- 1:54Speaker 2: I hope you guys are doing well.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Me.
- 1:57Speaker 2: I am doing good.
- 1:59Speaker 1: I know supposed to do this yesterday, and I was
- 2:02Speaker 1: supposed to post this yesterday, but I had to post
- 2:07Speaker 1: Sundays yesterday because I did a two conversations one with
- 2:15Speaker 1: Sophia Bailey about spiritual warfare and spiritual healing, and then
- 2:21Speaker 1: a friend of mine named Charles Maddox did a summit
- 2:25Speaker 1: on CRPS and I'm going to post both of these today.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Well I did, but I might post them on these
- 2:34Speaker 1: platforms so you guys can hear how my you know,
- 2:39Speaker 1: conversations go and things that I'm posting, because some stuff
- 2:44Speaker 1: can go on multiple streaming platforms. Because I'm getting into
- 2:50Speaker 1: having conversations. I don't call them interviews because I feel
- 2:54Speaker 1: like interviews are a little too stuffy, So I'd rather
- 2:58Speaker 1: have conversation versus interviews. And every person that I have
- 3:03Speaker 1: a conversation with, I always talk to them prior to
- 3:08Speaker 1: doing the conversation and doing the actual conversation on the
- 3:12Speaker 1: podcast because it gives me a chance to really get
- 3:14Speaker 1: to know them. And so I have one that's coming
- 3:18Speaker 1: up on the fifteenth, and I'm so excited about it,
- 3:22Speaker 1: and we're gonna be talking about police brutality and a
- 3:26Speaker 1: woman that lost her child to police brutality, and we're
- 3:30Speaker 1: gonna have that conversation and I'm really happy to do
- 3:34Speaker 1: that one, so that one will be something I'm very,
- 3:37Speaker 1: very proud of. But let's have this conversations of what
- 3:41Speaker 1: I want to talk about today, and that is about
- 3:45Speaker 1: the fact is everything that we're being told actually correct?
- 3:50Speaker 1: And why don't we ever challenge it because I was
- 3:55Speaker 1: sitting up here as a coach going through the journey
- 3:58Speaker 1: of you know, dealing with my healing and recovery personally.
- 4:04Speaker 1: And you have to be your own patient before you
- 4:07Speaker 1: can help other people. And also you have to understand
- 4:11Speaker 1: that every person is different when it come to losing weight,
- 4:14Speaker 1: everybody's different when it comes to cancer, everybody's different when
- 4:19Speaker 1: it comes to being sick with COVID or whatever you're
- 4:22Speaker 1: dealing with mentally or psychologically, or emotionally or even physically.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Everybody's dealing with different things at the same time. So
- 4:33Speaker 1: we can be dealing with one situation and deal with
- 4:37Speaker 1: it fifty million, eleven hundred ways.
- 4:39Speaker 2: I mean, that's just the way it is.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Unfortunately, so the way I handle things ain't the way
- 4:46Speaker 1: somebody else gonna handle things.
- 4:47Speaker 2: And the good thing.
- 4:49Speaker 1: About being a coach is we can learn from those
- 4:53Speaker 1: different situations that are clients deal with. Cause in February,
- 4:58Speaker 1: I'm about to start taking Cloe. Right now, I'm just
- 5:02Speaker 1: working on paperwork and all of that, which is what
- 5:05Speaker 1: I'm going to be doing.
- 5:08Speaker 2: The rest of the week. So let me use me.
- 5:10Speaker 2: For example, I have.
- 5:12Speaker 1: This thing that's called the isolation cocoon and hibernation stage,
- 5:16Speaker 1: and how it works is basically essentially you are going
- 5:22Speaker 1: to be by yourself, just you and me and whoever
- 5:28Speaker 1: is going to help you through these journeys. So the
- 5:32Speaker 1: whole purpose of what I want to do for my
- 5:34Speaker 1: business is I want to have multiple coaches that I
- 5:39Speaker 1: can send my client to that specialize in other things.
- 5:44Speaker 1: So for example, if my client is throughout their journey,
- 5:48Speaker 1: if this isolation realizes they want to lose weight, then
- 5:53Speaker 1: I'm going to help them lose the weight along with
- 5:56Speaker 1: someone else. If it's a therapist, then I want to
- 6:01Speaker 1: be able to get somebody that is a therapist and
- 6:04Speaker 1: we work together and one she works on the listening
- 6:10Speaker 1: and coming up with what I like to call like
- 6:14Speaker 1: my son has an IEP. So every client that I
- 6:18Speaker 1: have is going to have something similar to that, where
- 6:22Speaker 1: you have goals and you have things that you have
- 6:24Speaker 1: to achieve based on what the therapist recommends. So she
- 6:28Speaker 1: might send them to me and say this person is
- 6:32Speaker 1: going through depression and I need you to help them
- 6:37Speaker 1: to heal through depression. Well, I give them a bunch
- 6:41Speaker 1: of goals, I give them a bunch of things that's
- 6:43Speaker 1: going to help them through their journeys and me and
- 6:45Speaker 1: a therapist work together. If the person is going through
- 6:49Speaker 1: health and wellness as far as healing from health and
- 6:52Speaker 1: wellness issues, then we work together to help them heal
- 6:58Speaker 1: as they're going through the pros of cancer. Because I
- 7:02Speaker 1: feel like that having a coach or even a sponsor
- 7:07Speaker 1: through addiction and the medical field is something that we
- 7:10Speaker 1: need to have. So my job is to help people,
- 7:15Speaker 1: not be an advocate, because that's not what it's called.
- 7:19Speaker 1: It's really coaching people the same way you would on
- 7:22Speaker 1: a basketball court, the same way you would on a
- 7:24Speaker 1: football court, any sport.
- 7:26Speaker 2: You know, that's pretty much what we do. So we get.
- 7:29Speaker 1: People to not only win these actual things they're going through,
- 7:35Speaker 1: but overcoming it and maintaining that. So the goal for
- 7:39Speaker 1: me is not only to get people to get over
- 7:43Speaker 1: the humps, for them to maintain going over the humps,
- 7:47Speaker 1: so even if they go through it, they're not gonna
- 7:51Speaker 1: be as emotionally attached to it.
- 7:54Speaker 2: So let me explain.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Let's say I get back out in the world after
- 7:58Speaker 1: my isolation, cocoon and hibernation stage, and I start dating
- 8:03Speaker 1: and I meet somebody and things start out good. Well,
- 8:09Speaker 1: guess what. Because I'm so determined to maintain my healing
- 8:15Speaker 1: and recovery, it's gonna be easier for me to spot
- 8:21Speaker 1: when something isn't right. So, for example, it's gonna.
- 8:25Speaker 3: Be easier for me to know if somebody's cheating, if
- 8:29Speaker 3: somebody's lying, it's easier for me to spot it because
- 8:35Speaker 3: the fact that I'm so protective of myself and because
- 8:40Speaker 3: I'm so determined to heal and I.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Don't want to go through what I went through twenty
- 8:46Speaker 1: years prior. Well, then guess what, I'm gonna be more
- 8:51Speaker 1: cautious about the things I do.
- 8:53Speaker 2: And there's nothing wrong with that.
