- 0:05Speaker 1: Hey babe, it is a La La Kent. Welcome to
- 0:08Speaker 1: the Given La La Podcast.
- 0:10Speaker 2: We are adventuring into the abyss tonight with a new
- 0:14Speaker 2: episode of Banner pompor Rules.
- 0:16Speaker 1: But before we fall into the abyss, let's talk about
- 0:20Speaker 1: last week's episode. That was the kiss that.
- 0:24Speaker 2: We wish we never saw because my eyes are on
- 0:27Speaker 2: fire and burning and I have to be completely honest
- 0:30Speaker 2: with you.
- 0:31Speaker 1: Let's hear it. It felt like a man was kissing
- 0:33Speaker 1: his daughter.
- 0:36Speaker 3: I think Kady called it the uncle kiss right, well.
- 0:38Speaker 2: She someone stole that from me, because oh she did, yes,
- 0:41Speaker 2: but it's fine.
- 0:44Speaker 1: It was so uncomfortable, extremely uncomfortable, and oh my god,
- 0:49Speaker 1: I have.
- 0:50Speaker 3: To say I was so tense the whole episode last
- 0:55Speaker 3: week because of Raquel, and I'm trying to be nice,
- 1:01Speaker 3: but the cringiness level was off the fucking chart with
- 1:05Speaker 3: the with the puppet.
- 1:06Speaker 2: Did I not tell you it was gonna get cringier? Okay,
- 1:08Speaker 2: keep going, keep going.
- 1:09Speaker 3: The puppet thing, the walking up to Katie's room, and
- 1:13Speaker 3: I literally in that moment, was like, you know what,
- 1:16Speaker 3: this is so good of r Quel, so big of her.
- 1:18Speaker 3: She's walking up to apologize and say, look, it's Sheina's wedding.
- 1:21Speaker 3: We don't want it to be awkward. Let's you know,
- 1:24Speaker 3: be kind good for her. And then when she started talking,
- 1:27Speaker 3: I was like tense. Kyle was sitting next to me.
- 1:29Speaker 1: I was squeezing his hand.
- 1:30Speaker 3: He's like, you have to relax, like this is insane,
- 1:33Speaker 3: like it's just a TV show. Oh, I mean, cringe
- 1:37Speaker 3: to the max. And then the kiss and I was like, ah,
- 1:39Speaker 3: I was like sweating.
- 1:41Speaker 1: I was like, no, not, okay, it was so awkward.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Let's talk about the kiss first. Yeah. By the way,
- 1:47Speaker 1: it was very very like steamy, like not in a
- 1:50Speaker 1: good way.
- 1:52Speaker 2: The glasses were kind of steamed up. And then they
- 1:55Speaker 2: worked their way to like I think the hot to
- 1:57Speaker 2: her or something. And they're like kind of oddly sitting
- 2:00Speaker 2: there and Schwarz like she's kind of leaning in, but
- 2:03Speaker 2: he's just sitting there kind of slouched, and if you
- 2:06Speaker 2: he's got his phone in his hand and it's kind
- 2:08Speaker 2: of he keeps like twitching kind of like, wait, hand.
- 2:10Speaker 3: Did I miss the hot tub? I'm thinking at the table?
- 2:13Speaker 1: Is that from the table to the hot tub? Because
- 2:15Speaker 1: they don't want anyone to see oh besides the fucking
- 2:18Speaker 1: camera crew.
- 2:20Speaker 2: Lunatics By the way, though, the thing, the muppet thing
- 2:24Speaker 2: that she was doing, that's one of that's one of
- 2:26Speaker 2: the moments that I was like, it gets cringier.
- 2:28Speaker 3: It's because it's just what well, in my opinion, it's
- 2:33Speaker 3: because like in that moment, she's like, this is gonna
- 2:37Speaker 3: be so funny, and she keeps going going, and I'm like, no, no, no,
- 2:42Speaker 3: save yourself, stop, save yourself, save yourself, stop, stop stop,
- 2:44Speaker 3: and she keeps going and you can tell she gets
- 2:47Speaker 3: like more riled up during it.
- 2:48Speaker 2: And because I bet that like a cameraman or somebody
- 2:51Speaker 2: like started giggling, it wasn't like, oh, she's being funny.
- 2:54Speaker 2: It's like, oh my gosh, this is so cringey and amazing,
- 2:58Speaker 2: and we're just gonna let her go with it because
- 3:00Speaker 2: it's so embarrassing.
- 3:01Speaker 3: I thought I thought the tighte vagina comment was gonna
- 3:04Speaker 3: be the cringiest, but you were right.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Like it gets to work cringeeer. And was were we
- 3:09Speaker 1: on the catamaran last night?
- 3:10Speaker 3: You were on the catamaran And also the White party
- 3:13Speaker 3: that you did not attend. I'd love for you to
- 3:14Speaker 3: touch on that.
- 3:15Speaker 1: If you can't.
- 3:15Speaker 2: I didn't want to tell the White Party sorry, didn't
- 3:18Speaker 2: want to tapping out?
- 3:21Speaker 1: Can I say this tapping out? Okay?
- 3:24Speaker 3: Why didn't you want to?
- 3:25Speaker 1: Because I was over it.
- 3:27Speaker 2: It was like back to back things for this wedding,
- 3:29Speaker 2: and I love you, SHEI shu love you so much.
- 3:32Speaker 2: At this point in time, I was just like, nah, yeah, nah,
- 3:36Speaker 2: went on the catamaran.
- 3:37Speaker 1: You get to pick and choose. I'm gonna give you options.
- 3:40Speaker 2: You can have me on the catamaran, you can have
- 3:41Speaker 2: me at the white party, whichever one you choose.
- 3:43Speaker 1: I'm not going to the other one. Yeah.
- 3:46Speaker 2: I'm in Mexico and I paid for my flight here
- 3:48Speaker 2: and I'm paying for my room, and I'm gonna do
- 3:50Speaker 2: whatever the fuck I want. And I'm here for your wedding.
- 3:54Speaker 2: And the wedding is in a couple of days, and
- 3:57Speaker 2: I'll be there until then.
- 3:59Speaker 1: La las doing la la? Were you planning on going?
- 4:03Speaker 3: Because you were wearing white, So my mind was like, oh, she's.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Got the dress I wanted to wear to her actual wedding.
- 4:08Speaker 1: And she told me no, ye, no shit, it's white.
- 4:13Speaker 1: To me, it was more cream, Yes, Lininy, it was pretty.
- 4:17Speaker 1: I loved it. I loved this shit.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Yeah, by the way, I got it for half off
- 4:21Speaker 2: and it was very expensive, but I got it for
- 4:23Speaker 2: half off, not super expensive, but like a little more
- 4:25Speaker 2: than you like to spent on a dress.
- 4:26Speaker 1: But because I had a tear in it.
- 4:27Speaker 2: That was so easily fixed by Bloomingdale's sewing.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Sewing, Yes, half off? Whoa, So where are you going
- 4:35Speaker 1: to go?
- 4:35Speaker 3: And then you decided not to or you just happened
- 4:37Speaker 3: to be wearing white or cream whatever?
- 4:39Speaker 2: I think in my mind, I knew I wasn't going,
- 4:41Speaker 2: but I was like, if I pop over.
- 4:44Speaker 1: I should be in white.
- 4:45Speaker 2: But I wanted to wear that dress no matter what.
- 4:47Speaker 2: I just I didn't feel like it was a big deal.
- 4:48Speaker 2: There were a lot of people there. I didn't think
- 4:50Speaker 2: she would notice she did. I wanted to have like
- 4:55Speaker 2: a relaxing dinner with just Katie and Christina. Yeah, Like
- 5:00Speaker 2: I didn't want to be where it was like drinking
- 5:03Speaker 2: my alcohol.
- 5:05Speaker 1: What didn't fuck? Yeah?
- 5:07Speaker 2: I was like, no more, I'm like drawing the line.
- 5:11Speaker 2: I'm doing something that I want to be doing. All right,
- 5:14Speaker 2: I've taken time away from my baby.
- 5:15Speaker 1: At that point in time, I was balls deep in
- 5:18Speaker 1: something that I wasn't quite used to yet. I wasn't
- 5:22Speaker 1: numb to it. I was hyper stressed.
- 5:24Speaker 2: I just wanted to do something that I wanted to
- 5:26Speaker 2: do and be around energy that I wanted to be around.
- 5:29Speaker 3: It looked nice. Did you guys know you were gonna
- 5:32Speaker 3: be sitting that close? I mean, you were like right there.
- 5:34Speaker 1: No, I had no idea you did.
- 5:36Speaker 3: They did, Katie and Christina.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Honestly, I don't think any of us realized that the
- 5:40Speaker 2: resort was actually like kind of small. Oh, you know,
- 5:45Speaker 2: if you look at it from an aerial view. Someone
- 5:47Speaker 2: posted like, I wonder which pool Katie can't go to?
- 5:50Speaker 1: Mm hmm.
- 5:51Speaker 2: They're all pretty close together. You know, you're bumping into
- 5:55Speaker 2: into her trying to get to one of the pools.
- 5:57Speaker 2: But what I thought was so fantastic is Sheena was
- 6:00Speaker 2: so adamant that Katie's energy stay away, but then she
- 6:04Speaker 2: sends one of her guests to Katie's room. It's like,
- 6:07Speaker 2: you guys are literally seeking Katie's energy out?
- 6:12Speaker 1: What are you doing? Yeah?
- 6:13Speaker 3: And Shina did say in her interview or whatever her confessional,
- 6:18Speaker 3: she was like, I did not I was joking. But
- 6:21Speaker 3: the fact that I do believe Sheina was joking. I
- 6:24Speaker 3: believe she probably said it being silly, But I think
- 6:27Speaker 3: Raquel partly knew she was being silly, but clung onto
- 6:30Speaker 3: that and was like, I'm gonna go up there and
- 6:32Speaker 3: like like, I feel like I can say this for
- 6:35Speaker 3: the cameras.
