- 0:22Speaker 5: you're listening to John Jay and Rich Wakes.
- 0:25Speaker 1: John Jay and Rich. The text line text jj R
- 0:28Speaker 1: whatever you want to say the ninety six eight ninety three.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Listen to this text. Hey guys, I was wondering if
- 0:33Speaker 1: in your free time, you could put some of your
- 0:36Speaker 1: audio sound bites into an animation app. I would love
- 0:40Speaker 1: to see you Rich's audio come to life when he
- 0:42Speaker 1: was talking about how scorpions hitch a ride unto his
- 0:44Speaker 1: house on Stacy's Amazon boxes, and of course is Gladys
- 0:47Speaker 1: Knight's story anyway, just the random thought, have a great day?
- 0:51Speaker 6: Do you do it?
- 0:52Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 0:52Speaker 7: Grant used to do that with with it.
- 0:54Speaker 8: I don't.
- 0:54Speaker 9: We just don't have that animation app. We have to
- 0:56Speaker 9: find on anyone have good suggestions.
- 0:59Speaker 1: I never heard of that before. I forgot granted that, Yeah.
- 1:02Speaker 9: He would do that when he had his podcast with
- 1:05Speaker 9: his wife.
- 1:07Speaker 7: Yeah, exactly exactly.
- 1:09Speaker 1: You know how that works. We should well.
- 1:12Speaker 10: Speaking of that, I was watching a movie that was
- 1:16Speaker 10: supposed to be kind of grounded in reality. Have you
- 1:18Speaker 10: seen It's not it's it's made up. I think it's
- 1:20Speaker 10: called Oh, it's a TV show. It's called Unchosen. Have
- 1:23Speaker 10: you seen that?
- 1:23Speaker 1: It was number two on Netflix.
- 1:28Speaker 11: That's the cult thing.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Again, it's the cult thing.
- 1:30Speaker 10: But they do something on that show, even though it's
- 1:32Speaker 10: grounded in reality, that always shows up in these shows,
- 1:36Speaker 10: but never I think happens in real life where people
- 1:38Speaker 10: are on the phone and they just never say Okay, goodbye,
- 1:40Speaker 10: I'll talk to you later.
- 1:41Speaker 1: They have the phrase and people just you know, the
- 1:43Speaker 1: phone's down or they just put it away.
- 1:45Speaker 10: And so I was looking on Reddit and there's a
- 1:47Speaker 10: whole subcategory of things that happen in movies, even that
- 1:52Speaker 10: are grounded in reality, that never happened in real life.
- 1:54Speaker 10: And the first thing I thought of is you ever
- 1:56Speaker 10: see when somebody's like trying to escape a bad guy
- 1:58Speaker 10: and they jump out of a window and they just
- 2:00Speaker 10: happen to land into trash can with perfectly good tread.
- 2:03Speaker 1: There's no metal shoot out, there's no you know.
- 2:06Speaker 7: Like, yeah, there's a lot of fluff.
- 2:07Speaker 10: There's a lot of just trash bags that perfectly stuff
- 2:10Speaker 10: their fall. And I was wondering, when you see those
- 2:12Speaker 10: things and movies, there any even that you think about
- 2:14Speaker 10: that you see and you're like, that's that's not that's
- 2:17Speaker 10: a cliche. That doesn't really bothers me.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Movies that I've never heard anybody address this, And it
- 2:22Speaker 1: happens all the time. I see it, and it just
- 2:24Speaker 1: bothers me so bad. Whenever somebody gets a phone call
- 2:28Speaker 1: at midnight and it's dark and they're sleeping, they always
- 2:30Speaker 1: turn on the light before they answer the phone. Who
- 2:33Speaker 1: does that? Who does that? They'll go on the movies,
- 2:39Speaker 1: they'll go put pull a string, don't you ching hello?
- 2:42Speaker 12: Yeah?
- 2:42Speaker 1: No, we think about that next day. It bothers me.
- 2:46Speaker 1: And they always find a parking space too, that's true,
- 2:49Speaker 1: the party space.
- 2:50Speaker 11: Yeah, I was, I was, I was.
- 2:51Speaker 12: That's what I was going to say, John Jay, is
- 2:53Speaker 12: when it's like super busy and you just pull up
- 2:55Speaker 12: right in the front.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Yeah, but they're not gonna put that. Here's why. Because
- 2:58Speaker 1: they're not going to put that in the movie like
- 2:59Speaker 1: I'll be right there, who are you trying to find
- 3:01Speaker 1: a space?
- 3:02Speaker 9: That'd actually be a good comedic relief, like like circling
- 3:05Speaker 9: and parting whatever. But you know what that you always
- 3:08Speaker 9: see in movies is like like the car crash and
- 3:10Speaker 9: then everyone in the car crash just gets out and
- 3:12Speaker 9: then starts running and like they're just fine.
- 3:14Speaker 12: Like you's gotten a three car accidents over this one.
- 3:20Speaker 10: When somebody figures out somebody's password on their computer, because
- 3:23Speaker 10: it's just right there, that's right. Their son's name is Jimmy,
- 3:26Speaker 10: and right.
- 3:30Speaker 1: I know it's so hard to break into something bad
- 3:32Speaker 1: for you can't even get in your own computer and
- 3:35Speaker 1: you made your password. I know that that's that's just
- 3:38Speaker 1: that's so unreal. There's so many of those things. Man,
- 3:41Speaker 1: there's this used about me so much. When I was
- 3:43Speaker 1: Gray's Anatomy. When I was I was really in a
- 3:45Speaker 1: Gray's Anatomy and it was like I remember, they'd be
- 3:48Speaker 1: in an elevator a lot of people and they'd be
- 3:50Speaker 1: talking to two people back, like like Meredith Gray and
- 3:53Speaker 1: mc steen me or McDreamy, and it'd be like, hey,
- 3:56Speaker 1: how are you? They talk so low, and I'd be like,
- 3:58Speaker 1: come on, man, you can't hear that, you guys.
- 4:04Speaker 10: What The one that I think you would protest a
- 4:07Speaker 10: lot too is whenever they steal somebody's uniform and it
- 4:10Speaker 10: just fits them perfectly the time.
- 4:13Speaker 1: I mean, but you think about movies, they never show them.
- 4:15Speaker 1: They rare ulict it's a comedy or something. Never showed
- 4:17Speaker 1: them in the bathroom. I gotta go pee real quick.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Oh yeah, let me go first.
- 4:22Speaker 10: But the uniform, it is like this should not finish.
- 4:23Speaker 10: Should we be way too big? Way too small?
- 4:25Speaker 13: Oh?
- 4:26Speaker 1: They grab clothes off a clothes line and it fits perfect. Reddit.
- 4:28Speaker 10: The number one thing they had here on Reddit was
- 4:31Speaker 10: people hiding from bullets behind things that bullets would absolutely
- 4:34Speaker 10: right through.
- 4:35Speaker 7: Yeah, totally totally.
- 4:36Speaker 1: And you're like, hold on, just totally hit something.
- 4:39Speaker 9: What about like they like a complicavice. It's like ordering
- 4:42Speaker 9: the food and then just leaving before if you.
- 4:44Speaker 7: Get there or whatever. It's like, come on, they're going
- 4:47Speaker 7: to ask for a doggie bag at the very.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Least right when they just get up and leave them. Yeah,
- 4:51Speaker 1: that bothered me so many things about movies. Bottle, I
- 4:53Speaker 1: actually don't know about this one. I don't know if
- 4:55Speaker 1: I've seen this enough.
- 4:56Speaker 10: The grocery bag with a French bag at sticking out
- 4:58Speaker 10: always yeah, they're always have the fresh bag and they.
- 5:01Speaker 7: Have salery French bagas movie groceries.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Okay, one more here, one more.
- 5:07Speaker 10: Immediately getting in the shower after turning the water on
- 5:09Speaker 10: without having to check the temperature time first, you know.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Just going. It's always very sexy. Those are good. Those
- 5:15Speaker 1: are really good. If there's anything else you can think
- 5:17Speaker 1: of that we could add to this list of things
- 5:18Speaker 1: that you never see in real life in the movies,
- 5:20Speaker 1: To me, it's always like the grooming. Like if some
- 5:23Speaker 1: guys on a coma, he gets out of his hair
- 5:24Speaker 1: cuts fine, or he can walk fine, Like, hey man,
- 5:26Speaker 1: you have you should have muscle atrophy. You've been in
- 5:29Speaker 1: a coma for six months and then you just get
- 5:31Speaker 1: up a walk.
- 5:31Speaker 10: What about them waking up and kissing first thing in
- 5:34Speaker 10: the morning, Like there's nobody that complains about somebody's like
- 5:36Speaker 10: over an eight.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Dress, a lecture toothbrush, tap it.
- 5:43Speaker 7: And say what's up?
- 5:44Speaker 14: Sure, open the free iHeartRadio app and top the talk
- 5:47Speaker 14: back like just then John Jay and Richard message, Now I.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Saw this great thing about iconic movie quotes, like you
- 5:53Speaker 1: know on this show, Kyle quotes a lot of movies,
- 5:56Speaker 1: and they're usually movies. No, what's ever heard of before?
- 6:00Speaker 7: Like Universal Soldiers?
- 6:02Speaker 1: Indeed, yeah, like Universal Soldier? Would you say right now?
- 6:04Speaker 1: I was just gonna say, there quotes that nobody else
- 6:06Speaker 1: quotes from the movie. Nobody's seen, right, right, right, But
- 6:08Speaker 1: there's iconic movie quotes. And I saw this article that
- 6:11Speaker 1: said these are like legendary movie quotes and they're they're misquoted.
- 6:15Speaker 1: They're often misquoted, and I just so baffled by it.
- 6:18Speaker 1: I think it can't. I feel like they're not misquoted.
- 6:21Speaker 1: So I wanted to bounce a couple of these movies
- 6:23Speaker 1: off you and tell me if you know the movie quotes.
- 6:25Speaker 1: It's not a game, but I just want to know
- 6:26Speaker 1: if you know the movie quote, like have you do
- 6:29Speaker 1: you know the famous movie quote from Signs of the Lambs.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Hello Clarice, Hello, Clarice is exactly right? That's not the
- 6:36Speaker 1: movie quote?
- 6:37Speaker 4: What right?
- 6:38Speaker 1: It's it's good evening, Clarie's here? It is?
- 6:44Speaker 8: What?
- 6:44Speaker 12: No, what do they call that? That's the thing where
- 6:51Speaker 12: they say the world split in twenty twelve and you
- 6:54Speaker 12: remember everything differently. Yeah, I don't know where it's like, hello, Clari,
- 6:59Speaker 12: do you know the quote from the movie Saw?
