- 2:38when he decides to come join us, he's gonna be with us. I'm pretty sure. I hadn't heard otherwise.
- 2:43Anyway, so Brent Winters, the cohost today, get into some real good discussions, many of them spiritual,
- 2:49to show you that this is a spiritual war and all the things we do,
- 2:54I can connect right back to biblical sources. Okay?
- 2:58So it's very solid, good foundation. We love having Brent Long. He's got incredible
- 3:02amounts of knowledge on things
- 3:04historical,
- 3:06particularly, things present also.
- 3:10So here we go. It's the twenty
- 3:12second two two.
- 3:14It's my father would say my favorite number.
- 3:182226.
- 3:22Roger sales. Brent Winter's on his way. Radio Ranch is where you're at. I'm assuming you know, but sometimes you don't know these days.
- 3:30So, anyway, Paul, if you'd be so kind to go through your little part of the dog and pony show here at the front end
- 3:37and identify the people that and there are people that really adhere to this message and like to help us spread it as far and wide as we can. Numbers is what we need,
- 3:47and they need proper credit and recognition for their contribution, Paul. I'm sorry. It's just a it's a mandatory thing.
- 3:54Unknown: It is. It it absolutely
- 3:56is.
- 3:57And we appreciate every single, platform that helps us spread this message. Thank you.
- 4:03One of which is radiosoapbox.com
- 4:05brought to us by pastor,
- 4:07no. Rod.
- 4:10Unknown: Yes.
- 4:13Unknown: Yeah. And we definitely wanna give those peep
- 4:16See, I just circled back.
- 4:18And one of those platforms that does that is radiosoapbox.com
- 4:22brought to us by Paul English.
- 4:24Had a great,
- 4:25great Paul English live show yesterday, 3PM eastern,
- 4:30every Thursday.
- 4:32And
- 4:33we actually have a copy of that on Rumble yesterday,
- 4:37and I had a snafu,
- 4:40switching from the after show of the Radio Ranch to Paul English Live. So on Rumble,
- 4:46if you're wondering why that stream is almost twenty four hours long,
- 4:51it
- 4:54covers the Radio Ranch from yesterday, the after show with a lot of discussion about
- 5:01status
- 5:03and, also the Paul English live show for that three hours, and then it's just dead air after that. Hours
- 5:10Unknown: upon hours of dead air.
- 5:12Unknown: Yes. How much fun? Hours upon hours. See, we don't have a problem with dead air here. We're not a commercial radio station. We don't care. Yeah.
- 5:20We're on eurofolkradio.com
- 5:22also, thanks to pastor Eli James,
- 5:25and we're on Global Voice Radio Network, both audio and video. Radio.globalvoiceradio.net
- 5:31will take you to the list of shows and the the link for the livestream
- 5:37and rumble.globalvoiceradio.net.
- 5:40So you can go to my Rumble channel, and you can catch that twenty four hour
- 5:45video.
- 5:47Oh, that's crazy.
- 5:50The Matrix Docs is our website. You can also get there by going to nationalsonly.com,
- 5:58and, free conference call is how people join us on the show. Now there you go. It started out with a little hiccup by getting through it. It's all good.
- 6:09Unknown: Okay. Well, anytime you get into those snaffies, I learned this from my original program director.
- 6:14In fact, he's the only program director I ever worked for. He's the guy that got me that radio job, actually.
- 6:20Anytime you get into something like that where you where you get mixed up, here's what it's just like,
- 6:26who was it? Bugs Bunny or whoever.
- 6:29You just stop and go, and
- 6:32somehow,
- 6:33that magically straightens out your mind and gets you back on track. I'm not kidding. It works. That's why you hear me do it sometimes.
- 6:40Okay.
- 6:42Good morning, kiddos.
- 6:44Unknown: I'd be doing that all day, Raj. Well, okay. Just I'd doing.
- 6:49Just
- 6:51Unknown: well, you know, I was here. It reminds me of Scott that used to live here. He's over in The Philippines. Now I guess he's doing really well without any electricity
- 7:00and the restrictions on everything over there
- 7:03because of no oil.
- 7:05But, anyway, Scott
- 7:07was down here one day. He he lived north here in Cotacachi, and,
- 7:12and we were going having lunch or something. And what there's a fruit that if you any of you ever come down here, you're gonna see fruits you've never seen before. You've never heard of, don't know the name of. And,
- 7:23one of them is this fruit called guanabana.
- 7:27It's and if you just see the word, it's this long g word. You don't know how to pronounce it. But and I had problems with it, and we were up getting something to drink. And one thing they do, it's a wonderful anticancer fruit, by the way. It's got a very nice light kinda suave,
- 7:43smooth taste. It's it's delicious,
- 7:46refreshing, and
- 7:48so I was talking to I want to order a drink, and I couldn't, you know, pronounce it. Scott says, I'm gonna show you how you'll never ever
- 7:57forget to pronounce that correctly.
- 8:00And so easy. You know that little song?
- 8:05Everybody knows that. You get it.
- 8:10You'll
- 8:12never forget it and never mispronounce it again.
- 8:16Wow. It's just funny.
- 8:18Okay.
- 8:19I see mister Winters has not, pulled up to the saloon yet.
- 8:24Have a nice sarsaparilla here for him.
- 8:27Waiting
- 8:28awaiting his arrival.
- 8:30But, anyway, one of the hot things that I heard this morning, listening to the tail end of Harrison from yesterday,
- 8:36have you heard about this flotilla over there in the Mediterranean?
- 8:40Unknown: No.
- 8:41Unknown: Yep. Mister Paul, you haven't heard about that?
- 8:44No.
- 8:46Have you heard about all the innocent Gazans? They got pinned underground. They wanna murder all of them, especially the men. They got out of a a murder
- 8:54order. Any male in in Gaza assassinate.
- 8:59That's good recently. You haven't heard that either, have you?
- 9:03No. I have not heard that. Okay. Well, there was I don't know how many ships were in this flotilla, but there's another one of these flotillas in the Mediterranean trying to bring
- 9:13supplies and food and things that are needed to these poor sequestered people that are just being picked off. Like,
- 9:20I just picked off like you're hunting ground squirrels every time one sticks his head out, bam. You got him. You know? Doesn't matter anything else. So they're heinous. You know that. We know that. They're getting exposed all over the world for their heinousness. Boy, this is maybe a maybe a very unfortunately,
- 9:38an advantageous
- 9:39thing. I think
- 9:41I think mister Sasparilla just showed up. Morning, Brent.
- 9:46So,
- 9:47I don't know how many ships were in this. When we've attempted this before, it's not a new scene,
- 9:53but a a a group of people that are passionate about these poor people in Gaza and the way they're being mistreated and they're literally genocided.
- 10:02None of them,
- 10:03Jewish. All of them, European Americans, mainly Italians.
- 10:08I think, Paul,
- 10:10I think there's, like, four over 400 of them
- 10:14on this group of ships in international waters in the Mediterranean.
- 10:19Israel sent their goons out, and they brought all of them back to Israel.
- 10:23So they attacked a flotilla
- 10:26of, of of ships bringing goods and and survival things to the people in Gaza in international waters. And
- 10:34there's some videos of it that are surfacing. They bring them back to Israel,
- 10:39and they torture them. And
- 10:41they've got Govere or Gwen Govere or one of Netanyahu's
- 10:45goons. They've got them all all
- 10:49they're they got the wrists with those little plastic things on them. They're bent down.
- 10:54Got them bending down. This is in Israel now, not on the high seas.
- 10:58And one
- 11:00of these this Ben Gavir guy is walking around them waving a a large Israeli flag on a pole
- 11:08and go, you're in Israel now.
- 11:11And, and we we I forget the things he said. It's, of course,
- 11:16despicable.
- 11:17Void voiding every every chapter of international law. Just hold on. So they tortured a bunch of them. And and and then then they let many of them go. They still got some of them evidently,
- 11:29but they let them go, and then the people get out there and they start taking their shirts off and show you how they were tortured and the, the marks and scars on their back, whatever they used.
- 11:39And all that's starting to hit the news now.
- 11:42And the Italian prime minister is absolutely
- 11:45fit to be tied.
- 11:47She called the Israeli ambassador over, read him the riot act. There's other country citizens in there too. Another big scandal from these goons, you know, big surprise, but
- 11:58they just keep piling up and on top of this week where they say, well, you know, Israel, we we we conquered a new land, Kentucky.
- 12:08It's all over their newspapers. Of course, they deny it here.
- 12:11But, anyway, just another further,
- 12:14little incident in the developing exposure of,
- 12:18the the worst people that have ever walked on the face of the earth to my knowledge. I don't know of any other ethnic group ever that's been this heinous
- 12:26and open about it. K? So, anyway, Brent, good morning. I think I saw you pull up up there. Did I not?
- 12:32Unknown: Hi, Roger. Hi. Morning. Yeah. Yeah. So
- 12:36the latest news, I'm just listening to you talk, is that
- 12:40the Israelis
- 12:42took
- 12:44a crew and
- 12:46and others off of Italian ships. Well, they to bring relief to Palestinians
- 12:54Unknown: who were starving or needed medical attention. Is that right? I pretty much, I don't like that Italian ships because they were not from the country of Italy. There were a bunch of people that felt sorry for these people being massacred over there and put a bunch of civilian money and civilian
- 13:11people on these different boats and I don't know how many. Evidently, quite a few of em And Israel goes out in the middle of their international
- 13:18waters in the Mediterranean,
- 13:21succumbs the ships,
- 13:23captures all of them, and takes them back to Israel, and tortures them. Let some of them go, but they've still got some over there. So that's developing. It just broke. I've saw a couple of people allude to it earlier this week, but the story is just now starting to get even some legs.
- 13:39Not many. You're not gonna hear any of the establishment media cover this.
- 13:43You know, except for Israel. Poor little Israel was about to get invaded. You know you know the scene.
- 13:51So, anyway, yeah, that's just something I wanted to mention that you weren't here yet, and so I wanted to get it off by. Gee. The the the Nazis,
- 14:01Unknown: cooperated with the Red Cross to bring
- 14:05care packages to POWs
- 14:07in Germany. Oh,
- 14:08sure. That was that was common. Matter of fact, I I was I've been told by
- 14:14former prisoners of war,
- 14:16of course, they're not prisoners anymore, and most of them are gone, that told me this, that they received Red Cross packages in the POW camps regularly.
- 14:27Mhmm. And that's what really kept them alive because the Nazis
- 14:32didn't have any food, much food to give them. And the English nobody had any food in the world but the Americans during war.
- 14:41We had guns and butter and still do.
- 14:45We did ever since then.
- 14:47We're
- 14:48we're blessed of God
- 14:50without
- 14:52without measure beyond
- 14:54anybody's
- 14:55wildest imaginations
- 14:56and still are,
- 14:58and, we should acknowledge it. But I know I hadn't you say that this wasn't in the news. It just broke.
- 15:06Unknown: Well, it started earlier this week. Of course, they're Israel, because it makes them look so horrible, are gonna put a cap on this.
- 15:14They're not gonna see even any mention unless it's in somehow
- 15:17a favorable terms of Israel on any establishment media.
- 15:21But, the people that are talking about it are going over and reading the Harit and the Israeli press, and it's just so different from the exposure we get.
- 15:31I saw Tucker Carlson
- 15:33get on,
- 15:34in a in a discussion with an Israeli,
- 15:37host of some sort.
- 15:39Tucker Carlson
- 15:42shredded this guy.
- 15:44Shredded him.
- 15:46So I hope that video gets out because, boy, he did a good job.
- 15:51What's the name of the guy that interviewed? I I have no idea some Israeli talk talk show host. But, boy, he try he tried to cover up and and and and Tucker just let him have it. I don't care what society in you're in. Murdering children is not acceptable.
- 16:08He's always trying to make excuses and all that. Tucker
- 16:11shredded his little fanny. Okay? So that was good. Now let me say as before we get off into what we normally do.
- 16:21I got to have a rare rare,
- 16:24moment last night.
- 16:26Got two of our students. One the female
- 16:29has been a listener for
- 16:32over over ten years, way back in the teens that my previous ex wife, my last ex wife.
- 16:39And we'd become friends, and then she just kinda disappeared.
- 16:42And, her sister,
- 16:44we have on the show now because she's turned her sister onto this, and that's miss Nancy
- 16:49that comes on. She's probably listening.
- 16:51She's down there taking care of their house while they're in Ecuador for about ten, twelve days,
- 16:56and I got to go up and meet two and have dinner with two of my students last night.
- 17:01And that's just such a rare occurrence
- 17:04that it's just so pleasurable for me because I can sit down with several people at the table, and we're all on the same page.
- 17:12K? And it was just wonderful. They're pardon me? They traveled to South America? Well, they came down here on a trip. They wanted to come. He's a a a
- 17:23he's 71 in the seventies. I'm not sure how old Suzanne is. You know, it's not nice to ask a woman their age, I think. And
- 17:30so,
- 17:32she's lovely, though, both of them. Dean's a tall old string bean. He's about six foot five, looks to be. He's a dentist that takes and one of the things he does and how they met,
- 17:43she wanted her mercury fillings removed, and he's the guy that did it, and they ended up getting married. They've been married about two years. His wife had passed away,
- 17:52and they're like two little lovebirds.
- 17:54Unknown: Okay? And Where where are they from? Virginia.
- 17:58Unknown: They just bought a house on the Chesapeake Bay.
- 18:01Yeah. And,
- 18:02they're down on this trip where they
- 18:04they're meeting up with the tour group this afternoon, and they've got, like, six days in Ecuador, and they're gonna
- 18:10go and see a couple of sites here, which are very famous.
- 18:15And then they're gonna go to the jungle on the other side of the Andes for six days,
- 18:19and then they're gonna come back here. And then they've got mutual friends that they knew apart before they knew each other that lived down in Cuenca,
- 18:28one of the big cities where expats go here. They're gonna go down and spend three days in Cuenca,
- 18:34and then they're gonna come back and spend their three days here in this valley with me, and then they're gonna go back to Virginia. So I get to I get to see them again and spend a couple of days with them. And just as delightful for me to meet some of you folks.
- 18:48I just I can't express it hardly really in words.
- 18:51Unknown: Tell well, I'm sure that's an exhilarating
- 18:54experience.
- 18:55Tell them I said hello.
- 18:57Know what I Yeah.
- 18:58Tell them I said hello. When I because I know they listen
- 19:02and
- 19:03they're friendly people,
- 19:05but when I think of a dentist that is six and a half feet tall,
- 19:10I know that when you get in the dentist chair,
- 19:14he would have to jack that thing up and Probably.
- 19:18Otherwise, he'd be bending over, and he'd have a back problem. Yeah. Couldn't be. Well, he just say, oh,
- 19:25Unknown: they're just so wonderful, both of them, and he's slowing down, working three days a week, and still loves his work and all that. And and they're just delightful together and they're like two little lovebirds and it's just real refreshing to know that people can still find each other even at that age and find that kind of happiness. I think it's fantastic. So it was a joy to spend time with him. I'm looking forward to the next time because he'll be a little bit better acclimated to this altitude.
- 19:52I had asked him before they came. I said, either one of you had tendency for altitude sickness.
- 19:56We don't know. Uh-huh. Well, he he was. He was overcome with it a little bit yesterday
- 20:01and had a headache, and so there he had to lay down for a few hours. It's not uncommon.
- 20:06You'll get acclimated to it after a couple of days.
- 20:09The problem is he's gonna be here two days, and he'll probably start to get acclimated that he's going to the jungle, which is back down to sea level. So he'll reacclimate down there, then they're going to the other town,
- 20:20which is at this altitude. And I said, by the time I see you again, you'll be you'll be pretty well acclimated,
- 20:26man. So, anyway, it's funny. Had a wonderful evening, just charming,
- 20:31and enjoyed it tremendously.
- 20:34So I wanted to report that to the audience.
- 20:37And, otherwise, in that, welcome, mister Winters. How's your week been?
- 20:41Unknown: Oh, we're okay.
- 20:43We're okay.
- 20:46Sit by myself a lot and
- 20:49do a lot of work.
- 20:51And
- 20:52I used to be quite a public man, Roger. I I don't know that
- 20:56I was kinda in a long and bygone age, but I was
- 21:01a well known man,
- 21:03not only locally but in other ways, and I'm
- 21:07glad that I'm not. I'm glad that I had that experience.
- 21:11I didn't really look for that to happen, but it did happen.
- 21:15And now
- 21:16that that's over, I realize
- 21:19that it's dangerous and
- 21:22and you're
- 21:23better off at some point in your life
- 21:27being alone and working,
- 21:30as the bible says, working with your hands
- 21:33and doing things that are that'll last if you can. Yep. Anyway, that's what I'm doing. Yeah. That's how that worked out for me. Well, I'm wet with anticipation.
- 21:44Unknown: You're what? I'm wet with anticipation
- 21:48Yeah. To hear
- 21:50you
- 21:52comment
- 21:53and analyze
- 21:55the fact that we're no longer a sovereign country anymore, and it was publicly shown this week when you you don't control your own elections,
- 22:03you're not a sovereign country anymore.
- 22:05And I'm dying to get your output. I saw a really good interview with Marjorie
- 22:10Taylor Green yesterday.
- 22:12Uh-huh. That woman has totally changed.
- 22:16Since she got out of that crap, she beams.
- 22:18She smiles.
- 22:20She's happy. You can really see the difference just in her composure.
- 22:24Unknown: You know? Well, sure. They it's an ugly environment. It's and this is just a personal testimony for what it's worth. People take it for what it was worth.
- 22:35I dove into it headfirst. I'm talking about
- 22:38politics.
- 22:39And when you dive into politics, you're going to war. It's it's murderous. It's dangerous. It's ugly, and there's no place for decent folk. But somebody needs to do it,
- 22:51and so some people do.
- 22:54She didn't need to do it. She needs to go home, and I'm glad she's home.
- 22:59Unknown: She is too, by the way.
- 23:01Unknown: Massy.
- 23:02She has freedom she has freedom of speech now. See? Yes. You can't do when if you're a soldier or a sailor in a war,
- 23:10you don't have freedom of speech. You're a darn fool if you if you that's not even what that's not the way it's supposed to be. That's not even what god wants.
- 23:19And when you're in politics, you're at war. I used to wonder, why is it people
- 23:23in public office never say anything? They talk for the longest time and never say anything. I remember a guy running for oh, he was governor.
- 23:32And, oh, people loved him. He was the only man in the history of the state to win every county in an election. Oh, man. Yeah. Except one, and he only lost by three two or three votes. I can't remember.
- 23:45Little county down there along the Wabash River called Gallatin.
- 23:50But hardcore,
- 23:51Democrat County.
- 23:53But this guy, he would, mix I've heard him make a hundreds 100 speeches because I you know, when you're running for office,
- 24:01everybody's
- 24:02running for office. They have a big meal, a Lincoln Day dinner or a congressional
- 24:07district
- 24:08yearly dinner or something like that.
- 24:10And all the people running for office from county clerk to sheriff to
- 24:15state rep to congressman to senator to governor, and sometimes they'd bring in a
- 24:21bring in a a presidential
- 24:23candidate. You know? We had some of those come in. And they'd all they all of you running for you'd set up front
- 24:30so people could watch you eat while they ate, and that's what they did. And I was advised, don't ever don't ever eat in front of a crowd because
- 24:38inevitably,
- 24:39you're gonna slop
- 24:41I my I have a friend. I say he looks good in anything he eats because when he eats, he puts away manners, and it it's all over the front of his shirt. You know? Well, they look at you, try to take pictures of you being so I'd I wouldn't eat. And
- 24:57but then they'd ask you to make us everybody get get up and make a speech.
- 25:02They start with
- 25:04fellow at the local level or running for sheriff or county clerk, whoever was there,
- 25:09county clerk and recorder,
- 25:11treasurer, all that stuff. And then they'd work their way up to governor,
- 25:15and if there's a presidential
- 25:17candidate there, they'd have him. Of course, they didn't come as often,
- 25:21but every once in a while, one would show up. I remember
- 25:25George not oh, what was his name?
