 17:00Speaker 2: I think that's her sister.
- 17:01Speaker 2: Um, yeah, I this conversation like bugged me.
- 17:07Speaker 2: Um also.
- 17:09Speaker 2: I really am starting to hate the whole like I want Jared to just like quit his dream and like be a full-time influencer with me.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Like, he does not, this man does not want to be an influencer.
- 17:22Speaker 2: I understand that it's probably frustrating that the business is not making money, but like if she's doing well and he really like despises influencing and doesn't want to spend his life online, I really don't think you should be pressuring him to do that.
- 17:38Speaker 2: Like influencing is very like you like it's fine that she wants to do it, and it's great that it's a moneymaker, and it's great that like they have like lucrative deals right now.
- 17:49Speaker 2: It's like take advantage of it while you can, like you're getting the attention.
- 17:52Speaker 2: Like, if like that's awesome.
- 17:54Speaker 2: At the same time, like, not everybody wants to record every second of their day and every aspect of their life.
- 18:02Speaker 2: Some people are more private, and maybe he got a lot of attention doing The Bachelor, and now he doesn't want the spotlight on him anymore.
- 18:09Speaker 2: I mean, he he doesn't film that much for the show, so like I just don't think, and it's like, I'm just like, I don't know.
- 18:16Speaker 2: I I just don't like how she keeps being like, I just wish he would like she basically just wants him to like quit his dream so he can like expose his entire life online.
- 18:26Speaker: I also feel like I'm taking it.
- 18:28Speaker: Being an influencer, I mean, yes, it's worth a lot of money to them now, but like six years down the line, like unless she stays on Housewives, are we gonna care or is like Audrey's gonna be better?
- 18:40Speaker: You know what I mean?
- 18:41Speaker 2: Yeah, like building a yeah, exactly.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Like influencing definitely has a shelf life, depending on if you actually have like a real brand or not, or if you're just popular from like being on TV at the time.
- 18:57Speaker 2: So, yeah, I mean, if she does doesn't do anything else and doesn't stay on the housewives, maybe she won't be making a lot of money in a few years, and like it takes a while to build the business, which is what he's trying to do.
- 19:07Speaker 2: So exactly.
- 19:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I just feel like she keeps bringing this up, and I'm kind of like, ugh, like he obviously does not want to do this.
- 19:14Speaker: Mm-hmm.
- 19:15Speaker: Yeah, I totally agree.
- 19:17Speaker: Like, just let him be.
- 19:19Speaker: If if he's like, I think eventually he'll let go of the stress too because it is bothering her so much.
- 19:25Speaker: Yeah.
- 19:25Speaker: But if that's what he wants to do, let him do it.
- 19:28Speaker: I don't know.
- 19:29Speaker 2: Like I just don't think like if there's certain people that like don't want to be recorded constantly, and if you're forcing them to do it, it's just like cringe.
- 19:38Speaker: Yeah, exactly.
- 19:39Speaker: Because then they're not getting like they're not gonna get quality content anyway, either.
- 19:44Speaker: Exactly.
- 19:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 19:46Speaker 2: Um oh god, this next scene.
- 19:50Speaker 2: There's a lot of tough.
- 19:51Speaker 2: This whole episode is just like tough scene after tough.
- 19:53Speaker 2: The only scene that wasn't tough was Liz walking Ganji in the beginning.
- 19:58Speaker: True.
- 19:58Speaker: Yeah, I know.
- 20:00Speaker: Complete agreement.
- 20:01Speaker: Oh my god.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Yeah, oh my god, this next fucking scene with Jo Ellen's mother.
- 20:06Speaker 2: Okay, so we finally learn like all the details of Jo Ellen's, which now that I've heard this, I'm like, okay, I get the mother resentment for sure.
- 20:18Speaker 2: And I felt for I wanna preface this by saying I felt for her mother too.
- 20:22Speaker 2: Like, I think that a lot of women grew up a certain way, and it's like you don't know better than your own like point of reference in the world.
- 20:33Speaker 2: So if you've been like, if that's how she grew up and that was the environment she was in, and she never left that environment, that's how she raised your villain.
- 20:42Speaker 2: So, like, I definitely felt for her mother, but this was very, very enlightening because I mean the whole story is like, oh my god.
- 20:54Speaker: I know.
- 20:54Speaker: So basically, and this thing is like they go to her grandfather's house.
- 20:59Speaker: As you know, he passed away and he was like her father figure.
- 21:03Speaker: Her grandfather's the one that walks her down the aisle.
- 21:05Speaker: Yeah.
- 21:06Speaker: And they start like looking at old photos.
- 21:08Speaker: Now, with Joel in her mom sent her essentially to a couple of behavioral camps, like new like more than once, like what, second grade, ninth grade, tenth grade or something, or 10th grade?
- 21:20Speaker 2: Yeah, three times starting in middle school and then into high school.
- 21:24Speaker 2: And they were like one month, it was like one week a month, and then once the last one was for like a year.
- 21:33Speaker: Yes, and it and like she only came back because her mom was gonna have to be forced to give up like full custody instead of partial custody uh to the state.
- 21:44Speaker: So we've learned that, and Joellen has said it and said a little bit in the last episode, too, that you know, she didn't have the same problems that these people have.
