Mega Edition: Ghislaine Maxwell, Prince Andrew And The Less Than Believable Narratives (9/10/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

Speaker 1: Maxwell got arrested. All we have heard is how unfair
0:04
Speaker 1: poor Ghislaine has been treated. There's psychologists watching her every move.
0:10
Speaker 1: She has to wear paper clothes even. She's been put
0:13
Speaker 1: on suicide watch. And she's in solitary confinement. These are
0:20
Speaker 1: just a few of the complaints we have heard from
0:23
Speaker 1: her and her legal team since she's been in the clink. Well,
0:28
Speaker 1: all of that stuff a bunch of bupkis like we
0:31
Speaker 1: knew it was, and in reality, of course Ghislaine Maxwell
0:36
Speaker 1: is going to get favorable treatment. Now we find out
0:41
Speaker 1: today that Ghislaine Maxwell is the first inmate at her
0:45
Speaker 1: facility in six months to get a face-to-face with her lawyer. What,
0:52
Speaker 1: all those people that have been in jail longer than
0:54
Speaker 1: her don't deserve that face-to-face first? All of these people
0:58
Speaker 1: that have been arrested, waiting to talk to their legal counsel,
1:03
Speaker 1: shouldn't be given the same opportunity? Why does Ghislaine Maxwell
1:08
Speaker 1: get to be the first inmate in this facility who
1:11
Speaker 1: gets to see her legal counsel face to face? It's absurd.
1:15
Speaker 1: It is absolutely absurd, especially considering the barrage of bullshit
1:21
Speaker 1: her legal team was throwing around about her being treated unfairly.
1:25
Speaker 1: So you see now, right here in front of your face,
1:28
Speaker 1: in front of your eyes, how it unfolds. Complain, complain, complain, complain,
1:35
Speaker 1: when it's obvious the conditions are not what they say
1:40
Speaker 1: they are. And in reality, we know that eventually Ghislaine
1:45
Speaker 1: Maxwell would get some favorable treatment. And here we are.
1:50
Speaker 1: So I would be pissed if I was a lawyer
1:52
Speaker 1: for one of these other inmates, or if I was
1:55
Speaker 1: one of these other inmates, I would be furious. that
1:59
Speaker 1: this lady, this high society, so-called member of polite society,
2:06
Speaker 1: gets to see her lawyer before I do? What makes
2:09
Speaker 1: her any better than any of those other people waiting
2:15
Speaker 1: either to go to prison, to be sentenced to prison,
2:18
Speaker 1: or those who have been sentenced, whatever it may be?
2:21
Speaker 1: What makes her have the right to see her attorneys
2:25
Speaker 1: face-to-face before them? Our article tonight is from the Daily Mail.
2:32
Speaker 1: The author of this article is Karen Ruiz. Headline, Ghislaine
2:38
Speaker 1: Maxwell becomes first federal inmate in NYC, allowed an in-person
2:43
Speaker 1: visit since the pandemic started after the British socialite, co-conspirator,
2:49
Speaker 1: fellow child abuser, attorneys were spotted arriving at the prison
2:53
Speaker 1: for a four-hour meeting. And it wasn't like they just
2:56
Speaker 1: came for a quick, hey, how you doing? They get
2:59
Speaker 1: a four-hour meeting and your cousin Mike gets to rot
3:03
Speaker 1: away in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic? That's nice, huh?
3:07
Speaker 1: That two-tier justice system sure is beautiful, isn't it? Two
3:13
Speaker 1: members of Ghislaine Maxwell's legal team were spotted visiting her
3:16
Speaker 1: in prison on Friday, making her the first federal inmate
3:20
Speaker 1: in New York City to be granted an in-person visit
3:23
Speaker 1: since the start of the pandemic. Wow. So... Ghislaine Maxwell
3:32
Speaker 1: gets arrested. She's only been in there since July, but
3:35
Speaker 1: all of a sudden she skips to the front of
3:37
Speaker 1: the line to get her lawyers in there to talk
3:41
Speaker 1: to her? After we were just fed that whole line
3:43
Speaker 1: of bullshit about how poorly she has been treated? Nobody's
3:49
Speaker 1: buying that, first of all. Second of all, she should
3:53
Speaker 1: not be seeing her lawyers if other people are not.
3:58
Speaker 1: Here's what I've said from the beginning. Equal treatment for
4:02
Speaker 1: everybody under the law. Maxwell 58 has been held at
4:10
Speaker 1: the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since early July when
4:14
Speaker 1: she was denied bail after pleading not guilty to child
4:17
Speaker 1: sex trafficking charges. Well, you know what? It's not just
4:20
Speaker 1: her facility. She's the first inmate in all of New
4:24
Speaker 1: York City, according to this article, to be granted an
4:27
Speaker 1: in-person visit. Can you imagine all of the people that
4:30
Speaker 1: are in jail in New York City? Think about that
4:32
Speaker 1: for a minute. And she's the first one granted an
4:36
Speaker 1: in-person sit down with her lawyers. I don't even know
4:39
Speaker 1: what to say about that. I mean, these lawyers are
4:43
Speaker 1: going to have a field day. that their clients were
4:46
Speaker 1: left in the dark while Ghislaine Maxwell was able to
4:49
Speaker 1: get that top-notch treatment. Must be nice to have a
4:52
Speaker 1: couple of bucks. Must be nice to have a few
4:54
Speaker 1: political connections that are still active, huh? Until today, prisoners
5:01
Speaker 1: had not been allowed to meet with their attorneys or
5:04
Speaker 1: other visitors in person due to the coronavirus restrictions. Defense
5:08
Speaker 1: attorney Christian Everdell, Harvard alum, was seen arriving at the
5:13
Speaker 1: prison Friday morning alongside another female member of Maxwell's legal team,
5:18
Speaker 1: the New York Daily News reported. Both wore masks as
5:22
Speaker 1: they entered the facility. Well, that's nice. It's a good
5:25
Speaker 1: thing that they wore masks. I mean, you know, that
5:27
Speaker 1: protects everybody from what's going on. Now that they have
5:30
Speaker 1: their masks on, well, it's all okay. Unless you're one
5:34
Speaker 1: of the other countless numbers. of prisoners... in the New York...
5:39
Speaker 1: detention center system... and rotting away... waiting for your chance...
5:43
Speaker 1: to speak to your lawyers... to formulate your defense. Meanwhile...
5:49
Speaker 1: you pick up the news... read the news the next day...
5:51
Speaker 1: and this is what your family sees? That this monster...
5:55
Speaker 1: gets to speak to her representation... and they don't? Sources
6:01
Speaker 1: told the paper... it was the first time... an inmate
6:03
Speaker 1: had received... a legal visit... since the pandemic started... and
6:06
Speaker 1: that the visit lasted nearly four hours. I mean, wow.
6:11
Speaker 1: This is a case that has been riddled with privilege
6:14
Speaker 1: for the upper crust of society, for the rich, for
6:17
Speaker 1: the powerful. And Ghislaine Maxwell is still getting dealt those cards?
6:22
Speaker 1: She's still getting called to the front of the line?
6:28
Speaker 1: How is that even possible? Attorney Sean Hecker, who has
6:33
Speaker 1: filed a lawsuit seeking to grant defense attorneys access to
6:36
Speaker 1: their clients again, slammed the visit as absurd and unjust. Yeah,
6:41
Speaker 1: I'll tell you what, Mr. Sean Hecker, I agree with
6:43
Speaker 1: you there, sir. Absolutely ridiculous. And like I said before
6:48
Speaker 1: I started the article, I'm sure that there are some
6:50
Speaker 1: lawyers that are insane over this. If I was a
6:55
Speaker 1: lawyer for one of the inmates in New York that
6:58
Speaker 1: I've been trying to see my client or my client
7:00
Speaker 1: has requested to see me and I have not been
7:02
Speaker 1: able to do so due to the coronavirus restrictions. And
7:06
Speaker 1: I wake up and I find out that Maxwell, of
7:09
Speaker 1: all people, gets to go and talk to her legal
7:13
Speaker 1: representation for four hours. Yeah, I'd be pretty pissed. Never
7:17
Speaker 1: mind if I was this attorney, Sean Hecker, who had
7:20
Speaker 1: a lawsuit already filed seeking to grant the defense attorney's
7:24
Speaker 1: access to their clients. So yeah, I'm pretty sure this
7:26
Speaker 1: guy's fired up. We've been litigating for the federal defenders
7:31
Speaker 1: of New York to obtain a safe, in-person visiting option
7:35
Speaker 1: for many months. MDC detainees have been waiting up to
7:39
Speaker 1: six months for such visits. And BOP MDC decides that
7:44
Speaker 1: the first such visit should go to a wealthy British socialite,
7:49
Speaker 1: absurd and unjust, he said on Twitter. And I just
7:53
Speaker 1: like to say, not a socialite, I'd like to say
7:55
Speaker 1: co-conspirator and, you know, child abuser. But besides that, that's
7:59
Speaker 1: a quality rant from Mr. Sean Hecker here, who has
8:03
Speaker 1: a lawsuit going because he wants to be able to
8:06
Speaker 1: talk to his clients in person. Is that too much
8:09
Speaker 1: to ask? I mean, you would think that if you
8:14
Speaker 1: were an inmate in one of these jails, that you'd
8:17
Speaker 1: be dying at this point to see your legal representation.
