- 0:00We interrupt this incredibly awesome music to bring you some incredibly awesome political talk on damn radio
- 0:08Hello, good evening. Welcome. I am samuel trap. This is international flavor. You are listening to damn radio
- 0:17I am here live at the lake ozark real estate of the art studio
- 0:24Feel free to call in tonight 5 7 3 7 4 6 8 0 2 0 or send me emails that I never read to
- 0:30Live at damn radio.com or samuel t at international flavor
- 0:37.com I have a thesis tonight and uh
- 0:39But before I get to that thesis, I wanted to tell you a tiny little story. Okay, and it's a real life story
- 0:46This story is about a guy
- 0:49named
- 0:51donald heathfield
- 0:53And his wife anna foley
- 0:57And they had two sons one named alex, and I really don't recall the name of the other one, but
- 1:03these two
- 1:05Were arrested in 2010 and they
- 1:12There was a tv show created about them and this tv show is called the americans and it ran for
- 1:19Four seasons won a number of awards and whatnot and maybe five it was 2013 to 2018
- 1:25So yeah, that's five whole seasons, but i've only watched the first season it uh, it got all kinds of awards and stuff
- 1:32but it didn't um
- 1:35It didn't really I thought it was a little fake-ish, you know is is I didn't really care for it
- 1:41maybe it got better as you went on in the other years, but
- 1:44the reason I tell you this story is because uh the arrest of uh
- 1:49Of these two in 2010 donald heathfield and ann foley
- 1:55was for espionage
- 1:58And they were later identified
- 2:01as yelena vavilova
- 2:04and andre bezrukov
- 2:07and
- 2:09Their son the two sons and I only remember the name of the other one, but the son
- 2:13Named alex vavilov took his mother's
- 2:17last name
- 2:18Uh, and I don't remember the other son's name. I apologize. I read about him before but uh, I I didn't uh dig too far in
- 2:25But they did not know
- 2:28at all
- 2:29that their parents were
- 2:32Uh kgb or had been kgb in a prior life had been spies
- 2:39And they were uh deported or something, you know, they they got out of the country. However that
- 2:45Real story worked out isn't the point of tonight's show, but if you get a uh
- 2:50A chance to go back and you want to see a show based upon
- 2:54the alleged real life events of uh, um
- 2:59Andre bezrukov and yelena vavilova
- 3:03Uh who were known again as she was ann foley and he was donald heathfield
- 3:08They had lived in canada in the u.s
- 3:11for a good number of years
- 3:14and the
- 3:17Uh, he got a a harvard education the the uh,
- 3:22bezrukov got a harvard education
- 3:25The wife got a uh, you know, she played homemaker for the first period of life when the the boys were young
- 3:31um
- 3:33Allegedly, they were already married in the soviet well in russia when they were approached for this thing when the wall was coming down
- 3:40and they came over in the to canada and they
- 3:44Pretended they hadn't met apparently and then met each other married each other in canada
- 3:50Got canadian citizenship and then came to the u.s to do some
- 3:55education and whatnot
- 3:58um interesting
- 4:00tale the real life one is the tv show
- 4:04I enjoyed it, but uh, I
- 4:07You know just I only watched the first season and it wasn't very memorable
- 4:12that was several years ago that I watched it and I just saw it and thought it was an interesting concept and
- 4:18I was into buying seasons of tv shows on
- 4:22Apple tv and I bought the first season and I chose not to buy the rest of the seasons
- 4:27on the other hand
- 4:28I have all the game of thrones and most of the walking dead can't figure out why because I don't like zombie shows but
- 4:34That one was uh, you know, somehow I got sucked into that but that's not the point of tonight's show
- 4:41so I got a
- 4:42theory tonight and i've i've
- 4:46spoken about andre bezrukov before and andre is
- 4:52Harvard educated the guy's a smart guy
- 4:55His english is perfect. His russian is fantastic. Obviously. He was a native of russian
- 5:01uh speaking
- 5:02Parents and uh, you know, that's what he has done and
- 5:07I told you a little bit about
- 5:10a
- 5:11Presentation that he gave several months ago might even be as long as eight nine months ago
- 5:17Could have been a little while ago
- 5:19at the st. Petersburg
- 5:24Legal forum
- 5:26And they had an annual international legal conference which I would love to go to
- 5:33Um, and that is what is coming up in st. Petersburg
- 5:37this year
- 5:38During a period that I'm trying my darndest to get there in the first couple weeks of january
- 5:46I want to spend new years there. I want to see winter in st. Petersburg. I've never been to st. Petersburg. Anyway
- 5:53I'm trying to figure out how to get there and go to this legal conference
- 5:57Which I think would be fantastic
- 6:00And there's a couple other things i'd like to do over there. Anyway, anyway that uh off of the personal crap
- 6:05I want to get to the um
- 6:08Thesis that he made and I I watched his presentation
- 6:14When it first came out when it first came out I watched it I may have even reported some about it on this program
- 6:20But I I thought it
- 6:22You know, I saw it pop up on my feed as a video again, which means it's making the rounds again, I suppose
- 6:30And so I chose to watch it again, and I forgot how
- 6:36Telling it was how
- 6:38Important what he was saying was not just from this point of view
- 6:44of russia
- 6:45But from the point of view of the world
- 6:49And I I can probably I mean if you can find a translation of it
- 6:54It's andre bezrukov and bezrukov is b-e-z-r-u-k-o-v
- 6:58And his name is andre and uh, you can find it on youtube and you can you have to do it with subtitles
- 7:06because I don't know if anybody is has has redone it but
- 7:10Basically, i've been meaning to do this for a while and it popping up on my
- 7:16feed
- 7:18um
- 7:19Prompted me to do it over this past weekend. So I watched the whole thing again. I was doing a lot of
- 7:26Driving and working on something in the house that was taking time
- 7:30So I was able to put it on in the background, you know what I mean?
- 7:33and so I had the the the
- 7:35Two hours or so to listen to it and I went through the whole thing
- 7:39and
- 7:41especially with current events about what is
- 7:46Um
- 7:48What is happening in the world today
- 7:51I wanted to kind of tie them together
- 7:55the events that are occurring
- 7:57and
- 7:59uh
- 8:02And some of the mistakes that I think are made and at the risk of being beaten up by people who are
- 8:09Trump lovers. I really don't mean that and you know, I got uh, uh a trump
- 8:15issue
- 8:17Internationally, but nationally. I I think he's doing great internationally
- 8:22I'm, not so sure and and uh for tonight you'll have to forgive me. So druzya that means friends
- 8:28Friends you you are listening to international flavor and and I hope the truth tastes good to you here tonight
- 8:36But before we get there, I believe I shall answer this call
- 8:42Hello fine caller, how might I help you this evening?
- 8:47Good afternoon, uh, mr. Von trappa
- 8:49So do the do the what do the russians think about the muslims?
- 8:54Is there like a thing about that over there? Not at all
- 8:58Nothing, I mean, it's just like a non-issue. It is a complete non-issue
- 9:04So is there a general consensus in russia about what sort of
- 9:10Religion they may uh subscribe to
- 9:14No
- 9:16the
- 9:16The majority are and well
- 9:20I thought about doing a show on this as well
- 9:24uh, because and I talked a little bit about it in last night's show about um
- 9:29What ukraine has done to the russian orthodox church, which was also the
- 9:37Same russian orthodox church. They made them. So first they made them change their names and I might have this
- 9:45messed up slightly, but what what
- 9:48Ukraine did to russia regarding language was and they both had the same language. It was all russian orthodox. Okay
- 9:57but then
- 9:58The ukrainians decided to turn their part into the ukrainian
- 10:03Orthodox church, but still have the same lines of authority
- 10:09which are
- 10:11Basically in moscow now, you know several hundred years ago. They were in kiev, but all of russia was
- 10:18The the base was kiev the the they didn't move
- 10:21capitals until some time later
- 10:24It was christian. It was a christian religion. It's definitely christian. It's like
- 10:29Not muslim not islam
- 10:31No, no, no, no, no, but that you remember all of those areas
- 10:36And the huge part of the soviet union had all of the stands
- 10:41um
- 10:42In azerbaijan, they had uh, there are tons of them in georgia muslim people, uh, tatarstan
- 10:49Which is a russian?
- 10:52um
- 10:52A region
- 10:55Is is muslim there are several others that are in the further south you go. They're all
- 11:00They're all the the likelihood is just as good that they're going to be muslim as it is that they're going to be
- 11:07russian orthodox or
- 11:09Just in terms of of the geography and the and the relative. Uh, yeah, I understand that that's a that
- 11:16I think that's a good thing
- 11:18I think there's nothing wrong with you know, having muslim enclaves in in their own, you know area
- 11:26Here's my question to you sam. What what do you think about what's going on in new york city?
- 11:33About a muslim taking over the mayor
- 11:37Of the most american city in the world. What the heck? What?