- 7:02Speaker 1: I never saw.
- 7:04Speaker 7: It's no, I don't know the quote do you.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Want to play a game?
- 7:07Speaker 4: Oh?
- 7:07Speaker 15: Yeah?
- 7:07Speaker 1: Is that the quote game?
- 7:08Speaker 11: Do you want to play a game? Yeah?
- 7:10Speaker 1: Yeah, that's not the quote. It's I want to play
- 7:13Speaker 1: a game. Hello, Michael, I want to play a game?
- 7:19Speaker 11: Right, you must ask do you want to play a game?
- 7:22Speaker 1: At some point there was another movie that used to
- 7:25Speaker 1: say do you want to play a game? Different movie.
- 7:28Speaker 1: There's a movie called Jaws. You're gonna need a bigger boat.
- 7:31Speaker 1: You're gonna need a bigger boat. You're gonna need a
- 7:34Speaker 1: bigger boat, is the quote. The wrong quote is We're
- 7:37Speaker 1: gonna need a bigger boat, but it's you're gonna need
- 7:39Speaker 1: a bigger boat. You're gonna need a bigger coach. We're
- 7:44Speaker 1: gonna need a bigger boat. Is the line that everyone says.
- 7:46Speaker 1: That's why I didn't want you to play this game, right,
- 7:47Speaker 1: because you see the quote. I can only see the
- 7:49Speaker 1: movie The Wizard of Oz. What's the line from Wizard
- 7:53Speaker 1: of Oz?
- 7:53Speaker 7: It's no place like home.
- 7:55Speaker 1: A different line that's a good line, the one about Toto.
- 7:58Speaker 11: I'll get you my pretty and your little dog too.
- 8:02Speaker 1: The other one about being in Kansas.
- 8:04Speaker 7: Oh, Toto, we're not in Kansas anymore?
- 8:07Speaker 1: Okay, do you remember that line? Page wrong? Is Toto?
- 8:10Speaker 1: I don't think we're in Kansas anymore? Right, is Toto?
- 8:13Speaker 1: I have a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore. Feeling
- 8:20Speaker 1: we're not in Kansas anymore. The snow White and the
- 8:23Speaker 1: Seven Dwarfs. The mirror, the mirror quote? What's that quote?
- 8:28Speaker 11: Nearor mirror on the wall? Who's the fairest of them all?
- 8:31Speaker 1: Would you agree with that?
- 8:32Speaker 15: Yes?
- 8:32Speaker 7: I would.
- 8:33Speaker 1: No, that is not the quote. So you guys are
- 8:35Speaker 1: saying mirror, mirror on the wall. Yeah, No, mirror, mirror
- 8:40Speaker 1: on the wall. Who's the fairest of them all? No,
- 8:42Speaker 1: it's magic mirror on the wall.
- 8:45Speaker 16: No yeah, no, no, my queen, magic mirror on the wrong.
- 8:53Speaker 13: Who is the fairest?
- 8:55Speaker 1: Are you kidding me?
- 8:56Speaker 7: Okay?
- 8:56Speaker 12: I wonder if the Shrek movie has mixed us up
- 9:00Speaker 12: with that, because isn't there a part on there where
- 9:02Speaker 12: Lord Farquad says from mirror mirror on the wall.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Yeah, but we've been saying mirror, mirror on the wall.
- 9:08Speaker 9: Yeah, unless when they were writing Shrek they also got
- 9:13Speaker 9: the quote wrong, and they.
- 9:15Speaker 1: What about Forrest Gump, what's the famous line He's sitting
- 9:21Speaker 1: on thea.
- 9:21Speaker 7: Is like a box of chocolates.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Life is like a box of chocolate. What it's the
- 9:26Speaker 1: next line?
- 9:26Speaker 7: I never know what you're going to get.
- 9:28Speaker 1: Everyone says life is like a box of chocolates. You
- 9:30Speaker 1: never know what you're gonna get. No, that's not the line.
- 9:32Speaker 11: What is it?
- 9:34Speaker 1: Mama said? Mama always said life was like a box
- 9:36Speaker 1: of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get. My
- 9:39Speaker 1: mama always said life was like a box of chocolates,
- 9:46Speaker 1: You never know what you're gonna get.
- 9:48Speaker 11: I feel like that's pretty.
- 9:50Speaker 1: You said life is life was Mama always said life
- 9:55Speaker 1: was like a life is like a box of chocolate.
- 9:59Speaker 1: What about Star Wars? The famous line from Star Wars
- 10:02Speaker 1: that we all know, whether you've seen it before, Duke.
- 10:05Speaker 7: I am your father, right? Is that the line of
- 10:07Speaker 7: people know?
- 10:08Speaker 1: That's the line people know? That is not the line
- 10:10Speaker 1: it says, No, I am your father. That's the line
- 10:18Speaker 1: I am the father.
- 10:20Speaker 4: So it's not.
- 10:21Speaker 7: Luke's not.
- 10:22Speaker 10: That's gonna be one of the biggest mis quotes ever.
- 10:25Speaker 10: Everybody says that.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Where they get that from I think they get from
- 10:28Speaker 1: Tommy Boy. Chris Farley's in a fan going Luke, I
- 10:32Speaker 1: am your father, Luke. Okay, Now the movie Field of Dreams,
- 10:37Speaker 1: a baseball movie. There's a famous line from that. Do
- 10:39Speaker 1: you know what that one is? Kyle?
- 10:41Speaker 7: Uh, if you build it, they will come.
- 10:43Speaker 1: If you build it, they will come. That's not the line,
- 10:46Speaker 1: but it's if you build it, he will come, you.
- 10:54Speaker 8: Will come.
- 10:57Speaker 9: Creepy, Maybe you think the line is they will come
- 11:00Speaker 9: because they come.
- 11:01Speaker 7: Such as he comes, they all come, they all come,
- 11:03Speaker 7: They're all there.
- 11:05Speaker 1: So those are iconic movie quotes that are often misquoted.
- 11:09Speaker 1: It messes me up. It's a tough one. Can you
- 11:11Speaker 1: get anymore? Choose the text text Jen R where the
- 11:14Speaker 1: movie quote is to nine six eight ninety three. Ohs
- 11:16Speaker 1: a gool those we got what's called the drunk down line.

- 11:41Speaker 4: Hey, John dan Rich, it's my daughter's twenty.
- 11:44Speaker 14: First birthday and we're leaving a voicemail, so we are
- 11:47Speaker 14: just seem.
- 11:48Speaker 3: Cute calling him, just saying hi and that we love
- 11:50Speaker 3: you so much.
- 11:52Speaker 17: I've been kisses by man.
- 11:56Speaker 12: Happy birthday, Hey, Michelle and Raleigh.
- 12:00Speaker 9: Spiders Okay, husband calls me downstairs.
- 12:04Speaker 7: We have a two story house.
- 12:06Speaker 5: The bottom parts open.
- 12:09Speaker 11: He tells me look up at the.
- 12:10Speaker 18: Bottom of the stairs.
- 12:11Speaker 12: I look up, and y'all, the spider could have covered
- 12:14Speaker 12: my face.
- 12:16Speaker 1: It was huge.
- 12:18Speaker 7: I don't know what I could do was stand there
- 12:19Speaker 7: and go.
- 12:22Speaker 13: Bye, y'all have.
- 12:23Speaker 7: A good day.
- 12:24Speaker 11: No closure on that closure was probably pasted out.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Yeah, man, spiders are really scary, you know. There was
- 12:32Speaker 1: that we were and my wife and I were in
- 12:33Speaker 1: the hot tub and the bee was flying by her
- 12:36Speaker 1: and she and I go, hey, there's a bee by you.
- 12:38Speaker 1: And she was like, I'll break down. And then she
- 12:39Speaker 1: threw water on it and it landed on the thing.
- 12:42Speaker 1: I go, oh, we gotta you, gotta let it go.
- 12:44Speaker 1: I've heard how important bees are, right, And then she goes,
- 12:47Speaker 1: shoot and she pushes it into the pool and she goes, well,
- 12:50Speaker 1: now it's got to learn how to swim. She says.
- 12:52Speaker 1: I'm like, and I'm like, we gotta save that bee.
- 12:54Speaker 1: So I freaking jump in the pool with a leaf. Yeah,
- 12:59Speaker 1: be on a leaf like tready water, take it to
- 13:02Speaker 1: the edge. And I also got to make sure it
- 13:03Speaker 1: doesn't bite me. So I'm like, oh, sting me, So
- 13:06Speaker 1: I'm going to swim over and I put it down
- 13:08Speaker 1: and then it like I wait, blow on it, and
- 13:11Speaker 1: then it takes off and it flew off. Be doesn't
- 13:14Speaker 1: feel like a blast furnace on the hop the b
- 13:16Speaker 1: knows I saved this life. I know how important it is.
- 13:18Speaker 7: Well, I know it's see in our house.
- 13:19Speaker 9: Whenever you save a bee in the pool, now you
- 13:21Speaker 9: have good be karma. So the next time you're around bees,
- 13:23Speaker 9: they won't sting you.
- 13:24Speaker 11: Oh that's nice.
- 13:25Speaker 12: I always heard that like if a bee dies or
- 13:27Speaker 12: you kill a bee, that it like lets out in
- 13:29Speaker 12: aroma and then it tells like it's be brothers and
- 13:32Speaker 12: sisters to come and mess you up.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Yeah, there's a there's a thing about bees, how extremely
- 13:38Speaker 1: important they are more than ever. In fact, my friend Greg,
- 13:41Speaker 1: his baby mama is a like a very very well
- 13:45Speaker 1: known professor at ASU that studies that. Oh really there's
- 13:49Speaker 1: something like big time how true this is?
- 13:51Speaker 7: But I saw something on Instagram.
- 13:53Speaker 9: So, like I said, I don't know how true it is,
- 13:55Speaker 9: but in Australia they're actually studying b venom as a
- 13:58Speaker 9: form of like cancer treatment for breast cancer.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Well that makes sense because they've studied scorpion venom for that.
- 14:05Speaker 7: Save the bees, Save the bees?
- 14:07Speaker 1: I wonder what what if? Just for fun guys, I
- 14:09Speaker 1: called Greg?
- 14:10Speaker 11: Yeah, I talked to him about his baby mama, Gregor, here's.
- 14:15Speaker 1: I'll take you.
- 14:16Speaker 10: I think bees are precious wasps though the a holes
- 14:19Speaker 10: up the bug they're kind.
