- 0:26Speaker 1: Tory Lewis broke the national record as well. But some
- 0:30Speaker 1: things are much more important than that, and for me,
- 0:33Speaker 1: the most incredible moment of the Games has been this
- 0:36Speaker 1: inspirational Scottish swimmer Archie Goodburn. Have you seen him? He
- 0:42Speaker 1: broke down after his race. He wanted to make the
- 0:44Speaker 1: final of the fifty breast stroke final at the Koonwath Games. Right,
- 0:48Speaker 1: he's a twenty five year old. That's his childhood dream
- 0:50Speaker 1: to race in a major final. And then he reveals
- 0:53Speaker 1: that he's battling untreatable terminal brain cancer and his real
- 0:59Speaker 1: mission in life. Life is beyond way beyond that. It's
- 1:03Speaker 1: about the pool trying to find a cure for brain cancer,
- 1:07Speaker 1: because it's the biggest killer under the age of forty
- 1:10Speaker 1: in the UK, for people under the age of forty

- 1:25Speaker 1: is him straight after the race. He's just finished seventh.
- 1:27Speaker 1: He's achieved his childhood dream and this is what he
- 1:29Speaker 1: talks about.
- 1:30Speaker 2: My dream was made the phone about you know, I
- 1:32Speaker 2: would say the pool. I dream like really fast. I
- 1:36Speaker 2: have a future where brain cancer isn't the biggest killer
- 1:38Speaker 2: of those under forty, where the UK government established a
- 1:41Speaker 2: national brain cancer need to make that change, and much
- 1:45Speaker 2: before that change is made, and that dream is completed
- 1:48Speaker 2: than any of my personal goals in the pool, because
- 1:51Speaker 2: what families young people are going through out there is
- 1:54Speaker 2: there really beyond the comprehension of and so many people
- 2:02Speaker 2: out there and certainly far harder than anything I've ever
- 2:03Speaker 2: had to do as a world gass sports.
- 2:05Speaker 1: But what a great opportunity which he took to get
- 2:08Speaker 1: that message across. Absolutely he may not get past forward
- 2:11Speaker 1: to himself, but he wants to make a difference. So well,
- 2:14Speaker 1: douneto you Archie Goldburn. That's my highlight of the game.
