- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Hey everyone, welcome back to the Beyond Limits podcast.
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: I'm excited because we have another episode for you, and this one is all about dissolving the limits.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: As we know, this podcast is called Beyond Limits.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: But what you don't realize is that so often you are subscribing to limits in your life that don't actually exist.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: And I always like to say the limits you create become the house that you live in, because the limits of what you believe is possible end up constructing your reality, what you think you can do, what you're available to happen to you, all of that.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: So we're going to be going through, I believe I have eight, the eight different places or you know, sections of your life for you to audit where you're creating limitations so that you can spend.
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: I mean, I'm recording this at the end of August, if you can spend the rest of 2026 unsubscribing for limitations.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: But honestly, this episode will land no matter when in space-time you are listening to it.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: So let's go ahead and dive in.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: So, number one, what I want you to remember is what you have called limits are actually just decisions that you have made as to what's possible for you.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: And I'm always challenging the limits of what I think is possible, of what I believe can happen, of what I believe to be true for myself.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: Now, one of the first limits that people create is the limit of time.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: And so I really want you to catch yourself where right now you are creating the limit of time, even within the rest of this year.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: That can't happen this year.
- 1:27SPEAKER_00: I need to wait to 2027.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: Maybe I should wait to 2027.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: Maybe, you know, that can't happen that fast.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: I need more time before that can happen.
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: And so you start operating this very limited frequency or this Newtonian cause and effect, where you're like, well, I need X amount of time before I can do that.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: When you can actually just go there now.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: And that was something when I got this quote back in 2023, you can just go there now.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: I feel like I actually felt it rewire my entire brain because I realized where I was creating conditions and putting a limitation like time for how long something had to take.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: It does not have to take time.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: It does not have to take months, it does not need to take years.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: There was no such thing as time.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: Time is a construct of the mind.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: So where are you creating limitations of time?
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: And you would be honestly so shocked, so shocked as to what could happen today, this month, this year, if you stop creating constructs around time.
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: Now, this is a very casual episode.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: For those of you who are listening to the podcast, as opposed to watching it on YouTube, you cannot see my coffee, but it's kind of like a casual coffee chat.
- 2:33SPEAKER_00: So when I say casual coffee chat, you might be like, Liv, but would you have this chat over coffee?
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: Like, and if you know me, we would be in a coffee shop and I would be like, Where are you creating limitations?
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: The limitations are only in your mind.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: I should make a reel about that.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: You know, we see the reels, um, there's this guy, this husband uh who makes these reels of like my wife went, etc.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: I should make one like going to coffee with me.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: So where are you currently creating limitations in your mind about what is possible for you?
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: So, like I said, about time.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: And I spoke about this in the broadcast channel of we are being shown now more than ever that time is an illusion, that you don't mean time.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: And there are so many people who are blowing up in the online space right now.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: I was talking about this woman who has just made over$300,000.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: I want to say it's$313,000 in six days, and she did not have this business two months ago.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: That is insane.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: That shows you that it doesn't need to take time.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: It does not take one year, five years, 10 years.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: You could make$300,000 in six days nowadays.
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: There was someone else.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: She made seven and a half million dollars in under two months.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: Insanity.
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: It does not take time.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: It takes coherence, it takes energetic availability, it takes being tuned and tapped in, turned on, as I like to say.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: So I really want you to think about where you've, you know, either created constructs of time in your mind or you feel like you're behind or that you're running out of time.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: Time does not exist.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: Your entire life could change overnight.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: That is the world we live in.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: And I personally think that that's actually so freeing.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: I think the fact that your life could change overnight is incredible.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: And I guarantee you've also had moments so far in your life where your life has changed overnight, where you've met someone and your life changed overnight.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: Or, you know, you are inside a room, a space, and your life changed overnight.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: Where are you subscribing to time and where do you need to dissolve time as a limitation?
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: What have you decided takes a year, but would only take 30 days.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: Let's dissolve that.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: The second one, number two, is a limitation of your body.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: This is something that I've always been dissolving limitations around.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: And for those of you who don't know, my history comes from resolving people's chronic health symptoms.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: Like I was, if you have a chronic health symptom, I can resolve it in a matter of weeks.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: If you have PCOS, PMS, acne, anxiety, chronic fatigue, thyroid issues, menstrual issues, infertility, I don't know, you name it, I can do it.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: IBS, bloating, all of the things.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: And I remember the reason I got into that was because I suffered with a bunch of chronic health issues.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: And I remember when I went to the doctor and they run all the tests, they do all the blood work.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: They said, well, you're just gonna have to manage these symptoms for the rest of your life.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: So I was basically just gonna have to be chronically bloated, having heart flutters, anxiety attacks, panic attacks, thyroid issues.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: I was hypothyroid, I had PCOS, I had acne, I had all of these things.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: Oh, you're just gonna have to deal with this.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: Maybe take some spirinolactone, take some anti-anxiety medication, and that's it.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: I called BS.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: I was like, there's no way my body is just like that.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: There is no way I'm just gonna have to manage these symptoms the rest of my life.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: I decided to get to the root cause and dissolve it.
- 6:03SPEAKER_00: So, what did I do?
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: I found the root cause of my nervous system, I resolved the conflicts, and those symptoms went away.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: And I did that for thousands of people for four years.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: But I want to talk about another way that this happens.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: And I called myself on this four and a half years ago.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: I have always been someone who's unfairly health conscious, all right?
