• 0:14

• 1:15
Speaker 3: I was trying to send multiple messages in telegram and I had to go about three times to get it through, get it across.

• 1:38
Speaker 1: Hello, thank you so much for having me.
• 1:40
Speaker 3: I'm so excited to finally sit down and do this episode with you.
• 1:43
Speaker 3: So, for context, brie has just finished the Academy with me.
• 1:48
Speaker 3: We spent the last four months together, growing her business, growing her life.
• 1:52
Speaker 3: She has seen a lot of change, both within your business You've literally started a whole new business.
• 1:58
Speaker 3: You've moved to a new apartment, you manifested the apartment.
• 2:02
Speaker 3: So I'm really excited to highlight her story on the show today and we are just scraping it in because I want to get this up while the Academy is currently open.
• 2:11
Speaker 3: So we'll be filming today and this will be up tomorrow.
• 2:13
Speaker 3: But, brie, I'm going to hand it over to you for a little bit of an intro, like who you are, where you're from, a little bit about Brie, so they know who you are.
• 2:24
  Speaker 1: Perfect.
• 2:25
Speaker 1: So my name's Brie.
• 2:26
Speaker 1: I am almost 23 years old.
• 2:29
Speaker 1: I have just recently moved to Gold Coast, queensland, australia, which is like my ideal home, like this is where I feel like I'll see myself living for probably the rest of my life.
• 2:39
Speaker 1: But I'm actually from a small country town in New South Wales called Inverell Don't know if any of your listeners would have heard of that, because it's like not heard of, basically and I actually moved to Queensland two years ago, almost to the date, which is crazy for my career at the time, which is also crazy because I literally have nothing to do with that career and I was in real estate for four years and, long story short, the corporate job was just not for me.
• 3:08
Speaker 1: I just did not see myself sitting at a desk working for someone else, living by like a diary note, like I just was like no, thank you.
• 3:15
Speaker 1: And yeah, I've just moved to the Gold Coast.
• 3:19
Speaker 1: I am a barista, I'm a support worker and I also have a network marketing business through the company Arbonne and I'm about to launch my own brand, which is what Jess has been helping me on for probably the last two months, and it's all come about and it's like it's literally coming like it's.
• 3:36
Speaker 1: It's very, very close and I feel like that's me yeah.
• 3:44
Speaker 3: I didn't know you were from a small country town.
• 3:46
Speaker 3: Well, there you go.
• 3:46
Speaker 3: I'm learning new things about you as well.
• 3:48
Speaker 1: Yes, very small country town.
• 3:50
Speaker 1: I literally lived there my whole life and then packed up and moved within four weeks.
• 3:53
Speaker 1: It was pretty wild, I love that I'm a bit of a spare of the moment person where I literally just pack it up and I'm off, off, she goes, off, she goes goes um okay, and then you moved to Brisbane and now you're on the Gold Coast yes, I moved to Brisbane.
• 4:05
Speaker 1: I was there for not even two years.
• 4:07
Speaker 1: It was like what I don't even know, but yeah, not quite two years.
• 4:10
Speaker 1: And then I basically knew as soon as I moved to Brisbane that I wanted to move to the Gold Coast.
• 4:14
Speaker 1: But it wasn't that easy to do another big move.
• 4:16
Speaker 1: So, um, it was kind of work in the process, progress or whatever, and then it just kind of happened again overnight.
• 4:24
Speaker 3: Yeah, I love it.
• 4:24
Speaker 3: Well, yeah, the Gold Coast is just beautiful.
• 4:26
Speaker 3: The lifestyle, everything about this place is irresistible.
• 4:30
Speaker 1: So and I'm literally sitting on this podcast, looking out the window at the beach, which is like a pinch me moment, like I still wake up every day and I'm like, holy shit, like this is where I literally live, like I literally manifested it to the T, like you said at the start.
• 4:44
Speaker 3: So yeah, it such a dreamy apartment, like even just what I can see there.
• 4:50
Speaker 3: It looks like it's a beautiful, even inside.
• 4:52
Speaker 3: Yes, um well, yeah, we'll obviously unpack that a little bit, because I know that was a manifestation that happened inside the Academy, which was very exciting, and it required you to do something that a lot of people struggle with, and that was choosing your narrative and trusting that it would work out, even if it wasn't looking like it was going to before the eyes.
• 5:12
Speaker 3: I remember having conversations with you where you're like it's falling to shit and it's not happening.
• 5:16
  Speaker 3: Nothing's working right.
• 5:18
Speaker 3: Redirect, redirect, yeah, 100%, I love it.
• 5:22
Speaker 3: Um well, I wanted to talk about your experience inside the Academy, but mostly just the results that you've experienced inside, because, as you know, the enrollment is currently open and I could sit here all day and talk about the Academy, but the best way to showcase what it can do is bringing real women onto the show and talking about your actual, real results.
• 5:41
Speaker 3: So, before we get there, I'd love for you to take us back to where you were at before the Academy what was happening in your life and business and, ultimately, why you decided to jump in.
• 5:52
  Speaker 1: Yep.
• 5:52
Speaker 1: So, as I briefly mentioned, I have been doing network marketing for almost two years It'll be two years in November and I was working really, really hard and I actually started my network marketing business when I was in real estate, which was my career.
• 6:07
Speaker 1: That I did for four years and I started it started as like a side hustle for extra income because I was like you know what, like I said before my career, nine to five is just not for me.
• 6:16
Speaker 1: So I started doing network marketing for a little bit of extra income on the side.
