- 0:24Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Root, raw and unfiltered, but America's
- 0:27Speaker 2: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 2: the world, Las Vegas. What time is it.
- 0:34Speaker 1: It's time War War.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw truth, one hundred
- 0:41Speaker 2: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
- 0:56Speaker 3: All right, ladies and gentlemen, Welcome, Welcome, Welcome, Talk Media Network.
- 1:01Speaker 4: My name is Lee Elci. That's l E E E Lci.
- 1:06Speaker 3: You can email me Leelsradio at gmail dot com. On Fridays,
- 1:10Speaker 3: I fill in the first hour on this amazing radio
- 1:16Speaker 3: network from coast to coast. The show is War. Wayne
- 1:18Speaker 3: Allen Root is your host. He'll be here in exactly
- 1:22Speaker 3: sixty minutes. Oh my goodness, did we have fireworks today
- 1:28Speaker 3: in Washington, d C. If you haven't heard or didn't
- 1:34Speaker 3: see any of the conversation between President Donald Trump and Zelensky,
- 1:40Speaker 3: who was actually at the White House, I'm going to
- 1:42Speaker 3: play with some of that audio here.
- 1:44Speaker 5: In just a second. But I'll tell you it was contentious,
- 1:47Speaker 5: it was nasty. At times, they seemingly were arguing. Zelensky
- 1:53Speaker 5: was defiant. He was almost in some cases like the
- 1:58Speaker 5: child who was being scolded by a parent.
- 2:01Speaker 4: It was not a good look.
- 2:04Speaker 3: Not a good look all around, and not really true
- 2:08Speaker 3: harbinger for peace, world peace. We're talking, by the way, guys,
- 2:13Speaker 3: about world peace right now. This is not a small
- 2:17Speaker 3: little section of the world that's in some kind of conflict.
- 2:21Speaker 3: This is a major former superpower and another I want
- 2:28Speaker 3: to call it, European powerhouse, who are battling and they've
- 2:33Speaker 3: been battling for three years, and the new president, Donald
- 2:36Speaker 3: Trump is trying to figure out a way to.
- 2:40Speaker 4: Broker some kind of peace.
- 2:42Speaker 5: And I got to tell you, it really didn't sound
- 2:47Speaker 5: or look like they were even close to any of
- 2:50Speaker 5: that today. So I think, I really think it's important
- 2:54Speaker 5: that we play a chunk of this audio between the
- 2:58Speaker 5: two men, Zelensky and Trump. It's rather lengthy, but I
- 3:02Speaker 5: think it's worthwhile just sitting and listening to the back
- 3:07Speaker 5: and forth discussion between Trump and Zelensky and the meeting
- 3:12Speaker 5: at the White House.
- 3:13Speaker 6: Back stop, what the situation, The same that people have
- 3:17Speaker 6: been dying on the contact line.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Nobody stopped him.
- 3:21Speaker 6: You know that we had conversations with him, a lot
- 3:24Speaker 6: of conversations, mabilateral conversation, and we signed with him, me
- 3:29Speaker 6: like a new president. In twenty nineteen, I signed with
- 3:33Speaker 6: him the deal I signed with him.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Macron and meyr Kill we.
- 3:38Speaker 6: Signed ceasefire, ceasefire. All of them told me that he
- 3:42Speaker 6: will never go. We signed him with guess contract. Guess contract, yes,
- 3:48Speaker 6: but after that he broken the ceasefire.
- 3:52Speaker 1: He killed our people and.
- 3:53Speaker 6: He didn't exchange prisoners. We signed the exchange of prisoners,
- 3:57Speaker 6: but he didn't do it. What kind of diplomacy gg
- 4:02Speaker 6: us speaking involved, what do you what do you mean?
- 4:05Speaker 7: I'm talking about the kind of diplomacy that's going to
- 4:07Speaker 7: end the destruction of your country, mister President, mister President,
- 4:11Speaker 7: with respect, I think it's disrespectful for you to come
- 4:13Speaker 7: into the Oval Office to try to litigate this in
- 4:15Speaker 7: front of the American media. Right now, you guys are
- 4:17Speaker 7: going around and forcing conscripts to the front lines because
- 4:21Speaker 7: you have manpower problems. You should be thanking the president
- 4:24Speaker 7: for trying to bring it into this conflict into Ukraine.
- 4:27Speaker 1: That you say, what problems we have. I have been
- 4:30Speaker 1: to come one.
- 4:31Speaker 7: I have actually I've actually watched and seen the stories,
- 4:34Speaker 7: and I know what happens is you bring people, you
- 4:37Speaker 7: bring them.
- 4:37Speaker 1: On a propaganda tour.
- 4:39Speaker 7: Mister President, are do you disagree that you've had problems
- 4:43Speaker 7: bringing people in your military? And do you think that
- 4:45Speaker 7: it's respectful to come to the Oval Office of the
- 4:48Speaker 7: United States of America and attack the administration that is
- 4:51Speaker 7: trying to trying to prevent the destruction of your country?
- 4:54Speaker 1: A lot of questions. Let's start from the beginning.
- 4:56Speaker 6: Sure, fist all, during the war, everybody has problems.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Even you.
- 5:01Speaker 6: But you have nice ocean and don't feel now, but
- 5:04Speaker 6: you will feel it in the fusions.
- 5:07Speaker 4: You don't know that.
- 5:08Speaker 1: I'm blessed, You're I'm blessed.
- 5:09Speaker 8: You don't tell us what we're gonna feel. We're trying
- 5:13Speaker 8: to solve a problem. Don't tell us what we're gonna feel.
- 5:15Speaker 8: I'm because you're in no position to dictate that. Remember this,
- 5:19Speaker 8: You're in no position to dictate what we're gonna feel.
- 5:24Speaker 8: We're gonna feel very good, feel We're gonna feel very
- 5:27Speaker 8: good and very strong, feel influenced. You're right now, not
- 5:31Speaker 8: in a very good position. You've allowed you in a
- 5:34Speaker 8: pretty bad position, has to be right about from the
- 5:37Speaker 8: very beginning of the war. Not in a good position.
- 5:40Speaker 8: You don't have the cards right now with us. You
- 5:42Speaker 8: start having cards right.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Now, You don't you play.