8:20
Speaker 1: Imagine being in here since the pandemic has started and
8:23
Speaker 1: not being able to talk to your lawyer face to face.
8:26
Speaker 1: But Ghislaine Maxwell, well, she shows up, and all of
8:29
Speaker 1: a sudden, the person who's crying that she's being treated
8:33
Speaker 1: so unjustly automatically gets a four-hour face-to-face. The Bureau of
8:40
Speaker 1: Prisons refused to confirm whether Maxwell was the first inmate
8:43
Speaker 1: to receive an in-person visit, but said coronavirus protocols remain
8:48
Speaker 1: in place. So wait a minute here, hold on. Now,
8:52
Speaker 1: you mean to tell me, according to this article anyway,
8:56
Speaker 1: that these protocols remain in place so none of these
9:00
Speaker 1: other inmates are going to be able to see their
9:02
Speaker 1: representation after knowing that Ghislaine Maxwell was able to see hers.
9:06
Speaker 1: Is that what you're telling me right now? Is that
9:08
Speaker 1: what this article is trying to tell us? Because I
9:11
Speaker 1: have to say, um, wow. While in general, legal visits
9:17
Speaker 1: are suspended, case-by-case accommodations will be accomplished at the local
9:21
Speaker 1: level and confidential legal calls will be allowed in order
9:24
Speaker 1: to ensure inmates maintain access to counsel, a spokesperson told
9:28
Speaker 1: the paper. We are facilitating attorney-client visitation as well as
9:33
Speaker 1: judicial proceedings via video conference primarily at our detention centers.
9:39
Speaker 1: So it's a case-by-case basis. Who decides? The Bureau of Prisons?
9:43
Speaker 1: How many other waivers have they granted since the pandemic
9:47
Speaker 1: has started? That would be a good place for us
9:49
Speaker 1: to start, no? If they haven't granted any other waivers
9:54
Speaker 1: and all of a sudden Ghislaine Maxwell gets the waiver, well,
9:59
Speaker 1: what does that tell you? you? What does that say
10:01
Speaker 1: about this fine two-tiered justice system that lords over us?
10:07
Speaker 1: Just more evidence about how corrupt and ancient it is.
10:16
Speaker 1: Hecker said he learned Maxwell was the first prisoner to
10:18
Speaker 1: be granted access to her legal team in person from
10:20
Speaker 1: another source. It is outrageous that the first person visit
10:25
Speaker 1: would be granted to a well-heeled British socialite who the
10:29
Speaker 1: president of the United States that he wished well, he
10:33
Speaker 1: told CNBC that the. It only serves to confirm that
10:37
Speaker 1: our government doesn't understand that they operate two different systems
10:41
Speaker 1: of justice, one for the well-heeled and well-connected, and one
10:45
Speaker 1: for everyone else. Wow, this Sean Hecker is my kind
10:48
Speaker 1: of guy, huh? Out here talking about the two-tier justice
10:52
Speaker 1: system and pointing out that Ghislaine Maxwell still is, you know,
10:56
Speaker 1: somebody who has connections in higher places, right? But the
10:59
Speaker 1: fact of the matter is, if she's getting these visits...
11:03
Speaker 1: and nobody else is, and there's no other waivers that
11:06
Speaker 1: have been granted. The question is, why did she get
11:10
Speaker 1: a waiver and nobody else has gotten one? It's not
11:13
Speaker 1: like nobody else has asked, according to this lawyer. Again,
11:16
Speaker 1: he has filed a suit because he has not granted
11:19
Speaker 1: access to his clients. And we could talk about the
11:23
Speaker 1: video conferencing, and that's definitely a workaround, no doubt. But
11:29
Speaker 1: If Maxwell is getting access, then all of the other
11:32
Speaker 1: inmates should have the same access or nobody should have access.
11:41
Speaker 1: Hecker said officials have been discussing allowing inmates visits from
11:44
Speaker 1: their lawyers again, but they are likely to be limited
11:47
Speaker 1: to a one-hour session from one lawyer. Maxwell, however, was
11:51
Speaker 1: visited by two people for over three hours. So again,
11:56
Speaker 1: whatever Maxwell gets, the rest of the inmates should get
11:59
Speaker 1: as well. I don't understand how they think that something
12:02
Speaker 1: like this is just going to be ignored with all
12:06
Speaker 1: of the spotlight that is on this case. You would
12:09
Speaker 1: think that people would have all of their ducks in
12:13
Speaker 1: a row and would be conducting themselves in a correct
12:16
Speaker 1: and proper fashion. Again, there is no way that Ghislaine Maxwell...
12:23
Speaker 1: should be getting visits from her lawyers while nobody else does.
12:29
Speaker 1: It comes days after the British socialite, co-conspirator, fellow child abuser,
12:34
Speaker 1: general all-around scumbag, was denied her request to be transferred
12:38
Speaker 1: out of solitary confinement after lawyers argued she was unable
12:41
Speaker 1: to properly prepare for trial under 24-hour surveillance. So I
12:46
Speaker 1: guess she's going to be able to properly prepare now, right?
12:49
Speaker 1: We won't have to hear that anymore. On the bright side,
12:52
Speaker 1: her lawyers can go and get stuffed now with their
12:54
Speaker 1: stupid ass, ridiculous comments about how she's being treated so poorly. No,
12:59
Speaker 1: she's not being treated poorly. In fact, she's being treated
13:03
Speaker 1: like a high profile prisoner should be treated. And from
13:07
Speaker 1: what we're reading here, she's getting some special privileges even.
13:10
Speaker 1: So please save it. She had previously complained about conditions
13:16
Speaker 1: inside the jail where she is to remain until her
13:18
Speaker 1: trial next July. Maxwell has been taken off suicide watch
13:23
Speaker 1: earlier this month, but is being searched multiple times each
13:27
Speaker 1: day and is under constant watch of the guards, her
13:30
Speaker 1: lawyers said. In a letter protesting about the uniquely onerous
13:34
Speaker 1: conditions of her confinement, her legal team claim that she
13:37
Speaker 1: has been kept under constant surveillance without her consent again.
13:41
Speaker 1: You're in prison, okay? Jail, I should say. Not prison yet.
13:44
Speaker 1: That's next. But you're in jail. There is no more
13:47
Speaker 1: your consent, okay? You're part of the menagerie now. You're
13:52
Speaker 1: on display. If they want to watch you 24 hours
13:55
Speaker 1: a day, so be it. If they want to scan
13:57
Speaker 1: you with whatever sort of machinery they have that runs
14:00
Speaker 1: the scan, hey, guess what? You're getting scanned. If it's
14:04
Speaker 1: time to take a shower, guess what, Ghislaine? It's time
14:07
Speaker 1: to take a shower. And when it's time for you
14:09
Speaker 1: to eat your bologna sandwich for dinner, guess what? You're
14:13
Speaker 1: going to eat it and you're going to like it.
14:17
Speaker 1: Maxwell was arrested on July 2nd on charges that she
14:20
Speaker 1: assisted her former boyfriend, co-conspirator, fellow child abuser, convicted pedophile
14:26
Speaker 1: and late financier Jeffrey Epstein in the sexual abuse of
14:29
Speaker 1: minors between 1994 and 1997 and lying under oath. She
14:32
Speaker 1: has pleaded not guilty. Look, It's a farce that Ghislaine
14:40
Speaker 1: Maxwell is given any sort of special privileges that other
14:44
Speaker 1: inmates are not receiving. I don't know how much more
14:47
Speaker 1: clear I can be about that. And in fact, I
14:51
Speaker 1: really would like to see where this story ends up going.
