- 0:00Welcome to The Hypnotist, the show that gives you inside
- 0:03access to cutting edge hypnosis with real clients facing genuine
- 0:07issues. Brought to you by the
- 0:10hypnotherapist, demanded by celebrities, CEOs and even
- 0:14royalty. Adam Cox.
- 0:16These recordings took place live from Adam's clinic in London's
- 0:19world famous Harley Street. This podcast features powerful
- 0:23hypnosis, so do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
- 0:27This recording is not suitable for those with epilepsy or
- 0:30severe mental health issues, so get yourself comfortable and
- 0:34enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:41Hi, it's Adam here. And in this episode of The
- 0:44Hypnotist, you're going to be listening to a hypnosis session
- 0:47designed to tackle money blocks and the specific money blocks
- 0:54that this particular client was facing.
- 0:56Is this idea of inevitability? That some kind.
- 1:03Of scarcity or financial disaster was going to happen.
- 1:08Not that it could happen, but it was going to happen.
- 1:11Now this is clearly a fear. Nobody wants something.
- 1:15Bad to happen. Financially, but for them, they
- 1:19were perceiving the fear as a belief, a level of certainty
- 1:24that something would happen that was undesirable.
- 1:28And therefore it made them very anxious because if you felt that
- 1:33there was going to be a famine coming up and you didn't have
- 1:37enough food supplies, that would stress you out.
- 1:39This was a financial famine that they had no evidence was going
- 1:43to happen. But they did have reference
- 1:45points. And those reference points were
- 1:47their parents because they grew up in a place where they saw
- 1:53their mother worried about money, always trying to be
- 1:56vigilant, and they saw their father lose money on two or
- 2:00three occasions. But.
- 2:02Able to rebuild. It again, and rather than focus
- 2:04on the resilience, they really focused on the fact that it
- 2:09could disappear rather than looking at why it disappeared
- 2:12and how it disappeared. And are these just kind of bad
- 2:16luck or is it learnable things like who to trust, how to
- 2:20research, how to mitigate risk, how to diversify assets?
- 2:24And if you've listened to this podcast for a while, you'll know
- 2:26that I've created an online course called Hypnotic Wealth,
- 2:29and that's really designed to distill a lot of the overlap
- 2:34between what impedes people's ability to be wealthy.
- 2:39And. Hypnotic approaches that deal
- 2:42with things like fears and risks and beliefs and particularly the
- 2:47emotional side that relates to scarcity.
- 2:50So this starts with a metaphor to highlight that actually it
- 2:54doesn't make sense to focus on freedom if you don't have
- 2:56security and. Comfort in place first.
- 3:01I've used a. Bucket 3 buckets As a previous
- 3:04metaphor, this uses. Overflowing sinks into a
- 3:06bathtub. As a slightly different
- 3:08metaphor, there's an element of disassociated regression.
- 3:12So they get to sever that connection between what they
- 3:17learned as a child and their reality now as an adult, but
- 3:21also to have this sense that just because something is a
- 3:25possibility doesn't mean it's an.
- 3:27Inevitability. That it doesn't.
- 3:29Mean that it will happen if. If something could happen.
- 3:32So you've got all these things going on.
- 3:34And at its core, it's designed to do 2 key things.
- 3:38One, release false beliefs or unhelpful or disempowering
- 3:43beliefs. And secondly, to encourage them
- 3:46to do things that would actually have a big difference on wealth.
- 3:50And effectively, I mean, there are different wealth building
- 3:53strategies, but at its core, it's about accumulating assets.
- 3:58And that could be property, that could be a business, that could
- 4:02be, you know, stocks and shares or digital assets.
- 4:07But the wealthiest people in the world are not wealthy because
- 4:10they've got a lot of cash in their bank or even because they
- 4:13have an high income, a high income.
- 4:15The wealthiest people in the world are because they are asset
- 4:19rich. And if you look at someone like
- 4:22Elon Musk, why is he the wealthiest man in the world?
- 4:26Well, he has more Tesla shares than anyone else, and Tesla has
- 4:30increased in value a lot. Why is Mark?
- 4:33Zuckerberg so rich. Why is Jeff Bezos so rich?
- 4:36It's not because they've got high income jobs.
- 4:39It's because. The assets that they have.
