- 1:16Speaker 1: Haircut.
- 1:16Speaker 3: I forgot.
- 1:17Speaker 4: He really wants to show off that haircut. Yeah, and
- 1:20Speaker 4: there's a there's one back by the ways. Oh she
- 1:26Speaker 4: goes back.
- 1:28Speaker 1: So wait, how do you say it?
- 1:29Speaker 5: Morgan means like resp.
- 1:34Speaker 4: Okay. So we've heard all the news about the the outbreak, right,
- 1:38Speaker 4: the you know, diarrhe stuff like that. I'm not gonna
- 1:41Speaker 4: tell you where I got these things from. I'm not
- 1:43Speaker 4: going to give you any other details, but it was
- 1:46Speaker 4: Taylor Farms, right, that was responsible. Now I have some
- 1:51Speaker 4: Taylor Farms. What specifically do we have, Jeff, we have
- 1:54Speaker 4: Taylor Farms salad kitpeno h Taylor Farms. Yeah, yeah, and
- 2:05Speaker 4: then we also have.
- 2:06Speaker 7: Taylor Farms head of lettuce because the lets has been
- 2:09Speaker 7: recalled as well.
- 2:09Speaker 5: Okay do you I already know the question, but yeah,
- 2:14Speaker 5: give it to me.
- 2:16Speaker 4: I was going to say, we could do like some
- 2:17Speaker 4: tailor farm tailor farms roulette. Let's just see if you
- 2:23Speaker 4: get diarrhea.
- 2:24Speaker 1: What are the chances?
- 2:25Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, Okay, you're both down for it, all right,
- 2:30Speaker 4: fin enthusiastic. Well no, I mean he's like it. Yeah,
- 2:33Speaker 4: you're not gonna be like oh yeah, yeah, his body
- 2:37Speaker 4: might reject it thrilled the potential hospital. Would it be hospital?
- 2:42Speaker 4: I thought it was just diarrhea.
- 2:44Speaker 6: How bad it get?
- 2:45Speaker 1: It depends how long the diarrhea lasts.
- 2:46Speaker 3: In some cases it could be nuclear diarrhea.
- 2:50Speaker 1: It could be bad.
- 2:51Speaker 5: All right, worth it?
- 2:52Speaker 1: All right, totally worth it? Yeah? Okay, what the price
- 2:56Speaker 1: tag is?
- 2:57Speaker 4: Well? How much? How much would it take for you?
- 2:59Speaker 1: Greg? Not that much? Probably i'd probably eat some Like
- 3:04Speaker 1: how are you talking about just a portion like one's.
- 3:06Speaker 4: Salid or a whole head of lettuce? That's a good
- 3:08Speaker 4: that's you know what, that's a really.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Good question, and it's a good question. Yeah.
- 3:11Speaker 4: See we're figuring this out on the fly. Yeah, how
- 3:15Speaker 4: much you got.
- 3:15Speaker 5: Those packaged salad bags? I'll eat the whole bag.
- 3:18Speaker 6: Yeah, it's that much lettuce.
- 3:20Speaker 5: And I never stopped once this recall started. I stayed
- 3:22Speaker 5: by actually mega on sale right now.
- 3:27Speaker 6: When I get it's for the family, it's not enough?
- 3:29Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, okay, Uh, what do you think like a
- 3:33Speaker 4: hundred bucks each?
- 3:34Speaker 1: Is that fair? That sounds fair?
- 3:36Speaker 6: What do you?
- 3:36Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 3:37Speaker 4: I guess And if you need any kind of like
- 3:38Speaker 4: a medium and stuff, I'll put the bill.
- 3:40Speaker 6: From the emergency room.
- 3:43Speaker 4: Yeah all right, yeah, all right to eat a salad
- 3:48Speaker 4: you would eat anyway. Now most likely, most likely it's fine.
- 3:52Speaker 4: It's not like every bag no, you know, but this
- 3:55Speaker 4: one with the jalapeno salad mix. I mean that's everything
- 3:58Speaker 4: all in one.
- 3:59Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Now I'm a salad kit addict. I buy them all
- 4:03Speaker 1: the time. I've never heard of the Hall of Penion
- 4:05Speaker 1: one that sounds good, especially is it like.
- 4:08Speaker 6: The Crispity like Halloween? Just grab it, just gonna go
- 4:12Speaker 6: grab it, can of those.
- 4:14Speaker 4: Yes, I mean Tyler might just throw it up just
- 4:16Speaker 4: because it's salad.
- 4:18Speaker 1: I don't do a whole lot of salad.
- 4:20Speaker 5: What you know, either.
- 4:21Speaker 6: Way that's going to be good for you.
- 4:22Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 4:23Speaker 6: How long?
- 4:23Speaker 4: Okay, So here's the question. I don't know, like when
- 4:26Speaker 4: you eat something like that that would give you diarrhea
- 4:29Speaker 4: with like.
- 4:30Speaker 1: How long does that take to manifest into diarrhea?
- 4:33Speaker 4: When it comes to this kind of stuff, I think it's.
- 4:35Speaker 5: Like on how healthy you're inside and your gut is,
- 4:38Speaker 5: like Sammy, it would be a steady less Yeah.
- 4:41Speaker 8: Usually say well food poisoning, they say it's it kicks
- 4:44Speaker 8: off between eight and twenty four hours after you eat it.
- 4:46Speaker 5: Yes, oh that long?
