- 0:04Let's talk. What's up weirdos?
- 0:06Welcome back and also welcome to class because I got a word for
- 0:10you today. It's called vabbing.
- 0:13Vabbing and it's stand. Favorite word?
- 0:17I'm not even going to lie, shall I?
- 0:19Tell them what it stands for or do you think they can figure?
- 0:21It out No tell them it's. Called vabbing because it is
- 0:25vagina dabbing bro what? OK and because this is this
- 0:30class I want y'all to have some visuals.
- 0:31So this is a nice little visual of what vagina dabbing is.
- 0:38While I was looking believe you did that.
- 0:40What do you mean? It's a nice little grapefruit.
- 0:46When I was looking like for the definition and everything, it
- 0:48came across an article and that was the image that they had and
- 0:50I was like, I love it, I need it.
- 0:52And so, you know, just in case y'all can't see, Yeah.
- 0:57So the only reason we're talking about This is why are you
- 1:01looking so intently? Stop it.
- 1:05OK, she's with. She in there shout out to her
- 1:10nails being done. Though I mean, I couldn't do my
- 1:13nails. Well, thank you for that.
- 1:19Thank you for that. Because you need to get the, the
- 1:21the the secretions. Is that the right word for it?
- 1:24This has already gone off the rails.
- 1:28Yes, it is. Secretions you need to get the
- 1:31the the the vabbing basically is going in, going in there,
- 1:36getting the little secretions, whatever and then putting it in
- 1:39like your, you know, positive areas, your wrist, you know,
- 1:44your behind your neck on your collarbone and everything.
- 1:47And it's meant to try to like, seduce and get a partner.
- 1:52Yes, yeah, it's supposed pheromones.
- 1:54It's supposed to be. Apparently, but it's no proof
- 1:57that this has ever worked ever in the history of time.
- 2:00But there's a whole community on TikTok.
- 2:02What? Yes.
- 2:03There's a whole community on TikTok and.
- 2:05It started. We thought it was one.
- 2:07I thought it was one person. No.
- 2:08I did some deep dive research, there's a whole community on
- 2:10TikTok. It started in like around 2022.
- 2:13But this has been in books since like forever.
- 2:16For centuries. Wow what?
- 2:18For centuries, this has been. A.
- 2:21They haven't figured out it doesn't work that.
- 2:23No, but they keep trying. So this is a whole community,
- 2:26and there's one woman a part of this community, and we only
- 2:29discovered who she was because we were watching this TV show
- 2:31called My Strange Addiction. Oh my God T see for the drama,
- 2:35please go watch it. But if you've seen some bullshit
- 2:37on TV, it was probably on TLC. I'm telling you, I love this
- 2:40network. It's so much drama, I.
- 2:43Love it. But now that you have a visual,
- 2:46I want to show you Cassie. This is Cassie.
- 2:49Bless Cassie, just a little. Bit because Miss Cassie.
- 2:56Hey Cassie, she was one of our subjects for episode 3 of mine
- 3:00Straight addiction and her addiction was vabbing.
- 3:03She would VAB for 50 times a day.
- 3:05What did they say? What was that 3?
- 3:0650 a week. Like, so much so that she was
- 3:10tearing the inner lining of her vagina.
- 3:13Exactly with like her nails and stuff.
- 3:14So now she's got to do like what?
- 3:15Coconut oil first of all, she brought out this the biggest jar
- 3:19of coconut oil I've ever seen and I was like, what is what is
- 3:21that? Because we were already
- 3:22discussing her going up in there I.
- 3:24Was like, what is this white jar?
- 3:26And we're like, girl, pause. There's no secrets anymore.
- 3:32None. I miss secrets.
- 3:37I want to know everything. Honestly, Cassie, tell me
- 3:40everything. Literally.
- 3:41But bless her, this is legit her addiction.
- 3:44She cannot stop doing it and she keeps trying.
- 3:46I showed her multiple times trying to get a partner like
- 3:50she'd be at like a cafe or whatever.
- 3:52She'd be like, excuse me, goes to the restroom, vabs real
- 3:55quick, comes out and it's like. Do you?
- 3:57Do you? Do you smell anything you know
- 4:00you? Know did you want to smell my
- 4:01wrist now look I get second hand embarrassment really easily and
- 4:05I was like this girl like I cannot handle.
- 4:10Her What are you doing? Because she's so socially
- 4:12awkward. Extremely and.
- 4:14She's just like, hey, like, what do you do for a living?
- 4:17You know? And but when she was talking
- 4:18about vabbing honey, she. Was her confidence was through
- 4:21the roof? Man, she was about it.
- 4:24She was like, this is what it is.
- 4:25This is what it's supposed to do.
- 4:27Is it working? Because you're pretty fine like
- 4:29she was. I mean literally straight in, I
- 4:32mean. Straight in the date that she
- 4:34went on, he was like. He was really nice.
- 4:37He was super, super nice, Super nice.
- 4:39He kind of riddled her a little bit and was like asking her
- 4:42questions and this and that. And then afterwards when they
- 4:44went outside and asked, he was like, no, I'm not going.
- 4:46To see, I don't think we're seeing each other.
- 4:48And he said that's a little weird and I'm not quite sure how
- 4:50to. You know, deal with this.
- 4:52That is also not something you talk about on the first date.
- 4:55But she insisted and bless her, I wish her all the best.
- 4:59But like, if we're talking about scientifically speaking, I
- 5:04understand testing a hypothesis, but like, it is not.