- 21:56Speaker: Like she was in there with like rapists and pedophiles and artists.
- 21:59Speaker: And people who stole and did drugs, and one was essentially a rehab, and she was like, I never did drugs.
- 22:07Speaker: The only thing I did was like typical teenage stuff.
- 22:10Speaker: And her mom was like, No way, your behavior was horrible.
- 22:14Speaker: And it just starts like this really, really emotional argument.
- 22:18Speaker 2: But like Well, it was interesting because her mother did when Joellen and was like, What behavior do you mean?
- 22:26Speaker 2: She said, You were hanging out with people that you weren't supposed to be hanging out with.
- 22:29Speaker 2: And Joellen and was like, You mean I was talking to boys.
- 22:32Speaker 2: So like Joellen mom basically thought that Joellen was like super promiscuous because she would flirt with boys and she had like big boobs.
- 22:41Speaker 2: And like, but and it that sounds really like ridiculous, but if you are I don't know if her mom's like Catholic, but if you do grow up in a very like conservative, like religious home, and you were raised super strict to you, that is really promiscuous.
- 23:01Speaker 2: But yeah, even though, and like so that, but yeah, it was super like it was disturbing that her mom felt like that was such wild behavior that she actually sent her away to like a I don't even want to call it a camp because it sounds like a jail.
- 23:20Speaker: But it's like one of those behavioral schools, like the ones that Paris Hilton has fought against because she was at a crazy one in Utah.
- 23:29Speaker: So yeah, like they like the type of ones I don't think Joellen was kidnapped in the middle of the night and sent there, but she was dropped off.
- 23:36Speaker: Like essentially, one of them she said she it was essentially a rehab, and they were like, Yeah, like she'd never done drugs, yeah.
- 23:44Speaker 2: So, like that's really like wild that that was like her mom's perspective.
- 23:50Speaker 2: Like, it's just and it was weird because I just her mom also made a comment about like, did you see the part in the album where she was standing next to Bill Clinton?
- 24:01Speaker 2: Jo Allen was, and her mom goes, um, oh, didn't he try to hit on you?
- 24:08Speaker 2: And Joellen was like, No, and then they just sort of like brushed past that, and I was like, that was kind of weird.
- 24:14Speaker 2: So I feel like her mom back in the day was probably always accusing her of like being like slutty, and I hate to even like say that, but that's kind of what it sounds like.
- 24:26Speaker 2: It's to her is to like to her like in her mom's mind, she was like being like really promiscuous with boys, even though she was probably just like going on dates and like flirting with them.
- 24:36Speaker: Yeah, that's not like it seems like she did a lot of dating, but like typical stuff, like just with the stories before Gary and everything, and the stuff that you learned on the boat and like the last episode.
- 24:46Speaker: Yeah, so it's like not even that, it's just like typical, like living life.
- 24:54Speaker: And yeah, so her mom, her mom admitted though, like they end up her mom apologizes that she didn't do it, and she like really wants to do better for her, her sister, and her grandkids.
- 25:06Speaker: And Joellen is like ready to kind of accept it and be open to it, but it was kind of eye-opening because her mom explains like how she grew up and how like she had been away and then she came home and like busted her eye open, and like her mom just like cared about the floors, like nothing about yeah, about the house being clean.
- 25:27Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
- 25:28Speaker 2: I think that some mothers, like again, with that sort of upbringing, are just like really hard on their daughters.
- 25:35Speaker 2: Yeah, like they're just super super tough on them, and it's like I don't think that the conversation was like fully exercised.
- 25:43Speaker 2: Like, I think Joellen and it's still like festering with her, and this is probably like I mean, they this is like they need to go to family therapy for this.
- 25:52Speaker 2: This is like very deep.
- 25:55Speaker: Yeah, I don't know, and then and then we go this this part was kind of fun, it wasn't super emotional and crazy, but we get to see Dolores at Liz's dispensary.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Yes, they're testing out like different, I don't know, gummies for menopause.
- 26:14Speaker: Yeah, and she brings Dolores into the lab at the dispensary, and yeah, they're creating a menopause gummy because they want to relieve symptoms, and that she was like, it's a perfect place to do it because I guess in Rhode Island they're one of the first states to pass like menopausal women are a protected class in Rhode Island, like for in the workplace.
- 26:34Speaker: So I didn't know that was interesting, yeah.
- 26:38Speaker 2: Me too.
- 26:38Speaker 2: I did not know that, and I also found saw something interesting about Dolores today related to the show, so I was like sort of expecting her to be on the show more, and then when I was um hold on, I need to get this thing to start to stop timing.
- 27:07Speaker: There we go.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Okay, so yes, one thing that I had heard that was interesting, especially because I was expecting Dolores to be on the show more, and then I had heard that she didn't come to the Rhode Island reunion, which I thought was weird.
- 27:28Speaker 2: I mean, I wasn't, and I don't know, I was like, oh, that's just maybe that's just a rumor, but um, I thought it was interesting because like she is such a big Bravo personality that I wouldn't expect her to be on stage with them the whole time, but usually with friends they'll like bring them out.
- 27:46Speaker 2: And I heard that and I was like, oh, that's kind of weird.
- 27:49Speaker 2: Like, I hope that's not true because I wanted her to be at the reunion.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Then I was watching Dolores like does this podcast with um to think it's Tamara from The Real Housewives of Orange County, I think.