- 14:20Speaker 7: Of they're kind of rude.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Yeah, all this is unbelieve nine. You think it'll work
- 14:33Speaker 1: as it won't? Worry?
- 14:40Speaker 15: Hello Greg bats Sorry mister, please.
- 14:45Speaker 4: Tell who died.
- 14:53Speaker 1: I'm trying to call you on the air. Can you
- 14:55Speaker 1: pick up? I'm trying to call you on my in
- 14:57Speaker 1: the studio, but it died.
- 15:07Speaker 11: But like what if somebody actually died? That would be
- 15:10Speaker 11: I'd rather text he does he have that block you
- 15:16Speaker 11: have like a known numbers? Call you?
- 15:25Speaker 7: How do you not call him?
- 15:26Speaker 2: Girne?
- 15:29Speaker 1: Nice? Hey? I was just talking about how long story short,
- 15:33Speaker 1: But I saved a bee that was in our pool
- 15:35Speaker 1: because I heard bees are really important and that I
- 15:38Speaker 1: remember I remember that I believe in and for lack
- 15:41Speaker 1: of a better phrase, your baby mama is a big week.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Is a big week in the B world? Am I right?
- 15:45Speaker 1: A leader? Can you explain what she does?
- 15:48Speaker 2: So she is a brilliant mathematician and a scientist. She
- 15:53Speaker 2: has a PhD in applied mathematics, and she's using all
- 15:57Speaker 2: of that knowledge to try and stud b colony collapse,
- 16:02Speaker 2: which means that the large colonies of bees where you're
- 16:06Speaker 2: critical to everything we eat in the world. Sixty percent
- 16:09Speaker 2: of the food we eat requires polonization, and these big
- 16:15Speaker 2: bee colonies are collapsing and they're trying to find out
- 16:17Speaker 2: why and how to keep the bees from bleeding the earth.
- 16:21Speaker 1: See, So please tell your baby mama you're welcome.
- 16:25Speaker 10: What about that truck a few weeks ago that like
- 16:28Speaker 10: had a million bees in the South that turned over
- 16:31Speaker 10: and all the bees just got released.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Do you hear about that?
- 16:34Speaker 2: I didn't. That sounds good though.
- 16:37Speaker 1: So please tell your baby mama you're welcome.
- 16:40Speaker 7: Jonjvs to be here.
- 16:42Speaker 1: You're welcome.
- 16:45Speaker 2: So this is this is the point of interest to
- 16:48Speaker 2: you guys, the colonies and how these are helpful.
- 16:51Speaker 1: I just was telling this story about how I saved
- 16:53Speaker 1: the bee. And then I was as I was telling,
- 16:54Speaker 1: I remembered that you were somehow be related.
- 16:57Speaker 15: I thought you were going to.
- 16:58Speaker 2: Tell a different bee story, but I'm not sure it's
- 17:00Speaker 2: appropriate for the you know, radio audience. Remember when Ange
- 17:04Speaker 2: was in the pool and you were screaming about a
- 17:07Speaker 2: bee the French, the French exchange student, no bees and
- 17:14Speaker 2: allergic to be kind of like you know. She had
- 17:18Speaker 2: her top off on the back but still covered.
- 17:22Speaker 1: I don't remember that. I don't I don't remember that.
- 17:25Speaker 1: I don't remember one. But that's a great story.
- 17:28Speaker 2: This is complete. Yes, you do remember that was a
- 17:31Speaker 2: great day.
- 17:33Speaker 1: So what happened? I say, there's a bee? And then
- 17:35Speaker 1: she stood up and.
- 17:36Speaker 2: And she like freaked out and jumped up, and then
- 17:38Speaker 2: we were just both giggling.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Is this tenth grade or younger? Older?
- 17:44Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 17:44Speaker 8: I was.
- 17:45Speaker 5: I think it was like seventh or eighth grade.
- 17:48Speaker 1: That's good stuff. Where's Oje? Now?
- 17:51Speaker 2: I have no idea we should reach out?
- 17:53Speaker 1: Is she? That would be great? No, I swear on
- 17:56Speaker 1: my life, I don't remember one. I don't remember that.
- 17:58Speaker 1: I swear. Wow, I know, brother, I'll talk to you later.
- 18:04Speaker 1: I remember, I don't remember aunt, and I remember what
- 18:07Speaker 1: she saw about. He does that a lot. He has
- 18:09Speaker 1: this like history where he brings up like I think
- 18:11Speaker 1: he was with other people.
- 18:12Speaker 7: Got a good memory.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Maybe I think you're starting to forget things like I
- 18:15Speaker 1: would remember that.
- 18:17Speaker 7: I thought I would remember a guy whipping.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Up right by you. Though. I think I would remember,
- 18:25Speaker 1: like being a teenager and seeing breast for the first time.
- 18:29Speaker 1: You know what I mean.
- 18:29Speaker 11: He said it was your first time.
- 18:31Speaker 1: He didn't say it was the first time, or we're
- 18:33Speaker 1: seeing breast as a teenager. I would remember. I don't
- 18:36Speaker 1: think that the only breast I can remember seeing as
- 18:37Speaker 1: a teenager. Just to let you know, it was my
- 18:39Speaker 1: annual seat. I walked in on her and she had
- 18:41Speaker 1: her top off, and I was mortified. See, this is
- 18:44Speaker 1: what's wrong with your brains. You remember that, but you
- 18:46Speaker 1: don't remember. That's why. That's why you need to have
- 18:49Speaker 1: your brain study to get swear on my life. I
- 18:53Speaker 1: don't remember that story, and I didn't know where he
- 18:56Speaker 1: was going with the TI was like, my god on
- 18:57Speaker 1: my rolodex and remembories, like what's he talking about. There's
- 19:01Speaker 1: lots of other things that have happened. They were horrible
- 19:02Speaker 1: that he could have said, but he didn't. Anyway, good talk.
- 19:05Speaker 1: That's the drunk down line. Wake up with that, good Rich,
- 19:10Speaker 1: John Jaye. Rich tout for stacks and hacks. I have
- 19:13Speaker 1: stacks of information. Rich has life hacks. Let's go around
- 19:16Speaker 1: the room really quick, because this first piece of information
- 19:18Speaker 1: I have is about our underwear. How often do you
- 19:21Speaker 1: buy new underwear?
- 19:22Speaker 11: Col Ugh?
- 19:25Speaker 7: Maybe like once the year, once every other year.
- 19:29Speaker 11: Peyton, I'm embarrassed answer this.
- 19:31Speaker 12: I actually just got new underwear and that was the
- 19:34Speaker 12: first time I've gotten new underwear in no joke.
- 19:37Speaker 11: Probably ten years.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Do you still wear the old underwear with it? You missed?
- 19:41Speaker 12: They're mixed in there, And I only got them because
- 19:43Speaker 12: kadems and I'm tired of seeing the same underwear you.
- 19:46Speaker 1: Rich, you actually got some new ones.
- 19:48Speaker 10: But I usually replace a whole week's worth about every
- 19:51Speaker 10: six months.
- 19:52Speaker 1: That's good. Yeah, you know what's good because Kadeen told
- 19:55Speaker 1: Rich the same thing he told Peyton, so an expert.
- 19:58Speaker 1: There's a story going viral on underwear on how it
- 20:01Speaker 1: doesn't last as long as you think. Expert claim you
- 20:02Speaker 1: should replace old underwear every six months. Oh really every
- 20:06Speaker 1: six months? Dude, I never do that.
- 20:09Speaker 11: Does that make you like, does that make me gross?
- 20:11Speaker 1: I don't know why you wash it?
- 20:13Speaker 12: I literally have the same underwear that I had like
- 20:15Speaker 12: in high school.
- 20:17Speaker 11: Can you wash it?
- 20:18Speaker 1: I have underwear, I do wash it. I have a
- 20:20Speaker 1: parent where I wear every once in a while. But
- 20:22Speaker 1: I bought them with my dad and they're like sentimental underwear.
- 20:25Speaker 1: I bought them in Mervyns. I don't think mervas even
- 20:27Speaker 1: around you.
- 20:29Speaker 9: Which when you get new underwear, do you throw the
- 20:31Speaker 9: other ones away?
- 20:32Speaker 7: Like I get new anwear, but it's.
- 20:33Speaker 11: Like it just.
- 20:35Speaker 10: Because I like them to be all the same brand
- 20:37Speaker 10: and all the same size and all. And it's not
- 20:39Speaker 10: like I'm like it's time. Amazon reminds me of like, hey,
- 20:42Speaker 10: you haven't bought underwear in a while, here's a six pack.
- 20:44Speaker 10: It doesn't Yeah, mine does, so I'm like, oh.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Sure, go ahead. So I don't know that I would
- 20:48Speaker 1: if it wasn't for amazing Rich has.
- 20:50Speaker 11: Like the auto repurchase on all his Amazons.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Where I posted video you about my wife we were
- 20:56Speaker 1: in Hawaii last week.
- 20:57Speaker 11: Yes, so funny.
- 21:00Speaker 1: It out on the balcony of the thirty third floor
- 21:02Speaker 1: and they took off, so her underward disappeared and then
- 21:06Speaker 1: she wanted me to go down and look for it,
- 21:07Speaker 1: and we spent we've had three days look for underwear,
- 21:09Speaker 1: every day thinking it was in a lands and where
- 21:10Speaker 1: we couldn't find it, and then we were walking by.
- 21:12Speaker 1: This was actually a funny moment, embarrassing. So it was her,
- 21:17Speaker 1: my oldest son, Jake, and me and we're walking down
- 21:18Speaker 1: the street at Waikiki Beach and there's a Victoria's Secret.
- 21:21Speaker 1: And if you guys ever been to Waikiki Beach, everything
- 21:23Speaker 1: there is massive, like Louis Vuitton is three stories tall
- 21:26Speaker 1: and Lenciaga's three stories everything's massive there. So there's a
- 21:30Speaker 1: Victoria's Secret. It's three stories tall, and she goes, oh,
- 21:33Speaker 1: let me go to get some underwear money. Let's go.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Could we already gone into Ross? We got in whatever? Okay,
- 21:36Speaker 1: So we go into Victoria's Secret and then Jake looks
- 21:38Speaker 1: at me and goes, I think maybe we should wait
- 21:40Speaker 1: outside for this one dad, And I go, yeah, I
- 21:43Speaker 1: think you're right, because it was really awkward being in
- 21:45Speaker 1: Victoria's Secret with my wife and my son and my
- 21:48Speaker 1: son and my wife's going to pick out Victoria. It
- 21:51Speaker 1: was really and by the way, if you guys are
- 21:55Speaker 1: the least at the Victoria's Secret there she got a whole,
- 21:58Speaker 1: but there was like three dollars. There was very inexpensive
- 22:00Speaker 1: for underwearcause.