- 11:45For me
- 11:47It's a complete non-issue. I I just I truly don't care and um, yeah
- 11:53I went and how do I want to put this? It's not that I don't care. It's that
- 11:58I care that people are making it an issue. It is not an issue
- 12:03It um, it it's nothing against america. It's nothing against whatever remember
- 12:08You're, you know 10th grade civics or your sixth grade, you know, first history courses that you get
- 12:16America's melting pot right people come here and they come from everywhere. So
- 12:21They're they're coming. I don't necessarily agree with the fact that everybody's coming
- 12:26but the fact is that's what america was built upon and to
- 12:33Dislike a particular religion because it's a particular religion and it's not the same as yours
- 12:40or because
- 12:42in my view mistakenly
- 12:43People believe that people are going to force upon them some kind of a sharia law
- 12:49is
- 12:52Nonsensical
- 12:54Well, I should you know what maybe nonsensical is too harsh maybe it's
- 13:00uh, maybe we should
- 13:02Wait and see the guys
- 13:05He wasn't born here if I recall the guy I remember where but I forget where uh, I
- 13:11Why did I just say that I said that completely wrong I remember reading where but I forget where he was born
- 13:20So so you don't think there's a reason?
- 13:23to keep america america
- 13:25I mean to keep I don't believe that makes a difference. I don't believe that the the mayor of new york being
- 13:32Of a different religion, whatever it is
- 13:34Makes america not america. I don't believe that what about the mayor of uh, st
- 13:39Paul or whatever minneapolis or whatever who gave his acceptance speech in somali, man
- 13:46He he spoke somali and and and prayed somalia in his acceptance speech
- 13:53To become the mayor of the united states. Uh, yeah, I heard that several years ago
- 13:59I was up in that area and I went and toured
- 14:03That part of minneapolis and when I was a kid, I lived in minnesota when I was in high school
- 14:09and uh went to
- 14:11st. Paul minneapolis on a
- 14:14I don't want to say regular base, but reasonably frequently and it was extremely extremely
- 14:21Extremely white you you didn't see I mean aside from this was back when prince, you know was a big deal
- 14:28And and and there were some black areas, but not like the rest of the country
- 14:35they're just
- 14:36Did you ever go to prince's?
- 14:40You know
- 14:41Compound. No, I wish I had but I have yeah, I did. I got to go see that. It was wonderful
- 14:47It was neat see i'm a big prince fan, you know prince. He's he's like gender fluid. I don't know
- 14:52I don't I mean, I don't know for sure but
- 14:55But does it matter? I mean as long as you're not bothering anybody. I don't give a crap
- 15:00You know as long as you don't ram it down my throat
- 15:03What do I care what two adults do in the privacy of their own home or somewhere else?
- 15:09If you're doing it on the street, I got a problem with it
- 15:12If you but I have the same problem with a man and a woman, you know
- 15:17Swap and spit on the street. I don't like it. It just
- 15:21I it
- 15:23What what do they call pba pba? I was in the military. I was in the military pda not allowed
- 15:29You know, you're in uniform or you're somewhere. You don't even hold your wife's hand. You know what i'm saying?
- 15:34Yeah, yeah, it's not true, but I mean most people did anyway, but it's
- 15:40You're not showing affection in a military uniform now, of course if you're leaving your wife
- 15:46And you're not going to see her for a year and you're going off to war, you know
- 15:50All that stuff goes out the window, but you know, it's not something you're just going to be wandering around the base in in
- 15:55Fort hood, you know
- 15:58Swap and spit, you know, it's not going to happen
- 16:01So sam in your opinion, what is the best way for us?
- 16:05All of us, you know black white red yellow, you know muslim hispanic christian
- 16:11You know buddhist hindu what is the best way?
- 16:15For us to figure out how to get along and not fight
- 16:19acceptance and understanding
- 16:21That's it. I mean if you have a presupposed notion about what somebody else does based on something
- 16:27A third party told you get rid of it. That's that's that's it except and move on
- 16:34How can we get the word out man? How the word is out?
- 16:38The word's been out forever do unto others and then split
- 16:43No, I mean do unto others as you would have them do unto you. That's that's what it is. It's it's it's
- 16:50you that's
- 16:51that's
- 16:53religion 101
- 16:56Except everyone except them what percentage what percentage of the population do you think?
- 17:03Subscribes to what you're saying
- 17:0520 percent
- 17:0720 percent. Yeah, it's a well, of course
- 17:10And and and I don't want to say i'm a rarity
- 17:13But I don't give a rip where you came from who you were I care about, you know, how we
- 17:20Interact, you know us so it's the 80 20 rule and that's so funny that your phone number is
- 17:28But I get the 80 remember that part the 80 is always mine
- 17:32The 80 is always yours. That's right. Well, there's a reason there's a reason I tune in to you sam
- 17:37And I appreciate your perspective
- 17:40And you know, i'm not saying i'm right, but that's my perspective
- 17:44I'm, not saying you're right either
- 17:47That's awesome
- 17:48All right. Have a great night. I love you you too. Thank you. I think highly of you. Good night. Good night
- 17:55And there he goes
- 17:57um, well, I want to
- 18:00Hopefully still be able I think I can I this is this is a good amount of content
- 18:06That that I want to go through with mr. Bezrukov
- 18:10and bezrukov
- 18:12is talking about
- 18:13About
- 18:15Several theses, okay, and I want to go through them
- 18:18So for years he lived in the united states under his false identity donald heathfield
- 18:23As part of russia's illegals program a deep cover officer
- 18:28Who lived like your neighbor did he raised kids? He went to harvard or networked with the elites. Um,
- 18:34and
- 18:35Allegedly reported all straight back to moscow must have he was arrested in 2010
- 18:40Um, it was an illegal pro illegals program fbi case
- 18:46He got swapped in vienna a few weeks later for some
- 18:50Americans that they were holding and he got sent back home
- 18:54Back in russia. He got some pretty high state awards. He got
- 18:58Advisory work at ross neft, which is uh, ross means russia neft means oil
- 19:03So russian's largest oil company and a professorship at moscow university
- 19:09uh teaching applied analysis of international problems, well
- 19:14He's a gifted man. No matter how you slice it. So whatever he did doesn't matter. I mean it matters, you know, I
- 19:21But he act as if we haven't done similar
- 19:25Things and I will call you on it because that's not the case
- 19:29Why do you think they were swapped? So this isn't a think tank intern that gets to play geopolitics
- 19:35This is a guy who actually spent decades living in canada and america, and then he went back to moscow and he's shaping the system
- 19:42This year's saint petersburg international legal forum. His his lecture was called
- 19:50global geopolitics
- 19:51in the era of the new
- 19:53american reality
- 19:56and he starts by saying
- 19:58That that this is what got me so interested in this the first time I listened to it and then I listened to it again
- 20:05And he said we are entering a new historical era
- 20:09Comparable not to the 90s or the obama years, but to
- 20:14the term of the period of time from 1914
- 20:18to 1945
- 20:20a 30-year
- 20:22systemic rupture of the planet
- 20:25That completely changed
- 20:28the life of
- 20:29lives on the planet
- 20:31So his starting points, you know stripped down to the basics are
- 20:36We're at the beginning of a long global breakdown and reassembly similar to what went on during those times
- 20:43not a minor correction
- 20:45the new technology wave centered on artificial intelligence and related systems is colliding with the
- 20:52political economic order built on us dominance
- 20:57after 1945
- 20:59Number three the u.s. Itself is in a systemic crisis. It's polarized
- 21:06It's intellectually exhausted. It's run by an isolated
- 21:11expert cast in washington dc
- 21:14with atomized society and collapsing
- 21:18institutions
- 21:20And then he goes to russia. Russia has only two real options
- 21:25become a northern pillar
- 21:28of the new eurasian macro region
- 21:32or
- 21:33Repeat 1917 to 1991 and collapse internally while others carve up the spoils
- 21:40Okay, so if russia doesn't come out of this russia's done is what he's saying if russia doesn't come out of this
- 21:46upon
- 21:47a different set of standards, you know this
- 21:50It could be harm. It's harmful for russia. It's harmful for america every both both
- 21:56If you want to call it both because it's more than one
- 21:58But normally we could treat this as an interesting russian theory and move on
- 22:04But I do mean as of today and really as of today
- 22:09november 17
- 22:112025
- 22:13Donald trump has handed me
- 22:17Two points of analysis that dovetail
- 22:20Exactly into my story and to my analysis of mr. Bezrukov's
- 22:26um ideas, okay
- 22:29And these are very bright examples of of what he was talking about example one
- 22:35Venezuela over the last few months
- 22:37Washington has built up the largest u.s. Naval military presence in the caribbean in decades under the banner of
- 22:45So-called fighting drug cartels what the pentagon brands as operations southern spear
- 22:52This isn't a coast guard cutter in a helicopter. We're talking about a carrier strike group centered on the uss. Gerald ford
- 23:00multiple destroyers and support ships a nuclear submarine
- 23:04and about 15 to 16 000 u.s. Troops described even by western media as a
- 23:13stunning build-up
- 23:14relative to peacetime
- 23:16presence
- 23:18at the same time u.s. Forces have already
- 23:21Carried out a string of airstrikes on small vessels in the caribbean and the eastern pacific killing dozens of people
- 23:29justifying it by calling
- 23:32labeling the dead as
- 23:33Narco-terrorists
- 23:36But there's no real public evidence trump now says publicly that the u.s
- 23:41May have some discussions with president. Nicholas maduro. This came up, you know earlier today
- 23:48While in the same breath, he refuses to rule out ground force
- 23:52And announcing that maduro's days are numbered
- 23:56He's going to get rid of him as the carrier group steams into position. That is not diplomacy
- 24:02At all it's a loaded pistol on the table
- 24:07Whether you get to sit down and have talks the second example
- 24:11Russia and secondary sanctions. This is today, too
- 24:15Trump also confirmed that republicans in the senate
- 24:18With his support are drafting a bill at his suggestion even
- 24:24that would impose
- 24:25lindsey grahams crushing
- 24:28secondary measures including tariffs up to 500
- 24:32Embargoes on any country that continues to do business with russia, and he's not talking about sanctioning
- 24:39Moscow itself. He's talking about punishing india china
- 24:43Anyone who buys russian oil and resells it anyone who trades serious with russia at all?
