- 0:18Speaker 1: whining about, you ready?
- 0:21Speaker 2: You.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Thumbelina's whining about you. I've got the details on that

- 2:15Speaker 1: Holy cow. Let's see here. If I only knew. Vince,
- 2:20Speaker 1: is anyone going to jail? Names?
- 2:23Speaker 2: Yes.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Carmelo Anthony. Good question. Thank you very much.
- 2:25Speaker 4: Okay.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Let's dive into the program now. We've got breaking news
- 2:30Speaker 1: this morning from the president of the United States involving Iran. Remember,
- 2:34Speaker 1: an Apache helicopter was attacked by the Iranians. They ran
- 2:39Speaker 1: a drone directly into it. this week. It goes down
- 2:43Speaker 1: and thankfully the pilots uninjured. And we've, we just got
- 2:49Speaker 1: an update from the president of the United States on
- 2:51Speaker 1: this subject. He says that the drone, you ready for this?
- 2:54Speaker 1: Lodged right in between, right in between the pilots. Take
- 3:01Speaker 1: a look at this. This is Trey Yanks reporting this
- 3:04Speaker 1: this morning over at the Fox news channel, just off
- 3:07Speaker 1: the phone with the president. So just a, just moments ago,
- 3:11Speaker 1: Here's what he's saying about what the president is saying.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Listen to this.
- 3:15Speaker 5: I just got off the phone with President Trump and
- 3:17Speaker 5: he gave Fox News some brand new details on what
- 3:20Speaker 5: happened with that Apache helicopter that went down earlier this
- 3:24Speaker 5: week and provided his thinking on where things stand.
- 3:27Speaker 1: With the negotiation.
- 3:28Speaker 5: I want to start with a story the president told me,
- 3:31Speaker 5: new details about the downing of of this US Army
- 3:35Speaker 5: Apache helicopter. President Trump tells Fox News that the Iranian
- 3:39Speaker 5: drone lodged in between the two pilots in this helicopter.
- 3:43Speaker 5: They were flying very low. And at that point, the
- 3:47Speaker 5: drone didn't explode as it had intended to.
- 3:50Speaker 4: Crazy.
- 3:51Speaker 5: And so these pilots were trying to take down the
- 3:53Speaker 5: helicopter with the drone lodged into this gunship. without it exploding.
- 4:00Speaker 5: And at any moment, it could have exploded, the president
- 4:02Speaker 5: told me. And he said it was on fire. There
- 4:04Speaker 5: was a lot of heat inside the cockpit of this helicopter.
- 4:08Speaker 5: And ultimately, these two pilots were able to take it
- 4:11Speaker 5: down into the sea, where ultimately they were rescued for
- 4:14Speaker 5: the first time in US military history by an unmanned
- 4:18Speaker 5: sea drone. Now, President Trump also talked about the US
- 4:22Speaker 5: strikes last night against Iranian radar systems and air defense sites.
- 4:27Speaker 5: He said the Iranians had tried to rebuild during the
- 4:30Speaker 5: ceasefire their defensive capabilities, but they were unable to stop
- 4:34Speaker 5: these US strikes overnight and they were hammered by US
- 4:38Speaker 5: fighter jets. Now, interestingly, President Trump told me that he
- 4:42Speaker 5: is getting close to ordering new strikes against Iranian power
- 4:47Speaker 5: plants and bridges because he says the Iranians are tapping
- 4:52Speaker 5: the United States along when it comes to the negotiating process.
- 4:56Speaker 5: He says the bully of the Middle East is dead
- 4:59Speaker 5: and he told me I may keep going when.
- 5:01Speaker 1: I- All right, so the president is at his wit's
- 5:04Speaker 1: end here apparently with the Iranians who he says are
- 5:08Speaker 1: tapping him along. Trey's reporting there a product of his
- 5:12Speaker 1: conversation with the president of the United States this morning.
- 5:15Speaker 1: The president also saying on Truth Social that Iran is
- 5:18Speaker 1: just taking way too long here and he's getting tired
- 5:21Speaker 1: of it. Here's what he said. Iran's military is a
- 5:24Speaker 1: complete and total mess. Much of it, like their Navy
- 5:28Speaker 1: and Air Force, doesn't even exist anymore. They've been completely defeated.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Iran is all talk, no action. The bully of the
- 5:34Speaker 1: Middle East is dead. They've taken too long to negotiate
- 5:37Speaker 1: a deal that would have been great for them. Now
- 5:38Speaker 1: they will have to pay the price. President Donald J. Trump.
- 5:42Speaker 1: He also said this morning that the fake news media
- 5:45Speaker 1: is not reporting how successful the U.S. military blockade has been.
- 5:49Speaker 1: The most successful blockade in the history of naval warfare.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Nothing gets through it unless we want it to. It's
- 5:54Speaker 1: a steel wall. Iran is doing zero business, not paying
- 5:57Speaker 1: their military or any of their bills and quickly becoming
- 5:59Speaker 1: a failed nation. Lots of oil is getting out. Praise
- 6:03Speaker 1: be to Allah, President Donald J.
- 6:06Speaker 4: Trump.
- 6:07Speaker 1: So the president of the United States all over this issue.
- 6:10Speaker 4: We'll see.
- 6:11Speaker 1: You know this thing. It goes in fits and starts.
- 6:13Speaker 1: You know, we get we get moments where it seems
- 6:15Speaker 1: like we're nearing a deal. We get moments where President
- 6:17Speaker 1: Trump's like, all right, it's time to punch them in
- 6:18Speaker 1: the face again. Again, he's working on it. He's working.
- 6:23Speaker 1: This is a chainsaw juggling exercise by the president of
- 6:26Speaker 1: the United States. So we'll we'll see. As always, we'll
- 6:29Speaker 1: see what happens. We'll see what happens. Keep cool, my babies.
- 6:33Speaker 4: Keep cool.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Yeah, keep cool, my babies. But, you know, the other
- 6:37Speaker 1: thing is, like, bad move by Iran. They're lucky they
- 6:40Speaker 1: didn't kill our pilots. Bad move by throwing a drone
- 6:43Speaker 1: in an Apache helicopter. That's not going to work. You
- 6:47Speaker 1: take down an Apache? We like that Apache helicopter. We
- 6:50Speaker 1: wanted to keep it. And so you blow it up? Perfect.
- 6:53Speaker 1: We'll blow you up. So they spent the night blowing
- 6:56Speaker 1: up everything. in Iran. Lots of explosions in Iran. So again,
- 7:00Speaker 1: we'll see what happens, but the president handling business as always.
- 7:04Speaker 1: All right, let me get to something going on here domestically,
- 7:07Speaker 1: because again, we have a lot to get to today. Yesterday,
- 7:10Speaker 1: I got some news that Thumbelina, Thom Tillis, had apparently
- 7:15Speaker 1: sent a very angsty email out to his Republican colleagues.
- 7:19Speaker 1: This was reported, I believe, in Punchbowl. They had some
- 7:22Speaker 1: sort of report on it, but you couldn't read it
- 7:23Speaker 1: unless you were like a paid subscriber to Punchbowl, so
- 7:25Speaker 1: it was very hard to to see. So I said, oh,
- 7:28Speaker 1: to hell with that. Why don't I see if I
- 7:29Speaker 1: can obtain this thing? So I got a hold of it.
- 7:31Speaker 1: I got the whole email that Thambulina sent out to
- 7:34Speaker 1: all of the other Republican senators. Would you guys like
- 7:36Speaker 1: to hear about this? Let's talk about this.
- 7:38Speaker 4: Let's do it.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Here's what Thambulina had to say. Thambulina is very upset
- 7:45Speaker 1: that you have been pushing for something we like to
- 7:48Speaker 1: call The Save America Act. He hates the Save America Act.
- 7:53Speaker 1: It's driving him absolutely bonkers that you would like election integrity,
- 7:58Speaker 1: which is obviously wonderful that we're getting rid of this idiot.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Here's what I have. And if you'd like to read it,
- 8:03Speaker 1: you can read it on my social media account today.
- 8:05Speaker 1: I have it on Instagram. Tom Tellis' email to Republican senators.
- 8:09Speaker 1: He sent this earlier in the week, but this is
- 8:12Speaker 1: the email that he thought would remain private. It has
- 8:15Speaker 1: not remained private. We can see it. He complains. He goes,
- 8:17Speaker 1: I hope, he says to his colleagues, I hope you
- 8:19Speaker 1: all had an opportunity to get some rest. Yeah, they
- 8:22Speaker 1: needed another vacation. After another voterama, I'm sure most of
- 8:26Speaker 1: you would prefer to move forward, but I believe we
- 8:27Speaker 1: will look back at this experience as yet another reason
- 8:30Speaker 1: why we will have historic headwinds against us in November.
- 8:35Speaker 1: So what you're about to hear is Thambalina pretending he
- 8:38Speaker 1: cares sincerely about the political well-being of Republicans going into November.
- 8:44Speaker 1: A guy who's quitting his job. He's retiring this year.
- 8:47Speaker 1: He saw the writing on the wall that he was
- 8:49Speaker 1: about to be voted out of the Senate. So he
- 8:50Speaker 1: figured he'd get ahead of that. You can't fire me.
- 8:52Speaker 1: I quit. And this guy, if you really cared about
- 8:56Speaker 1: Republicans picking up seats, what piece of legislation would he push? Anybody?
- 9:01Speaker 3: Anybody?