- 28:04Speaker 2: Um Dolores mentioned that she thought that Rosie had a problem with her being on the show, and that's why I saw something like that on Instagram, but I didn't like dive into it and I didn't see like the podcast part.
- 28:22Speaker: Yeah, what is it?
- 28:23Speaker 2: Something that Dolores said.
- 28:25Speaker 2: She said she felt like Rosie.
- 28:27Speaker 2: The only thing that she said that I heard, at least in the clip, was that like she felt like Rosie didn't like her presence on the show, like didn't appreciate her being there, and that she thought that Rosie had something to do with her like not, you know, appearing that much on it, which I I got like none of that at all when I watched.
- 28:51Speaker 2: But at the same time, she's on it so little, and she really is usually just with Liz that I guess we wouldn't know.
- 28:57Speaker: Yeah, that's true.
- 28:58Speaker: Because what well, she was on the boat, right?
- 29:01Speaker: And then she this episode and the party, the first episode, and a party, but interesting.
- 29:10Speaker: I wonder why.
- 29:12Speaker: Because I mean it's nice to have a big name tied to it.
- 29:14Speaker: I mean, clearly they don't need it at this point, like it's already been renewed for season two, but to have Dolores in it is kind of like a good thing.
- 29:24Speaker: So I also think she helps because she's the same what she wrote.
- 29:31Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:32Speaker 2: And so it just helps kind of like balance that out.
- 29:35Speaker 2: I don't know why Rosie would have any tension with her, but I like kind of want to know more about that because that's interesting.
- 29:41Speaker: Yeah, we may have to go listen to that podcast so we can like figure out if there's more around it.
- 29:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:47Speaker 2: And the other thing I learned is that when you have menopause, your feet get really fat, according to Liz.
- 29:54Speaker 2: And she said they look like a bag of dicks.
- 29:56Speaker 2: And I was like, I never want to picture that ever again.
- 30:00Speaker 2: First of all, my feet are already so wide.
- 30:02Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:07Speaker: Yeah.
- 30:08Speaker: So it was a short and sweet scene, but yeah, they are working on menopause gummies because Dolores has a bunch of connections, and you find out that menopause's little feet look like dicks, apparently.
- 30:19Speaker: So I don't know.
- 30:21unknown: Yeah.
- 30:22Speaker: Anyway, then we go to Rulla's house and she has Billy and Alicia over.
- 30:27Speaker: First of all, I love how Alicia always dresses like she's going to a tea party.
- 30:32Speaker: Like there's always ruffles and fluff, and I am obsessed.
- 30:36Speaker: It is so cute.
- 30:37Speaker: I loved your outfit.
- 30:38Speaker 2: But anyway, they work with two bottles of champagne.
- 30:42Speaker 2: Yes.
- 30:43Speaker: Which I mean, there's four of them.
- 30:45Speaker: That makes sense.
- 30:46Speaker: But Rulla, they have a private chef there making them Bucatini and Filet mignon, and Brian does two shots of tequila before they show up show up, and apparently he can't hold his liquor to save his life because he's ridiculous.
- 31:02Speaker: He's he was just very weird.
- 31:04Speaker: Like, so like, is that how he typically acts?
- 31:08Speaker: But then Rulla was like, Oh ha ha, don't like shut your mouth.
- 31:12Speaker 2: Well, I couldn't even his first weird remark about pizza mama.
- 31:15Speaker 2: I couldn't even understand what he was saying.
- 31:17Speaker 2: So, did he say he loves pizza mama so much even when he gets home at midnight?
- 31:24Speaker: I said that he likes pizza mama so much because he knows it's good quality ingredients, because even when he eats it at midnight, he doesn't get heartburn.
- 31:34Speaker 2: Okay, I couldn't I'm glad that you heard that because I was like, what is he babbling on about eating their pizza at midnight?
- 31:42Speaker 2: And they like Alicia and Billy kind of exchanged like a weird look, like, oh, you're going to Pizza Mama at midnight, because I don't think that that place is open that way.
- 31:50Speaker 2: But it was just weird.
- 31:52Speaker 2: It was weird the way he said it.
- 31:53Speaker 2: And then like he gets up to go to the bathroom, and Wool is like, just be quiet when he gets back.
- 31:59Speaker 2: He's all hopped up and excited that you guys are here.
- 32:02Speaker 2: And I'm like, Yeah, that's so weird.
- 32:06Speaker 2: Weird, it was so weird, and she was like, Oh, he had two chests in tequila, and I'm like, he wasn't acting drunk, he was just acting like odd and strange.
- 32:16Speaker: But then he comes back from the bathroom and he says that he took a work call.
- 32:20Speaker: And even Alicia was like, It doesn't make any sense.
- 32:24Speaker 2: Like, what are you talking about?
- 32:25Speaker 2: Because even like, yeah, it's like, why would you lie about going to the bathroom?
- 32:29Speaker 2: Why would you lie about taking a work call?
- 32:32Speaker 2: Like, he outs this man outs himself.
- 32:34Speaker 2: This is the same thing with the Newport Day.
- 32:37Speaker 2: Like, he did not need to call attention to the fact that he wasn't wearing a ring.
- 32:41Speaker 2: Nobody would have noticed that.