- 5:07Working. She's 32.
- 5:09She's never had a relationship. She, you know, and it's just
- 5:13like, baby, it's not working. It's not working.
- 5:15She went to a sex therapist and the therapist was like, there's
- 5:19no scientific proof of this ever.
- 5:21And how about we work on your communications?
- 5:23You know words, she said. Nah, the smell's got to do all
- 5:29the work. Because she asked the dude, she
- 5:31was like, what are some questions that you asked your
- 5:33first dates? And she's like, what's your body
- 5:35count? On the first date, Cassie.
- 5:39Cassie just really bad, yeah. Reel it in, reel it in.
- 5:43But that was extra. We were cringing the whole time,
- 5:46blanket over the head entire time.
- 5:49I wish her all the. Best I do, I hope.
- 5:52I hope she gets laid. You know what?
- 5:55Yeah, me too. Yeah, but I love that we're on
- 6:01the topic of like, insane things because I want to take it all
- 6:05the way back to O 60. God if we can, please.
- 6:08OK, look, millennials and above, you may or may not remember the
- 6:14TV show Black and White from 2006.
- 6:17It was produced by Ice Cube and they got 2 separate families, a
- 6:24mother, a father and A and a teenager and put them in the
- 6:28house together to live and they swapped races.
- 6:31Yes, so so blackface, whiteface, wigs, clothes, the whole.
- 6:38Thing. But I want you all to really
- 6:39look at these people, OK? Like really look at them.
- 6:42So we have our families, we have the Wardell family.
- 6:45This is our white family. Normal.
- 6:47Yep. Simple.
- 6:49Sparks family, Yes. Black family.
- 6:51Nice. They both have one kid.
- 6:52It's fine, right? In case you didn't know, this is
- 6:58the white dad. Why does it say white white?
- 7:02Go ahead and zoom this in. This is Bruno.
- 7:05Before we even get started on Bruno, I just want you to know
- 7:08Bruno is a problem. He is a walking red flag.
- 7:11Where is my red flag? He is a walking red flag.
- 7:14He says the worst, the worst things.
- 7:18Racist and just makes you feel uncomfortable.
- 7:22He is taking all of his bravado and putting it behind this
- 7:27blackface and it just. Does not work.
- 7:29It doesn't work and I am convinced the only reason he
- 7:33agreed to do the show is because he wanted to say the N word. 50
- 7:36million times just in the pilot. We're not even joking.
- 7:38We just watched the pilot only and I lost count.
- 7:41Yeah, he. Kept saying he was like I hope
- 7:43somebody does call me an N word. Come at me.
- 7:47What, Right in front of the black family, you know, and they
- 7:49were like, that's not going to happen.
- 7:51No one just pulls you aside and calls you the N word like this.
- 7:54Isn't the 40s like? Oh, he was about it.
- 7:57He was so about it. And I know we were like, good,
- 7:59let's go through the family. But I have I have problems with
- 8:02Mr. Bruno. Oh, please, because he was like
- 8:05really like, I really, really want to, you know, somebody to
- 8:08call me the N word and somebody to to come at me.
- 8:10So I'm going to go shopping for a car and in my as black Bruno,
- 8:15that's what he called him. He's black Bruno and he's white
- 8:16Bruno Bruno and he's like, all right, so when I'm black Bruno,
- 8:18I'm going to go to the dealership and I'm going to see
- 8:21them, you know, come at me. And the the dealership guy was
- 8:24super like helpful, just like when most of us go places.
- 8:28You know they're decent. He used that as an excuse that
- 8:32black people are tripping. That racism only exists within
- 8:35the mind, or if you're looking for it.
- 8:37Exactly. And he's like, so look, if you
- 8:39treat people well, they'll treat you well.
- 8:42So the problem is black people are being too mean to other
- 8:45people and then in turn white people would be better to you if
- 8:48y'all calm down. Are we serious Mr. That's
- 8:53insane. That is like top tier gas
- 8:55lighting right there. And what really pissed me off
- 8:58about this is that this type of thinking leads to like, if we're
- 9:01talking about police brutality, for example, that they were
- 9:05like, there's no way that the cops would do that to you.
- 9:08You had to have done something to them.
- 9:10And it took George Floyd and it took what ICE is doing right now
- 9:13for people to be like you could just be existing for things to
- 9:16happen to you, and it doesn't matter how much you're following
- 9:19the rules, how nice you are. Things happen to happen.
- 9:23So Bruno could. Yeah, somewhere with that.
- 9:26Oh my God. By black folks who hear this
- 9:27stuff. Yes, if I do.
- 9:31Right. What?
- 9:31She said. And then maybe I could coast
- 9:37through life unaffected and. It's like, I'll be fine, as long
- 9:40as you don't do the things they say don't do, then they'll never
- 9:43come for you. That's like, no?
- 9:44Babe, you don't want to realize the second you walk into the
- 9:47room they were fucking. Literally.
- 9:52Yeah, I look. At him, but he was mad excited.
- 9:54I also want to talk about the rest of the family just so we
- 9:56can get through. Yes, this was Brian.
- 10:00He's a black guy turned white. Black dad like I, I liked him
- 10:07when he was a white guy. I'm not even going like because
- 10:10the things. That because the.
