- 0:13from the Mile High City, Denver, Co.
- 0:16We are the tip of the spear, cutting through the noise and
- 0:20delivering an hour of unfiltered news, guests, and truth that
- 0:25transcends boundaries and unites the nation.
- 0:28This is the Big Mig Talk radio show.
- 0:33Welcome back to the big big talk radio show.
- 0:36I'm your host Lance Miliacho with my Co host George
- 0:39Ballantine. And of course we are the tip of
- 0:41the spear. Our plan is to educate and unify
- 0:44the country one episode at a time.
- 0:47On this show we believe it is better to be hugged by the truth
- 0:50than comforted with a lie. We are live in Denver and NYC.
- 0:54George Ballantine, what's shaken in the NYC?
- 0:58How's the weather? What's going on with you,
- 0:59brother? Well, we had a little snow
- 1:02covering, nothing major, maybe like inch and a half, maybe 2.
- 1:07I doubt it. But already the roads melted
- 1:09because I was out and about early this morning getting the
- 1:12Mac studio repaired. So you know it's cold, what, a
- 1:17little windy, but you know it's winter.
- 1:19And I know you've been, I know you've been nursing a little bit
- 1:21of a cold. So yeah, handle in the Mac
- 1:24studio #1 it sounds like you finally got that sorted out,
- 1:27hopefully. We had a little issue with our
- 1:28main server for our main show over on Rumble.
- 1:31The big main show on Rumble. If you guys haven't checked it
- 1:33out, you should. But how's that cold, brother?
- 1:35You went to bed a little bit early.
- 1:36I got the show organized and ready for today.
- 1:39So what happened? Well, I laid down in my bed
- 1:42early, as far as falling asleep early did not happen.
- 1:45No, you couldn't fall asleep. How come I don't?
- 1:47Know my brain just doesn't want to.
- 1:51That sucks. You needed you needed the extra
- 1:53sleep. I know.
- 1:53Well, let me start off by thanking our sponsor, Genesis
- 1:56Gold Group. Of course, we're talking about
- 1:58the prepper bar. That's their 62.2g Prepper bar,
- 2:01perforated, easily broken down. Your choice of three different
- 2:04denominations to fit a multitude of needs.
- 2:06Whether it be for asset protection from inflation,
- 2:08economic turmoil, or its unique utility for barter and trade,
- 2:11the Prepper Bar makes a perfect gift for all the precious metal
- 2:15lovers out there. Exclusively mined and minted
- 2:17here in the US, selling out fast.
- 2:19You don't have to worry about it in that counterfeit product like
- 2:21it's coming out of China. Counterfeit bullion all over the
- 2:24place. It's available in both gold and
- 2:26silver. These prepper bars fit neatly in
- 2:29your wallet and the utility enables the use in any kind of a
- 2:32situation. So head over to the big
- 2:33bigbar.com. That's right, the big
- 2:36bigbar.com. Check it out.
- 2:40Well, there's a crazy story that's been out for years, but
- 2:44it seems to be coming to a head and it seems it's another.
- 2:49I have to say, originally a lot of people thought it was
- 2:51conspiracy theory. If you guys know about the
- 2:53Havana Syndrome and the Do's attacks, which are directed
- 2:57energy weapons, that came out. We talked about, I think it was
- 3:012017. Lot of people were skeptical.
- 3:05They thought some people were just trying to shake the
- 3:06government down for some kind of a personal injury case.
- 3:09These were government employees that had lots of issues.
- 3:12But it turns out there's been a six year investigation going on
- 3:16and this is Catherine Herridge and she's talking about maybe
- 3:21the biggest story of the year. I'm not sure, George.
- 3:23It's crazy, right? Even Eli Crane's talking about
- 3:25it. It is, but you know, after they
- 3:29investigated the havanicism from Cuba, they, they did say that it
- 3:36was something, some kind of weapon or something.
- 3:39They didn't really know what, but they do know that something
- 3:41was used against the people in our embassy that just that
- 3:45screwed up their equilibriums or brains.
- 3:47I mean I think some are still recovering from it or still.
- 3:50Permanent injuries. We're hearing these people do
- 3:52have permanent injuries and they're talking about pulse
- 3:54microwave energy. Now you know that that a lot of
- 3:58people talk about it. But when one guy, Mark, and he's
- 4:01got a really tough last name, his name is Polymerophilus.
- 4:06Polymeropolis. I think he's a 26 year veteran
- 4:09of the year, veteran of the CIA. He was forced to retire as the
- 4:12CIA's official for clan assigned operations in Europe after
- 4:16suffering a mysterious traumatic brain injury and debilitating
- 4:20solid side effects following that trip to Moscow.
- 4:23Let me give you the quote. This is pretty, pretty
- 4:25frightening stuff. I woke up in the middle of the
- 4:27night with an incredible case of Vertigo, of of tinnitus, which
- 4:30is ringing in the ears. I was falling over.
- 4:32I was nauseated. There was no mistake that
- 4:35something really, really terrifying happened that night
- 4:37in Moscow. I had been in Afghanistan.
- 4:39I spent time in Iraq. This was the most terrifying
- 4:42experience of my life. Wow.
- 4:46I mean, look at it like you're just talking about they targeted
- 4:50small areas. Imagine if they were able to
- 4:52release that in this country right now.
- 4:55Well, it might be that who, whatever country or who,
- 4:57whomever this is, they are trying to do that because look,
- 5:00when this happened, that that CIA officer was staying at the
- 5:05Marriott Hotel near the US Embassy.
- 5:07You know, his case resembles exactly what happened for the
- 5:10symptoms described by the 40 US diplomats in Havana.
- 5:13They were all serving at the US Embassy and a dozen US diplomats
- 5:16serving in China in 2016. So they began experience the
- 5:21same thing. Extreme Vertigo Nausea following
- 5:23a loud and piercing sound that experts now believe was a result
- 5:26of a directed radio frequency energy in the form of a
- 5:30microwave. If I if I had to guess, Lance,
- 5:33I'm going to say it's either China or Russia behind this.
- 5:38It would seem that that would be the pattern.
- 5:40It does make sense. They don't know that for sure.