- 24:49His public line is that any country doing business with russia will be
- 24:54Very severely sanctioned with a side note that iran is going to be thrown in there in the same basket when it's convenient to him
- 25:01You know, you always can throw iran in there, right?
- 25:05so on the very same day we get a carrier group and
- 25:08Thousands of troops parked off venezuela an open talk of regime change and ground operations and war
- 25:15And the threat of economic war not only against russia, but against the entire global south that continues to trade with russia
- 25:22And here's the key question that runs through my entire show
- 25:27Is trump actually a break of the old or away from the old?
- 25:33imperial globalist model
- 25:36or
- 25:37Is the same empire simply shouting louder?
- 25:41And painting itself a different color
- 25:45I'm going to walk all through that in seven
- 25:48Arguments, there are seven arguments that bezrukov made and for each one
- 25:52I'll fold in these examples from venezuela venezuela and the war sanctions
- 25:58And then we'll talk about counter arguments and alternative angles. But for now, let's let's get on to the
- 26:04the first pillar that bezrukov called
- 26:08the 1914 moment
- 26:10So bezrukov
- 26:12Opened with a deliberately uncomfortable analogy. He says if you really want to understand where we are
- 26:18Stop thinking of four-year
- 26:21us election cycles
- 26:24And start thinking in 30-year
- 26:27Systemic cycles now i've been talking about this way before I ever heard him
- 26:32We have no plan in the u.s. Zip it changes every four years
- 26:37There is no agency out there developing 30-year 50-year plans
- 26:43meanwhile, china has
- 26:46Five-year plans 10-year plans 50-year plans 100-year plans russia during the soviet union times had them too
- 26:53um since they have longer leadership
- 26:57And longer whatever what you don't have to like or dislike
- 27:00But they can do the same thing and a much more sustainable level than us
- 27:05I always tell people that you know
- 27:09You know if you don't like what trump is doing wait around three years
- 27:14It'll all go back the way it was it'll just swap it back in the it's ours isn't necessarily a pendulum
- 27:21Ours is a freaking metronome it goes so fast, you know, but unfortunately ours just keeps speeding up because uh,
- 27:27It gets faster. So he so bezarukov goes all the way back to 1914, right?
- 27:33europe then rapid globalization of trade
- 27:37explosive new technology airplane radio internal combustion engine
- 27:42electricity
- 27:43the old empires british french russian austro-hungarian
- 27:48Still wearing their medals they were still around new industrial powers germany united states
- 27:55rising underneath them
- 27:57Okay, and to overthrow them nobody in 1913 would have seen auschwitz or hiroshima from where they were standing
- 28:05But the structure of the old order was already cracked stress lines were everywhere
- 28:12And between 1914 and 1945 the world went through
- 28:16two world wars
- 28:18revolutions in civil wars
- 28:20hyperinflation and depression
- 28:22Genocide and the birth of nuclear weapons in the un those are huge things
- 28:27the world at the end of that cycle was
- 28:30Unrecognizable to somebody that would have been born in 1880
- 28:34Okay
- 28:36Bezarukov's claim is not that the history literally repeats itself
- 28:41It's that we are again at the front edge of a rupture of that scale
- 28:47This time the dates are different. The cast is different, but the transformation
- 28:51Is going to be similar
- 28:53The technological engine of the rupture right now is not the combustion engine. It's not electricity
- 29:01It's all the clusters around artificial intelligence and digital control
- 29:07Ai driven surveillance and policing
- 29:10algorithmic control of finance and logistics
- 29:13automated targeting and warfare
- 29:16Information operations tailored right down to your nervous system, right right now consumer ai looks like a toy
- 29:24Maybe chat bots silly images recommendations on your feed shoving nonsense at you
- 29:30But in his framing, it's like the biplanes and crystal radios of 1912
- 29:36crude but pointing towards something that will reshape how the military fights how
- 29:43economies allocate resources and how states manage or
- 29:48suffocate their own
- 29:50Population right he moves then to the question of power centers a hundred years ago
- 29:57The former political center of gravity was London and Paris
- 30:01But the growth engines the real industry were Germany in the United States
- 30:06The old Empire could see these upstarts that would steal their shipbuilding their steel
- 30:12Their chemicals and their markets and they had a choice a juster fight and we know what they chose
- 30:19today
- 30:21Bezrukov says
- 30:22Washington plays the role of old Britain a
- 30:27hegemonic power
- 30:28whose whole
- 30:30architecture finance
- 30:32Military media legal norms rests on an assumption that it must sit at the top of the pyramid
- 30:41Into the role of disruptive rising centers you plug in
- 30:44China as domain industrial locomotive and a resurgent Russia as a military spoiler and a resource
- 30:52Giant and you throw in the entire region of Eurasia
- 30:58So what does the old hegemon do when it feels its grip is slipping does it calmly share power with others
- 31:07redesign its institutions give up monopoly control of money shipping lanes and rules or
- 31:15Does it push alliances closer to a rivals border?
- 31:20We've seen that haven't we from America. Why are we in in Georgia? Why are we in Azerbaijan?
- 31:27Declare more and more countries as rogue or
- 31:31narco-terrorists
- 31:33escalate sanctions into full-spectrum
- 31:35economic warfare and
- 31:38begin flirting with
- 31:40Open coercion and the use of force. This is where Trump's Venezuela operation is like a textbook
- 31:47illustration for us right here
- 31:50Operation Southern Spear is allegedly about drug cartels
- 31:53It's branded as a noble campaign to stop cocaine and protect American kids in reality
- 32:00You don't send a carrier strike group a nuclear submarine and
- 32:0515,000 troops if all you want is a maritime interdiction to stop speedboats
- 32:11carrying drugs the Pentagon doesn't open
- 32:16Roosevelt Roads Naval Station in Puerto Rico stand up a dedicated joint task force and declare a formal
- 32:23non-international armed conflict to chase speedboats doesn't happen
- 32:29You do that when you want leverage over a government sitting on some of the world's largest oil reserves a
- 32:38Government that refuses to fall in line and listen to the language Maduro's days are numbered
- 32:45He didn't you know Bezrukov didn't know any of this. Of course. This is this is me. Not him
- 32:50I'm taking what he is saying and extrapolating it for you
- 32:54We're not ruling anything out says Trump including ground troops. We may have some discussions
- 33:00While you say that oh by the way
- 33:03My aircraft carrier is going down to park in your Bay and US aircraft are already killing people at sea with
- 33:11one-sided accusations of
- 33:13Narco-terrorism that looks a lot less like anti-drug policing and a lot more like
- 33:19Classic great power gunboat diplomacy on the eve of a large crisis
- 33:25Then let's plug in Lindsey Graham and the sanctions bill, right?
- 33:29Trump is now signaling that he's fine with even proud of
- 33:34Legislation to hammer any country that keeps on trading with Russia not let's pressure Moscow
- 33:40But let's punish Delhi. Let's punish Beijing Brazil Riyadh and everybody else if they keep buying Russian energy
- 33:47liquid natural gas oil
- 33:50Instead of getting from us and our new locations in Venezuela, right or doing large-scale business with Russia
- 33:57We'll fight them too, right? We're talking about
- 34:00legally authorizing
- 34:03tariffs of up to
- 34:04500% on those countries exports to the u.s. Plus broader financial sanctions in
- 34:11Bezarukov's 1914 analogy, that's exactly the kind of desperate behavior
- 34:16you'd expect from England, right and
- 34:20It was desperate wasn't it back then try to lock the Allies in with fear of punishment
- 34:27We're gonna punish you if you don't tow our line England
- 34:30Europe try to block rivals trade routes and markets. We're gonna block you you we're gonna we're gonna destroy bricks
- 34:38right, we're gonna
- 34:40Threaten the entire global South if you don't line up behind us on Russia
- 34:45We're gonna blow up your access to our market right from Washington's point of view
- 34:51this is framed as defending the liberal order and
- 34:55Punishing
- 34:56Aggression, who's the aggressor if you got a fleet of ships sitting outside of Venezuela?
