- 0:12Speaker 2: It's time. Hell no, no, no, no, no, no. Hello.
- 0:15Speaker 3: Welcome to the Naughty but Nice. I'm your host, Rob Shooter,
- 0:18Speaker 3: and it is Friday. We made it, Naughties through another
- 0:21Speaker 3: week and we have one more day to go.
- 0:22Speaker 2: But don't worry. We're going to help you fly through the.
- 0:24Speaker 3: Day with twenty minutes or so of delicious, funny, optimistic
- 0:28Speaker 3: and some quite serious stories too. But don't worry, we
- 0:31Speaker 3: will find a way to do them that is full
- 0:35Speaker 3: of hope. Full of hope. I think that's what I
- 0:37Speaker 3: want to go into this weekend with hope, and I
- 0:40Speaker 3: want you to jump into the weekend with me full
- 0:43Speaker 3: of the same thing. And you know who is going
- 0:46Speaker 3: to help us do that, dear dear friend Cory Andrew. Hey,
- 0:51Speaker 3: Corey are you there?
- 0:52Speaker 2: Hello? Everyone?
- 0:53Speaker 1: I am here.
- 0:53Speaker 2: So good to be back.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Rob.
- 0:55Speaker 3: It's been a while, it has been a minute. We
- 0:57Speaker 3: miss you. You've become part of the family. You are
- 0:59Speaker 3: part of a family, us Naughties. The co host. It's
- 1:03Speaker 3: really extraordinary. When I was offered this show a few
- 1:06Speaker 3: years ago, now, maybe two or three years ago, I
- 1:09Speaker 3: really wanted to put a team around me that I
- 1:11Speaker 3: loved and I know from being a guest co host
- 1:15Speaker 3: on several different radio shows TV shows that the turnover's
- 1:18Speaker 3: pretty high, and it's because people are not treated very well.
- 1:21Speaker 3: I was on this radio show. I did it once
- 1:23Speaker 3: a week, and the turnover every every time I turned
- 1:27Speaker 3: it on, it was a different co host. I'm so
- 1:29Speaker 3: proud to say that we've had zero turnover. The five people,
- 1:33Speaker 3: the five co hosts that started the show all those
- 1:37Speaker 3: years ago, are the same five co hosts today.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Oh it's so I mean, I'm so honored to be here.
- 1:43Speaker 1: And I just actually came across the announcement that you
- 1:46Speaker 1: posted on the Naughty website and I was like, oh
- 1:51Speaker 1: my gosh, I was like a little baby. I was
- 1:52Speaker 1: so green about four years ago almost now.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Yeah, we all grew together. The nice thing too, is,
- 1:59Speaker 3: I can think I can say too, most of our
- 2:01Speaker 3: original naughties.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Are still with us too.
- 2:03Speaker 3: I'm so grateful. I don't take this for granted at all.
- 2:06Speaker 3: So welcome to the show. Sit back, get a cup
- 2:08Speaker 3: of tea if you're in the car. Oh, the journey's
- 2:11Speaker 3: gonna flash by, because we've got some really juicy, juicy gossip.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Let's jump in. What time is it? My friends?
- 2:17Speaker 3: It is tea time heartbreaking story. At the top of
- 2:21Speaker 3: the show, we have to do this. I've got a
- 2:22Speaker 3: personal connection to it. Obviously, I'm talking about Wendy Williams.
- 2:26Speaker 3: So she has been diagnosed now with dementia. We have
- 2:29Speaker 3: the official diagnosis. Also, two lots of new reports that
- 2:34Speaker 3: are coming forward, really really troubling stuff. So Wendy was
- 2:37Speaker 3: told about this devastating diagnosis in twenty nineteen, so she's
- 2:43Speaker 3: known about this for a while. She was in rehab
- 2:46Speaker 3: in Florida and a doctor sat her down. She was
- 2:49Speaker 3: with her son and her ex husband, so Kevin Junior
- 2:52Speaker 3: and Kevin Senior, and the doctor warned her that if
- 2:55Speaker 3: you continue to drink like.
- 2:57Speaker 2: This, you will die.