- 5:42But look, Eli Crane even said he had a hearing this week in
- 5:44Homeland Security about foreign adversaries you're using
- 5:46directed at energy weapons against U.S. citizens, Havana
- 5:49Syndrome. And they went down to that
- 5:51skiff. That was one part of the most
- 5:52terrifying briefings I've ever been part of.
- 5:55These guys are talking about it. It's now coming out.
- 5:57Catherine Herridge has done some pretty good investigations.
- 5:59So let's play the Eli Crane clip first.
- 6:02Let the audience hear that, George.
- 6:04Here we go. I had a hearing this week in
- 6:06Homeland Security and this, this hasn't even become very
- 6:09mainstream yet, but it was about different foreign adversaries
- 6:15using direct weapons, Direct Energy weapons against U.S.
- 6:19citizens that completely incapacitate citizens of the
- 6:25United States. You guys might have heard of it
- 6:27called Savant Havana Syndrome. And then we went down to the
- 6:31skiff and we got a classified briefing from some of the people
- 6:35on the on the panel. And it was one of the most.
- 6:37I'm a former Navy SEAL, so I've traveled around the world and
- 6:41haunted bad guys for a long time.
- 6:42But I can tell you this, when I went down to that skiff, it was
- 6:46one of the most terrifying briefs that I've ever been a
- 6:48part of. OK, This is how brazen our
- 6:51enemies are becoming because of how foolish, corrupt,
- 6:55incompetent, and I would actually say wicked we have
- 6:59become and our leadership has failed us at every turn.
- 7:03So this next election is going to be important.
- 7:07Thank you guys for coming. Mr. Chairman, thank you for
- 7:10allowing me to speak. Let me get on top of this also.
- 7:16So Senators Mark Warner and Mark Rubio, Marco Rubio, the top
- 7:20Republican and Democrats heading the Senate Select Committee on
- 7:23Intelligence, they've issued a really stern statement
- 7:25acknowledging for the first time U.S. officials had been
- 7:28attacked, George, and they're suggesting these attacks are
- 7:31ongoing and increasing. Now, what's interesting, George,
- 7:34is it's not only on foreign soil.
- 7:36There's two cases that are being investigated on US soil, one
- 7:40that allegedly took place last year near the Ellipse outside
- 7:43the White House and another one that targeted a National
- 7:47Security Council official. Now, this is pretty crazy.
- 7:50They're pressing them. They're trying to get this
- 7:52information out. Let's play that clip from
- 7:54Catherine Herridge. This is a story that she's been
- 7:56working on for six years now. Some stories are just difficult
- 8:01to report. This story about attacks on our
- 8:05intelligence, military and State Department personnel, I've
- 8:08really been picking up on and off for maybe 4-5, six years.
- 8:17The working title for this project right now is Government
- 8:19Gaslighting. That is what the US intelligence
- 8:22community and the CIA has been doing to injured personnel.
- 8:28And it's more than a dozen countries across the globe where
- 8:31these events have happened. There are these common threads.
- 8:35They're common threads, but the type of injuries they're having,
- 8:40the evidence is building, and it appears likely that a foreign
- 8:45adversary is behind these attacks.
- 8:50This is a highly vetted group, and they're trusted with some of
- 8:55the US government's most closely held secrets.
- 9:00And if you acknowledge that U.S. government personnel are being
- 9:03targeted overseas while on assignment and it sends the
- 9:06message that nobody is safe. Wild.
- 9:12But let me give you this. George David Relman of Stanford
- 9:15led the National Academy of Sciences study.
- 9:17This was this was a report that was actually requested by the
- 9:19State Department, which should remain classified until just
- 9:22recently. And that report concluded that
- 9:25these US diplomats had definitely been targeted by a
- 9:28pulsed radio frequency. And I guess that's some form of
- 9:31microwave energy that we don't typically see, you know, around
- 9:34us. It's not common.
- 9:34It doesn't, it's not continuous wave energy that comes out of
- 9:37like a cell phone or out of a microwave.
- 9:39It's a, it's, it's like a high energy, very short delivery of
- 9:42the of a microwave energy. And it's not common.
- 9:45It's not something you would ever see.
- 9:46It's only used for examples by militaries, for radar, etcetera.
- 9:51It's pretty clear that something really terrible is going on, I
- 9:54think. What do you think, George?
- 9:56Listen, I mean, this was close to the White House and it seems
- 9:59like whatever they're using, they can direct it at a person
- 10:02and and control it. Because if you think, let's say,
- 10:05like the person in DC, the the one that was hit with it, but
- 10:09nobody else was just one person. So that's a scary thought.
- 10:12Just think about if our president goes abroad, can they
- 10:15target him? What's to stop them?
- 10:19Nothing at this time, you know, we're talking about a
- 10:21conventional, like a conventional weapon, basically
- 10:23that they, they, they know the Soviet Union, Russians and China
- 10:26have potentially been working on, it's designed to
- 10:28incapacitate. It's pretty insidious if you
- 10:30think about it doesn't leave any wounds or scars.
- 10:33And who knows how small the device is.
- 10:35We don't know if it's big or small or if it has to be in a
- 10:37vehicle, how it's deployed. So this is a, this is definitely
- 10:41a 911 report. You want to share this with
- 10:43everybody that you know, get the word out.
- 10:45Interesting stuff. Diabolical tech for sure, and
- 10:49it's not something that I think we're going to resolve
- 10:51immediately being investigated but not solved.
- 10:53The big Ming talk radio show, we'll be right back, Don't go
- 10:55anywhere because when we come back, we'll be covering Biden's
- 10:58commuting sentences of all 40 federal death row inmates.

- 11:16the real news, you know by now the severity of the economic

- 12:27as child soldiers and sex slaves. 25 years on and Sam has
- 12:31saved thousands of children from rebel armies.
- 12:34Check out Sam's new documentary Never Stop at mgpneverstop.com.
- 12:39That's MGP, Never stop.com, and let's help Sam save more
- 12:43children. All right, a big, big talk radio
- 12:55shows back. We're coming to you live from
- 12:58Denver and New York City with your hosts Lance Miliaccio and
- 13:01George Bounty. We are the tip of the spear.