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: I grew up in a household where my mom was fairly health conscious.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: She didn't buy a lot of processed food, a lot of things were like home cooked.
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: You know, I was very active as a kid.
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: I'd never been overweight or anything like that.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: I've always been fairly healthy, but I worked out like I do Pilates.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: I remember it was training, I was spinning, I was doing all the things, walking.
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: But I'm the type of person who I'm the type of person who challenged a limitation.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: This is the limitation I challenge that holds weight in my legs.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: Like if I'm gonna hold weight, I'm gonna hold it in my bottom half.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: I generally always had abs that that area of my body is not where I store weight.
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: I start my lower half.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: And I remember four and a half years ago, I was doing all the things, right?
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: I was gluten-free, dairy-free, I was eating healthy.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: I was training all the time, doing Pilates, doing the spin, doing the stuff, all the things you quote unquote should do.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: But I didn't quite have the physique that I wanted, right?
- 7:19SPEAKER_00: I would I would call it like skinny fat in terms of there wasn't a lot of muscle composition.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: So back in 2020 is really when I started doing personal development work.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: And because I was doing personal development work when it came to money and my business and all of that, all that was flourishing.
- 7:36SPEAKER_00: I was like, well, if it's possible with all of that, then surely it's possible with my body.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: I'm just not doing what I need to be doing.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: I need to like dissolve this limitation.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: So, what did I do?
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: Is I hired my personal, well, now my personal trainer.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: Because to me, she had the best legs all throughout med schools.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: I was like, this woman has carry underwood legs.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: I love, and if you know like Carrie Underwood, just Google Carrie Underwood legs, you know what I mean.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: Like they're they're strong, but they're toned, they're defined, they're like beautiful.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: She has the most amazing legs.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: So I said, this is what it I currently look like.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: I would like to have your legs.
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: You know, can we do that?
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: It's like a thousand percent.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: We should need to recomp her body.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: So, what did I do?
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: I followed her body recomposition method, which if you want to know the name, her episode is on the podcast.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: If you want to just type in how to get in the best shape of your life beyond limits, and you shouldn't be able to find it.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: She did a whole episode on how you can do that, or just message me on Instagram, DM me, and I'll send you the link to my trainer.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: But it would have been so easy for me, like, well, my body's just not like that.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: I just can't have those legs.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: Well, that's actually not true.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: I can, I just need to be willing to do the right things to get them.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: And ironically, from this story, I actually now work out less.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: So I train three days a week instead of five, which is I love efficiency.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: Three days a week instead of five.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: It's very easy.
- 9:01SPEAKER_00: She tells me exactly what to do.
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: I tell her what I want to look like.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: I literally find a picture on Pinterest, I send her the picture, and I say, Build me a plan to look like this, and then I do it, and then I look like that.
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: Very easy.
- 9:16SPEAKER_00: So where are you maybe also doing this with your body and with your health?
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: And I got reminded of this recently because I had a private client and she came to me and she was feeling this kind of shame around her body.
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: Summertime, other people look like this in bikinis and she doesn't, etc.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: And she said, Well, I guess I'd have to let it go that my body just doesn't look like that.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: And I was like, Well, hey there's no shame, right?
- 9:41SPEAKER_00: We don't come from shame or judgment.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: We don't judge ourselves or shame our bodies, but that is actually not true.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: Like, if we were to be radically honest, that is simply not true.
- 9:51SPEAKER_00: You are just not willing to do the things that people who have those types of bodies do in terms of training, lifting heavy, working out, eating clean, which is fine.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: But it's not that you can't, it's just that you're unwilling.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: And that's why dissolving limitations, I mean, one of the big things, if you want to dissolve the limits in your life, is you have to be willing to be radically honest with yourself.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: I am willing to be radically honest.
- 10:17SPEAKER_00: So I know, all right, I just I need to change the way I'm working out.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: So just think about this when it comes to your body.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: And there's no right or wrong.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: It's just a willingness, it's a being honest.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: It's not that you can't have anything, it's asking yourself, is this actually something I want?
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: Am I willing to do the things to get there?
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: It's not just how your body is, whether it's physical health symptoms or like what it looks like on the outside.
- 10:49SPEAKER_00: All right, number three.
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: There we go.
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: Number three.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: All right, number three is around money.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: So many people.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: I could do a whole podcast episode on this.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: So many people think that they are limited by money.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: You are not limited by money.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: I know you think you're limited by money because you're like, Liv, this is the amount that I see.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: This is my current bank balance.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: So this is what I think is available.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: But because you think you are limited by money and because you have given authority to money and you've placed money on a pedestal above you, you are then limited by money.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: But it's only because you believe you are limited by money.
- 11:28SPEAKER_00: Which seems like a little it that's why it's such a nervous system game.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: Like what you experience in life has everything to do with your nervous system.
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: Because your nervous system filters through the information.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: Whatever you can see and, you know, see and smell and taste and touch in your reality, it's not actually the full picture.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: Everything you see with your eyes is running through your nervous system first, which is insane.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: You think because you see it with your eyes that that's what reality looks like.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: No, it is false.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: That's why you don't want to see with your eyes, you want to see here.
- 11:58SPEAKER_00: You can't see on the podcast, but I'm pointing to my third eye, if you will.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: See through there, don't see through, or see through your heart, don't see through your eyeballs, because they will mislead you.
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: They will tell you things that are not true.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: And so anytime people feel limited by money, what do they do?
