- 0:24Well, I trust and hope that everybody had a nice glorious happy Mother's Day.
- 0:31I trust that you celebrated your mother.
- 0:34Uh and you celebrated her well.
- 0:37It is it is a beautiful day.
- 0:40It's it's pure Americana.
- 0:42And I don't know.
- 0:43I thought it would be fun to uh to instead of jumping into history class right here at the onset uh at the onset.
- 0:52Maybe we uh, you know, maybe we have some Mother's Day fun.
- 0:56I I I know I get it, I understand it's the next day, but nonetheless, uh leftovers, right?
- 1:04Leftovers, isn't that what the day after is all about?
- 1:07It's all about leftovers.
- 1:08So here we go.
- 1:09A little bit of Mother's Day frivolity from our friend uh Jeff Minick over at the Epoch Times.
- 1:17He's he's offered us some Mother's Day humor, and I'd like to, I don't know, just just share it with you.
- 1:24That's all.
- 1:24Maybe it'll make you laugh.
- 1:26Maybe it'll bring a smile to your face.
- 1:29Motherhood, here we go.
- 1:31We he's got some definitions.
- 1:32Motherhood, a fairy tale in reverse.
- 1:36You start in a beautiful gown and end up cleaning everyone else's messes, doing the dishes and flopping exhausted every night into bed with your to-do list only half done.
- 1:48Yeah.
- 1:50If it was going to be easy, it never would have started with something called labor.
- 1:59Here's a word for you.
- 2:00Momby.
- 2:02That special state of motherhood, particularly when tending to newborns, when you join the ranks of the walking dead, bump bump bum.
- 2:13Mom's superpowers.
- 2:15If your mother had a superpower, what would it be?
- 2:17Well, here it is.
- 2:18Eyes in the back of the head, a memory that makes an elephant appear senile, an uncanny ability to wake up from a deep sleep on hearing a cough from a bedroom upstairs and down the hallway.
- 2:31Spit that can clean peanut butter from a toddler's lip, or put a cowlick in place on an adolescent.
- 2:38Magical kisses that make knee boo-boos stop hurting.
- 2:42And the super strength.
- 2:44The police academy instructor asked a recruit, what would you do if you had to arrest your own mother?
- 2:50The recruit replied, call for backup.
- 2:54Uh, and then the power of three.
- 2:56When mom starts the count to three, raising a finger along with the dreaded one, two, two and a half.
- 3:05The wise child heads for a toothbrush, pajamas, and bed.
- 3:12Here we go.
- 3:13Legend.
- 3:13If you take a shower and scream mom at the top of your lungs, a kind lady appears with the towel you forgot.
- 3:22Or uh, your mother was never a teenager.
- 3:25To dispel this myth, talk to a grandparent or one of mom's siblings.
- 3:31Bump a bum.
- 3:33There you have it.
- 3:34A little bit of a little bit of Mother's Day humor there for you.
- 3:40And in honor, I think of our moms.
- 3:43Again, uh, we are the day after, but that's okay.
- 3:48We're still going to give a little bit of honor.
- 3:50To where honor is due in honor.
- 3:52We are going to celebrate in in history class today, a particular patriot.
- 3:58And this patriot, maybe you've never heard of her.
- 4:02And I I don't even know that I've I've heard her name pronounced.
- 4:06I've only read it.
- 4:07So I might not even be pronouncing her her name correctly correctly, correctly.
- 4:13But in honor of our of our moms out there, and in honor of their fierceness and their ferociousness, ferociousness.
- 4:23I can't even talk today.
- 4:25I think we have to go to this history class.
- 4:28During the Revolutionary War, British forces seized the spacious home of one patriot named Rebecca Mate.
- 4:38I'm gonna pronounce it Mate.
- 4:41M-O-T-T-E.
- 4:44Rebecca Mate lived on the Congary River in South Carolina.
- 4:50She was a wealthy widow woman.
- 4:54And she was forced to take up residence in a small nearby home when almost 200 British soldiers fortified her home as their own uh uh as their own fort.
- 5:08They surrounded it with a trench and a parapet from May 8th to May 12th, 1781.
- 5:16A Patriot force led by Francis Marion and Lighthorse Harry Lee laid siege to Fort Mate, as the British called their brand new compound.
- 5:29Marion and Lee called on Lieutenant Daniel McPherson, the British commander, to surrender, to surrender the fort.
- 5:38But the lieutenant refused.
- 5:40The Patriots soon concluded that the only way to get the British out would be to have to that they would have to set the house on fire.
- 5:50And when Lee broke the news to Mrs.
- 5:53Mate, she responded in pure uh patriot fashion.
- 6:01She she responded perhaps as if your mom might have responded on this day after Mother's Day.
- 6:09She simply said that she was gratified with the opportunity of contributing to the good of her country and should view the approaching scene with delight.
