- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right, leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: So a bill has been introduced that would prevent hedge
- 1:02Speaker 3: funds from owning single family homes in the United States.
- 1:06Speaker 3: Do you think this will pass?
- 1:08Speaker 4: Absolutely not, But I love it. The idea there's no
- 1:11Speaker 4: way in hell. So doctor ross Mack, who was just
- 1:13Speaker 4: with Ken Griffin the other night, Ken probably is going
- 1:17Speaker 4: to build the biggest mega mansion in Miami. From what
- 1:19Speaker 4: I'm hearing, I think real estate, investment space and binding
- 1:26Speaker 4: these are personally are not good for the average citizen.
- 1:29Speaker 4: It's not going to be good for our that'tsch GDP ratio,
- 1:32Speaker 4: it's not going to do good for like any consumer sentiment.
- 1:36Speaker 4: But I kept saying, like, if the games are magnificent seven,
- 1:42Speaker 4: there's not enough money for every hendge fund to deploy
- 1:46Speaker 4: capital there. And if you're going to like like Russell
- 1:48Speaker 4: two thousand stocks to outperform the market, your client may
- 1:52Speaker 4: not like them. Fun go into real estate, as a
- 1:55Speaker 4: hedge talked about that at the event with JP Morgan.
- 1:59Speaker 4: But people don't know Berkshire owns fourteen thousand doors quietly,
- 2:03Speaker 4: so even if their portfolio in stocks goes down, people
- 2:07Speaker 4: are going to have to still pay rent regardless. I
- 2:10Speaker 4: understand why the hedge funds and fund of funds have
- 2:13Speaker 4: went to the space, but they've driven the price up
- 2:15Speaker 4: for the average consumer too much. I don't think the
- 2:17Speaker 4: bill will be passed, but I think there does need
- 2:19Speaker 4: to be a provision to stop some of this from
- 2:22Speaker 4: happening for sure, Like we should not be competing against
- 2:25Speaker 4: black Rock, Blackstone and Vanguard shot the Vanguard my family.
- 2:30Speaker 2: I love y'all.
- 2:33Speaker 4: If you're in a real estate business, they should not
- 2:35Speaker 4: be your primary competitors. But it drives me back to
- 2:37Speaker 4: my point, everyone on earth, to your competitor, you just
- 2:40Speaker 4: don't know what yet.
- 2:43Speaker 2: The answer is.
- 2:46Speaker 5: No, like you said, and it's a it's a democratic initiative,
- 2:50Speaker 5: and we already know how this works. When it's democratic,
- 2:53Speaker 5: it's republic I mean, it's just a mess.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Right.
- 2:55Speaker 5: So the bill's aim is to not only ban hedge
- 2:57Speaker 5: funds for massing large portfolios single family homes, but also
- 3:01Speaker 5: to force them to sell off their portfolio. That's the
- 3:04Speaker 5: other part of it. Yeah, the bill will require hedge
- 3:07Speaker 5: funds to sell at least ten percent of the total
- 3:09Speaker 5: number of single family homes they currently own to families
- 3:13Speaker 5: per year over a ten year period. After the ten
- 3:15Speaker 5: year full phase is out, all hedge funds will be
- 3:18Speaker 5: completely banned from owning any single family homes, even them
- 3:21Speaker 5: selling ten percent. I mean, what what market price do
- 3:25Speaker 5: they have to set for it? Does it make it
- 3:26Speaker 5: more affordable now that they can sell them. Probably probably not.
- 3:31Speaker 5: And so again this is something on the premise, the
- 3:35Speaker 5: idea of it. Yeah, that makes sense, right, Like for
- 3:37Speaker 5: somebody that's trying to get their first home or somebody
- 3:39Speaker 5: who's trying to get investment property, the average person to
- 3:43Speaker 5: compete with financial financial institutions that have billions, it's not
- 3:47Speaker 5: a it's not a fair playing ground. So yeah, maybe
- 3:50Speaker 5: some legislation, but this band I can't see it happening.
- 3:54Speaker 2: Going back to there's no democracy.
- 3:56Speaker 4: If we were living living in a truth good democratic state,
- 3:59Speaker 4: we would now ever have monarchs of the United States
- 4:02Speaker 4: be able to do.
- 4:02Speaker 5: This, right, Like you're trying to buy a home and
- 4:04Speaker 5: they're trying to buy your neighborhood.
- 4:06Speaker 2: This is a totally different playing field.