- 32:43Speaker 2: But then he's just like, Oh, I left my ring in the car.
- 32:46Speaker: It's like and then you're like, why would you even leave it in the car?
- 32:49Speaker: Yeah, it was so weird.
- 32:50Speaker: And then I need to know why a foot doctor also issues ozempic steroids and Botox at his practice.
- 33:01Speaker 2: It was yeah, really weird that he was just like, Oh, whenever I want to get Ozempic, I just take a little Ozempic whenever I want to, yeah, like that was a whole weird tirade of all these things that he apparently like microdoses, and I'm like, okay.
- 33:17Speaker: Yeah, like he microdoses the loses too much weight, so he does the steroids put back on muscle, and then he has the Botox.
- 33:25Speaker: And as someone who has had foot problems her whole life, I don't know if I want my podiatrist to also offer Botox Ozempic and steroids.
- 33:39Speaker 2: Yeah, so it's like does he have a podiatrist practice in the front and like the cosmetic practice in the back?
- 33:47Speaker: Why does he do both?
- 33:48Speaker: Like my surgeon for my foot, he works out of a practice in Natick.
- 33:56Speaker: And then they do a surgeon, and he is just like that.
- 34:00Speaker: Is what he does.
- 34:01Speaker: He looks at feet all day, and then like I got he works at another hospital too, but again, it's like feet all day between the two practices.
- 34:11Speaker: The podiatrist I had before that, he was only a podiatrist at that doctor, like that's all he did, and he did surgery.
- 34:20Speaker: Like, yeah, not once would I go to either one of them and be like, hey, I also need Botox.
- 34:28Speaker 2: Yeah, like I'm getting my feet checked, but I'm also gonna get some Botox today.
- 34:34Speaker 2: That's okay, that was not even the weirdest part.
- 34:37Speaker 2: I have to just I'm just gonna go into this whole thing.
- 34:41Speaker 2: Okay.
- 34:41Speaker 2: The story he told about when he first met Rulla He basically got her wicked drunk.
- 34:50Speaker 2: I mean, it makes him sound like the biggest creep in the entire world because the way that he phrases this story makes it sound like she did not know how much alcohol she was drinking.
- 35:00Speaker 2: And that's like the way that he phrased it.
- 35:03Speaker 2: Like, this is not so he just they like Alicia basically asks, like, how long they dated before they got married.
- 35:13Speaker 2: He should have just ended with three years, but then he launches into this story about how when they first met, they were at a bar, and he asked the bartender to he was ordering drinks for Rulla, and he asked the bartender to keep giving her doubles while he only drank singles.
- 35:35Speaker 2: This is coming from him, and then he said, and that really worked out well for me.
- 35:40Speaker 2: And I'm like, So did you like and she just like made a face, and I'm like, did she not know she was drinking doubles and then you got her so drunk that she had sex with you that night?
- 35:53Speaker 2: Because that's what the story sounds like, according to like his version, like it's what it sounds like.
- 36:00Speaker 2: I mean, I hope that that's not what he meant, and that she just wanted doubles, but like that's not how he told the story.
- 36:08Speaker 2: He told the story like he told the bartender to do this.
- 36:11Speaker 2: It really sounded fucking creepy, and it's not a romantic story, and he should never tell that story again.
- 36:17Speaker 2: Like, if that's really how they met and Rulla is like fine with it for whatever reason, like she should tell him to like stop fucking telling that story to people because it makes him sound like an assaulter.
- 36:30Speaker: Yeah, he sounded disgusting, like, and I didn't he this scene.
- 36:36Speaker: I I didn't like that, I didn't like the foot stories.
- 36:39Speaker 2: There was just so much, and then when he starts comparing Filet Mignon to like a foot, like a tendon, and it sounds like one, and I was like, Okay, there was I am done with this man, he's just such a weird guy, and I'm like, okay, so adding on to the fact that he's unattractive, he has a mistress, he is has all this tension with Rulla.
- 37:07Speaker 2: On top of that, he has a bad personality.
- 37:10Speaker 2: So it's like, why are we still with him?
- 37:12Speaker 2: Like, what is happening right now?
- 37:16Speaker: I don't know.
- 37:17Speaker: It was, yeah, this scene, I didn't like him.
- 37:20Speaker: I thought it was really, really creepy about the Rulla thing, and the fact that she's like, uh-huh, and she's like says nothing and like makes a face, but she can't be like, oh, he's had too many drinks, he needs that.
- 37:29Speaker: And I was like, no.
- 37:31Speaker 2: No, that's not a good thing.
- 37:32Speaker: I think her husband is just a sketchy asshole.
- 37:35Speaker: And we don't even answer the fact that Alicia feels awkward because she's like supposed to tell supposed to tell Rulla about this video, but she can't get up because she can't do it.
- 37:46Speaker 2: Well, I mean, I don't know when she's supposed to chime in about this video when he's there.
- 37:50Speaker 2: Like, what is she gonna do?
- 37:51Speaker 2: Just be like, oh, by the way.
- 37:54Speaker: By the way, hold on.
- 37:55Speaker: Ryan, when you go to the bathroom, when you go on another work call, I have something to tell your wife.
- 38:00Speaker: That would not go over well.
- 38:03Speaker 2: Yeah, no, and like he was just uh he's a very just socially awkward person, which I didn't realize fully until this dinner scene.