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: They close off.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: So because you believe that, oh, I can't do that because this is what money is, or you're waiting for money to give you permission to do something, what ends up happening is you you get stuck in this loop.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: And the thing is, is that 99%, I would say 99% of people are stuck in this loop.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: That's why it's called the 1%, because 99% of people take what they see in terms of money and they let that not only tell them how they feel, but they let that money tell them then how to move.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: And so if you're never on the leading frequency with money, you're always gonna feel behind.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: You're always gonna feel like, oh, I can't do that until I have money.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: Ooh, I can't do that until someone pays me.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: I can't do that until.
- 12:51SPEAKER_00: And so if you feel like money is dictating what you do, that means you have given your power away to money.
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: And money is a current limitation in your field.
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: You are not limited by money.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: You don't need money, you need resourcefulness.
- 13:03SPEAKER_00: You don't need money, you need ideas.
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: You don't need money, you need to be able to tap into something larger than yourself or tap into a frequency of consciousness that is not what is in front of you right now.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: And I posted a reel on this.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: If you haven't watched it, go check out my Instagram because I took this snippet from a limitless call we had.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: And this woman inside Limitless, she's absolutely incredible.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: She's four times her income in the first month of Limitless through one of our income streams.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: And she's very, she's new to my world.
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: So she's like, Liv, what exactly is this field that we're tapping into?
- 13:34SPEAKER_00: She's like, Liv, what are these forces we're working with?
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: She's like, I know I'm doing it, but like, what is it that we're doing?
- 13:40SPEAKER_00: And so I was explaining to her that we are tapping to a different state of consciousness.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: Most people are tapped into the state of consciousness of survival, which means that whatever they are seeing and smelling and tasting and touching is then dictating how they feel.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: So they're in this loop where reality looks like this, I react and then I move based on that.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: But when you exit this level of consciousness and you enter a higher level of consciousness, what you end up doing is you end up tapping into what I call the limitless frequency or the quantum field, which is the field where anything and everything is possible.
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: It is the field where there's infinite potentialities.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: And based on your response and based on how you observe your reality, that is what renders in.
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: So if you are observing reality and you're letting the money in your account or your bank balance or what money is doing tell you who you are, you can never actually receive more money.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: And so you'll always feel limited by it.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: You need to enter this higher frequency state of consciousness where you how you feel and how you lead with money is always ahead of what money is doing.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: So I want you to think about it.
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: I need a whiteboard.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: Or I am thinking about bringing back my whiteboard days because sometimes I feel like I need to draw something.
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: We're gonna do it.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: If you're not on, if you're on the podcast and um you're listening, and you can go back to the YouTube and uh watch it because I think I think we need a visual.
- 14:59SPEAKER_00: I think we need a visual.
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: All right, the glasses are good.
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna use a highlighter so you can see it.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: Okay, maybe for the next one.
- 15:07SPEAKER_00: That's what we're gonna do.
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: We'll bring back the whiteboard for a different time.
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: Because I really think I think sometimes people need to see the loop that they're creating because this is not gonna show it.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: Alright.
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: So imagine, I'm gonna do it with my hands.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: It's m-pends and highlighters.
- 15:28SPEAKER_00: You are here.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: And if you are reacting to money, this is money, this is you.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: Money is doing what it wants, or whatever it is doing, and you're reacting to it, and so you are constantly money does this and you react and you chase money.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: Money does this and you chase money.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: You feel like there's not enough money and you chase it.
- 15:49SPEAKER_00: Oh, money's doing this, oh, I need more.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: Let me reach and grasp on.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: But when you become the leading energy of money, it's like doo-doo doo-doo doo.
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: I don't need money, money needs me, and money wants to chase you.
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: I don't need money, money needs me, and then money follows you.
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: I don't need money, money needs me, money follows you.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: Oh, look, I'm gonna invest in that thing without needing the money there first, money follows.
- 16:09SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna do this first, money follows.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: Uh do you see?
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: Do you see how like you could be doing this, but right now you're doing this?
- 16:16SPEAKER_00: You could be going this way.
- 16:18SPEAKER_00: We're going this way.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: This is a loop.
- 16:24SPEAKER_00: It's one of the biggest loops I see people get stuck in, especially when it comes to life, but especially when it comes to money.
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: Really get honest of where you are limiting yourself based on what the money is doing right now and where you need to start tapping into that higher state of consciousness where you realize that you can make as much money as you want to make.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: You are the creator of your reality.
- 16:49SPEAKER_00: You are not, money is not leading you, right?
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: Think about like walking a dog.
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: You are leading the dog.
- 16:55SPEAKER_00: The dog's not leading you.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: But if you spend your life giving your power away to money, you will be like those people where the dog is dragging them down the street and money is telling, you know, dragging you along.
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: No, no.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: You are more powerful than money.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: Stop giving your power away to money and start see stop seeing that as a limitation and start coming back to your power.
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: All right, the next limitation is around business.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: Now, there's so many limitations people have around business, but for business, I really want to focus on what you believe needs to happen first in order for something else to happen.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: It's like, well, first I need an audience of this size before I can go there and do the thing, or I need to make this amount of money before I can make that amount of money when you can just make that amount of money now.
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: Or I need a certain size of team, or I need uh a certain certification, I need to do more healing work, I need to do this first.
