  friendships like Bloom and blossom and grow into like a

  First and two years ago at this point I had been doing a

  re-watch of the Clone Wars and I had started to get really

  interested in Obi-Wan as character and was In the episode

  with the brain worms where they're down in like, Obi-Wan

  just flips from this like Jedi on a mission to the like, calm
• 6:27
  detached scientist. He's like, I want to study
• 6:31
  these. I want to learn more about these
• 6:33
  and I something in my brain for me and I was like I know what
• 6:37
  this man's personality type is like it's been used G tight
• 6:40
  because Myers Brigg and I wanted people agreed with me.

  So I started Googling and I What I do gold?

  What I stumbled across, I somehow came across something

  that links to one of your Tumblr posts are scrolling through

  reading your fix. I was like, wow, this
• 6:59
  information is really cool. This person is an amazing

  writer. I want to learn more about this

  stuff saw that. You had a podcast and Instagram

  started following you there and then messaging you because I was

  like okay she's analyzing things really deeply like I think she

  can strike up a Conversation did not expect it to go beyond that

  at all. Literally thought I would listen

  to your podcast maybe sometimes send you an Instagram message

  and that would be it and had no idea that it would turn into

  actual conversations, a real friendship back and forth with

  both of you and this incredible Community it's just it's just

  some Noble from there and I'm so so nice.

  I mean it's literally how I how I became friends with Lauren

  I went back through and re-listen to a couple of them

  just to see what I landed on is the episode.

  I don't remember the title, but where you're talking about the

  wills? Oh yeah, I really like when you

  guys do Vin to analyze, In the either like the philosophy or
• 10:18
  the themes or a particular scenario in Star Wars that has a
• 10:24
  lot of hidden meaning to it and a lot of steps and thought
• 10:27
  behind what they were putting into it.

  And so I like them both because I love the analysis part, like
• 10:33
  the research, you guys do on the history of the wills, what,
• 10:37
  George Lucas's intentions for them were how they impact, you
• 10:42
  know, not just what the average person knows of like the
• 10:45
  Midi-chlorians and the force. But the all the different ways
• 10:49
  in which they're very foundational to the Star Wars
• 10:51
  Universe. A lot of things that I'd never
• 10:54
  heard or thought about before. And I don't see a lot of other
• 10:57
  podcasts doing that. I think a lot of other outlets
• 11:01
  are focused on like the toys coming out or the movies and,
• 11:05
  you know, TV shows themselves or news or whatever.

  And so seeing people start to dissect these things as like
• 11:11
  themes across the franchise is really cool and you guys do a
• 11:15
  great. A job ever.

  Thank you, because that was a tough episode because we didn't

  have any answers at the end of you talking about it theorizing
• 11:24
  and maybe that's part of the Allure of Star Wars is that
• 11:29
  we're not supposed to have all the answers.

  Right. Some of it is still a mystery

  and that's kind of fun for us as consumers.

  Because it leaves a little wide open it leaves it.

  A little mysterious in the, in the way that it's, it's still

  our Escape our place to escape to.

  If we had answers for everything, it would be kind of

  like, oh yeah, that's my, I get really irritated when they go

  back and like, retcon certain things or like like I don't want

  to know where Yoda is from, right?

  draw I think and then other stuff I like really want to know

  you like the content that they put out, I hope that they never

  fill in the gaps so much that we all are just like oh well that

  up for interpretation or for us to theorize about from with it's

  so much more rewarding for your audience if you don't give them

  all the answers. I think it's more interesting.

  these emotions, right? And I think that's why I really

  like the ultimate way that they ended in that Obi-Wan never does

  fall down to the dark side, or does go into a Vengeance or

  Revenge mode with are small. And that to me shows the

  strength of his character. I think the best, I mean, it's

  hard to say the best but out of most of his relationships that's

  the one where you can really point to that and say, look how

  strong he is. And look What he overcame.
