West Seneca just got a major retail upgrade as the Planning Board approved a massive development at the old Seneca Mall site — featuring a new Costco, 16 other stores, local shops, a gas station, and eateries. Led by Benchmark Group, this 187,000-square-foot project will also overhaul surrounding infrastructure: new traffic lights, widened roads, turning lanes, and sidewalks — all paid for by the developer.