- 10:12Things that he was doing, he said you know what, I'm going to
- 10:15go buy some shoes and the the shop owner went over put the
- 10:20shoe on his foot. For him, he was like, he said,
- 10:23that's never happened to me and I've been to stores like this
- 10:26before. They hand me the box of shoes
- 10:28and they go about their business.
- 10:29Go do your thing. But they're like, Nah, does it
- 10:31feel right? Does it?
- 10:32Is it OK for you? How about we get another size
- 10:35like it was? So it was a wonderful
- 10:37experience. It was like, oh, OK, this is how
- 10:39things work when you have white face.
- 10:42And he went and got a job. He went and.
- 10:44Got a job? In a white neighborhood.
- 10:46So easy, no background check. Literally no background check.
- 10:49I'm literally no background. None.
- 10:53She joked about it. She said Nah, but you're cool.
- 10:55Yeah, she was like, we got to do a background check.
- 10:56I'm just kidding. I know you're good.
- 10:59Hot what? So he gets his job, He's a
- 11:03bartender, and one of the guys sitting at the bar starts
- 11:07talking to him, and he's like, yeah, this is a great
- 11:08neighborhood. You should move your family
- 11:10here, all white, but you don't have to worry about the blacks,
- 11:14the Mexicans, the immigrants. Don't worry about it, he said.
- 11:17This is 1. Of the last communities left
- 11:19with us alive, and we're trying to protect it.
- 11:21That everything around us has all of them.
- 11:23But don't worry, this is really. Good here.
- 11:26He was a spy. He was.
- 11:28A spy. And my favorite thing is that
- 11:31they didn't black out the faces or blur the faces of these
- 11:33folks. So like if y'all want an
- 11:35Internet detective, please go find them, yes?
- 11:38Absolutely, because he was perfectly comfortable and I What
- 11:41is this guy's name? I can't.
- 11:41Remember, Brian, Brian, he was so shocked.
- 11:44He was like, I wanted to go to these places to hear what white
- 11:47people say when we're not around.
- 11:49But he did not expect that. Expect.
- 11:51The openness of his conversation with him.
- 11:54It was 2620. Twenty, yes, 20 years later.
- 12:04Out loud. And I think that's very
- 12:07interesting. Absolutely.
- 12:09So that was really fascinating to deal with him and Brian and
- 12:13Bruno did not get a lot. Not at all.
- 12:16They had some beef. So near the end of the episode,
- 12:20they decided they were going to go shopping together and they're
- 12:23like, we'll see if we experienced some racial profile
- 12:27because. Brian was black.
- 12:28He was wearing his normal face exactly he.
- 12:30Was wearing normal face and then black Bruno was with him and and
- 12:36so they decided to go to Westfield.
- 12:38Yes, and go shopping. And he was just like walking
- 12:42down the street and he was like, see, she just looked at me and
- 12:44smiled. There was no issue.
- 12:45Bruno was like, it's fine, right?
- 12:47You're just, you're too tense. Yeah, you're just looking.
- 12:49Fine. You're leaning.
- 12:50You're looking for this information.
- 12:51You're bringing it on yourself. She just moved because, you
- 12:54know, we were taking up the whole sidewalk.
- 12:56Like really? OK.
- 12:57But did you? See how she moved?
- 12:58Exactly she. Moved her baby like Oh my God.
- 13:01Yeah, I saw the clerk the the Pearl clutching.
- 13:03I saw it. Yeah, he was.
- 13:04Just like it happens to me all the time.
- 13:06There's no difference. I wrote down what Bruno said, Uh
- 13:08oh. When Bruno and Brian were
- 13:10arguing because Brian was really trying to get him to understand
- 13:12that you're diminishing my experiences because you're one
- 13:16day as a black man, didn't produce the same thing.
- 13:20And Bruno told him. I'm trying to enlighten you on
- 13:23the fact that you have to approach life in a certain way.
- 13:27You're. Case closed.
- 13:29And he had mentioned his one black friend who said that he's
- 13:32never experienced racism. Oh my.
- 13:34God, he's never, ever. Yeah, Bruno, Yeah.
- 13:38I swear, I swear. But while we're still on the
- 13:41topic of Bruno, just one more thing about Bruno.
- 13:44OK, so when he was first getting into the blackface, he said
- 13:48things like how he was a basketball player previously.
- 13:51And I have a quote here of what he said it.
- 13:53It is a quote. OK, I'm telling you he said
- 13:56quote. Being a former basketball
- 13:57player, I always thought how how nice it would be to be able to
- 14:00jump, get off the ground, leap and slam dunk like these guys
- 14:03can. There's no doubt about it,
- 14:05blacks are superior. Yeah, so, yeah.
- 14:08So he was about that life. He.
- 14:11Was at the beginning but he got so like.
- 14:15Yeah, just and this is just the pilot y'all, you know, 6
- 14:17episodes. I don't even want to know how
- 14:19deep he went into his delusions. Exactly.
- 14:22So he's feeling this way, supposedly, but at the same time
- 14:26totally discounting Brian and his entire.
- 14:29Existence his. 41 years of existence.
- 14:32Exactly, but my two days that I've done this is exactly show
- 14:36me the rest of the family. I have to because I have words
- 14:39per weeks. Yeah, let's talk about this one
- 14:42right here. OK, this is the daughter.
- 14:44This is Rose Rose. So Rose was actually the most
- 14:49like, chill. She was about this, this
- 14:52experiment, and she was just like, look, we don't want to
- 14:55feed into stereotypes. Everybody is pretending to be
- 14:59the other race based on what they feel they are not from what
- 15:04they actually are. And so I don't know whose bright
- 15:06idea it was to send poor Rose to a slam slam tree class.