- 4:47Speaker 3: Because some people claim like right away instantly.
- 4:50Speaker 6: That's not no, no, not food poisoning.
- 4:53Speaker 3: There's no way.
- 4:53Speaker 4: Oh it's the jalapeno popper minus you do love halopenno poppers?
- 5:00Speaker 1: Could you please?
- 5:03Speaker 4: Romaine lettuce, kale grows, smoked white cheddar cheese, crispy fried onions, carrots,
- 5:10Speaker 4: red cabbage, hatch chili crouton, crumbles, popper ranch dressing.
- 5:16Speaker 3: Are you supposed to pretty good? Are you supposed to
- 5:20Speaker 3: put that on the grill?
- 5:20Speaker 4: Limited addition on the grill?
- 5:22Speaker 6: What do you mean chopped up some chicken in there?
- 5:24Speaker 6: It's like a chili salad.
- 5:25Speaker 4: Hey, look it's all it's all chopped up. It's just
- 5:27Speaker 4: a salad.
- 5:28Speaker 5: It looks fresh too. The lettuce doesn't look yellow.
- 5:30Speaker 4: Ignite your taste buds. We took a fan favorite game
- 5:33Speaker 4: day snack and kicked it up a notch delicious crunchy
- 5:36Speaker 4: chopped salad veggies pair with a perfect blended bold hatch
- 5:40Speaker 4: chili cornbread, cornbread, creutons, crispy onions, smoked white cheddar cheese.
- 5:47Speaker 4: Tossing our creamy kalipinion? Who wants to toss Tyler's salad here?
- 5:55Speaker 1: Why don't you have menas baby bird? It to Tyler.
- 6:00Speaker 4: Will be a hard pass. Morgan did it loves she
- 6:05Speaker 4: loved it because you know now you might die it
- 6:08Speaker 4: does say it's mild. Yeah, yeah, it won't be as
- 6:13Speaker 4: Greg likes to say, white guys, white guy.
- 6:15Speaker 7: What if what if we split this salad bag right,
- 6:18Speaker 7: because it's not What if we split this and then
- 6:20Speaker 7: had him eat like a wedge off the iceberg lettuce
- 6:23Speaker 7: which I have.
- 6:24Speaker 6: Are you gonna are you gonna rinse the lettuce or
- 6:26Speaker 6: just straight out.
- 6:26Speaker 4: Of the I would think it's how it's prepared.
- 6:30Speaker 5: Ahead of lettuce.
- 6:31Speaker 4: I'm thinking how it would be prepared at home, right, yeah, okay, yeah,
- 6:34Speaker 4: everybody would rinse it.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Yeah, I actually gross. Like if I get ahead of
- 6:39Speaker 1: lettuce for burgers or sandwiches, I just rip off the
- 6:42Speaker 1: outer leaves and then yeah, people don't have one of
- 6:48Speaker 1: those salad spinners.
- 6:49Speaker 4: You get some dust. We see now that you say that,
- 6:52Speaker 4: like lettuce, I would rint. I don't know why, but
- 6:54Speaker 4: like apple, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, any of those other things
- 6:59Speaker 4: that people or like constantly washing before they eat them.
- 7:02Speaker 4: I never do you don't like you, No, I never
- 7:06Speaker 4: do you.
- 7:08Speaker 6: The two of you are such walking contradictions.
- 7:11Speaker 4: I just raw dogs.
- 7:12Speaker 1: What about an apple?
- 7:13Speaker 4: Just just like maybe rub it on your shirt a
- 7:15Speaker 4: little bit like you actually I take the sticker off. Yeah,
- 7:20Speaker 4: and then we have one of those things that just
- 7:22Speaker 4: cuts it into all the you know, the wedges or
- 7:25Speaker 4: you push you over the top boom and just cuts
- 7:28Speaker 4: in the wedges and I just eat it from there.
- 7:29Speaker 4: I don't Yeah, I don't wash them.
- 7:30Speaker 5: Wow, you've been fine.
- 7:31Speaker 3: Interesting my mom.
- 7:33Speaker 4: My mom's got a whole system. She's got this thing
- 7:35Speaker 4: that spins. She's got this special stuff that she buys
- 7:39Speaker 4: that veggie wash. Yeah special, Like what is that?
- 7:42Speaker 6: Veggie makes it fresh longer?
- 7:45Speaker 4: Yeah, it's the stuff that you can buy. It's like
- 7:47Speaker 4: a it's like a cleaner for your produce. Yeah, dude,
- 7:50Speaker 4: I mean I don't eat veggie, so I wouldn't know.
- 7:52Speaker 6: Or people like I soak my strawberries and vinegar overnight.
- 7:55Speaker 6: I'm like, sounds delicious vinegar.
- 7:57Speaker 5: Yeah, but you dilute it with water. But it does
- 7:59Speaker 5: it makes it last longer.
- 8:01Speaker 4: Have you seen the videos where people will put the
- 8:04Speaker 4: strawberries in stuff and like the little stuff.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Yeah, yes, I don't know if that's real.
- 8:10Speaker 6: Or I don't either. I just eat them.
- 8:11Speaker 3: I don't.
- 8:13Speaker 1: I don't think.