- 35:03from Moscow Beijing Delhi Brazil and frankly from a lot of people in Africa and Latin America
- 35:09it looks like a late-stage Empire trying to use financial artillery and
- 35:14Military theatrics to freeze a world that has already started to move on right you can argue
- 35:22I am you know Trump's base has sold him as kind of an anti-globalist a peace candidate
- 35:30somebody who's gonna pull us back from endless war, but if he signs off on an
- 35:36embargo style secondary sanctions on countries that trade with Russia and
- 35:41regime change pressure against Caracas backed by a carrier group
- 35:45He isn't dismantling the old system
- 35:48He's updating it same playbook new salesman now those that was all me
- 35:55But from bezaruk of perspective all of this is what you'd expect in the opening act of 1914
- 36:03The old center is too weak to rule the world cleanly
- 36:06England France too arrogant to accept a multipolar settlement Oh
- 36:11England France and too frightened to simply retreat to its own borders, so it lashes out
- 36:19Like we are military in Venezuela
- 36:22Economically against the entire bricks plus world and all while we talk about freedom and security right based on drugs, right?
- 36:30If you want proof that we're in a new 1914 type moment. You don't need a crystal ball
- 36:35Just look at the satellite photos over the Caribbean and the draft text of Senate sanctions bill
- 36:41That's it right
- 36:43And that's that's the first part the second pipe point is the hangover of globalization
- 36:51enemies embargoes and Trump's 500% tariff, right so
- 36:56Now we'll drill down into how we got here economically because big bezaruk of second big argument is pretty brutal
- 37:03The West has globalized itself into a corner. He says it's hollowed out its own middle class
- 37:11He says which it has and now it needs permanent
- 37:15enemies to keep the whole mess from flying apart and this was an
- 37:22interesting
- 37:23Argument and I'm telling you it just makes sense. So listen to how he framed it. Okay, and
- 37:31Bezaruk of doesn't talk about
- 37:33Globalization, you know like a brochure
- 37:36He talks about it like a coroner and like they're dead already
- 37:39His basic story is this in the 1980s to 2000s
- 37:44Western elites built an economic model where production could be moved anywhere in the world
- 37:50money could flow instantly and
- 37:52Profits were booked in tax havens if you owned capital
- 37:56This was a paradise if you were the capital the worker the engineer the supervisor
- 38:03You slowly became redundant
- 38:07Is that not true, it's absolutely true he uses a very concrete images in this lecture
- 38:13Why would a steel plant?
- 38:16Why would you keep it in Belgium when you could build it in India or China?
- 38:20Where workers cost a fraction and environmental rules are a joke
- 38:24Why keep textile factories in the US when Bangladesh will do it for pennies?
- 38:29Why keep electronics assembly in France when you can run it in Southeast Asia ship it back in a container and still come out
- 38:36miles ahead
- 38:37The result is exactly what we have today
- 38:43right a
- 38:45thin layer of very very rich people
- 38:49financial technical corporate management professional services a
- 38:53very large and growing mass of poor and
- 38:57Precarious
- 38:59American workers gig workers service staff and immigrants doing jobs locals cannot live on
- 39:06the old middle-class skilled blue-collar and lower middle-class professionals who could afford a house a car vacation kids in decent schools is
- 39:15shrinking or gone
- 39:17He notes that in many big European cities
- 39:19You can see the rich at the top and the poor at the bottom with no middle ground and when the middle class is gone
- 39:26The good city erodes with it clean streets strong schools local civic life all of that
- 39:32all that
- 39:34the big group relied upon
- 39:36That had something to lose and you know have lost it
- 39:41but here's the political problem a stable Republic can survive some inequality a
- 39:48post-globalization
- 39:49oligarchy
- 39:51With a large angry lower class and a tiny
- 39:54insulated upper class is a recipe for explosion like
- 40:011917 in Russia
- 40:03So what do you do if you're sitting inside of that system? You have two options really
- 40:08rebuild
- 40:10completely tax wealth
- 40:12relocalize key industry invest in real education which we do not and
- 40:17Housing clawback corporate power admit that your 1990 to 2000 model was a dead-end or
- 40:26Distract and divide
- 40:28Pump the culture pump pump the population full of a culture war gee what have we done that?
- 40:35Tell them their problems were caused by
- 40:37Russians Chinese immigrants terrorists narco state anti-vaxxers whoever
- 40:44keep them enraged at each other and
- 40:47get to other
- 40:49other
- 40:52Foreign enemies not at the people who actually offshored their jobs and capture their politics. We're gonna try another one here hold on
- 41:02How may I help you tonight caller?
- 41:05Well, I thought I'd call and play the devil's advocate for you, please do I?
- 41:12Didn't know this till the
- 41:151970s and
- 41:17Being in the military I saw the other side of the coin
- 41:20We assume everybody in the world is just as intelligent as we are or vice versa
- 41:26But what I saw in military we train the Iranian pilots when the Shah had it and we trained the Vietnamese
- 41:31pilots in the South until the North took him over and I learned something very
- 41:38Devastating they're stupid. They can't do it
- 41:41These people think we're sending pilots up against their Chinese pilots and they're just as smart
- 41:46How come nobody in the world runs over there and says hey, we want to buy them Chinese fighters because they're junk
- 41:52That's the problem and they can't be everything we've got that they can steal but they can't even duplicate
- 41:59Japanese generators that build a better product than they do everything they send out is
- 42:05Terrible and so it's okay to do bricks and okay to sit around and come up with a scheme
- 42:10But when you can't produce at the bottom, you can't make the steel
- 42:14We used to have and I've been in construction for a lot of years their steel came in from Japan. It isn't worth a crap
- 42:22It's checkered. It's it's not structurally strong. It will snap. It's brittle and that's the problem
- 42:28They had all over the world. They said we'll just copy it
- 42:31We can steal it and do it and then they found out they can't
- 42:34Their aircraft carriers, they can't begin to you can count ship for ship
- 42:38When you realize and the Gerald R Ford shows up that you ain't got anything
- 42:44That'll fly against it. You haven't got anything in boats that can come out
- 42:47They just had a deal down in Venezuela were
- 42:50boats from Venezuela went out and they didn't see what was over the horizon and they saw one boat out there and they're gonna go
- 42:57Get it and then when they get over the horizon
- 42:59Guess what? They found the Dwight D. Eisenhower with all of its other ships and then they said
- 43:09You're going up a u.s. Military that's highly powerful, but that's not the point of what I'm saying not remotely
- 43:19I'm just trying to show people but no matter what they do
- 43:22They can't do what they want to do
- 43:24They think they can but they can't that's literally the same thing. They ran up against in 62 in the Cuban Missile Crisis when
- 43:33Khrushchev was sending his
- 43:34Navy down to Cuba niggas do this they're gonna do that and they were within what 90 miles the United States
- 43:40And we said neat you're not doing it. And if you try it, we're gonna be a very serious conflict and they said, okay
- 43:47We quit
- 43:50That's you know, the problem is we're still the biggest baddest kid on the block no matter what anybody does
- 43:56I mean, what's China got one decent aircraft carrier that they just put out? I
- 44:02Truly don't know the the nature of China's aircraft carriers
- 44:05I know that they're there. I know that they have large shipbuilding, but I don't know about their military stuff
- 44:12I know that I know that they have tons of
- 44:16Cargo that every day is coming back and forth to America. There's not any
- 44:21Complaints about where they're building. I know that no ships are being built in America anywhere anymore
- 44:28and
- 44:29So if it's because of bad steel
- 44:32Well, I guess we got bad steel everywhere, but the US military doesn't even have a good shipbuilding anymore
- 44:40Well, that's what Trump's trying to put that back together and let us do it when we had to do it
- 44:451941
- 44:49Circumstances we had to put together the biggest shipbuilding process in the world in the airplanes
- 44:55Germany in 1942
- 44:5743 couldn't build a four-engine bomber. Yeah, we put out like five thousand of them out of willow run up there, Michigan
- 45:04I mean we we changed America to an entire industrial military complex. We shut down cars
- 45:10We shut down everything else and the rest of world said oh my god
- 45:13the Japanese even figured
- 45:15if we go a year and a half we can say for peace and it'll be over in America camp and then they looked up and
- 45:21They'll come that midway and the other carriers and they destroyed the the Japanese Navy
- 45:25and that was it and when we started bombing them from Okinawa with
- 45:30Thousands of planes and guys like Curtis LeMay who said watch this. He literally burned Japan down with
- 45:38napalm, you know, that was before they
- 45:40The
- 45:42Atomic weapons that were dropped. So you're among the group that says no problem
- 45:47We can do it all again. So if the world goes to hell in a handbasket
- 45:53Absolutely, I've looked at the American
- 45:56Abilities over the decades when we have to do it. You put America up against a firing squad
- 46:03Have to do it. When do we have to do something different?