- 2:59Speaker 3: So after this diagnosis, Wendy was in rehab, she was
- 3:03Speaker 3: in Florida. We saw pictures of her in Florida. She
- 3:07Speaker 3: caught a private plane back and got so drunk on
- 3:10Speaker 3: the plane she had to go straight to hospital, straight
- 3:14Speaker 3: out of rehab, straight back to drinking. I'm not judging here.
- 3:17Speaker 3: I'm really not trying to do that. I'm just trying
- 3:19Speaker 3: to present the facts. It's heartbreaking. But then after that,
- 3:23Speaker 3: Wendy went to rehab again, this time in Queens and
- 3:27Speaker 3: it was during COVID and she was in Queen's and
- 3:30Speaker 3: it was during the Lockdown's very isolated and she was
- 3:33Speaker 3: rushed to hospital several times, needed blood transfusions, was told,
- 3:39Speaker 3: was warned that this isn't gonna work. Now we know
- 3:42Speaker 3: she's in a facility, she's been in the facility. We
- 3:44Speaker 3: don't know where. She has a conservatorship, So like Britney Spears,
- 3:48Speaker 3: now somebody is running her life. We actually know who
- 3:51Speaker 3: this person is because the conservatorship just today filed a
- 3:56Speaker 3: lawsuit against Lifetime to stop the documentary airing this weekend.
- 4:02Speaker 3: So we finally have a name of a guardian, of
- 4:04Speaker 3: a conservator, a guardian, conservator, it's the same thing. In
- 4:08Speaker 3: some states. It's called a conservator. In LA where Brittany was.
- 4:11Speaker 3: In New York, where Wendy is, it's called a guardian.
- 4:14Speaker 3: So the document are sealed so I can't read them,
- 4:16Speaker 3: but insiders tell me they want to prevent this, this documentary,
- 4:21Speaker 3: it's a two part documentary from airing this weekend, that
- 4:24Speaker 3: asking for a judge to have an emergency hearing to
- 4:28Speaker 3: stop this. Several things have come up. My insider say,
- 4:32Speaker 3: the conservator, the Guardian doesn't believe Wendy was in a
- 4:36Speaker 3: right state of mind to consent. She doesn't even know
- 4:39Speaker 3: this documentary is happening. This weekend she was filmed, but
- 4:42Speaker 3: she wasn't aware it was for a documentary about what's
- 4:46Speaker 3: going on in her life. She thought it was for
- 4:48Speaker 3: a documentary she was doing for her podcast. Remember after
- 4:51Speaker 3: she left the show, she was going to do a podcast.
- 4:54Speaker 3: She had a camera crew following her around. I was
- 4:57Speaker 3: with her once when they filmed. It was a lot
- 4:59Speaker 3: of fun. We're at Frescos by Scoto's where we go Corey.
- 5:02Speaker 3: We were having a drink there.
- 5:04Speaker 2: It was really great.
- 5:05Speaker 3: Then Wendy had a breakdown and they stopped filming. Now,
- 5:10Speaker 3: the way they've completed this documentary is they've padded it
- 5:14Speaker 3: with interviews from her family members. So really people are
- 5:18Speaker 3: questioning who's making the money from this? Is Wendy making
- 5:21Speaker 3: any money from this? Does she even know this is happening?
- 5:24Speaker 3: Did she give her consent? If she did give her consent,
- 5:27Speaker 3: was she in a sound state of mind. I want somebody,
- 5:32Speaker 3: somebody that we trust to look after Wendy. She needs
- 5:36Speaker 3: our help. She's so vulnerable at the moment and I'm
- 5:40Speaker 3: hoping this Guardian Conservator is the right person. But after
- 5:44Speaker 3: the Britney Spears fiasco, who knows.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Well, you know, she already had complained a year or
- 5:51Speaker 1: so ago that her money had all been frozen and
- 5:53Speaker 1: she was going after the banks because apparently the banks
- 5:56Speaker 1: had set up some sort of blockage and so she
- 5:58Speaker 1: was not able to get access to her own cash.