14:54
Speaker 1: Does this open the floodgates for other prisoners now to
14:57
Speaker 1: have one-on-ones with their lawyers? It should. I know if
15:00
Speaker 1: I was an inmate or if I was one of
15:02
Speaker 1: these lawyers, that's what I would be pining for. And
15:06
Speaker 1: I think they have a good case, right? If you
15:08
Speaker 1: bring this before a judge, I think a judge would
15:10
Speaker 1: probably side with the plaintiff here. Because it's a legitimate case.
15:15
Speaker 1: If it's good for Ghislaine, why is it not good
15:18
Speaker 1: for Joe Bob? And this is just another example of
15:24
Speaker 1: what this case has held from the very beginning. We
15:30
Speaker 1: keep seeing instances of the very most privileged amongst us
15:35
Speaker 1: getting special, special circumstances provided for them no matter the situation.
15:42
Speaker 1: So next time you hear Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyers crying foul,
15:47
Speaker 1: the next time you hear them complaining about her so-called
15:51
Speaker 1: terrible conditions inside of the jail, just remember that she
15:55
Speaker 1: got a four-hour one-on-one with her lawyers while the rest
16:00
Speaker 1: of those inmates were told to rot. If you'd like
16:05

16:28
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
16:32
Speaker 1: Hope everybody's off to a great Thursday morning so far.
16:35
Speaker 1: And hopefully the rest of your day is even better.
16:39
Speaker 1: Last night, we were talking about the new legal filings
16:43
Speaker 1: that were submitted by Prince Andrew. Now, this was the
16:48
Speaker 1: first time that he formally answered the charges made against
16:52
Speaker 1: him by Virginia Roberts. And in these legal filings, Prince
16:57
Speaker 1: Andrew made some pretty bizarre claims, folks. Some pretty ridiculous claims,
17:01
Speaker 1: in fact. And the chief among them, in my opinion,
17:05
Speaker 1: is the fact that he says him and Maxwell weren't
17:08
Speaker 1: really close. That's like me saying, I don't have a beard.
17:12
Speaker 1: Are you kidding me right now? You can see that
17:14
Speaker 1: I have a beard, just like we can see that
17:16
Speaker 1: Maxwell and Prince Andrew were super close. And for him
17:20
Speaker 1: to assert anything different, he truly believes the rest of
17:24
Speaker 1: us are stupid. That could be the only answer here, right?
17:29
Speaker 1: He can't really think that this is going to go
17:31
Speaker 1: over well. I pointed it out yesterday as soon as
17:35
Speaker 1: it happened. And today, we have an article here in
17:39
Speaker 1: The Sun talking about seven of the bizarre claims that
17:42
Speaker 1: he made. And when I'm talking about this stuff, when
17:46
Speaker 1: it comes out, when the news breaks, it amazes me, honestly,
17:51
Speaker 1: that we're still at this point where this guy thinks
17:54
Speaker 1: this is going to work. I said it yesterday and
17:58
Speaker 1: I'll say it again today. This line of thinking, this
18:01
Speaker 1: kind of strategy, not a good idea. Now, don't get
18:05
Speaker 1: it twisted. I'm just some knucklehead, right? Just some guy
18:09
Speaker 1: sitting around, making some content, giving you his opinion. I'm
18:12
Speaker 1: no high-profile lawyer like Brettler or Singer or any of
18:17
Speaker 1: these other guys. And I would think that they know
18:19
Speaker 1: what they're doing, right? I mean, there's a reason they
18:22
Speaker 1: make so much money. But when it comes to these
18:24
Speaker 1: sorts of specific charges... And we're talking about sexual assault
18:29
Speaker 1: and the old way of going about it and the
18:32
Speaker 1: attacking and demeaning of the accuser. That's not going to
18:37
Speaker 1: work anymore. And it's not up to society to change
18:42
Speaker 1: itself to fit back into the patterns of these sick fuckers.
18:45
Speaker 1: It's up to them to get with the way society
18:49
Speaker 1: is thinking now. Because guess what? If they want to
18:52
Speaker 1: be dinosaurs and they want to be archaic, then that's fine.
18:56
Speaker 1: They're going to go extinct. Eventually, people are going to
18:58
Speaker 1: have enough of it. And regular people like me, because
19:02
Speaker 1: I'll tell you what, anybody who knows me knows I'm
19:06
Speaker 1: not some kind of advocate. I don't sit around, you know,
19:09
Speaker 1: all day thinking about, you know, this group or that
19:12
Speaker 1: group or who I get. I don't think like that.
19:15
Speaker 1: But when you take a look at what happened here
19:18
Speaker 1: and you're looking at it, from a surgical perspective, a
19:22
Speaker 1: clinical perspective, I don't know how you can't be mad
19:26
Speaker 1: about people like Prince Andrew and those who are hanging
19:29
Speaker 1: out with Jeffrey Epstein. You don't need to be an
19:32
Speaker 1: advocate or somebody who's locked into these issues to be
19:35
Speaker 1: fired up about this. Remember, there's people rotting right now
19:41
Speaker 1: in wherever you live. If you live in America, your
19:43
Speaker 1: local state facility, people for drugs, people for crimes that
19:49
Speaker 1: they shouldn't even be locked up for, to be honest
19:51
Speaker 1: with you. And yet people like Prince Andrew and Sarah
19:54
Speaker 1: Kellen Vickers and, you know, Darren Kahn and Indyke, these
19:58
Speaker 1: guys are running around free still. So they're, you know,
20:03
Speaker 1: they talk about equitable justice all the time and really
20:06
Speaker 1: what it comes down to. and anyone will tell you,
20:10
Speaker 1: is if you're poor, you are effed in this country. Hell,
20:14
Speaker 1: around the world. You don't have a fighting chance in
20:17
Speaker 1: the legal system if you're poor. But if you're Prince Andrew, well,
20:21
Speaker 1: you have every bit of power, prestige, and influence at
20:28
Speaker 1: your fingertips. And you're seeing them use it. But What
20:34
Speaker 1: worked in the old days is not going to work anymore, folks,
20:38
Speaker 1: and I am convinced of that. You're going to have
20:40
Speaker 1: to prove your point here. If you're somebody who has
20:44
Speaker 1: all these allegations against you, you better have some rock-solid
20:48
Speaker 1: alibis to put you somewhere different on the night of
20:51
Speaker 1: the events in question. Because if there's 5, 6, 7, 8,
20:55
Speaker 1: 10 people coming out saying you did this, then I'm
20:59
Speaker 1: inclined to believe the 7, 8, 10 people who are
21:02
Speaker 1: saying it. Why would all of these people, who don't
21:04
Speaker 1: know each other by the way, concoct the same story
21:07
Speaker 1: to go after you? But they'll have us believe that
21:12
Speaker 1: everything's made up, everybody's chasing the bag, everybody just wants
21:16
Speaker 1: some more money. When in reality, what people really want,
21:21
Speaker 1: at least in this case specifically, because I can't talk
21:24
Speaker 1: about anything else because this is what we're talking about, right?
21:27
Speaker 1: They want justice here. A lot of them already got
21:31
Speaker 1: the bag. A lot of them already got money from
21:35
Speaker 1: the estate or other lawsuits. And they're still pursuing justice.
21:40
Speaker 1: So save the, oh, it's a money grab shit for
21:42
Speaker 1: somebody else. And Prince Andrew and his team trying to
21:46
Speaker 1: frame it like that Is going to fail. And it's
21:50
Speaker 1: going to fail in spectacular fashion. That is my prediction.
21:55
Speaker 1: Alright folks. So let's take a look at this article
21:58
Speaker 1: from The Sun. And let's see what author Anthony Blair
22:03
Speaker 1: has come up with. Headline. Royal Showdown. Seven bizarre claims
22:08
Speaker 1: from Prince Andrew's legal papers. That spark more questions than
22:12
Speaker 1: answers in rape lawsuit. And we said it last night.
22:16
Speaker 1: There was... a whole slew of comments made in those
22:20
Speaker 1: filings that had me shaking my head and asking myself,
22:24
Speaker 1: is this real life? Are these guys really filing this
22:26
Speaker 1: paperwork and thinking that this is going to be the
22:30
Speaker 1: right way to get up this mountain? Because I got
22:32
Speaker 1: to tell you, there are a lot easier pathways to
22:36
Speaker 1: the top. And when you're talking about a publicized case
22:41
Speaker 1: like this and you're attempting to frame it like the
22:44
Speaker 1: accuser is the bad guy, You're in for a long,
22:48
Speaker 1: long road, my friend. And it's no longer you can
22:52
Speaker 1: just jump on the TV cable networks and run your narrative.