- 13:05You know, Biden is going to do in a lot of commuting of
- 13:10sentences. We all see the pardon for his
- 13:13son Hunter. But beyond that pardon, it's a
- 13:15blanket pardon. But now he's talking about 40
- 13:20federal death row inmates about commuting their sentences from
- 13:25being executed. Now some of them are the Boston
- 13:29bomber. I was just watching reading a
- 13:31report where he's not. He's mulling over doing this,
- 13:35but not all 40 like he's like the Boston city bomber, the the
- 13:40church shooter shooting. I think it was in Texas.
- 13:43But you know what? This is an iffy, I think
- 13:46actually people sitting in death row are suffering more than just
- 13:51being executed. Being executed to me, in my
- 13:54opinion, is the easy way out. Sitting in that prison cell,
- 13:57being told what to do, where to do, how to do what to eat, all,
- 14:00all that stuff, That's misery. That's not fun.
- 14:05So you know what, I, I, I can toss the boil up on this one.
- 14:08It's, you know, some may deserve death there, but give him the
- 14:13misery, I think let him live in misery.
- 14:16That's the real that's a real punishment.
- 14:19Prohibitively expensive, though, you're talking about $100,000 a
- 14:23year per inmate at the current expense rate.
- 14:26So, you know, these, these are some costs that I don't think
- 14:28the American public should have to foot.
- 14:30I, you know, my, my problem with Biden is that his, his pardoning
- 14:34policy so far with these blanket pardons, these lifetime pardons,
- 14:39the discussions, he's going to be giving it to a lot of
- 14:41government officials that need to face consequences for what
- 14:43they did over the last four years.
- 14:45It's not good. I mean, let me give you some
- 14:47comparisons here. I, I know why he's trying to do
- 14:50it. I, I think he's just trying to
- 14:51cause more havoc. Trump's already said that he was
- 14:53going to escalate the efficiency of these, these death sentences,
- 14:58which I don't blame him. I mean, this is, again, the, the
- 15:01way the prison system is run right now, it's prohibitively
- 15:03expensive. And there are lots of people at
- 15:05the lower end of the spectrum. If there was somebody that you
- 15:07get pardoned, there would be a lot of people that faced, you
- 15:09know, excessive drug charges or excessive sentences by
- 15:13overzealous judges. But here's an interesting
- 15:16statistic that a lot of people don't know.
- 15:18During Donald Trump's entire term of presidency, he gave out
- 15:21237 pardons or commutations of sentences.
- 15:25Barack Obama gave out 1927, George W Bush 200 Bill Clinton
- 15:33459, George HW Bush the lowest of all 77, Ronald Reagan four O
- 15:406, Jimmy Carter 566, Gerald Ford four O 9 and Richard Nixon 926.
- 15:48George, where do you hear the number that Joe Biden gave out
- 15:52it since since he started not including what he's getting
- 15:55ready to do or not the potential for him to do more before he
- 15:57heads out the door. He's already given out 8062
- 16:02pardons and commutations of sentences.
- 16:06Whoa. That's.
- 16:09Probably more than all the presidents combined.
- 16:12It is. And you know, I'm going to you
- 16:15know what the reason that this is happening is?
- 16:18Listen, you know, Joe, Joe Biden and his Biden crime families pay
- 16:21to play you, you know, you give them money, they'll pardon them
- 16:25just like I mean, let's look, let's talk about this ridiculous
- 16:28pardon of this. The judge that's was, you know,
- 16:31I forget, it was with all the kids they were sentencing.
- 16:34Yeah, he was getting paid to over sentence the kids to give
- 16:37them stiffer sentences. And putting these kids away and,
- 16:40you know, his friend owned a facility.
- 16:41They're making money. I mean, some kids kill
- 16:43themselves, committed suicide. That's on Joe Biden's head for a
- 16:49releasing this judge. There's no way that judge should
- 16:51be commuted. He hurt kids.
- 16:54I mean, it's where are we going with this?
- 16:56But you know what, it's greed. It's money and it's shown right
- 17:00there in the numbers. 8062 mean. I didn't realize it was that
- 17:03high, Lance. You just shocked me right now.
- 17:05It's crazy. And here's the point.
- 17:08Federal, you know, federal death, you know, death
- 17:11convictions. Usually those people the, the,
- 17:15the case is there aren't that many because you know, murder
- 17:17and homicide to become a federal case, it's a trickier, it's a
- 17:21different set of subject matter jurisdictions.
- 17:23So these people, a lot of these people have committed serious
- 17:26crimes, you know, the kidnapping with murder, you know, the
- 17:30shooting people in a church, you know, like they got this one
- 17:33guy, you know, Robert Bowers, a white guy that convicted, he
- 17:36convicted and sentenced to death for mass shooting of the Tree of
- 17:38Life synagogue. You know, these are people like
- 17:41here's another guy, a guy named Brown Meyer, Jason Brown, he was
- 17:45convicted and sentenced to death for fatal stabbing of a postal
- 17:48worker. Here's another guy that killed
- 17:50the federal prison inmate. There's another one that killed
- 17:52the federal prison guard. But, you know, and the list just
- 17:55goes on and on. These these are people that
- 17:57committed some pretty serious crimes.
- 17:58If I was going to see pardons, George, or commutations or
- 18:01sentences, I'd like to see some of these people for these
- 18:02excessive drug cases. I'd like to see some of the
- 18:05cases where, you know, the DOJ lied or prosecuted people at the
- 18:08lower end of the spectrum. I don't know that letting out or
- 18:11commentating or pardoning murderers is the right plan of
- 18:15of, you know, doing something that maybe Biden thinks is just,
- 18:20do we really want to take the highest end of the spectrum, the
- 18:23worst of the worst, and do this? No, and he shouldn't be doing
- 18:28it, but unfortunately, that's the power of the pardon.
- 18:32But listen, I'm with you, Lance. Like there's a lot of guys that
- 18:37are behind and behind the wall in prison, like for these
- 18:40excessive drug crimes, which is if you got arrested today and
- 18:44you would be doing 1/4 of the sentence maybe, And there's
- 18:48people that are there for life or 4050.
- 18:51It's crazy. I mean, marijuana cases where
- 18:53marijuana is legal all over the country and they've got people
- 18:56still sitting in jail for marijuana convictions.
- 19:01I mean, it's just not to me that's the problem.
- 19:03The system just it's, it's tremendously flawed.
