- 0:02Speaker 1: have you with us, as always. The best audience anywhere.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Appreciate you for being here. We have massive stories today.
- 0:08Speaker 1: Massive stories. We're going to take a look at what
- 0:09Speaker 1: just happened in Virginia yesterday. A close look at what
- 0:12Speaker 1: just happened in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the darkness
- 0:15Speaker 1: that has overtaken the Democrat Party entirely. That's ahead on
- 0:19Speaker 1: the program. And then If you've ever been tempted to
- 0:22Speaker 1: believe in conspiracy theories, the idea that the left is
- 0:26Speaker 1: rigging as much as they possibly can, including the invention
- 0:29Speaker 1: of hate crimes in the United States, well, look no
- 0:32Speaker 1: further than the proof that just emerged yesterday, the Trump
- 0:36Speaker 1: administration announcing one of the biggest and most important indictments
- 0:40Speaker 1: to go after left-wing fraud schemes in our country. It's
- 0:44Speaker 1: incredible news. I've got the details ahead all on this
- 0:48Speaker 1: edition of Vince. We have a lot to discuss. Let's
- 0:51Speaker 1: dive right into it. I want to thank one of

- 2:16Speaker 1: let's start with the big story. This is something that
- 2:20Speaker 1: this show has obsessed over at levels that you really
- 2:23Speaker 1: didn't find, I don't think, anywhere else. It's been a
- 2:27Speaker 1: huge fight for us to try and protect the Commonwealth
- 2:31Speaker 1: of Virginia from a left-wing election rigging operation. And yesterday,
- 2:35Speaker 1: the unfortunate news that Democrats did advance through this election
- 2:41Speaker 1: to steal four congressional seats. This is a state, Virginia,
- 2:47Speaker 1: where you had 52% of the voters vote for Kamala Harris,
- 2:51Speaker 1: 47% voted for Donald Trump. And in the redistricting race yesterday,
- 2:56Speaker 1: 51% of the electorate voted yes to rig the elections,
- 3:02Speaker 1: highly concentrated in Northern Virginia, highly concentrated in places like
- 3:06Speaker 1: Fairfax and Arlington, Alexandria, And then 49% of the state
- 3:12Speaker 1: voted no. A tremendous amount of enthusiasm among Republican voters,
- 3:16Speaker 1: but not enough to defeat the forces of Reagan. And
- 3:21Speaker 1: I want to start today by emphasizing something that by
- 3:24Speaker 1: now should be crystal clear to you. There is an
- 3:26Speaker 1: unbridled darkness in the Democrat base. Last year in Virginia,
- 3:32Speaker 1: Democrats elected a man who gleefully fantasized about killing a
- 3:37Speaker 1: Republican official and his kids. to be the attorney general
- 3:41Speaker 1: of the state, Jay Jones. This was directly in the
- 3:45Speaker 1: wake of Charlie Kirk's televised assassination. And now that same
- 3:52Speaker 1: Democrat base, that same darkened Democrat base has voted to
- 3:57Speaker 1: rig the state's entire congressional delegation to crush their Republican
- 4:02Speaker 1: neighbors in a state where almost every county outside of
- 4:06Speaker 1: Northern Virginia is Republican. Watching their friends and neighbors die
- 4:12Speaker 1: at the hands of illegals, that hasn't woken them up.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Having their taxes raised by their Democrat leaders, it hasn't
- 4:20Speaker 1: woken them up. Having their own gun rights stripped away
- 4:24Speaker 1: from them, it hasn't woken them up. It's far past
- 4:29Speaker 1: time for Republican leaders to recognize what we're dealing with.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Democrats are out for blood. In some cases, literal. And
- 4:39Speaker 1: if the Republican leaders within the sound of my voice,
- 4:42Speaker 1: if you're listening to me now, if you don't get
- 4:45Speaker 1: your heads completely out of your asses and pass simple
- 4:52Speaker 1: things like the Save America Act, you're handing the keys
- 4:56Speaker 1: to a party that's aiming the car directly for the cliff.
- 5:00Speaker 1: You know, the Trump administration has an amazing story to
- 5:02Speaker 1: tell this year, full of the kinds of wins that
- 5:05Speaker 1: most politicians could never have even dreamed up. because they
- 5:10Speaker 1: didn't even imagine that those wins were possible. He secured
- 5:15Speaker 1: our border. He dropped homicide rates to record lows. He's
- 5:19Speaker 1: cut fentanyl inflows by half, over half. They're prosecuting bad
- 5:25Speaker 1: guys left and right. Justice is prevailing. These are fights
- 5:29Speaker 1: that are worth having, and he's achieving at levels that, again,
- 5:32Speaker 1: most politicians could only dream of. In a world with
- 5:36Speaker 1: fair elections, and a fully rational electorate, a well-informed electorate,
- 5:42Speaker 1: a non-propagandized electorate, Democrats would be easily banished to the
- 5:47Speaker 1: political wilderness on the merits. But none of that's going
- 5:51Speaker 1: to matter if the Democrats rig what's left of our elections.
- 5:55Speaker 2: None of it.
- 5:55Speaker 1: You can secure our border. Democrats will conceal the invaders.
- 6:01Speaker 1: You can arrest the criminals. Democrats will smuggle them out
- 6:04Speaker 1: the back of the courthouse. Hell, an illegal alien was
- 6:08Speaker 1: just busted in Northern Virginia for groping a bunch of
- 6:11Speaker 1: girls inside of the schools. And he was sentenced to what,
- 6:16Speaker 1: 140 days in prison? It's a joke. It's a joke.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Democrats release criminals back onto the community. You can lower taxes.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Democrats will raise them anywhere that they have power. And
- 6:29Speaker 1: you can protect the filibuster, John Thune. You can protect it.
- 6:33Speaker 1: But Democrats will destroy it as soon as they can
- 6:35Speaker 1: to grant themselves permanent power over our lives. This is
- 6:42Speaker 1: not a party to take lightly. It's not. They're as
- 6:47Speaker 1: serious as a serial killer, constantly plotting their next attack
- 6:50Speaker 1: on our republic, constantly covering their tracks in deceit. constantly
- 6:55Speaker 1: striking panic into the hearts of good people who just
- 6:58Speaker 1: want their peaceful communities back. So let what happened in
- 7:03Speaker 1: Virginia yesterday be the final warning. We're almost out of time.
- 7:08Speaker 1: To rescue our country from the chaos the left is
- 7:11Speaker 1: explicitly steering us toward. We can do it. We can.
- 7:15Speaker 1: But it's going to take patriots standing up for what's right,
- 7:18Speaker 1: exercising our constitutional rights to the fullest extent the founders
- 7:22Speaker 1: even conceived of, and leaving our kids a country that
- 7:25Speaker 1: we are proud to have protected. And if we do that,
- 7:31Speaker 1: we will have inspired them, our children and our grandchildren,
- 7:35Speaker 1: to carry the torch into the battles that await them
- 7:40Speaker 1: when it's their turn to keep this great country going.
- 7:44Speaker 1: We need to remain optimistic. We need to remain in
- 7:47Speaker 1: the fight. We need to do it for the ones
- 7:50Speaker 1: we love, for our descendants. Our country really matters, and
- 7:55Speaker 1: protecting it really matters. And as disheartening as the result
- 7:59Speaker 1: is in Virginia yesterday, I'm not for a moment going
- 8:02Speaker 1: to become so disheartened that I'm dissuaded from being engaged. No,
- 8:05Speaker 1: I'm staying engaged. I'm staying in this fight. I'm standing
- 8:08Speaker 1: up on that stage. I'm pumping my fist and telling
- 8:11Speaker 1: you to fight, fight, fight. because that's what President Trump
- 8:14Speaker 1: did and that's what the rest of us should do.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Now let's take a close look at what exactly happened yesterday.
- 8:21Speaker 1: George Soros and company stole the state. No question about it.
- 8:26Speaker 1: George Soros, as well as money, dark money directed by
- 8:30Speaker 1: Hakeem Jeffries to the tune of nearly $ 60 million, blanketed
- 8:36Speaker 1: the state in propaganda that activated the lemmings that call
- 8:40Speaker 1: themselves Democrat voters. who obediently participate in these Democrat schemes
- 8:45Speaker 1: at the expense of their own families, because that's how
- 8:50Speaker 1: corrupted their minds have become by that party. It's totally suicidal,
- 8:57Speaker 1: and yet we saw it take place yesterday. Virginia voters
- 9:01Speaker 1: narrowly approving a very gerrymandered map, one that will result
- 9:06Speaker 1: in most of the districts of the state starting in
- 9:09Speaker 1: Northern Virginia. Most of the new Democrat members of Congress
- 9:14Speaker 1: that will result from all of this practically live across
- 9:17Speaker 1: the street from one another. Take a look yesterday. CNN
- 9:20Speaker 1: was admitting just how insane this gerrymander is. Even CNN.
