$60.00 silver. And sooner than you may even
• 0:04
imagine, I'm going to give you the reasons why in this video.
• 0:08
We got a lot to cover and I'm going to do it as quickly and as
• 0:11
focused as we can. Because if you're anything like
• 0:14
me and you've been in precious metals for a while, you are
• 0:17
beginning to see and realize that it's all coming together
• 0:21
right before our very eyes. But the most important thing
• 0:25
right before our very eyes right now is each other.
• 0:27
Guys, it's a big deal when you choose to be here.
• 0:30
A big honor. Thank you for joining me in the
• 0:32
basement. Please subscribe to the channel.
• 0:35
  It's still free. OK?
• 0:38
Leave a message, share your ideas down in the comments
• 0:41
section below. What you think matters.
• 0:43
And if you don't agree with me, hey, that's OK.
• 0:45
But let's talk about, we're going to talk about something
• 0:47
Elon Musk said in a little bit. But unless you've been hiding
• 0:50
under a rock for the last two days, you know that the biggest
• 0:54
thing going was Jerome Powell in the Federal Reserve.
• 0:57
And man, guys, he delivered the big kahuna on Friday.
• 1:02
You know that we're going to look at the silver and gold
• 1:04
chart here in a little bit. But you know, what happened to
• 1:06
the gold and silver price? Look, Ben Bernanke did this back
• 1:10
in, I think. What was it, 2010 when he
• 1:14
announced QE 2 at the Jackson Hole summit?
• 1:16
It was a paradigm shift in the world economy, the world fiscal
• 1:21
and monetary policy. That's what Powell did on
• 1:23
Friday. We are in for some good times.
• 1:26
You know, let's just get him out and say hello real quickly.
• 1:28
Thank you, Jerome. OK, let's go out to the quick
• 1:31
article because there's something critical that can make
• 1:34
us very happy about what's going on because Jerome Powell
• 1:36
basically threw up the white flag on Friday.
• 1:39
Said we have stagflation. Guys, listen to me, please,
• 1:43
please, Gold and silver. There is nothing better, nothing
• 1:48
more supportive for the prices if you choose to use the US
• 1:52
dollar as the unit of measure for your ounces of gold and
• 1:57
silver. I mean, really, Look, I'm going
• 1:59
to show you this one right here. Here's a beautiful one ounce
• 2:02
round, the Las Vegas round from our friends at First Mint
• 2:07
channel sponsor. If you're going to value this,
• 2:10
using the dollar as a unit of measure, what Jerome did on
• 2:13
Friday is the best news in the world.
• 2:16
We like to talk about thinking about our silver and gold in
• 2:18
terms of Oz. But while I'm on that subject,
• 2:21
if you want to get your hands on a beautiful piece of silver,
• 2:24
please do. Please, please check out First
• 2:27
Mint. There's our sign right there.
• 2:28
First mint.com It's the silver mint in Las Vegas, NV that's
• 2:35
owned by First Majestic Silver. Literally when you buy silver
• 2:39
from First Mint, it is free from The Dirty hands of the LBMA in
• 2:43
the Comex with First Mint, it comes from the mine to the mint
• 2:48
to you. No COMEX, no LBMA.
• 2:50
And that's the company headed up by Keith Newmar.
• 2:53
First, mint.com, Great selection, great prices, free
• 2:56
shipping on over $199 orders. And as a special added bonus to
• 3:02
you, there's a secret discount code VIPRBI got off track.
• 3:07
Let's get back to what's going on.
• 3:08
Oh, the Fed OK, look, it's stagflation and I'm going to
• 3:12
prove it to you quickly. Then we're moving on 'cause we
• 3:14
got a lot to be excited about when it comes to silver and
• 3:18
  gold. Here we go, guys.
• 3:20
This comes from CBS News. That trusted source.
• 3:22
OK, Fed Chair Jerome Powell delivers the goods signals the
• 3:27
path to rate cuts at the Jackson Hole speech.
• 3:30
But but that's not the important part.
• 3:32
And again, we're going to talk about the reason why on Friday,
• 3:35
he highlighted twin. I have twins twin economic risks
• 3:40
of a slowing labor market and rising inflation.