- 8:54Speaker 1: And there are people that are being a whole lot
- 8:58Speaker 1: more cautious than what they used to giving. One second,
- 9:03Speaker 1: I'm trying to open my up blinds. But yeah, a
- 9:07Speaker 1: lot of people want to try to make it seem
- 9:11Speaker 1: like that people don't have the right to protect themselves.
- 9:17Speaker 1: And what I learned is the people that are what
- 9:20Speaker 1: y'all like to call scary, they're actually smart. Let me
- 9:24Speaker 1: explain why. The people that are scary and are like,
- 9:29Speaker 1: I don't want to do this, that's because their intuition
- 9:31Speaker 1: is telling them that something isn't right, and so because
- 9:37Speaker 1: their intuition is telling them that something isn't right. That
- 9:43Speaker 1: is the whole reason why they're not doing it. So
- 9:45Speaker 1: for some people, it's not fear because they're afraid, it's
- 9:51Speaker 1: because they know somebody ain't right. It's just like, I
- 9:54Speaker 1: don't go on roller coasters, and now I know why
- 9:57Speaker 1: because I'm seeing all these roller coasters falling up, and
- 10:00Speaker 1: I'm like, thank god, never one deride one. And the
- 10:04Speaker 1: one that I did, I overcame it, and I still
- 10:07Speaker 1: don't want to get back on it. So even though
- 10:11Speaker 1: you may do certain things, you may't realize I should
- 10:15Speaker 1: have never did it in the first place. Now, there
- 10:18Speaker 1: are some things we can do, like a roller coaster,
- 10:22Speaker 1: get on it and say, I still will never get
- 10:26Speaker 1: back on one. I ain't been back on one since. Accept
- 10:32Speaker 1: the virtual ones, the ones that you know they're virtual
- 10:36Speaker 1: and you can't see what's going on. Those are the
- 10:38Speaker 1: only ones I've been on. But as far as me
- 10:42Speaker 1: getting back on a roller coast, I ain't getting back
- 10:44Speaker 1: on a roller coaster. And so that's the whole entire
- 10:47Speaker 1: point of all of it.
- 10:49Speaker 2: There are some.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Things you can do and you still will never do
- 10:53Speaker 1: it again. And yet there are some things that you
- 10:57Speaker 1: do and the consequence and me because and karma, it's
- 11:03Speaker 1: just too much to do it. It ain't worth doing
- 11:05Speaker 1: because if you do it, you know it ain't gonna
- 11:07Speaker 1: in well, So if you know it ain't gonna in, well,
- 11:11Speaker 1: why do it? Why do you think that you're gonna
- 11:13Speaker 1: be the exception to the rule when everybody else has
- 11:15Speaker 1: done it is going through the same thing. All it
- 11:18Speaker 1: is is there are some people that can do stuff
- 11:22Speaker 1: and the only reason they get away with it because
- 11:24Speaker 1: somebody else gonna always take the fall, or somebody gonna
- 11:27Speaker 1: always be there to cushion that person so they will
- 11:31Speaker 1: never have to fall. So knowing this, and you know
- 11:37Speaker 1: when you hit rock bottom that ain't gonna be the
- 11:39Speaker 1: same for you, then I don't recommend you doing something
- 11:42Speaker 1: negative because you ain't gonna have nobody to catch you
- 11:46Speaker 1: when you fall, so you always gonna have the halves
- 11:49Speaker 1: and the have nots.
- 11:51Speaker 2: That's just the way it is.
- 11:53Speaker 1: But if you are the ones that's the have nots,
- 11:56Speaker 1: meaning you the one that if you fall or you
- 11:59Speaker 1: may a mistake, it's gonna be worse for you, then
- 12:02Speaker 1: I wouldn't recommend doing nothing that you should. People also
- 12:09Speaker 1: that are healing are not trying to bring whatever it
- 12:13Speaker 1: is back that they did, and they're not.
- 12:16Speaker 2: So let me give you a good example.
- 12:19Speaker 1: I lost my job on the twenty eighth of August, right,
- 12:23Speaker 1: and I've been out of work all majority of you know,
- 12:27Speaker 1: all of September.
- 12:28Speaker 2: So I've been out of word for about a month.
- 12:31Speaker 1: And I have a new job that starts Thursday. But
- 12:38Speaker 1: some of y'all may say, well, you're a coach and
- 12:41Speaker 1: yet you're working a regular nine to five job.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Yes, I am.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Why because my coaching is not up and running yet.
- 12:52Speaker 1: So what I'm going to do while I am working?
- 12:55Speaker 1: I am going to be doing my courses. Finally, why
- 13:00Speaker 1: did I not do it when I got certified?
- 13:04Speaker 2: Because I wasn't ready.
- 13:07Speaker 1: See, let me break down what I had to go
- 13:10Speaker 1: through as far as coaching, so y'all can understand this process.
- 13:15Speaker 1: When people teach you things, okay, like when you go
- 13:20Speaker 1: to school, they teach you social studies and science, and
- 13:24Speaker 1: they teach you math, and they teach you the basics.
- 13:28Speaker 1: But are those things really gonna be what matters when
- 13:33Speaker 1: you go through a breakup or when you go through
- 13:36Speaker 1: getting your heart broken. No, they're not so what people
- 13:40Speaker 1: don't seem to understand is they teach you how to.
- 13:45Speaker 2: Work, but they don't teach you social skills.
- 13:48Speaker 1: They don't teach you critical thinking, common sense and common judgment, morals, values, principles,
- 13:53Speaker 1: and ethics. So when you are learning coaching, when I
- 13:59Speaker 1: was with Miss Tricia, she taught me to be my
- 14:03Speaker 1: own patient. And when I was my own patient, I
- 14:07Speaker 1: learned a lot. But not only that, I'm still my
- 14:10Speaker 1: own patient. Why because I'm still going through it. So
- 14:14Speaker 1: I had to go through what I'm getting ready to
- 14:16Speaker 1: do with my patients, but before I even did it.
- 14:20Speaker 1: So isolation, cocoon and hibernation stage. The way I would
- 14:25Speaker 1: describe it is the way God pulls you from the
- 14:28Speaker 1: world and puts you by yourself into just himming you. Okay,
- 14:33Speaker 1: So the first thing I decided to work on is spiritual.
- 14:37Speaker 2: That's the first thing.
- 14:38Speaker 1: The second thing that I want to work on is
- 14:40Speaker 1: mental and psychological because your decision making is based upon
- 14:45Speaker 1: that and then your emotions and trying to balance your
- 14:51Speaker 1: emotions from making decisions that are going to jeopardize your life.
- 14:56Speaker 1: So the reason why emotional healing is important because emotional
- 15:00Speaker 1: intelligence comes from that. So with mental and emotional and psychological.
- 15:08Speaker 2: There has to be a balance, and the.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Mental should always be the one that makes the final
- 15:15Speaker 1: decision no matter what. It's not just about you hearing
- 15:20Speaker 1: something or whatever your five says is bring to you
- 15:23Speaker 1: and you consume it, and then you acknowledge it, and
- 15:26Speaker 1: then you react and behave on it. Sometimes you don't
- 15:29Speaker 1: need to always act and behave on things based upon that,
- 15:34Speaker 1: which is where a critical think and common sense and
- 15:36Speaker 1: common judgment comes in at but also researching and verifying
- 15:43Speaker 1: and the emotional and also having intellect knowledge and education
- 15:49Speaker 1: counter acts your emotions because even though you may feel
- 15:54Speaker 1: a certain way, that doesn't mean that you need to
- 15:57Speaker 1: react to it in a certain way.