- 25:28Now this is how people this is how long politicians
- 25:32are remembered. I can't Yeah. Can't even remember the guy's name. He was a US senator
- 25:37from
- 25:38Texas,
- 25:39very well known. He married an oriental woman, I remember. She was there.
- 25:44Of course, Bob Dole, he showed up. Oh, Bob Dole. This is old Bob Dole. It wasn't Bob in that case. It was another
- 25:51Bob was from Kansas. Yeah. Him his wife at that time was president
- 25:56of the
- 25:57Red Cross International,
- 25:59and she would show up a few times and Mhmm. And talk. But
- 26:04but when you'd when this guy would talk, that was governor,
- 26:10he'd get done making a speech and people would say, oh, did you hear
- 26:14Jim's speech? Oh, so wonderful. And everybody would be
- 26:19conducting, I call it, the glorification of the worm ceremony where everybody thinks the guy talking is wonderful.
- 26:26And then I would I got to asking questions,
- 26:29just taking a poll.
- 26:31I listened to the speech too. Oh, it was nice. He had a way of just coming across and a
- 26:37winsome winsome is the word.
- 26:40And
- 26:41I'd say, what did he say? And nobody could remember what he said. The reason was he he never said anything.
- 26:47Never said anything.
- 26:49Because he knew you you get into a mode and a track when you're running for office or in office that you know if you say anything,
- 26:57you'll be attacked.
- 26:58Mhmm. So you have you develop a skill, if you can, of talking for twenty minutes, making everybody feel great and like you,
- 27:07and don't say anything.
- 27:09Ronald Reagan was pretty good at that, and he'd of course, he was on radio for years, but he'd usually start out telling some silly joke
- 27:18that was really funny and clever.
- 27:21And he had a whole repertoire of him in his hopper. He could tell.
- 27:25And and if you don't do that, people won't like you. They don't you know, Newt Gingrich, he his great fault was, and he eventually sunk,
- 27:34was he tried to educate people.
- 27:36That doesn't work in politics. He was a history professor for years, and so he'd stand up and give a history lesson and say things that were just stupid. You know? I mean, politicians,
- 27:48like I say, when you get your name on the ballot, you automatically lose 30 to 40 IQ points, and you you get dumb real quick. And if you try to say something worthwhile, people will make fun of you.
- 28:00I had a congressman at well, recently,
- 28:04a woman
- 28:06got elected,
- 28:08first time she went to Washington DC,
- 28:11she made a speech at the women's
- 28:14congression congress, some kind of a organization
- 28:18where congressmen
- 28:19were women and they all get together and and she was making a speech and she said what the Democrats
- 28:25are doing are like it's like the Nazis.
- 28:29Well, was that true? Well, a lot of ways, yeah. You know, torture, killing, things like that.
- 28:35Killing babies, that's what the Democrats like to do, murder people.
- 28:40She said that, boy, they tore into her, ripped her apart,
- 28:44and no kidding. That's been a few years ago, and she hasn't made a public statement since. Really?
- 28:50That's the way it works in politics.
- 28:53So but,
- 28:55forgot we're on another track. Gonna talk about something, Roger. Oh, you talked I was wanting to hear your your reaction about the the Israel buying our elections. We're no longer a sovereign. Yeah. Massey. We're talking about Massey there in Northern Kentucky.
- 29:10Unknown: Let me ask you a question, Brent.
- 29:12You ran this, and I saw someone asked, I don't remember if it was Massey or one of the other reps from Kentucky said,
- 29:20just out of curiosity,
- 29:22how much would this race normally have cost?
- 29:26Unknown: Oh, it would have cost in today's dollars.
- 29:29Might have spent a million, maybe 2. The guy said 200,000.
- 29:34Oh, yeah. No. No. That would've been I'm sorry. Go ahead, Roger. I said the guy answered 200,000,
- 29:39Unknown: so I don't know anything else. Yeah. I believe more than that. But that's what he said.
- 29:43Well So now
- 29:45Unknown: No. That'd be that'd be pretty darn low. I mean, people if you spent 200,000
- 29:50Unknown: thirty years ago Uh-huh. That that wouldn't even have been significant then, Roger. Okay. Well, whatever it was, even if it's up a million or 2,000,000, you it's it it looks like they've dropped over 30,000,000 against him. Yeah. Yeah. Now Now they they came in, and I told you last week because we were talking about this briefly, I heard someone else comment on it.
- 30:12But this a big question I've got.
- 30:14Uh-huh. In Kentucky
- 30:16has very few party runoffs in the primary.
- 30:20Very unusual, evidently.
- 30:23Uh-huh. And they they set the election laws.
- 30:26Uh-huh. But whoever was talking
- 30:28said there are no mail in ballots, I would assume, except for traditional absentee ones. Uh-huh. And that they they I remember telling you last week that that one of those rules is it because of this prime uniqueness of it, if you're not registered
- 30:44six months beforehand, you can't participate.
- 30:48Uh-huh. So there were a couple of real different things about it there,
- 30:53and the, and he won at the last minute dump of of ballots. I and I don't know. Were they how'd they get mail in ballots when supposedly from what I heard, I'm going on hearsay
- 31:04here that that's against the rules. So I don't know if Massey's gonna,
- 31:09challenge it. We'll see. Even Marjorie Taylor Green said we don't know yesterday.
- 31:14And,
- 31:15so it'll be interesting, but it appears they monkeyed with it, of course, again. Yeah. And Well So we'll see how it turns out. Maybe a blessing for Thomas Massey. You know, these are the things that you never know at the time of of the happening of the events or events,
- 31:31what the, ramifications
- 31:33and repercussions are gonna be. We'll just wait and turn out. A lot of times, the good lord makes chicken soup out of chicken poop.
- 31:40Unknown: Yeah. And especially in politics, I agree, Roger. And the lord do work, to quote Gary Cooper,
- 31:47the lord do work in mysterious ways.
- 31:50And what you think is a curse
- 31:52is a blessing, and what you think is a blessing turns out to be a curse.
- 31:57But in all cases, God plays with his enemies before he crushes them like bugs.
- 32:03And we see that, of course, in the Bible most constantly
- 32:07with the exodus of Egypt.
- 32:09Unknown: But they're over their skis right now, and that's why I brought up this incident in The Caribbean
- 32:14because every day, they're getting exposed on one of these deals to the magnum to to the to the maximum, at least to the alternative audience. And the alternative audience
- 32:25is overtaking the establishment media audience.
- 32:28Now Yeah. Brought
- 32:30him over
- 32:32the
- 32:32line
- 32:33has been my problem down here twice now. Uh-huh. Baby boomers that are
- 32:40glued to Fox News.
- 32:42Uh-huh.
- 32:43And I've I've experienced that down here too, actually.
- 32:47Unknown: Well, Kentucky is a fascinating place. And
- 32:52when I was running for
- 32:55office,
- 32:56of course,
- 32:58our
- 32:59our district
- 33:00bordered
- 33:01Kentucky.
- 33:02Mhmm. But it bordered Kentucky
- 33:04well,
- 33:05Cairo,
- 33:07where the
- 33:08Ohio and the Mississippi come together and
- 33:12and all down in there. And the congressman in Kentucky at that time,
- 33:17well, he was running the same time I was, and
- 33:21he
- 33:21his name was White.
- 33:24And at that time, the the shift was getting in high gear to shift the solid
- 33:29democrat South over to the
- 33:32over to the republican side, which they are now, of course.
- 33:37And White, this congressman there in the Western District Of Kentucky,
- 33:43was the first Republican
- 33:45congressman from that
- 33:47neck of the woods, the Western District.
- 33:50Now Massey is not in the Western District. He's in the North Central District along the Ohio River, which is the culture is
- 33:59well, it's a little bit different. You get down there in the Western District, you got that, I call it the Carl Perkins culture. You know? Down
- 34:08there along the river, it's different. The the
- 34:10it's that
- 34:12well, you that's where Carl Perkins was from and and, oh, a lot of well, Johnny Cash on further south, but it gets down in there where
- 34:20where it's a little bit more isolated.
- 34:22But this congressman,
- 34:24White,
- 34:26and I got to know the congressman around me in the same party,
- 34:31he was running for office, and they went after him like they went after Massey.
- 34:36And what they did to him Massey's fortunate.
- 34:39I mean, if you just lose an election,
- 34:41the if that didn't work, the next step would been to federal
- 34:45indictment.
- 34:46And if that didn't work, then the next step was they'd probably
- 34:51tried to kill him. Now I'd I'm speck I know what the MO is.
- 34:55Now the congressman,
- 34:57White, what they did with him first,
- 34:59they ran a Democrat against him in the Republican primary,
- 35:04tried to knock him out that way. And then all of the Democrats were instructed to go vote for this Democrat
- 35:11who was running in the Republican
- 35:13primary against White.
- 35:15Well, that didn't work.
- 35:17So he got on the ballot for the general election, and the next step was
- 35:21to indict him by a grand jury.
- 35:24And he was set he told me and by the way, he was he faced grand jury indictment.
- 35:30I was indicted by a federal grand jury on false pretense, of course. It's the the law fair thing.
- 35:37And the the governor was indicted on a federal grand jury. Tom DeLay from Texas who supported me came and did fundraisers.
- 35:46He was indicted by a state
- 35:48at the state level. Now I don't know if I think they have a grand jury in Texas. But at any rate, that prosecution
- 35:54lasted ten years and cost him about $10,000,000.
- 35:58He tried to raise the money only to get to the finally, after ten years, they drug it out.
- 36:04And to get before the supreme court to the state of Texas,
- 36:07and the supreme court to the state of Texas threw it out and says, this is silly what you're saying, the the prosecutors.
- 36:14But they by that time, they'd forced him out of congress,
- 36:18and he was the hammer. They called him the hammer of congress because the
- 36:24majority or the the minority whip
- 36:27before the Republicans took over,
- 36:30and he could raise more he raised more money for Republican candidates than anybody.
- 36:35Then you got just to talk about how this really works. You got Sonny Bono.
- 36:40Sonny Bono was running for congress. He had been mayor of of Palm Springs. Yeah. He got into politics, then he ran for congress, Palm Springs banning Beaumont
- 36:51there in Southern California.
- 36:52Well, not what we call the metropolitan area of but of of Los Angeles, but further to the east on Interstate 10, Palm Palm Springs.
- 37:03He ran for congress.
- 37:04And as a conservative
- 37:06Republican,
- 37:07He was the at that time, then he became the largest
- 37:11fundraiser
- 37:12for republican candidates. Of course.
- 37:15Yeah. The baby boomers back then were of of they were right in the prime of life of getting involved in politics. And if he did a fundraiser, they'd come to see him. Yeah. I I think I did I tell you about him when I met him in Washington DC?
- 37:30And I'll tell it again for people that maybe didn't catch it the first time, but Uh-huh. We used to go to fundraisers.
- 37:37And if you raised a lot of money, you had to go to DC. That's where the money was. And they had a big fundraiser there for Republican
- 37:45candidates, and I went to it. And, of course, you're just meeting people as fast as you can, and I was in a crowded room. And every time I turned a few degrees, I'd see somebody else, and I'd stick my hand out and say, my name is Brent Winters, and I'm running from so and so district, and and what's your name? You know? And I I did that. I shook hands with somebody, and I turned, and there was another fellow standing there. He looked
- 38:09like 40 yards of beat up moose hide.
- 38:11And I turned, and and he wasn't a very big fellow, I remember, and I shook his hand. I said, I'm Brent Winters, and I'm running for congress, and what's your name?
- 38:21And he very humbly,
- 38:23very kindly,
- 38:24this little man said,
- 38:28he kinda hesitated,
- 38:29and he had a halting speech. And he said, my my my name is,
- 38:35Sonny Bono.
- 38:37And I looked down at him, and I'm not a big tall man, six and a half feet tall, but I'm not I wasn't as short as he was. And I I said, if you're Sonny Bono, I'm Jack Benny. I didn't believe him. I
- 38:51said, you be Sonny, I'll be Jack. I was look trying to make a joke, you know. And all of a sudden, out of nowhere, all of a sudden, I noticed two men that were six and a half feet tall, probably weighed about two forty apiece,
- 39:05and standing
- 39:06on his both sides of him on his wings, and one of them looked down at me and smiled and said, no. He said, this really is Sonny Bono. You know? And I
- 39:17I said, well, I looked up at him, and they looked pretty dangerous, but they were nice guys. And I said, well, I didn't see that. I only heard just to be sociable. I'll take your word. I didn't want wasn't gonna disagree with him.
- 39:30And then I looked back at him and then I I began to see the resemblance a little bit, you know.
- 39:36And I said, well, Chuck, sorry I didn't recognize you. I hadn't seen you in thirty some years. Course, I'd only seen him on television, you know.
- 39:44And he laughed.
- 39:46He he was a winsome personality too, you see. Uh-huh. I mean, if you're gonna get in the office, people have to like you. That's bottom line. So you don't try to teach them history lessons. You don't try to instruct them on politics.
- 39:59You tell them jokes and you're kind to them. And you smile and shake their hands and look them in the eye. And there's nothing
- 40:07wrong with that. By the way, there's everything right about that. Yes. Everything
- 40:11right about it. They don't wanna be taught. They want some they wanna hire somebody to do a job.
- 40:18That's what they want.
- 40:19And if you'll notice, now DJ Trump has his own style, but it all it's all the same this way.
- 40:25It's a winning personality.
- 40:27When you listen to DJ, he can talk for hours and say nothing.
- 40:31Nothing.
- 40:32He he on all he spends a lot of time saying, well, this he's the greatest guy in the world. Man, what a great guy. What a great guy. Yep. Always complimenting.
- 40:42Oh, yeah. Never that's smart, and that's good.
- 40:46Because otherwise, politics
- 40:48is ugly. You could talk about ugly things all day long.
- 40:52But even even the ugly things that happened, like when Reagan got shot,
- 40:56that that Democrats,
- 40:57see, they were gonna kill him. They said, hey, boy. I don't think you know who's in charge here. Yeah. So they send a crazy man in, pop him with a 22 caliber. He goes to the hospital,
- 41:08and he's laying in bed. He knew the press would get this information, and he said,
- 41:12well, just promise me that the doctors are Republicans. Remember when he said that? Oh, yeah. Yeah.
- 41:19Unknown: Oh, he's so clever. He was really clever. Yeah. Well, that's the gets me, and I'll I'll never forget it is him talking in front of a room or something, and somebody pops a balloon, and he goes, you missed.
- 41:33Unknown: I I recall.
- 41:35Unknown: Mean, it
- 41:36wasn't even a nanosecond.
- 41:38Unknown: You didn't ask Sonny Bono to give you ski lessons, I hope. No. So with Sonny yeah. So then later, of course, he was doing he got in, and, he was doing
- 41:49fundraiser like gangbusters.
- 41:51Hell, the
- 41:53Democrats and the,
- 41:55the foreign interest couldn't stand that, so
- 41:59they finally,
- 42:01killed him. Now the newspaper said that it was a ski accident. He ran into a tree.
- 42:08Well, I remember
- 42:09I do remember seeing in the magazines and newspapers way back I'm talking a long time ago that Sonny Bono
- 42:17was skiing all the time. Sonny Bono was an accomplished skier.
- 42:21And what's the chances of an accomplished
- 42:24skier running into a tree? Oh, very slim.
- 42:30Unknown: Very as an accomplished skier
- 42:32Unknown: very soon. When skiers get older, they enjoy the gentler slopes and just enjoy being in the mount. They're not trying to They're blue. You know what? Yeah. They don't they're they used to play a game on the slopes there in Bora in California or Boraal.
- 42:48They play young people play a game where it would tackle the guy that gets it as you're going down the hill. Uh-huh. I mean, you know, that's what young people do. Older skiers don't do that. Yeah. We're smarter than that. You you go for the blue you go for the blue runs. Stay off of the blacks unless
- 43:05Unknown: and the problem was for people like me that might get to go for a few days every year or two, few years in a row, couple of lucky years.
- 43:13And if you go tackle those black slopes,
- 43:16you you you you just about do your whole day trying to fight that. You you know? You don't get many runs in. You don't enjoy it. You're at an altitude. It wears you out. You don't know the technique where you can easily flip down through them. And so to go on those slopes,
- 43:33those types of slopes, double black diamond and stuff, they it it it kinda ruins your vacation,
- 43:39Unknown: you know, really. Yes. And if you do have an accident, bodily damage could be permanent.
- 43:44Yes. It can be. Yep. Yep. Yeah. And if if if a man gets killed running into a tree, he's doing stuff the young people do, and he's going at high speeds. He always knows to fall. If you got if you lost control, you're going straight, you're headed for trees, you just fall. You know how to and you know how to fall. Well, Sonny knew all that. Yes. I couldn't believe it. And I knew they were out to get him.
- 44:07Congressman White, they were out to get him. They were to get me. They were out to get Tom Delay. They were out to get what was that senator about that time? They indicted him up in Alaska.
- 44:19Oh,
- 44:21Unknown: yes. No. I can't remember. His son
- 44:24his son is is the harp guy. I just can't remember his name. He is the federal well, whoever he was, they got him under federal indictment by the grand jury. Well, they always just get them off in Alaska and have a plane crash.
- 44:37Unknown: Oh, well, I didn't know about that. This guy just got indicted. They ruined his reputation,
- 44:42and he was forced to resign, and that was the end of the who that was. Yeah. Yeah. Well, so it's always the same thing in summation.
- 44:49It's ruined a man's reputation,
- 44:53not and that'll knock him out of office or pay for a lot of money like they did with Massey, and if they don't have anything on him and knock him out of office,
- 45:01federal indictment,
- 45:02or just shoot him. Now if they shoot him and they don't kill him, well, he'll get the message like Reagan did. He didn't say the things after that that he used to say. He was still a nice guy and he was winsome,
- 45:15but he changed his rhetoric quite a bit. Tone it down. Yeah.
- 45:20And I don't criticize him for it. Death is an ugly thing, and you realize what you're dealing with. I think DJ Trump has come to that realization.
- 45:29Unknown: That was the beauty of Massey is he got in and learned how to maneuver around the opposition,
- 45:35and Nick, the opposition worked for him. I'll give you an example.
- 45:39He was looking at forty four seventy three, I believe, is the form for ATF for gun purchase.
- 45:46Yeah. And he was looking at statistics,
- 45:48and he realized
- 45:50that blacks and Hispanics
- 45:52were being turned down for applications
- 45:54more than whites.
- 45:56Yeah.
- 45:57How
- 45:57about that? So he goes to that blacks,
- 46:00rep from Houston who's been up there for thirty years or more and another one of those, hooligans.
- 46:06They go, look. You got discrimination
- 46:08right here. And they go, oh my god. And they work with him to alter the form.
- 46:13So he would take backdoor approaches because the front door approaches don't work. They
- 46:20generate,
- 46:20you know, tons of opposition.
- 46:23You know, anyway, that's the kind of guy he was straightforward. Never never slammed Trump. Here, the the the president is up there absolutely
- 46:33circling you out and calling you out on national television and saying what a horrible person you are,
- 46:40slamming your family. Oh, everything
- 46:43that Trump did on this, including
- 46:46and this what I wanna get your read on, including
- 46:49Hag Seth
- 46:50in the middle of a war as the director of the department of war takes a day off and comes campaign for his opposition.
- 46:58That's never happened before in the history of American politics.
- 47:01And goes
- 47:02over there and goes, I'm taking a personal day off. Yeah. Let's see your pay stub. I wanna see that deducted out of your pay stub.
- 47:09Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 47:10Unknown: So, anyway, all the shenanigans.
- 47:13Joe's got something to add here. Hey, Joe. What what, buddy? What did I forget?
- 47:18Unknown: Nick Baggage.
- 47:21Unknown: Nick Baggage. Exactly correct. And And his son his and his dad was killed in an airplane crash.