• 3:45
That is stagflation. OK, here out in that he said,
• 3:48
quote, risk to inflation are tilted to the upside and risk to
• 3:52
employment are to the downside. A challenging situation.
• 3:56
Powell said in his speech. I'm about ready to get steam
• 3:59
coming out my ears because again, for years I've had this
• 4:02
Jerome in the box that I've used and this isn't just a funny
• 4:06
  gimmick. This was the reality.
• 4:07
I said he was boxed in on one side, you have a recession.
• 4:11
OK, That's when he says risk to deployment.
• 4:14
On the other side, you have inflation.
• 4:16
We know that's there. This really the stagflation box
• 4:20
guys. Stagflation is the dream come
• 4:22
true. We don't like it, but if it's
• 4:25
going to happen, it is the dream come true for the gold price and
• 4:28
the silver price, the last time it happened was the 1970s and in
• 4:31
the 1970s, do you know that the price of silver went up?
• 4:34
I don't know, 25 not percent, 25 times gold skyrocketed also.
• 4:40
But wait, there's more because now because of our management by
• 4:44
our trusted government officials, right, We had just
• 4:48
gone off the gold standard back in the 70s.
• 4:50
We didn't have anywhere near the debt we have now.
• 4:52
Now we have a whopping 37 trillion, yes, trillion dollars
• 4:57
in debt. You know, 1 trillion is
• 4:59
1,000,000 * 1,000,000. We are moving into an
• 5:01
unbelievable situation when it comes to the big picture.
• 5:06
What happened on Friday was a paradigm shift.
• 5:09
Jerome Powell basically admitted we have stagflation.
• 5:13
And I'm talking to people, executive level, people in the
• 5:16
executive recruiting field telling me that the job market
• 5:19
has literally fallen off a Cliff.
• 5:21
I'm talking to big business leaders, people in the
• 5:24
construction field in particular that are telling me that like,
• 5:28
whoa, something happened. And I don't just don't mean like
• 5:31
over the last six months, I mean like in the last six weeks,
• 5:34
guys, there's something, you know, be prepared.
• 5:37
And the only thing they're going to be able to do is print money.
• 5:40
And it can's going to be a beautiful time for those of us
• 5:45
that have decided to protect some of our wealth to a certain
• 5:48
degree with precious metals. It's absolutely crazy.
• 5:51
  Did you hear what? OK.
• 5:52
And look, look, there's more. We got a lot.
• 5:54
We're going to focus. Let me slow down.
• 5:58
Let's go look at the chart. Just for fun, let's take a
• 6:00
little chart break. Not a fart break.
• 6:02
  A chart break. I know, I know.
• 6:04
You're laughing. OK, here we go.
• 6:07
Share this tab instead. All right, here we go.
• 6:09
This is gold. Hey guys, look, 3400 three
• 6:13
  $1420.00 gold price. What's crazy about what's
• 6:17
happening with gold right now is if we zoom out to the one year
• 6:21
chart, this is like almost unprecedented.
• 6:24
Let me draw a couple lines on here for you.
• 6:27
Have you seen this right? Since basically April, the gold
• 6:31
price has been in I want straighten out there baby has
• 6:37
been an I mean, if you just take out that one little period, I
• 6:41
  mean that is called consolidation.
• 6:44
That is called compression. That is called the number of
• 6:46
things. And you can also draw this this
• 6:49
way. Here we go all right, you can go
• 6:54
back here. You can draw this right?
• 6:56
The whatever they call it descending, I don't know,
• 6:59
triangle compression, whatever you want to call it pattern.
• 7:02
Something is going to happen. Something is going to break.
• 7:05
And with the news we got yesterday, I almost don't see
• 7:08
how, but anything could happen, right?
• 7:10
Eventually gold is going to break out of this and it's going
• 7:13
to go up there. All right, let's go look at
• 7:14
silver because it's even more fun to look at the silver price.
• 7:20
We love gold. Gold is the granddaddy, but a
• 7:23
lot of us love silver as well. Look at the silk.
• 7:26
Wow, $39.00 OK, that's the September futures contract, but
• 7:31
let's just look at a one year chart of silver as well.
• 7:34
I mean same thing guys. Oh, not in terms of the
• 7:37
compression, but you can see an upward trend.