- 6:20Now, mind you, this is her home.
- 6:23And not only is it her home, it's a beautiful home.
- 6:27The bloomin' stinking mansion.
- 6:30And Marion and Lighthorse over here say, look, the only way we're gonna get the British out is if we if we burn the house down.
- 6:38We got to set it aflame.
- 6:41And she says, that's fine.
- 6:43That's fine.
- 6:44I will look upon it with delight if I can offer this but this one thing to my country.
- 6:53And it was the widow who produced a bow and a set of arrows and told Lee to put them to good use.
- 7:01The Patriots shot flaming arrows at the roof, setting it on fire and forcing a quick surrender.
- 7:01The Patriots shot flaming arrows at the roof, setting it on fire and forcing a quick surrender.
- 7:08Then they quickly climbed to the top of the house and managed to put out the flames, thereby saving it.
- 7:08Then they quickly climbed to the top of the house and managed to put out the flames, thereby saving it.
- 7:15So in her willingness to burn the house down, they were actually able to save it because the because the British coward in fear.
- 7:15So in her willingness to burn the house down, they were actually able to save it because the because the British cowered in fear.
- 7:24The British did not hold out as long as humanly possible.
- 7:24The British did not hold out as long as humanly possible.
- 7:27They were like, hey, hey, hey, they're setting the roof.
- 7:27They were like, hey, hey, hey, they're setting the roof on fire.
- 7:30Quick, everybody out.
- 7:32And then they, once they got the British out, they were able to extinguish the flames.
- 7:39That evening, in the tradition of true Southern hospitality, Rebecca Mate served dinner to both the American and the British officers in her dining room.
- 7:53Bump bum bum.
- 7:55Talk about I don't know.
- 7:57Talk about Southern hospitality.
- 8:01It takes a special woman to uh watch the British take over her house, refuse to leave, refuse to surrender their their fort, as they called it, and then encouraged and encouraged the Patriots to burn the house down, but actually save the house and then invite those same British officers to dinner to serve them a delicious South Carolina Southern meal.
- 8:32True Southern hospitality rate.
- 8:35You know, with a different time.
- 8:36It truly was.
- 8:37It was a different time.
- 8:40It was a time where honor, I don't know, it had a different feel about it.
- 8:47And when they fought in war, there were you know, particular rules of civility, rules of honor that often were kept.
- 8:57And not always.
- 8:58They weren't always kept, but often they were.
- 9:02And and here the officers were invited to dinner uh at Monte Mansion.
- 9:09I I don't know.
- 9:10I just I think it's kind of funny.
- 9:13I think it's interesting.
- 9:14I'm definitely definitely intrigued by it.
- 9:19Uh it's that spirit, though.
- 9:21The spirit of a mom, don't mess.
- 9:24I'm telling you, I'm warning you.
- 9:27I'm just telling you right now, don't mess with the mom.
- 9:32Especially when it's it's a it's a mother bear trying to defend her cubs.
- 9:42Don't do it.
- 9:44Don't stand in the path of mama bear.
- 9:48Um I'm holding an article here, and and we're we're gonna we're gonna segue right into it.
- 9:53We're gonna transition right into it because some moms are pretty upset.
- 9:58Some moms are upset because they're they've they've made some discoveries about what's going on in their school system.
- 10:10They've made some discoveries about things that the leaders in their particular schools, the things that they're allowing, things they're allowing to unfold, reading material, as it were, that they are allowing into the building.
- 10:29And the moms have had it.
- 10:32The moms have had enough.
- 10:33Now, we we kind of thought that once Trump came around, once once Trump was inaugurated, and once Trump had signed executive orders, ending uh a lot of the filth and the garbage that we see in schools really all over the country.
- 10:54Uh many people thought that that would be the end of it.
- 10:58But it's not the end of it.
- 11:00That was actually only the beginning.
- 11:02And it was only the beginning of the beginning of the beginning.
- 11:06This thing isn't as these mobs here in Texas have discovered.
- 11:11This thing isn't going away.
- 11:14This thing isn't ending.
- 11:16This thing didn't come to an abrupt halt because Trump signed an executive order.
- 11:22There has to be accountability.
- 11:27School board's feet have to be held to the fire collectively.
- 11:30The the collective foot of the school board has to be has to be held to the fire.
- 11:36The the collective foot of administration, the collective foot of teachers, they they need to be held accountable.
- 11:46And who's going to hold them accountable if it's not for the moms?
- 11:51Because the moms will do it.
- 11:54I'm I'm here to tell you right now.
- 11:57The moms will hold these people accountable.
- 12:02And we are watching this unfold in Texas.
- 12:06Aaron Gifford, our friend over there at the epoch times.
- 12:10He has this report out of Houston, where a Texas taxpayer and Christian advocate is suing the Houston Independent School District after a board members removed her from a public meeting for reading a passage of a sexually explicit book that is available in the high school libraries.