- 5:47Speaker 8: You're gambling with the lives and millions of people think
- 5:50Speaker 8: you're gambling with world War three.
- 5:53Speaker 1: You're gambling with world War three.
- 5:56Speaker 8: And what you're doing is very disrespectful to the country.
- 6:00Speaker 8: This country. It's back to you far more than a
- 6:03Speaker 8: lot of people said they should have.
- 6:05Speaker 7: Have you said thank you once this entire meeting. No,
- 6:08Speaker 7: in this entire meeting, and you said thank you. You
- 6:11Speaker 7: went to Pennsylvania and campaigned for the opposition in October.
- 6:15Speaker 7: Offer some words of appreciation for the United States of
- 6:18Speaker 7: America and the president who's trying to save your country.
- 6:23Speaker 6: Please, you're saying that if you will speak very loudly
- 6:27Speaker 6: about the war.
- 6:28Speaker 1: He's not speaking loudly.
- 6:29Speaker 8: He's not speaking loudly. Your country is in big trouble. No, No,
- 6:33Speaker 8: you've done a lot of talking. Your country is in
- 6:35Speaker 8: big trouble. I know you're not winning. You're not winning this.
- 6:39Speaker 8: You have a damn good chance of coming out, Okay, because.
- 6:42Speaker 6: Of the president. We're staying in Yawa country, staying strong.
- 6:46Speaker 6: From the very beginning of the war, we've been alone.
- 6:48Speaker 1: And we are thankful. I said, thanks, you haven't been
- 6:51Speaker 1: this cabinet.
- 6:53Speaker 8: We gave you, through this stupid president, three hundred and
- 6:56Speaker 8: fifty billion dollars. We gave you military equipment. You and
- 7:00Speaker 8: you men are brave, but they had to use our military.
- 7:03Speaker 8: If you didn't have our military equipment, If you didn't
- 7:07Speaker 8: have our military equipment, this war would have been over
- 7:10Speaker 8: in two weeks.
- 7:11Speaker 6: In three days, I heard it from Putin in three days.
- 7:14Speaker 8: This is something maybe less in two weeks.
- 7:16Speaker 6: Of course, yes, it's.
- 7:17Speaker 8: Going to be a very hard thing to do business
- 7:19Speaker 8: like this.
- 7:20Speaker 9: I tell you this.
- 7:21Speaker 7: They thank you.
- 7:22Speaker 6: I accept, except that they're accept the American except that.
- 7:26Speaker 7: There are disagreements, and let's go litigate those disagreements rather
- 7:29Speaker 7: than trying to fight it out in the American media
- 7:32Speaker 7: when you're wrong.
- 7:33Speaker 8: We know that you're wrong, but you see, I think
- 7:35Speaker 8: it's good for the American people to see what's going on.
- 7:38Speaker 8: I think it's very important. That's why I kept this
- 7:40Speaker 8: going so long. You have to be thankful. You don't
- 7:44Speaker 8: have the cards. You're buried there, your people that died.
- 7:48Speaker 8: You're running low on soldiers. Listen, you're running slow on soldiers.
- 7:53Speaker 8: It would be a damn good thing. And then you
- 7:55Speaker 8: then you tell us I don't want to cease fire.
- 7:57Speaker 8: I don't want to cease fire. I want to go
- 7:59Speaker 8: and I to this. Look, if you could get a
- 8:02Speaker 8: ceasefire right now, I tell you take it. So the
- 8:05Speaker 8: bullets stopped flying, and your ment stuff courting kills want
- 8:08Speaker 8: to stow the war. But they're saying, you don't want
- 8:10Speaker 8: to see you. I want to see guarantee because you'll
- 8:13Speaker 8: get a ceasefire faster than any gree.
- 8:15Speaker 6: Let's core people about fire. They see.
- 8:18Speaker 1: That wasn't with me.
- 8:20Speaker 8: That wasn't with me. That was with a guy named Biden,
- 8:23Speaker 8: who was not a smart person. That was your That
- 8:26Speaker 8: was with Obama. Excuse me, that was with Obama, who
- 8:30Speaker 8: gave you sheets, and I gave you javelins. I gave
- 8:33Speaker 8: you the javelins to take out all those tanks. Obama
- 8:36Speaker 8: gave you sheets. In fact, the statement is Obama gave
- 8:40Speaker 8: sheets and Trump gave javelins. You got to be more thankful, because,
- 8:46Speaker 8: let me tell you, you don't have the cards with us.
- 8:49Speaker 8: You have the cards, but without us, you don't have
- 8:51Speaker 8: any cards. Question, because the attitudes have to change. What
- 9:00Speaker 8: if Russia tras?
- 9:03Speaker 7: What did Russia?
- 9:05Speaker 9: What did them understand it?
- 9:08Speaker 1: It's what are you saying? She's asking?
- 9:12Speaker 7: What if Russia breaks the ceasefire?
- 9:14Speaker 1: Well, what if they?
- 9:15Speaker 8: What if anything? What if the bomb drops on your
- 9:18Speaker 8: head right now?
- 9:19Speaker 1: Okay? What if they broke it? I don't know.
- 9:21Speaker 8: They broke it with Biden because Biden didn't respect him.
- 9:24Speaker 8: They didn't respect Obama. They respect me. Let me tell you,
- 9:29Speaker 8: Putin went through a hell of a lot with me.
- 9:31Speaker 8: He went through a phony witch hunt where they used
- 9:34Speaker 8: him and Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia. You ever hear of
- 9:37Speaker 8: that deal?
- 9:38Speaker 1: There was a phony.
- 9:39Speaker 8: That was a phony Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, scam, Hillary Clinton,
- 9:44Speaker 8: Shifty Adam Schiff. It was a Democrat scam and he
- 9:48Speaker 8: had to go through that, and he did go through it.
- 9:51Speaker 8: We didn't end up in a war, and he went
- 9:53Speaker 8: through it. He was accused of all that stuff he
- 9:55Speaker 8: had nothing to do with. It came out of Hunter
- 9:57Speaker 8: Biden's bathroom. He came out of Hunter Biden's bedroom. It
- 10:03Speaker 8: was disgusting. And then they said, oh, oh, the laptop
- 10:07Speaker 8: from Hell was made by Russia, the fifty one agents.