• 6:20
Speaker 1: And then I was kind of like I want to be my own boss, but I didn't know how that looked.
• 6:26
Speaker 1: I literally did not know the first thing about it.
• 6:33
Speaker 1: And then I was doing my business.
• 6:34
Speaker 1: I had been with previous coaches and you know it was hit and miss.
• 6:36
  Speaker 1: Basically I wasn't.
• 6:36
Speaker 1: I wasn't actually absorbing or adapt, like like doing the work, if that makes sense, like I was taking it in, but I wasn't actioning.
• 6:42
Speaker 1: It was the word.
• 6:43
Speaker 1: And so before the Academy I was struggling in my business.
• 6:47
Speaker 1: I was just maintaining my, like district manager title.
• 6:50
Speaker 1: I felt like I was doing so much, like I was working, working, working Like I was.
• 6:55
Speaker 1: I cut back um my real estate last year to go into hospitality, to build my business, um, and it was just hard.
• 7:02
Speaker 1: Everything felt really, really hard the financial like I was struggling financially, like there was just so much disconnect with me and my life and I knew I was living on autopilot, basically Like I was getting up doing the same thing every day.
• 7:14
Speaker 1: I also was really bad with boundaries.
• 7:16
Speaker 1: Like I was a people pleaser.
• 7:17
Speaker 1: It was a really big thing, especially like family and friends, which I feel like a lot of people will relate to.
• 7:22
Speaker 1: Like it's quite hard to set in boundaries when you haven't had those boundaries set for your whole life and then all of a sudden, people are like, oh, my goodness, what is happening to you?
• 7:30
Speaker 1: So even learning how to explain to people why I was doing what I was doing and why I had a coach and stuff, so I was basically just living on autopilot.
• 7:40
  Speaker 1: I wanted more.
• 7:40
Speaker 1: I wanted to be able to control my thoughts and feelings as well because, as everyone knows, anxiety is a big thing and just regulating my nervous system and being able to just like relax basically, and like literally learn how to meditate, like I had to strip it right back to the basics when I came into the academy because I was all over the shop, like I wasn't sick, like I wasn't like going well in business, my like my health, everything was just not thriving.
• 8:05
Speaker 1: And I've been following Jess for years.
• 8:07
Speaker 1: We kind of met through the Arvon world, which just happens with everyone, I feel, and I really resonated with Jess's story in regards to how she is the person she is today and she really inspires me and I was like you know what?
• 8:19
Speaker 1: This is the coach.
• 8:20
Speaker 1: I've seen the academy.
• 8:21
Speaker 1: I was sitting on the sideline for like I literally seen it last year, like the intakes last year, and I didn't do it, you know what I mean like I was in this business.
• 8:28
Speaker 1: I was still feeling the same this time, like the time last year, and I just didn't do it.
• 8:31
Speaker 1: And it got to the point when I was like, no, we are doing it.
• 8:35
Speaker 1: And then that's basically how I got into the academy, um, and it's completely changed my life, like literally changed my life forever well, I love that you took the leap, even though business wasn't going great.
• 8:46
Speaker 3: Financial situation felt heavy and overwhelming.
• 8:49
Speaker 3: You probably had so many obstacles and things telling you now's not the right time to do the academy, you need to be spending your money on other things, blah, blah, blah.
• 8:58
Speaker 3: But you jumped in anyway.
• 9:01
Speaker 3: You jumped in in spite of fear, in spite of discomfort, and I love to just highlight that, because it's very common for people to be looking at the academy and feeling that fear, wondering if it's going to work.
• 9:11
Speaker 3: It's a lot of money, can I do this?
• 9:13
Speaker 3: But, as you mentioned, you were looking at the academy last year and you didn't jump in and not much changed because of that.
• 9:19
Speaker 3: I didn't, and so much has changed in four months, months.
• 9:23
Speaker 3: And that's what the academy is designed to do.
• 9:25
Speaker 3: Right, it's not designed to take money off you and not give it back.
• 9:29
Speaker 3: Waste four months of your life just reading a book.
• 9:32
Speaker 3: It's designed to literally get you to where you want to be.
• 9:35
Speaker 3: Um, and with that being said, like talk us about, talk, talk to us about some of the results and the experiences you had inside the academy.
• 9:43
Speaker 3: Um, and feel free to talk yourself up here this is your time, it is my time.
• 9:48
Speaker 1: I just want to touch on, like just said briefly, I had every reason not to start the academy, like, literally, when I I'm a pros and cons list kind of person, like I like to write the pros and the cons to things just to see both sides and I had every reason not to join.
• 10:01
Speaker 1: But now that that I look back, it was every reason to join.
• 10:05
Speaker 1: So if this is you listening honestly, if you're sitting there like just know that you're in the best hands possible and it absolutely is worth every single dollar.
• 10:14
Speaker 1: Like I say to my partner to this day, I would pay it over and over and over again to experience what I experienced in the last four months, like it has been life-changing In regards to results.
• 10:33
Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, where do I even start?
• 10:34
Speaker 1: So, as I mentioned, I'd moved to the Gold Coast.
• 10:35
Speaker 1: So when I started the Academy, it was just kind of an idea in my head.
• 10:37
Speaker 1: I knew I wanted to do it this year.
• 10:38
Speaker 1: It was on my vision board, but I didn't have the guts to do it.
• 10:42
  Speaker 1: I doubted myself.
• 10:43
Speaker 1: I was, like you know, can't do this.