- 12:32Her name is Bonnie Wallace.
- 12:34She's a member of Recover America.
- 12:37And she filed the federal complaint on May 1st, May Day, U.S.
- 12:43Southern District of Texas in the U.S.
- 12:46Southern District on May Day.
- 12:48That same day, many schools are uh closing their doors or did close their doors.
- 12:54It did shutter their their classroom doors, so the kids could go out and protest actual law and actual law enforcement in this country.
- 13:03Because, you know, I mean, why not?
- 13:05I mean, really, isn't that what true education is?
- 13:07Teaching the kids how to be activists, you know, teaching the kids how to protest.
- 13:12I mean, isn't that really what education's about?
- 13:16Bonnie Wallace, her complaint here said the school district violated her First Amendment rights by removing her from the public gathering because of the content and viewpoint of her speech.
- 13:30Now, isn't it interesting that they would remove her from the school board from reading from a book that is available in their library in the library of the public school?
- 13:45I mean, it's okay if if the if the teenager checks the book out and reads it to him or herself.
- 13:55I mean, that's fine.
- 13:57But you can't read the book in a public setting because, well, it's it's too vulgar, perhaps.
- 14:00Well, it's it's too vulgar, perhaps.
- 14:02It's uh it's too disgusting, perhaps.
- 14:02It's uh it's too disgusting, perhaps.
- 14:04I don't know.
- 14:04I don't know.
- 14:05I don't know what the book is.
- 14:05I don't know what the book is.
- 14:08The complaint also cites the 14th Amendment, the Texas Constitution, and the Texas Open Meetings Act, according to Wallace's attorney from the remnant law firm of Austin.
- 14:08The complaint also cites the 14th Amendment, the Texas Constitution, and the Texas Open Meetings Act, according to Wallace's attorney from the remnant law firm of Austin.
- 14:21It seeks declaratory and injective and injunctive relief, damages, and attorneys' fees.
- 14:21It seeks a declaratory and injective and injunctive relief, damages, and attorneys' fees.
- 14:29Video footage.
- 14:29Video footage of the March 19th Board of Education meeting shows Wallace making public comments regarding the district's updated library book list.
- 14:41Before you purchase new books, Wallace said, you need to get rid of the 500 filthy books you already have.
- 14:50Wallace then advised that she would be reading a sexually explicit passage from a book she saw in one of the district's high school libraries and asked any children who were present to leave the room.
- 15:03Holy smokes.
- 15:06Now, if in a public meeting, if you're about to, if you're about to read from a passage, and you feel compelled to ask that there be if there's any kids in the room that they should leave.
- 15:20Uh I mean, the passage is most likely going to be explicit.
- 15:26Yet this very passage from this very book is available in the school library.
- 15:34Board members then told Wallace she was not allowed to read such inappropriate books out loud at a public meeting, to which Wallace replied, oh, not appropriate.
- 15:47Then why are they in your schools?
- 15:50Now, this is an important question.
- 15:55And it's uh I mean, how do I?
- 16:02It seems common sense, does it not?
- 16:06That as a school board member, if you feel compelled to tell a parent they're not allowed to read material at a public meeting.
- 16:18As a school board member, don't you then have to logically ask yourself if if I'm not allowing this book to be read publicly at this meeting at this hearing because of the content, because of the inappropriateness of the content.
- 16:39Why would I be allowing a minor to access the content?
- 16:46Why?
- 16:48As a school board member, they are giving the minor the green light by allowing that book in that library.
- 16:54And look, I'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt.
- 16:57It's possible that they didn't know that the book was in the library.
- 17:03Yeah, all right.
- 17:04That's fair.
- 17:05But once you find out the book is in the library, don't you remove the book from the library, especially if you're not going to allow the parent to publicly read from the book.
- 17:17The book's gotta go.
- 17:20Wallace then, uh, even though the school board uh members told her that she was not allowed to read, she started reading several sentences containing profanities, graphic language, with board members advising her to stop, probably you know, shouting her down.
- 17:39If you don't like it, remove it so the children don't have access to it, Wallace said, and then returned to her seat.
- 17:47Three police officers inside the room approached her seconds later and followed her out as she was told to leave.
- 17:56This course is all on video.
- 17:58The book, according to multiple organizations that reported on the event, was called A Court of Silver Flames by Sarah Moss.
- 18:08Online advertisements describe it as a sexy, richly imagined work of romance and fantasy.
- 18:16A sexily a sexy, richly imagined work of romance fantasy, and the spiciest book of the Court of Thorns and Roses series so far.
- 18:28Um, okay, well, there you have it, the spiciest.
- 18:32After Wallace left, Rick Scarborough, a Houston pastor, and a recover America member said the board had purchased books that are more explicit than content allowed for inmates in the Texas state prison system.