- 46:10They are in Dearborn, Michigan, they are in Minneapolis, they are in New York City, there's 48 mosques in Texas
- 46:17We're here now
- 46:20So you agree with the prior caller that this is a religious sort of deal
- 46:27Well behind religion they use it and they can trick enough people to go into it
- 46:32I mean look at all these people. I've got there and what they do
- 46:37What do what does a Muslim have to do with China
- 46:42or
- 46:44Or bricks or anything like that what
- 46:48What does it know?
- 46:50They're all useful idiots. If you leave us pound-for-pound in the world
- 46:56Can't do anything to us. We'll do the opposite to them. They can't do anything and they've proven that
- 47:04India is producing
- 47:07But they can't do it in this stage to compete with it
- 47:10No, they can't even protect their own backyard
- 47:13What's coming out of the hoodies and that look at the hoodies out of control there?
- 47:17And nobody seems to be able to do it and guess who they got to send
- 47:22The Houthis are in are in the Middle East. I think you're speaking of the Pakistanis up there
- 47:28Is that correct?
- 47:31But I'm saying they can't nothing you're still sending all oil and
- 47:36Crap out of the Middle East and they can't protect any of it if they drive by Somalia
- 47:42Somalia's attack and Somalia is nothing yet. They're pretty effective in jacking with these people down there
- 47:47But when we show up, they're like, oh we messed with the wrong old boys. Now, what do we do? I
- 47:55Think it all it always all ties together. It's the same time
- 47:58I'm a patriot to just so you know and I was in the military and all of that and I'm not trying to belittle any
- 48:04any of our military or anything like that what I'm talking about is the
- 48:11the cycle of
- 48:13Empires
- 48:15and
- 48:16especially in this hundred year period that bezaruka was talking about in his in his in his analysis because
- 48:24at the beginning of the ninth of the 20th century the
- 48:29the big kids on the block were France and
- 48:33England right, right and what happened to them between
- 48:391914 and
- 48:411945 was they became
- 48:44Absolutely irrelevant in in large respect because of some of the things that we were talking about
- 48:52The
- 48:52Globalization is spreading themselves out and people said the same thing back then well that you can't take on the British
- 48:59Who's gonna take on the British don't kick the crap out of you. Well, they were getting the crap kicked out
- 49:06by the upstart Germans, you know who were an industrial powerhouse and
- 49:13England lost most of its industry during that same time period and they were not
- 49:18Comparable to what was to the massive growth that was going on in
- 49:23Germany and in Eastern Europe and the same goes with France, you know
- 49:27they were too busy, you know drinking wine and
- 49:30You know doing whatever but in America we were being left alone to do the things that we did best in but I bet you
- 49:40Almost anything that if we were part of the European continent at that time it might not have gone
- 49:48The same, you know what? I mean, and I don't mean that badly at all
- 49:53The the situation was just perfect for us and the argument is is that these same things are going around in a
- 50:01similar cycle
- 50:03They made one mistake
- 50:05The mistake was how the hell can the United States?
- 50:09Defeat us Germany said they couldn't Germany wasn't worried about us to start a world war two and Japan wasn't worried about us
- 50:16Italy is insignificant the mistake they made the mistake
- 50:19They all made was we had one thing here that nobody else had and they couldn't see that coming
- 50:24It was called freedom and all these assholes got on boats in
- 50:28England in France and wherever and they said we're going to America screw you people. We're not staying here and when they looked up
- 50:37What are we gonna do Germany made massive mistake now granted and Germany had in that at the top
- 50:44And he did a lot of things, right?
- 50:45He had a massive military look at an 81 or a 91 with Saddam Hussein
- 50:504,500 tanks down to Kuwait and we took the 810s out of Whiteman and the 810s just back just bang bang bang bang
- 50:58150 of them had destroyed all those tanks and
- 51:02Sportscars had get out of the tanks and we won't kill you
- 51:05We destroyed
- 51:064,500 tanks we whittled them like Swiss cheese, but at the same time why are you talking them all in the same dance?
- 51:15I
- 51:19Have all these dummies that get in charge like Saddam Hussein, he's named different than Hitler
- 51:25He isn't any different than a lot of them go back to Khrushchev
- 51:28Look at that and they made mistakes because they couldn't see arrogance gets them all how look at Castro in Cuba
- 51:35Oh my god. Okay. Let me give you one further point
- 51:39What's the last war America won?
- 51:49I
- 51:51Agree but what good does it do you if you're if you're rotten at the top?
- 52:03And you think the younger generation isn't smart enough to know that these days
- 52:13Well, you said it you said something similar to what I'm saying, but
- 52:19If they don't care, are they I mean, what are they going to do draft us?
- 52:27And and take over these people well guys like Biden are gonna let that happen
- 52:36And if you have a if you have a leadership change, well, you end up with people like Kamala Harris
- 52:42It is over. We're good. We're done
- 52:45And somebody's gonna have to pull the lever and say whoa. Whoa. Whoa. What the hell are we doing here?
- 52:50We can't do this. We got to do something. Well, they're at the door and they've made a mistake. They're just like Hitler
- 52:56They're standing up there in Dearborn, Michigan having a rally going back to America back to America at some point
- 53:02Somebody's gonna hear this and go what they're here and I think it's gonna be interesting in the next couple of years
- 53:10Trump has
- 53:12Shade over three years
- 53:14I'm not so sure. We aren't gonna have one hell of a problem here because the rednecks
- 53:18Get upset and decide to go have you heard the comedian that talks about the one thing? We've got that the rest world doesn't have
- 53:27rednecks
- 53:31He's pretty funny and he says when they invade in the South
- 53:34And he said these guys have got weapons in their basement they've had since 1776
- 53:44And they've upgraded several times
- 53:51Well, I haven't spent much time in the woods lately
- 53:59Like and you should hear the rifles every day
- 54:02They're out there taking their deer and doing things and armed. Oh my god, we're armed
- 54:20Anybody wants to take us over that see I disagree with that the last call
- 54:26Somebody else said it. It's what do I care if Minneapolis is an enclave for a bunch of my names?
- 54:32I don't care
- 54:34But here's what the Muslims know
- 54:37We can't defeat Israel till we get America the hell out of the way and quit back in Israel
- 54:43They get their ass kicked. It was ironic for me. It was deja vu and in
- 54:482023 when the guys that went out and killed a couple thousand of the Israelis and the war started again
- 54:54I was in Alaska in
- 54:561973 in October and we had the exact same thing happen and we had all the F4 phantoms
- 55:02We had nuclear weapons up there. They were they told Soviet Union you get in this war
- 55:07we're gonna kick your ass and they kept them out of the war because they knew they
- 55:12Defeat Israel or we'd get involved and they'd be a mess and it was the exact same thing 50 years later
- 55:18Here they come again. All I do is rearm. They're too stupid to realize you can't do it
- 55:23So what they did figure out get America out of this defeat America
- 55:27Then we can take over Israel and problem solved. Well, I ain't gonna happen
- 55:32They think it is and that's what all these idiots and Cecil idiots are doing here and in France and in England and in Germany
- 55:38as we're gonna take over and
- 55:41They've also got them in China
- 55:46It's a
- 55:48Going on
- 55:54That
- 55:56I've never how do I want to put this? I've never been anti
- 56:01Muslim just because somebody's Muslim never right and I've never been that way and
- 56:07To say to say that just because someone's Muslim
- 56:13someone's trying to take over the country I
- 56:16Disagree with now does that mean I like some of the things that are going on especially with a nut in in
- 56:22Minneapolis, I think is probably the worst. I think the guy in New York has been a little more I
- 56:29Don't know
- 56:31Tiny bit more political about it. He's not, you know claiming to take over the planet or anything
- 56:37or to change things dramatically except
- 56:40You know
- 56:41free Obama phone for everybody
- 56:45You know give him free stuff, but that's not religious based the guy up in
- 56:50Minnesota, I think he pissed off as many people as he
- 56:56as he
- 57:00Inspired by speaking in a different language. Nobody gives a rip that you're from another country
- 57:05When you come here, you're supposed to be an American. I don't think he did himself any favors there and
- 57:12Minnesotans and I
- 57:14Proudly considered myself one for many years
- 57:18They're just they're pretty good people, you know, and I mean most Americans are anyway
- 57:24But if you get away from the city, yeah, if you can get away from the rot of the city, you got some good people
- 57:32Look at Missouri, Missouri has two shitholes in Kansas City and st
- 57:37Louis Kansas City's murder rate will challenge anybody in the world. It's it's bad
- 57:41I called in a show years ago and had
- 57:45Our current congressman here mark offered answered the phone and they had the black mayor of Kansas, Missouri
- 57:52And I asked him and he said what's your question?