• 10:45
Speaker 1: And then during the academy, I just had so much support and obviously I learned how to manifest and, yeah, I future script every day still, and I literally remember writing down how I wanted the apartment to look, where I wanted it to be, the view, how many bedrooms, the color of the.
• 11:03
Speaker 1: I did everything down to the T and I'm sitting on the lounge in that apartment right now.
• 11:08
Speaker 1: Um, and I've lived here for two months.
• 11:10
Speaker 1: So that just goes to show that I was only two months into the Academy when I moved here.
• 11:14
Speaker 1: Um, um, so that was one of the biggest things.
• 11:17
Speaker 1: It's just like a massive move to my dream location, my dream apartment, just absolutely everything I could have dreamed of.
• 11:24
Speaker 1: And then the second thing is my business that I'm about to launch.
• 11:29
Speaker 1: So I have been in a bit of a rut still with my album business.
• 11:33
Speaker 1: I had my biggest month in my album business in the first month of the Academy.
• 11:36
Speaker 1: I will put that out there because the vibrations were shy.
• 11:39
Speaker 1: I was new in the Academy.
• 11:40
Speaker 1: It was a really good month in business and Jess and I have spoken it felt stale.
• 11:44
Speaker 1: I just it just felt like maybe not fully the end of an era, but it definitely wasn't the thing that was going to get me from here to like from where I am to where I want to be.
• 11:54
Speaker 1: And I had a business idea in the back of my mind for months, years even, and I didn't tell anyone.
• 12:02
Speaker 1: I wasn't confident enough, I doubted myself, I thought you could never do that.
• 12:05
Speaker 1: And it wasn't until a couple of months ago, when I first moved to the Gold Coast.
• 12:09
Speaker 1: I told Jess about my idea and if you're listening to this you will know that, like I haven't fully announced it, but I can't wait to announce it, I'm going to share it now.
• 12:17
Speaker 1: But it's going to be a women's mindset coaching business.
• 12:20
Speaker 1: So basically, in Jess's kind of world um, which I'm so excited, and she's truly inspired me because she was like a lawyer, an album consultant.
• 12:30
Speaker 1: She thought she couldn't do it and look at her, she's done it.
• 12:33
Speaker 1: So that's one of the big things.
• 12:35
Speaker 1: It was two months into the academy and I was sitting there and business still wasn't great, but I was.
• 12:40
Speaker 1: I felt like I had the control.
• 12:42
Speaker 1: That was the thing.
• 12:43
Speaker 1: I was like you know what, I don't have to do this if it's not working like, don't keep forcing something that's no longer serving you.
• 12:50
Speaker 1: And I literally had a call and I remember it was on an academy live call with Jess and one other beautiful lady that was inside of the Academy, and so we had quite a lot of one-on-one time with Jess and I shared this idea and Jess was literally like what are you doing?
• 13:05
Speaker 1: Like you need to do this and bring this to life.
• 13:08
Speaker 1: And I had so many hesitations and doubts and over the last couple of months we've just worked through them together.
• 13:16
Speaker 1: And, don't get me wrong, I still have thoughts, but I know how to control them.
• 13:19
Speaker 1: And this is the thing that I love about the academy is, you know, I personally don't think you're going to come out four months and know every single thing under the sun, because it's a work in pro, like a work in process, but I literally can control.
• 13:31
Speaker 1: Like a limiting belief or a doubt, like as soon as it pops up, I quite literally know how to stop it, switch the narrative and go the complete opposite direction.
• 13:39
Speaker 1: And it's actually crazy what you learn inside the academy with the brain, and even for me coming into becoming a coach, I have learned so much and off my personal experience through the academy that I cannot wait to share with people because it just goes to show that your life can literally like switch If you let it switch.
• 13:59
Speaker 1: That's my thing, like like if you resent and you push off, it's not going to happen.
• 14:03
Speaker 1: Like you've got to actually let it happen and come to life.
• 14:06
Speaker 1: So that's another thing.
• 14:09
Speaker 1: That's probably my favorite thing out of the Academy is I've actually got pushed like, encouraged, to go after my dreams and do what I want to do, and I'm like this close, like I have my brand shoot on Thursday, um, and then my website will be up and running and it'll literally be live, which I still can't believe.
• 14:26
Speaker 1: I just said that.
• 14:27
Speaker 3: So exciting and I'm so happy that the show is like one of the first platforms you're announcing it on.
• 14:32
Speaker 1: I know, and I said I was like to Ash before I was like I am going to announce this on Jess's podcast because, like, where's the better place?
• 14:39
Speaker 1: Yeah, and we were saying at the start of this.
• 14:44
Speaker 3: Once her website is live and everything's all good to go, I'll update the show notes below.
• 14:49
Speaker 3: So if you're listening to this this week, I'm going to link her Bree's Instagram, but eventually her website and everything will be in the show notes below.
• 14:57
Speaker 3: So, depending on when you're listening to this, go to the show notes and see what's there and you'll be able to find her one way or another.
• 15:03
Speaker 3: But no, I'm so excited for this business.
• 15:06
Speaker 3: You are made for this, and what I love about this business is it's come because you worked on yourself and now you're in a position to help other women.
• 15:14
Speaker 3: That is what I love about this work.
• 15:16
Speaker 3: It never stops with just you.
• 15:18
Speaker 3: There is a ripple effect with every single person that comes into your world because you did this work and because you chose to be a different woman.
• 15:27
Speaker 3: I'm sure your partner has noticed it.