- 15:12I was nervous for her. So nervous, she sitting around
- 15:14all these black kids and they're like, okay, let's do a little
- 15:17icebreaker. Who's your favorite artist?
- 15:19We've got Mary J Blige, we've got Michael Jackson, you know,
- 15:22we've got Prince. Dave Chappelle.
- 15:23Dave Chappelle, she said. The cranberry Cranberries.
- 15:26And the way they looked at it, they were like, girl, the what
- 15:30now? Listen, I love the cranberries
- 15:32zombies my shit but. The cranberries I mean.
- 15:35I respect her being a white girl that also happened to be in
- 15:38blackface. Because.
- 15:39But like girl, you're supposed. To be playing the part.
- 15:44Trying to at least. Is the sun next?
- 15:48Yes, and so. I think so.
- 15:50The black no mom is. Next.
- 15:52Oh my God, can we please talk? About mom Oh.
- 15:56God. OK, so I want to start out the
- 15:58gate when they saw each other in their makeup for the first time
- 16:02and they met up. It was interesting because when
- 16:06the mom met up with Bruno, her husband, it's like they've
- 16:11never, ever been more attracted to each other ever in their
- 16:14life. I'm telling you, they were like.
- 16:16Hugged up fetishes, fetishization through both of
- 16:20them. He wanted the abilities and the
- 16:22life and the and the attention that being black brought.
- 16:25And she was like, I got a black man, Yeah, the way she was.
- 16:28Squeezing his arm and everything.
- 16:29She was like, wow, you look like a really nice man.
- 16:31They had the most passionate kids they've ever had in their
- 16:34life and they were feeling it. Yes, and she said that she grew
- 16:39up in a very liberal household, but she spends zero time with
- 16:41Black. People.
- 16:43And she also was the one to say the most suspect things.
- 16:46All of it. She was she was terrible.
- 16:48We didn't go into her this episode 2 is her clashing with
- 16:51the black mom, but we saw some clips, just some like coming and
- 16:56she called her a a bitch like she was like that.
- 16:59You know, it's supposed to be like a you're my bitch.
- 17:02It didn't go. Over.
- 17:03It did not go over. Yeah, because Renee was already
- 17:05like, I'm not feeling you. Yeah, she was all offensive
- 17:09about her from the beginning. And then?
- 17:12So we have the sun, right? The last one.
- 17:14Is the sun. Oh no, that's Mom.
- 17:15That's Mom. This is Renee.
- 17:17So we didn't get to see a whole lot of her in the pilot, but
- 17:20like you said, she was already side to side eye and everybody
- 17:22and everything. Yeah, but I mean, I believed her
- 17:25as a Karen. Look at her.
- 17:26Yeah, yeah, it's honestly one of the best makeup.
- 17:30Yeah. For her, for her fantastic.
- 17:32Last but not least, the son. Oh my goodness.
- 17:34OK, look at Nick. I love Nick so much because Rose
- 17:39the daughter brought him to this all white etiquette etiquette
- 17:43class and Nick was not about it. He walked, talked, acted exactly
- 17:50like him, but he just looked like a white boy.
- 17:52That white boy and he said he's. Like I'm not when they.
- 17:55Tell them how to, like, scoop soup out of there.
- 17:58He just scooped. He said, yeah, like, whatever.
- 18:00And they're like from the inside out.
- 18:01And he said, OK, like, relax, we're eating here.
- 18:06Like it's not. Nick was not about this life.
- 18:09He's like, I'm here for the paycheck.
- 18:10That's it. Pretty much like.
- 18:13The younger kids, the teenagers, like, I don't know, they just
- 18:15approach this a lot differently than parents.
- 18:18Yeah. So that was really interesting.
- 18:21Yeah, the whole thing was really, really interesting.
- 18:24And one more. This show is an Emmy.
- 18:26Winner, you're lying. You want to guess for what
- 18:32makeup? We'll see.
- 18:33I support that because they really transformed these folks.
- 18:38Like like his. I think his makeup and Renee's
- 18:42makeup were the best. They were really, really good.
- 18:45Yeah, I believe that. And the parent.
- 18:48Sarah and apparently. Carmen, the white mom, She said
- 18:52that Renee walked like a white woman.
- 18:54She did. And that was the thing about the
- 18:55black family. Well, the mom and dad, Nick
- 18:57didn't care, but they were telling the white family that
- 19:01they don't have to get any like tips from them or anything
- 19:05because they've spent their entire life basically studying
- 19:09white people. Exactly because we are always
- 19:11surrounded by white people. And so we already know you.
- 19:14We know how to code switch. We understand who you are.
- 19:17We know you're you're, you know when you mannerisms, when you do
- 19:20this, we can identify threats, we can identify friends.
- 19:23We got this down very well. And it was really the white
- 19:26family was really kind of offended when they were told
- 19:28that that you need help how to be a black person, but we don't
- 19:31need help. We needed.
- 19:32Absolutely no help, right so of. Course for them not to know it
- 19:36just shows. You.
- 19:41That you are a part of this. This thing, yeah, that we call.
- 19:50The. System.
- 19:51Absolutely. Exactly.
- 19:54Yeah. So you said you had one more
- 19:55thing because I got one too. Oh my God, I did.