- 22:02Speaker 9: They do you like the five for twenty five, yeah,
- 22:04Speaker 9: or seven for twenty five and then for twenty.
- 22:07Speaker 7: Once a year they do nine for twenty five.
- 22:10Speaker 1: I think that's where she did. I think that's where
- 22:12Speaker 1: she did. Yeah, it was one of those deals. Yeah. Anyway,
- 22:15Speaker 1: as we continue on to stacks and hacks, a man
- 22:17Speaker 1: in Ohio fled from a traffic stop on foot. They
- 22:21Speaker 1: chased him. He hid in a garbage can, confine it
- 22:25Speaker 1: until later. The sanitation worker was going to throw away
- 22:28Speaker 1: the trash and the dude was still hiding. Stress my gosh, Oscar, Rich,
- 22:33Speaker 1: where are you from? Saint Louis. There's a car in
- 22:36Speaker 1: Saint Louis that's been illegally parked for nine months and
- 22:41Speaker 1: he keeps getting tickets. Is that the one to look
- 22:42Speaker 1: a street downtown? It's got eight, six hundred and sixty
- 22:46Speaker 1: dollars in parking tickets so far. Oh my gosh, that's
- 22:49Speaker 1: so funny. Rich, We get for.
- 22:50Speaker 10: Lifetimes, all right, So John Jay, do you sleep on
- 22:53Speaker 10: your blood, your back, my butt, on your side.
- 22:55Speaker 1: Where do you sleep? I sleep on my back? Uh, Kyle?
- 22:58Speaker 1: What about you?
- 22:58Speaker 9: If I'm really tired, I can sleep on my back.
- 23:01Speaker 9: I try to do that because apparently it's better for
- 23:02Speaker 9: your face. But if I'm really like, can't fall asleep,
- 23:06Speaker 9: I have to go on my side.
- 23:08Speaker 1: What about you, Peyton?
- 23:09Speaker 11: I sleep on my side.
- 23:10Speaker 1: I think I'm aside and back most of the time.
- 23:12Speaker 10: But I looked it up the sleep Dog because there's
- 23:14Speaker 10: a hack saying if you want your face to be
- 23:16Speaker 10: good for life, you should sleep on your back. So
- 23:19Speaker 10: I checked it out, and guess what.
- 23:21Speaker 1: It is true?
- 23:22Speaker 10: When you sleep flat on your back, your body weight
- 23:24Speaker 10: actually spreads out evenly, less pressure on your spine, less
- 23:27Speaker 10: straight on your neck. Throw a small pillow under your knees,
- 23:31Speaker 10: and you keep your lower back happy. But the bonus,
- 23:33Speaker 10: your face isn't smashed in by a pillow, which means
- 23:36Speaker 10: you were sleeplines but rest less wrinkles over time. So
- 23:41Speaker 10: tonight try sleeping like a vampire. See if it works
- 23:45Speaker 10: that hack at John jan Rich dot com.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Is that why Peyton has that lazy eye? Because she
- 23:48Speaker 1: seems on your side?
- 23:50Speaker 11: Exactly?
- 23:50Speaker 4: Why?
- 23:55Speaker 1: Right? Because side? I'm all so the.
- 24:04Speaker 16: Next segment we're going to do is called second Date
- 24:06Speaker 16: Update because that's what we're going to try and get
- 24:09Speaker 16: and that's what the bit is called.
- 24:11Speaker 1: Second Date Update. Starts right now on John Jay and
- 24:14Speaker 1: Rig one of four seven Kiss FM. John Jay Rich
- 24:17Speaker 1: Time for Second Date Update. Martin, Yo yo yo, Hey,
- 24:20Speaker 1: quick setup. So Second Date Update is about dating somebody,
- 24:25Speaker 1: trying to get a second date. You don't get the
- 24:26Speaker 1: second date. You don't know why you're getting blown off.
- 24:29Speaker 1: You want to hear your story, So what is your story? Martin.
- 24:32Speaker 4: My cousin set me up with this girl. He told me,
- 24:35Speaker 4: like swore up and down that she was perfect for me.
- 24:38Speaker 4: Ten out of ten. We hit it right, it up
- 24:41Speaker 4: right away, texting, good vibes, good conversation, and I'm thinking
- 24:46Speaker 4: this is solid, this is done. So we finally meet
- 24:50Speaker 4: up for dinner, take her to the applebee'st which please,
- 24:54Speaker 4: I know you're gonna laugh. It's it's not a mitchelling star.
- 24:57Speaker 4: But I'm a little fight in a financial situation right now.
- 25:00Speaker 4: So at what sixty two dollars in a dream? You know,
- 25:04Speaker 4: but I felt that the date felt good, you know,
- 25:08Speaker 4: it felt natural, It felt it was flowing.
- 25:11Speaker 1: She was laughing.
- 25:12Speaker 4: We were talking for a good straight two hours. We
- 25:16Speaker 4: even split an appetiser, man, Like, doesn't that mean anything?
- 25:19Speaker 4: Like would you want to share a meal? What was that?
- 25:22Speaker 1: Which app did you split? That's very important?
- 25:24Speaker 4: We shared the Mazzrella sticks. You don't share any meal
- 25:30Speaker 4: with someone, and especially with people that usually double dip.
- 25:34Speaker 4: You don't share that with anyone. So I walked her
- 25:39Speaker 4: to the car. She hugs me. She tells me, text
- 25:43Speaker 4: me when you get home. So I'm like, yeah, this
- 25:46Speaker 4: is locked in, and can you guys tell me why
- 25:50Speaker 4: when I text her nothing, I follow up nothing. I'm
- 25:55Speaker 4: staring at a wall of blue on my phone, bro, like,
- 25:59Speaker 4: was it me the two for twenty five dollars? Did
- 26:02Speaker 4: Applebee's ruin my life? I don't know because I thought
- 26:07Speaker 4: we were clicking and now I'm fully ghosted out here to.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Me, you're the one that she just said, text me
- 26:13Speaker 1: when you get home. That's what I think. Yeah, she
- 26:16Speaker 1: wants to make sure you're safe, right, But she she.
- 26:20Speaker 4: Did she how do you say? Like she took the
- 26:24Speaker 4: initiative and said, hey, you text me when you get home.
- 26:27Speaker 4: I'm like, all right, well you know that's cool, all right?
- 26:29Speaker 8: Right?
- 26:30Speaker 12: And I feel like if she had a problem with
- 26:32Speaker 12: the Applebee's, she probably wouldn't have gone in the date
- 26:35Speaker 12: in the first place, you know what I mean, the
- 26:36Speaker 12: kid like, Yeah, Like she probably would have been like, nah, man,
- 26:39Speaker 12: I'm out, you feel me?
- 26:40Speaker 11: I don't know, So I don't think that's.
- 26:42Speaker 19: It unless she was kind of like Applebee's, it's okay,
- 26:45Speaker 19: Well see how it goes. And she just wasn't feeling
- 26:48Speaker 19: the same way you were, right, Like she learned something
- 26:51Speaker 19: about you on that date that she either got to
- 26:54Speaker 19: ick with or something, because it's almost like she knew
- 26:58Speaker 19: she wasn't going to.
- 26:59Speaker 7: Ever text you again. That's why she said you text.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Me, didn't say she's gonna respond to that time, right right.
- 27:07Speaker 4: Well, that's that's what stumped me because I thought I
- 27:11Speaker 4: was a proper gentleman and I thought we did things right.
- 27:14Speaker 1: And you have you talked to your cousin for any
- 27:16Speaker 1: intel because he set your cousin set you up? No
- 27:19Speaker 1: word back?
- 27:19Speaker 4: Well we have, but you know I'm the one texting her.
- 27:23Speaker 4: He's trying to reach out, but he hasn't responded either.
- 27:27Speaker 1: All right, Well, let's get her on the phone.
- 27:28Speaker 8: What's her name, Alyssa?
- 27:30Speaker 1: All Right, we'll get a list on the phone. Hold
- 27:31Speaker 1: on the line. Second date update continues next with John
- 27:34Speaker 1: Jay and Rich. Squabble, squabble, squabble lot on a four
- 27:39Speaker 1: to seven Kiss FM. It's John J. Rich. We're in
- 27:41Speaker 1: the middle of second date update. Martin and Alyssa.
- 27:44Speaker 10: Well, Martin's cousin set him up with what he called
- 27:47Speaker 10: the perfect date.
- 27:49Speaker 1: They went to Applebee's.
- 27:50Speaker 10: They even split the mazzarellisticks for an appetizer, but they
- 27:55Speaker 10: did skip the Oreo shake, which I think is the
- 27:57Speaker 10: reason you take your.
- 27:58Speaker 1: Date to Oreos.
- 28:00Speaker 10: Her Haynes had it all correct, well, she said, text
- 28:03Speaker 10: me when you get home.
- 28:04Speaker 1: Was it because she was worried about him?
- 28:06Speaker 10: Or was it she wanted to know that the coast
- 28:08Speaker 10: was clear for her to go back out on that
- 28:10Speaker 10: same night and not bump into him ever again. Let
- 28:12Speaker 10: us find out, all.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Right, Martin, that was a good recap. So you stay
- 28:16Speaker 1: quiet and you figure out. Mell Yeah, I can hear you, yeah,
- 28:18Speaker 1: but we don't want to hear you. Now. You want
- 28:20Speaker 1: to stay quiet. We're going to find out why she's
- 28:22Speaker 1: blowing it off, right, hold on.
- 28:23Speaker 8: I'll stay quiet.
- 28:24Speaker 17: Yes, Hello, Hi, is this Melissa?
- 28:39Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 28:39Speaker 11: Oh my gosh, perfect.
- 28:40Speaker 13: Hi.
- 28:40Speaker 12: My name is Peyton. I'm with John Jay and Rich.
- 28:42Speaker 12: We just wanted to talk to you on the radio
- 28:43Speaker 12: really quickly if you're free this morning.
- 28:46Speaker 18: Okay, yeah.
- 28:47Speaker 1: Hey, So we were on the air doing our radio show.
- 28:50Speaker 1: We get a call from a guy. He says, Hey,
- 28:51Speaker 1: I'm confused. I went on a date with this great girl.