- 4:41A share of a company that is considered valuable is high and
- 4:46therefore that's why they're so wealthy.
- 4:48So if you are relying on a high income and this client did have
- 4:53a high income to be wealthy. Then it's.
- 4:58You know, you do need to take some of that income and
- 5:01accumulate assets with it. And if you can't buy assets, you
- 5:06can create assets. JK Rowling became very, very
- 5:10wealthy not because she built a company.
- 5:13It's because she built a different form of intellectual
- 5:17property. And that was the universe of
- 5:19Harry Potter and, and distilled them into 5 or 6 different books
- 5:24and then had the, the film rights and got royalties from
- 5:27Warner Brothers. So, you know, she, she didn't
- 5:30have inherited wealth. You know she didn't have a high
- 5:34paying job. She was.
- 5:36Able to create an asset which was her intellectual property,
- 5:40so there are many different ways of becoming wealthy.
- 5:42This hypnosis session may release a few blocks,
- 5:45particularly if you learnt some of those fears or blocks from
- 5:49your parents, but equally if you are interested in.
- 5:54Kind of rewiring your. Brain when it comes to money,
- 5:57there will be a link in the show notes that will take you to a
- 6:00landing page about hypnotic wealth.
- 6:02And it's really a course that I put together based on things
- 6:07that I learned. Myself, but also.
- 6:08Working with lots and lots of clients as a hypnotist, focusing
- 6:12on on money issues. So it's worth checking that out.
- 6:15The first couple of modules are completely free and if you want
- 6:17to to buy the course, I think actually you also get a 90
- 6:21minute consultation with me just to focus on you and your
- 6:26situation with your money blocks and that can include hypnosis if
- 6:29you want it to be. So that's all included in that
- 6:31hypnotic wealth course. So worth checking that out if
- 6:34you feel like you want more abundance, more wealth in your
- 6:36future. For now though, we've got a
- 6:39roundabout 30 minutes. A slightly longer hypnosis
- 6:41session than I know I normally do, but there was a lot to cover
- 6:44with this particular. Client so.
- 6:46Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be.
- 6:49Disturbed, relax and enjoy the session.
- 7:17Take a deep breath in and as you breathe in, breathe in a
- 7:27resourceful feeling of calm and relaxation and.
- 7:35As you exhale. Completely release any and all
- 7:40tension around your eyelids and notice that when your eyes are
- 7:45closed you can focus more of your attention on the sound of
- 7:53my voice. Breathing in relaxation,
- 8:06exhaling tension. Just scan your body for any
- 8:10clues of tension and just feel that that tension is leaving
- 8:15your body in your outward breath.
- 8:29The deeper you breathe, the more relaxed you become, and the more
- 8:34relaxed you become, the more your imagination awakens.
- 8:43And I wonder if you could imagine just a sink with a tap
- 8:55pouring into the sink. See the sink starting to fill up
- 9:06with water. But there's something unusual
- 9:11about this sink. There is another sink, even
- 9:17larger beneath it, and then a bathtub beneath the second sink.
- 9:27As you breathe in and breathe out, just imagine that the water
- 9:33flowing into that sink represents value that you are
- 9:39creating for the world, and as you see that value flowing into
- 9:45the sink. Notice that the.
- 9:49Sink starts to overflow, but the value you create for the world
- 9:58is rewarding you to a much higher level than what you would
- 10:03need to feel secure, and that's why the sink is overflowing and
- 10:11it overflows. Into the sink.
- 10:14Beneath and we can call that comfort a comfortable life
- 10:25eating the food you want to eat, having regular vacations,
- 10:35clothes, knowing that you don't just have food and shelter to
- 10:44survive. The second largest sink
- 10:49represents what you would consider a comfortable
- 10:54lifestyle, not luxurious. And it's not like in this sink
- 11:02you can just quit your job and live a life of freedom.
- 11:10But this? Nonetheless.
- 11:12Is a good life. As you look at the first sink,
- 11:17it's consistently overflowing into the second sink, which is
- 11:22starting to top up. But I want you to see in this
- 11:29second sink, the plug is loose. In this second sink called
- 11:40comfort and lifestyle, things are draining out just as much as
- 11:46they're draining in. It's difficult to overflow from
- 11:50this second sink. Now we need to get a sense that
- 11:55soon two things will happen. The plug in this sink will get
- 12:02tighter, meaning that the sink can overflow, but also that more
- 12:10liquid is flowing into the sink and we can call this abundance.
