• 0:00
[SPEAKER_01]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
• 0:06
[SPEAKER_01]: Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
• 0:18
  [SPEAKER_01]: This is Turley Talks.
• 0:21
[SPEAKER_01]: Right now is you're watching this.
• 0:23
[SPEAKER_01]: There is a full blown revolt happening inside the United States Senate.
• 0:28
[SPEAKER_01]: Republican senators are refusing to go on vacation.
• 0:32
[SPEAKER_01]: A brand new Republican senator has just come out in favor of new king, the filibuster.
• 0:38
[SPEAKER_01]: and a leading election integrity investigator, just called on President Trump to declare a national emergency to save our elections before November.
• 0:48
[SPEAKER_01]: While the save act has been frustratingly stalled in the Senate for over a year, something just broke loose.
• 0:57
[SPEAKER_01]: And in the last seven days alone, Moore has happened on this bill than happened in the previous seven months combined.
• 1:05
[SPEAKER_01]: You are not going to want to miss this.
• 1:08
[SPEAKER_01]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your patron professor here to help you make sense of the madness with breaking news and analysis.
• 1:13
[SPEAKER_01]: You're not going to get anywhere else.
• 1:15
[SPEAKER_01]: So you know what to do, make sure to smack that bell and subscribe, but also if you have not grabbed a copy of my latest book, Civ Cosm, you need to because something big is coming for everyone who has it and I don't want you to miss it.
• 1:30
[SPEAKER_01]: Sivcosm gives you the framework to understand exactly what's happening in the world right now.
• 1:36
[SPEAKER_01]: Why civilization states are rising?
• 1:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Why this moment is full of opportunity and why the future looks so good for patriots like us.
• 1:45
[SPEAKER_01]: And very soon I'm taking Sivcosm readers somewhere deeper.
• 1:50
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm working on it behind the scenes and patriots who already have the book are going to have a serious head start.
• 1:56
[SPEAKER_01]: So if you haven't grabbed your copy, now's the time.
• 1:59
[SPEAKER_01]: head to sivcosm.com or scan the code below.
• 2:03
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, let's dive right in here gang.
• 2:05
[SPEAKER_01]: So as many of you know, a couple of weeks back, Republicans passed a special rule attaching the full text to the save act directly onto must pass national security funding, a maneuver inside his coal, merving, right, merving is borrowed straight from missile terminology, putting multiple warheads
• 2:28
[SPEAKER_01]: And then just days later, a house Republicans wouldn't even further.
• 2:31
[SPEAKER_01]: They advanced a 1.15 trillion dollar defense package with save act provisions built directly inside it, passing 216 to 12.
• 2:41
[SPEAKER_01]: So the house Republicans have come through and then some here.
• 2:45
[SPEAKER_01]: two must pass bills with save act measures attached to them.
• 2:50
  [SPEAKER_01]: Bravo.
• 2:51
[SPEAKER_01]: The save act is now welded as it were to in effect bolted onto the funding bills that keep the government's natural security apparatus running.
• 3:00
[SPEAKER_01]: So if Senate Democrats and that handful of wussy Republicans want to keep killing the save act, they got to be willing to blow up defense funds that funding to do it.
• 3:10
[SPEAKER_01]: That's the political trap that the house built on purpose and it is now sitting on John Thun's desk.
• 3:17
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, Thun had planned to send everybody home for a five and a half week August recess starting August 7th.
• 3:27
[SPEAKER_01]: This is standard operating establishment procedure, business is usual, except this year, a growing army of Senate Republicans are saying absolutely not, not while the save-act sits on the shelf.
• 3:43
[SPEAKER_01]: In other words, no vote.
• 3:45
  [SPEAKER_01]: No vacation.
• 3:46
  [SPEAKER_01]: Right?
• 3:46
  [SPEAKER_01]: Very simple.
• 3:47
  [SPEAKER_01]: No vote.
• 3:48
  [SPEAKER_01]: No vacation.
• 3:49
[SPEAKER_01]: As we speak, nearly 20 Republican senators have either called for canceling recess outright, or they've expressed support for staying in Washington until this bill gets a vote.
• 4:02
[SPEAKER_01]: Even President Trump got in on it directly posting that Thune quote should not allow the United States Senate to leave
• 4:15
  [SPEAKER_01]: that fellow buster.
• 4:16
[SPEAKER_01]: So whether Thun likes it or not, this isn't going away.