- 38:12Speaker: I want to hear Billy's opinion on like this whole dinner.
- 38:16Speaker: Like, I want to know how he felt.
- 38:20Speaker 2: I mean, it's he's so weird, he's a weird guy.
- 38:24Speaker 2: The fact that he has two women that want to be with him just baffles me to no end.
- 38:30Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 38:31Speaker 2: Like this other monster female so badly and is like shocking his life and like wants their affair outed.
- 38:39Speaker 2: I'm like, why are you dating him?
- 38:41Speaker 2: Like, I do not understand.
- 38:43Speaker: Yeah, I have no idea.
- 38:46Speaker: It's a it was a weird scene.
- 38:48Speaker: Okay, and we haven't even seen that much a Rulla because she keeps getting sick.
- 38:52Speaker: So it's like, and then this is the same thing.
- 38:55Speaker 2: She's very sick too.
- 38:56Speaker 2: And if she's taking weight loss drugs, she should stop because she looks sick.
- 39:01Speaker: Yeah, she's like five pounds.
- 39:04Speaker 2: She just I think it's like it she might be also microdosing that, but I think it's also just the stress.
- 39:10Speaker 2: Probably.
- 39:12Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, like she just does not look good, and she's so pretty and smart.
- 39:18Speaker 2: And I'm just like, you really are just like wasting your life with this guy.
- 39:22Speaker 2: Like, seriously.
- 39:23Speaker 2: She's like one of those people that, like, if she left him, she'd probably have like a major blow-up.
- 39:29Speaker: Probably.
- 39:30Speaker: Oh, yeah, definitely.
- 39:31Speaker: I agree.
- 39:32Speaker: Anyway, now we're getting into the real juicy part.
- 39:38Speaker 2: Okay, I want everybody to write in or comment or whatever and tell us if you think that this is the best house website of all time, because I have I'm a fan of Salt Lake City, New Jersey, obviously, and Beverly Hills.
- 39:58Speaker 2: And like, obviously, New Jersey has had, and I guess Salt Lake City when Gen Chao was on it, have had some pretty iconic fights, but I have to say, I don't this one was just I love I I mean it's gonna live in my memory.
- 40:12Speaker: Like, the only other, like, really one that would be up here was when Danielle's weave got ripped out.
- 40:23Speaker 2: This I feel like this was better.
- 40:25Speaker 2: This was, I mean, the fact that this was a one the one-on-one fight, and like the stuff they were saying to each other and all the tea we got from the fight.
- 40:36Speaker 2: I was like, this is just oh my god.
- 40:39Speaker 2: I want okay.
- 40:40Speaker 2: I can't wait to get into this.
- 40:41Speaker 2: I can't wait to get into this.
- 40:42Speaker 2: Everybody that watches the show, I'm like, did you watch the episode on Sunday?
- 40:46Speaker 2: Because I have to know what you think about this fight.
- 40:49Speaker: Okay.
- 40:49Speaker: This was insane.
- 40:50Speaker: So Kelsey is like in the car talking to Billy, and she's like, she wants to make light of it, and she starts off by saying that she's like feels bad about accusing Rosie of like lying or whatever, and she's gonna go in and like go in and like play this joke to Rosie.
- 41:10Speaker 2: And she is like sorry, but what you're not saying what the joke is.
- 41:17Speaker 2: She had a a siren, a bullhorn.
- 41:20Speaker: Yes.
- 41:20Speaker: Well, I haven't gotten in that part, so she's like setting it up to Billy, and then like we go to Rosie's house, and she wants to make sure that Kelsey knows how big her house really is, so she puts the blueprints out.
- 41:32Speaker: So they're both being like so petty, right?
- 41:35Speaker 2: They're both prepping for the fight, and like two thoughts here.
- 41:40Speaker 2: So the first is when Kelsey tells Bill, like, oh, I think we can joke about this now.
- 41:46Speaker 2: I'm like, no.
- 41:47Speaker 2: The thing about Newport, I know that they had a talk, but it still wasn't like a warm and fuzzy talk.
- 41:54Speaker 2: So I'm not really sure why Kelsey thinks they're in such a great place right now.
- 41:58Speaker 2: I'm like, not really.
- 42:00Speaker 2: Secondly, with Rosie, I'm thinking to myself, I don't, I'm still like question mark in my head.
- 42:08Speaker 2: I don't know how I feel.
- 42:09Speaker 2: But do you think she was planned when she had the blueprints laid out?
- 42:14Speaker 2: Like, do you think she was pre- she pre-planned the attack and was gonna do this regardless of how Kelsey came in?
- 42:21Speaker 2: Or do you think she really flew off the handle because of how Kelsey came in?
- 42:25Speaker 2: Because part of me gets suspicious that she was gonna do this anyway.
- 42:29Speaker: But I No, I I wouldn't want to have a fight in my house.
- 42:33Speaker: And so I think like the blueprints, I would just want to be like, like, honestly, here they are.
- 42:39Speaker: But I think because of the way that Kelsey came in, Rosie was already on edge, but this was Rosie's idea to get her haircut and like rekindle the friendship.
- 42:51Speaker: And then the way Kelsey came in just threw Rosie for an absolute an absolute loop.