- 17:45SPEAKER_00: People create so many loops and limitations in their business.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: I've even had people be like, well, I need to do this offer first, or I need to launch this thing first.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: And it's like, well, no, in business, you can actually create whatever it is you want to.
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: But so many people think that they need to do one thing first.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: Or it's like, I need to do sales calls.
- 18:07SPEAKER_00: Do you need to do sales calls?
- 18:08SPEAKER_00: If you love sales calls, do sales calls.
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: But you don't actually need to do sales calls, you could just get paid.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: You don't have to do a webinar, you could just get paid.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: Maybe you like doing webinars.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: That's perfect.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: You don't need files, you don't need this.
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: Like, where are you creating all of these constructs?
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: Oh, I need to learn to storytell first.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: I need to learn how to do this first, I need this first.
- 18:26SPEAKER_00: Do you?
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: You you actually don't, unless it truly lights you up, and you'll know because if it lights you up, it kind of feels effervescent in your soul.
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: You're like, oh my God, this is so much fun.
- 18:35SPEAKER_00: I want to do this.
- 18:36SPEAKER_00: I love this.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: This is amazing.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: Then follow that direction.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: Amazing.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: But so often the limitations people create in business are these hoops that then you feel like you need to jump through.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: Now, the other layer of this when it comes to the limitations you create are also what you are believing from reality.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: So it's like people aren't buying, or people are aren't buying this as much, or you know, Instagram is doing this, or like the algorithms doing that.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: All of those are limitations because you think that is what's happening.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: You're like, well, live, that is what I can see.
- 19:09SPEAKER_00: But you actually have to, and this is a famous saying in my world, you have to refuse to behave like anything is missing.
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: Nothing is missing, reality is full.
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: Your lens of reality is just getting filtered.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: So I really want you to think about where you are placing limitations on your business, where you're creating these loops that don't actually exist, and then you are delaying how successful or how much your business could grow.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: All right, the next one is identity.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: Now, this one is huge.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: And the reason I want to bring in this here, and I'll share with you the classic way you know, yes, identity does kind of trickle into some of the sections we already talked about, but I feel like it deserves its own, and I want you to look at it as a whole.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: So identity is really right, it's just a sense of self-concept.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: It's who you believe yourself to be.
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: And I want you to catch any limitations you are creating when you say, I am just someone who, whenever I hear someone say that, it's like ding, ding, ding, ding, red flag, ding, ding, ding, ding, limitation.
- 20:11SPEAKER_00: And the reason this is extra funny was because most of my life, I thought I was just someone who was shy.
- 20:21SPEAKER_00: I was just someone who didn't like public speaking.
- 20:23SPEAKER_00: Throughout growing up, I was a little kid who hid behind my mom's legs.
- 20:28SPEAKER_00: I was terrified of presentations and giving speeches in school.
- 20:32SPEAKER_00: I was so terrified that in university, when I had to give a presentation in front of the entire class, I fainted and they called an ambulance.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: Because I literally I collapsed.
- 20:41SPEAKER_00: I was so terrified that when I got up in front of everyone, I remember this.
- 20:45SPEAKER_00: I remember being up in front of everyone, feeling so much panic, and then being on the floor and then going inside an ambulance.
- 20:52SPEAKER_00: I could have written a story that that's just my personality.
- 20:55SPEAKER_00: I'm just not someone who does that, or I'm just not someone who and now the thing that makes me feel most alive is speaking on stage.
- 21:03SPEAKER_00: I love speaking on stage.
- 21:04SPEAKER_00: I just spoke on stage in Paris.
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: I love speaking on panels, I love speaking on stages, I love it.
- 21:09SPEAKER_00: I feel like I come alive.
- 21:11SPEAKER_00: It's because I my identity changed.
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: But so often people think it's just part of their personality.
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: So, where do you say I am just not someone who?
- 21:21SPEAKER_00: It's not your personality, it's your wounding.
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: When I when I became safe being seen, I no longer had trouble.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: And you can even see the evolution.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: If you've been in my world for a long time, you can see the evolution of how I got more comfortable.
- 21:37SPEAKER_00: It's because I stepped into an identity.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: So this could be something like I'm not creative, I'm bad at public speaking, I'm not disciplined, I'm not someone who I don't know, can get up early.
- 21:51SPEAKER_00: Like it can be anything and everything.
- 21:54SPEAKER_00: I'm not someone who's a morning person.
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: All right, so then change yourself to be a morning person.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: We actually have an application.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Episode coming on the podcast with Kathleen.
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: I won't, Kathleen Cameron, I won't share the whole thing.
- 22:07SPEAKER_00: But she was talking about how she wired herself to eat healthy.
- 22:10SPEAKER_00: Because you can wire yourself to do whatever you want when you change your identity.
- 22:15SPEAKER_00: So where are you creating limitations in your life and in your business because of how you are identifying?
- 22:21SPEAKER_00: Because the only reason the identity got formed is because you had repeated past evidence, right?
- 22:25SPEAKER_00: So I had a lot of evidence in my life that I was not someone who publicly spoke, that I wouldn't be speaking on stages.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: Like if you had told me seven years ago that I would love speaking on stage and that my probably biggest goal in life is now to speak on more stages and, you know, do all that, I would have thought you were absolutely insane.
- 22:43SPEAKER_00: I would have thought there's no way.
- 22:46SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 22:46SPEAKER_00: Because I had this repeated evidence.
- 22:48SPEAKER_00: So what did I need to do?
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: I needed to rewire that.