• 15:29
Speaker 3: I'm sure your family, your friends and now the entire world gets to benefit from you, because you started and you were courageous enough to step outside your comfort zone and do the inner work that well, yes, is quite uncomfortable sometimes.
• 15:42
Speaker 3: You did it anyway and, yeah, now you'd get to be this inspiration for other women and it's just this ripple effect that starts and just goes on forever.
• 15:52
Speaker 3: But I was just going to say I remember our conversation when you came on and you were like Jess, I'm just not feeling my Arbonne business at the moment.
• 15:58
  Speaker 3: I don't know why I'm feeling stuck.
• 16:00
Speaker 3: I was like I and this is why I'm a good coach, cause I was in your brain already.
• 16:04
Speaker 3: I'm like I know you have something else going on and you just don't want to admit it yet.
• 16:08
Speaker 3: And so I was like are you really, are you really just in a funk with Arbonne, or is it that you want to do something different?
• 16:14
Speaker 3: Go away, journal on that and come back to me.
• 16:17
Speaker 3: I don't reckon you journaled at all.
• 16:19
Speaker 3: You just immediately come back and was like, yeah, no, I do have another idea.
• 16:22
Speaker 3: And I'm like, well, let me hear it.
• 16:23
Speaker 3: But I knew that's where you were going with that and that's a cool thing.
• 16:27
Speaker 3: You know, when you work with a coach, they expand you, they push you to those limits that sometimes we don't go to when we're just hanging out on our own because it's uncomfortable.
• 16:35
Speaker 3: So I always get told I'm a very authentic coach because I will literally call you out and say I know you're not in a funk.
• 16:43
  Speaker 3: You're not unmotivated.
• 16:44
Speaker 3: You just have something else on your heart that you're ignoring, and we're going to bring it to life.
• 16:48
Speaker 1: Yeah, that's literally it.
• 16:50
Speaker 1: Like that is spot on the money, like I couldn't have said that any better.
• 16:53
Speaker 1: And like you said, like you sit there with yourself and you like you give every reason not to do it.
• 16:58
Speaker 1: Like I was actually, like no, you don't know enough.
• 17:01
Speaker 1: And then you'll literally like Brie, no one knows everything.
• 17:05
Speaker 1: Like that's why you've got to start.
• 17:08
Speaker 1: Like you don't like you know, what I mean.
• 17:09
Speaker 1: Like I was just like a mind, like it was just a second, like a split second, like okay, actually I need to do this.
• 17:14
Speaker 1: Um, and also with my album business, like this is a motivation, like I said to Jess, I feel like it's all for nothing, like it's feel like it's for nothing.
• 17:22
Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
• 17:22
Speaker 1: Like I've been working and just like no, no, no, and I feel like it's not, because in my album business I really love mentoring people.
• 17:29
Speaker 1: It's quite a mentoring business and that's originally, I think, where the idea kind of sparked of this business is because I'm like I'm mentoring people all the time, every single day.
• 17:37
Speaker 1: I'm voice messaging, I'm jumping on Zooms for a weekly team call and I'm teaching people how to work on their mindset and how to X, y and Z, you know, do all these things.
• 17:45
Speaker 1: And I was like I am actually made for this.
• 17:47
Speaker 1: Like it just it was kind of like literally like a light bulb moment and I was like what are you doing?
• 17:52
Speaker 1: Like you are made to help people.
• 17:54
Speaker 1: And I always say to my partner I was put on this earth to help and inspire people.
• 17:59
Speaker 1: Like yeah, we'll stop.
• 18:01
Speaker 1: Basically, like I just know that that's what it's for.
• 18:04
Speaker 3: Yeah, a hundred percent.
• 18:05
Speaker 3: And you, yeah, you've recognized that.
• 18:08
Speaker 3: And so many people have not necessarily coaching, but they have that thing they're here to do on this in on this earth, but they're not listening to it or they're too afraid to take the leap.
• 18:20
Speaker 3: But the moment you do, it becomes so easy and it is created so easily because you were put on this earth to do it exactly, I have no doubt that your business will launch and you will have momentum from the get-go and it will just take off, because that's what you're here to do and you listen to that and you trusted that and you let that guide you to what was next for you.
• 18:41
Speaker 1: And I love what you're saying.
• 18:42
Speaker 3: Yeah, and I love what you're saying too.
• 18:44
Speaker 3: Like your Arbonne business was all for this, it got you to this place.
• 18:48
Speaker 3: I was the exact same when I was in Arbonne.
• 18:53
Speaker 3: I was so gravitated towards mentoring and coaching and talking about manifestation and the mindset that was all practice for this business.
• 18:58
Speaker 3: Like you needed to do Arbonne in order to now be able to do this business.
• 19:03
Speaker 1: Yeah, Even confidence and stuff like Arbonne's taught me so much from confidence that it just goes to show like it literally like everything that you've done is leading up to something bigger.
• 19:12
Speaker 3: I believe yeah, and so many clients in my world now come because I did Arbonne, or family because of Arbonne.
• 19:18
Speaker 3: So it all leads you there, and I guess this is also for those people out there who may be where Brie was and feeling this itch to try something different or go down a different path, but you're being held back because you're feeling like you work so hard to get to this point and you don't want to look like a failure.
• 19:35
  Speaker 3: It's never a failure.
• 19:36
Speaker 1: It's never needed to go through that in order to get to this next phase yeah, I truly believe everything happens in divine timing and the academy is literally proof, like it's all.
