In this week's vlog, I share about turning myself around the past three years after hitting rock bottom after making a pointless and destructive decision to understand the importance of taking care of myself and seeing that despite the flawed thoughts that I had, that everything I doubted is possible and by being my best self even enduring many changes to my life, I regain trust by others and be places I never even dreamed I would be.