- 9:02Speaker 1: What piece of legislation would you push if you cared
- 9:05Speaker 1: about Republicans adding seats in the Senate? Let's see here.
- 9:09Speaker 1: I think it would be the Save America Act. I
- 9:13Speaker 1: think that's what you would have. He says, we missed
- 9:16Speaker 1: an opportunity to remove a political albatross, the 1776 fund.
- 9:21Speaker 1: from around the necks of our colleagues who are in cycle. Instead,
- 9:25Speaker 1: we added weight to that albatross by having 41 members
- 9:28Speaker 1: vote to protect the program. You see, he's upset about
- 9:31Speaker 1: the anti-weaponization fund, the legitimate, wonderful anti-weaponization fund. Thambuline is
- 9:36Speaker 1: against it. He doesn't think that American citizens who've been
- 9:39Speaker 1: hurt by their government should have any redress.
- 9:42Speaker 2: He goes on.
- 9:42Speaker 1: In addition, we allowed two SAVE Act votes. That had
- 9:47Speaker 1: no place in Voterama, which prompted a circular firing squad
- 9:51Speaker 1: led by Tommy Tuberville and some of our Republican colleagues.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Here's Thumbelina whining about Coach Tuberville. Tommy Tuberville, one of
- 10:01Speaker 1: the finest United States senators, a guy who actually stands
- 10:04Speaker 1: on principle, a guy who's actually fighting for the SAVE Act,
- 10:07Speaker 1: SAVE America Act. Thumbelina's upset about it because Tommy Tuberville
- 10:12Speaker 1: named names and that's unacceptable to Thumb. Thumb says, I
- 10:16Speaker 1: can't understand why a super majority of our conference voted
- 10:19Speaker 1: against the side-by-side I offered. I went forward with offering
- 10:22Speaker 1: the amendment at the request of members in cycle. The
- 10:25Speaker 1: amendment simply ended the 1776 payout and appropriated $ 1. 7 billion
- 10:30Speaker 1: to the DOJ fraud initiative. You see, he thought he
- 10:33Speaker 1: was very clever. He thought, well, why don't we get
- 10:35Speaker 1: rid of the fund for American citizens? And then we'll
- 10:38Speaker 1: say we're giving more money to the fraud operation. You
- 10:41Speaker 1: know that Colin McDonald's leaving? Now, I love the fraud
- 10:43Speaker 1: operation that Colin McDonald's leaving. It should receive funding because
- 10:46Speaker 1: I want to take down fraudsters. I think that's great.
- 10:49Speaker 1: But don't piss on us and tell us it's raining.
- 10:53Speaker 1: You're going to, oh, you're going to get rid of
- 10:54Speaker 1: the 1776 fund? I kind of like that, the 1776 fund.
- 10:57Speaker 1: You're going to get rid of that?
- 11:00Speaker 4: Jackass.
- 11:01Speaker 1: He says, I knew most Democrats wouldn't vote for his
- 11:03Speaker 1: amendment because of the DOJ funding, but I thought it'd
- 11:05Speaker 1: be a good landing place for members to voice their
- 11:08Speaker 1: concerns with the 1776 fund. How did I know Democrats
- 11:13Speaker 1: would vote against it? I asked them. They simply wouldn't
- 11:15Speaker 1: support the fraud funding, which is precisely why I had
- 11:18Speaker 1: the provision in the amendment. The chance of this amendment
- 11:20Speaker 1: passing and threatening the privilege of the underlying bill was zero. Zero.
- 11:27Speaker 1: So he was, so wait, what are you saying? He
- 11:29Speaker 1: was going to present this because he knew it wouldn't pass?
- 11:33Speaker 1: What the hell is he saying? Why is everything games
- 11:35Speaker 1: with these people? If you voted against my amendment because
- 11:38Speaker 1: you were afraid it would strip the reconciliation bill of privilege,
- 11:40Speaker 1: you were misinformed or a victim of groupthink, if you
- 11:45Speaker 1: did for that reason, You should have voted against the
- 11:48Speaker 1: SAVE Act for the same reason. Had either version of
- 11:50Speaker 1: the SAVE Act been adopted, the underlying bill would have
- 11:52Speaker 1: been at risk of losing privilege, he says. We took
- 11:55Speaker 1: a major risk with the SAVE Act that Democrats wanted
- 11:58Speaker 1: to meddle. If I had been a Democrat leader, I
- 12:00Speaker 1: would have convinced a sufficient number of Democrats to vote
- 12:03Speaker 1: for it. And immediately after it was adopted, I would
- 12:05Speaker 1: have argued it was fatal to the privilege of the
- 12:07Speaker 1: underlying bill. But the real problem I have is is
- 12:11Speaker 1: that the president and a few of our members forced
- 12:14Speaker 1: us to take two or more unsuccessful votes for the
- 12:16Speaker 1: SAVE Act at the expense of our most vulnerable members
- 12:19Speaker 1: in cycle. He's upset. He's upset that we're voting for
- 12:23Speaker 1: the SAVE Act. Susan Collins rightfully voted against it, representing
- 12:27Speaker 1: her home state of Maine, which voted against it by
- 12:29Speaker 1: a nearly 65-35 margin in a 2025 referendum. Yeah, what
- 12:33Speaker 1: he's not telling you is that the wording on this
- 12:35Speaker 1: referendum was jacked up beyond recognition by the Democrats. That's
- 12:41Speaker 1: what he's not telling you. That's what he's not telling
- 12:42Speaker 1: his Republican colleagues. Rural state senators voted for it, but
- 12:47Speaker 1: now they must explain why shutting down mail-in ballots, ending
- 12:51Speaker 1: early voting, and complicating registration is a good thing for
- 12:56Speaker 1: rural voters in big states. You see, here's how a
- 12:59Speaker 1: rhino Republican describes the Save America Act. Now, what are
- 13:04Speaker 1: we trying to do? We're trying to limit the use
- 13:06Speaker 1: of mail-in ballots. Mail-in ballots, which are a primary vector
- 13:10Speaker 1: for fraud. Jimmy Carter said that. Ending early voting. You
- 13:14Speaker 1: know what this means? Not having voting go for a
- 13:17Speaker 1: million years. We need a functional election day. Tham is
- 13:22Speaker 1: against that. Complicating registration. Complicating? I'm sorry. The Save America
- 13:29Speaker 1: Act requires that only American citizens register to vote. You
- 13:32Speaker 1: have to prove it when you do. That's very complicated. Oh,
- 13:35Speaker 1: sorry that illegal aliens won't be able to register to
- 13:37Speaker 1: vote now, Tom. What a sack of crap. Other members
- 13:42Speaker 1: will need to account for their past positions in support
- 13:44Speaker 1: of the state laws that would be repealed or preempted
- 13:46Speaker 1: if the SAVE Act passes. What are you talking about?
- 13:49Speaker 1: Has this guy read the Constitution? The Constitution says Congress
- 13:53Speaker 1: can pass laws related to the administration of elections. Even worse,
- 14:01Speaker 1: Thaum goes on, Tommy Tuberville and others initiated a circular
- 14:05Speaker 1: firing squad, calling out Susan Collins and other Republicans by name. Oh,
- 14:09Speaker 1: God forbid that we name names. Amazing. Members not in
- 14:13Speaker 1: cycle attacking our most at-risk member because she supports the
- 14:16Speaker 1: view of the 65% of voters in her state. He
- 14:19Speaker 1: once again lies. Tommy Tuberville said, quote, this he quotes
- 14:23Speaker 1: Tommy Tuberville now, Senator Tuberville, quote, it was beyond embarrassing
- 14:28Speaker 1: that Republicans, in quotes, continue to block the Save America Act.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Thom Tillis, Lisa Murkowski, Mitch McConnell, and Susan Collins have
- 14:38Speaker 1: not only betrayed their constituents, they are accomplices in Democrats'
- 14:43Speaker 1: illegals-first agenda. The people of North Carolina, Alaska, Kentucky, and
- 14:48Speaker 1: Maine deserve better. Thom's upset about this. Where is the lie? Tommy,
- 14:58Speaker 1: with that Tommy expressed, that Senator Tuberville expressed. Where's the lie?
- 15:04Speaker 1: Show me the lie. The people of North Carolina, Alaska, Kentucky,
- 15:07Speaker 1: and Maine do deserve better. Now, again, Susan Collins is
- 15:12Speaker 1: going to be the most complicated person in this list,
- 15:14Speaker 1: because right now the question is, do we keep a
- 15:17Speaker 1: nominal Republican in the Senate in the form of Susan Collins,
- 15:21Speaker 1: or do the people of Maine go with the Nazi
- 15:24Speaker 1: tattoo guy, Graham Platner? The obvious answer here is Susan
- 15:27Speaker 1: Collins should remain in the Senate under those circumstances. But
- 15:31Speaker 1: that doesn't mean the rest of us have to really
- 15:33Speaker 1: enjoy that. The people of Maine do deserve better and
- 15:37Speaker 1: they should fight for better. Absolutely. North Carolina, Alaska, Kentucky,
- 15:43Speaker 1: Maine all deserve better. Tommy Tuberville is totally right. And
- 15:47Speaker 1: you're right. Yeah, Tommy's a great American. Data Martian says
- 15:49Speaker 1: it in the chat. Tommy Tuberville is a great American.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Do you remember the fight that he waged? against abortion funding.
- 15:57Speaker 1: You remember this? And there were almost no Republicans who
- 16:01Speaker 1: stood with him publicly. They were acting like he was crazy.
