Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And His Butlers (10/11/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. According to the DOJ and the government, Jeffrey
• 0:08
Speaker 1: Epstein killed himself. And that's been their narrative ever since
• 0:11
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein died. However, the people closest to Jeffrey Epstein,
• 0:16
Speaker 1: his lawyers, his brother, his friends, all of them say
• 0:19
Speaker 1: the same thing. That Jeffrey Epstein was not suicidal. And
• 0:24
Speaker 1: now his butler from Paris has also now come out
• 0:27
Speaker 1: and said that Jeffrey Epstein loved life too much to
• 0:31
Speaker 1: ever kill himself and that he must have been murdered.
• 0:35
Speaker 1: And look, of course, it's just a butler. Not like
• 0:38
Speaker 1: he has all the inside information. But when you start
• 0:40
Speaker 1: listening to everybody that was around Jeffrey Epstein, all the
• 0:44
Speaker 1: people that, you know, knew him the best, all of
• 0:46
Speaker 1: them tell you the same thing. This dude was not suicidal.
• 0:50
Speaker 1: And look, I'm not going to sit here and tell
• 0:51
Speaker 1: you that Jeffrey Epstein was murdered for sure. I don't know.
• 0:55
Speaker 1: But what I do know is that there's way too
• 0:57
Speaker 1: many coincidences and that the narrative that they're pitching us
• 1:01
Speaker 1: and that they've been pitching us for all these years
• 1:03
Speaker 1: doesn't line up. And I think with the latest release
• 1:06
Speaker 1: of that video from the DOJ and some of the
• 1:10
Speaker 1: other things that have gone on lately, it only makes
• 1:12
Speaker 1: this a bigger mystery. So they tried to come out
• 1:15
Speaker 1: and give us some information that they hope would put
• 1:19
Speaker 1: an end to all of this. But they couldn't even
• 1:21
Speaker 1: get that right. They said they were putting out the
• 1:23
Speaker 1: video raw. It wasn't raw. There was a minute missing.
• 1:26
Speaker 1: Then there was two minutes missing. Then we have the
• 1:29
Speaker 1: orange blob. So they put that video out in hopes
• 1:32
Speaker 1: that people would be like, oh, you know what? There's
• 1:34
Speaker 1: nothing left to see here. And you know, Jeffrey Epstein's
• 1:37
Speaker 1: just a hoax. Until you take a look at the
• 1:40
Speaker 1: video and you realize that the whole last thing was doctored.
• 1:43
Speaker 1: So if they can't even be honest about the video
• 1:45
Speaker 1: and the state that it's in when they provide it
• 1:47
Speaker 1: to the public... Why should we believe anything they have
• 1:50
Speaker 1: to say about anything, especially when we're talking about something
• 1:53
Speaker 1: like Jeffrey Epstein? So today we have an article from
• 1:56
Speaker 1: the Daily Mail and the headline, Jeffrey Epstein loved life
• 2:00
Speaker 1: too much to kill himself and must have been murdered,
• 2:03
Speaker 1: his butler says, as he spills the beans on everyone
• 2:06
Speaker 1: who visited, from Prince Andrew to Bill Clinton. This article
• 2:10
Speaker 1: was authored by Sabrina Penty. Jeffrey Epstein's former butler has
• 2:16
Speaker 1: said that the pedophile financier loved life too much to
• 2:19
Speaker 1: kill himself as he spilled the beans on everyone who
• 2:22
Speaker 1: visited the deceased sex offender in his first public interview.
• 2:26
Speaker 1: Waldson Vieira Cotran, who ran Epstein's home in Paris, told
• 2:30
Speaker 1: the Telegraph that he had spoken to his former employer
• 2:33
Speaker 1: before he died and claimed he had been in good spirits.
• 2:36
Speaker 1: And we've heard this from multiple people, including Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer.
• 2:40
Speaker 1: I mean, we haven't heard from anybody that Jeffrey Epstein
• 2:43
Speaker 1: was suicidal. Unless, of course, you're counting the U.S. government.
• 2:46
Speaker 1: And in my opinion, the U.S. government is not a
• 2:49
Speaker 1: reliable narrator when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein was
• 2:53
Speaker 1: found hanged in his cell on August 10th, 2019, just
• 2:56
Speaker 1: weeks after being arrested in New York and charged with
• 2:59
Speaker 1: sex trafficking underage girls. But Mr. Kotrin, who has remained
• 3:04
Speaker 1: loyal to his former boss, has insisted Epstein would have
• 3:06
Speaker 1: never killed himself and revealed that his employer had told
• 3:10
Speaker 1: him He was planning to negotiate with the judge in
• 3:12
Speaker 1: the case to secure Bell. Well, that was never going
• 3:15
Speaker 1: to happen. There was literally zero chance that Jeffrey Epstein
• 3:19
Speaker 1: was ever going to get Bell. This man was going
• 3:22
Speaker 1: away for the rest of his life. And the reason is,
• 3:25
Speaker 1: is because he was burned as an asset at that point.
• 3:27
Speaker 1: He had no protection left. Nobody was coming in to
• 3:30
Speaker 1: save the day. None of his handlers, none of his friends.
• 3:34
Speaker 1: The party was over. He had already used up his
• 3:37
Speaker 1: one get out of jail free card with his associates, right?
• 3:40
Speaker 1: So the party was over for him. And when you're
• 3:42
Speaker 1: not useful anymore, they burn you as an asset. And
• 3:46
Speaker 1: if you think that they left any ties to them
• 3:49
Speaker 1: and Jeffrey Epstein in existence, you're absolutely insane. The whole
• 3:54
Speaker 1: entire operation was burned. You want to talk about burn bags? Yeah,
• 3:59
Speaker 1: they were using them here. Guaranteed. I don't believe it
• 4:03
Speaker 1: was suicide. He loved life too much, Mr. Kotrin said.
• 4:07
Speaker 1: He also recalled seeing his boss for the last time,
• 4:10
Speaker 1: describing how Epstein was relaxed and had spoken about making
• 4:13
Speaker 1: more investments. Epstein's brother Mark also suggested that the financier, pedophile,
• 4:19
Speaker 1: may have been murdered and even ordered a second autopsy.
• 4:23
Speaker 1: We got the news that he hanged himself and honestly,
• 4:26
Speaker 1: he loved life too much to float away like that, Mr.
• 4:29
Speaker 1: Cotran added. During the interview, the butler also reeled off
• 4:33
Speaker 1: a list of dignitaries who came to visit Epstein over
• 4:36
Speaker 1: two decades. including Prince Andrew and former U.S. President Bill Clinton. Wait,
• 4:42
Speaker 1: what do you mean? Bill Clinton doesn't know anything about
• 4:44
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, right? Isn't that what he told us? For
• 4:47
Speaker 1: all these years, that's all he had to say. Oh,
• 4:50
Speaker 1: I had no idea who Jeffrey Epstein was. Meanwhile, Bill
• 4:53
Speaker 1: Clinton was closer to Jeffrey Epstein for longer than just
• 4:58
Speaker 1: about anybody. In fact, they used to say that they
• 5:00
Speaker 1: were as close as brothers, according to survivors and other
• 5:03
Speaker 1: witnesses who traveled with him. Mr. Cotran claims that he
• 5:07
Speaker 1: chauffeured the British royal five or six times and says
• 5:10
Speaker 1: he was a frequent guest at Epstein's Paris townhouse. He
• 5:13
Speaker 1: said the prince also visited Epstein in Saint-Tropez, along with
• 5:17
Speaker 1: a British photographer famous for taking pictures of naked girls
• 5:21
Speaker 1: and accused of having sex with a 13-year-old. That's the
• 5:25
Speaker 1: kind of company you'd expect Prince Andrew to keep? Gunrunners,
• 5:29
Speaker 1: human traffickers, scumbags, right? I mean, imagine having all the
• 5:32
Speaker 1: privilege that bitch-ass Prince Andrew had and squandering it, talk
• 5:37
Speaker 1: about the ultimate fail. Mr. Kotrin's remarks come as the U.S.
• 5:41
Speaker 1: government comes under pressure to make public the so-called Epstein files.