22:58
Speaker 1: The cable networks are being lapped by independent content creators
23:02
Speaker 1: at this point. Independent journalists. Nobody wants to be force-fed
23:06
Speaker 1: the bullshit these people are pumping down your throat. People
23:10
Speaker 1: want the real. People want hard news. And it's okay
23:13
Speaker 1: to have bias, right? It's okay to have opinions, right?
23:16
Speaker 1: But if you're a journalist, you got to learn how
23:19
Speaker 1: to stuff those bias and look at things from a
23:22
Speaker 1: clinical perspective. I don't want to hear about how you're
23:25
Speaker 1: a MAGA or you're a Biden Kamala Harris 2020 blue way.
23:32
Speaker 1: What is that? What are you rooting home your sports team?
23:36
Speaker 1: We got real problems here, folks. We got the so-called
23:39
Speaker 1: elite running around. doing whatever the fuck they want. And
23:43
Speaker 1: I'm not talking about some lizard people in some back room, okay?
23:47
Speaker 1: I'm talking about a handful of the richest people in
23:49
Speaker 1: the world who literally make things move in the financial sector.
23:54
Speaker 1: These are the people we're dealing with, the Leon Blacks
23:56
Speaker 1: of the world, the Jess Stalys of the world. Can
23:59
Speaker 1: you name bigger people in the financial sector that were
24:02
Speaker 1: in an orbit of somebody like Epstein's? Dealing with real
24:07
Speaker 1: powerful people here, folks. And these are the kind of
24:10
Speaker 1: people that need to be lit up by the legacy media.
24:13
Speaker 1: They won't do it, though. So that's why they've been lapped.
24:17
Speaker 1: And that's why all of you are here with me
24:20
Speaker 1: and elsewhere on a daily basis. Prince Andrew has issued
24:25
Speaker 1: a defiant response to the sex abuse claims brought against
24:28
Speaker 1: him as he faces charges of assault in the U.S.,
24:32
Speaker 1: The Duke of York is denied being a close friend
24:34
Speaker 1: of Ghislaine Maxwell, the convicted sex trafficker, while his lawyers
24:38
Speaker 1: say he wants a trial by Jerry to contest the
24:41
Speaker 1: claim brought against him by Virginia Roberts. I mean, yeah,
24:45
Speaker 1: like I said before, if he's not a, wasn't great
24:48
Speaker 1: friends with Maxwell, then I don't have a big ass beard.
24:51
Speaker 1: Is this guy for real? You can all obviously see
24:53
Speaker 1: that I have a beard and we can all obviously
24:55
Speaker 1: see that he's a liar. The emails, the parties, the
24:58
Speaker 1: hanging out, the adventures at Bal Immoral. I mean, come
25:03
Speaker 1: on now. Does this guy really believe that you're going
25:07
Speaker 1: to believe this? Fuck, his own teddy bears don't believe this.
25:12
Speaker 1: Roberts claims in 2001 she was trafficked by Maxwell and
25:16
Speaker 1: billionaire financier pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, to have sex with Andrew
25:21
Speaker 1: in London when she was 17 and a minor under U.S. law.
25:26
Speaker 1: She also alleges she was forced to have sex with
25:28
Speaker 1: him at homes belonging to Epstein in New York and
25:32
Speaker 1: the U.S. Virgin Islands. So we all know the charges
25:36
Speaker 1: by now and we all know the accusations. And Virginia's
25:40
Speaker 1: been saying the same exact thing for a long time now.
25:45
Speaker 1: And as we move forward, as it evolves, as we
25:48
Speaker 1: see this all bloom in front of us, all we
25:51
Speaker 1: have seen so far are receipts provided by Virginia and
25:54
Speaker 1: those corroborating her stories. As far as Prince Andrew, the
25:58
Speaker 1: only evidence we have so far is some third-rate ex-U.S.
26:03
Speaker 1: intelligence officer who had a falling out with Andrew and
26:07
Speaker 1: Fergie who says, no, no, no, he can't sweat. That's
26:11
Speaker 1: the only evidence that's been provided so far. Now look,
26:14
Speaker 1: I am more than willing to follow the evidence wherever
26:17
Speaker 1: it goes. If you were to show me some evidence
26:20
Speaker 1: tomorrow that would prove that Andrew is innocent, I wouldn't
26:25
Speaker 1: be biased against it. I would consume it. I would
26:28
Speaker 1: check it. I would make sure it's legit. And we'd
26:30
Speaker 1: go from there. But up until now, we haven't seen
26:33
Speaker 1: any of that from these people. And that's my biggest
26:35
Speaker 1: point I'm trying to make. You know, you'll have people
26:39
Speaker 1: talk about, well, this is a big... Obviously, Andrew's not involved.
26:42
Speaker 1: This is all BS. You got to provide some proof
26:45
Speaker 1: of that, especially when the person who is accusing you
26:49
Speaker 1: is stacking receipt after receipt after receipt. Andrew faces damages
26:56
Speaker 1: which could easily be in the excess of 14 million
26:59
Speaker 1: pounds if he loses a civil case, according to lawyers.
27:03
Speaker 1: The Duke has consistently denied all the allegations, and on Wednesday,
27:07
Speaker 1: his lawyers officially filed documents to court. A trial is
27:10
Speaker 1: scheduled for later this year. Here are seven bombshells from
27:14
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's court documents. And again, folks, look, I wasn't there.
27:20
Speaker 1: No one was there. We don't know. But I've been
27:23
Speaker 1: calling for this trial, for this look into what happened forever,
27:28
Speaker 1: because I know that the evidence that's been provided, the
27:32
Speaker 1: evidence that's just circumstantial is enough for a conviction, just
27:36
Speaker 1: like it is with Maxwell. And with all of the
27:39
Speaker 1: people that are willing to come and corroborate that they've
27:42
Speaker 1: seen them together, you add the flight logs, you add
27:45
Speaker 1: all of this stuff together, and it paints a very
27:47
Speaker 1: grim picture. For the Prince of Nothing. Doesn't admit to
27:54
Speaker 1: knowing whether Epstein was a registered sex offender when he visited.
27:58
Speaker 1: In 2010, Andrew went to visit convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein
28:03
Speaker 1: at his Manhattan home, staying there for several days. When
28:06
Speaker 1: speaking to BBC Newsnight in 2019, he said he went
28:10
Speaker 1: to visit the disgraced financier, pedophile, so that he could
28:14
Speaker 1: end the friendship. Again, I don't want to beat a
28:16
Speaker 1: dead horse here, but it's necessary. Why are you flying
28:20
Speaker 1: across the Atlantic Ocean, on the taxpayer's dime, I'm guessing,
28:23
Speaker 1: to go and break up with Jeffrey Epstein's bitch ass?
28:27
Speaker 1: Don't you just ghost him, have your assistant, Miss Thrask,
28:30
Speaker 1: call him and say, hey, look, this is it. Prince
28:33
Speaker 1: Andrew wants nothing to do with you anymore. But you
28:36
Speaker 1: thought it was necessary. You were so close to him
28:39
Speaker 1: that you flew to New York to quote-unquote break up
28:43
Speaker 1: with him. But you didn't spend much time with him, right?
28:48
Speaker 1: Give me a break. And you didn't know he was
28:50
Speaker 1: a registered sex offender? Your security team's terrible. They should
28:54
Speaker 1: all be fired then. It is beyond the realm of believability, folks.
29:00
Speaker 1: At least in my opinion. He said, at the time,
29:05
Speaker 1: I felt it was the honorable and right thing to do.
29:08
Speaker 1: And I admit fully that my judgment was probably colored
29:11
Speaker 1: by my tendency to be too honorable. But that's just
29:14
Speaker 1: the way it is. Is this guy for real? He's
29:17
Speaker 1: too honorable. So he's so honorable that he goes and
29:20
Speaker 1: hangs out with a convicted sex offender. And then that
29:23
Speaker 1: honor makes him come to a point where I'm going
29:27
Speaker 1: to fly back across the Atlantic to break up with
29:29
Speaker 1: him because shucks, I'm an honorable fella. Meanwhile, Jeffrey Epstein
29:33
Speaker 1: is already a level three sex offender in New York City.