- 16:05Speaker 1: He said, I'm not going to allow any more block.
- 16:07Speaker 1: This was during the Biden administration. I want to remind
- 16:09Speaker 1: you of what Tommy Tuberville did, because I always, I thought,
- 16:12Speaker 1: that's when I realized how impressed I am with Tommy Tuberville.
- 16:17Speaker 1: When the United States military under Joe Biden was paying
- 16:23Speaker 1: for abortion tourism, to fly people all over the place
- 16:26Speaker 1: to kill their babies. Tommy Tuberville said, that shit stops now.
- 16:32Speaker 1: I'm not going to support any more block promotions. Normally
- 16:36Speaker 1: the Senate just instantly signs off on all these promotions
- 16:39Speaker 1: of senior officials, leaders, general officers, admirals. They say, okay, yeah, sure.
- 16:43Speaker 1: And they just confirm everything. And he goes, no, no
- 16:46Speaker 1: more block promotions. If you want to do promotions, you
- 16:48Speaker 1: can do them one by one. But as far as
- 16:49Speaker 1: I'm concerned, I'm not going to join you in unanimous consent.
- 16:52Speaker 1: I refuse to give unanimous consent for all these promotions.
- 16:55Speaker 1: So long as the military is taking taxpayer dollars and
- 16:57Speaker 1: killing babies, I'm not in. And Tuberville, do you remember
- 17:01Speaker 1: that he stood alone? He basically stood alone. There were
- 17:04Speaker 1: very few people willing to speak up and say that
- 17:06Speaker 1: Tommy Tuberville is right. In fact, they made it seem
- 17:09Speaker 1: like he was imperiling national security. How dare you? How
- 17:12Speaker 1: dare you?
- 17:12Speaker 4: I'm sorry.
- 17:13Speaker 1: How dare he? Pretty sure priority one is keeping our
- 17:16Speaker 1: children alive. I'm pretty sure priority one, keeping our kids alive.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Tommy Tuberville was doing that. So the guy is a hero.
- 17:25Speaker 1: The guy's a hero. And here he is doing what
- 17:27Speaker 1: he should, which is telling the truth and what so
- 17:29Speaker 1: many other senators should do, telling the truth about the
- 17:32Speaker 1: people who are selling you out. And Tom hates this.
- 17:37Speaker 1: He goes, he finds a remarkable thumb, says, I find
- 17:39Speaker 1: a remarkable on several levels. But you would think a
- 17:42Speaker 1: member of Tommy's communications team who has a spouse working
- 17:46Speaker 1: on the NRSC's leadership team could see how this is
- 17:50Speaker 1: only helpful to Susan's opponent. I'm sorry. So apparently somebody
- 17:58Speaker 1: on Senator Tuberville's comms team has a spouse who works
- 18:03Speaker 1: with the National Republican Senatorial Committee. And therefore, Because of that,
- 18:09Speaker 1: Tommy Tuberville shouldn't tell the truth because he should be
- 18:12Speaker 1: an obedient licksbiddle for the establishment like Tham. Yeah, this
- 18:18Speaker 1: is what people hate about Washington. Everything I'm reading to you,
- 18:21Speaker 1: this is exactly what people hate about Washington. Like nowhere
- 18:24Speaker 1: in this is any sort of prime, any real concern
- 18:27Speaker 1: about the state of our elections or election integrity or
- 18:29Speaker 1: why we need the Save America Act instead of its
- 18:32Speaker 1: patronizing dismissive nonsense. It's head pats. It's, oh God, those
- 18:36Speaker 1: people are disgusting. I can't believe they're demanding this. That
- 18:38Speaker 1: President Trump, he keeps pushing for the SAVE Act. It
- 18:41Speaker 1: really annoys me. Tom says other members have referred to
- 18:45Speaker 1: those who oppose nuking the filibuster and passing the SAVE
- 18:47Speaker 1: Act as traitors and defectors on social media. Everyone knew
- 18:52Speaker 1: the SAVE Act votes would fail, Tom says. Yet we
- 18:55Speaker 1: went ahead anyway because the president requested them at the
- 18:58Speaker 1: expense of our members, he whines. This simply prompted more
- 19:02Speaker 1: attacks on our own. which I assume was the president's goal,
- 19:06Speaker 1: says Bitter Thumb. He said three of our most vulnerable
- 19:09Speaker 1: members were already forced to vote on the first Schumer
- 19:11Speaker 1: Amendment focused on the 1776 fund and the motion to commit. Cassidy,
- 19:16Speaker 1: that's Bill Cassidy, Bitter Bill, and I voted against it
- 19:20Speaker 1: to give our members room to vote for it. After
- 19:26Speaker 1: that vote, I informed the most vulnerable in-cycle members that
- 19:29Speaker 1: I would vote however a majority of them wanted me to.
- 19:32Speaker 1: if it meant voting with them or not, like the
- 19:33Speaker 1: Schumer amendment. He's the hero now.
- 19:35Speaker 4: You see this?
- 19:35Speaker 1: He's going to save the Senate. I'm not suggesting that
- 19:40Speaker 1: you give members your proxy, but I am suggesting forcing
- 19:43Speaker 1: votes that have no upside for in-cycle members and attacking
- 19:45Speaker 1: them when they vote is not helpful to saving our majority.
- 19:48Speaker 1: I get, I get in top case, it was likely
- 19:51Speaker 1: to help him boost, to help boost him in the
- 19:53Speaker 1: Alabama governor's race.
- 19:55Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 19:56Speaker 1: You know, if you're Thumb Tillis, of course you do
- 19:58Speaker 1: the calculus based on whether or not you think this
- 20:01Speaker 1: is going to give you some short-term political advantage. That's
- 20:04Speaker 1: how you view this. Tuberville has already proven that he's
- 20:09Speaker 1: operating on principle. If this helps him in the Alabama
- 20:13Speaker 1: governor's race that is pushing the Save America Act, that's
- 20:17Speaker 1: because he actually believes it and the people of Alabama
- 20:20Speaker 1: should have a governor in place who believes in the
- 20:25Speaker 1: sanctity of their vote. Tuberville should be elected governor on
- 20:28Speaker 1: this basis. Was it really worth calling Susan Collins an
- 20:32Speaker 1: embarrassing accomplice who betrayed her constituents? Yeah, I think so.
- 20:36Speaker 1: I think any time an American senator can now start
- 20:39Speaker 1: telling the truth about what's happening in his own body,
- 20:42Speaker 1: that's a good thing for the American people. That's a
- 20:44Speaker 1: massive improvement over where we've been. The Thumbelina era. Based
- 20:49Speaker 1: on last week's reconciliation experience, Thomp says, I hope we've
- 20:51Speaker 1: learned a lesson that will not be repeated if we
- 20:53Speaker 1: choose to move another reconciliation bill in this Congress. In
- 20:56Speaker 1: my opinion, last week's vote was a net loss for
- 20:59Speaker 1: in-cycle members. I'm not diminishing the importance of funding DHS,
- 21:02Speaker 1: but the gain from that will not offset the pain
- 21:05Speaker 1: we've created in key races. The road to holding our
- 21:07Speaker 1: majority is already difficult. We can't afford any more unforced
- 21:10Speaker 1: errors like this between now and November. Respectfully, Thomp T. Disrespectfully,
- 21:15Speaker 1: screw you, Thomp. Tom Tillis is pretending like he cares
- 21:23Speaker 1: about Republicans holding the Senate. If he cared, he would
- 21:29Speaker 1: be pushing the Save America Act. It is as simple
- 21:33Speaker 1: as that. That's what he says behind closed doors. You
- 21:38Speaker 1: ever wondered to yourself, like, what do they say behind
- 21:40Speaker 1: closed doors? What's the conversation really like? That's what it is.
- 21:44Speaker 1: That's the email he sent to his colleagues. I got
- 21:48Speaker 1: a hold of it and I said, you know what?
- 21:51Speaker 1: You deserve to see this. So there you go. That's
- 21:54Speaker 1: the words of Thom Tillis. Those are the words of
- 21:57Speaker 1: establishment Republicans who are not interested in fighting for the
- 22:00Speaker 1: agenda that you and I keep voting for. That's what
- 22:03Speaker 1: that looks like. All right, more ahead on the program.
- 22:05Speaker 1: We've got to get to some other action that took
- 22:08Speaker 1: place in Congress yesterday. The Southern Poverty Law Center is, well,
- 22:13Speaker 1: a disaster. They pay for cross burnings. They're a poisonous
- 22:17Speaker 1: operation of the American left. Big, big hearing yesterday. We'll
- 22:21Speaker 1: play some clips from it, and then we'll get to
- 22:23Speaker 1: a great guest who was one of the key witnesses
- 22:25Speaker 1: in that hearing yesterday. Coming up in just a moment.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Before we get there, though, I want to thank one
- 22:29Speaker 1: of our fine sponsors who support the show. That's Patriot Mobile.
- 22:33Speaker 1: You know, it feels like our country does finally have
- 22:35Speaker 1: some momentum. Taking it so great. And with so many
- 22:40Speaker 1: of us fighting to restore common sense in America first.
- 22:43Speaker 1: But we've seen this before. Conservatives will get comfortable, and
- 22:46Speaker 1: then the left will start taking back ground inch by inch.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Can't let that happen. America needs every one of us
- 22:51Speaker 1: in the fight. And a big part of that means
- 22:53Speaker 1: supporting companies that actually stand for our values. This is
- 22:56Speaker 1: why I'm very proud to partner with Patriot Mobile. Patriot
- 23:00Speaker 1: Mobile gives you premium priority nationwide service on any of
- 23:05Speaker 1: the three major U.S.
