Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_02: So I'm still I'm literally still getting comments, likes, and stuff on it.
- 0:06SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, I'm I'm glad that I could voice something, and like I I didn't really the the dude has like no engagement on his page typically.
- 0:16SPEAKER_02: So I was literally just typing it, assuming it was gonna go to him directly and not really make a big scene about it.
- 0:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but I think my comment itself has more likes than the video does at this point, so it was yeah, that that shit pissed me off.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: I cannot stand what actually happened because I don't actually know what happened.
- 0:33SPEAKER_02: So it was this dude, and I don't even remember what his page is or anything, but it was this dude that made a post shitting on Fit Model, like like they used to do with bikini, like they'd used to do with fucking everything, right?
- 0:43SPEAKER_02: So shitting on Fit Model after the Olympia, and I think he took a side-by-side of um Shaylin and a bikini amateur on stage and made a side-by-side and talked about how there's absolutely no difference in the two, and um like why are we making divisions that have that have like people that can walk off the street and win and blah blah blah.
- 1:05SPEAKER_02: And I wrote a fucking paragraph about this, and and he even asked, he asked for it in his thing.
- 1:11SPEAKER_02: He's like, Can somebody tell me what the difference is here?
- 1:13SPEAKER_02: I was like, Yes, actually, I can't.
- 1:15SPEAKER_02: And so I volunteer.
- 1:18SPEAKER_02: I went, I just went off on it.
- 1:19SPEAKER_02: I was I wasn't even to go that deep into like educating between the difference, I just made it very clear.
- 1:24SPEAKER_02: There's an obvious difference here.
- 1:26SPEAKER_02: One in conditioning, like you're talking about amateur bikini.
- 1:30SPEAKER_02: They looked, they they looked six weeks out on stage.
- 1:32SPEAKER_02: No knock on that girl if you're listening to this, but it was amateur bikini, right?
- 1:35SPEAKER_02: Compared to Miss Olympia in Fit Model.
- 1:38SPEAKER_02: And like Fit Model, her the shape is different, the condition is different.
- 1:44SPEAKER_02: The the displacement of or displacement's the wrong word, but the muscle that she has in delts, core, glutes, tie-ins, hamstrings, is just at a different level, in a sense, with a different level of conditioning.
- 2:00SPEAKER_02: And so when you put the two side by side, the untrained eye, or the hardcore men's bodybuilder that doesn't want to call fit model bodybuilding, is gonna say there's no difference.
- 2:09SPEAKER_02: But when you understand what fit model is about and you're looking at them, that is not an everyday person that can walk off the street and look like that.
- 2:17SPEAKER_02: Like I challenge someone, anyone that thinks that you can find an everyday person that just lives a fit lifestyle that can just walk on stage and do fit model and turn pro and make it to the Olympia, please let me know.
- 2:29SPEAKER_02: Like, have them do it.
- 2:30SPEAKER_02: So it's just not a like there's still a lot that goes into it.
- 2:34SPEAKER_02: My then I made a point in there.
- 2:36SPEAKER_02: My bikini athletes and my fit model athletes train with the same level of intensity.
- 2:41SPEAKER_02: It just might be that there is a different level or a different intention, I should say, behind what we're doing, right?
- 2:46SPEAKER_02: There's a certain level that you cannot cross muscularity-wise, because then to get the right amount of conditioning, it might end up being too much quad, too much tie-in.
- 2:56SPEAKER_02: So you have to find that gray area with it, which makes it really fun as a trainer, as a coach.
- 3:01SPEAKER_02: Like it's it's a very fun division for that.
- 3:03SPEAKER_02: And I actually said in the comment that I wrote, um, one, I took a dig at all the male bodybuilders like I always do.
- 3:09SPEAKER_02: Like my my last statement in there straight up.
- 3:12SPEAKER_02: My last statement in there was um, I said, I don't know why you give a fuck when this doesn't affect you.
- 3:18SPEAKER_02: And then I put dot dot dot.
- 3:20SPEAKER_02: Oh, wait, I do know why.
- 3:21SPEAKER_02: Because you're a typical hardcore men's bodybuilder that thinks you're going to war on stage and you and you like want to throw up at the idea of a fit model competitor being called IFBB Pro and that being equal to you, and that pisses you off.
- 3:35SPEAKER_02: I'm like, that's the only reason.
- 3:37SPEAKER_02: That's the only reason you can be upset about that, is if you want to gatekeep the word bodybuilding and think that like it lessens the term IFBB Pro because Fit model are called that.
- 3:47SPEAKER_02: It's like, no, it doesn't at all.
- 3:49SPEAKER_02: It's just their own division that doesn't affect you one fucking bit.
- 3:52SPEAKER_02: Not one bit.
- 3:54SPEAKER_02: They just want IFBB Pro to have more of a meaning in their eyes, and it needs to be that hardcore meathead.
- 4:01SPEAKER_02: I'm going to war, I'm in the trenches, I'm suffering, and this voluntary prep that I do.
- 4:06SPEAKER_02: Like, fucking ridiculous.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: Pop off Queen.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: Completely agree.
- 4:12SPEAKER_02: I completely agree.
- 4:14SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's just crazy to me.
- 4:15SPEAKER_02: I don't, I'll never understand.
- 4:17SPEAKER_02: And this isn't a knock, this is a knock on anybody.
- 4:19SPEAKER_02: If men or women feel this way about anything, I will never understand in any field, not even bodybuilding, if something doesn't affect you, why do you care?
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: Because people want something to complain about.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: People want something to complain about and be upset about.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: So even if it's not anything to do with them, they're gonna put their opinion on it and be like, oh, I, you know, this really, really, this is something I really, really care about.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: When ultimately you like most people don't really care.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: So it was cool though, because like I think people are realizing, well, people are realizing this the last two years that Fit Model is a division that people care about.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: I think that's also probably why people are pissed off because they're like people that don't see it as bodybuilding are upset that people think that way.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: If that makes sense, yeah.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: So it's silly.
- 5:06SPEAKER_02: 100% people are like that in so many different sports.
- 5:08SPEAKER_02: I would I never go out to like watch football or anything, but after Olympia, we were out eating and there was a game on, and this season they introduced like these new helmets that players can optionally wear that look a little ridiculous, but it's meant to help them with concussions, right?
- 5:23SPEAKER_02: Right to like be able to take more impact when they're hit, and they look ridiculous, they look like space helmets.
- 5:28SPEAKER_02: But I'm literally listening to two dudes talking shit, saying, I don't even want to fucking watch this.
- 5:32SPEAKER_02: Why are they wearing that stupid shit on here?
- 5:34SPEAKER_02: Like, get that off.
- 5:35SPEAKER_02: That's not football.
- 5:36SPEAKER_02: I'm like, does it take away anything from you watching the game?
- 5:41SPEAKER_02: Who gives a fuck?
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: And people are just like that, so yeah, always looking for something to complain about and moan about.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: So but we have the Southern Muscle Champ, that's what we have.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I can't I still I honestly I still can't believe like I can't even believe because it was so quick, and I kept on saying to Jamie and just everyone around me, I was like, it generally doesn't feel like I'm competing this weekend because it's it it's just been such a quick wrap-up from the Olympia, so I haven't kind of come down enough to give myself time to be like, okay, cool.
- 6:18SPEAKER_01: And now you keep winning after too.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: We're doing this again, you know?
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: So it's like yeah, it's great.
- 6:24SPEAKER_00: It's it's weird though, because I did, and this is something that me and Jamie didn't learn a little bit this weekend was like I need to mentally be a little bit more switched into it because when I went on stage, it was a weird experience.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: When I stepped on stage, I generally didn't feel like connected with what the fuck I was doing, if that sounds any, if that makes any difference.