- 10:12Speaker 8: The whole thing was a scam, and he had to
- 10:14Speaker 8: put up with that. He was being accused of all
- 10:16Speaker 8: that stuff. All I can say is this, he might
- 10:20Speaker 8: have broken deals with Obama and Bush, and he might
- 10:23Speaker 8: have broken them with Biden. He did maybe maybe he did.
- 10:26Speaker 8: I don't know what happened, but he didn't break them
- 10:29Speaker 8: with me. He wants to make a deal. I don't
- 10:31Speaker 8: know if you can make a deal. The problem is
- 10:34Speaker 8: I've empowered you to be a tough guy, and I
- 10:38Speaker 8: don't think you'd be a tough guy without the United States.
- 10:40Speaker 8: And your people are very brave. But you're either going
- 10:43Speaker 8: to make a deal or we're out. And if we're out,
- 10:46Speaker 8: you'll fight it out. I don't think it's going to
- 10:49Speaker 8: be pretty, but you'll fight it out. But you don't
- 10:52Speaker 8: have the cards. But once we signed that deal, you're
- 10:55Speaker 8: in a much better position. But you're not acting at
- 10:58Speaker 8: all thankful. That's not a nice thing. I'll be honest.
- 11:01Speaker 1: That's not a nice thing. All right.
- 11:04Speaker 8: I think we've seen enough. What do you think?
- 11:06Speaker 9: Yuh?
- 11:07Speaker 8: This is gonna be great television.
- 11:10Speaker 4: All right?
- 11:10Speaker 5: Jumping back in That was from today, a heated conversation
- 11:15Speaker 5: between Zelenski and President Donald Trump.
- 11:19Speaker 4: You also heard from Vice President Vance.
- 11:22Speaker 5: It was something unlike anything that I've ever seen in
- 11:27Speaker 5: all of my years of doing radio, and I thought
- 11:30Speaker 5: it was very important that we play that for you,
- 11:32Speaker 5: just to give you an idea if you missed it,
- 11:35Speaker 5: it was.
- 11:37Speaker 4: It was something. All right, let me take a break.

- 14:51Speaker 5: All right, all, welcome back Talk Media Network. My name
- 14:54Speaker 5: is Lee Elsie, filling in for Wayne Allen Roots joining
- 14:57Speaker 5: us right now. He's a legend ladies and gentlemen. He's
- 15:01Speaker 5: a former CIA agent, former congressman. He joins me weekly
- 15:06Speaker 5: on my morning show here in Connecticut.
- 15:07Speaker 4: And his name is Colonel Rob Simon.
- 15:09Speaker 5: So Rob, you know, we saw Musque the other day
- 15:13Speaker 5: in the Cabinet meeting, the first cabinet meeting.
- 15:16Speaker 4: What's your take on Elon Musk.
- 15:18Speaker 10: He's an interesting character, but he is not most of
- 15:23Speaker 10: the things the Democrats say about him. But he said
- 15:26Speaker 10: something very interesting. If we don't fix it, I believe,
- 15:29Speaker 10: he said, I am doing this because I believe if
- 15:31Speaker 10: we don't fix it, we're going bankrupt, and if we
- 15:34Speaker 10: go bankrupt, there's no place else to go. Essentially, I
- 15:38Speaker 10: came here from South Africa. I had nothing when I arrived.
- 15:42Speaker 10: I made it all here. It's a wonderful country. I'm
- 15:44Speaker 10: giving back. This is my effort to give back to
- 15:48Speaker 10: to provide something of value. And I'm just saying to
- 15:51Speaker 10: all of you cabinet officers, essentially, you run your bureaucracy.
- 15:56Speaker 10: I'm just trying to help. I'm just trying to find
- 15:58Speaker 10: out where the problems are incumbent essentially upon you to
- 16:02Speaker 10: do the heavy lifting. And you know that, to me
- 16:05Speaker 10: is an important message for us to understand. And when
- 16:09Speaker 10: it comes to the House, Republicans with a three person
- 16:12Speaker 10: majority and one jerk, one jerk Republican voted against the
- 16:16Speaker 10: budget resolution. Well, okay, one jerk. You're always going to
- 16:21Speaker 10: get one one jerk in the barrel, one bad apple
- 16:23Speaker 10: in the barrel. But they have to be unanimous. We
- 16:26Speaker 10: don't have a choice because the Democrats are unanimous against
- 16:29Speaker 10: the bureaucracy that they created, the monster that they created
- 16:33Speaker 10: in the federal government, this monster that Barry goldwould have
- 16:36Speaker 10: warned us about nineteen sixty four, with a conscience of
- 16:39Speaker 10: a conservative. This monster will fill every space of our
- 16:42Speaker 10: lives that it feels it belongs. And if we don't
- 16:47Speaker 10: deal with the monster, it's going to deal with us.
- 16:50Speaker 10: And we're going down as every great nation that overspends Rome,
- 16:54Speaker 10: bread and circuses in Rome. No longer fund the military,
- 16:58Speaker 10: no longer protect the frontiers, the borders. I mean, we're Rome,
- 17:02Speaker 10: We're Roman. If we don't understand that we're Roman, we're
- 17:04Speaker 10: on the cusp, then we're drinking the kool aid.
- 17:07Speaker 5: Colonel Simmons with us, and again he wants to get
- 17:10Speaker 5: to a couple of different topics.
- 17:11Speaker 10: But you know, I was going to talk about the
- 17:14Speaker 10: Associated Press and the Gulf of Mexico and the Gulf
- 17:17Speaker 10: of America.
- 17:18Speaker 4: Yeah, you got that wrong.
- 17:19Speaker 10: No I didn't, Okay, Okay, So here's here's the deal.
- 17:23Speaker 10: It's really simple. When I'm I'm in the embassy in
- 17:26Speaker 10: Taiwan and I go to an embassy function with a
- 17:29Speaker 10: bunch of other diplomats and people. Uh, there was this
- 17:33Speaker 10: guy from South Africa who said, oh, hi, how are you.
- 17:36Speaker 10: What's your name, Rob Simmons and where are you from?
- 17:40Speaker 10: I'm an American? Oh, North America, Central America or South America.
- 17:48Speaker 10: I said no, no, you know, like the United States.
- 17:50Speaker 1: The good one.