• 5:46
Speaker 1: Also on Mr. Kotrin's list was former U.S. President Bill Clinton,
• 5:50
Speaker 1: who he alleges he met on board Epstein's private jet
• 5:53
Speaker 1: during a stopover in Paris, and shared an image of
• 5:56
Speaker 1: the two smiling. The Telegraph published an image showing Mr.
• 6:00
Speaker 1: Kotrin posing for a photograph of With the former president
• 6:04
Speaker 1: on board the so-called Lolita Express, the plane Epstein allegedly
• 6:08
Speaker 1: used to traffic underage girls and women for sex. Allegedly?
• 6:12
Speaker 1: There's no allegedly here. That's what was going on. What
• 6:15
Speaker 1: are you scared his estate's going to sue you? I'll
• 6:18
Speaker 1: help you out. Jeffrey Epstein was a human trafficker. He
• 6:21
Speaker 1: raped and abused at least a thousand girls. And he
• 6:25
Speaker 1: was a disgusting pedophile. Not allegedly. For sure. No allegedly needed. Mr.
• 6:33
Speaker 1: Kotrin recalled that Epstein often laughed at a painting he
• 6:36
Speaker 1: had bought depicting Mr. Clinton wearing a blue dress and
• 6:40
Speaker 1: red high heels, imitating the outfit ostensibly worn during the
• 6:43
Speaker 1: president's infamous encounter with Monica Lewinsky. I mean, why would
• 6:48
Speaker 1: you have a picture like that? Why would you go
• 6:50
Speaker 1: out and buy a picture of your buddy Bill Clinton
• 6:53
Speaker 1: wearing the dress that Monica was allegedly wearing when Bill
• 6:57
Speaker 1: Clinton got his weasel waxed in the Oval Office? What's
• 7:01
Speaker 1: the point of having a picture like that, especially of
• 7:03
Speaker 1: your friend? There's no legitimate reason for having a picture
• 7:06
Speaker 1: like that. Unless, of course, you're trying to flex and
• 7:09
Speaker 1: say to Bill Clinton, look, I even own you. You
• 7:12
Speaker 1: can't do shit about it. I'm putting this picture of
• 7:15
Speaker 1: you on the wall, and I'm going to show everybody
• 7:17
Speaker 1: every time they walk into the house. Basically what he did, right?
• 7:21
Speaker 1: Slapped his meat right on Bill Clinton's face. And Bill
• 7:24
Speaker 1: Clinton didn't do shit about it. Another picture shared by Mr.
• 7:29
Speaker 1: Kotrin shows the UK ambassador to Washington, Lord Mandelson, attending
• 7:34
Speaker 1: Epstein's birthday in 2007 and claimed that he drove Woody
• 7:37
Speaker 1: Allen around and met Microsoft billionaire Bill Gates a few times. Well,
• 7:42
Speaker 1: no shit. Mr. Bill Gates has a lot to answer for.
• 7:46
Speaker 1: This man lied about Jeffrey Epstein, lied about his relationship
• 7:49
Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein for years. So I hope that maximum
• 7:53
Speaker 1: pressure is put on Bill Gates to come forward and
• 7:56
Speaker 1: really give us an accounting of what he was doing,
• 7:59
Speaker 1: which Jeffrey Epstein, and not the bullshit he's been telling us.
• 8:02
Speaker 1: Breaking news, your wife doesn't divorce you because you had
• 8:05
Speaker 1: a business meeting. The butler also made extraordinary claims that
• 8:10
Speaker 1: Epstein had told him that he'd been offered a job
• 8:13
Speaker 1: by Donald Trump in his administration in 2016, but that
• 8:17
Speaker 1: he had turned it down. There's no evidence that the
• 8:20
Speaker 1: allegation is true, and Trump has always maintained that he
• 8:23
Speaker 1: stopped speaking to Epstein in 2004. Mr. Kotrin insisted that
• 8:28
Speaker 1: he never saw Epstein with underage girls, and he said
• 8:31
Speaker 1: young women only hired to give him massages and cut
• 8:34
Speaker 1: his nails. Oh yeah, that's all that was going on, Mr. Kotrin.
• 8:38
Speaker 1: Are you fucking for real, dude? Then again, he is
• 8:40
Speaker 1: a Frenchman. We all know that the Frenchmen like him young.
• 8:44
Speaker 1: I mean, have you taken a look at the age
• 8:45
Speaker 1: of consent laws in France? And the kind of shit
• 8:48
Speaker 1: people get away with? The butler had never spoken publicly
• 8:51
Speaker 1: until now due to the concerns for his own safety.
• 8:54
Speaker 1: I wonder how much Daily Mail paid him for this interview.
• 8:57
Speaker 1: I'm guessing, but he got a bag. He pointed to
• 9:01
Speaker 1: what he considered Epstein's mysterious death and also the suicides
• 9:04
Speaker 1: of Virginia Roberts, who accused Prince Andrew of sexual abuse,
• 9:08
Speaker 1: which he denied, and Jean-Luc Brunel, who ran a modeling
• 9:11
Speaker 1: agency that procured girls for Epstein. Roberts, 41, killed herself
• 9:16
Speaker 1: at her home in Australia in April, and Brunel was
• 9:20
Speaker 1: found dead in his prison cell in Paris in 2022.
• 9:23
Speaker 1: while he awaited trial on charges of raping a teenager.
• 9:28
Speaker 1: The interview comes after it emerged that Epstein's former girlfriend,
• 9:31
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, wants to keep grand jury records secret in
• 9:34
Speaker 1: the sex trafficking case that sent her to prison. You
• 9:37
Speaker 1: see what they're doing here, right? Good cop, bad cop.
• 9:40
Speaker 1: The DOJ is playing good cop, and Maxwell is playing
• 9:43
Speaker 1: bad cop. She's denying the request, and she is hoping
• 9:47
Speaker 1: that the court sides with her, and then the government
• 9:49
Speaker 1: will be able to say, well look, Maxwell didn't want
• 9:52
Speaker 1: this stuff unveiled. She didn't want it unsealed. And she
• 9:56
Speaker 1: petitioned the court. There's nothing we can do about that. Well,
• 9:59
Speaker 1: you don't think that was part of the strategy meeting
• 10:01
Speaker 1: between her and Todd Blanche? Because that's what I think
• 10:04
Speaker 1: it was, a strategy meeting. But I'm sure that the
• 10:07
Speaker 1: Trump administration will be telling us that Blanche was waterboarding
• 10:10
Speaker 1: her and, you know, getting the information from her. Come on, Ghislaine,
• 10:14
Speaker 1: give up that information, guy. Whatever interests the public may
• 10:18
Speaker 1: have in Epstein, that interest cannot justify a broad intrusion
• 10:21
Speaker 1: into grand jury secrecy in a case where the defendant
• 10:25
Speaker 1: is still alive. Her legal options are viable and her
• 10:28
Speaker 1: due process rights remain. Attorney David Oscar Marcus and Melissa
• 10:33
Speaker 1: Madrigal wrote, Oh, they're feeling themselves, huh? Oscar Marcus, little
• 10:38
Speaker 1: bitch-ass Oscar Marcus. You know, what's funny is I never
• 10:41
Speaker 1: really go after lawyers, but this dude has rubbed me
• 10:44
Speaker 1: the wrong way since the very beginning. family friend of
• 10:47
Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell's. He was involved in the whole website they launched.
• 10:51
Speaker 1: So this little smarmy weasel has been involved from the
• 10:54
Speaker 1: very beginning. And now that he's getting accommodations for his
• 10:57
Speaker 1: client from the government, all of a sudden he thinks
• 11:00
Speaker 1: he's calling the plays. Breaking news, bitch. You're not. Even
• 11:04
Speaker 1: if your friends at the DOJ think you are. Because
• 11:07
Speaker 1: if you think that you're gonna smuggle Glenn Maxwell out
• 11:10
Speaker 1: of that prison under the darkness of night with some
• 11:13
Speaker 1: kind of pardon or clemency... and all hell isn't going
• 11:16
Speaker 1: to break loose, you have another thing coming, my friend.
