SPEAKER_02: So I Googled you, you know.
• 0:53
  SPEAKER_02: I've done it, you've done a lot.
• 0:56
  SPEAKER_02: A lot.
• 0:57
  SPEAKER_02: I know.
• 0:58
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, the government said I did a lot, but I was just gonna lost something, some but they they gave you this nickname.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_02: Where did it where did this nickname come from?
• 1:09
SPEAKER_03: Um, it came from the government.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_03: Um, bank robbing babe, because um I got charged with fraud, with fraud with the feds, and they said I robbed banks with phones and credit cards.
• 1:20
SPEAKER_03: So everybody thought I was going in robbing banks, but I wasn't robbing banks.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_03: I manipulated the system using a phone and credit cards.
• 1:28
  SPEAKER_02: That's hard.
• 1:31
SPEAKER_03: So that's how they came up with bank robbing, baby, and then I, you know, I revamped it to Bear Rich Beauty BRB.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_02: So is Bear Rich Beauty a makeup line?
• 1:40
  SPEAKER_02: Is it a lifestyle?
• 1:41
SPEAKER_03: Is it is it like a what is it's a bread, it's a lifestyle, it's a movement, you know.
• 1:46
SPEAKER_03: It got everything to do with like just beauty.
• 1:48
  SPEAKER_03: Uh, you know, I'm not a baddie, I'm a beauty.
• 1:51
SPEAKER_03: So it's like, you know, I want to um mess with the young girls in my community or just around all around the world to tell them my story and try to help them steer in the right direction instead of going left, go right because it's not worth it.
• 2:05
SPEAKER_03: I wasted a lot of time being behind the bars because with the picture they painted, the government of me, you know, doing fraud.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_03: So the bank robber thing came came upon because to them I was doing the most.
• 2:22
SPEAKER_02: So you said go ahead, go ahead, go ahead.
• 2:25
SPEAKER_02: So you so you said uh talking to the young girls, you look young yourself.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_02: So you say you teach the titles or something because you look a good 29, 30.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_02: So I'm trying to see what you're talking about.
• 2:34
  SPEAKER_03: No, I'm a um cat.
• 2:36
  SPEAKER_03: I'm um 46, about to be 47.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_03: So, like, you know, I would like to speak to the youth anywhere from 10 to 30, you know, and just tell them my story so I can have an impact on their life and let them know what I've been through and the reason why I went through it, you know, chasing that fast life, the fast money.
• 2:54
SPEAKER_03: Um, I grew up in the um dubs, east Oakland, California.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_03: Um, my first baby daddy, he is from West Oakland and he was a bank robber.
• 3:03
SPEAKER_03: So I was infatuated just with the lifestyle.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_03: You know, I was moving, shaking a thief first.
• 3:07
  SPEAKER_03: That's how I started off.
• 3:08
SPEAKER_03: And then I was running back and forth from the east to the west, and I see how everybody was getting down, you know, because I grew up in the 80s, you know, I was born in 79.
• 3:16
SPEAKER_03: So by '85, I was in West Oakland going to the school with you know, people who was out there already hustling, selling rocks at a young age.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_03: And then in '91, I start, you know, still at a young age, and basically just named Well, just so you understand, it's grimy.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_00: Everywhere she just named West Oakland and Dorothy.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it is grimy, it's gotta.
• 3:41
  SPEAKER_02: What's more grimy?
• 3:42
SPEAKER_02: West Oakland or East Oakland, because East Oakland ain't like the grimiest.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, uh well, West Oakland because it's smaller than East Oakland, but West Oakland, hey, back then when like I was my auntie was staying in the um high rises, which is cross street front of Projects Acorn.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_03: You could even be outside because they would shoot up the security, shooting in the hallways, like we had to dodge bullets like in the high rise on the eighth floor because we didn't know if the bullets was gonna be a way up there because they had shootouts every day in the daytime, nighttime, you know, everything went in the west.
• 4:15
SPEAKER_03: East Oakland is kind of big, so I think all the spot, bro.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_00: It's just that it's just that the west, like the the east, the west could come to the east and kick it.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_00: East Oakland niggas don't go to the west and kick it.
• 4:29
SPEAKER_00: You gotta have a pass, exactly.
• 4:31
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm saying then, mind you, that don't mean that anybody can just come to the east and just do anything, but it's just that east oakland niggas, unless you really fuck with yeah, you don't really fuck with them.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_03: So the fly through the main streets like MacArthur, Bancroft, you don't have to even hit the hoods like that.
• 4:46
SPEAKER_03: But in West Oakland, you're gonna hit the hoods for sure.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_03: Acorn, ghost town, um, Cypress, Dog Town, Lower Bottom.
• 4:52
SPEAKER_03: Like, it's no way you can get through that without hitting the hoods.
• 4:56
SPEAKER_00: Every spot, it's like Project Living, it's like a lot of project living on that side.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_00: You feel but she just named all the slime ball spots.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_00: No disrespect because I love my West Oakland niggas.
• 5:04
  SPEAKER_00: Don't get it twisted.
• 5:05
SPEAKER_00: I'm just saying for a chick to be able to slide through and glide through and be able to fuck with it like that.
• 5:10
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so I had the pleasure of being in both worlds, East Oakland, West Oakland.