- 18:48If you continue to refuse their removal from the ISD, he said, I will dedicate the rest of my life to ensuring you're held accountable, including lawsuits.
- 19:02Board members and district officials did not respond to Wallace and Scarborough's comments during or after the meeting.
- 19:09Uh the district has not yet filed a response to the lawsuit, according to court papers.
- 19:15So this is an example of Texas.
- 19:18Uh Houston, Houston is uh this is obviously it's Houston.
- 19:24It's a huge school district.
- 19:25The ISD down there is massive.
- 19:28And this is this is what they're allowing.
- 19:32But it takes takes a particular type of parent, a particular type of of mother bear, who is not willing to roll over.
- 19:42And uh maybe I shouldn't say it takes a particular type of parent.
- 19:47I think all of us should be this type of parent.
- 19:52I think if we have children, all of us should be on the alert, on the lookout for what they're being exposed to.
- 20:01And I know we hand them over to a public school system or any school system, really.
- 20:06And we have faith in the people that are in charge of the school, that they're going to do right by us and by our children, that they're going to educate them well, that they're going to teach them things that are going to help them be better humans.
- 20:25Soul formation.
- 20:26That's what we want.
- 20:27Or after soul formation.
- 20:30But we have to keep our heads on a swivel.
- 20:32We we have to we have to maintain this idea that look, not everybody is out for the best interest of our kids.
- 20:43At least not to the extent that we are.
- 20:46And we we have to we have to stay vigilant.
- 20:50That is that's the point here, my friends.
- 20:53We must stay vigilant.
- 20:55We must stay on top of it.
- 20:56All right, I've got more to come about this, this very thing, and don't get in the way of the mama bear on the other side of this break.
- 21:00Very thing and don't get in the way of the mama bear on the other side of this break.

- 24:34All right, my friend, so while we have moms in Houston suing the ISD to get filth out of their libraries.
- 24:45That, by the way, the school board would not allow the mom to read during the public meeting, and the police escorted her out of the room.
- 24:54But it's okay.
- 24:55I mean, it's fine.
- 24:56It could be in the libraries, right?
- 24:58I mean, it's not being read in public.
- 24:59So, you know, there's that.
- 25:02Uh, it doesn't matter that it's a minor reading the material.
- 25:06I mean, I mean, come on.
- 25:08This is a school.
- 25:09We're supposed to expose minors to pretty much everything.
- 25:13Uh, the just the level of uh I don't want to say incompetent.
- 25:20I just I think evil is a better word.
- 25:22The level of evil.
- 25:24It's evil.
- 25:26If if you have enough common sense to not allow something to be read in public because of its filth, but not have that same common sense to disallow the same material to the hands of miners, that's just that's just evil.
- 25:41So while this is happening in Houston, the Department of Justice, the Civil Rights Division has launched multiple investigations into Illinois public school districts.
- 25:5236 to be exact, in order to assess whether sexual orientation and gender ideology content is being taught to their uh uh in and their classrooms as young as preschool, from preschool all the way to K-12.
- 26:10Listen, we it's this is inappropriate.
- 26:14The children should be taught other things, things that are appropriate.
- 26:22This isn't it.
- 26:24If if the districts are determined to be teaching sexual orientation and gender ideology related content, according to the DOJ in their statement.
- 26:37Uh the investigations will examine whether the schools have notified parents of their right to opt their children out of such instruction.
- 26:47Yeah, I mean, and in some instances, you've you probably have some schools that are hell bent on on delivering this garbage.
- 26:54Hell bent on delivering indoctrination.
- 26:57Um, obviously, if they have Marxists running the show, that's their objective.
- 27:02Their objective is to get a hold of the hearts and minds of your children and steer them astray.
- 27:09Swerve them off the path.
- 27:12Take them down a road that is uh laced and laden with confusion.
- 27:18That's their objective.
- 27:20So the Department of Justice is saying here look, if that's their intent, uh they have to give parents notification of their intent, of their evil intent.
- 27:30And then parents have to have the right to opt their kids out of such evil.
- 27:37Uh, according to the uh to the statement by the DOJ, the investigation will also assess whether the Illinois school districts limit access to single sex intimate spaces, bathrooms and locker rooms, as well as girls' sports teams based on biological sex.
- 27:57Because that should be the criteria.
- 28:00Biological.
- 28:00Biological.
- 28:01If you're a biological female, then okay, use the female restrooms, locker rooms, plan the female sports.
- 28:01If you're a biological female, then okay, use the female restrooms, locker rooms, plan the female sports.
- 28:08If you are not a biological female, then stay out of the locker rooms.
- 28:08If you are not a biological female, then stay out of the locker rooms.
- 28:13Stay out of the ladies' restrooms, stay off their sports teams.
- 28:13Stay out of the ladies' restrooms, stay off their sports teams.