- 16:00Speaker 2: Doesn't mean that.
- 16:02Speaker 1: So the thing about it is is about spiritual is
- 16:07Speaker 1: understanding negative and positive good versus evil, and understanding what
- 16:14Speaker 1: is truly good and what is truly evil and what
- 16:18Speaker 1: can be a wolf and she's clothing boy and girl
- 16:20Speaker 1: to cry wolf, sirens, vampires, snakes, harless sucubists and Jezebels.
- 16:25Speaker 1: So you need to understand that. So it does require
- 16:30Speaker 1: the Bible. And I am not going to sit up
- 16:32Speaker 1: here and lie to y'all. I go to bed listening
- 16:36Speaker 1: to the listening and stuff every night. And I also
- 16:40Speaker 1: learned that social media has been distracting us from doing
- 16:43Speaker 1: a lot of things that we're meant to do, and
- 16:46Speaker 1: that is a problem for me. So I said, you
- 16:48Speaker 1: know what, I start work Thursday, I won't have time
- 16:52Speaker 1: to be on social media because I'll be too busy working.
- 16:55Speaker 1: Then when I get off, I'll be too busy, you know,
- 16:59Speaker 1: getting stuff together, because like today, I'm gonna get ready
- 17:03Speaker 1: to start cutting up everything and meal prepping. So I'm
- 17:08Speaker 1: doing that today. Tomorrow I'm gonna wash some clothes and
- 17:13Speaker 1: stuff so to get ready for working Thursday and Friday,
- 17:17Speaker 1: and then I work my full week. But am I
- 17:20Speaker 1: gonna work a work with job the rest of my life?
- 17:22Speaker 2: No?
- 17:23Speaker 1: But I still got bills that I gotta pay, so
- 17:25Speaker 1: I still need to work. So and I got jewelry,
- 17:28Speaker 1: so I gotta start selling jewelry and stuff like that.
- 17:31Speaker 2: So I just want people to.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Understand that, you know, eventually you're gonna find your way
- 17:41Speaker 1: back to you. So let me break down myself trying
- 17:45Speaker 1: to be into the world. Where has that gotten me?
- 17:48Speaker 1: That gotten me having sex with men that I shouldn't
- 17:50Speaker 1: have sex with the first place, dating men that I
- 17:52Speaker 1: should't have dated in the first place, trying to friends
- 17:55Speaker 1: be friends with people that I'm no longer friends with now.
- 17:58Speaker 1: My phone is not ren at all. It don't personally
- 18:02Speaker 1: anyway except my mom and my other friend, and then
- 18:05Speaker 1: I have a couple of friends that I reach out
- 18:07Speaker 1: to periodity.
- 18:08Speaker 2: I don't talk to nobody every day because I just
- 18:10Speaker 2: don't know more.
- 18:11Speaker 1: At this point, I'm no longer the friend that's trying
- 18:15Speaker 1: to get everybody together. I'm not trying to do that.
- 18:17Speaker 1: I am a solo traveler. I am going on the
- 18:21Speaker 1: cruise in January, so I'm excited about that. But at
- 18:26Speaker 1: the end of the day, like I said, you know,
- 18:29Speaker 1: it was hard to come to terms with that, and
- 18:32Speaker 1: I was pissed off. I'm not gonna lie because my
- 18:34Speaker 1: instincts always said to me that nobody would ever like me.
- 18:38Speaker 1: I accept the fact that I am not men's preferences,
- 18:42Speaker 1: and I'm okay with that, But that does not mean
- 18:44Speaker 1: that God's not gonna bring me a husband. It just
- 18:46Speaker 1: means that I'm not for everybody. I decided to go
- 18:51Speaker 1: celibate because I'm not gonna continue giving my body to
- 18:55Speaker 1: a man.
- 18:55Speaker 2: It's not my husband.
- 18:57Speaker 1: I have one kid, and I said I wasn't having
- 18:59Speaker 1: another one, and I didn't have another one. I put
- 19:01Speaker 1: that in God's hands, and I didn't have another child
- 19:05Speaker 1: because I did not want to be another single mother
- 19:07Speaker 1: and I did not want to have to raise a
- 19:08Speaker 1: secondary child by myself, and I said I wasn't having it.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Do I regret any of it? No? But am I
- 19:17Speaker 1: repenting for it because that's not the direction that God
- 19:20Speaker 1: wanted me to go. No? Am I running around looking
- 19:24Speaker 1: for something? No, I'm not looking for nothing. Whatever is
- 19:28Speaker 1: meant for me will find me, or we'll find each other.
- 19:30Speaker 2: That's just how I look at it.
- 19:33Speaker 1: I put something out, I might fill out an application
- 19:35Speaker 1: that might be it. They tell me, No, I no
- 19:37Speaker 1: longer get upset about it. At the end of the day,
- 19:40Speaker 1: I look at it like this. Here, as far as
- 19:43Speaker 1: the United States is concerned, it's self sabotaging itself. And
- 19:48Speaker 1: in the end, these billionaires is gonna lose everything in
- 19:51Speaker 1: the end, because if nobody has any money to pay
- 19:54Speaker 1: for anything, then that means that basically essentially nobody can
- 19:57Speaker 1: live here. So I look at things a little bit differently.
- 20:02Speaker 1: I'm not panicking about any of this stuff, because they're
- 20:06Speaker 1: the ones that are the problem. It's not the American people,
- 20:10Speaker 1: it's government. This new government that we have. They not
- 20:17Speaker 1: gonna do nothing but destroy themselves, and they don't even
- 20:20Speaker 1: realize it. They think that AI is gonna be the
- 20:23Speaker 1: answer whining. All actuality is not because if nobody has
- 20:27Speaker 1: any money to buy anything because they don't have a job,
- 20:30Speaker 1: who's gonna buy anything? Who's gonna buy some The minute
- 20:34Speaker 1: they put the mark of the beasts, I'm gonna be
- 20:37Speaker 1: on a plane and I'm gonna be gone, and I'm
- 20:38Speaker 1: not gonna be staying here because I am not doing
- 20:40Speaker 1: the marketing beasts.
- 20:41Speaker 2: I'm not.
- 20:42Speaker 1: I'm gonna go somewhere and buy some landing and grow
- 20:45Speaker 1: my own food. I'm not gonna sit up here and
- 20:47Speaker 1: worry about that at this point in junction. I'm not
- 20:51Speaker 1: because every last of everything that I grow, I will
- 20:54Speaker 1: end up putting back into the ground and starting over.
- 20:57Speaker 2: So no, ain't we not doing that?
- 21:01Speaker 1: So I don't really panic about society and what's going on.