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: And my feedback was actually in between first looks and individual, you change something.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: And I was like, that's interesting that you notice that because when I went out on stage, I kind of was just like hitting my front pose, but I wasn't in it, and I gen and this is why I think it's important to make sure that you're like really switched into whatever you need to do to get connected to actually stepping on stage, because I was so disalmost like disassociated from stepping on stage, and Jamie was like, Switch on, like when I was in it, I was like, Oh shit.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: And she texts me, like, keep your core tight, what are you doing?
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: Like, like I was like, okay, cool, like we're in it now.
- 7:17SPEAKER_02: And it did you do that in first call outs too for like a split second, or were you on then?
- 7:22SPEAKER_03: Mm-hmm.
- 7:23SPEAKER_02: You did okay.
- 7:24SPEAKER_02: One of the photos that was sent to me, I looked and I was like, I right away, I went, Phoebe, why do you look so relaxed in your front post?
- 7:31SPEAKER_02: I was a lot more relaxed.
- 7:33SPEAKER_02: Right away.
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and it's we it's weird.
- 7:35SPEAKER_00: And I and that was something I was discussing with Jamie a little bit this kind of like weekend, like going obviously, because we're going into our third peak week now, where we're like, what can we do differently to kind of make sure that I am, you know, switching on and like my mindset just a little bit more attached to stage because yeah, I think especially because the Olympia is the Olympia, right?
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: Like it's such a big show.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: There's so much like goes into it, you're thinking about that every single moment of the day.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: Then that's for that to be over.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: I kind of hadn't like moved on yet from it.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: So I kind of was just going through almost like just going through the motions in a way.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, and I spoke to a couple people, and a couple of people kind of agreed with how they feel like when they do like a lot of shows.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: Um, and I don't honestly don't know how people do it because I don't really want to have that feeling of just it just feeling like another, like just just stepping on stage.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: I want that excitement behind it, and I want that like oh we're stepping on stage, you know.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: So I really this week had been focusing on making sure that that's been something I my mind is like getting used to going into this week, if that makes any sense.
- 8:38SPEAKER_02: So what I'm hearing here is when we hop off, I'm gonna shoot Jamie a text and tell her to fly me out to be your hype man for the show.
- 8:44SPEAKER_02: I'll be in the fucking audience screaming my head off, being like, fucking Phoebe, let's go.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: Let's go.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: I think I don't know.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: I think I never want competing to be a I don't know.
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: I just don't want it to be just a regular thing.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: I don't want to just compete just like I don't I don't know.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: I don't like just stepping on stage just to step on stage.
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: Like I want to feel excited about stepping on stage.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: And don't get me wrong, I did, but I just don't think that soon after Olympia I was switched into it as much as I wanted to.
- 9:13SPEAKER_02: I was gonna say a cool part about what you're doing though when you think long term in the next season, yes, is if you get both your wins out of the way and you're qualified, you get that time off.
- 9:24SPEAKER_02: You get to go be home with Max, you get to improve wherever you feel you need to improve on.
- 9:28SPEAKER_02: And then when you come back out, let's say you do some summer shows or some pre-Olympia shows or whatever, you're gonna be fucking switched on.
- 9:34SPEAKER_02: Like you're gonna be refreshed, you're gonna be like hyped, like I'm already qualified.
- 9:38SPEAKER_02: This is all for fun.
- 9:39SPEAKER_02: So it'll be it'll be cool in that sense to see you just like reinvigorated again.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and so I think and I think that's important to obviously say that because like I think people can see us pros compete all the time and think it's the same thing every single time, and it's really not.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: So I do think that it's it's it's good that to take again, take the time off in like to actually enjoy the stage, enjoy the process of it again and stuff like that.
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: So I'm excited one for the show this coming weekend, and then after to focus on that as a little bit as well, which will be fun.
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: So, but no, so that's the muscle was great, got some really, really good feedback.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: Um, my tan needed to be darker.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: My tan was not dark enough.
- 10:17SPEAKER_00: The lights were super bright, very good stage lights, but they were very bright.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: So um needed to be darker tan-wise.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: Um, and apart from me just feeling a little bit like disassociated from stage, it was it was a really good like audience, like feel backstage.
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: I've never done the Southern Muscle show before.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: I'd only heard like really good things about it.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: It's a it's a bit of a pain to get to, but a lot of people said it was it's a very, very good show.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: And I I like to.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
- 10:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah, oh my gosh, yeah.
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: That that bowling ball and this massive slab of like crystal, which one I'm like, I don't know how I'm gonna get that back because that itself is probably about 15 kilos.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: So me putting that in my suitcase is gonna be pointless.
- 11:00SPEAKER_02: $500 to ship it.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm like, but then I'm like, what's the point?
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: Because I I don't trust anyone.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: I've been seeing loads of people ship their trophies, not even across the world, literally just across the.
- 11:10SPEAKER_02: Oh, I saw Alex.
- 11:10SPEAKER_02: Alex is broke, yeah.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: I I've been seeing literally people like getting stuff shipped from like state to state, and it's literally breaking.
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, getting that ship to Dubai is like no man's land.
- 11:21SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, let's have a look.
- 11:26SPEAKER_02: And I mean, I know we're pulling it up right now.
- 11:28SPEAKER_02: You beat a very, very good Ashley too, which was cool.
- 11:30SPEAKER_02: I like this look a lot on her.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: This was um something that Jamie actually did say.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: Um, this was and Jamie's seen Ashley multiple times this year at Indy, at Arnold's, at Olympia, other shows she's done, and she said this was the best Ashley she's seen.
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: And that's not her being like, Oh, you know, you beat a really good Ashley.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: She was like, I that was the best we've seen her.
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: She had something to print coming into this show as well, going from you know, fifth to tenth at the Olympia.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah, which again isn't a bad placing, but it's not obviously been her best.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: So I feel like she definitely wanted to come in and be her all-time best for this show.
- 12:08SPEAKER_02: This was definitely, in my opinion, this Ashley was like the fullest, but also most perfectly conditioned Ashley we've seen.
- 12:15SPEAKER_02: You usually don't see that much ham like separation on her, you don't see that much like detail in the back pose.
- 12:21SPEAKER_02: She looked really good.
- 12:22SPEAKER_02: Um, her training's definitely showing.
- 12:24SPEAKER_02: I talked about it a couple episodes ago.
- 12:26SPEAKER_02: She's been pushing herself harder and harder.
- 12:28SPEAKER_02: I don't think it was fully peaked, like perfectly at Olympia.
- 12:31SPEAKER_02: Um, and then here, this was the best I've seen her in a very long time.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: And I I was watching her routine and stuff like that um when I was on stage, uh, when I was off to the side and stuff.
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: And um, her posing has improved loads, loads.
- 12:45SPEAKER_00: Like, I know that was one thing that she was always like not um, that was always something that she'd get back, or people were like, you know, she needs to do this, this, this.
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: I I feel like she's definitely getting into a groove of of that a little bit more, which is quite cool.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: Um, but it was a good lineup.
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: It was obviously you had Nevea in third as well.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: So we'd all three of us had just obviously just done the Olympia.
- 13:05SPEAKER_02: So um question for you, because I'm forgetting right now.
- 13:09SPEAKER_02: Um, was fourth place, Danny.
- 13:12SPEAKER_02: Was she the one that we talked about back in August that we said take a break and come get points in September because you're really good?
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: I think I think I think so.
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: Um she I think so too.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: I think it is her.
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: She did another show recently as well, I'm pretty sure maybe.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: Um, but I think now she's taking a little bit of time off and she's gonna try and hit early shows next year, which I think that'll be that'll be smart because she needs she, I think her her um feedback was she needs to grow.