- 22:50SPEAKER_00: But the issue here is that when you use that evidence as what you're allowed to become, you never get to evolve.
- 22:57SPEAKER_00: Can you imagine that I had used all that evidence as to why I couldn't, or why, you know, it wouldn't be possible, or why I shouldn't?
- 23:05SPEAKER_00: So often people are doing that.
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: I want you to really start challenging all the aspects of your personality that you think are true.
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: And I'd be curious how much of them are actually just like woundings and stuff in your nervous system that we actually just need to rewire.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: The next limitation that I want you to start dissolving is logic.
- 23:22SPEAKER_00: And this is I want you to fully unsubscribe from what is logical because logic is very linear plane, right?
- 23:29SPEAKER_00: So you have the linear plane and you have the limitless one.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: Logic lives on the linear.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: When you think about what's logical and you think that's unrealistic, that can't happen for me.
- 23:41SPEAKER_00: All of these logical thinkings, you end up closing your energetic field as to what's possible.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: So what ends up happening is what can actually reach you gets smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller.
- 23:52SPEAKER_00: So I want you to think about where you've been thinking logically when you actually need to think with possibility.
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: Maybe you've been too logical about your business growth, too logical about money, too logical about this, too logical about investments you want to make, too logical.
- 24:06SPEAKER_00: Like if you're playing in the logical realm, you can only get logical results.
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: And the funny thing is, is that so often people want the limitless results, right?
- 24:14SPEAKER_00: They want the out of nowhere, the windfall, the suddenly.
- 24:18SPEAKER_00: But I'm like, but if you're playing in the linear realm, how do you get limitless?
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: The math don't math.
- 24:24SPEAKER_00: You have to be willing to play here first.
- 24:27SPEAKER_00: So where are you playing logically?
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: All right, where are you making logical moves based on what's logical or what makes sense?
- 24:35SPEAKER_00: Anytime I find myself and I'll catch myself, this makes sense.
- 24:39SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh, if it makes sense, go higher, go higher, go higher.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: This doesn't make sense, perfect.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: That's the way to go.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: Doesn't make sense, that's the way to go.
- 24:47SPEAKER_00: Doesn't make sense, that's the way to go.
- 24:48SPEAKER_00: I always ask myself, do I want to be the linear woman or do I want to be the limitless woman?
- 24:52SPEAKER_00: Is this a linear move or is this a limitless move?
- 24:55SPEAKER_00: I throw logic out the window.
- 24:56SPEAKER_00: And do you know what that's gotten me?
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: Being very successful with the love of my life inside a beautiful house with a beautiful dog and amazing clients and work that I'm absolutely obsessed with and that like I cannot wait to serve people every single day.
- 25:13SPEAKER_00: Like it is the highest joy of my life to do this work.
- 25:17SPEAKER_00: It has gotten me amazing opportunities.
- 25:20SPEAKER_00: It's gotten me to meet incredible people, it's allowed me to travel the world, it's allowed me to go to Paris to speak in front of people.
- 25:26SPEAKER_00: I've met amazing people.
- 25:27SPEAKER_00: Like, why?
- 25:31SPEAKER_00: Because I'm always looking to do what is not logical.
- 25:35SPEAKER_00: And one other thing I want to say about this is that sometimes people can think logical is only in the big moves.
- 25:41SPEAKER_00: And like, yes, that's true.
- 25:43SPEAKER_00: But I also want you to see where you are subscribing to other people's limitations that actually may be limitations for them, or they see them as that as like a logical limitation.
- 25:54SPEAKER_00: So logically, oh, that wouldn't work.
- 25:55SPEAKER_00: But you decide that you are gonna create your reality and you're gonna come back into your power.
- 26:00SPEAKER_00: An example I think I've talked about in a different way on the podcast, but I want to bring it back because this shows you how powerful you are.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: There are so many times since I've gotten my golden retriever Akasha that places did not allow dogs, right?
- 26:13SPEAKER_00: So my first place with her, the place in Florida, I think there was another one after yep, we don't allow dogs, let alone a large dog who sheds, right?
- 26:27SPEAKER_00: She's not a small, hypoallergenic, doesn't shed kind of dog.
- 26:32SPEAKER_00: Every single time I said, Well, they may not allow dogs for most people, but I'm not most people.
- 26:39SPEAKER_00: What happened every single time?
- 26:41SPEAKER_00: They allowed my dog.
- 26:44SPEAKER_00: And I do this with many things, even so everyday things with the big but the micro.
- 26:49SPEAKER_00: I don't subscribe to the limitations.
- 26:51SPEAKER_00: Oh, that doesn't work.
- 26:52SPEAKER_00: They don't do that.
- 26:53SPEAKER_00: Air Canada doesn't do that.
- 26:54SPEAKER_00: Oh, they don't do that, they don't allow this, they don't do that.
- 26:57SPEAKER_00: Well, maybe not for other people, but in my reality, they do.
- 27:01SPEAKER_00: And people sometimes think, like, live, you just live in a different reality, you live in a different frequency.
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 27:07SPEAKER_00: And I want you to as well.
- 27:09SPEAKER_00: Because when you realize and you start playing, like, I actually want you to think of reality as a game.
- 27:14SPEAKER_00: I had such, I had this amazing masterclass.
- 27:16SPEAKER_00: I feel like maybe I need to bring this masterclass back because it's come up like three times in the last last week, and it's called The Game.