- 8:13Speaker 4: I assume it could be like they say you have
- 8:15Speaker 4: this little one, not say I know, it's the fact
- 8:18Speaker 4: you have the little mites and stuff on your face, Like, yeah,
- 8:21Speaker 4: I know, that's a real I think if you put
- 8:22Speaker 4: anything under a microscope enough, you're going to you're gonna
- 8:25Speaker 4: micro Yeah. It's kind of like you don't go to
- 8:27Speaker 4: the you don't. You don't go look at the kitchen
- 8:29Speaker 4: or your favorite restaurant. Why ruin it?
- 8:32Speaker 6: There's a reason that's behind closed door.
- 8:34Speaker 4: So Jeff's putting the sal together. Well, let you know
- 8:36Speaker 4: how it goes, easy money, easy eight seven. I want
- 8:40Speaker 4: to hear more about your trip. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 8:44Speaker 4: we'll get a recap. We had some guesses while you
- 8:47Speaker 4: were gone on what was going on.
- 8:50Speaker 6: Yeah, the state of the Union.
- 8:51Speaker 4: Yes, state of the Union, A good way to put that.
- 8:58Speaker 4: And uh Morgan, who all of a sudden has official
- 9:03Speaker 4: boyfriend girlfriend status with the guy that she'd been talking to.
- 9:08Speaker 4: She came to us and she goes, oh, hey, I
- 9:10Speaker 4: have this opportunity to go to Japan. Yes for a
- 9:14Speaker 4: handful of days.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Is it cool if I go?
- 9:16Speaker 4: We're like, yeah, absolutely sure. Yeah, And she went, she
- 9:20Speaker 4: had her trip. We were following along on social media
- 9:23Speaker 4: as much as she was posting about it, and and
- 9:25Speaker 4: now she's back, welcome back. Yeah, So how was how
- 9:31Speaker 4: was the trip? You had never been to Japan before?
- 9:33Speaker 4: Obviously no, Yeah, first time I would?
- 9:36Speaker 3: Did it rule as hard as we said?
- 9:38Speaker 5: Like ten times more than that?
- 9:40Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 9:40Speaker 5: Wow, when I tell you, this was the most magical inspiring,
- 9:45Speaker 5: even life changing trip, like of my life. I was
- 9:48Speaker 5: only there for what for five days.
- 9:50Speaker 4: Feels like a long We'll explain what you mean by that.
- 9:53Speaker 4: Just get magical inspiring? Like how magical?
- 9:56Speaker 5: Like?
- 9:56Speaker 4: How is it magical? How is it inspiring?
- 9:57Speaker 5: Well? First of all with my boyfriend, which sounds crazy
- 10:00Speaker 5: you to say, I'm just like so into him, but
- 10:04Speaker 5: then also just learning about a new culture, going into
- 10:07Speaker 5: a place that I've only heard about, right, didn't do
- 10:10Speaker 5: much research, didn't even get my phone set up to
- 10:12Speaker 5: work out there, like I was just going with the wind, right,
- 10:16Speaker 5: but to learn, I mean.
- 10:16Speaker 4: Think about that. The phone just doesn't work well.
- 10:18Speaker 5: I used WhatsApp to like text or send pictures and stuff.
- 10:22Speaker 4: So you can't be on your network, huh, I mean
- 10:24Speaker 4: there's no way for like you'll go to some places
- 10:26Speaker 4: and like, U, there is a.
- 10:28Speaker 5: Way you can do an e SIM thing, which yeah,
- 10:29Speaker 5: we tried to do that when I was there.
- 10:31Speaker 2: But the phone's easy usually just get another SIM card
- 10:34Speaker 2: if you're if you're service provider.
- 10:36Speaker 6: Whatever, you want to talk to anybody.
- 10:38Speaker 3: It's really really easy to do.
- 10:39Speaker 4: Even think about that.
- 10:40Speaker 5: Yeah, so I could only use my phone on Wi Fi,
- 10:42Speaker 5: which that was awesome too, not being on my phone
- 10:44Speaker 5: twenty four to seven and like genuinely being in the moment.
- 10:48Speaker 5: But I'm just so grateful because not only did I
- 10:51Speaker 5: get to go to a rise and fight, which is
- 10:53Speaker 5: huge in like the MMA world it used to be
- 10:55Speaker 5: called pride back in the day.
- 10:57Speaker 1: By the change in I wonder, why.
- 11:01Speaker 4: Get hijacked or something.
- 11:02Speaker 5: But then also like I was with locals there, people
- 11:05Speaker 5: that are from Osaka, Japan, and like didn't speak much
- 11:09Speaker 5: English at all, and so everything we went to go
- 11:12Speaker 5: do where, every place we went to eat was like
- 11:14Speaker 5: mega loocal.
- 11:15Speaker 4: Like I saw you tried a bunch of stuff. I
- 11:17Speaker 4: saw you tried to cargoes.
- 11:19Speaker 5: Cargo oysters. I had beef tongue delicious. I had stomach
- 11:25Speaker 5: also kind of delicious. I tried everything. Oh the food
- 11:30Speaker 5: was amazing, and.
- 11:31Speaker 4: Yeah, she's not shy when it comes to try and stuff,
- 11:33Speaker 4: try pretty much everything.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Where do you think of oysters?
- 11:35Speaker 5: I loved him. I think I chewed them too much though,
- 11:38Speaker 5: because when I threw it back, everyone was looking at
- 11:40Speaker 5: me like, no swallows and I just.
- 11:42Speaker 4: Spent Yeah, what about the cargo the snails?
- 11:46Speaker 1: Really?
- 11:47Speaker 4: Yeah, you spent your time in Tokyo.