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: So she's like, I take a short off season, come back early, and then like smash it out, which is it makes sense to do that, you know.
- 13:47SPEAKER_02: So Brenda looked awesome, by the way.
- 13:49SPEAKER_02: I love Brenda's look here.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, really good look.
- 13:52SPEAKER_00: Really, really good look.
- 13:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she's improving show by show.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: Is she new?
- 13:59SPEAKER_02: Not new, new, but new newer, I think.
- 14:02SPEAKER_02: She she just got a really good placing in the Florida show, the one that um Rihanna won.
- 14:06SPEAKER_02: She got the third.
- 14:07SPEAKER_02: She got third there, yeah.
- 14:08SPEAKER_02: So she's she's working her way up really, really well.
- 14:11SPEAKER_02: Um, her back pose is good.
- 14:13SPEAKER_02: I think.
- 14:14SPEAKER_02: Is she on the list with you this weekend?
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: Yes, she is.
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: I think um quite a few people are doing this.
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: I think Cindy's Cindy's also doing that.
- 14:21SPEAKER_03: Cindy's on it, yeah.
- 14:22SPEAKER_00: Um, Cindy, she's also improving a lot as well.
- 14:25SPEAKER_00: Like each show she's doing, she's getting like better and better, and in that kind of like top six, top five range, which is cool to see.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, I mean everyone's great back pose across the board.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: I was gonna say everyone look very consistent back pose across the board.
- 14:42SPEAKER_02: Little hard, little hard, but crazy shape.
- 14:45SPEAKER_02: Ashley, though.
- 14:45SPEAKER_02: This is that's why I said this is the best Ashley I've seen.
- 14:48SPEAKER_02: Like that's perfect condition, perfect fullness to the glutes.
- 14:52SPEAKER_02: This is very, very good.
- 14:54SPEAKER_00: Yeah, really, really good.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: It was cool to see.
- 14:57SPEAKER_02: Um you can definitely see your tan a little bit off.
- 15:00SPEAKER_00: Tan was tanning very, very light for some reason.
- 15:04SPEAKER_00: I don't know why I had it so light, but I I felt it was like when I was when I was doing my tanks, I did the DIY as well.
- 15:11SPEAKER_00: I was like, this doesn't feel like I feel like as dark, like I should be darker.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: Like you know, when you you just know, I was like, I feel like I should be darker right now, but I wasn't, and I was like, okay, we'll see what happens.
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: And yeah, that was the feedback.
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: So definitely for this show, we're gonna go a lot darker and make sure that we're where we need to be.
- 15:28SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, and then scores were across the board.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah, 369.
- 15:33SPEAKER_00: So that was cool, but yeah, it was a really it was a really good show, and again, like for me, my goal was exactly that to you know get a win and hopefully get a win this weekend as well, so we can kind of be done for the foreseeable in terms of taking time off.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: So yeah, halfway there, it's just exciting, very, very exciting.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: Yes, um, and then we had where was the other one?
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: Mexico was it Mexico?
- 15:58SPEAKER_00: Yes, I don't think there was Raina right there, far right.
- 16:01SPEAKER_02: The break there's the breaking news one.
- 16:02SPEAKER_02: I don't know if there's a side-by-side though.
- 16:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there's no side-by-sides, but Raina, Raina won.
- 16:08SPEAKER_02: Raina Roxanne.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: She she looks really good.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: I genuinely think she um improved the lot.
- 16:14SPEAKER_02: Her glutes came back to fucking life in the last week, like crazy.
- 16:18SPEAKER_02: Because at Olympia, I was like, oh, like she still looks similar to how she did at San Antonio, where she didn't do great.
- 16:25SPEAKER_02: Um, and then a week later in Mexico, I was like, oh shit, like she looks like Reina again.
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: So because I think at Olympia, I don't know, I don't know if there was anything specific that they did differently or whatnot, but I think obviously last year she got what 11th, and then this year she obviously wasn't in that top 15, top 20 range.
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: So that's quite that is quite a shock for a lot of people because obviously she has been in that top 15 range for the last two years.
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: So I I'm wondering what her feedback was from Olympias going into this show.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: Um because she does look she does look good at the Olympia, um, but again, it's not our reigner that we see um fully.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: I don't think there was anything there's no other.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this was a good look.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: I love it when the tan is like perfectly dark as well.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: Like everyone at this show looks really, really dark.
- 17:29SPEAKER_02: This show has good quality every year, like just qual quality everything.
- 17:32SPEAKER_02: The athletes that go and do it, because they have a lot of divisions.
- 17:36SPEAKER_02: They have wellness, they have classic, they have open bodybuilding.
- 17:38SPEAKER_02: Like Terrence went down there and did it.
- 17:40SPEAKER_02: Tonio went down there and did it after getting fifth at the Olympia.
- 17:43SPEAKER_02: Like it was a cool show, like just really cool to watch, and she killed it, obviously.
- 17:48SPEAKER_02: So yeah, Raina looked she looked very revitalized in a week later.
- 17:52SPEAKER_00: So yeah, that's good to see.
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: That's really, really good to see.
- 17:56SPEAKER_02: I think if she had brought that look to the Olympia, um, somebody would have been pushed out of the top 15.
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: That's crazy.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's crazy.
- 18:03SPEAKER_02: It was really good.
- 18:04SPEAKER_02: I saw a couple back poses on her story and stuff of the whole lineup.
- 18:07SPEAKER_02: I was like, this is really good.
- 18:08SPEAKER_02: Also, shout out Misty getting that qualification right after the O.
- 18:13SPEAKER_02: That's good.
- 18:15SPEAKER_02: Yeah, went into the ACE of stage and she uh got her fit model qualification.
- 18:20SPEAKER_00: And then Roxy got second at this though.
- 18:24SPEAKER_02: Roxy's been very, very just a very consistent look.
- 18:26SPEAKER_02: She looks good top to bottom, like very balanced.
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: What would you say she needs to improve on?
- 18:33SPEAKER_02: I personally um I don't know if she agrees or if James agrees or anything.
- 18:37SPEAKER_02: I just think that she needs to fix her front pose.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: Okay, yeah.
- 18:40SPEAKER_02: It just needs to be posed, it just needs to be posed better.
- 18:42SPEAKER_02: Um, like when you look at like this, it's a perfect side-by-side, actually, because Adriana is one of my favorite, maybe not like muscularly wise, she's a little bit too hard, but silhouette-wise, her front pose sits very nicely.
- 18:54SPEAKER_02: Like that's how that's a very naturally setting front pose.
- 18:57SPEAKER_02: And then you look over at rocks next to her, and it just looks like arched and stiff and forced.
- 19:03SPEAKER_02: And I feel like if she could like sit into it a bit more natural, um, even how Ronnie is hitting it here in third place.
- 19:08SPEAKER_02: Like, if it was just a tad bit more like upright in the torso, not as forced out with the abdomen and the in the sternum, I think that it would it would just set better.
- 19:19SPEAKER_02: But that's just my that's just my take on it.
- 19:21SPEAKER_02: Because I think development-wise, like she could use a little bit more like upper glute roundness, but total package is there.
- 19:27SPEAKER_02: Like, she's very balanced, her conditioning has been perfect every show.
- 19:30SPEAKER_02: Um, and she's been placing very, very well.
- 19:32SPEAKER_02: She's coming off of a win.
- 19:34SPEAKER_02: She got a uh third, I think, in in Mexico to Kerrigan and Cass, and she got and uh she just got second here.
- 19:41SPEAKER_02: She's got like 14 points already.
- 19:42SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she's top of the list.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: She's at the top of the list, yeah.
- 19:44SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I think she's gonna she's gonna look good this weekend, and then that was it for this weekend, wasn't it?