- 28:18The probe, uh, it said that the probe will cover whether the districts violated Title IX, which, as you know, explicitly prohibits destruction.
- 28:18The probe uh it said that the probe will cover whether the districts violated Title IX, which, as you know, explicitly prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex and education programs and activities for any schools that receive federal financial assistance.
- 28:41And according to the DOJ here, these districts are recipients of hundreds of thousands of dollars of taxpayer funding.
- 28:50Is this what you want your taxpayer money going to?
- 28:53If you live in Illinois, are you on board with this?
- 28:56Are you a part of this?
- 28:58I mean, are you in support?
- 29:00I mean, you're not.
- 29:00I mean, if you live in Illinois and you're listening to me, you are not in support of this.
- 29:06You're not happy about it.
- 29:07It's not an endeavor that you want to see unfold.
- 29:11You want the Department of Justice to be investigating the use of your hard-earned tax dollars and how those tax dollars are going to educate the next generation.
- 29:24The investigation will also look into whether the school districts adhere to the U.S.
- 29:30Supreme Court's extensive precedence on parental rights, as affirmed in Maribelli v.
- 29:37Banta and Mahmood v.
- 29:39Taylor, in both of those cases.
- 29:43The Supreme Court blocked California policy just recently, March 2nd, that prohibited school personnel from informing parents whether their children requested changing their preferred gender identity at schools.
- 29:58We talked about this.
- 29:59I mean, California's all about this.
- 30:01You know, Bonta over there in the gang.
- 30:05Uh, they don't want parents to know what's going on.
- 30:07If the if the child has asked us to keep this information from the parent, then the child knows best.
- 30:14And we don't, we don't tell the parent.
- 30:16We're in it for the children, not the parents.
- 30:19And the Supreme Court, they said, no, you you can't do that.
- 30:25The here's what the court wrote in their decision.
- 30:29The state argues that its policies advance a compelling interest in student safety and privacy.
- 30:35But those policies cut out the primary protectors of children's best interests, their parents.
- 30:41The incompetency here.
- 30:43And I can't, again, we can't even call it incompetency.
- 30:46It's just evil.
- 30:48It's it's pure evil.
- 30:49I mean, there is some common sense.
- 30:52That how can you argue that you're acting in the interest of safety and privacy for the child when you are indeed removing their primary protector, their parent, from knowing what's going on in their lives.
- 31:05You're truly not acting in their safety and their privacy.
- 31:08You're acting in your only intent of offering confusion to them.
- 31:13That's it.
- 31:14You want to confuse them, and you want to separate them from their only source of safety and privacy.
- 31:22You want to separate them from their only source of true direction.
- 31:29You want to separate them from having an actual opportunity to succeed in in life.
- 31:38That's coming from their parents.
- 31:40That's coming from the mama bears out there who are adamant that their children receive a proper education, not an indoctrination.
- 31:51Therein lies the difference.
- 31:53In the uh Taylor case, the Supreme Court sided with Maryland parents who, for religious reasons, and again, this is a variety of religions here: Islam, Christianity, Judaism for the uh reasons of their stated religions.
- 32:14These parents wanted to opt their their children out from uh story time, exposing, and in some cases, elementary students, kinning gardeners exposing them to books that promote LGBT, whatever lifestyles.
- 32:33Books that promote same-sex playground romances of second graders.
- 32:39No, sorry.
- 32:42Not a thing.
- 32:44And it should not be read andor promoted in elementary school rooms.
- 32:50Shouldn't be read or promoted to minors, period.
- 32:53Not even just elementary, minors, period.
- 32:57They should be exposed to the opposite.
- 33:02They should be exposed to goodness.
- 33:04They should be exposed to morality.
- 33:06They should be exposed to virtue.
- 33:08They should be exposed to the things that are going to shape their souls rather than confuse their hearts and minds.
- 33:15You know this.
- 33:17I know this.
- 33:19We know this.
- 33:20We stand here together and an understanding of this.
- 33:26And but there's some out there that are just evil.
- 33:29We we go back to this word.
- 33:31The word is evil.
- 33:34I want to say incompetence, and there might be a level of that, but it's evil.
- 33:39The underpinning is evil.
- 33:42Commenting on the DOJ's probe into these 36 Illinois school districts.
- 33:49The assistant AG, Harmeet Dillon, who we like.
- 33:54She uh runs the civil rights division.
- 33:57She said this department of justice is determined to put an end to local school authorities keeping parents in the dark about how sexuality and gender ideology are being pushed in the classroom.
- 34:12The DOJ Civil Rights Division again here has launched multiple investigations into 36 public school districts in the state of Illinois with the intent of determining whether sexual orientation and uh gender ideology are um are being pushed.
- 34:36If they're being, you know, if they're the mainstay in the classrooms.
- 34:41Um let's see, who's this quote sum in this piece?
