In the book of 2nd king chapter 5 we read of a story that teaches great lessons. Elisha,the prophet sent a message to Naaman the leprous Syrian general "go dip yourself 7 times in the River Jordan. Naman felt his personality was firstly insulted by the prophet who didnt come out to attend to him but sent gehazi to him.Secondly he preferred to dip in the rivers of Syria which seemed more clean ,how can it be phantomed that he (commander of the host of Syrian army) came all the way only to be told go dip in a river, a dirty river jordan.