- 4:07Speaker 3: Yes, well, and that's one of the reasons why the
- 4:10Speaker 3: real estate market has not really you know, crashed, and
- 4:13Speaker 3: and that's one of the reasons why you know, housing
- 4:15Speaker 3: is becoming more and more unaffordable. Rents are going up,
- 4:18Speaker 3: and it's going to be an interesting stay. I think
- 4:20Speaker 3: at some point in time you have to have some
- 4:21Speaker 3: legislation that's put in place, because if not, then every
- 4:25Speaker 3: single home in America be owned by a hedge funnel
- 4:27Speaker 3: or you know, a major financial institution, and everybody's gonna
- 4:31Speaker 3: be forced to be a renter.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Anyway.
- 4:32Speaker 3: There's a shortage of homes on the market in a
- 4:36Speaker 3: variety of different places in America, which is also causing
- 4:39Speaker 3: home prices to go up. So being that there's not
- 4:42Speaker 3: there's not enough homes actually on the market, this there's
- 4:46Speaker 3: a housing crisis currently. There's already a housing crisis. People saying,
- 4:51Speaker 3: like the House that this is going to be a
- 4:52Speaker 3: housing crisis coming. But there's already a housing crisis, and
- 4:55Speaker 3: there's there's you know, if you graduated college twenty five old,
- 5:00Speaker 3: like where you're gonna live, if you live in any
- 5:02Speaker 3: metropolitan area, like, how you're gonna live.
- 5:05Speaker 5: So here's the question, because I'm glad you said that,
- 5:07Speaker 5: that's an an excellent point. I was just doing the
- 5:09Speaker 5: research on this. There is a housing crisis, and there
- 5:14Speaker 5: potentially could be. People are actually finding out that the
- 5:18Speaker 5: government of the United States and a lot of financial
- 5:21Speaker 5: institutions are encouraging underbuilding. Right, so if you underbuild, that
- 5:25Speaker 5: means there would be less homes, which means that now
- 5:28Speaker 5: those homes that are existence, I can now raise a
- 5:30Speaker 5: price on. So if a hedge fund is owning let's say,
- 5:33Speaker 5: fourteen thousand homes and it's underbuilding happening, those fourteen thousand
- 5:37Speaker 5: homes are gonna increase earners.
- 5:40Speaker 2: What's up?

- 6:56Speaker 5: but understanding a professional's routine shows us how they achieve
- 6:59Speaker 5: their success little by little, day after day. It's like
- 7:03Speaker 5: banking with P and C Bank. It might seem boring

- 7:30Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 7:33Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 7:37Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 7:42Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 7:46Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President

- 8:25Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 8:28Speaker 5: Sponsored by the United States Department at Homeland Security, Peace
- 8:30Speaker 5: over time fifteen two years. Right, So this is like
- 8:33Speaker 5: a real thing that people are not paying attention to.
- 8:36Speaker 4: Y'all better go to grave diga mountain with young NBA,
- 8:38Speaker 4: young boy, Oyoming, Ohio, Iowa, nebrask You're gonna have to
- 8:45Speaker 4: hit some of these places that are not as popular,
- 8:47Speaker 4: like even the finding locations for what's next. So like
- 8:50Speaker 4: in twenty fourteen when I made the decision moved to Houston,
- 8:54Speaker 4: most state income tax businesses booming. Now Mexico, Now you guys,
- 9:00Speaker 4: then u AE, you gotta make a way the like,
- 9:01Speaker 4: you are always gonna have to find what's the next
- 9:04Speaker 4: point to skate to and keep investing. This is another
- 9:09Speaker 4: reason I say, So, you're not gonna buy a house,
- 9:10Speaker 4: You're not gonna buy crypto, you're not gonna buy stocks,
- 9:13Speaker 4: you're not gonna buy business. You're gonna make a podcast,
- 9:16Speaker 4: and your podcasts gonna fail. Man invest in what's working?
- 9:20Speaker 4: Put everybody? Put it in chat Man Investing is so simple.
- 9:22Speaker 4: It's the easiest thing on earth to do. If the
- 9:26Speaker 4: rent market like, the reason the housing prices will never
- 9:28Speaker 4: drop is because so many businesses and hedge funds are
- 9:31Speaker 4: in it. They have to set a level for a
- 9:34Speaker 4: true support level for institutional buy in. And even if
- 9:37Speaker 4: those hedgehunds sell off ten percent, they aren't gonna do
- 9:40Speaker 4: anything but make another company that's not tied to them
- 9:43Speaker 4: to buy the properties back and sell them that profit,
- 9:48Speaker 4: or Blackstone to sell the black rock. Okay, so wiki game,
- 9:55Speaker 4: But what.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Can you do.