- 34:48This is uh Supreme Court precedent leaves no doubt, right?
- 34:54This is this is still Dylan, Harmide Dylan.
- 34:57She says Supreme Court precedent leaves no doubt.
- 35:00No doubt parents have the fundamental right and primary authority, excuse me, to direct the care, upbringing, and education of their children.
- 35:01Parents have the fundamental right and primary authority, excuse me, to direct the care, upbringing, and education of their children.
- 35:13This is this includes exempting them from ideological instruction that contradicts their values or decisions about their children's health and best interests.
- 35:14This includes exempting them from ideological instruction that contradicts their values or decisions about their children's health and best interests.
- 35:24Well, don't tell that to Bonta over there in the goons in in California.
- 35:24Well, don't tell that to Bonta over there in the goons in in California.
- 35:31They don't want to hear that parents have the fundamental right and primary authority to direct the care upbringing and education of their children.
- 35:40No, that's the job of the teachers.
- 35:42That's the job of the principals.
- 35:43That's the job of the teachers' unions.
- 35:45That's the job of me, the AG Bonta.
- 35:48Not the job of the parents.
- 35:52Um parents should not be allowed to exclude their children from ideological instruction, even if it contradicts their values.
- 36:03This is what we're up against.
- 36:05And that's why I say we've got to keep our heads on a swivel.
- 36:11If you're if your child is in a public school, as a parent, you have the responsibility to keep your head on a swivel.
- 36:22And you have the parental authority to make a move.
- 36:27If you feel like a move needs to be made.
- 36:32And if that move includes yanking your child from that school system, then by all means, consider it.
- 36:39By all means do it.
- 36:42The Illinois school districts under investigation include Bloomington, Lick Creek, O'Fallon community consolidated, and Pembroke Community Consolidated.
- 37:04There are other districts, of course, here, 36 that are that are listed.
- 37:10And the full list can be viewed at the DOJ website.
- 37:14So if you live in Illinois and you're wondering, hey, is my school district on this list?
- 37:19Go to the Department of Justice website.
- 37:22You can see the full list of every district in Illinois that is under investigation.
- 37:28And I'm telling you, if you live in that district, you might want to consider some options.
- 37:34You might want to consider some alternative, some alternative education options.
- 37:40And I again, I would tell you, even if you're not in those districts, if you're in a in a blue state, I mean, even if you're not in a blue state, if you're in a red state like Texas, but you're in a blue district like Houston.
- 37:53It's the blue districts where they just they don't care.
- 37:56They just they don't care about what the parents want.
- 38:00They don't.
- 38:00They care about their ideology.
- 38:03They they don't care about uh values rooted in Christianity and Judaism and and virtue and morality.
- 38:13They're not focused on on American foundational principles and virtues.
- 38:18No, they don't want that.
- 38:20They they'd rather that that your child be confused.
- 38:27That's their point.
- 38:28That's their objective.
- 38:30On April 17th, the Department of Education said it found four school districts in Kansas to have violated Title IX, as well as the family educational rights privacy act.
- 38:44These districts had policies that were likely to prevent schools from notifying parents of their child's so-called gender transition, even if the parent requested their child's records.
- 38:57These school districts would keep those records hidden.
- 39:02In August of last year, the Department of Health and Human Services, you know this, we talked about it.
- 39:09They asked 46 states and territories to remove gender identity reference from teaching materials, failing which they would face penalties, including the termination or suspension of federal funding.
- 39:23This was met with a legal challenge by a coalition of 16 states and the District of Columbia, which filed a lawsuit in September of 2025, arguing that terminating funding would harm the very population.
- 39:40The plaintiffs said complying with the order would conflict with their own laws and policies that require inclusive sex education curricula.
- 39:49If we comply with this federal order, it's it's gonna, it's gonna override our state laws.
- 39:55And well, we can't do that.
- 39:58The federal government's far-reaching efforts to erase people who don't fit one of two gender labels is illegal and wrong and would deny service to millions more in the process.
- 40:09Washington Attorney General Nick Brown said in a statement.
- 40:13That case is still ongoing in the courts.
- 40:17Health and Human Services justified its order, of course.
- 40:23Uh by a January 29-25 executive order signed by Trump, ending radical indoctrination in K-12 schooling.
- 40:32The order said that no federal dollars should go toward indoctrinating children in radical anti-American ideologies.
- 40:41At the time of the order, Health and Human Services, uh, Andrew Gradison, acting assistant secretary for the department, said that federal funds will not be used to poison the minds of the next generation or advance dangerous ideological agendas.
- 41:00So, yes, those orders came out, and yes, we have departments that are that are following up, but we also have states that are pushing back that are suing, and therefore it's up to us, the citizenry, to keep our heads on a swivel.
- 41:18We've we've got to maintain some some vigilance about this.
- 41:21We have to stay on the alert.
- 41:23Our kids are worth it.