- 6:36Speaker 2: I feel like Raquel is wanted a storyline and got
- 6:40Speaker 2: the smallest taste of being interesting in all the wrong
- 6:45Speaker 2: ways that she just like grasped onto anything that would
- 6:49Speaker 2: like allow her to have fifteen more minutes, fifteen more minutes,
- 6:52Speaker 2: because she's been very boring.
- 6:54Speaker 1: In fact, she's also very stupid.
- 6:56Speaker 2: And this video that I saw earlier today, she ordered
- 7:00Speaker 2: a few years ago at a restaurant, I'll have the
- 7:02Speaker 2: cheeseburger with cheese, no shit, Sherlock. That's why it's called
- 7:06Speaker 2: a fucking cheeseburger, like naked.
- 7:10Speaker 3: And I thought that I was laughing, but you know what,
- 7:13Speaker 3: that to me was like cute, and now it's just
- 7:17Speaker 3: like that's was cute. I saw that and I was like, oh,
- 7:20Speaker 3: because it seemed it seemed authentic, like she said cheeseburger
- 7:24Speaker 3: and just to make sure the waitress like understood, she
- 7:27Speaker 3: was like with cheese, and I thought that was cute.
- 7:29Speaker 1: I was like, oh, that's sweet. But now I'm just
- 7:32Speaker 1: like an eight year old does it.
- 7:35Speaker 3: But now I'm just like in the like the like moment,
- 7:38Speaker 3: like with her and Schwartz, like us supposing and us supposed.
- 7:41Speaker 3: I think we were supposed to think it was like
- 7:43Speaker 3: flirty or cute. I don't know. I absolutely despised it.
- 7:47Speaker 1: The kiss, well, the kiss.
- 7:49Speaker 3: And the like flirting up to him being like no,
- 7:52Speaker 3: like I just want to do it, and her being
- 7:55Speaker 3: like I haven't been able to stop thinking about it,
- 7:58Speaker 3: and he was like really, and I I was like,
- 8:00Speaker 3: oh my god.
- 8:01Speaker 1: No, it's giving me like the embarrassment chills right now.
- 8:05Speaker 1: I was so tense.
- 8:06Speaker 3: It was so hard for me to watch, but so entertaining.
- 8:09Speaker 1: I couldn't turn it off. But I was like, I
- 8:11Speaker 1: thought she was in that. She thought she was doing
- 8:13Speaker 1: the damn thing. It was like, what is this like coseplay. Yeah,
- 8:16Speaker 1: fucking ice skater outfit that you're wearing.
- 8:19Speaker 3: Yeah, it's hard and I have a hot take that
- 8:21Speaker 3: I don't think you're gonna like. So that's why I
- 8:22Speaker 3: want to say it.
- 8:23Speaker 2: You're on fire with the podcast today. I'm glad that
- 8:26Speaker 2: your mind is firing on all cylinders.
- 8:28Speaker 1: I loved the fucking episode.
- 8:30Speaker 3: I was like, so it just gave me all of
- 8:33Speaker 3: the emotions and that to me, it's like gold.
- 8:36Speaker 1: I love that I loved the episode, but I have
- 8:39Speaker 1: a hot.
- 8:39Speaker 3: Take and I don't think you're gonna like it, and I,
- 8:42Speaker 3: oh my god, one of two things I think one
- 8:46Speaker 3: Ali doesn't like James.
- 8:48Speaker 1: You don't think Ali likes James. And I just.
- 8:51Speaker 3: I'm feeling it. And I it's not that I'm feeling
- 8:54Speaker 3: gas lit by the episode, but it was kind of
- 8:56Speaker 3: like the Charlie thing where I go on social and
- 9:00Speaker 3: I don't see a discussion about it, and I'm like,
- 9:03Speaker 3: am I the only one who's getting this feeling that, like,
- 9:05Speaker 3: Allie does not like James? And I knew you weren't
- 9:08Speaker 3: gonna like this. That's why I wanted to say.
- 9:09Speaker 1: It, because I'm kind of indifferent to it.
- 9:11Speaker 3: Well, that's just as a viewer now, Like we said
- 9:14Speaker 3: last week, there's only so much that's in the show.
- 9:18Speaker 2: Yes, And I think she also feels very uncomfortable with
- 9:22Speaker 2: the cameras around her, okay, because she's very affectionate when
- 9:26Speaker 2: there's not a camera crew around.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Oh that's good to know.
- 9:30Speaker 3: Because I also saw that she's been on a reality
- 9:33Speaker 3: show previously, and so my first.
- 9:35Speaker 2: Thought that reality show is her like strumming a guitar,
- 9:39Speaker 2: not holding hands and making out with her boyfriend.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Okay, you know she was only what sixteen or something.
- 9:43Speaker 1: She was very young. She was young. It was about
- 9:46Speaker 1: chasing her dreams as a musician.
- 9:49Speaker 3: Yeah, I saw her saying she's had a great voice.
- 9:51Speaker 3: But my first thought was, oh, like last week, because
- 9:54Speaker 3: I felt this last week or two weeks ago. My
- 9:56Speaker 3: first thought was, Oh, she's insecure around the camera, and
- 10:00Speaker 3: she doesn't She's not comfortable. But then I saw that
- 10:02Speaker 3: clip and I'm like, oh, well, no, she's comfortable, so
- 10:04Speaker 3: what's the deal. And then after last week's episode or
- 10:08Speaker 3: the most recent episode, I was like, I don't know
- 10:11Speaker 3: if she likes him and that I don't know why
- 10:15Speaker 3: I felt that, And I feel bad because I think
- 10:17Speaker 3: she's sweet and I think James is hilarious and like,
- 10:20Speaker 3: but I just think it's the cameras.
- 10:22Speaker 1: You think. I think it's the cameras that are making
- 10:24Speaker 1: her nervous. Okay, good to know.
- 10:26Speaker 2: I really enjoyed her on the catamaran and I don't
- 10:28Speaker 2: know what people are saying about that, but I want
- 10:30Speaker 2: you guys to know this season was just like me,
- 10:33Speaker 2: projecting all of my own shit onto everyone else.
- 10:36Speaker 1: See.
- 10:36Speaker 3: I loved that you said that. It seemed like you
- 10:38Speaker 3: were just like, hey, you're a woman. I'm a woman.
- 10:40Speaker 3: I want to be there for you, and this is
- 10:42Speaker 3: what I think.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Yeah, and you know people can. James has said this
- 10:46Speaker 2: to me before. Why would I take advice from you?
- 10:48Speaker 2: Look at your life?
- 10:49Speaker 1: I'm like, you should take advice from me, because, yes,
- 10:53Speaker 1: look at my life. I'm telling you what not to do.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm trying to tell I'm trying to be as
- 10:59Speaker 2: transparent with all of the mistakes that I made, and
- 11:02Speaker 2: all the whole time keeping my blinders on. If I
- 11:04Speaker 2: would have taken them off, what I would have seen.
- 11:06Speaker 2: So I'm not giving advice because I think that I'm
- 11:10Speaker 2: living the dream.
- 11:12Speaker 1: I mean I am now.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Like, if you don't take what I say to the
- 11:18Speaker 2: fucking bank and cashion, you're doing yourself a tremendous disservice.
- 11:22Speaker 3: Yes, one like I saw, And I feel like Allie
- 11:26Speaker 3: felt that way too.
- 11:27Speaker 1: I don't think.
- 11:28Speaker 3: Yes, she ended up having to go and tell James
- 11:30Speaker 3: because he's like, what did she say?
- 11:32Speaker 1: But I think she was.
- 11:32Speaker 2: I was slamming James, No, you weren't slamming James is
- 11:35Speaker 2: a big personality.
- 11:36Speaker 3: Well, I don't think it has to do It didn't
- 11:38Speaker 3: necessarily have to do with James as much. That had
- 11:40Speaker 3: to do with like your looking out for your fellow woman.
- 11:43Speaker 2: I think it had to do with the fact that
- 11:45Speaker 2: I was wounded as fuck and like just needed to
- 11:48Speaker 2: purge onto someone.
- 11:49Speaker 3: Yeah, and you wanted to make sure that she knew
- 11:51Speaker 3: what she was getting into.
- 11:52Speaker 2: I don't want to ever see a man exhaust a
- 11:55Speaker 2: woman into the ground.
- 11:57Speaker 1: That's what it was.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Yes, that's what it is. I was exhausted into the ground.
- 12:03Speaker 2: Ariana was exhausted into the ground. I don't want that
- 12:06Speaker 2: to happen to Ali.
- 12:09Speaker 3: Do you think, because you brought this up in your interview,
- 12:11Speaker 3: do you think Raquel was exhausted into the ground or
- 12:13Speaker 3: do you think now looking back, that was a different situation,
- 12:15Speaker 3: like she was hanging on like four other Oh no.
- 12:19Speaker 1: I think Raquel.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Originally, yes, I when we started bonding in like Vegas
- 12:24Speaker 2: and whatever, I thought, you know, this girl is not stupid.
- 12:30Speaker 2: This girl has been you know, exhausted into the ground.
- 12:34Speaker 2: But then all of the decisions she started making, it
- 12:38Speaker 2: was like, I think you were hanging onto that relationship
- 12:41Speaker 2: because you wanted to catapult your career or whatever you
- 12:45Speaker 2: want to call it.
- 12:46Speaker 3: I was thinking about that. Who was she before the show?
- 12:49Speaker 2: No, but who's going to book her to do anything? Well,
- 12:52Speaker 2: now you know there's a right, But that's what I'm saying.
- 12:55Speaker 2: There's a giant difference between someone who is smart and
- 12:58Speaker 2: someone who's manipulative and just like moves like a snake.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Those people are not smart. People are like, well, they
- 13:04Speaker 2: got away with it for seven months. She must be
- 13:06Speaker 2: a little bit smart. It's like, no, that's called the
- 13:07Speaker 2: devil working.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, Like.
- 13:10Speaker 2: A smart person would have said, Wow, I'm a fan
- 13:12Speaker 2: favorite and I'm finally getting the opportunity to be like
- 13:15Speaker 2: a main cast member. I want to have this type
- 13:18Speaker 2: of line and this type of brand. That's a smart person.