- 19:58OK. Please let me see if I can find
- 20:01it. Because they were at a it was a
- 20:03panel, right? So they had each of the families
- 20:05go to a panel. So the, the black folks in their
- 20:08white face, they went to an all white panel talking about
- 20:11racism. And then the white folks in
- 20:13blackface went to an all black panel talking about racism.
- 20:15And I wanted to talk about Bruno in his panel.
- 20:19Because they they asked a question about experiencing
- 20:25being called the N word in a way that felt like you're putting
- 20:29someone down and it was just like mean and such like that.
- 20:32And I was hoping and praying that Bruno would shut up in this
- 20:35moment. I said you have no opinion.
- 20:37It's not going to happen. He said.
- 20:38You know what? I'm gonna say something.
- 20:40Yeah, he said. Quote.
- 20:42The only reason why people call you a derogatory name is so that
- 20:46they can blame you. If you don't empower the person
- 20:47that calls you the N word by getting upset, you win.
- 20:50And the idiot that just called you that doesn't have any power.
- 20:52After he had just established a story, a fake story, mind you,
- 20:56that he was a what? A bouncer or a DJ at a disco.
- 21:02Club. Yeah, he said that.
- 21:03And the white folk called him the N word.
- 21:05That was his story. He cuz I looked into him, he was
- 21:11an actor, so he really got into the role and I, Bruno did not.
- 21:15You don't get the job. Sorry Bruno, be for real.
- 21:21Yeah, you know what? Do you mind going to my screen?
- 21:24Because I had to see what Ice Cube had to say about this.
- 21:27Show Did he say something? Well, in 2020, I believe
- 21:31somebody had tweeted at him and was like, you know, you had, you
- 21:35made the greatest reality show in history.
- 21:37So if you want to pause this, you can read everything.
- 21:39But the part I wanted to point out is Ice Cube said the white
- 21:42couple got a divorce after doing the show because of what was
- 21:45discovered during filming. Can you tell us what that is?
- 21:49Because I have to. Know what was discovered.
- 21:51During filming was discovered during filming that caused them
- 21:54to get a divorce. I I need it.
- 21:55I need to know I need it. I mean, I could speculate, but
- 21:58I'd rather not. Thank you.
- 22:04Oh, that's interesting. What happened during filming?
- 22:09Right. Well, all right.
- 22:12That's interesting. That's the the things that are
- 22:14going on obviously back in O 6. I know technically TikTok
- 22:17refound that show in 2022 and Ice Cube got like cancelled over
- 22:21it for like a little bit of time, right?
- 22:23Yeah, there was like there was yeah.
- 22:25So in 2022, people were digging in the past like crazy.
- 22:28But I know people have already rediscovered that, but it's it
- 22:32doesn't make it any better. That's the thing, those of us
- 22:35who lived through it, it was a crazy time in the early 2000s
- 22:39because it was like reality TV and Internet and let's go crazy
- 22:42with this. It was crazy back then, it's
- 22:45crazy now. Literally all right.
- 22:49I have a Reddit, am I overreacting?
- 22:52Yes. Let's get into it.
- 22:55Am I overreacting for calling a divorce attorney after my
- 22:58husband lied about who he was with?
- 23:01Oh, who was he with your sister? So I female 37 just need non
- 23:07biased opinions. My husband, male, 37, asked me
- 23:10two weeks ago if he could go camping this past weekend with a
- 23:13friend and his brother. He asked via text so I assured
- 23:16him I I'm assured I'm not remembering incorrectly so she
- 23:20has receipts. I said I don't know because our
- 23:22daughter, 5, had a cheer competition and I prefer not to
- 23:25drag our son, 6, along for that long day.
- 23:28He offered to arrange for a sitter but I still wasn't happy
- 23:31because the competition was early and close to our house.
- 23:34Getting her up and ready is already a pain and the add in
- 23:38driving our son to a sitter's is just making the morning so much
- 23:41more stressful. We find out she's performing
- 23:43later so he decides to go. He says he's going with his
- 23:46brother and the friend can't go. So now it's just him and his
- 23:49brother. Wednesday night before he left,
- 23:52he specifically said he was nervous with the Verizon outages
- 23:55because he and his brother both have Verizon and they're hoping
- 23:58they don't lose access to GPS, he established.
- 24:02The story beforehand. Thursday morning he texts me
- 24:06that he made it to the campsite safely.
- 24:08I don't hear from him again. Friday at noon I reached out to
- 24:11make sure he's alive. He usually texts me life checks
- 24:13daily when camping and I get no response.
- 24:16By 6:00 PM I'm nervous and I text my sister-in-law to see if
- 24:19my brother-in-law was able to contact her.
- 24:21That's when she replies. Ma'am, what are you talking
- 24:23about? My husband's on the couch right
- 24:25next to me. We.
- 24:28Have to find him. I saw red.
- 24:32Yeah. In my mind my husband is still
- 24:34camping but used his brother as a manipulative tool because he
- 24:37assumes I won't want to ruin his good time.
- 24:40For mild background, we clearly have young kids who need a lot
- 24:43of attention. I work full time and manage
- 24:45basically everything for the kids.
- 24:47He works a swing shift so it's gone 14 hours a day on daisies
- 24:50working. I'm constantly juggling
- 24:52everything alone. So it does suck when he finally
- 24:54has time off and actively chooses to spend it detached and
- 24:57not being helpful in any way. Saturday he the only text that
- 25:01he has service again is coming home.