- 9:26Speaker 3: Take a look at how this map. is structured. What
- 9:28Speaker 3: they do is they've taken the heavily Democratic areas in
- 9:32Speaker 3: the northern area of Virginia, and they've created five separate
- 9:36Speaker 3: districts that basically pinwheel out to go out into conservative,
- 9:40Speaker 3: more rural areas, including where we are right now in
- 9:44Speaker 3: the proposed seventh congressional district. It's actually interesting. We're kind
- 9:48Speaker 3: of like smack dab in the middle of the district.
- 9:50Speaker 3: And if you go in one direction, there's another district
- 9:53Speaker 3: about a mile and a half away in the other direction.
- 9:55Speaker 3: There is another district about two miles away really highlighting
- 9:59Speaker 3: the shift that are being seen right now with these proposed.
- 10:03Speaker 1: So for those of you familiar with the geography here,
- 10:07Speaker 1: and it's not it's not that hard to explain if
- 10:08Speaker 1: you're not. This is the Washington, D.C. suburbs. So right
- 10:12Speaker 1: outside of the nation's capital, there's a very high concentration
- 10:16Speaker 1: of Democrat voters, which consists of. people who subsist entirely
- 10:20Speaker 1: off of taking money from the taxpayers connected directly to
- 10:24Speaker 1: benefiting to their connection to the federal government, or massive
- 10:28Speaker 1: waves of immigrants, or who are all concentrated in Northern
- 10:32Speaker 1: Virginia and all very dedicated Democrat voters voting for themselves
- 10:36Speaker 1: goodies at the expense of American taxpayers. And so that
- 10:40Speaker 1: concentration of also includes an immense concentration of wealth. Some
- 10:46Speaker 1: of the richest counties in the entire United States of
- 10:49Speaker 1: America are in Northern Virginia. Some of the country's richest
- 10:54Speaker 1: counties are right there. In fact, here's an observation from
- 10:59Speaker 1: my friend Peter Hassan. He's a great guy, great guy,
- 11:01Speaker 1: great reporter. He looks at this yesterday and goes, hold
- 11:04Speaker 1: on a second. You see what's happening here. As these
- 11:07Speaker 1: Democrats redistrict the state, they're doing it at the expense
- 11:10Speaker 1: of the so-called working class. Peter writes, it's so egregious
- 11:15Speaker 1: that Virginia's wealthiest residents are straight up stealing voting power
- 11:20Speaker 1: from the state's rural and working class voters. The Democrats
- 11:26Speaker 1: are not interested in supporting the little guy. They crush
- 11:30Speaker 1: the little guy if the little guy is not on
- 11:32Speaker 1: their side. They crush the working class. That's their goal.
- 11:38Speaker 1: And it's to empower their wealthy, power hungry base. That's
- 11:44Speaker 1: what this was yesterday. So don't, for a moment, don't
- 11:48Speaker 1: fall for the lies. If you have Democrats in your lives,
- 11:51Speaker 1: point this out to them, that this is the wealthy
- 11:54Speaker 1: crushing the impoverished in many cases, the much poorer. Even
- 12:00Speaker 1: the Washington Post editorial board admitted overnight that Virginia Democrats
- 12:05Speaker 1: have just, quote, plunged America deeper into the gerrymandering abyss,
- 12:10Speaker 1: deeper into the gerrymandering abyss. Here's the headline. The redistricting
- 12:15Speaker 1: scheme was always a power grab by Democrats. Voters went
- 12:20Speaker 1: along with it. Voters went along with it. For months,
- 12:23Speaker 1: Democrats crafted an illusion that their plan to redistrict Virginia
- 12:26Speaker 1: was about restoring fairness. In a special election on Tuesday,
- 12:30Speaker 1: most voters assented to that deception as a referendum to
- 12:35Speaker 1: rewrite the state constitution that's been narrowly passed. In 2024,
- 12:40Speaker 1: almost 48% of Virginians had voted for Republican candidates to
- 12:44Speaker 1: represent them in Congress. The House delegation currently has six Democrats,
- 12:49Speaker 1: five Republicans. Under the redrawn map, Democrats expect to control
- 12:52Speaker 1: 10 of the 11 seats. So is that representative? Is
- 12:57Speaker 1: that in any way what our founders intended? That half
- 13:01Speaker 1: of the state suddenly have no meaningful representation in Congress? No,
- 13:05Speaker 1: it's literally the opposite of what the founders intended. which is,
- 13:09Speaker 1: of course, why Democrats are pursuing him. Now, there's some
- 13:12Speaker 1: important context here that you should know, which is this
- 13:17Speaker 1: battle in Virginia is not over yet. This was a huge,
- 13:21Speaker 1: huge moment. There's a reason so much money was poured
- 13:23Speaker 1: into it. But it's not over. This is not a
- 13:26Speaker 1: fait accompli. There's an ongoing court battle as we speak.
- 13:31Speaker 1: In fact, I told you about it earlier this year.
- 13:33Speaker 1: that judges in Virginia tried to put a stop to
- 13:36Speaker 1: this election already because they said everything about it was
- 13:39Speaker 1: completely unconstitutional and didn't follow the laws of Virginia. From
- 13:44Speaker 1: the way the General Assembly was convened to the way
- 13:47Speaker 1: it was passed to the way the language of the
- 13:50Speaker 1: actual ballot referendum was written to, quote, restore fairness to elections.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Everything about it was completely out of line. And so
- 14:00Speaker 1: the courts, what was the judgment they rendered? They said, OK,
- 14:03Speaker 1: we'll tell you what. The election can continue on the
- 14:06Speaker 1: assigned date, but it doesn't mean that the election results
- 14:10Speaker 1: will hold. The court is going to continue to litigate
- 14:13Speaker 1: the question of whether or not this was even a
- 14:15Speaker 1: legitimate election to begin with. Here's Ken Cuccinelli, former attorney
- 14:19Speaker 1: general of Virginia. Here he is with some information, some
- 14:22Speaker 1: news on this particular subject. He said the yes vote
- 14:26Speaker 1: did win yesterday, of course. But the legal fight is
- 14:28Speaker 1: just beginning. There are four Virginia constitutional challenges all now
- 14:32Speaker 1: teed up as we speak. Three of them to the
- 14:35Speaker 1: amendment itself. One, the passage was invalid. The amendment was
- 14:39Speaker 1: taken up during a special session that was convened in
- 14:41Speaker 1: 2024 for budget purposes. Budget purposes. In other words, the
- 14:47Speaker 1: General Assembly, it was a limited scope. They weren't allowed
- 14:50Speaker 1: to do this. And yet they did. They did. They
- 14:55Speaker 1: expanded it to include a constitutional amendment on redistricting, which
- 14:59Speaker 1: would have required a two-thirds vote that never occurred. A
- 15:02Speaker 1: Tazewell County judge in Virginia found this action void.
- 15:06Speaker 4: Void.
- 15:07Speaker 1: No good. Then he says that Article 12, Section 1,
- 15:12Speaker 1: requires that after first passage, a proposed amendment be referred
- 15:15Speaker 1: to the General Assembly at his first regular session held
- 15:18Speaker 1: after the next general election of members of the House
- 15:21Speaker 1: of Delegates. In other words, an election must intervene between
- 15:24Speaker 1: first and second passage. Here, first passage occurred during an
- 15:28Speaker 1: election cycle, not before an intervening one. In other words,
- 15:32Speaker 1: this was unlawful. Article 12, Section 1 requires that the
- 15:36Speaker 1: amendment be submitted to voters not sooner than 90 days
- 15:39Speaker 1: after final passage by the General Assembly. The timeline from
- 15:42Speaker 1: second passage to the April 21st vote didn't satisfy this requirement.