- 11:50Speaker 5: I was in Tokyo, correct, Yeah, but just it wasn't
- 11:55Speaker 5: even like a vacation, right, Like, I feel like I
- 11:57Speaker 5: really got to immerse myself in the culture with the
- 11:59Speaker 5: people there. I spent a day with these girlfriends of
- 12:02Speaker 5: another coach from the team. They didn't speak a lick
- 12:04Speaker 5: of English, so and I didn't have Google Translate because
- 12:07Speaker 5: I didn't have Wi Fi, so to spend a day
- 12:09Speaker 5: with these two girls and we couldn't communicate, but at
- 12:12Speaker 5: the same time, we had a great day. Like it
- 12:14Speaker 5: was just so magical and everyone there is so medicine.
- 12:18Speaker 5: Sea Bass have talked about this, but the respect there,
- 12:21Speaker 5: like not only is it a very clean place, but
- 12:24Speaker 5: I'm going to say, oh saw the time now, Like
- 12:27Speaker 5: the respect that you have for everyone just passing by
- 12:30Speaker 5: or anytime you go on a restaurant, like you bow
- 12:33Speaker 5: to everyone, you know, you take your shoes off. It's
- 12:35Speaker 5: just a whole nother level of respecting human beings.
- 12:37Speaker 6: Okay, so let's ask.
- 12:38Speaker 8: The Sea Bass question, how did you feel in your
- 12:41Speaker 8: outfits and did you feel comfortable or do.
- 12:44Speaker 6: You feel like you were showing the proper respect? He
- 12:46Speaker 6: doesn't know what he's.
- 12:47Speaker 5: Talking about it. First of all, Like I had cute
- 12:50Speaker 5: outfits when I was in Japan and dressed up for
- 12:52Speaker 5: certain things.
- 12:52Speaker 4: Well, that was the whole thing you were kind of
- 12:53Speaker 4: concerned about before you left, even a really big day,
- 12:56Speaker 4: you went out shopping and you try to find, you know,
- 12:58Speaker 4: different things.
- 12:58Speaker 5: I was only concerned about the first class flight.
- 13:01Speaker 4: Okay, which we'll get to, but go ahead.
- 13:03Speaker 5: But everyone there was dressed the same as me in
- 13:05Speaker 5: sweats and you know, yeah, yeah, I don't feel like
- 13:07Speaker 5: people were looking at me and judge of me.
- 13:09Speaker 3: No.
- 13:09Speaker 2: See, that's had a big deal that you were gonna
- 13:11Speaker 2: wear a tank top and.
- 13:12Speaker 3: Yeah, but that was mostly just for the flight.
- 13:15Speaker 6: Well, and it's not like you were traveling with like
- 13:16Speaker 6: Morgan Stanley.
- 13:17Speaker 5: These are athletes, right, and it was so cool to
- 13:20Speaker 5: be with these huge like these are heavyweight guys. Right,
- 13:22Speaker 5: the fighter that we saw, he's six or eight, and so,
- 13:26Speaker 5: first of all, I'm tall for a girl, but I'm
- 13:27Speaker 5: with all these huge guys. So everywhere we went, people
- 13:30Speaker 5: are like, who are these monsters? They call him the
- 13:35Speaker 5: Japanese Godzilla for real. So it was just so cool
- 13:38Speaker 5: to not only experience Tokyo, but to be in this MMA.
- 13:43Speaker 4: World first time, all these new experiences, all the things
- 13:47Speaker 4: that you did and tried and everything out. What was
- 13:49Speaker 4: your What was the best thing you did?
- 13:51Speaker 7: Hmm?
- 13:53Speaker 5: Either the fight, the rise and fight was amazing, but
- 13:55Speaker 5: also going to we went to a bunch of different
- 13:56Speaker 5: sanctuaries and shrines, and I learned like the whole cultural
- 14:00Speaker 5: you know, how to pay respect to the spirits and
- 14:02Speaker 5: the gods and do all that kind of stuff. And
- 14:04Speaker 5: learning about the culture that I think was the most
- 14:07Speaker 5: powerful thing.
- 14:08Speaker 4: What was the best thing you ate?
- 14:10Speaker 5: Oh, that's tough. Best thing? I really like cow toungue?
- 14:16Speaker 4: I know.
- 14:17Speaker 5: It was like it was like a Korean barbecue type
- 14:20Speaker 5: thing socause.
- 14:23Speaker 3: That's mostly Korean, not Japanese.
- 14:25Speaker 5: Well, a lot of these restaurants, you go, take your
- 14:27Speaker 5: shoes off, We're sitting on the floor, like these are
- 14:30Speaker 5: local spots where like sumo wrestlers go to eat and stuff.
- 14:33Speaker 5: You always have one person at the table that serves
- 14:35Speaker 5: the table kind of and their culture. There is the
- 14:38Speaker 5: youngest guy on the team. He's in charge of carrying
- 14:40Speaker 5: all our bags, making sure the car pulls up to go,
- 14:44Speaker 5: like it's very much like you respect your elders. He
- 14:46Speaker 5: serves us food. There's certain spots where I have to
- 14:50Speaker 5: sit at a table as the female. Yeah, where is that,
- 14:54Speaker 5: well next to my man, but you still get to
- 14:57Speaker 5: sit next to like your behind him. But he's like,
- 15:01Speaker 5: you know, the big boss, so he's always at the
- 15:03Speaker 5: head of the table or certain spot. Like there's just
- 15:06Speaker 5: so many rules. It's just what a beautiful place and
- 15:11Speaker 5: the people are so nice.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Yeah heard, Oh yeah, so the world could be better.