- 28:55Speaker 1: I thought we hit it off, and now I feel
- 28:57Speaker 1: like she's ghosting me. So as he's telling us the
- 28:59Speaker 1: whole story, we're like, you know, maybe we could just
- 29:02Speaker 1: call her and get her version of it. And you're
- 29:04Speaker 1: the girl, by the way, okay, and the guy, Yeah,
- 29:08Speaker 1: the guy is Martin his point of view from we're
- 29:11Speaker 1: hearing it from from him, it seemed like it was
- 29:13Speaker 1: a nice date.
- 29:15Speaker 3: Honestly, the date. The date was fine. It was totally fine.
- 29:19Speaker 3: Like the date itself was good, we were laughing, conversation
- 29:25Speaker 3: was good. I'm like thinking, Okay, this is a normal,
- 29:30Speaker 3: decent guy. And then it got really weird, like okay,
- 29:35Speaker 3: so halfway through he let me know that he had
- 29:40Speaker 3: just he had just gotten out a federal prison.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Oh okay, what he didn't tell us that part.
- 29:52Speaker 15: I'm gone right, So.
- 29:54Speaker 3: I'm like, I'm sorry, like what, And then I come
- 29:58Speaker 3: to find out that the guy that I've actually been
- 30:00Speaker 3: messaging on Hindu with for the last few weeks, it
- 30:03Speaker 3: wasn't even him, because this guy was in prison, so
- 30:08Speaker 3: it apparently was his cousin or like, and his cousin
- 30:12Speaker 3: was running his account while he was in prison, So like,
- 30:17Speaker 3: I thought that the person that I was talking to
- 30:21Speaker 3: was him, and like we were building this connection and
- 30:26Speaker 3: like it was cute and I was getting to know
- 30:28Speaker 3: him and they were like legitimately there were good morning texts.
- 30:32Speaker 1: Okay, wow, why.
- 30:36Speaker 3: Basically, like in a relationship with a free man on
- 30:41Speaker 3: behalf of an incarcerated one that I.
- 30:44Speaker 1: Could see where you would take a step back and go,
- 30:47Speaker 1: what just happened there? Did he tell you that at dinner?
- 30:49Speaker 1: Like he told you that at dinner, Like he wasn't
- 30:52Speaker 1: hiding it.
- 30:54Speaker 3: Well yeah, but like I mean.
- 30:56Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like it's the modern day version of a
- 31:01Speaker 1: certain degree of that Syrhenoebersion act thing. Right, Yeah, I
- 31:05Speaker 1: guess that's true. It's old. It's I don't know if
- 31:07Speaker 1: it's a play, it's a movie. It's a guy, a
- 31:09Speaker 1: very ugly guy that is most extremely romantic and can
- 31:13Speaker 1: write letters, and there's a good looking guy that is
- 31:16Speaker 1: in love with another girl, and so the ugly guy
- 31:19Speaker 1: would hide behind a bush and tell the good looking
- 31:21Speaker 1: guy what to say. And the woman fell in love
- 31:22Speaker 1: with a good looking guy, but really fell in love
- 31:24Speaker 1: with the ugly guy. And then it comes out later
- 31:26Speaker 1: and then she goes and Mary's ugly guy. So it's
- 31:28Speaker 1: almost like you you're gonna fall in love with the
- 31:30Speaker 1: cousin and marry the cousin. Siren O Debersion.
- 31:33Speaker 20: Act such good game, by the way, right.
- 31:39Speaker 3: Props to him, like you might have a career. I
- 31:42Speaker 3: don't know, but anyways, Yeah, it was just like really
- 31:44Speaker 3: caught off guard.
- 31:45Speaker 10: And but you know, you did say the date itself
- 31:49Speaker 10: wasn't bad. It was, it was pretty good.
- 31:51Speaker 18: It's just really.
- 31:52Speaker 3: Hard to bounce back from being catfished by a family unit.
- 31:56Speaker 7: That makes sense.
- 31:57Speaker 5: Yeah, it's like a reverse yo yo yo.
- 32:01Speaker 8: Honestly, I don't know what you're acting out of pocket here.
- 32:03Speaker 8: This is the way out of left field.
- 32:08Speaker 18: I didn't Martin.
- 32:09Speaker 3: Martin's on the line.
- 32:10Speaker 1: Martin's on the line.
- 32:12Speaker 7: Did we ever find out why he was in prison?
- 32:13Speaker 11: Because I feel like that's also.
- 32:15Speaker 1: A white.
- 32:18Speaker 11: Murder. You guys.
- 32:23Speaker 1: Go ahead, you guys, go ahead and talk.
- 32:24Speaker 18: Okay.
- 32:25Speaker 3: Well, like, let's just be clear. You had your cousin
- 32:29Speaker 3: running your hand profile while you were sitting in federal prison.
- 32:33Speaker 3: Like I don't care what it was that got you
- 32:36Speaker 3: in prison like that alone.
- 32:38Speaker 8: Alright, First of all, I did my time. I'm out now,
- 32:44Speaker 8: I'm just trying to set up I was just trying
- 32:47Speaker 8: to set up something for when I got out. That's
- 32:49Speaker 8: called being strategic.
- 32:51Speaker 3: Okay, exactly, crazy you yeah like that, Yeah, I was strategic.
- 32:57Speaker 3: You outsourced your entire personality. Like I thought I was
- 33:01Speaker 3: connecting with you.
- 33:02Speaker 18: I thought I was, like to be.
- 33:04Speaker 3: Totally honest, like I thought that I was falling for you.
- 33:06Speaker 8: Martin, you were you were talking. No, no, you were
- 33:11Speaker 8: talking to me. It's the same brain, different hands. What's
- 33:14Speaker 8: the big difference here.
- 33:16Speaker 3: It's not the different hands, it's crazy, Okay. So the
- 33:21Speaker 3: difference is is that humans don't.
- 33:23Speaker 2: Work like that.
- 33:25Speaker 3: And you showed up to her a date like it
- 33:28Speaker 3: was like a walking plot twist. I nearly choked on
- 33:33Speaker 3: my drink when you opened your mouth to tell me that,
- 33:35Speaker 3: Like that was I was glored.
- 33:39Speaker 4: You stayed.
- 33:41Speaker 8: You even ordered the motsticks and clearly the date wasn't
- 33:46Speaker 8: that bad, you weren't feeling you up.
- 33:48Speaker 3: I stayed because I was literally frozen in pure shock.
- 33:52Speaker 3: Like honestly, I was just trying to process the fact
- 33:55Speaker 3: that I had been cassished kind of. I guess, yeah,
- 34:00Speaker 3: like by a Sellen and his cousin.
- 34:06Speaker 1: Made your cousin's awesome.
- 34:11Speaker 8: My cousin is awesome. And you keep throwing this word
- 34:13Speaker 8: around felon, like I'm still locked up. I pay my debt,
- 34:17Speaker 8: I'm good now.
- 34:18Speaker 11: I think you're still a felon.
- 34:27Speaker 8: Anymore.
- 34:28Speaker 9: I just feel like you, like I don't understand why
- 34:30Speaker 9: you're not understanding this.
- 34:33Speaker 3: That's what I'm saying. It's actually insane that, like you
- 34:37Speaker 3: do not see how darn holes that up is. You
- 34:40Speaker 3: really felt like, Okay, yeah, let my cousin flirt with
- 34:44Speaker 3: women for me while I'm in prison and then like
- 34:49Speaker 3: I'll just like slide in later like nothing happened, but
- 34:53Speaker 3: also like spit it like on the first date, like
- 34:57Speaker 3: what the.
- 34:59Speaker 4: It work?
- 35:00Speaker 8: It got you to go out with me?
- 35:02Speaker 9: Sounds like a little relation didn't walk a long term
- 35:05Speaker 9: because she doesn't want to stay going out right, Like.
- 35:07Speaker 12: You're kind of scheming Martin now I'm curious, like, did you, like,
- 35:10Speaker 12: were you in prison for frog? Because that's exactly what
- 35:12Speaker 12: you're doing right here in this relationship.
- 35:14Speaker 3: Quote unquote thank you legitimately.
- 35:19Speaker 8: No, you're now now you're doing too much. Now you're
- 35:22Speaker 8: you're looking, you're looking too too much reasoning behind it.
- 35:26Speaker 8: That's crazy.
- 35:28Speaker 3: Yeah, you did way too much. Like this entire thing
- 35:34Speaker 3: feels like calm, Like what are you doing. You're calling
- 35:37Speaker 3: a radio station. You're trying to like eavestro up on
- 35:40Speaker 3: my conversation about like what's the am I?
- 35:43Speaker 18: And like this is crazy?
- 35:45Speaker 8: Nah nah, nah, No, Well that ain't crazy because I hey,
- 35:49Speaker 8: it's a radio station. I was just looking for an answer.
- 35:52Speaker 8: That's crazy. I feel like you're straight up judging me.
- 35:54Speaker 8: This is that's a whole lot crazy out rectfully.
- 35:59Speaker 3: And I will continue to judge you from a very
- 36:02Speaker 3: safe distance.
- 36:03Speaker 11: Martin.
- 36:04Speaker 7: People don't really like starting relationships on lies.
- 36:06Speaker 4: Right's stripping. This is crazy.
- 36:09Speaker 8: I was a straight up gentleman. I paid out my
- 36:12Speaker 8: my dues. I did everything right. This is crazy.
- 36:16Speaker 1: I agree with you man.
- 36:18Speaker 7: That he did everything right.
- 36:20Speaker 11: What did Martin go to prison for?
- 36:22Speaker 15: I don't know, Martin, tell us, I did my time
- 36:33Speaker 15: and it's not important.
- 36:36Speaker 5: No second date, then it's going to be a no
- 36:39Speaker 5: for me, guys.
- 36:40Speaker 1: Okay, all right, all right, well, thank you guys for here.
- 36:44Speaker 1: I'm looking at what are what are federal crimes? So
- 36:47Speaker 1: if you went to federal prison, white collar crimes, drug
- 36:50Speaker 1: related violent crimes, car jacking, aircraft, did you steal an airplane?
- 36:56Speaker 8: I'm not gonna incriminate myself any further, tax counterfeiting, art theft?
- 37:06Speaker 1: Are you Thomas Crown? All right, you guys, thanks for
- 37:10Speaker 1: good on no second date, no second date. Thank you
- 37:12Speaker 1: guys for going to I row us. That is a
- 37:13Speaker 1: second date update with John Jane Rich. John Jane Rich,
- 37:17Speaker 1: Good morning, Marcy, good morning, Hey, what's going on? You're
- 37:21Speaker 1: on the air.