- 15:47Speaker 1: So once again, unlawful. And finally, one more challenge to
- 15:50Speaker 1: the proposed maps. Article 2, Section 6 requires that every
- 15:55Speaker 1: electoral district shall be composed of contiguous and compact territory.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Contiguous and compact. That's not this map. The proposed congressional
- 16:07Speaker 1: maps violate this contiguity requirement rather badly. Next stop, court.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Stay tuned. Now, you may be thinking, but Vince, the
- 16:14Speaker 1: court process could take forever. We don't want that. It's
- 16:17Speaker 1: not forever. It's this week. Ken Cuccinelli says, This is
- 16:20Speaker 1: moving fast. It's not the usual court speed. Look for
- 16:23Speaker 1: another Tazewell ruling as early as this week and a
- 16:27Speaker 1: briefing in the Virginia Supreme Court this week. So again,
- 16:33Speaker 1: this is not a guarantee that it's the way out,
- 16:36Speaker 1: but it's a little glimmer of optimism that maybe we
- 16:40Speaker 1: have an opportunity to still defeat this thing. It still
- 16:43Speaker 1: can happen. Now, where's the left on all of this?
- 16:45Speaker 1: They're gloating. They're gloating. They're absolutely loving this. this power
- 16:49Speaker 1: grab and this destruction of democratic principles. They call themselves Democrats.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Hakeem Jeffries last night uttered a phrase, posted a phrase,
- 16:59Speaker 1: that I think is going to come back to haunt him,
- 17:02Speaker 1: at least electorally. Listen to this. Hakeem Jeffries last night,
- 17:07Speaker 1: who directed a ton of money into this theft operation,
- 17:10Speaker 1: Democrats defeated Donald Trump's gerrymandering scheme in Virginia tonight. What
- 17:15Speaker 1: a liar. That wasn't Trump's scheme. It was a Democrat
- 17:18Speaker 1: scheme to gerrymander the state. Quote, we will crush the
- 17:23Speaker 1: DeSantis dummymander in Florida next, he says. He's referring to
- 17:28Speaker 1: passion in Florida by Ron DeSantis to redistrict the state,
- 17:33Speaker 1: to try and fight back against these Democrats here. He's
- 17:35Speaker 1: calling it a dummymander. I don't even know what that means.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Who thought of this idiotic phrase? But it's the final
- 17:40Speaker 1: expression that should catch all of your attention. Hakeem Jeffries
- 17:45Speaker 1: with his low IQ. posted this last night. Maximum warfare
- 17:51Speaker 1: everywhere all the time. All the time. Democrats want to
- 18:02Speaker 1: go to war. They like being at war. They're desperate
- 18:06Speaker 1: to be at war. And who's their enemy?
- 18:11Speaker 4: You.
- 18:14Speaker 1: The American people. Hakeem Jeffries is declaring war on the
- 18:19Speaker 1: American people. Maximum warfare everywhere all the time. He's not
- 18:30Speaker 1: hiding it. He's being crystal clear. He's being very explicit
- 18:34Speaker 1: about his intentions here. His priority is power. His only
- 18:40Speaker 1: principle is power. There is no other principle here. There
- 18:43Speaker 1: is no standard that they're following. There is no moral
- 18:46Speaker 1: code to this. It's entirely about power and impediments to
- 18:51Speaker 1: his power, impediments to the power of the Democrat party
- 18:54Speaker 1: need to be defeated. Maximum warfare everywhere all the time.
- 19:01Speaker 1: He's talking about us. He's at war with us. And
- 19:07Speaker 1: I said it at the top and I'll say it again.
- 19:09Speaker 1: If you call yourself a Republican leader in our country
- 19:12Speaker 1: right now, You better damn well recognize the stakes. And
- 19:18Speaker 1: as we say, what time it is. Eric Schmidt, United
- 19:22Speaker 1: States Senator last night, reacted to Hakeem Jeffries' post in
- 19:25Speaker 1: this way. Hakeem Jeffries' statement tonight on redistricting, maximum warfare
- 19:31Speaker 1: everywhere all the time. Republicans, do you know what time
- 19:35Speaker 1: it is? This should be the plan. One, pass the
- 19:41Speaker 1: Save America Act. Two, millions of deportations. Three, non-citizens out
- 19:53Speaker 1: of apportionment. Get them out of the census numbers. You
- 19:57Speaker 1: do not give congressional seats on the basis of foreign
- 20:01Speaker 1: invaders occupying your country. That's insane. And four, Florida is
- 20:08Speaker 1: now on the clock. and the desire to add more
- 20:12Speaker 1: Republican seats in an effort to regain just a little
- 20:15Speaker 1: bit of ground against these Democrats who are rigging everything.
- 20:21Speaker 1: Eric Schmidt's correct. Eric Schmidt is totally correct. You've got
- 20:28Speaker 1: to fight. And if you're not prepared for it, get
- 20:31Speaker 1: the hell out of our way. Because the Democrats have
- 20:35Speaker 1: chosen a strategy, maximum warfare everywhere, all the time. We
- 20:44Speaker 1: need to defend ourselves in this battle in this country.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Coming up, I'm going to talk to you a little
- 20:51Speaker 1: bit about what's going on with the Save America Act.
- 20:54Speaker 1: We just got an update from Ana Paulina Luna on that.
- 20:58Speaker 1: And then I want to get to what is a
- 21:02Speaker 1: sign of optimism today, something that I am very encouraged by.
- 21:05Speaker 1: The Trump administration, they said they were going after the
- 21:08Speaker 1: money operations on the left. And holy crap, they just
- 21:12Speaker 1: hit pay dirt. I will explain exactly what was revealed
- 21:16Speaker 1: in just a moment on this edition of Vince. Thank
- 21:19Speaker 1: you for being with me today as we go through
- 21:20Speaker 1: all of this. Appreciate you guys. You really are the
- 21:22Speaker 1: best audience anywhere.
- 21:24Speaker 2: All right.
- 21:24Speaker 1: Let's take a quick pause to talk about something that

- 22:52Speaker 1: So one last item, Save America Act. You know, why not?
- 22:55Speaker 1: We'll gavel in. We've got a Save America Act update
- 22:59Speaker 1: for you. Not a good one, but holy crap, please
- 23:02Speaker 1: keep up the pressure on this. This is what I'm
- 23:04Speaker 1: talking about. You got to go after these idiots, these people,
- 23:07Speaker 1: these establishment goons. the John Thunes of the world, Thune
- 23:11Speaker 1: the goon, who's just like screwing us over. And now
- 23:15Speaker 1: we have problems with House leadership today to report to you.
- 23:18Speaker 1: Anna Paulina Luna says overnight, again, after midnight last night,
- 23:22Speaker 1: she's up late working, hearing from multiple sources now that
- 23:26Speaker 1: House leadership is looking to a group of Democrats to
- 23:30Speaker 1: negotiate on FISA. This would be the surveillance program, the
- 23:33Speaker 1: government surveillance program, versus negotiating on any meaningful attempts at
- 23:37Speaker 1: reform and voter ID with members like me holding out.
- 23:41Speaker 1: They will try to jam us. So Ana Paulina Luna
- 23:45Speaker 1: comes up with a great idea. If you're going to
- 23:47Speaker 1: get FISA, let's get the Save America Act attached to it.
- 23:50Speaker 1: Let's force Congress to do this. They want this so bad? Okay, fine.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Give the American people what they want badly. The president
- 23:56Speaker 1: of the United States just told us, just told my
- 23:59Speaker 1: White House correspondent, Reagan Reese, this past week, he thinks
- 24:01Speaker 1: Ana Paulina Luna's idea is wonderful, fantastic. And this is
- 24:06Speaker 1: what Speaker Johnson does? So you got John Thune in
- 24:09Speaker 1: the Senate standing in the way and Speaker Johnson, apparently,
- 24:12Speaker 1: according to Anna Paulina Luna, we'll hear what Speaker Johnson
- 24:15Speaker 1: has to say on the subject if he says anything
- 24:16Speaker 1: at all on it, apparently plotting to circumvent her concerns
- 24:21Speaker 1: and not give us the SAVE Act, not give us
- 24:23Speaker 1: the SAVE America Act. So add to your phone list,
- 24:28Speaker 1: add to your phone calls, the Speaker of the House
- 24:32Speaker 1: and your United States House Representative. Keep the pressure on.
- 24:36Speaker 1: You have agency.
- 24:39Speaker 6: Use it.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Use it to the fullest extent that you can to
- 24:42Speaker 1: place pressure on these guys to get something meaningful passed
- 24:45Speaker 1: for us. You know what time it is. You recognize this.