- 27:23SPEAKER_00: And I ran it, I want to say 2023.
- 27:26SPEAKER_00: I ran it.
- 27:26SPEAKER_00: It's called The Game, and it was all about being the creator of reality and how to hack the game of reality.
- 27:31SPEAKER_00: I think we might bring it that, guys.
- 27:32SPEAKER_00: Because too many people need to wake up for like it's a game.
- 27:37SPEAKER_00: And Brooke Robbins, who I think was two episodes before this, she was talking about seeing reality as a game.
- 27:43SPEAKER_00: She talked about it in the more like reactionological sense.
- 27:46SPEAKER_00: I'm talking about in the quantum sense, for like this is actually a game.
- 27:49SPEAKER_00: And when you look at this as a game, like you were to put a VR set on and you were going to a game, that is how I want you to approach your life.
- 27:57SPEAKER_00: Your life would radically change.
- 27:59SPEAKER_00: Because notice if I were to give you some of those, I think it's Apple, Apple VR set, and you were to put on these goggles, you would treat something that happened in the game very differently.
- 28:09SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 28:09SPEAKER_00: You wouldn't take it as seriously.
- 28:11SPEAKER_00: You'd play around with it, you'd have fun in the game, you'd play, you wouldn't take that as seriously.
- 28:15SPEAKER_00: If something happened that went wrong, it probably wouldn't distract you that much.
- 28:19SPEAKER_00: Like it wouldn't affect you emotionally.
- 28:21SPEAKER_00: Yet it is in reality.
- 28:22SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 28:23SPEAKER_00: This is actually just a game.
- 28:25SPEAKER_00: You get to wake up in the dream.
- 28:27SPEAKER_00: If you listen to the very personal update from Paris, if you have not, go listen to that.
- 28:34SPEAKER_00: If there's one thing that's more clear to me than ever, is that this is literally just a game.
- 28:40SPEAKER_00: And you are gonna wake up one day from the game and you are gonna look back because you you really you wake you can wake up in the game, but you'll really wake up when you're on the other side at the end of your life, and you'll be like, oh my god.
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: That was such an immersive game.
- 28:58SPEAKER_00: That was such an immersive experience.
- 29:00SPEAKER_00: It is actually like so believable.
- 29:02SPEAKER_00: It is the most like believable experience that your soul came in to have inside of this meat suit, inside of this body.
- 29:17SPEAKER_00: I need you to stop taking it so seriously.
- 29:19SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 29:21SPEAKER_00: The next limitation, let me switch legs.
- 29:24SPEAKER_00: We have two more.
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: So I do have eight.
- 29:27SPEAKER_00: Okay, we have two more limitations.
- 29:28SPEAKER_00: The next limitation are other people.
- 29:32SPEAKER_00: Stop seeing other people and what they see as limited for themselves as limitations for you, right?
- 29:38SPEAKER_00: When you think about I don't want to offend other people, uh, what will other people think, or even just the noise that they don't think it's possible?
- 29:44SPEAKER_00: Do you know how many people did not think it was possible along my journey?
- 29:50SPEAKER_00: So many times, whether that was my mom, whether it was exes, whether, like it doesn't matter.
- 29:55SPEAKER_00: So many people thought it was crazy and zane, it's not gonna work.
- 29:57SPEAKER_00: And I was kind of like, watch me.
- 29:59SPEAKER_00: If you're a sad, tell a sad that they can't do something.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: Don't watch.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: I think any fire sign, tell any fire sign that they can't do something, watch what happens.
- 30:10SPEAKER_00: Where are you taking other people's limitations as your own, right?
- 30:13SPEAKER_00: Because when someone else says, like, that's risky, that's not gonna work for them, because from their field of view, from their nervous system, they don't see themselves as infinite.
- 30:24SPEAKER_00: They don't see themselves as a limitless creator, they don't see themselves as powerful.
- 30:28SPEAKER_00: So, of course, for them it wouldn't work because they don't they can't see it.
- 30:32SPEAKER_00: They can't see that they are capable.
- 30:34SPEAKER_00: So, because they believe that they are not powerful, they won't see it for you.
- 30:38SPEAKER_00: It actually has nothing to do with you and is simply a reflection of how they see themselves.
- 30:42SPEAKER_00: So when they say, Oh, I would never do that, that's so risky, why would you do that thing?
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: It's because they're not tapped into what you're tapped into or what I'm tapped into.
- 30:52SPEAKER_00: This is also why I have always been a firm believer of like you need spaces that you can plug into regularly that expand you.
- 31:00SPEAKER_00: And I made a reel about this because there's been a little trend on Instagram where everyone's like, let me show you how much I'm struggling.
- 31:06SPEAKER_00: And I was like, And they said, you know, everyone's struggling behind the scenes.
- 31:10SPEAKER_00: And I was like, I'm actually not struggling behind the scenes.
- 31:13SPEAKER_00: I'm actually the greatest I've like I've ever been.
- 31:14SPEAKER_00: Like I've never been happier, healthier, wealthier.
- 31:17SPEAKER_00: I'm I'm locked in.
- 31:19SPEAKER_00: I'm not secretly struggling with something.
- 31:20SPEAKER_00: There aren't things I'm battling.
- 31:22SPEAKER_00: I'm the full embodiment of like I'm the walking sales page of what I do.
- 31:27SPEAKER_00: And when they say, oh, Instagram's a highlight reel, everyone's struggling, sure, everyone has challenges.