- 42:59Speaker 2: Okay, so you think that that was like a reaction and not like she was gonna go in on her anyway?
- 43:06Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
- 43:06Speaker 2: Okay, I think so.
- 43:08Speaker 2: I I don't know.
- 43:09Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 43:10Speaker 2: And the on I mean, I for this fight, I'm on Rosie's side.
- 43:15Speaker 2: Also, just if I had to score the fight, she ate Kelsey up like once.
- 43:21Speaker 2: She did.
- 43:21Speaker 2: I was like impressed with that.
- 43:24Speaker: Um barely got a word out, and that Rosie just had like zing, zing, zing, zing, zing, zing, zing.
- 43:30Speaker 2: That was really good.
- 43:32Speaker 2: But um I am suspicious that she wants she was like gonna go and for a fight.
- 43:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, I don't I don't know for sure, but just because of the pop starring I've seen before, I was wondering if she pre planned this.
- 43:48Speaker 2: But anyway, whatever it was, like holy shit, that was crazy.
- 43:53Speaker 2: Okay.
- 43:54Speaker 2: So yeah.
- 43:55Speaker 2: So Kelsey comes, she has the bullhorn, and she's like
- 44:00Speaker: You pause and start on it giving two seconds.
- 44:02Speaker: Sorry.
- 44:02Speaker: Well don't restart.
- 44:04Speaker: Okay.
- 44:05Speaker: So anyway.
- 44:08unknown: Yeah.
- 44:08Speaker: Kelsey.
- 44:10Speaker 2: She pulls up and she has like a siren or like a bullhorn of some sort.
- 44:15Speaker 2: And she's like, she's like rolling up to the house that's like a thousand square feet.
- 44:21Speaker 2: And then she was like, or it's a hundred square feet.
- 44:24Speaker 2: Something like still joking about the size of the house.
- 44:28Speaker 2: And I just like first of all, Kelsey is a little monotone, so like she doesn't sound like she's joking when she's joking.
- 44:41Speaker 2: Like it was she's very flat.
- 44:44Speaker 2: Yeah, she's very flat.
- 44:45Speaker 2: And so it doesn't like sound like it's a joke.
- 44:50Speaker 2: And it is still also a little cutting.
- 44:54Speaker 2: Like she's still continuing to make fun of the size of the house.
- 44:57Speaker 2: And like she just doesn't like it's not funny.
- 45:02Speaker: No, it wasn't funny.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Like I didn't land at all.
- 45:06Speaker 2: It did not land.
- 45:07Speaker 2: Like when she I was like cringing a little bit.
- 45:09Speaker 2: I was like, just stop bringing this up, number one, and number two.
- 45:12Speaker 2: Like your voice doesn't sound like it's kidding.
- 45:14Speaker 2: So like it's just it's like cringy.
- 45:18Speaker: It was like kind of embarrassing.
- 45:19Speaker: And then I was like, why does she have sirens and a like PA system in her car for small?
- 45:25Speaker: Like that, I was a little thrown off of.
- 45:27Speaker: Like, and just showing up, and like Kelsey is like, I mean, Rosie just is like, why is there police sirens like at my house?
- 45:37Speaker: And Kelsey just like poking the bear about the size of the thing, which I guess like Rosie's doing the same thing with the blueprints, but like Kelsey, please just give it up.
- 45:48Speaker: Just drop it, please.
- 45:50Speaker: This is like there's so many other things.
- 45:53Speaker: It's like she can't have a big house, and so then she's gonna pick on Rosie for having a large house when she's like moving into an apartment.
- 46:04Speaker: So well, yeah.
- 46:07Speaker 2: So then Rosie goes in and basically insults like every aspect of her life for the last like 10 years.
- 46:15Speaker: So it was like nothing.
- 46:18Speaker 2: Well, she's like your name, my name is at least on this house.
- 46:23Speaker 2: What do you have?
- 46:24Speaker 2: You have no house.
- 46:27Speaker: Uh something not a career.
- 46:30Speaker: Yeah, she was like, something nick is not career.
- 46:33Speaker: My name is on the deed, yours isn't.
- 46:35Speaker: She was like, You're what your sugar daddy bought your pageant win.
- 46:41Speaker 2: Yeah, everybody knows that.
- 46:43Speaker 2: Everybody knows you sleep with married men.
- 46:46Speaker 2: Um, and then she takes her makeup case or her hair and makeup case and starts carrying it down the stairs and tosses it outside.
- 46:58Speaker: And Kelsey's like fighting her on it, and she's like, just get out of my house.
- 47:02Speaker: And Kelsey will like not get out of here.
- 47:05Speaker 2: She, I mean, they're they're going down the stairs, and Kelsey's going to like grab the makeup case back as Rosie's at the or so, maybe it's like a hair case or whatever, but like going to grab the rolling case back while Rosie's at the door, and Rosie just continues to just manhandle this thing, like just yes it out of Kelsey and then tosses it in the air, like down the little steps out into the driveway.
- 47:33Speaker 2: And I was like, oh my god.
- 47:35Speaker 2: And then like when she pushed Kelsey out the door, I was like, I mean, Kelsey, like, fight back a little bit.
- 47:45Speaker 2: Like she didn't really manhandles her case and her.
- 47:49Speaker 2: And hopped her out of the door.