- 47:27That's the one, Begich. Yeah. Thank you, Joe. Y'all are always good at
- 47:32filling in those blanks so that us old men can't recall.
- 47:36Unknown: Roger,
- 47:37you catch the name of that senator. What was it? Nick Begich. It's Begich.
- 47:41Unknown: Oh, I see. It was his father. Nick Begich is the guy that's promoting harp and all that for years. It was his father that
- 47:50they didn't like. When I was in West High School, up there in high school, I had two brothers
- 47:56called the Hinkle bro Hick Hinckley Brothers
- 47:59and
- 48:00Hickle Hickle.
- 48:02And their father was governor of Alaska.
- 48:05And when Nixon got in,
- 48:08he named him secretary of the interior, I believe.
- 48:11And so,
- 48:13yeah, just boys, good boys. I didn't hang with them all that much, but we knew each other there. Uh-huh. And
- 48:19Unknown: Yeah. Alaska Alaska is a small place. And when you're up there, it's easy to get to know or run into
- 48:25the the big fish in the little pond up there. Yes. It is. Yes. It is. Yeah. And when I was up there, I I
- 48:33because the people that I knew and connections, I wasn't Roger, I wasn't up there
- 48:38more than two days, and I was on the the biggest talk radio
- 48:42show
- 48:43show
- 48:45in Alaska, of course. In Anchorage, probably. In Anchorage. Right. And
- 48:50then I got to hanging out with the guy that had run for US senate
- 48:55up there, and this gal that's in there now,
- 48:59that was election fraud like you wouldn't believe. He he was winning that race. Of course, he was appealing to the conservative crowd, and there are plenty of them up there. But people think they go to Alaska
- 49:11that, oh, well, that's gonna have freedom and all that, but Alaska is
- 49:15overwhelmingly
- 49:16shot through with political corruption.
- 49:19It's really bad.
- 49:20And a lot of it has to do with the oil industry. Of course, every Alaskan supposedly is supposed to get a cut of that every year.
- 49:28Well but the truth is the people that run it are
- 49:31are stealing the money because they there's so much they think nobody will miss it, and then there's nobody prosecuting
- 49:38them. But there was that gal that beat this fellow that I got to hanging around with and got to know him a little bit. He was a West Point graduate.
- 49:47His father ran a Christian bookstore somewhere in the middle of Kansas and was a preacher.
- 49:53Somehow, got into West Point, and then he went to Harvard Law School,
- 49:57and he graduated.
- 49:59And
- 50:00so he just
- 50:02Midwest kind of a guy that was ultra conservative,
- 50:06and he ran for you. And then he became a federal magistrate up there, an appointment. Of course, it's easy to get a a judgeship,
- 50:13state or federal, in Alaska because they can't find anybody that wants to live up there. Yeah. Probably. Well, it's a it's a fabulous state, folks. Go ahead. Yeah. And if you're up there in that Northern borough, what they call the unorganized borough, what they don't have counties. They have they call them boroughs. But Okay. There's some of them up there bigger than most states down here, you know, and they're unorganized.
- 50:35There's no nobody lives there. So so what's gonna happen? Well, a lot of a lot of criminals congregate in the unorganized borough and try to hide out in the wilderness,
- 50:47but the state, of course, does have a court up there.
- 50:51And because of the room remote location,
- 50:56the state can't find anybody
- 50:59that is educated to the task of being a lawyer or being a not a lawyer, being a judge.
- 51:05And all you need to be a state judge up there,
- 51:09a state magistrate, I forget what they call them. But any rate, all you need is a high school diploma.
- 51:15And they send you to school for a month or so to kinda teach you the fundamentals, and then they make you a judge.
- 51:23Glorified
- 51:24justice of the peace, I suppose. Yeah. That's what I was gonna say. They call them the justice of the peace. But go ahead, please. Oh, yeah. Something like that. But they have a lot of power in those unorganized boroughs.
- 51:35And when I was up there, the people that I met we were traveling around talking and
- 51:41and
- 51:42the people that I met were pushing me hard. Move up here,
- 51:47and we need we need somebody with conservative
- 51:50sense as a
- 51:52a justice of the peace, magistrate judge, some kind of judge they had up there. And, you could do that, and, we might have some law
- 52:01in this unorganized
- 52:03borough. Right now, there's no law, and the left wing has been providing the
- 52:08justices up there.
- 52:10The criminals the criminals were we're talking ugly people taking over in those areas
- 52:17because they thought they could and they would operate their crime and out of those areas.
- 52:23Well, I'm just making a point about the but this this woman, she's a has a Polish name
- 52:29who's in the US Senate. Murkowski?
- 52:32Yeah. Yeah. She you know this, if it has now I've had Polish people tell me this for what it's worth. If a polok
- 52:40and I don't use that as a term of derision, that's the the that's the proper word for a Polish person,
- 52:47but it's been oh, guess who guess who
- 52:51started the culture of Polish jokes and making fun of Polish people?
- 52:56I'll give you three guesses, and the first two don't count. Mhmm. But
- 53:00the the Polish people have they've told me if their last name a Polish person's last name
- 53:07begins
- 53:08in ski, s k I,
- 53:11then they are of the more aristocratical
- 53:14class or were at one time of
- 53:17Poland.
- 53:18And then the ones whose name does not end in ski
- 53:22are not.
- 53:23For
- 53:25what it's worth, that's what they've told me. That's interesting. For the poles,
- 53:29I've had oh, I grew up with a fella
- 53:32whose
- 53:33family
- 53:34came
- 53:35well, on his mother's side, not his dad's side, it was an old family there.
- 53:39But his mother's side came
- 53:41his grandfather came there to work in the coal mines
- 53:44because the Poles are good miners. They mine all different kind of stuff up there. And and and
- 53:51I I
- 53:52learned a little bit about Polish culture from his mother who just loved me to death. And, of course, a Polish mother is a special kind of creature.
- 54:01You know, they'll take care of you. They'll make sure you got good food to eat, and they're good cooks, by the way. Oh, yeah.
- 54:07Unknown: Don't they have a salt mine cathedral in Poland? I've heard. Yeah. I've I've heard that. Carved out of out of salt, and it's magnificent.
- 54:15I've seen videos of it.
- 54:17Unknown: Yeah.
- 54:19Well, when I got out of school,
- 54:21no. I was in school. When I got out of, working for uncle Sam on the other side of the world,
- 54:27I came home and, boy, I saw these coal miners.
- 54:31I got to thinking. You know, they have they'd have brand new great big pickup trucks
- 54:36living in a broken down shack with a color TV
- 54:40antenna sticking out of it. And I knew they were making about 8 or $9 an hour, which was a lot of money, I thought.
- 54:48And so I decided,
- 54:50and I was trying to learn geology at the time, I decided I would
- 54:55get a job at the coal mine.
- 54:59And my friend,
- 55:00his name Jay, we we were just tighter than ticks growing up,
- 55:06those Poles are big people sometimes too, by the way.
- 55:10Unknown: They can be. Yes. They
- 55:13can be, certainly.
- 55:14Unknown: Yeah. Well, I I I I was visiting with my buddy and his mother. I'd stopped by the house, and
- 55:23and she treated me like her own children. It was that kind of thing, you know.
- 55:27And
- 55:29I told her that she asked me what I was doing. I said, well,
- 55:32think I'm gonna get this job down at the coal mine, and boy, she came unglued,
- 55:37went ballistic.
- 55:40And she started telling me stories about her granddad and her dad and how dangerous it was and how many people got killed and different mine
- 55:49tragedies. And
- 55:51as it turned out, she prevailed on me. I wasn't so anxious after that.
- 55:56And she it is a dangerous business, of course. Oh
- 56:00my. They've had some of the most terrible coal mine disasters. They had one there in that part of the world at a place called
- 56:07well, one at Centralia.
- 56:09Yes. I've heard of that.
- 56:12It was massive.
- 56:13Uh-huh. And and that was right about the time of World War two, I think. Oh, hundreds. Don't know. Yeah.
- 56:19Then there was another one at a place called Mowikwa.
- 56:23Mowikwa.
- 56:24I think that's an Indian word, but it's the only Mowikwa in the country. Now that was further north.
- 56:29But they had a terrible accident there too. And when they have the you know, there's what happens in some of those cases, you think, oh, yeah. It'll it'll cave in on you. Well, that's dangerous, but the the greater danger are the explosions. Yes.
- 56:43Yeah. Because when coal dust is in the air and when you're drilling and digging and mining,
- 56:49that produces a dust
- 56:51from the coal, and of course, is a
- 56:55combustible,
- 56:55highly combustible material, and if the dust is in the air,
- 56:59it's mixed with one of those three
- 57:02indispensable
- 57:03ingredients to
- 57:05what we call oxidation.
- 57:07And if oxidation is slow, we call it rust.
- 57:12On and if we on
- 57:14on metals,
- 57:16if if it's a little bit faster,
- 57:19we call it burning,
- 57:21like with wood and
- 57:24stuff like that paper.
- 57:25If it's a little bit faster, we call it an explosion.
- 57:29Unknown: Mhmm.
- 57:30Unknown: And if it's faster yet, in other words, as fast as moving
- 57:34through the material at a rate of 35,000
- 57:37feet per second or higher, we call that a detonation.
- 57:42Danomite
- 57:43and nitro which well, dynamite is nitroglycerin,
- 57:47clays and nitroglycerin,
- 57:49certain kind of clay, that's a detonation.
- 57:51And it it it it changes from a
- 57:54solid or a liquid to a gas at such a
- 57:58high rate of speed
- 58:00that anything in the way has just got to get out of the way because it
- 58:05the gas that it changes to has to have some place to go. You know, go from a small little bit of
- 58:11dynamite,
- 58:12half a stick, and all of a sudden it needs
- 58:15enough room instantaneously,
- 58:17almost as big as a house, well, anything in the way is gonna get annihilated.
- 58:21And that's not an exaggeration,
- 58:23by the way, about how much space a quarter stick of dynamite would need. Well, you got all this coal dust in the air, so it's mixed with oxygen.
- 58:32Without oxygen,
- 58:33there can be no combustion,
- 58:35there can be no oxidation,
- 58:37as we call it, The breaking down of the material,
- 58:41chemically
- 58:41altering it. But, of course, coal
- 58:44being mixed with that in the air and dust,
- 58:49when it starts to combust, it produces a chain reaction,
- 58:53creates a massive explosion.
- 58:55All it takes is two pieces of metal causing a spark. Bam. Oh, man. I mean, you're down there in that coal mine, you gotta yeah. And you're you got a tool in your hand or, like, a drill bit or something. You accidentally drop it and hits another drill bit. Who knows?
- 59:11Of course, there's always the idiot down there that thinks he's gotta have a cigarette, and he can't come out. It take too long, and you're down there working, he'll try to sneak off someplace and light a fag. Well, that doesn't you know, not a good idea.
- 59:24Unknown: A man like that would get a whooping real quick. Go ahead. Rick was trying to say something. Was that you, Rick, I think? No. I think that was me. Oh, it's Paul. Hey, Paul. There's
- 59:34Unknown: a
- 59:35coal fired power plant in Minnesota in in Sherburne County, it's called the Sherco
- 59:41power plant.
- 59:42And
- 59:44what they do is they take coal
- 59:47and they grind it and powderize it and blow it into the furnace under pressure.
- 59:54And
- 59:55you just can't believe
- 59:57the
- 59:59amount of Hades and hellfire going on inside that thing. Yeah. I can imagine. And that's what they do.
- 1:00:06Isn't there a town in Pennsylvania
- 1:00:09somewhere that's still smoldering
- 1:00:11because the mine underneath is burning?
- 1:00:14Unknown: Oh, there are lots of them. There's a lots of coal mines
- 1:00:18where lightning
- 1:00:19has struck the opening
- 1:00:21and started a fire
- 1:00:23that hasn't gone out, no kidding, more than one for over a hundred hundred and twenty five years. No.
- 1:00:29Yeah. And there's nothing they can do. You can't put them out. How are gonna, you know, And
- 1:00:35they just they just continue to burn, and they don't stop, and they'll burn the whole coal vein out.
- 1:00:41But that might take hundreds of years, see? I'll be darned.
- 1:00:44Yeah. Hundreds of years. Wow. There's enough coal there's enough coal in America
- 1:00:49Yeah. To run
- 1:00:52all of the energy needs.
- 1:00:54We're talking if you could convert it to all of our energy needs, which isn't practical, but if you could.
- 1:01:00For over from what we know, and this is probably not enough, but over six hundred to a thousand years.
- 1:01:07Now I think it probably is is unlimited.
- 1:01:09That's my thinking.
- 1:01:11Unknown: That was that's before data centers.
- 1:01:14Unknown: Oh, yeah.
- 1:01:15We got Enough coils.
- 1:01:17Are unlimited.
- 1:01:18Unknown: Go ahead. Somebody said something. There's there's enough coal in England
- 1:01:22to
- 1:01:24satisfy their energy needs for four hundred years.
- 1:01:27Just name Well,
- 1:01:29Unknown: thanks for saying it. Yeah. I I believe it. And that doesn't include all the peat
- 1:01:34that they've been mining for thousand years, which is still there. Correct. You know, peat is a fascinating stuff. It starts out
- 1:01:42as vegetable
- 1:01:43matter plants,
- 1:01:45and then it gets under a little pressure and it turns eventually by overburden and heat and pressure,
- 1:01:53it turns into what we call heat, p e a t,
- 1:01:57which is mined in Northern Europe and England, has been Scotland,
- 1:02:01and has been for centuries.
- 1:02:03And it's just a little bit compressed. And then it gets a little compressed more, and it turns into what we call
- 1:02:10lignite coal.
- 1:02:12And that means more overburden
- 1:02:13comes down on it from above, more rocks, more more things erode onto it, and it heat and pressure,
- 1:02:20and it compresses,
- 1:02:21it becomes lignite, that's kind of a brown coal, and then more pressure and heat over the centuries, it becomes
- 1:02:28anthracite,
- 1:02:30which is more compressed.
- 1:02:32And then over the centuries, it becomes more and more compressed. If it gets down deep enough, has enough weight on it, and is compressed enough, it turns into what we call diamonds.
- 1:02:43Unknown: Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Diamond is highly
- 1:02:47Unknown: condensed
- 1:02:48compressed
- 1:02:50carbon,
- 1:02:51which before was coal.
- 1:02:53Now that produces a problem with a lot of bible believing people for this reason.
- 1:02:59They say, well, God made the earth in six twenty four hour days. Okay. Yeah. I I don't argue with that, by the way. Or God did what he did in that narrative in
- 1:03:09six twenty four hour days. As a matter of fact, if you take the words for what they mean,
- 1:03:14that has to be the case. And god makes it clear in the context
- 1:03:18that that's the case, but going on,
- 1:03:21they say, okay, well then that can't be true. Coal can be made within a matter of weeks.
- 1:03:27That can that that can be true. That can be true. Yes.
- 1:03:31Coal can be made in a matter of weeks if given the right
- 1:03:35conditions. You know, people point to Mount Saint Helens,
- 1:03:39and I remember it blew up in '81,
- 1:03:42it was.
- 1:03:43Oh, and it was all over the news. I've been there. I've gone to the museum. I've been out in that And walked around. Yep. A pyroplastic
- 1:03:51Unknown: flow.
- 1:03:52Unknown: Oh, yeah. It was unbelievable.
- 1:03:54But what happened, there was a lake there created,
- 1:03:57and, of course, the the vegetable
- 1:03:59matter went down into it. It was covered up by a massive heated overburden,
- 1:04:05and the things that people had always said take millions of years to happen happened there real quick.
- 1:04:11And there's
- 1:04:13plenty of evidence of
- 1:04:16of the objects that men have made. The coal miners have found them in seams of coal. One famous object found in a seam of coal is a brass bell,
- 1:04:26a little handheld
- 1:04:27brass bell.
- 1:04:29All of these things are undeniable,
- 1:04:31but that doesn't mean that a lot of cold formations were formed over millions of years. You say, well, Brent, if you believe the Bible
- 1:04:39and you believe that God did what he did in the narrative of Genesis chapters one and two
- 1:04:46over
- 1:04:46over six
- 1:04:49days,
- 1:04:50then how can you say that the earth is
- 1:04:53as old as it is? Well, I and I don't know. I wasn't there. I'm just going on the evidence I have.
- 1:05:00But the bible does not say that God made the earth out of nothing in six days.
- 1:05:05That's a popular view
- 1:05:07of people that study the bible, that claim to understand the ancient languages,
- 1:05:13that in my humble opinion
- 1:05:15ought to know better.
- 1:05:17The bible doesn't say that anywhere.
- 1:05:20The
- 1:05:21first verse of the bible says, in the beginning, I will translate it into English.
- 1:05:27In the beginning, the popular translation is like King James,
- 1:05:32God created the heavens and the earth.
- 1:05:35The key word there is
- 1:05:38created,
- 1:05:39the Hebrew word bara.
- 1:05:42Does the does the Hebrew word bara mean
- 1:05:45that God created the universe out of nothing?
- 1:05:49And the answer is clearly,
- 1:05:51unambiguously,
- 1:05:52no. It didn't. It's not what that word means.
- 1:05:56That word means
- 1:05:58that God fashioned
- 1:06:01fashioned
- 1:06:02the earth. In other words,
- 1:06:04he molded it, he fabricated
- 1:06:07it, he put it into a special
- 1:06:09form.
- 1:06:10Mhmm. It doesn't say what that special form is.
- 1:06:13It just says he did it.
- 1:06:16Okay. We know that much for sure. To say anything else, it's pure speculation.
- 1:06:21And our common law tradition and the bible, both the laws of nature and the laws of nature god nature's god are utterly
- 1:06:29utterly intolerant
- 1:06:31of silly speculation,
- 1:06:32and all speculation without evidence
- 1:06:34is silly.
- 1:06:36And so we don't do that if we're using our heads.
- 1:06:40So we say, well, what do we know for sure? Well, we know for sure that God
- 1:06:44put the heavens and the earth. It says both.
- 1:06:48The the
- 1:06:50earth, the
- 1:06:52heavens, both of them
- 1:06:54into The Us a
- 1:06:55form. Doesn't say what. But then the next verse says, and the connector,
- 1:07:01wa,
- 1:07:03the earth
- 1:07:05became
- 1:07:09formless
- 1:07:11and void.
- 1:07:14Formless
- 1:07:15and void. Hebrew, Tohu Wavohu.
- 1:07:18Sounds ominous, doesn't it? Tohu Wavohu.
- 1:07:22Well, what it means is
- 1:07:24Tohu wa bohu. It's used also in Jeremiah, the word Tohu.
- 1:07:28And God says in Jeremiah, the prophet of Jeremiah,
- 1:07:32God did not make the earth
- 1:07:35Tohu.
- 1:07:37Well, that's easy.
- 1:07:38It says that in Genesis chapter one. He's just repeating what Genesis one and two say.
- 1:07:44Genesis
- 1:07:45one says, God created the heavens and the earth. He he he shaped them.
- 1:07:50That word is used to talk about, for example, that Hebrew, that Semitic word. Hebrew is a Semitic tongue.
- 1:07:58God uses that word to talk about a a sculptor who would take
- 1:08:04a chunk of stone and
- 1:08:06fashion something out of it.
- 1:08:08That's what God did in creation of the heavens and the earth. But then it says, as sequentially,
- 1:08:14constitution,
- 1:08:16wow, we call it the wow consecutive.
- 1:08:18In Hebrew grammar, it says, the earth became.
- 1:08:21It doesn't say the earth was,
- 1:08:23that's a verb of being. By the way, there is no verb of being in the Semitic tongues.
- 1:08:29Is,
- 1:08:31was,
- 1:08:31Latin,
- 1:08:32exist, things like that are not even part of the consciousness of a Semitic speaker.
- 1:08:38He doesn't, you know, in in the West, we people like Descartes,
- 1:08:43they got to thinking, he was a French philosopher.