- 21:06Speaker 1: I saw Cardi B's interview, and I love that interview
- 21:13Speaker 1: because she was really raw and people got to see
- 21:16Speaker 1: a side of her that you don't see how she
- 21:20Speaker 1: thinks about raising her kids. Everybody thought that Cardi B
- 21:23Speaker 1: was stupid. I never thought Cardi B was stupid. I
- 21:27Speaker 1: always thought Cardi B was raised a certain way. But
- 21:31Speaker 1: I also understand that when you're an immigrant or a
- 21:35Speaker 1: child of immigrant, it's not gonna be as easy for
- 21:38Speaker 1: you to have the same as everybody else. But do
- 21:41Speaker 1: I think that you know her situation led her to
- 21:45Speaker 1: where she is. Yeah, I love the fact that she sees. Now,
- 21:51Speaker 1: money or not, you still gonna have problems because you
- 21:54Speaker 1: are as soon as you get money, here come everybody
- 21:56Speaker 1: that weren't around you then and want to be around
- 21:59Speaker 1: you now. Now you gotta take care of everybody else,
- 22:02Speaker 1: And you feel obligated to take care of everybody else
- 22:04Speaker 1: cause you're doing good. Nope, no, you're not obligated to
- 22:08Speaker 1: take care of people. That's not what you wanna do.
- 22:11Speaker 1: You don't have to. So my thing is when my
- 22:14Speaker 1: coaching gets where it needs to be.
- 22:17Speaker 2: Don't get me wrong.
- 22:18Speaker 1: I will pay off my dad's house, and I will
- 22:20Speaker 1: even remodel it and do all of that. But am
- 22:22Speaker 1: I going to buy my father a new house? Considering
- 22:26Speaker 1: he is about to be eighty years old. No, I'm not.
- 22:32Speaker 1: I'm not doing that. Why because if something happens to
- 22:36Speaker 1: me and they don't make sure my business continues to thrive,
- 22:42Speaker 1: then guess what, my parents are not gonna be able
- 22:45Speaker 1: to take care of all of that. And that's what
- 22:48Speaker 1: I'm saying. People buy all this stuff like the rest
- 22:51Speaker 1: of your family gonna be able to take care of it.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Like when Chris passed away, who gonna take over his kids?
- 22:57Speaker 1: But are his kids gonna be able to afford to
- 23:00Speaker 1: to keep up that house?
- 23:01Speaker 2: No, they gonna sell it.
- 23:04Speaker 1: So you have to be very very logical when it
- 23:06Speaker 1: comes to when you have money. Me personally, it's more
- 23:11Speaker 1: so traveling, having better health care is more so about
- 23:15Speaker 1: having land and building a house from the ground up
- 23:21Speaker 1: versus trying to have a house. And I'm paying taxes
- 23:28Speaker 1: because really I'm not paying taxes on the house. I'm
- 23:30Speaker 1: paying taxes on the actual land. That's what I'm paying
- 23:32Speaker 1: taxes on. But when you start researching things, you start
- 23:37Speaker 1: learning more, you start growing more, and you're seeing things
- 23:42Speaker 1: very differently. So when I see little kids dancing, yeah,
- 23:47Speaker 1: it makes me cry. When I see people in the
- 23:49Speaker 1: military coming home and they see their families. Yes, I
- 23:51Speaker 1: cry because you know, I think those things are very
- 23:55Speaker 1: sweet and they touch my spirit and they touch my heart.
- 23:59Speaker 1: But that don't mean I cry over everything. I am
- 24:03Speaker 1: somebody that it takes a lot for me to cry,
- 24:05Speaker 1: but I will cry if I need to. But I
- 24:10Speaker 1: learned that crying is releasing something, and sometimes you have
- 24:15Speaker 1: to let yourself cry to release whatever pain or happiness
- 24:19Speaker 1: or whatever you're feeling, you need to release it. So
- 24:23Speaker 1: I think if you cry because you're happy, cry because
- 24:25Speaker 1: you're sad, you cul cud or whatever the reason it is,
- 24:30Speaker 1: you have very right to cry. And at the end
- 24:33Speaker 1: of the day, I tell people, only time you can't
- 24:35Speaker 1: cry as when you do something wrong, When you do
- 24:38Speaker 1: something and there are consequences, reaf becausein karma you can't
- 24:41Speaker 1: cry now because you gring deal with the consequence. Reef
- 24:44Speaker 1: becausin garmer you better suck it up and take everything
- 24:46Speaker 1: they come with it. But see that's the problem. A
- 24:48Speaker 1: lot of people don't want to take what comes with
- 24:51Speaker 1: whatever negative things that they do. And like I said,
- 24:55Speaker 1: you know, a lot of us want to be captain
- 24:57Speaker 1: saber hos and builde bears and bill dogs. See feels
- 25:00Speaker 1: and people Please can't do that, because you're gonna be
- 25:03Speaker 1: the one taking on all of those consequences because of karma,
- 25:07Speaker 1: even though you don't want to. It's just like a
- 25:09Speaker 1: little girl to want to be a little boy and
- 25:12Speaker 1: she can't be with them because of her parents, and
- 25:13Speaker 1: she decides to get rid of her parents, and then
- 25:16Speaker 1: the little boy ends up getting rid of his parent
- 25:18Speaker 1: her parents, and then they end up going to jail,
- 25:21Speaker 1: and he's the one that gets the worst of it
- 25:23Speaker 1: because he's the one that asks to committed a crime.
- 25:26Speaker 1: So at the end of the day, like I said,
- 25:27Speaker 1: you know, it really amazes me how a lot of
- 25:30Speaker 1: people don't understand that if somebody is doing something negative,
- 25:33Speaker 1: please go to the opposite direction. If you not somebody
- 25:36Speaker 1: trying to have sex to a marriage, then you shouldn't
- 25:38Speaker 1: be with somebody that is. You can't be with somebody
- 25:41Speaker 1: that is because that's not gonna work. Even though we
- 25:44Speaker 1: think that it's going to work, it does not. You
- 25:47Speaker 1: being with somebody that's a non believer and they're not
- 25:50Speaker 1: trying to change their ways, it's not somebody you need
- 25:52Speaker 1: to be around. There are certain places that you don't
- 25:55Speaker 1: need to go because of the influence and the manipulation
- 25:58Speaker 1: in the bamboozle. And as you're strong enough not to
- 26:02Speaker 1: allow those things to get to you, then go ahead
- 26:05Speaker 1: on and go. There are some people can be in
- 26:09Speaker 1: a room for a negativity and it don't bother them
- 26:12Speaker 1: at all. Why because they know they can always walk
- 26:15Speaker 1: out that door. But see, the problem means, are they
- 26:18Speaker 1: gonna let you walk out the door? Are they gonna
- 26:20Speaker 1: let you walk out without being unscathed? That's the question.
- 26:24Speaker 1: So just because you walk into something doesn't mean that
- 26:27Speaker 1: you're gonna walk out the same way you walked in.
- 26:30Speaker 2: No.
- 26:30Speaker 1: Mm mmm, that would be untrue, and that would be enough.