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: And then this weekend coming up, we've got Ultimate Warriors, which is me, Roxy, we've got Cindy.
- 20:05SPEAKER_02: Cindy's in there.
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: Um, you've got your uh Jules, who is actually uh a Football Efusion girl who's staying in Arizona at the moment, she's from Germany.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: Um, she's actually got I want to say she's outside the top 20, but she's got points already because she's done a couple shows already.
- 20:23SPEAKER_00: Um and then we've got Catherine here.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: Ah, was there another show?
- 20:28SPEAKER_00: Catherine, she just competed.
- 20:30SPEAKER_02: That looks familiar, yeah.
- 20:32SPEAKER_00: She just competed, I'm pretty sure, and got her first podium.
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: I'm pretty sure.
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 20:37SPEAKER_02: Right here.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, fourth and fourth.
- 20:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 20:40SPEAKER_02: Nice, that's awesome.
- 20:41SPEAKER_00: And she's from Australia, I think.
- 20:45SPEAKER_02: That's a huge accomplishment.
- 20:46SPEAKER_02: They congrats to her.
- 20:47SPEAKER_02: But that's something that a lot of pros will never experience is getting top five in their entire career.
- 20:52SPEAKER_02: So that's a that's a big win.
- 20:55SPEAKER_00: This is one day out from Sasquatch because she did Sasquatch.
- 20:58SPEAKER_00: She just got Sasquatch.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: So yeah, so she's doing this weekend as well.
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: Roxy's also doing this weekend.
- 21:08SPEAKER_02: Um, and then we've got Sophie's in there finishing out her uh debut her pro debut season.
- 21:17SPEAKER_02: She do you say she's finishing her her season?
- 21:19SPEAKER_02: It's her pro debut season, yeah.
- 21:21SPEAKER_02: It'll be her.
- 21:21SPEAKER_02: She might do one more, but this this uh this could end it.
- 21:24SPEAKER_02: That top left is her pro debut, the her f her video from San Antonio, I believe.
- 21:30SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 21:32SPEAKER_02: Front pose is insane.
- 21:34SPEAKER_02: She just needs to be a little fuller, insane shape.
- 21:37SPEAKER_02: Like, yeah, lines shape, her development's great.
- 21:41SPEAKER_02: Just looks like a newer pro.
- 21:42SPEAKER_02: She knows that.
- 21:43SPEAKER_02: She just knows she needs a little bit more development in the glutes and that time to be able to bring in the right conditioning with the right fullness, but that's a insane front pose.
- 21:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is good.
- 21:53SPEAKER_02: So we've got who's Julie Surioni says that she's a rookie as well.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: I think she competed with me this weekend.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she did.
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: I think she uh it was her was it her pro debut maybe?
- 22:06SPEAKER_00: At uh Southern Muscle, I think.
- 22:08SPEAKER_02: He put yeah, he put it was the r uh a rookie, so might have been her pro debut.
- 22:12SPEAKER_02: Oh, pro show number two.
- 22:14SPEAKER_00: Okay, so she must have she must have done another one.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: But yeah, she looked good.
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: I think she got top ten at this show as well.
- 22:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:26SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be a good weekend.
- 22:27SPEAKER_00: I'm excited.
- 22:28SPEAKER_00: And it's in LA, so it's close to me, so I don't have to do a seven, it took seven and a half hours to get to Georgia.
- 22:36SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah, Arizona.
- 22:38SPEAKER_00: I was like, oh my goodness.
- 22:39SPEAKER_00: And then obviously it was about a 40-minute drive from the airport.
- 22:45SPEAKER_00: Um, we got Prague.
- 22:47SPEAKER_00: Prague this weekend is usually a super big, I mean, it's it's actually is a super big show this weekend, to be fair.
- 22:54SPEAKER_00: Um, front runner is Victoria, so I think she's gonna absolutely smash it.
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: She's already got a win this season as well.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: So she just needs one more win and then she's qualified.
- 23:08SPEAKER_00: So I think that'll be really cool to kind of see her um take that if she does this weekend.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 23:16SPEAKER_00: What was it that you said that you you feel like she needed to improve from delts are too big.
- 23:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that was that.
- 23:23SPEAKER_00: I don't think they're too big.
- 23:25SPEAKER_00: Do you feel like she's posing them hard?
- 23:28SPEAKER_02: She could be posing them hard, yeah, but I'm just going off of what I can see.
- 23:31SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like what she's presenting is they look too much.
- 23:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's true.
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: But yeah, I love I love her shape, I love her development.
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: I love her look though.
- 23:41SPEAKER_02: I mean, she's she's extremely, extremely good top to bottom.
- 23:44SPEAKER_02: She like when I say like that right there, that um that transition shot, go back.
- 23:49SPEAKER_02: Like her delts there are huge.
- 23:50SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah, yeah.
- 23:51SPEAKER_02: So it's like things, things like that, like she needs to work on being able to not show that.
- 23:55SPEAKER_02: Like, what could she do differently there in transition to not show that during her routine?
- 24:00SPEAKER_02: Or if she's doing that in transition front to back, like work on toning that down a little bit.
- 24:05SPEAKER_02: Um, she may not need to downsize anything, just watch how you're posing it and how you're flowing with it on stage.
- 24:11SPEAKER_02: Because I mean, she's a future, I mean, she's almost been top 10 two years in a row now.
- 24:15SPEAKER_02: So she's right on the cusp right there.
- 24:17SPEAKER_00: So two years as well.
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 24:20SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I think she's gonna smash it this weekend.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: And then you've got um Valeria.
- 24:26SPEAKER_00: Valeria is back again.
- 24:28SPEAKER_02: She's back.
- 24:29SPEAKER_02: So I've seen no updates where she's at right now.
- 24:33SPEAKER_00: No one, if no one knows who this girl is, she she actually did this prog show.
- 24:40SPEAKER_00: I'm pretty sure she won this prog show maybe two, two, three years ago in bikini.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: And I think that's how she qualified for her first Olympia, I'm pretty sure.
- 24:48SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 24:49SPEAKER_00: And then she's recently gone from she didn't she do a figure show this year?
- 24:54unknown: Feebo.
- 24:55SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 24:55SPEAKER_00: She did FIBO in figure.
- 24:57SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 24:58SPEAKER_00: Um, and then she switched back to bikini.
- 25:01SPEAKER_00: Um, so I'm interested to see what because she still looks maybe a little too lean.
- 25:07SPEAKER_02: Her her shape is amazing, like her structural shape is amazing.
- 25:14SPEAKER_02: She just can't tone down the total muscle and hardness um, really, ever in recent years, um, for what they want for bikini.
- 25:23SPEAKER_02: Always too hard.
- 25:24SPEAKER_02: Always like her back pose is like if you were to reward someone for muscularity and conditioning in bikini, it's her all day long.
- 25:31SPEAKER_02: Like, because she is balanced top to bottom.
- 25:33SPEAKER_02: Glutes are amazing, delts are in check, like everything's balanced.
- 25:36SPEAKER_02: She just comes in well overly hard, like right there.
- 25:39SPEAKER_02: That that post right, yeah.
- 25:40SPEAKER_00: That pin post that was probably my favorite look of her.
- 25:43SPEAKER_00: This was in 2024.
- 25:45SPEAKER_00: So this was a really good look, I think, for her.
- 25:48SPEAKER_02: Since then, she's just come in harder and harder.
- 25:51SPEAKER_02: So it's thrown off the look on stage.
- 25:53SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this was a really, really good look for her, I think.
- 25:56SPEAKER_00: Like she had that nice softness, it like to bikini that they want, still good lines, but nothing like too crazy.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: Um, now I do think that she just is coming in a little too lean, unfortunately.