- 24:50Speaker 1: It's high time for members of Congress. It's high time, rather,
- 24:52Speaker 1: for members of Congress to recognize this too. Let me
- 24:58Speaker 1: get to some more optimistic news today. Yesterday, The United
- 25:03Speaker 1: States Department of Justice announced one of the most epic
- 25:07Speaker 1: indictments that we've seen in a very long time. The
- 25:12Speaker 1: Southern Poverty Law Center has just been served with an
- 25:16Speaker 1: 11 count indictment, an 11 count indictment for funding, are
- 25:24Speaker 1: you ready for this? Neo-Nazis and the KKK The left-wing, again,
- 25:32Speaker 1: radical operation, Southern Poverty Law Center, has been funding extremism
- 25:38Speaker 1: in the United States through a deliberate money laundering scheme
- 25:45Speaker 1: in order to stoke hate crimes, to serve as a
- 25:48Speaker 1: justification to fleece left-wing donors. That's what the United States
- 25:54Speaker 1: Department of Justice revealed to us yesterday. This is what
- 25:56Speaker 1: they're alleging in this 11-count indictment. The current Attorney General
- 26:01Speaker 1: Todd Blanch announcing this indictment yesterday at the Department of Justice.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Take a look.
- 26:06Speaker 7: Today, a few minutes ago, in the Middle District of Alabama,
- 26:10Speaker 7: a grand jury returned an 11-count indictment charging the Southern
- 26:15Speaker 7: Poverty Law Center with six counts of wire fraud, four
- 26:19Speaker 7: counts of bank fraud, and one count of conspiracy to
- 26:24Speaker 7: commit money laundering. According to the charges in the indictment.
- 26:28Speaker 2: The SPLC.
- 26:30Speaker 7: is a nonprofit entity that purports to fight white supremacy
- 26:35Speaker 7: and racial hatred by reporting on extremist groups and conducting
- 26:38Speaker 7: research to inform law enforcement groups with the goal of
- 26:42Speaker 7: dismantling these groups. As the indictment describes, the SPLC was
- 26:47Speaker 7: not dismantling these groups. It was instead manufacturing the extremism
- 26:52Speaker 7: it purports to oppose by paying sources to stoke racial hatred.
- 26:59Speaker 7: The indictment describes this conduct in detail, but one troubling
- 27:03Speaker 7: example is that the SPLC was paying a member of
- 27:08Speaker 7: the leadership group that planned the Unite the Right protest
- 27:12Speaker 7: in Charlottesville, Virginia in 2017 that resulted in the death
- 27:16Speaker 7: of one person and injured dozens more.
- 27:20Speaker 4: Yes.
- 27:21Speaker 7: This particular person being paid by the SPLC allegedly received approximately... $ 270, 000
- 27:27Speaker 7: over the course of eight years. In total, according to
- 27:33Speaker 7: the indictment, between 2014 and 2023, SPLC paid at least
- 27:39Speaker 7: $ 3 million to eight individuals at least. These individuals were
- 27:45Speaker 7: affiliated with the Ku Klux Klan, United Clans of America,
- 27:51Speaker 7: National Socialist Movement, Aryan Nations-affiliated Sadistic Souls Motorcycle Club, the
- 27:57Speaker 7: Nationalist Socialist Party of America, Nazis, and the American Front.
- 28:04Speaker 1: Are you listening to all that? You listening to that?
- 28:07Speaker 1: They're funding the Nazis, the KKK. They funded the deadly
- 28:14Speaker 1: results of the Unite the Right garbage 2017 in Charlottesville.
- 28:19Speaker 1: They did all of that. They did all of that.
- 28:22Speaker 1: And then they tried to stick Donald Trump with the blame.
- 28:24Speaker 1: I've got to emphasize something. How epic this is. How
- 28:31Speaker 1: completely epic this is. And how this is literally what
- 28:34Speaker 1: I voted for. You and I have been asking for
- 28:38Speaker 1: the Justice Department to go after the left-wing funding schemes
- 28:42Speaker 1: that have led to complete chaos in this country. This
- 28:45Speaker 1: indictment yesterday... is just on another planet in terms of
- 28:50Speaker 1: its excellence. It's enough to make anybody a conspiracy theorist.
- 28:55Speaker 1: The Southern Poverty Law Center, a central plank of the
- 28:58Speaker 1: left's operations, was funding the KKK, neo-Nazis, and deadly violence?
- 29:04Speaker 1: They were funding all of that? What a beautiful indictment.
- 29:09Speaker 1: What a beautiful pursuit of justice. And this has been assigned,
- 29:13Speaker 1: by the way, to a Trump nominated judge, And that's
- 29:16Speaker 1: causing panic in the media that this whole case is
- 29:19Speaker 1: going to prevail, that we'll actually see justice prevail. I've
- 29:22Speaker 1: got more details exactly on what went down here. We'll
- 29:25Speaker 1: hear from FBI Director Kash Patel in just a moment.
- 29:29Speaker 1: There's a lot to get to all ahead on this
- 29:32Speaker 1: edition of Vince. I know it's been an emotional roller
- 29:34Speaker 1: coaster because we start with the left and the success
- 29:37Speaker 1: they've had with some of their fraudulent rigging schemes. And
- 29:40Speaker 1: now we're taking down one of the fraudulent rigging schemes.
- 29:43Speaker 1: I love that news. More ahead on the program. You know,
- 29:46Speaker 1: I'm excited to tell you about the world's number one
- 29:48Speaker 1: expanding garden hose, and they're a great sponsor of our program.
- 29:51Speaker 1: They've got a great new product, the Pocket Hose Ballistic.
- 29:55Speaker 1: How cool does that sound? How cool is that? You know,
- 29:59Speaker 1: I used to have to replace my old garden hose
- 30:02Speaker 1: every year because it would get ratty, it would kink, tangle, burst.
- 30:05Speaker 1: But the Pocket Hose Ballistic, that's the upgrade I've been
- 30:09Speaker 1: looking for. It's great. It's the toughest pocket hose ever built.
- 30:13Speaker 1: reinforced with a liquid crystal polymer used in bulletproof vests.
- 30:18Speaker 1: That's some heavy-duty stuff to get some water through your hose. Now,
- 30:22Speaker 1: I don't baby the hose. I drag it right across
- 30:24Speaker 1: the driveway of the yard. We yank it around tight corners.
- 30:26Speaker 1: We leave it in the sun. The pocket hose ballistic
- 30:29Speaker 1: handles it all. Plus, it comes with the pocket pivot
- 30:32Speaker 1: for total freedom of movement at the spigot with full
- 30:34Speaker 1: 360-degree rotation. So I move, the hose follows, the water flows.
- 30:39Speaker 1: And now for a limited time, when you purchase a
- 30:41Speaker 1: new pocket hose ballistic, you'll get a free 360 degree
- 30:45Speaker 1: rotating pocket pivot and free thumb drive nozzle. So just
- 30:50Speaker 1: text Vince to 64,000. You ready? That's Vince to 64,000.
- 30:55Speaker 1: You'll get your two free gifts with purchase. Text Vince
- 30:58Speaker 1: to 64,000. Message and data rates may apply. Thank you
- 31:02Speaker 1: also to Dose. Great operation. If you've been listening to
- 31:05Speaker 1: Dan lately, you've been hearing him talk about how wonderful
- 31:08Speaker 1: dose has been in his life. It's great. You know,
- 31:09Speaker 1: there seems to be a rising liver health crisis in
- 31:12Speaker 1: America right now. And for the average person, it might
- 31:14Speaker 1: be hard to completely avoid. Modern life moves very fast.
- 31:17Speaker 1: Stress is high. Diets aren't perfect. And lots of folks
- 31:21Speaker 1: have realized that they need to pay closer attention to
- 31:23Speaker 1: how they support their overall wellness. And more Americans are
- 31:25Speaker 1: turning to gentler alternatives with ingredients they actually recognize, like CoQ10, ginger, pomegranate,
- 31:32Speaker 1: and amla. Now, one of those alternatives is Dose for Cholesterol.
- 31:36Speaker 1: Dose for Cholesterol. It's a clinically backed cholesterol support supplement
- 31:40Speaker 1: that supports triglycerides, HDL, and total cholesterol levels. Now, people
- 31:44Speaker 1: on our team have been using Dose and they love it.
- 31:47Speaker 1: They've been encouraged by what they've seen in their blood work.
- 31:50Speaker 1: I have it here in the house. I drink it.
- 31:52Speaker 1: I haven't done the blood work yet, but it's great.
- 31:54Speaker 1: I think it tastes great. It is great. And I
- 31:56Speaker 1: love seeing the great results. And I only talk about
- 31:59Speaker 1: products that have results that we actually believe in here.

- 32:27Speaker 5: All right.
- 32:27Speaker 1: Thank you to Dose for being great.