- 57:54I said I just asked him why with a 26 and a half mile border between Jackson and Johnson County, Kansas, Missouri
- 58:01Why do we have six murders and he has 200?
- 58:04I'm gonna let that question go on
- 58:05I didn't want nothing to do with that and that's the problem that they don't understand those people can't do anything
- 58:11And so where do the Muslims head for they head for those places because they're useful idiots
- 58:17They can use them in 2001. I took my son to West Point. He had an offer to go to West Point
- 58:22We flew into New York. We drove through New York. Do you remember John Rocker the pitcher for the Atlanta Braves? I remember the name
- 58:30He came out and told everybody what a bunch of freaks were in New York. Well, he was right
- 58:35We rode the trains. We had to ride the trains around there to get out of place. Oh my god
- 58:39This was 24 years ago
- 58:42Orange hair and shit in their nose and oh my god
- 58:45They were freaks and we got on a train at Ron Concomo
- 58:48They flew us into the wrong friggin Airport and we and there was a gal there and there was a black guy and not that
- 58:54All black guys are bad. That's just what was the demographic and she was sweating and Jeremy's he's a linebacker
- 59:00His team won state two out of three years in Kansas the big one not the little one the 6a teams
- 59:07And I looked at her and I looked at him and I said something happens move fast and
- 59:12He was jacking with her and the next train stop. He got he'd give us the dirty look
- 59:17I gave it right back to him. He got him left and she was just start crying and she's oh god
- 59:22Thank you. Thank you
- 59:23We rode down into into New York City and we went in to get tickets and they say you gotta go
- 59:29To this other train over here go over there and I said, where's West Point?
- 59:33And this guess is what's West Point and luckily there was a black guy standing behind her and he said
- 59:38Oh, you know that place. Well, I'm army guys go cuz Jeremy had on an army sweatshirt
- 59:43And it was I thought what the hell am I in a federal country? And the answer was yes, I was
- 59:49And that's what happens. That's why this I call him dumb Donnie
- 59:53Got elected in New York is because that's worse than that now 24 years later
- 1:00:00Yeah, I know it's a well I I haven't been in New York since
- 1:00:072010
- 1:00:07But I saw a guy
- 1:00:11Right in front of a cop. The cop was standing on the corner and this guy
- 1:00:17dropped his drawers and
- 1:00:20Took a dump right on the sidewalk and
- 1:00:23And I'm sitting there going hey and the the cop, you know cop just kind of looked at me what you know
- 1:00:31I was like, oh my god. I
- 1:00:33It was nasty nasty nasty place in and I wasn't even in a horrible place
- 1:00:39I was born of their Expo senators, you know, I was there for some some conference. It was pretty big. It was
- 1:00:46The whole city was dirty then, you know it
- 1:00:49And I assume it's worse now, but then again, I haven't been there in a long time
- 1:00:55Well, that's the problem. What people don't understand and they don't know they had so many people in the Middle East
- 1:01:01They gotta get rid of them to either kill them or get rid of them. They can't feed them
- 1:01:04They can't take care of it. And then the whole Middle East is just a shithole except for where you know, maybe the Saudi Arabian
- 1:01:10princes and kings live
- 1:01:12If you get into the real medley, and I don't mean
- 1:01:15The fancy places that they built up and they've got tons of money I mean reality like Pakistan you get out there
- 1:01:23It's horrible. And when they go, hey, you want to go to Germany they go
- 1:01:28Disagree with you again, I went to Morocco a couple years ago and
- 1:01:34Morocco's North Africa
- 1:01:3690% Muslim and it's a beautiful country in
- 1:01:41Clean cities a little on the older side lots of construction going on lots of development going on
- 1:01:48I lived in Qatar for a year and Qatar is of course
- 1:01:52Fabulously wealthy oil country richest country in the world
- 1:01:55So that one probably doesn't count but I went to I spent six weeks in Uzbekistan
- 1:02:02Kyrgyzstan and
- 1:02:05I
- 1:02:05Mixed down and they were I mean Uzbekistan Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan all three of them and they're beautiful
- 1:02:13Their cities are clean
- 1:02:22Everything they went to college for free. They gave them a great standard of living. They gave him free money
- 1:02:27He was doing a tremendous job for his people and it wasn't a shithole like it is now
- 1:02:33That's not the place that I'm talking about
- 1:02:35I'm talking about the real
- 1:02:36What what they've got the big piece of sand and they give the kids a ball and say here go kick this ball for that's
- 1:02:42Your game plan. They get so many of those that are so bad and those people were more than happy to get
- 1:02:51Developed devolved into just a civil war that went on for a decade. I mean
- 1:02:55It's still going on and Lebanon look at 11 and 11 and used to be that a beautiful there and they destroyed Lebanon when they
- 1:03:03Blew up the barracks and killed 300 some Marines under under Reagan
- 1:03:09but that's who they have deported and they've got them as radicalized and they're gone and they're
- 1:03:15they're more than happy to go to
- 1:03:18Dearborn or
- 1:03:20Wherever and we're feeding them. We're supporting him and we're giving a better standard of living than they had in the Middle East
- 1:03:26But the problem is they can't take it over. It's they're gonna screw around
- 1:03:31I was trying to use Missouri as the analogy if you get into the rural areas of Missouri
- 1:03:36We've got six million people roughly in Missouri, but Kansas City's awful in the ghettos and st
- 1:03:42Louis's is terrible. He's st. Louis the movie vacation when Chevy Chase went through there. He showed how bad it was
- 1:03:50And it's worse now, but we got four million people or more in the rural areas like here
- 1:03:57You don't want to jack with them you you start some shit with that. You're gonna find out the hard way
- 1:04:03You shouldn't have done it
- 1:04:04Go through verse sales and go out there and see what you've got
- 1:04:07And those are the people that build our military and make it happen like when they bombed
- 1:04:12December 6 1941 we weren't going to war
- 1:04:16In Japan made a huge mistake in December 7th, you know, and
- 1:04:22Anybody they had more friggin guys wanting in the military than they know what to do with the same thing with with
- 1:04:289-11
- 1:04:30And that was probably done by
- 1:04:40We find out later on
- 1:04:47You know, I know I know you don't know this I knew one day
- 1:04:52Decades ago when our government killed Kennedy, I was in Dealey Plaza
- 1:04:56I was at the first turn there where you make the right turn and then the left and I stood there and I got cold
- 1:05:01Chills, but oh my god, the government did it because I knew one fact that limo didn't go anywhere
- 1:05:07The Secret Service didn't make it go. That's right. And and I'm telling what I used to live right down there
- 1:05:12I had a job. I worked right in that area in
- 1:05:16Just off of the downtown
- 1:05:18part, there's a big Mary Kay plant and I worked literally right down the street from there in a
- 1:05:26Chemical vapor deposition plant it was it was a cool spot, but I did go past there
- 1:05:31Very frequently I would go by that spot in the old book repository
- 1:05:35Which I toured a couple of times when I was down there and I'm sitting there going
- 1:05:40When I went through it myself, I
- 1:05:45Didn't believe the story then but I couldn't I was like man
- 1:05:49They said, you know something isn't adding up here and I never did believe it and there was a big deal. There was
- 1:05:56It didn't come up again till the 90s and Fox Mulder on the X-Files was doing some
- 1:06:01Look at that and they were saying some similar stuff that you know, this is some kind of a government deal
- 1:06:08Yeah, and and people it was like they were they were
- 1:06:12they were preparing us for the fact that it was a
- 1:06:16That they were gonna. Oh, well history now since it's only history we can tell you that, you know
- 1:06:22Johnson gave the order, you know what I mean or whatever and it's like it's it's it's BS
- 1:06:28But when you hear what Johnson said, I mean when I when they released those tapes and I heard something about what he said
- 1:06:35I was like, oh
- 1:06:36My god, he did it and they did it and I was like, oh my god
- 1:06:41That's the guy that did it right there. You don't have that sort of conversation
- 1:06:46Oh my god, and what do I know?
- 1:06:49You know, I'm not there but but I the same thing where you said you got a feeling
- 1:06:53I had that feeling a million times and when I heard that that audio it was just
- 1:06:58Yep, and I feel the same way about 9-eleven the same freaking way
- 1:07:09You would have gone straight if you'd have gone straight that first turn into the
- 1:07:12I caught the triangle of murder. You'd have gone straight down the stem. It's freeway. I've been going too fast to get him
- 1:07:21Underpass right there
- 1:07:23He'd have been right under that thing. If he'd gone a little bit faster
- 1:07:31And I believe that same thing I believe
- 1:07:38I'm the idiot at 18 years old
- 1:07:40Ran down and said let's go get him in 71
- 1:07:44Now I don't want my son to go at all. I don't get this government is so corrupt
- 1:07:48It's so bad. That's part of the point of my show that uh, I'm not going to be able to finish but that's okay
- 1:07:55I always have tomorrow night. So life is good
- 1:07:59There you go, and I very much appreciate your call and uh, uh, I thank you very much. It's been rather entertaining
- 1:08:07Well, enjoy it and
- 1:08:10I'm just listening. And if I think I can stir up a little bit of crap I do too
- 1:08:16Stirring up crap for trap. Oh, that's some good stuff, right?