- 26:08SPEAKER_00: And I just the hard thing is they're just not gonna reward that, especially in bikini.
- 26:13SPEAKER_02: Um, they made a huge, huge um point with that at the Olympia.
- 26:17SPEAKER_00: Well, they made a huge point of it in in figure, even in figure, they said yeah, um, they don't want it to be too conditioned or too lean, like you have to have that nice round muscle bellets, you know.
- 26:27SPEAKER_02: I thought it was great, kind of in my opinion, Tyler kind of showing the tears in his mind of what he like if you're too hard, if there's quad like striations, if there's glute striations, you are automatically like out of sight, out of mind.
- 26:42SPEAKER_02: I don't care anymore.
- 26:43SPEAKER_02: And then he he made he put that on display at the Olympia, and I I liked that a lot.
- 26:48SPEAKER_02: Um, like Kergan came in too hard in the quads, and she said that when she was walking out for her individual, she literally saw Tyler mouth the word quads to her and write it write it down in front of him.
- 26:58SPEAKER_02: And I was like, Yep, we and she knew it right away.
- 27:00SPEAKER_02: Like, yeah, right.
- 27:01SPEAKER_02: She's like, Yeah, I knew that we came in, like we were just too hard, the quads were hard, and we got some of her photos back.
- 27:06SPEAKER_02: I'm like, it looks so sick, like it looks awesome, but it's not what they wanted, it's not bikini.
- 27:10SPEAKER_00: So, and that's okay, and I think that's good that you like everyone knows the criteria, it's just a case of obviously fitting it what it needs to be.
- 27:19SPEAKER_00: And then we've got Sarah.
- 27:22SPEAKER_00: She's back.
- 27:27SPEAKER_02: When was her last show?
- 27:28SPEAKER_00: She did the I'm pretty sure she did the Arnold Classic this year.
- 27:31SPEAKER_00: That was her last show.
- 27:32SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 27:33SPEAKER_00: Um, was it this year?
- 27:34SPEAKER_00: Or was it last year?
- 27:36SPEAKER_00: This looks like this year.
- 27:37SPEAKER_00: I'm pretty sure this is this year.
- 27:38SPEAKER_02: It's April 1st this year, so that would have been a couple weeks after the Arnold.
- 27:43SPEAKER_02: That's what it says.
- 27:45SPEAKER_00: She also did, yeah, she did the Arnold UK class.
- 27:49SPEAKER_00: It was the Arnold UK one.
- 27:51SPEAKER_00: So um she's taken all this time, or like, you know, the the rest of the the year off to make sure that she's where she needs to be for this show.
- 28:04SPEAKER_00: I don't know what she looks like right now.
- 28:10SPEAKER_00: Oh she looks good.
- 28:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 28:17SPEAKER_02: Are you on the uh are you on the stage talk Instagram?
- 28:21SPEAKER_02: Stage Talk.
- 28:23SPEAKER_02: Yeah, is that what Instagram you're on?
- 28:24SPEAKER_02: Are you on your Instagram?
- 28:27SPEAKER_02: It'd be funny if people look at who viewed their stories like, oh stage talk on me.
- 28:30SPEAKER_02: They're talking about me right now.
- 28:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like yeah, sorry, I'm I'm I'm stalking you on a different Instagram.
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: She did she did um prog prog pro not that long ago either uh I think last year maybe she did prog pro as well.
- 28:44SPEAKER_00: So she's improved a lot since this physique, because um I think she did post her check-ins not too long ago, so I do think that she's in that front pose.
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's improved a lot.
- 28:56SPEAKER_00: She usually has some really nice, you know, balance glutes and stuff as well, which is good.
- 29:01SPEAKER_00: So I'm interested to see what she brings this weekend.
- 29:05SPEAKER_00: And then you've got Alessia as well, and then you've got Elizabeth.
- 29:13SPEAKER_00: There's not as many Olympians like I was expecting you know Evie to be at this show, or um other other people like um Alice or why am I drawing a blank?
- 29:29SPEAKER_01: Adriana.
- 29:30SPEAKER_00: Adriana, you know, like I I I was expecting there to be a few more Olympians on this on this list.
- 29:35SPEAKER_00: Again, not a bad thing that it's not, but because also people they've all just competed at the Olympia, they do need a bit of a break.
- 29:41SPEAKER_00: But yeah, um, I'm interested to see who's gonna be doing shows the end of the year, because there's a lot more European shows now.
- 29:50SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be good.
- 29:52SPEAKER_02: We've got Philippines.
- 29:54SPEAKER_00: Philippines, Natalia.
- 29:56SPEAKER_00: So we've got Nataya, we've actually got a new bikini pro, Corinne, who already won an Asia show recently.
- 30:08SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah, is she from um I was gonna say New Zealand?
- 30:10SPEAKER_02: It has it right there, Australia.
- 30:12SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's right.
- 30:13SPEAKER_00: And she already has a win and she looks really, really, really good.
- 30:18SPEAKER_00: So I'm interested to see um what she brings to this show.
- 30:26SPEAKER_00: Because she looked really, really good at this past this past show.
- 30:30SPEAKER_00: Obviously, you've got Nataya as well, who just got off the Olympia um bringing one of her best physiques.
- 30:35SPEAKER_00: Has Nataya won a show this year yet?
- 30:39SPEAKER_01: I don't think so.
- 30:40SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 30:41SPEAKER_01: Not that I can remember.
- 30:43SPEAKER_01: This is really good.
- 30:44SPEAKER_01: This is very, very good.
- 30:47SPEAKER_00: So I'm I'm interested to see if she because she only needs one more win, and then she's qualified as well.
- 30:52SPEAKER_00: So we potentially will have three people that qualify at all three of these shows at different times.
- 30:58SPEAKER_02: So you've got I Isn't it crazy how every year there's like a switch of what shows are like stacked and what aren't?
- 31:05SPEAKER_02: Like, not that this isn't like stacked, the Philippine shows just a smaller show in general, but when we look at post Olympia last year, you had everyone still running.
- 31:14SPEAKER_02: Jazzy went and did shows, Evie went and did shows, Maria was doing shows, Ashley Hampton was doing shows, like everyone was running shows post Olympia, and now post Olympia, like when you talk about some of the top 20, it's you and Victoria.
- 31:27SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's it.
- 31:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so it's I think also as well, I think also as well, there are more shows spread out at the end of the year, so unless people are kind of like giving themselves a bit more time, because I know Hurricane Pros next week is in it.
- 31:41SPEAKER_02: That that's Hurricane, I think we'll see some people come out.
- 31:44SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be stacks, I can I can imagine.
- 31:46SPEAKER_02: Um the one in December, um, the muscle contest uh California show, um Battle on the Bay.
- 31:53SPEAKER_02: That one's always stacked too.
- 31:54SPEAKER_02: That one's always like a big hitting top five.
- 31:56SPEAKER_02: It's going all the way to December.
- 31:58SPEAKER_02: I know, yeah.
- 31:59SPEAKER_02: Every year it's crazy though.
- 32:00SPEAKER_02: Like one year it was um Ashley K, Tara, Ashley Hampton.
- 32:05SPEAKER_02: Like it was like some names up there.
- 32:07SPEAKER_02: It was like, damn, you guys are coming out in December for this.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: I know, it's crazy.
- 32:11SPEAKER_00: It is crazy.
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: And then you've got Natalia.
- 32:14SPEAKER_00: Oh, she's private now.
- 32:16unknown: Damn it.
- 32:17SPEAKER_00: Natalia, what's going on?
- 32:19SPEAKER_02: She might always have been private.
- 32:20SPEAKER_02: We just follow her on her actual page.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: I don't think she has because we've seen her profile before.