- 23:06Speaker 6: Networks.
- 23:07Speaker 1: So you get the coverage you need, plus unlimited data plans,
- 23:10Speaker 1: mobile hotspot, international roaming, and 100% U.S.-based customer support.
- 23:14Speaker 4: Switching?
- 23:14Speaker 7: Easy.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Keep your phone, keep your number, activate in just minutes.
- 23:17Speaker 1: But Patriot Mobile is so much more than a great
- 23:19Speaker 1: wireless service. They've supported a growing movement of Americans defending faith, family, freedom,
- 23:24Speaker 1: and the future of this country by donating millions every
- 23:27Speaker 1: year to organizations fighting for our freedoms. Go to patriotmobile.com
- 23:31Speaker 1: slash Vince or call 972-PATRIOT. Use the promo code Vince,
- 23:35Speaker 1: get a free month of service. That's patriotmobile.com slash Vince.
- 23:41Speaker 1: That's patriotmobile.com slash Vince. Vince, thank you to Patriot Mobile. Yesterday,
- 23:47Speaker 1: the Southern Poverty Law Center gets pulled before Congress, which
- 23:49Speaker 1: is good, finally. And they had this fella who is
- 23:54Speaker 1: currently the interim leader of the SPLC seated there among
- 23:59Speaker 1: the witnesses. Now, you should know that this guy, Brian Fair,
- 24:04Speaker 1: the reason he's the interim CEO is because the original founder,
- 24:07Speaker 1: Morris Dees, was run out for a culture of racial
- 24:10Speaker 1: prejudice and sexual harassment. So now the new guy, the
- 24:13Speaker 1: interim guy, gets called before Congress. He can barely answer
- 24:16Speaker 1: the questions because he's got no good answers. Listen to
- 24:19Speaker 1: some of the smackdown that he got well-deserved yesterday, cut
- 24:21Speaker 1: four in the hearing.
- 24:24Speaker 3: Mr.
- 24:24Speaker 6: Fair, did the Southern Poverty Law Center use donor money
- 24:27Speaker 6: to have field sources attend extremist rallies across the country?
- 24:34Speaker 8: Mr. Chairman.
- 24:35Speaker 6: It's a simple question. Did you use your donor money
- 24:38Speaker 6: for that purpose?
- 24:39Speaker 8: We used donor money to pay confidential informants to infiltrate
- 24:47Speaker 8: extremist organizations.
- 24:49Speaker 6: Did the Southern Public Law Center use donor dollars to
- 24:51Speaker 6: have field sources host extremist rallies throughout the country? Yes.
- 24:56Speaker 8: Not to my knowledge.
- 24:58Speaker 6: Did the Southern Public Law Center use donor dollars to
- 25:00Speaker 6: have field sources grow existing chapters of extremist groups?
- 25:04Speaker 8: Mr. Chairman, as I said earlier— It's a simple question, Mr.
- 25:07Speaker 4: Fair.
- 25:08Speaker 6: Did you use donor money for the purpose I just read?
- 25:11Speaker 6: I'm reading straight from the superseding indictment.
- 25:13Speaker 8: And, Mr. Chairman, the indictment will be managed and responded
- 25:17Speaker 8: to by counsel in the criminal case that's been made.
- 25:19Speaker 6: Well, you just answered a question from Mr. Raskin concerning
- 25:21Speaker 6: the indictment. He asked you, did field sources send information
- 25:23Speaker 6: to the FBI that helped with things? You answered that question.
- 25:26Speaker 4: That's a matter of public knowledge.
- 25:27Speaker 8: That's in our public filing.
- 25:29Speaker 6: Did the Southern Private Law Center use donor money to
- 25:32Speaker 6: have field sources create new chapters of extremist groups?
- 25:36Speaker 8: Yes. Again, Mr. Chairman.
- 25:37Speaker 6: Did the Southern Private Law Center use donor money to
- 25:40Speaker 6: recruit new individuals into those extremist groups?
- 25:43Speaker 9: Yes.
- 25:45Speaker 8: I assume you don't want me to answer since you're
- 25:47Speaker 8: not giving me time to answer.
- 25:48Speaker 6: No, I'm giving you time to answer because that's a yes.
- 25:50Speaker 6: Did you use your donor's money for that purpose? Yes
- 25:53Speaker 6: or no?
- 25:54Speaker 8: Again, those issues will be resolved in the pending allegations
- 25:59Speaker 8: against the SPLC.
- 26:01Speaker 6: Seems to me if the answer is no, you could
- 26:02Speaker 6: say no.
- 26:04Speaker 1: He's so sweaty and weaselly. Good job by Jim Jordan.
- 26:08Speaker 1: Just pointing out that all of those things are all
- 26:10Speaker 1: inside of the indictment. The Justice Department has evidence of
- 26:12Speaker 1: each of those things. And Jim Jordan just asked about them.
- 26:15Speaker 1: And the guy's like, I don't have any good answers.
- 26:17Speaker 1: That's because you did them. That's why. He he was
- 26:22Speaker 1: a disaster yesterday. He couldn't explain why left wing terror
- 26:25Speaker 1: organizations go unmentioned on the SPLC's hate map. Watch cut
- 26:29Speaker 1: five of this moment.
- 26:30Speaker 4: Check it out.
- 26:32Speaker 7: The Biden Harris administration, the SPLC included many mainstream conservative
- 26:36Speaker 7: groups in their hate map, including Alliance Defending Freedom, Charlie
- 26:40Speaker 7: Kirk's Turning Point USA and Family Research Council. To your knowledge,
- 26:45Speaker 7: did the SPLC include Antifa, which is an actual domestic
- 26:49Speaker 7: terrorist organization and its hate group?
- 26:52Speaker 1: No, they haven't.
- 26:53Speaker 8: Congressman Gooden, just for the record, the SPLC does not
- 26:57Speaker 8: have a domestic terrorist list. I'm not sure what Dr.
- 27:01Speaker 8: King was referring to, what list she's referring to. As
- 27:04Speaker 8: I understand, she's on none of our lists. We have
- 27:08Speaker 8: a list that identifies groups. based on the statements that
- 27:13Speaker 8: they and their leaders make.
- 27:14Speaker 4: Is Antifa on your hate map?
- 27:17Speaker 3: No.
- 27:17Speaker 8: Again, as I said earlier, Congressman Gooden, it's my understanding
- 27:21Speaker 8: that the FBI has said.
- 27:23Speaker 4: So they're not. Let me ask you this.
- 27:24Speaker 7: Has SPLC labeled the radical left group James Revenge as
- 27:29Speaker 7: a hate group? This group has publicly taken responsibility for
- 27:32Speaker 7: vandalizing and destroying pregnancy resource centers and Catholic churches since
- 27:37Speaker 7: May 2022. That's right. Have you all designated that on
- 27:40Speaker 7: your hate map?
- 27:41Speaker 1: No, they haven't.
- 27:42Speaker 8: Congressman Gooden, if you've looked at our eight map, you
- 27:46Speaker 8: know the criteria we set for designating groups. One designation
- 27:52Speaker 8: is when a group expresses, vilifies, demonizes individuals based on
- 27:58Speaker 8: immutable characteristics. The second is a group that expresses anti-government
- 28:05Speaker 8: conspiracy theories.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Which is like the entire left.
- 28:09Speaker 7: So destroying pregnancy resource centers in Catholic churches would not
- 28:13Speaker 7: qualify as hate under your definition?
- 28:15Speaker 1: You guys are okay with that? That's what Antifa is,
- 28:17Speaker 1: anti-government conspiracy theories. But God forbid Turning Point holds a rally.
- 28:20Speaker 7: That's considered hate, but destroying a Catholic church or a
- 28:22Speaker 7: pregnancy resource is not.
- 28:24Speaker 4: Just to be clear, help me understand.
- 28:27Speaker 8: Congressman Gooden, the SPLC establishes its own criterium.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Enough of this guy.
- 28:35Speaker 4: All right.
- 28:36Speaker 1: So one more for you. Boy, I've got a lot
- 28:39Speaker 1: I could actually play for you. So many great clips.
- 28:42Speaker 1: But on this one, he claimed at one point that
- 28:46Speaker 1: the SPLC does not target organizations because of their faith.
- 28:50Speaker 1: And let's be very clear about what the SPLC does.
- 28:52Speaker 1: They target Christians. They target Christians. They are dominated by
- 28:59Speaker 1: anti-Christian bigotry. They say that the Family Research Council and
- 29:04Speaker 1: Focus on the Family and various organizations, Christian organizations, the
- 29:08Speaker 1: reason that they're on their so-called hate list is because
- 29:11Speaker 1: they're anti-LGBT. Now, what the hell does that mean? To
- 29:15Speaker 1: be Christian means that you believe in the traditional definition
- 29:19Speaker 1: of marriage. So if you believe that marriage is between
- 29:21Speaker 1: a man and a woman, the SPLC says that you're
- 29:24Speaker 1: a hate organization. But why is it that they don't
- 29:29Speaker 1: include Muslim organizations on their hate list for being anti-LGBT
- 29:35Speaker 1: by this definition? Why is that exactly? It seems like
- 29:39Speaker 1: they're targeting Christians. specifically. Watch this. Cut six as he
- 29:42Speaker 1: lies to you about this issue.