- 17:50Speaker 10: Oh so so you're from the United States. Oh, and
- 17:57Speaker 10: I said, yeah, Well, how's the appartad working? But you know,
- 18:01Speaker 10: the point he was trying to make is why is
- 18:04Speaker 10: it that citizens of the United States who refer to
- 18:07Speaker 10: themselves as Americans don't understand that there are other Americans too.
- 18:13Speaker 10: There are South Americans, point, there are Central Americans, and
- 18:17Speaker 10: there are North Americans, including the Canadians, you know, the
- 18:21Speaker 10: boys would occupucks and the maple syrup.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Sure.
- 18:24Speaker 10: So when Trump calls it the Gulf of America, the
- 18:28Speaker 10: Associated Press, oh, that's terrible. Thus he's trying to promote
- 18:35Speaker 10: himself as the president of America. Well, he's not the
- 18:40Speaker 10: President of America. You're president of the United States. And
- 18:43Speaker 10: if you look at it objectively, which the AP will
- 18:46Speaker 10: not do. If you look at it objectively, calling it
- 18:49Speaker 10: the Gulf of America, that makes perfectly good suffer because
- 18:52Speaker 10: part of it's next to North America. It's part of
- 18:54Speaker 10: it next to Florida and Missouri and Mississippi and Texas,
- 18:58Speaker 10: part of it next to Mexico. And if you swing
- 19:00Speaker 10: all the way around, guess what go all the way down? Well,
- 19:03Speaker 10: I'll put the Cubas in there, Grenadas in there, the Costa.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Rica's in there.
- 19:08Speaker 2: There's a whole.
- 19:09Speaker 10: Bunch of countries in there. So by calling it the
- 19:11Speaker 10: Gulf of America, you're actually including everybody. But the apie said, no,
- 19:16Speaker 10: we're not going to change the name. So okay, well,
- 19:20Speaker 10: then you're not going to sit in the front seat.
- 19:22Speaker 4: Oh we haven't.
- 19:23Speaker 1: We have a we have a right.
- 19:24Speaker 10: To sit in the front seat. The Associated Press. We've
- 19:26Speaker 10: been sitting in the front seat since nineteen twenty five.
- 19:30Speaker 10: So here comes a twenty seven year old says, yeah,
- 19:33Speaker 10: but you're not going to sit there anymore because you're
- 19:36Speaker 10: not calling it the Gulf of America. Okay, so too bad, Cyanara.
- 19:41Speaker 10: And you're not going to fly on Air Force one,
- 19:43Speaker 10: not your plane. It's his plane, you know, the guy
- 19:45Speaker 10: with the orange hair. It's his plane. And he didn't
- 19:47Speaker 10: watch it there until you change change your attitude. Now,
- 19:51Speaker 10: ap did change Denali to McKinley. They did that, But
- 19:58Speaker 10: they're not doing this because they know I want to
- 20:00Speaker 10: see the big picture. It's all about Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump,
- 20:03Speaker 10: Trump Trump. And again with an Associated Press that is
- 20:06Speaker 10: so fixated on attacking Trump as I pointed out in
- 20:10Speaker 10: their article some of their articles are garbage. They're just garbage.
- 20:16Speaker 5: All right, there you go inside, look at not only
- 20:19Speaker 5: the newspaper industry, but why we should one percent be
- 20:25Speaker 5: behind the Gulf of America as opposed to be the
- 20:29Speaker 5: Gulf of Mexico. The Great Colonel Robson's joining us. All right,
- 20:33Speaker 5: we shall take a short break.
- 20:35Speaker 4: We'll come right back. My name is Lee Elson, going
- 20:37Speaker 4: in for Wayne Allen.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Ruth.
- 20:38Speaker 4: Fifth is war Hi.
- 20:42Speaker 1: This is Wayne Eller. Root for Z stack and C Shield.
- 20:45Speaker 9: Doctor Vladimir's Aleko works tirelessly to develop new formulas and
- 20:49Speaker 9: products to protect you, right up until the end of
- 20:51Speaker 9: his life. His revolutionary Z stack product was based on
- 20:54Speaker 9: his Nobel Prize nominated It's a Lenco protocol to boost
- 20:57Speaker 9: your immune system against active viruses. But doctors Leco was
- 21:01Speaker 9: also searching for a way to address dorment viruses and
- 21:04Speaker 9: developed C Shield. While the immune system gets rid of
- 21:08Speaker 9: most viruses, some linger These dormant viruses include epstein bar
- 21:13Speaker 9: herpes viruses, shingles, chicken pox, and many more. Z shield
- 21:17Speaker 9: helps ensure you are not vulnerable to new viruses or
- 21:20Speaker 9: reactivation of the dormant ones. Get z stack and Z

- 21:39Speaker 9: from a code war.
- 21:42Speaker 4: All right, welcome back Talk Media Network.
- 21:45Speaker 5: My name is Lee Elsie, filling in for Wayne Allen
- 21:47Speaker 5: rud here this first hour. One of my favorite guests
- 21:51Speaker 5: to bring on my morning show here in Connecticut is
- 21:54Speaker 5: joining us now. His name is Judge John and Azarro
- 21:57Speaker 5: and Judge. We're always pressed for time, so I'm going
- 21:59Speaker 5: to jump right into it. So as Trump and Elon
- 22:02Speaker 5: Musk throw more and more stuff up against the wall,
- 22:05Speaker 5: some of it sticks, some of it doesn't. Some of
- 22:08Speaker 5: it is stopped by judges. How can a judge stop
- 22:11Speaker 5: a presidential action? Who has more power? The president or
- 22:15Speaker 5: a judge.
- 22:16Speaker 11: It's a delicate balance, and they do have authority. And
- 22:19Speaker 11: that's why we have separational powers. Remember we have three
- 22:22Speaker 11: branches of government, judicial and executive and legislative, and it's
- 22:27Speaker 11: called checks and balances. And I was thinking about this
- 22:29Speaker 11: on the way in, because the judges have granted injunctions
- 22:32Speaker 11: the judges have denied injunctions.
- 22:34Speaker 4: Now there's a.
- 22:35Speaker 11: Lift on certain enforcement against a doge, and the president
- 22:40Speaker 11: has certain executive powers, so it's a case by case basis.
- 22:44Speaker 1: That's what we want.