- 19:06And at the end of the day, the prosecutors, especially those of
- 19:09the DOJ, they don't really care. They don't want to fix their
- 19:13errors. They don't want to fix the
- 19:14mistakes. I'll bet you if I could go
- 19:15through the case records for all the federal inmates, I could
- 19:17find you 1000 guys that were extremely deserved of being
- 19:23released early, maybe more than 1000.
- 19:26Who knows. I don't know what the total
- 19:27federal and Carson rate, federal incarceration rate is, but
- 19:31that's a crazy thing, you know? What's the thing like you talk
- 19:33like you made a point before, like it costs $100,000 a year to
- 19:36housing inmate, right? These guys on death row, they're
- 19:39on death row for how many years before they get executed?
- 19:42Decades. Yeah.
- 19:44I mean, I know they have the appeals process that
- 19:46automatically goes through and all that, but what the hell,
- 19:49it's taking so long. But granted, you know, there's
- 19:51some people that been on for 30 years, 40 years, and they got
- 19:55freed to go over new evidence, new technologies.
- 19:58So it's like it's, it's a, it's very tough call situation on
- 20:03this because let's face it, you also have like corrupt DAS,
- 20:06corrupt cops that manufacture evidence, lie, you know, convict
- 20:10people and you know. No doubt.
- 20:12And it's. Sarah, I, I would venture a
- 20:14guess that George, that 20 to 40% of the current, the
- 20:19incarcerated population, both state and federal, are innocent
- 20:22in one way or another. Or the amount of entrapment or
- 20:25corruption in the case was excessive.
- 20:27And that's why they're here. You know, that's why they're
- 20:29there now. And they got sentences they
- 20:30didn't deserve. Maybe they did commit a crime,
- 20:32but it wasn't to the level it was because let's face it, many
- 20:35of these guys, federal agents and you know, police officers
- 20:38are all bucking for that next level of promotion.
- 20:41In, in, in the state level. They're all trying to become a
- 20:43detective. They're all trying to become a
- 20:44higher level senior detective on the agent level, they're trying
- 20:48to become supervisors and you know, regional and and national
- 20:52and they want to move their way up the food chain.
- 20:53The only way they move their up is with convictions.
- 20:55And, and they put a lot of time into these cases.
- 20:57And when the cases don't start to pan out, they get frustrated.
- 21:01And with that frustration comes the corruption, comes the lies,
- 21:05comes the planet evidence, comes the Brady material that isn't
- 21:09given or the Giglio material, the destroyed evidence or the
- 21:11coaching of witnesses. And before you know it, they've
- 21:14created a completely fake case. And look, the sentence is so
- 21:18excessive that everybody pleas out.
- 21:20The plea system is in full force and effect in the federal
- 21:23system. Everybody's going to plea out
- 21:25because otherwise they're going to get a superseding indictment,
- 21:27They're going to get more excessive charges.
- 21:29They're going to get no plea negotiations.
- 21:31And the sentencing guidelines that were put in are just awful.
- 21:34They even now the judges don't have the adjudication level they
- 21:36need to. They always say Booker and Fan
- 21:38Fan fixed it. Booker and Fan Fan didn't fix
- 21:40it. The problem is those sentencing
- 21:42guidelines. And I agree with you.
- 21:43There's a lot of corporate money and there's a lot of people that
- 21:46owns own commissaries. They're all trying to make money
- 21:49off the inmate population. So it's pretty ugly.
- 21:52It is. I mean, you just look at, if you
- 21:54ever look into commissary, if you look on the county level,
- 21:57what they charge and then to the state level, it's a huge, big
- 22:00difference. The corruption is like crazy.
- 22:03I remember in my state, Governor Whitman, she opened up a
- 22:06commissary. Her and her husband, they're,
- 22:09they're running that out of the state in New Jersey And now in
- 22:11some other states. This happened when she was
- 22:14governor. Her husband got that.
- 22:15And this, you know, come on. And that's the problem, right?
- 22:18Because now wouldn't they want stronger sentencing longs?
- 22:21Don't they want larger populations of incarcerated
- 22:25because isn't that financially benefit them?
- 22:27So when you start having financial benefit that goes to
- 22:29the leadership that's making the decisions about the
- 22:32incarceration rates and or the laws that cause those rates that
- 22:36you can't do that. You can't, those two can't mix
- 22:39and that's the difficulty. The Bush's own part of one of
- 22:42the largest commissary companies in the country.
- 22:44Did you know that? Yeah, that I knew too.
- 22:46You know, Speaking of pardons, I just thought I just popped in my
- 22:49head. I wonder if Senator, well ex
- 22:52Senator Bob Mendez from New Jersey is asking Biden for a
- 22:56pardon. I don't know.
- 22:59I'm sure, I'm sure when you start looking at those
- 23:02statistics, when you start thinking about 8000 pardons, you
- 23:06can imagine that the, you know, the, the number of pardons
- 23:09they've probably received has increased dramatically.
- 23:11When people heard heard that Biden was giving away a lot of
- 23:13pardons because in general, getting a.
- 23:16Pardon. He wasn't.
- 23:16First of all, he wasn't giving them away.
- 23:18He was selling them away. Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 23:21But here's my point, right? You know, in most cases, a
- 23:24presidential pardon and that's the Holy Grail that's winning
- 23:28the Mega Millions lottery. It just doesn't happen very
- 23:30often, as you can see by the numbers we just reported.
- 23:33And normally it happens for the very powerful, the very wealthy,
- 23:36or when you have a case like a Kim Kardashian that goes to
- 23:39battle for you. It happens for people that have
- 23:41celebrity, what I would call celebrity support or
- 23:44representation where they make a big deal out of somebody that
- 23:46they think was wrong happens sometimes.
- 23:49But the but the higher end of the spectrum is the wealthy and
- 23:51the well connected political. I wonder who's going to advocate
- 23:54for pardons for let's say hey Diddy Jay-Z when their time
- 24:01comes. I don't know, maybe, maybe Biden
- 24:03will give him a blanket pardon on the way out the door.
- 24:05Maybe he'll give the the Diddy lifetime pardon that could be
- 24:08coming up. We don't know.