- 13:22Speaker 2: This person, literally, with her fifteen minutes of fame, decided
- 13:25Speaker 2: to go to a gas station, pour gasoline all over
- 13:28Speaker 2: herself and light herself on fire.
- 13:31Speaker 3: Like, no, you're right, that's a great point. Can we
- 13:34Speaker 3: also talk about the fact did you see Schwartz admitting
- 13:37Speaker 3: on Watch What Happens Live that he's known since fucking August.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Yeah, he said at that point in time, he knew
- 13:43Speaker 2: it was a one night stand, and then in January
- 13:45Speaker 2: he found out that they were in love.
- 13:48Speaker 3: How do you feel about that?
- 13:49Speaker 1: Did he say that at the reunion?
- 13:50Speaker 3: Because Andy said he didn't. Andy was like, straight up
- 13:53Speaker 3: and he was like, you didn't say this at the reunion.
- 13:54Speaker 1: I don't remember.
- 13:55Speaker 2: No, I don't recall him saying that at the reunion
- 13:57Speaker 2: at all.
- 13:59Speaker 3: That's big to me. You know that you're I get it.
- 14:03Speaker 3: He thought they were in a breakup, but like they weren't,
- 14:06Speaker 3: and he knew that Sandoval cheated on Ariana and he's
- 14:10Speaker 3: friends with Ariana, and he never said anything.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Now I I know, I know.
- 14:16Speaker 3: I was like I thought he'd known since a month before.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Yeah, and like I posted some stuff after the episode
- 14:22Speaker 2: or after watchra Happens Live. I didn't see the entire
- 14:25Speaker 2: episode of Watch What Happens, but I saw little clips
- 14:28Speaker 2: on socials, and so of course I put my two
- 14:31Speaker 2: cents in. Every time I say like I'm sick of Scanaval.
- 14:34Speaker 2: You know, they suck me right back in because one
- 14:36Speaker 2: of them opens their mouth and I'm like, oh, hell no,
- 14:39Speaker 2: I can't shut up. You know, I go from I
- 14:42Speaker 2: will literally pay to have a Kardashian on my expostage.
- 14:46Speaker 2: Please I'm begging for it. Stop with scannabal and then
- 14:51Speaker 2: watch Happens Live with Schwartzy and I haven't back up again.
- 14:56Speaker 2: But and I thought that my posts were funny and
- 15:00Speaker 2: like kind of lighthearted.
- 15:02Speaker 3: I was beyond dying.
- 15:03Speaker 2: But Schwartzy wasn't happy about it, and he sent me
- 15:06Speaker 2: a text and I won't say exactly what it said,
- 15:08Speaker 2: but I responded to him, Yes, Schwartz, I am hard
- 15:11Speaker 2: on you because I think you're better than what you've
- 15:12Speaker 2: been presenting. And this goes well beyond a mob mentality.
- 15:18Speaker 2: This is people who just know the difference between something
- 15:21Speaker 2: that is fucked up and something that's not fucked up.
- 15:24Speaker 2: This was fucked up. This isn't him being a dirt bag.
- 15:27Speaker 2: Sandoval is not a dirt bag. Saneval is a bad
- 15:29Speaker 2: human being.
- 15:31Speaker 3: You know.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Twenty eight year old Raquel Levis, I'm in love. She's
- 15:36Speaker 1: so deep. No, you can manipulate her very easily.
- 15:40Speaker 3: And that was new again news to me that they're
- 15:43Speaker 3: still I mean, we got a lot of information, the
- 15:46Speaker 3: fact that that he's infatuated with her wit she's not
- 15:50Speaker 3: real is that Schwartzy said that Raquel and this is
- 15:55Speaker 3: just quoting. I don't agree with this, but that Raquel
- 15:59Speaker 3: is sand heroin and then he's addicted and infatuated still
- 16:05Speaker 3: like to this day. And I was like, and he said,
- 16:08Speaker 3: I don't mean to like, you know, compare like I
- 16:11Speaker 3: don't drug addicts to yeah, no fucking shit, but like
- 16:15Speaker 3: meaning like, yeah, you shouldn't have said that in the
- 16:16Speaker 3: first place.
- 16:17Speaker 1: But he said that.
- 16:17Speaker 3: He was like, and he's just addicted like it.
- 16:22Speaker 1: And I was like, oh, MyD SpongeBob square pants. So
- 16:27Speaker 1: all I think about when I think about Raquel.
- 16:30Speaker 3: Now you know what they're knowing him sand of all.
- 16:33Speaker 3: Now I don't know him, but like seeing what I
- 16:35Speaker 3: see and seeing Raquel, you are perfect together. Both of
- 16:39Speaker 3: you go somewhere, go live your addictive lives together, and
- 16:44Speaker 3: then everyone else can just like thrive like Arianna can
- 16:49Speaker 3: fucking thrive.
- 16:50Speaker 2: By the way, the four of us, the Avengers, Arianna, Katy,
- 16:54Speaker 2: and Sheena are nominated for a.
- 16:57Speaker 1: MTV MTV.
- 17:01Speaker 2: Hold On I for Best Team, and Vander Pumperles is
- 17:05Speaker 2: nominated for Best Reality Docuseries.
- 17:08Speaker 1: So please Shi votes my loves.
- 17:10Speaker 2: Also, before we transition into having my rider die, Jenna
- 17:15Speaker 2: Willis who's also my trainer.
- 17:18Speaker 1: I want to what did I want to talk about?
- 17:21Speaker 2: Oh?
- 17:21Speaker 1: I want to watch What Happens Live tonight?
- 17:23Speaker 3: How are you feeling?
- 17:24Speaker 2: I'm feeling great because you know what I said to
- 17:26Speaker 2: Andy the last time I was there, what I'm done treating?
- 17:29Speaker 1: Watch What Happens Live? Like the Oscars.
- 17:32Speaker 2: The next time I come in here, I'm gonna be
- 17:34Speaker 2: the old cozy while I'm not gonna be cozy tonight,
- 17:37Speaker 2: but I am gonna like feel like myself because to
- 17:41Speaker 2: get all dulled up like that, it really just doesn't
- 17:43Speaker 2: resonate with me.
- 17:45Speaker 3: Yeah, this look, it might be my favorite of all.
- 17:48Speaker 3: And I know I said that about the Mermaid Ocean
- 17:50Speaker 3: inspired dress, but which is still my favorite one too.
- 17:53Speaker 1: This might be my second favorite. This is so you.
- 17:55Speaker 2: This one is a good one. This one's absolutely fantastic.
- 17:59Speaker 2: So now I'm excited because after all of the shit
- 18:01Speaker 2: talking we just did, We're going to talk about our
- 18:04Speaker 2: mental health and our bodies with my writer Die Jenna Willis.
- 18:11Speaker 2: I have obviously my writer died, Jessica my brain and
- 18:15Speaker 2: then my writer died for like what ten years now.
- 18:18Speaker 1: Yeah, that's insane, it's so insane. We started off as
- 18:22Speaker 1: friends and then became lovers. I didn't think we were
- 18:26Speaker 1: talking about that, but I'm here for it only when
- 18:30Speaker 1: I dream. Can I do that?
- 18:31Speaker 2: Jenna?
- 18:31Speaker 1: I do you know that?
- 18:34Speaker 2: But you also turned into my personal trainer and I
- 18:39Speaker 2: got so many questions. I posted on Instagram, so many
- 18:43Speaker 2: questions for you, and it's excited. We're going to talk
- 18:47Speaker 2: about a few things before we dive into all of
- 18:50Speaker 2: the questions. I know you, Jenna. You were asked to
- 18:54Speaker 2: be a part of Anner Pump Roles. Yeah, and you
- 18:56Speaker 2: said I'm not into like you. You didn't know you
- 18:59Speaker 2: were the fence.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Should I do it?
- 19:01Speaker 2: Do I not do it? You ultimately obviously decided I
- 19:04Speaker 2: want no part of it. Yeah, where was your head act?
- 19:07Speaker 1: Oh? I mean it's kind of a complicated answer. So gosh,
- 19:12Speaker 1: ten years ago when we both got asked to be
- 19:15Speaker 1: a part of the show and we were talking about
- 19:17Speaker 1: it because you were there before, I was yeah, well,
- 19:19Speaker 1: because working at Villa Blanca and.
- 19:21Speaker 3: Being okay, you were working at Villa Blanca, I was
- 19:24Speaker 3: just going to ask, so where were you working?
- 19:25Speaker 1: And I met when we were twenty two years old.
- 19:28Speaker 1: We were doing extra work on a TV show. Became
- 19:31Speaker 1: best friends. We're living together, right, Yeah. Katie and I
- 19:35Speaker 1: go back fifteen years. Wow. Yeah. And Katie got a
- 19:40Speaker 1: job working at Sir and I went here one day
- 19:42Speaker 1: and I was like yo. I was like, girl needs
- 19:44Speaker 1: a job. Yeah, I think a little more than I anymore.
- 19:51Speaker 1: And Katie's like, well, actually Sir isn't hiring, but Villa
- 19:54Speaker 1: Blanca is. She's like, I'll talk to basically Lisa and
- 19:57Speaker 1: Ken and I got the job at Villa Blanca, and
- 20:01Speaker 1: Sheena and I became like best friends over bean burritos
- 20:04Speaker 1: to be completely candid and honest and yeah, getting drunk
- 20:08Speaker 1: and having bean burritos. And at the time, Katie and
- 20:12Speaker 1: Sheena were not friends at all at all, Okay, and
- 20:16Speaker 1: I guess yeah, I was like, actually some things don't change.
- 20:20Speaker 1: So yeah, so I'm like living with Katie and like
- 20:25Speaker 1: really close with Sheena. Anyway, show starts filming and I
- 20:31Speaker 1: signed like a subcontract, right, so I was appearing in
- 20:34Speaker 1: and out. Acting was the main passion at the time, right.
- 20:37Speaker 1: So in twenty fifteen, because obviously I was one of
- 20:41Speaker 1: Sheena's bridesmaids and I would pop in in the first wedding.
- 20:45Speaker 1: Holy shit, wow, So I did season I think two
- 20:49Speaker 1: three four, maybe one two three, Okay, so I was
- 20:53Speaker 1: a sub character, so I'd like pop in went to
- 20:55Speaker 1: Miami for the trip and everything.