- 26:35Speaker 1: So when it comes to you minding your own business,
- 26:38Speaker 1: you go where you're wanted, you go where you're appreciated,
- 26:41Speaker 1: You go where your value And if it ain't, if
- 26:46Speaker 1: these people got even one simple negative thing to say
- 26:49Speaker 1: about you, then you need to say, you know what,
- 26:51Speaker 1: I'm going to the opposite direction. I ain't going so
- 26:57Speaker 1: like I said before, you know, I get it. But again,
- 27:03Speaker 1: you know, we spend our whole entire lives living lies
- 27:08Speaker 1: based on what somebody else has told us, and it
- 27:11Speaker 1: has been a lie. The lot of tech determines that
- 27:14Speaker 1: is a lot, And so when I've been doing these podcasts,
- 27:19Speaker 1: it is as things as I've learned them, and you know,
- 27:23Speaker 1: no they're not in order. And no, it's not about
- 27:26Speaker 1: solutions on these podcasts because if I give you solutions,
- 27:32Speaker 1: it may not work for everybody. So when I deal
- 27:35Speaker 1: with people, it's one on one. But are we gonna
- 27:37Speaker 1: talk about the issues? Are we gonna talk about some
- 27:38Speaker 1: solutions that might work for everybody?
- 27:41Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 27:42Speaker 1: Absolutely, But in the end, are you going to be
- 27:45Speaker 1: alone when you're going through healing and recovery?
- 27:48Speaker 2: Yes, you are for some people.
- 27:53Speaker 1: For some people, if they go to the hospital and
- 27:55Speaker 1: they have surgery, they're gonna be by themselves. Theyin't gonna
- 27:57Speaker 1: have nobody unless you know a family member fly out
- 28:00Speaker 1: here or they have the surgery in the state. There
- 28:04Speaker 1: are people that go and have plastic surgery and they
- 28:07Speaker 1: don't come back alive.
- 28:08Speaker 2: They come back dead.
- 28:09Speaker 1: So you know, a lot of people are playing Russian
- 28:13Speaker 1: roulette because you're trying to you're letting society's version of
- 28:18Speaker 1: you do things that's gonna mess up your life in
- 28:21Speaker 1: the long run, and it ain't worth it. So I've
- 28:24Speaker 1: never done plasid surgery, don't want to do plast surgery.
- 28:28Speaker 1: I accept my flaws and imperfections. I've turned them into strengths.
- 28:33Speaker 1: I come as I am, and if you don't like me,
- 28:36Speaker 1: I don't care.
- 28:37Speaker 2: But the new.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Version of me is gonna be unrecognizable because, like I said,
- 28:43Speaker 1: the new version of me is ready to get out
- 28:45Speaker 1: there in the world. The new version of me can
- 28:47Speaker 1: go anywhere, and I don't care what you're talking about.
- 28:50Speaker 1: The new version of me is not going to be
- 28:53Speaker 1: influenced or manipulated or bamboozled by anybody because I'm just
- 28:56Speaker 1: not in that place, because my feelings are not something
- 29:00Speaker 1: I just give out. No, you have to earn those
- 29:03Speaker 1: feelings and it's not gonna happen overnight.
- 29:05Speaker 2: It's gonna happen over time.
- 29:07Speaker 1: So again, when you're someone that is trying to mind
- 29:12Speaker 1: your own business, that means exactly that you are focused
- 29:16Speaker 1: on yourself. And don't get me wrong. You know, if
- 29:19Speaker 1: I'm just shopping and stuff like that, I'll be on
- 29:22Speaker 1: social media because I'm shopping. I might be on my
- 29:24Speaker 1: phone doing that, but worrying about what everybody else and
- 29:27Speaker 1: their mama doing and me trying to look like somebody else.
- 29:30Speaker 1: God didn't make me to look like everybody else. God
- 29:33Speaker 1: made me to look like me, and that's just it.
- 29:36Speaker 1: I accept me and I mean every part of me.
- 29:39Speaker 1: So I'm not trying to go and get plastic surgery.
- 29:43Speaker 1: But if I have to go get you know, a
- 29:45Speaker 1: hip surgery or a hip replacement, then that's something I.
- 29:48Speaker 2: Need to do.
- 29:49Speaker 1: If I have to get like I got my gallbladder
- 29:51Speaker 1: in my and a hysterectomy done. If I had to
- 29:53Speaker 1: go get them things done, that's because those things need
- 29:55Speaker 1: to be done. If I want to go get Veneers,
- 29:57Speaker 1: I'll go get Veneers. But you know, you know, at
- 30:00Speaker 1: the end of the day, I'm happy in the body
- 30:04Speaker 1: that I'm in, and I lost twenty one pounds. Like today,
- 30:08Speaker 1: for example, I am gonna be cutting up fruits, cutting
- 30:12Speaker 1: up vegetables, and I made a smoothie yesterday that last
- 30:18Speaker 1: me really until this morning.
- 30:19Speaker 2: I'm about to go in there and blend it and
- 30:21Speaker 2: drink it.
- 30:23Speaker 1: And I've been doing my f I've been doing like
- 30:26Speaker 1: getting prepared for going, you know, getting prepared as far.
- 30:29Speaker 2: As getting up early in the morning.
- 30:32Speaker 1: I get up early anyway, but to be able to
- 30:34Speaker 1: get up at seven o'clock to work from and do training.
- 30:38Speaker 2: I'm ready for that.
- 30:39Speaker 1: I gotta send an email because I got some issues
- 30:42Speaker 1: going on. But like I said, at the end of
- 30:45Speaker 1: the day, my podcast will still go on. It's just
- 30:48Speaker 1: gonna be everybody will have to be on there on
- 30:50Speaker 1: the weekend, on Friday Saturday.
- 30:52Speaker 2: Evenings or either at any evening time.
- 30:55Speaker 1: But that does not mean that I'm not preparing, because
- 30:58Speaker 1: this time I am for So let me tell you
- 31:01Speaker 1: about my job situation. I got a new job making
- 31:04Speaker 1: way more money than what I've made before. Now, when
- 31:10Speaker 1: I got my stuff, I thought it was gonna be
- 31:12Speaker 1: one of them smaller computers.
- 31:13Speaker 2: It ain't.
- 31:14Speaker 1: It's one of them big old tower ones. I was
- 31:16Speaker 1: supposed to be going home in November, and I'm wondering,
- 31:20Speaker 1: how in the world am I gonna get this tower,
- 31:23Speaker 1: you know, carry this big old tower. But then I said,
- 31:29Speaker 1: you know what, I'm gonna do a carry I'm gonna
- 31:31Speaker 1: do a I'm gonna do a carry on because I'm
- 31:38Speaker 1: just gonna do a carry on. So I'm gonna do
- 31:41Speaker 1: the carry on and stick it in there, and I'm
- 31:43Speaker 1: either going to have them to put it in the
- 31:47Speaker 1: bottom of the put in the bottom and or I'm
- 31:52Speaker 1: just gonna put it on top and have somebody to
- 31:55Speaker 1: help me put it in there, and the only thing
- 31:57Speaker 1: that's gonna be in there is gonna be that that computer.
- 32:01Speaker 1: Cause I have to get on two planes. I have
- 32:04Speaker 1: to get on one to Charlotte and then I gotta
- 32:09Speaker 1: leave from Charlotte to what's the name, So it might
- 32:11Speaker 1: be a little easier just to carry the carry on
- 32:14Speaker 1: and carry it. So that's what I'm pretty much going
- 32:18Speaker 1: to do as far as that is concerned. But in
- 32:26Speaker 1: the end it'll work out because like I said, you know,
- 32:29Speaker 1: I can always get somebody to help me put the
- 32:31Speaker 1: carry on in the bag, and then, like I said,
- 32:34Speaker 1: you can carry a carry on and then a bag.