- 22:46Speaker 11: And from the Trump administration standpoint, that's a policy thing.
- 22:49Speaker 11: They're going after everything. Let's file, let's do all this action.
- 22:53Speaker 11: We're gonna get sued, and the states are suing left
- 22:55Speaker 11: and right, and guess what, They're gonna win some, they're
- 22:57Speaker 11: gonna lose some. So it's a heck of a strategy
- 23:00Speaker 11: which is working. So the judges are doing their job.
- 23:04Speaker 11: And you know, when you do put the robond, you
- 23:07Speaker 11: try to call it fairly. You try not to be political,
- 23:11Speaker 11: but I will admit as a former Republican appointee originally
- 23:15Speaker 11: by Governor Well, you know, your thoughts creep in, and
- 23:18Speaker 11: then Governor Moloy appointed me the second time, so both
- 23:20Speaker 11: Democrat and Republican, and you try to do the right thing,
- 23:23Speaker 11: but sometimes you can't, you know, separate those emotions, and
- 23:27Speaker 11: you shouldn't decide cases on emotions. So the judges are
- 23:30Speaker 11: doing the right things. They have the power, they don't
- 23:32Speaker 11: have more power. It's called coequal branches of government.
- 23:36Speaker 4: For a reason.
- 23:37Speaker 5: Right, And I'm glad you brought it up this way,
- 23:39Speaker 5: and I'm glad we got a chance to ask this
- 23:41Speaker 5: question because great question. Yeah, because I've been getting this
- 23:43Speaker 5: question a lot too, which is, oh, Trump is causing chaos.
- 23:46Speaker 5: He's going around and above the law. And I said, well,
- 23:49Speaker 5: hold on, and maybe I'm wrong about this, but it
- 23:52Speaker 5: seems like every time he has overstepped or shaded outside
- 23:55Speaker 5: the lines.
- 23:56Speaker 4: Judges have said no. Right.
- 23:58Speaker 5: So everything that he's doing, that is whether it's DOGE related,
- 24:02Speaker 5: and we can get to that, then that is within
- 24:04Speaker 5: the executive purview for him to do.
- 24:06Speaker 11: He's testing the bounce right everywhere. And you know, I
- 24:09Speaker 11: don't blame him. The voters made a decision, whether you
- 24:13Speaker 11: like it or not, every seventh swing state, the House,
- 24:17Speaker 11: the Senate, every branch of government, and so he's going
- 24:20Speaker 11: to try everything. I don't fault him for that, right,
- 24:22Speaker 11: And so the courts come in and they're going to rule.
- 24:25Speaker 11: So I think I think it's working. And I know
- 24:27Speaker 11: people are gonna condemn me for that, but I understand.
- 24:30Speaker 5: But when the judges do jump in and stop it,
- 24:33Speaker 5: it simply means that he's tried something. He's gone too
- 24:37Speaker 5: far and the judges are saying no. So the system's working.
- 24:40Speaker 9: You know.
- 24:40Speaker 4: I'll tell you.
- 24:41Speaker 11: I talk to my daughter, who you've had on and
- 24:43Speaker 11: she's with the Hill dot Com and so she's right
- 24:46Speaker 11: in the National Press Corps. She is in the heart
- 24:48Speaker 11: of Washington, sees the capital from her apartment, walks over
- 24:51Speaker 11: to her a news department, and the interesting view a
- 24:54Speaker 11: lot of a lot of the media. I can't say
- 24:56Speaker 11: this is her view personally, but a lot of the
- 24:58Speaker 11: media thinks that they're overshooting, they're going too fast and
- 25:01Speaker 11: that kind of thing. On the other hand, I understand
- 25:04Speaker 11: the strategy, you know, but a lot of the media,
- 25:07Speaker 11: and as you know, a lot of the legacy media,
- 25:09Speaker 11: so call keeps getting barred from the press room.
- 25:12Speaker 5: Let's talk about a couple of the issues, because it
- 25:14Speaker 5: goes really quick, Cash Ptel, so your thoughts.
- 25:17Speaker 11: On, oh, you know, hey, Trump's getting his way. All
- 25:20Speaker 11: his nominees, everyone except for Matt Gates. And I'm not
- 25:23Speaker 11: a fan of Matt Gates. Every one of the nominees
- 25:25Speaker 11: came through. Guess what house on fire? Cash Betel's going
- 25:28Speaker 11: to do what he's going to do. And I've heard
- 25:29Speaker 11: from a lot of lawyers friends of mine. I'm going
- 25:32Speaker 11: to throw out a named John Williams, very respected civil
- 25:35Speaker 11: rights attorney. We've known each other for my entire career.
- 25:38Speaker 11: In fact, I met him on the way to Second
- 25:39Speaker 11: Circuit nineteen eighty two in the Second Circuit Court of Appeal.
- 25:43Speaker 11: Brilliant guy, Georgetown guy, and boy is off the rails.
- 25:46Speaker 11: He thinks he's very dangerous for the country. On the
- 25:49Speaker 11: other hand, let me tell you, there's been a lot
- 25:50Speaker 11: of bad things going on with the FBI, CIA and
- 25:54Speaker 11: Cash Betel's going and is cleaning house. And now we
- 25:57Speaker 11: have don Dan Mongino, Deputy Director. I was watching a
- 26:02Speaker 11: clip from his show and look out. He's going to
- 26:04Speaker 11: find the corruption. He's going to find the bad guys,
- 26:07Speaker 11: if there were bad guys. On January sixth, Bongino has
- 26:11Speaker 11: talked about he knows there were Feds in the crowd, right,
- 26:14Speaker 11: he knows there were Feds in the White House, right,
- 26:16Speaker 11: and he's going to root him out. Let me tell
- 26:18Speaker 11: you they're on a mission. Yeah, and I'm looking forward
- 26:21Speaker 11: to it because as a person who's been in government,
- 26:24Speaker 11: federal and state, Okay, bad things happen. Let me burst
- 26:27Speaker 11: your bubble, young people and old people out there that
- 26:30Speaker 11: like to believe that your institutions work. Guess what, sometimes
- 26:34Speaker 11: they don't. And the corruption runs deep and it's going
- 26:37Speaker 11: to be exposed. And I'll tell you, I'm in touch
- 26:40Speaker 11: with a lot of law enforcement and that's the circle
- 26:42Speaker 11: I'm moving in, and lawyers and others, and they are
- 26:46Speaker 11: on board with this because they know it's dirty and
- 26:48Speaker 11: they know there's dirty players and we need to straighten
- 26:51Speaker 11: it all out.