- 29:44Speaker 9: How many extremist Islamic groups do you have of the 1,500
- 29:47Speaker 9: or so organizations you have on.
- 29:49Speaker 8: Your hate map? Again, anyone can go to our website.
- 29:53Speaker 9: My office has been looking over and can't really find one.
- 29:55Speaker 8: Uh, Again, it is the SPLC's rights.
- 30:00Speaker 9: You think SPLC can provide us a list of the
- 30:03Speaker 9: Islamic-oriented groups that you have on your hate map?
- 30:07Speaker 4: Mr.
- 30:07Speaker 8: Roy, we don't target any group because of its religion.
- 30:11Speaker 9: Really?
- 30:11Speaker 8: I want to be clear about that.
- 30:12Speaker 1: Really?
- 30:13Speaker 8: Yes, that's exactly right. We target no group because of
- 30:16Speaker 8: its religion. We target groups because they... express statements, and
- 30:22Speaker 8: engage in activities that demean and vilify.
- 30:25Speaker 9: So you brought up LGBTQ groups a second ago?
- 30:27Speaker 4: I'm sorry, Mr.
- 30:27Speaker 6: White.
- 30:28Speaker 9: So you brought up LGBT groups a minute ago, so
- 30:30Speaker 9: you think there's a bunch of Islamic groups that are pro-LGBTQ?
- 30:33Speaker 9: Is that the position of the SPLC? I just want
- 30:36Speaker 9: to make sure the record is reflecting that. Amazing.
- 30:45Speaker 1: Yeah, the SPLC should be on a hate list. Let's
- 30:48Speaker 1: be honest. They're a deeply bigoted operation and they're a
- 30:51Speaker 1: fraud group. So good hearing yesterday. I do have more
- 30:55Speaker 1: coming up. I think maybe we'll get to some more clips.
- 30:57Speaker 1: Brandon Gill destroyed this guy yesterday. It was really, really good.
- 31:01Speaker 1: Before we get there, we have a great guest coming
- 31:03Speaker 1: up first, one of the excellent witnesses yesterday. Hold on
- 31:06Speaker 1: for that. But first, I want to tell you about
- 31:08Speaker 1: one of our great sponsors. That's Blackout Coffee. Blackout Coffee
- 31:11Speaker 1: powers me up each day. And if you're like me,

- 31:22Speaker 1: cup of coffee. What I like about Blackout, simple. It's

- 32:09Speaker 1: in my blackout coffee right now? Native Path Collagen. Native
- 32:14Speaker 1: Path Collagen, it's been amazing for me for a million reasons,
- 32:17Speaker 1: but including Like it helps me with inflammation, which I
- 32:20Speaker 1: have a lot of actually. And I've always inflamed. It
- 32:24Speaker 1: takes care of that problem. It really helps me a lot.
- 32:26Speaker 1: And also it's got every scoop of this stuff has
- 32:29Speaker 1: nine grams of protein in it. So if you're looking
- 32:31Speaker 1: for a way to get some more of that protein in, hello,
- 32:33Speaker 1: just put it right in the coffee. It's great. You know,
- 32:35Speaker 1: as you get older, you start noticing things are not
- 32:39Speaker 1: the way they used to be. You wake up stiff.
- 32:40Speaker 1: Your skin doesn't bounce back the same way. There's a
- 32:42Speaker 1: reason for that. And this is why you should take
- 32:44Speaker 1: native path collagen. Collagen helps support everything from joints and
- 32:48Speaker 1: bones to skin and hair. The problem is after age 30,
- 32:50Speaker 1: your body often makes less collagen every year. Now by
- 32:53Speaker 1: age 60, most people lose about half of it, but
- 32:57Speaker 1: native path collagen helps replenish that protein and help support
- 33:00Speaker 1: the parts of your body that help you stay active, vital,
- 33:03Speaker 1: and more like yourself. And another thing I really love
- 33:05Speaker 1: about native path, if you don't feel a difference in
- 33:08Speaker 1: your health, and I think you will, I do. You'll
- 33:10Speaker 1: get your money back if you don't feel a difference.
- 33:12Speaker 1: No questions asked. Give it a try. Plus, I'll get
- 33:15Speaker 1: you over 50% off and free shipping. Just go to GetNativePath.com
- 33:19Speaker 1: slash Vince. GetNativePath.com slash Vince. These statements and products have

- 33:29Speaker 1: Consult with a healthcare professional.
- 33:32Speaker 4: Right.
- 33:32Speaker 1: Happy to have joining me right now, Ryan Bangert. He's
- 33:35Speaker 1: the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Alliance Defending Freedom.
- 33:39Speaker 1: And he was one of the excellent witnesses yesterday at
- 33:42Speaker 1: that Southern Poverty Law Center hearing. Ryan, so good to
- 33:45Speaker 1: have you with us on the show today. Thank you, sir.
- 33:47Speaker 3: That's great. Thank you, Vince, for having us.
- 33:49Speaker 1: What was that like? So, I mean, finally to see
- 33:51Speaker 1: the head of the SPLC sitting there, and he didn't
- 33:54Speaker 1: seem to have any good answers whatsoever about his organization's activities.
- 33:59Speaker 1: That was kind of surreal, honestly.
- 34:00Speaker 3: And I'll tell you, you saw, you played several of
- 34:02Speaker 3: the clips earlier of his testimony. And I think it
- 34:05Speaker 3: just points out there are no good answers as to
- 34:09Speaker 3: why they list certain groups on their hate map versus others.
- 34:12Speaker 3: ADF has been on the hate map since 2016. You've
- 34:15Speaker 3: already mentioned Family Research Council. Turning Point USA was listed
- 34:20Speaker 3: in 2025, only months before Charlie Kirk was tragically murdered.
- 34:25Speaker 3: So they've been adding all of these pro-family groups pro-life
- 34:29Speaker 3: mainstream conservative groups to their list. And the answer as
- 34:33Speaker 3: to why they've been doing it is they just disagree
- 34:36Speaker 3: politically with our positions on issues like pro-life, on issues
- 34:42Speaker 3: like whether or not children should be protected from mutilating
- 34:45Speaker 3: gender ideology surgeries, on issues like should parents have the
- 34:48Speaker 3: right and not the state to educate their children. So
- 34:51Speaker 3: these are the policy differences that we have with the SPLC.
- 34:54Speaker 3: And that's why they're putting us on this so-called hate map.
- 34:57Speaker 1: It's more than a little over the top for an
- 34:58Speaker 1: organization like the Southern Poverty Law Center to accuse mainstream
- 35:02Speaker 1: Christian organizations of being bigoted when they're the ones who
- 35:06Speaker 1: are paying for cross burnings. The indictment that just came out,
- 35:10Speaker 1: the superseding indictment says that the SPLC has been paying
- 35:13Speaker 1: for the materials for cross burnings, Ryan.
- 35:18Speaker 3: Well, it just points out the hypocrisy of what the
- 35:21Speaker 3: SPLC has been up to. I mean, you go through
- 35:24Speaker 3: the indictment, thing after thing after thing. They were paying
- 35:27Speaker 3: one of the individuals who helped organize the 2017 Charlottesville
- 35:32Speaker 3: Unite the Right rally. Now, what was interesting is that
- 35:35Speaker 3: after that rally, the SPLC's fundraising almost tripled. They brought
- 35:39Speaker 3: in a tremendous amount of money, tens of millions of dollars.
- 35:43Speaker 3: And yet, here they are paying one of the ringleaders
- 35:47Speaker 3: who helped organize this rally. And I think this goes
- 35:49Speaker 3: to show A hypocrisy is really their stock in trade.
- 35:53Speaker 3: One of the reasons that they pointed to ADF as
- 35:55Speaker 3: a so-called hate group was they said that we were
- 35:58Speaker 3: trying to sterilize transgender people.
- 35:59Speaker 1: Well, guess what?
- 36:01Speaker 3: ADF defended a law in Alabama that would have prevented
- 36:06Speaker 3: the sterilization of transgendered minors and youth. And guess which
- 36:10Speaker 3: law firm was on the other side of that case?
- 36:13Speaker 3: The SPLC.
- 36:16Speaker 1: So wait, the SPLC was accusing ADF of supporting the
- 36:20Speaker 1: sterilization of children? Is that what they, I mean, this
- 36:23Speaker 1: is literally projection because the SPLC supports hacking the genitals
- 36:27Speaker 1: off of kids and injecting them full of chemicals such
- 36:29Speaker 1: that they become sterile. So they're accusing you of sterilizing children.
- 36:33Speaker 3: Yeah, and that just goes to show the hypocrisy of
- 36:35Speaker 3: the SPLC. On the one hand, they claim to be
- 36:38Speaker 3: fighting violent extremism. And on the other hand, they.
- 36:42Speaker 4: Paid over $ 4.
- 36:43Speaker 3: Million over a decade to support individuals who oftentimes were
- 36:48Speaker 3: in leadership roles in these groups. I think that was
- 36:53Speaker 3: just an astonishing fact that came out at the hearing.
- 36:56Speaker 1: What does mutilating children have to do with civil rights?
- 36:59Speaker 1: I thought, the concept, right? The Southern Poverty Law Center
- 37:02Speaker 1: is supposed to be a civil rights organization. What does
- 37:05Speaker 1: mutilating children or pumping them full of hormones have to
- 37:07Speaker 1: do with Southern poverty, civil rights? These things don't seem
- 37:11Speaker 1: related at all.
- 37:12Speaker 3: What is that?
- 37:12Speaker 1: Well, they're not.