- 12:18Your capacity to receive more is infinite.
- 12:24So just imagine what it would feel like to adjust this second
- 12:27sink to make the plug tighter. And imagine more water flowing
- 12:34into that second sink, so much that the second sink now also
- 12:41starts to overflow. And it overflows not into
- 12:48another sink, but a bathtub. And not just any bathtub.
- 12:53A luxurious bathtub, perhaps with golden taps, perhaps made
- 13:04of a material that represents abundance, wealth, and luxury.
- 13:13I want you to I'm to the conclusion that with all of your
- 13:19skills, knowledge and value that you create for the world, I want
- 13:26you to feel that it is worthy for you to have that bathtub of
- 13:33freedom or luxury, call it choices, to live life on your
- 13:40terms. And imagine that bathtub
- 13:45starting to start filling up. And as it does, just get a sense
- 13:56that this is your future. Not worrying about security, not
- 14:04having to compromise with lifestyle.
- 14:08That there is so much abundance that you could pull out the plug
- 14:16of this bathtub, see it drained down, and know that it would
- 14:21fill back up again anyway. I want you to get a sense that
- 14:26you are worthy of abundance. You are deserving of wealth.
- 14:33You are giving yourself permission to receive.
- 14:41For a while you've been focusing on the 1st sink of security.
- 14:49You've been trying to manifest more lifestyle in the second
- 14:52sink without realising that all along true freedom is what you
- 15:00deserve but also will receive. I want you to imagine this
- 15:10bathtub of luxury and freedom filling up with warm water.
- 15:19But I want you to imagine now bathing in that bathtub of
- 15:26luxury and freedom and feel that this is where you belong.
- 15:33Not in the sink of security or the largest sink of lifestyle,
- 15:38but you belong in this bathtub of freedom.
- 15:47And in this bathtub it is filled with abundance.
- 15:53You could be generous because so much is flowing in.
- 15:59You can go and travel to all parts of the world knowing that
- 16:04you can afford it because more and more is flowing in and all
- 16:10it takes to make this your destiny is to release a few
- 16:20blocks that were created. In childhood.
- 16:25As you feel yourself relaxing in this bathtub of luxury, imagine
- 16:32yourself going deeper and deeper to a place of ease and
- 16:36relaxation. Almost floating into a place of
- 16:40comfort and peace. And imagine daydreaming as
- 16:46you've done before. Everyone's drifted off into a
- 16:50dream like nap there in a bathtub and imagined vividly
- 16:55something else. And I want you to imagine
- 16:59yourself in front of a door. A door that leads to the deeper
- 17:04parts of your mind. The place where beliefs about
- 17:13money, success, and abundance reside.
- 17:22Imagine pushing that door open and stepping into a beautiful
- 17:28safe space. A place where transformation
- 17:35happens naturally and even effortlessly.
- 17:42And as you stand in this space, you notice 2 figures in front of
- 17:48you, your father and your mother.
- 17:53But see them not as they are now.
- 17:57See them as you remember them from your childhood.
- 18:03See them at a time when they experience scarcity.
- 18:09See their expressions. Feel their energy.
- 18:15Listen to the tonality. Of how they.
- 18:17Talked about money and spending. And maybe recall.
- 18:24Some of the conscious or unconscious lessons they taught
- 18:30you or you just learned about money, not through their words
- 18:37alone, through their actions, their emotions, their intensity,
- 18:46their struggles. I want you to get a sense.
- 18:53Then there could be positive, empowering lessons, but also
- 18:59disempowering lessons. Maybe you saw how bad fortune,
- 19:10certain decisions could loot lead to loss, but also the
- 19:18incredible nature of resilience that perhaps it's in your core
- 19:28that no matter what happens, you have the capacity to rebuild.
- 19:36And knowing that that exists feels like security.
- 19:45I want you to get a sense that just because you could be
- 19:49capable of dealing with a financial loss does not increase
- 19:54the probability of that financial loss.
- 20:00I want you to get a sense that so many things in life are
- 20:07there. Because it will happen, but just
- 20:10in case it will happen having a smoke detector in your
- 20:18apartment. Doesn't increase the.