- 15:19Speaker 2: Yeah, it's that actual visuals of just everything walking around
- 15:23Speaker 2: is just insane.
- 15:24Speaker 4: So there was some some wagering going on, loose wagering. Now, Gina,
- 15:30Speaker 4: you said she was going to come back.
- 15:32Speaker 6: I thought she was. She might come back with a ring,
- 15:34Speaker 6: All right.
- 15:35Speaker 4: Are you engaged? No? No, not officially, No, not officially.
- 15:41Speaker 5: We talked about it, like engagement about kids. We've talked
- 15:46Speaker 5: about like what because already. Wow, that's he's older. I'm
- 15:50Speaker 5: old as you guys know.
- 15:53Speaker 1: You're so old.
- 15:54Speaker 5: There's no point to date someone, especially exclusively, if you
- 15:58Speaker 5: don't want the same things in the future. Yeah, so
- 16:01Speaker 5: we've had those discussions, all right, So I'm not engaged. No,
- 16:05Speaker 5: I'm not pregnant.
- 16:08Speaker 4: Yet. Was the other one?
- 16:09Speaker 6: Yeah, we don't know yet.
- 16:10Speaker 1: It's take a few weeks. One of the guesses is
- 16:14Speaker 1: clearly wrong because there was a few guesses that you
- 16:17Speaker 1: were not even going to come back.
- 16:18Speaker 5: Well we had. We both got on a flight at
- 16:21Speaker 5: the same time. If he wouldn't have come back, then
- 16:23Speaker 5: that maybe not.
- 16:28Speaker 8: And I did check with her just to double check
- 16:30Speaker 8: that she was flying home first class too.
- 16:32Speaker 6: It's not like he got cheap at the very end.
- 16:34Speaker 4: Oh my god, where does the Where does he live
- 16:38Speaker 4: in New Jersey? So he's on the east coast? Okay, yeah,
- 16:41Speaker 4: all right, well that would have to get figured out,
- 16:43Speaker 4: you know what I mean.
- 16:44Speaker 5: But I brought you guys some cookies too. They're like
- 16:47Speaker 5: Macha cookies, Yes, from a super local spot. I had
- 16:51Speaker 5: one already, and then I also went to seven eleven.
- 16:55Speaker 4: All right, it's weird sound the box.
- 16:58Speaker 3: The seven eleven rules so hard there.
- 17:00Speaker 5: Cool it rules, but unfortunately we ate all the snacks.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Well.
- 17:05Speaker 6: Another friend of mine got back when you got back.
- 17:07Speaker 8: She was also in Tokyo and said that the seven
- 17:09Speaker 8: to eleven bathrooms are like the cleanest thing she's ever
- 17:11Speaker 8: seen in her life.
- 17:12Speaker 5: I mean all bathrooms there. I didn't try that one.
- 17:14Speaker 6: Oh, I said it was awesome.
- 17:15Speaker 5: Oh, speaking of bathrooms. Okay, so at one point I
- 17:18Speaker 5: really needed to go to the bathroom, and he was
- 17:20Speaker 5: in the bathroom in the hotel room. So I'm like, okay, perfect,
- 17:22Speaker 5: I'll go to the lobby. Yep, hopefully I can poop
- 17:25Speaker 5: or something.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Right.
- 17:26Speaker 5: For some reason, I could not figure out they're all
- 17:29Speaker 5: like Toto toilets, right, yeah, but washing very fancy the
- 17:33Speaker 5: hotel lobby toilet. I could not figure out how to
- 17:35Speaker 5: flush it. And I was in that song it's a censor, no,
- 17:40Speaker 5: I pressed every goddamn but these sounds are going off.
- 17:44Speaker 5: They have birds chirping.
- 17:46Speaker 7: Yah.
- 17:46Speaker 5: Yeah, it's spraying the walls trying to wash it. I
- 17:49Speaker 5: was I'm not kidding you. I was in that soft
- 17:51Speaker 5: five minutes freaking out because I knew whoever walked in
- 17:54Speaker 5: behind me was gonna be like this dirty American. I
- 17:57Speaker 5: couldn't figure it out. I had to leave it on flush.
- 18:01Speaker 4: But you left the duty in there.
- 18:03Speaker 5: Maybe, And so when I walked out, I told the
- 18:07Speaker 5: girl in line, who didn't speak English, I'm like, that
- 18:09Speaker 5: one doesn't work. You shouldn't go in there, and she
- 18:12Speaker 5: went right in.
- 18:13Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah, that was probably the worst part of the
- 18:20Speaker 4: All right, well, I'm glad you had such a great trip.
- 18:23Speaker 4: Welcome back, thank you.
- 18:24Speaker 5: And thanks for letting me go for a few days.
- 18:25Speaker 4: Of course, appreciate it like anybody. Even if we even
- 18:29Speaker 4: were like, nah, I don't think so, you would have gone.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly.
- 18:34Speaker 4: All right, we're gonna take the argument that most people
- 18:36Speaker 4: would make when it comes to first class.
- 18:39Speaker 5: Uh.
- 18:39Speaker 4: That is next here on The Woody Show. Hangs, this
- 18:42Speaker 4: is the Woody Show, the newly engaged Morgan. Yeah, I
- 18:51Speaker 4: mean for all intents.