- 20:57Speaker 3: Wow, oh yeah I didn't know that.
- 21:00Speaker 1: Yeah, okay. I'll feel like random messages where people like,
- 21:02Speaker 1: oh I see you and I'm like, yeah, you like,
- 21:06Speaker 1: sign sign up for my workouts. Yeah, I'll teach you
- 21:09Speaker 1: how to squat now. So anyway, I twenty fifteen, I
- 21:15Speaker 1: also booked a TV show because I was pursuing acting
- 21:18Speaker 1: at the time. It was called The People Versus OJ,
- 21:20Speaker 1: and my reps at the time so good, such a
- 21:23Speaker 1: good show. So good, such a good show. And this
- 21:25Speaker 1: is like when you didn't really do both, you know what,
- 21:29Speaker 1: you were put in a box. I was put in
- 21:30Speaker 1: a yes, your reality TV. Which, by the way, maybe
- 21:35Speaker 1: I'll come back to the show. I would love to
- 21:39Speaker 1: come back at them. I'm literally serious wrapping a note
- 21:42Speaker 1: to production Like at this point, I'm like absolutely, you know.
- 21:46Speaker 1: But at the time, my reps were putting pressure on me.
- 21:49Speaker 1: They're like, either you're going to be an actor or
- 21:52Speaker 1: you want to do reality and they're like, we don't
- 21:54Speaker 1: want to pressure you, but you are on The People
- 21:56Speaker 1: Versus OJ, Like you're recurring on it, like, really make
- 21:59Speaker 1: a choice. So I avoided or not avoided? I avoided
- 22:04Speaker 1: my vander Pump contract. Okay, so yes, that night was
- 22:10Speaker 1: what was it Sheena's birthday? Okay? And the whole uber
- 22:13Speaker 1: ride thing happened? Oh where Kristin found this receipts? Yes? Wow?
- 22:19Speaker 3: Wait refresh really quick.
- 22:22Speaker 2: So Kristin was convinced that James was cheating on her,
- 22:27Speaker 2: broke into his his phone because she's like, she's the
- 22:30Speaker 2: ultimate PI. You know, I don't even think my pi's
- 22:33Speaker 2: got ship on Christy's Doughty found the uber receipt from
- 22:39Speaker 2: where they were to where was it?
- 22:42Speaker 1: Either your place? She made the connection?
- 22:45Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, all the pieces of the puzzle. Love to
- 22:48Speaker 2: James and Jenna.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Wait what yep? Truth?
- 22:53Speaker 3: So you and James were hooking up while Kristin and
- 22:56Speaker 3: James were dating.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Nothing it ever happened to this day. All I want
- 22:59Speaker 1: to say is, like just an apology from James would
- 23:02Speaker 1: mean a lot. Really, that's it, Okay, Like, I I'm
- 23:07Speaker 1: at peace with everything that has happened. I've done a
- 23:09Speaker 1: lot of work on myself, and if James would just
- 23:13Speaker 1: say he's sorry, yeah, that would mean everything, it would
- 23:18Speaker 1: mean everything. Okay, it can be a lot. Yeah, you
- 23:21Speaker 1: know it is.
- 23:23Speaker 2: It's a lot, I think, and that's why I feel.
- 23:26Speaker 2: You know, Jenna and I were talking on the way
- 23:28Speaker 2: over here that I've learned to stay off of the
- 23:32Speaker 2: Explore page on Instagram, like I made a pact with myself,
- 23:35Speaker 2: like I'm done with it because I get on there
- 23:39Speaker 2: and I talk about narcissism a lot, and I think
- 23:42Speaker 2: a lot of people mix an ego up with narcissism,
- 23:48Speaker 2: and absolutely yes, and every single comment was like coming
- 23:53Speaker 2: from a narcissist, She's a narcissist. Now, I got an
- 23:56Speaker 2: ego the size of Kim Kardashian's house.
- 23:58Speaker 1: All right, I'm well aware of that.
- 24:01Speaker 2: But I have done a lot of research on narcissism
- 24:05Speaker 2: and I know for a fact when someone has it
- 24:08Speaker 2: or someone has a big fucking ego.
- 24:11Speaker 1: Yeah, okay.
- 24:12Speaker 2: So and then you said you went on to you
- 24:14Speaker 2: did a workout video, and I got into the comment segment.
- 24:17Speaker 1: My Pop Sugar workout. I went on. I started looking
- 24:19Speaker 1: and I was like, I think I'm good. Right, Well,
- 24:21Speaker 1: it's like you see so and it's so funny human nature, right,
- 24:24Speaker 1: Like we see all of these good ones, and I'm like, yeah, yeah,
- 24:28Speaker 1: you see one bad one ruin your day.
- 24:30Speaker 3: You're like, the world hates me, the world hates me.
- 24:33Speaker 2: And I'm sitting there as I'm reading He's going, wait,
- 24:36Speaker 2: am I one? I literally like sobbed last night and
- 24:40Speaker 2: my mom was like, Lauren, these people watch you for
- 24:44Speaker 2: a maximum of fifteen minutes once a week.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Yeah, for like fifteen weeks out of the year. Yes,
- 24:52Speaker 1: And can I say something? You always you're my guess
- 24:55Speaker 1: you wouldn't feel that way if.
- 24:56Speaker 2: You were a narcissist, right, And I also learned that
- 24:59Speaker 2: if you're asking yourself if you're a sociopath, you're not.
- 25:02Speaker 1: It's a good thing. I've never asked myself that. I go, yeah, no,
- 25:10Speaker 1: I'm just gonna say, like, just to like tie it back.
- 25:12Speaker 1: I think perspective is everything, and timing was everything for me. Right.
- 25:18Speaker 2: It's a very heavy and toxic environment. Yes, if you
- 25:21Speaker 2: can't separate reality from reality act, you are in a hole,
- 25:27Speaker 2: not wanting to ever come out again. You're really good
- 25:29Speaker 2: at doing that, by the way, I give you a
- 25:31Speaker 2: lot of credit, but I have to work on it.
- 25:32Speaker 2: I haven't been so great since Scandval happened. I'm balls
- 25:36Speaker 2: deep in the comments. Actually, I'm a fucking troll. I
- 25:39Speaker 2: had to delete my Instagram app because I was like,
- 25:43Speaker 2: I have to stop for five seconds, like it's taking
- 25:46Speaker 2: a mental toll on me.
- 25:48Speaker 1: It's it's tough. I mean, I get Google notifications. I
- 25:51Speaker 1: don't know if you do. When like, no out, Okay,
- 25:55Speaker 1: well I made top ten scandivals. Did you really that's
- 26:00Speaker 1: fucking awesome?
- 26:01Speaker 3: Is that scandals of Vanderpump rules correct? Oh my god?
- 26:05Speaker 1: Congratulations?
- 26:07Speaker 2: I feel like you know, yeah, I see, Like then
- 26:12Speaker 2: you see that because I'm telling you. When I was trolling,
- 26:15Speaker 2: my following was going up so quickly. I was like,
- 26:17Speaker 2: how sad that when I'm posting about like.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Stop reunification camps, narcissism, stop going to zoos, It's like unfollow, unfollow, unfollow.
- 26:28Speaker 1: Then I'm sitting there like this bamby eyed ho and
- 26:30Speaker 1: they're like follow, follow follow, I'm like, what world do
- 26:33Speaker 1: I fucking live in? This world? It's crazy. It's say, well,
- 26:38Speaker 1: you are standing up for someone who deserves that. Yeah. Truthfully,
- 26:41Speaker 1: at the end of the day, that's what it comes down.
- 26:43Speaker 1: It was very vindicated in them. I'm not saying not
- 26:47Speaker 1: that not no, but like, but also you know, you
- 26:50Speaker 1: were standing up for someone who I'm not saying Arianna
- 26:53Speaker 1: even needed it because she has been thriving through this
- 26:56Speaker 1: and everything that she has gone through. She's a fucking
- 27:01Speaker 1: catch and a winner and like just so tough. So
- 27:04Speaker 1: I'm not saying she need everyone to be like woe
- 27:05Speaker 1: was me? You know what I mean? Also, but she
- 27:09Speaker 1: deserved all of that, do you know what I mean?
- 27:11Speaker 2: Deserves people going going head to head with sand of
- 27:14Speaker 2: all and read yes, absolutely all that she got.
- 27:17Speaker 1: Okay, I do want to say one thing, Yes, controlling
- 27:19Speaker 1: yourself goes back to mental and physical health, which is
- 27:22Speaker 1: one of the main reasons I became a trainer. Well,
- 27:25Speaker 1: let's bust that. Yeah. One thing that I will be
- 27:28Speaker 1: grateful for through all this is everything that happened back
- 27:32Speaker 1: in the day, Right, So I stopped filming. I was
- 27:34Speaker 1: able to because I avoided my contract literally the day before,
- 27:38Speaker 1: and I was like, you know what, I want to
- 27:39Speaker 1: focus on this TV show. I just I don't want
- 27:42Speaker 1: to have that weight of this carrying into everything. But
- 27:47Speaker 1: will My fiance and I broke up because of all
- 27:50Speaker 1: of it, And I know that sounds so sad and depressing,
- 27:52Speaker 1: but thank god, that's the universe intervening baby at its finest, right, Okay, yeah,
- 27:57Speaker 1: but I really feel at this point it would be
- 27:59Speaker 1: fun for me to come back. I think I stayed
- 28:01Speaker 1: in touch with everyone and like.
- 28:03Speaker 3: Yeah, and you train more than just Laala on the
- 28:06Speaker 3: cast right or.
- 28:07Speaker 1: Right now it's Lalla right now.
- 28:08Speaker 2: It's just well, keep in mind, Jenna is indeed a
- 28:14Speaker 2: celebrity trainer, Like I'm the lowest of low.
- 28:17Speaker 1: Like I'm like, it's not true. Stop it slump into
- 28:21Speaker 1: like the zeless. I'm aware. I'm very self aware.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Like when people are like you're a D list or
- 28:26Speaker 2: I'm like, correct, and yes they are in from Utah
- 28:30Speaker 2: and D list. So we're just stating facts. Are these
- 28:33Speaker 2: insults still pass You're still up there?