- 31:32SPEAKER_00: I have challenges that come up, but they don't dysregulate me.
- 31:36SPEAKER_00: I'm not having this emotional process where I'm struggling behind the scenes, but then pretending to be something else on Instagram.
- 31:41SPEAKER_00: So I really want you to be honest with yourself.
- 31:44SPEAKER_00: And so when you see other people, notice what you're bonding with.
- 31:48SPEAKER_00: And so I watch, I've watched this happen so many times.
- 31:50SPEAKER_00: If you need to see someone else struggling in order to validate you, A, that's not gonna help you, right?
- 31:55SPEAKER_00: It's only gonna bring you down.
- 31:56SPEAKER_00: And B, I want you to think about what part of your psyche wants to bond with someone else over struggle.
- 32:03SPEAKER_00: What part of your psyche gets off on feeling good that someone else is bad?
- 32:08SPEAKER_00: And people say, like, well, you'll feel less alone.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, it's actually like when you really look at the psychology of it, if you need to see someone else struggling to feel better about yourself, but let that land.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: That's that's kind of messed up.
- 32:25SPEAKER_00: Like you need to see that someone that you maybe admired or look up to or was successful, oh, they're actually struggling.
- 32:32SPEAKER_00: Oh, that makes me feel so much better that like they're like they're actually secretly struggling.
- 32:37SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 32:38SPEAKER_00: Like that that's twisted, that's weird.
- 32:40SPEAKER_00: And so what I watched happen, and I watched this happen in 2024 when the market changed and people were buying differently on Instagram, and buying behavior changed, is that a lot of people trauma bonded over business being hard and things being hard and people not buying as much.
- 32:53SPEAKER_00: And while buying behavior changed and the market did shift, those two things were true.
- 32:58SPEAKER_00: What the dangerous part is all the people who bonded over that, all the people who trauma bonded and formed these little circles and groups that normalize that, what happened to their business and their money, it went down and down and down and down and down and down.
- 33:11SPEAKER_00: And then the people who put themselves in spaces that were expansive, the people who are winning, well, people who refuse to believe those limitations, they went up and up and up and up.
- 33:22SPEAKER_00: Which camp do you want to be in?
- 33:23SPEAKER_00: This is why I said it's very important who you surround yourself with.
- 33:27SPEAKER_00: You have to put yourself in spaces regularly.
- 33:29SPEAKER_00: This is why mentorship is important.
- 33:31SPEAKER_00: This is why masterminds when you're actually in a group with other women are so important because if you are surrounding yourself with people and friends and family and they're normalizing something else, for a lot of us, right?
- 33:43SPEAKER_00: If you were to talk about your business to your parents, they would, they would think you were absolutely insane because they live in a different generation in terms of money and what's possible, right?
- 33:53SPEAKER_00: Or your friends, if their business is going like this.
- 33:55SPEAKER_00: I think about so many of my private clients, mastermind clients, it's so important for them because they're like, live.
- 34:00SPEAKER_00: I don't have another space where I can be called forward and expanded and held to that standard.
- 34:06SPEAKER_00: Because if I were to talk about anyone else, or even when I go for coffee with my friends or this, it's like business is hard, this isn't going this way.
- 34:13SPEAKER_00: And when you normalize that to your system, you have to realize that as human beings, we have mirror neurons, right?
- 34:19SPEAKER_00: So your mirror neurons are constantly co-regulating with who's around you.
- 34:22SPEAKER_00: So if you are putting yourself in spaces and you are trauma bonding, and it is trauma bonding, and you are trauma bonding over shared struggle, all that's going to do is perpetuate struggle.
- 34:32SPEAKER_00: Because now you've not only normalized it to your system because Sally said it was hard, and you like, oh my God, Sally thinks it's hard too.
- 34:40SPEAKER_00: I now feel more seen.
- 34:42SPEAKER_00: I feel less alone.
- 34:43SPEAKER_00: But what happens to both of you?
- 34:45SPEAKER_00: You just keep struggling.
- 34:46SPEAKER_00: You don't expand.
- 34:48SPEAKER_00: Versus you come into, let's say the limitless mastermind.
- 34:52SPEAKER_00: You come into my world, I'm like, anything and everything is possible.
- 34:54SPEAKER_00: Sky isn't even the limit for you.
- 34:56SPEAKER_00: You're like, but business is hard.
- 34:57SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I understand that, but this is why it's going on.
- 34:59SPEAKER_00: Come in here and let me show you what's possible.
- 35:02SPEAKER_00: Okay, and I expand you a bit.
- 35:03SPEAKER_00: And then I keep talking and I expand you and I expand you and I expand you.
- 35:06SPEAKER_00: You keep going up and up and up and up.
- 35:07SPEAKER_00: Do you see the difference?
- 35:10SPEAKER_00: It makes me laugh.
- 35:11SPEAKER_00: I had a few people in our last program, how good, come and say to me.
- 35:14SPEAKER_00: They're like, Liv, when I left your world, I made less money.
- 35:17SPEAKER_00: And I was like, this is why.
- 35:19SPEAKER_00: Because if you're not careful with who you surround yourself with and you don't have people in your everyday life, friends, family, you know, who are constantly risking it all, who are constantly going all in, who are uplifting you.
- 35:31SPEAKER_00: And I don't just mean people you can watch, like, yes, make sure you curate your content.