• 19:45
Speaker 1: Everything has big has happened during that and I feel like it's because I was supported, like just having someone like you said to literally tell you to like you're not scared or whatever.
• 19:56
Speaker 1: You just like you know what I mean.
• 19:57
Speaker 1: Like just having someone to hold you accountable and be like there's no more excuses, like you're going to do this because you want to do it, I don't care what your mind is saying, you know that you're worthy, so do it, kind of thing.
• 20:06
  Speaker 1: Like that's literally.
• 20:07
Speaker 1: All I needed was that push and Jess was literally there every step of the way, always voice messaging.
• 20:14
  Speaker 1: That's one thing.
• 20:15
Speaker 1: Jess loves chat, as you know.
• 20:16
Speaker 1: If you listen, to my podcast which I love, though, because you need, like I feel like you need that coach that is literally going to reply to every point that you say, and in depth, like I could send one voice message and she'll send one back and I'll be good for a week, kind of thing.
• 20:30
Speaker 1: She bothers so much.
• 20:33
Speaker 3: But you also were a really good student of the academy and I'll just say that as well.
• 20:36
Speaker 3: Like, the academy is only as good as what you make it and it gets.
• 20:41
Speaker 3: It goes for anything in life.
• 20:42
Speaker 3: Like, you've got to put the work in and that's what you did, brie, from the get go you were all in with the academy.
• 20:46
Speaker 3: You made it work.
• 20:48
Speaker 3: Even on the days where you had an early shift at work, you were still on the call or you were moving, you were still doing your homework, which is cool, because how much you get out of the academy is in your control.
• 21:00
Speaker 3: If you want to make the next four months the most insane, magical four months of your life, that is all on you and you can absolutely make that happen.
• 21:07
Speaker 1: And just like you did Bray, you went all in and you were like I refuse to get to the end of these four months not being where I want to be and you ticked off every single one of your boxes 100%, and that's the thing.
• 21:20
Speaker 1: Like you said, like you make what you want of everything and I, like I made the investment when you guys I just mentioned before I didn't have the money to make the investment, but you choose what's important to you and I chose myself.
• 21:30
  Speaker 1: That's the thing.
• 21:31
Speaker 1: You're not even choosing the academy like do you know what I mean?
• 21:34
Speaker 1: Like you're choosing Jess as a coach in the academy to guide you, but you're choosing yourself.
• 21:37
Speaker 1: The moment you literally press pay now or sign up or whatever it says.
• 21:41
Speaker 1: It is literally you investing into yourself.
• 21:43
Speaker 1: And it's like fitness if you have a PT or you know.
• 21:47
Speaker 1: Like it's the exact same thing.
• 21:48
Speaker 1: Your mind, like you're with your mind every single second of every single day.
• 21:51
Speaker 1: Like that's how I perceive it.
• 21:53
Speaker 1: And if your mind isn't happy, like you will feel it on the outside.
• 21:57
Speaker 1: Like everything is energy, and Jess says that to me and I, 110%, down to my core, believe that everything is energy.
• 22:04
Speaker 1: So if you have the like, if you want to go all in, you have to go all in.
• 22:09
Speaker 1: It's only up to you.
• 22:09
Speaker 1: You have to go all in like it's only up to you like Jess can only help you.
• 22:13
Speaker 3: You've got to want to do the work.
• 22:14
  Speaker 3: That was mine.
• 22:15
Speaker 3: Yeah, the combination of those two, oh look out.
• 22:17
Speaker 3: Yeah, literally, you are set for life um, speaking of all of that, share one thing that you loved about the like what your favorite thing in the academy, or something you learned that really blew your mind, that you will take with you until the end of time, and I've totally put you on the spot, so feel free to let me have a thing.
• 22:35
Speaker 1: I think I feel like I was actually kind of prepared for this question.
• 22:39
  Speaker 1: I'm like I know what you're like.
• 22:41
Speaker 1: I think, um, like I said before, energy, like everything is energy.
• 22:46
Speaker 1: That was one thing that when I was learning it, I was like holy shit, like what the fuck?
• 22:50
Speaker 1: Like I was it.
• 22:51
Speaker 1: I was like holy shit, like what the fuck?
• 22:52
Speaker 1: Like I was literally shocked.
• 22:53
Speaker 1: I was like and like everything is energy.
• 22:55
Speaker 1: And I even could tell when I was waking up every single day and acting as if like some days I'm like I do not live in this Like.
• 23:03
Speaker 1: I like this is when I was in Brisbane.
• 23:05
Speaker 1: I don't live in this beautiful fancy, you know, I don't have this six figurefigure business, but when you act as if and you just pretend like that's actually you just got to fake it till you make it Like I felt the energy switch and I could tell the days that I was stepping into that future me to the days that I was sitting and feeling sorry for myself and my current me and I was like holy shit.
• 23:24
Speaker 1: So there's a whole thing on energy in the academy, like and I was.
• 23:30
Speaker 1: I went back to it in the academy, like and I was I bit like, went back to it I'm not even kidding like 30,000 times, since we've done it, because it just blows my mind that everything is energy.
• 23:36
Speaker 1: Like, if you're stressing about money, you're stressing, you know what I mean, you're gonna get a bill.
• 23:40
Speaker 1: And I literally kept stitching myself up like for so long I was like so negative about things and then bang, something would come up and I'm like and until you learn that it's literally your energy, like you are actually choosing those shitty things, it'll blow your mind like that's.
• 23:56
Speaker 1: The one thing that I reckon I took away is just like everything is energy and if you're, if you want to create different, you have to act different, even if you don't have the different right, then and there, like that's yeah and it's hard to do, I was gonna say.