- 37:13Speaker 3: I think this just goes to show how the Southern
- 37:15Speaker 3: Poverty Law Center over time has completely lost the thread.
- 37:19Speaker 3: It was founded in 1971 to fight racism in the South.
- 37:23Speaker 3: And in 2010, they began completely changing their mission. That's
- 37:27Speaker 3: when they began listing mainstream Christian conservative organizations on their
- 37:31Speaker 3: hate map. Apparently they just needed more people to fight.
- 37:35Speaker 3: And they also began adopting the political positions of the
- 37:38Speaker 3: far left in a very explicit way.
- 37:41Speaker 1: And that's really what this is about. You know, this
- 37:43Speaker 1: reminds me of two other organizations. The Human Rights Campaign
- 37:45Speaker 1: and Planned Parenthood are very similar because after the Obergefell decision,
- 37:49Speaker 1: the Human Rights Campaign moved on from gay marriage to
- 37:52Speaker 1: transing children. Their big thing became transing everybody because they
- 37:56Speaker 1: needed more money. They needed a new operation to generate
- 37:58Speaker 1: revenue from. The same is true of Planned Parenthood, that
- 38:01Speaker 1: abortions have gone down in the country because birth pregnancies
- 38:05Speaker 1: have gone down. in the United States. And looking for
- 38:08Speaker 1: new streams of income, Planned Parenthood became the single biggest
- 38:11Speaker 1: distributor of cross-sex hormones in the country. And so these
- 38:15Speaker 1: left-wing organizations, they'll start with one founding purpose, and in
- 38:19Speaker 1: Planned Parenthood's case, obviously a demonic one, and then they'll
- 38:22Speaker 1: move into something else to generate revenue. That's what it
- 38:25Speaker 1: seems like the SPLC has been doing.
- 38:28Speaker 3: Well, I think this gender ideology point you're making, Vince,
- 38:30Speaker 3: is just right on the money. It's so patently absurd,
- 38:34Speaker 3: so patently harmful to individuals, the only way to justify
- 38:39Speaker 3: it is to absolutely.
- 38:41Speaker 1: Defame your opponents.
- 38:42Speaker 3: There's no rational or good argument as to why you
- 38:45Speaker 3: should intentionally harm children by permanently mutilating their bodies. So
- 38:51Speaker 3: the only way you can support that is to engage
- 38:53Speaker 3: in ad hominem argument. And all three of those organizations, SPLC,
- 38:57Speaker 3: Human Rights Campaign, and Planned Parenthood, have really been at
- 38:59Speaker 3: the forefront of pushing this absolutely atrocious and harmful ideology.
- 39:05Speaker 3: And thankfully, I think the American people are finally seeing
- 39:08Speaker 3: through this for what it is. It's absolutely demonic.
- 39:11Speaker 1: So Ryan, yesterday, one of the things I really valued
- 39:14Speaker 1: about your testimony is that you got into how the
- 39:17Speaker 1: SPLC wields control over a lot of the institutions of
- 39:21Speaker 1: our country. I think people see a hearing like this
- 39:23Speaker 1: and they're like, what a stupid organization. Of course, they
- 39:26Speaker 1: should be held criminally accountable. But the damage that they're
- 39:29Speaker 1: causing is not isolated to their website. It's more far reaching.
- 39:34Speaker 1: Tell us how much influence the Southern Poverty Law Center
- 39:37Speaker 1: has had over all of our institutions.
- 39:40Speaker 3: That's one of the great untold stories of the SPLC.
- 39:44Speaker 3: Everyone sort of knows about the hate map, but what
- 39:46Speaker 3: you don't see is what happens under the surface. Starting
- 39:49Speaker 3: in 2016, they began a concerted effort to influence corporate America,
- 39:53Speaker 3: to persuade major corporations in finance, technology, and social media
- 39:59Speaker 3: to start canceling conservatives, to push them off platforms, deny
- 40:02Speaker 3: them services. And this really solidified after the Unite the
- 40:05Speaker 3: Right rally in 2017. In 2018, they formed a coalition
- 40:09Speaker 3: called Change the Terms. And this is where things really
- 40:12Speaker 3: ramped up. Change the Terms was a coalition of a
- 40:15Speaker 3: number of different groups led by the SPLC in part.
- 40:18Speaker 3: They went and had hundreds of meetings with corporate leaders
- 40:21Speaker 3: and persuaded major corporations to write into their terms of
- 40:25Speaker 3: service that they would not serve groups that engaged in hate. Now,
- 40:29Speaker 3: whatever hate is, right, the SPLC, they own the right,
- 40:32Speaker 3: according to their Change the Terms campaign, to define what
- 40:35Speaker 3: that is. And they define it as anyone who disagrees
- 40:38Speaker 3: with our political ideology. And so that cashes out with
- 40:41Speaker 3: ADF losing access to a number of services and a
- 40:43Speaker 3: number of other groups like ADF. We lost access to
- 40:46Speaker 3: Pantheon web services. Why? Because they explicitly rely on the
- 40:49Speaker 3: SPLC to define what hate is. We lost access to
- 40:52Speaker 3: a number of different nonprofit pricing programs, Microsoft, Adobe, Intuit. Now,
- 40:58Speaker 3: some of these we've gotten back because we've had to
- 41:00Speaker 3: push back, but it was really incredible how much influence
- 41:04Speaker 3: the SPLC was able to wield over the infrastructure of
- 41:09Speaker 3: corporate America and the decision-making processes that corporate America engages
- 41:13Speaker 3: in to decide who simply who can exist in the
- 41:16Speaker 3: marketplace and in the public square. And that's really what
- 41:19Speaker 3: this is about, denying access to the public square to
- 41:23Speaker 3: your ideological opponents. And that is something the SPLC specialized
- 41:27Speaker 3: in over the past decade.
- 41:30Speaker 1: They wield a tremendous amount of control. I'm reminded of
- 41:32Speaker 1: an example that you gave yesterday, too, about Amazon and
- 41:34Speaker 1: its charity program. A couple years back, Amazon used to
- 41:38Speaker 1: have something called Amazon Smile, where with every purchase that
- 41:41Speaker 1: you made on their platform, you could contribute a small
- 41:43Speaker 1: amount of money to a charity of your choice. They
- 41:45Speaker 1: retired that program because of the scandal around the Southern
- 41:49Speaker 1: Poverty Law Center. What was going on there? The SPLC
- 41:53Speaker 1: was controlling who you were allowed to donate to on Amazon?
- 41:57Speaker 6: Right.
- 41:58Speaker 3: And SPLC has been very engaged in trying to influence
- 42:02Speaker 3: where corporate charity can go. And that includes donor advised
- 42:06Speaker 3: fund money. But Amazon Smile, interestingly, they relied on two
- 42:09Speaker 3: sources to make decisions about who would qualify to receive funds.
- 42:14Speaker 3: the OFAC list, which is a federally kept government list
- 42:18Speaker 3: of terrorist organizations, and the SPLC's hate list. And somehow
- 42:22Speaker 3: these two things were the two sources. And one of
- 42:25Speaker 3: these things is not like the other. One is a
- 42:27Speaker 3: government kept list of terrorist organizations. The other is a
- 42:30Speaker 3: list kept by an unaccountable, private, partisan political organization that's
- 42:36Speaker 3: simply listing off its political enemies and then handing them
- 42:39Speaker 3: over to corporations and saying, go cancel them.
- 42:41Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 42:42Speaker 1: No, that's a big deal. But meanwhile, I get the
- 42:44Speaker 1: feeling that the SPLC probably had a hand in the
- 42:46Speaker 1: government's list too, because the SPLC up until last year
- 42:52Speaker 1: had an integrated relationship with the FBI and the federal government. Now,
- 42:56Speaker 1: this FBI got rid of that. Kash Patel and Dan
- 42:58Speaker 1: Bongino got rid of that. The Justice Department got rid
- 43:01Speaker 1: of that. But that seems like another big source of
- 43:06Speaker 1: influence that they've wielded for years.
- 43:09Speaker 3: Well, all credit to Kash Patel for finally ending the
- 43:12Speaker 3: relationship between the SPLC and the Department of Justice. But
- 43:16Speaker 3: during the Biden administration, it's documented the SPLC met regularly
- 43:20Speaker 3: with high-ranking officials, not only in the DOJ, but several
- 43:23Speaker 3: other agencies within the Biden administration to share intelligence, whatever
- 43:29Speaker 3: that meant, and engage in sort of joint decision-making. And
- 43:32Speaker 3: we saw what happened. The Biden administration weaponized the tools
- 43:36Speaker 3: of the federal government against conservatives. We have example after example.
- 43:40Speaker 3: President Trump had to pardon a number of peaceful pro-life
- 43:44Speaker 3: advocates who were prosecuted under the FACE Act for simply
- 43:48Speaker 3: engaging in pro-life advocacy. It's remarkable that that happened, but
- 43:54Speaker 3: it's not surprising given the influence of far-left organizations on
- 43:59Speaker 3: the Biden administration's decision-making over the past four years prior
- 44:03Speaker 3: to Trump's election in 2025.
- 44:05Speaker 1: One more thing on this, the politics of it in
- 44:07Speaker 1: terms of the Democrat Party, Ryan, because right after the
- 44:09Speaker 1: indictments came out and then the superseding indictments, I've noticed
- 44:12Speaker 1: a lot of Democrats have been panicking and screeching and
- 44:15Speaker 1: running to the microphone and calling this some sort of,
- 44:18Speaker 1: you know, tyrannical behavior by the Trump administration to bring
- 44:21Speaker 1: these indictments. Why is it that I'm seeing so many
- 44:24Speaker 1: Democrats who are panicking about the indictment against the SPLC?