- 37:22Speaker 18: My friends are coming after for this.
- 37:24Speaker 20: They're on the tick that you shouldn't change for a man,
- 37:28Speaker 20: and you know, don't don't change for a guy at all.
- 37:31Speaker 18: This and I had this different attitude that I feel
- 37:35Speaker 18: like your partner should be the person.
- 37:38Speaker 20: That inspires you to change like that, that you should.
- 37:43Speaker 18: Be leveling up.
- 37:44Speaker 20: You should have someone with you that makes you want
- 37:46Speaker 20: to level up, makes you want to be a different person,
- 37:49Speaker 20: makes you want to be better at the things you do,
- 37:52Speaker 20: and like, I feel like if you're not doing that,
- 37:55Speaker 20: if they're not inspiring that, you're just kind of being.
- 37:57Speaker 15: Complacent and they are hard disagreeing with me. So I'm
- 38:03Speaker 15: just like, Okay, I'm taking this johnding Rich.
- 38:05Speaker 20: They have pasional approachase to things, so help me, help me.
- 38:09Speaker 5: Help me.
- 38:10Speaker 11: I think it depends.
- 38:11Speaker 12: I don't think that you should change your personality for
- 38:13Speaker 12: a man, but everyone has a little bit of you know,
- 38:16Speaker 12: fixing up to do when it comes to you as
- 38:19Speaker 12: a person as a whole. So I think if your
- 38:21Speaker 12: man levels you up, absolutely, but do you change who
- 38:24Speaker 12: you are to your core for them?
- 38:26Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 38:26Speaker 7: No, I don't think you do.
- 38:28Speaker 9: But I do also think there is in every relationship
- 38:31Speaker 9: an element of compromise that needs to happen, but not
- 38:34Speaker 9: to the cost of like you're literally changing the person
- 38:37Speaker 9: you are.
- 38:37Speaker 7: Like what are your friends concerned about?
- 38:40Speaker 18: I mean, I think they're just like, you know, you
- 38:42Speaker 18: should be a whole person before you meet somebody, and
- 38:46Speaker 18: then like, if they're inspiring you to change them, you're
- 38:49Speaker 18: being fake.
- 38:49Speaker 7: I think it's what they're saying, change in what way?
- 38:51Speaker 9: Like are you making are you now changing your whole
- 38:54Speaker 9: religion or are you now just changing your hair shampoo?
- 38:57Speaker 9: Like what are their specific exams amples that are freaking
- 39:00Speaker 9: them out? Like what's the red flags?
- 39:03Speaker 18: I mean like habits and stuff. So like I think
- 39:05Speaker 18: of like the first thing is like you know, he's
- 39:09Speaker 18: like like I think we should be more active. I
- 39:12Speaker 18: think we shouldn't do like as many like sit down dates,
- 39:14Speaker 18: and I'm just like, cool, yeah, that's great, So like
- 39:16Speaker 18: let's get out and like especially as warmert let's get
- 39:19Speaker 18: out and like work out for dates and stuff. But
- 39:21Speaker 18: I don't normally do that.
- 39:23Speaker 1: Well I like that. I like that because he's leveling
- 39:26Speaker 1: up too. He's he's joining you in me. Here's what
- 39:30Speaker 1: I think. When she started telling that story, it made
- 39:32Speaker 1: me think that I know this girl and she was single.
- 39:34Speaker 1: She would date somebody and she would act like whatever
- 39:37Speaker 1: that guy was into, she also was into it. I
- 39:40Speaker 1: started with golf all sudden, she was a big golfer, right,
- 39:43Speaker 1: and she'd be posting golfing stuff. Then it was like
- 39:46Speaker 1: pick a ball and it was like dating another guy
- 39:48Speaker 1: and it was like he was into pick a ball.
- 39:50Speaker 1: So she all said she was into pickaball. And I
- 39:51Speaker 1: think this person made it made the guy believe that
- 39:55Speaker 1: she was already into that before, but she wasn't.
- 39:58Speaker 11: That's actually kind of crazy.
- 40:00Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 40:00Speaker 9: The girl I knew she like was like kind of
- 40:02Speaker 9: like really preppy, and then she started eating a skater
- 40:04Speaker 9: and she started doing totally different.
- 40:06Speaker 1: And I feel like, that's what your friends are talking about,
- 40:09Speaker 1: finding something, in my opinion, find me somebody that's going
- 40:11Speaker 1: to make you better. How can that how can that
- 40:13Speaker 1: be a problem.
- 40:13Speaker 10: Well, yeah, if you're turning it together, I think that's fine.
- 40:15Speaker 10: Because he's saying we should have more active dates. He's
- 40:18Speaker 10: not telling you change for me. He's saying, let's yeah,
- 40:21Speaker 10: let's get better together. I think that's probably fine.
- 40:23Speaker 1: If you're like, oh my god, I love I love
- 40:26Speaker 1: Bruno Mars is a great and he also a guy's like,
- 40:29Speaker 1: oh I love Bruno Mars too. You know they're making
- 40:31Speaker 1: stuff off right, Like that's what it's like, associopath. But
- 40:34Speaker 1: either way, good luck, Marcy. I think you you. I
- 40:38Speaker 1: think everybody here gave me good advice.
- 40:40Speaker 18: Okay, okay, good thanks, Parsley.
- 40:42Speaker 1: Have a great day, John, Jay, and Rich. It's Chris
- 40:53Speaker 1: on the phone. Hey Chris, what's going on?
- 40:55Speaker 5: Hey, guys, just calling in I need to get some
- 40:58Speaker 5: advice from you.
- 40:59Speaker 1: You've come to the right place because we all got
- 41:01Speaker 1: hot takes.
- 41:02Speaker 5: Well, they're listening to you guys for years, so I
- 41:05Speaker 5: know you guys are good at this. My wife's fortieth
- 41:08Speaker 5: birthday is coming up, milestone birthday. We've been toget her
- 41:12Speaker 5: for twenty three years, married for ten years this year,
- 41:16Speaker 5: so her one of her friends, I don't know which one,
- 41:20Speaker 5: they planned a weekend getaway for her for her fortieth birthday.
- 41:26Speaker 5: The problem is they never reached out to me to
- 41:30Speaker 5: see if I had anything planned for her. So the
- 41:33Speaker 5: way it is is the weekend that she has this
- 41:37Speaker 5: out of town birthday planned, it also goes into Mother's
- 41:41Speaker 5: Day as well on that Sunday. Oh, so I will
- 41:44Speaker 5: not be able to spend my wife's milestone birthday with her,
- 41:49Speaker 5: and I am very upset because no one. I feel
- 41:53Speaker 5: like it's disrespectable because no one reached out to me
- 41:55Speaker 5: to see what I had going on for her. And
- 41:58Speaker 5: I'm very upset because I don't go to spend her
- 42:00Speaker 5: birthday with her, and I just don't.
- 42:02Speaker 4: Know to bring it up to her.
- 42:04Speaker 1: So that's a girl's trip. There's no guys going right.
- 42:06Speaker 1: There's no other guys going, not, not that I'm aware of.
- 42:11Speaker 5: I just found out about it because my wife was
- 42:15Speaker 5: talking to her sister on the phone and I heard
- 42:17Speaker 5: my wife say, oh, I'm not even going to be
- 42:19Speaker 5: in town.
- 42:19Speaker 8: For my birthday.
- 42:20Speaker 5: And that's how I found out about it.
- 42:22Speaker 10: So your wife knows that she's going out of town
- 42:25Speaker 10: for her birthday, correct, And she hasn't told you.
- 42:28Speaker 1: You just found out, correct?
- 42:30Speaker 9: Did you confront her about that afterwards? Like, Hey, how
- 42:33Speaker 9: come you wouldn't tell me that you had these plans?
- 42:36Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 42:37Speaker 5: Maybe I didn't handle the best way. I kind of
- 42:40Speaker 5: got upset and I go, wow, that's really messed.
- 42:43Speaker 15: Up, and I kind of walked out of the room.
- 42:45Speaker 11: Yeah that's not the right one.
- 42:48Speaker 1: I did.
- 42:49Speaker 8: Yes, And uh what what did you have a plan?
- 42:53Speaker 4: Well?
- 42:53Speaker 5: I am we were going to go get a bet
- 42:56Speaker 5: town owned man.
- 42:58Speaker 1: You really planned?
- 42:59Speaker 7: Did you tell her that yet?
- 43:01Speaker 8: Not yet?
- 43:02Speaker 5: But part of it too, is is I didn't My
- 43:05Speaker 5: fortieth birthday was last year, and I didn't have anything
- 43:10Speaker 5: celebrated for mine.
- 43:12Speaker 1: So yeah, we got we.
- 43:15Speaker 12: Got some big community game, obviously, right, Like obviously your
- 43:18Speaker 12: feelings are probably still hurt from not being able to
- 43:21Speaker 12: celebrate you're a big milestone, and then you want to
- 43:23Speaker 12: do that for your wife, and her friends kind of
- 43:25Speaker 12: took over, which I understand. My friends are very much
- 43:27Speaker 12: like that too. They're like, we want to plan something,
- 43:30Speaker 12: we want to get it together, and sometimes it does go.
- 43:32Speaker 11: Over their head.
- 43:33Speaker 12: They probably one hundred percent should have reached out to you,
- 43:35Speaker 12: just in case. But if I was you, I don't know,
- 43:37Speaker 12: maybe reach out to the friend and say, I'd love
- 43:39Speaker 12: to come and celebrate. Is there a way, Oh it's
- 43:41Speaker 12: a girl's trip. Oh it's just a girls yeah. Oh yeah,
- 43:45Speaker 12: you don't want to be on the trip.
- 43:47Speaker 7: I feel like, yes, you should feel some type of way.
- 43:49Speaker 7: They probably should have reached out to you.
- 43:51Speaker 9: But also you don't know the conversations that she's been
- 43:53Speaker 9: having with her girlfriends, like I just want.
- 43:55Speaker 7: To get away.
- 43:55Speaker 9: It'd be so nice to like spend Mother's you know
- 43:58Speaker 9: what I mean, Like one mother's day. I just want
- 43:59Speaker 9: to like not have to worry about anything. And her
- 44:02Speaker 9: friends are probably like, let's give that to her.
- 44:04Speaker 11: Let's do that for her.
- 44:05Speaker 9: It's her fortieth birthday, we need to make this special.
- 44:08Speaker 9: Nobody knew about any plans that you were doing, so
- 44:10Speaker 9: they're like, you know, he may not even be planning anything,
- 44:14Speaker 9: and so they planned.