- 28:39Speaker 1: So true. I'll take a D. I will take it.
- 28:44Speaker 1: I'll take all the d's. By the way, D is
- 28:46Speaker 1: the best D boobs banging. Damn you got big D
- 28:51Speaker 1: dick right, I'm just happy in the DS, dumb bells,
- 29:00Speaker 1: see silver lining to everything.
- 29:03Speaker 2: So you train Liza Koshi yep, Camilla Cabello, Hm, you've
- 29:09Speaker 2: trained the guy from Jackass yep. Johnny Johnny Knoxville Yep,
- 29:15Speaker 2: he hit different right about like bad boy swag totally.
- 29:19Speaker 1: He's a really cool dude.
- 29:20Speaker 2: Yeah you just so she You've like done the damn
- 29:23Speaker 2: thing with your ditching the show to do what you're doing.
- 29:27Speaker 2: I think primo move. I think this is what the
- 29:30Speaker 2: universe was holding for you.
- 29:32Speaker 1: Yeah. I have so many questions.
- 29:35Speaker 2: Yeah, let's start with let's go back to what you were.
- 29:39Speaker 1: Saying and the workout with the mental health. Yeah, so
- 29:43Speaker 1: this is this is really where it does come full circle.
- 29:46Speaker 1: So stepped away from vander Pump, booked the show. Fiance
- 29:52Speaker 1: and I were fighting all of the time shows airing
- 29:57Speaker 1: management is doing a terrible job, my management who was
- 29:59Speaker 1: repres ending me at the time. Fiance and I break up,
- 30:04Speaker 1: not filming vander Pump not filming show okay, and I
- 30:09Speaker 1: went in to be honest, a massive situational depression. Wow,
- 30:15Speaker 1: to the point where like I was having trouble getting
- 30:18Speaker 1: out of bed and I was really I got emotional
- 30:23Speaker 1: about it. I was questioning a lot of things, and
- 30:26Speaker 1: my anxiety was through the roof because I was like,
- 30:28Speaker 1: I don't know wh I'm going to book my next
- 30:29Speaker 1: acting job and no offense to Villa Blanca I had
- 30:33Speaker 1: gotten to a point in my life where I was like,
- 30:34Speaker 1: I do not want to wait tables anymore. Like there's
- 30:36Speaker 1: more to life for me, yeah than this. You didn't
- 30:41Speaker 1: want to be doing it, no, And the reason I
- 30:43Speaker 1: fell in love with acting as a little girl was
- 30:47Speaker 1: I went to a musical. It was The Newsies, and
- 30:50Speaker 1: I remember sitting in the theater and I just had
- 30:54Speaker 1: this euphoria of like, I want to make people feel
- 30:58Speaker 1: the way that I feel right now for the rest
- 31:00Speaker 1: of my life. Oh I love this, Jenna, And that's
- 31:02Speaker 1: why I wanted to be an actor. But I get
- 31:06Speaker 1: to do that as a trainer now right, I get
- 31:09Speaker 1: to make people feel good. Oh, I have chills, but
- 31:12Speaker 1: that's the reality. And I was like, wow, it has
- 31:14Speaker 1: all come full circle to being able to do still
- 31:18Speaker 1: what I love on a different level. And anyway, I
- 31:25Speaker 1: massive depression, not wanting to wait tables, and I finally
- 31:30Speaker 1: summons up the energy to go to the gym. And
- 31:33Speaker 1: I'm going to the gym. I'm starting to feel motivated.
- 31:36Speaker 1: It's like one of the few times in the day
- 31:37Speaker 1: where I'm feeling good. Right when you're doing it, you don't.
- 31:40Speaker 3: Feel good, Okay, I want.
- 31:42Speaker 1: To where I was at today, we had to work
- 31:44Speaker 1: at today. I was like, fuck this, I'm done. We're
- 31:47Speaker 1: literally doing like a push up row, which is a
- 31:49Speaker 1: very complex move. It's not easy. And she's like, fuck.
- 31:52Speaker 2: You, I know it's sorry three times three times?
- 31:56Speaker 1: Yeah, and she was, yeah, she was crushing girl, you'd
- 31:59Speaker 1: be killing It was really hard. It's a very hard move.
- 32:01Speaker 1: It is without without question. But that's why I gave
- 32:04Speaker 1: it to you.
- 32:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I absolutely dread going to the gym so I
- 32:12Speaker 2: have the luxury of having Jenna and right now I
- 32:17Speaker 2: don't have the luxury of having her as much as
- 32:18Speaker 2: I want to.
- 32:21Speaker 1: We'll get there, We'll get there. Mama needs to work
- 32:23Speaker 1: just a little bit harder at.
- 32:29Speaker 2: But a lot of questions came in about how do
- 32:31Speaker 2: you get motivated enough to like do it? Because it
- 32:35Speaker 2: is hard, it's very hard. So like, what, yeah, do
- 32:40Speaker 2: you recommend people go to the gym. I know that
- 32:43Speaker 2: you have an online thing that you can do it
- 32:45Speaker 2: right at home and still work out with you, and
- 32:47Speaker 2: it's cheaper than having like a personal train it's but.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Essentially lost of one in person session. Yes, but like
- 32:54Speaker 1: for me going to the gym, I started to feel
- 32:56Speaker 1: better and I was going to the gym, going to
- 33:01Speaker 1: the gym, and I got a call one day and
- 33:02Speaker 1: I booked a fitness modeling job. And I was like, whoa,
- 33:05Speaker 1: I'm not a model. I was like, what is this right?
- 33:08Speaker 1: So then I got motivated more to be like, Okay,
- 33:10Speaker 1: I'm gonna get in the gym, get my pump on.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Going to the gym and a woman comes up to
- 33:16Speaker 1: me and she's like, oh my god. She's like that move.
- 33:20Speaker 1: She's like, do you work here? And I was like no, no, no, no,
- 33:23Speaker 1: no no, but like this is what you do, no joke.
- 33:26Speaker 1: I book like another fitness modeling job, and then all
- 33:28Speaker 1: of a sudden, like some little acting rules are coming in.
- 33:31Speaker 1: They go to the gym like literally the next day
- 33:33Speaker 1: and I'm on the cables and a woman comes up
- 33:34Speaker 1: to me and she's like whoa. She's like that you're strong.
- 33:38Speaker 1: She's like, do you work here? I was going to
- 33:40Speaker 1: Equinox in West Hollywood. Yeah. And I looked her and
- 33:42Speaker 1: I was like, no, but you know this is how
- 33:45Speaker 1: you do it. H I kid you not. The next day,
- 33:48Speaker 1: I go to the gym and I'm on one of
- 33:50Speaker 1: those bosu ballsa doing something for my booty. Of course.
- 33:54Speaker 1: And a woman's on the mat next to me and
- 33:55Speaker 1: she looks at me and she's like, whow, I've been
- 33:57Speaker 1: trying to target that muscle. She's like, you work here.
- 34:01Speaker 1: People just kept asking you if you want you're not? Yeah?
- 34:03Speaker 1: And I looked at her and I was like, yes,
- 34:05Speaker 1: I do, kid you not. I was like, how can
- 34:08Speaker 1: I help you? Whatever? I went home and I was like, wow,
- 34:11Speaker 1: if God the universe is ever telling me anything, this
- 34:16Speaker 1: is it.
- 34:17Speaker 2: Right.
- 34:17Speaker 1: So I went home. I crammed a four month program
- 34:20Speaker 1: into a month and cried because I was like, I
- 34:24Speaker 1: can't believe I'm making this move at thirty years of life, right,
- 34:28Speaker 1: And I completed it, CPR first aid and just hit
- 34:31Speaker 1: the ground running. Yes, bitch, Yes, I was like, you
- 34:34Speaker 1: know what, It's never too late to make a change.
- 34:37Speaker 1: It's never too late, yes, never too late to be
- 34:40Speaker 1: brand new. Yeah, I'm giving her a high five. That's
- 34:43Speaker 1: not cheesy, Yeah it's okay, no shame here. I love
- 34:46Speaker 1: I love a high five. Yeah, it feels good like
- 34:48Speaker 1: that in a hug. Eight hugs a day to maintain, FYI,
- 34:54Speaker 1: but that's how I became a trainer. Okay. And then
- 34:58Speaker 1: to go full circle, you know. Thank god Laala was
- 35:01Speaker 1: one of my first clients ever women supporting her that
- 35:05Speaker 1: was my most favorite. Oh yeah, I would never hire
- 35:07Speaker 1: a man, but I also hate men, so i'd like
- 35:11Speaker 1: get away from a but like talk about that, right,
- 35:14Speaker 1: Like Laala is one of the reasons that I got
- 35:17Speaker 1: most inspired and grew the brand out. So I can't
- 35:19Speaker 1: thank you enough for that.
- 35:21Speaker 2: Well, by the way, if I was working out with
- 35:23Speaker 2: you and my body sucked, I'd be.
- 35:24Speaker 1: Like, you gotta go. I love you. We can still
- 35:26Speaker 1: grab dinner, get our nails done, but like.
- 35:28Speaker 2: I'm not doing this, yeah, but my body slaps when
- 35:34Speaker 2: I have you.
- 35:35Speaker 1: Thank you?
- 35:35Speaker 2: Okay, So what do you recommend for people who need
- 35:39Speaker 2: to get motivated? First of all, followed Jenna on her page,
- 35:42Speaker 2: which is miss Jenna Willis ms j E N N
- 35:46Speaker 2: A W I L L I S.
- 35:48Speaker 1: She's still single.
- 35:51Speaker 3: She ought to remind them, wait, where are you talking
- 35:56Speaker 3: about you?
- 35:56Speaker 1: Or one day it changes to missus Jenna Willis.
- 36:00Speaker 2: Oh you're still seeing Yeah, I thought you're talking about me.
- 36:04Speaker 1: No, it's miss Jenny. Also, what do I have to
- 36:08Speaker 1: do with this? This is your workouts? We laughed the
- 36:10Speaker 1: whole time. It kills me.