- 25:03I ignored his text. He called, but I was driving
- 25:05with our daughter and a call wasn't appropriate.
- 25:08When I could, I texted him calling him out on his lie.
- 25:12He doubled down and said he didn't lie.
- 25:13It was a change in plans because by the time he knew our
- 25:16daughter's start time was late enough that he could go, he was
- 25:20it was too late to invite his brother.
- 25:24False. Yeah, because I.
- 25:25Thought you already had a plan with your brother.
- 25:28OK now it's Monday. He's been living out of our
- 25:30basement or at work. So he has not tried to talk to
- 25:33me at all and instead is taking the stand that he's mad at me
- 25:37for being mad. Excuse me?
- 25:39In my opinion he lied to me. He mean he manipulated me
- 25:42instead of apologizing when he was caught double die down and
- 25:45it's using my anger against me. The fact is I no longer can
- 25:48trust him and contact an attorney.
- 25:51So am I overreacting? So I before you respond, yes,
- 25:56sis, your husband spent the weekend camping in somebody's
- 26:00body. OK, What did you say?
- 26:04I said what I said. Who were you with?
- 26:06What did you say? OK, the whole time.
- 26:08Don't blame you. The whole time I'm playing the
- 26:10movie Brokeback Mountain. Yes.
- 26:12I know it's a guy. Well, that's the thing.
- 26:14It could be Brokeback Mountain, or it could be, you know,
- 26:17there's one where like Kate Winslet is up there with Idris
- 26:19Elba. Interest.
- 26:20Is that right? There's a movie, so you know it
- 26:23could be either. One.
- 26:23It could be either one, but he. He just went out there and
- 26:26didn't want to go with nobody else.
- 26:28Hear it, but there was a friend and he didn't account for the
- 26:30friend I know. That was the point.
- 26:40Would you he don't? Want to go get hurt?
- 26:43Y'all can't see that. No no.
- 26:43So anyway he's cheating. It's like, it's like, that's
- 26:50nice. Anyway, he's cheating this man.
- 26:54Wanted. To so that's the thing.
- 26:57The story does not say that she asked who he was with.
- 27:00And so yes, he could have been alone and he just didn't want to
- 27:03be with his family. That's one option.
- 27:06Another option is he was with somebody because his phone.
- 27:09Why did you just turn your phone?
- 27:10Off. That's what I'm saying.
- 27:11So and no, but also even after the whole thing, why would you
- 27:21allow me to take my mind to your cheating if you just wanted to
- 27:24be alone? I feel like if you weigh the
- 27:26options, which one's worse? He would have just said maybe I
- 27:30just wanted to be away from my family for a little bit and that
- 27:33would have better than letting her speculate about the fact of
- 27:35her cheating. I don't think she's overreacting
- 27:38at all because she already said, she already said that he uses
- 27:42the, the small amount of time that he's at home doing other
- 27:46things, not spending time with them.
- 27:48And so it's very, very possible that he was up there by himself.
- 27:51But that's also a Dick move because you had your kid, had a
- 27:55competition, and you knew you were leaving your wife alone to
- 27:58handle that by herself, right? So she was not overreacting
- 28:03about contacting a divorce attorney because this was the
- 28:05last straw, not the first. One No, yeah, you know, leaves
- 28:08it's multiple. Things exactly all right.
- 28:11I want to know what y'all think though.
- 28:15I don't like this. I don't like this.
- 28:17The producer is is pulling out his man card and I'm not.
- 28:20Yeah, the producer is being real messy.
- 28:26Well I got 1, yes. And mine's all about the
- 28:28pettiness. You ready?
- 28:31OK Reddit confession. I've been waking up at 3:00 AM
- 28:34to move my neighbor's Trask in slightly every week and he hired
- 28:37a priest last month. Oh, like an exorcism, huh?
- 28:40He. Said this started two years ago.
- 28:44My neighbor Gary reported me to the HOA because my trash cans
- 28:47were visible from the street on a non trash can day.
- 28:51I got a $50 fine. I said OK, Gary bet OK.
- 28:56Every Wednesday night I set an alarm for 3:00 AM and I go
- 28:59outside at dark clothes. I move his trash cans about 6
- 29:02inches to the left. That's it, just six inches.
- 29:05Then I go back to bed. The first few months he didn't
- 29:08notice. Then one morning I saw him
- 29:09standing in his driveway just staring at them.
- 29:12He moved them back next Wednesday 6 inches.
- 29:15He started putting a rock in front of them or to mark the
- 29:18spot. I moved the rock too.
- 29:22He installed a Ring camera. I approached from the blind spot
- 29:25behind his bushes. I know his yard better than he
- 29:27does. Oh my God.
- 29:29Last summer, his wife came over to ask my wife if we've noticed
- 29:33anything strange in the neighborhood.
- 29:35My wife said no, I was standing right there.
- 29:37I ate a granola ball and nodded. I don't know what's going on.
- 29:42In October, he had the house blessed.
- 29:45I watched a priest walk through his front door.
- 29:47I saw them standing in the driveway, praying over the trash
- 29:49cans. I almost felt bad.
- 29:51Almost most, he started. Bringing them inside his garage
- 29:57now. So I've pivoted to moving his
- 29:59welcome mat 2 inches every week instead.
- 30:01I will never stop in all caps. I don't even remember what being
- 30:05normal feels like. The HOA created me and
- 30:08apparently people were asking how he got past the the ring
- 30:12camera so he made an edit and he said since people keep asking
- 30:14about the ring camera, the welcome mat is by a side door.
