Lindsay Clancy's Judge Declares Mistrial. Why?
Andrea Yates was the name people used before Lindsay Clancy. Now Clancy is the name people use instead of learning anything. A hung jury just made that shorthand a lot more complicated. Clancy, 34, of Duxbury, was on trial for allegedly killing her three children — Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 7 months — inside the family's Summer Street home on January 24, 2023, reportedly using exercise resistance bands.