• 4:20
[SPEAKER_01]: He's not going to be able to quietly table to say back and hide behind his repeated excuses that the Republicans don't have the votes.
• 4:28
[SPEAKER_01]: We don't have the votes.
• 4:28
[SPEAKER_01]: What do you want me to do, right?
• 4:30
[SPEAKER_01]: Now we should note ironically that even that claim, that excuse, the Republicans don't have the vote ice.
• 4:39
[SPEAKER_01]: And again, I say ironically,
• 4:45
[SPEAKER_01]: John Thunes answered the save act was always the same.
• 4:48
[SPEAKER_01]: The bird rule, which requires that all provisions pass in a reconciliation bill have to be budgetary.
• 4:55
[SPEAKER_01]: They have to be directly linked to the appropriation of funds and federal spending, not a policy issue where
• 5:02
[SPEAKER_01]: or a changing or passing of laws or whatever.
• 5:04
[SPEAKER_01]: So, Thun has been insistent for over a year that the bird rule makes passing the save act as part of a reconciliation bill impossible.
• 5:14
[SPEAKER_01]: He said that ad nauseam, budget reconciliation requires a bill to be principally budgetary, not policy oriented, blah, blah, blah, and if you
• 5:24
[SPEAKER_01]: He's argued if you try to force election policy through the reconciliation process.
• 5:28
[SPEAKER_01]: The Senate Parliamentarian will strike it down.
• 5:32
[SPEAKER_01]: I should note the unelected Senate Parliament.
• 5:35
[SPEAKER_01]: The Obama appointed Senate Parliamentarian Trump is just setting nor she's pathetic.
• 5:41
  [SPEAKER_01]: But.
• 5:42
[SPEAKER_01]: something has indeed happened to Thune of Light to change his tune.
• 5:47
[SPEAKER_01]: Some are actually arguing it was Lindsey Graham, even before he died.
• 5:51
[SPEAKER_01]: Lindsey Graham appeared to convince Thune that there was indeed a legit way of passing the
• 6:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Thune is now saying yes.
• 6:06
[SPEAKER_01]: As it turns out, there is a way in which we can pass the save act through reconciliation, exactly what Graham was arguing, exactly what Senator John Kennedy, of Louisiana's been saying for months now.
• 6:20
[SPEAKER_01]: So that is not a Senate leader, you know,
• 6:32
[SPEAKER_01]: describing a workaround out loud on the record.
• 6:36
[SPEAKER_01]: You might even say he's learning to fight fight fight.
• 6:39
[SPEAKER_01]: So Thune is saying that this week, he is going to have, quote, conversations with the number of the GOP holdouts.
• 6:48
[SPEAKER_01]: This entire fight keeps coming back to four names, right?
• 6:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa McCounsky Velaska, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, most of a Mitch, as we call him, he hasn't been seen in weeks, and Tom Tillis of North Carolina.
• 7:05
[SPEAKER_01]: Those four Republicans have twice joined every single Democrat.
• 7:10
[SPEAKER_01]: to block the save act from riding along on reconciliation packages.
• 7:14
[SPEAKER_01]: That's why conversations behind the scenes right now, the one student himself is alluded to, are laser focus on flipping just one of those holdouts.
• 7:24
[SPEAKER_01]: We have 53 GOP seats in the Senate.
• 7:27
[SPEAKER_01]: We just need one of those four to flip.
• 7:31
  [SPEAKER_01]: That's it.
• 7:32
[SPEAKER_01]: and it looks like it's going to be Susan Collins.
• 7:35
[SPEAKER_01]: Collins has actually supported the save act, but she's opposed to the procedure and attaching it to reconciliation, but right, welcome to the Senate.
• 7:44
[SPEAKER_01]: If Thun can restructure this bill enough to get Collins comfortable, or even just, you know, neutral, that flips the math to get us to 50, with JD being the tie-breaking vote, which means that we could be finally crossing the finish line for the first time
• 8:02
  [SPEAKER_01]: but there's more.
• 8:04
[SPEAKER_01]: The pressure cooker just increased big time on Thune and it came from perhaps the most unlikely of senators.
• 8:13
[SPEAKER_01]: Wait until you see this.
• 8:16
[SPEAKER_01]: The FDA has been trying to reclassify NMN as a prescription drug, which would permanently lock it behind big pharma's gate.
• 8:25
[SPEAKER_01]: But the natural products association and black forests took them to court and they won.