- 18:52Speaker 1: And purposes, right, I mean like kind.
- 18:56Speaker 8: Of, I mean you're super together, yes, super together, supero
- 19:00Speaker 8: other mega.
- 19:01Speaker 4: Well that's good Megan, not even just exclusively, it's Meg.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 19:05Speaker 4: So Mortgage took her first ever trip to Japan, and
- 19:09Speaker 4: we heard all about that she had. She had a
- 19:11Speaker 4: great time, she said, magical, life changing, life life changing.
- 19:16Speaker 3: Everybody should go to Japan.
- 19:18Speaker 4: Yes, it's like when you said life changing, I thought
- 19:20Speaker 4: she was talking about like, oh, like what Gina was.
- 19:23Speaker 6: Change of circumstances?
- 19:24Speaker 4: Yes, yes, yes, yes, exactly. See anyway, now, the other
- 19:30Speaker 4: thing you did for the first time and you were
- 19:32Speaker 4: a little anxious about it was flying first class.
- 19:35Speaker 5: Yeah, anxious in the way of like I didn't want
- 19:37Speaker 5: people to be like, why is she here?
- 19:39Speaker 4: Yeah? So let me let me ask you a question.
- 19:42Speaker 4: What did you expect like before you actually got there, Like,
- 19:45Speaker 4: what were you expecting first class to be?
- 19:49Speaker 5: I don't guess, I don't know. Just you go separate,
- 19:52Speaker 5: like I assumed, you just enter on a whole separate
- 19:55Speaker 5: door of the plane. You can sometimes because every time
- 19:57Speaker 5: I've gotten on a flight, I don't even see the
- 19:59Speaker 5: first class people, right, and you just go straight to economy.
- 20:02Speaker 5: So I was expecting like suits and ties and briefcases
- 20:07Speaker 5: and hot and high heel champagne, champagne, which lots of champagne.
- 20:12Speaker 5: But I was pleasantly surprised most people were in sweats too, like,
- 20:17Speaker 5: and I think that's the style these days. You can
- 20:19Speaker 5: be super super rich and dressed like a homeless parsh
- 20:22Speaker 5: It's kind of like in style now. But yeah, I guess.
- 20:26Speaker 5: I flew on two different airlines. I did Japan air
- 20:30Speaker 5: on the way there and then Singapore Airlines on the
- 20:32Speaker 5: way back.
- 20:33Speaker 4: Singapore, I've seen some of their stuff online, their suits
- 20:38Speaker 4: and stuff.
- 20:38Speaker 5: The only thing I didn't like about the Singapore Airlines
- 20:41Speaker 5: is if you want to, you know, move your seat
- 20:44Speaker 5: from just a seat to a bed, you have to
- 20:46Speaker 5: get one of the flight attendants to do it for you.
- 20:50Speaker 6: Can you go ahead and give her a wam I.
- 20:54Speaker 3: Prepare your bed because that's what happened on Emirates with us.
- 20:57Speaker 5: Well, yeah, but they have to pull it out like
- 20:58Speaker 5: but Japan Airlines there is just a button that you
- 21:01Speaker 5: just yeah, they will.
- 21:02Speaker 4: Bring like I know that weekend trip to Dubai and
- 21:07Speaker 4: they they would come and prepare because there was like
- 21:10Speaker 4: almost like a like a mattress pat or whatever to
- 21:12Speaker 4: put down to make it even more like a mattress. Yeah,
- 21:15Speaker 4: it was so nice.
- 21:16Speaker 1: And then full on bedding and everything.
- 21:17Speaker 4: Yeah, like a she slippers.
- 21:21Speaker 5: Yeah, you know, so it was kind of you know,
- 21:24Speaker 5: like I got to ask the girl to make my
- 21:26Speaker 5: seat into a bed. Annoying, right, Wow, dude, the food
- 21:35Speaker 5: was amazing. I had to rack a lamb on a plane.
- 21:39Speaker 4: Yeah, watching movies, watching movie did you sleep? Did you
- 21:43Speaker 4: actually use it as the bed and sleep?
- 21:44Speaker 5: I slept so good on the way back yesterday that
- 21:46Speaker 5: I had a dream that the plane crashed into the ocean.
- 21:49Speaker 6: That's a great dream.
- 21:49Speaker 5: Yeah it was. We all survived and we got to
- 21:51Speaker 5: use the slide. But then I woke up and it
- 21:54Speaker 5: felt so real and I was like, wait, I'm still
- 21:56Speaker 5: on the plane. I thought we crashed. Like so I
- 21:58Speaker 5: got some great sleep.
- 22:00Speaker 4: Yeah, I told you. The best sleep score with my
- 22:03Speaker 4: r ring that I ever got was on that trip
- 22:05Speaker 4: that Medicine and I did, the extreme weekend trip to Dubai.
- 22:07Speaker 1: Really were spooning. Yeah.
- 22:09Speaker 4: I talk about the hum of the engine and when
- 22:11Speaker 4: they make up those beds like that, they're so comfortable.
- 22:14Speaker 5: They really are. Yeah, there's something about the hum.
- 22:16Speaker 4: Of an airplane.