• 24:09
  Speaker 3: It's a hard part.
• 24:10
Speaker 3: It's hard to get up and act like you are somewhere when physically you're not.
• 24:15
Speaker 3: But it is an art and that's why there's a whole module called the art of acting as if.
• 24:19
Speaker 3: But when you nail it, things change.
• 24:22
Speaker 3: So, so, so quick, because when you have a new identity, you create a new result and that new identity can be made up.
• 24:28
Speaker 3: You can think and feel differently before you have the physical proof.
• 24:32
Speaker 3: You can dress differently before you have the money in the account.
• 24:34
Speaker 3: You can do all of these things differently, and the moment you do, your identity shifts and then your results change and again, like, you are the proof of that 100% and even, like Jess teaches, like, go to that designer place.
• 24:47
Speaker 1: Like, if you care for designer which I know Jess does and I also do, but you care for designer which I know Jess does and I also do, but you care for it go try the stuff on.
• 24:56
Speaker 1: Like it's little things, like that stepping into the energy of being in the shop, not even if you're gonna like you're not gonna walk out with it if you don't have the money right but being in the energy and in the space of of this designer brand, putting those shoes on or that holding the handbag.
• 25:06
Speaker 1: It's just acting as if, yes, you don't have the money, but don't walk out thinking, oh, I don't have the money.
• 25:12
Speaker 1: Walk out like inspired by the fact that you can have it's right there, you can have it.
• 25:16
Speaker 1: Like nothing is too far away and that was my thing is just constantly and, like you said, it's not easy, like it is hard and I won't sugarcoat that like you've constantly got to catch yourself out and like you'll learn that in the academy.
• 25:27
Speaker 1: I feel like you're constantly like pretty much, like like pulling it, like what is what's that word?
• 25:32
Speaker 1: Like how you like call yourself out on your own shit, like that the amount of times I've done that I can't even like count.
• 25:37
Speaker 1: But that's what the power of it is is having those tools and resources to not just take it all in, but to actually like, in that moment, be like no, what was that thought?
• 25:46
Speaker 1: And literally switch it and change your energy.
• 25:49
Speaker 1: That's been the like.
• 25:51
Speaker 1: Yeah, the biggest thing for me is because I feel like I was such a, I was acting like I was in my current self.
• 25:57
Speaker 1: You know what I mean.
• 25:57
Speaker 1: Like I was always in my own head, like I don't have that, though, and like, yeah, this she's telling me to do this, but how do I do this?
• 26:02
Speaker 1: You know what I mean.
• 26:03
Speaker 1: Then, as soon as you start doing it, you're like this feels good, like why have I actually been putting myself through that misery when you don't have to feel that way, even though it's your reality?
• 26:13
Speaker 1: Like that's my thing is, yes, like you get a choice you either sit in, feel sorry for yourself, or you act like you already have everything.
• 26:20
Speaker 1: Like, and I wake up every single day, and I still have to remind myself, but I do it every day, so yeah, I'm the same.
• 26:28
Speaker 3: I still have to wake up and catch myself out, yeah, in this situation, and do I need to do something about it?
• 26:33
Speaker 3: But I love that you're saying it's always a choice and when you recognize that choice does lie with you.
• 26:38
Speaker 3: Now you have the power to create your own life.
• 26:41
Speaker 1: Yeah, that is pretty bloody cool and that's the thing that Jess kept saying is you literally can change at any given point.
• 26:47
Speaker 1: You can go from this to this in like what's the like?
• 26:51
Speaker 1: You say there's no.
• 26:51
  Speaker 1: Like quantum leap.
• 26:53
Speaker 1: Like you can quite literally quantum leap.
• 26:54
Speaker 1: Like I started the academy, like I said, in a house didn't love.
• 26:59
Speaker 1: In a city I definitely didn't love, you know what I mean.
• 27:01
Speaker 1: Like habits, didn't love, boundaries of shit.
• 27:04
Speaker 1: Like there's so many things that were lacking and I literally went from here to here and even though I take a step back and it doesn't look from the outside it probably doesn't look as big to people I feel like.
• 27:14
Speaker 1: But when it's you experiencing something that you've wanted for so long and then you see it happen, and when your friends and your family and people say, oh my God, like do you live here?
• 27:22
Speaker 1: Like I have my best friend here for the week, ran the marathon on the weekend and she came to my apartment and she's like you actually live here, like you did this and like that is also a really good feeling to be able to congratulate yourself and have your own back.
• 27:35
Speaker 1: But for other people on the outside who have seen you work and put the work in in the effort to see it pay off.
• 27:41
Speaker 1: It actually inspired them as well.
• 27:42
Speaker 1: Like, yeah, like it inspired, she's inspired.
• 27:46
Speaker 1: She's like you have literally did a full 360 on your life in four months.
• 27:48
  Speaker 1: Imagine six months.
• 27:49
Speaker 1: Like imagine by the end of 2024.
• 27:51
Speaker 1: Like I'm about to leave a brand you don't know me, so I feel like now would be the perfect time, like if you really want to make the rest of like 2024, then this is it yeah, um, speaking of your brand, what share?
• 28:05
Speaker 3: what is next with that?
• 28:06
Speaker 3: Like, if you want to share the details, what's coming up?
• 28:09
Speaker 3: Um, because I know you have it all figured out.
• 28:12
Speaker 1: Yes, it's all that goes through my brain.