- 36:13Speaker 2: It's hilarious because you have a ton of videos on
- 36:16Speaker 2: your page. Yeah, where it's simple things you can do
- 36:20Speaker 2: for maintenance. Also feel good because I work out for
- 36:23Speaker 2: my mental health.
- 36:24Speaker 1: Yeah. The okay, so goodbod is just the cheering. Okay.
- 36:28Speaker 1: So that's you're literally answering the question that people are asking. Yes,
- 36:33Speaker 1: because it's hard to be motivated. No, I know, I know.
- 36:36Speaker 1: So what is motivating you? When I said, today, how
- 36:39Speaker 1: do you feel after the workout? Amazing? I feel like
- 36:42Speaker 1: I'm on cloud nine right now. There you go, No
- 36:45Speaker 1: one is see it. And how does your body feel?
- 36:46Speaker 1: Because all I'm going to do is cheez, you can't
- 36:50Speaker 1: fuck with me today.
- 36:52Speaker 2: My body feels well, I'm going to be hurting tomorrow,
- 36:54Speaker 2: but my body feels like tight great, which I.
- 36:57Speaker 1: Love that feeling me too.
- 36:59Speaker 2: I think the biggest thing for me, which I can
- 37:01Speaker 2: relate to a lot of these questions is getting there.
- 37:05Speaker 1: Yeah. And but once you're there and you've started, you
- 37:08Speaker 1: can't stop. It's like an addiction. So there you go.
- 37:11Speaker 1: So we're done here. Thank you for answering everything, But
- 37:14Speaker 1: thanks for the questions. Lala answered them. No, but truly,
- 37:18Speaker 1: that's what it is. So there's a few things like
- 37:21Speaker 1: I have like little tips. Right, if you're lagging in
- 37:24Speaker 1: a workout, find a new playlist by yourself, something new.
- 37:27Speaker 1: I know that sounds so cheesy, but you know when
- 37:29Speaker 1: you get yourself that new handbag, you want to wear it,
- 37:31Speaker 1: you want to go out, you want to show it up.
- 37:32Speaker 1: It's the same with getting a new pair of sneakers, leggings,
- 37:35Speaker 1: even some sweat bands. Right, those are all little things
- 37:38Speaker 1: that will actually get you a new water bottle, you
- 37:41Speaker 1: know what it socks. It doesn't have to be anything crazy, right,
- 37:44Speaker 1: These are all like little fit tips that will motivate you.
- 37:47Speaker 1: If you're at home and you're just starting your fitness journey,
- 37:51Speaker 1: just start with moving. Motion is lotion for the body
- 37:55Speaker 1: and the mind. Right, So everyone's like, oh, I got
- 37:58Speaker 1: this goal, and I want to do this in that
- 38:00Speaker 1: pick one goal. One goal, give it twenty one days.
- 38:04Speaker 1: Maybe it's walking five minutes every single morning. You don't
- 38:07Speaker 1: have to be crazy with it. You don't have to
- 38:09Speaker 1: go all out. Start somewhere, be specific, make it measurable, attainable, relevant,
- 38:14Speaker 1: and time bound. Smart goals are the key to success.
- 38:18Speaker 1: If you have a problem getting motivated.
- 38:21Speaker 2: Or like getting to a gym. By the way, gyms
- 38:24Speaker 2: are expensive. So if you're like I can't afford going
- 38:27Speaker 2: to a gym, I totally freaking get that. Yep, I'm
- 38:30Speaker 2: telling you. Get on Amazon right now. Get the bands. Yes, okay,
- 38:36Speaker 2: they come from light to extra heavy to work out
- 38:39Speaker 2: the booty and everyone's gonna laugh at me.
- 38:42Speaker 1: Get a fucking shake weight. I swear to God. I
- 38:45Speaker 1: sware about those the other day. I am obsessed.
- 38:48Speaker 2: I got like when they first came out and there
- 38:50Speaker 2: were infomercials. I got my dad one and my mom
- 38:53Speaker 2: is a joke and I remember my dad on the
- 38:55Speaker 2: side of his bed doing the shakewight. And I'm telling you,
- 38:58Speaker 2: the shake weight is a bomb. Yeah, of course that
- 39:00Speaker 2: a timer do it for even if you don't have
- 39:03Speaker 2: a lot of time, Like you just hit that shake
- 39:05Speaker 2: weight for like thirty seconds.
- 39:06Speaker 1: By the way, your arms are yes, dying.
- 39:09Speaker 3: What if I all target on your arm, like everything,
- 39:12Speaker 3: the shake weight, everything, everything, you keep it still and
- 39:15Speaker 3: make it.
- 39:16Speaker 1: Yeah, it's essentially like you're like, it's like.
- 39:19Speaker 3: You feel training to give a killer hand job. But yeah, literally, yes,
- 39:23Speaker 3: all your arms.
- 39:24Speaker 1: Your entire forearms, back of the arms. Well that's why
- 39:28Speaker 1: literally also all of my online programs are catered to
- 39:31Speaker 1: at home. I love that because this is the thing.
- 39:34Speaker 1: It's about complex movement, movements, mobility and just moving. And
- 39:39Speaker 1: the last thing I'll say is the number one way
- 39:41Speaker 1: to motivate for me, always, always, always, because I don't
- 39:44Speaker 1: always want to work out either. I'm not some person
- 39:46Speaker 1: who's like I love exercising, like that's not the reality.
- 39:50Speaker 1: But if you can put yourself in your shoes after
- 39:52Speaker 1: you work out, remember that euphoric, feeling right, yeah, feeling
- 39:56Speaker 1: more awake, working cognitively better, the blood fly Sarah Tonin
- 40:01Speaker 1: and dworphins, all of those benefits that we are scientifically
- 40:04Speaker 1: proven to reap if you just put yourself there. You
- 40:08Speaker 1: just have to show up right. And that is the
- 40:11Speaker 1: number things, like number one thing that's motivating the feel
- 40:14Speaker 1: that you change in your mind and your body after
- 40:16Speaker 1: and remember that, and that's what makes it easiest to
- 40:19Speaker 1: step in totally. I love that.
- 40:21Speaker 2: By the way, you guys need to follow Jenna because
- 40:23Speaker 2: she will motivate you. I have a lot of questions
- 40:29Speaker 2: about postpartum tummy issues, right Tyler Fagan is asking postpartum
- 40:36Speaker 2: lower tummy pooch and flat boody tips. I got a
- 40:39Speaker 2: lot of questions about postpartum tummy yep, and how to
- 40:42Speaker 2: make butt out of a bum?
- 40:44Speaker 1: Okay, First of all, great questions. Absolutely, main most important
- 40:49Speaker 1: thing is are you seeing a doctor, assuming that you
- 40:53Speaker 1: don't have diastasis, recD eye or anything. Right, that's when
- 40:56Speaker 1: you get that separation the musk. It's like the tearing
- 40:58Speaker 1: of the muscle. Correct, kind of get that like puffing right.
- 41:02Speaker 1: If you do have that, I recommend different things, okay,
- 41:06Speaker 1: And that's when you want to be much more careful
- 41:08Speaker 1: with repairing the body. If that's all good, it just
- 41:13Speaker 1: goes back to working the core from the most basic level.
- 41:19Speaker 1: So it's not about sit ups. It's not about this.
- 41:21Speaker 1: Side planks, Oh they're They're a killer. Are the most
- 41:25Speaker 1: beneficial ab exercise you can do? Literally? Yeah, they hit
- 41:29Speaker 1: all of your abdominal walls and they're the safest movement.
- 41:32Speaker 1: Oh wow. Side planks, not forearm planks, but side sides. Okay,
- 41:38Speaker 1: and work up. Hold it for ten seconds. You got
- 41:40Speaker 1: three sets of ten seconds. Move it to fifteen, move
- 41:44Speaker 1: it to twenty. Okay, And dead bugs, whether you are
- 41:48Speaker 1: suffering from that separation or not. Dead bugs, laying on
- 41:51Speaker 1: your back, both hands and feet in the air, extend
- 41:53Speaker 1: opposite arm, opposite leg, reach back, meet it back in
- 41:56Speaker 1: the middle.
- 41:57Speaker 2: And I have a hard time with those, so you
- 41:59Speaker 2: let me kind of keep my leg instead of all
- 42:02Speaker 2: the way up.
- 42:03Speaker 1: Yes, even just reaching to your knee.
- 42:05Speaker 2: So by the way, you guys, I'm gonna ever the
- 42:08Speaker 2: workouts that we talk about. If you're okay with it,
- 42:10Speaker 2: Jenna will record something yeah, to put on the podcast
- 42:13Speaker 2: page so people can see what we're doing.
- 42:15Speaker 1: You know, we're talking about some of the moves for pspardum.
- 42:18Speaker 1: If those are a lot of we'll do some specifically
- 42:20Speaker 1: for that so people can see these moves that we're
- 42:22Speaker 1: talking about. I would love to do that, yeah, Yeah.
- 42:24Speaker 2: Because I feel I got lucky genetically. But my mom
- 42:28Speaker 2: said after her second baby, after Easton came, it was
- 42:31Speaker 2: very different.
- 42:31Speaker 1: So if if and when I have another baby, it's gonna.
- 42:34Speaker 2: Be I believe, a different type of routine that you
- 42:37Speaker 2: and I are gonna have to do.
- 42:38Speaker 1: Yeah, and well, that also is a great thing to
- 42:41Speaker 1: point out as well, because if you aren't doing anything
- 42:44Speaker 1: before your pregnancy, it's gonna be different diving in after.
- 42:48Speaker 1: So you're supposed to keep your body at the level
- 42:50Speaker 1: that you were before you were pregnant, and then diving
- 42:52Speaker 1: back in afterwards will be a little more I don't
- 42:55Speaker 1: want to say smooth, but a little more on the
- 42:58Speaker 1: same plane. Right. So that's one thing for the booty man.
- 43:01Speaker 1: I got so many workouts on my Instagram that are
- 43:04Speaker 1: band like, band based, That's what I'm on Instagram. Get
- 43:09Speaker 1: the bands on Amazon. There's so many workouts you can do.
