⚡Texas SHOCKER⚡ THIS is their Plan for GOLD (Silver Too?) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:00
One of the largest, fastest growing innovative states in the
• 0:04
United States moving to the gold standard.
• 0:08
We know what that will do to the price of gold and silver.
• 0:12
But this latest news out of Texas is nothing short of
• 0:16
startling. And what they're talking about
• 0:18
doing with gold and silver. And it will have a major impact
• 0:24
on the value of any precious metals that you hold.
• 0:34
Let's dig into a great piece of literary work by our friend Mike
• 0:38
Mahari at the 10th Amendment Center and get the latest
• 0:41
breaking news on what we're hearing out of Texas. 10th
• 0:47
Amendment Center TX Bill would establish a 100% backed gold and
• 0:55
silver transactional currency. What we're talking about here
• 0:59
guys, is an asset backed digital currency, a currency that is
• 1:04
100% backed by physical metal. A return essentially on a state
• 1:11
basis in Texas to the gold standard.
• 1:14
A return to real money A return to sound money in yellow from
• 1:20
Austin, TX on November 20th, 2020 for two bills filed and the
• 1:26
Texas House would create 100% back gold and silver
• 1:30
transactional currencies that would serve as legal tender in
• 1:34
the state. This would create a foundation
• 1:37
for the people to undermine the Federal Reserve's monopoly on
• 1:42
money in green under the proposal.
• 1:45
Under the proposed law, the Texas Comptroller would issue
• 1:49
gold and silver specie AKA coins through the Texas Bullion
• 1:55
Depository and also established gold and silver transactional
• 2:00
currency, defined as quote the representation of gold and
• 2:04
silver species and bullion held in the pooled depository
• 2:09
account. Doesn't Texas have like a big
• 2:12
  state depository that they built?
• 2:14
This is getting very interesting for us precious metals
• 2:18
enthusiasts. The depository would be required
• 2:22
to hold enough gold and silver to back 100% of the issued
• 2:28
currency. Holders of the gold and silver
• 2:31
species and currency would be able to use them as quote, legal
• 2:37
tender in the payment of debt in the state of Texas.
• 2:40
The gold and silver backed currency would be electronically
• 2:44
transferable to another person. But again, guys, it's backed
• 2:49
100% by gold and silver. What do you think that would do
• 2:53
for the demand for physical silver and gold?
• 2:56
Texas is huge, Texas is growing and Texas is innovative.
• 3:02
Gold and silver and orange backed currency would be
• 3:06
redeemable in specie or at the spot price of gold in U.S.
• 3:11
dollars minus applicable fees. In practice, passage of these
• 3:16
bills would allow any person to conduct business transactions
• 3:20
using gold or silver. How do you feel about this?
• 3:24
I feel very, very good. There's nothing negative that I
• 3:28
see embedded in what Texas is trying to do.
• 3:31
And I tip my big cowboy hat to all our friends down in Texas.
• 3:36
A return to real money. Remember, the greatest
• 3:41
achievements of the United States of America happened
• 3:44
during a period of time when we were on a gold and silver
• 3:48
  standard system, right the 1800s.
• 3:51
If you you you look at history and talk to anyone who studied
• 3:55
history, they'll tell you that the greatest achievements
• 3:58
occurred coincidentally at a time when the United States
• 4:03
exclusively used gold and silver as real money.
• 4:07
Let's look at the impact. The impact would be that the
• 4:10
passage of this legislation would create sound money
• 4:13
alternative to the US dollar. The paper Unicorn fart does Fiat
• 4:18
paper dollar in both physical and electronic form using gold
• 4:23
  and silver back transactional currency.
• 4:25
Any person or entity would be able to do business using a
• 4:28
debit card that seamlessly converts gold and silver to Fiat
• 4:33
  currency. In the background, private
• 4:35
individuals and businesses would be able to purchase goods and
• 4:38
services using assets held in the Texas gold depository.
• 4:42
That's right, they do have a gold depository in the same way
• 4:46
that they use dollars held in a bank account today.
• 4:49
Gold and silverback transactional currency would
• 4:52
give people a way to shield themselves from the rapid loss
• 4:56
of purchasing power inherent in the Fiat dollar.
• 4:59
Yes, yes, yes. Let's not forget our Jerome
• 5:03
Powell at the United States Federal Reserve has a stated
• 5:07
goal to steal 2% of the value of any dollars that you hold on an
• 5:13
annual basis. But we know he's exceeded his
• 5:16
expectations and inflation runs much higher than 2% on both an
• 5:21
official and non official level. This gives the the citizens of
• 5:25
Texas and hopefully soon citizens of other states,
• 5:28
including where you live or where I live, like Missouri, a
• 5:32
way to protect, right the value of the hard earned money that we
• 5:38
  work for. Overtime.
• 5:40
Making gold and silver available for regular daily transactions
• 5:45
by the general public could have a wide-ranging impact.
• 5:47
Professor William Green is an expert on constitutional tender
• 5:51
and said in a paper for the Mises Institute that if people
• 5:55
in multiple states actually start using gold and silver
• 5:58
instead of Federal Reserve Notes, AKA paper dollars, it
• 6:04
would effectively nullify the Federal Reserve and in the
• 6:07
  federal government's monopoly on money.
• 6:11
Don't forget, guys, there was a golden period of time, a silver
• 6:16
period of time where our dollars said this silver certificate and
• 6:23
on the bottom it says right there $1.00 in silver payable to
• 6:30
the bear on demand. This one's from 1935.
• 6:34
This was a period of time in the United States accomplished more
• 6:38
than any other time in history. We know in 1971, right when
• 6:42
Nixon took us off the gold standard and we got these
• 6:45
things. That doesn't say that doesn't
• 6:48
say silver certificate. No, it says Federal Reserve
• 6:53
note. How well have those worked?
• 6:56
Well, they've only lost like 99% or more of their value measured
• 7:02
against gold since Nixon took us off the gold standard in 1971.
• 7:06
The future looks bright. We salute our friends in Texas.
• 7:10