• 11:20
Speaker 1: Government attorneys have been trying to quell a clamor for
• 11:23
Speaker 1: transparency by seeking the transcript's release, though the government also
• 11:27
Speaker 1: says the public already knows much of what's in the documents.
• 11:32
Speaker 1: Most of the information was made publicly available at trial
• 11:36
Speaker 1: or has otherwise been publicly reported through the public statements
• 11:39
Speaker 1: of victims and witnesses. Prosecutors wrote in court papers on
• 11:43
Speaker 1: Monday that They noted that the disclosures excluded some victims
• 11:48
Speaker 1: and witness names. Prosecutors also said last week that some
• 11:53
Speaker 1: of what the grand jurors heard came out at Maxwell's
• 11:56
Speaker 1: 2021 trial and in various victim lawsuits. There were only
• 12:00
Speaker 1: two grand jury witnesses, both of them law enforcement officials,
• 12:04
Speaker 1: prosecutors said. So in other words, like I told you,
• 12:07
Speaker 1: you'll get nothing. And you'll like it. They'll tell you
• 12:10
Speaker 1: that they're being transparent, but we're not getting anything of substance.
• 12:14
Speaker 1: So basically, they're just bullshitting you once again. What they're
• 12:18
Speaker 1: trying to do is drag this out and hope you
• 12:20
Speaker 1: get fatigued. They hope you forget about what's going on.
• 12:24
Speaker 1: They hope you move on to the next shiny object.
• 12:26
Speaker 1: And they hope that this thing will die down on
• 12:28
Speaker 1: its own. But the truth is, that's not going to happen.
• 12:32
Speaker 1: And until we get full transparency, these flags of discontent
• 12:37
Speaker 1: are going to keep waving. All of the information that
• 12:41
Speaker 1: goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
• 12:45
  Speaker 1: We've talked about a lot of Jeffrey Epstein's ex-employees, people
• 12:49
Speaker 1: in his atmosphere, and people who had an idea of
• 12:53
Speaker 1: what was going on. And that would be just about
• 12:56
Speaker 1: everybody who worked for him, right? There's nobody who can
• 13:00
Speaker 1: convince me at this point that the people that were
• 13:02
Speaker 1: working around Epstein all the time, always in his orbit,
• 13:06
Speaker 1: always around him, had no idea what he was doing.
• 13:10
Speaker 1: That would be very naive, okay? The fact of the
• 13:14
Speaker 1: matter is, You know something's wrong when you're seeing little
• 13:17
Speaker 1: 12-year-old girls being dragged into the house and brought up
• 13:21
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey's room. Okay, there's no one that can convince
• 13:24
Speaker 1: me that people can see that and say, ah, that's
• 13:26
Speaker 1: all right, nothing wrong with that. That's normal behavior. We're
• 13:29
Speaker 1: talking about a man, he had no kids, he had
• 13:32
Speaker 1: no nieces, he had no nephews, none of that jazz.
• 13:35
Speaker 1: There is zero reason for underage children to be around
• 13:38
Speaker 1: a man like Jeffrey Epstein. Yet, he was trailed by them.
• 13:44
Speaker 1: We heard what Sarah Ransom had to say in the documentary, right?
• 13:48
Speaker 1: He was trailed by young girls wherever he went. And
• 13:51
Speaker 1: nobody stepped in. Nobody had anything to say. And that
• 13:55
Speaker 1: includes his ex-employees, folks. When I talk about a RICO case,
• 13:59
Speaker 1: I mean the ex-employees too. These people have had ample
• 14:02
Speaker 1: time to come forward. They have had ample time to
• 14:05
Speaker 1: come forward and let everybody know what the deal is.
• 14:09
Speaker 1: But instead, most of them have kept quiet, kept to themselves,
• 14:14
Speaker 1: and hoped, beyond hope, that this would all just go
• 14:18
Speaker 1: away and disappear. Well, they are in for a very,
• 14:24
Speaker 1: very big surprise. Because this case is not going anywhere.
• 14:27
Speaker 1: If anything, it's gaining steam now. And there are many
• 14:32
Speaker 1: criticisms of the Netflix documentary, right? For those of us
• 14:36
Speaker 1: who have been watching, I mean, you know, following the case,
• 14:39
Speaker 1: we understand that they only scratched the surface. But That's
• 14:43
Speaker 1: what I told you they were going to do. I
• 14:46
Speaker 1: knew that they didn't have enough time in four hours
• 14:48
Speaker 1: to really dig deep. I knew that they didn't have
• 14:51
Speaker 1: the time in four hours to name all of the players.
• 14:56
Speaker 1: It's like a book being adapted for the screen. They're
• 15:00
Speaker 1: going to leave out storylines. They're going to tie characters
• 15:03
Speaker 1: into each other. You know what I mean? And they're
• 15:05
Speaker 1: not going to be able to give the whole entire story.
• 15:09
Speaker 1: So I think some of that kind of criticism of
• 15:11
Speaker 1: the documentary is a bit unfair. Because I think that
• 15:15
Speaker 1: it wasn't their goal. Their goal wasn't to spark the
• 15:19
Speaker 1: conversation about Jeffrey Epstein being an asset for the intelligence services.
• 15:25
Speaker 1: Their goal was to voice the words of those survivors.
• 15:31
Speaker 1: At least to me, that's what it looked like. And
• 15:33
Speaker 1: from that regard, they hit the ball out of the park.
• 15:36
Speaker 1: I think they did a really good job with that
• 15:38
Speaker 1: aspect of it. But what we're seeing now, though, the
• 15:41
Speaker 1: most important part, in my opinion, is all of the
• 15:44
Speaker 1: interest that it kicks up. And we're seeing it with
• 15:47
Speaker 1: the articles that are coming out. They're starting to talk
• 15:49
Speaker 1: about some of the other players. Like today, we're going
• 15:52
Speaker 1: to talk about Jeffrey Epstein's ex-butler. And we've talked about
• 15:56
Speaker 1: Juan Alessi here on the program before several times. But
• 15:59
Speaker 1: in the documentary, obviously, they didn't touch on any of that.
• 16:03
Speaker 1: They didn't touch on the Dubins. They didn't touch on
• 16:05
Speaker 1: the real relationship between Wexner. They didn't touch on any
• 16:08
Speaker 1: of that stuff. So if you're going into that documentary
• 16:11
Speaker 1: and that's what you're looking for, you're going to be disappointed.
• 16:14
Speaker 1: But if you go into the documentary and you're expecting
• 16:18
Speaker 1: an expose of the survivor's story, well, you're going to
• 16:24
Speaker 1: walk away and you're going to feel fulfilled because that's
• 16:27
Speaker 1: exactly what it did. It projected the voice of those
• 16:30
Speaker 1: survivors and it brought the story to a bunch of
• 16:34
Speaker 1: people that had no idea what was really going on.
• 16:37
Speaker 1: I can't express how important that is in a case
• 16:40
Speaker 1: like this. It is very important that this kind of
• 16:46
Speaker 1: case gets the publicity that it deserves. And when you
• 16:49
Speaker 1: have a documentary like the one on Netflix, that's usually
• 16:52
Speaker 1: what occurs, right? If Tiger King can become a popular
• 16:56
Speaker 1: documentary and people are going crazy over it, it just
• 17:00
Speaker 1: shows you the power of the platform. And when you
• 17:03
Speaker 1: have a huge platform and you can project your content
• 17:06
Speaker 1: to such a large group of people, if it's meaningful
• 17:09
Speaker 1: content and it strikes home with people, it's going to
• 17:13
Speaker 1: be effective. And I think that's what Netflix was looking for.
• 17:16
Speaker 1: They were looking to reach out to the unsullied, the
• 17:18
Speaker 1: people that didn't know much about the case, and not
• 17:21
Speaker 1: so much to people like us. So... I think that
• 17:26
Speaker 1: part of the criticism of the documentary is unwarranted, in
• 17:30
Speaker 1: my opinion. Obviously, there is stuff to criticize. The Vicki
• 17:34
Speaker 1: Ward aspect, ridiculous. I'm not a big fan of James
• 17:38
Speaker 1: Patterson after hearing some of the things about him. You know,
• 17:42
Speaker 1: stuff like that. You can criticize it for sure. But
• 17:44
Speaker 1: I think the message itself did what it was intended
• 17:49
Speaker 1: to do. And the interest that has been drummed up
• 17:52
Speaker 1: has been... I've been pretty shocked by it, honestly. I
• 17:55
Speaker 1: was already backdated with emails and trying to catch up.