- 32:24SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's true.
- 32:25SPEAKER_02: We have.
- 32:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we've clicked on before.
- 32:27SPEAKER_00: Okay, well, never mind.
- 32:30SPEAKER_00: And then we've got um, oh, we've got another Nikki.
- 32:35SPEAKER_00: Is she newer?
- 32:37SPEAKER_00: She's also one as well.
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: I didn't realize this was a good one.
- 32:40SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah, she beats Cynthia.
- 32:41SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 32:43SPEAKER_02: Crazy.
- 32:44SPEAKER_00: So she did a whole lineup.
- 32:46SPEAKER_00: When did she do that show?
- 32:49SPEAKER_00: 10th of May.
- 32:50SPEAKER_00: So this I think this was she she just we she obviously just done the Olympia this weekend as well.
- 32:57SPEAKER_00: Or this past weekend.
- 32:59SPEAKER_00: So she yeah, this will be interesting.
- 33:04SPEAKER_00: So we've got three kind of good, you know, three names that could potentially take it, just depends on who shows up looking the best, you know?
- 33:11SPEAKER_00: So awesome.
- 33:13SPEAKER_02: I always love that.
- 33:14SPEAKER_02: I love even if a list is smaller, it's really cool to see like some good three, four, five heavy hitters on there.
- 33:20SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 33:21SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's gonna be that's gonna be an interesting one this weekend.
- 33:25SPEAKER_00: Nice.
- 33:26SPEAKER_00: And then that's it for shows.
- 33:28SPEAKER_00: What's it?
- 33:29SPEAKER_00: Literally, there's three, and then let's have a look at Fit Model, because I know we have time.
- 33:34SPEAKER_02: Missy just won this show, and then we've got um Alicia looked amazing as well.
- 33:40SPEAKER_02: She's been getting in quite a few seconds, she looks good.
- 33:44SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I really like this.
- 33:45SPEAKER_02: She's gonna make the she's gonna qualify.
- 33:48SPEAKER_02: Did she make it this year?
- 33:50SPEAKER_02: No, no, she got um second right before the cutoff.
- 33:53SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay, fair.
- 33:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because I think I've seen her before, and I really like I really like her overall look.
- 34:01SPEAKER_00: Like the way that she poses and everything.
- 34:03SPEAKER_00: I feel like she just she fits this category perfectly.
- 34:09SPEAKER_02: 100%, yeah.
- 34:10SPEAKER_02: That whole top six of that show was really good.
- 34:12SPEAKER_02: That was I I wish hindsight's 2020.
- 34:14SPEAKER_02: I wish I had gone because I um my athletes won the pro fit model and then the pro 40 plus fit model.
- 34:21SPEAKER_02: So got an Olympia and a Masters Olympia qualification there.
- 34:24SPEAKER_02: I was like, shit.
- 34:25SPEAKER_00: Damn it, I should have gone.
- 34:27SPEAKER_02: I had like this like post-Olympia kind of sickness, and then it like went away, and then I was just everyone's been sick.
- 34:33SPEAKER_02: It was like I was just like like no energy type of sickness.
- 34:36SPEAKER_02: It was weird, like I just felt blah all week.
- 34:39SPEAKER_00: That's literally that's literally how I felt all of last week.
- 34:41SPEAKER_00: That was me going into last week's show.
- 34:44SPEAKER_00: I was really trying to not like be so like, but it was so tough.
- 34:48SPEAKER_00: Like it was it, and I don't think it was it wasn't my body, it was generally just from the social interactions, like energy expenditure just been used so much, like over Olympia weekend.
- 35:02SPEAKER_00: It was like it need I needed a full like two weeks to to recoup from Olympia, but we made it through.
- 35:09SPEAKER_00: But I think this was these are really, really good looks, really, really good looks, and they're all very, very different as well.
- 35:16SPEAKER_02: Malou's trying to pose that way to hide her bikini body because she isn't fully fit model size yet for sure.
- 35:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she's definitely got bikini glutes still.
- 35:24SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 35:25SPEAKER_00: I actually I actually pose um Marlou, and I don't know why she stood so narrow because I told her to actually stand a little bit wider, because if she did stand narrow, it'd make her look bigger in the lower body.
- 35:37SPEAKER_00: So I think 100%.
- 35:39SPEAKER_02: Especially yeah, compared to how like petite she's got her lower body to be, it definitely throws off an imbalance big time.
- 35:44SPEAKER_00: Well, that's why you see a lot of the say, for example, wellness girls will pose with their feet a little bit closer together so their adductors are closer, so then it looks like they are bigger.
- 35:55SPEAKER_00: So when people are like, oh, you know, bring your feet closer together to make yourself look smaller, sometimes it works.
- 36:00SPEAKER_00: Not in not in most cases, if you have the muscle there, you're gonna need more gap around.
- 36:06SPEAKER_00: Not to say you need to be be really, really wide, but wider is always gonna be better.
- 36:10SPEAKER_02: 100%.
- 36:11SPEAKER_02: 100% everyone's backbows here very different.
- 36:14SPEAKER_02: First, first and second um were the the clear front runners here when I was watching it.
- 36:19SPEAKER_02: Somebody was uh streaming on their on their Instagram and I was watching, and I was like, oh, it's between Misty and Felicia.
- 36:25SPEAKER_02: Like they were a very clear top two and out of the pack.
- 36:28SPEAKER_02: Like they're both very, very good.
- 36:30SPEAKER_02: I think that uh uh Minty, she got fourth.
- 36:32SPEAKER_02: She just won um USA's this past July.
- 36:36SPEAKER_02: Um, she's got a bright future in this too.
- 36:38SPEAKER_02: She just uh is a little bit underdeveloped still.
- 36:41SPEAKER_00: Let's I wanna go through.
- 36:44SPEAKER_00: Um oh, we've got the Arnolds coming up as well.
- 36:48SPEAKER_00: My God, it's like once one major event finishes, you're like, oh my god, I don't I don't even want to think about the Arnold scale.
- 36:55SPEAKER_02: It's always funny how it works out too with um like when they announce everything because Olympia ends and we're like coming off a high and we get barely a week break, and then the Arnold applications are open, and then they announce the Arnold um typically at nationals.
- 37:10SPEAKER_02: Like we're we're in it, we're in December, we're at NPC Nationals in Texas, and then everyone's on their phones because the Arnold list drops.
- 37:17SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's like we can carry them.
- 37:19SPEAKER_02: It's like constant.
- 37:20SPEAKER_00: It's usually before Christmas as well.
- 37:22SPEAKER_00: It always happens right before Christmas.
- 37:24SPEAKER_02: It's the first or second week of December.
- 37:26SPEAKER_00: I remember one year it was like um one year because it was I think it was COVID where it like pushed everything back.
- 37:34SPEAKER_00: I generally think they announced everyone at eight weeks out because they because they announced it after the Olympia.
- 37:42SPEAKER_00: I think this was in 2022.
- 37:45SPEAKER_00: This was in 2022 or go or going into 2023, Arnold, because the Olympia was in December, the second the week before Olympia.
- 37:55SPEAKER_00: So they didn't announce it, they didn't announce it obviously before the Olympia, they didn't announce it after Christmas, they literally announced it like in January, and it was still like the first weekend, so it was like it was so weird.
- 38:07SPEAKER_00: It was like they they announced it was the first one.
- 38:08SPEAKER_00: Give everyone crazy short notice.
- 38:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I remember that.
- 38:11SPEAKER_00: It was crazy, but yeah.
- 38:15SPEAKER_00: And that's it.
- 38:16SPEAKER_00: Oh, what do you feel?
- 38:18SPEAKER_00: What do you feel about Tyler?