• 7:40
Look, we all know I'm not going to draw all the lines on there
• 7:43
for you. Basically what we're waiting for
• 7:45
in silver is to get above forty, $4142 and then it's Katie bar
• 7:51
the door. OK, Then it is quite literally
• 7:54
where is he? Oh, there he is right there.
• 7:56
You see that bear blindfolded? That's the silver Bear with $85
• 8:01
silver at this point, me personally, although I'm not a
• 8:04
financial advisor, don't make any financial decisions based on
• 8:08
anything that I say. I definitely, I definitely can
• 8:11
see $60.00 silver. I need to maybe move it up.
• 8:14
I said by April 1st it's going to happen and it's going to
• 8:17
happen quickly because once we break above $42.00 in the silver
• 8:21
price, guys, it's all over. Okay, 42 to 50 is going to
• 8:25
happen lickety split. And we've been up here trying,
• 8:29
trying. This time I believe we've got a
• 8:32
very high probability of breaking through and why?
• 8:35
Because of the fundamentals. Let's talk about a couple crazy
• 8:38
things. Let's see what Elon Musk had to
• 8:39
say about solar, because we know that nothing uses the amount of
• 8:45
silver like solar. And solar is the future.
• 8:48
Here's a tweet from Elon just recently.
• 8:50
True, simple math. Math shows no forgiveness on the
• 8:55
  altar of truth, Elon. Right.
• 8:57
Even a patch of Spain, a patch of the country of Spain, could
• 9:02
power all of Europe with solar. And then it gets more
• 9:05
interesting. This guy here started out solar
• 9:08
power in the deserts of North Africa is enough to supply 40
• 9:13
  times the world's electricity demand.
• 9:14
The world needs electricity. Solar, right?
• 9:18
Some people may say nuclear, and I agree with that as well, but a
• 9:22
combination of solar and nuclear are the answer.
• 9:25
OK, but then look what Elon said further down here.
• 9:28
He said to be clear, I mean solar plus batteries, not just
• 9:31
  solar. Well guess what?
• 9:32
Batteries use some silver as well.
• 9:35
We know the solid-state batteries coming to the EV
• 9:38
industry are going to revolutionize things, and some
• 9:41
people, they use as much as one kilogram of silver per battery.
• 9:44
Nonetheless, Elon went on to say that the entire Starlink,
• 9:48
Starlink constellation of over 7000 satellites, which go
• 9:52
through Earth's shadow many times per day, are just powered
• 9:56
by solar plus batteries, and Earth is just a giant satellite.
• 10:01
OK, guys, look, you know, everything is aligning right now
• 10:06
for the silver price and the gold price as well.
• 10:10
It's going to be crazy interesting.
• 10:13
  Silver has some interesting developments.
• 10:15
There are massive amounts of silver being added to the silver
• 10:20
ETFSI know a lot of you don't like it.
• 10:22
I'm no big fan of the SLVETF right the Spratt PSLV.
• 10:27
Personally, I'm not giving financial advice.
• 10:29
I think is much more physical in nature.
• 10:32
That's what the P stands for at the front of PSLV.
• 10:35
Nonetheless, millions last week there were I think there was
• 10:39
like one day where 9, 1,000,000 ounces of silver were added to
• 10:44
the SLVETF that is draining the silver off the LBMA out of the
• 10:51
LBMA warehouse, which is already already in, in quite a
• 10:55
precarious situation. It's crazy what is happening
• 10:59
  there. More crazy.
• 11:01
I got a lot. There's so much I'm going to be
• 11:03
back on tomorrow, but more, more crazy news.
• 11:06
So are you hearing this? Saudi Arabia, we know Russia is
• 11:10
buying silver right from their central bank sovereign
• 11:13
perspective. And now Saudi Arabia, this is
• 11:16
being talked about. Look, I'm, I guess at this point
• 11:18
I'm going to say speculation because I couldn't find any
• 11:22
real, real like hard articles from Reuters, Bloomberg,
• 11:26
anything like that. But there's a lot of people
• 11:28
saying that Saudi Arabia as a country, as a sovereign country
• 11:32
is buying silver. We know that the central bank's
• 11:36
been buying gold by crazy, but now it's happening with silver
• 11:39
potentially. I'm I, I always want to err on
• 11:42
the side of caution. Here we go.
