  Speaker 1: and sometimes for some of us, it happens a lot,

  Speaker 1: and that's okay. The mistake is not you. You were

  Speaker 1: not a mistake. You were not a bad person. You're

  Speaker 1: not fucked up, You're not a loser. These are all

  Speaker 1: the things your mind will try to tell you. No

  Speaker 1: one knows, and maybe somebody does know. That feeling, that sensation, embarrassment, humiliation,

  Speaker 1: that's all within you, all within you. Maybe it triggered Shane.

  Speaker 1: All right, Shane will stop you in your track. So

  Speaker 1: you gotta sit with that one for a bit. Yeah.

  Speaker 1: I think each of us have to figure out our

  Speaker 1: own path to processing shame. But as you know, there

  Speaker 1: are a lot of resources out there to help you
• 1:14
  Speaker 1: process shame. But pretty much all of it, all those feelings,

  Speaker 1: all those sensations, it doesn't mean anything negative about you,
• 1:23
  Speaker 1: and it definitely doesn't mean anything negative about your future.

  Speaker 1: It's a mistake, and so forgive, forgive yourself. Forgive yourself

  Speaker 1: right now, even as you're hearing my voice. Forgive yourself.

  Speaker 1: God's forgiven you. I'm probably most of the people involved

  Speaker 1: have forgiven you too. Because once you forgive yourself, you

  Speaker 1: can move into focusing on a solution. Just focus on
• 1:52
  Speaker 1: the solution, and I'm giving this to you in steps purposefully.

  Speaker 1: You can't just oh, I made mistake. I feel so terrible.

  Speaker 1: I've got to fix it. That energy won't get you
• 2:03
  Speaker 1: very far. You'll try, you'll kick up a lot of
• 2:06
  Speaker 1: energetic dirt, but you'll find that you'll just be mad
• 2:12
  Speaker 1: because you're like, I put all this energy out and
• 2:14
  Speaker 1: it's still like this, Yeah, because you got to move
• 2:17
  Speaker 1: through it, which you can so feel all your feelings.

  Speaker 1: You're not a mistake. There's nothing wrong with you. Forgive,
• 2:28
  Speaker 1: forgive yourself, forgive the experience, believe that others have forgiven
• 2:33
  Speaker 1: you already. Ask for forgiveness if you need to. God

  Speaker 1: has already forgiven you, and then focus on a solution.

  Speaker 1: This is where you can pray and ask the angels
• 2:43
  Speaker 1: to help you. I need a solution, Angels, I have
• 2:45
  Speaker 1: no idea. Help me out. And as you're moving through
• 2:52
  Speaker 1: the solution, remember the God in you. You are bigger
• 2:57
  Speaker 1: than this situation. By our nature, we are divine, there
• 3:03
  Speaker 1: is a god energy within us, so that must mean
• 3:08
  Speaker 1: we're bigger than this situation. And sometimes when we make
• 3:12
  Speaker 1: a mistake and we're you know, it takes a bite
• 3:16
  Speaker 1: out of our self esteem. We feel small, but we're not.

  Speaker 1: And so if you move through this, you'll find that
• 3:24
  Speaker 1: Oh wait, even if I don't know how it's all
• 3:28
  Speaker 1: going to work out the mystery, I do know that
• 3:33
  Speaker 1: there has to be away. There has to be a way.

  Speaker 1: There has to be a way for this to come
• 3:39
  Speaker 1: together for the good of all those involved, including me.

  Speaker 1: And so your affirmation becomes I made a mistake and

  Speaker 1: I still love myself. I made a mistake, and I

  Speaker 1: still love myself. I made a mistake, and I still

  Speaker 1: love myself. There is a solution, and the God and

  Speaker 1: me guides my steps. There is a solution, and the

  Speaker 1: God and Me guides my steps. And even just stick

  Speaker 1: with I made a mistake and I still love myself.

  Speaker 1: I want to solve it, but first you got to accept.

  Speaker 1: You got to accept, and from there then you can