• 5:14
  SPEAKER_03: I was every day, that's what I did.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_03: I was in East Oakland, start off in East Oakland, and then hit the west and come back and finish it off in the east.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_03: And I would just be out there just kicking it, acorn.
• 5:23
SPEAKER_03: You know, they had back then it's the center, that's where everybody slid through with their old school, everybody was out there getting money.
• 5:30
SPEAKER_03: It was like a function every day, it was like live out there, legit.
• 5:34
SPEAKER_03: Like when I say everybody playing loud music, everybody hustling, um, females fighting, like it was real gutter out there.
• 5:43
SPEAKER_03: But like in East Oakland, it was gutter, but it's kind of like I'm in a murder dub, so it's like my home little turf.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_03: So we just out there really chilling.
• 5:50
SPEAKER_03: They was hustling also, or whatever, but like me being able to go to both spots, I could see the difference in how they was in West Oakland compared to how they was in East Oakland.
• 6:01
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, it's it's Oakland.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_02: Oakland is so much like Detroit, it's it's it's it's kind of crazy.
• 6:07
SPEAKER_02: Like we gotta be two cousins, man.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_02: Could be because I got the east, the the east and west side of Detroit.
• 6:13
SPEAKER_02: I'm from the west side, the west side is more so the flash size flashy, give money, you know, individuals, and then the the east side of Detroit.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_02: How I don't know if you see watch BMF, how Lamar character is.
• 6:26
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, all of them is like that on the east side.
• 6:30
  SPEAKER_00: Shout out to Marmore.
• 6:32
SPEAKER_00: You know, they used to call me when that was when I showcase, they used to call me Lamar Lamar's careless.
• 6:43
SPEAKER_00: You been to Detroit before?
• 6:45
SPEAKER_03: Um, yeah, I've been to Michigan.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_03: Um yeah, I just yeah, Michigan, I slid all through there.
• 6:50
  SPEAKER_03: Um what is it?
• 6:52
  SPEAKER_03: Um what is it?
• 6:54
  SPEAKER_03: Detroit.
• 6:55
SPEAKER_03: I mean, I went to the World Series, but I was really out there hustling, so I just lived through all the um cities to get money out there.
• 7:03
SPEAKER_02: Okay, so as far as you know, you was getting money and and doing what you was doing, I you know I'm I'm also I'm a I'm a get money nigga as myself, you know, myself, but I'm also a pocket watcher.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_02: So I need to know how much money you made in one day doing what you was doing, the most.
• 7:21
SPEAKER_03: Um one day my goal would be like 20,000, so about 40,000 because I split it down the middle.
• 7:27
  SPEAKER_03: I gave everybody half.
• 7:29
SPEAKER_03: So 40,000 was cool, but hey, if I could get 50 to 100,000, that was even better because you know I have my little habits, my shopping habits, so I always hustle.
• 7:38
SPEAKER_03: Like, I'm gonna put you like the Louis.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_03: I love Louis, Chanel, all that.
• 7:45
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, okay.
• 7:48
  SPEAKER_02: Dang, 40 40,000 was a bad day.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_03: Damn, yes, and that was like a cool day, but a good day, I could really bust a hundred if I had like five crews in five different states or five different cities.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_03: It was easy to pull that in because I mean they could really go in one place and get fifteen thousand at a time if they was both voted up, but everybody always did five to keep it cool to test the words out, but then they'll move it up to eight.
• 8:12
SPEAKER_03: But if they was bowing a different nationality, hey, they'd be like, I'm about to go up in here for 15.
• 8:16
SPEAKER_03: You think I'm like because you know they're gonna give it to us exactly, and I'm gonna make it do what it do.
• 8:21
  SPEAKER_03: You feel me?
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: Like on my end, so but she was giving up half, though.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, bro, yeah, I was giving everybody half.
• 8:31
SPEAKER_00: I grew up getting 20 off a hundred grinding.
• 8:34
  SPEAKER_00: You feel me?
• 8:34
  SPEAKER_00: I'm saying was getting 20 off a hundred.
• 8:36
  SPEAKER_00: You get a nigga 100.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_00: I'm getting 20 off there as a little nigga, and that's about the going rate coming up.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_00: So if a motherfucker to give somebody half of 40,000, because you think about it, you mother giving up five, ten thousand, that'd be it.
• 8:47
  SPEAKER_00: So that's player.
• 8:48
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I'll give it half because I mean we we was banking unlimited money, so it's like, why did I need to be greedy?
• 8:55
SPEAKER_03: I want people to keep coming back.
• 8:57
SPEAKER_02: Uh that's what I always tell people.
• 8:58
SPEAKER_02: When you move in any kind of system with a whole lot of wolves, as long as you feed them well, they'll never bite you.
• 9:04
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, exactly.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_00: Well, well, in that case, that's a good segue.
• 9:10
SPEAKER_00: Did you ever get bit by any wolves that you were feeding?
• 9:14
SPEAKER_03: Um, no, not really people I was feeding, it was really that I was close to, like um, you know, associates that I grew up with, friends.
• 9:21
SPEAKER_03: They was the ones who really start hating, was jealous, started trying to use my people who was, you know, going to get money hustling to have them hustle for them.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_03: And everything just got mixed up and contaminated.