- 43:13Speaker 1: Many also, literally, while like watching Housewives, I just want
- 43:16Speaker 1: to plug. I am launching my own resistance bands and
- 43:18Speaker 1: I'm so excited about them. Get sweaty. Get They literally
- 43:22Speaker 1: just say get sweaty, because that's what you do. But
- 43:25Speaker 1: like on simple form like glut bridges, okay, incredible. Banded
- 43:30Speaker 1: abductions are amazing. Lala, and I lift.
- 43:34Speaker 2: By the way, well, that was a question from Kate Brayler.
- 43:37Speaker 2: Let's hear it, Kate, how to get an ass like Lala? Okay,
- 43:41Speaker 2: So if you lift weights, you will not bulk. That
- 43:45Speaker 2: is one of the biggest fears that women have. I'm
- 43:48Speaker 2: gonna bust that myth wholeheartedly. You need to feed your
- 43:53Speaker 2: body a certain way and you also need to lift
- 43:55Speaker 2: those heavyweights a certain way. So we're not in the
- 43:58Speaker 2: gym doing one to two reps maxing out and Lala's
- 44:02Speaker 2: lifting five hundred pounds. No, but Lala also isn't lifting
- 44:05Speaker 2: just five pounds for her booty. Right, find that sweet
- 44:09Speaker 2: spot of three sets to twelve reps when you're maxing
- 44:13Speaker 2: out in those like last two, but you're pushing that
- 44:17Speaker 2: weight like Lala will literally hold a bar belt plus
- 44:20Speaker 2: twenty five pound plates on the sides.
- 44:23Speaker 1: Right, So that's you're doing over one hundred pounds in
- 44:27Speaker 1: a dead lift. Shit, and right, so fucking strong, you're
- 44:30Speaker 1: so fucking strong, And what you're not bulking? No, I'm
- 44:34Speaker 1: not having nut booty.
- 44:36Speaker 2: And we're careful with my arms because I can get
- 44:40Speaker 2: like very my shoulders.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Yes, even without working out, I still have the shoulders out.
- 44:44Speaker 1: I don't want them. And something else I want to
- 44:46Speaker 1: point out definition and toning is different than bulking, right right,
- 44:52Speaker 1: And I also want to say, and I hate people
- 44:55Speaker 1: who are like everything works for one person. That is
- 44:57Speaker 1: a lie. Everyone is built differently. It's about what makes
- 45:01Speaker 1: you feel good, right, Like working out good for everybody? Right, totally,
- 45:06Speaker 1: exercise incredible for everyone, Home workout's great for everyone. Well,
- 45:11Speaker 1: one is built differently.
- 45:12Speaker 2: Right, And Jenna knows the type of body that I like,
- 45:16Speaker 2: and I show pictures of myself, I never show like
- 45:20Speaker 2: I would like this body because we're all built very differently.
- 45:24Speaker 2: I want to ask, like Arianna, I guess what. I'm
- 45:26Speaker 2: never gonna get a booty. I will always have a butt,
- 45:28Speaker 2: by the way, about there's a difference between a bum,
- 45:31Speaker 2: a butt, and a booty. Stasi got a bum, okay,
- 45:33Speaker 2: La La got a butt, Ariana got a booty.
- 45:36Speaker 1: Damn okay. There's a different some photo comparisons, but there
- 45:40Speaker 1: was that one time that you told me you wanted
- 45:41Speaker 1: to look like the Rocks. So we're still working on that.
- 45:43Speaker 3: Could you imagine, Wait, what does Katie have an ass?
- 45:48Speaker 1: I would say, Katie got booty, Katie gone down. Yep,
- 45:51Speaker 1: they're lucky.
- 45:52Speaker 2: But I don't want to lose weight because right now,
- 45:57Speaker 2: genetically I can drop weight very quickly. My brothers were
- 46:01Speaker 2: that way, My dad was that way. So she and I,
- 46:04Speaker 2: Jena and I don't do cardio.
- 46:05Speaker 1: No, not at all. Lala does not do any cardio.
- 46:09Speaker 1: So my heart may be struggling, but my ass looks great.
- 46:14Speaker 1: You be surprised. And this is another fun fact and
- 46:17Speaker 1: no one asked this. I don't know. Maybe someone did.
- 46:20Speaker 1: But lifting weights you burn more calories than doing cardio. Oh,
- 46:27Speaker 1: don't want to repeat that. When you lift weights you
- 46:29Speaker 1: burn more calories than when you do cardio. Wow, So
- 46:34Speaker 1: technically you are getting that heart rate up noticed when
- 46:36Speaker 1: you finish the sung definitely.
- 46:38Speaker 2: I just like to make jokes something this lens Bash says,
- 46:43Speaker 2: when to get plastic surgery over workouts? I ask myself,
- 46:47Speaker 2: I know that this is so horrific, But I'm like,
- 46:50Speaker 2: at what point do I go into.
- 46:51Speaker 1: A doctor and just get the ass injected? Like, come on,
- 46:54Speaker 1: what is going on?
- 46:55Speaker 2: But and I'm convinced that people with longer butt cracks
- 46:59Speaker 2: can get bigger asses.
- 47:02Speaker 1: That's legit, not what I was expecting to come out here.
- 47:05Speaker 1: What about a bigger buttthole? I don't think that matters.
- 47:08Speaker 1: That doesn't matter, all right, But I'm good.
- 47:11Speaker 2: If you look at a long butt crack, you see
- 47:13Speaker 2: where the top of the butt crack ends, that's where
- 47:15Speaker 2: the muscle is. Now, my butt crack is very tiny,
- 47:20Speaker 2: so my muscle seems to be a little lower. So
- 47:22Speaker 2: I cannot I can get a nice round.
- 47:25Speaker 1: Button, and you buzz your mind, I'm not saying I'm
- 47:28Speaker 1: getting up, so Lala can tell me where my ba is,
- 47:32Speaker 1: not your butthole. I don't want to see that where
- 47:36Speaker 1: her pants are on.
- 47:37Speaker 2: Everyone you have you have a tiny that's where your
- 47:41Speaker 2: butt crack too. You look at Kim Kardashian's butt crack.
- 47:44Speaker 2: That thing is like meeting the dimples in her back.
- 47:47Speaker 1: Please please DM me if you measured your butt crack
- 47:50Speaker 1: after this. No, really, because I think.
- 47:53Speaker 2: I think I just scientifically have proven that.
- 47:57Speaker 3: That's smart though I've never heard that.
- 47:59Speaker 1: But you have a great point. Have to start to
- 48:00Speaker 1: look into that. Please do any one of my clients,
- 48:03Speaker 1: do you mind if I measure your book cracks?
- 48:05Speaker 2: I swear to God, I swear to God, but honestly,
- 48:08Speaker 2: I think plastic surgery with working out.
- 48:12Speaker 1: I just think it's such a risk. Just don't do it.
- 48:15Speaker 1: I always recommend going the natural way first. Obviously, of
- 48:19Speaker 1: course it's botox and yeah, shove the needles in. Yeah whatever.
- 48:25Speaker 1: So I'm kidding it's a joke. But if you're not,
- 48:32Speaker 1: I think whatever makes you feel good, right, that's at
- 48:34Speaker 1: the end of the day. However, I always recommend trying
- 48:37Speaker 1: to go the natural way first.
- 48:38Speaker 2: Of course, yeah, and by the way, I like good
- 48:41Speaker 2: old fashioned weighted squats like what we did today. Yeah,
- 48:44Speaker 2: I have thirty five pounds yep. Dip that booty to
- 48:47Speaker 2: the ground. Yep. The squat and a half today was
- 48:52Speaker 2: a killer. You basically hold it in front of you
- 48:54Speaker 2: the way. We're going to do these two. And I'm
- 48:55Speaker 2: going to post these workouts on the podcast page.
- 48:57Speaker 1: I love that. But those are amazing. That's gonna get
- 49:01Speaker 1: your vulnerable perfect. I always like to say plumped up.
- 49:04Speaker 1: Fine variation. This is kind of an insider training tip.
- 49:07Speaker 1: But squat, hinge, lunge and all of your workouts, Okay,
- 49:12Speaker 1: I love this yep. So a hinge would be like
- 49:14Speaker 1: a dead leadlift. And a lunge is any sort of
- 49:17Speaker 1: lunge variation? Oh like a like a reverse lunge, curtsy
- 49:20Speaker 1: walking lunges, all a lunge. Yeah.
- 49:24Speaker 2: IgA Beth says best ab exercises when pregnant slash have
- 49:28Speaker 2: no aps. So you know when I when I was
- 49:32Speaker 2: before I got pregnant, Jena and I were in the
- 49:34Speaker 2: gym four days a week, yep, right, So I would
- 49:37Speaker 2: say my body was pretty primed for when I got
- 49:40Speaker 2: pregnant to bounce back afterout question, without question, I number
- 49:45Speaker 2: one would not recommend doing ab workouts when you're pregnant.
- 49:49Speaker 2: I just don't think you should.
- 49:51Speaker 1: So glute bridges incredible and bending the core, No, don't
- 49:57Speaker 1: do it. But remember what I said before. Side planks
- 49:59Speaker 1: are great. You can totally do and that's core. Yes,
- 50:02Speaker 1: so side planks, glute bridges, and you can still do
- 50:05Speaker 1: dead bugs. Yeah you can. So those just go back
- 50:08Speaker 1: to the crunch though, absolutely, like you're twisting.
- 50:12Speaker 2: Right and I know that she's not saying abex are like,
- 50:15Speaker 2: can I crunch?
- 50:16Speaker 1: No, But you can sideplank, and you can deadbug, and
- 50:18Speaker 1: you can glute bridge.
- 50:19Speaker 3: I love a dead bug too because it's helps my back.
- 50:23Speaker 3: Like a lot of things hurt my back, but a
- 50:25Speaker 3: dead bug, I feel my.
- 50:26Speaker 1: Back very easy on the good Yeah.
