The Great Search: AP3429A Low Cost Adjustable Buck Converter Alternative
We use the AP3429 in one of our little power breakout boards. It's a small but strong adjustable buck converter with 2A internal switch, 1MHz frequency, and an easy layout. It's also really affordable! As you may be guessing, it's very unavailable right now, with lead time into 2024 (!) We'll book the order, but in the next two years we should probably have something else available.