- 32:30Speaker 2: All right.
- 32:32Speaker 1: Let me tell you a little bit about what's going
- 32:34Speaker 1: on now with this SPLC indictment. So epic indictment, just
- 32:37Speaker 1: an absolutely epic indictment. Here's Kash Patel giving us more
- 32:41Speaker 1: detail yesterday about how all of this was meant to
- 32:45Speaker 1: astroturf hate crimes, to invent hate crimes. An entire operation,
- 32:50Speaker 1: Jussie Smollett style, doing this at scale. Cut three, watch this.
- 32:56Speaker 6: We're here today is to announce what the general just
- 33:00Speaker 6: told you. The Southern Poverty Law Center in a massive
- 33:04Speaker 6: sweeping indictment has been charged with allegations of fraud and
- 33:08Speaker 6: using the banking system to perpetrate that fraud. I just
- 33:11Speaker 6: want to talk about a couple of brief things here.
- 33:14Speaker 6: The Southern Poverty Law Center themselves advertise to raise money
- 33:18Speaker 6: to dismantle violent extremist groups for a period of at
- 33:22Speaker 6: least a decade. They use their donor network to raise
- 33:25Speaker 6: money to purportedly dismantle violent extremist groups. However, The SPLC,
- 33:32Speaker 6: the Southern Poverty Law Center, used the money they raised
- 33:35Speaker 6: from their donor network to actually pay the leadership of
- 33:39Speaker 6: these very groups. I just want to say that again.
- 33:42Speaker 6: They used the fraudulently raised money by lying to their
- 33:45Speaker 6: donor network, thousands of Americans, to go ahead and actually
- 33:49Speaker 6: pay the leadership of these supposed violent extremist groups. The groups,
- 33:55Speaker 6: as the general laid out, include the Ku Klux Klan,
- 33:58Speaker 6: the United Clans of America, Unite to Right, National Alliance,
- 34:04Speaker 6: the National Socialist Movement, the Aryan Nation Motorcycle Club, and
- 34:09Speaker 6: the National Socialist Party of America, and also the American Front.
- 34:13Speaker 6: In at least one of these matters, our investigation revealed
- 34:17Speaker 6: that funds were used to facilitate the commission of further
- 34:21Speaker 6: state and federal offenses, totaling over $ 3 million. Furthermore, our
- 34:27Speaker 6: investigation revealed that the Southern Poverty Law Center on top
- 34:31Speaker 6: of perpetuating this widespread, decade-long, multimillion-dollar fraud, conducted more criminal activity.
- 34:40Speaker 6: They attempted to hide their criminal activity from our financial
- 34:45Speaker 6: banking network. They set up shell companies and entities around
- 34:49Speaker 6: America so that the financial institutions that we rely on
- 34:52Speaker 6: as everyday Americans were deceived in believing that money was
- 34:55Speaker 6: not coming from the Southern Poverty Law Center in the
- 34:58Speaker 6: perpetration of this scheme and fraud. but rather fictitious entities
- 35:02Speaker 6: they stood up to perpetuate this ongoing fraud. This is
- 35:06Speaker 6: a serious and egregious violation of a group that purported
- 35:10Speaker 6: to dismantle violent extremist groups, but in turn actually only
- 35:14Speaker 6: fueled the hatred. This is an important case brought by
- 35:17Speaker 6: President Trump's administration. We're thankful for the President for his
- 35:21Speaker 6: leadership and funding of not just the FBI and DOJ,
- 35:24Speaker 6: but his commitment to go out there and wipe out
- 35:26Speaker 6: fraud and conspiracy and waste and abuse wherever it occurs,
- 35:30Speaker 6: including the Southern Poverty Law Center. Even though this money
- 35:34Speaker 6: was made to appear to be coming from legitimate people
- 35:38Speaker 6: and legitimate entities, we at the FBI, with our great
- 35:41Speaker 6: partners at the Department of Justice and in the state
- 35:43Speaker 6: of Alabama, were able to comb through a decade worth
- 35:47Speaker 6: of material, a scheme that took a decade to build
- 35:50Speaker 6: so that we were able to follow the money because
- 35:53Speaker 6: money never lies. And they got caught. As the Attorney
- 35:56Speaker 6: General said, these charges are varying. They are widespread and
- 36:01Speaker 6: wide ranging. And this investigation is very much ongoing. Today,
- 36:05Speaker 6: we're here to announce the charges of the Southern Poverty
- 36:07Speaker 6: Law Center, and this investigation and the individuals who are
- 36:10Speaker 6: responsible will be brought to justice.
- 36:12Speaker 7: Thank you, General.
- 36:13Speaker 1: I can't love it more. Now, that last detail, if
- 36:15Speaker 1: you want to get at the core of this, I mean,
- 36:17Speaker 1: think about the defense that the SPLC could possibly mount here.
- 36:21Speaker 1: You've heard some of it, including from some of their
- 36:23Speaker 1: own statements in the last few hours. This claim was, oh,
- 36:26Speaker 1: we were just paying for information so we could take
- 36:29Speaker 1: down these networks. These were paid informants as if they
- 36:32Speaker 1: are some sort of law enforcement operation. That's the claim
- 36:36Speaker 1: that they're making. Why did you launder the money? Why
- 36:42Speaker 1: were you running the money through shell organizations in order
- 36:46Speaker 1: to pay the Ku Klux Klan? Why were you doing that?
- 36:51Speaker 1: Why were you paying neo-Nazis through shell organizations? What was
- 36:56Speaker 1: that about? The answer to that is that's a crime.
- 37:02Speaker 1: It's the commission of a crime. That's the structure of
- 37:04Speaker 1: a criminal enterprise. That's what that was. They were trying
- 37:08Speaker 1: to conceal the fact that they were paying the KKK
- 37:12Speaker 1: from the feds. They were trying to hide the way
- 37:16Speaker 1: that that money was being transferred to extremists to avoid
- 37:21Speaker 1: suspicious activity reports. The SPLC had devised a funding scheme
- 37:26Speaker 1: to break the law, and this Justice Department discovered it.
- 37:32Speaker 5: Amazing.
- 37:33Speaker 1: Just amazing. I checked in with a source of mine
- 37:36Speaker 1: who worked in domestic terrorism, on the domestic terrorism concern
- 37:41Speaker 1: years ago. And he told me that they were always
- 37:46Speaker 1: suspicious of the Southern Poverty Law Center through the years.
- 37:50Speaker 1: So he is not surprised at all to see this
- 37:53Speaker 1: come down the way that it did. They were always
- 37:56Speaker 1: very suspicious. In fact, If you remember, Kash Patel cut
- 38:01Speaker 1: the SPLC off last year. The FBI cut off its partnership.
- 38:07Speaker 1: They literally had a partnership with the Southern Poverty Law Center.
- 38:11Speaker 1: Isn't that crazy? They had a partnership. It had been
- 38:14Speaker 1: going back years. James Comey and all these other idiots,
- 38:20Speaker 1: they were perfectly content with collaborating with the Southern Poverty
- 38:24Speaker 1: Law Center and advancing its poison. And in October of
- 38:27Speaker 1: last year, the FBI cut them off. This would have
- 38:30Speaker 1: been the Kash Patel and Dan Bongino-led FBI. FBI Director
- 38:35Speaker 1: Kash Patel cuts all ties to the Southern Poverty Law Center,
- 38:38Speaker 1: a storied civil rights group that tracks hate-motivated violence across
- 38:42Speaker 1: the United States. That's what Axios reported at the time.
- 38:45Speaker 1: The separation is the latest example of the Trump administration's
- 38:49Speaker 1: You see the way they described this? Turning away from
- 38:52Speaker 1: civil rights watchdogs by branding them as partisan and discriminatory
- 38:58Speaker 1: rather than protectors of marginalized communities. How much you want
- 39:04Speaker 1: to bet? In fact, you can guarantee it now. The
- 39:07Speaker 1: FBI knew at that time that the SPLC was a
- 39:09Speaker 1: criminal enterprise. And in no world should a criminal enterprise
- 39:14Speaker 1: have a partnership with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. They
- 39:18Speaker 1: cut Patel wrote in a post Cash did last October
- 39:23Speaker 1: that the SPLC long ago had abandoned civil rights work
- 39:27Speaker 1: and turned into a partisan smear campaign.
- 39:30Speaker 5: Machine.
- 39:30Speaker 1: In fact, I'm reminded of another SPLC motivated attack, which
- 39:39Speaker 1: was on the Family Research Center. Do you remember that?