29:36
Speaker 1: Level three sex offender, Reggie. one of them little red
29:41
Speaker 1: dots on the computer, the whole fucking deal. But Prince
29:44
Speaker 1: Andrew's over there cavorting with him. Same with, you know,
29:47
Speaker 1: the Mike Wallaces, the same with the George Stepanopolises, the
29:52
Speaker 1: same with the rest of them. And then they'll all
29:54
Speaker 1: tell you, well, we had no idea, like Google didn't
29:57
Speaker 1: work in 2010. These people would have you believe they're
30:00
Speaker 1: the smartest amongst us. Well, it sure looks like they're
30:03
Speaker 1: pretty damn stupid to me. In her legal papers, Roberts'
30:09
Speaker 1: lawyers write, in 2010, after Epstein had served his sentence
30:13
Speaker 1: and registered as a sex offender, Prince Andrew was photographed
30:16
Speaker 1: with Epstein in Central Park and stayed at Epstein's New
30:19
Speaker 1: York City mansion. Andrew's lawyers responding to this point, say
30:23
Speaker 1: he admits to staying at the $ 50 million townhouse, but
30:27
Speaker 1: he doesn't admit or deny whether he knew Epstein was
30:29
Speaker 1: a registered sex offender at the time. I mean, really,
30:33
Speaker 1: he doesn't know, huh? I really can't wait for this
30:37
Speaker 1: dude to get up there in court and get absolutely hammered.
30:41
Speaker 1: Has anyone ever deserved a fall into disgrace such as
30:46
Speaker 1: this man does? All that power, all that privilege, and
30:51
Speaker 1: this is what he did with it. denies being close
30:54
Speaker 1: friends with Maxwell. Prince Andrew has admitted befriending pedophile Epstein,
31:00
Speaker 1: but denies being close pals with Ghislaine Maxwell. Roberts' legal
31:04
Speaker 1: team has alleged Prince Andrew was a close friend of
31:07
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, a British socialite who spent years overseeing and
31:11
Speaker 1: managing Epstein's sex trafficking network and actively recruited underage girls,
31:16
Speaker 1: including plaintiff. The Duke's lawyer said he denies being close
31:20
Speaker 1: friends with Maxwell. and admits he lacks sufficient information to
31:23
Speaker 1: admit or deny the remaining allegations. Oh, of course you do. So,
31:28
Speaker 1: I can't wait for all of the people to come
31:30
Speaker 1: forward who used to see Ghislaine Maxwell at the palace
31:32
Speaker 1: all the time. What was she doing there? She was
31:35
Speaker 1: going over there to, what, garden? She's a gardener now?
31:40
Speaker 1: How do these people really think that we're going to
31:43
Speaker 1: believe what they're saying when we know... all of the
31:47
Speaker 1: opposite to be true. And again, all you have to
31:50
Speaker 1: do is listen to the context episodes I've been uploading,
31:52
Speaker 1: if you haven't listened to the podcast from the beginning,
31:55
Speaker 1: and you'll know what I mean. It's rather obvious Andrew
31:58
Speaker 1: and Ghislaine Maxwell were very close. That's like them telling us...
32:06
Speaker 1: It comes after it was reported Maxwell visited Buckingham Palace
32:09
Speaker 1: up to four times in one day. Speaking on the
32:12
Speaker 1: ITV documentary Ghislaine, Prince Andrew and the Pedophile... Former royal
32:16
Speaker 1: bodyguard Paul Page said, from the way Maxwell was allowed
32:20
Speaker 1: to enter and exit the palace at will, we suspected
32:23
Speaker 1: that she may have had an intermittent relationship with Prince Andrew.
32:26
Speaker 1: Would that shock anybody? It wouldn't shock me. We all
32:30
Speaker 1: know that the Prince of Nothing over here is basically
32:35
Speaker 1: somebody with some gross proclivities, right? Somebody who has been
32:40
Speaker 1: known to be a handsy, disgusting dude. Why wouldn't he
32:43
Speaker 1: have a relationship with Maxwell? Brit socialite, pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein's co-conspirator,
32:51
Speaker 1: general all-around scuzzbag and bipedal serpent, Maxwell, 60, was convicted
32:56
Speaker 1: last month on five counts of sex trafficking and other
32:58
Speaker 1: charges for grooming and recruiting teenage girls for Jeffrey Epstein
33:03
Speaker 1: between 1994 and 2004. She faces up to 65 years
33:08
Speaker 1: in prison when she is sentenced in New York later
33:10
Speaker 1: this year. Claims he wasn't a frequent guest of Epstein.
33:15
Speaker 1: The Duke has denied that he was a frequent guest
33:18
Speaker 1: in Epstein's various homes around the world, including New York City,
33:22
Speaker 1: where he has been accused of sexually abusing Roberts. In
33:25
Speaker 1: his 11-page answer and affirmative defenses to Roberts' civil complaint,
33:30
Speaker 1: the Duke said he met Epstein in or around 1999.
33:33
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, right in the middle of Epstein and Maxwell's
33:38
Speaker 1: crime spree, huh? But you knew nothing. You saw nothing.
33:41
Speaker 1: You heard nothing. You are nothing. Andrew was pictured with
33:47
Speaker 1: Epstein in New York City's Central Park in 2010 and
33:50
Speaker 1: admitted to staying with him for several days, despite knowing
33:54
Speaker 1: he was a convicted sex offender. When questioned about why
33:57
Speaker 1: he stayed at a pedophile's mansion by Emily Maitlis on
34:00
Speaker 1: BBC's Newsnight in 2019, he replied, it was a convenient
34:04
Speaker 1: place to stay. Look, you're the Prince of England. I've
34:07
Speaker 1: said this a million times. You could call the Waldorf Astoria.
34:10
Speaker 1: You could call any hotel you want and be put
34:13
Speaker 1: up in a sick-ass suite. Instead, you chose to go
34:16
Speaker 1: and stay at a level 3 sex offender's house. What,
34:18
Speaker 1: did you crash on his couch? Did you guys do
34:20
Speaker 1: some beer bongs the night before? Guys watching some Animal House?
34:26
Speaker 1: Come on, man, we all know why you were over
34:29
Speaker 1: at Epstein's. During his stay, many young women were reportedly
34:36
Speaker 1: seen coming and going from the house... And literary agent...
34:40
Speaker 1: John Brockman claimed... To have seen the prince... Getting a
34:42
Speaker 1: foot massage... From a young Russian woman... Alongside Epstein... Something
34:46
Speaker 1: he has denied... So why would John Brockman... A fast
34:49
Speaker 1: friend of Epstein... Part of the Edge Foundation... you know,
34:53
Speaker 1: a gigantor in the literary community as far as scientific
34:57
Speaker 1: books and shit like that, why would he lie about this? Now,
35:00
Speaker 1: we know he's a scumbag, right? We know he's a
35:02
Speaker 1: fellow traveler of Epstein's and somebody who facilitated a lot
35:06
Speaker 1: of those scientists around Epstein, but why would he lie
35:09
Speaker 1: about this dude getting a foot massage? Doesn't know if
35:13
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts' picture exists. I mean, this is another one
35:17
Speaker 1: that is almost defies reason. By far the most damaging
35:22
Speaker 1: photo of the Duke of York appears to show him
35:24
Speaker 1: with his arm around the 17-year-old while Maxwell watches on
35:29
Speaker 1: in the background. The picture was allegedly taken by Epstein
35:33
Speaker 1: at Maxwell's London house after the four of them went
35:37
Speaker 1: to Tramp nightclub before, Roberts alleges, Andrew had sex with her.
35:41
Speaker 1: In court papers, Andrew says he lacks sufficient information to
35:44
Speaker 1: admit or deny that he was pictured with Maxwell and Roberts.
35:49
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, he's gonna deny this, right? I have no idea.
35:52
Speaker 1: That's not me. That's my cousin Joe. Yeah, you guys
35:55
Speaker 1: didn't know about my twin brother that they've had hidden
35:59
Speaker 1: in the Iron Mask up in the Tower of London?
36:01
Speaker 1: They only let him out when I have to do crime.
36:05
Speaker 1: That's about as ridiculous as what they want us to
36:07
Speaker 1: believe here. Bro, I'm looking at the picture of you
36:10
Speaker 1: in your dumbass stupid shirt, your dumbass black pants pulled
36:14
Speaker 1: up too high, by the way, with your arm around Virginia.
36:17
Speaker 1: with your pal Glenn Maxwell having a gas in the background,
36:21
Speaker 1: and I'm guessing that sick fuck Jeffrey Epstein behind the camera.