- 26:52Speaker 5: And I think too, the people that he's putting in
- 26:54Speaker 5: these positions to do this work, I think.
- 26:57Speaker 4: Actually trust them. I do. I trust Dan Bongino.
- 27:01Speaker 5: There's no I mean, it's a guy who's now has
- 27:03Speaker 5: a successful radio show that he's going to give up
- 27:05Speaker 5: my goodness, right, So that's you know, that's where he's making.
- 27:07Speaker 5: I'm sure millions of dollars a year. He's going to
- 27:10Speaker 5: give that up to go do this, to go fight
- 27:11Speaker 5: this fight. I feel the same way about about Musk.
- 27:14Speaker 5: I feel like these guys are actually doing this for
- 27:17Speaker 5: the right patriotic reasons.
- 27:19Speaker 4: Do you feel the same way.
- 27:20Speaker 11: I totally agree, And people will attack me on that
- 27:23Speaker 11: issue because what do they have to gain? It's not
- 27:26Speaker 11: about money and Lucer Musk has he's the world's richest guy.
- 27:30Speaker 11: He's not taking a salary, and he's brilliant, he's a genius,
- 27:34Speaker 11: and people are condemned. He's not elected, Nobody elected him.
- 27:37Speaker 11: And what does he know? Well, you know what he knows.
- 27:39Speaker 11: He knows business and he knows how to reduce waste
- 27:42Speaker 11: and abuse. And people are turning a blind eye to
- 27:45Speaker 11: the hundreds of millions of dollars that they've exposed. Shouldn't
- 27:49Speaker 11: we care about that? The fact that the Democrats are
- 27:51Speaker 11: against that is very disturbing. I think these guys are
- 27:54Speaker 11: well motivated.
- 27:55Speaker 5: The fact that you're, for whatever reason, pushing back against
- 27:59Speaker 5: rooting out option, what does that tell.
- 28:01Speaker 4: You about these people?
- 28:01Speaker 11: It's bizarre. We're in Alison Wonderland, Sinclair lewis up as down,
- 28:05Speaker 11: down as up. How are you against that? This is
- 28:08Speaker 11: how off the rails the Democrats are. They're lost. They're
- 28:11Speaker 11: a drift at sea with no compass, no anything, and
- 28:13Speaker 11: they don't know what to do. They're flat footed.
- 28:16Speaker 5: Now, is there a tipping point on the Supreme Court
- 28:19Speaker 5: that would that would make you nervous?
- 28:21Speaker 11: I'm not sure.
- 28:21Speaker 4: I inderstand that six to three, now seven eight, Does
- 28:24Speaker 4: that make you nervous?
- 28:26Speaker 11: No? I'm not nervous at all. I'm not nervous at all.
- 28:28Speaker 11: I mean, when we have these justices, you'd be surprised.
- 28:31Speaker 11: It is a conservative bench. Yah, so they're going to
- 28:34Speaker 11: be more favorable than looking at things conservatively. Amy Cony Bryant,
- 28:38Speaker 11: I mean at Notre Dame and she's avowed conservative. She
- 28:41Speaker 11: was honest. She was up there and she revealed her
- 28:44Speaker 11: positions and she was appointed. Anyway, not all of them
- 28:47Speaker 11: do that, you know, Gore, Sutch and Kavanaugh and others,
- 28:50Speaker 11: those were I'm going to say it, they were less honest.
- 28:53Speaker 11: They were less honest because they wanted to get through
- 28:54Speaker 11: the process. But the fact I'm not, I'm really not
- 28:56Speaker 11: really nervous, Okay, I think the system works.
- 28:59Speaker 5: I did want to get to Trump lawsuits, and in
- 29:01Speaker 5: addition to that, he also fires more than a dozen
- 29:04Speaker 5: immigration judges. So give me, give me some general thoughts
- 29:09Speaker 5: on the lawsuits and how he has gone about firing
- 29:12Speaker 5: some of these people in a very aggressive man I'm sorry.
- 29:16Speaker 11: In fact, my daughter was commenting about this because there's
- 29:18Speaker 11: all kinds of people she went to school with that
- 29:20Speaker 11: are in State department, young people, and they're all worried.
- 29:23Speaker 11: They're all worried, and I tried to explain to her.
- 29:25Speaker 11: You know, when you work in government, everybody's and everybody's
- 29:28Speaker 11: fat and happy. Okay, And I've been there, folks, and
- 29:31Speaker 11: I am a government retiree and I get a pension,
- 29:33Speaker 11: thank you very much. But the fact is they get
- 29:35Speaker 11: too fat and happy, and this is a problem. And
- 29:38Speaker 11: the government is gone from three percent GDP to twenty
- 29:43Speaker 11: three percent. So the voter said we need to cut,
- 29:46Speaker 11: and cutting is ugly, and I feel bad for people
- 29:49Speaker 11: who can't make their mortgage payments and everything else. But
- 29:51Speaker 11: you don't get a life appointment unless you're one of
- 29:53Speaker 11: those constitutional officers like a US District Court judge or
- 29:57Speaker 11: the United States Supreme Court. So you got to take
- 29:59Speaker 11: the razor. He's overshooting clearly, I mean, there's too much.
- 30:03Speaker 11: And then they have a buyer's remorse. Oh, we better
- 30:06Speaker 11: call these people back. As far as federal employees, if
- 30:10Speaker 11: there's a contract that protects them, right collective bargaining, they're
- 30:14Speaker 11: going to fight it and maybe they'll win. On the
- 30:16Speaker 11: other hand, part of the executive function of the president
- 30:19Speaker 11: is that he can do what he wants in terms
- 30:21Speaker 11: of his staff. In the executive branch. A lot of
- 30:24Speaker 11: these folks, a lot of these departments and divisions, they
- 30:27Speaker 11: can be cut. That's what's happening.
- 30:28Speaker 5: Can you give me your quick assessment on Elon Musk
- 30:31Speaker 5: and Doge asking for people to give them a week's
- 30:35Speaker 5: worth of what they actually did legally?