- 1:08:46He says,
- 1:08:48do I have been, b e I n g?
- 1:08:52Do I have existence, to put it in the Latin? We
- 1:08:56have that concept in our Western world. They don't have they didn't have and the semitic world didn't even have a word for it. So
- 1:09:04they would say they didn't it doesn't say the earth became or the earth was formless and void.
- 1:09:10That word for was is not even there. That's fabricated
- 1:09:14to make smooth English, but that's not that's even inaccurate. It doesn't say that. It clearly says,
- 1:09:20the earth or the the land
- 1:09:24the land
- 1:09:25became,
- 1:09:26happened,
- 1:09:28befell,
- 1:09:29occurred,
- 1:09:30but became fits best there.
- 1:09:33Tohu, that means
- 1:09:35a wasteland,
- 1:09:36a bad land.
- 1:09:38You know, bad lands are land that are not land that is not good for anything, but just be it's just there. It doesn't
- 1:09:45it doesn't produce anything. The soil is no good. The climate is no good. If you go to the bad lands of New Mexico,
- 1:09:53remember the song
- 1:09:54out in the West Texas,
- 1:09:56town of El Paso. Remember that song? Sure. Yeah. And he said that after he killed that fellow, they were fighting over a girl.
- 1:10:05He jumped outside.
- 1:10:07I've I found a horse, a good one. I thought that he could run. On his back, I will and I way I did go, crossed to the Badlands Of New Mexico.
- 1:10:17He was in El Paso, which is right on the border there. Mhmm. And he Badlands. Well, what's you go to that area of the world, you see Badlands. They're just worthless desert flat, not good for anything. Well, good to hold dinosaur bones.
- 1:10:32Well, yeah. Well, it says that the world became
- 1:10:35a badland. And that's the way I translate it because that's fundamentally what the word means. Now, Campbell Morgan, he was an Englishman that came to America to teach. He was a
- 1:10:46he taught he taught Hebrew and the Old Testament and things like that. G Campbell Morgan, he's gone now.
- 1:10:52But he he said and, of course, he said this right after World War one.
- 1:10:57He said, to really understand what Tohu Wabohu is,
- 1:11:01picture
- 1:11:02no man's land between the French and the or the the German
- 1:11:07and French and English trenches in World War one. Uh-huh. What was out there? Now I've talked to men that fought on
- 1:11:15on the fields of France,
- 1:11:18and we had a fellow who was a veterinarian at home, a shirttail cousin. He joined up in World War one with Billy Atkins. His name was we called him Doc Downey. He was a horse doctor, a very important man at one time, of course, in a place that did a lot of farming.
- 1:11:33And Doc Downey said that he told me, he said, Brent he was shot, by the way. He was hit with a machine gun slug in the leg and laid on the battlefield for two weeks, and the and the gangrene set in. They took him to a hospital.
- 1:11:49And the French doctor said, well, you got two two choices, son.
- 1:11:53We'll either,
- 1:11:54have to cut your leg off or we could take a chance and put maggots in there and let them eat that infection out. But if we do that, you're taking a chance, the maggots giving you more infection than the gangrene.
- 1:12:06And which do you wanna do? And he said, well, I I take the maggots. And so they put the maggots in there, and they saved his leg.
- 1:12:13But he had a wound, amazingly, that never healed, and he couldn't he dressed it every morning, and he carried a limp the rest of his life. But doc Downey told me that no man's land between the trenches was
- 1:12:26filled with mud.
- 1:12:28Everything was blasted away. No vegetation,
- 1:12:32the bullets, the explosions. Yep. Dead,
- 1:12:35rotting bodies of soldiers.
- 1:12:37Yeah. There's nobody to venture out there to get them. You might get shot. Yep. The rats the rats moved in and fed on the bodies. Yeah.
- 1:12:45And g Campbell Morgan said,
- 1:12:47that's Tohu Wabohu.
- 1:12:49Unknown: It's a place There you go.
- 1:12:51Unknown: Yeah. You don't wanna go. You don't wanna go there.
- 1:12:54So the earth, the land, it says Good analogy,
- 1:12:58Unknown: Brent.
- 1:12:59Unknown: I yeah. I thought so too. That was g Campbell Morgan. And, of course, those of us well, we've seen pictures and heard people talk and
- 1:13:07but toe the the the earth god made the land
- 1:13:11and the heavens, but then he focuses immediately
- 1:13:14upon the land and he stays focused on the land
- 1:13:18throughout the rest of the bible.
- 1:13:20I mean, even Jesus Christ said, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on land as it is up in the skies.
- 1:13:27So
- 1:13:28the earth the land
- 1:13:31wasn't
- 1:13:33tohu wa bohu, it wasn't
- 1:13:35no man's land,
- 1:13:37it became
- 1:13:40no man's land.
- 1:13:41Mhmm. And darkness, it says, darkness not light was
- 1:13:45upon the face,
- 1:13:47the faces of the deep.
- 1:13:50And God said
- 1:13:52and then it says, and God said,
- 1:13:54let there be light,
- 1:13:57and there was light.
- 1:14:00God speak
- 1:14:02and things happen. Somebody said something. Go ahead. I'm I'm
- 1:14:06Unknown: confused. So the earth was without form and void,
- 1:14:10and then god moved upon the earth and he created tohu, something that was
- 1:14:16that was a matter without value or benefit.
- 1:14:20No. No. Thank you. Formed that into
- 1:14:23Unknown: Thank you, Paul, for yeah. No. And I wanna make sure I get this clear. This is a sequence
- 1:14:31between verses one and two,
- 1:14:33and thus the grammar demands a sequence in time.
- 1:14:36Verse one says, God
- 1:14:39shaped, fashioned, fabricated, made
- 1:14:42the heavens and the earth.
- 1:14:44Next in time,
- 1:14:45and the earth became
- 1:14:49tohu,
- 1:14:50wa vohu. It became the earth became a wasteland.
- 1:14:54The earth wasn't a wasteland.
- 1:14:56If the earth had been a wasteland in verse one,
- 1:15:00it could not have become a wasteland in verse two.
- 1:15:04Therefore, we know that it was a waste it was not a wasteland in verse one. It became a waste wasteland in verse two, and that's why the prophet Isaiah based upon that text says, God did not create, fabric shape
- 1:15:18the the earth, the land.
- 1:15:20Tohu. He didn't do that. It became Tohu. Now the question is,
- 1:15:25Paul, did you wanna finish saying something? I got excited Well, about what you're
- 1:15:30Unknown: I just I just wanna say that the natural progression of that is it's a good thing god didn't start with California. Otherwise, he would have
- 1:15:38the earth would have made tofu.
- 1:15:41It would have been made of Oh.
- 1:15:44Unknown: Yeah. Tofu. Yeah. This
- 1:15:46is not the Chinese word, but the Hebrew word, the Semitic word, the West Semitic word, tohu.
- 1:15:53And it means wasteland void, good for nothing.
- 1:15:57And when my granddad I use this like to say this when I talk about this. When my great granddad
- 1:16:04when I was a little boy
- 1:16:05in 1959,
- 1:16:09my mother, my father,
- 1:16:11my other brother who was born, and there were two of us at that time,
- 1:16:15and my great grandma and my great grandpa, who and he'd never been more than a 100 miles from home.
- 1:16:21We got in an automobile and his he had a brand new Merc, a 1958
- 1:16:26Merc.
- 1:16:28And we got in that. Dad said, I'll pay for the fuel, Dave. His name was Dave, my great granddad, if you'll provide the car.
- 1:16:36And we drove down Route 66 all the way to California.
- 1:16:40Oh my goodness. All the way all the way just past Palm Springs to mom's cousin
- 1:16:46and my grandma, my great grandma's nephew,
- 1:16:49and we stayed there a few weeks. And when we got past
- 1:16:54the
- 1:16:55Texas Panhandle,
- 1:16:57we got into New Mexico,
- 1:17:00we got over there far enough, and we got into those bad lands, then it got even more intense, of course. My great granddad, who had never been in anything but a springtime jungle where we're from in the Wabash Valley and it's green sometimes all year,
- 1:17:16He looked around and he said, you know, out here, it looks like God
- 1:17:20finished making the world,
- 1:17:22and he had a bunch of stuff left over, and he just dumped it right here.
- 1:17:26Just piles of rocks and sand, you know, nothing. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. That's the that's Tohu,
- 1:17:33and it's a sequence. So if how long was it? Here's here's the question, and there were a couple of geologists in Scotland. Well, they're the founders of what we call modern geology,
- 1:17:45And one of them was named Lydel, l y d e l l, and the other one was named Lydel
- 1:17:52and Scott, I believe his name was.
- 1:17:55And they were geologists, and the discipline of geology
- 1:17:58as an as an organized discipline hadn't happened yet. Well, they invented it, and they invented it saying this,
- 1:18:05the processes,
- 1:18:07geological processes
- 1:18:09of this place we call Earth,
- 1:18:12occurred over periods of a
- 1:18:15long time,
- 1:18:17And if we if we recognize
- 1:18:19that,
- 1:18:20we can understand why
- 1:18:22there are streams
- 1:18:24that cut into rock and create canyons.
- 1:18:28There are
- 1:18:29alluvial fans of alluvial material that wash down out of the mountains and create this alluvium that looks like a fan coming down off the side of a mountain shaped like a fan if you look at it from above.
- 1:18:42Well, we will understand why in the Appalachian Mountains,
- 1:18:46if otherwise,
- 1:18:47we know they were flat
- 1:18:49flat formations
- 1:18:50of rock are compressed
- 1:18:52from the ends and folded up to make these ridge like mountains.
- 1:18:57If we we we know when we plant a fence post on the side of the hill, within four or five years, it's leaning downhill because of gravity.
- 1:19:06And if we look at geology
- 1:19:08like that,
- 1:19:09then we'll know
- 1:19:11we'll be able to know something and maybe know why things are the way they are and we can we'll we'll know, for example, when you see shale and you and you drill and you see it under the ground,
- 1:19:22then you know that there was water there that laid down the shale and the sandstone and in that order
- 1:19:28and the clay that turns to shale with pressure
- 1:19:31and that peat moss or peat
- 1:19:34turns to lignite, turns to anthracite,
- 1:19:37turns to diamonds,
- 1:19:39that'll all make sense.
- 1:19:41And that's what they said.
- 1:19:42Now the fundamentalist Christians attacked Lydell and Scott and say that they were godless men that invented what they call the gap theory.
- 1:19:51And
- 1:19:52they were not, number one, they were Christian men,
- 1:19:56bible believing Christian men,
- 1:19:59and I dare say they were more perceptive
- 1:20:02than a lot of fundamentalist
- 1:20:04Christians. And I these fundamentalist Christians are my friends. I'm not I just say at that point they're falling into the trap of being misled by by people that ought to know better.
- 1:20:16That
- 1:20:18there's nothing in the Bible that says the earth is not very, very old.
- 1:20:23And we don't know how much,
- 1:20:26and we don't know for sure all we don't know the Bible, the first two verses of the Bible tell us pretty much what I said and to say anything else is speculation,
- 1:20:35not fact. And without evidence, you you shouldn't say it.
- 1:20:39But we know that the earth was created in such a way that it was properly created the way God wanted it, whatever it was,
- 1:20:47and then something happened.
- 1:20:49Now I had a teacher one time in school that said he he was of the opinion that between Genesis one and Genesis two
- 1:20:57is when God hurled Satan and a third of his
- 1:21:02of the a third of the
- 1:21:06agents of God called angels
- 1:21:08hurled them from the skies,
- 1:21:11the Bible says they landed on the earth, on the land.
- 1:21:15And
- 1:21:16this fellow said it seems that that coincides
- 1:21:20with an awe and then when that happened, of course, that
- 1:21:23that polluted
- 1:21:25the land because we had an evil influence here.
- 1:21:28And of course, the devil himself, he was a person without a body as
- 1:21:34I said last week, and all of the demons are persons without bodies. They are spiritual wickedness that had been in high places.
- 1:21:43They're down here on earth, and they're seeking the bodies of living creatures
- 1:21:48such as a snake,
- 1:21:50a reptilian,
- 1:21:52and they enter those creatures to manifest,
- 1:21:55to interact with people,
- 1:21:58Adam's
- 1:21:59race,
- 1:22:01and that's what happened in the garden. Now that was that was on some evidence. Some
- 1:22:06The Bible is a book purely,
- 1:22:09a 100%,
- 1:22:10it's evidence. That's what it is.
- 1:22:13Recorded
- 1:22:14evidence.
- 1:22:16The testimony
- 1:22:18of God himself, the Bible calls it, and poured through the personalities
- 1:22:22of men while preserving their personalities,
- 1:22:26using their personalities
- 1:22:28and their vocabularies,
- 1:22:30whether it was limited or great, and using their consciences,
- 1:22:35God poured. And the Bible used the word uses a Hebrew word that means to pour.
- 1:22:39He poured his word, his truth through them.
- 1:22:42And they,
- 1:22:44by an act of their volition, wrote down,
- 1:22:48he was superintending
- 1:22:49as he promised to do the record of his testimony.
- 1:22:54And all of the Bible is his testimony,
- 1:22:57and Jesus Christ
- 1:22:58calls it his testimony,
- 1:23:01his evidence.
- 1:23:03And all evidence is the testimony of words.
- 1:23:06All evidence, even in our courts.
- 1:23:08Nothing means anything.
- 1:23:10Nothing you try to introduce into evidence, whether it be a smoking gun in a murder case,
- 1:23:16a a document,
- 1:23:18a written document,
- 1:23:19it's meaningless
- 1:23:21and is not evidence
- 1:23:22until somebody gets on the witness stand,
- 1:23:25substantiates
- 1:23:27what it is,
- 1:23:28tells what it is, and by firsthand
- 1:23:31factual perception of their eyes, their ears,
- 1:23:34their their senses says, yes,
- 1:23:37that is what it looks like it is. That photograph
- 1:23:41is,
- 1:23:42I took the picture myself, it's a representation
- 1:23:45of what I saw with my own eyes. So all evidence, never forget this, all evidence
- 1:23:51is of words.
- 1:23:53It is testimonial.
- 1:23:54And the bible and the record of it stands. A court record, of course, in our common law tradition,
- 1:24:00is a court of record record, it's word for word,
- 1:24:04and the Bible is that kind of a record according to Jesus Christ,
- 1:24:09according to the record itself,
- 1:24:11according to all of the tests
- 1:24:14we can apply to it
- 1:24:16of evidence that the Bible provides and the law of God,
- 1:24:20and according to all the tests of our common law tradition
- 1:24:24outside of the Bible that we've learned through the laws of nature.
- 1:24:29The Bible is
- 1:24:30not just reliable,
- 1:24:32it is an overwhelming
- 1:24:33reliable
- 1:24:34testimony.
- 1:24:35People say, well, how do you know that's what happened in Genesis one two? You weren't there. That's right. I wasn't there.
- 1:24:43But I have the evidence,
- 1:24:46the testimony
- 1:24:48that has never been, never at any point
- 1:24:52shown
- 1:24:53to be wrong even a little bit, shown to have communicated
- 1:24:58an error of fact. Never.
- 1:25:01And so I've been looking at it pretty close all my life. Well, for now
- 1:25:08pushing five decades pretty intensely
- 1:25:11and I don't I don't apologize about it. Yeah, real intensely, I'll give my testimony of what I found in it and what I continue to find
- 1:25:20is that I've never found an error in it, any contradiction either.
- 1:25:24Contradiction, two things that cannot be true at the same time cannot be true.
- 1:25:30It's not possible they be true at the same time and in the same relationship.
- 1:25:35Unknown: No such no such thing as contradictions
- 1:25:38according to Anne Rand. I believe she's correct.
- 1:25:41Unknown: Well, no. They're a contradict you can say a contradiction.
- 1:25:45Mhmm. Anne
- 1:25:46was a pagan, you know. Yes. I know. Think she was a Rothschild concubine at one time. Oh, yeah. She was pretty fouled up as a soup sandwich.
- 1:25:56Mhmm. But she but people like that are good
- 1:26:00at
- 1:26:01capturing,
- 1:26:03learning to act and capture
- 1:26:05the popular culture. That's what Hollywood is, for example. Of course. Or make it or make it.
- 1:26:11Well, manufacture
- 1:26:13a false one. Yeah.
- 1:26:14That's what politics is. That's what Hollywood is. That's what the rock and roll industry has always been, music industry.
- 1:26:22It's we wanna put you in fantasy land and make you think it's real. Yeah. They're masters.
- 1:26:26Unknown: They're masters at it. The whole racist.
- 1:26:30Unknown: But you've got to yeah. You've gotta be able to capture
- 1:26:33the popular culture,
- 1:26:35which in America has always been Christianized.
- 1:26:38And if you can capture it, you can make a lot of money, and that's what Anne Rand was. So what a lot of what she said was true,
- 1:26:45but keep in mind that she had a a drop of strychnine poison in all of it.
- 1:26:51Unknown: Well, I
- 1:26:53possibly.
- 1:26:54I've never read her stuff. I just know about her.
- 1:26:57Unknown: Well, I've read her most famous book is
- 1:27:00Unknown: Atlas Shrugged.
- 1:27:01Unknown: Yeah. Shrugged and yeah. Oh, yeah. But it's empty as a blown bladder. And when you don't have the spirit of god behind what you're saying
- 1:27:10and you're you're a fake as her culture is. You know, when Jesus Christ said to her culture,
- 1:27:17he said, talking to the phariseites,
- 1:27:21he said, oy,
- 1:27:23the Hebrew word oy, which means irreversible
- 1:27:26doom.
- 1:27:27It's all over but to cry and you don't get a second chance, you're hellbound.
- 1:27:32And he said that to the Phariseites.
- 1:27:34And he said it over and over and over. And the phrase was this. This is the record. He said, woe, we translate woe,
- 1:27:43woe, irreversible doom unto you,
- 1:27:46scribes,
- 1:27:47that's legal beagles,
- 1:27:49legal beagles I call them,
- 1:27:51and pharicites,
- 1:27:54actors.
- 1:27:55Scribes and pharicites,
- 1:27:57actors.
- 1:27:58Yes. No. Hypocrites.
- 1:27:59Hypocrites.
- 1:28:01Well, the word hypokratos,
- 1:28:02the Greek word hypokratos
- 1:28:03was their word for a stage actor. Yes. It's no mystery. It's not complicated.
- 1:28:09What is a stage actor? Well, the Greek word is hypokratos.
- 1:28:13Oh, what's a hypokratos?
- 1:28:15When I was in politics, Roger,
- 1:28:18Charlton Heston was very active for the promotion of second amendment rights.
- 1:28:25And he was invited to come to speak at a fundraiser
- 1:28:29for the guy running in for US senate.
- 1:28:32And court of course, that helped all of us. You know? Of course. We were all there. The people who were putting the fundraiser on asked me to introduce
- 1:28:40Charlton.
- 1:28:41Well, I was just humbled all to pieces, as you can imagine.
- 1:28:45We're talking about Moses here. Yeah. Right.
- 1:28:48Right. Well, what?
- 1:28:50Unknown: Right. How do you introduce Moses?
- 1:28:52Unknown: Yeah, and so I was pretty excited. I went down to the library, we used to have the old we had an old Carnegie Library in this little town,
- 1:29:00and
- 1:29:01I found I discovered
- 1:29:03his most recently written autobiography.
- 1:29:07And so I read it.
- 1:29:09And I always kinda liked the guy, and I had been interested when I you know, you got Moses, he played Moses, then The Big Country, that was a famous movie. Mhmm. The most the greatest show on earth with Jimmy Stewart. He was in that. And then he played Michelangelo,
- 1:29:25and on and on and on it goes.
- 1:29:27Well, I was trying to discern something flattering to say about him, and I did like this movie he made called Al Sieber.
- 1:29:35Al Sieber was the man he played
- 1:29:38the part of Al Sieber, who was a army scout, who orchestrated the capture of Geronimo.