- 9:58Speaker 5: Right they hit If the mandated they have percent it
- 10:00Speaker 5: at least ten percent, what happens to the other ninety.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Oh well, that's where the lobbying power comes in. Okay,
- 10:07Speaker 2: I'll send you Okay.
- 10:10Speaker 4: Yeah, money to get power, power to protect the money.
- 10:14Speaker 2: The Medici family rule.
- 10:17Speaker 3: Money, money makes the world go around.
- 10:18Speaker 2: That's absolutely okay.
- 10:21Speaker 3: So one last thing before we bring our guests on,
- 10:24Speaker 3: Let's talk about regulators court Wells Fargo and other banks
- 10:29Speaker 3: in a probe over mortgage pricing discrimination. Staying in line
- 10:33Speaker 3: with the real estate conversation, what are your thoughts and
- 10:37Speaker 3: what changes will come as a result of this.
- 10:42Speaker 4: I want to ask you on this question. How's willis
- 10:44Speaker 4: Fargo's seiling business? But they are operating like Omar from
- 10:47Speaker 4: the wire for the last fifteen years at shout out
- 10:50Speaker 4: to Wells Fargo. I want any drama YadA yadaists and
- 10:54Speaker 4: put on my cape, But how are they sealing business?
- 10:57Speaker 2: Now?
- 10:57Speaker 4: If you go look at the origin of Wells Fargo.
- 10:59Speaker 2: How they again?
- 11:00Speaker 4: Go google who is their founder and how did the
- 11:03Speaker 4: company come about? They've had a nefarious history since the
- 11:07Speaker 4: founder of the company. But do I think changes will
- 11:11Speaker 4: be brought about? No, every bank discriminates, but they seem
- 11:15Speaker 4: to be a little bit more egregious in their discrimination
- 11:18Speaker 4: and opening accounts and opening up credit cards. And I'm
- 11:21Speaker 4: even hearing stories of home equity lines of credit being
- 11:24Speaker 4: opened up allegedly for people that have passed. So this
- 11:28Speaker 4: is one of the reasons I've never liked the stock.
- 11:30Speaker 4: Don't like the way the company's been ran. Those of
- 11:34Speaker 4: you who work there, I know these issues were forced
- 11:36Speaker 4: upon you. So I'm not casting any expersions about your
- 11:39Speaker 4: character if you work there, But I have no clue
- 11:42Speaker 4: how Wells Fargo is still in existence after all the
- 11:44Speaker 4: bullshit they've done in the last fifteen twenty years that
- 11:47Speaker 4: is public Like, if this is known about publicly, what
- 11:51Speaker 4: is happening that we don't know about?
- 11:54Speaker 2: A whole lot? Like?
- 11:56Speaker 4: Could you imagine how much trouble we would get in
- 11:58Speaker 4: if we just everybody on YouTube we open up a
- 12:00Speaker 4: red Panda and the u L account and charge them
- 12:03Speaker 4: for it.
- 12:07Speaker 2: We would have been screaming up the fact your thing.
- 12:08Speaker 5: Please don't please don't don't, please don't, please don't what
- 12:15Speaker 5: how are you getting away with this for this long?
- 12:17Speaker 2: Please don't shout out to Joe Crack great rebrand too.
- 12:23Speaker 4: That's when you know the money coming in when you
- 12:25Speaker 4: take away the hotels Like, no, those.
- 12:27Speaker 2: Are all those weren't true? Those were not true at all.
- 12:31Speaker 5: Yeah, very I mean the stories of Wells Swago have
- 12:39Speaker 5: been well documented, especially over the past two years. I mean,
- 12:42Speaker 5: this is national news man, national news that we've we've
- 12:46Speaker 5: spoken about it. We've had Matt and he came on
- 12:48Speaker 5: and he spoke about it. From that standpoint, I mean,
- 12:50Speaker 5: what do we expect change do? I mean that would
- 12:53Speaker 5: be the real question. Do we expect change?
- 12:55Speaker 2: No?
- 12:56Speaker 5: Right, Like, there'll be a racial and uh lesion division
- 13:00Speaker 5: that will be added. There'll be some programs that are
- 13:03Speaker 5: allocated for people of.
- 13:07Speaker 2: That'll be the change.
- 13:08Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 13:12Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 13:16Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 13:20Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 13:24Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 13:28Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States
- 13:32Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 13:36Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 13:40Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 13:43Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 13:47Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day. Imprisoned and deported, you will

- 13:55Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 13:59Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump America's laws,
- 14:04Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 14:06Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