- 30:37Speaker 4: How does that play out?
- 30:39Speaker 11: We have paralegals and attorneys. They keep things called time sheets.
- 30:42Speaker 11: What did you work on last week? Can you block
- 30:45Speaker 11: out your time? Are you being productive or are you
- 30:48Speaker 11: looking at Facebook all day on your phone? Accountability, Oh
- 30:52Speaker 11: my gosh, there is a new idea. He's bringing private
- 30:55Speaker 11: corporate mentality into government. Let me tell you. When I
- 30:58Speaker 11: went on the bench, I took one hundred thousand pay cut,
- 31:00Speaker 11: I'm saying it right now to be a judge. And
- 31:02Speaker 11: I came from the private sector, very successful practice, and
- 31:06Speaker 11: I ran into roadblocks all the time. My son, God
- 31:08Speaker 11: bless him. He was in the navy and he was
- 31:11Speaker 11: in the merchant Marine. He goes to the private sector
- 31:13Speaker 11: and I'm gonna say it, electric boat, and he's got
- 31:15Speaker 11: to wait. He's got to wait for the union carpenter.
- 31:17Speaker 11: He's got to wait.
- 31:17Speaker 4: He's his dad.
- 31:18Speaker 11: When I was on a ship at sea and the
- 31:20Speaker 11: captain gave the order. We got the stuff done. We
- 31:24Speaker 11: didn't have to wait. It's called efficiency. Oh my gosh, accountability.
- 31:28Speaker 11: Let me see your time. She's I don't got a problem.
- 31:30Speaker 11: How are you gonna fight that? Why does that not
- 31:32Speaker 11: make sense? I mean, my gosh, you know you have
- 31:36Speaker 11: some accountability. I have no problem with that.
- 31:38Speaker 5: And you know a big part of this too is
- 31:40Speaker 5: they want people to go back to work. I mean,
- 31:42Speaker 5: in other words, go back to the office, get back
- 31:44Speaker 5: into the job.
- 31:44Speaker 4: You can get out of.
- 31:45Speaker 11: Your basement, get out of your pajamas, go in and
- 31:48Speaker 11: go to work like everybody else.
- 31:50Speaker 5: I'm the most skeptical person on this planet, right I
- 31:54Speaker 5: am definitely glass half empty, okay, and I am always
- 31:57Speaker 5: I've always been that way. Aside from the the blanket
- 32:00Speaker 5: pardons judge every single thing that Trump has done so far,
- 32:04Speaker 5: I like, I mean.
- 32:05Speaker 4: I want this. I want you to break it the pieces.
- 32:07Speaker 5: I want you to scare the hell out of the
- 32:09Speaker 5: people who have been soaking up the system forever. This
- 32:12Speaker 5: is what I voted for. I want this, and I
- 32:15Speaker 5: hope he continues to do it. The dose legality of
- 32:18Speaker 5: dose Just if you can quickly talk a little.
- 32:20Speaker 11: Bit I mean, there's challenges. This is a judge ruled
- 32:24Speaker 11: that it's a legitimate government agency. Again, people don't like
- 32:28Speaker 11: what's going on, but he has the opportunity to create
- 32:31Speaker 11: this department. They have powers, and so we have Elon
- 32:35Speaker 11: Musk there and they're cutting and burning and you're seeing
- 32:37Speaker 11: the list timing. Again, what about the wasted billions of
- 32:41Speaker 11: dollars in these foreign crazy programs. And when I say
- 32:44Speaker 11: crazy programs, the DEI and all this other stuff in
- 32:47Speaker 11: other nations, I'm talking about far away nations, right, So
- 32:51Speaker 11: it's legal, it's valid, and that's the way it is.
- 32:53Speaker 11: You can cry all you want, but it's gonna happen.
- 32:55Speaker 5: So piece by piece. It's just like it's just like
- 32:58Speaker 5: all the executive orders. It'll somewhere along the line they'll
- 33:01Speaker 5: be probably lawsuits against some of the things that he's
- 33:03Speaker 5: trying to do.
- 33:03Speaker 11: So that's our process, and I'm okay with that. Let's
- 33:06Speaker 11: challenge that. I just want to go on record, I
- 33:08Speaker 11: don't agree with all of the things that Trump has
- 33:10Speaker 11: done since he took off. The people have been accusing
- 33:13Speaker 11: me of being mag and this and that, but the
- 33:15Speaker 11: reality is, I want our government to succeed. Why do
- 33:17Speaker 11: we want to root for failure.
- 33:18Speaker 5: It's a good question, Judge John Nazarro joining us here
- 33:23Speaker 5: on the Talk media network.
- 33:25Speaker 4: Appreciate you very much, Judge. We'll talk soon.
- 33:27Speaker 2: Thank you.

- 36:35Speaker 4: All right, welcome back Talk Media Network. My name is
- 36:37Speaker 4: Lee Elsie. Joining us right now.
- 36:39Speaker 5: One of our all times favorite Heritage Foundation Colonel Stephen Bochee. So,
- 36:45Speaker 5: colonel forty plus years in the military. You've been in
- 36:48Speaker 5: with Heritage for as long as I've known you. So,
- 36:50Speaker 5: Dan bonng Gino is the new pick to help out
- 36:53Speaker 5: over at the FBI.
- 36:55Speaker 4: Wanted to get your thirty thousand foot view. Everyone seems
- 36:58Speaker 4: to be up in arms. That's abody else from the
- 37:01Speaker 4: world of the media. The conservative media has such an
- 37:03Speaker 4: important position. What are your thoughts?
- 37:06Speaker 12: Uh, you know, I saw an article this morning that
- 37:09Speaker 12: you know, somebody was just agast because you know, traditionally
- 37:13Speaker 12: the number two guy in the FBI is a career
- 37:19Speaker 12: FBI person. I gotta tell you those kind of traditional methodologies,
- 37:24Speaker 12: that's nice, but that is not some sort of rule
- 37:28Speaker 12: that you have to follow.
- 37:30Speaker 2: Uh.
- 37:30Speaker 12: You know, It's not like Bongino is not a law
- 37:33Speaker 12: enforcement officer. He was a career Secret Service agent.
- 37:38Speaker 9: Uh.