- 1:29:44But then Al, just before the capture, after he orchestrated it all for the general, the officer there,
- 1:29:50Al got shot in the hip by an
- 1:29:53Apache scout who got mad at him because he promised him a bottle of whiskey
- 1:29:58if he'd do a certain thing.
- 1:30:00Now, one thing about these Apaches, they were pretty brutal,
- 1:30:04But if if if
- 1:30:06they said they were gonna do something, they made a deal with you and you promised them something, they'd do it.
- 1:30:12Well, that was true. Mhmm. And if they didn't do it, and the penalty was death, and it was for them,
- 1:30:19they'd just stand still while you shot them. And Al Sieber had a lot of them shot, and then never balked. They were a tough bunch.
- 1:30:26One of them thought that Al had promised him something that he
- 1:30:30and by the way, Al Sieber was a German immigrant from Missouri.
- 1:30:34That's why he was good friends with Tom Horn.
- 1:30:38Tom Horn was a young fella, he was his family were of German immigrant descent that had settled on a farm in Missouri.
- 1:30:46Well, Tom had come out West as a young man working for the
- 1:30:50working for the stagecoaches,
- 1:30:52and he took him on as his kind of like his student. And Tom learned the Apache tongue, he learned
- 1:30:59how to track real good, he was just quite a fellow. Well, Tom ended up with the honors of capturing Geronimo because Al got hit in the hip with a big
- 1:31:10slug of crippled him the rest of his life.
- 1:31:14Brutal world, boy. Brutal. What people went through to try to Okay. Hey. Bring the the land Here's bulletin.
- 1:31:23Unknown: It still is.
- 1:31:24Unknown: It's a good point, Roger. Nothing's changed. You know, the the only way they captured Geronimo was the was it General Crook? I believe that was his name. Or, no, it maybe was Miles, whichever one it was.
- 1:31:37He said, look. I'm tired of trying to capture engines with, white men. White men don't have what it takes to capture engines, especially Apache.
- 1:31:46So what he ended up doing was he said, we'll go to the engines.
- 1:31:49We'll find the ones that hate the Apaches, because the engines all hate each other, always have, you know, the different tribes. And the Kioway, the Apache and the Kioway have been trying to murder murder each other for a few centuries.
- 1:32:02So he got the Kioway to come work for the US army as scouts,
- 1:32:07and then then he found a few Apaches that were disgruntled, and they got them. And that worked. That worked. They they were able to do it, and they tracked them down.
- 1:32:15Unknown: Because they knew them. See? They knew their game. That that the tribe they brought, they were those ones that were the astute trackers. Right? Oh. I mentioned them. I mentioned them on the show here in Skyway.
- 1:32:27Yes. I I think that's right.
- 1:32:30Yeah. I wasn't there. I just know what I read, Corey. Well, me too. And what I'm doing is drawing an analogy between this and our traditional enemies because that's what they do. It's like the kiwi would would would stalk up the edge of a hill, look over and see the cavalry,
- 1:32:47and then they turn around
- 1:32:49and back out with a brush
- 1:32:52Unknown: and brush their footprints out. Oh, that's That's what our enemies do. Right there. Yeah. That's what's axiomatic, but these these Apache and Conaway, according
- 1:33:04according to what I've read in newspapers
- 1:33:07of the time and things like that.
- 1:33:10Unknown: It's a little We get old classical music from somewhere. I love it, but is it intentional?
- 1:33:16Unknown: Yeah. Brent's gotta talk about commonlawyer.com
- 1:33:19Unknown: before we run out of And I've got something I wanna talk to Brent about too, so let's combine both of those, and we'll have a few minutes left. Maybe we can open the phones.
- 1:33:29Alright. What are Let's mess. You wanna get this, documentary on, Martin Short. You see this Martin Short thing called life is short? Get that documentary.
- 1:33:38You'll learn what
- 1:33:40a man like Martin Short went through suffering the death of his mother,
- 1:33:45his father,
- 1:33:46and his brother all within the same year. And a greater comedian
- 1:33:51you've never seen. Okay? Regardless of, you know, individual taste, it's kinda like wine, but Martin Short.
- 1:34:00Unknown: Okay. Please tell me. Don't wait. Don't go away. No. Please please tell me. No. He already went away. He went away. Oh, he already went away. He's not welcome here.
- 1:34:11Unknown: So Oh, he's not? Oh. Oh. One of the few times in my whole career I've had to ban somebody from the show, Brent. I'm sorry to say. Oh, well, how did he doing it. Hate doing it.
- 1:34:22Oh, well, no way. I'll We've talked about it before. He's a disruptor. He comes on here. He has something nice here. He's
- 1:34:29Unknown: still listening.
- 1:34:30Unknown: Evidently, trying to get back in our good graces and snuck in, but he just generally, when he comes on here, quite disruptive, and I'm just not gonna have it. Yeah. And keep in mind, folks, just to review First Amendment law here,
- 1:34:44Unknown: freedom of speech freedom of speech is
- 1:34:49only the the constitution of The United States only guarantees freedom of speech,
- 1:34:54where the government tries to limit it. And we're not the government. We can limit all the speech we want here. This is our That's a good point. Thank you. Our prime yeah. The the First Amendment only applies when it the freedom of speech clause to limit
- 1:35:07what the government does to free to limit speech. And if somebody wants to limit speech in their home You mean like their radio platform
- 1:35:15Unknown: You mean like send
- 1:35:17would that be like sending the secretary of war to an to a an election? I
- 1:35:22Unknown: I don't know how to think that one through.
- 1:35:25Unknown: No. It's it's against a piece of legislation called the Hatch Act, evidently,
- 1:35:29Whether mister Massey and his team are gonna decide to contest it or not, we'll see. Don't know that that decision
- 1:35:36has been made yet, but like I said earlier, life is full of every one of you have had this happen. Something terrible happens,
- 1:35:43and you you you it's grievous on everything else, and yet it turns out down the line to be the very best thing that could ever happen to you. So I've had it happen. I'm sure all of you have too.
- 1:35:55Brent,
- 1:35:56before you launch off on Common Lawyer, this is for you. You got you got you you and missus Brent produced nine children,
- 1:36:04of which I know one, the eldest, as you know. Yeah. And you've got how many grandchildren?
- 1:36:10Unknown: I I saw I saw over 22, but I'd I I don't remember because
- 1:36:16Unknown: I can't keep track of when they Yeah. Well, that's I can see that. I can see about numbers and how that happens.
- 1:36:22Do a lot of them live close?
- 1:36:24Do what? Do do a lot of them and their families live close to you and Sue?
- 1:36:30Unknown: Some are and, yeah, some are, but some aren't. The and our our the roads are good, and it's easy to travel, and our culture has changed that way, as you know. Okay. So no. Well, they're not just all hanging around. Matter of fact yeah.
- 1:36:43Unknown: Go ahead. Well, I just wanna ask you because I know you don't keep up with the news.
- 1:36:47Have you heard about this lone star tick infestation?
- 1:36:53What's it called? Lone Star tick? Yes, sir. Are you aware of what's going on? No. I didn't know about this. That's exactly why I wanted to bring this up. Okay? It's called the spotted Texas tick or something. Uh-huh. They have weaponized that tick,
- 1:37:09and they have put a August Gauss or whatever the it is similar to
- 1:37:15the
- 1:37:16thing that was going around with the Lyme disease, which is nothing but a slightly
- 1:37:22adjusted
- 1:37:24syphilis barricade,
- 1:37:25by the way. It's similar to that, but it injects
- 1:37:29a substance when it bites you that basically
- 1:37:32without any scientific
- 1:37:34stuff. It makes you allergic to meat, and it can kill you.
- 1:37:38Okay? Oh. Now they've been flying over the country and dropping boxes
- 1:37:42with no telling how many millions of these ticks,
- 1:37:46even in places they've never been before.
- 1:37:48K? Uh-huh. We got pictures of them on the ground that people won't even touch the little container because there are just millions of them on it. K? So a lot over the country except for the tofu lands where they wouldn't make it anyway.
- 1:38:03So Yeah.
- 1:38:05I saw an interview of an old surveyor,
- 1:38:08and he said they asked him, how do you in your job, how do you keep away from ticks and chiggers?
- 1:38:14And he said an old sold old sold surveyor
- 1:38:17taught me how. It's very inexpensive.
- 1:38:20You need to tell all your family about this because this is serious. K? I mean, it's real serious.
- 1:38:26You go to the tractor store and you get a bag of sulfur.
- 1:38:30Teeth, ticks, and fleas absolutely
- 1:38:33detest
- 1:38:35sulfur.
- 1:38:36It's cheap.
- 1:38:37You go get a sock
- 1:38:40and put sulfur in that sock and then tie the end,
- 1:38:43and every time you're going out, you beat your legs and feet and shoes with that sulfur ball,
- 1:38:50and you won't have any of these things on you. They they
- 1:38:54evidently almost run from it. Okay? Inexpensive,
- 1:38:58please tell your family. Okay?
- 1:39:01Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 1:39:02Wow. I never heard of that. I thought you said Texas tick. I thought you were talking about everything else the Texans talk about down there. They they say it's bigger than everything else. Well, I'm not sure that it's about the size of a tick, but it's real it can be very deadly.
- 1:39:17Unknown: I I mean, can you go imagine now? Of course, hold it. Pfizer's coming to the rescue. They've got a vaccine for it. They had taken it off the market because it only achieved so much sales, and now they're bringing it back. So you three or four of their good vaccines,
- 1:39:32no doubt loaded with MNRA and everything else they can put in there, and you can probably, maybe, hopefully, get taken care of. But the best way is just to take this simple remedy,
- 1:39:43make it part of you, your routine.
- 1:39:46The moms instruct the children if they're not stay at home moms, when you're going out and playing in the woods, in in the grass, whatever you do with the animals, whatever you're doing, and do this with your animals too.
- 1:39:57And they won't have this tick on them, but there's already
- 1:40:00there's no telling how many millions these things are. Of course, they're biting the animals too, the deer and all all the other animals.
- 1:40:08So I just I know you don't watch the news. You got a big family. I know you love them, and they love you. And this is a serious threat out there that's easily remedied. I just wanted to tell you personally about it. I mentioned it yesterday on the air, so probably most of the folks on the air have heard that too, but that that good cheaper there's another thing called
- 1:40:28cedar side
- 1:40:30evidently from the they they make it from cedar somehow.
- 1:40:34And you spray yourself with that, you'll get the same results, but, of course, it costs a little money. Don't know how much. Don't know any of the specifics here, but I just wanna make sure you, with your extended family, know about that.
- 1:40:47Unknown: Well, thanks, Roger. I'm gonna look if I type in Texas tick, I'll find out.
- 1:40:52Unknown: Think it's called the spotted Texas tick or the Texas spotted tick. Well, just put ticks in, man. You'll get all kinds of stories. Lone tick.
- 1:41:01Lone Star tick. There you go. Thank you, Paul. Man. Makes you wonder, yeah, who's doing all this? Like, they Oh, it doesn't make me wonder at all. Bill Gates is vocal about it. Oh, he is? Hell well, yeah. And he's also doing the mosquitoes. You don't know about the mosquitoes either, do you? Flying syringes?
- 1:41:17Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:41:19Unknown: I'll be there. Well, they got them all souped up, and there's pictures of them dropping swarms of them out of a plane over Florida, and then people getting stuff like dingy and all kinds of other stuff that hadn't been there or never or in years. So, yeah, this is the one of the vectors of attacks is taking Wow. Taking
- 1:41:38nature, turning it against us, and using it as a weapon.
- 1:41:41Unknown: Well, we had one of our listeners.
- 1:41:45If they're listening, they'll know that I'm talking about them. I don't mention names, but
- 1:41:51one of them said to me, him and his wife talking to me,
- 1:41:56and said, when I finally figured out
- 1:42:00during COVID
- 1:42:02that the government is trying to kill me,
- 1:42:06that changed everything. Yep.
- 1:42:08And it's true. Aladdin, you said this earlier. We live in a dangerous world, and if you're not willing to deal with it, and only by the spirit of God can you even see it,
- 1:42:19it's ugly, friends, but God says
- 1:42:22that he will protect you. That's
- 1:42:24Unknown: what he promises. This couple I had dinner with last night. He's 71,
- 1:42:28very successful dentist,
- 1:42:30whole career,
- 1:42:31loves it, still works three days a week. They're like little lovebirds,
- 1:42:36and she we talked about it at dinner. She said, Roger, if you'd come up to Dean and try to tell him this stuff, he'd called you a wacko nut. But because we got involved
- 1:42:47with each other, he'll listen to me,
- 1:42:49and I was able to open his eyes. And here this guy is in his late
- 1:42:54sixties
- 1:42:55finding out he's been lied to his whole life.
- 1:42:58That that that some people can't handle that.
- 1:43:02Unknown: Roger, I'm gonna I'm gonna
- 1:43:04take a little bit of issue with what you said. Okay. That's fine. I believe I believe God
- 1:43:10opens the eyes, of course.
- 1:43:12It's and he uses fellas like you to get the job done.
- 1:43:17So I try to keep in mind that that you didn't open his eyes, but God did. Yeah. Well, yeah, through his wife, through his new sweetie.
- 1:43:25Unknown: Yeah. I I get it. Pillow talk pillow talk can be very effective.
- 1:43:30What's that? Pillow talk can be very effective. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:43:38Unknown: Was that, Paul? Don't forget to talk about commonlawyer.com.
- 1:43:42Unknown: Okay. Yeah. Well, enough of that. I just wanted you to know about ticks. And since I figured you didn't, since you didn't, I had to go and do an explanation.
- 1:43:49Don't know if the audience gotten some new audience and hadn't heard that, hadn't been keeping up with things. This is something you better damn well pay attention to, unless you just wanna eat vegetables and stuff the rest of your life
- 1:44:01and potentially die. It's potentially fatal, by the way.
- 1:44:05Unknown: Well, thank you, Roger. I am gonna look, and thank you, Paul, for breaking in
- 1:44:11and allowing me to say, because people are
- 1:44:14saying by this time, some people are saying, who is this guy?
- 1:44:18Either saying he sounds weird. He's a fast man.
- 1:44:21Yeah. Hell no. I don't think they look at it that way. They just say, well, who is he?
- 1:44:26And so this is Roger Sales, by the way, and not this, the other fellow there. I'm there. Yeah. I own up to it. Roger Sales is I'm an anti I'm a publicly admitted anti semitub.
- 1:44:39Oh, I don't Roger, I don't thank you. Listen, Roger. An anti Semite to somebody who doesn't like descendants of scale.
- 1:44:47Unknown: I know. I I know. You. I'm using it in their vernacular. I'm I'm turning the I'm turning it around and throwing it right back at them. Well, that's right. And they said they asked Thomas Massey during this elections
- 1:44:59Unknown: when
- 1:45:00Unknown: The CBN I know the I know the interview you're talking about. CBS reporter.
- 1:45:04Unknown: Yeah. And it's and he well, of course, I won't second guess his political method, but he said,
- 1:45:11I'm not, but why wouldn't he say, well, what and I would say, I should say it this way, I would say, well, define an anti Semite. I have a lot of friends that are Arabs. That's right. They're anti Semites, and they're Christians, by the way. I had a fellow telling me that on the radio one time, he was a Luther, and he said, I I read a fellow, a Jewish fellow called him an anti Semite on the show. I was on the show at the time.
- 1:45:36He said, don't do that to me, friend. You're not gonna pull that on me. He said, I got a lot of Arab Christian friends There you go. In Palestine.
- 1:45:45Yeah. That was that was fifteen years ago, Roger. Yeah. Right.
- 1:45:49Unknown: So I know you're not. But anyway Some people knew. Some people understood. Go ahead. This is Brent.
- 1:45:55Unknown: Brent Allen Winters commonlawyer.com.
- 1:45:59Www.commonlawyer.com.
- 1:46:04You can go to the website commonlawyer.com
- 1:46:08and take advantage of the resources that are there.
- 1:46:11At Winter's Inn, the law school, we've got about a dozen
- 1:46:16law school courses,
- 1:46:18audio and visual.
- 1:46:20In the can. You can take advantage of those. Most popular course has been the militia clauses, the four militia clauses of our constitution.
- 1:46:29Among other popular courses, the
- 1:46:32How to Draft a Common Law Trust,
- 1:46:35The Common Law Trust, that's another one. The Sheriff at Common Law,
- 1:46:40all of these courses
- 1:46:42I we teach
- 1:46:44with,
- 1:46:45in conjunction with, sheriff Darleaf of Berry County, Michigan.
- 1:46:50I appreciate his kindness and
- 1:46:53being a co presenter with me in these courses.
- 1:46:57And also
- 1:46:58the
- 1:46:59the bible translation,
- 1:47:01a common lawyer translates the bible from the original tongues,
- 1:47:05the good book uncooked,
- 1:47:07we call it. We don't want to cook the book, we want to deliver it up just the way it was delivered to us in the original tongues,
- 1:47:14And you can get that
- 1:47:16with over 35,000
- 1:47:18footnotes,
- 1:47:19over
- 1:47:20250 appendices now.
- 1:47:23The next edition, I'm working on getting it out. Every year or two, I I bring
- 1:47:29forth another edition of the bible, the translation of the bible, because
- 1:47:34I just keep learning and finding better ways. You know what? Most bible translators,
- 1:47:40the problem isn't that, oh, they don't know Hebrew,
- 1:47:43Aramaic, and Greek.
- 1:47:45The problem is they don't know English well enough. And so, you can you can work and find the meanings of the words, but what is the best English word to get it across?
- 1:47:55Depending upon, do you wanna be use popular speech and trendy speech, or do you want to use old Anglo Saxon? Now we have a policy, I say we, I'm just talking about myself.
- 1:48:06I have a policy of not using any words in my bible translation
- 1:48:12that are based on Latin.
- 1:48:14That would include French French words that have come into the English language
- 1:48:19and
- 1:48:20Latin words that have come into the English language,
- 1:48:23into our American English. I try to use only
- 1:48:26Anglo Saxon. And the reason for that is it's it's clear,
- 1:48:31simple words. Anglo Saxon is mostly one and two syllable words,
- 1:48:35and that's what I try to use. I mean, the King James Bible has a lot of Latin based words in it that have crept into And the reason for that, of course, is the translators of the 54 translators of the King James were educated
- 1:48:50as Roman priests.
- 1:48:52Most of the reformers all over Europe had been educated, they were highly educated men, but
- 1:48:59their primary
- 1:49:00language of which they were educated was Latin. In other words, when you went to university
- 1:49:05in those days, you weren't allowed to speak or write anything but Latin.
- 1:49:11Therefore, Latin they knew well, and whatever a man or woman knows well, that's what he uses.
- 1:49:16And so there are a lot of Latin words in the King all translations of the Bible. I said, I'm not gonna do that.
- 1:49:22I'm gonna get rid of these Latin words. They've plagued Christianity.
- 1:49:26They've plagued our understanding of God for so long. The Anglo Saxon tongue is short,
- 1:49:32hard hitting, punchy,
- 1:49:34and
- 1:49:35gets the point across quicker.
- 1:49:37Well, that's my policy, and I've had to work at that because
- 1:49:42in our American English, we have more Latin in our American English than
- 1:49:46the Brits do on the other side of the pond. They've got a pure English. And I don't like it. I don't like it. The Latin words are long and laborious,
- 1:49:55like I like to say. You know, in Latin, if you're talking about your intestinal tract, in Latin, it's called intestines.
- 1:50:03That's a that's a Latin word, intestines. But
- 1:50:06in in Anglo Saxon English,
- 1:50:09it's just one syllable instead of three.
- 1:50:12Guts.
- 1:50:12Unknown: Yep. Guts.
- 1:50:14Unknown: Now that's a punchy word.