- 39:42Speaker 1: The Family Research Center? There was an attack by a
- 39:46Speaker 1: guy years ago who goes to Washington, D.C., to, uh,
- 39:51Speaker 1: to go after the family research center. Uh, and he
- 39:54Speaker 1: said the reason he did that was the SPLC map.
- 39:59Speaker 1: You remember that? It was crazy at the time. Um,
- 40:02Speaker 1: he goes in there, he wants to, he has a
- 40:04Speaker 1: bunch of Chick-fil-A sandwiches with him. And, uh, his goal
- 40:08Speaker 1: is to kill everybody in the building and then stuff
- 40:10Speaker 1: Chick-fil-A sandwiches in their mouth as some sort of active extremism.
- 40:16Speaker 1: When he was asked by authorities, where did this come from?
- 40:20Speaker 1: Why did you do this? He said it was the SPC,
- 40:23Speaker 1: the SPLC. The SPLC map motivated me to do that.
- 40:28Speaker 1: The SPLC, yeah. So it's crazy how long this has
- 40:34Speaker 1: stretched on as the SPLC has motivated all these terror attacks.
- 40:37Speaker 1: And that Unite the Right rally thing back in 2017, remember,
- 40:41Speaker 1: that was the center of the Charlottesville hoax, this claim
- 40:44Speaker 1: that President Trump had never condemned neo-Nazis or white supremacists.
- 40:48Speaker 1: He straight up condemned neo-Nazis and white supremacists. And then
- 40:52Speaker 1: the Charlottesville hoax was that the media just covered that up.
- 40:54Speaker 1: They just pretended like it never happened. But Now we
- 41:00Speaker 1: find out the Southern Poverty Law Center was involved in
- 41:03Speaker 1: funding the organization of the entire thing. Listen to Cut 7.
- 41:09Speaker 1: This is Mays Moore with an amazing video looking back
- 41:13Speaker 1: at time at the lie that was told about Donald Trump.
- 41:17Speaker 1: Close your eyes. Remember what you saw on television.
- 41:19Speaker 4: Remember seeing those neo-Nazis and Klansmen and white supremacists coming
- 41:24Speaker 4: out of fields with lighted torches.
- 41:26Speaker 1: Remember what the president said when asked?
- 41:29Speaker 4: And you had people, and I'm not talking about the
- 41:31Speaker 4: neo-Nazis and the white nationalists, because they should be condemned totally.
- 41:35Speaker 7: Their veins bulging.
- 41:37Speaker 2: He said it specifically that he was condemning them.
- 41:39Speaker 1: No, he did not.
- 41:39Speaker 4: He said he walked out and he said, let's get
- 41:42Speaker 4: this straight.
- 41:43Speaker 6: The veins bulging as they were screaming.
- 41:46Speaker 1: Remember, just close your eyes and picture what it was.
- 41:48Speaker 1: Their veins bulging. Their veins bulging. Nazi sympathizers carrying Nazi fags.
- 41:56Speaker 4: Veins bulging.
- 41:57Speaker 1: They're veins bulging. Veins bulging. Veins bulging. How are you, baby?
- 42:02Speaker 4: How old are you?
- 42:03Speaker 1: They're veins bulging. They're veins bulging.
- 42:06Speaker 4: Bulging. Veins.
- 42:08Speaker 1: Well, I'm sick and tired of smart guys. Their veins is,
- 42:12Speaker 1: they're bulging. Their veins bulging. Their veins bulging. Veins bulging. Bulging.
- 42:18Speaker 4: Fewer. Have you ever heard this president say one negative
- 42:23Speaker 4: thing about white supremacists?
- 42:25Speaker 1: Have you ever heard it?
- 42:27Speaker 4: Racism is evil.
- 42:28Speaker 1: Damn it.
- 42:29Speaker 4: And those who cause violence in its name are criminals
- 42:32Speaker 4: and thugs, including the KKK, neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and other
- 42:39Speaker 4: hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear
- 42:44Speaker 4: as America.
- 42:45Speaker 1: What was that? Amazing. Just amazing. What a world we've
- 42:53Speaker 1: lived through, huh? What a, what a, series of insane
- 42:58Speaker 1: stories we've all lived through. So yes, of course, the
- 43:00Speaker 1: president was condemning this racial hatred, which is the stock
- 43:05Speaker 1: and trade of the Democrat Party. Racial hatred, racial prejudice,
- 43:09Speaker 1: racial extremism. And then they say it's the other side
- 43:12Speaker 1: that's responsible. And in the absence of the right actually
- 43:15Speaker 1: demonstrating any sort of racial animus, the left has to
- 43:18Speaker 1: invent it. They have to astroturf it. in order to
- 43:22Speaker 1: create a justification for their sucker donors to continue to
- 43:24Speaker 1: give money to the Southern Poverty Law Center, that's entirely
- 43:27Speaker 1: a criminal enterprise. Now, I told you about the Family
- 43:32Speaker 1: Research Council attack that was years ago. Remember that? That
- 43:34Speaker 1: was 2012. A guy called Floyd Lee Corkins attacks the
- 43:38Speaker 1: Family Research Council. Here he is admitting that he used
- 43:43Speaker 1: the Southern Poverty Law Center. He told authorities, I used
- 43:47Speaker 1: the Southern Poverty Law Center list to inform my attack.
- 43:50Speaker 1: Listen to this.
- 43:51Speaker 5: Now, how did you, this building, this organization, did you,
- 43:55Speaker 5: how did you find it?
- 43:56Speaker 1: Or did you like look it up online?
- 43:57Speaker 4: Or how did you know?
- 43:58Speaker 1: It was a Southern Poverty Law lists.
- 44:03Speaker 3: Anti-gay groups.
- 44:04Speaker 5: Okay.
- 44:04Speaker 1: I did a little bit.
- 44:06Speaker 5: Of research on their website and stuff like that. Okay.
- 44:10Speaker 1: I went online. I did a little bit of research,
- 44:13Speaker 1: stuff like that. That's how I came up with it.
- 44:15Speaker 1: I got the Southern Poverty Law Center list. They told
- 44:17Speaker 1: me that the Family Research Council, which is a Christian organization,
- 44:22Speaker 1: is evil. So I decided to try and kill them. Yep.
- 44:29Speaker 4: Yep. W.R.
- 44:30Speaker 1: Pogirl remembers. Yeah, that was, that was, it's insane. It's insane. Yeah.
- 44:38Speaker 1: People remember that attack. It was, it was crazy. You know,
- 44:42Speaker 1: the FBI wasn't the only organization that was linked up
- 44:44Speaker 1: to the Southern Poverty Law Center. You remember Amazon was
- 44:47Speaker 1: linked up with them? You remember this? Amazon. Amazon had
- 44:51Speaker 1: a program for a while. Do you guys remember this chat?
- 44:53Speaker 1: Amazon Smile. The way it worked was if you purchased
- 44:56Speaker 1: an item on Amazon, then Amazon said, well, we'll give
- 45:00Speaker 1: a little bit of money to your favorite charity. So
- 45:02Speaker 1: pick your favorite charity. And there was a list. You
- 45:04Speaker 1: get to choose charities. And then you would go through
- 45:06Speaker 1: the list and then you wouldn't find conservative charities. You
- 45:09Speaker 1: wouldn't find 501c3s that were a part of the conservative movement.
- 45:13Speaker 1: They were all excluded. Why was that? Why were there
- 45:16Speaker 1: a bunch of left-wing operations available to donate money to
- 45:19Speaker 1: via Amazon purchase and not conservative organizations to do the same?
- 45:23Speaker 1: Why is that? Why did that happen? The answer is
- 45:27Speaker 1: the Southern Poverty Law Center. That's the answer. The SPLC,
- 45:32Speaker 1: you may recall, Amazon relied on the Southern Poverty Law
- 45:36Speaker 1: Center to sign off on which charities were allowed to
- 45:39Speaker 1: be a part of the program. Now, the SPLC has since, sorry,
- 45:44Speaker 1: Amazon has since removed that program. They no longer have
- 45:47Speaker 1: the Amazon Smile program. And it's pretty obvious to all
- 45:50Speaker 1: of us who paid attention to the details. The reason
- 45:53Speaker 1: they retired it was because people like us had noticed
- 45:57Speaker 1: how corrupt and extremist the scheme was. And rather than
- 46:01Speaker 1: admit fault, Amazon just retired the whole program. Oh, we're
- 46:04Speaker 1: just going to get rid of it. It's run its course. No,
- 46:07Speaker 1: you got rid of it because we noticed how destructive
- 46:11Speaker 1: this was. Here's a guy called Ryan Ellis. He posted
- 46:14Speaker 1: about this. I was thinking about this this morning, and
- 46:16Speaker 1: I was like, wait, didn't Amazon Smile have this thing
- 46:19Speaker 1: with SPLC?