• 9:34
SPEAKER_03: So that's how I basically got labeled as the bank robber baby, because they said basically I was over the whole scheme.
• 9:40
SPEAKER_03: Like I started the scheme, and basically everybody who ever got caught for that kind of crime, which is bank fraud, they tried to say they was up under me, which was not true.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_03: Everybody from down this way in Northern California, that was basically our that was basically our hustle, the approval game, you know.
• 9:56
SPEAKER_03: And I came in like in the early 2000s, mid-2000s, so people was doing it before me, but I painted my own lane, it wasn't no competition.
• 10:05
SPEAKER_03: I did my own thing, so that's how I was able to be successful because I just moved different, you know.
• 10:10
SPEAKER_03: I was never compare and compete with nobody, I was just on my own mission.
• 10:15
SPEAKER_03: But when it came down to it, people who knew of me or knew of somebody who was messed with me, the people closest to you is always the ones that get you.
• 10:23
SPEAKER_03: I can honestly say anybody who got money for me, they never got caught up, they never even did no time.
• 10:28
  SPEAKER_03: Like they was good.
• 10:30
SPEAKER_03: I took I was the ball guy for everybody, but it's because my people who I was close with.
• 10:37
SPEAKER_00: So look, so staying with the theme, like because that's a good thing.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_00: Like we the show is called We Got Motion, right?
• 10:41
SPEAKER_00: So it seemed like you had the most motion back then, right?
• 10:44
SPEAKER_00: Seemed like you was the one with the motion.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: You was even giving it.
• 10:46
SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, I was definitely with the motion because, like I said, I had my own lane.
• 10:49
SPEAKER_03: I was able to, you know, carrier from the bay to all the way to Sack.
• 10:53
SPEAKER_03: Like I could go anywhere in the bay.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_03: I mean, like I said, East Oakland, West Oakland, North Oakland, Fairfield, Vallejo, Richmond, um, Sacramento, South Side, West Side, North Side, you know, everywhere.
• 11:07
SPEAKER_03: Like, I'm known everywhere, and ain't no dirt on my name.
• 11:10
SPEAKER_03: Everybody gonna give it up.
• 11:12
SPEAKER_03: Like, oh, when she was getting down, everybody was eating.
• 11:14
  SPEAKER_00: Right, nobody wasn't home.
• 11:16
SPEAKER_00: So look, so if we if we if we push from then to where you had the motion in, to right now where you're trying to get that, right?
• 11:22
SPEAKER_00: Who do you look at right now in a game?
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: It ain't even gotta be like no illegal shit, whether it's music, whether it's entrepreneurship, whatever.
• 11:29
SPEAKER_00: Who do you look at right now that you feel like got motion right now that you would love to either be a part of, emulate, you know what I'm saying, or or like set your blueprint to that?
• 11:40
  SPEAKER_03: Global with us.
• 11:42
  SPEAKER_03: I mean, I mean, I don't know.
• 11:45
SPEAKER_03: I mean, I've been out for over a year and everybody thirsty and and they grimy, and the fake is the new real.
• 11:54
  SPEAKER_03: So I don't really, I don't know who got motion.
• 11:57
SPEAKER_03: I don't know what nobody doing, especially like legally, like everybody working that I know.
• 12:04
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_03: But what we all this is something different, like I said, it's the global movement, we got motion movement, the BRB movement, like it's a lot of movements that's tied into one, and we know we coming together to make it happen, you know.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_03: Um, I don't see people out here doing that.
• 12:21
SPEAKER_03: Everybody's for self, everybody thirsty, um, everybody trying to get ahead.
• 12:26
SPEAKER_03: It's a competition still, but it's like really the hustle ain't the same.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_03: So I wouldn't ever want to have no part of really being with nobody.
• 12:35
  SPEAKER_00: I ain't gonna lie to you.
• 12:36
SPEAKER_00: I ain't saying it's dope just because you know I'm saying because I'm a part of the movement too.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_00: I'm saying it's dope because a lot of the stuff that we be talking about, like I'm just I especially like you know, me and what me and you like it's only like a really a short nuclear stuff.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_00: Even some of the stuff we was doing today behind the scenes with deals and contracts, stuff like that.
• 12:53
SPEAKER_00: It really is a lot of fake ass shit going on right now, right?
• 12:57
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm scared.
• 12:58
SPEAKER_03: Like, I can't call nobody up and be like, tell somebody what my dreams and my goals is, and they're gonna be believing in me and want to help me.
• 13:05
SPEAKER_03: You guys believe in me, so I believe in y'all because this is something I dreamed of when I was doing that time, 10 years behind that wall.
• 13:11
  SPEAKER_03: I pushed a hard line.
• 13:12
SPEAKER_03: I was recruited behind the walls.
• 13:13
  SPEAKER_03: You feel me?
• 13:14
SPEAKER_03: Like the officers be like, Oh, you like cash money, oh, you like the master P like on the yard.
• 13:18
  SPEAKER_03: You feel me?
• 13:19
SPEAKER_03: They would want to, you know, help me give talent shows and you know, um, just big events because I was so into I had people rapping, doing poetry, like designing clothes.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_03: So I was this is not something I started now.