- 44:14Speaker 7: It, and they plan it before you did, then that's
- 44:17Speaker 7: unfortunate too.
- 44:18Speaker 9: But also I kind of feel like the more mature
- 44:22Speaker 9: way to deal with this is say, oh, my gosh,
- 44:24Speaker 9: it's so amazing that my wife has friends that want
- 44:27Speaker 9: to take care care of her and spoil her and
- 44:30Speaker 9: celebrate her because she deserves to be celebrated.
- 44:33Speaker 7: I did have something planned.
- 44:35Speaker 9: Just because it's not on the day on the weekend
- 44:38Speaker 9: doesn't mean you can't still plan that trip and make
- 44:41Speaker 9: it like an extra special year for her and say,
- 44:43Speaker 9: maybe do it the next weekend. And honestly, it's probably
- 44:44Speaker 9: gonna be cheaper for you anyways, because Airbnb's are gonna.
- 44:47Speaker 1: Be cheaper, not a Mother's Day. I think that's so.
- 44:51Speaker 9: Yet your feelings are hurt, But like, if you really
- 44:53Speaker 9: want to honor your wife, and if the point of
- 44:55Speaker 9: it was really to celebrate her, then celebrate her just
- 44:57Speaker 9: on a different weekend.
- 44:58Speaker 10: One hundred percent agreed, because you can turn this into
- 45:01Speaker 10: a big fight, make it miserable for everybody. But the
- 45:03Speaker 10: win is you know what I didn't realize is that
- 45:05Speaker 10: you had made plans. I actually was going to surprise you.
- 45:08Speaker 10: Here's the place I've rented.
- 45:09Speaker 1: Would you be.
- 45:10Speaker 10: Into if we just did it the following weekend or
- 45:12Speaker 10: the next weekend and we'll celebrate then and we'll go
- 45:15Speaker 10: to the beach. Then then you win. It doesn't matter
- 45:17Speaker 10: about your birthday. You're a grown man. You don't need
- 45:19Speaker 10: a birthday party. You're doing something special for your girl,
- 45:22Speaker 10: like just suck it up and then be happy or
- 45:25Speaker 10: be miserable and getting your feelings about it.
- 45:28Speaker 5: No, that's a great point. That's kind of why I
- 45:30Speaker 5: haven't brought it up because I didn't want to get
- 45:33Speaker 5: into an argument. That's exactly why good. I didn't think
- 45:35Speaker 5: it would be fair. I mean, because it's her birthday.
- 45:37Speaker 10: Because you're already planned to be that's messed up, seed,
- 45:40Speaker 10: and that's not going to go over well.
- 45:41Speaker 11: Take Kyle's advice, share the best. Listen to Kyle.
- 45:46Speaker 5: That seems to be how.
- 45:47Speaker 8: It is every time.
- 45:48Speaker 9: I figure, and you end up double win because you
- 45:54Speaker 9: get you know, you're good in her eyes and you're
- 45:56Speaker 9: going to have a great time.
- 45:58Speaker 8: No, I appreciate it.
- 45:58Speaker 5: I've been listening to you guys for years, and I
- 46:00Speaker 5: knew I was going to get the best advice.
- 46:01Speaker 8: So thank you.
- 46:02Speaker 7: Oh you're welcome.
- 46:03Speaker 1: Be a hero. I'm funny.
- 46:04Speaker 7: Let us know how it goes.
- 46:05Speaker 11: Okay, please do We'll do Away and Bridge.
- 46:13Speaker 1: Wake you up, Kyle Pey, what do you guys got
- 46:15Speaker 1: for entertainments?
- 46:16Speaker 9: So it's heading to court really fast and then came
- 46:19Speaker 9: to a screeching halt. So Blake Lively was at the
- 46:21Speaker 9: metcal last night, but the daytime was kind of a
- 46:24Speaker 9: big deal for her case with Justin Baldoni. So it's
- 46:27Speaker 9: just days before jury selection was supposed to take place.
- 46:30Speaker 9: And then they announced they have come to a settlement.
- 46:34Speaker 9: They are not going to trial. We will not be
- 46:36Speaker 9: having a moment like Amber heard and Johnny Depp seeing
- 46:41Speaker 9: them battle this out, this court case that we've been
- 46:44Speaker 9: following for my last I.
- 46:46Speaker 7: Don't know, year and a half. We will not see
- 46:48Speaker 7: it come to furnish the fruition.
- 46:52Speaker 9: And we don't really get the details because the terms
- 46:56Speaker 9: of the settlement were not revealed that they will remain private.
- 46:58Speaker 7: But both sides now say they're just focused on moving forward.
- 47:01Speaker 10: It makes sense because you figure that kind of ruined
- 47:03Speaker 10: Amberhard's career, right, Yeah, and.
- 47:06Speaker 11: She got pulled from Aquaman I.
- 47:07Speaker 10: Think after she already filmed it. Yeah, so, I mean
- 47:10Speaker 10: you figure if the details don't favor you, then that's it.
- 47:13Speaker 1: That's it. But now you can both go on and
- 47:15Speaker 1: have careers and people just assume that you had a fight.
- 47:18Speaker 7: Reputations have already been one hundred percent.
- 47:20Speaker 12: I mean, they were probably both slimy on both ends,
- 47:22Speaker 12: and they just didn't want any more of what already
- 47:24Speaker 12: has been out there to come out.
- 47:26Speaker 9: I feel like it was a petty argument that just
- 47:29Speaker 9: went way too far, and their egos stepped in and
- 47:32Speaker 9: they were fun. I'm gonna take this to court, but
- 47:34Speaker 9: they I think they both really didn't have a whole
- 47:36Speaker 9: lot to stand on personally.
- 47:37Speaker 7: Okay, now we got to get into the met Gala.
- 47:40Speaker 9: The theme this year was costume Art, celebrating the intersection
- 47:43Speaker 9: of fashion and fine are.
- 47:44Speaker 7: The dress code was fashion is Art. There was a
- 47:49Speaker 7: lot of drama.
- 47:50Speaker 9: Behind the scenes that you did not see on the
- 47:52Speaker 9: red carpet, which we will get to in just a second.
- 47:54Speaker 9: But apparently there were protests all around the city. People
- 47:57Speaker 9: bought big, huge projection art to be put on windows
- 48:01Speaker 9: and sides of buildings, basically protesting that Jeff Bezos.
- 48:05Speaker 7: Was allowed to be there. The protest was free sponsor
- 48:08Speaker 7: because and that's the thing.
- 48:10Speaker 9: They're like number one fashion insiders are now saying that
- 48:13Speaker 9: they've lost their exclusivity, like it's not really an invite
- 48:16Speaker 9: only thing, it's a you can pay your way in thing.
- 48:18Speaker 9: Because he donated ten million dollars to be that sponsor, to.
- 48:21Speaker 7: Be able to be there on the red carpet.
- 48:23Speaker 9: The other problem is is people were basically protesting the
- 48:26Speaker 9: fact that he owns Amazon, and Amazon, according to the protesters,
- 48:31Speaker 9: definitely treats their Amazon employees wrong. In fact, there were
- 48:34Speaker 9: people putting bottles of urine around the met where everyone
- 48:39Speaker 9: to basically symbolize that Amazon drivers have to pee in
- 48:42Speaker 9: bottles because they can't stop wow time stuff that they
- 48:47Speaker 9: have on them.
- 48:47Speaker 10: Well, I would have saw a bottle of p I
- 48:49Speaker 10: would have been like, oh, it's New York people's pen bottles.
- 48:51Speaker 9: There was signs on the bottles that explained what was
- 48:54Speaker 9: going on, But in any case, I think the majority
- 48:57Speaker 9: of the celebrities didn't really care or not about that.
- 49:01Speaker 9: And the ticket prices were one hundred thousand dollars apiece.
- 49:03Speaker 9: The met definitely made a bunch of money. I think
- 49:05Speaker 9: I saw forty two million dollars was raised just last night,
- 49:10Speaker 9: and of course the Red Carpet delivered a visual spectacle.
- 49:13Speaker 9: There were I mean, there were definitely some celebrities that
- 49:16Speaker 9: always play it really safe, and then there were the
- 49:18Speaker 9: celebrities that go all out, all out, like Heidi Klum.
- 49:22Speaker 7: She showed up as a literal, living marble sculpture.
- 49:26Speaker 1: Yes, I would have known it was her.
- 49:28Speaker 7: Fully leaned into fashion. Is are Beyonce? She made her
- 49:31Speaker 7: triumphant return.
- 49:33Speaker 9: Jay Z and her daughter Blue were there. She just
- 49:35Speaker 9: said she was so enamored by her daughter.
- 49:38Speaker 13: She looks so beautiful this It's incredible to be able
- 49:41Speaker 13: to share it with her.
- 49:42Speaker 11: What are you looking forward to most from tonight?
- 49:44Speaker 13: I think is really just experiencing this through the eyes
- 49:47Speaker 13: of Blue and being able to relax. And I think
- 49:51Speaker 13: for me, I'm wearing Olivier Roos thing that someone that's
- 49:54Speaker 13: been so loyal to me, and so it's really about
- 49:57Speaker 13: representing him.
- 49:58Speaker 9: Sabrina Carpenter and Stea Nick where the surprise performers inside
- 50:02Speaker 9: on the Red Carpet. Sabrina's dress was literally made of
- 50:05Speaker 9: film strips.
- 50:06Speaker 7: It is film.
- 50:07Speaker 9: It's all made of film, which is my dream Jonathan Anderson,
- 50:11Speaker 9: the genius that he is, and Dior, the whole team is.
- 50:13Speaker 16: So I can't even express my love and gratitude for them.
- 50:16Speaker 9: We just finished all of my Coachella looks together and
- 50:19Speaker 9: then they hopped right into making this dream dress and
- 50:22Speaker 9: it's amazing.
- 50:22Speaker 11: It's just from the movie.
- 50:24Speaker 7: Sabrina, which is one of my favorite films.
- 50:25Speaker 9: Of all time, starring Aubrey hepburn YEP symbolism everywhere, there,
- 50:29Speaker 9: a Rihanna and a sad rocky rock the Red carpet,
- 50:32Speaker 9: she was asked what her dress is giving back. First
- 50:34Speaker 9: thought like, is it a tornado? Is she like talk
- 50:36Speaker 9: about the chaos around her?
- 50:37Speaker 7: But no, I was way off.
- 50:39Speaker 13: Tell me what it's giving.
- 50:40Speaker 11: I think it's giving oyster.