• 28:15
Speaker 1: Like Jess said before, when you love something, you will absolutely do it, like if you were made to do it, it will happen.
• 28:19
Speaker 1: So basically, I'm working on my website.
• 28:21
Speaker 1: It's pretty much done.
• 28:22
Speaker 1: I have my first ever photo shoot brand shoot on Thursday.
• 28:26
Speaker 1: So I've bought all my cute outfits.
• 28:28
Speaker 1: I've bought all my cute outfits, got all my colors, got my hair done today, my nails and all the things, and I'm basically going to be launching my business with some free products for people to kind of get a taster of what's in Brianna, sarah and the brand, which is crazy, like what.
• 28:43
  Speaker 1: I can't believe that.
• 28:44
Speaker 1: And then I will be doing like a free masterclass, which I'm still working on the background.
• 28:50
Speaker 1: And then I'll eventually be like a free masterclass, which I'm still working on the background, and then I'll eventually be launching a four week program for people to come into my world and have more of the in-depth of what I've learned, my personal experience and how you can absolutely take control of your life and do a full 360.
• 29:04
Speaker 1: Like, yeah, that's basically it so far, but I have so much other things in my brain.
• 29:10
Speaker 1: Like I want to start a podcast, I want to do like in-person events and like co-working days, like there's so many things inside my head and it's like I literally have a new thought every day.
• 29:18
Speaker 1: Like my notes on my phone is constantly like popping off because I'm always having new ideas.
• 29:25
Speaker 1: And it's crazy because, like when you just let the space and you love something literally I was going say you've opened up that channel now.
• 29:31
Speaker 3: Yeah, that higher intelligence is just flooding you with new ideas, new concepts, new notions.
• 29:37
Speaker 3: I always say that the universe will do half the job for you.
• 29:40
Speaker 3: You've now just got to be open to it.
• 29:42
Speaker 3: You don't have to come up with all of these ideas, that will just come to you.
• 29:45
Speaker 3: You don't have to figure out what's next for you or open up for you, but you've got to be in a place where you're willing to receive it.
• 29:50
Speaker 3: And yeah, the moment you open up that channel and let that imagination run wild or let that new idea in the floodgates open, and yeah, you have ideas popping off left, right and center.
• 30:01
Speaker 3: And yeah, your only job is just to take one step in front of the other and execute on it.
• 30:06
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 30:06
Speaker 1: Well, my partner was, like, how are you going to do all these ideas?
• 30:08
Speaker 1: Like, where are you going to do all these ideas?
• 30:09
Speaker 1: Like where are you going?
• 30:10
Speaker 1: And I'm like I don't know how, but they come.
• 30:12
Speaker 1: Like I don't I don't know how, but I'm going to let everything figure itself out because, like I've already, like I said what, just listed off five new things that I can do for my business you know what I mean and like, yeah it just like you just open.
• 30:23
Speaker 1: Be open to the universe, that's all I say.
• 30:24
Speaker 1: Open to opportunities too, and say yes to every opportunity.
• 30:27
  Speaker 1: That's my thing.
• 30:28
Speaker 1: Like, I love, don't hold back because you're too scared of what someone's going to say or someone's going to think like who actually cares?
• 30:34
Speaker 1: I always say to people you're not going to get to 60 years old and be like, oh my god Martha said this about me because I started this business and it maybe it didn't work, or maybe it really worked.
• 30:42
Speaker 1: You just who actually cares, literally, and I was never like that guys.
• 30:47
Speaker 1: Like, honestly, I was the person that cared about everything and everyone like I couldn't even sneeze down the street without someone being like oh my god, like she's got COVID like you know what I mean, like I was literally the person that no confidence.
• 31:02
Speaker 1: Even though I come across as this really confident person, I was not.
• 31:04
Speaker 1: You know what I mean.
• 31:05
Speaker 1: Like quite, and now I've like, now that Jess is like you can literally do anything, I'm like, okay, I can literally, I can do anything.
• 31:12
Speaker 1: I can do anything.
• 31:13
Speaker 1: That's literally how I feel, though I'm like, oh my god, how can you do that?
• 31:17
Speaker 1: From four months, like how does that actually happen?
• 31:20
Speaker 3: but it happens yeah, it does, and yeah, change can happen so fast when you're ready for it and you go all in, which you absolutely have.
• 31:27
Speaker 3: Um, oh my gosh, I'm so excited for what's next for you.
• 31:31
Speaker 3: As you said, look what you've done in four months, imagine where you're going to be at the end of 2024, and you are totally made for the coaching space.
• 31:38
Speaker 3: Just your energy, your words of wisdom, everything you've learned that you will now teach in your own unique way.
• 31:46
Speaker 1: Yeah, just going to be a force to be reckoned with yeah, I just honestly cannot wait, like when you're you get so excited for something you know it's just going to be a force to be reckoned with.
• 31:54
Speaker 1: Yeah, I just honestly cannot wait, like when you get so excited for something you know it's right.
• 31:56
Speaker 1: Literally, I feel so positive, like I feel like I, even though it's not even launched or anything, I feel like, oh my God, I'm making so many money, I have so many people after me.
• 32:03
Speaker 1: I'm like, oh my.
• 32:04
Speaker 1: God I love this so much.
• 32:05
Speaker 1: Yeah, it's the place to be, because then it's so wild.
• 32:15
Speaker 1: It will be your reality.
• 32:16
Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm so excited and it is like a testament to the academy.
• 32:17
Speaker 1: Honestly, I would seriously not have built up the courage to do it.