• 13:33
SPEAKER_03: This is something that 10 years ago when I was on a run that I thought about, and then I took it and kept it pushing in the prison, and then my homegirl went home and you know, made it happen when she got home in 2019 and started the clothing line for me.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_03: The um be rich clothing line.
• 13:50
  SPEAKER_03: We had customers.
• 13:52
  SPEAKER_03: Let's shout her out.
• 13:52
  SPEAKER_00: Who's that?
• 13:53
SPEAKER_03: Who was that Kelly McClinton?
• 13:55
SPEAKER_03: You've come Kale's from LA, you know, she made that happen.
• 13:59
SPEAKER_03: She believed in me too.
• 14:00
  SPEAKER_03: You feel me?
• 14:01
SPEAKER_03: I believe in your boom.
• 14:02
  SPEAKER_03: I believe oh, I'm into clothes.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_03: She was designing baby clothes at the time, and she was like, I'm gonna show you better than I could tell you.
• 14:07
SPEAKER_03: And like she was from LA, and we really built our bond in the prison.
• 14:13
SPEAKER_03: And I could say she the only one that I really met.
• 14:16
SPEAKER_03: And I ran across a lot of people that I knew from the streets or they knew of me from the game, being from Oakland, and everything they said they was gonna do, they didn't do nothing.
• 14:25
  SPEAKER_03: So it's like, what was y'all?
• 14:27
SPEAKER_03: Oh, I was gone 10 years when I come home.
• 14:29
SPEAKER_03: Y'all still penny pitching, trying to hustle, faking it till y'all make it, and it's like still saying what are we doing, still with the same nine pack, selling the same co p exact, yeah.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_03: So, you know, I give big bigs up to my sister, you know, Kel's Kelly McClinton in LA because hey, she she owned that, you know.
• 14:51
SPEAKER_03: She gave me a lot of game on how to move in the business world, you know, like doing a cleaner business, getting commercial contracts, residential contracts.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_03: I'm just you know on this ankle monitor.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_03: So when I get off, which is in September, it's on.
• 15:05
SPEAKER_02: Okay, and also congratulations in advance when that happened for you.
• 15:09
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, yeah.
• 15:10
SPEAKER_02: Um, so I got I got another question first, like a two-part question.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_02: So my question is when you was doing your thing, how long was your run of getting money?
• 15:22
SPEAKER_02: And then the part two question that is how did you what what was the moments?
• 15:29
SPEAKER_02: Okay, how did you like how they walk us to the moments when they when they finally caught to you when you was on a run and it was like over at that time?
• 15:37
  SPEAKER_03: Okay, yeah.
• 15:37
  SPEAKER_03: So I was I had a good run, probably like a 10-year run.
• 15:42
SPEAKER_03: The best they try to say they was on me for um they was they say they was they got on me in 2005, but if they would have got on me in 2005, they would have got me in 2005.
• 15:51
SPEAKER_03: I didn't get indicted till 2009 or whatever, but so they say that I was still hustling on the run, whatever.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_03: So, with that being said, I got caught up in 2014.
• 16:03
SPEAKER_03: They say they've been investigating me since 20 um 2005, so nine, 10 years.
• 16:10
SPEAKER_03: I basically was getting down, and when I was getting down, that's how I was able to survive.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's what the feds say.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_03: So I'm going with that.
• 16:20
SPEAKER_03: I took the time for it.
• 16:21
  SPEAKER_03: You feel me?
• 16:22
SPEAKER_03: I did the time for it, so that's what they said.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_03: That that's how long I was getting down, right?
• 16:27
SPEAKER_03: Okay, and basically when I was on a run, it was just weird because I felt everything closing in on me.
• 16:33
SPEAKER_03: I like was on a run from Vegas, Chicago, Louisiana.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_03: I stayed in all them different places, but like I said, it was people who was close to me who got them to get to get me.
• 16:45
SPEAKER_03: That's how I got captured, you know, coming back to see my kids for Easter and was just set up with a phone tap, a wiretap phone call, and that's how they moved in on me.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_03: And it was weird because that year, which was 2014, I did feel like something was about to happen, like I was gonna get caught up.
• 17:01
SPEAKER_03: I actually was tired, I really wanted to just turn myself in because like family was turning, you know, everybody was just money hungry, it was all about the money in 2013.
• 17:11
SPEAKER_03: So about time 2014 came, I was just like, Okay, my kid's father, he was um, they got him first.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_03: So, shout out to Chuck, aka show, you know, he came in here.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so he went down first in 2008, and he was on his way home in 2016.
• 17:27
  SPEAKER_03: So I'm thinking, like, it's 14.
• 17:29
SPEAKER_03: If I could just last two more years, and if I last, I'm gonna walk myself in because it was just so hot and so hectic, and people were just so thirsty.
• 17:37
SPEAKER_03: Like my partner, who basically supposed to be a so-called partner, you know, who helped me be on the lamb, she set me up to be Rob here.
• 17:47
SPEAKER_03: She had people in the house, you so it was just like a lot going on, and I'm just like, Hey, it's wicked out here.
• 17:52
SPEAKER_03: Like, I didn't even really feel safe no more.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_03: I really wanted to just get it over and start start my time, just get the shit over with because it was just getting too hectic.