- 1:50:16I like that word. Uh-huh. You know, we say in our in American, hey, man, has that guy got guts or not? I don't know if I ever hear that word that I don't think of that commercial the Dems ran against Barry Gaul. We're losing it. Yeah. We're losing the punchiness
- 1:50:31because we want to sound intellectual,
- 1:50:33see. And we want to learn all the big words and that's not what God wants. The Bible is not written. The Hebrew tongue is not like that, and neither is the Koine Greek of the New Testament. The Koine Greek of the New Testament is the sailor's speech, the merchant's language. It is, by the way, in his language. Greek
- 1:50:52of the Roman Empire.
- 1:50:54Very rough, very low, very very punchy. You know, the word that translated intestines
- 1:51:00in the Greek New Testament is a word that is onomatopoeia.
- 1:51:05That means it sounds like what it's talking about. Uh-huh. Right? The knock of the door, the buzz of the bee, the hit of Well, the the word for intestines in the New Testament is, listen to this word,
- 1:51:19splagchnaw.
- 1:51:22Splagchnaw.
- 1:51:24And
- 1:51:26it's an imitation of the sound
- 1:51:28of guts hitting the bucket when you gut an animal.
- 1:51:32Yikes. You you hang a hog up a
- 1:51:34calf or a deer,
- 1:51:36and you split his belly open, and then you finally split the
- 1:51:41membrane
- 1:51:42open of the muscles, the abdominal muscles. We used to do this.
- 1:51:46And you'd have a big tub down there under the critter, you got him hung up by his back legs, and the guts just flop out. Yeah. And with a big animal, that's a lot of guts.
- 1:51:56You
- 1:51:59Unknown: know? What? This earthly sound. Well, what's that about? Hear you're talking about Indians earlier. I heard a guy, big military guy, fills in for Alex occasionally I can't. Uh-huh. Remember his name, but he's read a lot of these Indian books. He's in Texas. And he said something that blew me away. You know? You say, you gotta be willing to fight like the Indians to fight them. Right?
- 1:52:20They it was so hard to catch them because they were always going. They wouldn't cook their food. They ate everything wrong because they didn't want a fire there.
- 1:52:29And what they would do with their donkeys, they carry donkeys with them.
- 1:52:34Uh-huh. And they would kill the donkey,
- 1:52:37gut it,
- 1:52:38split open the stomach,
- 1:52:41and eat what was in the stomach.
- 1:52:44Unknown: Yeah. These weren't what you call they didn't have any Christian sensibilities of what they ate. Yeah. I mean, even eating the flesh of a
- 1:52:51jackass, a donkey, or burrow, the bible forbids,
- 1:52:56and horses, by the way, because it's dangerous, that's why. Uh-huh. But when you're starving, I mean, that's different. The Bible gives leave for things like that, but Yep. Yeah. Well They they would find mud. They wouldn't find water, they'd find mud,
- 1:53:10Unknown: and they would eat mud to extract the water from the mud. Yeah. Well, they know how to I wanna clarify I
- 1:53:17Unknown: wanna clarify something that this whole track of conversation
- 1:53:20of disgusting foods started with tofu. So just make a note of that. Sorry, Paul. I know it's right before lunch too. I mean, I'm sorry.
- 1:53:30Unknown: Paul, it wasn't tofu. I said it was tohu.
- 1:53:34Unknown: Tohu. But but I said tofu.
- 1:53:37Unknown: I know.
- 1:53:38Yeah. I know. It's been the word Tasmanian word association hour again. Lives up to his reputation today.
- 1:53:45Yeah. But go to commonlawyer.com,
- 1:53:47www.commonlawyer.com.
- 1:53:50And on Saturdays and Sundays, you can listen to us. Go to the media button. It tells how you can click on the link and just on your cell phone, your iPhone, or your computer.
- 1:54:00And we on church, we call it
- 1:54:02well, in church, on Sunday, we call it in church
- 1:54:06attached to Winter's Inn, the law school, and you can listen to us teach through books of the Bible. We're presently in the book of Exodus,
- 1:54:15where we've gotten all the way to chapter 23.
- 1:54:17We started in Genesis a few years back. We're not we're not in a hurry.
- 1:54:22It's the tortoise.
- 1:54:24Unknown: The tortoise tour of the bible.
- 1:54:27Unknown: It what? What's that, Roger? It's the tortoise
- 1:54:30Unknown: tour of the chapters of the bible.
- 1:54:32Unknown: Oh, yeah. We're
- 1:54:34so you can join us on Sundays, join us on Saturdays. We do pretty much the same thing. The laws of nature,
- 1:54:41we do, and the laws of nature is God. The laws of nature are common law tradition.
- 1:54:45And the laws of nature is God, the Bible, the court of last resort, and cases of any apparent inconsistencies
- 1:54:52or inconsistencies between those two volumes. The first unwritten are common law. The second,
- 1:54:58written, the Bible.
- 1:55:00Well, that's commonlawyer.com.
- 1:55:02Unknown: Thank you, Paul. Okay. Listen. If there's anybody in the audience who got a question or a comment, you got a couple of minutes. We've, of course, eaten up the hour. That's how much Brent and I enjoyed this, the two hours we spend together. So if you're one of those folks got a question, comment, observation, analysis,
- 1:55:18a 6 will get you here. We'd love to hear you.
- 1:55:24Unknown: And your name does not start with f.
- 1:55:27If your name does not start with f, press 6 and speak up. That's
- 1:55:32Unknown: a real conundrum for me, this guy.
- 1:55:35Really is.
- 1:55:37Okay. Well, listen. Brent will be on his
- 1:55:41blistering
- 1:55:41seven day, week schedule.
- 1:55:44Tomorrow, we'll be here on our usual time zone on our weekend show
- 1:55:48and find out what is happening and what's discussable.
- 1:55:52Maybe we'll have some new students. You never know.
- 1:55:56So, anyway, whether you're with us tomorrow or soon or next week, we'll see you soon. Love you. I wanna ask them. Can I ask some? Okay. Of course, Christian. Go ahead.
- 1:56:10Unknown: Well, you got a voice recognition.
- 1:56:13I had to ask you and Brent. You know, I kinda I kinda feel stupid.
- 1:56:19I am stupid
- 1:56:20because
- 1:56:21I had this paperwork in on the on the paying the debt because I had conviction that
- 1:56:27that I should do, like you said, in common law, you know, is that and, Brent,
- 1:56:33about paying
- 1:56:34paying this debt that I got charged off of by the Citibank that I had a loan. And the thing is
- 1:56:42now they oh, yeah. I've got all my paperwork in and stuff, and now
- 1:56:47they want us I said, well, you know, you kinda told me about just go ahead and make an agreement and see what they'll do.
- 1:56:56And
- 1:56:57because,
- 1:56:58you know, the debt's there, and just because I'm a a national now, that then it's it's after the fact. But, anyway, what I'm saying is trying to do convicted about
- 1:57:08what God wants me to do. It should like, if I owe Brent Winters or or you
- 1:57:14a debt, and then you go get an attorney
- 1:57:17like this this debt did.
- 1:57:20And we had quite a conversation the other day with Julie and everybody
- 1:57:24about it. And, you know,
- 1:57:27I was just about to go to court this next week
- 1:57:30and
- 1:57:31to
- 1:57:32but I said, shoot.
- 1:57:35Common law, if I harm somebody, I'm gonna need to go ahead and pay the debt. So now they got my so I tried to make an agreement with them. They said, sure. How about a $100 a month?
- 1:57:45But I'm gonna have to pay the full amount of the debt, which was $2,800.
- 1:57:50So now
- 1:57:52they asked me, you can do a portal, you know, and and we'll get an agreement real quick. I said, no. I said, I don't wanna do I don't know how to do a portal. Okay? So so I
- 1:58:05said they so then they asked me for my
- 1:58:08my routing number,
- 1:58:10and they're gonna send me an agreement. Routing number and my bank number. Now I'm scared. Now I'm scared. No. I've already Don't do that. You give them the routing number. They will take they will drain you in and start.
- 1:58:22Unknown: Yeah. You lean levy garnishment seizure,
- 1:58:25Unknown: don't do it. Tell them you will send them a money order for a $100 every month.
- 1:58:31And
- 1:58:32that's it.
- 1:58:33Don't give me a routing number or any banking information whatsoever.
- 1:58:37They will use it, and they will drain your account.
- 1:58:41Unknown: Well, and I've done I've already done well, I haven't agreed to it except that you're supposed to get a letter and sign it. You know? But what about is it too late?
- 1:58:53Unknown: Well, have you got bill have you got bills to pay?
- 1:58:57Unknown: Oh gosh. Yeah. I got that tax bill to pay for my man.
- 1:59:01Unknown: Well, pay pay your bills. That's what that money's in the bank for, ain't it?
- 1:59:07Unknown: Yeah. That I mean understand the spirit of what you're doing, Christian, but here's my question.
- 1:59:12Do you is this a credit card debt or a loan?
- 1:59:17Unknown: Credit card debt.
- 1:59:18Unknown: Okay. Well, you know, it's a a debt you appeared to have you since or been able to prove you think any kind of fraud that should negotiate that? You could
- 1:59:29oh, like, we're about to end the program.
- 1:59:32Hold on. We're gonna continue this little discussion with Christian.
- 1:59:35In just a minute, we'll, wherever you are, whoever you are, we'll, hopefully, one of us, Brent or myself,
- 1:59:42will come in contact and see you again soon. Love you. Ciao.
- 1:59:47Okay. Have you been able to ascertain any kind of fraud involved in this? I'm kinda in Brent's camp here.
- 1:59:54Unknown: Well,
- 1:59:55that's that's what we were doing.
- 1:59:58But, you know,
- 2:00:00I'm going to a jay JP court, and I've been I've been just,
- 2:00:06you know, not I've been pro se. Okay? So I just, you know, I kinda started getting kind of
- 2:00:13freaked out about it and
- 2:00:15going to going to court. You know, it's like you said,
- 2:00:18at all cost, keep out of court if
- 2:00:21you can. And so my suggestion.
- 2:00:25So what I did is I went and made an agreement on the darn phone, and they said, well, well, they found out that my my son been in the hospital for almost two years, almost died.
- 2:00:36But, you know, that that's where I got distracted on this debt.
- 2:00:40So
- 2:00:41it's just like, okay. Now I'm fighting an attorney
- 2:00:45that that I don't
- 2:00:47he's he's supposedly had sent an affidavit.
- 2:00:49Well, he did send an affidavit of of the bill of sale to them that he the charge the debt was charged off from the bank for Tractor Supply.
- 2:00:59Okay? So
- 2:01:00so, you know, Larry had some input on this too. That that's what they do. That's what these debt collectors do, and you just can't hardly beat them. But,
- 2:01:09anyway, it's an LLC,
- 2:01:11and there's so many attorneys on there.
- 2:01:14And now I'm getting freaked out. I haven't signed anything yet. She hadn't sent it's gonna be seven to ten days before they send this this agreement with me that I supposed to sign, but they're already gonna because I gave them my darn
- 2:01:29routing number, they're gonna take the first the first $100 out
- 2:01:34Unknown: this this twenty ninth. I thought you said you didn't give it to him.
- 2:01:39Unknown: Yeah. I did.
- 2:01:41Unknown: Oh, he said he gave him the routing number.
- 2:01:44He said he gave him the routing number, and they were gonna send him an agreement that he had to sign and send it back
- 2:01:50Unknown: before he number is just how they get to the bank where your funds are. I think you they need the account number too.
- 2:01:57Unknown: Did you give them that too? They got that. They they wanted that too. Yeah.
- 2:02:02I gave them that too.
- 2:02:08Unknown: Pay pay all of your bills.
- 2:02:11Pay them ahead.
- 2:02:15Unknown: Withdraw your money from the bank.
- 2:02:18Withdraw the cash from the bank.
- 2:02:21Yeah. If you got money in there, be wise. No. Don't let them have access to funds if you've got any any substantial in there, Christian.
- 2:02:29Unknown: It comes in my Social Security check every every last of the month. So Okay. There's really nothing there because I've been paying taxes to up to up to what I can. Well You know? And Christian? Sorry. Hey, Christian. Yeah. Christian, you can't they cannot withdraw the money from the bank even if you gave them the routing number and your account number without you signing that agreement. Do not sign the agreement.
- 2:02:53Unknown: Okay. That's what they're sending you in the mail.
- 2:02:56Christian, don't you pay the damn bill? The final contract. Don't don't sign just add this. Part of being a national where we are and wanting to cross this line is you take on personal responsibility
- 2:03:08when you do that.
- 2:03:09And seems to me that if you wanna fulfill that, you'll try and adhere to that. And if there was fraud involved in it, like, you alluded to that, then that may be challengeable. But, otherwise, you signed up for it. Whatever the circumstances were, you gave them the number of the plastic.
- 2:03:28And if it was me, I'd pay it.
- 2:03:31Unknown: Well, that's you know, he doesn't have a problem with paying it. He doesn't have a problem with paying it. The the problem is
- 2:03:38trusting
- 2:03:39that credit,
- 2:03:41collection agency
- 2:03:43to only honor the agreement and only take what he's willing to pay. Okay. Well then then take your signed with Asengya,
- 2:03:52Unknown: and at the bottom,
- 2:03:54add an addendum and say, I will pay it in monthly installments of $100
- 2:03:59in postal money orders.
- 2:04:01No bank
- 2:04:03grabbing.
- 2:04:04Yeah. And see if that and see if they'll honor that.
- 2:04:09Unknown: Okay.
- 2:04:10Okay. So but but she's already gonna take a $100 this month.
- 2:04:15Unknown: Well, what you can until you sign that agreement.
- 2:04:21Unknown: Okay. So should should I,
- 2:04:24let's see. Because she said she's gonna,
- 2:04:27put that okay. So I need to I okay. I'm supposed to let them know about any changes
- 2:04:33over the phone before I get my letter to sign. Okay. Well, you need to call them on Monday
- 2:04:40Unknown: and say, I'm this contract, you're asking me to sign something. I want, this addendum in it, or I want this stipulation in it. I'll pay you in monthly installments
- 2:04:50of postal money orders of $100. You're not getting into my bank account or having access to it. I think what they're proceeding on is verbal
- 2:04:58Unknown: permission that was given when he gave them the routing and account number. So that's what they're moving forward on the twenty ninth with, the first payment.
- 2:05:08Subsequent payments after that will be pursuant to signing the agreement and sending it back.
- 2:05:15Unknown: Okay.
- 2:05:16Hey, Roger.
- 2:05:18Unknown: I think that's not Doug Cosmos, is it?
- 2:05:23No. It's not. I'm going by a different name now. No. He didn't ever he never calls in here anymore, that Cosmos kid.
- 2:05:31Unknown: Yeah. It's hard to get in edgewise.
- 2:05:34Oh, I
- 2:05:35wanted to say
- 2:05:37here, this is my own personal experience.
- 2:05:41No.
- 2:05:42An old
- 2:05:44court case thing
- 2:05:46going back maybe fifteen years, whatever. And, you know, the debt collectors keep buying it up. But, anyway,
- 2:05:54I
- 2:05:57my
- 2:05:59Social Security
- 2:06:00for a while,
- 2:06:02and my bank contacted me,
- 2:06:05and they told me
- 2:06:07that
- 2:06:08these type of situations,
- 2:06:12your Social Security cannot be attached
- 2:06:15or
- 2:06:16any money, and no one can
- 2:06:19take money
- 2:06:20from that. Maybe the government can,
- 2:06:23but debt collectors and lawyers and all this stuff and they gave me an actual amount.
- 2:06:30They said I was getting, like, 1,400
- 2:06:33a month at the time,
- 2:06:35and it was they nobody can
- 2:06:38your you got $1,400
- 2:06:41a month coming into your Social Security.
- 2:06:43That's secured. Nobody can attach
- 2:06:46anything to it.
- 2:06:49Unknown: Okay. Even if they very much. If I was stupid stupid and gave them that routing number. Well, if they didn't gave well, that's why they're wanting permission. They're give permission, they can do it.
- 2:07:02Unknown: Well, but but in this situation,
- 2:07:05he has not
- 2:07:06said take it.
- 2:07:08Unknown: Okay? Just call your bank, Christian, and tell them what's going on and that you don't consent to them taking anything and make them change your routing number and your account number. No. Just tell them to stop on.
- 2:07:22Unknown: Okay.
- 2:07:23Unknown: What was that, Roger? Don't just put a stop on it. I just Roger. I think, though, they make you put a stop on it, but I don't know. You might have to give them specifics.
- 2:07:32You're just gonna have to call them and check it out, and you get you you just keep getting deeper and deeper. Yes, Larry?
- 2:07:41Unknown: Yeah. The the debt collector is this a credit card debt, Christian? Yes. Yes, sir. Yeah.
- 2:07:47A debt collector.
- 2:07:48Is it a third party, or is it a bank?
- 2:07:51Is it a bank using attorneys, or is it a third party debt collector?
- 2:07:56Unknown: No. They sold they look like they sold the debt to this LLC.
- 2:08:00Unknown: Right. Yeah. They they they cannot garnish
- 2:08:04social sick they cannot legally garnish or see Social Security benefits
- 2:08:09deposited into a bank account.
- 2:08:11However, debt collectors
- 2:08:13and they could still temporarily freeze your account,
- 2:08:17which is called a bank levy,
- 2:08:19when seeking a court judgment.
- 2:08:21Now here's how you could protect yourself. There's an automatic two month protection
- 2:08:26under federal rules.
- 2:08:28Banks must automatically
- 2:08:29review your account when a garnishment order arrives.
- 2:08:33They're required to protect up to two months worth of your directly deposited
- 2:08:38Social Security benefits.
- 2:08:40So to trigger this automatic protection,
- 2:08:44the benefits must be received via direct deposit.
- 2:08:48If you receive a physical check and deposit it yourself, the bank does not have to automatically protect
- 2:08:54the funds, meaning your account could be frozen until you go to court and prove the money is from Social Security.
- 2:09:00Is yours direct deposited?
- 2:09:02Unknown: It's direct deposited. Yes, sir. Yeah. I don't think they issue. They can't touch that money. Anymore, Larry.
- 2:09:09Unknown: What's that? My knowledge, they don't issue checks in The US anymore. I used to That's probably true. Because I'm outside the country. I don't think they do anything with direct deposit anymore. You can force them to send you a check because Dave did that.
- 2:09:23Unknown: They will still send checks, but you've gotta jump through numerous hoops to get them to do it. Otherwise, they'll switch you to direct deposit or send you a debit card.
- 2:09:32Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:09:33Christian, it's always the following year shoots. I may call
- 2:09:37Unknown: Hold on. Me just let Larry let Dave Dave Dave. Let Larry finish. We'll let you talk. What?
- 2:09:44Unknown: Only gotta say it one time, Roger. Jesus.
- 2:09:48Unknown: Well, I never know what the hell you're gonna say or where somebody's interrupt is gonna take us, Dave. Sorry.
- 2:09:57Unknown: I was just my name, and he said that I was jumping through hoops to get my check, and I'm not. Okay? It was very simple. But you can't Alright. Once you got a direct deposit at this point, you're not gonna get a check.
- 2:10:12Unknown: I yield. That's correct. Yeah. Christian, if I was in your shoes, I wouldn't even pay anything.
- 2:10:18I would I mean, they can't collect on it. If that's all you're getting is Social Security, they can't collect on it. You could just tell them, well, take me to court because all I have is Social Security. And what they're gonna do is they're just gonna discharge the debt or whatever they do
- 2:10:32to to, get rid of that. You know, they're not you haven't received a judgment on it. Right?
- 2:10:38Unknown: No. No. That's
- 2:10:40Unknown: Yeah. So they're
- 2:10:41and how much is the debt? Like, $2,000?
- 2:10:44Unknown: It's 2,800.
- 2:10:46Unknown: They're not gonna take you to court. You're gonna if you told them, all I get is Social Security benefits,
- 2:10:52and they are protected under federal law from garnishment,
- 2:10:55please just go away, and they probably will.
- 2:10:59Unknown: You go. I'd try that. Where I'm saying.
- 2:11:04Unknown: Come in. Okay. That's why I brought it up, Roger.