• 8:32
[SPEAKER_01]: NMN is still in your hands today because your fellow patriots fought for it.
• 8:37
[SPEAKER_01]: NMN is a natural supplement known to dramatically improve health and longevity as a precursor to NAD plus vital for the 37 trillion cells in your body.
• 8:48
[SPEAKER_01]: Harvard study found NMN can help reduce weight, cholesterol, and blood pressure and overweight adults.
• 8:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Here's Dr. Andrew Hooverman, a neuroscientist and tenured Stanford professor on why they tried to take this away from you.
• 9:02
[SPEAKER_00]: We were talking the last time to spoke about supplementation as it relates to, you know, metabolic pathways and one thing I've been tracking pretty closely is this whole, you know, the NMN thing is not right.
• 9:08
  [SPEAKER_00]: Right.
• 9:08
[SPEAKER_01]: So let's explain an MN for people of precursor for NID plus.
• 9:10
  [SPEAKER_00]: Right.
• 9:10
[SPEAKER_00]: NID is critical to energy production in all cells vital levels of NID tend to go down as we age.
• 9:15
[SPEAKER_00]: It's an absolute requirement for cellular health in life.
• 9:16
[SPEAKER_00]: You need some years ago, as Dave Sinclair came on this podcast and and just got to his laboratory is a tender professor genetics hard medical school and other lab research trying to explore similar NID pathway as a tool for extending life span.
• 9:25
[SPEAKER_00]: You can't just take NID or you can, but it doesn't get into cells are easily.
• 9:27
[SPEAKER_00]: There are basically two ways that you can tickle this pathway, increase NID.
• 9:29
[SPEAKER_00]: One is to take NMN
• 9:31
[SPEAKER_00]: and then could soon be a prescription drug, then you can only get a prescription, and then I think that's your international lab tackle like the whole patent.
• 9:35
[SPEAKER_00]: I was able to say, and then a couple of things happened.
• 9:36
[SPEAKER_00]: First of all, energy and recovery from workouts, much better.
• 9:38
[SPEAKER_00]: I had to get early days.
• 9:38
[SPEAKER_00]: It was going to be a lot of energy.
• 9:39
[SPEAKER_00]: I did notice my hair and nails growing at a ridiculous rate, and then I came off it, just as a control experiment, just a little down again.
• 9:43
[SPEAKER_00]: So it was really interesting.
• 9:43
[SPEAKER_00]: I think there's something there in cellular growth path, interesting.
• 9:45
[SPEAKER_01]: They tried once, and they lost, but this fight is not over.
• 9:48
[SPEAKER_01]: So do what I've done, stock up now.
• 9:52
[SPEAKER_01]: and back the company that fought to keep NMN legal and in your hands.
• 9:56
[SPEAKER_01]: I take NMN every single day.
• 9:58
  [SPEAKER_01]: I absolutely love it.
• 10:00
[SPEAKER_01]: And therefore the July promo unfortunately is already ended, but I asked Blackforce to bring it back just for you.
• 10:07
[SPEAKER_01]: So, for the next 48 hours only, it's by one get one free store-wide plus a free bottle of NMN with every order.
• 10:17
[SPEAKER_01]: That's three bottles for the price of one.
• 10:19
[SPEAKER_01]: This deals only for my audience.
• 10:21
[SPEAKER_01]: So, use my link in the description or pin comment.
• 10:24
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not on their website.
• 10:26
[SPEAKER_01]: When the 48 hours are up, it's gone and prices go back to normal.
• 10:29
[SPEAKER_01]: Click on that link below right now.
• 10:32
[SPEAKER_01]: The newest member of the United States Senate, Darleem Gran Norton of South Carolina, the sister of the late Senator Lindsey Graham, just did something her own brother actually never did.
• 10:44
[SPEAKER_01]: She has officially called for abolishing the filibuster.
• 10:48
[SPEAKER_01]: How's that for starting off on the right foot, right?
• 10:50
[SPEAKER_01]: This is a woman who inherited her brother's seat just weeks ago, right after his death.
• 10:55
[SPEAKER_01]: She was sworn in it.
• 10:56
[SPEAKER_01]: Actually, she was sworn in and is very desk.
• 10:59
[SPEAKER_01]: And instead of playing it safe and cautious and embracing the establishment, she's out there scorching Senate leadership and calling for the nuclear option.
• 11:09
[SPEAKER_01]: She's not some back bench, nobody either.