• 11:49
This came from Make Gold Great, which is a reliable source of
• 11:52
information and very good source of information.
• 11:54
I love Make Gold Great on X. I'd recommend you follow them.
• 11:57
It says silver equals money. Again alert Saudi Arabia is re
• 12:02
monetizing silver. In 2025, Saudi Arabia's central
• 12:07
bank became the second in modern times to announce silver to be
• 12:13
adding silver to their reserves. OK and it's not just that now
• 12:17
we've got big money. Look, guys, a lot of you are
• 12:22
into physical silver. I'm into physical silver.
• 12:24
A lot of you are into physical gold.
• 12:26
I'm I'm not a big physical gold guy.
• 12:29
I've got some silver. I keep it off site.
• 12:31
I'm also in the mining stocks. I love gold mining stocks.
• 12:34
I follow them closely. A lot of you know that silver
• 12:37
mining stocks, something big is happening and there's a reason
• 12:40
why as a physical, either gold or silver investor, this is
• 12:44
reason for optimism and that is that the big money is moving
• 12:50
back into the precious metal mining sector.
• 12:53
OK, let me see. I've got a here we go.
• 12:57
Let's look at the silver miners. We give credit where credit is
• 13:03
due. This came from Gold Ventures.
• 13:04
The major silver miners are breaking out of a 14 year base
• 13:08
this week. Time to pile into the silver
• 13:11
small caps as mania is about to unfold.
• 13:14
And here's a chart of the SILETF with tracks all the big silver
• 13:19
miners and is what he's talking about.
• 13:22
Is this right here? OK, going all the way back to
• 13:27
what would that be 2012, about 14 years.
• 13:30
We have broke out above that line, as you can see.
• 13:33
We tried a couple times, right? We hit up there most recently
• 13:36
right during the C-19 crisis. But now we have definitely
• 13:40
broken out and a lot of people think more to come.
• 13:42
But there's a reason why, as again, even if you're just a
• 13:46
physical investor, we want to pay attention to this.
• 13:49
And the reason is because, look, when the big money comes into
• 13:53
the silver or gold miners and it's been a ghost town, it has
• 13:57
been. If you own precious metal mining
• 13:59
stocks like I did, you went through some of the most painful
• 14:02
periods your life. It was like a ghost town.
• 14:05
There was like like 25 people trading them back and forth.
• 14:08
When the big money moves in, OK, it's going to be like trying to
• 14:12
drain Hoover Dam with a, a garden hose.
• 14:15
And I always forget the older guy who who said that I did not
• 14:19
make that up. But more importantly, think
• 14:22
about this. When that big money starts
• 14:25
looking at the gold and silver mining sector, which are
• 14:27
starting to make massive amounts of profit, it's also going to
• 14:33
bring attention just to the metals themselves because people
• 14:37
haven't the sheeple. 99% of the people out there are clueless,
• 14:44
right? You're in front of the herd.
• 14:46
  You're out there. You're, you're, you're, you're
• 14:48
the, you're on the lifeboat from the Titanic.
• 14:51
We're the that small group of people that got on the lifeboat
• 14:55
and got off the Titanic. When the mad rush comes, it's
• 14:58
going to be absolutely crazy and we ain't seen nothing yet.
• 15:03
We're maybe in the second inning of a nine inning ball game that
• 15:07
could go to extra innings. I mean guys, and there's more,
• 15:11
we got more to talk about. Thank you guys again for.
• 15:13
And when it comes to the mining stocks, you know, there's a
• 15:17
company that I've owned the stock for years and years, long
• 15:20
before they sponsored my channel, OK.
• 15:22
And I'm not giving financial advice mining stocks any
• 15:25
investment or risky, but I've owned first Mining Gold.
• 15:28
They are a Canadian gold development stage company.
• 15:31
They have two huge projects in Canada, gold in the ground.
• 15:36
In Canada, they have the Duparque project located in
• 15:39
Quebec and Spring Pole located in Ontario.
• 15:43
  These are development stage projects.
• 15:44
The gold is in the ground, it's been drilled, it's been defined,
• 15:47
and we're talking about millions of Oz of gold.