- 22:17Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 22:17Speaker 4: I find the same thing on a cruise ship like
- 22:19Speaker 4: the there's that kind of that low level humpuzz Yeah
- 22:22Speaker 4: that happens like the engines on the cruise ship at
- 22:24Speaker 4: least yea and not if you have like that sound
- 22:27Speaker 4: of the you got like a you know, like a
- 22:30Speaker 4: like an outdoor slider and you can hear the water
- 22:33Speaker 4: like smacking the side of the boat and stuffing that
- 22:36Speaker 4: right to sleep.
- 22:36Speaker 1: So now to fly for you not only ruined, but
- 22:40Speaker 1: detroy any future flight.
- 22:42Speaker 4: No.
- 22:43Speaker 5: I think for a big trip, like a twelve hour flight,
- 22:47Speaker 5: I would prefer first class, right, but I can do
- 22:49Speaker 5: you know, if it's somewhere in the States, I'm fine
- 22:51Speaker 5: an economy, So that's good.
- 22:53Speaker 4: Okay. I was gonna say, did you think it was
- 22:55Speaker 4: worth it? I mean, not that you paid for this ticket,
- 22:58Speaker 4: but do you think now that you know about first class?
- 23:01Speaker 4: Now that's different first class, the lay flat seats, the pods,
- 23:04Speaker 4: those are different. Typical first class is just like a
- 23:07Speaker 4: wider seat. You do have, you know, you do have
- 23:10Speaker 4: like unlimited drinks, well unlimited to a certain point. Let's
- 23:13Speaker 4: you start creating a problem. There's a meal served, things
- 23:16Speaker 4: that you get on first you know, things like that.
- 23:20Speaker 4: Do you think it's worth it?
- 23:21Speaker 5: Absolutely? If you're going international and you can.
- 23:25Speaker 4: Yes, But even domestically, would you say that it's worth.
- 23:27Speaker 5: It if I had a ton of money to blow, yeah, sure,
- 23:30Speaker 5: But to me, if it's domestically kind of a waste.
- 23:35Speaker 5: If your flight's you know, less than two hours.
- 23:37Speaker 4: Okay, because I bring us up because comedian Joe DeRosa
- 23:40Speaker 4: we've met. Uh, he's a lot with the you know
- 23:43Speaker 4: Bert Yeah, he's you know on Bird's shows. He's got
- 23:46Speaker 4: a stand up special to just hit Netflix, and he's
- 23:48Speaker 4: got this bit in there about how we're all getting
- 23:51Speaker 4: hustled by by corporate America. Oh like for these quote luxuries.
- 23:56Speaker 4: And one of his examples, let's see if you agree
- 23:58Speaker 4: or disagree is take on first Everything.
- 24:01Speaker 1: Is a hustle. Quality, quality is a hustle. It's fake,
- 24:05Speaker 1: doesn't exist.
- 24:06Speaker 4: First Class is a perfect example of what I'm talking about.
- 24:10Speaker 4: First Class sucks. It's a chair you can fit in, that's.
- 24:18Speaker 3: All it is.
- 24:19Speaker 4: But they make coach class so utterly that by the
- 24:23Speaker 4: time you get up to first class you're like, oh
- 24:26Speaker 4: my god, this is fantastic.
- 24:28Speaker 1: My kneecaps aren't turning inside out from the seat in
- 24:31Speaker 1: front of me.
- 24:33Speaker 4: I get free range juice before takeoff?
- 24:35Speaker 1: What am I a princess?
- 24:38Speaker 4: This was definitely worth an extra seventeen hundred to Tampa.
- 24:46Speaker 4: As Joe DeRosa now on domestic first class, he is
- 24:51Speaker 4: absolutely right. It's just a bigger seat. It's a bigger seat.
- 24:56Speaker 4: It's a bigger more comfortable seat, and you know, you
- 24:59Speaker 4: might get the like I said, the meal, and if
- 25:01Speaker 4: you're really big on you know, the drinks. For me,
- 25:04Speaker 4: it's like I don't I don't really drink.
- 25:05Speaker 1: So I've taken I don't ever really take.
- 25:08Speaker 4: It's wasted on me. I don't really take advantage of
- 25:09Speaker 4: that stuff.
- 25:10Speaker 1: I've flown first class once and it was because I
- 25:12Speaker 1: was on standby and they just so happened to put
- 25:14Speaker 1: me on it, and I was very, very excited for it.
- 25:18Speaker 1: I tried one time to upgrade to first class because
- 25:20Speaker 1: I've never done it, and I thought, let's see how
- 25:22Speaker 1: much the difference would be. I thought it would be.
- 25:24Speaker 1: I'm incredibly naive, having never done it, didn't know what
- 25:27Speaker 1: to expect. I thought it would be an extra maybe
- 25:30Speaker 1: three hundred bucks. Oh god, it was like an extra
- 25:33Speaker 1: eighteen hundred. Well that's oh yeah, it's like come.
- 25:36Speaker 4: A lot of times you can. That'll be like an
- 25:38Speaker 4: extra two fifty or something or something like that. The
- 25:40Speaker 4: law for it is lucked out all over it, like
- 25:43Speaker 4: one hundred fifty bucks. It depends on where you're going.
- 25:47Speaker 4: You're going internationally, it's going to be more expensive something domestic.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Yeah, this is like one of the like a four
- 25:52Speaker 1: hour flight.
- 25:52Speaker 7: Yes, Jeff, I will say Jet Blues Mint is great
- 25:55Speaker 7: first class. I know Seevess has mentioned that a couple
- 25:58Speaker 7: of times. Yeah, it's a real good experience because it's
- 26:00Speaker 7: fully laid down everything. Yeah, that's the one that I
- 26:03Speaker 7: would say domestically really rules.