- 30:17The camera points at the driveway.
- 30:19But I'm not taking chances. So I brought the same ring
- 30:21camera model and spent a month testing angles in my own house.
- 30:25There's a 2 foot blind spot if you approach from the left
- 30:28heads. A 10 second delay before
- 30:29recording starts. I can be in and out in 8
- 30:31seconds. That deserves a.
- 30:37Fest, I'm proud of Petty. Oh my God, I love you know what
- 30:41we all need A hobby. You.
- 30:43Know right at someone else's expense.
- 30:45Yes, because what 2024 taught me is that I was not being petty
- 30:50enough. OK, Because people.
- 30:52Were doing it better. What you see what's going on
- 30:54with music? We got Kendrick, we got Drake.
- 30:56And I was like, look, I could step up my petty game.
- 30:59You can absolutely step it up. Amazing, you know.
- 31:01Moving it to the welcome mat, taking a month to and getting.
- 31:05Your own Ring camera. I love it.
- 31:07Amazing. I love it.
- 31:09I love him. Would you do this level of
- 31:11petty? Are you this?
- 31:12Are you this petty? I feel like everyone if pushed
- 31:15at the right spot. Is this petty?
- 31:18Absolutely. You know, Yeah, because.
- 31:20F that HOA really $50.50? Dollars, I'm over the $50 at
- 31:23this point. I'm costing you exactly because.
- 31:26The ring is more expensive. Than the you got to get a ring
- 31:28camera. I'm costing you.
- 31:31Exactly. Amazing.
- 31:34Well, Reddit, am I the asshole? Bring it.
- 31:40My mother-in-law is creating AI photos of me.
- 31:45What? Your grandma, She's good with
- 31:47technology. So my husband and I have been
- 31:50together for five years. My mother-in-law has always been
- 31:53very into posting on Facebook. At least one post today.
- 31:58Oh no. She even used to post for my
- 32:00husband when he was a kid and a teenager.
- 32:03No. Yes, it's a full time job.
- 32:05It really is. Very often when we send her
- 32:08photos of ourselves, what we're doing, or anything noteworthy,
- 32:11they get posted on Facebook without our knowledge.
- 32:13Sometimes I'd go on Facebook and see photos I had no idea she had
- 32:16taken of us. She has around 2000 followers
- 32:19but posts everything completely publicly anyways.
- 32:23From Yeah. We had to have, you know, it's.
- 32:26Like don't put my kids out there.
- 32:27You cannot do that, okay. It's always made me
- 32:30uncomfortable but I never thought it was a problem before
- 32:32now. My husband and I have been busy
- 32:34with new jobs and haven't been able to make the trip to see his
- 32:37parents since the holidays. He's gone without me, but I have
- 32:40an odd work schedule. Yesterday I got a call from my
- 32:42parents asking if I had made the trip to see his family.
- 32:45Looking at Facebook. My mother-in-law had created an
- 32:48AI generated photo of us watching a football game with
- 32:51them, all in matching jerseys. And you're lying.
- 32:54That's such a advanced photo to generate those.
- 32:57She's got experience, I. Appreciate you wasting our
- 33:00water, the world's water supply to make this.
- 33:08This bothered my husband too and he offered to text his mom and
- 33:11ask her not to create any more AI photos of us.
- 33:14I've always had a great relationship with her and she's
- 33:16always been very kind and understanding, so neither of us
- 33:19expected her to take it poorly. She did.
- 33:22She told us we were ungrateful for her, that we have always
- 33:25hurt her feelings when we asked for no pictures and that we, and
- 33:29especially me are too sensitive and should just let her post
- 33:32what she wants. Excuse me?
- 33:34My husband is also uncomfortable with the way she's acting and
- 33:37draws the line at AI photos but says we can deal with her the
- 33:40normal with her normal posting habits.
- 33:43I thought I had to say before and let's get posted but now I'm
- 33:45uncomfortable with the whole situation.
- 33:47Am I the asshole if I start telling my mother-in-law no
- 33:50posting pictures of me at all? At all?
- 33:52No. Yeah.
- 33:53See, I gave you some leverage. Just like a child, you messed it
- 33:58up so now you don't get it. At all.
- 33:59Take the toy away. Take everything away, take me
- 34:02off. Go through your years and years
- 34:04with the pictures and take me off like completely.
- 34:06And that's the problem I've always had with certain people
- 34:09and how they post. You know, either you're posting
- 34:10your children or somebody else's children and they are in bathing
- 34:14suits or they are in shorts or, but it really doesn't matter
- 34:17because the creeps out there will do whatever.
- 34:19But if I ask you not to post pictures of my children, then
- 34:23don't post pictures of my children.
- 34:24Exactly. And it's really simple.
- 34:26It's respect too, but you going around and doing it anyway is
- 34:30ridiculous. And no, I don't know all 2000 of
- 34:33your followers. I don't know.
- 34:34Well, they're public anyway, so anybody can go and.
- 34:36Steal the photo. I'm uncomfortable with the fact
- 34:39yes and it's disrespectful and she's like, I didn't get
- 34:42anything from you. So I'm a.
- 34:43Generate something and also the fact that she's been harboring
- 34:47bad feelings because she does ask them not to post and she's
- 34:50like you hurt my feelings. Girl, why?