- 6:01Speaker 1: But I will tell you a very interesting debate, if
- 6:04Speaker 1: you will, that's happening now social media about this is
- 6:08Speaker 1: the topic of karma and Wendy's life. Now, this is
- 6:11Speaker 1: not something I subscribe to because it's kind of a
- 6:13Speaker 1: you know, it's we're dealing with sickness and health. But
- 6:17Speaker 1: there's a debate going on where some people are actually saying,
- 6:20Speaker 1: you know, with the way she built her empire by
- 6:22Speaker 1: sort of harming others and sort of exploiting the the
- 6:27Speaker 1: lives of others, be it good, bad, or indifferent, why
- 6:30Speaker 1: should she be extended that same grace now in her time?
- 6:33Speaker 1: And it's a really interesting debate. Like I said, I
- 6:35Speaker 1: don't subscribe to that, but you know, she did make
- 6:38Speaker 1: her empire that way, and that is what that is
- 6:40Speaker 1: the conversation. Now we're supposed to really feel bad for this. Well,
- 6:44Speaker 1: now it's terrible.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Once again.
- 6:46Speaker 3: This is why we have to have you on this show.
- 6:48Speaker 3: You're not afraid to bring up the stuff that I
- 6:50Speaker 3: sometimes shy away from. My phone has being blowing up
- 6:53Speaker 3: because I'm being very kind to Wenday. Yeah, let's not
- 6:56Speaker 3: forget that. Wendy Williams made fun of my little arm
- 6:59Speaker 3: on Nash TV. Wendy Williams made fun of me. She
- 7:03Speaker 3: made fun of Rob Shooter in his little arm.
- 7:05Speaker 2: She did do it.
- 7:06Speaker 3: I chose to forgive. I did, and my heart at
- 7:09Speaker 3: the moment is full of nothing but compassion towards Wendy Williams.
- 7:13Speaker 3: The last time I saw her, I think I'm the
- 7:15Speaker 3: last person who spent a night out with Wendy in
- 7:18Speaker 3: New York. It was March, so almost a year ago.
- 7:21Speaker 3: It was bad. I knew something was off. She couldn't
- 7:25Speaker 3: really put sentences together. She had no money. At one
- 7:29Speaker 3: point we were in her car and she asked her
- 7:30Speaker 3: driver to pull over at an ATM and asked me
- 7:33Speaker 3: to give her two hundred dollars cash.
- 7:34Speaker 2: She had no cash.
- 7:36Speaker 3: The next morning, she called me and asked me to
- 7:38Speaker 3: bring vodka to her house. I did not, and it
- 7:41Speaker 3: was really scary times and there was nobody around her
- 7:45Speaker 3: at the time. She did not have this conservator. So
- 7:48Speaker 3: we have really mixed feelings about conservators. And let's be honest,
- 7:51Speaker 3: it's probably because of Britney Spears. But if the family's
- 7:55Speaker 3: not stepping in, they say they want to step in
- 7:57Speaker 3: and help now, but they didn't.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Really do this year ago. They didn't do it.
- 8:01Speaker 3: When I met Wendy a year ago, she was crying
- 8:04Speaker 3: out for help. I even took Miss D to her
- 8:06Speaker 3: apartment because I thought Miss D could be a fabulous
- 8:10Speaker 3: help in Wendy's life.
- 8:11Speaker 2: It didn't work out. It didn't work out.
- 8:13Speaker 3: It can't work out with somebody that is in the
- 8:15Speaker 3: throes of a mental health breakdown, that have this awful illness,
- 8:19Speaker 3: this diagnosis, and so I just felt powerless. So when
- 8:23Speaker 3: she finally got a conservator appointed by the court, I mean,
- 8:26Speaker 3: we've got to hope that Sabrina Morrissey, that's the name
- 8:30Speaker 3: of the conservator. We've got a hope that Brina is
- 8:32Speaker 3: a good person and wants to help because the truth
- 8:35Speaker 3: of the matter is there are no other options. I
- 8:39Speaker 3: don't think her family is going to step up and
- 8:41Speaker 3: now to see her family on television. I saw a
- 8:45Speaker 3: niece of Wendy's on the view talking about Wendy promoting
- 8:48Speaker 3: the documentary. The family did the cover of People magazine.