- 24:09Haven't heard much about that. You know, on the Fed side, we're
- 24:11not hearing much. We're hearing some stuff on
- 24:13civil look cases, but we aren't hearing much from the feds about
- 24:15Diddy. We're not hearing much from the
- 24:17feds about Epstein. All crickets because that's the
- 24:20way they do it. But of course, that's always
- 24:22talking about accountability and consequences.
- 24:24When are we going to have accountability and consequences?
- 24:26And when we come back, that's exactly what we're going to talk
- 24:28about. CNN, of all places, Scott
- 24:31Jennings. When is accountability coming
- 24:33for those who lied to the American people about Biden's
- 24:35condition? Staying tuned.
- 24:37Big, big talk radio show. I'll be right back.
- 25:10All right, it's your favorite show, the big, big talk radio
- 25:14show. We're your hosts, Lance
- 25:15Migliacho and George Banzi. We are live in Denver and New
- 25:19York City. We're talking about
- 25:21accountability. When will we see accountability?
- 25:25That's a big question because you know what, we have yet to
- 25:28see any accountability, especially with any government
- 25:31figures that are corrupt, known criminal organizations like the
- 25:36Biden crime family, but it goes on and on.
- 25:38I mean, we're talking about people in his administration,
- 25:42people in the media. But Lance, I want to bring
- 25:45something up. You know, we're just talking
- 25:48about Biden pardoning, pardoning people, right?
- 25:51A lot of pardons and we knew about his cognitive decline
- 25:59since since he got into office, even before he got into office.
- 26:02And yet everybody hit it from the public, from all his aides
- 26:07to all the media. They just hit it until it came
- 26:11on stage in the debate and they couldn't hide it no more because
- 26:13it was live. But here's you know, I don't
- 26:16even think Joe Biden knows who he's pardoning.
- 26:19You can't you can't put him at fault because according to all
- 26:23the reports have been coming out about his cognitive decline that
- 26:27all his age were keeping him hidden from everybody.
- 26:29He wasn't really making decisions because he's not
- 26:32really mentally capable of doing it, which is a scary thought.
- 26:35It's like here's a guy that hold that can has the nuclear codes
- 26:39in the football and let's say it comes time where he's got to
- 26:43break his little card and read off the codes.
- 26:45You probably couldn't even read them off to verify that it's a
- 26:47nuclear launch in that sense. So I don't really put blame on
- 26:53him for the last few years about decision made because let's face
- 26:57it, I don't think he was making decisions.
- 26:59Who was making those decisions, whether it be staff, I don't
- 27:03know. But there needs to be
- 27:04accountability right there. And shame on his wife, Jill
- 27:07Biden and his family's kids for even allowing their father or
- 27:11husband to even go through this. They're just using this man.
- 27:16They allowed, let's say the other puppets, whoever running
- 27:19them, to use them, whether it be Obama, Soros, whoever it is.
- 27:23And it's crazy. But well, here's the bottom
- 27:26line. Even dementia and Alzheimer
- 27:28patients have moments of what I would call lucidity when they're
- 27:32actually lucid and know what's going on.
- 27:34He knew he was struggling. People have made it obvious that
- 27:37he was now, you know, Scott Jennings, which of course he's
- 27:40he's the conservative breakout media star of 2024.
- 27:43Jennings. He's he's been doing some great
- 27:45work. Even though he's on Cnni got to
- 27:46say that the guy's really put some stuff on front St.
- 27:49You know, he's just calling out the Democrats and the media for
- 27:52repeatedly covering up Biden's condition.
- 27:54And the question is, when does covering up become a crime?
- 27:58When do we say that these people committed seditious conspiracy
- 28:02treason against the United States because they covered up
- 28:04the mental state or the mental deficiency and maybe even the
- 28:08health state of Joe Biden? We've heard lots of rumors that
- 28:11he may not even live out a year based on the way he's declining
- 28:14right now. And you got to admit a couple of
- 28:17his public appearances. He looks just like he's out of
- 28:19out of his gourd. You know, So this may be the
- 28:21biggest scandal in America. And you have to look at the
- 28:24facts of it. This is went on for a very long
- 28:27time. The, and what Jenny says is and
- 28:30the level and volume of people who dedicated themselves to
- 28:33lying to everyone at home about this man's condition for four
- 28:37straight years up to the summer is breathtaking.
- 28:40Now, the Wall Street Journal's even talking about interviews
- 28:43with nearly 50 people and current and former White House
- 28:45staffers who interact directly with the president revealed that
- 28:48Biden's stamina issues were apparent even during his first
- 28:51few months in office. I mean, this guy was napping and
- 28:55vacationing like nobody's business.
- 28:57He's taken more vacation days than any other president in U.S.
- 29:00history. So that's pretty, that's a
- 29:03pretty stunning, you know, stunning clan.
- 29:05Stunning fact, really. It's this is an absolute
- 29:08scandal. Let's play this media clip.
- 29:10As for the scandals, the national security risk, here we
- 29:12go. I just have to ask when the
- 29:14accountability is going to come for every single person who sat
- 29:19in front of a television who held some position of
- 29:21responsibility and lied their rear end off about what they
- 29:25were seeing behind closed doors. People came on television and
- 29:28said, oh, I'm with him all day and he's really engaged and he's
- 29:32doing the job. He's running circles around us
- 29:35and these videos are cheap fakes.
- 29:36And on and on and on. Brazen lying by people who work
- 29:40for our government, and they lied to us about it.
- 29:44I mean, I'd like to see him start off with, let's say,
- 29:46Champasaki Afro Chucky, you know?
- 29:50I just have to ask. Sorry, there's no doubt.
- 29:52I mean, there's no doubt. You're right.
- 29:54What about? What about they?
- 29:55Need to get started. The question is, is the Trump
- 29:57administration, even though they're not in yet, are they
- 29:59prepared to have these people face accountability and
- 30:02consequences? And that's my biggest concern.
- 30:04We talked about it the first time President Trump ran.
- 30:07He was going to drain the swamp and he didn't drain a puddle.
- 30:10And now here we are. Is is this going to be the turn?