- 32:38Speaker 1: So the good thing about it is with a carry on,
- 32:41Speaker 1: some of them which you take like American Airlines let
- 32:44Speaker 1: you take two bags. So if I have to take
- 32:46Speaker 1: my computer my laptop, because I have a laptop that
- 32:49Speaker 1: I got to get fixed that I need to take
- 32:52Speaker 1: to Apple for them to look at to see if
- 32:56Speaker 1: they can fix it while I'm there, so I'm gonna
- 32:58Speaker 1: go ahead and get that one fixed. So, like I said,
- 33:01Speaker 1: the good thing about it is if I want to,
- 33:04Speaker 1: you know, take some clothes and put them in a
- 33:07Speaker 1: bag and carry the bag.
- 33:10Speaker 2: Then my person stuff. It can be a little bit easier.
- 33:14Speaker 1: But like I said, as y'all clearly can see how
- 33:16Speaker 1: I figured that out, I said, you know what, I'm
- 33:18Speaker 1: just gonna put that tower in a in my in
- 33:22Speaker 1: my suitcase and I'm just going to wrap put some
- 33:27Speaker 1: stuff like I have some some some shirts that I'm
- 33:30Speaker 1: going to add in there just so it will be
- 33:35Speaker 1: it won't break. But I think it's big enough to
- 33:37Speaker 1: go in there and just put in the trout and
- 33:40Speaker 1: the carry on bag. If not, what I can do
- 33:44Speaker 1: is have it overnight it and have it shipped.
- 33:48Speaker 2: But I said, you know what, I just carry it.
- 33:50Speaker 2: So you see what I mean.
- 33:51Speaker 1: Even though they're gonna be things that are going to
- 33:55Speaker 1: be standstills, but that don't mean that that's gonna stop you.
- 34:01Speaker 2: I'm going home.
- 34:03Speaker 1: I already paid for it, so yeah, I will be
- 34:07Speaker 1: still going. It's just that I can either carry the
- 34:13Speaker 1: but carry it, or I can do it in a
- 34:16Speaker 1: carry on and like I said, put it and make
- 34:20Speaker 1: sure that I have it with me and just you know,
- 34:23Speaker 1: put it in a carry on, put it up on top,
- 34:27Speaker 1: and then go from there. Then when I come back home.
- 34:31Speaker 1: If I and my friend gonna pick me up, I
- 34:34Speaker 1: can just have him put it on top of the thing.
- 34:37Speaker 2: That'd be that.
- 34:38Speaker 1: So again, you know, you don't just give up and say, Okay,
- 34:43Speaker 1: I have this tower.
- 34:45Speaker 2: I work from home.
- 34:46Speaker 1: I'm not gonna be able to go home for Thanksgiving,
- 34:48Speaker 1: for Christmas.
- 34:50Speaker 2: I paid.
- 34:50Speaker 1: I spent too much money already paying for this stuff.
- 34:53Speaker 1: So I said, you know what, I'll make it work.
- 34:57Speaker 1: So I'm gonna see how heavy it's gonna be in
- 35:01Speaker 1: there when I take every when I take it apart,
- 35:04Speaker 1: cause the only thing I have to take is just
- 35:06Speaker 1: that and the scanner and the I already have uh headphones,
- 35:10Speaker 1: but just the scanner and and the thing. And so,
- 35:13Speaker 1: like I said, my friend takes me to the airport
- 35:17Speaker 1: that morning, then the only thing that has to happen
- 35:20Speaker 1: is I can just uh have them carry it down,
- 35:27Speaker 1: so you know, I can just carry it downstairs. And
- 35:30Speaker 1: then once I carry it downstairs, then all I have
- 35:34Speaker 1: to do is just put it cause it's a it's
- 35:37Speaker 1: a Sometimes they don't make you take everything out your
- 35:40Speaker 1: suit case.
- 35:41Speaker 2: They used to.
- 35:42Speaker 1: Now they don't, so I may not have to take
- 35:45Speaker 1: the the tower out because like I said, once they
- 35:49Speaker 1: go through, then it's just fine. You know where I
- 35:53Speaker 1: where I live at the the airport. Once you go
- 35:57Speaker 1: through where whichever way you have to go, it's not
- 36:00Speaker 1: that hard. But it's just when I get to Charlotte.
- 36:02Speaker 1: Charlotte is huge. It's a huge airport. But the good
- 36:07Speaker 1: thing is, you know, if I need help getting my
- 36:10Speaker 1: carry on on top, then it can go on the top.
- 36:13Speaker 1: If not, it will have to go down to the
- 36:15Speaker 1: bottom and I have to wait, go downstairs, go get it.
- 36:18Speaker 2: And that's it.
- 36:19Speaker 1: So that's pretty much about it. But for the most part,
- 36:25Speaker 1: I'm leaving.
- 36:26Speaker 2: I'm leaving a week early, so I should be fine.
- 36:29Speaker 1: So you know, because I'm leaving like a week early,
- 36:33Speaker 1: and I always leave two hours early just to make
- 36:35Speaker 1: sure that I get there early. So you know what
- 36:38Speaker 1: I'm saying. So when you start recovering, your decisions are
- 36:42Speaker 1: easier to make. There are cause you're gonna figure it out.
- 36:46Speaker 1: You're not gonna panic because the old version of you
- 36:50Speaker 1: is gonna panic. You're like, well, hearing the world, am
- 36:53Speaker 1: I gonna be able to get this heavy? And the tower,
- 36:57Speaker 1: don't wrong, it is heavy, but I could carry.
- 37:00Speaker 2: It in a bag and carry it.
- 37:03Speaker 1: But I was like, no, because if I'm be doing
- 37:06Speaker 1: a lot of walking, I'm just gonna put in a
- 37:09Speaker 1: carry on and that'll be the only thing that's in there,
- 37:11Speaker 1: and probably just something around it so it won't you know,
- 37:14Speaker 1: move around. But I'm not making it h that heavy.
- 37:19Speaker 1: So again, you know, some some airplanes, you know, with
- 37:24Speaker 1: carry ons, you have to pay for them, and then
- 37:27Speaker 1: some of them you don't. It's just like today, over
- 37:31Speaker 1: the weekend, I'm probably gonna be going through the clothes
- 37:35Speaker 1: that I'm gonna be wearing for this trip. I already packed,
- 37:40Speaker 1: but I'm putting everything, but you know, trying to get
- 37:43Speaker 1: that suitcase down in the morning wherever time I gotta go. Now,
- 37:48Speaker 1: my friend take me to the the pier to go
- 37:51Speaker 1: to ta to go to you know, the b the boat.
- 37:55Speaker 2: Cool.