- 41:25Our kids are absolutely worth us keeping our heads on a swivel, uh, just like this mom here in Houston, and uh and all over the country, truly, there are parents all over the country that are just tired of this.
- 41:40Mama bears that want what is best for their children.
- 41:47And they're willing to say, as Rebecca Mate said to Light Horse Harry Lee, burn her down, burn the house down.
- 41:54Here's here's here's a here's a bow, here's some arrows, light those bad boys on fire, and burn it down.
- 42:00It down.
- 42:02You know, sometimes that just has to be our model.
- 42:02You know, sometimes that just has to be our motto.
- 42:06Let's burn it down.
- 42:06Let's burn it down.
- 42:08If we're interested in saving our kids, um, then uh that just might be the thing.
- 42:08If we're interested in saving our kids, um, then uh that just might be the thing.

- 45:40Let's put a nice little bow on this conversation, which began in Houston with one particular mom, just uh enough's enough.
- 45:49If you're not going to let the mom read from a library book because of the disgusting nature of the filth in the book, then why are you allowing the book to be accessible to you to minors?
- 46:04Okay, this is the question.
- 46:07And I'm looking at this commentary piece here in the epoch times, and I don't have the author's name.
- 46:12I apologize.
- 46:13The piece is entitled.
- 46:15What's it called here?
- 46:17Uh, the case for no sexual education in schools by the numbers.
- 46:22So if if if you want to look it up, there's the reference.
- 46:25Uh and the the author says what I've been saying these past two segments that parents should be concerned about any material pushed under their noses of their children.
- 46:40They should be concerned, and a significant body of data indicates that any sexual or sexualizing education and or material in our schools does significantly more harm than good.
- 46:55We've been saying this.
- 46:56And now, presumably the data is out.
- 47:01And the data backs it.
- 47:04The author says that before I explain why this is so.
- 47:32From the earliest age, teachers give our children bits of information and encourage them to experiment with that information, combining it to produce what is for the student new and exciting innovations.
- 47:44This is true.
- 47:51Who the person is.
- 47:53Enter sex education.
- 47:55Note that we are not talking about instructions concerning the physiological processes of the body, such as menstruation or pregnancy or even erections.
- 48:06Information about how our bodies work is essential, but should only be delivered in a sex segregated setting.
- 48:14And with written parental permission.
- 48:18Rather, any instructions concerning the mechanics of the sexual act should be excluded from schools.
- 48:26Why?
- 48:27Because students will treat such information in the same way.
- 48:31They have been conditioned to treat other bits of information and instruction.
- 48:35Absorb it, implement it, and experiment.
- 48:39Proponents of sexual education aren't bothered by this fact.
- 48:44Instead, they often point to the decline in teen pregnancies as evidence of the success of sexual education.
- 48:51True, thanks to the aggressive dosing of our young girls with artificial hormonal contraceptives like the pill.
- 49:00And other devices, contraceptive implants, pregnancies are down.
- 49:00And other devices, contraceptive implants, pregnancies are down.
- 49:05But what these proponents don't mention is that contrary to assumptions of our hypersexualized culture, sexual activity, contraceptives, and adolescents do not go well together.
- 49:05But what these proponents don't mention is that contrary to assumptions of our hypersexalized culture, sexual activity, contraceptives, and adolescents do not go well together.
- 49:19The data show clearly that as sex education has gone up in U.S.
- 49:19The data show clearly that as sex education has gone up in U.S.
- 49:23schools, so too has the severity and frequency of sexually transmitted disease.
- 49:23schools, so too has the severity and frequency of sexually transmitted diseases.
- 49:31Some of these diseases, like HPV, can have lifelong or life-threatening consequences.
- 49:38For example, the author says re-recurrent exposure to HPV is responsible for nearly all cases.
- 49:4599.7% of cervical cancer.
- 49:48In most instances, the body can defend itself against HPV, unless there is repeated exposure to the virus and its many variants through sexual encounters with multiple partners.
- 50:00Are our kids told that?
- 50:02I wonder.
- 50:03As the number of sexual encounters with different partners goes up, so too does the risk of cervical cancer.
- 50:11The facts concerning HPV and cervical cancer are well established.
- 50:15But unfortunately, most young girls are never told, either in school or the doctor's office that their best defense against this very silent killer, some call it, is abstinence.
- 50:29That's that's it, kids.
- 50:31Abstinence.
- 50:34Instead, sex educators assume that girls will simply become sexually promiscuous and are therefore encouraged through sex education, by the way, to take hormonal birth control to avoid pregnancy.
- 50:48However, it's also well known that girls who are given hormonal birth control engage in substantially higher rates of sexual activity, which in turn increases their exposure to uh other sexually transmitted diseases.
- 51:05And despite the dangers of these diseases, as well as data that indicate higher rates of depression and suicidal tendencies among adolescents who engage sexual activity, by the way, year after year.