- 38:20SPEAKER_00: Tyler's I loved it.
- 38:21SPEAKER_02: I loved it.
- 38:22SPEAKER_02: I loved how he like Becky did her own thing on it too, like her own little caption, and I can't remember one of them, what one of them said it, but like I really liked how they made a distinction between Jazzy and Maureen.
- 38:33SPEAKER_02: Like, these are the top two, they are both a standard.
- 38:36SPEAKER_02: The whole top five is a standard, right?
- 38:38SPEAKER_02: In every division, right, in some way.
- 38:40SPEAKER_02: But when you look at the top two, they're very different from each other, but they both fit the criteria.
- 38:45SPEAKER_02: Becky said this, they both fit the criteria in their own way.
- 38:48SPEAKER_02: And you and I stress that all the fucking time.
- 38:51SPEAKER_02: Like, there is not when you think about conditioning on a bikini athlete, when you think about too much here, too much there, that can look different on everybody.
- 39:00SPEAKER_02: So I really enjoyed that take.
- 39:02SPEAKER_00: Um, they really loved Jazzy as well.
- 39:05SPEAKER_00: Like he was really saying, like, we loved Jazzy's look.
- 39:08SPEAKER_00: Like Jazzy's overall look was exactly what we wanted, exactly what we I think so too.
- 39:13SPEAKER_02: I mean, look at her, look, look at her front pose.
- 39:14SPEAKER_02: There's nothing that you can change on that, that you would say, This is too much or this is too little conditioning.
- 39:20SPEAKER_02: Like that was the look.
- 39:22SPEAKER_02: Um, and then I said the I had said this about Laura Lee going into this, like there was just that little bit missing on her uh in the back pose, whether it was a little bit of tightness or a little bit of pop, whatever it might have been, that was a distinguishing factor for her there.
- 39:36SPEAKER_02: And then her front pose didn't have as much, like I don't know what you want to call like, posture to it in a sense.
- 39:42SPEAKER_02: Like she looked a little bit too relaxed in it.
- 39:44SPEAKER_00: So yeah, and I think I I think um Lorley's front pose is quite unique because of her like her structure and stuff like that.
- 39:55SPEAKER_00: Like the torso, yeah, and also so that's okay, okay.
- 39:58SPEAKER_00: So her front pose, they said um, you know, she needed she was stood up too too much, and she needed to create a little bit more shape.
- 40:06SPEAKER_00: So she does that mean she because me looking at this front pose, she could probably flare her lats a little bit more, get a little bit more shape in her upper body, yeah.
- 40:13SPEAKER_00: But then her her delts are nicely rounded, so then is that gonna showcase off the delts too much?
- 40:18SPEAKER_00: So it's like now picking out those pieces a little bit more because you can see here Laura uh not Laura Lee, Maureen, Jazzy, and Amy have just that little bit more taper to their upper body than Laura Lee does.
- 40:29SPEAKER_00: Um, so that might be a reason as to why it makes her look like her shape isn't enough here.
- 40:35SPEAKER_02: That's something I feel like from a training perspective and knowing Laura Lee, um, that that can be like let's say she's doing the Arnold.
- 40:42SPEAKER_02: I don't know, and I'm not putting that out there, even if I did know.
- 40:44SPEAKER_02: Um, but let's say she does the Arnold, that's a fix in that time very easily for her.
- 40:49SPEAKER_02: Like she's she's a very well-developed physique that can put a little bit more frequency and expenditure to let's say they want to do some lac training and keep everything else where it's at, make sure we bring in the right conditioning and fullness this next time.
- 41:01SPEAKER_02: And if she has that 1% more that she brings to the lats, it's gonna fix everything.
- 41:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 41:06SPEAKER_02: Um, like all and when it comes to top Olympians, and we're talking about physique development, little changes are easy to make when you have the right things in place because everything's already there and developed.
- 41:18SPEAKER_02: It's going, okay, let's look at the data of what we did training wise or peaking wise or whatever to bring this look.
- 41:24SPEAKER_02: Okay, we're being told this about our front pose, which means that we need to do X, Y, and Z based on what we've been doing.
- 41:30SPEAKER_02: Let's take away a little bit from this to make sure that the delts don't become overpowering.
- 41:34SPEAKER_02: Let's put that frequency into lat training.
- 41:36SPEAKER_02: And so it's little things like that, and it will in four weeks, you'll see a change in her physique.
- 41:41SPEAKER_02: So, um, but yeah, I I love Tyler's whole recap here.
- 41:45SPEAKER_02: Um, he said the same thing that um that a lot of us had said with Amy's physique.
- 41:49SPEAKER_02: I did I didn't know if it was like flat or if it was spilled.
- 41:53SPEAKER_02: You couldn't tell in person, like if it was overly full and spilled, or if it was flat just because the lines were blurred, right?
- 41:59SPEAKER_02: You did it was hard to tell.
- 42:00SPEAKER_02: Um, I had talked to Drew and he said that she might have like overly pumped backstage.
- 42:05SPEAKER_02: So a few different factors that could have gone.
- 42:07SPEAKER_00: They said that on they that she needed to be leaner, so potentially, you know, filling up filling up when you're not as lean as you want to be, like you said, having a little bit of a spill, which is you know, it happens to all of us, and that's fine.
- 42:20SPEAKER_00: And I think she's still I loved this look on her, and I always love Amy's look when she's like proper full, um, which is always hard.
- 42:27SPEAKER_00: It's the same with Jazzy when Jazzy came in at the Arnolds in 2025 last year.
- 42:33SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, that look was so good, but obviously it was too poor.
- 42:36SPEAKER_00: Such a good look.
- 42:38SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh my god, I love I love that so much.
- 42:40SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I I and the hard thing is like you said, it's literally splitting hairs.
- 42:44SPEAKER_00: It's like, okay, cool, Amy filled up maybe a little bit too much, or she was like the tiniest little bit, not as lean.
- 42:50SPEAKER_00: That could have not cost her by any means, but in a case of seeing those perspectives, it's a hair.
- 42:57SPEAKER_00: Like, okay, cool.
- 42:58SPEAKER_00: If you'd come in a tiny, tiny little bit leaner, would the would the direction gone a little bit differently?
- 43:02SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
- 43:03SPEAKER_00: Like, it's all these like small little things, um, especially with this top four, top, top ten, whatever, it makes such a small, small um I mean it's one of those things too.
- 43:14SPEAKER_02: Like, you you've said this the best on here before.
- 43:16SPEAKER_02: It was the best on that day.
- 43:18SPEAKER_02: Does not make it like that.
- 43:19SPEAKER_02: Literally, not even on that day, that fucking hour.
- 43:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that hour.
- 43:23SPEAKER_02: It doesn't mean at all.
- 43:24SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like Samson and Nick proved that when it came to that as well.
- 43:27SPEAKER_02: That's why.
- 43:27SPEAKER_02: But when it came, when it when it comes down to like when you're looking at it, the top five really, I mean, here they they felt the top four was was separated.
- 43:36SPEAKER_02: So the top four here could all win on any given day.
- 43:39SPEAKER_02: If Amy had peaked better, if Laura Lee had come in that little bit tighter, um, if Maureen had done what Tyler wanted to see, like there's there's these little things where it's like that could have swayed on any given day.
- 43:53SPEAKER_02: If all four of them went to Southern Muscle the next week, would it have been the exact same top four?
- 43:58SPEAKER_02: No.
- 43:58SPEAKER_02: No.
- 43:59SPEAKER_02: So
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 44:00SPEAKER_02: So many people also but again, what matters is that day.
- 44:04SPEAKER_02: This was the Super Bowl of bodybuilding.
- 44:06SPEAKER_02: And yeah, that and Jazzy fucking killed it on that day.