• 18:01
SPEAKER_02: What's what's crazy is, and and I never been in a situation like that, but uh, but you know, when you're not in that situation, you always be coaching people, like I do this, I do that, I'll do this.
• 18:09
SPEAKER_02: I'll do that, I'll do this, and that I always wonder when people getting so much money and they got so many connections and this, that, a third.
• 18:18
SPEAKER_02: Why y'all don't go overseas and just go overseas?
• 18:21
SPEAKER_03: Like we probably go overseas, like to Mexico or over to Africa.
• 18:27
SPEAKER_03: But I was just like, if I'm on a run, I want to see my kids.
• 18:31
  SPEAKER_03: That's too far.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_03: I want to still be able to get on a road myself or have somebody drive me, or you know, I wanted to be able to get on the jet if I had to to get to my kids.
• 18:39
SPEAKER_03: And I just felt like being in the States would be easier for me to have access because to me, I felt like being on a run.
• 18:45
SPEAKER_03: That's kind of like why I went on a run to keep building my relationship with my kids because my younger boy, he was like young when everything happened, five or six.
• 18:53
SPEAKER_03: So I'm thinking if I could stay out till he likes nine and ten till his dad get home, at least one of the parents to be home with them.
• 18:59
SPEAKER_03: But I had options to go over there.
• 19:01
SPEAKER_03: They told me all I need is 400, 500,000 to live like a boss, a queen over there.
• 19:05
SPEAKER_03: But then when I thought about it, they was like, also, you're gonna need bodyguards though in Mexico.
• 19:09
  SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, Oh no, I can't.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_03: And then I was just worried about like how I'm gonna be able to survive with like taking care of myself too as a woman over there.
• 19:17
SPEAKER_03: Now, if I went to another, you know, country.
• 19:20
SPEAKER_03: I mean, now I gotta depend on new people, gain they trust, or they had to gain my trust.
• 19:24
SPEAKER_03: And I don't know, I just felt like I would be a target for real for in another country, or just depending on people I really didn't know who said and you were still a mom, so like I could even chime in on that.
• 19:37
SPEAKER_00: Would you remember when I was not on the run, but I was on you feel me?
• 19:42
SPEAKER_00: I my wife was pregnant.
• 19:43
  SPEAKER_00: You feel me?
• 19:44
SPEAKER_00: I'm saying, I'm like, I want to see my baby born.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_00: It's like I could have been like, I'm out, right?
• 19:48
SPEAKER_00: But it's so much stuff you abandon it, and then if you making money, you ain't trying to abandon a hustle either.
• 19:55
  SPEAKER_00: That's one thing.
• 19:56
SPEAKER_00: The movies be real when they got people on caper, right?
• 20:00
SPEAKER_00: And then the one more sent your ass to jail.
• 20:02
  SPEAKER_00: You feel me?
• 20:03
SPEAKER_03: So it's like but I really didn't have no attention on going on the run because I was fighting my case for 27 months, but then when everything just started happening, when I went in, my son he was having issues and he was not wanting to stay with his father, and then they gave me six weeks.
• 20:16
SPEAKER_03: And when I went in for census and they gave me six more weeks to get that situated, you know, together.
• 20:21
SPEAKER_03: And that's when I decided, like, okay, let me see if they're gonna put it off.
• 20:26
SPEAKER_03: Because at first they was putting it off.
• 20:27
SPEAKER_03: But when I called my attorney, she like, Oh, they don't believe nothing you say because your crime got everything to do with phones and credit cards.
• 20:32
SPEAKER_03: I can't tell them because I had an anxiety attack.
• 20:34
SPEAKER_03: I went to the hospital, I had the paperwork and everything, but then they just didn't believe it.
• 20:38
SPEAKER_03: So I was like, Oh, I got a warrant.
• 20:40
SPEAKER_03: She was like, Yeah, you need to come down here right now.
• 20:41
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I'm not going nowhere with a warrant because that day after the six weeks, I didn't show up for court because I actually went to the hospital to the emergency room.
• 20:49
SPEAKER_03: But it's like my attorney, I paid her 25,000.
• 20:53
SPEAKER_03: She started acting like the feds working, like, oh, I need to come pick you up.
• 20:56
SPEAKER_03: You need to go down.
• 20:57
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I'm not going nowhere at four o'clock with no more.
• 20:59
SPEAKER_03: I already know they're gonna keep me.
• 21:00
SPEAKER_03: Give me back on calendar, I'm gonna come in and get on the calendar and go to court tomorrow.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_03: She was like, No, I can't do that.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_03: And I was just like, at that point, it threw the phone out the window, like, hey, I'm out of here.
• 21:11
  SPEAKER_02: She's ass.
• 21:13
SPEAKER_03: So I really didn't have it planned out to be on the run.
• 21:15
SPEAKER_03: Because if I would have had it planned out, it would have been planned to the T.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_03: Like, I would have been gone.
• 21:20
SPEAKER_00: I don't think nobody actually planned for it, but if you can plan for it, there's so many reasons still not to do it, especially if you got something to lose.
• 21:27
SPEAKER_00: Now, hindsight to me, hindsight is 2020.