- 34:52Why is the fact that? I don't want you to post me on
- 34:55your Facebook such a big deal. To you, like I'm uncomfortable
- 34:59with this, you should. Host yourself, go on a walk and
- 35:03take a picture like you know. She's addicted to this.
- 35:06She needs to get off Facebook and go for an actual.
- 35:08Walk. You know Facebook man, Get off
- 35:12seriously. But that's a problem.
- 35:13Let us know if y'all think that's like OK or not.
- 35:16I mean I personally don't think that's OK.
- 35:18If I say no, it should be like a no.
- 35:20Full stop. And then also, I mean, I feel
- 35:22like there should be some kind of discernment on grandma's part
- 35:26to not post her family that much anyway, right?
- 35:29Like I remember very clearly being a child of the 90s and
- 35:33when the Internet really did a boom, the the people who
- 35:36contacted us and said don't put your name, don't put your real
- 35:40picture, don't put anything online.
- 35:42They're the same big people who are posting literally everything
- 35:45online right now. Seriously.
- 35:47Yes, they. Didn't want us to post anything.
- 35:49They were so afraid of the Internet, and now they just put
- 35:51everything you're. Just making it so easy now.
- 35:56Don't be a hypocrite. That's horrible.
- 36:00OK, I know you guys are going to hate me and I'm so sorry in
- 36:03advance. But this?
- 36:06One was trending on Reddit and I just had to get in so.
- 36:08Give it to me. Reddit confession I've been
- 36:11tasting my own urine every morning for four years.
- 36:15Jesus, you could have warned me. I'm like, I'm so.
- 36:17Sorry you were drinking again. I am really sorry.
- 36:22But this guy is like a very like sciency guy and he gave us like
- 36:25the numbers and the facts. So I just like, I cut it down a
- 36:27little bit. Oh my God.
- 36:28But I have a spreadsheet with 1460 entries rating color,
- 36:33clarity, sweetness, solidity and mouthfeel.
- 36:36I can now. Predict illness.
- 36:38Mouthfeel. I can now predict illness onset
- 36:4372 hours before symptoms appear. What I drink approximately 5
- 36:49milliliters, enough for proper palate evaluation.
- 36:52This started after I discovered the historical practice of
- 36:55uroscopy, which is the primary diagnostic method used by
- 36:58physicians from ancient Greece through the 19th century.
- 37:02The 19th century. Bro like give it up.
- 37:04Like we got good doctors now. So I found this fascinating.
- 37:09If trained physicians relied on this method for millennia,
- 37:12perhaps there was a diagnostic value worth exploring.
- 37:15So I started collecting data. I developed what I called the
- 37:18Golden Index, a standardized evaluation framework with six
- 37:22primary metrics, one color, 2 clarity, 3 sweetness, 4
- 37:28salinity, 5 bitterness, and six mouthfeel.
- 37:32I hate all of this. My current data set contains
- 37:371460 data entries spanning January 2022 to present.
- 37:42Compliance rate is around 99.7. The point three I've missed five
- 37:47days total, 2 from food poisoning, one COVID infection
- 37:50and one camping trip without proper collection equipment and
- 37:54one oversight. The results have been
- 37:56significant. My wife.
- 38:01You have a. Wife.
- 38:02You have a wife. What?
- 38:04My wife believes I simply take a long time in the bathroom each
- 38:08morning. She doesn't.
- 38:08Even know. She's not aware of the research
- 38:11he put research in. Like the italics.
- 38:14You know, I've considered presenting my findings to a
- 38:16physician, but I suspect they would not take it seriously.
- 38:19They might recommend psychiatric evaluation, he said.
- 38:23Well, my data's clean, so whatever.
- 38:26He goes in detail about those findings and the numbers and
- 38:28other variables and stuff. But he also said he's going to
- 38:31write a method mythology department document, and he's
- 38:34going to offer to share it with y'all if you're interested.
- 38:36Oh my God, look, I appreciate the science.
- 38:39I love a nerd. But like what?
- 38:43So and sweetness mouthfeel. Please tell me.
- 38:49That you you brush your teeth. Before you kiss your wife, you
- 38:53know. How about that?
- 38:55What wait did he say how much he drinks?
- 38:595 milliliters. How much is that?
- 39:06It's been a long time since I've been at school, but I think it's
- 39:08like like a. Little shot.
- 39:12The the words are really good, the mouthfeel I can't.
- 39:15The mouthfeel salinity so you got to see if it's like salty or
- 39:21or not. And I'm so sorry but literally
- 39:26it was trending and people in the comments were like I respect
- 39:29the dedication. What?
- 39:31This is insanity. I'm so upset right now.
- 39:33I'm. Offended.
- 39:35I'm so upset because you know. You hear about people who get an
- 39:38accident and they're like, trapped in their car and they
- 39:41and they have to. Yeah.

- 40:08You don't get sick? Yeah, You don't get sick.
- 40:09No. Have we evaluated whether or not
- 40:12the drinking has anything to do with the illness?
- 40:14Cuz I don't even think he's like evaluating that data.
- 40:17He's just evaluating like the one set of variables he has.
- 40:21It's very like. It's very stuck and it's like in
- 40:23the beginning that things were they different after the urine
- 40:26went through your system? Exactly.
- 40:28I just I have questions but I don't I don't want to know I.
- 40:32Don't want to know but the document is releasing later this
- 40:35year so. OK, we'll keep an eye out for it
- 40:38because we need the update. But yeah, I put, I put
- 40:40following, I'm following this trend like.