- 47:54Speaker: Like she like grabbed Rosie's arm or something, and now when Rosie snapped.
- 47:59Speaker 2: Yeah, but it was a little like it wasn't the difference between that was like she just touched her.
- 48:05Speaker 2: It wasn't like she she didn't actually do anything that was like scary.
- 48:10Speaker 2: Rosie was just like, don't ever fucking touch me again.
- 48:13Speaker 2: Rosie actually physically tossed her from her home.
- 48:17Speaker 2: Yeah, it's true.
- 48:18Speaker 2: Like she didn't just like touch her, like I feel like Kelsey like tapped her shoulder.
- 48:22Speaker 2: Rosie like threw her in her case out the door and slammed it.
- 48:28Speaker: I was like, that was no, it was bad because you see the crew stepping in and like breaking them up.
- 48:35Speaker 2: Like that was like legit, and Kelsey really didn't stand much of a chance.
- 48:39Speaker 2: Like, I don't know if Rosie's just way stronger than her, but she really did not come off well in that fight.
- 48:46Speaker 2: And then she's yeah, she slams the door, the camera crew is like pulling her back, and Rosie goes upstairs, and then Kelsey comes back for more.
- 48:56Speaker: Yeah, she comes back to say that she won the pageant fair and square.
- 49:00Speaker: That was like that was like that was her breaking point.
- 49:04Speaker: It wasn't like the fact that she didn't have a career, that like she, you know, she like sucked it.
- 49:10Speaker: Her her breaking point was I yeah, I won the pageant fair and square.
- 49:15Speaker: And she's like in the door, like flipping Rosie off.
- 49:18Speaker 2: That's such a good point.
- 49:20Speaker 2: Like, it's like you you're you don't have a house, your name isn't on anything.
- 49:25Speaker 2: Sucking dick is not a career.
- 49:27Speaker 2: Um, everybody knows that you sleep with married men, but yet the thing that Kelsey wants to make sure that everybody knows is that no, she actually did win the pageant.
- 49:37Speaker 2: And I'm like, that's what you're so like she just like wants to come back in and make that point, and then we end it.
- 49:44Speaker: I can't even uh we can't forget the Rosie calls her slam pig like four or five times, which is like the most New England thing I have heard in so long.
- 49:57Speaker 2: I can't even say that phrase because I just cringe so hard.
- 50:00Speaker 2: I was like, I cannot believe that she just said that.
- 50:04Speaker: Like that was have not heard that term since like high school.
- 50:09Speaker: I've never heard anybody actually use that, and like it was definitely used a lot in high school.
- 50:16Speaker 2: I've heard that, like, but I've never heard anybody actually called that before, and I'm like, that was so cringy, like, oh my god.
- 50:28Speaker 2: And I just feel like Kelsey was asking for if I'm coming back in for more.
- 50:34Speaker 2: I know you were physically thrown from her home and you still came back in to correct her about the pageant win.
- 50:41Speaker: I feel like the second it escalated, like in her kitchen, I would have just left.
- 50:48Speaker: Like once she's trying to get my stuff out the door, I would have just left.
- 50:52Speaker: Yeah, and yet she was like, Nope, I need to have the last word, I need to win this fight, I need to, I need to, I need to.
- 50:59Speaker 2: And you're like, She just, I mean, I almost felt bad for Kelsey because just from start to finish, she just didn't win any aspect of that fight.
- 51:08Speaker 2: Like the like siren thing was not funny, it didn't laugh.
- 51:14Speaker 2: She came in and just within like a couple minutes, it turned into like this huge fight, but she barely even got a word in because first of all, Rosie is like you couldn't even hear what Kelsey was trying to say because Rosie was on toe on toe in her face screaming.
- 51:36Speaker 2: I was like, holy shit.
- 51:38Speaker: I literally wrote, like, I can't hear like half of what Kelsey is saying, but like I don't even need to because whatever Rosie is saying is clearly kicking her ass.
- 51:48Speaker 2: It's kicking her ass.
- 51:49Speaker 2: And also the other thing I admired about it is this was a one-on-one fight.
- 51:53Speaker 2: Like, she did not need backup, she did not need an audience.
- 51:57Speaker 2: She was like, Oh no, I'm gonna wait till we're alone and like attack this woman.
- 52:03Speaker: Like it's she had pretty impressive, I have to say.
- 52:06Speaker: Like Kelsey could not keep up, like, she could not fight anything that Rosie was saying.
- 52:16Speaker: Oh, and it's true because the only thing Kelsey's had to say this whole time is that Rosie's house is not as big as she said it is, and at one point she like slept her way up the ladder at her work.
- 52:31Speaker 2: Which I don't believe that story.
- 52:33Speaker: No, and Kelsey was like, You are?
- 52:35Speaker: Oh, she also said that she's like, You are in a polyamory relationship.
- 52:39Speaker: She's like, What part of that was wrong?
- 52:43Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, I like when Kelsey was like, all the things you've done to me, I was like, What has she done to you?
- 52:49Speaker 2: I mean, she was being gossipy at the picnic, which again, like I've been saying, she's definitely like a little pot-stirrer, but like, has she done anything horrible?
- 52:57Speaker 2: Like, no.
- 52:58Speaker 2: No, she's like made a couple of stupid comments.
- 53:01Speaker 2: I'm like, okay.