- 8:51Speaker 3: Wendy's not in it, It's all the family, And so
- 8:53Speaker 3: I do think I suspect that the family's going to
- 8:56Speaker 3: benefit from this documentary that's going to air this weekend.
- 9:00Speaker 3: Once again, is Wendy Williams just a cash cow? It
- 9:04Speaker 3: is also messy, also heartbreaking, which brings us to our
- 9:07Speaker 3: whole question of the day. Wendy's new guardianship, her new conservator,
- 9:11Speaker 3: is seeking to prevent the airing of this documentary. I'm
- 9:14Speaker 3: told it's explosive. I'm told it does not flatter Wendy.
- 9:18Speaker 3: This is not gonna help her bounce back. This is
- 9:20Speaker 3: not gonna help her get another job. In fact, this
- 9:22Speaker 3: is gonna hurt her. Plus, if she's not making any
- 9:25Speaker 3: money from it, If the family are making money and
- 9:27Speaker 3: Wendy isn't, is she really giving consent to be in?
- 9:31Speaker 3: This question to you today is should the show air
- 9:36Speaker 3: without Wendy's approval? It's Wendy's life, it's Wendy's documentary. Should
- 9:41Speaker 3: this documentary be allowed to air if Wendy doesn't approve.
- 9:47Speaker 3: I think the judge should call Wendy in today if
- 9:50Speaker 3: she's capable, and ask her, do you want this to air?
- 9:53Speaker 3: Are you aware that a documentary has been made about you?
- 9:57Speaker 3: Because the state I saw Wendy in, she wouldn't be aware.
- 10:00Speaker 3: She didn't even know who was sitting next to her.
- 10:02Speaker 3: She wouldn't even know that a camera was following her.
- 10:04Speaker 3: She was that out of it. It was heartbreaking. So
- 10:07Speaker 3: I'd say too, I want to see the financial documents.
- 10:09Speaker 3: Who's making all the money? Who is Lifetime paying for this?
- 10:13Speaker 3: That question again? It should this documentary air without Wendy's approval? Hey,
- 10:19Speaker 3: go vote on our Twitter page at Naughty Nice rob.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Our facebook page is Naughty Gossip. I'm be sure to
- 10:25Speaker 3: check back on Monday to hear your results. Hey, Corey,
- 10:29Speaker 3: what are you working on?
- 10:30Speaker 1: Yes, well, this is a peculiar story to me, but
- 10:33Speaker 1: I'm going to share it with you.
- 10:34Speaker 2: See what you all think?
- 10:35Speaker 1: So Brandy Glanville, Brandy Glanville is alleging that and inebriated
- 10:39Speaker 1: A's drunk and inebriated Anti Cohen invited her to witness.
- 10:44Speaker 1: I think himself having sex with a Bravo staring and
- 10:48Speaker 1: she's citing that she feels that was like a sexual
- 10:50Speaker 1: harassment case because you know, he was asking her to
- 10:54Speaker 1: have to watch him have sex with someone else, basically,
- 10:57Speaker 1: But so Brandy is accusing him of sexually her, and
- 11:01Speaker 1: she alleges that he actually sent her a video in
- 11:03Speaker 1: twenty twenty two in which he appeared to be drunken.
- 11:06Speaker 1: In the video, he allegedly boasted about wanting to sleep
- 11:09Speaker 1: with another Bravo star while thinking of Glanville, and he
- 11:14Speaker 1: invited her to watch him via FaceTime. I'm like, well,
- 11:17Speaker 1: watch him do what, like have sex with the star.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Like it's little vague, but the letter further stakes that
- 11:23Speaker 1: Cohen was Glanville's boss at the time. Of course, as
- 11:25Speaker 1: the head of that whole franchise, the Housewives franchise, he's
- 11:28Speaker 1: the ball, you know, he's the boss, and he had
- 11:31Speaker 1: complete control over her career. So it calls into question
- 11:34Speaker 1: like the inappropriate relationship between a person with power and
- 11:39Speaker 1: those that they may employ. So Glanville, you know, she's
- 11:43Speaker 1: saying she felt trapped and disgusted by the behavior, and
- 11:46Speaker 1: she likens the letter to when you know Matt Lower
- 11:49Speaker 1: had the whole sexual harassment thing and he got let
- 11:52Speaker 1: go in a really embarrassing way and all his sexual
- 11:55Speaker 1: improprieties were released. Well, she's kind of making that same
- 11:58Speaker 1: comparison here because Matt did that with coworkers as well. Yes,
- 12:01Speaker 1: but Rob, I'm just confused because it's sort of like vague.