- 37:57Speaker 1: But you know, at the end of the day, my friend,
- 38:00Speaker 1: like a friend of mine, was like, girl, you need
- 38:01Speaker 1: to get a bigger a bigger bag, because if you're
- 38:04Speaker 1: gonna get souvenirs and stuff like that, you're gonna want
- 38:08Speaker 1: a bigger suitcase. But see, I have three floors of steps,
- 38:12Speaker 1: you know, four four technically to take my suitcase, you know,
- 38:18Speaker 1: so I do want to get a first floor or
- 38:21Speaker 1: a second floor, but.
- 38:25Speaker 2: My goal is to have a house.
- 38:28Speaker 1: So again, when you sit down, you think about it
- 38:33Speaker 1: and you're like, you know, like, I woke up early,
- 38:36Speaker 1: so I'm about to get up now.
- 38:37Speaker 2: I'm gonna make breakfast and stuff.
- 38:39Speaker 1: And I'm just getting myself prepared for not only working
- 38:45Speaker 1: for eight hours a day, but also building a business
- 38:48Speaker 1: in the process. So today I'm gonna, you know, get
- 38:53Speaker 1: up and make breakfast, get dressed, and start chopping up
- 38:58Speaker 1: everything early cause I'm gonna ahead, and cause i gotta
- 39:01Speaker 1: do my kitchens, my whole entire kitchen section. But I
- 39:05Speaker 1: have some potatoes in there, and I'm gonna cut my
- 39:10Speaker 1: sweet potatoes and I'm gonna go ahead and cut those
- 39:13Speaker 1: up and to pieces. And next time I said, I
- 39:19Speaker 1: was just gonna buy the potato squares and mean sweet
- 39:22Speaker 1: potato squares, and I don't know how I'm gonna cut them,
- 39:25Speaker 1: but I am going to peel them and then I'm
- 39:27Speaker 1: gonna cut them. I might use one of the sweet
- 39:32Speaker 1: potatoes to make a sweet potato pumpkin cheesecake or a
- 39:36Speaker 1: sweet potato sweet potato pumpkin, you know, br like bread
- 39:42Speaker 1: or something like that. But you know, some people may say,
- 39:46Speaker 1: why would you wanna make bread?
- 39:48Speaker 2: Bread is unhealthy?
- 39:49Speaker 1: Wait hold on, cause I'm gonna stop you right there,
- 39:52Speaker 1: because if you look at the ingredients that isn't bread.
- 39:56Speaker 1: You can make bread without yeast, you can make bread
- 40:00Speaker 1: without a lot of things.
- 40:01Speaker 2: But see, here's the thing.
- 40:04Speaker 1: When it come to food, it is what's in the food.
- 40:07Speaker 1: It's not the food itself, it's what's in it. Like
- 40:10Speaker 1: sugarcane actually can be healthy.
- 40:13Speaker 2: So you can have sugar, but it's the type of
- 40:18Speaker 2: sugar that you have.
- 40:20Speaker 1: So again, you know a lot of people you know
- 40:25Speaker 1: are it's it's insane. And like I said, if you
- 40:28Speaker 1: have a world where they don't want to change anything,
- 40:33Speaker 1: you go into the grocery store, it's not healthy. They're
- 40:37Speaker 1: still selling things that are unhealthy. Even though doctors are
- 40:41Speaker 1: on these social media platforms saying all day every day
- 40:44Speaker 1: that this stuff is unhealthy, it's still in the store.
- 40:48Speaker 1: It's just like when it comes to sex, they're saying
- 40:52Speaker 1: they want girls to be abstinate, but you got men
- 40:55Speaker 1: that are praying on young girls, including men that will
- 40:58Speaker 1: date their mothers just to come and their daughters or
- 41:03Speaker 1: essay their daughters. You have predators that prey on people
- 41:09Speaker 1: come into their worlds and cause chaos.
- 41:12Speaker 2: Well, if you.
- 41:13Speaker 1: Look at sinners. To me, it was about the fact
- 41:17Speaker 1: of you know, you welcoming negativity into your world, but
- 41:24Speaker 1: how exactly do you welcome negativity into your world? There's
- 41:27Speaker 1: many different ways you can let negativity into your world.
- 41:31Speaker 1: I mean, there's so many different ways you can do so.
- 41:34Speaker 1: So in the end, research, education and intellect is very important,
- 41:41Speaker 1: but critical think in common sense and common judgment is
- 41:44Speaker 1: also very important. Morals, values, principles, and ethics. Being able
- 41:48Speaker 1: to weigh pros and cons and understanding the consequences and
- 41:52Speaker 1: repercussions of your actions and the karma that own with it.
- 41:57Speaker 1: It ain't worth it, it ain't at all. But in
- 42:02Speaker 1: the end, like I said, once you recover.
- 42:05Speaker 2: And when you heal, you do.
- 42:06Speaker 1: Not, under any circumstance, want to relinquish that. So let
- 42:12Speaker 1: me explain what you will be protecting from this day
- 42:16Speaker 1: forward is your health and wellness, Your mental health, is
- 42:19Speaker 1: psychological health. You is not gonna let nobody of nothing
- 42:23Speaker 1: except natural disasters and illnesses that you can't control.
- 42:29Speaker 2: So let me explain.
- 42:31Speaker 1: I get sick once a year. Once a year, I
- 42:35Speaker 1: get sick, and I mean I'd be sick for days.
- 42:39Speaker 1: And the flu, you can if you get a shot,
- 42:42Speaker 1: you can prevent it. But there's natural ways you can
- 42:47Speaker 1: prevent the flu. There's natural ways you can prevent a
- 42:51Speaker 1: lot of things, but there's things you can't. And human
- 42:55Speaker 1: beings are the most damaging you. Going you get in
- 42:59Speaker 1: the car, you're driving, your mind and your business. Somebody's speeding,
- 43:05Speaker 1: somebody ain't paying attention, somebody's car loses controls, somebody drinking
- 43:10Speaker 1: and driving.
- 43:12Speaker 2: So stuff happens.
- 43:14Speaker 1: So before you leave, you make sure your tires are good,
- 43:16Speaker 1: you make sure everything is good, You make sure every
- 43:18Speaker 1: everything is fine, and then there you have it.
- 43:21Speaker 2: So in the end, you can't control people. You can't.
- 43:25Speaker 1: I seen some me and my mom when I was
- 43:27Speaker 1: visiting and went home. We were we were at Windy's
- 43:30Speaker 1: getting something to eat. We went and got Oh, what
- 43:32Speaker 1: we always do is we always will get a baked
- 43:35Speaker 1: potato or chili, and then we'll go to cook out
- 43:40Speaker 1: and we'll get a sandwich, we'll get a barbecue sandwich,
- 43:42Speaker 1: or we'll do something of that nature.
- 43:44Speaker 2: But as we.
- 43:46Speaker 1: Were getting ready to pull out, getting ready to you know,
- 43:49Speaker 1: waiting for the light, this guy goes through the lights
- 43:52Speaker 1: speeding and hit somebody cor and I mean you literally
- 43:55Speaker 1: can hear it, So you know, somebody ended up at
- 43:58Speaker 1: the hospital. So again, because of other people's negligence and
- 44:03Speaker 1: other people's lack of consideration and the fact that you're
- 44:06Speaker 1: trying to be speeding on that conzalus because you chose
- 44:09Speaker 1: be linked now you in a situation that you in.
