In July, 140 performers from the 2nd Time Arounders Marching Band of St. Petersburg will perform at Philadelphia’s USA 250 Salute to Independence Parade on July 3, along with 53 family and friends tagging along to cheer them and help them out, better known as the Band-Aids.