- 37:38Speaker 12: The Secret Service works with the FBI all the time. Patel,
- 37:43Speaker 12: you know, has got incredible credit. He's the chief of
- 37:46Speaker 12: staff to the Secretary of Defense for a while. Uh
- 37:50Speaker 12: he's a lawyer. Uh. You know this is these guys
- 37:53Speaker 12: are both perfectly qualified for these jobs. People don't like
- 37:58Speaker 12: them on the left because they are people that support
- 38:03Speaker 12: President Trump's goal of cleaning these organizations up so that
- 38:07Speaker 12: they can't be used anymore the way they've been used
- 38:11Speaker 12: since the Obama administration, but definitely during the Biden administration. Right, So,
- 38:16Speaker 12: I think, great call, let's see where they go. If
- 38:20Speaker 12: they don't do a good job, President Trump's going to fire.
- 38:22Speaker 4: Them, right right. That's I don't know.
- 38:25Speaker 12: What people are worried about. He doesn't leave rumdums and jobs.
- 38:31Speaker 12: If they don't measure up, He'll get rid of him
- 38:33Speaker 12: and find somebody you will do what he wants them
- 38:35Speaker 12: to do.
- 38:35Speaker 2: Right.
- 38:35Speaker 5: One of the biggest concerns that seems from the people
- 38:38Speaker 5: on the left is these people are not qualified to
- 38:41Speaker 5: do this job.
- 38:41Speaker 4: And I think to myself, Okay, to run.
- 38:44Speaker 5: An organization with thirty eight thousand people, or to run
- 38:47Speaker 5: out an organization where Pete Hegseth has to run with
- 38:51Speaker 5: a million people, no one has that qualifications.
- 38:54Speaker 4: No one's ever done that kind of a job before.
- 38:56Speaker 5: So there really really is no work related to types
- 39:00Speaker 5: of experience. No one really has that background to jump
- 39:04Speaker 5: into that job know exactly what to do they want, No.
- 39:07Speaker 12: They don't. And even if they did some other organization,
- 39:11Speaker 12: a big civilian corporation, the rules are completely different to
- 39:16Speaker 12: run a cabinet level department in the United States government,
- 39:20Speaker 12: especially the big ones. So even if you have experience,
- 39:24Speaker 12: you can't use the same methodologies that you did before.
- 39:27Speaker 12: So there's going to be a learning curve. That's why
- 39:30Speaker 12: you have a staff around you that you get to
- 39:33Speaker 12: pick to help you do that and who you can
- 39:37Speaker 12: trust to give you the kind of advice that you
- 39:41Speaker 12: need to get to do those sort of jobs. Is
- 39:45Speaker 12: that a perfect system. No, But you know what, we've
- 39:48Speaker 12: had people who seem to have the credibility that their
- 39:54Speaker 12: experiences should prepare them for it, and they've been crappy
- 39:57Speaker 12: at it. It's not a guarantee that because because you know,
- 40:00Speaker 12: you were a four star general or you ran general motors,
- 40:04Speaker 12: that you are suddenly going to be really good at
- 40:06Speaker 12: running the Department of Defense or or you know, DHS
- 40:10Speaker 12: or the FBI or some other complex government things. So
- 40:14Speaker 12: I think that the complaints are almost all based solely
- 40:19Speaker 12: on well, they're from your side of the political aisle,
- 40:23Speaker 12: and I don't like them. I want somebody from my
- 40:26Speaker 12: side of the political aisle, right, And you know, look,
- 40:29Speaker 12: was Pete Boodagesh qualified to be the Secretary of Transportation?
- 40:34Speaker 12: He had been the mayor of a little town in Indiana.
- 40:38Speaker 12: You know, look, I'm sorry South Bend does not like
- 40:40Speaker 12: some giant metropolis. But that seemed to be okay with
- 40:45Speaker 12: the Dems. But now these folks are, oh, they're not qualified,
- 40:49Speaker 12: and it's all based on the political prejudices of those critics.
- 40:54Speaker 5: Colonel Stephen Bouchie with us and we moved from that.
- 40:57Speaker 5: This past Monday was the three year in of nursery
- 41:00Speaker 5: of Ukraine Russia, that conflict and Trump's negotiation with Zelensky
- 41:05Speaker 5: about a mineral deal and all that being factored in.
- 41:07Speaker 5: But what is your quote unquote thirty thousand foot view
- 41:11Speaker 5: assessment of what we're witnessing in Ukraine with Russia?
- 41:15Speaker 4: And do you foresee this thing being over soon?
- 41:18Speaker 12: Yeah? The look, President Trump is driving everybody crazy because
- 41:23Speaker 12: his methodology is totally not what other people would do.
- 41:30Speaker 12: He's bringing an attitude to it that he's looked at
- 41:33Speaker 12: what's gone before and has decided it's been a failure,
- 41:38Speaker 12: so he's going to try some other things. There are
- 41:40Speaker 12: people complaining that he's being too mean and too demanding
- 41:45Speaker 12: on the Ukrainians. Okay, but you know, we've kind of
- 41:48Speaker 12: given him the store for three years and it hasn't
- 41:51Speaker 12: worked very well. Look between you and me. President Trump's
- 41:55Speaker 12: comments last week when he got upset with Zelensky and said, well,
- 42:00Speaker 12: he really started it and he's a dictator, I'm sorry.
- 42:03Speaker 12: Those were words I believe spoken in anger and frustration
- 42:08Speaker 12: and were inaccurate and just unfortunate. But literally the next day,
- 42:14Speaker 12: the Trump team started talking to Zowinsky, going back doing
- 42:19Speaker 12: their magic, trying to come up with a solution that
- 42:23Speaker 12: is going to help Ukraine but also protect the interests
- 42:28Speaker 12: in the United States of America. Trump is not an
- 42:32Speaker 12: asset for Vladimir Putin. People who say that and think
- 42:36Speaker 12: that are that is just utter nonsense. He's proven that
- 42:40Speaker 12: over and over again, and they just need to stop.
- 42:44Speaker 12: It's just stupid.
- 42:45Speaker 4: I do wish we had.
- 42:46Speaker 5: More time, but Colonel, we are out of it. Thank
- 42:49Speaker 5: you very much for again another great segment, another great week,
- 42:53Speaker 5: for another great show.
- 42:55Speaker 4: Thank you very much. We'll take a break when.