- 44:12Speaker 1: So again, like I said, you can't control of the people. So,
- 44:17Speaker 1: like I said, if your healing and recovery is that
- 44:22Speaker 1: important to you, then you need to make sure that
- 44:25Speaker 1: you take care of yourself.
- 44:26Speaker 2: That's what's important.
- 44:29Speaker 1: So you only can do what you can do if
- 44:32Speaker 1: you work hard to heal yourself. You work hard to
- 44:35Speaker 1: you know, get rid of cancer and being remission. Do
- 44:38Speaker 1: everything you can to remain in remission. So don't go
- 44:41Speaker 1: back to the things you used to do that don't
- 44:43Speaker 1: work for you. Whatever don't work for you, don't go
- 44:46Speaker 1: back to it, no matter how much you want to,
- 44:48Speaker 1: don't go back to it. You gotta stay away from it.
- 44:52Speaker 1: So healing and recovery is a whole lot more than
- 44:56Speaker 1: just about healing and recovery and overcoming addiction and trauma.
- 45:00Speaker 1: And all this other stuff. What's about it is maintaining that.
- 45:03Speaker 1: Whatever you do to maintain it, you continue, continue to
- 45:08Speaker 1: be weary, continue to keep your guard up, continue to
- 45:13Speaker 1: let your intuition and your gut instincts tell you that
- 45:17Speaker 1: something ain't right. Don't just go off your feelings and say, Okay,
- 45:21Speaker 1: I lost all this weight. Now I'm gonna go out
- 45:24Speaker 1: here and wear all this stuff trying to get all
- 45:27Speaker 1: these men for what what are you doing that for?
- 45:31Speaker 1: At the end of the day, you don't lose who
- 45:34Speaker 1: you are internally because all of a sudden, now externally
- 45:38Speaker 1: you look good. So now you're going out here and
- 45:42Speaker 1: you think because you look a certain way that that
- 45:44Speaker 1: change is things it It doesn't. It changes nothing. You
- 45:49Speaker 1: still gonna be the same insecure person that you were.
- 45:53Speaker 1: So even though you change yourself externally as far as
- 45:56Speaker 1: your money and success and the way you look and
- 46:00Speaker 1: all of that, but that's not gonna change internally the damage.
- 46:05Speaker 1: So if you heal yourself internally and then work on
- 46:08Speaker 1: everything externally, then it'll be better. Because now you're like, Okay,
- 46:16Speaker 1: I don't have all these people leeching on me. I
- 46:18Speaker 1: ain't got all these people taking advantage of me. I'm
- 46:20Speaker 1: doing good as far as my health and wellness. I'm happy.
- 46:24Speaker 1: I'm in a good place. Everything is good. There you
- 46:28Speaker 1: go now, you ain't got to worry about it. You're
- 46:31Speaker 1: in a good place at this point. So that's why
- 46:34Speaker 1: I say, you know, work on yourself internally first, and
- 46:38Speaker 1: then work on everything else externally. Everything else externally will come.
- 46:43Speaker 1: When you work on yourself internally and when you feel
- 46:47Speaker 1: good as far as your health and wellness, everything else
- 46:50Speaker 1: will work itself out.
- 46:51Speaker 2: And that's just the way I see all of that.
- 46:54Speaker 1: And as somebody that is working on my health and wellness,
- 46:56Speaker 1: only have two issues, which is my throat, which today
- 46:59Speaker 1: is actually doing good.
- 47:00Speaker 2: Today is not bothering me today.
- 47:03Speaker 1: It's just my side today some reason on my leg
- 47:07Speaker 1: far as my pelvid bone, it just hurts, so I
- 47:09Speaker 1: gotta put some cream the doctor gave me for it.
- 47:12Speaker 1: But again, once you get yourself where you need to be,
- 47:15Speaker 1: and you're healthy and you're doing well, and you're doing
- 47:20Speaker 1: everything as far as holistic, as far as taking care
- 47:23Speaker 1: of yourself holistically, and naturally you live longer. But as
- 47:27Speaker 1: long as you're doing everything the way society and the
- 47:30Speaker 1: world wants you to you're gonna live that long.
- 47:33Speaker 2: You're not. You're gonna live that long at all.
- 47:36Speaker 1: So I just want to come on here and talk
- 47:39Speaker 1: about this because I felt like this is something that
- 47:41Speaker 1: needs to be talked about. But like I said, focus
- 47:45Speaker 1: on you ain't nothing wrong working a job. But at
- 47:49Speaker 1: the end of the day, you want to be able
- 47:51Speaker 1: to have the freedom to be able to work when
- 47:53Speaker 1: you want to. So let me explain if I do.
- 47:57Speaker 1: Let's say I do end up becoming a radio podcast.
- 48:00Speaker 1: I say my podcast becomes syndicated and I make about,
- 48:04Speaker 1: you know, one thousand dollars an episode per podcast. I
- 48:08Speaker 1: have ten of them. That's ten thousand dollars in my pocket,
- 48:12Speaker 1: which is good. If I was to sell all of
- 48:17Speaker 1: my jury and stuff that I have in there, which
- 48:19Speaker 1: I gotta which I definitely gotta do, and start making jury,
- 48:23Speaker 1: then that's like I said, there are other things you
- 48:27Speaker 1: can be doing besides being on social media. So if
- 48:31Speaker 1: you're not shopping on social media, if you're not doing
- 48:35Speaker 1: anything that's going to make you money, then you are
- 48:38Speaker 1: pretty much wasting time, point blank period. So that is
- 48:42Speaker 1: something I've learned. So going back to work is gonna
- 48:45Speaker 1: be good. But that does not mean that me I'm
- 48:49Speaker 1: gonna be working forever because I'm fifty one, so I'm
- 48:52Speaker 1: not trying to do that. I am trying to travel
- 48:55Speaker 1: and see the world. I've seen all these places that
- 48:58Speaker 1: I want to visit, and I'm going but I know
- 49:01Speaker 1: I have to get on it and start working. So
- 49:04Speaker 1: now I'm about to be productive, So I'm getting up.
- 49:06Speaker 1: I posted my friends podcast, which I'm gonna post on
- 49:11Speaker 1: here so you guys can get to hear it, and
- 49:13Speaker 1: then also the one I did with Miss Sophia, so
- 49:18Speaker 1: you guys can hear it. But again, at the end
- 49:22Speaker 1: of the day, it working eight hours a day is
- 49:24Speaker 1: not for everybody. What the world has going on doesn't
- 49:29Speaker 1: mean you have to be involved. And just because everybody
- 49:31Speaker 1: else panics doesn't mean you have to. Because again, if
- 49:35Speaker 1: you're somebody's healed, and you're somebody is of God and
- 49:38Speaker 1: your faith in God is not waiver, there's nothing you
- 49:41Speaker 1: cannot overcome. So again, God will be with you if
- 49:44Speaker 1: you walk the path that God won't you to. So
- 49:46Speaker 1: with that being said, I thank you guys for joining
- 49:49Speaker 1: me for this episode.
- 49:51Speaker 2: I'm your host.
- 49:51Speaker 1: God is Asha Maryama, and I will see you guys
- 49:55Speaker 1: next week, Bye y'all.