36:24
Speaker 1: What are you even talking about right now? You lack
36:27
Speaker 1: sufficient information to admit or deny, you epic moron. On Newsnight,
36:33
Speaker 1: the prince claimed he had no recollection of the photo
36:35
Speaker 1: being taken, and said it could have been doctored. Oh yeah,
36:38
Speaker 1: you know, and I could be the son of the Rockefellers.
36:41
Speaker 1: What the, what are you talking about? Andrew insisted that
36:45
Speaker 1: he had never been upstairs at Maxwell's house, where the
36:48
Speaker 1: photo was taken, and said he always wore a suit
36:50
Speaker 1: and tie in London. Yeah, you know, that's his going-out
36:52
Speaker 1: kit in London. This is despite the fact he was
36:56
Speaker 1: previously pictured wearing a similar-looking open-necked blue shirt after a
37:00
Speaker 1: night out at London's China White Club. Again, who wears
37:04
Speaker 1: a full-on suit to a club? Stop it. Unless you're
37:07
Speaker 1: John Gotti and you're going there to, you know, conduct
37:10
Speaker 1: business in a booth, you're not rocking a suit to
37:13
Speaker 1: a club. doesn't know if he invited Epstein to Beatrice's
37:18
Speaker 1: 18th birthday. Oh, I have no idea. Who knows? In
37:23
Speaker 1: August 2006, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson's eldest daughter, Beatrice,
37:28
Speaker 1: celebrated her 18th birthday with a Victorian-themed coming-of-age masked ball.
37:33
Speaker 1: They love their masked balls, don't they, these weirdos? Pictured
37:36
Speaker 1: at the party together were Maxwell, her on-and-off partner Jeffrey Epstein, co-conspirator,
37:41
Speaker 1: and now disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein. How can you
37:45
Speaker 1: fit so much scum in one picture, by the way?
37:48
Speaker 1: I don't know that there's enough room on the memory
37:51
Speaker 1: card of a camera or in the world for all
37:55
Speaker 1: of this scum in one picture. Furthermore, this idiot is
37:58
Speaker 1: wearing Navy SEAL pins, a Navy SEAL suit. What an
38:02
Speaker 1: absolute piece of garbage Jeffrey Epstein is, was, will always be.
38:08
Speaker 1: Beatrice wore a 10,000 pound dress designed by Georgina Chapman,
38:12
Speaker 1: who at the time was dating the sex offender film producer.
38:16
Speaker 1: Chapman married Weinstein in 2007, but separated from him in
38:21
Speaker 1: 2017 after more than 90 women came forward with accusations
38:24
Speaker 1: of rape, assault, or sexual harassment against him. Perfect guy
38:28
Speaker 1: for Jeffrey Epstein to pal around with, right? And a
38:30
Speaker 1: hell of a guy to be invited to your daughter's
38:33
Speaker 1: birthday party. You're going to invite all these sex offenders
38:35
Speaker 1: to your daughter's birthday party? That's real good look, pops.
38:41
Speaker 1: Epstein was photographed at the Windsor Castle bash, despite the
38:44
Speaker 1: fact that he had already been charged with procuring a
38:47
Speaker 1: minor for prostitution a month earlier. Andrew has not denied
38:51
Speaker 1: inviting Epstein to Beatrice's birthday party, but said he lacked
38:54
Speaker 1: sufficient information to know if he did. Nah, he just
38:57
Speaker 1: showed up. He crashed the party. Epstein showed up, crashed
39:00
Speaker 1: the party, and he had, you know, a couple bottles
39:03
Speaker 1: of Mad Dog 2020 with him. Uh, you know. What
39:06
Speaker 1: do you mean you don't know how he got there?
39:08
Speaker 1: You invited him. You invited Maxwell. We all know it.
39:13
Speaker 1: Doesn't know whether he emailed Maxwell about Roberts in 2015.
39:17
Speaker 1: Roberts' legal team alleges Prince Andrew emailed Ghislaine Maxwell in
39:21
Speaker 1: early 2015 after she had publicly accused the Duke of
39:25
Speaker 1: sexually abusing her. Andrew is reported to have written, let
39:29
Speaker 1: me know in we can talk. Got some specific questions
39:32
Speaker 1: to ask you about Virginia Roberts.' So that's pretty interesting, huh?
39:36
Speaker 1: He has some specific questions to ask about a girl
39:38
Speaker 1: you don't even know exists? About a girl you never
39:41
Speaker 1: took a picture with, huh?' Okay, Prince, we believe you,'
39:44
Speaker 1: said nobody ever. Responding, Andrew's lawyers claim he lacks sufficient
39:52
Speaker 1: information to admit or deny whether or not he sent
39:55
Speaker 1: this email. Claims Roberts and others were responsible for her
39:59
Speaker 1: own alleged abuse. And this is where the rubber hits
40:01
Speaker 1: the road and where they're going to have the biggest problem.
40:04
Speaker 1: When you're coming at people like this, you're really not
40:07
Speaker 1: understanding how human trafficking works. And you would think that
40:10
Speaker 1: all of these rich, powerful people would bring in experts
40:16
Speaker 1: on human trafficking to try and get a handle on
40:20
Speaker 1: how this all works and what Stockholm Syndrome is and
40:23
Speaker 1: how people are groomed and molded when they're young to
40:28
Speaker 1: commit acts for somebody because they think it's a normalized procedure.
40:32
Speaker 1: They should talk about that too. The Prince has refuted
40:36
Speaker 1: Roberts' major claim of sexual abuse and rape. when she
40:39
Speaker 1: was under the age of 18. His lawyers have stated, assuming,
40:43
Speaker 1: without admitting, that Roberts has suffered any injury or damage,
40:47
Speaker 1: Roberts and or others who are not Prince Andrew contributed
40:52
Speaker 1: in whole or in part to the alleged damage. Andrew's
40:55
Speaker 1: legal team has also listed consent and the doctrine of
40:59
Speaker 1: unclean hands, alleging Roberts acted unethically related to the accusations,
41:04
Speaker 1: among his defenses. Again, it's blame everybody else. It's everybody
41:07
Speaker 1: else's fault. It's Virginia's fault for being abused. That's basically
41:11
Speaker 1: what he's saying here, folks. Roberts' alleged causes of action
41:15
Speaker 1: are barred in whole or in part by her own
41:18
Speaker 1: wrongful conduct. So again, it's Virginia's fault. And everybody else
41:23
Speaker 1: is to blame and not Prince Andrew. Well, unfortunately for
41:29
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew and his high-profile, high-priced lawyers, everybody is blaming him, okay?
41:38
Speaker 1: We all are. We've all seen the evidence. And unless
41:41
Speaker 1: you provide something new, something groundbreaking, this is going to
41:46
Speaker 1: be the way of it. You're going to be mocked.
41:49
Speaker 1: You're going to be laughed at. And then eventually, you're
41:52
Speaker 1: going to catch an L in the courtroom. All right, folks,
41:57
Speaker 1: that's going to do it for this episode. I will
42:00
Speaker 1: be back later on with an evening update and certainly
42:04
Speaker 1: some context episodes coming your way. If you'd like to
42:10
Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com.
42:14
Speaker 1: That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find me on
42:21
Speaker 1: Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that we discussed
42:28
Speaker 1: can be found in the description box. All right, folks,
42:31
Speaker 1: I will catch you all later on. I've always wondered
42:35
Speaker 1: how Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell came to be. How
42:40
Speaker 1: was their relationship fostered? Who introduced them? Was it on purpose?
42:46
Speaker 1: One thing I can tell you, in my opinion, is
42:49
Speaker 1: that there was never any love in this quote-unquote relationship.
42:55
Speaker 1: I've always thought that it was a business arrangement from
42:58
Speaker 1: the sources that I've spoke with, from the information that
43:01
Speaker 1: I've seen. I have never seen anything that would point
43:05
Speaker 1: me to them being in love with each other. In fact,
43:11
Speaker 1: all signs point to this being a business relationship. Today,
43:19
Speaker 1: Forbes has an article out talking about how Ghislaine Maxwell
43:24
Speaker 1: reportedly met Jeffrey Epstein through her pops. And now we've
43:27
Speaker 1: talked about this previously. The Sun had an article out
43:30
Speaker 1: talking about how Robert Maxwell supposedly bankrolled Jeffrey Epstein. And
43:37
Speaker 1: I've thought that for a very long time, right? I've
43:40
Speaker 1: said that for quite some time here, that it wasn't
43:42
Speaker 1: only Les Wexner giving Jeffrey Epstein money. That's absurd to
43:47
Speaker 1: think that that would be the only person that was
43:50
Speaker 1: bankrolling this. This was a vast, vast cell of people
43:57
Speaker 1: who had one goal in mind, setting up this blackmail operation.