- 46:19Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 46:20Speaker 1: Ryan Ellis posts, remember Amazon Smile, where you could direct
- 46:23Speaker 1: some of your purchase dollars to your favorite charity? It
- 46:26Speaker 1: used the SPLC to vet charities, which of course means
- 46:29Speaker 1: innocent conservative 501c3 groups were excluded. They refused to fix it. Again,
- 46:35Speaker 1: they just retired the program. They memory-holed it. They George
- 46:38Speaker 1: Orwell-ed the whole thing, and they figured, well, nobody will
- 46:41Speaker 1: pay any attention to it after this. Here we are
- 46:44Speaker 1: paying attention to it as the SPLC is now being
- 46:47Speaker 1: prosecuted for this. Now, this is not new information. Not
- 46:53Speaker 1: to the FBI, at least. This is not new information
- 46:56Speaker 1: that the SPLC was paying these people, was involved in
- 46:59Speaker 1: this kind of extremism and terrorism. In fact, Todd Blanch
- 47:04Speaker 1: revealed yesterday the Biden administration knew all about this. And
- 47:07Speaker 1: just like every other Biden DOJ investigation that was actually
- 47:11Speaker 1: worth pursuing, it was blocked and buried. Here's Todd Blanch
- 47:16Speaker 1: on that yesterday. Cut four.
- 47:18Speaker 7: It's been going on for a long time. There was
- 47:20Speaker 7: a time that it was It was shut down for
- 47:24Speaker 7: a while during the last administration.
- 47:27Speaker 1: I don't know why.
- 47:29Speaker 7: And it was started again over the past year or so.
- 47:33Speaker 1: And that brings us to today. I don't know why
- 47:37Speaker 1: that was. I rate that untrue. You do know why,
- 47:42Speaker 1: Todd Blanch. You know why they shut it down. They
- 47:45Speaker 1: shut it down because we were getting too close. to
- 47:48Speaker 1: one of their honeypots, to one of their locations where
- 47:52Speaker 1: they were laundering all this money in order to create
- 47:55Speaker 1: chaos in the United States, in order to create power
- 47:58Speaker 1: for Democrats. That's why. That's why. It's like, ask the
- 48:01Speaker 1: IRS whistleblowers. As soon as they were getting close to
- 48:05Speaker 1: the funding schemes for the Biden family, they were told
- 48:08Speaker 1: to back the hell off. Get away from this. You
- 48:11Speaker 1: are not going after the big guy. Don't ask any
- 48:13Speaker 1: further questions. We've seen this happen a lot. And you
- 48:17Speaker 1: just encountered it again. God bless these guys for bringing
- 48:20Speaker 1: this prosecution. Now, what other prosecutions might we expect? Well,
- 48:24Speaker 1: John Brennan is definitely in the hot seat down in
- 48:27Speaker 1: South Florida right now. The grand conspiracy case continues. We've
- 48:31Speaker 1: gotten a flurry of headlines in the last week about
- 48:34Speaker 1: the fact that the United States Justice Department has been
- 48:38Speaker 1: sending out subpoenas, demanding interviews, pulling in everybody they can.
- 48:42Speaker 1: And John Brennan... looks absolutely terrible right now. You will remember,
- 48:48Speaker 1: in addition to being just an absolute scumbag, former CIA director,
- 48:52Speaker 1: and a guy who's been a complete tyrant by abusing
- 48:55Speaker 1: the authorities that were unfortunately given to him by the
- 48:58Speaker 1: United States, he also is a Ms. Now contributor, which
- 49:03Speaker 1: is the Lesbian Cable News Network. You familiar with this?
- 49:06Speaker 1: On Ms. Now yesterday, he was asked about the grand
- 49:09Speaker 1: conspiracy case Look how crappy he looks. Western Lensman noted
- 49:15Speaker 1: that he looks completely haggard here. He really does.
- 49:17Speaker 6: Here he is.
- 49:18Speaker 1: Cut five.
- 49:19Speaker 2: It just shows that over the past 10 years, there's
- 49:22Speaker 2: been failure after failure to try to identify something wrongdoing
- 49:28Speaker 2: in this case. But part of this is to harass,
- 49:32Speaker 2: to try to hurt individuals reputationally, professionally, financially. trying to
- 49:38Speaker 2: keep the story alive as a way to deflect from
- 49:41Speaker 2: other issues and challenges that they face. So again, I'm
- 49:44Speaker 2: not surprised by this. I'm very dismayed and disappointed by it.
- 49:48Speaker 2: I'm also very troubled that we have people in government
- 49:51Speaker 2: who seem to be so mean spirited that they try
- 49:55Speaker 2: to actually to hurt individuals, hurt people, their families and others.
- 49:59Speaker 2: And they claim to be.
- 50:01Speaker 5: Part of the Republican Party. This is not the Republican
- 50:03Speaker 5: Party that I work with or that you worked with.
- 50:06Speaker 5: You know, there are people of integrity who never would
- 50:08Speaker 5: have thought the Department of Justice would have fallen as
- 50:11Speaker 5: far as it has. And so, again, every day when
- 50:14Speaker 5: I wake up, you know, there's something new that I
- 50:16Speaker 5: just find just being so surreal and separated from the
- 50:20Speaker 5: government and the reality that I worked in for 33
- 50:25Speaker 5: plus years.
- 50:26Speaker 2: But, again, you know, I take every day as it comes.
- 50:32Speaker 1: He looks worn out. He looks like he's been answering
- 50:35Speaker 1: a lot of questions. He's been dealing with lawyers quite
- 50:38Speaker 1: a bit. Not a surprise, given that it is now
- 50:40Speaker 1: well-established that he's the target of the freaking investigation into
- 50:46Speaker 1: the Russia hoax, into the grand conspiracy designed to subvert
- 50:51Speaker 1: the will of the American people. Boy, does he deserve it.
- 50:54Speaker 1: He absolutely deserves it. And he thinks he can just
- 50:57Speaker 1: talk his way through it. It's not going to work, buddy.
- 51:00Speaker 1: They're going after John Brennan. Now, we get a flurry
- 51:03Speaker 1: of headlines, like I said, on the subject.
- 51:04Speaker 4: Ms.
- 51:05Speaker 1: Now, again, the Lesbian Network, they released a headline yesterday.
- 51:09Speaker 1: They say that subpoenas were issued. I told you about
- 51:11Speaker 1: this yesterday. Subpoenas have been issued in the probe of
- 51:14Speaker 1: the Russia conspiracy. Then the DOJ clawed them back, sources say.
- 51:19Speaker 1: The Justice Department Monday night began withdrawing several subpoenas that
- 51:23Speaker 1: had been issued just days prior in a criminal probe.
- 51:26Speaker 1: of John Brennan and a purported conspiracy by the Obama
- 51:29Speaker 1: administration to embarrass President Donald Trump. To embarrass, I love
- 51:34Speaker 1: the dramatic understatement here. Embarrass, freeze up, disable, thwart the
- 51:40Speaker 1: will of the American people. Come on, let's be more explicit. Conspire,
- 51:44Speaker 1: commit treason. According to three people familiar with the matter,
- 51:48Speaker 1: the dramatic shift in plans revealed some confusion and disorder
- 51:51Speaker 1: in the controversial Justice Department investigation which career prosecutors have
- 51:56Speaker 1: privately criticized as lacking evidence. They said that basically, remember,
- 52:00Speaker 1: I was telling you this, and perhaps this piqued your curiosity,
- 52:04Speaker 1: that they were seeking grand jury testimony in Washington, D.C.
- 52:09Speaker 1: These people were expected to appear in the coming weeks
- 52:12Speaker 1: for questioning before a grand jury in Washington. Now, you
- 52:16Speaker 1: may have thought to yourself, isn't a grand jury in
- 52:19Speaker 1: Washington kind of a terrible place for some of this
- 52:21Speaker 1: to be conducted? Yeah, one would assume so. The grand
- 52:23Speaker 1: jury poll there is pretty rigged on behalf of Democrats.