• 17:59
  Speaker 1: And now it's just, I don't know how I'm going
• 18:02
Speaker 1: to be able to catch up at this point. Over
• 18:04
Speaker 1: a hundred emails that I need to catch up on
• 18:07
Speaker 1: right now. And they just keep coming and coming. And
• 18:10
Speaker 1: a lot of people have questions, right? People want to
• 18:12
Speaker 1: know what the deal is here. And hopefully with the podcast,
• 18:16
Speaker 1: with us going through the story day by day, it
• 18:19
Speaker 1: makes it a what exactly is occurring, and to see
• 18:25
Speaker 1: everything in the larger picture, right? With context added. Because
• 18:30
Speaker 1: without the context, this story, you look at it, you
• 18:33
Speaker 1: look at these, separately, these stories within this storyline, and
• 18:37
Speaker 1: you say to yourself, there's no way any of that
• 18:39
Speaker 1: can possibly be true. Well, folks, I'm here to tell you,
• 18:44
Speaker 1: it is all true. And it is one hell of
• 18:47
Speaker 1: a ride. So today, we have an article from the
• 18:50
Speaker 1: Daily Mail, The author of that article is Sam Baker.
• 18:55
Speaker 1: The headline? Jeffrey Epstein's ex-butler says Prince Andrew maybe has
• 19:00
Speaker 1: something to hide as he breaks decades-long silence to urge
• 19:03
Speaker 1: the royal to speak with the FBI. Well, we all
• 19:06
Speaker 1: know that Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, the prince
• 19:10
Speaker 1: of punk asses, is a big fat liar. We all
• 19:14
Speaker 1: know that Virginia Roberts not only accused him credibly, but
• 19:19
Speaker 1: has receipts. And we all know that Prince Andrew certainly
• 19:23
Speaker 1: has information that would help the investigation. He said he
• 19:27
Speaker 1: would come out and speak to the proper authorities, but
• 19:31
Speaker 1: now he's hiding behind mummy's skirts and hiding behind his
• 19:39
Speaker 1: princely blood. Basically, it comes down to Prince Andrew is
• 19:45
Speaker 1: an absolute and utter coward. He's scared to face Virginia Robertson. court.
• 19:50
Speaker 1: He's scared to face the music, and he'll continue to
• 19:53
Speaker 1: be an absolute chump. All right, so Jeffrey Epstein's former
• 19:59
Speaker 1: butler has broken his decades-long silence to urge Prince Andrew
• 20:03
Speaker 1: to cooperate with the FBI. Juan Alessi, 70, has alleged
• 20:07
Speaker 1: that Prince Andrew attended naked pool parties at Epstein's Florida
• 20:10
Speaker 1: home 19 years ago and that massage tables would be
• 20:14
Speaker 1: set up for the Duke of York. Well, this goes
• 20:17
Speaker 1: in line with everything else we've heard about Prince Andrew
• 20:21
Speaker 1: and his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. We know that massage
• 20:24
Speaker 1: was a huge part of everything in Jeffrey Epstein's life.
• 20:28
Speaker 1: And when I say massage, I'm doing it with air quotes.
• 20:31
Speaker 1: We know what that meant. And Jeffrey Epstein and his buddy,
• 20:37
Speaker 1: the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, most certainly received
• 20:40
Speaker 1: massages together, according to all reports. So Alessi is not
• 20:44
Speaker 1: far off here. Alessi's telling the truth here. And I agree.
• 20:49
Speaker 1: Come forward, Prince Andrew. What are you so scared of?
• 20:54
Speaker 1: According to the Mirror, Alessi said that he met the
• 20:56
Speaker 1: Duke of York twice at Epstein's Florida house, but never
• 20:59
Speaker 1: saw him interacting with any girls. In a sworn statement
• 21:03
Speaker 1: to Palm Beach police in 2005, the ex-butler said that
• 21:06
Speaker 1: the prince stayed for weeks at a time at Epstein's
• 21:08
Speaker 1: home in the blue room. He also said to the
• 21:12
Speaker 1: mirror that he never saw Prince Andrew naked or when
• 21:15
Speaker 1: he was having massages, and that he also left a
• 21:18
Speaker 1: $ 140 tip for Alessi when he left. The former butler said,
• 21:22
Speaker 1: maybe he has something to hide. I don't know. I
• 21:25
Speaker 1: don't know what happened beyond that. So the headline's a
• 21:28
Speaker 1: bit misleading here, right? They're acting like Alessi has the
• 21:32
Speaker 1: goods on him, when in reality, Alessi really doesn't know
• 21:35
Speaker 1: the deal. He might have something, Andrew might have something
• 21:38
Speaker 1: to answer for, might not have something to answer for.
• 21:41
Speaker 1: In reality, though, we all know the deal with Andrew.
• 21:44
Speaker 1: We all know that the Joe Exotic of the Windsor
• 21:47
Speaker 1: family is an absolute liar. We know that he was
• 21:51
Speaker 1: on these properties. We know what he did with Virginia Roberts.
• 21:55
Speaker 1: And Anybody trying to protect him at this point is
• 21:59
Speaker 1: part of the problem. Epstein, 66, committed suicide last August, allegedly,
• 22:05
Speaker 1: and Alessi has chosen to speak out now because he
• 22:08
Speaker 1: says his confidentiality agreement died when his employer died. That's
• 22:12
Speaker 1: such bullshit, too, with the confidentiality agreements. I think that
• 22:15
Speaker 1: Alessi should be swooped up within the RICO investigation. He
• 22:19
Speaker 1: had all these years to come forward, and now he's
• 22:21
Speaker 1: coming forward after Epstein's death? What a chump. What a coward.
• 22:25
Speaker 1: What an enabler. He should have come forward way before,
• 22:29
Speaker 1: way before. But yet, another one hiding in the shadows,
• 22:33
Speaker 1: and now that Epstein's dead, I'm sure Alessi will want
• 22:36
Speaker 1: to write a book or something and try and profit
• 22:37
Speaker 1: off of this, when in reality, he should be slapped
• 22:40
Speaker 1: with a RICO charge as well. Alessi said that one
• 22:43
Speaker 1: of his jobs as Epstein's butler was to clean the
• 22:46
Speaker 1: sex toys used by Epstein and his former girlfriend, former girlfriend,
• 22:50
Speaker 1: former co-conspirator, Ghislaine Maxwell, who Alessi described as the devil. Well,
• 22:56
Speaker 1: I can agree with Alessi on that. She is certainly devil-like.
• 22:59
Speaker 1: And according to all reports, what we've heard from Maria
• 23:01
Speaker 1: Farmer and others, she was not only Jeffrey Epstein's sidekick, folks, okay?
• 23:07
Speaker 1: Not only that, but she was the brains behind the operation.
• 23:11
Speaker 1: She was the boss in the shadows. Epstein was the
• 23:14
Speaker 1: street boss. But behind the scenes, calling the shots, setting
• 23:18
Speaker 1: up the game plan, that was Ghislaine Maxwell. He alleges
• 23:23
Speaker 1: that Maxwell knew what Epstein was involved in and that
• 23:25
Speaker 1: she had made him drive around Palm Beach looking for
• 23:28
Speaker 1: girls who could give Epstein a massage. So unless he's
• 23:33
Speaker 1: admitting here that he was procuring girls for Jeffrey Epstein,
• 23:35
Speaker 1: that's nice. This guy absolutely 100% needs to be swooped
• 23:39
Speaker 1: up under RICO indictments and spoken with. I mean, are
• 23:44
Speaker 1: you kidding me right now? Oh yeah, I used to
• 23:46
Speaker 1: drive around and pick up girls, but I didn't know
• 23:47
Speaker 1: anything was going on. Bruh. Alessi claims he was also
• 23:54
Speaker 1: tasked with paying the girls after withdrawing $ 10, 000 from the
• 23:58
Speaker 1: bank for Epstein. He said he didn't know what he
• 24:00
Speaker 1: had been paying the girls for. Oh, of course not.