44:04
Speaker 1: And in my opinion, Robert Maxwell laid the groundwork for
44:08
Speaker 1: it all to start before he died. I think that
44:12
Speaker 1: Robert Maxwell played a huge role in getting this off
44:14
Speaker 1: the ground. And I think he was a key component
44:17
Speaker 1: in bringing Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell together. I've said
44:22
Speaker 1: that for quite some time, and I still believe that.
44:25
Speaker 1: I have seen nothing that would change my mind and
44:29
Speaker 1: point me in the direction that Jeffrey Epstein was in
44:32
Speaker 1: love with Ghislaine Maxwell. I'm sorry, but that just does
44:36
Speaker 1: not smell like a good meal for me. All right,
44:41
Speaker 1: so let's jump in here and see what Forbes has
44:44
Speaker 1: to say about it all. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell reportedly met
44:49
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein through her disgraced father. Author, Lisette Voitko. Top line,
44:57
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, alleged recruiter of Jeffrey Epstein's sex ring of
45:01
Speaker 1: underage girls, co-conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all-around scumbag, is
45:07
Speaker 1: awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges and reportedly met the
45:11
Speaker 1: now-dead financier, pedophile, through her father, the tabloid colossus Robert Maxwell,
45:17
Speaker 1: according to a new podcast on Epstein's dark web of abuse.
45:22
Speaker 1: And he might have been one early source of Epstein's wealth,
45:26
Speaker 1: catapulted him into the upper echelon of society. Yeah, it's
45:31
Speaker 1: rather obvious that Robert Maxwell, had his pocketbook open for
45:35
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, if they were thinking about this blackmail ring,
45:39
Speaker 1: if they had this plan in place, the blueprint of it, well,
45:43
Speaker 1: all they needed were the players on the stage. And
45:48
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was the perfect candidate. He already had disgusting
45:53
Speaker 1: proclivities that were well known, and they knew that he
45:58
Speaker 1: was malleable. Enough money here, enough money there, he can
46:02
Speaker 1: be steered in the right direction. And then, for the kicker,
46:07
Speaker 1: you bring in Ghislaine Maxwell to make sure that everything
46:11
Speaker 1: runs smoothly. See how it all comes together here, folks?
46:20
Speaker 1: Key facts. According to the latest episode of Broken Seeking
46:24
Speaker 1: Justice podcast, Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell met as early as
46:28
Speaker 1: 1988 through her father, said convicted Ponzi schemer Steve Hoffenberg.
46:34
Speaker 1: who once worked with Epstein, who also claims for the
46:37
Speaker 1: first time that Epstein and Robert Maxwell had business dealings together,
46:42
Speaker 1: although the podcast could not corroborate this. Well, there's a
46:46
Speaker 1: lot of talk about it, right? There's a lot of whispering,
46:52
Speaker 1: a lot of things being said about Robert Maxwell and
46:56
Speaker 1: his role in getting all of this off the ground.
46:59
Speaker 1: And I think we'll hear more of that as the
47:01
Speaker 1: trial gets closer and if more people obviously are indicted,
47:07
Speaker 1: they will have a song to sing. Now, I'm not
47:11
Speaker 1: too sure if we're ever going to really be able
47:14
Speaker 1: to pinpoint the origins of this or if we'll just
47:17
Speaker 1: be left to speculate. As of now, though, in my opinion,
47:23
Speaker 1: Robert Maxwell played a huge role at the beginning, folks,
47:26
Speaker 1: at the beginning of setting this all in motion and
47:29
Speaker 1: making sure That somebody that he could trust... A confidant...
47:33
Speaker 1: Somebody that he knew... Understood what the goal was... Was involved...
47:39
Speaker 1: And that somebody... Was his daughter... Ghislaine Maxwell... Two additional sources...
47:46
Speaker 1: Backed up the claim... That Robert Maxwell was the person...
47:49
Speaker 1: Who brought his prized daughter... Together with Epstein... Including a
47:53
Speaker 1: former Epstein staffer... Who was told by Ghislaine Maxwell... While
47:56
Speaker 1: she forced them to look at... Eight albums worth of photos...
47:59
Speaker 1: from her father's funeral. Look, it's very obvious, to me anyway,
48:05
Speaker 1: that Ghislaine Maxwell learned her craft at her father's side,
48:11
Speaker 1: on the knee of her father. While you and I
48:14
Speaker 1: were growing up and our fathers were teaching us life
48:16
Speaker 1: lessons about, you know, whatever it may be, Ghislaine's father
48:20
Speaker 1: was teaching her how to manipulate, how to scam, how
48:23
Speaker 1: to cheat, and how to plot. And those are lessons
48:27
Speaker 1: that daddy's little girl obviously, took to her black heart.
48:35
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell told the staffer that Epstein was someone who
48:39
Speaker 1: could take care of her emotionally, and was firm that
48:42
Speaker 1: his finances weren't the source of her interest, according to
48:44
Speaker 1: the podcast, which aligns with reports that the pair dated
48:48
Speaker 1: at one point and remained friends. See, there's my contention there.
48:52
Speaker 1: They might have dated as a cover, but there was
48:55
Speaker 1: no love there, in my opinion. And again, it wasn't
48:58
Speaker 1: about the money, like some people have stated, because even
49:01
Speaker 1: though Maxwell was disgraced, even though Maxwell lost a bunch
49:04
Speaker 1: of money, do you really think that the Maxwell family
49:07
Speaker 1: didn't have money squirreled away? Do you think that they
49:10
Speaker 1: were left with just nothing? I highly doubt that, folks.
49:17
Speaker 1: And I know that Ghislaine Maxwell... had many many different
49:23
Speaker 1: options many different ways she could have went but she
49:27
Speaker 1: ended up with Jeffrey Epstein she ended up in that
49:33
Speaker 1: sphere and when all of the information has come out
49:40
Speaker 1: And when we have the benefit of hindsight, we see
49:44
Speaker 1: that not only did she end up running around with
49:48
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein as some lover or a victim, as some
49:52
Speaker 1: people would like to paint her. We see the true face.
49:57
Speaker 1: And that face is Ghislaine Maxwell had a leadership role
50:01
Speaker 1: here and was a key component in getting this off
50:05
Speaker 1: of the ground. Robert Maxwell might have been a source
50:12
Speaker 1: of Epstein's wealth, according to the podcast, citing a 2010
50:16
Speaker 1: deposition from bookkeeper Maritza Vasquez in a Florida civil lawsuit
50:22
Speaker 1: in which she says Maxwell started Epstein's money, a claim
50:26
Speaker 1: only previously reported by tabloid The Sun through an anonymous source.
50:31
Speaker 1: And it's funny that they mentioned, oh, The Sun's a tabloid. Well,
50:34
Speaker 1: they might be a tabloid, and they might talk about
50:36
Speaker 1: some wild shit in other areas, but they've done a
50:39
Speaker 1: good job in this Jeffrey Epstein case. And it shows
50:44
Speaker 1: you just how much of a dumpster fire the legacy
50:46
Speaker 1: media is. They're getting scooped on the Epstein case by
50:50
Speaker 1: the sun. Imagine that. Imagine having all the resources of
50:55
Speaker 1: the BBC or CNN or one of these other garbage outlets,
50:59
Speaker 1: and you get scooped by the sun. Vasquez also said
51:06
Speaker 1: in the deposition that Epstein had a relationship with a woman,
51:10
Speaker 1: that her father was very wealthy, and that's how he
51:13
Speaker 1: started his own money. Of course it is. Golly. Look,
51:17
Speaker 1: so Ghislaine Maxwell was set up with Jeffrey Epstein through
51:21
Speaker 1: the intelligence version of Match.com, right? And then she was
51:27
Speaker 1: launched into his orbit, was told that she had some
51:31
Speaker 1: funds that were at her discretion. and her and Jeffrey
51:35
Speaker 1: Epstein started laying the groundwork for this criminal enterprise. All
51:38
Speaker 1: bankrolled on the back of Robert Maxwell and whatever intelligence
51:43
Speaker 1: handlers had their palms on them at the time. My
51:46
Speaker 1: guess is the CIA. Lawyers for Maxwell did not respond
51:52
Speaker 1: to a request by Forbes to confirm how she met
51:55
Speaker 1: Epstein or if Robert Maxwell was a source of Epstein's wealth. Yeah,
51:59
Speaker 1: she's not going to, you know, why would she talk
52:01
Speaker 1: about that right now? That would be stupid. So... If
52:04
Speaker 1: anyone thinks we're going to get any context from Ghislaine
52:07
Speaker 1: Maxwell or that she's going to add anything for us,
52:10
Speaker 1: you're going to be waiting for quite some time. Critical quote.
