Husker football game week has arrived---and the lead story is about a player of their future, Trae Taylor, who ran 24 times in a win over Millard North

Early Break – 93.7 The Ticket KNTK · Aug 31, 2026 · 42m

-Sip was in attendance for Trae Taylor’s first appearance in high school football in Nebraska, a massive crowd that saw a late comeback

by Millard South to beat Millard North, 35-34. Taylor’s stats: 16/31, 344 yards, 3 TDs….but he ran the ball 24 times for 94 yards

-There seems to be some sort of communication difference in terms of if Nebraska coaches were upset about Taylor running it 24

times…regardless, that’s a lot of carries for any QB and especially in the first game of the season…so was there a convo with coaches?