- 2:11:07And thank you, Larry. Thank
- 2:11:10Unknown: you, Doug. Good to hear from you. Good to hear from you. Yeah. Because I'm to get some
- 2:11:15sanity. Try to get some sanity in here. We've had all these this interaction and discussion.
- 2:11:22Christian, you were just talking. What were you gonna say?
- 2:11:25Unknown: Okay. I got a continuance.
- 2:11:27I got a continuance in yesterday because
- 2:11:32I was waiting on this to not to go to court on or 05/27.
- 2:11:36I was supposed to go to court on it. So I gotta continue have a continuance pretty well. She oh, the the court clerk at JP one, they said, yeah. We can give you a continuance till you get that letter because you got an agreement going on. We're gonna we give you a
- 2:11:53so that's what I need to do is is
- 2:11:58really go ahead and try to get this, noted that it's a Social Security
- 2:12:05and
- 2:12:06that I'm on Social Security. I'm 77 years old. You know? It's,
- 2:12:13and they're trying to take that you know, because I gave him the routing number. I gotta get him. This is this is good what Larry said.
- 2:12:20Unknown: Well, you need to contact them back, tell them your exact stipulation and say, I got you don't have anything hanging out with her for $3,000.
- 2:12:28They're not gonna go through a court action to try and get a judgment to come grab something, I don't think.
- 2:12:34Okay? Roger.
- 2:12:37Yeah. Okay. Hold on. Who said Roger right there?
- 2:12:41Jeffrey.
- 2:12:43Hey, Jeff. Talk right in the microphone, buddy. You're faint.
- 2:12:48Unknown: You bet. Let me tell that caller what I did worked for me. I had an emergency
- 2:12:54hospital visit,
- 2:12:57and
- 2:12:58the hospital tried to collect for me through letters,
- 2:13:02email, and then eventually went to a debt collector. Well,
- 2:13:08I wrote that debt collector
- 2:13:10one letter.
- 2:13:12I wrote,
- 2:13:13dear sirs, whatever,
- 2:13:16I do not know you. I have no contract with you.
- 2:13:20Sent a certified mail. Never heard from them again, and it's been seven, eight years. That's the simplest remedy ever right there, Christian.
- 2:13:31Unknown: Yeah. It is. What does Larry think about that?
- 2:13:36Unknown: Well, irregardless, I mean, that's a good idea, but still the facts in your situation are you have Social Security.
- 2:13:44You'll have you don't have any other sources of income. Correct?
- 2:13:47No. No. Right. So you're you're what's called judgment proof.
- 2:13:52Even if they went to court,
- 2:13:54if they for for this if they went to court and got a judgment against you, which would probably be futile
- 2:14:00on their part because it's gonna cost them money to file a case,
- 2:14:06you know, the the case filing to start a case
- 2:14:10and, and all the other expenses and then to pay for a summons.
- 2:14:14They have to go through all of those motions because that's due process.
- 2:14:18And, it's just not cost effective because debt collectors are a business. They're they're just like any other business. They wanna buy low, sell high,
- 2:14:26and and make a profit. So they buy these debts in bundles,
- 2:14:30you know, thousands of debts from from the banks,
- 2:14:33and the banks are selling them these these bundled of,
- 2:14:37you know, defaulted
- 2:14:40credit card debts and loans. 15? 1015%.
- 2:14:43It's kinda like it
- 2:14:46it's like pennies on the dollar. They they might pay on one. Yep. They might pay $200
- 2:14:51for, like, a a 20 a $1,520,000
- 2:14:53dollar.
- 2:14:54Correct.
- 2:14:56Unknown: They've already filed they had filed suit on me, and that's when I put the pay started to get fighting for verification.
- 2:15:02I got a last thing I did is a rule 12,
- 2:15:05and they still won't but they have sent me a whole bunch of doggone
- 2:15:10but they did send me a affidavit
- 2:15:13that they bought. They got a bill of sale
- 2:15:16and
- 2:15:17all that in the paperwork.
- 2:15:19Unknown: Yeah. So they they're they are selling the the banks are selling third party debt collectors
- 2:15:24a bundle of, you know, 500 or a thousand debts for pennies on the dollar, and then they have this agreement that they are selling. This is kinda like if you buy a used car from a dealership.
- 2:15:35Know, You some some dealers will
- 2:15:37say, you know, we're gonna give you, like, a a five month warranty or six month warranty.
- 2:15:42But, you know, when it comes to these debts, it's as is, and they're not they're not going to vouch for the accuracy
- 2:15:49of the information in the portfolio that the debt collector is buying.
- 2:15:53And so that's why it's always good to dispute the debt because there could be in there could be like, when a debt collector opens up your specific file and then they try to go after you, like, they'll send you the the, you know, the the notice that,
- 2:16:07you know, you have thirty days to dispute the validity of this debt, so on and so forth, one of those letters.
- 2:16:12And then they'll they'll list the original creditor and the amount.
- 2:16:16That may be all the information they have from that portfolio.
- 2:16:20And, so there could be missing information. You could just say, I dispute this debt and send it back to them, certified mail return receipt.
- 2:16:28And,
- 2:16:29and so they have to stop collecting
- 2:16:31for thirty days until they provide an investigation and and let you know, you know, some more information about that particular debt. But, your judgment proof, you could just write them back, call the law firm or who or no. I'm sorry. The the third party debt collector and talk to someone, you know, like a supervisor and say, look at I changed my mind.
- 2:16:53All I have is Social Security,
- 2:16:55and I've just I've just educated myself on this subject.
- 2:16:59And you can't touch my Social Security benefits. Even if you get a judgment against me, this is my only source of income. You can't touch me, so I'm not paying this. And you could go do what you wanna do. I I'm just not gonna deal with this anymore. And, or you could write out a letter like that explaining that, you know, that whole scenario
- 2:17:18and, and then, you know, see how they respond to that.
- 2:17:21Unknown: Roger?
- 2:17:22Unknown: I
- 2:17:23have a question.
- 2:17:26I have numerous questions for Christian. Comment comment me, Okay.
- 2:17:32Christian, what was the original
- 2:17:34debt amount before it was sold to the collection agency
- 2:17:40to the best of your knowledge? The
- 2:17:43Unknown: best of my knowledge is
- 2:17:45probably 2,200.
- 2:17:47Unknown: 2,200.
- 2:17:48So what they've done is they've sold it a couple of times, and every time a
- 2:17:53collection agency buys a debt as a bulk package, they put, they add $2,500
- 2:17:59in fees
- 2:18:00and then on top of that, so they alter the amount.
- 2:18:06Make an offer of settlement to the debt collector
- 2:18:10that you will settle that account for $1,000
- 2:18:14which you know is much more than they paid for the debt,
- 2:18:19and that you will pay it in installments of $100 a month for the next ten months.
- 2:18:27And
- 2:18:28on the final payment,
- 2:18:31they agree to mark your credit report paid as agreed
- 2:18:37and close your account forever.
- 2:18:40Just make an offer of settlement.
- 2:18:42A thousand bucks is easier than them having to pay lawyers to
- 2:18:47go after you for $2,800,
- 2:18:50and I know they only paid 250 for that for that loan when they bought it or less.
- 2:19:00Unknown: Well, you got a lot of choices, it sound like Christian. There's Brent.
- 2:19:04Several
- 2:19:05people have some
- 2:19:08Unknown: I I
- 2:19:11Unknown: several people wanted to say something, and I don't remember all of them. But, obviously, Dave is gonna be first,
- 2:19:19Dave.
- 2:19:21Unknown: Thank you, Roger.
- 2:19:22So, Christian,
- 2:19:24theusaorganicrepublic.com
- 2:19:28had a show on Tuesday
- 2:19:30about this very
- 2:19:32subject.
- 2:19:33Okay? And they give you remedies
- 2:19:36and you can listen by phone, a replay number, or you can go to the website
- 2:19:41and listen to the call again. I can give you a phone number, you can fast forward, reverse
- 2:19:48and pause
- 2:19:49and listen to it over and go over again, but it'll be recorded over on Tuesday again. And they have Remedy in that call. Mike,
- 2:19:58ombudsman
- 2:19:59from California,
- 2:20:01gave plenty of remedy for this. And when when you take out when you have a credit card or even a loan, whatever,
- 2:20:08the there's they never lend you any money. They create it with your signature. You're you're
- 2:20:14Unknown: creating money
- 2:20:16Unknown: every time you use it. Right. Yeah. I understand that. Roger has has has made
- 2:20:21that real plan to me before,
- 2:20:24and that's why I was fighting it and
- 2:20:26to two. And the thing is that
- 2:20:29them not proven really not proven that and you know what scared the crud out of me is on the back of this
- 2:20:36letters that they send, it's got, like, 13 lawyers on there. And then not only that
- 2:20:42Unknown: Yeah. Right. That's all intimidation
- 2:20:44factor.
- 2:20:46Unknown: It has What?
- 2:20:48Unknown: Yeah. Let me get the name, please. I wanna hear what Brent I wanna hear what Brent says, and I wanna hear what Larry
- 2:20:55Larry
- 2:20:56and Brent and and about
- 2:21:00about that. Okay? Okay. What's your phone number?
- 2:21:03Unknown: It's 605
- 2:21:06Unknown: Okay.
- 2:21:08Unknown: 313
- 2:21:10Unknown: Okay.
- 2:21:11Unknown: 5112
- 2:21:15and then you hit the pound sign twice.
- 2:21:18Okay. It's about an hour and a half call.
- 2:21:21You can rewind.
- 2:21:22You can pause. You can fast forward, and you can listen to it as many times as you want and have pen and paper to take notes.
- 2:21:30Unknown: And now you go.
- 2:21:32Unknown: Okay.
- 2:21:33Luck. Dave first is gone. Who was second? I am Brent's in there somewhere. There's a who I was was second.
- 2:21:41Go ahead. Well, hold on, Brent. I was was before you. I was? Come on.
- 2:21:51Now you just said you are. I'm telling you. Come on. What do you got?
- 2:21:55Unknown: That was me.
- 2:21:58Brent, stand up. Alright.
- 2:22:01Unknown: See, there's too many people starting up. Go ahead, Brent, please. Go ahead. Christian,
- 2:22:07Unknown: do you know who Yes.
- 2:22:09Unknown: Handle on the Law is?
- 2:22:11You ever listen to that show in LA?
- 2:22:15Unknown: No.
- 2:22:16Unknown: Oh, well, he gives you marginal legal
- 2:22:20advice and tells you you have no case.
- 2:22:23According to him,
- 2:22:25your Social Security can't be touched,
- 2:22:28But is once it hits the bank, it's fair game because it's not Social Security at that time.
- 2:22:36Unknown: Okay.
- 2:22:37Be cautious there. Planable.
- 2:22:41Unknown: And then also,
- 2:22:44well, you might listen to that show because he talks about, you know, debt stuff also.
- 2:22:51But I would get my since you gave them your routing and account number,
- 2:22:58have the bank change your account.
- 2:23:01Okay. That way that way you can kinda sideswipe
- 2:23:05them and stuff and tell them money order or nothing.
- 2:23:11Unknown: Okay.
- 2:23:12Okay. I like that.
- 2:23:14Unknown: Okay. I yield. Now there were is that you got you finished, Brent? You got others?
- 2:23:20I yield.
- 2:23:22Thank you, buddy. Good to hear from you. Okay. Who who is in that compilation
- 2:23:27of people wanting to say something? There's more. I just couldn't recognize the voice.
- 2:23:32Does everybody wanna say it at the same time? There's a female. I know. Is it Mer?
- 2:23:39Oh, it wasn't Mer. Who who No. Was
- 2:23:42Joan, but this It was Joan. You're right. You're right. Thank you, Mer. Joan,
- 2:23:47I know you just said it was yes.
- 2:23:50Unknown: Well, not Julie. She was just saying it was French. Do crazy.
- 2:23:54Unknown: Drive me nuts, girls, please.
- 2:23:56I do have something to say if you wanna hear it. You've been doing it all my life. Drive me nuts. Okay?
- 2:24:02Let's see. Okay. Well, hold on.
- 2:24:04Because I'm totally,
- 2:24:07it it wouldn't Mer. It was Joan. I think Joan just had a comment. Joan, did you have more than a comment?
- 2:24:14Unknown: No.
- 2:24:16Unknown: Thank you. Alright. We're gonna move to Mer and then Julie Mer.
- 2:24:22Unknown: Okay. Yeah.
- 2:24:25Kristen, I would say be sure and get the recording from this show so you can listen to what's been said here. Very important.
- 2:24:32And also back with the Planet X thing, I knew someone that ran up a bunch of credit cards. I mean, really ran them up. So they had all these Hey. Hey, ma'am. Can you hold on hold on one second? What's that? Blackness night, water moxie.
- 2:24:46Unknown: Oh. Brother, do you me come right along with the killing? I'm sorry. He couldn't. I think he was so fast. Turn around and went that way. He wouldn't put in his house. Oh my god.
- 2:24:57Unknown: Black water moccasin. The kid came came at my son out here. Black mocks mocks water mocks.
- 2:25:03Unknown: Can be aggressive. Those little rascals. Yeah. I don't think they're as dangerous on land as they are in water.
- 2:25:09Unknown: Probably so, but they're very aggressive anywhere.
- 2:25:13That's a problem. Now we've had the snake alert. Lord, this conversation's encompassed everything.
- 2:25:19Unknown: So, we've had the snake alert. Where were we before the moccasin showed up? Well, I was saying this person was sure planet x was coming, and they ran up all these credit cards. I mean tremendous amount of debt.
- 2:25:31And I don't know who they turned it over to but
- 2:25:34it was someone a collector that bought up the debt and then reduced it to a minimal amount no interest
- 2:25:42and they paid a small this person paid a small amount for however long it took to discharge
- 2:25:48what was left but it was much less than was a you know the debt was so
- 2:25:55there's that option. There's
- 2:25:57Unknown: a file a suit that that file they filed suit and that they're saying they're at the end of their little conversation. They were saying, well, we got we got some because they gotta pay they gotta pay the court cost to get it to get get it in court. Right? Of course. What did this person this person apparently
- 2:26:16Unknown: I don't know who they dealt with, but they did it themselves.
- 2:26:19They were led to find a certain organization that would take it over like that.
- 2:26:26Unknown: Well, if we had more time, Christian, you could have gotten a hold of Nolo Press,
- 2:26:30and probably they've got a book on how to deal this and discharge debts too. But who are you waited till last minute here and we're up against the wall that unless they go away and take one of these head fakes. Nope. Nope, Larry. Hold on. We've got the lovely wallflower Julie waiting in queue. Julie?
- 2:26:49Unknown: Yeah. I was just gonna say that USA We finally got to you.
- 2:26:55Organic Republic,
- 2:26:56like Dave was giving out the number. You can go on their website. They actually have documents from that evening that you can
- 2:27:03print out and then go with the
- 2:27:07phone number for the recorded call and use the documents so you can see because it's all about discharging debt.
- 2:27:14Unknown: Okay. Now we're gonna go back and ask you to give the website again. You're a little faint today on your phone. Could you speak right in the microphone and give the website
- 2:27:23Unknown: again? Yeah. Sorry. I'm in my car going to Swamp Lake in DC, and I have traffic. That's fine. It's usausaorganicrepublic.com.
- 2:27:35Unknown: Usaorganicrepublic.com.
- 2:27:40Unknown: Have Christian, you got that? Republic is spelled Republic is spelled R E P U B L I C K.
- 2:27:47Unknown: R E P U B L I C K.
- 2:27:51Unknown: Republic. Comment. Oh,
- 2:27:53Unknown: just yes, Paul. It's Christian. You triggered
- 2:27:57a landslide. Paul?
- 2:28:02Paul, you just wanna say something?
- 2:28:05Paul doesn't wanna come forward it. Okay, Rick. I'm going to you now.
- 2:28:10Unknown: Hang on one second. That link is in the chat.
- 2:28:14Unknown: Link's in the chat, Christian. You probably can access it. I don't know. Rick,
- 2:28:20I feel like an auctioneer today. Anytime
- 2:28:26Unknown: on third party debt, anytime you communicate,
- 2:28:29like, inquiries,
- 2:28:31if you make an offer, always right.
- 2:28:34This is not an agreement to any contract.
- 2:28:38That's it. Okay.
- 2:28:39Unknown: There's a whole bunch of federal legislation
- 2:28:42that covers this, by the way, Christian. It's called the Fair
- 2:28:46Debt
- 2:28:47Collectors Act, I believe.
- 2:28:50Brent I bet Brent took off. Let's see. Did Brent take off? I can't see if he's up there. I think he did.
- 2:28:55He gave his advice, Chris. He said, pay the thing. I I you you know, you've got a wide spectrum of opinions.
- 2:29:02And, I mean,
- 2:29:04you basically, you certainly aren't on the most honest and unscrupulous people you're dealing with, but it is a debt, and you kinda did agree with it. So there's a moral element of that too, and I don't know and will not tell you what to do.
- 2:29:19K? Now, Rick, you said something. Did you get finished with your piece?
- 2:29:26Unknown: Yeah. That's it. Okay.
- 2:29:28Unknown: Who's next? Is there anybody else? It's Larry.
- 2:29:32Unknown: It's Larry again. Hey, Larry. So I only agree I only I only agree with I
- 2:29:37only agree with what Brent said about this guy.
- 2:29:41Only
- 2:29:42about 50% of that. Because when a bank receives a garnishment order,
- 2:29:47they are required by federal regulations to look at your account history
- 2:29:51for the preceding two months. So if you receive $1,200
- 2:29:55a month in Social Security via direct deposit,
- 2:29:58the bank
- 2:29:59multiplies that by two.
- 2:30:02And so you are shielded automatically
- 2:30:05for $2,400,
- 2:30:07and you maintain full access to that amount. However,
- 2:30:11if there's an excess amount, say, $3,500,
- 2:30:14the bank will automatically protect the first $2,400
- 2:30:19but freeze the remaining $1,100.
- 2:30:23Now just because the bank freezes that $1,100
- 2:30:26that's in excess
- 2:30:28does not mean the debt collector automatically gets to keep it,
- 2:30:32and it's not so much like what you just said, Roger, under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
- 2:30:37Christian's protected under the Social Security Act section two zero seven,
- 2:30:42which states that Social Security benefits are broadly exempt from private debt collection.
- 2:30:48So the difference is that the protection for the older money is no longer automatic.
- 2:30:54So here's another thing too.
- 2:30:57We're taught that the banks don't loan us money, and that is absolutely a fact. You create the money when you when you put your signature on an application.
- 2:31:07So with that in mind, I wouldn't feel guilty, Christian,
- 2:31:11that you feel like you have to pay someone back because nobody ever loans you anything.
- 2:31:17And so because you're judgment proof,
- 2:31:20I would just tell them to go take a hike in a polite way.
- 2:31:23Say, I'm on Social Security. That's all I have. And you could even write a notice of dispute into the court case,
- 2:31:31you know, that you're disputing this debt, or you can just write a notice that, you know, you're saying that you're on Social Security,
- 2:31:39and you're letting the parties know. You're letting the judge know. That's all you get. And then you could quote a couple of laws that show that it's protected under federal law from garnishment
- 2:31:48and, and that you don't have the money to pay for this.
- 2:31:52And, you know, there's a couple of things you can do here, and I wanna feel guilty in the least.
- 2:31:59Unknown: Man, that that's that's wonderful. You know, I wanna I wanna, might have to get with you tomorrow when y'all get back on so I can get the get actually
- 2:32:09the
- 2:32:10the few laws that you're talking about, protection on Social Security,
- 2:32:16and then what to do about this continuance I got.
- 2:32:21Unknown: How long was the continuous? We can talk about it. How long was the continuous for?
- 2:32:28Unknown: Just until I get that agreement in seven to ten days, and then Oh, so it's a short contingent.
- 2:32:34Unknown: Okay.
- 2:32:35Well, Christian, you got a bunch of options in front of you.