- 53:02Speaker 2: Um, but yeah, like physically and verbally, Kelsey just didn't get any, she did not score any points.
- 53:11Speaker 2: That was like hard to watch.
- 53:13Speaker 2: Like, I want to be in the living room when Rich and Rosie watched that scene with them because I I would just I don't even know how I would describe that to John.
- 53:28Speaker 2: Like if I did that to somebody in our home and then physically managed to push them out the door.
- 53:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 53:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 53:38Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 53:39Speaker: I mean too.
- 53:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 53:42Speaker 2: Like I've definitely gotten into fights with people in front of him, but I mean, that was like on another level.
- 53:50Speaker 2: That was pretty impressive, I have to say.
- 53:54Speaker: Yeah, that was like one of the best.
- 53:56Speaker: I just you this season, I I don't know how they're gonna top season two.
- 54:01Speaker: I mean, this season, season two has a lot to live up to because like every episode has something good in it, and this episode was just like just like a build-up to like this crescendo craziness.
- 54:15Speaker 2: I mean, she's been asking Ashley to stick up for her.
- 54:18Speaker 2: It's like you don't need Ashley to stick up for you.
- 54:20Speaker: No, and then when Ashley tries, she cries.
- 54:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm like, uh Ashley's getting eaten a lot by these women.
- 54:26Speaker 2: I don't know what wait Rosie's clearly been.
- 54:29Speaker 2: This is why I'm wondering if she can pre-star.
- 54:32Speaker 2: Yeah, because she's like she held all that in and she barely stuck up for herself in other scenes, like she kind of did, but that was like an absolute vicious takedown I've ever seen in in my life.
- 54:48Speaker 2: I was like, oh my god.
- 54:50Speaker: Yeah, like it was it was quite impressive.
- 54:54Speaker: Like it was insanity, it was so good.
- 54:57Speaker: And I was like, I thought there would be a blow up like at the castle, but I told you I thought because they clipped a part of this fight, remember?
- 55:05Speaker: And I was like, I feel like it's Kelsey and Rosie.
- 55:07Speaker: I've been saying that the whole time.
- 55:09Speaker 2: You have been.
- 55:10Speaker 2: I couldn't recognize them in the clip.
- 55:12Speaker 2: You know what I think it is, is like I feel like the difference is usually most of the girls don't back up Rosie and they're like closer with Kelsey because you know how at the beginning Rosie was saying they're like all in a click.
- 55:25Speaker 2: And I feel like that like when they're with the group, Kelsey tends to do better because she has like that backup, and it's really only Ashley that's friends with Rosie.
- 55:36Speaker 2: But when you see them one-on-one, Kelsey is not great in a conflict at all.
- 55:42Speaker: No, she's like that at all.
- 55:44Speaker 2: Which is why I'm still so shocked.
- 55:45Speaker 2: I mean, I'm like beating this into the ground, but this is why I'm still so shocked that she went back in.
- 55:50Speaker 2: Because I was just like, why are you going back in for more of a beating like this?
- 55:56Speaker: I'm like, they just had you break you up.
- 55:59Speaker 2: If they if that were me, I would if that were me and I were Rosie, I would definitely want that shown on TV because that was just such a like that was such an impressive takedown.
- 56:10Speaker 2: However, if I were Kelsey, I'd be begging production not to show that.
- 56:14Speaker 2: I know.
- 56:15Speaker: Side note is embarrassing.
- 56:16Speaker: I liked both of their outfits a lot.
- 56:19Speaker: Well, first of all, they went with two, they couldn't have had two different vibes.
- 56:25Speaker: I know.
- 56:26Speaker: One looks like she's off to the country club, and the other one looks like she's off to a bar class.
- 56:31Speaker 2: I literally like Kelsey looked like she was about to play like tennis in Newport for the day, and Rosie's in this like psychedelic, like two-piece workout set, and I was just like, just not on the same page, like whatsoever.
- 56:44Speaker: No, but I like them both.
- 56:46Speaker: I liked both outfits, but yeah, I just thought that was funny.
- 56:48Speaker: I was like, wait, this is the setup, but yeah, I don't know.
- 56:54Speaker 2: I'm interested to see like how they break this down with the girls next week.
- 57:00Speaker: Like it's like no, well, next week we got a fight with Alicia and Liz.
- 57:03Speaker: So, like I know.
- 57:06Speaker 2: I mean, with them, I don't worry about them too much because I feel like they have like sister vibes.
- 57:12Speaker 2: So I feel like they are gonna get into a big fight, but they'll be fine.
- 57:17Speaker 2: Um, but that does make me sad.
- 57:20Speaker: I know, I know, I agree.
- 57:22Speaker: It'll be, I know, we only have a few more days.
- 57:25Speaker: I can't believe we're already almost done.
- 57:27Speaker: But yeah, this this was a juicy one.
- 57:32Speaker 2: Oh my god, I know.
- 57:34Speaker 2: That was so good.
- 57:35Speaker 2: That was so good.
- 57:36Speaker: Well, anyway, thank you guys so much for listening to Housewives Gossip Glitter.
- 57:40Speaker: We will have so much more ready for you.
- 57:42Speaker: This one was definitely the best.
- 57:44Speaker: We want your comments and your thoughts on this, and we need to know how you feel.