- 30:13Because I believe this, if these people don't face consequences,
- 30:17what's that's just enabling the next round of people to do the
- 30:21same thing. A little fear in them, maybe the
- 30:24fact that these previous people, maybe even Jen Psaki, maybe Afro
- 30:28Chucky, The truth of the matter is maybe KJP, if if she faces
- 30:32these consequences, will the next round of press secretaries
- 30:35maybe behave in a different manner?
- 30:37I think so. If after Chuck, he was, let's
- 30:39say Trump gets through his four years and KJP was sitting in
- 30:43jail for a 10 year sentence and the next round came in, I think
- 30:46the next press secretary would be a much more honest person.
- 30:49I think that's the problem. When you don't have a
- 30:51consequences, when you don't have accountability, when you
- 30:54don't have oversight, you've got nothing but a bunch of brazen
- 30:57criminality. And that's what we've got in DC
- 30:59right now, George. Listen, we're going to take it a
- 31:02step further because let's look at our Intel agencies.
- 31:04You can't tell me that they didn't know about Joe Biden's
- 31:07cognitive decline and they're and, and they're allowing
- 31:11whoever it is to make national security decisions for the
- 31:17American people in this country when his when his mental
- 31:21capacity is that so diminished, Isn't that a national security
- 31:25threat? 1. 100% I mean, look what look
- 31:28what they did in Afghanistan. The botched withdrawal got
- 31:32killed. What was it, 8 shoulder, eight
- 31:34soldiers, 12 soldiers, I think it was, yeah.
- 31:37I mean, if we had a president that was mentally capable, would
- 31:40they have done it that way? Probably not because you know
- 31:42what? They just did another softball
- 31:44interview with him and they asked him, you know, is there
- 31:47anything you would do different? And he and he didn't come up
- 31:49with anything. He didn't say anything.
- 31:51No, he ran the whole country perfect.
- 31:55I mean, yeah, first thing called in my mind was the Afghan thing
- 31:58where where people lost lives. Let's let's switch gears and go
- 32:02to this next story. Let's talk about Christmas for a
- 32:04minute. Let's talk about, you know,
- 32:06getting together with your family members, going shopping,
- 32:08going to events, going to parties.
- 32:11And let's look at it on a global scale, how people all around the
- 32:14globe are, you know, getting ready to enjoy the holiday.
- 32:17This terrorist attack in Germany is just another example of the
- 32:22miserable situation we're within with a lot of people around this
- 32:25globe. The stair sector right now,
- 32:27they've got 11 dead and 80 injured.
- 32:30And so, so I mean, this is a crazy one.
- 32:33Adult and toddler died after a car plowed into a crowd.
- 32:35That's only one example. There's serious injuries.
- 32:38Some people might not make up. 68 people in all were hurt.
- 32:41At least that's the number so far.
- 32:43And the guy that got arrested, he acted alone.
- 32:46He's supposed to be a 50 year old man and a doctor from Saudi
- 32:49Arabia who works in one of the towns there in, in in Germany.
- 32:54And it's about 100 miles West of Berlin where he works.
- 32:57I just can't figure out. Now, of course, they're saying
- 33:00that the perpetrator of this Christmas attack, George, is a
- 33:03fugitive from Saudi Arabia. The German government refused to
- 33:07extradite him despite requests from the Saudi government many
- 33:11times exciting human rights concerns.
- 33:13So the government had the opportunity to get rid of this
- 33:16guy. They knew he was that he was a
- 33:18fugitive for Saudi Arabia. Why didn't they do it, George?
- 33:22Why did they allow this guy to stay and then go ahead and do
- 33:25this? Do you have any idea what the,
- 33:27what the, you know, the complicity of the government is?
- 33:30I mean, these people that got injured and died, their
- 33:33families, the government is going to owe them, I believe,
- 33:35hundreds of millions of dollars. I didn't know he he was a
- 33:40fugitive wanted by Saudi Arabia. I didn't.
- 33:42That's something new. I just heard that.
- 33:43Yeah. Wow.
- 33:45But he was a doctor too, right? Yeah, when he was given asylum,
- 33:49when he applied for citizenship in Germany, he was given asylum
- 33:52by Germany. And and of course, when they
- 33:54came back to Germany, Germany refused to extradite him.
- 33:57So this is how he repaid the favor by committing this mass
- 34:00massacre. This is this gets interesting.
- 34:05They should, you know what the people should sue him because I
- 34:07know there's claims of two dead but I'm hearing there was like 8
- 34:11dead people die. No, no, the death, murder, I
- 34:14just talked about that one toddler and that parent.
- 34:16You're right. I think it might even be 11 now.
- 34:18They've got a lot of people that are in very bad shape because
- 34:20this guy, if you saw the video, which was just horrendous, he
- 34:24plowed through the crowd at a high rate of speed, but people
- 34:27were just flying in the air. I know, I've seen it.
- 34:29It was crazy. And nobody really knows why he
- 34:32did it other, I don't know if it's a Muslim, Christian thing.
- 34:35I don't know what happened. But this guy should have been
- 34:37extradite. The truth of the matter is he
- 34:39was wanted by the Saudi Arabian government.
- 34:41Why did Germany refuse to extradite him?
- 34:44And this is the problem. Europe is really destroying
- 34:47itself from within. This is a pattern where
- 34:49government officials are getting involved with this and they're
- 34:53promoting and supporting this illegal immigration invasion.
- 34:56They've got flat criminals just like we did here in the United
- 34:59States. I guarantee if we ran a
- 35:00background check, if we were able to do it and we could
- 35:02locate all 30 or 35,000,000 illegal invaders in our country,
- 35:06if we could even find them, I'll bet you if we ran background
- 35:09checks on all of them, they're probably 50.
- 35:11Sixty, 70% of them are probably people with criminal histories,
- 35:15long criminal histories on Interpol lists that have been
- 35:19ejected from other countries, just like like, like them just
- 35:21dumping their trash here in the United States.
- 35:24And this is the same situation all over Europe.
- 35:29It is. I mean, we're all facing that,
- 35:31but what are you going to do? You're going to live and learn.
- 35:35You got to learn the hard way. What we need to do here is take
- 35:38action, support the new administration, support Tom
- 35:42Holman. Let's get these people out of
- 35:44here. If they want to come in legally,
- 35:46that's one thing. I want legal integration.
- 35:47I want doctors and engineers, but I don't want people that are
- 35:51wanted in other countries. I don't want people with long
- 35:53lists of felonies from other countries.