• 15:50
They're working through the permitting process.
• 15:52
The exciting part is as there aren't many big, huge gold
• 15:56
projects that have been defined to the extent that First Mining,
• 16:00
Duparque and Spring Pole project, there aren't many left
• 16:03
in these big mining companies that are making all this money
• 16:06
right now. The Barracks and the Newmont's,
• 16:09
all of them, right? They've not been investing in
• 16:12
  exploration. They haven't been refilling
• 16:14
their pipeline. They're going to go out shopping
• 16:17
soon. No guarantees, but I would think
• 16:19
the companies like First Mining Gold are going to be potentially
• 16:22
in a very good spot. You can learn more about that
• 16:24
company at firstmininggold.com. All right, let's move on.
• 16:29
Let's go back to silver. So many stars are aligning, not
• 16:35
just for gold, but for silver. And what does this tell us?
• 16:38
This is just absolutely astounding when we look at the
• 16:42
silver market, the paper silver market.
• 16:45
This comes from the dude on X says the silver market this was
• 16:50
yesterday traded 540 million paper electronic make believe Oz
• 16:58
yesterday 540 and here's the data right here right where he
• 17:03
spells it out. OK guys think about this.
• 17:09
I'd like you to consider something yesterday in one day,
• 17:14
right? Paper make believe silver, not
• 17:16
this, not the Real McCoy. Oh, OK, look at that.
• 17:20
That's the real thing. The paper silver traded the
• 17:24
equivalent basically more than more than half of what the
• 17:30
entire silver mining industry. And I got another fact I'm going
• 17:34
to share with you next. It's even crazier, but the
• 17:36
traded more than half of what the silver mining industry
• 17:40
creates in any given year. Now also consider this, that the
• 17:46
amount of silver being produced by the silver miners has been
• 17:50
stagnant and I think even declining in recent years.
• 17:54
Now this next point. This is crazy.
• 17:56
  Something very simple, very simple.
• 17:59
But sometimes the simple things, right?
• 18:01
Because little things mean a lot and simple things are the most
• 18:05
powerful. This I believe to be one of the
• 18:08
something I didn't really think about much.
• 18:11
We'll come back to that. That's Ed Steer this one here.
• 18:16
This came from Steve AG. OK, think about this is this
• 18:21
kind of blew me away. There's less silver in the world
• 18:25
today than yesterday. That's the fact.
• 18:30
OK. We are running a silver deficit.
• 18:33
The world is consuming more silver than is being produced.
• 18:37
So as a result of that, let's think about that.
• 18:41
Again, There's less silver in the world today than there is
• 18:46
yesterday. And where does that lead us?
• 18:49
OK, I'm going to, I'm going to do a short clip here from Jesse
• 18:53
Day. I love this guy Jesse Day.
• 18:55
I think it's called commodity culture.
• 18:56
We'll see here in a second. But he interviewed this guy, Ed
• 18:59
Steer. Ed Steer, I love listening to

him. He's like a silver guru and he
• 19:03
talks about the fact that basically they've been covering
• 19:07
some of their shorts, the big, the big bullion banks.
• 19:10
But there's something different about what's happening now.
• 19:13
So let's listen to what he says when he's talking with Jesse.
• 19:16
I found this to be very, very interesting, very insightful.
• 19:20
  And here we go. Yeah.
• 19:24
It's called commodity culture. Give him credit here.
• 19:27
Jesse Day. You can follow him on X.
• 19:29
Really a smart guy. He has some great interviews.
• 19:32
But let's let's listen to a little bit here what Ed Steer
• 19:34
says. If you look at the price,
• 19:37
normally what happens is that is that the boys are going to come
• 19:40
in and try to cover short positions.
• 19:41
They drive the price into the dirt.
• 19:44
So he's talking about when they're covering their short
• 19:46
positions in silver and he's looking at the silver price.
• 19:50
And usually what they've done is they would they would do these
• 19:52
crazy smashes down. We've all been through them in
• 19:56
silver, but there's something different this time.
• 19:58
I'll start over at the beginning.
• 19:59
I won't talk anymore. Listen to this.