- 1:08:21There's a good deal. We need to do it. This country is in serious trouble
- 1:08:25well, that's kind of what I'm going through here with the sanctions embargoes and crisis management and the old Trump's doing
- 1:08:33Exactly what the neocons are asking him to do
- 1:08:37What is after trump?
- 1:08:39That's the scary part. Well a lot of people say to me
- 1:08:43Um, and I argue with them because I disagree that uh, trump's gonna fix it all
- 1:08:49um
- 1:08:51Even if he does even if he does which I don't think he's going to especially if he goes down
- 1:08:57The neocon path he's on right now
- 1:09:00But I I he's doing a lot of right things but there's some some biggies that are just completely wrong
- 1:09:09And if you get 80 20 be happy
- 1:09:12well
- 1:09:13Well, i'm an 80 20 supporter, you know what I mean?
- 1:09:1675 25 sometimes but but
- 1:09:20Most of the time i'm with him, you know, uh, but there's sometimes i'm just completely against
- 1:09:26But I also think that the short-term four-year cycle
- 1:09:33And then we reverse directions and go the other way
- 1:09:36Has been a huge part of the problem over the years
- 1:09:41I think it's useful idiots
- 1:09:43What I think is going on and we you and I have to realize this
- 1:09:47Trump has to throw a bone every now and then to lindsey graham's group. Yeah, but lindsey graham's an idiot and always has been
- 1:09:55I agree
- 1:09:55The guy the guy hasn't found a war. He couldn't justify
- 1:10:00He hasn't found an arms manufacturer. He couldn't accept money from for his campaign
- 1:10:07You know, he's he's he he
- 1:10:10He will sell anything
- 1:10:12um to anybody if it, you know, you can use it to kill them and and
- 1:10:17He spends more time overseas and he spends in see north carolina or south carolina
- 1:10:22I don't remember but whichever one he never there, but he's in ukraine, you know every other day, you know, it's like
- 1:10:30It's like what the guy is a nut
- 1:10:33and
- 1:10:34He has been there so long. He's like growing barnacles, you know, he's he's
- 1:10:40Well, we've had those people for
- 1:10:42250 50 years
- 1:10:44The uss4 solid aircraft carrier. Do you know who that's named after?
- 1:10:49No
- 1:10:50He's an old time
- 1:10:52Southern georgia politician who was there forever who was on the navy committee when we were coming out in the 50s
- 1:10:58In the 60s, he didn't die till jesus. I think he lived to be 94
- 1:11:02And they named an aircraft carrier after him, which they only named him after presidents
- 1:11:06lately
- 1:11:08Grandma get one
- 1:11:10That was where I was going with this. Absolutely. And they those are the people that wing of people from
- 1:11:17Lack of a better way to put it
- 1:11:18They have to throw them a bone because they have control of a lot of crap
- 1:11:22I'm telling you, but think of the corruption that he has spawned
- 1:11:28Worldwide, I mean he is the the uh,
- 1:11:33the founder of that corrupt feast all over the planet
- 1:11:39I couldn't agree with you more. I agree 100 but trump knows if he doesn't throw him a bone. They'll try to kill him again
- 1:11:46And so he's throwing him a bone
- 1:11:49To do it
- 1:11:50I don't think he gives a crap about venezuela. Look we can crush venezuela like a bug
- 1:11:56And if you think china and and russia are going to come down there want to fight us in our hemisphere
- 1:12:02And and was it the fifth president united states told which I think this is pretty pressing that
- 1:12:07Monroe had enough foresight to create the monroe doctrine say get your ass out of our hemisphere when we weren't
- 1:12:14The powerhouse we are today
- 1:12:17I think that's pretty
- 1:12:19I don't think i've ever said that I think anybody's going to come fight us in our hemisphere. I don't believe i've ever said that
- 1:12:26They aren't
- 1:12:27I just wanted to make sure you didn't think that I had put that out somewhere because I haven't no
- 1:12:33No, I think like venezuela. They are sitting on the biggest oil reserves in the world
- 1:12:38And if you think we're going to let china and russia have that you've lost your mind
- 1:12:42Jimmy carter already gave away the panama canal. We're going to get that back. We built the damn thing get out of here
- 1:12:50But here's the problem and and and and I I mean what you just said
- 1:12:54Here's what you just said if you think we're going to let them have that
- 1:13:01Who says they're getting it?
- 1:13:02Number one and number two who says that we get to control what venezuela does with its own oil
- 1:13:08I don't I don't get that that that makes no sense to me at all
- 1:13:15Because we're the biggest
- 1:13:18We get to dictate what everybody else in the world does rules for everyone else
- 1:13:23But not for us and you signed up for that
- 1:13:27And no, I didn't sign up for that's reality
- 1:13:29Britain did it for how many hundreds of years? Yep, and the whole point of my lecture tonight is
- 1:13:37They fell off and they and the mirror is well not the mirror the the the magic mirror
- 1:13:44Which will show the exact same thing a hundred years later is what's going on now with us and technology, which is
- 1:13:53Unbelievable steps forward in the next 10 to 15 years. You will not recognize
- 1:13:59the planet
- 1:14:01Because of of ai and everything else we are going through a 30-year cycle, which is bezaruk of
- 1:14:09um
- 1:14:11Thesis in this entire show that he did um at the legal forum in saint petersburg
- 1:14:17I disagree with one point and I think ai is all bullshit
- 1:14:21And I I called into a national show one night and they were talking about ai and I said
- 1:14:26Take your greatest computer in the world, whatever one you want stick it in the corner plug it in
- 1:14:30Let's see what it does ain't gonna do anything
- 1:14:31You have to program a computer. It will not do anything on its own
- 1:14:35It can't and they say I nonsense all it is is a place for people like google
- 1:14:40And whoever the the warmongers to hide behind and say oh, we didn't do it. I did it
- 1:14:45Ai is nonsense. They're doing it themselves like michael dell dell computers
- 1:14:50He's going to use that and do what he wants to do. And then when I want to prosecute him
- 1:14:54Well, I didn't do it I don't know what the hell that computer was doing just doing crazy shit
- 1:14:58And and so that's all they're doing is hiding behind that. That's my theory on that. I don't think there's ai
- 1:15:05Well, we might have to dig into some of that and see what we think
- 1:15:11In 1970, I took computer programming in kansas city and I learned one thing about computers. They're all binary
- 1:15:18They're never going to change. They can't change
- 1:15:20it's this way and that positive negative positive and a billion of them and we went through the period where the
- 1:15:25the uh
- 1:15:26IBM computers were 240 and a 340 and a 440 and 540 and so on and they kept getting faster
- 1:15:32Because they could shrink the chip and they could do more and more and more
- 1:15:36and now
- 1:15:37They've got computing where it'll do anything and then I got to sit in a room
- 1:15:42In a length of kansas with about 300 controllers running the airspace from just west of indy just east of denver tall soma
- 1:15:49Grand to 60 000 and all the scopes went blank
- 1:15:53The computers failed
- 1:15:55And we watch them scramble for three hours to try to fix it while we went back to the old broadband sweeps and work traffic
- 1:16:02They don't have the old broadband anymore. And so when the computer goes down now like at newark when it went down
- 1:16:07They have nothing
- 1:16:09They they don't they don't have to manual separation. It's over
- 1:16:13And that's what's going on. Well, wait a minute. These computers are so great. Why the hell are they still failing?
- 1:16:1844 years later. I read a letter from ronald reagan in october of 20
- 1:16:25Uh, i'm, sorry 1980
- 1:16:27Before the election when he won and we were the only union that supported him
- 1:16:31Oh, I know you got bad equipment. I know you got this. I know you got that. We're gonna fix it all
- 1:16:35I read the letter without reagan's name without any dates and times
- 1:16:40It sounded like it came from trump or duffy last week
- 1:16:45And here we went 44 years and it's the same shit going on they don't care
- 1:16:50They do what they have to do to keep you from killing a bunch of people and that's it
- 1:16:55Controllers are slaves today. Just like they were in 1981
- 1:16:59They don't care
- 1:17:00And it's amazing to me. I've lived long enough that I see it again. I'm like, oh my god
- 1:17:05This is deja vu all over again. What the hell?
- 1:17:08They don't care what goes around comes around or we go in circles it's always in a circle or that's it
- 1:17:16Unless you have lived it
- 1:17:20Other people don't even know it. I mean they're they can't get on airplanes
- 1:17:24They can't get them off the ground and definitely finally got scared enough. He saw the collision reports
- 1:17:29And he said jesus christ, we're having near misses all day every day. What the hell's going on?