• 21:31
SPEAKER_00: Uh, you did a lot of time, I did some time too.
• 21:34
SPEAKER_00: I I mean, if you would have gone on the run, you eventually probably would have got caught anyway, right?
• 21:38
SPEAKER_00: I mean, the only motherfucker we see that existed was what Asada Shakur.
• 21:42
SPEAKER_00: She was on a run all the way until she died, right?
• 21:44
SPEAKER_03: But it's rare that people still run for I was on a run for two and a half years, even though it didn't seem that long because it was going by fast.
• 21:50
SPEAKER_03: And I was able to enjoy time with my kids still, you know.
• 21:54
SPEAKER_03: But I mean, was it worth it?
• 21:56
SPEAKER_03: No, it was not worth it.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_03: But like I said, I didn't plan to be on a run, it just so happened.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_03: Happen to happen like that.
• 22:01
SPEAKER_03: So that's why I was still in the States and still bold enough to come back to California because I should have never been coming back out here.
• 22:07
SPEAKER_03: Like I said, I got caught up seeing my kids for Easter, knowing I'm supposed to be out here.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_03: I was right there down the street from where I was addicted at Sacramento.
• 22:14
SPEAKER_03: I was 45 minutes away in Fairfield.
• 22:17
SPEAKER_03: So and then I still was dealing with people who I know that they could contact to get me caught up.
• 22:23
SPEAKER_03: You know, they could have like how they got on them and them led them to me.
• 22:28
  SPEAKER_03: I just didn't care.
• 22:29
  SPEAKER_03: Like long as I wasn't getting caught, I didn't care.
• 22:31
SPEAKER_03: I was just doing me, still outside doing me, living my life like I wasn't on the run.
• 22:37
SPEAKER_00: Anyone got a question for uh Anisha in the chat?
• 22:40
  SPEAKER_00: Chime in.
• 22:40
  SPEAKER_00: I see you, Lito.
• 22:41
  SPEAKER_00: Thank God it's Friday.
• 22:42
SPEAKER_00: You motherfucking right, thank God it's Friday.
• 22:45
  SPEAKER_00: Every day's a Friday, man.
• 22:47
SPEAKER_00: Anybody got a question for Nish?
• 22:48
SPEAKER_00: Leto, I know you got one.
• 22:50
  SPEAKER_00: Chime in, right?
• 22:51
SPEAKER_00: Hey, what what I do wanna what I do want you to dose us with, we was gonna save it, right?
• 22:55
SPEAKER_00: We need that crazy penitentiary story.
• 22:58
SPEAKER_00: Because my my my nigga, my my my my co-host, he don't really be knowing how that shit really rocked, right?
• 23:04
SPEAKER_00: Because he's been able to win with his whole life.
• 23:05
SPEAKER_00: Don't don't let the smooth, don't let the bus fool you though.
• 23:08
SPEAKER_00: You know what I'm saying?
• 23:08
SPEAKER_00: He done does his dirt.
• 23:09
  SPEAKER_00: I'm just saying, right?
• 23:10
SPEAKER_00: We need one of them crazy penitentiary stories, man.
• 23:13
SPEAKER_03: So with the feds, it's like female prison, it's really not too much going on.
• 23:20
SPEAKER_03: It's just a lot of hustling and a lot of diking.
• 23:24
  SPEAKER_03: Girls on girl situation.
• 23:25
SPEAKER_03: It's not really no gangster shit going on, like ain't no game banging.
• 23:30
SPEAKER_03: People might be clicked up, but ain't no like beef on a yard like that, unless you fuck with somebody chick.
• 23:35
SPEAKER_03: So that's where all the drama comes in at.
• 23:37
SPEAKER_03: If you fucking with somebody chick, if you trying to take somebody clientele because they selling K2 or they selling some oxen or whatever they selling or whatever, so it's just wow, it's just like a freak off or a freak nick in that motherfucker.
• 23:51
SPEAKER_03: Like tonight is Friday, you know.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_03: Girls on girls going, Wow, that shit is real, like in a women's prison.
• 23:58
SPEAKER_03: Like everybody fucking everybody, they making dildos, they selling dildos, they getting high, and they always looking for somebody to be their.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_00: You know, you know what everybody wants to know.
• 24:10
SPEAKER_00: You know what they want to know, they want to know if you was down.
• 24:13
  SPEAKER_03: No, I'm strictly Diggly.
• 24:15
SPEAKER_03: Um, but I have bitches who will holler at me.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_03: I have bitches buying me canteen.
• 24:19
  SPEAKER_03: You feel me?
• 24:19
SPEAKER_03: Because they was just on me, like, oh, you cool.
• 24:22
SPEAKER_03: I have bitches over protected.
• 24:24
SPEAKER_01: Oh, but I get it.
• 24:27
  SPEAKER_03: What you say?
• 24:28
  SPEAKER_03: What you say?
• 24:29
  SPEAKER_03: They already knew I wasn't getting down, I wasn't getting down.
• 24:31
  SPEAKER_02: But hold on.
• 24:32
SPEAKER_02: What that nigga, what you just say, bro.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_02: I said, I would have bought a canteen too.
• 24:36
  SPEAKER_02: I get it.
• 24:38
  SPEAKER_03: Exactly.