- 12:03Speaker 1: So it's like, you know, there are male Bravo stars,
- 12:06Speaker 1: so if they're not naming what stars first, I'm like, well,
- 12:10Speaker 1: did he say he wanted to have sex with her
- 12:12Speaker 1: and another woman on the Bravo cast from the Housewives?
- 12:15Speaker 1: And if that's the case, I have to say, I
- 12:17Speaker 1: don't know if he was just kind of having some
- 12:19Speaker 1: playful banter in his mind, which is not to justify
- 12:22Speaker 1: it in any way, but that's the problem with alcohol, right,
- 12:25Speaker 1: you make bad judgments, And what he thought was playful banter,
- 12:29Speaker 1: someone on the receiving end is like, I'm calling my lawyers.
- 12:31Speaker 1: So it's a it's a cautionary tale in many ways.
- 12:34Speaker 1: But I don't really think he really wanted to have sex.
- 12:37Speaker 2: I think he was just.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Being obnoxious Andy and it got him in trouble.
- 12:41Speaker 3: Perhaps, Yes, yeah, Well, I've got the answers for all
- 12:44Speaker 3: those questions because Andy has responded in trouble, and so
- 12:48Speaker 3: I know he's in trouble because he has apologized for
- 12:51Speaker 3: his inappropriate joke. He's pointing out that it was all
- 12:54Speaker 3: meant in jest, so that's at least what he's saying.
- 12:57Speaker 3: So he's apologized to Brandy for making an appropriate joke,
- 13:00Speaker 3: is what he calls it, after she accused him of
- 13:03Speaker 3: sexual harassment. So we now know who the Bravo star was.
- 13:07Speaker 3: Who the other star was that Andy wanted I guess
- 13:10Speaker 3: a three way with it was a woman. It was
- 13:12Speaker 3: below Decks, Kate Chasti. So Andy claims that he was
- 13:17Speaker 3: with Kate and they were joking about Brandy and then
- 13:21Speaker 3: they face timed her suggesting they all had a three
- 13:24Speaker 3: way and it was a silly, vulgar, rude joke. But
- 13:28Speaker 3: don't forget he's the boss. He's not a coworker, which
- 13:30Speaker 3: is still inappropriate. He's the boss. So he stated it
- 13:34Speaker 3: was a joke and intended in jest, and he also
- 13:37Speaker 3: points out, which I think is very interesting here, Brandy's
- 13:40Speaker 3: response made it clear.
- 13:43Speaker 2: That she knew it was a joke.
- 13:46Speaker 3: So nevertheless, he has apologized. Andy does not normally apologize
- 13:50Speaker 3: he really doesn't, you know, he thinks he's in trouble
- 13:53Speaker 3: to issue this apology.
- 13:55Speaker 2: She has the tapes, she has the texts.
- 13:57Speaker 3: Brandy has everything, and they've pushed her out a so
- 14:00Speaker 3: she's got nothing to lose. They can't tempt her back
- 14:03Speaker 3: in with a paycheck. She's gone. She's got nothing to lose.
- 14:07Speaker 3: So at this point Brandy could blow up. Rather Andy.
- 14:11Speaker 2: We know he's sloppy.
- 14:13Speaker 3: What surprised me the most about this is I thought
- 14:15Speaker 3: initially it was from ten years ago, before Andy had
- 14:17Speaker 3: the children, the babies, he was really sloppy. We saw
- 14:20Speaker 3: him in New York. He was so sloppy. Even did
- 14:22Speaker 3: he show sometimes sloppy. Remember when Kathy Griffin said that
- 14:25Speaker 3: she was offer drugs at his show and there was
- 14:27Speaker 3: booze and it's a messy time party atmosphere. That's changed
- 14:32Speaker 3: now it's a very quite professional, quite buttoned up show.