- 2:32:39I don't know that any of us are gonna tell you what to do. We got input. We'll be back tomorrow
- 2:32:44if anybody thinks of something or whatever.
- 2:32:47Unknown: I thank I thank everybody for their concern and their and compassion.
- 2:32:53And and I wanna I wanna get back with Larry tomorrow and Paul.
- 2:32:58They all both had things that I could do pretty quick,
- 2:33:02and I need to write that letter and and then maybe put a couple laws
- 2:33:06in there about
- 2:33:09What? My Social Security, you know, because that's all I get.
- 2:33:12Unknown: Between now and tomorrow, listen to that number that Dave gave you in that program.
- 2:33:19Unknown: K? Okay.
- 2:33:20Unknown: At least do that. He's probably got some good hands in there.
- 2:33:24Unknown: Oh. And do try to don't
- 2:33:27try to do anything on Monday. It's a holiday.
- 2:33:30Unknown: Oh, yeah. That's right.
- 2:33:32Unknown: Who is it? Memorial Day? Memorial Day is Monday?
- 2:33:36Unknown: Yeah. It's myrrh, Kristen, not June. We sound I
- 2:33:41we don't sound alike to each other, but to everyone else, apparently, we do.
- 2:33:45Unknown: Thank you, Murr. I need some I'm not a I'm not a real smart
- 2:33:50I'm not the best knife in the in in in
- 2:33:54right.
- 2:33:55But I I do have some real good paperwork in
- 2:33:59denying it, but
- 2:34:02I need to write that to them so I can stop this. And then, you know, I'm paying taxes right now for my land, so I don't I I don't wanna freeze up my my Social Security this month. I've been waiting
- 2:34:15since the first the the last
- 2:34:18you know, this was a long month, and I I get my Social Security check on the twenty sixth.
- 2:34:25So
- 2:34:25I
- 2:34:26didn't wanna get get it frozen.
- 2:34:28Unknown: And remember what Joe said. If you do have extra in there, pull it out.
- 2:34:34Unknown: Christian?
- 2:34:35Unknown: Well,
- 2:34:36Unknown: it it's nothing there. It's really nothing there until I get until I get my check So she's gonna deposit.
- 2:34:43Unknown: Yeah. And it's Okay. And it's already spoken for the minute he gets it. Christian, I wanna go through this
- 2:34:49once very cleanly and succinctly so it winds up on the transcript for the program.
- 2:34:55What you wanna do is you wanna send a letter certified
- 2:34:59to the debt collector
- 2:35:00that you're dealing with
- 2:35:03informing them that
- 2:35:06you have learned that because your
- 2:35:10sole
- 2:35:11means
- 2:35:12of income is social security
- 2:35:15and is by federal law
- 2:35:19untouchable,
- 2:35:21that you are making an offer of settlement
- 2:35:24for $1,000
- 2:35:26payable in 10 monthly installments of $100
- 2:35:32not to be automatically
- 2:35:34deducted from your bank account.
- 2:35:38You rescind
- 2:35:41all perm any and all permission
- 2:35:43for them to access
- 2:35:46your funds directly.
- 2:35:48You will send them a check or a money order
- 2:35:52that you expect all
- 2:35:55I resent putting this on the transcript. All you gotta do is go back to the transcript and you can read it.
- 2:36:02So you're
- 2:36:03rescinding permission for them to
- 2:36:06access your bank account,
- 2:36:09that you will pay them
- 2:36:12a monthly payment
- 2:36:14for ten months
- 2:36:16totaling $1,000
- 2:36:18without interest
- 2:36:21and
- 2:36:23you expect
- 2:36:26or require
- 2:36:27your credit report to be noted paid as agreed
- 2:36:31and the account closed.
- 2:36:35Now you can grab that letter right from the transcript because basically what you're doing is you're telling them you know that your money's untouchable,
- 2:36:43so it doesn't matter if they go forward with a court action against you. They may get a judgment, but it isn't gonna do anything for them. Mhmm. You're making them an offer of settlement if they stop
- 2:36:55court action immediately
- 2:36:58and
- 2:36:59accept your offer.
- 2:37:03And Okay.
- 2:37:04That's how it's gonna lay out because, you know, they only paid pennies on the dollar on the on the debt.
- 2:37:10Tractor Supply has already sold the debt.
- 2:37:13You know, they they have already accepted their pennies on the dollar for what was owed to them, and they wrote off the rest as a as a business expense, as a loss,
- 2:37:24a bad debt. So you're square with Tractor Supply,
- 2:37:28and you don't have an agreement with a credit agency,
- 2:37:31but you do have a conscience,
- 2:37:34which is a beautiful thing, and I applaud you for that.
- 2:37:37Unknown: Do something find out there's a fine point you just ride over.
- 2:37:42You're saying you got all this Social Security protection that may be against them trying to garnish the government while it's in their possession.
- 2:37:50We need to find out when it's paid and it goes to your bank, is it still protected or not? If it's direct deposited,
- 2:37:57Unknown: I think it's still protected,
- 2:38:00but that's only for a period of time.
- 2:38:03Unknown: Okay. There you go. There's a limitation. Anyway,
- 2:38:07look, Christian, you can't sit here and absorb all this shit people throwing at you in in one setting.
- 2:38:13So I guess we'll be back tomorrow, and we'll have something to talk about.
- 2:38:17Unknown: Go to the transcript. I I wanted to do that at the end so I wouldn't mess anybody up. I thank y'all so much, and and
- 2:38:26god bless everybody that's your input and Roger and Okay. And Brent. I didn't get to hear what Brent said.
- 2:38:33Unknown: Go get a feel of the options that's been thrown at be back tomorrow.
- 2:38:38Yeah. We'll be here tomorrow, and and just get And I'm gonna try to write down idea what your options. We've given you about a number of options here. Get an idea of the options, and then the day you could will come and question tomorrow which ones interest you. But let this has been a almost
- 2:38:56a forty minute conversation
- 2:38:59of
- 2:39:00this garble. Could you pull one thing out of it? Just sit back, let the dust settle, get a control of your options, and make a decision which way you wanna move. Okay?
- 2:39:10Unknown: And go to the transcript for today's show. Go to the replay for for today's show when it's published on Podholm.
- 2:39:18That's radio.globalvoiceradio.net,
- 2:39:22and go right to the transcript at the two hour mark in the program,
- 2:39:26and that's where we started talking about all this. Everything that was said will be written down there.
- 2:39:32Unknown: Alright? Okay. Paul,
- 2:39:35I just needed you to do that a little bit slower. Radio ranch?
- 2:39:39Unknown: Radio.globalvoiceradio.net.
- 2:39:53Go to the title for today's show,
- 2:39:56click on it,
- 2:39:58and the description
- 2:40:00and the tabs for the
- 2:40:03general information,
- 2:40:04the transcript,
- 2:40:05and the chapters will be right there. Just click on the transcript tab,
- 2:40:10scroll down to the two hour mark, and that's when we started talking about this.
- 2:40:15And if you the top. Anchor if you anchor on a word transcript at the two hour mark and then go hit the play button,
- 2:40:22scroll up and hit the play button, it'll start playing the show again right at the two hour mark, right where you came in. And you can listen to the whole thing again and follow along with the transcript as it's
- 2:40:35speaking to you.
- 2:40:37Unknown: Okay.
- 2:40:38Unknown: Yep. Alright. There you go. Alright.
- 2:40:41Unknown: Shouldn't he be able shouldn't he be able to tell his bank he shouldn't have to change his account number? Can't he tell his bank no direct deductions except and he can tell them which ones. You know? I don't know. But if you change your account number, the next thing you need to do is call Social Security and let them know.
- 2:41:00Unknown: I'm
- 2:41:01I have never I've never had success
- 2:41:03with stopping an automatic payment because that's done electronically by midnight. They have no at night. They have no way to stop it. That's true.
- 2:41:14Unknown: Roger. Gotta catch
- 2:41:16time people are asking you information,
- 2:41:19Christian,
- 2:41:20don't
- 2:41:21volunteer
- 2:41:22it.
- 2:41:23Unknown: Yeah. Don't give it to them.
- 2:41:26Unknown: Dave, what did you say? Dave Dave.
- 2:41:29Unknown: That's sketch.
- 2:41:31Unknown: And I just wondered if you'd rather deal with a debt collector
- 2:41:35or a cottonmouth viper.
- 2:41:39Unknown: I'm gonna have to deal with both of them.
- 2:41:42Unknown: My son
- 2:41:46Unknown: is this is We got one big chicken snake out there six six feet long just yesterday, and now now we're looking at a water moss.
- 2:41:56Unknown: Oh, good lord. He came in one of the house. One under my house. He,
- 2:42:01Unknown: you'll do more damage with a hoe to him than you will with the hoe to the debt collector. You need a machete for him. Anyway, Christian, go take care of stuff. Gun. You yeah. That that'll work too. If both of don't wanna say such things on the air, come on, guys. Why not? Alright. Have a Monday. Alright.
- 2:42:21I'll I'll see y'all tomorrow on Saturday. Have a good show. Love y'all, and
- 2:42:26we'll be back tomorrow. Good lord willing.
- 2:42:29Somebody's got paper, printer running.
- 2:42:32Good lord.
- 2:42:33Okay.
- 2:42:34Have a good day, Wild Friday show. Yeah. Yeah.
- 2:42:38Yeah.
- 2:42:41Unknown: I'm gonna hang on a little bit. Yeah.
- 2:42:44Unknown: Christian, you need to take Paul's advice.
- 2:42:48Unknown: Take who's? Somebody
- 2:42:50Unknown: somebody said, Roger, who was trying to hail me,
- 2:42:53Unknown: please? Oh, no. I said Christian.
- 2:42:57Unknown: Yeah. But somebody jumped in there before you. Christian, Sherry's
- 2:43:01Sherry's on my team. She said you should take my advice. Now who else was it that that hollered out Roger before that?
- 2:43:11Unknown: You're on your.
- 2:43:14Unknown: You talk with me. I just But
- 2:43:19Unknown: for Okay.
- 2:43:21Was Go ahead, Gregory. Doing
- 2:43:25Unknown: some
- 2:43:26deep breathing exercises.
- 2:43:29Calm yourself,
- 2:43:31face that fear that you're afraid of because those morons
- 2:43:35don't deserve it.
- 2:43:37But,
- 2:43:37one thing that wasn't mentioned that I heard, maybe I
- 2:43:42didn't hear it, was that, what happened
- 2:43:44after you signed
- 2:43:47your name on that contract
- 2:43:49is that the banks are able to loan out 10 to 19 or 20 times more
- 2:43:56just off your signature.
- 2:43:58That way, they're making from the other guys
- 2:44:02and then expect you to pay what you've already created. They're double double dipping.
- 2:44:07And, you know, it's just it's
- 2:44:10just a ongoing cycle that they do. They they don't lose is what I'm trying to get to.
- 2:44:17Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:44:18Unknown: And you're fooled into, playing their game,
- 2:44:21and
- 2:44:22don't be fooled again.
- 2:44:25Unknown: Yeah. Boy, I tell you.
- 2:44:28I I appreciate
- 2:44:30Unknown: that too. Appreciate that. What's your name, sir? That's Gregory. Gregory. Boy, how do you I hit the wrong button. I don't know how to shut myself off.
- 2:44:39Unknown: Uh-oh.
- 2:44:41Yeah. I resemble that remark, Gregory.
- 2:44:45Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:44:46Unknown: I'm gonna Larry, I found myself.
- 2:44:51Unknown: I'm gonna talk tomorrow and try to get
- 2:44:55what Larry said and what what Paul said and get this down, and I'm gonna try to do I'm not very technical in getting getting to that two hour broadcast.
- 2:45:06I'm gonna try.
- 2:45:09But, tomorrow, I'll I'll,
- 2:45:11and I'm gonna take those deep breathing exercises
- 2:45:14because, you know, I don't have no high blood pressure, but I probably do now.
- 2:45:18Unknown: And Another
- 2:45:20thing you could do good help.
- 2:45:22Take care of that water moccasin, and then once you get take care of all the snakes,
- 2:45:27take your shoes off and
- 2:45:30stand next to a tree and hold your hands on it.
- 2:45:34That'll help.
- 2:45:36I'm serious. I'm serious. Tree huggers, they got a they got a thing.
- 2:45:43Because there is an energetic field that emanates,
- 2:45:45from all around a tree tree trunk. And as long as you're in that energetic field and grounded,
- 2:45:52you will get the benefit of that tree.
- 2:45:54It's there to help you. Even
- 2:45:57Unknown: if you don't have a tree, get your feet on the ground, the earth thing. Yeah. Discharge that energy.
- 2:46:03Unknown: Yeah. But catch the snakes first.
- 2:46:06Catch them catch them damn snakes first.
- 2:46:09Unknown: He's under my house. Where's a hoe?
- 2:46:13Unknown: Yeah. Okay.
- 2:46:16Oh gosh. Okay.
- 2:46:18Unknown: Well, y'all got a lot of good information.
- 2:46:22Unknown: If you don't destroy the snake too bad, you could have snake stains.
- 2:46:29Unknown: I I saw Bear Grylls the other day, and he said, you know, I don't he said people say it tastes like chicken. He said, I don't know where you're getting your chicken from.
- 2:46:38Uh-huh. Remember Bear Grylls?
- 2:46:40Mhmm.
- 2:46:43Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. I've eaten rattlesnake before, and it didn't taste like chicken. It was
- 2:46:47rather succulent,
- 2:46:49really.
- 2:46:50And that's another thing I've got up here. Never
- 2:46:53seen any mop water moccasins out here in California, but
- 2:46:58we've got two or three different types of rattlesnake.
- 2:47:01I used to kill them, but now I just leave them alone and go
- 2:47:05go about my way. When I find one, I just turn around and leave.
- 2:47:10Yeah. Just don't be afraid of them. Just like the bees. They don't sting me.
- 2:47:16Unknown: Hey. I've been a beekeeper.
- 2:47:18You let them let them get in that in that suit, and you start seeing their wings in front of your face. And then next thing you know, you've got a 150 stingers that gotta be pulled out.
- 2:47:32Of these some of these bees, they crossed crossed with
- 2:47:36the bad bees. You know?
- 2:47:38Unknown: Africanized.
- 2:47:40Yeah.
- 2:47:41Unknown: The killer bee.
- 2:47:44Unknown: Yeah. And so
- 2:47:46and, oh, I tell you.
- 2:47:48Yeah. I I
- 2:47:50used to do all the beekeeping and stuff like that, but I I just got wore out and getting stung.
- 2:47:58But,
- 2:47:59now this tick thing that dropping on us. Yeah.
- 2:48:04Unknown: I'm I'm wondering I'm wondering, okay, if if the tick bites you,
- 2:48:10you get allergic to beef,
- 2:48:13but if the tick bites the beef,
- 2:48:16does that infect the cow
- 2:48:19and does that in turn infect
- 2:48:22if
- 2:48:24you eat rare
- 2:48:25meat?
- 2:48:27So
- 2:48:28there's there's like a whole question there.
- 2:48:32Unknown: I think the height of the cow is too thick for a tick. I yield.
- 2:48:37Unknown: You know, there's another thing
- 2:48:40that I I
- 2:48:41buy honey all the time, and I buy root from beekeepers. But
- 2:48:45what about all this paraquat and chemicals that they're putting
- 2:48:50into the corn, you know, in the cornfields, those everything else in our in our food.
- 2:48:56And,
- 2:48:58if you eat the honey,
- 2:49:01about the, para the the the Parkinson and stuff you get from Paraquat and Roundup and all that?
- 2:49:09Unknown: Yeah. I don't know.
- 2:49:13Unknown: Have no no weeds in their fields out here. They they come out of there with their with they're
- 2:49:19so proud to say, I got my fields sprayed.
- 2:49:22No more weeds.
- 2:49:24They come out of there with foam coming off of their doggone trucks.
- 2:49:28And and and
- 2:49:30and, you know, that gets in the that gets in the corn. It gets in the cows,
- 2:49:35and it gets in the chickens
- 2:49:37that that
- 2:49:39Roundup and all that stuff. Yeah. Glyphosate.
- 2:49:43Unknown: Glyphosate.
- 2:49:46Unknown: Yeah. Glyphosate.
- 2:49:47Yeah. Thank you.
- 2:49:50Unknown: Glyphosate.
- 2:49:53Unknown: Yeah. I got I got I got these signs up on my property. I put three by six, red, yellow, and and black.
- 2:50:00And the sheriff came out and says, take my name off of that sign.
- 2:50:05He said, I don't care what you put on there, but just don't I have TECQ
- 2:50:09on my sign too. No no chemicals sprayed on my property. This is Native American land.
- 2:50:15And and he said,
- 2:50:17now now the sheriff's wanting donations,
- 2:50:20you know,
- 2:50:23for protecting the people. I said, well, what about the deal about about taking taking your name off of?
- 2:50:29And and and your these farmers are patting you on the back because they don't wanna have no fields or,
- 2:50:35weeds,
- 2:50:36and they're poisoning us.
- 2:50:38Unknown: Mhmm.
- 2:50:40Unknown: Yeah. I just asked the sheriff. Who are you working for? The people or the farmers?
- 2:50:46Go get go get,
- 2:50:48go fundraise with them.
- 2:50:51Unknown: Yeah. That's true. And and, you know, I I got a
- 2:50:55I I told him I, he he hollered at me
- 2:50:58from the fence because I had no trespass signs on my fence with that sign. He says he had a big old cowboy hat on. You know? He's like, hey. I need to talk to you.
- 2:51:07And I said, okay. And I'm and at that time, I would I have been chemically exposed. That's why I'm so on fire about this chemical stuff is I've been I've
- 2:51:19they tried to kill me in in the hospital,
- 2:51:22giving me shots when I was going through a lawsuit with that. I didn't get a down from that chemical exposure that put me out of work.
- 2:51:30And and
- 2:51:32I just I just kept using the scripture
- 2:51:36that the Lord will heal me,
- 2:51:39and
- 2:51:40and
- 2:51:41I've come out of it.
- 2:51:43I've come out of it, and I'm actually
- 2:51:45doing real well. But,
- 2:51:48I mean, they gave me a death sentence. You know? And I didn't I didn't get a dime. Those those
- 2:51:54lawyers with those, big chemical companies.
- 2:51:57And, but, anyway, I had to I had to just believe God to to get me out of this. And now here I am in a in a debt collector deal.
- 2:52:06Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:52:09Well
- 2:52:09Unknown: So y'all y'all are I appreciate y'all appreciate y'all's help because it's really had you know what? I can't afford to have any
- 2:52:19any sickness
- 2:52:20from this. And like you said, I need to do the grounding and and the tree holding and all that.
- 2:52:26Unknown: Oh, yeah. Tree huggers, they they have it going on. Yeah.
- 2:52:32Tomorrow what they were talking about.
- 2:52:35Unknown: Tomorrow, I wanna get on this call tomorrow.
- 2:52:39Unknown: Do it before you get on the call.
- 2:52:43Unknown: Yeah. Yo. I'm a do it today.
- 2:52:46Yeah. There you go. Water moxing off carrying my shotgun out there.
- 2:52:50Unknown: Yeah. Okay.
- 2:52:53Alright. Well,
- 2:52:55I have, I have an issue that I have to correct.
- 2:52:59Rumble did not reset
- 2:53:01when I took the stream down before the show and then brought it back up again. Rumble just kinda
- 2:53:07took a hiatus, and then it it hit the ground running. So, actually, now Rumble's been running for, like, one hours.
- 2:53:14So
- 2:53:15let's,
- 2:53:17let's take this thing down and get that finished. Anybody that,
- 2:53:21catches the show on Rumble, I will download the last twenty seven hours
- 2:53:27of video from Rumble, edit it, and then re upload it as individual programs.
- 2:53:34I won't allow better than a whole day to stand in the archives.
- 2:53:40The
- 2:53:41Pod Home archives are just fine. Everything worked just fine, and the transcripts will
- 2:53:46cover everything that was spoken about today.