• 24:39
SPEAKER_03: So, you know, and I'm still what you want, uh yeah.
• 24:43
SPEAKER_03: So they they knew my favorite candies or my favorite chips or my favorite snack, and they'll look out.
• 24:49
SPEAKER_03: Like they always knew I wanted to stack up because sometimes the stores would be low and running out of shit.
• 24:53
SPEAKER_03: So they knew I would buy 10 candy bars or just say a next fleet um crunch or a cookies and cream bar, and then buy me 10 and be like, I got this for you, and this is that.
• 25:02
SPEAKER_03: But it was a lot of OGs and young chicks trying to holler at me.
• 25:05
  SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, I don't even get down.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_03: Y'all crazy, but they like, I bet you I could make you turn um not be straight no more.
• 25:11
SPEAKER_03: I make I make you turn gay, but I'm like, no.
• 25:14
SPEAKER_03: But I mean, I could see why they thought that because a lot of women in prison do turn gay or was already and try to act like they wasn't and just got turned out, is because I feel um they don't have no support when just once you get in there and you get 10, 20, 30 years, there's a lot of females in there got boot coutons, especially like Spanish chicks who got 30 years or whatever, and they love the black chicks, the black studs they call it or whatever.
• 25:40
SPEAKER_03: I used to be like, Oh, y'all dykes, they don't like that word dike.
• 25:43
  SPEAKER_03: I guess that's an old word.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_03: They like they the stud, they the men, and they cater to them as in buying stuff for them.
• 25:50
SPEAKER_03: So if you don't have no money coming in, your family, it's like out of sight, out of mind for real.
• 25:54
SPEAKER_03: Like, and then a lot of Spanish chicks they send money back home.
• 25:57
SPEAKER_03: They really they they go hard.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_03: Shout out to the Spanish because they go hard, they wash clothes, they cook, they work a job.
• 26:05
  SPEAKER_03: You feel me?
• 26:05
SPEAKER_03: They are they gonna get them some break.
• 26:07
SPEAKER_00: That's what I that's what I want to talk to you about.
• 26:09
SPEAKER_00: Because, like, in the men's prison, no matter where you at the Mexicans go crazy in a sense of militant, they on that gang shit, they can't affiliate with certain shit, they can't be on no fat, like no homosexual shit.
• 26:20
SPEAKER_00: With the the women, they wasn't like it wasn't no Mexican mafia, no Nuestra familia, wasn't no like wasn't no militant agents, like they might say it was a quartel chick on a yard, but it was mostly like she just had everything, whatever you feel me.
• 26:34
SPEAKER_03: She just had it her way, or whatever.
• 26:36
SPEAKER_03: So she might be the main chick of one of the black studs, and she probably everything going through her, but she let him push it, the stud girl, or whatever, and then he might have other little chicks working for them and bringing all the shit, the money back to them.
• 26:51
SPEAKER_03: But it wasn't nothing like that.
• 26:53
  SPEAKER_00: You got a question.
• 26:54
SPEAKER_00: You got a question though, too.
• 26:55
SPEAKER_00: My nigga Lito actually said, What did you do the past time when you were sitting down?
• 27:01
SPEAKER_03: Um, I did um I learned how to draw, so I started drawing, designing clothes for my clothing brand.
• 27:08
  SPEAKER_03: Um, I read a lot of self-help books.
• 27:10
SPEAKER_03: Um, like I said, I put together a lot of um battles, like rap rap battles, um people singing.
• 27:18
SPEAKER_03: Everybody, I just had this one partner who came in there and I couldn't believe she was in there.
• 27:20
SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, what you doing in here?
• 27:22
SPEAKER_03: Because I haven't saw her like in over six years.
• 27:24
SPEAKER_03: And she was like, she was in there for some shit with her guys.
• 27:27
SPEAKER_03: She got caught up or whatever.
• 27:28
SPEAKER_03: And she was a chick that I used to get money with, and she was really young, and then she just broke down when she saw me.
• 27:34
SPEAKER_03: She was scared to say something to me because she was just like, I didn't know what happened to you.
• 27:37
SPEAKER_03: Like, so she had somebody get at me, like, is that Nisha?
• 27:40
  SPEAKER_03: They like, yeah.
• 27:40
SPEAKER_03: She was like, Can y'all tell Nisha I'm over here?
• 27:42
SPEAKER_03: She didn't even want to approach you, but she haven't seen me how long.
• 27:44
SPEAKER_03: But I met her when she was like 16, but now she's 22 and she's like, What happened when we meet?
• 27:50
SPEAKER_03: She just like broke down crying.
• 27:52
SPEAKER_03: Like, my life really changed.
• 27:54
SPEAKER_03: Like when you left, you know, I started drinking a lot.
• 27:57
SPEAKER_03: I I started being in the strip club, like, because we was get like I said, we was getting to the bag, and she was a young bitch getting to the bag, you feel me?
• 28:03
SPEAKER_03: And she was just like she was used to that lifestyle, and it kind of fucked her up that I disappeared.
• 28:07
SPEAKER_03: But like I told her, I want to run, I didn't want you to be a part of that, so I distanced myself from you so to make sure you wouldn't get caught up in the web of what I had going on with you know the feds on me or whatever, and so happened.