- 44:27Speaker 1: What is that about?
- 44:29Speaker 3: Well, the SPLC has been a tremendous ally of the
- 44:31Speaker 3: far left for a long time. And I think it's
- 44:34Speaker 3: just really remarkable that now that they're being exposed for
- 44:38Speaker 3: just a small piece of their behavior that people are
- 44:42Speaker 3: running for the hills. Quite frankly, the SPLC has lost
- 44:45Speaker 3: its way. It lost its way decades ago. And we're
- 44:48Speaker 3: just now beginning to see the full extent of how
- 44:51Speaker 3: badly it has gone astray. And I think when you
- 44:54Speaker 3: start shining light, light is a great disinfectant. But light
- 44:58Speaker 3: also causes sometimes those who are in the dark to
- 45:01Speaker 3: start panicking, as we know.
- 45:02Speaker 1: Yeah, and the louder they screech, the more we know
- 45:04Speaker 1: we're over the target. The Alliance Defending Freedom is such
- 45:07Speaker 1: a legendary organization now. You guys have a great operation. Ryan,
- 45:10Speaker 1: thank you so much for joining me today to tell
- 45:12Speaker 1: me all about it. And thank you for your great
- 45:13Speaker 1: testimony yesterday.
- 45:15Speaker 3: Thank you for having us on. Appreciate it.
- 45:16Speaker 1: That's Ryan Banger, Alliance Defending Freedom. Great operation. They're winning
- 45:21Speaker 1: all sorts of victories before the Supreme Court on behalf
- 45:23Speaker 1: of the rest of us. Liberty, the Constitution. It's really great.
- 45:28Speaker 1: But you get the feeling, don't you, Chad, that we're
- 45:30Speaker 1: way over the target? You know, we often talk about like,
- 45:34Speaker 1: what is this? Like so much of this seems astroturf,
- 45:36Speaker 1: the violence, the division, and then like the predicates to
- 45:40Speaker 1: try and crack down on your liberties. They just seem
- 45:44Speaker 1: so fictional and they seem like they just are a
- 45:47Speaker 1: created instrument, like astroturf, literally. And that's the SPLC. The
- 45:52Speaker 1: SPLC is one of these organizations that does that. They organize,
- 45:56Speaker 1: they unite the right rally and then use that as
- 45:58Speaker 1: a predicate. to try and destroy conservatives in the United States.
- 46:04Speaker 1: It's too much. It's too much. It created one of
- 46:07Speaker 1: the great lies about President Trump, the very fine people hoax,
- 46:11Speaker 1: all of that. The SPLC fundraising skyrockets after a rally
- 46:16Speaker 1: that they organized. Again, too much. It's too much. And boy,
- 46:22Speaker 1: it's great to see these indictments against an organization that
- 46:24Speaker 1: definitely deserves them. And so anyway, we had some amazing
- 46:29Speaker 1: moments yesterday in that hearing that includes Brandon Gill. Boy,
- 46:33Speaker 1: this guy. Producer Jim, this is his congressman, Producer Jim.
- 46:38Speaker 1: I always give Jim credit for this because I say, Jim,
- 46:41Speaker 1: I think Brandon Gill's in Congress because of your vote.
- 46:43Speaker 1: So thank you to Producer Jim for putting Brandon Gill
- 46:45Speaker 1: in Congress. Watch what happened yesterday. Brandon Gill got the
- 46:49Speaker 1: SPLC boss to say out loud that Graham Platner, the
- 46:53Speaker 1: Democrat with the Nazi tattoo, should not be in the
- 46:56Speaker 1: United States Senate. Watch this, cut seven.
- 46:59Speaker 8: Said that if it is a symbol of Nazism, we
- 47:02Speaker 8: oppose Nazis.
- 47:03Speaker 10: You don't think that that's indicative that perhaps he holds
- 47:06Speaker 10: Nazi sentiments?
- 47:08Speaker 8: It may well be.
- 47:09Speaker 4: It may well be.
- 47:09Speaker 10: I think, do people who aren't Nazis normally get Nazi
- 47:13Speaker 10: tattoos on their chest?
- 47:16Speaker 8: Again, I assume they don't.
- 47:18Speaker 4: You assume they don't? I would assume so, too.
- 47:21Speaker 10: I don't know anybody who's Not a Nazi. I don't
- 47:25Speaker 10: know anybody who has a Nazi tattoo on their chest
- 47:29Speaker 10: but is not a Nazi.
- 47:30Speaker 4: Do you?
- 47:31Speaker 8: I know.
- 47:36Speaker 10: Do you think that somebody who has a Nazi tattoo
- 47:38Speaker 10: on their chest should serve in the United States Senate?
- 47:45Speaker 8: I wouldn't vote for that person.
- 47:48Speaker 4: I certainly wouldn't either.
- 47:50Speaker 10: Do you think that this should disqualify him? politically from
- 47:54Speaker 10: serving in the Senate?
- 47:58Speaker 8: Again, I'm not sure where the line of questions is going.
- 48:01Speaker 8: The SPLC, if you're asking me, I'm sorry.
- 48:04Speaker 4: Go ahead.
- 48:04Speaker 8: If you're asking me if the SPLC opposes Nazis and
- 48:08Speaker 8: Nazi symbols, the answer is yes.
- 48:11Speaker 10: The SPLC is referred to this same tattoo as a
- 48:16Speaker 10: racist skinhead symbol and tattoo. You can see the resemblance there.
- 48:23Speaker 10: You wouldn't want somebody with a tattoo like that in
- 48:25Speaker 10: the Senate?
- 48:27Speaker 5: No.
- 48:28Speaker 8: No, I wouldn't.
- 48:29Speaker 4: I wouldn't either. I appreciate your candor there.
- 48:38Speaker 1: He got the head of the SPLC, that moron, to
- 48:44Speaker 1: say that Graham Platner shouldn't be in the Senate. That's
- 48:46Speaker 1: so funny. Oh, my goodness. That was so good. So good. Also,
- 48:52Speaker 1: Brandon Gill did ask the SPLC boss if he actually
- 48:55Speaker 1: believes that pro-lifers are white supremacists, because he does. The
- 48:58Speaker 1: Southern Poverty Law Center maintains that if you believe that
- 49:01Speaker 1: babies should be born, that makes you a white supremacist,
- 49:05Speaker 1: which is very interesting if you look especially at the
- 49:07Speaker 1: data when it comes to the abortion of black babies
- 49:11Speaker 1: in the United States.
- 49:13Speaker 4: Listen to this.
- 49:14Speaker 1: Watch.
- 49:15Speaker 4: Your organization.
- 49:18Speaker 10: Said that restricting and banning abortion is a tool that
- 49:22Speaker 10: the far right uses to maintain white supremacy.
- 49:25Speaker 4: Do you believe that pro-lifers are white supremacists?
- 49:31Speaker 8: I believe that reproductive liberty is.
- 49:35Speaker 10: No, do you believe that pro-lifers are white supremacists?
- 49:38Speaker 8: I will tell you what I believe if you're asking me.
- 49:40Speaker 8: Is it yes or no? I can't answer that question,
- 49:42Speaker 8: yes or no.
- 49:43Speaker 4: I don't think that pro-lifers are white supremacists. Do you?
- 49:48Speaker 8: What I think is that reproductive liberty is a right
- 49:51Speaker 8: that every woman should enjoy.
- 49:53Speaker 4: How many babies in the United States that are aborted
- 49:56Speaker 4: are black?
- 49:57Speaker 1: Forty percent.
- 50:00Speaker 4: About 40 percent of abortions nationwide are.
- 50:04Speaker 10: Of black babies, blacks represent about 13% of the population.
- 50:07Speaker 4: Does that sound like something a white supremacist would oppose?
- 50:15Speaker 8: What I would say again is that SPLC supports reproductive liberty.
- 50:19Speaker 10: Calling somebody a white supremacist is a pretty serious charge,
- 50:21Speaker 10: isn't it? I mean, I would think you would be
- 50:24Speaker 10: able to defend that if your organization says that. You
- 50:27Speaker 10: clearly seem unable to.
- 50:30Speaker 8: That's right.
- 50:30Speaker 4: Mr.
- 50:30Speaker 8: Gill, I'm not sure why you would think I'm able
- 50:33Speaker 8: to do anything.
- 50:34Speaker 10: Because you're the president of the SPLC, which labels pro-lifers
- 50:38Speaker 10: as racists.
- 50:39Speaker 3: Well.
- 50:41Speaker 10: Does your organization just hurl around epithets like that without
- 50:43Speaker 10: any justification?
- 50:44Speaker 4: Mr. Gill, what we do is we— I'm giving you
- 50:46Speaker 4: the opportunity to justify— You're not giving me the opportunity.
- 50:48Speaker 5: Mr.
- 50:49Speaker 1: Chairman, what's he referring to, and can he let the
- 50:51Speaker 1: witness answer the question? This is outrageous.
- 50:53Speaker 6: No, it's not.
- 50:53Speaker 1: Allow him to speak.
- 50:54Speaker 4: I know you don't like my question.
- 50:55Speaker 1: What are you referring to?
- 50:57Speaker 4: I know you don't like my question.
- 50:58Speaker 1: What are you referring to, Mr.