- 20:19Probability of a fire having an insurance policy doesn't
- 20:26increase the probability of having an accident.
- 20:34Knowing that you could recover from a financial loss does not
- 20:39increase the probability of a financial loss.
- 20:50But I want you to see see that if your father had a time
- 20:56machine, there are things he would have done different.
- 21:02And what if you can extract that wisdom from his life and start
- 21:08integrating it into yours? Being careful with who you
- 21:13trust, Preparing for what could happen in the future, is not
- 21:21living in fear, it's just mitigating risk.
- 21:29Maybe observe your mother. Maybe she was cautious and wary
- 21:35because she lived through financial famines, was always on
- 21:40guard for the next one. But I want you to get a sense
- 21:46that they lived at a different time, had different experiences.
- 21:54Their life influenced yours, but isn't yours.
- 22:05I want you to get a Sands. Then you're taking your father's
- 22:12resilience and your mother's vigilance, but you're harnessing
- 22:18them in the most powerful, positive ways.
- 22:22It's good to be cautious, but not over cautious.
- 22:28It's good to be resilient, but not if it means being reckless.
- 22:34Feel that you're harnessing their wisdom, their resources
- 22:39into you like a superpower, enabling you to trust yourself
- 22:46but reduce risks. If it feels like you're
- 22:50harnessing their resources within you, let me know by
- 22:54nodding your head. That's it.
- 23:01You understand that these were their experiences and not yours,
- 23:06and their financial story isn't your financial story.
- 23:13To feel that now is the time to release the weight of their
- 23:16struggles, but also feel an overwhelming feeling of
- 23:21gratitude for the resources and the lessons they gave.
- 23:26You. And AS you fully embrace that
- 23:31wisdom in those lessons, notice how you feel lighter, freer, and
- 23:40more secure. I want you to think about your
- 23:50own beliefs as you say goodbye to the echoes of your mother and
- 23:57father from their past. Think of thoughts like in order
- 24:09to win something has to lose, or if something is lost or balance
- 24:15with a win. But what if money, like the
- 24:19tides, flows in and out but always returns?
- 24:28If you can simply find a way after a loss, you can find a way
- 24:32even if there is no loss. It doesn't require you to lose a
- 24:37client to gain 1. It's more evidence than you
- 24:44always have the ability to be an alchemist to create value from
- 24:53nothing. I want you to get a sense then.
- 25:00Some people think in terms of a 0 sum game, that in order for
- 25:08someone to win, someone has to lose, that it's one step
- 25:13forward, one step back. But I want you to think in terms
- 25:19of something different. If a seed is planted in fertile
- 25:25soil and it grows, one seed can turn into a tree that produces
- 25:34100 fruit, and each fruit could contain 10 seeds.
- 25:44I want you to get a sense that one seed could produce 1000
- 25:48seeds a year, and each one of those seeds could then produce
- 25:55their own 10,000 seeds. The world is not scarce, it is
- 26:08filled with exponential possibilities.
- 26:15Allow yourself to unlock and unblock a feeling of scarcity.
- 26:25I want you to think of a city that was once a desert.
- 26:31The desert had almost no value, and now that city contains
- 26:37billions in wealth. There is evidence all around you
- 26:44that something can come from nothing, that a belief,
- 26:52determination and actions can create immense value.
- 27:05I want you to let go of an idea. Then a loss is going to happen.
- 27:19That anticipation of loss is not a belief, it's just a fear, just
- 27:24something you don't want to happen.
- 27:29Release that fear, because the opposite is more likely to be
- 27:36true. But if you've had a period of
- 27:40bad luck, financial misfortune, isn't it just as likely that you
- 27:47are due good luck, a windfall of abundance and possibility
- 27:54flowing towards you? Why not anticipate what you
- 28:00would like to happen? Allow that self fulfilling
- 28:04prophecy to fill you up with a sense of good things are coming
- 28:11your way? Because when it comes to
- 28:16disasters and losses, you accept the idea that just because
- 28:23something could happen, doesn't mean it will happen.
- 28:30Possibility is not the same as inevitability.
- 28:38You are not destined for scarcity.
- 28:40You are capable of not just creating, but maintaining
- 28:45abundance and allowing that abundance to be like those seeds
- 28:52that multiply in quantity and value.
- 29:00Past experiences do not dictate future outcomes.