- 50:28Speaker 2: Yeah, well I have like a very even my pe
- 50:31Speaker 2: teacher in the seventh grade that I have really horrific
- 50:35Speaker 2: upper body strength and my cores looks good, but isn't tight?
- 50:39Speaker 1: Your teacher? Who is that? How do we find hu?
- 50:43Speaker 3: I know who drag him?
- 50:45Speaker 2: Be sure that that was not okay of him to
- 50:47Speaker 2: be telling you. He also made me run a mile
- 50:50Speaker 2: with a giant blister on my ankle, on on my heel,
- 50:53Speaker 2: and my mom like rolled up to the school and
- 50:56Speaker 2: fucking dragged his ass.
- 50:57Speaker 1: Good for goodly things like take on the band? Do
- 51:03Speaker 1: you say this? Make it? I run a mile in
- 51:06Speaker 1: ten minutes, nor I error. Maybe a mile in like
- 51:13Speaker 1: an hour that I could do. That's so far. I've
- 51:17Speaker 1: never been a good runner myself. To be honest, I
- 51:19Speaker 1: suck it. I can call myself out. It's okay, I'm
- 51:21Speaker 1: not a runner.
- 51:22Speaker 2: My favorite workout, can I tell you? Yeah, would have
- 51:26Speaker 2: to be I love and Jenna also knows. I like
- 51:31Speaker 2: the booty workouts, ye, because my bum. We focus a
- 51:35Speaker 2: lot on the bum.
- 51:38Speaker 1: I love a good weighted squat. It's very simple, but
- 51:41Speaker 1: I feel it. I hate dad lovesten. I won't even
- 51:43Speaker 1: like I hate them. We still do them, but I
- 51:45Speaker 1: hate them.
- 51:45Speaker 2: Yeah, but I also love for a burnout where you
- 51:48Speaker 2: set a timer and you're on your back but you're
- 51:52Speaker 2: we're like, I'm up in the air but on my
- 51:54Speaker 2: back and I put the in your band. I put
- 51:56Speaker 2: the heaviest band on my legs so just and then
- 51:59Speaker 2: you just pull your legs apart, back and forth.
- 52:02Speaker 1: Oh the banded abduction. Yes, I am obsessed with those.
- 52:05Speaker 1: They're incredible. A burnout is never a bad choice. We
- 52:10Speaker 1: will show you all that move as well. You can
- 52:12Speaker 1: do that standing in a squad or you could do
- 52:13Speaker 1: it in a glute bridge and you're literally the band
- 52:15Speaker 1: is above your knees and you're literally just driving your
- 52:18Speaker 1: knees out. Laterally, it's incredible for your glute medius and minimus,
- 52:21Speaker 1: which is the booty dimples. Yeah, right, that upper booty
- 52:24Speaker 1: and the dimples so good. Yeah, and your ass feels it.
- 52:28Speaker 2: Whenever I can feel a burn, but I don't feel
- 52:30Speaker 2: like I'm gonna die.
- 52:31Speaker 1: It feels awesome. And when it's isolated, it feels really
- 52:34Speaker 1: good too, because you're like, well, I'm really working right there,
- 52:37Speaker 1: you know, Jenna, this is going too. So Jenna has
- 52:41Speaker 1: had a knee issue and you did PRP on it. Yes, So,
- 52:45Speaker 1: Tony Lee sixty eight had thirty two knee surgeries. I
- 52:49Speaker 1: need help to build my quads advice please wow lol.
- 52:54Speaker 1: Also love you La La Baby, I love you too.
- 52:56Speaker 1: We love you too. I love you too. Great question.
- 53:01Speaker 1: To be completely honest, I'd probably need a little more
- 53:03Speaker 1: information to like what you injuries were. Yeah, and also
- 53:06Speaker 1: where are you at now, okay, what I will tell
- 53:09Speaker 1: you is at least what I've been through and where
- 53:13Speaker 1: I'm at. No, squatting below ninety degrees forward lunges not great,
- 53:20Speaker 1: but anything in like loading up the hamstrings and the
- 53:23Speaker 1: glutes you're safe with. Now you're directly asking about your quads.
- 53:28Speaker 1: I don't know if your quads are ready to be worked,
- 53:30Speaker 1: but that could go back to using resistance bands to
- 53:34Speaker 1: really activate the quads without being too much weight loaded
- 53:37Speaker 1: and squatting. Squatting is great for your quads. Squat to
- 53:41Speaker 1: a bench to protect your knees. Oh I like that, thanks, Yeah,
- 53:44Speaker 1: because my knees get funky sometimes.
- 53:46Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 53:46Speaker 1: If you literally sit back into a chair or a
- 53:49Speaker 1: bench right, you're protecting your knees more than if it
- 53:52Speaker 1: wasn't there. I love this. Thanks.
- 53:55Speaker 2: Before we sign off, where can people let's just say hmm,
- 54:00Speaker 2: people are like.
- 54:00Speaker 1: You know what, I need to get motivated.
- 54:02Speaker 2: I need help in this and I got a little
- 54:04Speaker 2: money to spend to make sure that amazing. By the way,
- 54:08Speaker 2: I had to pull back in certain areas for Jenna
- 54:12Speaker 2: to train me.
- 54:12Speaker 1: Again, I love you for saying that, and I hope
- 54:15Speaker 1: that resonates with some people because it is a choice, right,
- 54:18Speaker 1: like anything, And for Saul, I'm grateful you chose me
- 54:22Speaker 1: and chose that. But you know, I think when you
- 54:25Speaker 1: sit there and you're like, well I really wanted this
- 54:27Speaker 1: new top, Well what about the body you have to
- 54:29Speaker 1: live with for the rest of your life? What about
- 54:31Speaker 1: your sanity? Right? I really like to say, you can't
- 54:34Speaker 1: put a number on your health, and of course every
- 54:36Speaker 1: you have to put a number on everything, but if
- 54:38Speaker 1: you're going to spend money on something, please spend it
- 54:41Speaker 1: on your true self.
- 54:43Speaker 2: Right, And just like you're the mental like I when
- 54:46Speaker 2: I was budgeting out with my business manager again, like
- 54:51Speaker 2: my biggest fear is Terryll.
- 54:53Speaker 1: I'm just kidding, but I just.
- 54:57Speaker 2: Said, like, where can I pull back because my mental
- 55:01Speaker 2: needs to be working out? And I'm sorry, but if
- 55:04Speaker 2: I do it on my own, I'm gonna find every
- 55:08Speaker 2: excuse in the book to not go totally. I didn't
- 55:11Speaker 2: sleep great last night. I'm gonna sleep in instead. I
- 55:14Speaker 2: haven't seen Ocean, which I see her all the time, obviously,
- 55:16Speaker 2: but I'm just saying, like I will make shit up.
- 55:19Speaker 1: Yeah, where it's like you slept fine, just totally fine.
- 55:24Speaker 1: You slept twenty hours, Yeah, right. Well, okay, so first
- 55:27Speaker 1: of all, thank you for saying that, because there will
- 55:29Speaker 1: always be excuses. Right. So that goes back to also
- 55:32Speaker 1: how to motivate yourself and holding yourself accountable. Right, So
- 55:35Speaker 1: this is a great way to wrap this all up. Okay,
- 55:38Speaker 1: if you can afford a personal trainer, amazing, way incredible.
- 55:41Speaker 1: It is absolutely a luxury right right now. If you can't,
- 55:45Speaker 1: the second upmost accountability is the program that I'm offering. Okay,
- 55:49Speaker 1: It's called Don't Sweat It Alone, one on one. It
- 55:52Speaker 1: is five workouts a week, damn full full personalized nutrition,
- 55:58Speaker 1: a full meal plan that you get with this program.
- 56:01Speaker 1: You get text access to me. Okay, literally accountability. There
- 56:05Speaker 1: is photos for accountability. You have to mark every single
- 56:08Speaker 1: time you finish a workout, and you better bet that
- 56:11Speaker 1: sweet little ass that I'll be checking in on you.
- 56:13Speaker 1: No when she does. There are times where she's like, yeah,
- 56:15Speaker 1: while you do this, I have a couple of clients
- 56:17Speaker 1: that I need to make sure that they worked out today.
- 56:18Speaker 1: I'm like, all right, sounds good, hold them accountable. But
- 56:24Speaker 1: but it is the utmost accountability you could have without
- 56:28Speaker 1: actually having a trainer in person. The reason I love
- 56:30Speaker 1: it is you can do it anywhere in the world.
- 56:32Speaker 1: All of the workouts are catered to at home. All
- 56:34Speaker 1: you need are those set of resistance bands and some
- 56:36Speaker 1: free weights, and I become your biggest motivator. Amazing, And
- 56:43Speaker 1: I think putting it in your calendar is huge, right,
- 56:45Speaker 1: Like I'm going to hit my workouts these days and
- 56:48Speaker 1: this time, right right, huge, huge star. You can just
- 56:53Speaker 1: get there.
- 56:54Speaker 2: If you can just get yourself there, literally, you're going
- 56:56Speaker 2: to be motivated this right, Like, yeah, Jenna's there. It's
- 57:00Speaker 2: you have a personal trainer without her being in a
- 57:02Speaker 2: room with you, which sometimes I mean, I love having you,
- 57:04Speaker 2: but like how amazing is that?
- 57:06Speaker 1: Yeah? And same and we are in person. Incredible. But
- 57:10Speaker 1: anyone who does do an online program, you are signing
- 57:13Speaker 1: on to me like I am doing every single workout
- 57:15Speaker 1: along with you, and you have to tell me when
- 57:18Speaker 1: you complete it. So it is the utmost accountability you
- 57:20Speaker 1: could ask for. Right is the link anywhere? That's like
- 57:23Speaker 1: easy for people to find, absolutely one hundred percent. Literally
- 57:27Speaker 1: go to my Instagram. Link is in bio and don't
- 57:29Speaker 1: sweat it alone. One on one. Is that simple, and
- 57:32Speaker 1: you will literally receive a call from me. People are like, wait,
- 57:35Speaker 1: you're actually calling. I'm like, yes, yeah, I call you
- 57:38Speaker 1: on the phone. She calls you on the freaking phone.
- 57:40Speaker 1: I do. So that's all you have to do is