• 32:19
Speaker 1: Um, even like the like, the calls with Jess and having her just like any hesitation, you know, like it it really was got me from where I was to where I am.
• 32:27
Speaker 1: It was just like that.
• 32:28
Speaker 1: Four months, I feel like what I needed to bridge the gap, like that's basically the truth.
• 32:34
Speaker 1: Like, yeah, it was crazy.
• 32:36
Speaker 1: Like I still, like I like I said I still sit here and I'm like this, like this isn't real, is it?
• 32:41
Speaker 1: Like and it is.
• 32:42
Speaker 1: And I met Jess in person the other day.
• 32:44
Speaker 1: Like that was bizarre and I literally like again, like the universe just had us there at the exact same time, like it was absolutely crazy and I was, I was making coffee and I heard her voice.
• 32:53
Speaker 1: And when you listen to this girl nearly every day of the week and you're making coffee and you hear it and you look up and she's right there, I literally nearly passed away like, oh my god, it's Jess.
• 33:04
Speaker 1: And yeah, if you think like yeah, I just can't wait to go to all of her in-person things, like I just yeah yeah, me too.
• 33:11
Speaker 3: I know that was such a special moment for me too, because I never see clients and I have a lot on the Gold Coast, but I just never run into any of them yeah, I know it was surreal.
• 33:20
Speaker 1: I was like taken back and you left and I was like that was my coach like I was like I was like literally, so, like I was like this universe.
• 33:28
Speaker 1: And the funny thing is is the universe has been doing so many things like that, like right, like putting people right in front of me at the right time, and I'm like holy shit, like it's just like me manifesting, meeting these people and seeing these people and it's literally happening.
• 33:41
Speaker 1: So anything is possible and I swear by it A hundred percent.
• 33:45
Speaker 3: Living in a world of synchronicities, these things happen all the time, all the time.
• 33:53
Speaker 3: Yeah, well, I freaking love talking to you.
• 33:54
Speaker 3: I love your story, I love everything you're doing.
• 33:55
  Speaker 3: I love everything you're about.
• 33:56
Speaker 3: I love your energy.
• 33:56
Speaker 3: I just love you, and I am so grateful that you came into my world, um, and I know for sure that I will see you in her empire.
• 34:03
Speaker 3: I'll see you at the in-person event.
• 34:05
Speaker 3: I'll run into you at Custer Canteen one day.
• 34:07
Speaker 3: I know this is going to be a friendship that will last forever.
• 34:14
Speaker 3: So thank you for being that person in my world.
• 34:15
Speaker 3: Thank you for sharing your story on the show.
• 34:16
Speaker 3: I know for sure you would have inspired a lot of people just then.
• 34:18
Speaker 3: And obviously, go and connect with Brie.
• 34:21
Speaker 3: You guys follow her on Instagram.
• 34:23
Speaker 3: Stay up to date with the launch of this brand.
• 34:25
Speaker 3: When you listen to this, just keep checking in the show notes, because eventually the website will be there, but if you follow her on Instagram, she will totally keep you up to date, um well, thank you so much and I absolutely love you and everything that you stand for.
• 34:38
Speaker 1: Like Jess Martin, the brand is incredible and you should be so proud as well.
• 34:42
Speaker 1: Like you are changing women's lives every single day, and even like my partner's like she is incredible.
• 34:47
Speaker 1: Like you know what I mean.
• 34:48
Speaker 1: Like you are are like you change lives every day.
• 34:51
Speaker 1: I am so grateful for this space and I want to thank you for holding the space for me and all the other people inside the academy.
• 34:56
Speaker 1: Thank you to them as well.

• 35:03
Speaker 1: The mindset work, but when you have such a good support system, you can get through it.
• 35:07
Speaker 1: Like you can literally work through those modules, even if you you have tears running down your face.
• 35:11
Speaker 1: You have support, so just know that as well.
• 35:15
Speaker 3: Yay, Well, as you guys know, the Academy is officially open.

Speaker 3: Imagine this you're making five figures per month, your business is on fire, you live in that big, dreamy home, you drive that luxury car, you have a profound confidence in yourself that allows you to go after and get what you want every single time.
• 36:08
Speaker 3: I know you can do that because in just over one year, I went from being an unfulfilled lawyer craving more freedom to the owner of a six-figure business that allows me to completely control my time, travel whenever I want and decide how much I get paid.
• 36:24
Speaker 3: I literally manifested the life I once dreamt about, and that's how I know you can too.
• 36:30
Speaker 3: So you may be thinking this is going to take a lot of hard work and a long time, but I actually don't put my success down to just that.
• 36:38
Speaker 3: Knowing how to reprogram my subconscious mind was the key to it all, and when I experienced my first quantum leap, I just knew that more women, just like you, had to know how to do this so that they could live their dream life too.
• 36:51
Speaker 3: So I created the Academy, which is my four month life transformation program for the woman ready for more.
• 36:58
Speaker 3: And at the time you're listening to this, it is officially open for enrollment.
• 37:02
Speaker 3: You have until the 14th of July to get in, secure your spot in what will be the final round for 2024.
• 37:09
Speaker 3: So if you want to make sure this year is everything you want it to be, then the Academy is the place to be.
• 37:14
Speaker 3: Go and grab your spot, because I'm so excited to meet you, learn with you, grow with you and get you to where you want to be over the next four months.
• 37:23
Speaker 3: And make sure you message me as soon as you're in so that I can have a champagne to celebrate.