• 24:03
Speaker 1: None of them know, right? They never know what they're
• 24:06
Speaker 1: involved in, especially when they get caught. This man, Juan Alessi?
• 24:13
Speaker 1: You need to be brought in, sir. You need to
• 24:15
Speaker 1: be talked with, because guess what? You might be complicit
• 24:18
Speaker 1: in this. One alleged survivor suggested that Maxwell had demonstrated
• 24:23
Speaker 1: the correct way to perform oral sex on Epstein. Alessi said,
• 24:29
Speaker 1: The FBI needs to talk to Ghislaine. She knows more
• 24:31
Speaker 1: than anyone. Whole days she spent recruiting girls. I was driving.
• 24:36
Speaker 1: I wish I had known what for. I would stop
• 24:38
Speaker 1: at a massage parlor. So he was driving her around
• 24:41
Speaker 1: while she was recruiting girls, and he's acting like he
• 24:45
Speaker 1: didn't know what was going on? And then if you're
• 24:49
Speaker 1: the FBI, you're the investigators, how don't you bring in Alessi,
• 24:53
Speaker 1: fire him up with charges, and have him turn on
• 24:55
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell? He's saying it right here. The FBI needs
• 24:58
Speaker 1: to talk to Ghislaine. Where are you, Berman? Where are you,
• 25:01
Speaker 1: Marine Comey? Where is the SDNY? It is not believed
• 25:08
Speaker 1: the Duke of York has cooperated with the ongoing FBI
• 25:11
Speaker 1: investigation into Epstein. Prince Andrew, the Joe Exotic of the
• 25:15
Speaker 1: Windsor family, aka the Prince of Punk Asses, has strongly
• 25:19
Speaker 1: denied any wrongdoing. Alessi also said that he had been
• 25:23
Speaker 1: secretly visited by Virginia Roberts, where she had explained to
• 25:26
Speaker 1: the former butler what had happened to her. So, Virginia
• 25:32
Speaker 1: told this butler what happened to her, and he did nothing.
• 25:36
Speaker 1: Continued working for Ghislaine and Epstein, continued amongst... the criminal enterprise,
• 25:43
Speaker 1: and now he's coming out like he's some sort of hero?
• 25:46
Speaker 1: Where were you then, bro? Where were you then? You're
• 25:49
Speaker 1: so worried about your job, so worried about angering Jeff
• 25:53
Speaker 1: that you don't care about Virginia Roberts and what she
• 25:55
Speaker 1: was going through or any of these other young girls
• 25:57
Speaker 1: that you see trotted through here or that you're driving
• 26:00
Speaker 1: this monster to go pick up. Talk about being complicit.
• 26:08
Speaker 1: He also claims to have challenged his former employer on
• 26:10
Speaker 1: one occasion and is glad that he has broken his
• 26:15
Speaker 1: silence on Epstein, who he calls a coward. Well, I'd
• 26:18
Speaker 1: like to call you a coward, Mr. Alessi. How about that?
• 26:20
Speaker 1: Where were you when this was all happening? It's easy
• 26:23
Speaker 1: to come out and Monday morning quarterback the game, right?
• 26:26
Speaker 1: Hindsight is 20-20. But when you were in the mix
• 26:28
Speaker 1: and you had a chance to bite down on your mouthpiece,
• 26:31
Speaker 1: plant your feet, and take a shot at this son
• 26:33
Speaker 1: of a bitch, you didn't do it. Point blank, period.
• 26:38
Speaker 1: He hopes the Duke of York will cooperate with the
• 26:40
Speaker 1: ongoing investigation. A friend of Prince Andrew told the Mirror
• 26:44
Speaker 1: that the Duke was only being accused of having made
• 26:46
Speaker 1: a poor choice in an acquaintance by Alessi. Mail Online
• 26:50
Speaker 1: have approached the Duke's representatives for comment. Earlier this month,
• 26:54
Speaker 1: it was reported that police were monitoring 112 red alert
• 26:58
Speaker 1: stalkers after the number almost doubled since the Prince's disastrous interview. What,
• 27:05
Speaker 1: are we supposed to feel bad for the prince that
• 27:07
Speaker 1: there's supposed stalkers chasing him? Sorry, I don't feel bad
• 27:12
Speaker 1: for the prince, okay? He'll go hide in Buckingham Palace
• 27:15
Speaker 1: with his gaggle of security guards. Nobody's ever going to
• 27:19
Speaker 1: bother him, okay? Stop it. Stop trying to drum up
• 27:23
Speaker 1: some support from the monarchists, the few that are left.
• 27:27
Speaker 1: Nobody's stalking him. Give me a break. He needs to
• 27:31
Speaker 1: face justice, okay? Prince Andrew needs to face Virginia Roberts
• 27:35
Speaker 1: in a court of law. Pretty simple. And then we'll
• 27:40
Speaker 1: let the chips fall where they may. What are you
• 27:43
Speaker 1: running from? Why are you not trying to clear your name?
• 27:46
Speaker 1: What are you hiding from? Step up, bro. Security expert
• 27:55
Speaker 1: Richard H., who is projects director at Mobius International, said
• 27:59
Speaker 1: the Prince Andrew controversy and the strongly critiqued television interview
• 28:03
Speaker 1: creates an increase in disregard for the royal family that
• 28:07
Speaker 1: potentially could have dangerous ramifications. I don't care, okay? Furthermore,
• 28:11
Speaker 1: in the year 2020, why is there still a royal family?
• 28:16
Speaker 1: The whole concept should be crushed and scattered to the winds.
• 28:20
Speaker 1: Power to the people, okay? Not some outdated monarchy, somebody
• 28:26
Speaker 1: who calls himself the queen, or this weird-ass, dorky-ass, lame-ass
• 28:34
Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. Nobody's buying this nonsense
• 28:38
Speaker 1: that you're being stalked now, okay? The real travesty here,
• 28:43
Speaker 1: the real crime here, is what you did to Virginia Roberts.
• 28:48
Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. And until you stand
• 28:52
Speaker 1: up and you answer for that, I will continue to
• 28:56
Speaker 1: eviscerate you every chance that I get. All right, everybody.
• 29:03
Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
• 29:04
  Speaker 1: at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can
• 29:13
Speaker 1: also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All right, folks.
• 29:21
Speaker 1: Our article today is from the Daily Mail. And the
• 29:25
Speaker 1: headline is, Ghislaine Maxwell kept an album full of photographs
• 29:29
Speaker 1: of topless girls, according to Jeffrey Epstein's butler, who said
• 29:33
Speaker 1: he saw the heiress constantly taking photos in the pedophile's
• 29:36
Speaker 1: Florida mansion. This article was authored by Caroline Graham. So, oh,
• 29:44
Speaker 1: excuse me, and Dan Sales and Matthew Wright. Wow, they
• 29:48
Speaker 1: did a three-piece on that ass today, huh? They had
• 29:51
Speaker 1: quite the coordination for this article. It's not that big,
• 29:53
Speaker 1: but I guess they all contributed, so there's that. Now,
• 29:58
Speaker 1: we know Ghislaine Maxwell took a shit ton of pictures.
• 30:01
Speaker 1: We know that they had a bunch of pictures on
• 30:04
Speaker 1: computer hard drives. We know that they had photo albums.
• 30:08
Speaker 1: And we also know that they were strewn about Jeffrey
• 30:11
Speaker 1: Epstein's many different properties hung as artwork, etc., etc. I
• 30:18
Speaker 1: wonder how many of them were hung around Slick Willie's
• 30:21
Speaker 1: painted picture, you know, in the dress with the heels.
• 30:24
Speaker 1: I wonder how many of them were displayed around his picture.
• 30:28
Speaker 1: So the article today that we're going to talk about
• 30:32
Speaker 1: is really nothing new to us who have been following
• 30:35
Speaker 1: the case. We have heard of John Juan Alessi before.