- 44:08SPEAKER_02: And I think that she will continue to bring consistency.
- 44:12SPEAKER_02: They've got her look nailed down, but at the same time, what does that mean if Amy's a hundred percent next to her?
- 44:18SPEAKER_02: If Laura Lee's a hundred percent next to her, Jazzy was the best on this day in his Miss Olympia for the next year.
- 44:24SPEAKER_02: If Jazzy does the Arnold and Amy and Laura Lee both do it too, and they're all a hundred percent or Jazzy's one percent off, like you like life things happen too guys.
- 44:35SPEAKER_00: Who's gonna be the Arnold?
- 44:36SPEAKER_00: And I'm already like, I'm gassed.
- 44:38SPEAKER_00: I'm already like, give me the list to write fucking down.
- 44:40SPEAKER_00: I need to know who's gonna be on that list.
- 44:42SPEAKER_00: Because especially post this Olympia, where everyone, don't get me wrong, obviously, there was a few things that people said that were off, whatever, but everyone ultimately brought a fucking good look this year.
- 44:55SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, 100%.
- 44:56SPEAKER_00: 100%.
- 44:57SPEAKER_00: So, like, are we repeating this again and trying to flip the script again in like a couple months' time?
- 45:02SPEAKER_00: Like, what's going on?
- 45:03SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
- 45:04SPEAKER_02: And for everyone listening to like the the breakdowns we're giving right now, like we're talking about the four best in the world here.
- 45:10SPEAKER_02: Like, when we say Lorley could have been tighter, Amy could have been this, like it's that fucking half percent we're talking about.
- 45:18SPEAKER_02: Like, the difference between them, yeah.
- 45:22SPEAKER_02: So there's you, um there's me, but uh yeah.
- 45:26SPEAKER_02: So when it comes to like not to take anything away from anyone in the top five, top ten, or anything, Jazzy fucking killed it on this day and she won it.
- 45:34SPEAKER_02: And could Jazzy repeat for the next five years straight?
- 45:37SPEAKER_02: 100% she could.
- 45:38SPEAKER_02: If they brought this look every single fucking year without missing a beat for the next five years, she's six time Miss Olympia.
- 45:45SPEAKER_02: I guarantee it.
- 45:46SPEAKER_02: But being realistic, which is what I always am, which everyone always hates to hear, life happens, right?
- 45:53SPEAKER_02: Who's to say that like someone doesn't get a cold or someone misses a peak, or like any fucking thing can happen?
- 46:00SPEAKER_02: That's why when we do predictions, I always have so much like preface with it where I'm like, if everyone's a hundred percent, then look what happened here.
- 46:07SPEAKER_02: Maureen and Jazzy, I think, were the ones that were a hundred percent, and there were little things that could have been different on Amy and Lorley.
- 46:13SPEAKER_02: So like it there's always an if behind it, and it matters on who nails it that day.
- 46:19SPEAKER_00: So 100%, 100% right.
- 46:24SPEAKER_00: Was there anything else about it?
- 46:26SPEAKER_02: What was Maria's feedback?
- 46:27SPEAKER_02: Did you did you find out?
- 46:29SPEAKER_00: I think Maria's feedback was her front pose.
- 46:31SPEAKER_00: Um because Maria Acosta has a she's spoken about this before, I'm pretty sure.
- 46:42SPEAKER_02: I want to try and find but they had her for like a half second up there at the very end.
- 46:48SPEAKER_00: Um I um I think she it was mainly her front pose at how she was hitting her front pose and stuff like that.
- 46:54SPEAKER_00: Um because I don't know if it's if it's tightness or um I know she's mentioned before about her like diaphragm and stuff like that.
- 47:00SPEAKER_00: And again, these are the these are the like when it's this level, it's things that really need to be like honed in on like weeks and weeks and weeks before, like to really make sure that you're like a hundred percent with things.
- 47:13SPEAKER_00: And I think yeah, um, I think she mentioned that she wasn't a hundred percent happy with how she was hitting her front pose and she wasn't hitting it 100% um going into Olympia, so that might have thrown her off a little bit.
- 47:26SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, the these things happen on the biggest ages in the world all the time, like and you learn from it, you bring it back better, and you go from that.
- 47:35SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
- 47:36SPEAKER_00: So um, I have no doubt that she'll if she does the Arnolds, if she does Pittsburgh, New York, whatever show she does, she's gonna hone in on that feedback that was given, whatever it was, and then go from that.
- 47:47SPEAKER_00: I think I think every single person is going to hone in on every single feedback they get from this Olympia um to bring better for whatever show they move forward with.
- 47:56SPEAKER_03: So 100%.
- 47:58SPEAKER_00: So yeah, right.
- 48:00SPEAKER_00: Good episode, short one, but it was a good one.
- 48:03SPEAKER_00: We've got efficient.
- 48:04SPEAKER_02: We got you, we got you in your third peak week, so we can we can get off early.
- 48:08SPEAKER_00: Yes, please.
- 48:09SPEAKER_00: I need to finish my steps, I need to pack because I leave tomorrow for my third show, and then hopefully next week we will be also.
- 48:19SPEAKER_00: If I win this show, I will be the first person to qualify with two wins.
- 48:24SPEAKER_02: With two wins, yeah.
- 48:26SPEAKER_00: Which is super exciting, so it'd be huge, yeah.
- 48:28SPEAKER_00: And that for me, that honestly, like that was the goal this whole season.
- 48:34SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, even at the beginning, it was like, yes, we wanted to get 2026 qualified, and we want to come back, and then to actually get qualified fingers crossed by the end of this season as well, was like, yeah, yeah.
- 48:44SPEAKER_02: We're very such a weight lifted too.
- 48:46SPEAKER_02: Like, we're gonna hop on here next week and be like, I'm feeling good.
- 48:50SPEAKER_02: I go back home to Dubai soon, like I'm qualified, like we're good to go.
- 48:55SPEAKER_00: Especially because I don't know what I the one thing I spoke about with JB recently was she was like, So what do you want to do?
- 49:03SPEAKER_00: Are you wanting to do the Arnold or do you want to take time off?
- 49:06SPEAKER_00: And I was like, I personally don't know yet.
- 49:09SPEAKER_00: I need to give myself time to kind of like recoup and see what I feel.
- 49:13SPEAKER_00: Um, but regardless, even if I do do the Arnolds or don't do the Arnolds, it can be such a stress reliever knowing that I'm hopefully qualified, you know?
- 49:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so that's gonna be fun.
- 49:24SPEAKER_00: 100% trust.
- 49:25SPEAKER_00: So, right, great, great podcast.
- 49:28SPEAKER_00: Thanks everyone guys so much for watching.
- 49:30SPEAKER_00: Please make sure you like, subscribe.
- 49:32SPEAKER_00: We've absolutely loved your comments on like all the videos that we've been doing recently.
- 49:37SPEAKER_00: So keep them coming, like on everything and anything, because I like reading through them.
- 49:41SPEAKER_00: We should probably next week actually read through a few comments because I know there's been a couple questions.
- 49:45SPEAKER_02: Yeah, people dropped names in there because we asked them if they wanted to hear any Olympia reviews, like our feedback of some of the competitors, and they dropped a bunch of names.
- 49:53SPEAKER_00: So we should have done that this week, but we'll do that next week.
- 49:55SPEAKER_02: We'll do next week.
- 49:56SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we'll do that.
- 49:57SPEAKER_02: It's a slower week next week.
- 49:58SPEAKER_02: We got two shows to recap, and yeah.
- 50:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 50:01SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 50:01SPEAKER_00: We'll see you guys in the next one.
- 50:03SPEAKER_00: Thanks for watching.