- 50:59Speaker 5: Gill?
- 50:59Speaker 6: Time belongs to the gentleman from Texas.
- 51:01Speaker 1: Jamie Raskin has to dive in. I'm going to tag
- 51:04Speaker 1: him out. I'm going to tag him out. Raskin thinks
- 51:06Speaker 1: he can save him. He can't save him. He's already dead, Jamie.
- 51:09Speaker 1: He's already dead. It's unbelievable. It's so amazing. Brandon Gill, boy,
- 51:14Speaker 1: he's so good. He's totally, I think he's like the
- 51:18Speaker 1: Norm MacDonald of the house. He's just like a very
- 51:22Speaker 1: flat presentation, but it is so killer. It's so good.
- 51:27Speaker 1: He's so good. And he's right about the numbers. 40%
- 51:30Speaker 1: of all abortions in the United States each year, black Americans,
- 51:34Speaker 1: black babies are being killed by massive numbers. 40% of
- 51:38Speaker 1: all abortions. Now on average, each year in the United States,
- 51:41Speaker 1: it's about a million abortions a year, million babies a year,
- 51:45Speaker 1: lives extinguished in the womb. And that means that around 400,000
- 51:49Speaker 1: of those babies are black, black babies. being killed each
- 51:53Speaker 1: year as the left pushes that. It's long been a
- 51:56Speaker 1: project of the left to abort the black community. Margaret
- 51:59Speaker 1: Sanger's very founding intention was to do that. She's a
- 52:03Speaker 1: eugenicist who founded Planned Parenthood. So 40%, 400,000 black babies,
- 52:08Speaker 1: that amounts to, just to be clear, 42% of all
- 52:13Speaker 1: black pregnancy ends in abortion each year, 42%. It's a genocide.
- 52:21Speaker 1: It's a horrific genocide of black babies going on in
- 52:24Speaker 1: the country every year. And the SPLC has the balls
- 52:30Speaker 1: to call that, to call wanting black babies to survive
- 52:34Speaker 1: the womb white supremacy. You see, once again, as we
- 52:37Speaker 1: were just talking about with our last guest, total projection
- 52:40Speaker 1: on their part. Like, what, are you serious right now?
- 52:43Speaker 1: It's white supremacy to want the black babies to be born?
- 52:46Speaker 1: Words have no meaning if that's what you believe. And
- 52:51Speaker 1: they don't believe it. They just throw it around to
- 52:53Speaker 1: use it as a form of moral blackmail to support
- 52:56Speaker 1: the regime, to support the Democrat operation, which includes aborting
- 53:00Speaker 1: so many black children. Now, seated alongside the SPLC guy
- 53:06Speaker 1: was a wonderful woman by the name of Dr. Alveda King.
- 53:10Speaker 1: She's the niece of Martin Luther King Jr. And she
- 53:15Speaker 1: said yesterday, you want to talk about white supremacy? We
- 53:17Speaker 1: can talk about it. Watch this. Cut nine.
- 53:21Speaker 4: Are pro-lifers white supremacists?
- 53:24Speaker 11: Pro-lifers cannot be white supremacists. Pro-lifers believe in life from
- 53:30Speaker 11: the womb to the tomb and beyond. Pro-lifers fight for
- 53:34Speaker 11: every baby in the womb regardless of skin color. We
- 53:38Speaker 11: have been aborted as blacks in America disproportionately. And so
- 53:44Speaker 11: the white supremacists are Planned Parenthood who admitted that they
- 53:49Speaker 11: do have racist underpinning with an agenda to reduce the
- 53:54Speaker 11: black population by abortion.
- 53:56Speaker 4: That's right.
- 54:00Speaker 1: They're reducing the black population by abortion. And then demanding
- 54:06Speaker 1: that black Americans who survived the womb vote for Democrats. Amazing.
- 54:12Speaker 1: Just amazing. And it's really heart-wrenching to hear those numbers always,
- 54:16Speaker 1: to even think about them. Really, really, really crazy. But
- 54:21Speaker 1: good for Dr. Alveda King. Alveda King was wonderful yesterday.
- 54:25Speaker 1: You know, it's interesting. Jasmine Crockett, who is a racist,
- 54:29Speaker 1: she's a bad person and she's leaving Congress. Luckily, Texas
- 54:32Speaker 1: is getting rid of her. But she's not going out
- 54:35Speaker 1: without continuing her own low IQ rantings. Here is Jasmine
- 54:39Speaker 1: Crockett yesterday trashing Alveda King, a decent woman, a very,
- 54:43Speaker 1: very classy woman. Jasmine Crockett, not classy, attacking Alveda King.
- 54:48Speaker 1: Watch this.
- 54:50Speaker 12: I hate that we have spent this much time on
- 54:54Speaker 12: SPLC and we've not addressed the elephant in the room,
- 54:57Speaker 12: the literal elephant in the room. The vast majority of
- 55:01Speaker 12: the people on that side of the aisle, and for
- 55:04Speaker 12: those of you that are at home, let me tell you,
- 55:07Speaker 12: when I say that side of the aisle, I'm talking
- 55:09Speaker 12: about the Republicans, the ones that brought this hearing.
- 55:11Speaker 13: And again, you've heard that this is not the first hearing,
- 55:14Speaker 13: but the vast majority of them are white men, white men.
- 55:18Speaker 13: are lecturing people of color because the vast majority, actually,
- 55:22Speaker 13: any semblance of diversity comes from this side.
- 55:25Speaker 3: Of the aisle.
- 55:25Speaker 1: White men are not allowed to have opinions.
- 55:27Speaker 13: You want to tell people of color who is fighting
- 55:30Speaker 13: for who? People of color do not feel comfortable or
- 55:34Speaker 13: welcomed within your party, that's why you have to parade
- 55:36Speaker 13: someone who has the name Dr. King attached to them
- 55:40Speaker 13: so that people can be confused because I have been
- 55:42Speaker 13: reading the comments online and people are like, who is
- 55:45Speaker 13: this Dr.
- 55:46Speaker 7: King?
- 55:46Speaker 12: Because you want them to believe that somehow she espouses
- 55:51Speaker 12: who Dr. King was, yet you've yet to have MLK
- 55:54Speaker 12: III come in here. You've yet to have Dr. Bernice King,
- 55:58Speaker 12: the ones that were actually raised by Dr. King, the
- 56:01Speaker 12: ones that actually probably understand the teachings of Dr.
- 56:04Speaker 9: King.
- 56:04Speaker 13: And I just want to be clear because I want
- 56:06Speaker 13: to talk to you all about.
- 56:07Speaker 1: What the Dr.
- 56:08Speaker 12: King had to say about racism so that y'all don't
- 56:11Speaker 12: get it twisted and don't get it confused just because
- 56:14Speaker 12: you see the name sitting in this room. Our nation
- 56:17Speaker 12: was born in genocide when it embraced the doctrine that
- 56:20Speaker 12: the original American, the Indian, was an inferior race.
- 56:25Speaker 13: That was from his 1963 book.
- 56:28Speaker 4: There was a monologue earlier in which you wanted to respond.
- 56:31Speaker 1: I think you were kind of ready to.
- 56:32Speaker 4: Do that, but we're not giving that opportunity.
- 56:34Speaker 1: Listen to Alveda King now.
- 56:35Speaker 4: Would you like to briefly respond to that?
- 56:36Speaker 11: Very briefly. Congresswoman, I am a bit emotional. I'm going
- 56:42Speaker 11: to watch what I say. But it seems as though
- 56:46Speaker 11: you have suggested that I am a bastard to the
- 56:50Speaker 11: King family legacy. I am legitimately the daughter of Reverend
- 56:57Speaker 11: Alfred Daniel Williams King and Dr. Naomi Ruth Barber King.
- 57:02Speaker 11: We are a family who loves God, and I love you.
- 57:07Speaker 8: God bless you.
- 57:15Speaker 1: Whoa, Alveda, I gotta say, Alveda King is a lot
- 57:19Speaker 1: classier than I would be under that circumstance. A lot classier.
- 57:23Speaker 1: That's a classy woman. She says, I love you. That's it.
- 57:28Speaker 1: And she moves on. Now, you should know that as
- 57:35Speaker 1: Alveda King was being classy towards Jasmine Krakow, you know
- 57:38Speaker 1: what Jasmine Krakow was doing? She left the room in
- 57:41Speaker 1: the middle of Alveda King's remarks. She stood up And
- 57:45Speaker 1: she walked her racist ass out of the room. And
- 57:50Speaker 1: Alveda King was still being classy to her, even though
- 57:52Speaker 1: Jasmine Crockett straight up turned her back on the woman.
- 57:56Speaker 1: She turned her back on her elder, who was just
- 57:59Speaker 1: treating her really respectfully. It really goes to show you
- 58:03Speaker 1: who we're dealing with. The quality of the people is
- 58:06Speaker 1: completely on display in that exchange. Thank you to Alveda
- 58:10Speaker 1: King for just being great and for her excellent testimony yesterday.
- 58:13Speaker 1: That was an amazing... An amazing hearing. And I really
- 58:17Speaker 1: appreciate it. And I can't wait to see what this
- 58:19Speaker 1: trial process brings for the Southern Poverty Law Center. Boy,
- 58:23Speaker 1: do they deserve the consequences for their actions.
- 58:25Speaker 4: Big time.
- 58:26Speaker 1: I've got a lot more to get to. So we're

- 59:48Speaker 2: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 59:51Speaker 2: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue. That is it.