• 30:39
Speaker 1: I have talked about him here on the podcast. I've
• 30:42
Speaker 1: done a couple of segments on him, and we know
• 30:45
Speaker 1: what his role has been. But like usual, you know
• 30:49
Speaker 1: I love context. So we're going to add this article
• 30:53
Speaker 1: to the catalog as well, and we're going to see
• 30:56
Speaker 1: if anything new happens. perhaps pops up. And if not,
• 31:00
Speaker 1: it is still a good idea to make sure that
• 31:03
Speaker 1: we're touching base, let us say, with some of the
• 31:07
Speaker 1: main players on the Epstein stage. Ghislaine Maxwell kept an
• 31:14
Speaker 1: album full of photographs of topless girls that she had
• 31:17
Speaker 1: taken according to court documents. And you know, some of
• 31:20
Speaker 1: the survivors have talked about this as well. The pictures,
• 31:23
Speaker 1: the way Ghislaine Maxwell would, you know, have them pose,
• 31:27
Speaker 1: teach them how to be models, I'm using air quotes
• 31:30
Speaker 1: right now, etc., etc. So how much more evidence or
• 31:35
Speaker 1: corroborating allegation do you need as an investigator, right? This
• 31:40
Speaker 1: is child pornography. That's what it is, point blank, period.
• 31:44
Speaker 1: You can't be snapping flicks a little, girls. In interviews
• 31:50
Speaker 1: with lawyers, U.S. pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's ex-housing manager... said he
• 31:55
Speaker 1: saw Maxwell constantly taking photographs of scantily clad girls at
• 31:59
Speaker 1: the tycoon's Florida mansion. And elsewhere as well, we have
• 32:03
Speaker 1: reports of it obviously happening on the island, and we
• 32:06
Speaker 1: saw some of the intimate pictures from the island that
• 32:09
Speaker 1: were taken of Ghislaine Maxwell in such a loving embrace
• 32:14
Speaker 1: with Jean-Luc Brunel. So we know pictures were a big
• 32:18
Speaker 1: part of what these people were up to. They wanted
• 32:20
Speaker 1: to document it. Jeffrey Epstein was a sick bastard with
• 32:24
Speaker 1: very disturbing proclivities, and he wanted to have a record
• 32:27
Speaker 1: of this, sort of like a serial killer who kept
• 32:30
Speaker 1: idols from their victims. Maxwell, 58, is in a New
• 32:36
Speaker 1: York jail awaiting trial on multiple counts of procuring girls
• 32:40
Speaker 1: as young as 14 for Epstein to abuse, and allegedly
• 32:44
Speaker 1: abusing some of the girls herself. She has denied all charges. Well,
• 32:49
Speaker 1: we know she has denied all charges, right? And we
• 32:52
Speaker 1: know that she has also been accused of perjury. So
• 32:56
Speaker 1: in layman's terms, let me just break that down for you.
• 32:59
Speaker 1: She's been accused of being a liar. So why should
• 33:02
Speaker 1: we believe anything that this hag has to say? Why
• 33:06
Speaker 1: should we believe anything that the bipedal serpent is trying
• 33:11
Speaker 1: to pitch us? I don't believe anything she has to say.
• 33:15
Speaker 1: And I especially don't believe when she cries and bloviates
• 33:19
Speaker 1: and talks about how she's innocent. I'm sorry, but I
• 33:22
Speaker 1: don't believe that. And for the record, there's nowhere that
• 33:26
Speaker 1: says I have to believe that. I don't have to
• 33:28
Speaker 1: be an impartial judge of what's going on here. I'll
• 33:32
Speaker 1: tell you what, I've seen enough. The evidence, the circumstantial
• 33:36
Speaker 1: evidence is enough for me. Now it's just putting a
• 33:39
Speaker 1: bow on it, right? So yeah, you know, I don't
• 33:43
Speaker 1: want to hear anything that this lady has to say.
• 33:45
Speaker 1: I mean, obviously I want her to have a day,
• 33:47
Speaker 1: her day in court, right? Like every American and every
• 33:50
Speaker 1: person in the world should be entitled to. But as
• 33:54
Speaker 1: far as her gaslighting and her crying and whining about
• 33:59
Speaker 1: her conditions in jail, et cetera, et cetera, I don't
• 34:02
Speaker 1: care one bit. I have zero empathy for this lady.
• 34:09
Speaker 1: In papers released by a judge relating to a settled
• 34:12
Speaker 1: defamation case between Maxwell and Virginia Roberts, who claims she
• 34:16
Speaker 1: was coerced into having sex with Prince Andrew, ex-butler John Alessi, 70,
• 34:22
Speaker 1: claims Maxwell took pictures of young girls as a hobby.
• 34:26
Speaker 1: And I take a... Coerced? I think it was, you know,
• 34:29
Speaker 1: more of a... You know, a situation where it was definitely...
• 34:35
Speaker 1: coerced no doubt about it right it wasn't like virginia
• 34:39
Speaker 1: woke up one day and was like oh yeah i
• 34:40
Speaker 1: think i'm gonna go and be passed around to jeffrey
• 34:43
Speaker 1: epstein's scummy buddies so i think coerced is the proper
• 34:47
Speaker 1: word there he said she had an album of full
• 34:51
Speaker 1: of photographs of people young girls some girls were topless
• 34:55
Speaker 1: taking the sun she went out and took pictures in
• 34:58
Speaker 1: the pool because later i would see them at her
• 35:00
Speaker 1: desk or at the house and nude 99.9 percent of
• 35:03
Speaker 1: the time They were topless. So he's just corroborating what
• 35:08
Speaker 1: Steve Scully talked about previously. And the fact that we
• 35:12
Speaker 1: know that these girls were running around topless and naked.
• 35:16
Speaker 1: Were all of them underage? Probably not. Epstein probably had
• 35:21
Speaker 1: some girls that are of age, 18, 19, 20-ish range.
• 35:25
Speaker 1: Maybe even a little older if they looked younger. But
• 35:29
Speaker 1: that doesn't matter. If he was trafficking these girls, if
• 35:32
Speaker 1: they were being coerced, And they were being passed around
• 35:35
Speaker 1: to his friends as party gifts. Well, I don't really
• 35:39
Speaker 1: care about their age. All of these people that were
• 35:42
Speaker 1: involved are scumbags, obviously. The lowest brow crime of all
• 35:46
Speaker 1: is abusing children. But trafficking women is not too many
• 35:51
Speaker 1: steps above the ladder there of scumbaggery, folks, alright? Epstein
• 36:00
Speaker 1: killed himself in jail, allegedly... after being arrested on sex charges.
• 36:04
Speaker 1: Maxwell insisted she only took benign photographs. Again, let's get
• 36:09
Speaker 1: all of the evidence. Where are these computers? Why did
• 36:12
Speaker 1: the FBI let these people have access to these computers
• 36:16
Speaker 1: after a subpoena was dropped? Why was Zorro Ranch not raided?
• 36:21
Speaker 1: What secrets does Zorro Ranch hold? What was taken out
• 36:25
Speaker 1: by Khan? There are so many questions here, folks, and
• 36:30
Speaker 1: so little answers. The FBI wants to interview Prince Andrew.
• 36:36
Speaker 1: He has denied all claims of wrongdoing. The Duke of York,
• 36:40
Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, 60, was branded outrageous
• 36:44
Speaker 1: Friday by the lawyer representing six victims of the dead
• 36:47
Speaker 1: disgraced financier, pedophile, who killed himself, allegedly, in prison last year.
• 36:54
Speaker 1: Lisa Bloom, oh good old Lisa Bloom, huh? She is
• 36:57
Speaker 1: an outright tool. She is doing more harm to this
• 37:01
Speaker 1: case than good. gaslighting, acting like she's really involved. Give
• 37:07
Speaker 1: me a break already. More of a maneuver to try
• 37:13
Speaker 1: and build her own profile, to try and get her
• 37:16
Speaker 1: name out there a little bit more. She just leaves
• 37:19
Speaker 1: a really bad taste in my mouth. I have zero
• 37:21
Speaker 1: respect for Lisa Bloom. Called on the Joe Exotic of
• 37:26
Speaker 1: the Windsor family to submit to an interview with the
• 37:29
Speaker 1: FBI as they investigated Maxwell. And look, she's trying to
• 37:33
Speaker 1: get some shine here as well. What are you even
• 37:35
Speaker 1: involved with Prince Andrew for? What are you even talking about,
• 37:38
Speaker 1: Lisa Bloom? You're not representing Virginia? Kick rocks already. Quit
• 37:43
Speaker 1: trying to low-key get some fame here, all right? We
• 37:47
Speaker 1: all know you for who you are, Harvey Weinstein Protector.