• 11:11
[SPEAKER_01]: She's already made the save act the very first bill that she officially co-sponsored in the Senate.
• 11:17
  [SPEAKER_01]: So make no mistake.
• 11:19
[SPEAKER_01]: This is a direct challenge to John Thune delivered by a freshman senator, carrying or dead brothers legacy on her shoulders and precisely why Trump endorsed her.
• 11:30
[SPEAKER_01]: She clearly knows how to play ball and she's faithfully doing just that in order for student to act.
• 11:35
  [SPEAKER_01]: Now.
• 11:37
[SPEAKER_01]: There's another dimension to all of this.
• 11:39
[SPEAKER_01]: And this is the backup if the save-ack ends up failing.
• 11:44
[SPEAKER_01]: If Thun is too much of a political pussy to get this done, there are growing calls for President Trump to declare a national emergency to save our elections.
• 11:54
[SPEAKER_01]: So, latest to come, come out advocating this.
• 11:58
[SPEAKER_01]: is Garland Favorito, the co-founder of Trusted Election Results, the State of Georgia.
• 12:03
[SPEAKER_01]: He just released an urgent public statement this week, calling on President Trump to do just that, to declare a national emergency to restore election integrity and the face of the Senate's feckless paralysis.
• 12:16
[SPEAKER_01]: Trump has done this before.
• 12:17
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it was back in, I think it was 2019.
• 12:21
[SPEAKER_01]: Our fight 2017, I can't remember the exact year, but it's first term.
• 12:26
[SPEAKER_01]: He declared a national emergency in order to build the wall after the reckless Paul Ryan was frustrating his attempt at funding the wall every step of the way.
• 12:37
[SPEAKER_01]: And we've talked about this in some of our earlier videos here, the key here with a national emergency declaration is that it essentially bypasses both Congress and the courts.
• 12:51
[SPEAKER_01]: It's very, very important to understand.
• 12:54
[SPEAKER_01]: So a national emergency declaration bypasses the entire slow-motion Senate gridlock and it bypasses any activist judge trying to stop it.
• 13:04
[SPEAKER_01]: It's different than in EO and the executive order, right?
• 13:09
[SPEAKER_01]: National emergency declarations are generally beyond the purview of the court's Supreme Court is decided that courts don't get to determine what's a national emergency, what isn't.
• 13:20
[SPEAKER_01]: Only the executive branch gets to do that.
• 13:22
[SPEAKER_01]: And a national emergency declaration could only be reversed by two thirds vote in the Senate and good luck on getting that so if the president has the legal authority in the political will to use emergency powers to force election security reforms in a place I mean that change it.
• 13:40
[SPEAKER_01]: seriously, that changes the entire calculus entirely.
• 13:43
[SPEAKER_01]: It's a nuclear option outside the nuclear option, right, of blowing up the filibuster.
• 13:48
[SPEAKER_01]: And the fact that credible voices in the election integrity movement are now increasingly calling for it, it tells you how urgent this fight has become with the midterm sparing down on us.
• 14:00
[SPEAKER_01]: So let's take stock of where we are this pivotal
• 14:10
[SPEAKER_01]: There is, indeed, movement on the save act.
• 14:13
[SPEAKER_01]: For the very first time in over a year, every single piece of pressure is existing simultaneously.
• 14:21
[SPEAKER_01]: The house has passed the delivery mechanism and welded the bill to must-pass legislation.
• 14:27
[SPEAKER_01]: Nearly 20 sitting senators are an open revolt against their own leader over recess.
• 14:34
[SPEAKER_01]: The president is publicly demanding the filibuster be terminated.
• 14:38
[SPEAKER_01]: A brand new senator carrying the gram name is this week calling for that nuclear option to be detonated and election integrity leaders are now escalating all the way up to demanding a national emergency declaration in the event the save act doesn't pass.
• 14:55
[SPEAKER_01]: That combination has never existed before simultaneously, not once.
• 15:03
[SPEAKER_01]: It's our time to act into our part, to make sure this gets past.
• 15:09
[SPEAKER_01]: So what do you think?
• 15:10
[SPEAKER_01]: Does Thune finally came to 20 of his own senators in cancel recess?
• 15:14
[SPEAKER_01]: Does he find a way to flip Susan Collins and get this thing through reconciliation?
• 15:19
[SPEAKER_01]: Or does this whole fight collapse, and we just go with a national emergency declaration?
• 15:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Let me know what you think, you're the ones changing the world.