- 14:35Speaker 3: People that have been to Andy's show recently said it's
- 14:37Speaker 3: totally different. There's certainly drinking still, but it's not like
- 14:41Speaker 3: it was before, and he's taken it down a notch
- 14:44Speaker 3: now that he has kids. What shocked me about this
- 14:46Speaker 3: is this is from twenty twenty two. This is only
- 14:49Speaker 3: two years ago, so Andy Baby, maybe Andy still is
- 14:53Speaker 3: that sloppy Andy Cohen. It's tricky though, because he's her boss.
- 15:00Speaker 3: Everybody be careful. What you think might be an innocent
- 15:02Speaker 3: joke isn't. And I actually have to stand up here
- 15:05Speaker 3: and say I have had bosses who have said stuff
- 15:08Speaker 3: to me years ago that today I wouldn't.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Tolerate a work environment.
- 15:13Speaker 3: I'm not for a work environment when it's okay for
- 15:15Speaker 3: the boss to send me a text, even if it's
- 15:17Speaker 3: a joke about a three way. I don't want to
- 15:19Speaker 3: watch you having sex. I don't want to see this pictures.
- 15:23Speaker 2: I don't want don't send me.
- 15:25Speaker 3: This could finally finally get Andy into some real deep trouble,
- 15:30Speaker 3: which so far.
- 15:31Speaker 2: He's always managed to sort of snip away from.
- 15:34Speaker 3: There's been lots of complaints Kathy Griffin, Bethany him. Wouldn't
- 15:42Speaker 3: it be something if the one that gets Andy is Brandy? Okay,
- 15:45Speaker 3: we're going to take a quick break and we will
- 15:46Speaker 3: be right back. Welcome back to the Naughty but Nic
- 15:50Speaker 3: Show one robs Shooter with my dear friend Cory Andrew. Hey, Corey,
- 15:54Speaker 3: let's get to the polls. Last year we talked about
- 15:58Speaker 3: how Hoder is optimistic that Kelly Ruland will return to
- 16:01Speaker 3: The Today Show. What do you think should Kelly return
- 16:04Speaker 3: to this show? We still don't quite know what's happened.
- 16:06Speaker 3: Kelly did an interview in Chicago Local TV in Chicago,
- 16:09Speaker 3: and they brought up the Today Show and she wouldn't play.
- 16:12Speaker 3: She said, no, I'm not telling you. I'm here to
- 16:14Speaker 3: promote my movie. I don't want to distract from that.
- 16:16Speaker 3: But she did say I love Hoder, I love the
- 16:18Speaker 3: Today Show. But she wouldn't reveal what has happened. Some
- 16:21Speaker 3: people are saying it's the dressing room. Some people are
- 16:23Speaker 3: saying it was inappropriate questions about her best friend Beyonce.
- 16:27Speaker 3: I'm sure it's all wrapped in there, but the question
- 16:29Speaker 3: is should she return. Let's have a look.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Ooh.
- 16:32Speaker 3: Eighty percent said no. You said go to Good Morning

- 16:41Speaker 3: Facebook page is already gossip and be sure to check
- 16:44Speaker 3: back on Monday to hear your results. And now it's
- 16:50Speaker 3: time for an nicist of the Day.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Yes, Well Lopez, Jennifer Lopez's kind gesture has a heartfelt
- 16:59Speaker 1: moment memory for Kelly Clarkson. Now, Kelly reflected on how
- 17:02Speaker 1: as the winner of the first American Idol, she faced
- 17:05Speaker 1: some really negative times, you know, with the industry really
- 17:08Speaker 1: not really trusting that people from a talent show had
- 17:12Speaker 1: the wherewithal to become a big star wars. She clearly
- 17:15Speaker 1: proved them wrong, but she recalled how not everybody was
- 17:17Speaker 1: excited about talent show winners in general back in two
- 17:20Speaker 1: thousand and two, and that everyone was not kind. However,
- 17:23Speaker 1: she expressed her gratitude to Jennifer Lopez for being so
- 17:27Speaker 1: nice to her, even though Clarkson was still a relatively
- 17:30Speaker 1: new unknown face and voice at the time, and Lopez's
- 17:34Speaker 1: kindness and encouraging wordsmen a great deal to Clarkson. And
- 17:37Speaker 1: Lopez of course responded by praising Kelly Clarkson, saying that
- 17:40Speaker 1: she has one of her favorite voices ever. You know,
- 17:44Speaker 1: Kelly is quite an amazing vocalist, can sing anything. And
- 17:48Speaker 1: I love this story, but Rob was I don't think
- 17:50Speaker 1: Jalo was a host was a judge back.