- 29:04If anything, they make you wiser as you release the idea that
- 29:11financial hardship is a certainty.
- 29:16It's just a possibility, but when your sink of security is
- 29:21overflowing, even if it happens, you can handle it, so it doesn't
- 29:28bother you. Imagine teleporting yourself now
- 29:36to a river, strong, steady, flowing, and this river
- 29:43represents wealth, abundance, but also security.
- 29:51And you are connected to this river always.
- 29:58And the flow of the river may rise, it may fall, but it never
- 30:01disappears. There is always enough in the
- 30:06river. You no longer fear the natural
- 30:14urban flow as you trust in your ability to create, to earn, to
- 30:20receive, but also to make better and better decisions.
- 30:32That's what wisdom is. Not to fuel regret of what you
- 30:37should have done in the past, but to influence what you do in
- 30:42the present and in your future. And with this trust in yourself,
- 30:52now you release the fear of what if and now replace it with a
- 31:06wonderful feeling of positive anticipation of what if.
- 31:14What if an unexpected financial windfall suddenly appears?
- 31:22What if investments you make over the next few months
- 31:26increase dramatically in value over the next few years?
- 31:34What if you end up moving out of an apartment and living in a
- 31:39wonderful villa, beautiful garden, amazing community?
- 31:49What if something changes that double S or trebles your income?
- 31:55What if someone you love unexpectedly increases their
- 32:01income too, meaning even more flows from the sinks of security
- 32:07and comfort into that bathtub of freedom and luxury?
- 32:15You are not bound by financial blocks.
- 32:17They are released now. You are not trapped in a cycle
- 32:20of scarcity. You feel inspired by abundance
- 32:29and I wonder if you can step into a new belief that money is
- 32:36a tool that flows to you and through you, that you are
- 32:42deserving of financial ease and abundance.
- 32:48You release the fears of your childhood and now welcome wealth
- 32:53with open arms. You are safe in abundance.
- 33:04And the evidence of that would be an increasing desire to
- 33:08invest in small regular amounts in trustworthy counterparties
- 33:18and invest in assets rather than cash, believing that they can
- 33:23and probably will appreciate. Over time you start to trust in
- 33:30steady long term growth and financial security as you allow
- 33:38yourself to make decisions based on logic and confidence, global
- 33:45trends rather than fear and hesitation.
- 33:51Past investing mistakes simply mean you are wiser now than you
- 33:56were before. This reduces risk, not increases
- 34:01it. Each time you invest is like
- 34:06planting a seed. A seed that could grow into that
- 34:13tree that produces fruit year after year after year.
- 34:20Every moment is an opportunity for growth.
- 34:25You embrace new opportunities, allowing wealth to flow to you
- 34:31naturally and you can deploy that wealth in any ways that you
- 34:38want. Maybe like a snowball that the
- 34:42wealth accumulates more assets and as they grow you accumulate
- 34:47more assets. Or maybe some of that increasing
- 34:52value and wealth and income is used to enhance your lifestyle
- 34:58even more. Living where you want, how you
- 35:02want, living life on your terms. Change is constant, but I want
- 35:12you to feel that you can embrace change, have it work for you
- 35:17rather than against you. Ensuring your financial sink is
- 35:25overflowing, improving your lifestyle while accumulating
- 35:34more assets, and only taking bigger risks when you have the
- 35:42freedom to take those risks. Because so much abundance is
- 35:47flowing your way. And as you breathe this truth
- 35:53into your being, you feel lighter, empowered, even excited
- 35:58for the future. The fear melts away, the blocks
- 36:03dissolve, and you start to picture a future of confidence,
- 36:09security, but more importantly, freedom.
- 36:16As you embrace this belief, you get a sense of the bad luck in
- 36:20the past now means you were due good fortune in your future and
- 36:26the tide is turning and now is the point to return to the here
- 36:33and now with all of these blocks dissolved and new beliefs
- 36:39established. So take a deep breath in through
- 36:41your nose and out through your nose.
- 36:47Just wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.
- 36:49Start to connect with the here and now as I now count from 1:00
- 36:53to 10:00 to awaken you. Starting to count 123 waking up
- 37:00456 more alert 7-8. Open your eyes.
- 37:04Open your eyes 910. Wide awake, wide awake, wide
- 37:10awake. Thank you for listening to The