• 28:19
SPEAKER_03: She just like she spit poetry.
• 28:21
SPEAKER_03: I'm telling her about rapping, I'm looking for an artist, and then I was trying to make her my first artist, and she started like spin poetry.
• 28:27
SPEAKER_03: We started writing raps together, and that just brought the yard, you know, like I said, the studs, it was a lot of talent in there.
• 28:33
SPEAKER_03: Everybody started coming together and just want to battle rap on the yard.
• 28:36
SPEAKER_03: So that was really my thing.
• 28:38
  SPEAKER_03: I really didn't work.
• 28:39
SPEAKER_03: I would go outside at eight in the morning to the wreck, uh, run a track, do um lunges around that track, and then after that, I'll just be looking for talent because I'm like, Hey, I'm about to come home and be a CEO, you know, I'm about to get some money again to the rap game.
• 28:51
SPEAKER_03: And then I start talking to my son because my son, he's also doing time, he's in state prison, whatever.
• 28:57
SPEAKER_03: So I'm telling him what I'm trying to do.
• 28:59
SPEAKER_03: And he like, oh, for real, he's like, Hey, I'll be wrapping up in here.
• 29:02
  SPEAKER_03: I'm like, What?
• 29:02
  SPEAKER_03: You be rapping.
• 29:03
SPEAKER_03: I was like, nigga, please.
• 29:04
SPEAKER_03: So I'm reading books, um, like magazines, the double XLs, the um Kite magazine, which is a known rap magazine.
• 29:11
SPEAKER_03: So I'm looking at the story of like JT and Young Miami.
• 29:15
  SPEAKER_03: You feel me?
• 29:15
SPEAKER_03: The city girls, like, oh, they start doing all this, and they were just playing with it, they was going to the club, it was just supposed to be like a club thing, performing in a club.
• 29:22
SPEAKER_03: But now they got 200 some strings.
• 29:24
SPEAKER_03: If you get this many streams, you get paid.
• 29:25
SPEAKER_03: So I'm telling my son, like, hey, you need to get on it.
• 29:28
SPEAKER_03: And then all of a sudden, he was on his and I still was on my shell on the yard.
• 29:33
SPEAKER_03: But when everybody leave prison, they're not really on that, you know.
• 29:36
SPEAKER_03: That's like a dream because they can't see where they can really profit off that, you know.
• 29:41
SPEAKER_03: Everybody come home trying to do the right thing, get a job, you know, to satisfy their stipulations with their parole or probation officer or whatever.
• 29:47
SPEAKER_03: But I kept my time going just by working out, reading self-help books, and pushing the line like I was really a CEO in there doing no working out, but cut it out.
• 29:56
SPEAKER_00: You can do a no working out in there, motherfucker.
• 29:58
SPEAKER_00: Don't try to throw the don't try to do the working out shit up.
• 30:01
SPEAKER_03: You say hey you had no yard to mess with me.
• 30:06
SPEAKER_03: I could do the lunges 275 lunges around the track, it takes me 25 minutes.
• 30:10
SPEAKER_03: If I stopped for like 30 days, it'd take me my 35 minutes.
• 30:13
SPEAKER_03: But nobody and I was in Aliceville Federal Prison in Aliceville, Alabama.
• 30:19
SPEAKER_03: Nobody could hit that track when it came to the lunges.
• 30:21
SPEAKER_03: They might come the track, but when you're hitting them lunges all the way around the track, straight, I was the queen of that.
• 30:27
SPEAKER_00: You ain't trying to throw that shit in by talking about you feel me.
• 30:30
SPEAKER_00: I'm saying, shout out to Jada K.
• 30:32
  SPEAKER_03: I designed close.
• 30:33
SPEAKER_03: I got so many designs and worked on my um vision board and just read books.
• 30:37

SPEAKER_00: And they did the same thing.
• 46:19
SPEAKER_00: Listen, this is what I mean, real quick before we go.
• 46:22
SPEAKER_00: This is how you know it's the matrix, and this is how you know most things are it uh whether it's simulation, whether it's a science, whether life is real, fake, the earth was flat around, if it's universe, whatever, right?
• 46:31
SPEAKER_00: History repeats itself, usually it takes like a hundred years, 20 years.
• 46:35
SPEAKER_00: Listen, at least in the bay, when it when it when it transmitted from overseas, went on a plane, went on a boat, went on a train.
• 46:43

• 47:03
SPEAKER_00: It wasn't even in the bay yet.
• 47:04
SPEAKER_00: It was the COVID wasn't even in the bay.
• 47:06
SPEAKER_00: They let the boat come in the bay.
• 47:07
SPEAKER_00: Instead of them quarantining to the boat and sending the doctors over there, they took people off the boat, put them in the hospital, and next thing you know, we was on lockdown, it spread like wildfire, right?
• 47:15
SPEAKER_00: This is a reincarnation of the same thing, you know what I'm saying?
• 47:18
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know what I'm saying?
• 47:21

• 47:39
SPEAKER_00: It was always funny to me that people was getting DoorDash, but we was supposed to be you supposed to be scared of germs like that, but you let the stranger bring the food to your door, and and and you let the stranger make your food, and then another stranger bring your food, right?
• 47:52