• 37:52
Speaker 1: She said, how outrageous that it's been a year since
• 37:55
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, publicly
• 37:59
Speaker 1: promised to cooperate with law enforcement investigating all those who
• 38:02
Speaker 1: enabled Jeffrey Epstein's sexual assaults on hundreds of women and girls.
• 38:08
Speaker 1: He simply has not kept that promise. Meanwhile, the six
• 38:12
Speaker 1: victims I represent struggle to repair their lives. Victims, she
• 38:16
Speaker 1: calls her own clients victims. No, they were victims when
• 38:20
Speaker 1: they were being assaulted by Jeffrey Epstein and when that
• 38:22
Speaker 1: was occurring, but now they're survivors. They lived through it
• 38:26
Speaker 1: and they've battled and they're fighting back. So why don't
• 38:28
Speaker 1: you at least call your clients what they are, the
• 38:31
Speaker 1: correct terminology, Lisa Bloom. We implore the Joe Exotic of
• 38:39
Speaker 1: the Windsor family to submit to an interview with the
• 38:41
Speaker 1: FBI investigation of Ghislaine Maxwell and other accused co-conspirators to
• 38:46
Speaker 1: tell what he knows, to turn over documents and evidence,
• 38:50
Speaker 1: and to instruct his staff to do so as well. So...
• 38:57
Speaker 1: Lisa Bloom is, again, in my opinion out here, just,
• 39:01
Speaker 1: you know, trying to get involved, get into the fray.
• 39:03
Speaker 1: She's not Bradley Edwards or Sigrid McCauley or Cassell or
• 39:10
Speaker 1: Scarola or any of these lawyers that have been on
• 39:13
Speaker 1: the front lines of this for a very long time,
• 39:16
Speaker 1: battling tooth and nail for these survivors. Lisa Bloom certainly
• 39:20
Speaker 1: strikes me as somebody who's swooping in like a vulture
• 39:22
Speaker 1: because she sees some fame and perhaps a few bucks
• 39:25
Speaker 1: to be had. So I always cringe when I have
• 39:29
Speaker 1: to read anything that quotes Lisa Bloom. And if you notice,
• 39:32
Speaker 1: I usually just skip articles that have anything to do
• 39:36
Speaker 1: with her or her disgusting mother, Gloria Allred. And I'll
• 39:40
Speaker 1: continue to keep up that pattern. And that trend here.
• 39:42
Speaker 1: Because I really don't have any desire. To listen to
• 39:46
Speaker 1: what Lisa Bloom has to say. In any capacity. So tomorrow.
• 39:53
Speaker 1: Like I said. I will dive into the release documents.
• 39:59
Speaker 1: As soon as I get home from climbing in the mountains.
• 40:02
Speaker 1: And for the Daily Drop. I will do an episode
• 40:07
Speaker 1: about what we have found out. So... All of the
• 40:15
Speaker 1: stuff that has come before, all of those documents that
• 40:17
Speaker 1: have come before, that is just, again, it's going to
• 40:20
Speaker 1: add more context and it puts more pages together in
• 40:23
Speaker 1: the book, right? So expect there to be some more
• 40:26
Speaker 1: of that tomorrow. Not too many bombshells, in my opinion.
• 40:31
Speaker 1: And expect there to be, at the very least, expect
• 40:34
Speaker 1: there to be a little more context, at least in
• 40:37
Speaker 1: certain areas. So we'll get on that tomorrow and tomorrow morning, obviously,
• 40:45
Speaker 1: we'll have our morning update and we will be rocking
• 40:48
Speaker 1: and rolling and moving along with the week and seeing
• 40:51
Speaker 1: just exactly what the hell comes at us because it's
• 40:54
Speaker 1: starting to get down to crunch time, right? December is
• 40:56
Speaker 1: going to be here soon. We got December 3rd for
• 41:00
Speaker 1: the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals hearing and things are
• 41:05
Speaker 1: going to start moving rapidly very soon. So we're going
• 41:08
Speaker 1: to try our best to keep on top of everything
• 41:10
Speaker 1: and we will do whatever it is within our power
• 41:14
Speaker 1: to make sure that we stay on top of all
• 41:18
Speaker 1: of this news that is coming out on a daily basis.
• 41:24

Speaker 1: found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome
• 41:47
Speaker 1: back to the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're diving
• 41:50
Speaker 1: right back into the court documents, and we have a
• 41:53
Speaker 1: relatively short one this time, and it's the affidavit of
• 41:57
Speaker 1: Juan P. Alessi regarding his knowledge of Alan M. Dershowitz.
• 42:02
Speaker 1: Case number... CACE 15-000072, Edwards et al. Plaintiffs Counterclaim Defendants vs.
• 42:13
Speaker 1: Dershowitz Defendant Counterclaim Plaintiff. Affidavit of Juan P. Alessi regarding
• 42:19
Speaker 1: knowledge of Alan M. Dershowitz. Introduction. 1. My name is
• 42:24
Speaker 1: Juan P. Alessi. I make this declaration voluntarily and and
• 42:28
Speaker 1: without compensation on personal knowledge concerning Alan Dershowitz and his
• 42:32
Speaker 1: visits at my former employer Jeffrey Epstein's home in Palm Beach, Florida. 2.
• 42:38
Speaker 1: I worked for Mr. Epstein from January 1991 to December
• 42:42
Speaker 1: 2002 as a full-time employee performing maintenance services and then
• 42:47
Speaker 1: also became the manager for the home on 358 El
• 42:50
Speaker 1: Brío Way in Palm Beach, Florida. 3. Since Mr. Epstein
• 42:55
Speaker 1: was investigated and arrested, I have spoken with the police, investigators,
• 43:00
Speaker 1: and attorneys concerning my time working for Mr. Epstein. 4.
• 43:04
  Speaker 1: On September 8, 2009, I gave a deposition in the
• 43:09
Speaker 1: case captioned Jane Doe No. 2 v. Jeffrey Epstein, Case No. 08-CV-80119,
• 43:17
Speaker 1: in which I truthfully answered the questions posed by the attorneys.
• 43:20
  Speaker 1: I also gave a sworn statement on November 21, 2005,
• 43:24
Speaker 1: to Detective Joseph Ricari of the Palm Beach Police Department
• 43:28
Speaker 1: during their investigation of Mr. Epstein. 5. I have reviewed
• 43:34
Speaker 1: the statements that Bradley Edwards and Paul Cassell attribute to
• 43:38
Speaker 1: me in their papers in the case against the government
• 43:41
Speaker 1: and against Mr. Dershowitz. Because I do not believe that
• 43:44
Speaker 1: they accurately reflect the statements I previously made, I submit
• 43:48
Speaker 1: this affidavit to have my statements accurately reflected and made
• 43:52
Speaker 1: clear on the record. B. Summary knowledge of massages at Mr.
• 43:57
Speaker 1: Epstein's Palm Beach home. 6. As I stated in my deposition,
• 44:02
Speaker 1: a massage was like a treat for all the guests
• 44:04
Speaker 1: at Mr. Epstein's home. Mr. Epstein usually received his massages
• 44:08
Speaker 1: in his private suite, but guests would also be given
• 44:11
Speaker 1: massages in their respected rooms or by the pool area. 7.
• 44:17
Speaker 1: There were between 50 to 100 masseuses, mostly women, but
• 44:21
Speaker 1: also some men, who would come to give massages during
• 44:23
Speaker 1: this time. I provided the names of masseuses in my deposition. 8.