- 17:54Speaker 3: Then, though, that's no just a fan of the show.
- 17:57Speaker 3: She was on Kelly's show to promote her album, said,
- 18:00Speaker 3: before we do the interview, I've got to point something
- 18:02Speaker 3: out a long time ago, when nobody was that kind
- 18:04Speaker 3: to me, you were. And I love that Kelly remembered it.
- 18:07Speaker 3: I love that Jaylo probably didn't even remember this. But
- 18:10Speaker 3: I've gotta say, like back in the day, I was
- 18:12Speaker 3: on many red carpets with Jessica Simpson Ashley Simpson, who
- 18:15Speaker 3: were really sort of reality stars. They were treated terribly,
- 18:18Speaker 3: terribly by the celebrities. They didn't want to talk to them.
- 18:21Speaker 3: I've even got names of celebrities that were just outright
- 18:23Speaker 3: rude to them. They looked down their nose in a
- 18:25Speaker 3: similar way that I fear that I do this to
- 18:27Speaker 3: reality stars, and I've got to stop. I've got people,
- 18:30Speaker 3: people were all people. The reason this is so special
- 18:33Speaker 3: is that I went to the Golden Globes with Jennifer
- 18:35Speaker 3: Lopez and she was treated terribly. They made fun of her,
- 18:38Speaker 3: they whispered behind her backs. The big stars, the movie
- 18:41Speaker 3: stars didn't want to be around Jlo. The other publicists
- 18:44Speaker 3: who were with the movie stars rolled their eyes. Jennifer
- 18:48Speaker 3: knows what it's like to not be accepted, and that's
- 18:51Speaker 3: extraordinary to think because she's one of the biggest stars
- 18:54Speaker 3: in the world. You would never believe somebody like Jalo
- 18:56Speaker 3: would be treated badly. Trust me, she has been and
- 19:00Speaker 3: she still is by Hollywood. And so instead of learning
- 19:03Speaker 3: that lesson and applying it to other people, Jennifer did
- 19:06Speaker 3: the opposite. She broke the title. And now she goes
- 19:09Speaker 3: out of her way to be kind and nicest of
- 19:11Speaker 3: the day, and naught is the day. Naughty, naughty, naughty
- 19:14Speaker 3: Prince Philip would be furious that Harry and they're gonna
- 19:17Speaker 3: have decided to not use his last name for their children.
- 19:20Speaker 3: So the children are going to be called Sussexes rather
- 19:24Speaker 3: than mount Batten's. Now inside, as they're saying, the.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Duke would be furious. Okay, let's end with a moment
- 19:31Speaker 2: of rum RB. Remember you were not crazy. You were first.
- 19:37Speaker 3: A lot of times in my life when I've wanted
- 19:39Speaker 3: to do something, go to university, come out of the closet.
- 19:42Speaker 3: I was the first one in my family to do that,
- 19:44Speaker 3: and often people called me crazy. He's crazy. Are we
- 19:48Speaker 3: so strew he's crazy? No, you're not crazy. You're first.
- 19:52Speaker 3: So the next time somebody calls you crazy, you want
- 19:56Speaker 3: to write a book, you want to sail around the world,
- 19:58Speaker 3: you want to get a new job, you want to
- 20:00Speaker 3: lose ten pounds. You can do it. You're not crazy,
- 20:04Speaker 3: you are first. That is it for today. Thank you