- 1:17:34Well obama came in and destroyed air traffic control and he ran off the white guys and he said here I want
- 1:17:39The minorities and get them in here and well, they're not qualified
- 1:17:42Well, I don't give a damn put them in there. And now you see what you've got with the system. It's a mess
- 1:17:49It's all a mess
- 1:17:51They can't fix it. That's the interesting part
- 1:17:55Yep. Yep. We're lucky. We're lucky. They haven't killed a lot more people
- 1:17:59We're so lucky that people just don't get it. How does a
- 1:18:04airplane
- 1:18:05And a ups plane can't get off the end of the runway
- 1:18:09Without an engine falling off bursting into fire and killing a bunch of people. Yeah, whatever
- 1:18:14I know you I know you'd know about that and I meant to listen to you the other day
- 1:18:18Or for is it coming up this week? Are you going to talk about that on your uh, wednesday?
- 1:18:24I always bring it up, but
- 1:18:26I got to be careful because it sounds tedious to just a defi such an easy target
- 1:18:31He's he's a camera whore. Yeah, but I want to know what happened in that particular accident with the the
- 1:18:38Okay, exactly what the freaking engine fell off our maintenance isn't worth the shit
- 1:18:43But wait a minute. Wait, wait, wait, wait if the engine fell off. How did it start on fire?
- 1:18:50Oh, it caught fire because you got connections in there that came apart
- 1:18:55And then the thing just fell off not every engine catches on fire falls off, but a lot of them do
- 1:19:01Look at their wheels. They can't even keep the wheels on the airplane. It gets airborne and another positive
- 1:19:07Your front landing gear is going down the runway and it's over there
- 1:19:10They're like what?
- 1:19:12How can you not keep the wheels on the plane? Oh my god. Are you kidding me?
- 1:19:19That'd be my luck i'd get on a plane with no wheels
- 1:19:22You better hope they can get it on the runway and and slide it down
- 1:19:26I had one of those crashes in topeka. Kansas 1973. I had a b57 land gear up
- 1:19:32We were in a radar, you know, we walked out of the radar
- 1:19:34You know, he's sitting on a runway while he's sitting flat and I said what the hell's wrong with that plane
- 1:19:37B-57 says nose down when we got in secure lines in our shack. We talked to the tower
- 1:19:43They were right there above us and they said you guys did a great job. We put him right on the center line
- 1:19:47You should have seen the sparks flying. It was night
- 1:19:50and it feels unbelievable and
- 1:19:53We we do that. I mean
- 1:19:55I it's so frustrating to tell people that they can't even bolt the wheels on
- 1:20:00Now think about that. How the hell can you not keep the wheels on the plane?
- 1:20:05It's a difficult scenario when I was in the when I was in the military
- 1:20:10I had been sent to san francisco. I forget the name of the air force base there
- 1:20:17But that is where we greeted
- 1:20:19russian airplanes that came to do
- 1:20:22Um
- 1:20:24And they didn't bring military planes. They brought aeroflot planes great big ones and
- 1:20:29They would be full of all this stuff 26 scientists, you know
- 1:20:33And they'd split them into two teams east and west and one would go
- 1:20:37On the western half of the u.s
- 1:20:39The other one would fly to dc and go on the eastern half and I happened to be on the on the side there
- 1:20:44Well while we were there
- 1:20:46um, i'm the interpreter right and they say
- 1:20:49the plane's coming in from
- 1:20:51Uh, russia, but the airport had its own
- 1:20:55Uh people until the until they handed them off to the air force base, right?
- 1:21:00and so the long and the short of it is this plane was coming in and the pilot asked for
- 1:21:08Emergency services is on there and he wanted fire control
- 1:21:12And he wanted things like that come to find out
- 1:21:15That the brakes they had
- 1:21:18were
- 1:21:20So substandard that they were very very afraid that a fire was going to break out
- 1:21:25But they weren't allowed to replace them because of the shortages that were going on in the soviet union at the time
- 1:21:33and uh
- 1:21:34So they landed the plane the smoke was everywhere
- 1:21:37no fire started and they come in and they get off the plane in the the
- 1:21:42The I can't remember if it's a colonel or general on our side started talking to their their team leader and said, um
- 1:21:50Said listen, we'll pull your your plane in
- 1:21:53and we'll we'll have it taken care of because under the treaty you're supposed to provide, you know maintenance and or
- 1:22:02Opportunities for maintenance and the guy said no we're not going to do that
- 1:22:06Well, because they have to pay for it too, you know, they have to right reimburse you for it
- 1:22:11he said we'll take care of it when you get home and and uh, there was a couple of incidents like that when their planes were just
- 1:22:19They didn't see they were falling apart, but that's not the way it is now when you fly aeroflot now
- 1:22:24They're all brand new planes there. I tell you what, they're they're they're better than ours
- 1:22:29And there's there's they're uh stewardesses or whatever you call them flight attendants
- 1:22:34are
- 1:22:36they're
- 1:22:36You know, they're nice to you you get on american airlines. They treat you like you're a piece of luggage. I mean they treat you bad
- 1:22:44And uh, let me tell you let me tell you the difference that nobody knows about yet and I haven't let this get out of the bag
- 1:22:50Do you notice that we have all different airfields that are air force navy or army bases and nothing could you civilians can't go there?
- 1:23:00Yeah there you know that
- 1:23:02And they have their own maintenance. They have their own everything
- 1:23:05Well, we haven't had the wheels falling off the military planes yet
- 1:23:09We haven't had the fires at the end of the runway because they wouldn't be able to
- 1:23:14to hide that at whiteman's because you'd be right on the i-50 or
- 1:23:17Highway 50 out there. It's because you have two separate systems that nobody knows about and I haven't told this yet
- 1:23:24We don't have problems in the military. We have because maintenance is a is a is a uh, it's a life
- 1:23:31Style in the military. That's right. That's right. And you
- 1:23:35Do you remember what that stands for?
- 1:23:40Pmcs
- 1:23:42Preventive maintenance
- 1:23:45What cs stands for I can't remember what the c stands for but the s is service primary maintenance
- 1:23:51Primary maintenance care and service. That's it
- 1:23:54We call them preventive maintenance pms. He had to go in for pms all the time
- 1:23:59Everything went for pms our radar went for pms our vehicles everything and they took care of it. We never had a problem
- 1:24:05I saw one military
- 1:24:07Uh aircraft crash
- 1:24:10And uh, I heard it. I saw the the fire and it happened in uh, alaska
- 1:24:16in
- 1:24:19January, it was in anchorage. Whatever the the base is there. I can't remember
- 1:24:24uh the name of
- 1:24:25There you go. And uh, that's where all the I was at the army army side, but we were doing um,
- 1:24:31Richardson
- 1:24:33exactly, we were doing the um
- 1:24:35The winter event or whatever in the field and whatnot
- 1:24:40And it was the coldest winter on record in about a hundred years
- 1:24:45and the plane
- 1:24:47in the fog come behind another plane and it's uh,
- 1:24:52it hit
- 1:24:53the front
- 1:24:54Cone and then it popped back up and hit the back cone and then it did it again
- 1:24:59And so the plane broke into three parts
- 1:25:02And the tail went one way the cone went another and the middle
- 1:25:06The middle with the wings on it spun around throwing soldiers and equipment out
- 1:25:12And fortunately, they're only like 10 15 soldiers on there, but they literally froze to the runway. Um,
- 1:25:20They froze solid to the runway within about 15 20 minutes. They were done
- 1:25:24I was the galena in 73
- 1:25:27Which is about 300 miles north of elmendorf and it got to 55 below zero and we had 110 windshield
- 1:25:33And I was a smart-ass and got on. I'm of course his radio
- 1:25:36And we're the coldest and blah blah 10 city got 10 city got on there. They're on top of a mountain
- 1:25:42Up on the almost to the barren straight and they said you're nothing. We're 180 below zero
- 1:25:49Those planes have trouble everything has trouble in alaska and
- 1:25:54You get into that but if you look at the controllers at the air bases
- 1:25:58You notice you don't hear any problems with the controllers like no
- 1:26:01They own the air where they are. Well, they wouldn't they wouldn't let
- 1:26:06Obama do in the military what he did in the half a no, no, and that's why they they don't have problems and even uh,
- 1:26:13Hex has said well, i'll give you a few air force controllers to come in
- 1:26:18Where'd you go
- 1:26:20Hello
- 1:26:20Hello
- 1:26:22I can't hear him. I don't know what happened. Did I do that? Hello?
- 1:26:25No, I think are you there? Yeah, i'm here. I don't know. I don't know. Did I do that? Hello? Hello?
- 1:26:31No, I got now I live no our phones down here
- 1:26:34All right, very good. We're going backwards for decades
- 1:26:38But no, I'm just going to point that out
- 1:26:40I may tell them this week on the radio that the military isn't having all these problems that you have
- 1:26:46And it's because they do things differently a lot differently
- 1:26:50And they've let the faa deteriorate to nothing
- 1:26:54and no doubt
- 1:26:56Well, sir, I really apologize, but we're we're we're four minutes or two three minutes away from the end of my show