• 44:29
Speaker 1: As I stated in my deposition, I was unaware of
• 44:32
Speaker 1: any masseuses being under the age of 18. I believe
• 44:35
Speaker 1: that the females' age ranged from... Overage to maybe mid-40s,
• 44:40
Speaker 1: as I stated in my deposition, I received as a
• 44:43
Speaker 1: gift a massage from a male masseuse at Mr. Epstein's
• 44:46
Speaker 1: Palm Beach home. Number 9. In my deposition, I was
• 44:51
Speaker 1: asked about cleaning up after the massages. I stated that
• 44:54
Speaker 1: when I cleaned Mr. Epstein's bedroom suite, which included the
• 44:57
Speaker 1: bathroom of Ms. Maxwell, after massages, I would, on occasion,
• 45:02
Speaker 1: find vibrators and sex toys. I have specific recollection of
• 45:06
Speaker 1: finding these items in the sink of Ms. Maxwell's bathroom.
• 45:10
Speaker 1: I do not state or imply that vibrators or sex
• 45:12
Speaker 1: toys were found after massages in other rooms used by
• 45:16
Speaker 1: guests because that was not the case. Guests having massages
• 45:20
Speaker 1: did not have massages in Epstein's private suite. This area
• 45:25
Speaker 1: was private and off-limits to guests, which I explained to
• 45:28
Speaker 1: the lawyers during my deposition. As I said in my deposition,
• 45:32
Speaker 1: massage tables were located... in almost every room, including guest
• 45:36
Speaker 1: rooms and by the pool. I never found and never
• 45:39
Speaker 1: heard anyone in the house finding a vibrator or a
• 45:42
Speaker 1: sex toy in the same room where any guest, including
• 45:45
Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz, had a massage. 10. The following statement made
• 45:50
Speaker 1: by Virginia Roberts' attorneys in a filing on January 21, 2015,
• 45:54
Speaker 1: is not accurate and is a misrepresentation of what I
• 45:59
Speaker 1: said in my deposition. The private upstairs room where Dershowitz
• 46:04
Speaker 1: got his massage was one that contained a lot of vibrators.
• 46:08
Speaker 1: Maxwell had a laundry basket full of those toys in
• 46:11
Speaker 1: that room. See summary of my interaction with Mr. Alan Dershowitz.
• 46:17
Speaker 1: Number 11. During the approximate 13 years I worked for Mr. Epstein,
• 46:22
Speaker 1: I believe I saw Mr. Dershowitz visit Mr. Epstein's Palm
• 46:25
Speaker 1: Beach home approximately four or five times a year. I
• 46:29
Speaker 1: recall driving him to the airport on multiple occasions. Number 12.
• 46:33
Speaker 1: At the time, I understood that Mr. Dershowitz was a
• 46:36
Speaker 1: famous lawyer. His visits to the house would typically involve
• 46:39
Speaker 1: a group of intellectuals or businessmen in social but professional-type gatherings. 13.
• 46:46
Speaker 1: I can recall Mr. Dershowitz had a massage on at
• 46:48
Speaker 1: least one occasion during a visit to Mr. Epstein's home
• 46:51
Speaker 1: in Palm Beach, although I cannot recall that Mr. Dershowitz
• 46:55
Speaker 1: received a massage on more than one occasion. I do
• 46:58
Speaker 1: not recall Mr. Dershowitz being massaged by anyone who I
• 47:01
Speaker 1: thought was less than 18 years old. I have no
• 47:04
Speaker 1: reason to doubt Mr. Dershowitz's statement that this massage was
• 47:08
Speaker 1: done by a woman named Olga who was in her 40s.
• 47:11
Speaker 1: In fact, I do remember a masseuse named Olga that
• 47:14
Speaker 1: lived in Palm Beach, though I do not know her
• 47:16
Speaker 1: last name. As I have said, I never saw Mr.
• 47:19
Speaker 1: Dershowitz around young girls. I have also explained that there
• 47:23
Speaker 1: were masseuses, both male and female, that were in their mid-40s.
• 47:27
Speaker 1: You know what's so weird about that, just to interject?
• 47:30
Speaker 1: As if somebody who's in their 40s can't be trafficked.
• 47:34
Speaker 1: We know that Jean-Luc Brunel was looking for any sort
• 47:37
Speaker 1: of woman who was going through it, right? Anyone who
• 47:39
Speaker 1: had a tough upbringing or circumstances, whatever. And if they
• 47:43
Speaker 1: were over the age, then so what? They would bring
• 47:46
Speaker 1: them in and they'd be part of the trafficking ring too.
• 47:48
Speaker 1: So it wasn't just underage girls. We have to keep
• 47:51
Speaker 1: that in mind. Number 14. I never saw Mr. Dershowitz
• 47:54
Speaker 1: do anything improper or be present while anyone else was
• 47:58
Speaker 1: being improper. 15. Before asking me about Jeffrey Epstein speaking
• 48:02
Speaker 1: to celebrities at the house, the attorney for Jane Doe
• 48:06
Speaker 1: 102 asked me about Jean-Luc Brunel, Mark Epstein, Daniel Estes,
• 48:10
Speaker 1: Matt Groening, and Leslie Wexner. I then listed Senator Mitchell,
• 48:14
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, Princess Sarah Ferguson, Miss Yugoslavia, Miss Germany, Alan Dershowitz,
• 48:20
Speaker 1: Princess Diana's secretary with her children, Mr. Trump, Mr. Robert
• 48:24
Speaker 1: Kennedy Jr., Frederick Frakai, and a couple Nobel Prize winners
• 48:29
Speaker 1: as celebrities that I had seen while working for Mr. Epstein.
• 48:33
Speaker 1: I also mentioned a reunion of Nobel Prize winners that
• 48:36
Speaker 1: was held at the House, and that I met President
• 48:39
Speaker 1: Clinton at Mr. Epstein's plane the last month that I
• 48:42
Speaker 1: was working for Mr. Epstein. C. Summary of my interactions
• 48:46
Speaker 1: with Virginia Roberts. 16. The first time I saw Virginia
• 48:50
Speaker 1: Roberts was at Mar-a-Lago, where I believe she worked in
• 48:53
Speaker 1: the spa. I only recall seeing Virginia Roberts come to Mr.
• 48:57
Speaker 1: Epstein's house during the last year that I worked for Mr. Epstein.
• 49:01
Speaker 1: During this time, I believe she visited Mr. Epstein's home
• 49:04
Speaker 1: in Palm Beach two or three times a week. 17.
• 49:07
Speaker 1: I never saw any photographs of Virginia Roberts in Mr.
• 49:11
Speaker 1: Epstein's house. I was shown a photo of Virginia Roberts
• 49:14
Speaker 1: during my deposition, and I recognized the woman in the
• 49:17
Speaker 1: photo as Virginia Roberts, 18. 18. As I stated in
• 49:21
Speaker 1: my deposition, I'm not sure whether Virginia Roberts came to
• 49:24
Speaker 1: the house when Prince Andrew was there. 19. I was
• 49:28
Speaker 1: never asked by any attorney if Virginia Roberts came to
• 49:31
Speaker 1: the house when Mr. Dershowitz was there. If I had
• 49:34
Speaker 1: been asked, I would have answered that I never saw
• 49:37
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts at the house when Mr. Dershowitz was there.
• 49:41
Speaker 1: Number 20. The following statements made by Virginia Roberts' attorneys
• 49:45
Speaker 1: and their own attorney in a filing on December 4,
• 49:49
Speaker 1: 2015 is not accurate and is a misrepresentation of what
• 49:53
Speaker 1: I said in my deposition. Alessi was able to identify
• 49:57
Speaker 1: a photograph of Ms. Roberts as someone who was at
• 50:00
Speaker 1: the mansion at the same time as Alan Dershowitz. Number 21.
• 50:06
Speaker 1: As far as I can recall, since I gave my
• 50:08
Speaker 1: deposition in 2009, I have never been asked by Brad
• 50:12
Speaker 1: Edwards or Paul Cassell about my knowledge regarding Virginia Roberts
• 50:16
Speaker 1: or Alan Dershowitz or about my 2009 deposition testimony. This
• 50:22
Speaker 1: document was dated January 13th, 2016, and it was signed
• 50:28
Speaker 1: by Juan Alessi. All right, folks, that's going to do
• 50:31
Speaker 1: it for this one. All the information that goes with
• 50:34
Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box.