- 35:55I don't want murderers and rapists and kidnappers and
- 35:58Carkel connected and transnational gang members.
- 36:01And that's what we're getting right now.
- 36:03Stay tuned. Big, big talk radio show.
- 36:04We'll be right back. When we come back, we're going
- 36:06to talk about the generosity of a superstar NFL quarterback in

- 38:09I want to give you guys a little announcement.
- 38:11You know, I'll give a shout out to one of our sponsors, Genesis
- 38:14Gold Group. Y'all seen at the beginning of
- 38:17the last this year and actually the last four years, it's come
- 38:20with so many uncertainties. You know, we had red hot
- 38:24inflation, inflation. Will it continue?
- 38:26We just seen the Dow Jones Industrial average post its
- 38:29first 10 day losing streak since 1974.
- 38:34Now, granted, we got a new administration coming in, but
- 38:36you know what it's going to take time for to change the chaos of
- 38:42debt that Biden has done. It's not going to happen
- 38:47overnight. You know, the feds, they just
- 38:48keep printing trillions of dollars.
- 38:50In just a few short years, taxes has been going up and the
- 38:53government is just, they're just busy funneling half of its
- 38:55budget into the military industrial complex.
- 38:58As a result, the US dollar has lost value.
- 39:01We need to return to our American roots backed by gold
- 39:03and faith. Instead of using tricks to get
- 39:05their customers on the hook, then punishing them when huge
- 39:07spreads, Genesis Gold Group chooses to educate and serve.

- 40:19people that don't really understand crypto, it creates a
- 40:22very Safeway to transact, put your IRA in there and your

- 40:34We'll be giving you more details and don't forget to catch us on
- 40:36Rumble for a lot of that. We'll be happy.
- 40:38We are on our global finance Forum show that's every Friday
- 40:40at noon. So I George, it's It's rare that
- 40:44the word generous, an NFL quarterback can get used in the
- 40:47same. Sentence it's not really Lance,
- 40:49you know really no, I I've seen this over the over the years.
- 40:54You just don't see so much in the news.
- 40:56But I'm I'm. Going to go here.
- 40:58Maybe you're right. 49ers Brock Purdy, the quarterback he
- 41:02impressed, his offensive lineman, he bought him brand new
- 41:04cars for Christmas. Yeah, I've always, I've always
- 41:06seen either quarterback, quarterbacks buying their
- 41:08lineman, either they buy them Rolex watches.
- 41:10There's always something they do for their lineman.
- 41:12You just don't, you know? You don't see or hear about it
- 41:15too much. But you know what's interesting
- 41:16about this one? This guy was a third string
- 41:18rookie and then and all of a sudden he's just been killing
- 41:20it, right? You know what happened those the
- 41:22guys in front of him got injured, he moved forward.
- 41:25What's interesting is he's only making $1,000,000 a year right
- 41:28now, which I think is quite interesting because 10 cars at
- 41:3280 or 90 grand apiece, because they were, five of them were to
- 41:35Toyota Sequoias and four of them were Toyota Tundra pickups and
- 41:39basically his offensive tackles like Nick does Keshi said he
- 41:45was, Oh my God, I can't believe this.
- 41:47And they were all listen to the Purr Purdy.
- 41:49That Purr is Purdy and they're joking around.
- 41:52You know, it's probably the greatest gift I've ever got in
- 41:54my life. But this is some serious money.
- 41:56We're talking about those Tundras and Sequoias.
- 41:58They've got to be 8090, maybe 100 grand apiece.
- 42:01So it's pretty incredible. But don't get me wrong.
- 42:04I hope they gave him a deal. He bought like 10 cars about,
- 42:07you know? And and who knows, maybe, maybe
- 42:09Toyota chipped in. I don't really know what.
- 42:11And don't get me wrong, this guy's on his way to probably a
- 42:13monster contract because you have to look at his track record
- 42:17here. You know, he's, he's a, you
- 42:19know, he was the he, I think he was one of the last picks in the
- 42:21NFL draft. Mr. Irrelevant, you know, and of
- 42:24course he's stunned fans during his rookie season when he took
- 42:27over the starting role, you know, for that as a third string
- 42:29quarterback following injuries to Trey Lance and eventually
- 42:32Jimmy Garoppolo. And he just killed it, right?
- 42:36Took him all the way almost. And then he got a little injury.
- 42:39But he's playing at a really high level.
- 42:41So let's face it, he's going to get a major contract.
- 42:43No big deal. I'm sure these guys appreciate
- 42:45it. But I love to see goodwill like
- 42:46this, especially when the guy's getting ready to make tons of
- 42:49money and he's and he's making sure the guys that are helping
- 42:51him achieve that goal, you know, do it also.
- 42:54So it's great news. Listen, Haktua, we talked about
- 42:59it before. You know about that massive
- 43:01crypto rug pull on this meme coin.
- 43:03She was involved that they say she made 10 million.
- 43:05I don't know if she did, lawyers have ramped up.
- 43:09She put herself into a self induced sleep coma and that's
- 43:12that's sarcasm. She said she was going to sleep
- 43:14on a very, very not well controlled spaces event, went to
- 43:19sleep and then weeks later she was still nowhere to be seen.
- 43:23She's now retained counsel. George, what do you think?
- 43:25What do you think is going to happen here?
- 43:27Well, it's rightfully she should retain counsel because she's
- 43:31going to get sued whether she knew it or not.
- 43:35It's her own. She's got to take responsibility
- 43:37because when you allow somebody to use your name, you better
- 43:39know what they're going to be using it for.
- 43:41Do your homework and research. You are complicit.
- 43:44It's your response. You're responsible because
- 43:46you're making your, you made a big name for yourself off of
- 43:50something that's really stupid, but you got some fame and, and
- 43:55now you just took advantage of all the people that were
- 43:57following you and, you know, trusted you just threw them
- 44:00under the rug. Well, she went to what happened
- 44:04was it was on this on that December 3rd podcast, I think,
- 44:07and she went anywho, I'm after it got launched, she went,
- 44:11anywho, I'm going to go to bed and I'll see you guys tomorrow.
- 44:13And then two weeks later, she was nowhere to be seen.