- 52:26Speaker 1: So that's why we're so enthusiastic about the activity happening
- 52:30Speaker 1: in South Florida. Maybe that's what motivated the Justice Department
- 52:33Speaker 1: here to instead change these to voluntary interviews with Justice
- 52:39Speaker 1: Department officials rather than hauling them before a grand jury
- 52:41Speaker 1: in D.C. I just don't know. There's just no way
- 52:44Speaker 1: for me to know. Here's what I am encouraged by.
- 52:47Speaker 1: Joe DiGenova, is tasked with being one of the guys
- 52:49Speaker 1: who's leading this now. That guy does not screw around.
- 52:52Speaker 1: He's totally legit. He's a complete hero. And he's been
- 52:56Speaker 1: fighting on behalf of President Trump and his agenda for
- 52:58Speaker 1: a long time now. It's good to see him there.
- 53:02Speaker 1: So this is a serious thing. And Ms. Now is
- 53:05Speaker 1: panicking about it. So I'll take those both as signs
- 53:08Speaker 1: of encouragement. Also, the Trump administration has been relentlessly prosecuting
- 53:14Speaker 1: these Democrats. I know that places like Ms.
- 53:17Speaker 4: Now.
- 53:18Speaker 1: you know, want to turn this into a big scandal,
- 53:20Speaker 1: but I think it's totally legit and wonderful. The Trump administration,
- 53:23Speaker 1: for instance, brought an indictment last year in November against
- 53:28Speaker 1: Democrat Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilis McCormick. Remember her from Florida? Because
- 53:34Speaker 1: she stole, they say, $ 5 million in FEMA funds. $ 5 million.
- 53:41Speaker 1: Then she, here it comes again, laundered the proceeds and
- 53:45Speaker 1: then used that money that she stole from FEMA to
- 53:48Speaker 1: fund her 2021 congressional campaign. She is looking at 53
- 53:53Speaker 1: years in prison right now. That's not a small amount
- 54:00Speaker 1: of time. A half century. in prison. When she pops
- 54:04Speaker 1: out of prison, she might be able to see the
- 54:07Speaker 1: 300th anniversary of our country if she lives that long.
- 54:10Speaker 1: 53 years? That prosecution is underway right now. They were
- 54:18Speaker 1: able to push the trial back to February of next year.
- 54:21Speaker 1: February of 2027 is when this is expected to start.
- 54:26Speaker 1: But the consequences have already been very profound for her.
- 54:29Speaker 1: First of all, she's tried to orchestrate all sorts of
- 54:31Speaker 1: cover-ups in public anyway. Remember in December, she's already under
- 54:35Speaker 1: an indictment and she posted an image of herself to
- 54:38Speaker 1: the internet and she erased the gigantic ring that was
- 54:43Speaker 1: on her finger. She photoshopped it right out of her
- 54:46Speaker 1: own bio photo because the feds alleged that that ring
- 54:50Speaker 1: was purchased with her ill-gotten FEMA funds. So then she
- 54:54Speaker 1: covered up the ring. She photoshopped it out of the
- 54:56Speaker 1: picture so people wouldn't notice it anymore. That's both hilarious
- 55:01Speaker 1: and totally corrupt. And then we got the news yesterday.
- 55:05Speaker 1: She's been kicked out of Congress officially. Sheila Cherfulis McCormick
- 55:11Speaker 1: yesterday resigned from Congress ahead of being kicked out of
- 55:16Speaker 1: Congress for her crimes. New York Post with the headline,
- 55:20Speaker 1: Sheila Cherfulis McCormick resigns from Congress just minutes before House
- 55:25Speaker 1: Ethics Committee was to sanction Florida Democrat. Here we have it.
- 55:31Speaker 1: Representative Sheila Cherfilis McCormick resigned from Congress Tuesday, 30 minutes
- 55:35Speaker 1: before she was scheduled to appear before the ethics panel,
- 55:39Speaker 1: over her alleged theft of $ 5 million in taxpayer money
- 55:42Speaker 1: to fund her political ambitions. The House Ethics Committee found
- 55:47Speaker 1: last month she did violate more than two dozen laws, rules,
- 55:51Speaker 1: or regulations. governing lawmakers. She was weighing whether to recommend
- 55:56Speaker 1: a censure or potential expulsion. Quote, after careful reflection and prayer,
- 56:00Speaker 1: I have concluded it is in the best interest of
- 56:02Speaker 1: my constituents and the institution that I step aside at
- 56:04Speaker 1: this time. You know what happened? You know what happened?
- 56:07Speaker 1: First of all, she saw the writing on the wall.
- 56:08Speaker 1: She was about to get the old heave-ho. But the
- 56:11Speaker 1: other piece is, if she talks any more about the
- 56:15Speaker 1: crimes that the She's putting herself in more peril inside
- 56:20Speaker 1: of that courtroom. Her lawyers are telling her, shut the
- 56:23Speaker 1: hell up. Stop talking about any of this and remove
- 56:27Speaker 1: yourself from any venue where you might say something about
- 56:29Speaker 1: this publicly. Get out now. She gone. She's gone. So
- 56:37Speaker 1: did the Trump administration prosecute this Democrat? Hell yeah, they did.
- 56:40Speaker 1: And she's now looking at 53 years in prison. That
- 56:42Speaker 1: trial set to start in February. She's now out of
- 56:43Speaker 1: the United States Congress. And all I want is more.
- 56:48Speaker 1: All I want is more of that, please. More of that, please.
- 56:53Speaker 1: All right, as always, it's been absolutely wonderful to spend
- 56:56Speaker 1: some time with you today. You really are the best
- 56:57Speaker 1: audience anywhere. I've got a lot more news to get
- 57:00Speaker 1: to coming up on the big national radio show today,
- 57:02Speaker 1: including the fact that President Trump just extended the ceasefire
- 57:06Speaker 1: with Iran. He's trying to get it to, as he says, quote,
- 57:10Speaker 1: until such a time as their proposal is submitted and
- 57:12Speaker 1: discussions are concluded. The president is working very feverishly to
- 57:17Speaker 1: get to a deal. He has not deployed J.D. Vance yet.
- 57:20Speaker 2: J.D.
- 57:20Speaker 1: Vance was scheduled to go to Islamabad. No dice. It
- 57:23Speaker 1: hasn't happened yet because the Iranians have not yet agreed
- 57:27Speaker 1: to a deal that would merit receiving the privilege of
- 57:29Speaker 1: the vice president of the United States once again in Pakistan.
- 57:33Speaker 1: The Trump administration not playing that game. You actually come
- 57:35Speaker 1: to a deal, then we'll send the vice president to Inca.
- 57:38Speaker 1: In fact, the president himself has offered a to go
- 57:41Speaker 1: for the big deal. We'll see what happens. A lot
- 57:43Speaker 1: of breaking news on that story. We'll address it today
- 57:46Speaker 1: on the big national radio show. As always, keep the faith,
- 57:49Speaker 1: stay in the fight, fight, fight, pray for your country.
- 57:51Speaker 1: We really do have a great one. We have a
- 57:53Speaker 1: wonderful one. And the only way we're going to make
- 57:56Speaker 1: sure that it stays great is if we all personally
- 57:58Speaker 1: fight for it in every capacity we can. Thank you.
- 58:01Speaker 1: God bless you. I'll be back with you tomorrow. Up
- 58:03Speaker 1: next today, we got the great Dan Bongino show coming up.
- 58:06Speaker 1: I'll be on with Dan today. Rumble.com slash Bongino. We've
- 58:10Speaker 1: got a lot to discuss. I want to give him
- 58:12Speaker 1: a round of applause for what they did to the
- 58:13Speaker 1: Southern Poverty Law Center. And then Haley Karania is coming
- 58:16Speaker 1: up noon Eastern time today. You can watch her show, Rumble.com
- 58:20Speaker 1: slash Haley. Again, noon Eastern. That's Haley with two Ys. Why?

- 58:27Speaker 1: I'll talk to you tomorrow. The U.S. Soccer Podcast.
- 58:35Speaker 3: I'm your host, Megan Klingenberg, and I am super stoked
- 58:38Speaker 3: to be joined by Daryl Dike.
- 58:40Speaker 1: Arguably, your most impressive quality cannot be measured.
- 58:43Speaker 4: You're a guy who is the definition of grit.
- 58:46Speaker 3: Injuries have ended plenty of careers, but instead you decided
- 58:49Speaker 3: yours would only be a chapter instead of the ending.
- 58:51Speaker 3: Welcome to the show, Daryl.
- 58:52Speaker 6: Thank you so much.
- 58:53Speaker 5: That's a good intro right there.
- 58:55Speaker 6: That's good.
