Death penalty lawyer on the failed execution of Christa Pike
The head of prisons in the US State of Tennessee has resigned after the failed execution of death row inmate Christa Pike. Nonprofit organisation, American Civil Liberties Union, runs a Capital Punishment Project, which works towards the repeal of the death penalty in the United States. They campaigned against the execution of Christa Pike. Maria DeLiberato is a Senior Counsel for the project and spoke to John Campbell.