- 44:15She wasn't doing any of her podcast episodes.
- 44:17Now she's made a statement. I want to read this and then you
- 44:20guys can make your own determination.
- 44:21She said. I take this situation extremely
- 44:23seriously and I want to address my fans, the investors who have
- 44:27been affected in the broader community.
- 44:28I am fully cooperating with and I am committed to assisting the
- 44:31legal team representing the individual impacted as well as
- 44:33to help uncover the truth, hold the responsible parties
- 44:36accountable and resolve this matter.
- 44:38If you have experienced losses related to this, please contact
- 44:40Berwick Law using the link below.
- 44:43Now to me, that's kind of her just trying to make sure that it
- 44:47doesn't get directed at her, that gets directed at other
- 44:49people. The lawsuit.
- 44:50What do you think, George? Well, you know, she made what
- 44:53did she pocket off this 50 million for herself?
- 44:56Nah, they said 51 guy that was kind of is kind of an expert
- 45:00Coffee Zilla who's out there that researches a lot of the rug
- 45:02pulls, He's kind of a big deal on YouTube for rug bulls.
- 45:05He said something to the effect that he thinks she walked with
- 45:0710 million. Now they've identified a lot of
- 45:09wallets that were part of the team where these were wallets
- 45:13that benefited tremendously from the rug pull because the coin
- 45:16started to really take off. And then of course it took off
- 45:18and everybody rug pulled. So it's one of those things
- 45:21they've tracked back a lot of it.
- 45:23I don't know where the, the, where the, you know, the law
- 45:25firm is seeing it. Maybe she just got taken
- 45:27advantage of. I have no idea.
- 45:29But there was a couple of statements going around that she
- 45:31was only paid like a like a fee, a flat fee to to.
- 45:35Pull the coin. My my, my point is did she, did
- 45:39she forgo her fee and and that money she made didn't give it
- 45:42back to the people that lost their money?
- 45:44No idea. You know, she is working with
- 45:46the law firm that's got that's come out that's looking for
- 45:48everybody that got damaged because they're going to sue the
- 45:50hell out of this. Because I guess the guys that
- 45:52promoted the coin, the company behind it, supposedly they've
- 45:56had a pattern of doing this and they've also made a lot of
- 45:58money. How come there's no arrests?
- 46:00How come this is fraud? This is fraud, isn't it?
- 46:03Yeah. Wouldn't you characterize this?
- 46:04It was almost like insider trading in in in essence.
- 46:07Well, and that's the difficulty, right?
- 46:09You're talking about the wild, Wild West right now in
- 46:11cryptocurrency. So there isn't really like the
- 46:13SEC really doesn't have any laws in place.
- 46:16They try to use stock laws, but they don't really apply to
- 46:18cryptocurrency. So it's a tricky situation.
- 46:21And I think when you look at this it, you have to, you have
- 46:24to think that, yeah, you have to wonder who did this?
- 46:27Why did they do it? Of course it was to make money.
- 46:29We know why they did it. But the point is, did she
- 46:32benefit? Was she part of the strategy?
- 46:34And now is she just trying to cover her tracks?
- 46:35We'll have to wait and see on this.
- 46:38Well, listen, she's going to be in for a big surprise because
- 46:42regardless, she's going to be held accountable because it's
- 46:45her name. She should have been.
- 46:46She should have known what she's signing her name to or allowing
- 46:49him to use her name. I'm not.
- 46:50I don't want to hear her. She's a dumb blonde girl.
- 46:54I just don't want to hear it. No.
- 46:56Well, at least you're not to worry.
- 46:57She's committed to continuing her podcast as soon as she
- 47:00clears up what her involvement in Hawk actually was.
- 47:03I mean, I can't see that podcast going anywhere.
- 47:05I mean. Weren't you stressing?
- 47:06Weren't you stressing about that podcast not being available,
- 47:09George? No, I never even listened to
- 47:12her. She sounds, she sounds like Bart
- 47:14Simpson, by the way. Yeah, she does have a little
- 47:17that Bart Simpson. Yeah, well, Bitcoin's on the
- 47:20move, but in the wrong direction for the moment.
- 47:22I don't, I think it's a temporary flip, but Bitcoin slid
- 47:25below 100,000 this morning. It's at 97,000 and change of
- 47:29course, the global crypto market took a big dip, 1.2%, reducing
- 47:37it to only 3.5 trillion, which is still a giant number.
- 47:39It's way up for the year. We know that already, but that's
- 47:42they took a big plunge. I think it went to 92,000 the
- 47:44other day and that was from a high of 108.
- 47:47But that was catalyzed by, of course, once again, the Federal
- 47:49Reserve who said they will not hold Bitcoin in its reserve,
- 47:54dropping the world's largest cryptocurrency to dip the 7%
- 47:57we're talking about right now. It said we're not allowed to own
- 48:00Bitcoin now. Since when is the Federal
- 48:02Reserve ever decided that they're not allowed to do
- 48:04something, Georgia? They ever said that?
- 48:06Ever. I never heard them say anything
- 48:08like I I'm. It's mind boggling.
- 48:11I think you know what? I know why.
- 48:13Trump should do them all a big favor.
- 48:15Just abolish the Federal Reserve.
- 48:19Yeah, I agree 100%. This is what they use, the
- 48:21Federal Reserve access that we can own.
- 48:23And we're not looking for a law change.
- 48:25What we can own and we're not looking for a law change.
- 48:27That's the kind of thing for Congress to consider.
- 48:29But we're not looking for a law change at the Fed.
- 48:31Yeah, because they don't want their their their Fiat currency
- 48:34to be undermined by cryptocurrency because at the
- 48:37end of the day, that would be the most damaging thing for
- 48:39them. If the US dollar wasn't it
- 48:41wasn't the wasn't the exchange of choice for the United States
- 48:44government, they'd be out of business.
- 48:46I think it's time to put them out of business.
- 48:47And the Fed, as Ron Paul would say, enough is enough.
- 48:52We'll see what happens. Of course, Bitcoin exchange
- 48:54traded ETFs, there's they made their debut.
- 48:57So I think this is a limited dip.
- 48:58We'll see it come back. Go back to the gold standard.
- 49:01I agree. All right, listen, you guys, the