- 50:42Speaker 14: They say to be yourself, and I'm like, instead of
- 50:44Speaker 14: a butterfly and a cocoon, I've grown up in the Caribbean.
- 50:50Speaker 11: You're laughing, You're.
- 50:56Speaker 5: No for real.
- 50:56Speaker 14: But I really felt like I was coming out of
- 50:58Speaker 14: an oyster, Like all these jewels were like me in
- 51:03Speaker 14: this show.
- 51:04Speaker 10: I'm gonna go with the tornado thing. There's been lots
- 51:05Speaker 10: of storms. I'm just like a tornado. I would have
- 51:08Speaker 10: gone for that.
- 51:08Speaker 11: Oh my gosh.
- 51:09Speaker 12: I thought, I don't think people are talking about Rihanna's
- 51:11Speaker 12: hair enough looks so dope. He looked beautiful, and I'm
- 51:14Speaker 12: just like, I'm soke. I love seeing her and he's
- 51:17Speaker 12: not rocky together in Shyro.
- 51:18Speaker 7: I loved it.
- 51:19Speaker 1: He's handsome.
- 51:20Speaker 9: It did.
- 51:20Speaker 16: I mean?
- 51:21Speaker 9: I think when I was listening to her interview, I
- 51:23Speaker 9: was like, oh, I feel like she pregamed a little bit.
- 51:25Speaker 7: Maybe maybe not.
- 51:27Speaker 9: Probably Rhanna likes most likely the rock though is one
- 51:31Speaker 9: hundred percent confirmed he was pregaming quite a bit because
- 51:33Speaker 9: when he was asked if he was art or the artist,
- 51:36Speaker 9: he outed himself, well, I love that question.
- 51:39Speaker 1: My friend Coleman Dring Domingo, I'll get it out. So
- 51:41Speaker 1: it's Quila talking.
- 51:43Speaker 15: He talked about how this is my first met, our
- 51:45Speaker 15: first met.
- 51:46Speaker 6: He's been here a few times, and he talked about
- 51:49Speaker 6: what this is is the beauty of art and sometimes
- 51:51Speaker 6: it's a walking expression of art. And I could feel that,
- 51:54Speaker 6: so am I the art or the artist? I think
- 51:56Speaker 6: I'm both, and I think we're both, and maybe that's.
- 51:59Speaker 1: A cool place it sure is.
- 52:01Speaker 4: I love that.
- 52:02Speaker 11: Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner were low key, kind of
- 52:04Speaker 11: matching with their tops.
- 52:05Speaker 9: I feel like the Kardashians always sort of somewhat coordinating.
- 52:09Speaker 11: Some somewhat some way.
- 52:11Speaker 12: But I did see that Timothy Shalamay wasn't at the
- 52:13Speaker 12: met because he was at the next game instead.
- 52:16Speaker 11: He was like priorities, it's game one. It's so funny.
- 52:20Speaker 9: Yeah, I think there were definitely some really entertaining looks.
- 52:22Speaker 9: That's one thing that I think is just like a
- 52:24Speaker 9: normal person is like.
- 52:25Speaker 7: That's all we get for the met. We don't know
- 52:27Speaker 7: what's going on side because it's so secretive.
- 52:38Speaker 10: John Jay Enrich and Mother's Day is Sunday. I hope
- 52:42Speaker 10: you Peyton, Kyle, Nick, you guys are all getting ready
- 52:45Speaker 10: to care of your mama's But the day before that, Kyle,
- 52:48Speaker 10: is dog Mom's Day.
- 52:50Speaker 9: Yeah, it's always such a fun event. So it's at
- 52:52Speaker 9: Ashley Castle. You can get tickets at Love Pop Foundation
- 52:55Speaker 9: dot org. It's always really cool. There's always like a
- 52:56Speaker 9: really good swag bag that you get just for participating,
- 52:59Speaker 9: and then they have local vendors where you can shop
- 53:01Speaker 9: around and then eat sweet treats. And of course you're
- 53:03Speaker 9: supporting Love Pop that's the whole reason of going.
- 53:06Speaker 7: And so it's a really really good thing to be
- 53:08Speaker 7: a part of.
- 53:09Speaker 1: Let's say, Hey day Erica, Here Erica, welcome to John Jaye. Rich.
- 53:12Speaker 1: You're gonna play a new game with us. Yay, hi, Hi,

- 53:37Speaker 16: original version. If you can tell me who it is
- 53:39Speaker 16: and what the song is, you get two points. Then
- 53:44Speaker 16: you have to guess what they're covering or sampling. Okay, sure, Rich,
- 53:49Speaker 16: We'll start with you.

- 54:19Speaker 5: What it was.
- 54:27Speaker 7: Totally let me your body toe.
- 54:31Speaker 11: Oh my gosh, I have no idea Erica Moonbeam ice Cream.

- 55:16Speaker 16: Go ahead, Rich, it's the night Rider theme song that

- 55:38Speaker 1: doesn't it.
- 55:40Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 55:41Speaker 16: All right Peyton with two points, Rich with two points.

- 57:17Speaker 11: Screams. These are a few of my favorite Do you.
- 57:21Speaker 16: Guys remember we had the producers of that song in
- 57:23Speaker 16: the in the sound space here at the station, and
- 57:25Speaker 16: they didn't know it was from the sound idea.
- 57:29Speaker 1: Anyway, good job, Erica.
- 57:30Speaker 16: Two points after one round, everybody on the board will
- 57:33Speaker 16: start round two now with Richard. Somebody is.
- 57:40Speaker 1: So excited. Now you're just somebody with an extra toe
- 57:46Speaker 1: by go t a.
- 57:47Speaker 16: Okay, all right, somebody, that's right? Good for four points
- 57:57Speaker 16: this round?
- 57:58Speaker 1: Rich Way to God. I gotta be on.
- 58:00Speaker 10: I like the Dochi song, but whenever I hear it start,
- 58:01Speaker 10: I think it's the got song, and then I'm kind
- 58:03Speaker 10: of disappointed that it's not.
- 58:04Speaker 11: Totally don't you look dope at the met last night too?
- 58:08Speaker 11: Shoot good.
- 58:08Speaker 12: I'm glad because last year she had that whole fiasco
- 58:11Speaker 12: with her out figeting shoone before the Red carpet, and
- 58:14Speaker 12: she was so mad at everyone coming out the elevator,
- 58:16Speaker 12: so she literally wore like this giant sheet over.
- 58:19Speaker 11: Her and stuff.
- 58:20Speaker 1: This year, she really missed an opportunity there.
- 58:23Speaker 16: She could have That song could have been called Dochihchi,
- 58:29Speaker 16: Yeah weird?
- 58:30Speaker 1: Okay, all right, Pain, it's your turn.
- 58:48Speaker 11: The Rain's down in Africa. And then it sampled from
- 58:51Speaker 11: the Mulan movies.
- 58:52Speaker 12: Okay, yeah, Mulan because they're fighting in Africa, down to
- 58:58Speaker 12: business finding in Africa.
- 59:02Speaker 11: It's son of them. Are you looking for a home?
- 59:06Speaker 16: Yes, we're looking for weeezer Africa. And of course the
- 59:09Speaker 16: original version is.
- 59:13Speaker 11: So it's the same song.
- 59:15Speaker 1: It's a cover, I mean like promote.
- 59:21Speaker 16: Nice job, paydon no points this round to really really
- 59:26Speaker 16: good attempt Kyle.

- 59:40Speaker 7: Okay, you know the song artist right now? She's sampling Blue.
- 59:47Speaker 1: Yeah, the artist for that.
- 59:55Speaker 7: Songs Blue. And then I would say that the song
- 59:57Speaker 7: before that, the title is also Blue.
- 59:59Speaker 16: In parenthes it is blue. I will get I'll give
- 1:00:02Speaker 16: you a print there, a point a print there, I'll
- 1:00:04Speaker 16: give you a point there. Yeah, David Getta, Bbi Rexa,
- 1:00:07Speaker 16: I'm good is the actual nut title that song? But
- 1:00:09Speaker 16: you know what, Kyle, that was a valiant effort. I'm
- 1:00:12Speaker 16: proud of you. God, God, willing Erica, you get this right?
- 1:00:17Speaker 5: Here we go?

- 1:00:36Speaker 18: I don't know the sampling or the cover.
- 1:00:38Speaker 5: Oh I need help.
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: You know the song? Right?
- 1:00:43Speaker 17: Yeah?
- 1:00:44Speaker 15: She said?
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: She boozy, she got that. Okay, we'll give her that.
- 1:00:47Speaker 11: Does anyone want to help her?
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: Should I help her?
- 1:00:52Speaker 11: Cover?
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: I know the cover, I just don't remember who's saying it?

- 1:01:08Speaker 16: Out Jaquon at the Aras last year, specifically money.
- 1:01:13Speaker 7: Yeah, good job job there, Carl, hooray.
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: Let's get where the tickets you guys.
- 1:01:21Speaker 10: I mean that's fine, but I got to tell you
- 1:01:23Speaker 10: that fastball went right by me with Benson Boone and

- 1:01:28Speaker 1: Oh my god? What does that song sound like and
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: I've never figured it out. Good job, You're welcome.
- 1:01:33Speaker 14: You have an idea for the show, Listen on the
- 1:01:36Speaker 14: iHeartRadio app and hit that microphone button to talk back
- 1:01:39Speaker 14: to us.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: It's John, Jay and Rich.
- 1:01:41Speaker 10: We are looking for a caller for Minute to Win
- 1:01:44Speaker 10: It eight seven seven nine three seven one four seven.
- 1:01:47Speaker 10: We just asked you ten questions. All you have to
- 1:01:50Speaker 10: do is get all ten of them right in sixty
- 1:01:52Speaker 10: seconds and you win a thousand dollars That is coming
- 1:01:55Speaker 10: up after Kyle tells us.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: What we need to know.
- 1:01:57Speaker 9: So the Hazen fire is still burning, but if you
- 1:01:59Speaker 9: look out side, the smoke looks a lot less than yesterday.
- 1:02:02Speaker 9: And they're actually very hopeful that since the winds have
- 1:02:06Speaker 9: calmed down and this weather is a little nicer, that
- 1:02:08Speaker 9: it might make it easier to fight. But at this
- 1:02:10Speaker 9: point there has been like close to one thousand acres
- 1:02:14Speaker 9: burned and it's still zero percent contained.
- 1:02:16Speaker 7: So it's the kind of whether our firefighters needed. So
- 1:02:20Speaker 7: hopefully today they can make some incredible progress because it