• 20:02
If you look at the price, normally what happens is that is
• 20:05
if the boys are going to come in and try to cover short
• 20:07
positions, they drive the price into the dirt.
• 20:10
But you know, we haven't seen that really.
• 20:12
And since since the beginning of July, which is like 6 weeks ago,
• 20:17
seven weeks ago now, the Big Four and the Big Eight shorts
• 20:20
have covered 14,000 of the short positions.
• 20:23
And if you look at the chart, there's no sign of it anywhere
• 20:25
that they've beaten the price down.
• 20:27
They've been doing it quietly and under under the radar.
• 20:30
The only time you'd notice it is when you look at the actual
• 20:33
numbers. You'd never know it by looking
• 20:35
at the price. So they've been reducing their
• 20:38
short positions like mad and very quietly, not just in silver
• 20:42
but also in gold. All right, there you go, man.
• 20:48
Thank you for being here. Basement dwellers, please
• 20:51
subscribe to the channel. Remember that is free.
• 20:54
We're going to cover these developments.
• 20:55
We've been doing it for years. Don't forget we sat down here
• 20:58
together for years. That bear right there used to be
• 21:02
blindfolded with $2500. That's the gold bear.
• 21:06
And we said we would take the blindfold off When gold hit
• 21:10
  $2500. People laughed at us.
• 21:12
People scoffed at us. I've got a whole file of hate
• 21:15
mail from people saying I was lying to people.
• 21:18
I was just a shill for silver and for gold, and we proved them
• 21:23
  wrong, I believe. Right.
• 21:25
  Very soon. Where is he?
• 21:26
  There he is. Huh.
• 21:28
That guy right there. That's the Silver Bear with $85
• 21:32
on his blindfold. That that will be coming off as
• 21:35
well. Everything is lining up. the Fed
• 21:37
delivered the whopper on Friday. Thank you.
• 21:41
Jerome Powell. Jerome Powell's out the door.
• 21:43
He can drop the truth bomb now. And he just dropped the truth
• 21:46
  bomb. We're in stagflation.
• 21:49
We've been talking about it for two years.
• 21:51
I've been, I've had Jerome in the box for two years, right?
• 21:54
That is stanflation recession on one side, inflation on the
• 21:57
other. We are headed for just, I don't
• 22:01
want to use the word promised land, but those of us who've
• 22:05
who've been stead steady and and realize the big picture, not one
• 22:09
of the that's not a good one. Hold on the sheeple.
• 22:14
  I mean, nobody's awake. They're going to be they're
• 22:16
going to wake up, but it's going to be too late when the Titanic
• 22:20
is already sinking and you and I and the other people that had
• 22:24
the foresight and put the work in to realize what's going on
• 22:27
are in the lifeboat, okay? You they can't keep the paper
• 22:32
facade up and keep the silver price down much longer.
• 22:35
On top of that, we didn't even talk about China and India,
• 22:39
right? They are the East is taking over
• 22:41
the pricing mechanism for the precious metals are you know
• 22:45
what's going on, on the Shanghai Gold Exchange, the physical
• 22:49
market where silver is traded on physical level and the price is
• 22:53
significantly higher, usually at least 10% higher than what it is
• 22:57
in the West. You know that the Chinese are
• 23:00
going directly now to South America and buying all of the
• 23:04
silver concentrate that they can get their hands on.
• 23:07
Guys, it is just unbelievable what is happening.
• 23:10
  You know that finally. Finally.
• 23:14
Yeah. You heard it here first or maybe
• 23:16
second, but doesn't matter. It's something we need to
• 23:18
remember. That would have been a ghost
• 23:20
town for so long, not just on the physical gold and silver
• 23:25
side of things, but in particular with the mining
• 23:28
stocks. The lights are coming back on in
• 23:30
the ghost town, and then it's going to bring so much
• 23:32
  attention. All right?
• 23:34
It's going to be a wild ride. I appreciate you being here
• 23:36
again. I appreciate you joining me here
• 23:38
in the basement. You're always welcome here.
• 23:40
I hope you feel like you found a little home away from home.
• 23:43
And Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood for gold and silver investors
• 23:47
because it truly is a beautiful day.
• 23:49
You take care of yourself, OK? And I will see you next time.