52:15
Speaker 1: In addition to these accounts, there's also a photo snapped
52:18
Speaker 1: a mere 19 days after Robert Maxwell's death that intimately
52:22
Speaker 1: links Epstein and Ghislaine. Shot at the Plaza Hotel during
52:26
Speaker 1: a memorial event for Robert Maxwell, the picture shows Ghislaine
52:30
Speaker 1: and Epstein in conversation. Reporter Emily Saul says in the episode,
52:35
Speaker 1: wearing a blue silk jacket, Ghislaine smiles coyly at Epstein,
52:38
Speaker 1: who is seated to her right, wearing a white bow
52:41
Speaker 1: tie and an enormous grin. It doesn't look like a
52:44
Speaker 1: first date. That's because it's not a first date. See,
52:47
Speaker 1: I'm really glad that this broken podcast has come out
52:51
Speaker 1: and somebody with resources who is honorable like Tara Palmieri
52:56
Speaker 1: is involved. Because she's going to get to the bottom
52:59
Speaker 1: of this kind of stuff, right? She's not going to
53:01
Speaker 1: just sit by and let this shit slide. She sees
53:04
Speaker 1: it all. Everybody sees it all. The problem is the
53:08
Speaker 1: legacy media doesn't have the courage to run it. Because
53:11
Speaker 1: they're still scared of these people. And in some cases,
53:16
Speaker 1: some of their faves are caught up in it. But
53:19
Speaker 1: the fact that Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein... The origin
53:23
Speaker 1: story is this love affair that... that blossomed and then
53:28
Speaker 1: they grew apart. It's such bullshit in my opinion, okay?
53:31
Speaker 1: This was and always has been a clinical, surgically precise operation.
53:41
Speaker 1: Big number, $ 590 million. That's how much of pension funds
53:46
Speaker 1: stolen by Robert Maxwell from his mirror group publishing company
53:50
Speaker 1: went missing after his mysterious 1991 death. a presumed drowning
53:55
Speaker 1: after falling from his yacht, the Lady Ghislaine, into the
53:58
Speaker 1: sea off the Canary Islands. Ah, yeah, just happens to
54:02
Speaker 1: be that he died on the boat, huh? Another person
54:06
Speaker 1: who just happened to commit suicide around Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell,
54:10
Speaker 1: and the rest of these scoundrels. They really think we're
54:13
Speaker 1: that stupid. Now, I don't have any evidence that Robert
54:17
Speaker 1: Maxwell didn't commit suicide, but when you look at all
54:21
Speaker 1: of the evidence that's lined up and you look at
54:24
Speaker 1: the players on the stage, do you really think that
54:28
Speaker 1: it's beyond any of these people to clip somebody like
54:31
Speaker 1: Maxwell out at sea if they think he's going to
54:34
Speaker 1: rat on them or expose a plan or if he
54:39
Speaker 1: has outlived his usefulness? That's what these people do. Intelligence
54:44
Speaker 1: agencies burn assets all of the time, folks. The podcast
54:53
Speaker 1: raises questions about where his money got off to after
54:56
Speaker 1: he died, since it's never been recovered. At the time
54:59
Speaker 1: of his August 2019 death by suicide, Epstein's assets totaled
55:05
Speaker 1: $ 578 million. And Ghislaine Maxwell had $ 20 million to her
55:09
Speaker 1: name at the time of her July arrest, according to prosecutors.
55:14
Speaker 1: So remember what Epstein told everybody, right? He was a
55:18
Speaker 1: forensic accountant, basically, who worked for the government, who went
55:21
Speaker 1: and recovered money for the United States government. We know
55:26
Speaker 1: that he was a prolific, prolific money launderer. And we
55:32
Speaker 1: know that he had many, many front companies where he
55:35
Speaker 1: could stash this money. Now, Robert Maxwell's money still has
55:39
Speaker 1: never been found. You mean to tell me that it's
55:43
Speaker 1: out of the realm of possibility? That Jeffrey Epstein somehow
55:47
Speaker 1: took control of that $ 590 million and did Lord only
55:52
Speaker 1: knows what with it, considering that none of that money
55:54
Speaker 1: was in the bank. None of that money was anywhere
55:56
Speaker 1: where the government could seize it. And now remember, folks,
56:01
Speaker 1: we're not dealing with average people here. We're dealing with
56:03
Speaker 1: people who are locked into the world of spycraft and intrigue.
56:09
Speaker 1: And guys like Robert Maxwell, for as repugnant as they are,
56:13
Speaker 1: they know their shit. And if you think for a
56:15
Speaker 1: minute that Robert Maxwell went to his grave leaving none
56:19
Speaker 1: of that money around for the operation or for his kids, well,
56:24
Speaker 1: you're being very naive. The new episode, Broken, Seeking Justice,
56:30
Speaker 1: seeks to unravel the tangled mystery surrounding Ghislaine Maxwell, who's
56:34
Speaker 1: often been referred to as Epstein's alleged madam. Maria Farmer,
56:39
Speaker 1: an alleged Epstein survivor, told the podcast she would drive
56:42
Speaker 1: around Manhattan's Central Park with Maxwell in the 90s, scouting
56:46
Speaker 1: for models. Maxwell, Farmer said, would jump out of the
56:50
Speaker 1: car and invite girls back to Epstein's sprawling mansion to audition.
56:55
Speaker 1: And we've heard from Maria about all of this stuff,
56:58
Speaker 1: and how she used to call them noobiles, and how
57:01
Speaker 1: mean she was, and the sort of character that she possessed.
57:05
Speaker 1: This is a woman... who was obviously, obviously reared in
57:11
Speaker 1: a world of intrigue. Farmer, who worked the front desk
57:21
Speaker 1: at the mansion, would sometimes see those girls come in
57:24
Speaker 1: and told the podcast she witnessed a couple of the
57:26
Speaker 1: girls crying as they left. In a November 2019 civil
57:30
Speaker 1: lawsuit against Epstein's estate, Farmer claims Epstein and Maxwell assaulted
57:35
Speaker 1: her at his New Mexico ranch in 1996 and describes
57:39
Speaker 1: the grooming and recruiting tactics allegedly used by the duo.
57:44
Speaker 1: It all goes into it, right? These are all tactics
57:47
Speaker 1: that these sort of cells, these intelligence cells, teach you.
57:53
Speaker 1: They teach you how to procure assets. In this case,
57:57
Speaker 1: those assets, it's disgusting to even say, were little girls
58:00
Speaker 1: and girls. and they were used as bait, basically, for
58:05
Speaker 1: this blackmail operation. As of Wednesday, Maxwell is awaiting trial
58:14
Speaker 1: in a Brooklyn federal lockup on charges of enticing and
58:17
Speaker 1: transporting minors as part of Epstein's alleged sex ring, along
58:21
Speaker 1: with committing perjury during her 2016 depositions that are part
58:27
Speaker 1: of a defamation case filed by another alleged survivor, Virginia Roberts,
58:33
Speaker 1: to which she entered a not guilty plea and denied
58:36
Speaker 1: all previous allegations. So one thing that I've always wondered
58:42
Speaker 1: here is how is it that R. Kelly gets hit
58:45
Speaker 1: with violations of the Mann Act, but Ghislaine Maxwell isn't
58:49
Speaker 1: facing Mann Act violations here, at least not in this
58:53
Speaker 1: original case. set of charges. Now, as you all know,
58:57
Speaker 1: I believe that there will be a superseded indictment, and
59:00
Speaker 1: I think that more charges are going to follow, but
59:05
Speaker 1: I don't understand how she is not in violation of
59:07
Speaker 1: the Mann Act. Tangent. At a 1992 Manhattan party for
59:13
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, Maxwell's mother, Betty Maxwell, rumors flew that Epstein
59:18
Speaker 1: likes schoolgirls, and Ghislaine Maxwell was helping him find them.
59:22
Speaker 1: With none of the wealthy socialites in attendance questioning it,
59:25
Speaker 1: the podcast says, citing former friend and journalist, Christopher Mason.
59:31