- 51:18We're told that we need more sex education for our children.
- 51:21We gotta we've got to have more.
- 51:24We don't have enough.
- 51:26Again, the question is why.
- 51:29Does sex ed, especially with explicit sexual images, lead to happier and more stable relationships?
- 51:37But the data indicates it does not.
- 51:40Couples who are in relationships, which one or both partners are not habituated to sexually explicit images, report satisfaction with their relationships that is 90% higher than those who do view pornographic material, for example.
- 51:58In other words, habituation to sexually graphic material decreases relationship satisfaction and stability.
- 52:08But what about the argument?
- 52:10The author asks, that sexual knowledge and sexual compatibility are important prerequisites for relationship stability.
- 52:20The data indicates that this also is not true.
- 52:24Couples who had no sexual partners before marriage report a 45% higher rate of relationship stability than those who had any sexual partners before marriage.
- 52:35And as to the old saw that where sex is concerned, variety is the spice of life.
- 52:42The data suggests otherwise.
- 52:44Those in healthy marriages report a higher level of satisfaction concerning their sex life than those who are single.
- 52:52Perhaps most interesting is the data that indicate roughly four to six percent decrease in marital satisfaction and marital stability for every sexual partner someone has had before marriage.
- 53:09That is the greater the number of sexual partners before marriage, the greater the chance of never getting married or divorcing after marriage.
- 53:17The less sexual activity before marriage, the higher the level of sexual satisfaction within marriage.
- 53:23These are the numbers.
- 53:24This is the data.
- 53:25These are what couples are reporting.
- 53:29The author says, I'm fully aware that for advocates of sex ed and increased sex activity for all ages, marriage is perhaps the only dirty word.
- 53:40But as parents concerned for our children's well-being, we should care about marriage and marriage stability.
- 53:48Having a child out of wedlock is the greatest risk of poverty for both mother and child.
- 53:54And the benefits of marriage for men, women, and society are well studied and firmly established.
- 54:01What are the benefits of more and more explicit sex ed that the experts tout?
- 54:07A quick glance at how sex ed experts define benefits is telling.
- 54:12Sex ed beginning in kindergarten, say the experts, is positively correlated with an increased appreciation for sexual diversity and improved environments for LGBTQ students.
- 54:25Ah, yes, there it is.
- 54:26Of course.
- 54:28More sex ed leads to more sex behavior, the benefits of which are more sex behavior.
- 54:33Yes, we get the picture.
- 54:35It's cyclical.
- 54:37The numbers are in and they are clear, the author says.
- 54:40Fifty years of aggressive sex ed is doing much more harm than good for our children.
- 54:47As radical as it might sound, we must listen to the numbers and stop sex ed in our schools.
- 54:53Why?
- 54:54Because, like a snake swallowing its tail, the promotion and practice of more sex ed is good sex ed is unnatural to our children's current needs and harmful to their future selves.
- 55:08Well, I don't, I don't think this is radical.
- 55:11As radical as it sounds, he said, let's get rid of sex ed.
- 55:14I don't, I don't think that's radical.
- 55:16I think it should be removed.
- 55:18And I think his rationale that they introduced in the beginning, he or she, again, I don't, I don't know who wrote the piece.
- 55:25Uh their rationale that they produced in the beginning, that children are given bits of information in school, and then they are to experiment with it and learn and to grow and let wonder and let awe kind of lead and guide them.
- 55:37Uh, it's a mistake to present sex ed for that very reason.
- 55:44Uh it's a huge mistake.
- 55:46I don't think it's radical to dispose of it.
- 55:51But you uh you have those that are spearheading our education system, and they think differently.
- 55:59And again, parents, this is why we must keep our heads on a swivel.
- 56:00And again, parents, this is why we must keep our heads on a swivel.
- 56:04We have to pay attention.
- 56:04We have to pay attention.
- 56:05We must know what's happening in the classroom that our child happens to be learning and to be growing in.
- 56:05We must know what's happening in the classroom that our child happens to be learning and to be growing in.
- 56:14Stay alert, my friends.
- 56:14Stay alert, my friends.
- 56:15That is the point.
- 56:15That is the point.
- 56:16Stay alert.
- 56:16Stay alert.
- 56:17All right.
- 56:17All right.
- 56:17Uh, I know you will, I know you are.
- 56:17Uh, I know you will, I know you are.
- 56:20That's what that's what makes you such a good American.
- 56:21That's what that's what makes you such a good American.
- 56:24I mean, you've got to be a good American if you're if you're paying attention to this program andor this network.
- 56:24I mean, you've got to be a good American if you're if you're paying attention to this program andor this network, I would say.
- 56:31All right.
- 56:32Speaking of good Americans, encourage your friends and your family to get on the dean's list.
- 56:39Let's unite to renovate the age.