- 26:05Speaker 4: If I would say, it's totally worth it no matter
- 26:08Speaker 4: what domestically or internationally. If you do have the pods,
- 26:11Speaker 4: if you have the lay flat option, that is a
- 26:13Speaker 4: game changer. If it's just I think American Airlines has
- 26:17Speaker 4: the worst because there are just the bigger seats. There's
- 26:20Speaker 4: no entertainment in the seat back in front of you.
- 26:23Speaker 4: It's like you use it just on your use it
- 26:26Speaker 4: just on your own devices. You're still paying for the
- 26:28Speaker 4: Wi Fi.
- 26:29Speaker 3: It's like there's not.
- 26:30Speaker 1: A lot of America sets.
- 26:33Speaker 4: Pretty much, Yeah, pretty much, Yeah, pretty much. Well, I'm
- 26:37Speaker 4: glad you had a I'm glad you had a great time.
- 26:39Speaker 5: Thank you so lucky.
- 26:40Speaker 4: And again, welcome back, and you know, quote unquote unofficial
- 26:44Speaker 4: congratulations on whatever.
- 26:46Speaker 5: You know, Sammy's turn. You guys are forgetting no what
- 26:50Speaker 5: what happens it used to is getting married? Is getting married?
- 26:54Speaker 4: There could be like so many wedding season There's could
- 26:58Speaker 4: be so many Woody show weddings. I don't know, do
- 27:01Speaker 4: you guys think ladies? You know, take a break for
- 27:05Speaker 4: a second. All right, I'm talking to Menace, Greg and
- 27:07Speaker 4: Gina right now there, and Jeff, do you think okay?
- 27:11Speaker 4: And individually, do we get invited?
- 27:15Speaker 1: Oh? Yeah, for sure?
- 27:18Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I'm pretty sure that we would get invited
- 27:20Speaker 4: to Morgan's because I think I'm sure Sammy is a
- 27:24Speaker 4: wild card. And I don't think it has anything to
- 27:26Speaker 4: do with her feelings about us. I think it's more
- 27:28Speaker 4: about like the kind of wedding that she would have.
- 27:30Speaker 4: Would we stay, We wouldn't, We wouldn't make the cut. Yeah,
- 27:34Speaker 4: I agree with that, she'd still expect to give though
- 27:41Speaker 4: we're still discussing. I agree with you.
- 27:44Speaker 3: I think it's a hard no, And it's not that
- 27:46Speaker 3: she doesn't like.
- 27:46Speaker 4: It's hard.
- 27:48Speaker 7: I think it's financial and it sounds like both of
- 27:51Speaker 7: y'all have big families and stuff like that.
- 27:53Speaker 3: To a small intimate one.
- 27:56Speaker 1: What I'm thinking, Yeah, I'm thinking.
- 27:57Speaker 4: I don't know why. I'm thinking like a cape cod
- 27:59Speaker 4: kind of.
- 28:00Speaker 6: Like Cinderella's castle, only seats so many people.
- 28:03Speaker 4: Right or yeah, or something something like that.
- 28:06Speaker 3: Yea, our boat in Nantucket only has.
- 28:10Speaker 5: The beach.
- 28:12Speaker 4: It was like Morgan's for sure. I think it would
- 28:14Speaker 4: be you know, lit On and you.
- 28:17Speaker 5: Guys the reason that I'm in this relationship.
- 28:19Speaker 4: Okay, yeah, so Menace, what your guests on both? I
- 28:23Speaker 4: think we would be invited to both, to both.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Yeah, I think after this conversation we'd get invited to both.
- 28:29Speaker 1: But I would also like to preemptively tell Morgan if
- 28:31Speaker 1: it requires flying somewhere, I will just send a gift.
- 28:34Speaker 5: Okay, yeah, we know that about you.
- 28:36Speaker 1: I'm not going to fly anywhere or something ever.
- 28:39Speaker 4: Again, Okay, I I.
- 28:41Speaker 8: Have a specific one for Sammy. I think we are
- 28:43Speaker 8: invited to both weddings, but I think sam you will
- 28:47Speaker 8: have some like pre wedding activities that maybe we don't
- 28:49Speaker 8: make the cut for those.
- 28:50Speaker 4: Oh yeah, well I would never expect, nor would you
- 28:52Speaker 4: want to, Yeah, I would. I would never expect awesome Yeah,
- 28:55Speaker 4: things like yes, I'm gonna say you ever heard you've
- 28:57Speaker 4: already heard my guest? Yeah, or from Morgan, and I
- 29:01Speaker 4: would say eighty percent chance that we don't get invited
- 29:05Speaker 4: to samdys.
- 29:06Speaker 6: I would say eighty percent chance that we do, yeap.
- 29:08Speaker 2: My only fear with Sammy's is like, oh, it's some
- 29:11Speaker 2: old timey barn in the middle of nowhere, attractive?
- 29:19Speaker 3: Can we Can we pick a cool.
- 29:21Speaker 4: Destiny was written with flowers, He says, I'm sorry, but
- 29:24Speaker 4: Sammy wouldn't invite you guys. You guys are all white trash.
- 29:27Speaker 4: Oh Dari, We're gonna take a quick break more what
- 29:31Speaker 4: he showed. Next time you