- 35:35SPEAKER_00: All the content that I follow is like, let's go, skin in the game, big money, sky isn't even the limit.
- 35:42SPEAKER_00: Like that's what my feed is.
- 35:44SPEAKER_00: And I'm always liking and like affirming so the algorithm understands what I like.
- 35:48SPEAKER_00: So that's the only thing on my feed.
- 35:50SPEAKER_00: But also, it's important that that's just like 30 seconds.
- 35:53SPEAKER_00: That's like, I can watch a piece of content.
- 35:54SPEAKER_00: All right, perfect.
- 35:55SPEAKER_00: You know, listening to a podcast, amazing.
- 35:57SPEAKER_00: But where can you immerse yourself deeper?
- 35:59SPEAKER_00: So where can you make sure that the only thing coming from other people is expansion, expansion, expansion, expansion?
- 36:05SPEAKER_00: What's possible, what's possible, what's possible.
- 36:07SPEAKER_00: Because that will start to wire your brain and then you will open up and you will dissolve any limitations that are projected from other people.
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: And the last limitation that we are going to get into is a limitation of circumstance, which you could money can be a certain circumstance, but I also just want to use circumstances in general because I believe this is such a powerful one because so often people create limitations from their current circumstances.
- 36:31SPEAKER_00: One of them, yes, could be money, but it could be a relational circumstance, a how like the house you live in, the town you grew up in, your family background, like so many of the circumstances of what's currently happening.
- 36:43SPEAKER_00: So I really want you to audit for yourself where you are giving power to your current circumstances and letting that dictate not only how you feel, but what you do.
- 36:52SPEAKER_00: So what you need to remember is that circumstances don't matter, only state of being matters.
- 36:57SPEAKER_00: What does this mean?
- 36:58SPEAKER_00: If circumstances don't matter, circumstances don't materialize.
- 37:03SPEAKER_00: All right, so God, we gotta bring back the whiteboard.
- 37:06SPEAKER_00: All right, whiteboard is very 2020, 2021 live, but we're gonna bring it back.
- 37:10SPEAKER_00: We're gonna find a way.
- 37:11SPEAKER_00: I have one upstairs.
- 37:11SPEAKER_00: I just gotta figure out how we're gonna mount it somewhere.
- 37:16SPEAKER_00: Okay, so these are your current circumstances.
- 37:18SPEAKER_00: No, or maybe we don't need the time.
- 37:19SPEAKER_00: We'll we'll try.
- 37:20SPEAKER_00: These are current circumstances.
- 37:22SPEAKER_00: All right, this is what you know, business is doing, the kids are doing, whatever is going on in your current life.
- 37:30SPEAKER_00: This does not materialize.
- 37:34SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 37:35SPEAKER_00: What causes materialization in the 3D world is not this.
- 37:39SPEAKER_00: If you want this to become this, you need state of being.
- 37:46SPEAKER_00: State of being.
- 37:48SPEAKER_00: Something else.
- 37:50SPEAKER_00: Circumstances don't matter.
- 37:52SPEAKER_00: Circumstances do not materialize only state of being, i.e., your frequency causes materialization.
- 37:59SPEAKER_00: I want you to wire this into your head.
- 38:02SPEAKER_00: Circumstances don't matter, only state of being matters.
- 38:06SPEAKER_00: So the circumstances you have, they actually don't matter.
- 38:09SPEAKER_00: Like when you realize that whatever is in front of you, your current same circumstances not matter at all.
- 38:14SPEAKER_00: And the only thing that matters is your state of being, and you focus on that frequency, everything changes, right?
- 38:21SPEAKER_00: Because when you stop becoming someone who's like, oh, I need these circumstances to change before things change.
- 38:26SPEAKER_00: You don't need the circumstances to change, you need to change.
- 38:29SPEAKER_00: I think about it like if you're looking in the mirror and you're waiting for the reflection to smile, the reflection's not going to smile until you smile.
- 38:37SPEAKER_00: But you're standing there in front of the mirror waiting for circumstances to change before you change.
- 38:42SPEAKER_00: But you're gonna be waiting there the whole time because you have to smile first before the reflection back.
- 38:47SPEAKER_00: I.e., your state of being, your state of consciousness has to shift first before you see it materialize into your 3D world.
- 38:54SPEAKER_00: I want you to really listen through all of these limitations where you're doing things like, I can't do this, you know, I have to do this, I need this first, I'm not this, that's just when.
- 39:04SPEAKER_00: I'm not somebody who maybe when this happens or once this happens, or this is what makes sense, or this is what's realistic, or I can't, any kind of those limitations.
- 39:14SPEAKER_00: Audit your life for them, catch yourself saying them and dissolve all of them.
- 39:18SPEAKER_00: I really want you to start challenging them.
- 39:20SPEAKER_00: Like, is this fact?
- 39:21SPEAKER_00: Like, who decided these limitations?
- 39:23SPEAKER_00: Where did they come from?
- 39:25SPEAKER_00: What would it look like, you know, to not operate like this?
- 39:28SPEAKER_00: What is the one, what is the move that's the limited move?
- 39:32SPEAKER_00: What's the move that is the limitless move?
- 39:35SPEAKER_00: If you audited all these different areas, all eight, your life would look radically different, even in a week.
- 39:42SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna even say 30 days, I'm gonna say in a week.
- 39:46SPEAKER_00: Everything would look radically different in just one week.
- 39:49SPEAKER_00: So I hope you enjoyed this episode.
